00:00:00.000 Welcome, everyone.
00:00:19.240 We are so glad you're here to join us for another Tuesday.
00:00:23.340 If you know anybody that you would like on, please invite them, send a message out.
00:00:27.680 And like I said, I'm going to be going over notices of liability today, some of the resources
00:00:33.740 on the web page, some new resources we've had come on in the last couple of months.
00:00:38.660 We'll just wait a few minutes as a lot of people are coming in the room right now.
00:00:43.860 Hope you had a wonderful, lovely Easter weekend with family and friends.
00:00:51.580 Ah, I love the Easter weekend.
00:00:54.080 And many, many Christians, we call it Resurrection Weekend, Resurrection Sunday, where we celebrate
00:01:01.500 the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the authority that he has over the world.
00:01:08.480 I like that, knowing that he's still in control and we don't have to be concerned.
00:01:15.320 We just have to make sure that we're actively being involved and doing everything we can
00:01:20.880 in our power to take down this tyrannical government.
00:01:25.780 So that's where we'll be at.
00:01:27.400 Okay, so how are we doing?
00:01:29.160 Still lots of people coming in for a minute.
00:01:31.520 So we'll just continue to, I'll help Sheila out.
00:01:35.980 Sheila will be posting in the chat as I'm speaking with links to make them available to you.
00:01:42.220 So that should be helpful, just in case there's something of a particular interest
00:01:46.200 in doctor's office or optometrist.
00:01:51.060 We've had the notice of liability work, I got to say, almost in all situations.
00:01:58.540 Like even in post office, even though Canada Post hasn't been on our side, we've had testimonies
00:02:03.900 of people who couldn't get their mail and ended up.
00:02:06.500 It all depends on the individuals and what kind of an authority trip they're on.
00:02:11.840 We've had people go to pharmacists and deliver them.
00:02:17.280 We've known of pharmacists who have broken down once they've realized what they've been
00:02:21.100 involved in, in providing the rapid testing or providing the, I don't want to, I'm not
00:02:26.840 going to call them vaccinations from providing the injections.
00:02:30.120 So, you know, it really is what we're finding is a matter that so many people were deceived.
00:02:36.500 So many people thought they were doing the right thing, just blindly following the government.
00:02:41.280 And now you may have seen it even within your own family as more and more people are becoming
00:02:46.300 aware and it's uniting more Canadians as well as those in all sectors of the workforce.
00:02:52.960 So it really does depend on the individual, but it doesn't only depend on the individual
00:02:57.240 that you are serving these notices to, it also depends on you and your knowledge of the
00:03:04.520 situation and how you, um, exert your power and authority and, uh, the knowledge that you
00:03:12.360 have as you relay that.
00:03:14.380 Um, I've mentioned a couple of times in the city of Surrey, I had somebody very dear to
00:03:18.460 me who worked for the city of Surrey, who in the fall had been told that all employees were
00:03:25.880 going to have to be, uh, vaccinated and if not, they'd be put on unpaid leave by January
00:03:31.620 4th.
00:03:32.520 And so I wrote several letters, um, uh, impressing on them that this was legal and unlawful.
00:03:39.320 And that was from November and they didn't get back to me with any personal letter, but
00:03:44.340 on January 3rd, they sent out an inter-office memo to all of the employees, which I was privy
00:03:51.400 to, and it ended up, uh, that they dropped the mandatory part of the vaccination and they
00:03:58.120 also removed the threat of putting employees on unpaid leave.
00:04:01.740 And so that's a huge win, but they did say that you need to be doing the rapid testing.
00:04:07.560 So I immediately wrote them a letter on January 31st.
00:04:11.440 And again, they didn't get back to me.
00:04:12.700 And then this employee in December had had an injury at work and so was off.
00:04:17.840 And when they went to return to work in the new year, the supervisor, who's a nice person
00:04:22.840 had said, Oh yeah, you know, you gotta make sure that you provide your rapid testing before
00:04:27.200 you come to work at 7am tomorrow morning.
00:04:29.780 And so this person reached out to me and I'll show you where the template is for this letter,
00:04:34.120 because I'm hoping that others will make use of it.
00:04:37.060 And, uh, so we, we put that together and said, this is unlawfully legal, et cetera.
00:04:41.480 And, uh, they came back and the manager said, Oh yeah, but this is, you know, city policy.
00:04:47.180 And we said, it doesn't matter.
00:04:48.860 It's unlawful and illegal.
00:04:50.620 And so he ended up showing up at work the next morning at 7am and every day since, and
00:04:55.280 had never had to do any of the rapid testing.
00:04:57.140 So, you know, it can be done, but it's how you craft the information and, uh, really compelling
00:05:04.080 them that they need to discuss it with their legal department, et cetera.
00:05:07.100 But I will bring that letter up so that we can review it a little bit.
00:05:10.340 And we are trying to make these available to you so that you can use the resources or pass
00:05:16.440 them on to somebody else.
00:05:17.480 You know, who's having their, their rights interfered with, um, as we continue to, to
00:05:23.420 move forward with all of this.
00:05:24.760 So if you could, I always love to know if you're, you're happened, if you happen to be
00:05:29.960 new, if it's your first time on this call, if you could just let us know in the chat and
00:05:35.640 that sometimes gauges what it is that I'll be covering as well.
00:05:40.240 Anyways, it's, um, I'm just going to share my screen now.
00:05:43.160 Hopefully there we go.
00:05:48.340 All right.
00:05:49.060 So I like to start with the, this is the call to under call to action.
00:05:55.320 We go to weekly emails and I always like to start with this page because this is where
00:05:59.700 all of our, we could just keep going down and down and down.
00:06:02.440 And then to a next page, um, every single week I craft a letter.
00:06:08.280 This is the one that just went out yesterday.
00:06:09.760 I'm super excited about it.
00:06:11.020 David Lindsay is going to be on the empower hour tomorrow night.
00:06:14.780 And I mean, you have all become familiar with David because, um, as a further step to the
00:06:22.000 notices of liability, we're actually laying private information, criminal charges.
00:06:27.440 So in the fall, we had David come on multiple times onto the empower hour to help us walk
00:06:32.680 through that information.
00:06:33.960 Uh, that's all available on our empower hour page where, and I'll show you where that is.
00:06:38.520 And, but what many of you didn't know is that, uh, David has also researched incredible research
00:06:45.020 on, uh, the documents that support what Canada, who, how Canada was founded, um, oaths that
00:06:52.160 were taken for instance, by the queen.
00:06:54.080 And this happens to be on speaking of oaths.
00:06:57.200 The coronation oath was signed in 1953 by the queen, and it was to govern Canada based on,
00:07:05.120 uh, Christian principles, biblical Christian principles.
00:07:09.980 And I know a lot of you are like, man, tenure, you talk a lot about, you know, uh, God in
00:07:14.320 the Bible and, and just people don't understand that because this is what Canada was founded
00:07:21.580 on, on the biblical principles that actually forms our laws and our values as part of the
00:07:26.720 Magna Carta.
00:07:27.720 It's part of our whole, you know, federal system and our makeup.
00:07:31.540 And the government is trying to sidestep all of that.
00:07:34.920 And, um, if they are going to ultimately be successful, they have to destroy, uh, Christianity
00:07:41.840 and the church in Canada.
00:07:43.480 And, and so that's why I'm sort of going on this series right now for about the last three
00:07:48.460 or four weeks talking about how important it is, uh, how we are founded upon Christian
00:07:54.580 principles and why.
00:07:55.500 And so, uh, the series has kind of involved going through and exposing how the new age
00:08:01.320 movement is involved in the world economic forum forum.
00:08:05.580 And, uh, a lot of people who are in the new age movement, about 400 of them ended up reaching
00:08:10.940 out to Alan.
00:08:12.200 So it's 400 to date.
00:08:13.960 And, and maybe he said five or six of them were maybe negative emails.
00:08:17.800 All of them were fully in support.
00:08:19.440 Many people who were in the new age said, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
00:08:24.000 I had no idea that, um, in, in the background, uh, the new age movement, which they say on the
00:08:30.060 forefront is all about love and unity is actually working towards, uh, the one world order and a
00:08:37.580 one world religion.
00:08:39.400 And just to back that up, I want to show you something.
00:08:42.020 This is in Vancouver, BC.
00:08:44.040 There is a, you know, it looks like some sort of community center.
00:08:48.100 I've sort of zoomed in on this, but you can see to the right here, uh, there are signs
00:08:52.280 signs, spiritual, not religious.
00:08:55.440 And then a further sign on the building is the one world religion symbol.
00:09:02.380 And so I was shocked.
00:09:04.620 It was absolutely coincidental that, um, a friend of mine was pulling over to be part of
00:09:10.180 a call, pulled it over across the street from this building.
00:09:13.200 And then as we're talking about, you know, the one world government and the one world
00:09:17.680 religion, he's like, you will not believe what I just parked across the street from.
00:09:22.920 And so here it is, you know, it's got the Jewish symbol and the Islamic symbol and Sikhs and
00:09:28.180 Christianity.
00:09:29.760 And what we've got to remember, it says one God, many paths.
00:09:33.220 And there's just not one God.
00:09:35.060 Um, it's just not one God.
00:09:36.680 There's just, these religions don't compare to one another as, as serving the same God.
00:09:42.000 And we know that because countries around the world that aren't based on Christian principles,
00:09:48.440 these nations are run by tyrants and they're living in oppression.
00:09:52.240 And, but they want us to believe, you know, that all gods are the same because they plan
00:09:57.680 on destroying every single one of these religions.
00:10:02.020 And, uh, in order to have their one world religion, which will be on whatever philosophy
00:10:08.180 they've created, and we can only imagine how horrific it's going to be because I'll show
00:10:14.980 you one more image.
00:10:16.180 Take a look at this.
00:10:17.400 And I confirmed, uh, with Alan, like I said, who was in the new age movement and a top advisor
00:10:22.620 to gurus for 20 years.
00:10:24.380 Um, I had come across this scene by David Spangler, who was very, very, uh, closely tied, uh,
00:10:32.420 the two individuals who started the actual new age movement.
00:10:35.220 And it says, quote, no one will enter the new world order unless he or she will make
00:10:41.160 a pledge to worship Lucifer.
00:10:43.100 No one will enter the new age unless he will take a Luciferian initiation.
00:10:48.600 And that's quoted from David Spangler.
00:10:50.760 And I reached out and I said, are you kidding me?
00:10:52.860 Is this actually true?
00:10:54.680 So if they are successful in doing a one world religion, which they won't be.
00:11:00.220 Cause God is very powerful and he is in control and he won't let that happen, but you can see,
00:11:07.080 oops, I didn't mean to do that.
00:11:08.660 That, uh, the, the way that they want to do that, that philosophy is going to be built
00:11:14.600 on extremely evil stuff.
00:11:17.540 And so we got a big fight in Canada.
00:11:19.960 I say that, you know, there's wonderful people living in other nations with other systems
00:11:24.760 that are based on other government systems of governance and belief, but they got to fight
00:11:28.420 their own battle.
00:11:29.480 The Islamists got to fight hard against this, uh, to maintain their religious belief.
00:11:34.460 The Sikhs are going to have to fight for their religious beliefs.
00:11:37.380 But in Canada, since we're based on Christian principles, which gives you the freedom not
00:11:41.860 to believe too, but it's still what it's based on.
00:11:44.540 We got to, we got to fight for this.
00:11:46.420 We got to fight for it real hard in Canada.
00:11:48.740 So anyways, lots of information coming along there.
00:11:51.740 And, um, with David, it is just absolutely incredible as you read through this action
00:11:57.780 to find out, um, what it has to do, what the coronation has oath has to do with our property
00:12:04.000 rights, with politicians and Canadian judges, uh, our personal rights, et cetera.
00:12:08.860 So David has actually put towards, uh, together like an eight or nine week course.
00:12:13.860 And so this is just going to be a bit of a introduction to that.
00:12:17.020 And then people may want to, I believe it's, it's, it's a course that will cost a little
00:12:21.920 bit of money to attend.
00:12:23.540 And the nice thing is he's going to have a schedule and you can decide which ones are
00:12:27.200 going to be of interest to you.
00:12:28.620 So anyways, I'm excited to hear from him tomorrow.
