Action4Canada - Silenced - A Tommy Robinson Documentary, Nov. 13, 2024

00:00:01.000 The documentary you're about to watch is the most important documentary I've ever made.

00:00:05.880 This story is far bigger than Tommy Robinson.

00:00:08.760 This is about the weaponisation and the politicisation of these buildings.

00:00:12.460 Court buildings across the West, the Royal Courts of Justice ironically named.

00:00:16.720 These buildings have been weaponised and used against members of the public to destroy them if they speak out.

00:00:21.780 From Donald Trump to Steve Bannon to Gert Wilders to Marie Le Pen to Katie Hopkins.

00:00:26.720 That's what's happening.

00:00:28.260 My job as a journalist, I stand for freedom of speech, I stand for freedom of press.

00:00:32.000 And I failed.

00:00:32.900 Because three years ago when I lost a court case in here and they bankrupt me to the tune of £1.6 million.

00:00:37.840 On a documentary you're going to see the entire story was a lie.

00:00:41.600 I failed because I should have come out of court and I should have played you that film.

00:00:44.920 Why didn't I play you that film?

00:00:46.260 Because I was given a gagging order by this building, by this judge.

00:00:49.320 I was silenced and I allowed them to silence me because I was scared.

00:00:53.960 I was scared of two years in prison.

00:00:55.200 I was scared of the effect that solitary confinement for that length of time would have on me.

00:00:59.440 I was scared of jihadi gangs in jail. 0.52

00:01:01.620 And I was scared of the effect it would have on my family.

00:01:04.780 I failed me and I failed you.

00:01:06.960 I'm not going to fail myself again.

00:01:08.160 You're now going to watch the best citizen journalism and the most incredible expose of the establishment you've ever seen.

00:01:15.900 Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, also known by the pseudonym of Tommy Robinson, is a British journalist, activist, and documentarian who is on a mission to expose treasonous leaders, a corrupt judiciary, a weaponized legal system, and the two-tier policing,

00:01:42.800 which are working in tandem to oppress the British people.

00:01:47.480 Two weeks ago, on October 28th, 2024, Tommy was imprisoned for being in contempt of court for publishing his documentary, Silenced.

00:01:57.280 This documentary showcases the ongoing battle to protect the principles that undergird our freedoms and democracy.

00:02:05.440 We're so pleased all of you can join us tonight for this movie.

00:02:08.500 But first, we're going to join Tanya.

00:02:10.900 Tanya.

00:02:12.800 Hi, Heather.

00:02:13.860 Thank you so much.

00:02:15.300 And I'm really excited about this evening.

00:02:18.240 I think this movie is just so important.

00:02:21.140 We've had special permission to play the documentary by, as Heather said, you know, his name has been known as Tommy Robinson.

00:02:30.520 And he had to take on this pseudonym in order to protect himself and his family.

00:02:34.620 And I really, truly believe, as I was preparing the action that I send out on Sunday nights, and if you haven't joined Action for Canada, I'm going to encourage you to do that.

00:02:46.420 We try not to flood anybody with emails every single day.

00:02:50.540 We send an email out on Sunday night, and then reminders about the Empower Hour, and then, of course, from time to time, important calls to action.

00:02:59.000 And so we would just love for you to be part of this.

00:03:02.000 And so on Sunday night, the action included a little bit more about, you know, the name Tommy Robinson is so well known.

00:03:10.920 There's, you know, a song that they chant after him.

00:03:13.060 He truly is a modern-day hero, and we want to bring more attention to who he is, but under his true birth name of Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.

00:03:26.180 And he had to relinquish this name in order to protect himself and his family, as I was mentioning, because he has been battling, as we are here in the West, within Europe and the UK,

00:03:37.500 against a very unethical, evil, and corrupt, I called it empire, that we've known of in recent history.

00:03:45.520 So this was a documentary that Stephen had created, I believe it was approximately three years ago,

00:03:53.260 and there was a court injunction where he was not permitted to air it, and the movie did come out.

00:04:01.160 I think at this point, I'd like to share my screen.

00:04:04.240 And for those of you who are not familiar with our actions, we always say a little bit about the guest, in this instance, a documentary.

00:04:14.300 But we did have Tommy Robinson.

00:04:16.460 I did interview him in the summer, and in exposing Islamic infiltration in Europe, and of course, throughout the West. 0.78

00:04:24.580 Now, the reason I wanted to share screen as well, is to encourage you to join Tommy on X, Stephen on X, but it's under Tommy Robinson.

00:04:36.400 And he has people who are admin, and are posting and giving updates, because he is being charged under the Terrorism Act.

00:04:45.840 This is an update from today, so I'll just read it.

00:04:48.600 Tommy, Stephen, I really want to get his true name out there for people to start to honour this man.

00:04:54.840 And as I've said here, Stephen is on a mission to save Britain and protect its sovereignty.

00:04:59.620 He's leading the charge.

00:05:00.920 He is a warrior, a husband, a son, and a father, an example to men around the world that there comes a time when they must take a stand, and truly that time is now.

00:05:11.080 Again, after the Empower Hour, after the documentary has been played, I will be going straight into the weekly news update, and I will again emphasize why it is so incredibly important for more men to understand the time is now for them to rise up and stand up.

00:05:30.800 Because Canada has been infiltrated, we have many of the same issues that are happening in Britain, the rape gangs, you know, the murders, the crime, and it is horrifying.

00:05:43.700 We never thought that we would ever be facing this in modern-day Western societies, but corruption has entered our government, and so we need to face this.

00:05:54.340 And this man is willing to die.

00:05:57.340 I had posted this video, but YouTube has taken it down.

00:06:01.120 I'm going to try to find it on Rumble so I can repost it.

00:06:04.280 I know that they do have the interview with Liam.

00:06:07.540 It was the day before Tommy was arrested and put back in jail, and he was literally even in tears.

00:06:13.940 There was a lot of strong language that he used, but he expressed, he admitted that he was fearful.

00:06:20.900 He didn't know if he's going to make it out of prison.

00:06:23.020 They put him in a Muslim population the last time. 0.91

00:06:29.260 He lives in solitary confinement, 23 and a half hours a day.

00:06:32.940 They let him out for a half an hour.

00:06:34.900 And so what they're doing, I will skip ahead.

00:06:38.000 This was, you can find it if you Google Tommy Robinson or search him, sorry, on Action for Canada's webpage.

00:06:44.100 You can come up with this video.

00:06:45.860 And I think it was a really, really great interview with Tommy.

00:06:49.200 And then as well, this is his X page.

00:06:53.060 And I would highly recommend that you would sign up and follow because his admin are providing the updates.

00:07:00.580 So he was in court today.

00:07:02.940 He was being charged under Section 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000, it says, for refusing to give police access to his phone.

00:07:10.660 And, of course, as a reporter, he has very sensitive information on his phone.

00:07:17.020 And as far as sources are concerned, and there was no way, can you imagine that, willing to go to prison because you weren't willing to give up your sources, you know, who had provided information regarding the rape gangs and regarding the documentaries that he's created.

00:07:34.200 This is one incredible individual, and that's why I choose to honor him tonight.

00:07:39.760 Okay, so I'll just stop sharing my screen.

00:07:43.020 And with that, I would like to, now it's an hour and 43 minutes, yeah, about an hour and 40 minutes long tonight.

00:07:50.260 So sit back.

00:07:51.320 I hope you have some popcorn.

00:07:52.920 I want to give a warning as well that there is sensitive content in this documentary, and it is not suitable for children.

00:08:00.420 All right.

00:08:00.900 Thank you so much.

00:08:01.820 Thanks for joining us.

00:08:02.760 I hope you'll share it, and thank you for joining us as well on all our social media platforms.

00:08:07.840 So please invite others to watch in honor of Tommy.

00:08:11.140 This is one of the reasons why he's in prison today.

00:08:14.120 Thank you.

00:08:16.640 The documentary you're about to watch is the most important documentary I've ever made.

00:08:21.360 This story is far bigger than Tommy Robinson.

00:08:24.240 This is about the weaponization and the politicization of these buildings, court buildings across the West, the Royal Courts of Justice ironically named.

00:08:31.940 These buildings have been weaponized and used against members of the public to destroy them if they speak out.

00:08:37.140 From Donald Trump to Steve Bannon to Gert Wilders to Marie Le Pen to Katie Hopkins.

00:08:41.960 That's what's happening.

00:08:43.820 My job as a journalist, I stand for freedom of speech.

00:08:46.120 I stand for freedom of press.

00:08:47.160 And I failed because three years ago when I lost a court case in here, and they bankrupt me to the tune of £1.6 million.

00:08:53.380 On a documentary, you're going to see the entire story was a lie.

00:08:56.860 Okay?

00:08:57.220 I failed because I should have come out of court and I should have played you that film.

00:09:00.440 Why didn't I play you that film?

00:09:01.780 Because I was given a gagging order by this building, by this judge.

00:09:04.680 I was silent and I allowed them to silence me because I was scared.

00:09:09.480 I was scared of two years in prison.

00:09:11.180 I was scared of the effect that solitary confinement for that length of time would have on me.

00:09:14.980 I was scared of jihadi gangs in jail. 0.52

00:09:17.080 And I was scared of the effect it would have on my family.

00:09:20.300 I failed me and I failed you.

00:09:22.520 I'm not going to fail myself again.

00:09:24.300 You're now going to watch the best citizen journalism and the most incredible expose of the establishment you've ever seen.

00:09:31.400 The news is how we find out what's happening in the world.

00:09:41.980 It's how we form our opinions.

00:09:44.760 Opinions based on facts.

00:09:46.740 That's the key.

00:09:48.500 Facts.

00:09:49.520 Facts should be delivered to you by journalists based on the truth.

00:09:54.280 But what if what they're delivering you isn't the truth?

00:09:57.420 What if it's stories that are manipulated to make you think a certain way?

00:10:01.680 To follow a certain narrative.

00:10:03.720 Different people's agendas.

00:10:05.660 And what do they do to those who go against that mainstream narrative?

00:10:09.740 Those who try to expose the truth.

00:10:12.860 This is a documentary about the lengths they will go to to shut down and silence anyone from bringing you, the British public, the truth.

00:10:22.040 Right, Jamal, they are.

00:10:22.980 What you saying, don't they?

00:10:23.700 I lost my job over this.

00:10:25.720 I'm not going to say you're doing this. 1.00

00:10:27.240 He's a nasty little piece of shit. 1.00

00:10:28.660 He's won the hockey stick over his head and hit me in the spine with it. 1.00

00:10:31.780 Well, it's all better than you're going to do.

00:10:33.500 This kid was out unconscious already.

00:10:35.740 That's just malicious.

00:10:36.900 I'm not standing.

00:10:37.380 You're not going.

00:10:37.960 No, because what yous are doing, I know what yous are doing.

00:10:39.980 Tommy, I am going to minch your kids, mate.

00:10:42.300 This is a documentary about the unholy alliance between the media, the justice system and our politicians.

00:10:52.540 How they conspire to suppress free speech.

00:10:55.160 How they pervert democracy and how the truth and your freedoms are just two of the casualties.

00:11:00.320 We will show how the mainstream media deceives people.

00:11:02.840 How they ignore the truth.

00:11:04.080 How the lies of the virtue signaling BBC, ITV and Channel 4 are all about their poisonous agenda.

00:11:10.180 No matter the cost to innocent people.

00:11:12.700 It's also a documentary about how an everyday playground incident between two young lads was spun into global news.

00:11:20.520 At a terrible cost to so many people.

00:11:22.640 Not least the two young lads themselves.

00:11:24.720 We will show how the law is being abused.

00:11:26.680 How people driven by hateful ideologies attempt to intimidate and silence anyone who dares to challenge the so-called progressive, so-called liberal narrative. 0.88

00:11:37.860 We will show the foolishness of our fear-driven political leaders.

00:11:41.660 Who jumped on a story, took a side, without knowing the truth. 0.97

00:11:45.980 Or worse still, knowing it, but hiding it.

00:11:48.780 Because the truth didn't fit their narrative.

00:11:51.260 Regardless of the human cost.

00:11:53.360 And we'll ask three important questions.

00:11:56.240 Firstly, is the media accountable to anyone, in any way, for what they report?

00:12:00.680 Years after the Leveson inquiry, has anything changed?

00:12:03.880 Or do they continue to act with impunity?

00:12:06.300 Secondly, is our legal system still fit for purpose?

00:12:09.340 We will show how lawyers who hate Britain but love jihadi warriors have weaponised the law system against us. 0.94

00:12:16.440 And how the legal system really only works for the rich.

00:12:19.640 And finally, how do we keep our politicians accountable?

00:12:23.260 If the police, the cause and the state can silence anyone for speaking inconvenient truths.

00:12:29.320 Truths that may raise questions about government policy.

00:12:32.740 Is the UK any different from China, Russia or Iran in their treatment of dissidents?

00:12:38.080 And of course, for Piers Morgan, for Jeremy Vine, for the BBC ITV and Channel 4, it's a tutorial on journalism.

00:12:46.100 Keep watching it. You'll learn a lot.

00:12:55.820 Our story appears to start and end in a brief playground incident at Ormondbury Community School in Huddersfield.

00:13:02.020 A playground scuffle.

00:13:03.400 One boy poured a bottle of water on another child.

00:13:05.220 The school dealt with it and that should have been that.

00:13:08.660 Three weeks later, however, a video clip of the incident surfaced.

00:13:12.000 And within hours, with the help of lawyers and the ignorant rantings of ITV's Piers Morgan and the BBC's Jeremy Vine,

00:13:17.900 it was made into global news event.

00:13:20.680 And the lives of so many people were turned upside down.

00:13:24.240 Such playground incidents happen every day.

00:13:26.920 So why was this spat between two boys transformed into global news?

00:13:31.600 Well, one of the boys was white and the other, a Syrian refugee.

00:13:36.200 At which point, the truth of the matter was buried beneath an avalanche of agendas and opportunism.

00:13:41.460 Within hours, the race-hate brigade was sharpening their blades.

00:13:44.980 Clearly, when somebody comes from Syria, fleeing Assad's regime, coming to a place like this,

00:13:51.800 when they get treated that way, that's an issue.

00:13:54.440 And the whole world is looking at us.

00:13:57.000 Where are we?

00:13:57.780 We're in Almonbury.

00:13:59.800 Do I say the scene of the incident?

00:14:01.600 Is it the scene of the great lie?

00:14:05.140 I call it the great lie because this lie was pushed around the globe. 0.73

00:14:09.460 This here is the school where the world was told a Syrian refugee was waterboarded by a racist English bully.

00:14:19.160 It was in a playing field here.

00:14:20.540 And do you know what?

00:14:20.840 This is the first time I've been here because when this blew up on the news, it's a child's school.

00:14:25.960 Kids are in school.

00:14:27.000 I didn't come outside here.

00:14:28.300 You see the scenes outside here where the imam was here with mobs of men, yeah? 0.99

00:14:32.340 Mobs of Muslim men. 0.99

00:14:34.080 Extremists travelled up from London, such as Ali Dawa, to cause a scene outside this kid's school. 0.98

00:14:39.560 Anyway, but I'm here.

00:14:41.060 Why am I here?

00:14:41.720 I'm here because I face a court case.

00:14:43.360 I'm being prosecuted.

00:14:44.260 It's gone to the high court and I have to prove I made a video stating that it was a lie.

00:14:49.440 Stating that Jamal wasn't innocent and telling some facts about Jamal beating up girls.

00:14:53.620 An instance that I'd been warned about by the members of this community to tell the truth about what happened at this school.

00:14:59.080 I've got to prove it in court.

00:15:00.600 So I've come to Huddersfield.

00:15:02.200 I'm now going to knock.

00:15:03.120 I need to find witnesses.

00:15:04.140 I've got addresses for many.

00:15:05.120 I need to knock and talk to them and see who I can get to come to court to help me prove to you, the public.

00:15:12.380 This is about as much as proven in court as proven to you, the British public,

00:15:16.220 that I was the only journalist in the country who told the truth about what happened in this community.

00:15:21.920 The story you were told. 0.95

00:15:25.260 You were told that a vulnerable Syrian child refugee had been bullied and waterboarded by a nasty white boy. 0.85

00:15:31.060 You were told it was a racist attack. 0.83

00:15:32.640 You were told of the dangers of far-right extremism.

00:15:36.100 You were invited to agree that this kind of intolerance could not be tolerated.

00:15:41.000 Was he vulnerable?

00:15:42.540 Was it a racist attack?

00:15:44.180 Our evidence shows the answers to both these questions was no.

00:15:47.900 Was the Syrian lad waterboarded?

00:15:49.700 Why was this word used?

00:15:51.660 What about this?

00:15:56.180 Was that waterboarding?

00:15:59.120 Take a look at this. 0.98

00:16:02.640 It shows a group of non-white children beating up a white girl.

00:16:15.620 It went viral online, but it wasn't touched by the mainstream media.

00:16:20.640 It wasn't made into a global story.

00:16:23.860 Why not?

00:16:24.640 Meanwhile, the usual suspects had lit the fire and were gleefully stoking the flames. 0.99

00:16:28.960 Everybody was exposing the scumbag that did this, who I hope gets severe retribution. 0.99

00:16:35.120 And of course, the politicians. 1.00

00:16:37.100 They're always quick to jump on the bandwagon.

00:16:39.540 Theresa May.

00:16:41.160 Sajid Javid.

00:16:43.560 Nas Shah.

00:16:45.260 Nicholas Soames, Winston Churchill's grandson.

00:16:48.800 Such moral outrage.

00:16:51.700 And it's not just the media and the politicians.

00:16:53.840 In today's Twitter and Facebook-driven worlds, where celebrities and groups compete to virtue

00:16:59.820 signal, most of them driven by the warm feeling they get by expressing their moral outrage,

00:17:04.860 or by fear.

