00:02:55.980 tests and she just refused to answer the question and said you have to ask health canada we've provided

00:03:07.940 end user you and your kids and so it's up to them well health canada is not telling anybody that this
00:03:16.020 highly toxic chemical is actually in the testing and they're sending it on home en masse with our kids

00:03:29.140 on a hazmat suit and gloves and everything protocol is what you should be using it is very toxic and
00:03:38.240 harmful to both children and pets and to our environment and so i've never taken a rapid antigen
00:03:44.600 test but i understand there's you know the little solution and where do you think people are pouring
00:03:50.620 that when they're done with it what's most frequently done in the bathroom they're pouring
00:03:54.480 it down the drain and so these liars are telling everybody around the world how concerned they are

00:04:08.740 know i keep saying they need to go to jail but i really mean it all right so make sure that you uh not

00:05:16.120 50 calls to poison control over the rapid antigen test and and uh so they were putting a warning on

00:05:28.200 it in the hands of children's under calls to action we go to notices of liability and so i want to

00:07:23.700 the hospital with the respiratory illness and then on the back it has um an actual notice of liability

00:07:44.120 proof that they would have had to take the tape off in order to get your number all right so it's a
00:07:49.580 very simple system to use but it's you know it's effective and so we would advise you to make use of

00:12:48.080 and employees you fill this out i'm just going to read it i care card to report potential hazards
00:12:52.480 or events of objectionable or unwelcome conduct comments threats bullying physical and psychological
00:12:59.280 harm so you can fill out this i care card you would put down the date of the incident the location
00:13:05.020 who the abuser was if there was a witness you'd put a description of the event uh the potential result
00:13:11.360 what was the hazard we know that wearing a mask it's it's hazardous it's hazardous to your health
00:13:17.040 it's causing you harm uh rapid testing it's causing harm um psychological we would recommend that you

00:13:39.660 so again uh by law your employer the principal of a school they have to actually do an investigation
00:13:48.000 and the beauty of that is is it will also be on record and so they actually have to uh do an
00:13:55.860 investigation into the incident and there needs to be uh something a resolution to it

00:14:07.980 and everybody that has used this uh has had great success but it is only unfortunately only available
00:14:17.160 in bc and what this means is is you can be a representative um for anybody within your family
00:14:24.760 that you've signed this with they cannot prohibit you from being in uh the care of whomever your loved
00:14:31.720 one is or even a friend whoever is um listed on this declaration is the one that gets to represent
00:14:39.900 you in the hospital and whether you are vaccinated or not or whether you've taken a test or not they
00:14:45.520 cannot by law prohibit you from being in attendance but you have to do it before your loved ones ends up
00:14:52.480 in the hospital because as many of you have known they have prohibited contact which is absolutely
00:14:58.340 frightening to me that they have had the power and ability to do that well they haven't had the power
00:15:03.360 but they've they've taken the authority to do that which they didn't have all right the last one on here

00:15:45.320 school board trustees uh regarding vaccination etc we've actually had success in school board trustees
00:15:51.500 in ontario voting no to mandating vaccination for staff again i use vaccination because that's the
00:15:58.260 world's term but understand it's not my term i understand uh that this is absolutely frightful
00:16:03.340 attack against humanity and it is not indeed a vaccine all right so um everything here i encourage
00:16:09.420 you to go through this we have had so much success we kept 45 000 teachers plus on top of that school
00:16:16.660 staff employed in bc without having been put on unpaid leave uh because of the campaigns that
00:16:23.040 we've been doing there all right so here is what i was referring to this letter is the one that i wrote
00:16:28.980 back in november for an employee to serve to the i wrote the letters but they served the notice of
00:16:35.540 liability to the city manager and like i said successfully they removed the term mandatory come january
00:16:42.440 and the threat of putting people on unpaid leave so this is the letter i talked about where i said
00:16:47.480 well done i commend you on making those decisions but rapid testing is against the law it is illegal
00:16:54.360 three to five years in prison and up to a million dollar fine there is no middle wiggle room for this
00:16:59.400 my friends it is illegal for them to force you to take a rapid test and um i'm going to bring this
00:17:06.740 letter up and i'll just show you the process of events so for those of you that came on a little
00:17:12.280 bit later um an individual at a city had been on uh it was injured and was on uh medical leave uh from
00:17:21.760 the from december into the new year and in the new year the city had implemented uh the mandate that you
00:17:29.560 needed to rapid test if you weren't taking the jab and so he was then ready to go back to work
00:17:35.400 and so his supervisor ended up saying okay that's great you know we'll see you at 7 a.m but you got
00:17:41.320 to remember that you got to do uh covid training module let me see in addition you will need to
00:17:45.980 complete the mandatory covid 19 training module before the start of tomorrow's shift as well
00:17:50.980 please use the links whatever uh fertile to access the training module and that they needed to do the
00:17:56.600 rapid testing and provide it and so um this was the response dear supervisor please review this
00:18:03.920 document on the harms of rapid testing which is that notice that i was um telling you about what
00:18:10.140 i might do though is got instructions how to use that notice of liability i think i'm going to make
00:18:14.740 just a letter on the rapid testing so that we can include it in here it's just nicer to share