00:12:31.420 And then I'm super excited about this next section.
00:12:33.960 Many of you have been saying you need a mask notice of liability.
00:12:38.940 And so I knew that David, we were both like, I was going to work on one, then he was going
00:12:42.840 to work on one.
00:12:43.440 So he's combined a bit of information from ours.
00:12:45.560 He put a mask notice of liability together.
00:12:49.900 And so, uh, please make sure you go to our NOL page and get a copy of that because we,
00:12:55.640 we've got to start using this on mass across Canada and start fighting against these mask
00:13:01.340 mandates.
00:13:02.160 And like I always say, there is no legislation.
00:13:05.640 There is no law in Canada saying you have to wear a mask.
00:13:09.080 And the reason is because you cannot interfere with an individual's right to breathe freely.
00:13:14.200 And that's why all those fight the fines, uh, on the masks that rebel news has been doing.
00:13:19.740 Uh, they're all being dismissed in the courts because the judges know as well, there is no
00:13:24.800 law in Canada and mandate is not a law.
00:13:27.260 So therefore they can't uphold it.
00:13:28.780 So this is where knowledge is power.
00:13:31.220 We're trying to help you gain that knowledge to make sure you're powerful.
00:13:34.620 And, uh, anyway, so that's the notice of liability.
00:13:37.720 We've had, um, a new fellow that's joining our team create this video and it's regarding
00:13:43.660 the harms of mass on kids.
00:13:45.480 I really encourage you to watch it and share it please.
00:13:48.180 And we need to get the mass off of our kids.
00:13:50.460 So a reminder, use the notice of liability for students and let's help them out.
00:13:55.340 We're going to fight, fight for our kids.
00:13:58.360 Now, the big, the other big resource that we are launching this week as well is the notice
00:14:04.020 of liability against specifically rapid antigen tests.
00:14:08.480 I'm just going to click on this and open it up.
00:14:13.320 And we have the notice of liability against all forced COVID testing, uh, but they worded
00:14:19.600 it as PCR testing before.
00:14:21.760 And once we started, uh, investigating, we had this great gal, Lisa, um, who just happened
00:14:28.540 to join our writing team.
00:14:29.720 As we were looking into saying, we need to address the rapid testing, uh, because of
00:14:33.800 putting these in the hands of kids and it will horrify you to read this NOL it's, it's
00:14:40.860 short, it's a page and a half, two pages, but there is something called sodium azide that
00:14:47.260 is within the rapid testings.
00:14:49.640 All others, except for our artron, I believe have it actually listed as an ingredient.
00:14:54.620 And our trial didn't, and, uh, Lisa had made a call and a Dr. Uma at artron was the one
00:15:01.100 that she ended up communicating with.
00:15:03.060 And she was asking, is this, um, now, what did I call it again?
00:15:06.920 I always forget the name of it.
00:15:07.860 I'm just going to scroll down.
00:15:09.540 I want to get right.
00:15:10.300 The, uh, sodium azide she was asking, it's not listed.
00:15:13.720 Is that in the artron rapid tests?
00:15:17.240 And she just refused to answer the question and said, you have to ask health Canada.
00:15:21.940 We've provided the rapid antigen testing to health Canada, and they're the ones that put
00:15:27.300 it in the hands of the end user, you and your kids.
00:15:31.280 And so it's up to them.
00:15:33.040 Well, health Canada is not telling anybody that this highly toxic chemical is actually
00:15:39.380 in the testing and they're sending it on home on mass with our kids.
00:15:44.380 And that when you look into it more, and when you read this, you actually should have
00:15:48.860 hazmat, um, um, uh, on a hazmat suit and gloves and everything, uh, protocol is what
00:15:55.660 you should be using.
00:15:56.580 It is very toxic and harmful to both children and pets and to our environment.
00:16:02.160 And so I've never taken a rapid antigen test, but I understand there's, you know, the little
00:16:08.180 solution.
00:16:08.740 And where do you think people are pouring that when they're done with it was most frequently
00:16:13.040 done in the bathroom, they're pouring it down the drain.
00:16:16.640 And so these liars are telling everybody around the world, how concerned they are about their
00:16:21.880 environment.
00:16:22.640 And yet they're putting this toxic chemical into our water systems.
00:16:27.900 And, um, you know, I keep saying they need to go to jail, but I really mean it.
00:16:31.800 All right.
00:16:32.820 So make sure that you, uh, not only acknowledge that we have this notice of liability, but
00:16:38.100 go into the page and read it.
00:16:40.640 And I'd highly recommend that if you're somebody that's being forced to do this testing, I would
00:16:44.660 recommend using both of these, uh, the warning letter PDF.
00:16:48.080 I've always encouraged people to provide this with the COVID testing notices because it is
00:16:55.620 quoting from the genetic non-discrimination act.
00:16:58.280 And it's kind of nice because these people will be too disinterested or lazy to actually
00:17:03.840 look it up.
00:17:04.760 And once you've provided a section of the genetic non-discrimination act, which literally is
00:17:11.320 informing them that it is an indictable offense to test people against their will, and that
00:17:17.500 you have the choice not to take this test.
00:17:19.780 It's very powerful.
00:17:21.580 Knowledge and wisdom is very powerful thing in the right hands.
00:17:25.480 That's your hands.
00:17:26.180 So we got to ask you, just please use this, read the information and protect yourselves.
00:17:32.200 Uh, there's many, there's, you know, what is it?
00:17:34.740 Uh, health Canada said there was over 50 calls to poison control over the rapid antigen test.
00:17:40.860 And, and, uh, so they were putting a warning on that page.
00:17:44.160 Uh, but of course it doesn't stop them from pulling it and it doesn't stop them from putting
00:17:48.460 it in the hands of children's of children.
00:17:50.800 Um, so anyways, quite upsetting.
00:17:54.940 All right.
00:17:55.520 I believe, uh, the one other resource page that I want to make available is the one that
00:18:01.000 we're creating on the one world order.
00:18:02.920 And I'm just going to move on.
00:18:08.380 You can't see it on my screen, but in order for me to access, I just had to move a few
00:18:12.180 things over.
00:18:12.940 And so under resource training in the menu bar, you can see one world order.
00:18:18.740 And on this page, Jenny has been doing an amazing job of building it.
00:18:23.880 She's got information on the world economic forum.
00:18:26.480 This is becoming really, um, important that as many Canadians as possible know about the
00:18:33.840 W E F.
00:18:35.300 I'll just click on the page for a moment.
00:18:37.220 It's actually quite critical when you understand, um, who these individuals are and how they have
00:18:43.820 managed to insert themselves into every sector of society, into our school systems, our banking
00:18:51.900 systems, our social systems.
00:18:53.840 It is absolutely, uh, frightening.
00:18:57.140 And so then we got Canadians.
00:18:59.240 We've heard about the ties with the W E F.
00:19:01.880 Uh, I just, I'll just quickly go onto these pages so that you can take a peek where it starts
00:19:08.580 board of trustees, good video to watch.
00:19:10.740 Um, and here they are, like I said, we're really spending, Jenny spending a lot of time
00:19:15.840 building this page up.
00:19:17.620 Sheila is also helping in, she's a great researcher and providing information.
00:19:23.460 So you see some of these familiar faces, right?
00:19:26.560 Uh, we know these people and yes, yes, they're involved, um, with the W E F they're involved,
00:19:34.060 which means from the onset of this COVID-19 fraud, these individuals were privy.
00:19:40.740 To what the reason was, um, in moving forward with this, to get world domination, to get
00:19:47.420 people on digital ID systems.
00:19:49.360 Speaking of digital ID resources, we've created this page, critical race theory is critical
00:19:55.200 to this agenda.
00:19:56.100 They want to divide the nations, victimize, uh, certain races in, instead of creating an
00:20:01.940 environment, um, which we've always been.
00:20:04.660 I'm very good at, in Canada, uh, of having many cultures living together, uh, relatively
00:20:11.000 at peace until Justin Trudeau started with all of this nonsense.
00:20:15.680 And, uh, Justin Trudeau, of course, is just a puppet of, of, uh, the world economic forum
00:20:21.040 and following their directive.
00:20:23.340 Anyways, these are good, good information for you because, you know, you may be in a conversation
00:20:28.200 with somebody one day and they'll be, I don't, I don't believe what you have to say about
00:20:32.700 critical race theory.
00:20:33.640 I don't believe what you say about digital ID.
00:20:35.820 And now you know that you can kind of come, I'm calling it a one-stop shop that you can
00:20:40.860 come to action for Canada and that you can engage individuals knowledgeably by allowing
00:20:47.460 them to see it for themselves and do a little research so that you don't have to be searching
00:20:51.540 all over the internet.
00:20:52.860 We've always had, uh, from about a year and a half ago, great resources for citizens,
00:20:58.820 business resources, church resources for pastors who want to stay open.
00:21:02.760 We've had webinars for them for frontline workers, police and fire teachers and staff, parent resources.
00:21:09.060 And I just, I have to bring up this page for the youth movement.
00:21:14.020 We're of course, you know, our, our youth are the future.
00:21:17.940 And this is something, you know, that the globalists have known for a long time, all, uh,
00:21:23.920 tyrannical leaders from, from history have said the way to, uh, you know, to control the
00:21:29.220 future is to control our youth.
00:21:31.300 And so we at action for Canada as well.
00:21:34.080 We believe that we believe that's true.
00:21:36.360 So who's going to control them, them or us, who's going to help, uh, you know, create a
00:21:42.820 pattern of thought for them.
00:21:44.260 Who's going to teach them how to actually think critically and to question everything.
00:21:48.340 I think that's going to be good hearted people, uh, like those at action for Canada.
00:21:53.520 And so we've set up this page.
00:21:55.760 And one of the things that we're doing right now is, uh, going through an eight week program
00:22:00.580 with the, uh, youth leadership with Dr.
00:22:04.000 Greg Gary.
00:22:05.020 And we've had three weeks of it.
00:22:06.760 This Friday will be our fourth one.
00:22:08.280 And I almost wish we're not, um, actually making the videos available to the public.
00:22:14.220 We'll see how we're going to handle this in the future for privacy reasons, of course,
00:22:18.280 for the youth they're under age.
00:22:20.080 Um, but moving forward, we're going to be repeating this course.
00:22:23.700 It has been so encouraging to my heart.
00:22:27.060 There's been about 80, over 80 kids that have joined.
00:22:30.180 And in some of the homes, there's multiple kids there.
00:22:32.480 Of course, some, some parents have, uh, have made this, uh, you know, an event on Friday
00:22:37.820 nights for the kids.
00:22:39.120 And as we expand our chapters across Canada, one of the things we're doing is asking the
00:22:45.080 chapter leaders to find a facility, a venue where they can meet and possibly every Friday
00:22:50.740 in the future, they could be meeting and asking all the youth in their community to
00:22:55.780 come to, to that venue.
00:22:57.220 And then they could meet one another, uh, find, uh, you know, some, some other youth
00:23:02.560 that are in support, awake and aware of what's going on.
00:23:05.700 And maybe they go to school together and maybe they could start, uh, supporting one another
00:23:11.100 in school and start, uh, training other kids and bringing awareness within the school
00:23:16.480 to other youth as to what's going on and start a youth movement.
00:23:19.920 And that's what we're working towards, uh, a positive youth movement, tapping into their,
00:23:25.420 their wonderful, uh, rebellion.
00:23:28.320 And we keep saying, we want to tap into that rebellion in a good, positive way, in a productive
00:23:33.600 way that helps them to have a voice so that they know how to speak to peers and to authority.
00:23:40.380 And last week we had several of the youth, they were given three to five minutes to do a 30
00:23:44.880 second speech and it was inspiring.
00:23:47.440 And one of the things I was encouraged by is how aware they were of what was going on
00:23:53.720 in Canada currently.
00:23:55.320 And speaking into that, we were also covering the charter of rights and freedoms and the
00:23:59.840 constitution last week.
00:24:01.460 And of course, this is something they're not being taught in the schools.
00:24:04.700 So I was, again, very encouraged by that.
00:24:07.500 If you have youth, uh, 12 to 19 years old, just it's not too late, have them register.
00:24:13.880 You would just click on this zoom link.
00:24:15.680 They could register and they could start to join us.