00:17:05.980 The fear of what might happen to them if they don't.

00:17:09.140 Everyone who's anyone pumped the Bailey-Jamal story.

00:17:14.260 Boxers, Lennox Lewis, Huddersfield Football Club.

00:17:16.840 Celebrities from across the globe.

00:17:18.420 Let's have a look at all of the celebrities and blue-tick brigade who pumped the Jamal story. 0.96

00:17:25.700 And here are some of the people who pumped the story you watched earlier of the white 0.92

00:17:29.620 girl getting beaten up.

00:17:34.040 Sadly, whether it's politicians, celebrities or other groups, none of them are wise enough

00:17:39.540 or pause long enough to ask whether they have the whole story.

00:17:43.220 To check the facts.

00:17:45.020 To find the truth.

00:17:46.380 But why let the truth get in the way of such a good story?

00:17:50.860 And this story was just too good a story.

00:17:54.240 Two lads in a playground, Scrap, is not international news. 0.97

00:17:58.160 But racist white thug, waterboards, helpless Syrian refugee, boom! 1.00

00:18:02.640 Racism can't be tolerated. 1.00

00:18:04.220 Beware of the far right.

00:18:06.060 That's their kind of story.

00:18:07.720 We'll hear more about the Millet and Left later.

00:18:10.040 But they clearly weren't going to miss out on this.

00:18:12.260 Well, representing might be too harsh a word, but I'm here as a concerned citizen.

00:18:26.080 Mohamed Amin Pandor, a Mufti on a mission.

00:18:28.960 He rushed to Almanbree from his mosque in Bali, a town at the far end of the district.

00:18:33.080 In fact, there's 40 mosques closer to this school.

00:18:36.180 But perhaps Mufti Pandor had his own agenda.

00:18:39.480 You see, his little brother, Councillor Shabir Pandor, is the leader of Kirkley's council in Huddersfield.

00:18:44.620 And they were having some pretty bad news days at that time.

00:18:47.720 By the way, Mufti Pandor, he's the same guy who ordered the Islamic mob to come to the school in Batley 1.00

00:18:53.120 and demand the second of the RE teacher, who showed a cartoon of Mohamed in a discussion about free speech.

00:18:58.560 Look, look at what we do as a community and you'll understand our stance.

00:19:02.360 So what has happened is totally unacceptable.

00:19:04.960 Yeah.

00:19:05.300 And we have made sure that the school understands that.

00:19:07.860 The teacher has been suspended.

00:19:10.160 The teacher has been suspended.

00:19:11.860 Get off! 0.99

00:19:13.860 Get off! 0.99

00:19:14.620 Get off! 0.99

00:19:16.460 Get off! 0.99

00:19:18.460 Get off! 0.99

00:19:20.460 Get off! 0.99

00:19:21.280 Get off! 0.99

00:19:22.280 You may recall the teacher had to flee and he's still in hiding under police protection.

00:19:30.540 Luckily, he hasn't ended up like Samuel Paty, the French teacher who was beheaded for having

00:19:36.340 a similar discussion in a classroom about free speech.

00:19:39.660 You see, free speech is essential for any society wishing to maintain intellectual and social progress.

00:19:45.320 But not all societies are bothered about intellectual and social progress.

00:19:49.200 Should we be silenced by the demands of Mufti Pandor and Sharia law? 0.98

00:19:55.580 Should we sacrifice our freedom of speech?

00:19:58.900 Should we sacrifice the free and open exchange of ideas?

00:20:03.260 Should we sacrifice the cultural inheritance of which we are all custodians?

00:20:08.500 But back to the bad news days in Kirklees and the playground incident in 2018.

00:20:14.080 There was also Kirklees councillor, Masood Ahmed.

00:20:17.040 I'm not aware of there's a problem at the school.

00:20:21.420 That's something I obviously need to find out in terms of there is a problem at the school

00:20:27.280 and that is something I will definitely be picking up.

00:20:29.280 Now, some of you may remember this.

00:20:31.520 Michael is just going to explain what's going to happen next, right?

00:20:33.500 Are you being arrested?

00:20:34.800 Well, I'm being arrested.

00:20:35.700 I am being arrested.

00:20:36.460 You've caused a breach of peace.

00:20:39.140 I've caused a breach of peace.

00:20:40.480 I'm being arrested.

00:20:41.220 But the content of what you're streaming…

00:20:45.180 I'm being arrested for breach of the peace.

00:20:47.420 I'm being arrested for breach of peace.

00:20:48.480 You've all watched this.

00:20:49.380 You've all watched this.

00:20:50.460 You've all watched this.

00:20:51.720 You've all watched this.

00:20:52.640 Can you get me a slither? 0.91

00:20:53.780 Can you get me a slither? 0.91

00:20:54.760 Can you just turn up your lifeaha?

00:20:56.220 Can you get me a slither? 0.91

00:20:57.060 Just turn up your lifeaha, please. 0.70

00:20:58.100 Do you understand what I've just said to you?

00:21:00.360 Can you explain it again?

00:21:01.520 Do you understand what I've just said to you?

00:21:03.840 What does that mean?

00:21:04.680 What does that mean?

00:21:05.200 At the same time as this playground spat between two young lads,

00:21:09.400 20 Huddersfield men were being jailed across Yorkshire at Leeds Crown Court

00:21:13.080 for what would be the biggest grooming gang Britain has ever seen.

00:21:17.260 Ultimately, 35 almost exclusively Muslim men would be given 380 years in prison 1.00

00:21:23.100 for grooming, trafficking and raping young children. 0.81

00:21:27.100 Most of whom were known to councillor Pandore's Kirkley's council. 0.85

00:21:31.940 Mufti Pandore travelled for half an hour to rabble-rouse a gang outside the school gates

00:21:36.280 over this playground incident.

00:21:37.920 When within a couple of mile radius in Batley,

00:21:40.980 police have arrested a further 99 men in relation to historic sex crimes.

00:21:45.580 So far, 32 have been charged, including one Ibrahim Pandore, 41 of Batley.

00:21:52.180 That makes it the highest destination of grooming gang arrests anywhere in the UK.

00:21:56.540 We googled to see what Mufti Pandore has said about these grooming gang atrocities.

00:22:02.100 Nothing.

00:22:03.060 We googled to see what councillor Massoud Ahmed's condemnation.

00:22:07.320 Nothing.

00:22:08.360 In fact, we can't find the condemnation from the Mufti's brother either,

00:22:11.980 councillor Shabir Pandore, leader of the council.

00:22:14.680 Just one statement from him, reported in June 2019,

00:22:18.240 telling the National Working Group of Child Sexual Exploritation Response Unit

00:22:22.040 that his authority had moved forward.

00:22:25.960 That's it.

00:22:27.260 They've moved on. 0.99

00:22:28.780 Never mind grooming gangs, gang rape of young children.

00:22:31.480 All these men seem to be far more concerned

00:22:33.340 about what happened in a playground at Ormulbury Community School.

00:22:36.700 Or about cartoons of their prophet, Mohammed. 0.55

00:22:40.120 I think I now realise how difficult this is going to be

00:22:51.120 because everyone we've spoke to today,

00:22:53.300 they're all confirming what I said was true.

00:22:55.120 Everyone's confirming what Jamal was like,

00:22:56.800 including school staff.

00:22:58.780 But as soon as I mention this camera,

00:23:01.260 as soon as I mention court,

00:23:03.040 I need someone to come to court,

00:23:04.200 they just totally silenced straight away.

00:23:06.100 No one can know I've said that.

00:23:07.820 No one can know I've said this.

00:23:09.100 If you jump in, it's raining.

00:23:10.520 I'm realising how difficult it's going to be,

00:23:12.020 but I have got an idea for that now,

00:23:13.700 after today.

00:23:14.540 So, but first stop at McDonald's, yeah?

00:23:16.560 Let's go to McDonald's because I'm starving.

00:23:18.120 It's been a long day.

00:23:19.440 Yeah, I'll see you on YouTube.

00:23:20.980 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:23:21.500 I'll see you.

00:23:22.300 Smaller in real life, aren't I?

00:23:23.140 Nice to see you, man.

00:23:23.880 Nice to meet you, man.

00:23:24.580 Shall I offer you a little bit?

00:23:25.940 No, I'm fine, thank you.

00:23:26.980 Cheers, though.

00:23:27.320 Yeah, thanks, man.

00:23:28.280 Very nice to see you.

00:23:29.240 No, thank you, bruv.

00:23:30.120 Hello.

00:23:34.200 Bro, mate, have you still got all those hidden cameras?

00:23:39.720 Yeah, of course I have, yeah.

00:23:41.560 Could I borrow them?

00:23:42.280 What do you need?

00:23:43.140 Yeah, but when I say borrow them,

00:23:44.320 I'm going to need to take them for weeks

00:23:46.520 because I've got so much to do.

00:23:47.840 It's a long story.

00:23:48.540 I'll explain when I see you.

00:23:49.860 But I'm in a bit of a situation

00:23:51.760 and I need some hidden cameras.

00:23:54.520 Listen, not a problem.

00:23:55.740 I've put some kit together for you.

00:23:57.980 That's it.

00:23:58.860 So that's the idea.

00:23:59.740 The idea is I've got a friend there,

00:24:01.740 Secret Steve,

00:24:02.280 who has all sorts of cameras, yeah?

00:24:05.340 He's a private investigator.

00:24:07.300 I need to show the public

00:24:08.360 everything I've heard today.

00:24:10.000 I need the public to hear and know the truth.

00:24:11.780 I need them to know how much they've been lied to

00:24:13.700 by the media about what happened in this town.

00:24:16.400 And the only way, unfortunately,

00:24:17.860 the only way I'm going to be able to do that

00:24:19.140 is with hidden cameras

00:24:20.640 because today I've heard the truth,

00:24:23.700 but I need everyone of you to know the truth.

00:24:26.400 And everyone's too scared.

00:24:28.200 That's why I said Project Fear.

00:24:29.580 Everyone is too scared to speak the truth

00:24:31.700 or to come to court.

00:24:33.020 So I'm going to end up getting hammered in court.

00:24:35.920 The whole world told I've lied

00:24:37.220 when I haven't.

00:24:38.860 There's only journalists in the UK who told the truth.

00:24:41.040 So we need to prove it.

00:24:42.140 So we'll shoot down the motorway now.

00:24:44.100 We'll go get these hidden cameras.

00:24:46.720 These are all...

00:24:48.140 So this is a tie.

00:24:50.380 There's a camera in that.

00:24:51.360 That's the camera.

00:24:53.480 Mad, isn't it?

00:24:55.100 There's a camera there.

00:24:56.520 You've got everything here.

00:24:57.900 Cameras, glasses.

00:24:58.760 I don't wear glasses,

00:24:59.580 so that's going to be awkward.

00:25:01.340 That's the bottom of a coffee cup.

00:25:04.120 So you put that on the bottom of the coffee cup.

00:25:05.860 I feel like James Bond.

00:25:06.700 This today,

00:25:19.160 that's the camera.

00:25:21.820 I'll have to take this off,

00:25:22.920 but it doesn't matter

00:25:23.540 because apparently this records all the audio,

00:25:25.360 it records everything.

00:25:26.420 That's the camera,

00:25:27.320 and I feel a little bit dirty doing this.

00:25:29.580 But it is the only way I'm going to get people to speak.

00:25:33.620 And then I need you to hear what I hear.

00:25:35.700 The idea that people would maraud the streets

00:25:38.100 looking for him was appalling.

00:25:40.460 The fact that the video itself,

00:25:43.220 although it showed

00:25:45.720 the accumulation of things that are built up to that,

00:25:49.540 did not deserve what happened to him

00:25:52.220 or to anybody else in that situation.

00:25:54.420 I'm afraid the media,

00:25:56.600 I call it the perfect storm.

00:25:58.120 I was getting emails from Pakistan,

00:26:00.840 from Australia, from America,

00:26:02.180 telling me to resign.

00:26:03.620 So it went worldwide,

00:26:05.120 and I'm afraid I came into teaching

00:26:08.700 to help poor people,

00:26:11.540 and they got rid of me.

00:26:15.660 I've got a problem here.

00:26:18.180 I lost my job over this,

00:26:21.220 and as a result,

00:26:22.380 the council has told me

00:26:23.360 that I cannot speak to anybody ever about it.

00:26:26.860 So unfortunately...

00:26:28.200 Well, you lost your job over

00:26:28.920 that didn't matter about anything?

00:26:29.540 I was there when it happened.

00:26:34.000 I was there when I dealt with all the situation.

00:26:37.060 And then Ofsted came.

00:26:40.860 Then Trevor wasn't there anymore.

00:26:43.160 That's all I can say.

00:26:45.260 I can't get a job.

00:26:46.200 So that's where it's left me.

00:26:50.060 And I can live with that,

00:26:53.980 but barely we're only 15.

00:26:55.440 I can't live with that.

00:26:56.480 That's different.

00:26:57.140 He's got a pretty good job.

00:26:57.800 A young man,

00:26:58.840 he's a young man with a life that he should be...

00:27:02.040 He's an articulate lad,

00:27:03.320 he's got a lot about him.

00:27:05.440 That's terrible.

00:27:06.800 I can't.

00:27:07.580 No, no.

00:27:08.080 If I do,

00:27:09.320 I could get myself into real trouble.

00:27:10.840 Oh, okay.

00:27:11.480 I could have really serious trouble.

00:27:13.700 Legal trouble,

00:27:14.480 because part of the council's...

00:27:16.540 You've signed an NDA or something?

00:27:17.760 Correct.

00:27:18.280 So they've said,

00:27:19.520 you can't discuss it.

00:27:20.940 And what was the NDA?

00:27:21.760 So you keep the pension?

00:27:22.620 So you get a pension?

00:27:23.600 Yeah. 1.00

00:27:24.520 Fuck in hell, bro. 1.00

00:27:26.400 I have to be very careful about what I say to anyone. 1.00

00:27:29.160 I'm not allowed to talk about it.

00:27:30.320 I really am not.

00:27:31.620 So I can't discuss it.

00:27:33.100 I can't discuss it with the media.

00:27:34.560 I've always wanted to have my say.

00:27:36.240 Against it, yeah.

00:27:36.860 Which I've never had.

00:27:38.600 Never been allowed to have.

00:27:40.200 Never been allowed to say goodbye to my staff.

00:27:42.840 I was just told to leave.

00:27:44.840 So I've worked there nearly 30 years.

00:27:47.280 Sorry, 20 years.

00:27:48.680 And never got a card.

00:27:50.560 Never got a goodbye.

00:27:52.180 This whole thing was just used.

00:27:54.000 The whole thing was used.

00:27:55.060 Yes.

00:27:55.440 To push them in.

00:27:56.340 And hijacked.

00:27:57.760 And by the right.

00:28:01.220 I'm quite a political person.

00:28:02.520 By the right and the left.

00:28:03.720 It was hijacked.

00:28:05.260 And spun all out of proportion.

00:28:07.560 And now we've got problems.

00:28:09.980 But essentially what...

00:28:11.120 I thought...

00:28:11.960 So what you'll meet is a world of silence.

00:28:14.840 What a mess.

00:28:15.660 It is a mess.

00:28:16.840 But it's a tragedy.

00:28:18.100 It's a tragedy for Bailey.

00:28:20.520 I'm not sure Jamal will get anything out of this ever in his life.

00:28:24.120 Positive out of it either.

00:28:25.480 Necessarily.

00:28:26.020 He might have...

00:28:26.880 He might have got a few silver coins from Judas.

00:28:29.380 But that's about it.

00:28:30.220 You know.

00:28:30.840 That's it.

00:28:31.660 The thing is that the incident happened six weeks prior.

00:28:33.720 Or weeks prior.

00:28:35.000 And they're on the same day at the same time.

00:28:36.500 They've looked at the timings.

00:28:37.700 The GoFundMe set up.

00:28:39.160 The statements released.

00:28:39.940 Now you see you're pulling the picture together.

00:28:41.720 And then they've built it up.

00:28:42.600 I couldn't comment on that.

00:28:43.680 But you've got a little picture there.

00:28:45.620 They've built it up as a racist thing.

00:28:46.900 It's been built instantly.

00:28:47.500 Correct.

00:28:49.000 He's saying.

00:28:49.740 He's English.

00:28:50.400 Correct.

00:28:51.340 Job done.

00:28:51.940 Already that's gold.

00:28:57.500 Yeah.

00:28:57.720 I know that's gold.

00:28:58.560 All I hope.

00:28:59.460 I hope that's recorded.

00:29:00.560 I can't turn the computer on.

00:29:01.960 So I just pray.

00:29:03.300 That's got the audio.

00:29:04.700 And the visual.

00:29:05.360 And it's not pointing up there.

00:29:06.960 That we've got it.

00:29:07.760 Because that was the head teacher.

00:29:09.020 And that's the first visit.

00:29:10.520 And I know this is going to work.

00:29:12.040 So I now need.

00:29:13.300 I know.

00:29:14.040 Just off that.

00:29:14.600 I didn't think he'd talk.

00:29:15.280 I thought he'd shut the door in my face.

00:29:16.600 He didn't.

00:29:17.500 He seemed like he wanted to talk.

00:29:19.000 There's a lot he wants to say.

00:29:20.580 So.

00:29:20.860 But yeah.

00:29:21.160 Let's go.

00:29:21.880 Next stretcher.

00:29:24.820 This is exciting.

00:29:26.320 Was there a racism problem in the school?

00:29:28.600 Well no.

00:29:29.240 I don't think there was.

00:29:31.280 Was.

00:29:31.800 What about other Syrian refugees?

00:29:33.340 Like.

00:29:33.540 Do you think what happened to Jamal.

00:29:35.160 Yeah.

00:29:35.400 In the school was because he was a Syrian refugee?

