00:00:00.000 Hi, everyone. I am super pleased to give you an awesome good news report.
00:00:08.960 I mean, we've all been working very, very hard,
00:00:11.780 and Action for Canada has been working harder in the background than most people know.
00:00:16.120 We did a call to action a couple of months ago regarding Saskatchewan,
00:00:20.060 and the fact that we found out in April that the ARC Foundation, as we knew,
00:00:25.020 was lobbying each and every single province heavy
00:00:28.360 because they want to have the learning resource,
00:00:31.520 the SOGI123 learning resource in absolutely every province,
00:00:35.800 except for in Ontario where it's the WINSEX Ed.
00:00:39.440 So once we found out that they were going to implement SOGI as of September,
00:00:44.420 our team got very busy in reaching out to Dustin Duncan,
00:00:49.220 the Minister of Education, the Deputy Minister, and the Premier.
00:00:52.140 We served them our SOGI123 Notice of Liability,
00:00:55.980 advising that by implementing this learning resource into the schools,
00:01:02.240 that they would be causing, not if they would or maybe,
00:01:05.680 that they would definitely be causing children harm,
00:01:09.040 and as well as harming families and interfering with parental rights.
00:01:13.320 So we served them the notice of liability.
00:01:15.640 We also provided them the letter to ban non-governmental and special interest group flags
00:01:21.820 and propaganda because the LGBTQ is a political movement,
00:01:27.400 and the government under Supreme Court rule has a duty of state neutrality,
00:01:33.520 which means they absolutely must have public spaces neutral,
00:01:38.080 which means that all of this LGBTQ propaganda in the schools,
00:01:42.340 in our hallways, in the classrooms, principals' offices, school counsellor's office,
00:01:48.600 must be removed.
00:01:50.700 And so we had also provided the Minister of Education more information.
00:01:57.240 We were in contact with his office.
00:01:59.420 We provided evidence of the harms to children.
00:02:01.880 We advised them that they've been duly warned and that they have a fiduciary duty
00:02:06.500 to investigate what is going on with SOGI123 being implemented in BC back in 2016
00:02:13.420 and in Alberta shortly after that.
00:02:16.740 And then, of course, the WIN Sex Ed was implemented in, I believe it was 2015.
00:02:21.120 And there is measurable harm to children.
00:02:24.460 We have a mass contagion, a social contagion,
00:02:28.220 where children are identifying as the opposite sex
00:02:31.280 because of them indoctrinating our children in the school system.
00:02:35.520 So I'm just going to bring up the Good News report.
00:02:38.160 This is after just a massive amount of work in the background
00:02:42.260 that Action for Canada has been doing,
00:02:44.540 and as well as the work from our members and our chapter leaders
00:02:48.160 in signing the petition months ago against the Minister of Education
00:02:52.520 demanding that they ban SOGI123
00:02:56.880 and that they also ban Planned Parenthood.
00:02:59.860 So as of yesterday, the Saskatchewan Minister of Education, Dustin Duncan,
00:03:05.740 announced new parental inclusion and consent policies.
00:03:10.780 Now, this is a good news report, a really good news report.
00:03:14.640 You can imagine that the LGBTQ radical activists who,
00:03:18.740 with these deviant agenda to sexualize their children,
00:03:21.460 are probably going out of their minds at this point.
00:03:23.360 But we're celebrating this.
00:03:26.280 But there is more work to do, and I'll explain that in a moment.
00:03:29.580 So the Minister today announced parental inclusion and consent policies
00:03:33.740 for Saskatchewan schools.
00:03:35.660 As of today, that's yesterday, Tuesday,
00:03:38.760 schools must seek parent-guardian permission
00:03:40.940 when changing the preferred name and pronouns used by students under the age of 16.
00:03:45.060 When I say there's work to do, no child in school should be changing their pronoun.
00:03:51.520 The only reason that they're changing pronouns is because they're being indoctrinated by this system.
00:03:57.120 And they are planting thoughts into our kids' heads
00:04:00.900 about giving them the idea they were born in the wrong body.
00:04:04.740 There is no such thing as a trans child.
00:04:07.040 I'm going to just keep repeating that and repeating that.

00:04:12.860 They are being indoctrinated and led to question their identity within the school system.
00:04:19.620 Okay, and I know that SOGI-123 is not officially in the provincial
00:04:26.240 and every single provincial school system,
00:04:28.880 but they have a massive LGBTQ NGOs, non-government operations here,
00:04:35.200 groups that are already in the system
00:04:37.560 because in Saskatchewan there was a news report stating that
00:04:41.440 I think it was 32% of kids in grade 9 identify as LGBTQ.
00:04:46.880 So even though SOGI isn't in there,
00:04:49.580 they have been allowing these groups to infiltrate
00:04:52.380 and to dictate to the schools and appeal to them
00:04:55.680 to teach this garbage to our children.
00:04:58.400 And so this is where the next one is a good news report as well.
00:05:02.600 Parents' guardians must be informed about the sexual health education curriculum
00:05:06.940 and have the option to decline their children's participation,
00:05:12.020 which means that these NGOs that are teaching us,
00:05:16.860 however they've infiltrated and are already teaching this garbage to our kids,
00:05:20.880 they are no longer going to have access to teach this sexual health.
00:05:26.700 They call it a curriculum,
00:05:28.680 but just so you know, the SOGI-123 is an actual learning resource,
00:05:32.500 but they've intertwined it into all areas of the curriculum,
00:05:36.040 so you can't pull your child out.
00:05:37.700 So they're going to have to do a massive overhaul.
00:05:40.960 Next is boards of education must immediately pause involvement
00:05:45.120 with any third-party organization,
00:05:47.640 such as the ARC Foundation and the SOGI-123 program.
00:05:51.900 So the ARC Foundation is the one who created
00:05:54.980 the SOGI Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Program,
00:05:59.320 and they sold it on the premise that this was a anti-bullying program,
00:06:03.880 but it is anything but.
00:06:05.200 It 100% is meant to sexualize children at the earliest age possible,
00:06:10.920 and they are being indoctrinated.
00:06:14.080 Down at the bottom, it says parent-guardian,
00:06:16.180 as I mentioned that already,
00:06:17.420 that parent-guardian consent for students under 16
00:06:21.920 will now be required to change a student's name or pronoun.
00:06:25.280 But as I emphasize,
00:06:26.840 absolutely no child should be approached
00:06:29.800 with questioning their gender, period.
00:06:33.920 This is unbelievable that we're even having this conversation.
00:06:38.020 And so just as a reminder,
00:06:40.100 we sent out this call to action many months ago,
00:06:43.160 and we included the petition.
00:06:45.480 The petition, every time, over 10,000 signatures.

00:06:55.800 a copy was emailed to Dustin Duncan,

00:07:03.780 and Paul Merriman, who is the Health Minister.
00:07:06.940 And so every time, 10,000 emails
00:07:09.600 that they would have received every time this was signed.
00:07:12.540 And the point of it was to ban SOGI-123,
00:07:16.540 which is also known as the Comprehensive Sexual Education Agenda.
00:07:20.020 And we have succeeded,
00:07:21.520 but they've said they've called it a pause.
00:07:23.880 And that's why we have to do more work.