00:24:17.660 They have a little catch up to do, but I think the next five weeks will still be very impactful
00:24:22.500 for them.
00:24:23.160 And they may want to register again.
00:24:25.260 We've been offering this course for free.
00:24:27.980 Um, Greg has been, uh, very generous with his time.
00:24:31.160 Normally he would charge $675 for this course, uh, but we feel together as we've aligned and
00:24:39.440 partnered up that it is far more important to engage our youth and, uh, get them educated
00:24:45.220 than worry about funding.
00:24:46.880 But on that, with these, uh, things that action for Canada is doing, we were really would appreciate
00:24:52.900 you becoming a monthly donor.
00:24:54.600 Um, we're growing so fast and where I was always considered a grassroots movement.
00:25:00.580 We still have a business side of us now that we need to run and that costs money and we
00:25:05.680 super duper need support.
00:25:07.400 I say if, if all of our members were to do $10 a month, uh, we would be able to manage
00:25:12.820 everything quite nicely.
00:25:14.420 So please consider that.
00:25:16.640 All right.
00:25:17.340 So I think what I'll do is I'm going to get straight to, oh, this was the video in which
00:25:23.460 I was telling you about that.
00:25:24.980 I'd encourage you to go and watch.
00:25:26.220 I was watching it again today and I remember when the German courts made this, uh, ruling
00:25:32.760 in back in 2020, and they clearly said this was the court's ruling.
00:25:37.160 Children are physically, psychologically, and pedologically, I'm forgive me for not saying
00:25:43.060 that word.
00:25:43.460 That's a tongue twister damaged and their rights are violated without any benefit for the children
00:25:49.660 themselves or third parties.
00:25:52.280 Okay.
00:25:52.840 So they really researched and looked into the benefits of mass.
00:25:58.100 And they said, this is like psychological harm is 100% happening to the kids, not only, uh,
00:26:05.320 physically and psychologically, but even as far as the facial expressions and how they learn.
00:26:10.040 I'm sure I'm probably talking to most of you are extremely aware of this, but it is extremely
00:26:15.580 damaging to our kids and we need to get those masks off our children.
00:26:20.500 Okay.
00:26:21.020 So now under calls to action, we go to notices of liability.
00:26:26.040 And so I want to just show you the updates that we have made.
00:26:30.320 We're trying to make it obvious when you come to the page.
00:26:32.580 So the mask notice of liability I just spoke to about is right there.
00:26:36.320 And then we created a page for it.
00:26:38.200 So now we have included, or it should be, I'll have to double check.
00:26:41.940 Why don't we just do that right now?
00:26:43.500 So it just pops us down.
00:26:48.560 Adults, children and youth.
00:26:52.900 Okay.
00:26:53.360 It looks like the only the adult one is on this page.
00:26:56.240 I want to make sure we have the one for children on there as well.
00:26:58.640 So we will make an adjustment to that page.
00:27:01.060 So that will make it easier.
00:27:02.600 So anytime Jenny has set this up, it just zips you down the page to where you want.
00:27:06.780 Advanced medical directive.
00:27:09.420 I'm just going to show you right here that you can see this is a care card.
00:27:12.740 Okay.
00:27:13.500 I hope you can see that.
00:27:15.240 Sheila, let me know if things aren't showing up at all.
00:27:19.420 You know what?
00:27:19.900 I'm going to actually click on that page.
00:27:22.220 I really want you to know this.
00:27:23.840 People have been very concerned.
00:27:25.980 You know, if they, I know I am.
00:27:28.020 I feel dread if I had to end up in a hospital right now because of the testimonies of people
00:27:33.480 who had been vaccinated without their, or given the injection without their permission.
00:27:38.040 And so we created this COVID advanced medical directive card.
00:27:42.920 So you would say in the case of an emergency sent to any COVID-19 vaccination, testing ventilators
00:27:50.280 or remdesivir, as is my right.
00:27:52.540 It's an indignable offense to violate my right to refuse these treatments or to withhold any
00:27:57.500 medical care because of it.
00:27:58.780 And so then we go to what the doctors had recommended in the United States with hydroxychloroquine,
00:28:04.900 ivermectin, et cetera.
00:28:06.180 That protocol, all they have to do is scan it.
00:28:08.360 And they're expected to give people this treatment, uh, when they, when they are, if they are admitted
00:28:15.180 to the hospital with the respiratory illness, and then on the back, it has, um, an actual
00:28:22.100 notice of liability against the vaccination.
00:28:25.940 And so it's a powerful little card.
00:28:27.700 And then what you do is you actually, we've made it low enough that you tape it to your,
00:28:32.020 uh, care card or your medical card.
00:28:34.860 And that way it's proof that they would have had to, uh, take the tape off in order to
00:28:38.780 get your number.
00:28:39.660 All right.
00:28:40.300 So it's a very simple system to use, but it's, you know, it's effective.
00:28:45.360 And so we would advise you to make use of that and tape it, just print it off.
00:28:50.220 Uh, I think it's four on a page or something that you can print off, make sure that it's
00:28:54.680 on the, um, care cards of your family members.
00:28:57.640 And, and just, I've had, we've actually had testimonies of people saying, thank you so
00:29:02.200 much.
00:29:02.560 We use the medical directive card and completely successful.
00:29:06.640 The, the hospital didn't give them any trouble whatsoever.
00:29:10.320 Now that's not going to be in all situations unless you exert your authority and do your
00:29:14.600 best to do so.
00:29:15.600 All right.
00:29:16.500 Um, I talked about the COVID testing on this page.
00:29:20.260 Uh, we'll actually, yep.
00:29:22.900 Here's COVID testing with the new one on the rapid antigen testing down here.
00:29:27.180 Uh, the new healthcare professionals one.
00:29:29.620 We've had that out for a while.
00:29:30.660 Uh, businesses notice of liability, um, just research it.
00:29:35.420 It is for employees to give to businesses is for business owners to serve, um, health
00:29:41.180 officials or anybody interfering with their business, et cetera.
00:29:44.100 Uh, the media notice of liability, uh, we're encouraging everybody continue, continue, continue to press
00:29:50.740 in and apply pressure to, uh, the media, whether editors or reporters or whomever it is, they
00:29:59.220 have a core standard, uh, in reporting.
00:30:02.800 Uh, and, uh, uh, that media notice of liability documents it.
00:30:07.340 And so if you see a media report, a newspaper report, anything, you would take the date, you would apply it at the top.
00:30:18.360 Uh, let me just go into it in case you're not familiar with this is different than any notice of liability we've had because normally you're just, uh, applying an NOL to, uh, an actual, you know, individual in a business or this or that.
00:30:32.140 You don't have to provide further information with it, but in this one, we're recommending that you provide the date published of the new source and that you would click off, check off, whatever the violation was.
00:30:44.640 You might have other, and, um, down below we provide, sorry, uh, certain broadcasting here, like we say code of ethics or standards, and we've, uh, tried to incorporate that.
00:30:58.260 So they know that what we're saying is official and if they are deceiving the public, for instance, well, that's just, it's a, it's absolutely an ethical violation of the standards that are set before them.
00:31:10.380 And we want to start making individuals accountable in Canada, not start making, this is what we've been doing for a year through the notices of liability, it comes down to personal notice of liability.
00:31:23.000 So we are not going after the editor, Joe Smith, we're going after Joe Smith as a citizen who's in violation.
00:31:31.940 All right, let's go back here.
00:31:33.560 We'll just continue.
00:31:34.300 I'm hoping this information is very helpful to you because it's been quite a while since we've gone over this.
00:31:41.760 All right, of course, we have, uh, premiers and, um, health officials, uh, that would be the ones elected officials, et cetera.
00:31:49.200 We have one on mobility rights.
00:31:51.360 A lot of you are talking about what do I do when I go to the airport or I'm coming back or, uh, you know, they talked about, uh, going to the border of a province.
00:31:59.300 We don't have borders in Canada, uh, okay, so there are no borders.
00:32:04.160 There's, there's, you know, you're coming from, you know, BC and into Alberta, you have that, that division.
00:32:11.700 There's no border.
00:32:12.860 You have the free right to go wherever you like in Canada.
00:32:17.460 Let's just go down there for a minute.
00:32:19.380 I'd recommend having a couple of these in your glove box or in your purse.
00:32:22.640 If you're somebody that travels a lot, section six says every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada.
00:32:31.200 Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right to move to and take up residence in any province and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.
00:32:43.680 Again, just review the information up here is the printable PDF.
00:32:47.980 And we recommend that again, you have that on your person.
00:32:56.480 Okay.
00:32:57.400 I care card.
00:32:59.580 This is an incredibly important document.
00:33:02.880 If you are in an employee situation, if you are a parent of a student, we had Corinne Beresford on.
00:33:10.480 She is one of our chapter leaders in Alberta and she's brilliant.
00:33:13.780 She's worked in occupational health and safety, and I had no idea that this was an option, but in Canada-wide, we have provided links by province of the occupational health and safety legislation.
00:33:27.620 All right.
00:33:28.160 So that you can review it easily there and apply it.
00:33:30.760 And the eye care card, I'll just go here because this is what it is, is that it says here, parents and employees, you fill this out.
00:33:41.320 I'm just going to read it.
00:33:42.100 Eye care card to report potential hazards or events of objectionable or unwelcome conduct, comments, threats, bullying, physical and psychological harm.
00:33:51.460 So you can fill out this eye care card, you would put down the date of the incident, the location, who the abuser was, if there was a witness, you'd put a description of the event, the potential result, what was the hazard.
00:34:04.260 We know that wearing a mask, it's hazardous, it's hazardous to your health, it's causing you harm, rapid testing, it's causing harm, psychological, we would recommend that you listen to the video that Corinne had done as a workshop that we provided.
00:34:21.860 And we've also provided, and we've also provided the PDFs of her presentation, because she really had incredible information that was included.
00:34:31.940 So again, by law, your employer, the principal of a school, they have to actually do an investigation, and the beauty of that is, is it will also be on record.
00:34:43.860 And so they actually have to do an investigation into the incident, and there needs to be something, a resolution to it.
00:34:55.580 Medical representation agreement, this was only for in BC, unfortunately, and everybody that has used this has had great success, but it is only, unfortunately, only available in BC.
00:35:09.940 And what this means is, is you can be a representative for anybody within your family that you've signed this with, they cannot prohibit you from being in the care of whomever your loved one is, or even a friend, whoever is listed on this declaration is the one that gets to represent you in the hospital.
00:35:32.840 And whether you are vaccinated or not, or whether you've taken a test or not, they cannot, by law, prohibit you from being in attendance, but you have to do it before your loved one ends up in the hospital, because as many of you have known, they have prohibited contact, which is absolutely frightening to me that they have had the power and ability to do that.
00:35:53.460 Well, they haven't had the power, but they've taken the authority to do that, which they didn't have.
00:35:58.540 All right, the last one on here that I'm going to say, I've been talking to you about those template letters, so I'll just review that page.
00:36:04.860 Okay, so anytime that we've written a letter and we've had success on that, we've posted it on this web page.
00:36:17.640 The whole process that we've gone through with the school board trustees in BC, every bit of it we've been documenting and providing to the public, that you could copy and paste and apply it in your province.
00:36:33.060 We have had success in Ontario as well in serving school board trustees regarding vaccination, etc.
00:36:40.580 We've actually had success in school board trustees in Ontario voting no to mandating vaccination for staff.
00:36:48.380 Again, I use vaccination because that's the world's term, but understand it's not my term.
00:36:51.940 I understand that this is absolutely frightful attack against humanity, and it is not indeed a vaccine.
00:36:58.980 All right, so everything here, I encourage you to go through this.
00:37:02.480 We have had so much success.
00:37:03.900 We kept 45,000 teachers plus on top of that school staff employed in BC without having been put on unpaid leave because of the campaigns that we've been doing there.
00:37:16.100 All right, so here is what I was referring to.
00:37:19.240 This letter is the one that I wrote back in November for an employee to serve to the, I wrote the letters, but they served the notice of liability to the city manager.
00:37:28.800 And like I said, successfully, they removed the term mandatory come January and the threat of putting people on unpaid leave.
00:37:37.040 So this is the letter I talked about where I said, well done.
00:37:40.600 I commend you on making those decisions, but rapid testing is against the law.