00:29:37.320 No.

00:29:37.580 Not at all.

00:29:38.100 I told you before.

00:29:39.200 That.

00:29:39.440 That would have happened.

00:29:40.700 Jamal.

00:29:40.960 If the child was white.

00:29:42.120 Big.

00:29:42.480 Blue.

00:29:42.820 Whatever colour.

00:29:43.840 They're all scared.

00:29:44.700 Yeah.

00:29:45.900 We've got careers on there.

00:29:46.980 I work for probation service now.

00:29:48.880 You do now.

00:29:49.460 Yeah.

00:29:51.000 So I don't know where I stand with it.

00:29:54.640 If I go.

00:29:55.400 I could lose my job.

00:29:58.820 What about if.

00:30:00.140 No.

00:30:00.740 No.

00:30:00.760 And I wouldn't.

00:30:01.020 Do you understand what I'm saying?

00:30:01.880 I work for.

00:30:02.060 I get it bro.

00:30:02.740 I work for probation service now.

00:30:04.520 You see if I didn't work for.

00:30:05.820 You see if you were someone. 0.99

00:30:06.840 If I didn't work for the fucking public sector no more. 1.00

00:30:09.800 I'd say they can go fuck themselves. 1.00

00:30:11.320 They can't. 1.00

00:30:11.920 You know what I mean?

00:30:12.720 So they seem to be pretty keen on these NDAs.

00:30:14.740 Yeah.

00:30:15.360 Who is that?

00:30:16.200 The police counsellor.

00:30:17.180 But I can't disclose that with you.

00:30:19.600 What for?

00:30:21.600 Loads.

00:30:22.380 I'm saying I can't disclose it because I signed it.

00:30:24.740 That incident was talked about by Theresa May at a G20 summit.

00:30:34.720 Somebody asked her a question about it.

00:30:36.120 We were then off-steaded by five of the top inspectors in the country.

00:30:44.320 We were then able to send one registered inspector.

00:30:49.460 We had the head of safeguarding.

00:30:51.460 I had Amanda Spielman the head of off-stead speaking to me about it.

00:30:55.300 If you want my honest opinion, they said, get up there.

00:31:00.780 This is, I don't know who they is.

00:31:02.260 Get up there and shut that school. 0.97

00:31:04.640 Get up there and get rid of this.

00:31:06.360 Get rid of the problem.

00:31:07.380 Over the Bailey.

00:31:08.120 Over Jamal. 0.97

00:31:09.120 Correct.

00:31:09.740 Get up there and get rid of it.

00:31:11.380 And why do you think that is?

00:31:12.860 Do you think, because I looked at Jamal.

00:31:14.500 Do you remember what?

00:31:14.820 Because he came here two years ago.

00:31:16.040 I've got so many negative things said about him now by so many people.

00:31:19.840 Well, I mean so many.

00:31:21.000 I mean I've got children at school.

00:31:23.220 I've got absolutely too before.

00:31:24.000 We have nine Syrian children.

00:31:26.780 Nine families.

00:31:27.700 Yep.

00:31:29.160 We're going to have one issue.

00:31:30.900 Well, my view is that you won't get much of an answer out of Rob because he worked there

00:31:36.160 and he was bound by various confidentialities.

00:31:39.480 Non-disclosure agreements.

00:31:41.260 Do you get paid as well?

00:31:42.800 Not going to come.

00:31:44.000 They all have.

00:31:45.080 Every teacher got paid not to tell the truth.

00:31:47.080 But the head teacher can't even talk about Jamal at all.

00:31:49.460 No, neither can I.

00:31:50.940 Can you?

00:31:51.820 What's your name?

00:31:52.140 Well, if you work it out, it must be a good one, mustn't it?

00:31:55.400 Oh, yeah.

00:31:55.760 Did you work there as well?

00:31:56.860 No, I was the chair of governors there.

00:31:58.820 So it's not...

00:32:00.560 My issue is that...

00:32:01.400 You're not going to get anywhere.

00:32:02.460 No, no, no, yeah.

00:32:03.480 And Rob wouldn't talk to you either, so it's...

00:32:05.220 They're trying to...

00:32:06.040 It's pointless me even giving you...

00:32:07.280 But I told the truth.

00:32:09.100 Your contact details wouldn't work with it.

00:32:11.360 I told the truth about what happened that day.

00:32:13.400 I am not even arguing.

00:32:14.880 His life was destroyed.

00:32:16.120 Well, that's not fair either, is it? 1.00

00:32:17.840 As a racist bully. 0.99

00:32:19.200 And he won't. 0.96

00:32:19.700 And he wasn't.

00:32:20.700 I know.

00:32:21.040 And I both know that.

00:32:22.000 I know.

00:32:22.300 But what we should do, the truth is just...

00:32:24.300 How much money is it?

00:32:26.120 I can't see the finger because if I see the finger, it goes out.

00:32:35.720 Because, mate...

00:32:36.460 18.

00:32:37.140 18.

00:32:38.400 I've just found out...

00:32:40.440 Well, the headteacher's told us already that he was blackmailed and threatened.

00:32:44.320 I've just found out of Kumar.

00:32:46.680 He was paid £18,000.

00:32:49.280 Paid...

00:32:50.040 He said, I can't take...

00:32:51.060 Shh.

00:32:52.040 I signed.

00:32:52.720 I was paid.

00:32:53.980 I said, paid what?

00:32:55.060 He was paid money by the local council.

00:32:57.920 So he can't tell the truth about what's going on in that school.

00:33:01.920 They've given everyone non-disclosure agreements.

00:33:04.620 From school staff to governors...

00:33:06.440 Governors and Paul Kumar to get £18,000.

00:33:09.820 He's not even involved.

00:33:11.360 If you live here, if you live in this area, your tax money, he's got £18,000.

00:33:16.200 What must the headteacher have got?

00:33:18.380 He must have got six figures.

00:33:20.440 How much money have they spent on this lie?

00:33:22.280 We put in a Freedom of Information request to Kirkley's council to find out exactly how much they'd spent of taxpayers' money to get the silence of their staff.

00:33:31.860 They didn't answer the first request.

00:33:34.180 They avoided the second.

00:33:36.260 Only when we sent them legal letters, because they have to, by law, answer these questions, did we get our answer.

00:33:43.180 They'd spent over a quarter of a million pounds.

00:33:46.720 Nearly £275,000 of taxpayers' money was spent making people remain silent.

00:33:53.820 They've spent money silencing everybody, so no one can ever, this is forever, once you've signed that agreement, no one can ever tell the truth.

00:34:01.960 While they pushed this manufactured lie that destroyed lives, schools, communities, everyone's life.

00:34:07.980 I've seen life after life after life, person after person's life destroyed, while the council, your local council, Kirkley's council, give away hundreds of thousands of pounds to make sure that the truth can never be told.

00:34:18.060 I can't believe it.

00:34:21.880 I knew from day dot, I asked myself the question, when this was blowing up and I knew the truth, I kept saying, how come no teacher's telling the truth?

00:34:28.720 If all those teachers know what's gone on in that school, how come none of them are coming out and saying, well now we know.

00:34:35.680 Now the whole world's going to know.

00:34:37.840 Because Kirkley council paid them not to.

00:34:39.160 Unbelievable.

00:34:42.100 Unbelievable.

00:34:50.920 Jamal was in New Year?

00:34:52.460 Yeah, he was in the same year as me.

00:34:55.140 What was Jamal's attitude like at school?

00:34:58.900 He wasn't very nice. 0.99

00:35:00.780 He called female teachers bitches. 0.99

00:35:02.540 He just didn't really have respect for the female students, to be honest. 0.99

00:35:11.280 Yeah, basically we were in a PE lesson and we were playing hockey with a teacher called Mr. Cattell.

00:35:19.100 And I had taken the hockey puck off of Jamal because I was on the other team and sent it to the other side of the room where my teammates were.

00:35:27.940 And I then turned around and just felt a really sharp pain in my back and he'd swung the hockey stick over his head and hit me in the spine with it.

00:35:36.940 Is there, do you think there's any way that could have been an accident?

00:35:40.960 No.

00:35:42.320 It knocked me to my knees.

00:35:43.880 It knocked you to your knees.

00:35:45.680 How long had Jamal been at school when this happened?

00:35:49.060 About two weeks.

00:35:50.100 I've had lasting injuries from it.

00:35:53.280 It's caused me to have severe pain in the top of my back and I'm on medication for the pain.

00:36:02.480 Still now?

00:36:03.280 Yeah.

00:36:05.180 Did Jamal get in trouble for this?

00:36:07.340 Not that I'm aware of.

00:36:09.260 First, I want to apologise to anyone I've been forced to record with a hidden camera.

00:36:13.580 Sadly, people are terrified to tell the truth because of the potential consequences.

00:36:18.140 But the truth still needs to be told.

00:36:21.100 Do you remember any incident specifically with Jamal with dogs?

00:36:26.700 Well, do you remember that one where he hit that girl with hockey stick, wasn't it?

00:36:31.160 Yeah, Charlie.

00:36:32.020 Charlie.

00:36:32.620 Yeah.

00:36:32.900 Don't give a name then.

00:36:33.660 Yeah, you must go.

00:36:34.660 Lugly little girl, that.

00:36:36.080 Yeah. 0.99

00:36:36.300 Um, it was just real to him, obnoxious, and bloody nastily, no respect for ladies, no respect for girls. 0.94

00:36:46.740 Yeah. 0.94

00:36:47.920 I didn't expect anybody to bow down to him.

00:36:51.860 Because he was like to the side of me, so he tried like pushing me, so I quickly moved out of here.

00:36:57.080 Because obviously I knew what he was like, he would have actually hit me and stuff.

00:37:00.100 Yeah.

00:37:00.320 So I moved, you know, that's when he moved his arms, if he was going to try to slap my face out of the back.

00:37:05.140 Okay.

00:37:05.400 And he dropped, but he did, but on that day, he spat at you multiple times.

00:37:10.020 Where'd the spit go?

00:37:11.080 Like, literally all on my uniform at the side, then all down the school bag.

00:37:14.680 Because when I went home, I told my mum that my mum was disgusted in it.

00:37:17.300 But the school said that because it was outside of school time, so I can't really do much about it.

00:37:22.700 Okay. 1.00

00:37:23.980 He's a nasty little piece of shit. 1.00

00:37:25.880 Was he? 1.00

00:37:26.360 Yeah.

00:37:27.020 And dog.

00:37:27.820 And I told you to listen to that when she rung me.

00:37:30.340 Okay. 0.98

00:37:30.800 He's a horrible boy.

00:37:31.840 Was he? 0.93

00:37:32.320 Yeah.

00:37:33.460 And it's all that.

00:37:35.400 What was he like at school then?

00:37:36.900 Last day.

00:37:37.920 To?

00:37:39.080 Everybody and anybody.

00:37:40.680 He had no respect for women at all.

00:37:44.340 None.

00:37:45.740 And even staff.

00:37:47.360 No respect for them?

00:37:48.400 No.

00:37:49.080 I told him, I told him, he said, he's thrown, he's thrown.

00:37:51.480 Okay.

00:37:51.840 Jamal grabbed him by his tie and just threw him against the wall.

00:37:54.920 Cracked his head up and he gets back at wall and just kept throwing him against the wall.

00:37:58.000 This kid was out unconscious already.

00:38:00.100 That's just malicious. 0.98

00:38:01.600 That's just intent to kill. 1.00

00:38:02.920 They were awful. 0.99

00:38:04.500 Were they?

00:38:05.680 They had a young lad and a girl and they were absolutely, they were horrendous.

00:38:14.520 The kids, they were just horrific.

00:38:17.040 The couple of kids that they had used to bully the kids.

00:38:19.680 What, Jamal?

00:38:20.460 Yeah.

00:38:21.560 See, what was Jamal like though? 1.00

00:38:24.120 A dickhead. 0.99

00:38:24.960 Was he? 1.00

00:38:25.280 He spent, he came to isolation a few times.

00:38:27.800 He wasn't a perfect child.

00:38:29.180 No, no.

00:38:29.660 He was betrayed.

00:38:30.840 Well, you know what job I did, don't you?

00:38:32.320 He was in isolation?

00:38:33.320 Yeah.

00:38:33.760 Yeah, yeah.

00:38:34.080 In isolation a lot of times.

00:38:35.420 Was he?

00:38:35.880 Yeah.

00:38:37.020 What was he like though?

00:38:39.020 Troublesome child.

00:38:40.260 Yeah. 1.00

00:38:44.460 He used to make up fucking stories. 1.00

00:38:46.700 He used to make up stories? 1.00

00:38:47.840 Yeah.

00:38:48.920 At one stage, I think he said, something to do with his sister.

00:38:52.120 Somebody said something to his sister and I was in isolation.

00:38:57.760 I just got to come up and he was waiting outside isolation and wanting to beat the girl up or something.

00:39:02.180 I can't remember.

00:39:02.940 He wanted to beat the girl up. 0.87

00:39:04.320 Did I say something to his sister?

00:39:05.580 Just one second.

00:39:06.140 Yeah, no problem.

00:39:06.920 Yeah, no problem.

00:39:08.060 But he used to lie.

00:39:11.040 Lie a lot.

00:39:12.840 But this whole thing was built off what he said and if he lied a lot, it's a big problem.

00:39:16.460 What's that?

00:39:17.940 He was a violent person.

00:39:20.060 He was a violent person?

00:39:21.440 Yeah.

00:39:22.120 But the time of the year we were, I mean, he was the year we were.

00:39:25.720 Yep.

00:39:26.200 He used to, every time I walked past, I grabbed him in.

00:39:28.960 Every time he was past him?

00:39:30.200 What happened with you and him?

00:39:32.580 In the toilet, he just comes up and tries wrestling.

00:39:35.280 I think I'm just trying to find him.

00:39:36.600 I did try and find him.

00:39:37.940 I think none of it.

00:39:38.940 What was that over?

00:39:40.300 Nothing.

00:39:40.840 Nothing on?

00:39:41.620 He did it.

00:39:42.440 He was going every day.

00:39:43.760 Every day.

00:39:44.660 Every day?

00:39:45.400 Very much, yeah.

00:39:47.540 But when you saw him?

00:39:49.080 Yeah.

00:39:49.480 He just attacked you?

00:39:50.160 I don't know.

00:39:50.680 I don't know.

00:39:51.240 I don't know.

00:39:51.620 I don't know.

00:39:52.040 I don't know.

00:39:52.420 I don't know.

00:39:52.460 I don't know.

00:39:55.380 Is he like that with lots of kids?

00:39:57.420 Not really, no.

00:39:58.500 Just certain kids?

00:39:59.600 Yeah, I would say I'm like, exactly the strongest part.

00:40:02.360 So he thought he could?

00:40:03.440 Yeah.

00:40:03.880 I don't know.

00:40:04.880 He couldn't.

00:40:05.660 No.

00:40:06.560 What, he just randomly attack you?

00:40:08.320 Yeah.

00:40:08.920 Yeah.

00:40:09.620 But anytime.

00:40:10.960 What about, your mum said something about, he put something in between his hands?

00:40:16.160 Oh, yeah. It was a compass. I remembered it yesterday. It was just as you went. It was a compass. It got a compass and they were going around like, when he got to me, he went proper hard into me, made me bleed and everything. And I think it was Miss Ennis that proper gave him a telling off.

00:40:32.640 Okay. You know, you said, so say like that instant there, you said some girl said something to Jamal's sister and he waited outside to beat her up.

00:40:39.760 Well, there are testimonies from several children who alleged they were being bullied by him. Younger children, little girls, mostly girls. Is Jamal the innocent victim you've been told?

00:40:51.480 I gathered these testimonies over just a few hours filming in Huddersfield. I could have carried on.

00:40:56.720 Yeah, I was waiting outside isolation to beat the girl up. 1.00

00:40:59.560 And about the lies. 1.00

00:41:00.400 Yeah, I'd say about Jamal used to tell fibs several times he got investigated and it just fucking turned out to be fucking lies. 0.99

00:41:07.540 The fact that he always lied is a big point. The fact that you know that the police, the school investigated incidents where he said things happened and they turned out to be made up. 0.98

00:41:16.020 Yeah, fibs. They couldn't have happened. It couldn't have happened because I think they won. The child was even in school, got accused. I can remember.

00:41:25.560 Oh my God. Oh my God.

00:41:28.840 I'm sure he accused us another guy called Jaden. I can't remember his last name.

00:41:32.460 Called what?

00:41:33.300 Jaden.

00:41:33.940 Jaden.

00:41:35.300 He accused Jaden of someone. 1.00

00:41:36.480 I'm a mean investigator of fucking bollocks. 0.99

00:41:40.540 Not very likeable, really. 1.00

00:41:42.260 No.

00:41:42.720 You know, about what he was going to do to sisters and what have you.

00:41:45.860 Who, to Bailey?

00:41:47.280 To Bailey and Tophers.

00:41:49.040 Oh, and Tophers. 0.97

00:41:49.760 But not a very nice bod.

00:41:51.760 When you say, what was he going to do to the sisters? 0.99

00:41:53.860 Well, he told Bailey we were going to rape them. 1.00

00:41:56.000 Told Bailey he was going to rape a sister. 0.98

00:41:57.760 And I just want to argue that it was in the public's interest for him to know the truth about Jamal. 0.98

00:42:01.500 No, yeah.

00:42:02.440 He was just retaliating.

00:42:04.400 Yeah.

00:42:04.600 You know, which most people, though, are some of the threatening of their sisters.

00:42:08.480 Yeah.

00:42:09.700 But Jamal seems like every kid I've spoke to that he attacked was younger.

00:42:14.080 Yeah. 0.97

00:42:14.740 Bully.

00:42:15.840 Do you know who Jamal?

00:42:16.640 Yeah.

