a separate page. And basically what happened is when in August of 2022, there was a motion to strike

that Judge Ross was ruling on. And he had decided that the defendant's motion to strike, he ruled

against the defendant's motion to strike, which meant our case could go forward. And he was advising

us to file a new notice of civil claim. It was 391 pages. I explained the information all in this

letter. I really encourage you to read it because we do have that little squawk mob out there that's

misleading and providing misinformation and lying to the public about what's really going on with

our case. So this is a fantastic write-up. I really encourage you to read it. So what happened is we are

pleased to advise you that we were successful on February 14th in the Court of Appeal. And the reason

is that going back to August 2022, Judge Ross not only ruled against the defendants to strike our claim,

but he also had made determinations within the claim that appeared to strike evidence that we would

need to incorporate into the new notice of civil claim that we would be filing. And that was really

important facts or evidence that Rocco would be providing within the courts. And so we decided that we

needed to appeal his decision. When we got to court, there was three judges and the one judge spoke up

and he says, well, I just believe that this was a matter of his opinion and that it wasn't a determination

from him. And so what they did was they dismissed our appeal because basically they said there's nothing

to see here. He wasn't removing those important facts from our case. But if we'd left it and hadn't

done the appeal, we would have possibly ended up in court and found out that the defendants would have

had a motion to strike us from using this important information as part of our, I want to call it our

defense, but they're the ones on the defensive. And so anyways, it was a very important step. The court has

parents who were picking their children up at school. And they both had gotten back to given a

report to their chapter leaders stating that tide is turning. Parents were very interested in receiving

Another good news report, Alberta town narrowly passes bylaw to ban pride flags, crosswalks on