00:37:45.400 It is illegal.
00:37:46.220 Three to five years in prison and up to a million dollar fine.
00:37:49.020 There is no middle wiggle room for this, my friends.
00:37:52.000 It is illegal for them to force you to take a rapid test.
00:37:55.280 And I'm going to bring this letter up and I'll just show you the process of events.
00:38:02.340 So for those of you that came on a little bit later, an individual at a city had been on, it was injured and was on medical leave from the, from December into the new year.
00:38:16.060 And in the new year, the city had implemented the mandate that you needed to rapid test if you weren't taking the jab.
00:38:23.780 And so he was then ready to go back to work.
00:38:27.720 And so his supervisor ended up saying, okay, that's great.
00:38:31.300 You know, we'll see at 7am, but you got to remember that you got to do a COVID training module.
00:38:36.220 Let me see.
00:38:36.760 In addition, you will need to complete the mandatory COVID-19 training module before the start of tomorrow's shift as well.
00:38:43.100 Please use the links, whatever, hurdle to access the training module and that they needed to do the rapid testing and provide it.
00:38:50.040 And so this was the response.
00:38:53.600 Dear supervisor, please review this document on the harms of rapid testing, which is that notice that I was telling you about.
00:39:01.600 What I might do, though, is got instructions how to use that notice of liability.
00:39:05.640 I think I'm going to make just a letter on the rapid testing so that we can include it in here.
00:39:11.080 It's just nicer to share without instructions on it, so I'll work towards that.
00:39:16.380 The city manager sent an inter-office memo in November mandating staff that all staff be vaccinated.
00:39:22.660 So it's the story I told you about here.
00:39:24.700 Vincent Lalonde is the manager.
00:39:26.520 And so we expose that.
00:39:28.600 We're making these people known to the public because what they're doing is unlawful and illegal.
00:39:32.800 And I believe part of that is the reason why they turned this around.
00:39:37.660 So Mr.
00:39:39.020 It would have been Lalonde was served a personal notice of liability and a warning letter outlining the personal liability he was exposing himself to due to the fact that requesting private medical information or mandating vaccines is in violation of the Privacy Act and the Criminal Code.
00:39:54.780 And this is where we are pursuing laying private information across Canada based on extortion is Section 346 of the Criminal Code and intimidation, which is 423.
00:40:07.100 And then, of course, the Non-Discrimination Act because it's an indictable offense.
00:40:11.380 So we're laying private information across Canada right now.
00:40:14.040 We're kind of keeping that under under hat.
00:40:16.660 And when we start getting results, which we're hoping for to see where this is going to go in May, based on some court decisions that are coming up, then we're going to start making the public more aware of it and encouraging more people to do it.
00:40:30.460 So that's why we say keep all of your evidence and your communication with your employer, with the principal of a school, with a school trustee.
00:40:39.980 These people need to be held to account.
00:40:41.580 They've been warned what they were doing is illegal and causing harm.
00:40:45.200 They're not ceasing to desisting, so we need to be able to further take action.
00:40:51.200 But in this instance, so we go, as a result of these actions, Mr. Lalonde sent an inter-office memo to the staff stating that on January 3rd, the threat to mandate was removed and that the employees needed to take testing.
00:41:07.680 The employers cannot put employees on unpaid leave, as this is a further violation and many legal actions are commencing as a result.
00:41:14.680 So we're letting them know, you know, this is what's transpiring.
00:41:18.380 We're giving you fair information here.
00:41:19.960 If you didn't know, you're now being educated.
00:41:22.640 Further, and this is what I want all of you to remember if you're being forced to test.
00:41:27.000 The mandate to undergo rapid testing is a criminal offense under the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act, S201.
00:41:35.720 Additionally, Health Canada posted an urgent public advisory warning that many calls were made to poison control as a result of the rapid antigen test kits and the exposure to hazardous substances.
00:41:48.840 In the document addressing the rapid test being handed out to minors at school, you will see that it is very clear that the tests are meant for professional use due to the hazardous materials.
00:42:00.800 An ingredients list is available for the different test kits and you will further see that protective gear should be worn while using these tests and that they should be disposed of as hazardous material.
00:42:13.580 The kits contain sodium azide, which is a highly toxic substance, not only to people, but very harmful to our environment.
00:42:22.020 People are currently disposing of the excess sodium azide by pouring it down their drains, which is going into our water systems.
00:42:29.240 You can imagine sending this to a city, you know, that they're going to start considering, you know, the accountability that they have.
00:42:37.500 A complete review needs to be done by occupational health and safety.
00:42:41.520 The city must stop using the rapid tests as this is not only exposing employees to toxic materials, but opening the city up to liability.
00:42:49.840 And you've got to imagine their ears are going a little bit alert at this point in the letter because now they're surprised.
00:42:55.240 The supervisor's just doing his job.
00:42:57.300 He didn't know any of this first and foremost, because what you are doing is illegal.
00:43:02.320 Secondly, because the reported risk factor to humans and thirdly, the environmental impact.
00:43:08.020 So the supervisor came back and said, I've been advised that you do, oh, wait, not need to complete mandatory training module at this time.
00:43:17.740 However, the city's position on either providing proof of vaccination or providing a negative test result from a rapid antigen test kit is still a requirement before the start of your shift at 7 a.m.
00:43:28.480 So this individual came back and said, hi, Joe, as I'm sure you can appreciate this is a difficult situation you are placing me in, right?
00:43:38.600 Let's make this clear.
00:43:39.820 You're placing me in this situation as I have to consider my health and what goes into my body, as well as the violations that are being committed by yourself and the city against me in mandating.
00:43:52.660 I submit to illegal and unlawful testing and a forced medical procedure, since when is this OK?
00:43:59.880 Other employees may not know their rights and the rule of law, but I do.
00:44:03.720 And I will not be subject subjected to being physically assaulted or forced to take a medical procedure at threat of not being permitted to work.
00:44:12.560 I have the guaranteed and protected right under Section 7 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to my employment without discrimination.
00:44:18.840 I have already had the virus, as well, this person had already had it, and therefore have natural immunity, and the tests have further proven to be not only highly inaccurate, but also unnecessary for healthy people to undergo.
00:44:32.460 I suggest you speak to the city's legal department about the city's position on this matter.
00:44:37.480 As I mentioned, many legal actions are commencing against the employers, and reportedly the employee is in the favorable position.
00:44:48.940 I will be showing up for work as scheduled at 7 a.m.
00:44:52.580 And so that employee has been working ever since successfully and has not had to undergo any rapid testing.
00:45:00.620 And I can bet you, because the city has already been warned with other letters and notices of liability, their legal department knew perfectly that this employee was in the right.
00:45:11.100 So just I'm going to start closing up here because I do want to get to a Q&A.
00:45:16.060 Under the Workers Unite, so under Join, we of course, if you have come on the call today and somebody sent you the link, we highly encourage you to join.
00:45:26.300 And do either join the parent group, the Workers Unite group, I would encourage the Workers Unite group, et cetera, because then you'll automatically be invited to this meeting.
00:45:37.560 You'll be on that particular email list.
00:45:40.320 And so Empower Hour is accessible right here, Action for Canada chapters.
00:45:45.780 If you know you have friends or family in other provinces, please encourage them to join an Action for Canada chapter, as you should as well in your own community.
00:45:54.260 We are, you know, some of them are a little bit slow in getting up and going, they need people in the community to come and help build the chapters, but it is a vision that is just growing across Canada and we're having so much success.
00:46:08.060 And of course, as we mentioned before, one of the strategies is, is we want to recruit really good people to run at all levels of office and we want to be there to support them.
00:46:19.580 School board trustees, mayors, city councils, MLAs, MPPs, MPs, boy, we can do this together.
00:46:27.160 We super duper can do this.
00:46:28.520 All right, if you want to volunteer, click here, but I'm just going to go to the Workers Unite page, because I just want to bring to your attention that this is where we're putting any of the really important updates that we feel the media are reporting on.
00:46:44.220 And one of them recently was that the city staff in Richmond, BC, who had been put illegally and unlawfully on unpaid leave, their union was going to bat for them, and they actually received back pay and their vacation pay returned to them and reinstated.
00:47:01.800 So that's pretty exciting. So that's what I meant in the other letter is that employees are taking employers to task and the employee is showing favorable for the employee.
00:47:12.340 So hang in there if you are one of the employees that's been put in this horrendous position of being put on unpaid leave and unfairly treated.
00:47:21.400 If you are an employee, if you are an employee, this is the page you want to come to, all right, because we have gone to great lengths on this page to provide everything that is needed.
00:47:36.000 One thing I'll need to do is put the rapid antigen testing onto this page as well to make sure, actually, let's just see if that includes both of them now.
00:47:46.400 So, ah, yes, it has the automatic access to it, and just other great resources if this is your first time coming on this page.
00:47:56.100 We're also any of these meetings, I think I'll have to find another page for it because I do want to keep this to the Workers Unite page, but any of these recordings that we've had in the past week are also provided on here.
00:48:07.440 We've had Farron on who talked about 5G, and that was a really, really interesting one, and other special speakers.
00:48:18.840 Dr. Hawley came on and we talked about Vax adverse reactions, and then if we go down just a little bit more, if you're an employee, you would want to go down into the videos down here at the bottom and just listen to where I walk you step by step, how to use all of the resources.
00:48:36.080 I think the last one that I'm going to go into, for any business owners that have come onto the page, we have a great page set up here for business owners.
00:48:47.120 Again, a step-by-step video for business owners, how to use the resources, and as a priority with our chapters, we meet every Monday.
00:48:56.260 We have 150 chapters nationwide, actually, it's more than that now, and we meet every Monday in an effort to train our chapter leaders and make sure that they know what the objective is.
00:49:07.320 One of them is that we're sending business materials to them that are printed as soon as they become a chapter leader so that they can grow a team within the community to go door-knocking businesses.
00:49:19.760 Don't, you know, sign up with the government's digital ID, you don't have to close down when they go to bring this to the next level in the fall, etc.
00:49:30.740 So please make sure that if you're a business owner, you know a business owner that's struggling, that they come onto this page and get the resources available, that we have spent thousands of hours trying to make sure that we could help as many people as possible.
00:49:44.380 And I know I said that was the last thing, but I'm going to go one more.
00:49:50.020 Some of you have asked about where we're at with the legal action.
00:49:54.480 Many of you know that in December, Rocco ended up in hospital, and I'm not one to tell his story.
00:50:02.420 He's going to tell that when he's ready, but it was quite horrific, and he is still recovering.
00:50:07.320 And so the update that we have right now is I'm pleased because Action for Canada has commenced legal action against the BC and the federal government.
00:50:17.640 All right, so what happens then we file the statement of claim in August of 2020, and then it is then up to the defendants who are named in the statement of claim that they need to respond.
00:50:35.620 Let me just see if I can bring it up here if none of you have seen a statement of claim before.
00:50:39.420 I'm just going to go to the page we have it available on the website for any of those that want to delve in and read a lengthy report.
00:50:49.720 So these are our plaintiffs, and these are the defendants.
00:50:53.900 And so we as plaintiffs have submitted this statement of claim.
00:50:59.000 Rocco has done that on our behalf, and then it is up to the defendants also then that they have to provide a statement of defense.
00:51:08.400 And instead of providing a statement of defense, they've gone for a motion to strike.
00:51:13.880 So you will see on here that we have Justin Trudeau.
00:51:17.780 These are just doesn't it just warm your heart to know that we're going after these people.
00:51:22.100 Teresa Tam, Bonnie Henry, who is the health officer in BC, John Horrigan, Adrian Dix, other people that are related to BC.
00:51:31.840 But then there's also the CBC that we're going after, the ferry services, the RCMP, the Attorney General of Canada, etc.
00:51:44.340 And so once we filed, like I said, it was up to them then to file a statement of defense.
00:51:50.900 And instead, what they've done is they filed in January a motion to strike.
00:51:56.180 And so people are like, oh, that's it, you know, we don't have a case, we're not moving forward.
00:52:00.680 Not even close.
00:52:01.980 All right, of course, they're not coming out and say, yeah, you know, we're guilty.
00:52:05.100 Let's not worry about court, you know, just just lock me up right now.