00:42:17.200 Yeah, that's what I'm finding now.

00:42:18.400 That's what I remember.

00:42:19.620 He said he was going to stab him because I think it was a science or something.

00:42:21.900 Yeah.

00:42:22.040 But I remember he said, yeah, so he goes, what are you saying now?

00:42:25.860 Because that thing of him getting caught with a knife in school, it's like, what?

00:42:29.640 Caught with a knife and a screwdriver?

00:42:31.060 Yeah.

00:42:31.580 Bailey gets his belt for pouring a bottle of water?

00:42:33.040 Yeah. 1.00

00:42:33.760 What the fuck? 1.00

00:42:34.760 Surely he gets... 1.00

00:42:35.320 Have you got a statement like that?

00:42:36.720 No, because there's things missing.

00:42:39.100 But I've got his dad mentioning it in the minutes of a meeting.

00:42:42.020 His dad mentions it in a meeting with the school.

00:42:43.740 His dad mentions about them catching him with a knife and a screwdriver.

00:42:47.380 His dad brought it up.

00:42:48.780 I've got it.

00:42:49.040 I've got it in black and white.

00:42:49.840 Yeah.

00:42:49.960 You've got a good case there.

00:42:51.980 I've got it.

00:42:52.720 Yeah, he got caught with a knife.

00:42:53.520 They can't deny it.

00:42:54.580 You see, the truth was there for the media.

00:42:57.540 It was there for celebrities and politicians to see.

00:42:59.820 They could have told you the truth at the time.

00:43:01.960 Before some of you gave over £160,000 of your money to the poor victim, Jamal.

00:43:08.240 Well, not so poor anymore.

00:43:10.160 But none of this was true.

00:43:12.020 A key part of this case is that I reported what I was told.

00:43:16.420 Before my involvement in this story,

00:43:18.200 a mother went online and said her daughter had been attacked by Jamal.

00:43:22.040 I contacted that mother.

00:43:23.900 She sent me images of her daughter.

00:43:26.100 She said her little daughter was beaten by three Muslim girls

00:43:28.820 and that Jamal jumped in and bit her daughter on the head. 0.98

00:43:33.600 She sent me the images of the bite marks on her daughter's head.

00:43:37.480 I said, can I speak to you?

00:43:39.000 Can I interview you?

00:43:40.200 I rang the mother.

00:43:41.900 But the child was too scared to talk to me.

00:43:45.840 Is she scared?

00:43:46.500 I don't know.

00:43:47.900 Everyone's scared.

00:43:49.400 A girl went online and said that she had been attacked by Jamal.

00:43:53.720 Both of these victims deleted their comments.

00:43:56.640 Why?

00:43:57.700 Both of these victims had gone online and reported this

00:43:59.740 before my involvement at all in this case.

00:44:03.140 I simply reported what they were saying.

00:44:05.740 We revisited the mother's house to try and get confirmation

00:44:08.840 as to why she backtracked on the story she had put out

00:44:13.000 and the story she had told me.

00:44:15.020 I don't care if you're driving.

00:44:16.380 Tommy Robinson's here.

00:44:18.500 Turn out to worry.

00:44:19.320 Don't worry.

00:44:19.860 He said don't worry.

00:44:21.300 Yeah.

00:44:21.520 So when you put online about Jamal, what happened?

00:44:28.500 What was the response to that?

00:44:33.640 What do you mean?

00:44:34.620 I mean, did you receive...

00:44:36.420 Did I receive threats?

00:44:38.760 Yeah, I did.

00:44:39.700 What sort of threats?

00:44:42.660 All sorts.

00:44:44.000 All sorts.

00:44:44.860 Tell me.

00:44:45.340 All sorts.

00:44:45.860 And I'm just...

00:44:47.400 What I'm trying to understand is...

00:44:48.920 Is that...

00:44:49.720 And is that...

00:44:51.460 Because what I've looked at...

00:44:53.740 Because Jamal's solicitors are using a statement that you made

00:44:57.300 saying that Jamal had nothing to do with it.

00:45:02.080 But was that...

00:45:03.020 I'm asking.

00:45:03.840 Was that in response to the threats you received?

00:45:08.380 Yeah.

00:45:09.020 It was.

00:45:09.700 Okay. 0.99

00:45:10.700 Liar. 0.99

00:45:12.960 Is it just a liar? 1.00

00:45:14.180 Jamal telling fibs all the time.

00:45:17.140 Several times investigated. 1.00

00:45:18.840 Fucking... 1.00

00:45:19.280 Found out that he was talking fucking shit. 1.00

00:45:21.740 I don't think the whole... 1.00

00:45:22.560 But then I read Jamal reading...

00:45:23.840 Reading what was blatantly a prepared statement on the news.

00:45:26.180 I don't feel safe at school.

00:45:27.640 Sometimes I say to my dad,

00:45:29.000 I don't want to go to school anymore.

00:45:31.100 I was just crying.

00:45:32.480 And I didn't do nothing because I respect the school rules.

00:45:35.660 Yeah.

00:45:35.880 He used to break rules all the time.

00:45:37.300 Yeah.

00:45:37.440 He used to lie.

00:45:37.940 He used to lie a lot.

00:45:39.280 He lied several times.

00:45:41.080 He lied several times.

00:45:42.360 I caught him several times lying.

00:45:44.300 He's suing me for defamation for what I've said about him.

00:45:46.880 And I'm finding out after teacher,

00:45:48.360 After teacher,

00:45:48.940 After teacher,

00:45:49.760 He's far worse than what I said.

00:45:51.220 Far worse.

00:45:52.800 I mean like far worse.

00:45:54.740 He was put up on a pedestal by every single media outlet.

00:45:58.300 Politicians,

00:45:59.120 Footballers,

00:46:00.000 Celebrities,

00:46:00.680 Boxers,

00:46:01.260 Everybody.

00:46:02.480 He's suing me for defamation for what I've said about him.

00:46:04.760 All I'm knocking on the door and asking teacher after teacher after teacher,

00:46:07.880 Is what was Jamal like?

00:46:09.260 And it's just flowing.

00:46:13.060 It's just boom.

00:46:15.440 And he was far worse than anything I said.

00:46:18.480 Far worse.

00:46:20.880 I find it insane.

00:46:22.820 Because there is no way that all the things I'm now finding out,

00:46:28.020 That no other journalist has found this out.

00:46:30.640 They must have known what he was like.

00:46:32.000 Because it hasn't been hard.

00:46:46.360 But I don't portray poor Boney. 0.82

00:46:48.300 It was disgusting.

00:46:49.640 It really was. 0.68

00:46:50.960 Cool.

00:46:51.480 Because that's why I've spoken to loads of people who said,

00:46:53.140 No, Boney wasn't a bully.

00:46:54.540 No, he wasn't.

00:46:55.660 He wasn't racist.

00:46:56.780 His mum had a bit of a god. 1.00

00:46:58.300 Don't get me wrong.

00:46:59.100 Because I used to have got PR.

00:47:00.440 And Bailey wasn't like that at all. 1.00

00:47:02.940 He had two half-cast sisters.

00:47:04.960 I know.

00:47:05.320 How could he have been really bad?

00:47:07.000 You know.

00:47:07.360 But Bailey wasn't racist.

00:47:08.820 He was that far from it.

00:47:10.260 He wasn't a bully.

00:47:12.560 He was a good lad.

00:47:13.760 Oh, no.

00:47:14.160 I'd see him.

00:47:15.200 And then there in it, he'd always say,

00:47:16.720 Oh, yeah, no, she was right, you know.

00:47:20.140 But even doing...

00:47:21.380 Because he got portrayed. 0.98

00:47:22.160 The way the media portrayed it was that Bailey was a horrible racist kid.

00:47:24.680 And that Jamal was an innocent little refugee. 0.99

00:47:26.920 He wasn't.

00:47:28.520 That far from it.

00:47:29.900 So you were told Bailey was a bully. 0.98

00:47:33.020 And he was a racist. 0.95

00:47:34.480 He wasn't a saint in school. 0.98

00:47:36.380 He'd be the first to admit that.

00:47:37.940 But he wasn't a bully.

00:47:39.080 Or a racist.

00:47:40.180 The police concluded there was nothing racist about the scuffle. 0.96

00:47:43.460 Yet you were told he was vermin.

00:47:44.940 You were told he needed to be dealt with.

00:47:46.680 He was vilified by the media, by politicians and by celebrities. 0.97

00:47:50.740 Bailey a bully. 1.00

00:47:51.900 Bailey a racist. 0.96

00:47:53.020 Not according to his teachers and other children.

00:47:55.660 Not according to his head teacher of his school.

00:47:57.940 He is, isn't he? He was a 50-year-old kid.

00:48:00.160 Yeah.

00:48:00.440 And he would have been, could be, have a great future.

00:48:04.820 He's a very articulate lad.

00:48:06.800 He's got a lot of issue about justice.

00:48:09.400 Yeah, I think, you know, I could have seen him being a lawyer or something like that because he had that in him.

00:48:13.500 Really?

00:48:13.980 Yeah.

00:48:14.920 And he would stand up for his peers in school when he felt things weren't.

00:48:21.360 Yeah.

00:48:21.900 Yeah.

00:48:22.400 Yeah, he would do that.

00:48:23.560 I just want to tell the truth about Bailey.

00:48:24.960 Yeah, well...

00:48:25.900 His life was destroyed.

00:48:27.060 Well, that's not fair either, is it? 1.00

00:48:28.800 As a racist bully. 0.96

00:48:30.120 And he wasn't. 0.93

00:48:30.680 And he wasn't.

00:48:31.680 I know.

00:48:31.980 And I both know that.

00:48:32.940 I know.

00:48:33.280 But what you did, the truth is just...

00:48:34.740 But Bailey didn't even get to sit his GCSEs because of this campaign of hate.

00:48:41.120 This perversion of the truth.

00:48:43.060 What about Jamal's broken arm?

00:48:44.680 Which the world was told was because of bullying.

00:48:48.000 Eh, that was a lie.

00:48:49.600 School incident reports record that he had been punching a much younger child in the face while holding him in a headlock.

00:48:55.900 And he was pushed off him, fell and broke his arm.

00:48:59.120 The police considered the incident to have been dealt with properly.

00:49:02.520 He were picking...

00:49:03.100 He were picking...

00:49:03.620 I think he picked...

00:49:04.740 I don't know who somebody pushed him to get him off. 1.00

00:49:08.200 He started calling my mum a white fat bitch and stuff. 1.00

00:49:10.980 And then he like... 1.00

00:49:12.140 He started calling your mum a white fat bitch. 1.00

00:49:14.240 A white fat bitch. 1.00

00:49:15.220 And then I went up to him and then he... 1.00

00:49:18.020 Like I chucked a bottle at him and then he put me in a headlock.

00:49:21.500 And then my mate pushed him off. 0.99

00:49:23.720 And I believe that's how he broke his arm.

00:49:25.160 Yeah.

00:49:26.060 So he had you in a headlock.

00:49:27.320 Yeah.

00:49:27.880 So he physically assaulted you.

00:49:29.940 Yeah. 1.00

00:49:31.100 He said he called your mum a white bitch. 1.00

00:49:32.980 Yeah. 1.00

00:49:33.200 Is that the sort of terminology he uses a lot?

00:49:36.660 Yeah.

00:49:36.860 Yeah.

00:49:37.420 There were all sorts of misconceptions like the fact that he had a broken arm.

00:49:40.300 Oh, I've got two independent witnesses to help.

00:49:43.240 No, he hit a little year eight kid.

00:49:46.880 And another kid in year 11 stepped in and said, what are you doing?

00:49:49.740 Pushed him over.

00:49:51.400 Broke his arm.

00:49:52.200 Who he had in a headlock.

00:49:53.400 It must have been just start of year 11, put this kid in a headlock.

00:49:57.560 One of my friends, wasn't having it, didn't like how he was behaving.

00:50:02.220 Grabbed him and just threw him off him.

00:50:04.100 Like anyone do break up a fight, they just throw him off him.

00:50:07.760 But this wasn't a fight.

00:50:09.060 This was an all-out brawl, one-sided.

00:50:11.300 Completely one-sided.

00:50:12.360 Because this kid had no match against Jamal.

00:50:14.740 Just threw him off him and he landed on a curb.

00:50:17.140 How big was he then?

00:50:18.760 Jamal was in year 11?

00:50:20.060 Yeah, half the size of Jamal easily.

00:50:22.220 Okay.

00:50:23.400 You know, I know he was 12 and Jamal was 15.

00:50:26.380 But he was like, kind of like half-size-ish, kind of like up to shoulders kind of thing.

00:50:30.380 Yeah.

00:50:30.720 But he still had no match against him.

00:50:33.100 And my friend just grabbed him, threw him off him and he landed on a curb.

00:50:36.500 And that was about it.

00:50:37.320 So, I've read it reported by Jeremy Vine and in the newspapers that that was an incident of Jamal being bullied.

00:50:45.200 No.

00:50:45.480 The exact opposite.

00:50:47.460 He was bullying this kid.

00:50:49.660 But you see, people thought that was all part of it.

00:50:52.780 But that's...

00:50:53.220 You know why they...

00:50:53.800 Can't somebody be thrown to the floor with your broken arm?

00:50:55.980 But do you know why they thought it was part of it?

00:50:58.100 Because the solicitor said it was.

00:50:59.380 No.

00:50:59.740 Well, that's not true.

00:51:01.220 That genuinely is not true.

00:51:03.420 I could even name it...

00:51:04.320 I won't.

00:51:04.920 But I could name the child in year 8 that he did it to.

00:51:07.660 And I could name the child in year 11 that stepped in.

00:51:10.780 So someone stepped in to...

00:51:11.800 Because basically, the school was a pretty good place.

00:51:14.660 Kids had good values.

00:51:16.540 So if you saw a bigger kid hitting a little kid, he'd step in and say, what are you doing?

00:51:22.080 You're off him.

00:51:23.280 And we even had it where...

00:51:24.520 Do you know what he said to the year 8 kid?

00:51:27.320 No. 1.00

00:51:27.920 Called his mum a white slag. 1.00

00:51:29.100 Yes. 0.99

00:51:30.980 I've got that on camera as well.

00:51:32.200 Now you say it.

00:51:33.020 Yes, he would have done that.

00:51:34.280 And that would have been incredibly provocative for him.

00:51:37.740 Even in his statement to court, Jamal claims they were forced to relocate from Huddersfield for their own safety.

00:51:43.480 To a different part of the country.

00:51:46.040 Really?

00:51:47.000 Because the records say there was no racial motivation.

00:51:50.340 And there was no threat at home.

00:51:52.520 That's what the records say.

00:51:53.640 And this is why the authorities, they refused to move them.

00:51:57.580 And while all this was going on, records also show that his dad, Jihad...

00:52:02.060 Yeah, his dad's name is Jihad.

00:52:04.960 He'd threatened to kill himself if the rest of his family weren't brought in from Syria. 1.00

00:52:08.200 It's not surprising that some authorities expressed concerns that Jihad Hijazi was trying to manipulate the system to get what he wanted.

00:52:15.020 Including better housing.

00:52:16.300 You were not told the truth.

00:52:19.040 The whole truth and nothing but the truth.

00:52:20.860 You weren't told anything approaching the truth by the mainstream media.

00:52:25.220 And in Jihad, Holy War's statement to the court, Jihad said that he wished he had died in the war with his family.

00:52:33.300 Rather than go through what happened at Almondbury Community School.

00:52:38.480 Really? 0.99

00:52:40.040 He wished he was dead and all his family were dead. 0.99

00:52:42.620 Rather than go through this school playground incident. 0.94

00:52:44.660 Listen to the clip again.

00:52:45.680 Listen to what Bailey's saying.

00:52:54.640 He's asking Jamal repeatedly, what are you saying now?

00:52:57.980 It wasn't a random attack.

00:52:59.640 It wasn't a racist attack.

00:53:01.580 Bailey didn't threaten to stab Jamal.

00:53:03.440 The playground incident was not the beginning of the story.

00:53:06.860 It was a culmination of many events.

00:53:09.300 Not least, it was a response to Jamal's alleged threats to rape Bailey's younger sisters.

00:53:16.640 They were about nine years old at the time of this.

00:53:19.500 So how's a girl at that school when you saw the portrayal of what happened with Bailey and him?

00:53:24.920 Because he was painted as this innocent little kid.

00:53:28.060 He wasn't innocent.

00:53:29.000 It's out in everyone.

00:53:30.140 It's out in everyone.

00:53:30.640 And I used to see him bully Bailey's little sisters and stuff. 0.99

00:53:34.080 Everybody was exposing the scumbag that did this, who I hope gets severe retribution. 0.99

00:53:47.040 I hope his parents take action, right? 1.00

00:53:49.580 Never mind anything else.

00:53:50.320 What are you producing here with this vermin doing what he's doing here? 1.00

00:53:55.640 That's not Britain. 0.65

00:53:56.700 That's not what we do as a country. 0.97

00:53:58.520 You can hear him there describe Bailey as vermin.

00:54:01.340 Words are important when you're on a daytime platform and people listen to what you say.

00:54:06.220 What do you do to vermin?

00:54:07.280 You exterminate. 1.00

00:54:09.140 You kill it. 1.00

00:54:10.720 Lowlife. 1.00

00:54:12.180 Called him a thug. 0.71

00:54:13.640 But worst of all, he demanded severe retribution against this child.

00:54:19.720 At the same time as this, Jeremy Vine was reporting.

00:54:22.100 He didn't tell people the bully's name, although he was finding it hard not to name a child.

00:54:27.720 Instead, he told his followers where they could find that name.

00:54:31.380 Now, this is a direct response of both of your reporting.

00:54:35.460 Because when you're reported, you can follow the timeline and the repercussions of what that bore.