00:18:27.400 november mandating staff uh that all staff be vaccinated so it's the story i told you about here
00:18:32.580 vincent lalonde is the manager and so we expose that we're making these people known to the public
00:18:39.040 because what they're doing is unlawful and illegal and i believe part of that is the reason why
00:18:43.780 they turned this around so uh mr it would have been lalonde was served a personal notice of liability
00:18:50.860 and a warning letter outlining the personal liability he was exposing himself to due to the
00:18:56.820 fact that requesting private medical information or mandating vaccines is in violation of the privacy
00:19:01.960 act in the criminal code and this is where we are pursuing laying private information across canada
00:19:07.680 based on extortion is section 346 of the criminal code and intimidation which is 423 and then of course
00:19:16.340 the non-discrimination act because it's an indictable offense so we're laying private
00:19:20.440 information across canada right now we're kind of keeping that under under hat and when we start
00:19:25.640 getting results which we're hoping for uh to see where this is going to go in may uh based on some court
00:19:31.940 uh decisions that are coming up then we're going to start making the public more aware of it and
00:19:36.860 encouraging more people to do it so that's why we say keep all of your evidence and your
00:19:42.860 communication with your employer with the principal of a school with a school trustee these people need
00:19:48.960 to be held to account they've been warned what they were doing is illegal and causing harm they're
00:19:53.580 not ceasing to desisting desisting so we need to be able to further take action but in this instance so
00:20:00.500 we go as a result of these actions mr lalonde sent an inter-office memo to the staff uh stating that
00:20:06.420 on january 3rd the threat to mandate was removed and uh that the employees needed to uh
00:20:12.960 needed to take uh testing the employers cannot put employees on unpaid leave as this is a further
00:20:20.160 violation and many legal actions are commencing as a result so we're letting them know you know this
00:20:24.720 this is what's transpiring we're giving you fair information here if you didn't know you're now being
00:20:29.740 educated further and this is what i want all of you to remember if you're being forced to test
00:20:35.300 the mandate to undergo rapid testing is a criminal offense under the genetic non-discrimination act
00:20:43.240 s201 additionally health canada posted an urgent public advisory warning that many calls were made to
00:20:50.080 poison control as a result of the rapid antigen test kits and the exposure to hazardous substances
00:20:56.580 in the document addressing the rapid test being handed out to minors as at school you will see
00:21:03.340 that it is very clear that the tests are meant for professional use due to the hazardous materials
00:21:09.100 an ingredients list is available for the different test kits and you will further see that protective
00:21:15.660 gear should be worn while using these tests and that they should be disposed of as hazardous material
00:21:21.340 the kits contain sodium azide which is a highly toxic substance not only to people but very harmful to
00:21:29.120 our environment people are currently disposing of the excess sodium azide by pouring it down their
00:21:35.200 drains which is going into our water systems you can imagine sending this to a city you know that
00:21:41.160 they're they're going to start considering you know the accountability that they have a complete review
00:21:46.720 needs to be done by occupational health and safety the city must stop using the rapid tests as this is
00:21:52.260 not only exposing employees to toxic materials but opening the city up to liability and you gotta
00:21:58.480 imagine their ears are going a little bit alert at this point in the letter because now they're
00:22:03.080 surprised the supervisor's just doing his job he didn't know any of this first and foremost because
00:22:08.360 what you are doing is illegal secondly because the reported risk factor to humans and thirdly the
00:22:15.040 environmental impact so the supervisor came back and said i've been advised that you do no wait not
00:22:22.540 need to complete mandatory training module at this time however the city's position on either providing
00:22:28.200 proof of vaccination or providing a negative test result from a rapid antigen test kit is still a
00:22:34.420 requirement before the start of your shift at 7 a.m so this individual came back and said hi joe as i'm sure
00:22:40.920 you can appreciate this is a difficult situation you are placing me in right let's make this clear
00:22:48.000 you're placing me in this situation as i have to consider my health and what goes into my body as well
00:22:55.160 as the violations that are being committed by yourself and the city against me in mandating i submit to
00:23:01.880 illegal and unlawful testing and a forced medical procedure since when is this okay other employees may not
00:23:09.560 know their rights and the rule of law but i do and i will not be subject subjected to being physically
00:23:15.060 assaulted or forced to take a medical procedure at threat of not being permitted to work i have the
00:23:21.320 guaranteed and protected right under section 7 of the charter of rights and freedoms to my employment
00:23:26.180 without discrimination i have already had the virus as well this person had already had it and
00:23:31.180 therefore have natural immunity and the tests have further proven to not to be not only highly
00:23:36.820 inaccurate but also unnecessary for healthy people to undergo i suggest you speak to the city's legal
00:23:42.960 department about the city's position on this matter as i mentioned many legal actions are commencing
00:23:48.400 against employers and reportedly the employee against the employers and reportedly the employee is in the
00:23:55.580 favorable position i will be showing up for work as scheduled at 7 a.m and so that employee has been
00:24:02.780 working ever since successfully and has not had to undergo any rapid testing and i can bet you because
00:24:10.680 the city has already been warned with other letters and notices of liability their legal department knew
00:24:16.060 perfectly that this employee was in the right um so just i'm going to start closing up here because i do
00:24:21.640 want to get to a q a um under the workers unite so under join we of course if you have come on the call