00:52:08.160 Here's, here's my wrist, put the cuffs on.
00:52:10.500 No, they went from motion to strike saying the case was frivolous.
00:52:14.300 It was based on conspiracy theories, and we're like, oh, contraire, mon frers, this is a very legitimate case, and we are not going to fold or go away.
00:52:24.000 And so you have to address the motion to strike in the courts.
00:52:26.780 It was set for February.
00:52:28.480 Rocca was not in condition to do that.
00:52:30.480 So we have had to adjourn it until May 31st.
00:52:32.960 So we've been very sad, you know, that there has been this, this delay, but it has been outside of our power, of course, to do anything.
00:52:42.400 And there's many wonderful people taking legal actions across the country.
00:52:46.680 But I retained Rocco for a very specific reason, because I believe he's the man for the job.
00:52:51.520 And there was nobody else that I was going to trust or put this in the hands of to deal with the motion to strike or anything else.
00:52:58.640 I'm waiting on Rocco, because I know the strategy.
00:53:01.120 I know what he has.
00:53:01.940 And so any other information, you can just keep an eye on the legal action under details and updates.
00:53:10.060 All right.
00:53:10.540 So that's my wrap up that presentation.
00:53:14.040 That was lengthy.
00:53:16.620 But like I said, we haven't gone through the website in quite a while where we covered all of the new materials, or maybe some of those for those of you who are new.
00:53:26.520 I hope that helps you to navigate the website a little bit easier.
00:53:31.940 And so now I'm just going to go straight into a time of Q&A.
00:53:36.660 There's no way I've been following the chat.
00:53:39.600 So if there are questions, you can see down at the bottom, there's that little symbol with reactions.
00:53:45.400 And if you click on raise hand, then I can do my best to get through these questions.
00:53:51.500 All right.
00:53:52.300 Like I said, I hope this was helpful.
00:53:54.400 If it was, just give me a little thumbs up.
00:53:56.480 And Pamela, you're the first one, if you want to unmute yourself.
00:54:03.160 Hi.
00:54:04.000 Hi, Pamela.
00:54:04.720 So I have mixed understandings about my ability to fly.
00:54:10.940 For example, if you listen to Laura Lynn Tyler, the other day, she's talking to the Americans and saying, I don't know if we can fly in Canada.
00:54:20.820 She's down in the States, though.
00:54:22.280 And so she may not know, but I had contact today with someone who's a frequent flyer.
00:54:29.320 It says, no, there's no mandatory vaccinations to fly.
00:54:32.660 So it's not in the mainstream media.
00:54:34.900 And we haven't heard anything from Action for Canada on this issue.
00:54:38.180 And I know that this is in the federal court system with Brian Peckford.
00:54:46.020 Right.
00:54:46.600 So why this misinformation is going back and forth with media or lack of information?
00:54:57.100 I can't understand.
00:54:58.620 So I'm confused.
00:55:00.360 Yeah.
00:55:00.720 And, you know, because of the amount of work that I've been dealing with in the last month, month and a half,
00:55:07.100 I knew that Brian was taking Honorable Peckford.
00:55:10.840 Brian, he's good.
00:55:11.860 Brian was taking this one on.
00:55:14.160 And so I was just relieved.
00:55:16.140 I thought, OK, good.
00:55:17.260 Any information that people need, you really need to refer to Brian.
00:55:21.960 And I believe Leighton Gray is the one that is the lawyers that's representing him under the JCCF.
00:55:27.200 And my understanding is you cannot fly in Canada still unless you provide a VACS passport.
00:55:37.960 And I just find it absolutely because I was talking to Maxine Bernier not too long ago.
00:55:43.020 And we were chatting, you know, about just some things coming up.
00:55:49.440 And he says, yeah, I'm coming out to B.C.
00:55:51.400 And he was talking about he has to go down to the United States, fly into Bellingham,
00:55:55.900 and then make his way up across the border into B.C.
00:55:58.880 I was just like, this is absolute insanity.
00:56:00.960 And so we've we've provided the notices of liability for people to use at the airport and
00:56:07.420 the mobility rights, the rapid testing, like the covid testing, I mean, and people who are
00:56:14.280 standing 100 percent in their authority and really know how to use that are having success.
00:56:21.060 But it is far and few between.
00:56:23.140 And I've had no opportunity to travel.
00:56:26.820 And so as well with Laura Lynn, I haven't I'm so busy, I haven't been able to keep up
00:56:32.300 much on on the interviews that she's doing.
00:56:35.320 But I know that she's down in Florida.
00:56:37.080 I understand that she's going to go, I believe, to Mexico for a little bit before coming home.
00:56:41.660 And yeah, I mean, good on her for being able to travel.
00:56:45.940 But in Canada, to the best of my knowledge, you still can't do that.
00:56:50.200 Right.
00:56:50.820 But the legal actions are commencing.
00:56:53.100 So she's dual citizen in the United States.
00:56:55.540 She's both Canadian-American.
00:56:58.040 So it may make a difference there.
00:57:00.420 Yeah.
00:57:00.800 But if you can travel.
00:57:02.660 Pardon me.
00:57:04.140 It is confusing what we're getting.
00:57:06.500 I'm hearing that, yes, I can travel without a vaccination from some people.
00:57:11.700 And they are frequent flyers.
00:57:13.940 I have a feeling it's because they work for Air Canada or something.
00:57:17.920 You know, they have some sort of interaction with the company there.
00:57:25.540 They get free flights, you know.
00:57:27.720 Yeah.
00:57:28.000 I know that Sheila is posting the chat, the free to fly.
00:57:33.360 And I would recommend going to their website as well.
00:57:36.640 Sheila, do you have anything you'd like to add to this conversation?
00:57:39.700 I don't.
00:57:41.460 I haven't looked at their website in some time.
00:57:43.680 But it was started by Canadian air crew, right?
00:57:47.320 Pilots and air crew.
00:57:48.700 Right.
00:57:48.980 So I would be looking there.
00:57:51.160 You can send them.
00:57:51.900 So there is a flight that you can?
00:57:54.020 I was understanding, wasn't it through WestJet, that I heard people, that they were respecting
00:58:01.420 individuals' ability to fly.
00:58:05.460 I don't know if they had demanded that you had to have a testing.
00:58:10.520 Let me just see Susan saying international flights are an issue as well.
00:58:14.380 However, more and more countries are letting people in without the jab.
00:58:17.840 But we can't leave the country.
00:58:19.600 I know it's crazy.
00:58:20.600 I had a friend who had said there were two different families, had gone one to a flight
00:58:25.200 to Mexico, one to the U.S.
00:58:27.180 Sadly, they had all had injections.
00:58:30.240 And they had reported to my friend, they said, nobody asked us.
00:58:34.720 Nobody asked us for a VAX status.
00:58:37.040 And I'm like, well, is that because they were walking through what's the detector?
00:58:42.720 And, you know, maybe they have these micro bits of metal in their system from the jabs.
00:58:49.700 And I'll tell you why I say this.
00:58:53.020 Interestingly enough, it kind of freaked me out.
00:58:55.060 But last August, I had flown to Ontario to see Rocco.
00:58:59.760 And I spoke at a conference there briefly.
00:59:02.680 And so I was like, you know, stressed, like I'm not wearing the mask.
00:59:06.780 I went through the Vancouver International Airport without a mask on.
00:59:10.180 And I got onto the plane and I flew halfway to Ontario until one of the stewardesses just
00:59:16.420 like she freaked out at me.
00:59:17.760 It was just awful.
00:59:19.100 And I put it on, but I took it off and I just wore it off the rest of the flight.
00:59:24.040 And then I got off the plane.
00:59:26.000 I got a warning.
00:59:27.280 And then I had to go to Montreal.
00:59:29.780 Every airport, I went mask free and got onto all the planes.
00:59:33.800 I had people defending me in planes, but I wasn't just going to go down easy, right?
00:59:39.020 Anyways, at one of them, when I was going through the metal detector, I had always carried
00:59:46.020 my phone in my back pocket.
00:59:48.320 And so, you know, you got to take your necklace off, your shoes off, you're putting everything
00:59:51.360 in the little conveyor and you get to get your belongings on the other side.
00:59:55.300 And they kept putting me through.
00:59:56.740 They was like, no, I had as if I had something in my back pocket.
00:59:59.260 And my back pocket was lit up and my phone had been removed.
01:00:05.680 And so if it can do that, you know, through what's coming through my phone, think about
01:00:11.240 what they've injected into people who have gotten the real deal as far as the jab is concerned.
01:00:18.240 So to me, I'm very suspicious if they know and they're not asking people if they've been
01:00:24.160 jabbed just by the very fact that they can tell through these machines.
01:00:27.740 I really don't, I really don't know, but I'm just saying.
01:00:32.580 All right.
01:00:33.100 Thank you for the question, Pamela.
01:00:35.800 That's an interesting topic for sure.
01:00:37.940 Donna.
01:00:39.660 Hi.
01:00:40.920 My question has to do with hospitals.
01:00:43.440 My mother, she's just coming up on 85 and a week from tomorrow, she's scheduled for a
01:00:48.680 total hip replacement that she's been waiting for months for.
01:00:51.760 Um, she doesn't have to be vaccinated, but they're insisting she has to have a PCR test
01:00:56.860 three to five days prior.
01:00:59.300 What do we do about that?
01:01:00.620 How do we?
01:01:01.780 You, you serve them, you serve them this information.
01:01:04.960 You say, you know what?
01:01:06.320 Healthy people, first of all, don't have to test.
01:01:08.380 Uh, the tests are inaccurate, but more than that, this is against the law and you can't
01:01:13.660 prohibit.
01:01:14.300 It says in the genetic non-discrimination act that it, they, it absolutely cannot prohibit
01:01:21.040 you from service.
01:01:22.480 And so I would, um, uh, print off that additional letter.
01:01:26.620 I'll just show you one more time where it is, if that's helpful, just for anybody on the
01:01:31.080 call that needs it.
01:01:31.860 So we're going to go into notices of liability, we're going to go down to COVID testing.
01:01:42.920 Oops.
01:01:43.380 That's not the one I meant to tick on.
01:01:45.120 I want to go into this letter.
01:01:50.260 Okay.
01:01:50.660 So this happens to be with labor code, but it even says here, you cannot demote an employee
01:01:56.800 or dismiss them or impose a financial, any penalty on them or take any disciplinary action
01:02:02.700 against them.
01:02:03.400 All right.
01:02:03.680 So my eyes just kind of fell on there.
01:02:06.620 It is prohibited for any person to require an individual to undergo a genetic test as a
01:02:12.240 condition of providing goods and services or services to that individual entering into
01:02:16.900 or continuing a contract or agreement with that individual or offering or continue specific
01:02:21.220 terms or conditions in a contract or agreement with that individual.
01:02:25.860 So this is the area, right?
01:02:28.360 That they would say, because they keep saying, well, hospitals are different.
01:02:32.760 Like here in Ontario, here in Ontario, you know, they've dropped mass mandates.
01:02:38.340 They've dropped testing like Vax passports for everywhere, except hospitals and long-term care.
01:02:44.680 And they're extending it again.
01:02:47.080 And they just, they keep trying to say, no, hospitals are different.
01:02:50.020 Hospitals are different.
01:02:50.840 Hospitals are different.
01:02:52.060 Yeah.
01:02:52.740 Ask them to show you where are hospitals different.
01:02:55.980 This is the, ask them to show you where in the genetic non-discrimination act, it says
01:03:01.520 the hospitals are different.
01:03:03.240 Ask them show for them to show you in the criminal code where it's different for them.
01:03:09.260 And that's, that's how I would address this as well as providing them, of course, the new
01:03:16.740 genetic non-discrimination or sorry, the new antigen rapid testing notice of liability.
01:03:23.860 I would certainly.
01:03:25.020 And this is a specific PCR you have to have.
01:03:27.720 They can't do the rapid action or the rapid antigen test.
01:03:30.820 It has to be a PCR they're saying.
01:03:32.480 Well, it, and the thing is, it doesn't matter if it's a rapid antigen or PCR, you see where
01:03:38.100 it says here, genetic non-discrimination act.
01:03:40.680 They're taking a sample of your genetic material.