00:54:41.620 What I've done here, in 2018, there's a charity called Tell Mama that records Muslim hate incidents.

00:54:48.040 Now, even though they've been, in the past, penalised for exaggerating the figures, let's work off their figures.

00:54:56.480 They say there are over 1,000 hate incidents, with 325 of them being online.

00:55:02.300 Some of them Islamophobic, which means criticising Islam as well.

00:55:05.920 Here, I've printed a piece of paper for each one of those hate incidents.

00:55:12.860 327 hate incidents online against the entire Muslim community.

00:55:18.040 of the UK in 2018.

00:55:21.240 The 325 Islamophobic comments, they're the ones you read about on the news every day.

00:55:26.340 They're the ones people in jail for.

00:55:28.120 They're the hate incidents the media keep shoving down your throat.

00:55:32.600 So each piece of paper here represents a hate comment aimed at a child after a playground dispute.

00:55:42.100 I want to read these now.

00:55:43.300 Now, Piers, you demanded severe retribution.

00:55:47.100 That's what you demanded against this child.

00:55:50.620 Let's see if you're happy with some of this. 1.00

00:55:55.340 I pray someone rapes you and your whole family while you watch. 1.00

00:56:00.560 Fuck your mother. 1.00

00:56:01.820 Fuck your love. 1.00

00:56:02.960 The Syrians will rape your family. 1.00

00:56:04.860 If I saw you, I would rape you to death. 1.00

00:56:09.100 You'll be raped by the Volusian group. 1.00

00:56:12.260 I hope your mother will not be racist when she is raped. 1.00

00:56:16.780 I'm going to bum your nan alive, then dead her again. 1.00

00:56:22.180 And the threats of rape, all of these threats of rape, imagine being these children. 0.99

00:56:26.120 Imagine being a 15-year-old child living in Huddersfield with your little sisters. 0.97

00:56:31.180 Muslim men are jailed in the biggest scandal in the history of our country for mass rapes in that town.

00:56:36.680 And then you're receiving and you're reading these messages. 1.00

00:56:40.340 You're going to die. 1.00

00:56:41.600 You're going to fucking die. 1.00

00:56:42.940 We're going to strangle your mum, your dad, your friends. 1.00

00:56:46.160 I'll kill your whole family. 1.00

00:56:47.960 I can't wait to find you so I can slit your throat. 1.00

00:56:51.300 You're the person who should be killed in those ISIS videos. 1.00

00:56:54.800 You, your parents and your whole family have to be burned. 1.00

00:56:58.560 Do everyone a favour and fucking off yourself. 1.00

00:57:01.440 Looking at you makes me want to commit suicide. 1.00

00:57:03.160 Go commit suicide, your oxygen thief. 1.00

00:57:08.880 Jump off a bridge, bro. 1.00

00:57:11.640 Do humans a favour and kill yourself. 1.00

00:57:13.460 We don't want you and you don't belong in this world. 1.00

00:57:16.100 Again, imagine being that child reading them.

00:57:18.760 Piers, is that severe enough for you? 0.82

00:57:23.440 This is a mental health record for Bailey McLaren.

00:57:27.120 Bailey was referred to Luton Cams by Luton and Dunstable Psychiatry Liaison on the 31st of December 2018.

00:57:34.740 Reason, patient involved in incident in Huddersfield and has been relocated to Luton with family.

00:57:39.140 Patient unable to cope with not returning home and has taken an overdose.

00:57:43.700 So this lie, this narrative, this agenda, which comes before anything else, by the politicians, by the media, that was pumped.

00:57:56.700 This child, he doesn't matter.

00:58:00.000 His life didn't matter.

00:58:00.820 You know, if he killed himself, no one would have cared.

00:58:03.540 We wouldn't have heard condemnation from any of the politicians or from any of the media.

00:58:07.520 No one cared because everyone, from start to finish in this story, is collateral damage, so long as they have the narrative.

00:58:16.720 And Piers, you have a son.

00:58:19.280 You have children.

00:58:21.520 Demanding severe retribution against a child for a school playground dispute is unforgivable.

00:58:27.940 You sit there and you preach.

00:58:30.940 You preach against us.

00:58:32.560 You make your accusations against me. 0.99

00:58:34.100 Hey, never have I labelled Muslim children as vermin.

00:58:38.220 Never have I demanded my followers to commit severe retribution against anybody.

00:58:42.500 And this is what the media, the politicians and the celebrities created.

00:58:45.920 Aided and abetted by the left-wing activism and the selective indignation of Islam. 1.00

00:58:50.700 Hypocrites out there might say, who cares? 1.00

00:58:53.620 That's what he deserved, right? 1.00

00:58:55.440 Imagine for one moment if I had incited violence against a young Muslim lad in the reversal of this situation. 0.96

00:59:01.380 And you see, in a district where a generation of young girls have been raped, these threats are far from empty.

00:59:08.440 What do you think, if you were working in a school at that time, what do you think I want the media done? 0.99

00:59:12.620 I think the media fucking blew out of fucking proportion. 0.98

00:59:14.660 I don't want to fucking world boarding at all. 0.99

00:59:16.360 I know. 0.98

00:59:17.380 But then the media run that Jamal was being bullied.

00:59:19.320 You see, he used to complain that he used to be bullied.

00:59:24.460 There was another, I think, a Kirkley's guy that came, that Jamal said somebody got to knife him or something.

00:59:35.780 I think that should be on record.

00:59:38.140 I think when we investigated, I think there were a lot of bollocks. 1.00

00:59:44.600 I'm gathering that by reading the school records.

00:59:46.620 He made accusations when they were investigated.

00:59:49.100 Yeah, and there were a lot of bollocks.

00:59:50.520 He lied.

00:59:51.340 Yeah.

00:59:51.940 Now ITV, Piers Morgan.

00:59:54.840 You used your platform to incite hatred of a young child.

00:59:59.280 No time for facts or the inconvenient truth.

01:00:02.280 Surely you must have known the truth.

01:00:03.520 Because within a few hours of the story breaking, I was receiving dozens of messages from parents, pupils and staff.

01:00:10.520 Saying there was much more to the story than met the eye.

01:00:13.780 So I did what any journalist could have done.

01:00:16.420 Should have done.

01:00:17.640 I asked questions.

01:00:20.300 Were you just being lazy?

01:00:21.780 Was it willful blindness? 0.99

01:00:23.520 Or are you just incompetent, Piers? 0.77

01:00:27.100 And the BBC's Jeremy Vine. 0.96

01:00:29.260 To you personally, was it clinical cowardice?

01:00:32.400 After all, you didn't reveal the white boy's name.

01:00:35.240 You just told everyone where to find it.

01:00:37.020 On Twitter.

01:00:38.080 Were you afraid of being sued?

01:00:39.940 Although it wouldn't have been the BBC licence fee payers picking up your legal bills, would it?

01:00:44.300 Or was this your Pontius Pilate moment?

01:00:47.480 Condemning a child whilst washing your hands of any responsibility.

01:00:51.220 Because that's what you did.

01:00:52.740 And you didn't seek the truth either. 0.98

01:00:54.320 Piers, Jeremy, your lazy, inept reporting was not without consequence, as we will see. 0.96

01:00:59.660 You incited hatred, you succeeded. 0.98

01:01:02.400 And that's contempt.

01:01:03.940 Your actions, not Bailey's, led to Bailey and his family being driven from their home in the middle of the night.

01:01:09.940 Like the very refugees you claim you care about. 1.00

01:01:13.680 The hate you incited was off the scale.

01:01:16.440 Men with machetes had arrived at the school.

01:01:18.460 Gangs were roaming the streets looking for Bailey.

01:01:21.120 West Yorkshire police told Bailey's mum that the terrorism threat had been raised to red.

01:01:35.820 They had intelligence of people coming from Bradford to get Bailey and his family.

01:01:39.240 Rather than deal with a threat, they moved Bailey and his family to a place of safety.

01:01:44.240 So, whilst one child had the support of the whole country, had the support of the Prime Minister, Sajid Javid, the local football club,

01:01:55.220 everyone rallying behind this child, £160,000 donated to him.

01:02:00.420 The other child, in this incident, his family were driven from their home, threats, groups of men looking for him, ready to commit violence against him.

01:02:08.900 And the police, the police stopped the mum.

01:02:12.080 So, the police took the family, the police went and got the family to get them out of their house through imminent danger.

01:02:18.060 And they were taking them to relocate them here.

01:02:22.200 Let's have a look.

01:02:24.040 The night inn.

01:02:25.240 This is the accommodation that Bailey's mother, with two nine-year-old sisters and children, were being relocated to.

01:02:34.740 This one-star hotel, where rooms are rented by the hour, next door to a brothel. 0.99

01:02:42.240 The imam, who brought a mob of men up to the school, he has three mosques within a stone's throw of where we're standing now. 0.94

01:02:51.260 Bailey's mother, through her sense, looked up this hotel, saw it was owned by Muslims, read the reviews that it's a prostitute racket drug hole, 0.99

01:03:00.280 and got out of the police meat wagon with her children, to take them to safety herself. 0.99

01:03:06.540 But this is where Kirkley's council were housing those children and that family.

01:03:12.200 This is the most Muslim populated area of Leeds.

01:03:16.360 That family were taken to so-called safety, surrounded by mosques, in what is a Muslim ghetto. 0.98

01:03:23.980 Which is why I'm getting bibbed, I'm going to get some cause of scene now.

01:03:27.320 We went to see, from neighbours, what it was like, at the time of the incident.

01:03:32.200 I think it were a BMW X5, and there were about six Asian lads, and they threatened to firebomb the house. 1.00

01:03:43.500 God.

01:03:44.940 They also threatened to shoot, to shoot the mum? 0.60

01:03:50.080 Come on. 1.00

01:03:51.280 They threatened to, to rape the kids. 0.99

01:03:58.440 Well, they come outside and done with it. 0.99

01:04:00.360 Shout and screaming.

01:04:01.280 Shout and screaming.

01:04:02.040 Stuff like that.

01:04:02.780 Well, I saw the video, because a neighbour had shared it, and then I saw on the Yorkshire Live,

01:04:07.760 them making Bailey out to be really horrible, and that Jamal was a poor little victim, and it wound me up.

01:04:14.220 So, I commented on it, the victim wasn't a victim, he hit me in the back with a hockey stick.

01:04:19.740 And then, within the space of two hours, I had about 250 comments, saying that I was lying, 0.83

01:04:24.840 that I must have been excluded from the school, because I'm a liar.

01:04:28.760 Just horrible comments like that.

01:04:30.680 None of them believe in me.

01:04:32.660 And did you take the comment down?

01:04:35.320 Yeah, I didn't want to, but my mum was worried for repercussions, so she asked me to take it down, so I did.

01:04:41.200 This is the area that Kirkley's council thought it was the right place to send a child and his family,

01:04:46.840 who were wanted at the time, the main imam outside their school, with mobs of Muslim men looking for them,

01:04:53.360 and this is where they decided to send them.

01:04:57.100 They basically dropped them in their backyard.

01:05:00.000 That's what they were doing.

01:05:02.320 This is the hotel.

01:05:03.880 This is, I believe, a four-star hotel. 0.98

01:05:07.720 They're totally full of illegal immigrants. 1.00

01:05:09.780 This is across the country, so the point to make is that illegal immigrants come here, 1.00

01:05:14.660 young, fighting-age men, not families, not children,

01:05:18.100 and this is where councils house them.

01:05:20.700 Let's have a look.

01:05:22.280 Hello, boys.

01:05:22.900 How are you doing?

01:05:25.440 Do you mind if I ask, what country are you from, lads?

01:05:28.800 I don't know who I speak English.

01:05:30.340 You do speak English.

01:05:32.440 Just what country are you from?

01:05:34.960 Iran.

01:05:35.840 Iran? 0.79

01:05:36.260 Iran, okay. 0.93

01:05:37.860 Kurdistan, Iran.

01:05:38.740 Okay, nice call, man.

01:05:40.280 I'm just seeing.

01:05:41.040 Is the hotel full?

01:05:42.220 Yeah.

01:05:42.760 Yeah, yeah, full.

01:05:43.880 Enjoying it here?

01:05:44.960 Yeah.

01:05:45.400 Yeah.

01:05:46.060 Nice hotel, nice food.

01:05:47.500 Nice hotel, nice food.

01:05:48.800 Yeah, healthy food.

01:05:50.000 Healthy food.

01:05:50.600 It looks like a nice hotel.

01:05:51.780 How many people are in here?

01:05:53.640 I think there are 200.

01:05:54.800 200.

01:05:56.000 Lots of children?

01:05:56.820 My high problem, I think I have a little children.

01:06:03.480 No children.

01:06:05.040 My non-children.

01:06:06.300 No, not many children, no.

01:06:07.220 No, not many children.

01:06:07.980 But it's a nice hotel.

01:06:09.400 Nice hotel.

01:06:09.960 Nice hotel.

01:06:10.620 It is a nice hotel.

01:06:11.460 And if you look at where the other family would be in house, in Beeston, and you compare it

01:06:17.580 to this four-star hotel, nice food, as our friend says.

01:06:22.800 Healthy food.

01:06:23.660 Healthy food.

01:06:24.540 Yeah.

01:06:24.940 Hello, bro.

01:06:26.000 Hi.

01:06:26.640 How you doing?

01:06:27.320 Hey, do you want to come back in?

01:06:29.100 We're off now, mate.

01:06:30.040 We're done now.

01:06:32.440 That's nice.

01:06:33.180 Yeah, yeah.

01:06:33.840 Do you know what they have in here?

01:06:34.820 They have a full-time doctor and nurses.

01:06:36.640 Full-time stationed in here.

01:06:37.560 What's in, buddy?

01:06:37.860 Full-time.

01:06:38.840 So, you know when you can't, my dad tried to get a doctor's appointment earlier.

01:06:41.000 Couldn't get one.

01:06:42.280 Full-time.

01:06:43.560 Full-time.

01:06:44.760 The food's bad.

01:06:46.600 Yeah.

01:06:47.540 The food's bad.

01:06:48.460 Yeah.

01:06:49.080 Is it free?

01:06:50.300 Yeah.

01:06:50.640 Yeah, it's free.

01:07:01.000 They closed our school.

01:07:02.140 As soon as the media, media and all that died, they sent in chief inspectors, chief inspectors 0.99

01:07:09.360 of fucking off-state. 0.99

01:07:10.520 We knew they were going to fail it on every fucking thing they can think of. 1.00

01:07:13.420 I have governors who had friends in the media. 0.99

01:07:19.460 Yeah.

01:07:20.200 Who tried to explain to them.

01:07:22.900 There's a lot more to this.

01:07:24.280 All of that and the off-state and, you know, the only shaman.

01:07:28.680 But it was never picked up in the media.

01:07:30.900 Apart from my reporting, there was not a single media statement giving the other side of this

01:07:35.340 story.

01:07:35.980 The staff knew.

01:07:36.960 Other pupils knew.

01:07:38.660 They could have exposed the lie.

01:07:41.160 Why didn't they?

01:07:42.280 The incident, I always quote the incident.

01:07:44.500 Yeah.

01:07:44.820 The incident has reaccured.

01:07:46.200 It's come to my door.

01:07:48.260 They said you can't talk about it.

01:07:50.620 Because you've got a non-disposal agreement.

01:07:52.780 They're not satisfactory.

01:07:53.940 So that was the reason they triggered it.

01:07:55.340 They were either not free to tell you the truth, or they were terrified of the consequences.

01:08:01.840 And that's for so-called journalists.

01:08:04.380 Some can't find the truth.

01:08:06.020 Some won't tell the truth.

01:08:07.620 And some, they're afraid of the truth.

01:08:10.240 But me, as a journalist, it's my job to present you the truth.

01:08:15.300 If you want my honest opinion, they said, get up there.

01:08:20.120 This is, I don't know who they is.

01:08:21.600 Get up there and shut that school. 0.97

01:08:23.820 Get up there and get rid of this.

01:08:25.460 You see, when the media and politicians decide to kill a story, when they decide to hide the

01:08:29.700 truth from you, they'll do whatever it takes.

01:08:32.940 They shut down the school.

01:08:34.720 It's gone.

01:08:36.080 Everyone lost their jobs.

01:08:37.800 You see, once this lie about a racist attack had gone global, the truth could never be

01:08:43.160 allowed to come out.

01:08:44.240 The real truth, that a young Syrian refugee was struggling to fit into his new environment,

01:08:49.040 was problematic.

01:08:50.700 His allegedly abusive and violent conduct towards teachers and children was allowed to run

01:08:55.280 unchecked.

01:08:56.720 Why?

01:08:57.760 Did the school authorities turn a blind eye rather than be accused of victimising the

01:09:01.740 boy, of being racist towards him?

01:09:03.900 They stayed silent.

01:09:04.800 The truth may have triggered accusations of racism or sparked discussion about immigration

01:09:10.020 policies.

01:09:11.120 The challenges of achieving the successful integration of migrants we welcome into the 1.00

01:09:15.900 United Kingdom.

01:09:16.880 And the need to take those challenges seriously.

01:09:19.360 You see, Jamal was one of 20,000 Syrian refugees who come to the UK as part of the United Nations

01:09:25.380 resettlement programme.

01:09:26.660 The government could not allow their policies to be examined and the consequences and their

01:09:31.400 incompetence to be exposed.

01:09:33.520 And if you don't think the government is incompetent, you ain't been paying attention to anything.

01:09:39.960 Prie Patel's been talking tough, really tough, on controlling our borders for years.

01:09:44.960 And yet we have boatloads of illegal economic migrants being escorted across the English Channel

01:09:49.620 and put into these luxury accommodation.

01:09:52.240 At your expense.