00:25:07.340 need people in the community to come and help build the chapters but it is a vision that is just growing
00:25:14.220 across canada and we're having so much success and of course as we mentioned before one of the
00:25:18.840 strategies is is we want to recruit really good people to run at all levels of office and we want
00:25:26.220 to be there to support them school board trustees um mayors city councils mlas mpps mps boy we can do

00:25:46.640 putting any of the really important updates that we feel uh the media are reporting on and one of
00:25:53.500 them recently was that the city staff in richmond bc who had been put illegally and unlawfully on unpaid
00:26:01.940 leave their union was going to bat for them and they actually received uh back pay and their vacation
00:26:08.200 pay returned to them and reinstated so that's pretty exciting so that's what i meant in the other
00:26:13.620 letter is that employees are taking employers to task and the employee is showing favorable for the
00:26:19.720 employee so hang in there if you are one of the employees that's been put in this horrendous
00:26:24.800 position of being put on unpaid leave and unfairly treated if you are an employee this is the page you want

00:26:42.020 everything uh that is needed one thing i'll need to do is put the rapid rapid antigen uh testing onto

00:29:18.380 have right now is i'm pleased because uh action for canada has commenced legal action against the bc

00:29:25.980 all right so um what happens then we filed the statement of claim in august of uh 2020 and then it
00:29:37.160 is then up to the defendants who are named in the statement of claim that they need to respond

00:29:54.080 want to delve in and and read a lengthy report so these are our plaintiffs and these are the defendants

00:30:08.120 on our behalf and then it is up to the defendants also then that they have to provide a statement of
00:30:16.120 defense and instead of providing a statement of defense they've gone for a motion to strike
00:30:21.480 so you will see on here that we have uh justin trudeau you these are just doesn't it just warm your heart to