01:03:44.040 If they say we're not taking your DNA or you're this, you're taking genetic material, which
01:03:47.960 you're protected from.
01:03:49.500 And in that it states very clearly that they cannot discriminate or deny you a service.
01:03:55.040 And there is nowhere in here that it shows that hospitals are exempt from this.
01:04:01.080 And so I would take them on.
01:04:05.080 Yeah, I would say absolutely not.
01:04:07.500 I know.
01:04:07.700 And I, you know, you know, I am perhaps if it was me and my surgery, I would take them
01:04:14.600 on because it's my 85 year old mom who's been in pain for months and months and months.
01:04:19.680 My fear is if I push the envelope, they'll say, sorry, we're not doing the surgery and take
01:04:25.880 her off the list.
01:04:26.520 And she's screwed.
01:04:28.100 Like she's in a lot of pain.
01:04:29.820 Yeah.
01:04:30.260 So it's frustrating.
01:04:31.480 Like, I'd love to talk to someone in Ontario who has done this successfully at a hospital.
01:04:36.180 Like, I wish there was some way I could talk with someone who's done it.
01:04:39.800 And there's a kind of a precedent that we could point to.
01:04:45.060 Yeah.
01:04:45.220 I was just quickly going on here for a minute because under our notice of liability, we
01:04:50.840 have NOL successes.
01:04:52.960 I don't know if my eyes would fall upon them right now.
01:04:55.440 Let me go into Ontario and see if that is where the person did have masking mandate, school
01:05:02.620 and bus success, board of directors, rescind the mandate, school success.
01:05:07.700 Let me just see what this one is.
01:05:09.180 Thank you.
01:05:09.480 I can't begin to think of your dedication.
01:05:12.660 Okay.
01:05:12.900 So that's not the one.
01:05:13.820 It wasn't in Ontario.
01:05:15.660 DWS masking school and bus success.
01:05:18.280 Yeah.
01:05:18.460 So we're having other successes, but it wasn't Ontario.
01:05:20.740 It would take me, if you go under notices of liability, it goes NOL successes pops out.
01:05:28.080 And I would just recommend, we haven't, we've had way more successes than what we've listed,
01:05:32.380 but we just have not had the opportunity to upload them all.
01:05:37.100 And then we've got some instances where people have said it and then haven't written in to
01:05:42.620 let us know what those were.
01:05:43.820 Um, yeah, so all I can say is I know that people have reported to me that they had success,
01:05:49.620 um, in doing this, but it is far a few between it comes down to, again, your knowledge.
01:05:55.900 Um, your mom deserves to have surgery.
01:05:58.660 And again, she's 85 years old.
01:06:00.800 Um, I'm, I'm totally understand that I would still serve them a notice of liability against
01:06:06.160 the, uh, jab.
01:06:07.920 I would still have her fill out one of those.
01:06:10.200 And if you've got, if you've got power of attorney, fill it out on her behalf and just
01:06:15.660 say, let me make it very clear.
01:06:17.080 There are reports of those who have, um, against people's will, given them the jab.
01:06:22.380 Like we had one lady who was recovering from surgery and the nurse came in and said, oh,
01:06:28.420 you know, are you ready?
01:06:29.720 Um, are you ready for your shot?
01:06:31.740 And of course they were thinking pain medication.
01:06:35.400 They said yes.
01:06:36.720 And they gave him the jab, gave her the jab and she got the real deal.
01:06:40.280 And she had, um, side, of course the side effects from it.
01:06:44.300 And that was, he had done here in Kelowna.
01:06:46.660 And yeah, somebody said they did that to my uncle.
01:06:48.800 I've had multiple reports of this.
01:06:51.660 So, um, I would even put something above her bed and, and say, you know, that there will
01:06:57.120 be liability.
01:06:57.800 Just make it very clear to them.
01:06:59.480 You're the best advocate for her and she needs your, you to protect her in his whatever
01:07:03.940 way you can talk to a hospital administration.
01:07:07.260 I would, um, recommend that you could even say, I need to sit down and have a conversation
01:07:12.300 with you about my mom's care.
01:07:13.800 Do you have power of attorney?
01:07:16.060 Um, I share it with my sister and my sister, unfortunately is in the other camp of vaccinated
01:07:23.180 hate the fact that mom and I aren't, you know, so it's, it's a divisive thing in the
01:07:28.560 family.
01:07:29.420 All right.
01:07:29.640 So this is where I wouldn't even involve your sister.
01:07:31.880 You have power of attorney.
01:07:32.800 That's all that's needed.
01:07:34.540 And, um, you're just going to go in and be the advocate for your mom.
01:07:38.180 And so you, you don't have to discuss this.
01:07:39.880 You're a power of attorney.
01:07:40.740 You're doing what you feel is best for your mom's care.
01:07:43.540 And, and so you would make sure that you have this conversation with them.
01:07:47.940 Okay.
01:07:48.340 So you would suggest starting with the administration department of the hospital.
01:07:53.520 Yeah.
01:07:53.820 Who is it that is writing to you and advising you on this?
01:07:57.680 They just, they just tell you this, that they tell you this.
01:08:00.760 So the surgical departments told us infection control has told us, um, the doctor's office
01:08:07.260 them said that, you know, I, I, if she does several different people at several different
01:08:12.180 levels had said like, this is just their policy.
01:08:14.300 I have fought to get myself in to, because I am her primary caregiver.
01:08:19.480 I mean, she does live on her own, but needs tremendous amount of help.
01:08:22.560 I'm the primary caregiver.
01:08:23.680 So they have agreed.
01:08:25.480 I've been in with an appointment.
01:08:26.860 I've just got permission today again, to go in with her appointment next week, two days
01:08:32.020 before the surgery and to be able to take her in to the surgery.
01:08:36.280 But then I have to leave the hospital and I'm pushing them to get permission to come in after
01:08:41.580 the surgery because they didn't want anyone unvaccinated to come in after.
01:08:45.580 Right.
01:08:45.760 Okay.
01:08:46.000 So in your situation, um, you've made such good advancements.
01:08:50.920 Um, if it were me, I'd feel the same way you do.
01:08:53.920 And, um, I would still serve them the notice of liability.
01:08:57.960 I want to just say, I want you to know in no uncertain terms is my mom.
01:09:02.460 You, you let all staff members know there are tests that can be done afterwards, which
01:09:06.720 I'll be doing to ensure that my mom was not given this, uh, experimental injection.
01:09:13.320 And I just want to make sure that your staff are fully informed that I will take action.
01:09:18.600 If my mom is given this.
01:09:21.480 And, um, as far as the testing is concerned, they can do a spit test.
01:09:26.100 Well, and I've asked for that and here in London, we can't get it.
01:09:29.960 I've gone to the health department.
01:09:31.440 I've gone to the testing center, the hospital, and they've either never heard of it or no,
01:09:36.640 they don't use it.
01:09:37.820 And I'm saying to them, the Ontario health says we're supposed to have it.
01:09:42.060 The lab here in London has it.
01:09:43.860 You have to requisition it and they won't.
01:09:46.640 And then what about a blood test then?
01:09:49.680 Can they do a blood PCR blood test?
01:09:52.340 Yeah, they can.
01:09:53.000 They can do.
01:09:53.540 That's the best way if they want to have an accurate test.
01:09:55.940 All the others will come up with, uh, false positives, have a high rate of that and,
01:10:00.720 uh, tell them that, you know what, um, that you're doing this, uh, you feel coerced into
01:10:06.800 providing, like use the language.
01:10:09.180 I would record the conversation secretly with them as well.
01:10:12.080 You're entitled to do that.
01:10:13.340 Uh, when recording, if it involves you, only one person needs to, uh, know that it's being
01:10:18.280 recorded and that would be you.
01:10:20.560 Okay.
01:10:21.000 And record these conversations as evidence to make sure that they know that they were
01:10:25.000 well informed of your instructions.
01:10:28.720 And, um, I would still bring them the rapid antigen testing with that additional letter
01:10:33.060 and just say, look, you know what, legally, we know what our rights are here.
01:10:37.780 Um, for my mom's sake, I feel coerced.
01:10:40.880 She feels coerced into doing this.
01:10:42.360 She's perfectly healthy and, um, do what you're comfortable with doing.
01:10:48.220 Okay.
01:10:49.040 All right.
01:10:49.820 All right.
01:10:50.120 I would not allow them to stick anything up her nose.
01:10:52.960 I wouldn't allow them to use them.
01:10:54.360 I'm terrified of that.
01:10:55.040 Cause we've made it through this whole time with nothing, with none of that nonsense.
01:10:59.040 And if she goes down because of this, I will lose my mind.
01:11:02.500 Yep.
01:11:03.040 So tell them that, you know, health can't just read the antigen test that we've got and
01:11:08.580 use that language when you're speaking to them and, and, and just say, I, she just can't,
01:11:14.540 there's just too much risk that we have found related to the rapid antigen testing.
01:11:19.560 Uh, but we will submit to a blood test.
01:11:23.640 Okay.
01:11:24.120 And is there a test you can do after to, to tell if they've given her a shot?
01:11:30.060 I understand.
01:11:31.000 Yes.
01:11:31.380 Uh, Sheila, um, do you know what the name of that test is where it, it tests for the,
01:11:37.080 uh, there apparently because you have the increase of, um, spike proteins, uh, clots,
01:11:43.360 sorry, D-dimer.
01:11:47.060 Okay.
01:11:47.840 D-dimer test.
01:11:50.360 All right.
01:11:50.940 Sorry.
01:11:51.220 These are taking longer than expected, but that's okay.
01:11:53.260 Mel.
01:11:53.720 Thank you.
01:11:54.340 Yeah.
01:11:54.760 I'd love an update on, on, on this.
01:11:58.100 All right.
01:11:58.660 Hi.
01:11:59.520 Thanks.
01:12:00.720 Hi.
01:12:01.320 Um, I just wanted to confirm one thing, cause I've been following Laura Lynn.
01:12:04.100 So just in terms of the flying, it seems, um, that if she, because she's American citizen,
01:12:09.400 she can drive across, you can, she can fly, but for us, we would drive across and then
01:12:15.860 fly back.
01:12:16.620 Cause they can't keep us from coming back to the country.
01:12:19.560 That seems to be the latest intel.
01:12:21.300 Well, but my question on the NOL, if I could just ask, thank you so much for the updates.
01:12:26.060 Do you have advice?
01:12:27.500 I listen every week and I'm just wondering with the NOLs and just sort of preemptive strike,
01:12:32.680 but also, uh, I think there was sort of a statute of limitations in terms of getting
01:12:37.740 it in against, well, whomever, but I'm, for me, it's the university.
01:12:42.320 So I'm calling from Saskatchewan.
01:12:44.380 I have one child that was boondoggled by Bonnie Henry last fall.
01:12:48.840 She will go back and I'm, I don't know why I keep shipping them out to BC, but anyways,
01:12:53.380 I've got another one coming out there.
01:12:55.440 Any advice if the sky falls in the fall and they're saying, you got a vax, you got a vax.
01:13:02.640 Should I get anything in now?
01:13:05.760 I didn't know my timing with the NOLs to the universities in BC.
01:13:10.700 Yeah, I would, if a student is actually involved in it, I would recommend the student.
01:13:15.500 How old is the student?
01:13:17.820 So my daughter would be 20 and my son would be 18 when they go back.
01:13:21.880 Okay.
01:13:22.160 So they're adults, the 18 year old, you could still sign a notice because the adult, I believe
01:13:27.800 is 19 in BC.
01:13:30.220 I'd have to double check that as eight, I think it's 19 and under is considered, uh, still
01:13:35.860 a child and 19, 19 and over is adult under 19 is his child.
01:13:43.060 So depending on how old he'll be in September.
01:13:45.500 So you could sign one on his behalf and then definitely have the student, uh, submit one.
01:13:51.380 Is this to UBC by chance?
01:13:53.360 Yeah.
01:13:53.540 One is UBC and the other one is not sure where he's going to land, but it'll be in, it'll
01:13:58.560 be BC.
01:13:59.500 Okay.
01:13:59.760 Because that Dr.
01:14:01.600 Dally, who I thought wasn't on her side, but sometimes I'm wondering now she ended up
01:14:05.540 writing a letter to UBC.
01:14:07.780 You betcha.