01:09:53.680 This ineptitude does nothing for the refugees who come here legally. 1.00

01:09:58.280 Who we welcome into England. 0.94

01:09:59.440 Refugees who are trying to integrate and make a new life here.

01:10:02.900 And who was the community's rage directed at?

01:10:06.940 All Syrian refugees.

01:10:08.900 That's who.

01:10:09.860 When in fact, there are many families of Syrian refugees in the area.

01:10:13.700 We're told, all of them delightful, working hard to settle and integrate into the country

01:10:18.240 they can now call home.

01:10:19.720 I spoke to multiple refugee families.

01:10:24.180 In the school, problem, my children, no, any problem.

01:10:30.060 No problems with your children?

01:10:31.420 No.

01:10:31.520 No, that's it.

01:10:32.140 And you've had a good experience in the school?

01:10:34.180 I used to have two friends and they don't bully and they don't care where from country I can move or anything.

01:10:39.740 And when I talk English, it was about one month we've been in here and I used to not speak English very much.

01:10:47.920 So they used to tell me how to speak or that thing and now I'm in year eight and I know how to speak English.

01:10:53.320 And I made more friends and now I'm fine.

01:10:56.320 And you're fine?

01:10:57.120 No problems?

01:10:58.080 No.

01:10:58.300 I don't feel safe at school.

01:11:07.540 Sometimes I say to my dad, I don't want to go to school anymore.

01:11:11.000 I was just crying and I didn't do nothing because I respect the school rules.

01:11:15.480 Who told Jamal to go on camera and say this?

01:11:18.400 Who arranged the media tour?

01:11:21.100 Who encouraged him to take legal action?

01:11:23.680 He was originally going to sue the school for not looking after him.

01:11:26.740 And then decided to sue me instead.

01:11:29.280 Who told him to put this in his statement to the High Court?

01:11:33.260 You see, Jamal doesn't like to break the school rules.

01:11:36.440 Here's the problem.

01:11:37.700 This is his behaviour record.

01:11:39.420 Almost a hundred codes for bad behaviour.

01:11:42.060 Truancy.

01:11:42.980 Verbal abuse to teachers.

01:11:44.440 Physical violence towards pupils.

01:11:46.700 And lying.

01:11:48.040 Yeah, there's plenty for lying.

01:11:50.320 You see, I haven't got all of Jamal's school records.

01:11:53.240 Large sections of the documents I was given were blacked out.

01:11:56.740 We tried to get access, but we weren't allowed.

01:12:00.020 And the lawyers wrote to the court to explain they had misplaced documentation.

01:12:06.040 And finally, as you can hear, the lawyers decided what they were going to allow me to see.

01:12:11.600 Whilst I was preparing my defence, Jamal's lawyers decided what I could see.

01:12:16.580 And this global news story wasn't an accident.

01:12:19.360 It was all carefully planned.

01:12:21.600 You see, the day before the video went viral, a GoFundMe page was set up for Jamal.

01:12:26.060 And the video went viral the day after a criminal record check come back on Jamal.

01:12:31.200 Why would his lawyers do a criminal record check?

01:12:34.440 Well, they had to make sure this was financially beneficial exercise.

01:12:38.380 It wasn't going to be derailed by an unhelpful past.

01:12:42.060 Fifteen-year-old Jamal?

01:12:42.940 His record was clean, by the way.

01:12:45.520 Mohamed Akunji, the jihadist lawyer of choice, was immediately on the global media blitz.

01:12:51.100 Listen, about Akunji himself, I'm after him for my own reason.

01:12:55.680 Right, okay.

01:12:56.900 Nothing sinister, though, is it? 1.00

01:12:58.280 Oh, fuck, no, no, journalistic. 1.00

01:13:00.600 Oh, journalistic, oh, that's good. 1.00

01:13:01.780 Oh, no, no, no, no, fucking totally journalistic. 0.97

01:13:03.960 I want to get all the background on him. 0.98

01:13:05.320 You reckon he was a member of that?

01:13:09.040 Yeah.

01:13:09.660 Al-Midra Haroon are a prescribed terrorist organisation.

01:13:14.320 Almost 60% of terrorists in British prisons are ex-members of this organisation. 0.94

01:13:20.240 They kill, they murder, they slaughter.

01:13:23.660 That is the organisation that Mohamed Akunji and his brother were allegedly, 0.54

01:13:29.400 according to this, top mainstream Muslim British journalist who were members of it.

01:13:34.300 How does a Syrian lad find himself working with a jihadist lawyer of choice 0.98

01:13:38.940 before this video even went out?

01:13:41.400 Before anyone has seen this viral video,

01:13:43.400 within two weeks the lawyers have been made the beneficiaries

01:13:45.920 of the GoFundMe page of £160,000.

01:13:49.700 A plan to sue the school, that's put on hold,

01:13:52.520 and a plan to sue, what, for libel was launched.

01:13:58.200 What riches had these lawyers promised Jamal and his family?

01:14:02.060 Finally, school records were edited.

01:14:05.220 Migration Yorkshire clamoured to make this playground fight about race and hate.

01:14:09.560 They contacted the Home Office as soon as they heard about this playground fight.

01:14:13.920 Yeah, the Home Office, a playground scuffle.

01:14:17.400 Why are they contacting the Home Office instantly?

01:14:20.140 Someone went further.

01:14:21.600 You see, we had this school incident report analysed by a graphologist,

01:14:25.460 someone who analyses handwriting.

01:14:28.280 It appears to show that a second person with very different handwriting

01:14:32.420 doctored the report to allege that Bailey had threatened to stab Jamal.

01:14:38.800 Even though all the witness reports mention there was only one teacher there,

01:14:41.480 so only one teacher could have done an incident report.

01:14:43.300 So, with the careful planning of the jihadist's favourite lawyer, 1.00

01:14:47.920 and the enthusiastic support of some useful idiots, 1.00

01:14:50.620 it was possible for the lies to go round the world twice 1.00

01:14:53.540 before the truth had had a chance to put its pants on.

01:14:57.300 I now need to mention other repercussions of what happened in Almanbury.

01:15:01.700 I was being sued for reporting the things that were said to me about Jamal.

01:15:05.480 I had to defend myself.

01:15:07.080 The judge had already ruled that I was not allowed to argue

01:15:10.460 it was in the public's interest for people to hear a different perspective of Jamal.

01:15:14.400 I had to prove that the information reported to me was true.

01:15:19.400 That's not the kind of burden placed on Piers Morgan or Jeremy Vine.

01:15:22.820 Piers can describe Bailey as vermin without being held to account.

01:15:26.560 And who is behind propagating this deception and the lawsuit against me?

01:15:30.400 You see, this is where we get to meet the most sinister part of the unholy alliance.

01:15:35.360 All sorts of people are helping out.

01:15:37.700 But leading the posse from the front is the jihadist lawyer of choice. 0.99

01:15:41.620 He represented Shemina Begnam.

01:15:43.340 You know the jihadi terrorist that's out in Syria? 1.00

01:15:47.320 He represented, I think, Michael Adabalajo, Lee Rigby's killer.

01:15:50.980 I think he's even had to change his name because he's got such a terrible track record.

01:15:55.120 So this is the lawyer who's suing me.

01:15:58.520 And who the media celebrated that he had served me papers,

01:16:02.680 even though I wasn't in the country. 0.98

01:16:03.880 If you've pillaged, if you've plundered, if you've raped and you've beheaded, 0.98

01:16:07.720 and you say you've done it in the name of Islam, 0.98

01:16:11.020 well, these are the lawyers for you.

01:16:12.700 The lawyers who stepped forward for ISIS-bide Shemina Begnam,

01:16:15.980 who've been fighting to get her back into our country.

01:16:18.160 Who defended Michael Adabalajo, who beheaded Lee Rigby.

01:16:22.380 This is Mohammed Akunji.

01:16:24.680 And his colleague, Farouk Basra, who's been banned from claiming legal aid.

01:16:28.820 Yeah, banned from claiming legal aid for putting in fraudulent expense claims.

01:16:32.680 Let me rewind a bit.

01:16:34.400 Let's go back a few weeks.

01:16:35.600 There's an important piece of background information to this.

01:16:38.880 I don't know the full ins and outs of it,

01:16:41.580 but basically to inform the group call themselves Antifa UK.

01:16:47.640 Yeah.

01:16:47.920 Heard of them?

01:16:48.560 Yeah.

01:16:49.380 I kind of haven't.

01:16:50.720 And Antifa Dundee basically says, 0.63

01:16:54.640 I'm planning to help possibly kill Tommy Robinson.

01:16:57.100 Because they know where he lives and want to silence him. 0.98

01:17:00.200 They've got their hands on, it says,

01:17:01.960 they've got their hands on to make AK-47s,

01:17:05.060 make capture bombs and stuff.

01:17:07.560 And allegedly said,

01:17:09.100 they're going to put these capture bombs through your door when he sleeps.

01:17:13.480 They say they're also going to put into a few MPs.

01:17:17.980 Now at the heightened tensions with multiple Osmond warnings,

01:17:21.620 they now take back the radar phone,

01:17:24.320 the one option we have to go direct to the police.

01:17:28.580 And they are removing it at this current moment.

01:17:30.960 So when there's a heightened threat and people have come to the house

01:17:59.720 and the address has been put out where my kids are,

01:18:01.720 you're then going to take the panic phone back.

01:18:03.400 It's Christmas 2018.

01:18:04.720 The police come to my family's home to tell me that people in Antifa,

01:18:08.240 far left violent extremist organisation,

01:18:10.380 are planning to kill me and my family.

01:18:13.140 See, who were the first to comment on this video? 0.83

01:18:16.120 Well, Mohamed Akunji of Farouk Bazrunko.

01:18:18.680 Of course, the jihadist lawyers of choice. 1.00

01:18:20.860 But also, Mike Studshpri,

01:18:22.400 an independent journalist,

01:18:25.560 an Antifa activist.

01:18:27.280 So the jihadist lawyers knew Antifa were planning to kill me,

01:18:31.040 then actually commented on the video of the Osmond warning.

01:18:35.200 You see, what happened next is interesting,

01:18:38.460 although not interesting to the Solicitors Regulation Authority

01:18:41.360 or the Law Society.

01:18:42.940 The people who should be interested in the integrity of our lawyers.

01:18:46.680 It will be live stream.

01:18:47.760 I'm not in charge of filming or anything like that.

01:18:49.600 That's down to the guys over here.

01:18:52.080 Literally, nobody wanted to do this.

01:18:53.700 So we thought, what mug can we finally do and agree to this?

01:18:56.620 So two lawyers who know Antifa are planning to kill me

01:19:00.580 seek out an Antifa extremist,

01:19:03.540 hire him for one day, just one day,

01:19:05.660 and send him to live stream the serving of papers to my home,

01:19:09.780 my family's home.

01:19:11.080 Papers which had already been served, by the way,

01:19:13.800 with a gang.

01:19:15.080 When my wife and children were there,

01:19:17.240 when they knew I was abroad,

01:19:19.320 lawyers commissioned the Antifa extremist

01:19:21.120 to broadcast my home address

01:19:22.780 in order, as they put it,

01:19:25.640 to cause a spectacle.

01:19:27.000 The law firm or the lawyer who's been,

01:19:29.620 you know, sort of taking the lead on the Tommy case

01:19:31.840 wanted to make sure,

01:19:33.580 doubly sure,

01:19:34.460 that A,

01:19:35.800 Tommy got the letter,

01:19:39.340 actually went out two different ways,

01:19:41.580 and he wanted to make a bit of a spectacle out of it.

01:19:43.760 This is all very,

01:19:44.780 they're very amusing.

01:19:45.640 A group supported by Mike Stutchbury

01:19:48.240 came to the home

01:19:50.900 that my wife and children were in

01:19:52.760 on a Sunday afternoon

01:19:54.400 when I wasn't even in the country.

01:19:56.860 So let's have a look at Mike Stutchbury,

01:19:59.500 who calls himself a journalist,

01:20:01.160 who promoted this event,

01:20:03.380 who shared it and encouraged it,

01:20:05.460 who found it amusing

01:20:06.560 that my wife was so scared

01:20:08.120 she had to ring the police.

01:20:09.700 My wife has been sat down and told in her home

01:20:11.720 that Antifa are planning to kill her. 0.97

01:20:13.740 They're planning to kill our family 0.99

01:20:15.600 and harm our family. 0.99

01:20:16.920 She's been told that she may get acid in her face.

01:20:20.100 Well, how do you think she felt

01:20:21.480 on a Sunday afternoon

01:20:22.480 whilst my children are playing outside on their bikes?

01:20:25.840 To be told that Antifa

01:20:27.280 were on their way to our home.

01:20:30.220 Let's have a look at Mike Stutchbury,

01:20:31.340 the man that sent them.

01:20:33.120 Here he is self-admitting

01:20:34.620 that he is part of Antifa.

01:20:37.640 Here he is promoting violence

01:20:39.160 against his opposition. 1.00

01:20:40.600 Punch them, punch them, punch them. 1.00

01:20:43.220 Here he is hoping that buses 0.99

01:20:45.200 full of Antifa get shipped in 0.99

01:20:46.660 to smash people's skulls in. 0.99

01:20:49.140 Here he is calling for white genocide. 1.00

01:20:53.560 Mike Stutchbury is an extremist. 0.98

01:20:56.400 He's a far left extremist

01:20:58.180 who currently is playing a victim.

01:21:01.160 He encouraged people to come

01:21:03.420 and he sent people

01:21:04.700 and was part of an organisation

01:21:06.640 that communicated together

01:21:08.720 to send people to the home

01:21:10.900 where my wife and children were

01:21:12.680 when I wasn't there.

01:21:14.460 He even crowdfunded

01:21:15.740 to support them in their action.

01:21:18.680 You know, he was looking at various people

01:21:20.980 and eventually he sort of came on

01:21:22.520 to Dick Coughlin.

01:21:24.620 Dick Coughlin?

01:21:25.860 I can't say it properly.

01:21:27.720 Who is a YouTuber

01:21:29.520 who has made videos about Tommy

01:21:30.960 for, God, almost 10 years, I think,

01:21:34.200 who's a real critic.

01:21:35.580 He's a, I don't know if you've checked him out,

01:21:37.780 but he's a funny guy.

01:21:39.880 Check it out, yeah.

01:21:40.520 Yeah, he's sort of, you know,

01:21:43.240 got red hair.

01:21:44.880 He calls, you know,

01:21:45.780 he's an ex-crackhead, basically.

01:21:48.400 And who is this Antifa extremist

01:21:50.060 hired to come to my kid's home?

01:21:52.760 Keep watching.

01:21:55.160 OK, folks, we're here.

01:21:56.400 It's also all about to be in.

01:21:57.860 I think you're about to pop on.

01:22:07.220 I went up to where

01:22:08.440 and they said, right,

01:22:10.440 we'll take that from him.

01:22:11.160 We'll make sure he gets it.

01:22:12.240 And later that night,

01:22:13.240 the Antifa extremist

01:22:14.520 hired by their lawyers

01:22:15.620 had a message for me

01:22:17.540 and my children.

01:22:21.860 And on that note,

01:22:22.880 see, on that happy note,

01:22:25.920 oh, by the way, Tommy,

01:22:28.120 I am going to mince your kids, mate. 0.78

01:22:30.260 Let's have a look at the man

01:22:31.440 that they sent.

01:22:32.880 The man that you can see

01:22:33.980 the Muslim lawyer handed 0.92

01:22:35.200 privileged documentation

01:22:37.440 giving this man

01:22:39.480 my children's home address.

01:22:42.720 That's what he done.

01:22:43.760 Fully aware of the serious

01:22:45.400 danger.

01:22:46.420 My family are in.

01:22:48.240 And he hands them

01:22:49.320 my children's address.

01:22:51.720 They then come

01:22:52.920 to my children's home.

01:22:54.560 My wife gets a phone call. 0.98

01:22:55.740 My children run

01:22:56.640 off the drive.

01:22:58.000 They lock themselves

01:22:58.740 in the house.

01:22:59.500 They ring emergency,

01:23:00.680 the emergency 999 call

01:23:02.220 for the police to come.

01:23:03.360 They press panic buttons.

01:23:05.100 They need support

01:23:06.160 because Antifa are coming.

01:23:08.740 They came.

01:23:09.380 They told the Muslim lawyer,

01:23:10.400 he's fully aware

01:23:10.960 they're coming

01:23:11.420 to live stream

01:23:12.560 where my family are.

01:23:14.380 They live stream

01:23:15.200 and dox the name

01:23:15.900 of the road.

01:23:16.940 They dox the door number.

01:23:18.420 I went up to where 0.96

01:23:19.380 and I'm a **** 0.97

01:23:20.520 and they said, 0.97

01:23:21.220 right, we'll take that from him.

01:23:22.120 We'll make sure he gets it.

01:23:23.120 The man specifically chosen,

01:23:24.640 he was chosen.

01:23:25.480 He says in his own video.

01:23:26.480 The lawyer in this case

01:23:27.880 was a guy called

01:23:29.160 Mohamed Sanimi Akundra

01:23:32.000 who works for a solicitors

01:23:33.860 in London called, 0.98

01:23:35.200 I shit you not, 0.98

01:23:36.200 Farouk Bajwa and co, 0.99

01:23:38.560 solicitors of London.

01:23:40.940 I get asked by this guy

01:23:43.220 that they've decided

01:23:45.220 that they're going to,

01:23:46.480 Tommy Robinson is going

01:23:47.420 to be served legal papers

01:23:49.500 so he can be sued

01:23:51.240 by this family.

01:23:52.840 And they asked me,

01:23:56.320 do I want to be the one

01:23:57.780 to go along

01:23:58.880 to serve legal documents?

01:24:01.760 Let's have a look

01:24:02.200 at who Dick Coughlin is.

01:24:04.020 Let's have a look

01:24:04.300 at some of the things

01:24:04.920 he said.

