00:01:29.500 I am deeply concerned about comprehensive sexuality education for four reasons.

00:01:34.980 First, it sexualizes children. Second, it threatens children's health. Third, it promotes a dangerous

00:01:42.800 gender ideology. And fourth, it undermines the parent-child relationship, which violates parental

00:08:24.160 really to sexualize children. The Swedish Planned Parenthood presented a film of about 30 minutes,

00:08:30.160 an animated film which is addressed to young people of 13 to 14 years old. It is called

00:08:45.360 and it feels right for you. The International Planned Parenthood Federation, especially in the

00:08:49.600 Latin American region, is omnipresent. Be it at the mission at the United Nations, the person,

00:08:55.440 for example, working on the actual language, drafting the document, is a direct international

00:09:00.080 Planned Parenthood affiliate. We see the same thing in the Mexican government. They're usually

00:09:05.440 the number one advisor to the mission. They have a direct influence on the outcome documents, on what

00:09:12.720 is established, what is negotiated at the UN. Planned Parenthood is one of the largest organizations in the

00:09:18.640 world pushing sexual health and reproductive rights. What they mean by that is not so much about reproducing.

00:13:19.600 state in the United States, this program has been taught to children across the world.

00:13:26.880 It can be difficult to understand why any organization would promote promiscuity in high-risk sexual

00:13:32.480 behaviors to children through comprehensive sexuality education. However, hooking children on sex is a

00:13:39.360 multi-billion dollar business for Planned Parenthood and other similar organizations. This is because 0.90

00:14:23.120 transgender hormone services. Planned Parenthood aggressively and quite successfully lobbies governments

00:14:29.440 in the United Nations for millions of dollars annually to fund their multiple services and programs,

00:14:35.200 including CSE. Some of their top executives receive high six-figure salaries, yet most governments

00:14:42.640 are completely unaware of their true sexual agenda. Just looking into the next years in the context of the

00:14:49.280 sustainable development goals that determines the agenda for the next 15 years, the voice is very,

00:14:54.800 very biased. It's just International Planned Parenthood Federation and their affiliates who actually make the

00:15:00.640 suggestions. The United Nations is also aggressively pushing CSE for children worldwide. A prime example of

00:15:09.840 this is the International Guidelines on Sexuality Education published by UNESCO in cooperation with UNFPA.

00:15:17.680 Some of the objectives of the UNESCO Sexuality Education Guidelines include teaching children,

00:15:23.120 among other things, at age five, that masturbation is not harmful, at age nine, about sexual stimulation

00:15:30.800 and the definition and function of orgasm, at age 12, about respect for different sexual orientations

00:15:37.520 and gender identities, and at age 15, that both men and women can receive sexual pleasure with a partner of

00:15:44.080 the same or opposite sex. When I go to the UN behind closed doors, I was really shocked. Comprehensive 1.00

00:15:52.160 sexuality education, which was being pushed at us, really meant encouraging children to experiment

00:16:00.240 sexually. The comprehensive sexuality education is presented as a silver bullet that would solve 0.93

00:16:06.400 all the problems. It's seen as the index to economic growth, as a solution to poverty, as a solution to

00:16:14.240 everything. Even more disturbing are the World Health Organization standards for sexuality education in

00:16:20.160 Europe. These standards actually suggest that children ages zero to four should be given information

00:16:27.040 about enjoyment and pleasure when touching one's body parts or masturbation and given the right to 0.52

00:16:32.640 explore their gender identities. For ages four to six, children should be taught about same-sex

00:16:38.320 relationships and respect for different norms regarding sexuality. For ages nine to twelve,

00:16:44.640 the differences between gender identity and biological sex and about their sexual rights, as defined by

00:16:51.440 International Planned Parenthood Federation. And finally, for ages 15 and up, children should learn

00:16:58.080 to celebrate sexual differences, about violations of their sexual rights, and their alleged right to

00:17:04.400 abortion. The UN's children's agency, UNICEF, also promotes comprehensive sexuality education,

00:17:11.040 and as far back as 1999, UNICEF was also found to be promoting the sexual pleasure agenda.

00:17:17.440 For example, on page 89 of a UNICEF-published Sexual and Reproductive Health Manual for Pregnant

00:17:23.760 Teens in Mexico, UNICEF listed situations in which one can obtain sexual pleasure that included sexual

00:17:30.800 responses directed towards inanimate objects, animals, minors, and non-consenting persons.

00:17:38.960 The way they're doing this is to actually penetrate our schools. And so once it changes at the policy

00:17:46.000 level, then we'll probably have no control over what is taught in the schools and who teaches it.

00:17:51.680 An online CSE program for African youth called The World Starts With Me tells children that sexuality 0.99

00:17:58.560 includes French kissing, oral sex, and masturbation. It then tells them it's their own choice if they want 1.00

00:18:05.280 to lose their virginity. It shows children pictures of naked girls and boys in various stages of

00:18:10.640 development and then asks them to point out differences in their private parts. Parents likely

00:18:16.320 will never know as it is all done online away from home. This program has been found in Kenya, Uganda,

00:18:23.360 Ethiopia, and Ghana, and is probably in many other African countries.

00:18:30.400 We have had several high-level visits to Jamaica and the Caribbean from Prime Minister David Cameron of

00:18:36.960 the UK, from the Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki-moon, and from President Barack Obama. This is

00:18:42.640 about pressuring the Caribbean to accept the sexual rights campaign. Letters have been written to try to

00:18:49.440 get the Nigerian delegation to actually yield in matters of comprehensive sexuality education.

00:18:56.480 The UN is for all countries, great and small. As such, it should not be used as a platform to advocate

00:19:04.720 tendencies, ideologies, or ways of life that are at variance with its core principles and mandates.