01:14:08.620 I'm sorry to interrupt.
01:14:09.560 Absolutely.
01:14:10.080 I've been following that.
01:14:11.080 But I just don't know because you can't trust him as far as you throw him and who's going
01:14:14.840 to be doing what come fall.
01:14:16.940 So absolutely.
01:14:17.880 At this point, they seem to have some sense, but the blip and they've been like crazy.
01:14:24.240 So I just didn't know because I, my kids don't want me to do anything because they don't want
01:14:29.380 to offend or risk, you know, the whole thing.
01:14:31.240 So I just wanted to ask, what do we do?
01:14:33.660 And was there something about two years of something coming down, be it the first vax
01:14:38.740 pass and then filing for it to have teeth for the criminal charges that would come later?
01:14:44.260 No.
01:14:44.580 So if you have served the notice of liability and you are planning on laying a private
01:14:50.340 information, criminal charges with the lane of criminal charges, it used to be that you
01:14:55.540 had up to six months after the offense to lay charges, but now it's been increased to
01:15:00.580 a year.
01:15:01.080 So you have a year.
01:15:01.980 So any employee, you know, that may be on the call and you were let go in October, you
01:15:08.940 can still lay a private information against whomever it is that has committed this offense.
01:15:14.920 Same with the university presidents, et cetera.
01:15:19.120 Thank you.
01:15:19.860 So then just to clarify, last point on that, is there any point, because I'm not one that's
01:15:24.540 asleep and thinking the mandates are lifted.
01:15:26.600 I'm fighting in Saskatchewan against all of this as much as I can for various groups.
01:15:30.620 Is there, given the mandates are lifted and Bonnie Henry said, oh, they'll come back.
01:15:37.080 Do I sit and wait till it's announced or do I do something now?
01:15:42.080 I would do whatever you can now.
01:15:44.400 Like if you've registered, if your daughter is registered for UBC right now, I would send
01:15:49.200 them a notice of liability in the agreement that you've signed.
01:15:53.080 This is what we were going through last time with students, is that in those agreements
01:15:57.280 that were signed for residents, there was nothing in those agreements that said students had
01:16:02.040 to vaccinate, that they had to wear a mask, that they had to rapid antigen test.
01:16:06.200 It was not even part of the agreement.
01:16:08.000 It's unlawful what they're doing.
01:16:09.980 And I'm sorry to jump in again.
01:16:11.200 I'm a, I'm a old school journalist, not the new school.
01:16:14.980 And so I read everything inside out and I'll just add to that.
01:16:18.920 We came out of the blue from Saskatchewan driving across just pragmatically because there were
01:16:24.480 no Vax passes at the time, literally in the throes of driving out there one week before
01:16:29.440 whatever they started in September.
01:16:30.920 It was, uh, you must vaccinate.
01:16:33.240 Of course, they just pulled the rug out from under us.
01:16:35.140 If you're going to live in residence, she gets there.
01:16:38.260 We're forced.
01:16:39.520 I fight dicks, all of them.
01:16:41.980 I'm writing them weekly.
01:16:43.280 I get the emergency act update in, let's just say mid-October.
01:16:48.200 I was like, where am I getting this out of the blue?
01:16:50.140 And I read it.
01:16:51.240 And literally in the emergency act for the universities in the fall, let's say October,
01:16:56.060 it said one paragraph, your daughter, your child must fax if they're in residence, yadda,
01:17:01.260 yadda.
01:17:01.560 I was like, oh, I swear I have it screenshot it.
01:17:04.500 Next, or I have the email next paragraph said, but if your child cannot vaccinate, they must
01:17:10.900 mask, literally contradicted themselves.
01:17:15.340 That's how watered down it is.
01:17:16.880 I, I'm still having, I have a viscera.
01:17:20.300 And, and the thing is too, is that what they're trying to do is that they know legal actions
01:17:25.100 are commencing against them.
01:17:26.800 And so they want to be able to show up in court when, when they're being questioned, say,
01:17:31.100 oh, no, no, we said that they didn't have to.
01:17:33.340 Absolutely.
01:17:34.780 And that was a bamboozle and just absolutely, you nailed it.
01:17:38.840 And that's, I just ask eyes wide open because I don't even know if they're going to be more
01:17:43.520 devious just, and I just want to be prepared.
01:17:46.580 So, but I don't want them feeling threatened that, you know, they won't get scholarships
01:17:52.040 or whatever that they'll be earmarked.
01:17:54.540 Well, I would recommend for everybody as well.
01:17:57.220 We're setting up guests for the next month or so.
01:18:00.880 And for those of you who know Denny Rancourt, he's written a lot regarding the mass.
01:18:06.700 He's an expert witness in our case.
01:18:09.240 And so just learned last night or this morning that he, along with other experts, doctors,
01:18:16.800 et cetera, are going to form an alternative university system that is going to help students
01:18:23.940 to be able to think critically and not to be absorbed in these social programs.
01:18:31.120 I was learning something, reading something else today that the whole WEF and for decades,
01:18:36.700 they, as you've noticed that they're moving towards social programs in, in order to educate
01:18:43.620 students, which is taking away from their critical thinking and being able to make them much
01:18:49.000 more controllable.
01:18:50.420 And so I love what I read this morning from Denny Rancourt in that report.
01:18:56.360 I don't know, Sheila, could you throw that link in there?
01:18:59.200 You're probably already on me.
01:19:00.640 Pro Freedom Canadian Professors to Launch Alternative Model of Higher Education.
01:19:05.900 They're even going to research the World Economic Forum.
01:19:10.940 And I was like, that's one that I would like to participate in.
01:19:14.880 So take a look at that link.
01:19:16.420 Pay attention to what they're doing.
01:19:17.740 There are worse things in the world than your kids taking a few years off from university
01:19:21.920 and working at a job.
01:19:24.220 You know, I would recommend it right now if the alternative is for them.
01:19:28.660 I don't even think that it's a good place for kids to be anymore in the university, any
01:19:34.360 education, public education or government structured education system, because a lot of kids are
01:19:42.360 coming out of the universities indoctrinated into the social justice mentality.
01:19:47.740 And in order, for instance, for teachers now to graduate, I know I've talked about the sexual
01:19:53.280 orientation and gender identity curriculums that the UN has said that member nations, all
01:20:01.500 member states need to implement in their countries.
01:20:05.000 And I'm like, who are you, unelected body, to tell us about our education system?
01:20:10.480 But it is a comprehensive sexual education program to sexualize children at the earliest
01:20:15.860 age possible and to indoctrinate them with this deviant sexual behavior.
01:20:21.320 It's a huge trans LGBTQ lobby groups.
01:20:25.280 And I always say I'm not talking about the gay and lesbian community.
01:20:28.760 I'm talking about those that are promoting the trans agenda in order to get our kids on
01:20:37.660 pharmaceutical drugs, in order to sterilize them, in order to make them not reproduce because
01:20:42.560 they're not interested.
01:20:43.960 The drag queen story hours like these are individuals in in my strong opinion that have
01:20:49.260 no business being around students and so in the universities in order to graduate you actually
01:20:56.940 cannot graduate as an educator unless you have gone through I believe it was a it's a curriculum
01:21:04.940 part of the curriculum that indoctrinates those potential teachers into accepting and teaching
01:21:12.860 the trans ideology at some point within their career it's invasive and and so many kids it
01:21:21.500 doesn't matter where they are in university they're being hit with all of this and certainly they
01:21:26.540 created this curriculum I was just talking about in BC anyways somebody just said in Alberta it
01:21:32.700 wasn't in in every subject but in BC the SOGI 123 is what they call the comprehensive sexual
01:21:39.020 education program here in BC it is in every single subject so you can't even remove your
01:21:45.020 kids from class they've got it in the social studies in math in PE if you can believe that they found
01:21:51.980 a way to intertwine it in everything pull your kids out anyways Mel keep us posted on on how you proceed
01:21:59.660 there and thank you and if I can just quickly I know time is precious I just wanted to flag
01:22:05.500 you and ask if you're following or if you could follow I'm I forget the name I couldn't find it in
01:22:10.380 my youtube but it is a group of they seem to be paralegals but I do think this is lawyers out of
01:22:15.820 Ontario that are currently in court today and tomorrow with Bonnie Henry against her precedent for those who
01:22:24.620 cannot vax be they be vax injured or that woman I believe she's on the west side who um has multiple
01:22:31.740 medical issues and it's going through the courts these next two days I wondered if you a knew about
01:22:37.100 it or b if you could just put it on your radar for a report it could be precedent setting yeah if
01:22:42.380 anybody has a link to that that would be great Sheila's usually the one that she's a researcher and
01:22:47.580 keeps me up to date on so many things I'll hang up I've taken lots of time thank you I will look and
01:22:53.100 find it on youtube and I'll post it I just wondered if it was on your radar just given it's in your
01:22:58.220 backyard but I'll find that thank you thank you thank you Mel okay Jewel hi Tanya and everyone across
01:23:06.780 Canada Tanya I'm from BC and I have a son who's an adult but is special needs and he goes to day
01:23:15.500 program so I have been made aware that they are still masking everybody in day program and
01:23:23.500 it's quite a sizable organization um I'm a little concerned about serving them a notice
01:23:33.820 and also wonder if I can do it on his behalf absolutely absolutely you're the caregiver how old
01:23:40.860 is he 26 yeah but he's special needs right yes and you have power of attorney over him
01:23:47.340 uh representation agreement absolutely I'd be fighting tooth and nail on his behalf how
01:23:53.020 absolutely horrendous I think it's one of the most egregious crimes that's been taking place in this
01:23:59.420 nation is um the treatment of the elderly and those with special needs and I don't know if you all know
01:24:06.620 this but Rocco Galati has twin boys he's publicly said it and at the age I believe they were six years old
01:24:13.980 they had taken a vaccine and the one became extremely injured and um has never been able to
01:24:21.580 function the same and so I tell you Rocco's got fight in him on this matter I mean he is passionate
01:24:28.380 about fighting for uh children and youth and individuals who have special needs Jewel oh well that
01:24:35.020 that is good to know and um I'm I'm wondering then would I go to the program with him I'm willing I'll
01:24:45.180 take time off work and I'll have it all ready to go but do I go to the program with him and do it there
01:24:50.140 do I serve the board of directors or the executive director like it's I would start with the one who's
01:24:58.220 demanding he put a mask on and that's probably is it the initial it would that would probably be
01:25:05.260 right at the door of the day program then and I probably I would probably who who is it that you
01:25:12.620 signed him up with like who is it that you are well he lives in a group home as well so right um they
01:25:18.700 drop him there and uh but there is an agency so the agency isn't there but they are the ones that make
01:25:29.180 the rules but as I hear you say other people are following the rules so you go to them or do I maybe
01:25:37.580 give them a little warning at the office saying hmm you're you guys are not supposed to be making
01:25:44.380 people wear masks anymore yeah well they they never could anyways but especially now you have
01:25:50.220 all the more power on your side to say you cannot arbitrarily make a medical decision like when you read
01:25:57.580 the language in the um notice of liability on the mask it's very clearly says that you know that they
01:26:07.660 don't have the power to mandate uh mass they're not medical professionals and this is a medical
01:26:13.820 medical treatment right okay yeah so I would just definitely make that uh available to them
01:26:26.060 you know going kind they they're just following orders they just want to keep their job and keep
01:26:30.780 working and so that's why I would say you know and unfortunately those poor ladies have or maybe
01:26:36.940 gentlemen too they also are having to wear masks and this has gone on what now two years
01:26:43.660 yep yep yep and and um you know the video for bonnie henry that's on on the workers unite page we've
01:26:50.860 got it there I would start to open a dialogue up with them and just say are you aware that what
01:26:55.500 you're doing first of all is illegal and um you are causing uh more severe harm to individuals by
01:27:03.420 forcing them to wear masks and they're useless and then send them bonnie henry's uh video it has I call
01:27:09.180 it her mask debut have you seen it is is it the one like they say bonnie versus bonnie yes where
01:27:15.420 she's saying don't mask and masks don't work that yes so okay let's just go to the workers unite page
01:27:22.540 for a moment and it is for anybody that's not seen not seen this let's play this for a moment
01:27:29.180 and just for everybody else in the country if you don't live in bc bonnie henry was part of a
01:27:39.500 nurses arbitration because in 2012 health canada had mandated that nurses who weren't going to get
01:27:45.820 the flu shot had to have a vaccine uh sorry that if um nurses weren't going to get the flu shot they
01:27:52.380 had to wear a mask for about six months of the influenza season and so the union on behalf of
01:27:58.860 the ontarian nurses in 2015 went before an arbitrator uh bonnie henry lived in ontario i