01:24:06.600 Here he is promoting hatred 0.99

01:24:07.940 against black people. 0.99

01:24:09.700 Serious, 1.00

01:24:10.120 this is a crime.

01:24:11.100 The comments he makes

01:24:12.020 are a crime.

01:24:14.180 Here he is promoting hatred 0.70

01:24:15.300 against Pakistanis. 0.88

01:24:17.880 Here he is singing a song

01:24:19.900 promoting anti-Semitism.

01:24:21.760 Singing a song

01:24:22.920 about lampshades

01:24:23.760 being made out

01:24:24.400 of Jewish people's skin

01:24:25.580 from the Holocaust.

01:24:30.480 A self-confessed 0.99

01:24:44.920 racist anti-Semitic crackhead 0.98

01:24:47.620 was sent to my children's property. 1.00

01:24:50.100 He talked about raping 1.00

01:24:51.880 my wife in her skull socket. 1.00

01:24:54.480 He talked about my children

01:24:55.920 being fed for a meat grinder.

01:24:57.880 He talked about burning

01:24:59.080 my house down 1.00

01:25:00.800 whilst masturbating 0.99

01:25:03.100 with my family in it. 0.99

01:25:05.260 Now,

01:25:06.020 other than to terrorise

01:25:07.140 my wife and children,

01:25:08.760 why would any sane person

01:25:10.680 do this?

01:25:11.760 It worked.

01:25:12.800 Okay?

01:25:13.580 Tipped off by a friend

01:25:14.620 who saw the gang

01:25:15.460 on livestream approaching,

01:25:16.860 my ex-wife hit the panic button 1.00

01:25:18.700 and barricaded herself

01:25:20.160 and our children

01:25:21.200 in a bedroom.

01:25:22.480 The police thankfully

01:25:23.400 responded in time.

01:25:25.120 And these are exactly

01:25:25.860 the same tactics

01:25:26.760 being used against

01:25:28.400 the unbelievably

01:25:30.200 courageous children

01:25:31.540 in Ormondbury.

01:25:32.840 Threats of violence

01:25:33.640 and rape against children

01:25:34.880 who are willing 1.00

01:25:35.540 to stand with me

01:25:36.440 in defence of the truth

01:25:38.140 at the High Court of London.

01:25:40.420 The video release,

01:25:41.740 media,

01:25:42.420 GoFundMe,

01:25:43.200 Antifa,

01:25:43.620 It all happened

01:25:44.920 at the same time.

01:25:46.080 It was coordinated

01:25:46.920 and it was about

01:25:48.260 hate and making money.

01:25:50.180 And how that far-left activist

01:25:51.480 who appears to be

01:25:52.480 an anti-Semitic, 0.99

01:25:53.420 Jew-hating, 1.00

01:25:54.400 black-hating racist 1.00

01:25:55.560 came to my home 1.00

01:25:57.220 with his gang

01:25:58.620 and threatened 1.00

01:25:59.300 to kill my children. 1.00

01:26:01.140 These lawyers, 1.00

01:26:02.100 the mainstream media,

01:26:03.180 they don't care about refugees.

01:26:04.900 They don't care about Jamal.

01:26:06.560 They don't care

01:26:07.360 about the truth.

01:26:08.680 Say that bloke

01:26:09.160 who made the video 1.00

01:26:09.840 saying he's going to kill the kids. 0.97

01:26:10.960 If you didn't do it, 0.99

01:26:14.660 I know 100%

01:26:15.800 you gave a statement.

01:26:16.840 I know I was there.

01:26:18.400 Okay.

01:26:18.900 She gave a statement about that.

01:26:20.320 She complained about it.

01:26:21.200 She contacted

01:26:21.720 a small member.

01:26:23.560 It would have been

01:26:23.880 the liaison officer

01:26:24.580 at the time

01:26:25.100 to ask if he was arrested.

01:26:27.680 I found out his address

01:26:28.600 and I gave you

01:26:29.120 all the information

01:26:29.760 for him.

01:26:31.300 So even now,

01:26:32.600 say now,

01:26:33.240 looking at that,

01:26:33.920 can he be arrested now then?

01:26:36.160 I don't know

01:26:36.820 what happened

01:26:37.140 with the previous report

01:26:38.140 because when we

01:26:38.860 search on our system

01:26:39.840 that we currently use,

01:26:41.380 I can't see any crime report

01:26:43.540 that was linked to it.

01:26:44.760 You see,

01:26:45.640 the next day,

01:26:46.980 knowing I'd been provoked

01:26:48.260 with threats

01:26:48.980 against my ex-wife 0.99

01:26:50.020 and my children,

01:26:51.420 no doubt thinking

01:26:52.220 they would catch me

01:26:53.320 conspiring to commit violence

01:26:54.660 and lock me up

01:26:55.720 on a conspiracy charge.

01:26:57.440 Here,

01:26:58.380 outside my ex-wife's house,

01:27:00.700 men in a car

01:27:01.400 that has never been registered.

01:27:03.200 Check the registration plate.

01:27:04.500 So presumably

01:27:05.000 from the security services,

01:27:06.700 we've listed devices

01:27:07.600 recording what's being said

01:27:08.900 in my home.

01:27:10.300 The involvement

01:27:11.040 of the security services

01:27:12.120 may explain why

01:27:12.880 Dick Coughlin,

01:27:13.780 the man who publicly

01:27:14.920 threatened to murder

01:27:15.780 my children,

01:27:16.800 has never even been

01:27:17.980 spoken to

01:27:18.660 or arrested

01:27:19.480 despite

01:27:20.460 my wife's complaints.

01:27:23.120 What are you doing?

01:27:23.940 Show me who's

01:27:24.280 in the back of your car.

01:27:25.100 There's no one

01:27:25.640 in the back of the car.

01:27:26.400 So what are you doing then?

01:27:27.920 We're not here

01:27:28.580 anything to do with you.

01:27:29.680 What are you doing then?

01:27:30.780 What do you think we're doing?

01:27:32.700 I think you're

01:27:33.260 sounding to me.

01:27:34.260 No, no.

01:27:35.720 Who's yours to work for?

01:27:36.440 So what are you doing?

01:27:39.760 And there is someone

01:27:40.200 in the back.

01:27:40.620 I know there's someone in the back.

01:27:42.720 So what are you doing here?

01:27:44.720 I don't know who you are.

01:27:47.660 That's all right.

01:27:48.080 Tell me what you're doing.

01:27:51.220 Can you tell me

01:27:51.840 what you're doing here?

01:27:53.840 Because essentially

01:27:54.600 I've got threats against me.

01:27:56.320 I know you.

01:27:57.480 Yeah?

01:27:58.860 So what are you doing here?

01:28:01.900 If I turn that off,

01:28:03.780 you're going to tell me

01:28:04.040 what are you doing.

01:28:05.340 Who's in the back of your car?

01:28:06.400 No, I'm in the back.

01:28:06.960 Who's in the back of your car?

01:28:07.820 You're not going nowhere.

01:28:09.040 You're not going nowhere.

01:28:11.220 I'm leaving.

01:28:12.820 Let me see who's

01:28:13.420 in the back of your car.

01:28:14.240 Tell me what you're doing

01:28:14.840 in my house.

01:28:16.860 I want to know

01:28:17.180 what you're doing, bro.

01:28:17.800 That's all I want

01:28:18.240 to know is what you're doing.

01:28:19.260 I've got police officers

01:28:20.360 sat with a recording.

01:28:21.720 In a recording van.

01:28:23.020 In the back of this van

01:28:24.040 is a recording station.

01:28:25.200 I'm not standing.

01:28:25.760 You're not going to...

01:28:26.400 No, because what yours

01:28:27.400 are doing...

01:28:27.680 I know what yours are doing.

01:28:28.660 I know what yours are doing.

01:28:30.000 I know what yours are doing.

01:28:31.180 They're sat înă

01:28:31.820 back of their van this is recording devices the whole of this back thing because he just opened

01:28:35.520 up when i got him out the whole of this back thing is recording where they're pointing there

01:28:39.040 because they what this is has been a setup these people are set these police officers setting me up

01:28:43.380 they're setting me up it's a setup they're setting me up by sending people to my house

01:28:50.940 because they think i'm going to react and do something and they're recording it with listening

01:28:54.260 devices we checked the vehicle registration plate outside the house on the government website

01:28:58.980 and there's no such vehicle let's not forget the politicians are fearless leaders it was only

01:29:06.000 when i went alone to the home of self-declared journalist mike stutchby to ask him why he had

01:29:11.740 done what he had and why he thought it was funny to intimidate my children some of you may have seen

01:29:19.860 that people have been outside my home intimidating my family the difference is when they come to my

01:29:27.380 home five men come to my home i'm on my own i've had to move my children who are scared and upset

01:29:37.100 and people encouraged people to participate in coming to my address one of those such people

01:29:47.400 it was only then that the fearless then deputy leader of the labour party tom watson

01:29:58.960 steps forwards ignoring reality completely every major social media platform other than youtube has

01:30:06.760 taken down steven yaxley lennon's profile because of his hateful conduct late on monday night yaxley

01:30:13.560 lennon turned up at a journalist's home banging on the doors and windows demanding to be let in

01:30:17.880 and after being escorted away by the police he returned at 5am and continued his intimidation

01:30:24.500 the incident was live streamed he later warned journalist in a youtube video to expect a knock

01:30:31.520 at the door does the secretary of state think that he's right that youtube and the parent company

01:30:37.540 alphabet continues to give this man a platform so it'd be funny you know if it wasn't so insidious

01:30:43.920 the hardly honorable mr watson totally misrepresented what happened and from behind his shield of

01:30:49.800 parliamentary privilege bravely declared but i'd been terrorizing a journalist journalist 0.97

01:30:55.960 sturdsbury's an antifa activist who incites violence and wants to kill white people terrorizing

01:31:01.860 was i terrorizing mr watson bravely demanded that i'd be removed from youtube youtube who now had only 0.56

01:31:09.880 recently confirmed that none not one of my videos had broken any of their stringent guidelines and my

01:31:16.040 videos hadn't broken any laws it was clear i hadn't harassed anyone certainly not mike stutchbury

01:31:22.000 if indeed he is a journalist but none of that mattered my wife and children left their family home that

01:31:28.520 night they never went back thanks having their lives endangered by their jihadist lawyers see my 1.00

01:31:35.820 wife started legal action against mohammed akunji and farouk bajra's firm but mohanco mohammed akunji

01:31:42.480 and farouk bajra see they weren't so keen on facing the law as they were on abusing the law to persecute

01:31:49.200 others for financial and ideological reasons on the 31st of march 2019 they promptly collapsed their law firm

01:31:56.160 they'd never be involved in the case that's what they said and dr farouk bajra well he's no longer

01:32:01.160 going to be a lawyer he'll be living in pakistan that's it that's what they said that's how easy

01:32:06.700 it was for mohanco to escape justice interestingly they're still signing documents on the case

01:32:12.420 on the 6th of june months after saying they're not involved several other law firms have reported

01:32:19.260 them to the law society the body that is supposed to make sure lawyers behave ethically

01:32:24.020 nothing's been done i wonder why in fact all the lawyers working at fruit bajra and co just moved

01:32:32.220 across to a new law firm called burlington's and guess what yeah burlington's took on jamal's case

01:32:38.860 against me fruit bajra now works for burlington's fruit bajra's son now works for burlington's fruit

01:32:45.340 bajra is burlington's gdpr expert pretty ironic no fruit bajra and co leaked my children's address 0.65

01:32:53.400 to an antifa activist to put online for everyone and if we've been stupid enough to expect more 0.57

01:32:59.180 ethical behavior from burlington's than from fruit bajra and mohammed akunji well we'd have been 1.00

01:33:05.800 disappointed i just really which i've been trying to do i need all of the disclosure which i haven't

01:33:11.240 had i haven't had a full disclosure of his school records to make sure that that we have it that that

01:33:18.000 some documents haven't been lost in the transfer of the bar from fruit bajra to to burlington's we

01:33:24.420 have done another subject access request to the council for jamal and how long would that and how

01:33:29.880 long would the council take for that i i don't know i don't think they gave us a time frame did they luke

01:33:35.180 no no they didn't unfortunately so you're asking so what you what you're saying is you believe there

01:33:40.320 may be things that i haven't been disclosed you don't know how long they're going to take

01:33:43.960 but you won't agree to in a german no no our position is that we're not agreeing to in a german

01:33:50.080 those are my instructions because my my my concern and serious concern is the safety of the witnesses

01:33:56.940 and and it's a genuine and and if you i don't believe for one minute that mohammed akunji or fruit

01:34:03.100 bajra give a shit about any of this or jamal yeah i generally don't think they do and this is i'm just 0.91

01:34:08.040 going to tell you fruit bajra and mohammed akunji have nothing to do with this case this is my case 0.97

01:34:13.680 how how how how come how come how come then anybody from fruit bajra how come them fruit

01:34:19.740 how come fruit bajra signed a form three months after he left then to do with this case

01:34:25.740 it's absolutely it was if if that was the case it was before i gave the undertaking and he wasn't

01:34:33.280 involved in this case he signed he signed a form dated june in june he signed a form and the date

01:34:39.340 on that form that he signed is june he left this case in march apparently how come well i i i if you

01:34:46.800 send it through to me i'll have a look and i'll give you an explanation as to why i'm not quite sure

01:34:51.040 that's something interesting now you'll see it you'll see it you'll see it on my documentary

01:34:54.020 okay so when you when you send me what you decide is relevant yeah um how am i going to know what

01:34:59.800 you've cut out um well i i suppose you wouldn't i wouldn't does that seem fair if you're the info

01:35:10.740 if the if the information is not relevant then what harm could it do in me having it

01:35:15.220 but it's not about harm seen it's about it's about privacy for the last for the last three days since

01:35:22.860 i give you since you receive videos so that you become aware that i have video evidence that's

01:35:27.900 going to prove my case since that point my ex-wife and my children for the last two days have had

01:35:33.460 police at the house because they've been receiving threats on top of that pictures my ex-wife have been 1.00

01:35:37.980 put online by the same people who are in bed with mohammed akunji then two days ago mohammed akunji 0.88

01:35:43.400 docks my mother and father's house last night that house at one o'clock in the morning was smashed to

01:35:48.320 pieces with bricks through the windows yeah this is all going on in the background i've been trying

01:35:53.680 to get my stuff ready but just that you're aware of what's going on as to why i don't trust a word

01:35:57.840 you say when you have farouk bazwa's son working for your working for your company and farouk bazwa

01:36:03.220 was the man that sent people to threaten to kill my children i'm wondering why in the last 48 hours

01:36:08.200 will last 72 hours since i disclosed information to you why why my family and loved ones have become

01:36:13.800 under persecuted harm of which is all detailed with police records and video footage of everything

01:36:18.100 that's been going on so i'm super concerned and don't trust you or your party to decide what's

01:36:24.080 relevant in this case i don't trust you so where how if this could be a fair trial about getting out

01:36:30.100 the truth if that's what you're working for you need to give me your disclosure instead of

01:36:34.200 reviewing it and taking bits out which is what you've already done with the school records

01:36:38.000 you'll say because i know that's not the full school records so and you've covered up things

01:36:42.300 which and luke francesca told me i have a recording about telling me that you're that burlington's did

01:36:48.240 not retract anything redact anything yet in court you had to admit you did i've got the recording

01:36:54.220 about telling me everything was redacted prior to coming to you everything was redacted prior to

01:36:58.680 coming to you and then in court you sit and admit that you have been redacting things

01:37:01.720 so forgive me it's just lie after lie this is burlington's lawyers losing documents that they're

01:37:09.580 supposed to send to me and deleting things that they don't want me to see misplaced how do you

01:37:15.960 misplace documents that were electronically filed on their case management system at fruit basher and

01:37:21.900 co then passed over to burlands all of this is because they're sharing it and all of this is to put

01:37:27.580 pressure on me in the weeks before it and all this and this is a country i guarantee you this is a

01:37:34.080 country a country working with resistant hate the account that's put it on is resistant hate yeah 0.69

01:37:39.380 resistant hate who a country hired with dick coughlin to send to the house before they're like his 0.94

01:37:44.320 little minions so now he knows that it's coming it's going to land on his lap the whole lie that 0.97

01:37:50.080 they're told and this is the actions they use can't play the man so they play the kids and the family

01:37:56.660 you don't you don't need to be scared sonya because um they're doing this yeah they just call me and

01:38:02.820 say goodbye yeah i know babe but they're purposely just doing that i don't got my number 0.95

01:38:09.000 but when they're doing this they're just doing this to try and get cause me shit and make you worry 0.81

01:38:15.220 so i know it's easier said but you don't need to worry yeah they're doing this they're doing this 0.94

01:38:21.240 so that i don't beat them in court that's why they're doing this yeah

01:38:24.040 do you think they do know where we live

01:38:27.460 uh no man

01:38:29.980 don't eat bark around me saying if anyone turns up to the house just ring him in he'll come in

01:38:40.080 me yeah yeah it will me yes it's me oh man oh man oh man oh man oh man the mad thing is the whole

01:38:57.980 time this goes on the media and all of them act like we're the bad guys that we've been up with 0.95

01:39:04.840 like i'm the one persecuting people or targeting them and they're such cowards 0.98

01:39:10.580 they're such cowards man i just got a phone call and they said goodbye i'm so scared i've told the 0.96

01:39:19.320 police but i'm so scared yeah hello jenna who's just rung spencer uh we don't know at the minute 0.96

01:39:27.160 what are the police saying i'm just making a statement okay but just quickly what are they

01:39:34.180 what are they are they getting that account let's put a picture of you online how who showed you

01:39:38.760 that picture jenna it's on twitter myself you saw it yourself okay yeah are they gonna are the

