00:07:57.180He is coming after us, which what I call is a fixatious, malicious case.
00:08:07.100I think this is a total waste of the court's time and we're definitely going to be going after him for the costs that we have to pay initially to have a lawyer address this.

00:08:29.120I mean, he is claiming that his confidence has been affected by this and that his work has been impacted by this as far as being a drag queen.

00:08:45.860But in the meantime, he's coming after Action for Canada and several other people have been named as defendants.

00:10:01.040So as a teacher's assistant, he should absolutely fall under the Teachers Act and that if there is anything that is of concern in a sexual manner or exploitation or, you know, not appropriate conduct, that it needs to be reported.
00:10:19.480And like I said, under the federal law as well, if you feel that there is harm that could come to children, you have a duty to report.
00:10:29.280The other example that we provided is that there was an EA in Coquitlam.
00:10:35.060So this started in January of 2023 and in July of 2023, well, it started earlier than that with this particular EA.
00:11:37.180And so we need to be on guard for our children's hearts and minds because we don't want them to be convinced that men can be women because they can't.

00:11:51.380And if we don't stand up and say there's a line in the sand, you've crossed it, you want to go to your clubs and, you know, perform for other men and women or adults, fill your boots.

00:12:50.180Okay, speaking of our stomach turning, we have also, we're launching a campaign because on February 24th, Terry Recker, our chapter leader in Oshawa, Ontario, has applied to be a delegate at the Catholic, Durham Catholic School District, school board meeting that's coming up.
00:13:33.720So Jenny and I put this together the other day to try to make a, you know, a little visual of what it is that kids are experiencing.
00:13:41.280They're just being overloaded and bombarded with all things pride and DEI, and it needs to be removed from the schools.
00:13:49.560And it's also been especially shocking that the Catholic schools have been actually on the front line of allowing this, you know, to come into the schools and be taught to the children.
00:14:02.540So we had a major win last year in Dufferin Peel Catholic School District, where Paula Giovanazzi, she is a former Action for Canada chapter leader, and she left us because she got elected as a trustee.
00:14:18.280So, I mean, we don't like losing chapter leaders, but that year we lost several in several provinces who became trustees.
00:14:25.680And man, oh man, has she put her knowledge and her training to work.
00:14:30.460She has been persecuted on this board, but she put forward a flag policy to only fly the provincial flags, the Canadian flag, and the school flag, and she won.
00:14:44.220But you know what, the union started conspiring, and the activists, they don't like losing, so in the fall they started conspiring to have delegations again at the Dufferin Peel Catholic School District, which they did, started back in, I think it was January.
00:15:00.400Yes, January. Anyways, they voted 10 to 1 against raising the flag, so we even had more support on our side from the school board.
00:15:11.380There's been a real shift, and they weren't satisfied with that.
00:15:16.640So a week ago Tuesday, they again wanted to bring delegates before, and guess who shows up?
00:15:23.520Do you recognize this lady? This is Kathleen Wynne, the former premier of Ontario.

00:15:32.320She shows up there, you know, maybe like she's feeling like Queen Bee or has some authority, but you know what?
00:15:39.160It was a slam dunk win again for our side, and we're just so incredibly relieved and pleased about this.
00:15:47.160CLC was working, PAF was working, Action for Canada was working.
00:15:51.940All of our members were showing up at the school board meetings to the overflow section.
00:15:57.980And so I want this to encourage you, your bodies are needed, your presence is needed at these school board meetings, because they're really having a profound effect.

00:18:08.340The CDC ordered down in the United States, this is a win, this is the activism in getting Donald Trump elected was massive, you know that Mealy got elected as well as other leaders throughout Europe and the UK who are doing the same thing.
00:18:26.880Victor Orban is one of my heroes in Hungary, he has been at the helm for many, many years, he got all of the SOGI, all of this, all of these ideologies out of universities, out of schools, he refused to support immigration, all the different things.
00:18:44.600So now the United States has ordered, CDC ordered to remove research papers that use the terms LGBT, pregnant people, and more.
00:18:55.800This isn't just mental illness, like yes, they've indoctrinated our children through the, through the, this horrible programs that are in the schools, the SOGI and Winsex Ed, et cetera, that we're working to get out.
00:19:07.280But, you know, these are sexual activists with mental health issues who got into positions of authority so that they could advance this.
00:19:16.880Now, our friends down at Mass Resistance, just doing a phenomenal job down there, and they're actually going to overturn gay marriage.

00:19:31.480The problem is, my friends, that when you open the door to sexual deviancy, to a government, at a government level, where this becomes a political issue, then they don't, they don't have a stop button.