00:19:14.240 Many times we're cornered by other delegations seeking to impose a radical sexual agenda.

00:19:21.440 We were confronted with a text that was replete with controversial issues extremely divisive in nature.

00:19:29.680 The Nigerian government was actually told by the Western countries that if they do not give in,

00:19:34.400 that they would be denied foreign aid. Let me express serious concerns regarding UNFPA's attempt to

00:19:40.640 discredit the government of Nauru and its permanent mission to the United Nations during these

00:19:45.120 negotiations. UNFPA has tried to convince my country to change our positions on issues such as

00:19:52.640 reproductive rights and comprehensive sexuality education. Harassing my capital or going through

00:19:58.400 UNFPA's regional office in the Pacific will not change my country's position. Madam Chair,

00:20:04.320 does the UNFPA think it can do this because Nauru is the smallest member states of the United

00:20:09.520 Nations? The interests of organizations like UNFPA and IPPF is to get parents out of the picture and

00:20:17.680 to radicalize and sexualize children. At the UN, if parental rights is being proposed in a document,

00:20:25.680 it's thrown out. A report by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education,

00:20:31.120 issued to the UN General Assembly, claimed that children have a right to comprehensive

00:20:35.280 sexuality education aimed, among other things, at abolishing guilt feelings about eroticism

00:20:41.280 and that will teach about the importance of sexual diversity.

00:20:44.800 In comprehensive sexuality education, the approach is to celebrate sexual freedom or sexual license,

00:20:55.360 to celebrate experimenting from a medical perspective. When sexual freedom is the priority,

00:21:04.240 then sexual health is going to suffer. You just can't have it both ways.

00:22:21.840 of the US are men who have sex with men. And of that 2%, they account for 68% of the HIV infection.

00:24:13.680 and suicide as adults. There are laws in Oregon where children as young as 15 can get taxpayer-funded

00:24:22.320 sex changes without parental consent. You can't have an aspirin at school without parental consent. However, 0.85

00:24:28.400 a student could make these life-altering, permanent decisions without parental knowledge or consent.

00:24:35.840 The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association reports that as many as 98%

00:24:43.520 of boys who are confused about their identity will come to accept their biological sex by the time they

00:24:50.320 are adults, as long as they are not encouraged in their confusion. They're tampering with the core

00:24:56.560 identity of these young people and confusing them. This is the enemy of my children and my grandchildren, 0.59

00:25:03.280 and it's digging down into the core of being male and female, of our identity as persons,

00:25:13.920 The Minnesota State High School League created policy in sports which broke down the barriers

00:25:23.680 of what gender identity actually is. They are no longer allowed to tell students you can or you

00:25:28.640 cannot use a particular bathroom. The girls in the school that would actually try sometimes to go into 0.98

00:25:34.160 the bathrooms just to get away from a boy, but now that's no longer possible because these boys can

00:25:38.640 follow them right in. Comprehensive sexuality education programs are disguised under many names.

00:25:45.120 They may be called comprehensive sex or sexual education, education on human sexuality,

00:25:52.960 reproductive health education, information on sexual and reproductive health, family life education,

00:25:59.360 teen pregnancy prevention, rape prevention, anti-bullying programs, HIV-AIDS prevention,

00:26:07.200 and sometimes even abstinence or abstinence plus education. CSE programs usually falsely claim to be

00:26:14.480 age-appropriate, evidence-based, healthy sexuality education that will prevent teen pregnancy,

00:26:21.200 sexual abuse, STDs, and HIV.

00:26:23.840 This is to help people, young people, avoid the dangers of HIV-AIDS in South Africa. And they

00:26:32.720 were telling them how they could have non-penetrative sex, oral sex, experimenting. So how is this helping 0.98

00:26:39.200 people to avoid HIV-AIDS? This pamphlet or zine as they call it is called Dry Humping Saves Lives. This

00:26:48.720 means abstinence. So they suggest that children masturbate or masturbate in front of a mirror or in 0.99

00:26:56.240 front of one another, anal sex, oral sex, grinding, sleeping together, caressing, sexting. They suggest 1.00

00:27:07.360 sexting, which would be getting your groove on fluid-free. And again, this is abstinence to them. So

00:27:16.640 they're actually encouraging sexual experience for children and calling it abstinence.

00:27:26.880 Sexual rights, sexual education movements began with Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey. He was a professor

00:27:33.600 at Indiana University. His book, Sexual Behavior in the Human Male, purported to say that

00:27:39.440 everyone in the world was engaged in massive sexual promiscuity, that it was a global pattern of sexual

00:27:49.520 behavior. Kinsey claimed that the research published in his book proved that children are sexual from

00:27:56.480 birth, that children could engage in sex with no downside, no problem at all. Kinsey actually had

00:28:03.360 the sexual abuse by pedophiles measure with a stopwatch how many children could achieve what 0.91

00:28:09.440 he called orgasms within a 24-hour period. In his book, Kinsey defines orgasm for these children as 0.95

00:28:18.000 fainting, as having convulsions, as screaming, as fighting to get away from the partner, what he called

00:28:25.040 the partner. Kinsey documented the sexual abuse of children. Table 34 documents the sexual abuse by

00:28:32.640 pedophiles of children from five months of age to 13 years, 317 children in that one table alone.

00:28:49.840 the entire structure of modern sexual education globally. Today, comprehensive sexuality education

00:29:05.280 organizations that promote Kinsey's harmful sexual philosophies are the Kinsey Institute, Planned

00:29:11.280 Parenthood, and the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States, also known as

00:29:17.760 SECAS. In fact, Mary Calderon, the main founder of SECAS, was the former medical director for Planned