01:39:46.420 police sorting out to get rid of it yeah they've taken the address of the twitter person that's put

01:39:51.020 it out you if you can say i've given them 50 addresses of people who've done exactly this over

01:39:57.000 the years including the redhead man what about the redhead bloke who threatened to kill the kids

01:40:01.360 what they said about that well nothing really no it's a crime don't i mean if i make if i make a

01:40:10.500 video threatening to kill some kids i'll be arrested so that the point what you need to ask them 0.52

01:40:15.640 specifically and say to them you made a complaint someone threatened to murder your children you had

01:40:20.000 to leave your home yeah those threats have now followed you to where you're now living yeah and 0.98

01:40:24.920 they're coming from the same people the same organizations the same people they done fuck all about 0.97

01:40:29.260 last time they didn't nick them they didn't speak to them they didn't the solicitor still acting 0.98

01:40:35.080 with impunity doing it to my mum and dad yesterday

01:40:37.360 see you need to specifically ask them jen i want to answer out of them when you made a complaint

01:40:44.240 against richard coughlin dick coughlin last year why have they not done anything and give us and get

01:40:49.220 you a follow-up and an answer as to why they haven't done anything if you can

01:40:51.820 am i right that you managed to track the number yes so you know who made those phone calls to her

01:41:02.140 and we know where the number has came from yeah and who who that phone was registered to so that's

01:41:08.620 awful obviously we cannot prove well i at that time i wasn't able to prove who i only could say

01:41:13.260 where the number came from as in as in as in whose phone is who the phone is registered to okay

01:41:19.780 because obviously for me this was this was threatening phone calls a week before a high

01:41:24.280 court trial trying to pervert the trying to pervert the course of justice how come no one's been

01:41:28.740 arrested um um i can't see anything on the crime report if i send you evidence which i'm going to

01:41:35.180 anyway because it's all going to the judge if i send you evidence of mohammed akunji doxing my mum 0.99

01:41:39.440 dad's address if i send you evidence of criminal damage and attacks in the middle of a night of

01:41:43.080 an old pensioners old pensioners home and i show you evidence of pictures of my wife being put on 0.57

01:41:47.120 my ex-wife being put online and my son they've rung my 11 year old son's phone the police are all

01:41:52.640 involved they've been threatening my 11 year old son yeah this is what's gone on if i send you evidence

01:41:57.980 that do you think you'll support an anonymity order to protect the children in this case

01:42:02.080 i don't have instructions to answer that you know i don't have conduct of the matter but what i can

01:42:11.800 clarify for you is some of the issues that i can give answers on one of those of which i i heard you

01:42:17.140 made reference to um farouk's son working he is not involved in the case in any way at all has no access

01:42:23.180 to any files whatsoever you've heard how luke hackit he couldn't explain why they were redacting and

01:42:29.540 deleting information from documents before handing them over to me information i should have been

01:42:36.280 given he couldn't answer the simple question who decides what's relevant unfortunately in terms of

01:42:42.760 integrity burlantons don't appear to be any better than farouk bajwa and muhammad akandji

01:42:48.540 you see i was told he'd violently attacked a girl i was told he'd attack someone as part of a gang

01:43:05.460 and i was told he'd threatened to stab someone in fact jamal would violently attack more than one girl

01:43:13.720 and we presented the evidence to the court including the testimony of courageous children

01:43:18.700 who came to court these children weren't tommy robinson fans but they came to the high court

01:43:24.940 to speak the truth so let me just look at one of the pupils that come to court and testified this young

01:43:31.640 girl wasn't a supporter of mine didn't support my politics but she still came to court and testified

01:43:36.960 let me have a look at her school record and read what her teacher says about her charlie is a very

01:43:42.160 mature and hard-working member of the form she has been an absolute pleasure to have in the form

01:43:46.040 she has represented the form in the school council and in various events across the school

01:43:50.080 throughout the school year she represents all that is positive and exciting about studying

01:43:53.700 studying at almanbury charlie is now currently studying law at university why would this girl 0.95

01:44:01.300 lie randomly lie before i was involved why would she then travel to the high court of london 1.00

01:44:07.440 and commit perjury because that is what the judge has found that she's made it all up and jamal the

01:44:15.460 serial refugee the one with multiple lies in the school records and behavioral disciplinaries

01:44:19.960 everywhere well he was telling the truth that is what he found in this case why would a mother post 0.98

01:44:26.440 images and send me those images of her daughter being black and blue why for what reason why would 0.69

01:44:33.820 the staff lie why would the head teacher lie why would every single person who was recorded covertly

01:44:40.580 lie about what jamal was like 12 different people lying about what jamal was like why see the judge has

01:44:50.360 really helped us out here the judge says people can lie for reasons that make no sense sometimes for

01:44:57.580 no reason at all he could not readily identify any explanation for why some of these people were

01:45:04.540 prepared to do so and lie he concludes the alleged assaults they never happened at all despite jamal's

01:45:13.280 record which you've seen the judge states the claimant's record is overwhelmingly positive he

01:45:22.780 acknowledged jamal has a record of lying but decides on this occasion is jamal who's telling the truth

01:45:29.740 and everyone else everyone else is lying really we waited 10 weeks for this that's your conclusion

01:45:40.720 that's the logic from the highest libel judge in our land there was no jury that's right there's no

01:45:47.860 jury that all of these people were lying but jamal he was telling the truth jamal who could only find

01:45:54.980 his dad jihad to speak for him not a single teacher not a classmate not a friend not a neighbor or a

01:46:01.040 support worker came to court to support jamal's version of events jamal who says he only broke the rules a

01:46:06.940 few times at school and even then it weren't his fault his school records suggest something very

01:46:12.100 different i want to be clear and fair to jamal he denies every accusation against him completely and

01:46:19.040 utterly on the day the five courageous children appeared in the dock giving testimony against jamal

01:46:25.420 jamal didn't even show up in court that day to face his accusers neither did the press the press

01:46:31.740 actually left court when the witnesses stood up to give their evidence in my defense it's alarming

01:46:38.520 to think we have this kind of intellect at the top of our judiciary

01:46:42.440 the story of these two children is actually a story about free speech

01:46:55.720 or the death of it it's a story about how the mainstream media is more interested in pushing

01:47:02.120 an agenda than giving you balance and truth how it continues despite leveson to act with impunity

01:47:08.380 is the media held to account for what they report appears morgan or jeremy vine been held to account

01:47:14.540 no it's a story about how the law is being manipulated and exploited by the far left and islamists 0.88

01:47:21.340 to destroy the lives of anyone who speaks out against the accepted so-called progressive so-called

01:47:28.460 liberal narrative or about the poisonous influence of islam's sharia law in our society is the law fit 1.00

01:47:35.440 for purpose no and it's a story about our government and judiciary's disdain for free speech and the truth

01:47:43.360 and the lengths that they will go to in order to silence dissent especially with its new and increasing

01:47:49.080 powers is our government being held accountable for its actions no it's a judiciary independent of

01:47:58.180 political influence you've seen all the evidence you decide whether you agree my politics is irrelevant

01:48:04.540 when dissent is crushed free speech dies and governments move one step closer to tyranny the

01:48:11.300 lawyers know the truth even jamal's father jihad he knows the truth about his son they all knew the

01:48:18.300 truth and were using jamal to further their agenda regardless of the consequences for jamal they

01:48:23.760 continued to pursue the case which incidentally has caused my divorce and bankruptcy my ex-wife had

01:48:30.480 to choose between her marriage to me and the safety of our children i'm glad she chose our children we're

01:48:37.160 still best mates you see jamal's lawyers told me very early on if i apologized and paid them 50 grand

01:48:42.740 they dropped their case if you're watching this you know the decision i made i won't apologize for

01:48:49.380 reporting what i was told for what i believe to be true for standing up for bailey a young lad

01:48:54.700 unjustly vilified by pretty much everyone but in silence and dissent are the media and our government

01:49:01.700 any different to the governments they criticize so much china russia iran immigration covid brexit

01:49:10.200 if it doesn't fit the narrative you will not hear the alternative view and where else have we seen

01:49:15.480 this where else have the media politicians police and social services hidden for truth for decades

01:49:22.480 fearful of being called racist grooming gangs that's where a cover-up of such horrific cost to

01:49:29.440 thousands of young girls in towns and cities across our country and nowhere worse than under the

01:49:34.780 stewardship of councillor shabir pandor's kirkley's council you see hiding the truth doesn't protect

01:49:41.000 community cohesion it does the total opposite it undermines trust in public institutions it stokes

01:49:47.040 resentment and conflict in our communities tragically those who lead us don't seem to have the moral

01:49:53.760 clarity or courage to speak the truth they cause the division that they're trying to prevent

01:49:59.300 people ask me was it worth it

01:50:03.560 yeah it was worth it the truth is always worth defending i'm still here if you were born in the

01:50:15.260 united kingdom you've already won the lottery of life an inheritance from our parents and grandparents

01:50:20.900 of freedom equality under english law and democracy if we allow ourselves to be silenced

01:50:26.780 that inheritance it's rendered worthless what legacy will we leave for the children and grandchildren

01:50:34.160 who come after us none of us can afford to let free speech die we cannot and we will not be silenced

01:50:56.780 a path and Если ч이로 to keep the bridge going after us LeandErn't for all of us is their home

01:51:02.220 to you please reach out for 2 missionaries it is resources for number 4 of people who suffer

01:51:06.560 both and for both 1980s we lost all the differences among our parents and girls

01:51:49.440 Transcription by CastingWords

01:52:19.760 Government's Attorney General is the one attempting to send me to jail.

01:52:23.660 Now for it to be in the public's interest, you're a member of the public, you've just watched this expose.

01:52:27.440 Is it in your interest to lock me up for two years? How can it be?

01:52:32.020 Let the government know, let the Attorney General know by signing the petition at www.truthontrial.co.uk

01:52:38.820 to let them know you don't support the imprisonment of journalists for reporting facts to you, the British public.

01:52:45.160 Who knows what the future now holds for me?

01:52:51.440 The one thing that gives me a peace of mind if I'm in prison or if even the worst happens is knowing that my family have stability and have security.

01:52:58.560 If you can support them during these times, the link is at www.helptommy.com.

01:53:05.620 I really appreciate your support.

01:53:07.540 The one thing that gives me a peace of mind if I'm in prison or if I'm in prison or if I'm in prison or if I'm in prison or if I'm in prison or if I'm in prison.

01:53:19.860 Wow. That's an hour and 45 minutes that went very, very quickly.

01:53:27.180 And I just thought it was so important to show this documentary tonight as Tommy has been put back into jail.

01:53:34.740 And he has laid out the facts very strategically.

01:53:38.480 He has shown that it was actually in the public's best interest to show this documentary, to get these facts out front and in the public's view.

01:53:48.820 And millions and millions, like something like 54 million, if not more, people follow Tommy, have seen the documentary.

01:53:59.300 And as he said, you know, was it worth it?

01:54:01.640 And he's like, absolutely.

01:54:03.920 I recall I had written it in the action that went out on Sunday night as Ronald Reagan had said,

01:54:11.540 freedom is a fragile thing and it's never more than one generation away from extinction.

01:54:17.380 It is not ours by way of inheritance.

01:54:21.060 It must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation for it comes only once to a people.

01:54:29.540 And then it adds, and those in world history have known freedom and then lost it, never have known it again.

01:54:36.060 And so we are living in extreme times.

01:54:41.760 We're at a crossroad right now in Canada, especially where we still have the opportunity to turn this around.

01:54:50.320 Britain, the UK, they opened the doors to all of this mass migration. 0.99

01:54:55.660 I'm talking about the elites who are tied to the World Economic Forum and the United Nations.

01:55:02.720 They had a plan through the Global Compact on Migration and 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

01:55:09.140 They made it out to be a humanitarian effort, but it was actually a planned invasion. 0.96

01:55:16.580 So this violence, these rape gangs, the murders that are taking place at the hands of the jihadis and these Muslims, it was all planned. 1.00

01:55:25.760 And so the leader of Britain is 100% aware of what is happening. 0.88

01:55:35.520 And someone like Tommy Robinson, sorry, like Stephen, is a major threat.

01:55:41.400 Because I don't know if you ever saw when they had the European invasion taking place,

01:55:47.020 when Angela Merkel and others opened up the doors and you see people, they would see a few families in the front, women with their children.

01:55:56.800 But what they weren't showing the public through the mainstream media was the mass amounts of young fighting age men

01:56:03.540 that by the hundreds of thousands were coming into these countries.

01:56:08.580 So people were thinking it was humanitarian, that we should be bringing these people in and housing them and helping them.

01:56:15.380 And they took advantage of the West's and the Europeans' hearts that have always been very compassionate and giving.

01:56:23.760 But this has definitely been to our demise.

01:56:26.480 And now we have to take a really hard line at this and we need to turn it around.

01:56:31.320 So I'm just going to share my screen for a moment before ending this evening.

01:56:37.960 I'll just close on this evening to encouraging you again to please go to Tommy Robinson,

01:56:45.380 and on the Twitter and their admin is constantly posting the updates.

01:56:52.260 As you know that, well, many of you may know that Tommy was out of the country.

01:56:56.720 He didn't have to go back and face these contempt charges, but he chose to.

01:57:01.660 He regrets that he was compelled by the courts to stay silent and not launch this documentary many years ago.

01:57:11.260 And he regrets that.

01:57:12.900 So he was willing to put this video out en masse now and encourage everybody to share it.

01:57:19.140 That's why Action for Canada is taking this on.

01:57:22.060 And make no mistake, what is happening in Europe and throughout Europe and the UK is happening throughout Western countries.

01:57:29.560 Stick with me.

01:57:30.460 Make sure that you go to the description because I'm going to now move into the weekly news update.

01:57:38.260 And I will be providing you, of course, evidence and information of how the Islamist invasion, 0.90

01:57:45.620 the extremist invasion, the Kalisthenics Sikhs is affecting Canada as well.

01:57:50.800 And to also give you some direction on what you can do.

01:57:54.800 Every offense should not be ignored.

01:57:57.180 We should be taking these on from desecrating our Remembrance Day to Kalistani Sikh police officers in Surrey 1.00

01:58:06.000 who were out in uniform mocking a sword fight.

01:58:12.320 All of these, these are not free passes.

01:58:14.600 We shouldn't be ignoring this.

01:58:15.720 We have to take on every offense and we need to make sure that they're addressed.

01:58:20.760 And then as we're in the background as well, working on the bigger offenses, which I'll be telling you more about as well.

01:58:27.640 So thank you so much for joining us and with this special documentary tonight.

01:58:33.700 Please go to our join page, join Action for Canada, sign up as a member and help us win this battle.

01:58:40.440 All right.

01:58:40.720 Next week, talking about finances.

01:58:42.680 I said that a little earlier in the weekly news update.

01:58:44.880 We have Tanner coming on.

01:58:47.500 He's just an amazing young man.

01:58:49.640 And we are going to talk about finances from a biblical perspective.

01:58:53.700 We're going to talk about Canada pension.

01:58:56.580 I believe why we shouldn't be paying into that.

01:58:59.120 I mean, it's going to be a really interesting presentation.

01:59:01.620 So I hope that you'll mark that on your calendar to join us then.

01:59:05.580 The scripture for tonight is from John 15, 13.

01:59:09.840 Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

01:59:17.780 I mean, this is just absolutely so amazing.

01:59:21.220 This is our good friend, Stephen, who is in prison right now, a.k.a.

01:59:26.980 Tommy Robinson.

01:59:28.100 He has so much love for his country and for his fellow citizens that he is willing to lay down his life for his country and his family in order to fight for freedom.

01:59:42.720 I am willing to do that in Canada because I love God and country.

01:59:48.160 And through that, I love you enough to speak these hard truths.

01:59:51.640 And I am going to be in this fight to preserve Canada, as is everybody on the Action for Canada team.

01:59:58.220 So please join us, anybody, anybody, no matter what your belief system is, can join Action for Canada and become a member.

02:00:06.920 But our leaders are indeed Bible-believing Christians because we know it's a spiritual battle and we know that there is only one true God and we need to believe in his son, Jesus Christ, in order to win this battle.

02:00:19.440 And so as long as you're not offended by that, I'm telling you, this is really the organization that will offer the best results.

02:00:29.480 So again, I just thank you for joining me tonight.

02:00:32.440 Please share this information.

02:02:36.100 That's what I've got to say.

02:02:46.080 Look at this crowd!

02:02:50.780 I'm going to thank God and God alone for the ground that I'm standing on.

02:02:57.720 I'm going to thank our founding fathers for giving their lives and sacrificing so much for our freedom.

02:03:13.180 And I'm calling on you today.

02:03:16.400 Don't put them to shame.

02:03:18.620 Don't waste what they did.

02:03:20.540 We have guaranteed rights in this country.

02:03:31.180 We are putting chapters across the nation.

02:03:34.900 We are going to be in every town and every city.

02:03:38.720 And we are going to build communities within these communities of like-minded people

02:03:43.200 who are actually going to care for one another again and love on each other

02:03:47.060 and give each other the help when they're down.

02:03:50.340 We are going to use the teams and the people that build within chapters to support our businesses.

02:03:57.840 The government's actions are completely, 100% unlawful.

02:04:04.640 Judgment will again be found on justice,

02:04:07.760 and those with virtuous hearts will pursue it.

02:04:12.300 You have a virtuous heart if you are here today pursuing freedom and righteousness.

02:04:20.140 And then verse 23 comes along with a promise.

02:04:25.040 God says,

02:04:26.340 He will turn the sins of evil people back on them.

02:04:30.520 He will destroy them for their sins.

02:04:34.560 I take great comfort in that 0.78

02:04:38.240 because I serve a mighty living God

02:04:42.040 who has allowed us to go through this season of discomfort
