us to file a new notice of civil claim. It was 391 pages. I explained the information all in this

our case. So this is a fantastic write-up. I really encourage you to read it. So what happened is we are

pleased to advise you that we were successful on February 14th in the Court of Appeal. And the reason

is that going back to August 2022, Judge Ross not only ruled against the defendants to strike our claim,

but he also had made determinations within the claim that appeared to strike evidence that we would

need to incorporate into the new notice of civil claim that we would be filing. And that was really

important facts or evidence that Rocco would be providing within the courts. And so we decided that we

needed to appeal his decision. When we got to court, there was three judges and the one judge spoke up

and he says, well, I just believe that this was a matter of his opinion and that it wasn't a determination

from him. And so what they did was they dismissed our appeal because basically they said there's nothing

to see here. He wasn't removing those important facts from our case. But if we'd left it and hadn't

done the appeal, we would have possibly ended up in court and found out that the defendants would have

defense, but they're the ones on the defensive. And so anyways, it was a very important step. The court has