00:19:59.820Just before all of this came out, the SOGI and the Winsex Ed, they, they took the transgenderism, they removed it from the list of mental health issues.

00:20:14.920Then they passed all these human rights laws, codes, saying that, you know, that we need to permit gender expression and gender identity, which are not immutable, you know, like sexes.

00:21:21.160I'll have to remember the acronym down in the States, but their job is with these NGOs is to infiltrate social media and Hollywood and commercials and shows and just push, push, push gay and lesbian rights.
00:21:37.060And that, you know, if you don't comply, man, watch out because we're going to persecute you and destroy whatever business you have.
00:21:44.960And so now all of them, trans Americans looking to Canada for safety after Trump's re-election.
00:22:13.560Abortions are one of the highest place that abortions take place is in the West now in Canada, in the U.S.
00:22:22.120And so I have a great deal of respect for Trump supporting pro-lifers because it went too far there as well.
00:22:31.040And they were getting imprisoned for their compassion in the heart to reach out to women in need who found themselves pregnant and felt they had no choice but to get an abortion.
00:22:45.080And so those people were imprisoned by the Biden government.
00:22:48.420And so Trump has pardoned 23 pro-lifers.
00:22:51.440I don't think you should be put in prison, you know, for that, for being compassionate.
00:22:56.120Okay, so on to the B.C. elections fraud.
00:23:01.600We ended up putting this out right after the election.
00:23:04.520I just want to remind you, we did a call to action.
00:23:11.180And he is the chief electoral officer who came in, I want to say, was it 2017?
00:23:19.840But in 2019, he had made amendment recommendations to the Election Act that were nearly 100% responsible for all the failures in the 2024 election.
00:23:36.120So I don't know if Mr. Bogman's a plant.
00:23:38.720I don't know what he's doing, but he's certainly not standing on the right side of history.
00:23:42.560And understanding that, look, we recognize that when there are 93 ridings and there are 69 data entry omissions, that's a problem.
00:23:59.300And, of course, we've heard about what's going on at the Argyle House, where there was 21 out of the 25 residents ended up putting in mail-in, did mail-in voting for some reason.
00:24:14.740But the polling station was right across the street and all the nefarious things that are going on there.
00:24:20.160I'm going to just continue to go through this because we'll find out that the complaint over that through the, thank goodness for John Rustad and the B.C. Conservative Party are taking this very seriously.
00:24:31.380And they not only put a complaint into B.C. elections to investigate what's going on in the Surrey rioting, but they've also filed with the RCMP.
00:24:41.160And I found out today that the B.C. RCMP instructed them to go to B.C. elections.
00:24:47.160And the reason I'm saying that is because we have a team that I'm heading up, and there are incredible people on this team with incredible evidence to prove that there was election fraud.
00:24:59.980So we're not finished with this matter, with B.C. elections.

00:25:08.540Because Mr. Bogman made the mistake of coming out with a letter in response to our letter writing campaign.

00:25:19.920It's incredibly important that when Action for Canada puts out an action like this and makes it so easy, copy and paste the letter, put it in your email and send it to the individuals we request.

00:25:34.080So he's come in here and just basically said, no wrongdoing here.
00:25:38.260You know, it was, you know, some new, how shall I say, efforts that we had applied to the Elections Act, such as call-in voting, such as the mail-in voting has been done before.

00:25:59.260But again, I also found out today that there was an FOI requested on the call-in, on the call-in votes that had transpired at B.C. elections and that call-in team, because they want to see where did all the calls come from?
00:26:15.040And that it looks like they had access to the unions list so that people were actually calling union members who hadn't voted to get them to vote.
00:26:25.720I mean, who does that and says nothing to see here?
00:26:35.340We're going to give you a report in 2025 and we'll work towards, you know, working out those bugs and we'll have a better election in four years.

00:26:56.140So this is just to confirm that in January, according to what I said, that the B.C. conservatives have called for a review of 2024 elections.
00:27:05.160They filed with the RCMP and this needs to be moving forward.
00:27:08.940On January 28th, elections B.C. suspends probe into conservative claims of vote violations pending court case.
00:27:17.900And so the candidate who lost by a very, very, very few votes in Surrey, he's a lawyer.
00:27:25.500He's putting everything on the line because he's not just rolling over and accepting the results.
00:28:19.540We have the highest, we have a, you know, a real problem in British Columbia where we have more deaths from fentanyl overdoses than any province in the country.
00:28:37.720It is a crisis in Canada that is not being properly addressed.
00:28:41.660So as we get closer to talking about Trump and his tariffs, I'm for one very thankful to Trump for threatening to apply those tariffs.