01:28:04.940 believe she lived there at the time i know that she has lived there and i think she was then
01:28:08.540 and so she was an expert witness in whether or not mass work and in the end of it all after several
01:28:17.740 expert witnesses had participated in this arbitration the arbitrator said that mass were
01:28:23.820 punitive discriminatory and did not work and the testing involved nurses going to work without any
01:28:31.260 masks and being at home against those who were masking coughing people coughing with the flu and
01:28:37.020 being in that whole nasty environment when people are sick and there was no difference for nurses that
01:28:43.020 had had wear it so that's why they said it was punitive discriminatory and he said meant to push
01:28:48.060 vaccination and so here we are again in december on december 4th i believe it was of 2019 bonnie henry
01:28:56.620 then here in bc signed on behalf of bc nurses saying that the masks were punitive discriminatory and that
01:29:03.900 they didn't have to wear them december 2019 right before all of this took place and here she is throughout
01:29:11.100 december 2020 the first one you see will be march of 2021 where she says i've never said masks don't
01:29:18.300 work and then it goes into throughout the year of 2020 all right that just gives you a bit of
01:29:23.340 background on what we're about to watch i've always supported wearing masks i've never said don't wear them
01:29:31.340 i've always said wear them where it's appropriate we don't recommend that people who are well wear them
01:29:36.700 because it is not an effective way of protecting yourself and we know that it actually can be
01:29:42.300 irritating and people are more likely to touch their face when they have a mask on and that can
01:29:47.500 be a way of inoculating yourself if i'm not sick it's not effective it's not something that when i'm
01:29:53.500 out in public it's going to protect me in any way we don't want people wearing it all day long for
01:29:58.860 example we cannot rely on a mask because the mask is not what keeps us safe and masks for long periods
01:30:07.340 of time are not recommended by anybody um in any situation we're not wearing masks now would we be
01:30:13.420 safer right now if we had masks on no we see these are the things that we have learned i've always
01:30:18.860 supported wearing masks i've never said don't wear them i've always said wear them where it's appropriate
01:30:24.460 all right so how do we all feel about that right this is a lady who at the beginning she oops sorry
01:30:35.580 decision is inspired by movement sorry about that um so this is an individual as a health officer
01:30:44.940 who has deep ties and connections with bill gates i've done a whole history on her
01:30:50.300 and i actually submitted a 20 page affidavit to the bcrcmp to the top notch guy in bc asking for
01:30:59.980 an investigation with all the evidence with all of the ties that she has to bill gates and the world
01:31:05.660 health organization she has been prepped and ready to run a pandemic scandal and uh she is a liar through
01:31:13.260 and through and she is going to end up in jail i i that is that is my mission that is part of my
01:31:21.100 mission right now when you have somebody that can blatantly lie to individuals and cause so much pain
01:31:28.540 and anguish especially to children and like we said those with special needs and the elderly forcing
01:31:34.780 children to wear masks the anxiety level you know we just got to think about society on a whole
01:31:40.140 and she is intentionally and knowingly doing this jill would be too good for her anyways uh jewel
01:31:46.380 thank you sharon well bill will be our last one we'll go to sharon next then bill and then we'll wrap
01:31:53.820 this up you guys this has been awesome hi sharon hi hi good how are you i'm good thank you i hope
01:32:03.020 you can um give me some advice here i'm not sure if this is happening but i'm just afraid a friend of
01:32:09.260 mine which is uh like my niece uh just had a baby boy right and um she delivered at home and then she
01:32:17.660 went to the hospital make a long story short um they checked the baby out and then the next day they
01:32:23.740 they checked the baby out again before they send the mom and baby home from the hospital
01:32:29.020 when they checked the baby out they said they'd done a bunch of tests and they made her sign something
01:32:33.420 after the fact and even told her that she should have signed it before they are new parents and they
01:32:39.020 don't know what's going on seven days later the baby had three seizures back to back i got rushed to
01:32:46.060 the hospital and then when he went to the hospital they rushed him to sick kids hospital and this was
01:32:52.540 around four o'clock in the afternoon and then he went to um got an mri around two o'clock in the morning
01:32:59.900 and they found three blood clots in his head and then around five in the morning he had to have
01:33:05.980 emergency surgery they found his intestines were all twisted they untwisted them they apparently
01:33:11.740 removed his gallbladder and then they told told them that they found several more blood clots in
01:33:19.420 this baby's head and that they they had never seen that many blood clots in a person's head in over 30 years
01:33:26.140 and um and so basically the baby had this operation and he woke up and they removed the uh two days ago
01:33:35.740 they removed the um uh the feeding tube and an art line and um he finally opened up his eyes and uh he
01:33:46.460 was you know he was he was comfortable and then um yesterday they said you know the baby's um you know
01:33:55.100 so far doing good but they also told him when this first happened to prepare themselves and um and when
01:34:02.860 they told him that they kicked him out of the hospital they're non-vaccinated and they weren't
01:34:06.220 allowed to spend the night with the baby they run a mcdonald's house was full um back to the baby uh two days
01:34:13.340 ago they said that he was doing better and um hopefully he'll be able to come home soon uh this
01:34:21.180 just happened like um seven eight nine days ago um for all for this baby fighting for his life every
01:34:28.860 cent they they've been telling them for the last five days that they're going to do um you know an
01:34:35.660 ultrasound again i'm sorry an mri again on his head uh they've been giving him blood thinners apparently to
01:34:42.460 help these blood clots he's uh partly his brain's partially damaged and um they now i just got a
01:34:50.700 message um just before this meeting saying that uh they decided they're not doing the mri and they're
01:34:57.180 sending the child home tomorrow okay and i'm just afraid um you know could you hear things about
01:35:05.660 them giving kids the vaccine without permission and and there's no doubt in my mind after this right now
01:35:12.540 i i would highly recommend them doing as sheila said the d-dimer um i would like to get them in touch
01:35:19.740 with someone like possibly dr hoff okay and get them some help that would be great because i i don't
01:35:31.820 i did i did get a message about you know i told them maybe you should call the police before you leave
01:35:36.700 the hospital file some kind of report but how do we prove that this is happening and there and and
01:35:42.780 to say that they're not going to do the mri and just send him home all of a sudden yeah i get the
01:35:47.820 baby into my care and then i would um while saying i want the full report of what has transpired with my
01:35:57.580 child don't say it before i leave like have the baby in your hands first have them recording what is going on
01:36:04.780 uh call the police i would ask the rcmp to show up there i would have a a chat with an rcmp officer in
01:36:14.060 advance okay i'll just say i want a police presence um i would be actually careful with that i would get
01:36:23.020 the baby into my hands first and i would demand that the before leaving that they provide a full uh
01:36:30.140 report on the treatment that the baby had received including any and all vaccination i would include that
01:36:42.860 vocabulary including any and all uh shots or vaccination okay and they're right and demand it demand that you
01:36:52.700 will not leave until they receive that information yeah and they're saying that they these kids can't
01:36:58.780 have um well they're not kids they're like in their 30s they cannot have their parents present they
01:37:05.500 can't have anybody else come into the hospital with them to speak you know criminal it breaks power
01:37:11.980 yeah no it's criminal this should never be able to be permitted to happen when in god's green earth would we
01:37:17.420 ever leave our child in the hands of of these wretched bunch these people in the hospital i don't
01:37:24.780 care if you know they might lose their house if they lose their job that's not worth it it's not worth
01:37:30.700 it for them to be participating in these egregious crimes against humanity that are unfolding right
01:37:36.620 before our very eyes and um like i said i'm in touch with top rcmp and i've been holding their feet
01:37:43.420 to the fire and i would like to take this story to them i would like to take this story to them once
01:37:49.260 we get the information uh i'd like to put them in touch with laura lynn with drea from rebel news
01:37:55.020 and we need to get this story out there uh this is very very hard for the parents but people need
01:38:00.220 to be warned they need to be advised i i hear the grandmother which is a really good friend of mine
01:38:07.580 um she she feels the same way i do and you know she's asking her daughter questions but she doesn't
01:38:15.340 want to ask too many questions because they're going through so much yeah and and like i said we can't
01:38:21.580 go down there so yeah um okay so let's why as wisely as possible are the kids like are they are the
01:38:29.020 parents awake to what's going on the the parents yeah the parents know everything they've been with the
01:38:35.500 the baby the um i called she's like my niece so my niece she wrote everything down like she's been
01:38:41.740 writing everything keeping the dialogue everything that has happened while she's been with that baby
01:38:46.940 okay what hospital if you don't mind me what or what city is this in it's in toronto ontario
01:38:54.860 was taken to mount sinai and is now at sick kids i i don't know i wouldn't be able to guarantee
01:39:03.020 anything if uh if we put the story i would make rocco aware of the story i guess it wouldn't be
01:39:09.020 drubba draya from rebel news but she would help me to contact david menzi or whoever's in ontario who
01:39:14.860 would do this and epoch times i have contacts at the epoch times i don't know you might i hate committing
01:39:21.420 thing to things too because i want to make sure that i can see them through based on my schedule
01:39:25.660 but with sheila's help um i think that if you private message sheila with your contact information
01:39:31.980 she'll make sure i could get it to me and then we could start at least a dialogue and work through
01:39:36.140 this in some sort of order to bring this family assistance um i don't know if the baby if they
01:39:43.340 can undo what the damage that has been done to this infant um it's very very serious what they've done
01:39:49.580 this is a true crime and they and and whoever did this needs to be held to account so they not only
01:39:55.740 i don't know the process but they absolutely have a right to their medical information
01:40:00.220 so demand that and we're even going to want the name of the person who administered the shot
01:40:07.260 these symptoms are not random i was reporting a year ago uh when i was like oh my goodness is
01:40:12.700 about yeah it was a year ago april where they it was bonnie henry and the nova scotia health officer
01:40:18.140 who had started to say oh you know if you're 12 to 17 years old you don't need parental consent
01:40:23.100 just sign up to get the jab and i was writing to the uh commissioner of the rcmp and the
01:40:29.420 superintendent saying this is criminal you know and uh that they had um i had available uh reports
01:40:36.460 from the u.s of infants who were uh just from breastfeeding mothers who had taken the jab they
01:40:43.900 were having intestinal bleeding and so you could never tell me that this has been okay for pregnant
01:40:50.060 women nursing women or for infants and and so what's transpired here there is no coincidences
01:40:56.700 here there's no doubt in my mind that that baby has been given the jab yeah because the pandemic when
01:41:03.180 they went into mount sinai and they found out that the parents weren't vaccinated they treated them not
01:41:09.340 very nice yeah yeah and mount sinai of course is highly recommended so they just thought that
01:41:17.900 you know they i talked to my friend again an hour before i um got onto this meeting and she was that's
01:41:25.580 when she told me that they're sending him home tomorrow and she's trying to find an advocate or
01:41:31.660 something somehow to get into that hospital because again they're not allowing us to get into the hospital
01:41:37.740 i would call the police i i would uh they just need to get there and get the baby out that's
01:41:45.500 their baby just get there and get their baby out but you see if they if they if if they take the baby
01:41:52.780 out early and i'm sorry to say it but if the baby dies right they'll say it was their fault they were
01:41:59.100 neglectful because they took the baby out but yeah no has already said they're discharging the baby
01:42:05.180 uh then that's the time to do it yes and they are they want to discharge him tomorrow but they're
01:42:11.980 not giving them and you know not telling them anything about more about the blood clots in the
01:42:19.980 head and and saying that they're not going to do any more mris which they said more than once in the
01:42:26.540 last few days that they're going to do another mri to check on the blood clots
01:42:34.060 and and and so i you know i have no proof that that's what happened but that's what i'm afraid
01:42:41.420 of happening right okay well let's take this yeah let's take this this offline and uh communicate with
01:42:50.940 us uh we've got extremely busy schedules but we're going to make this a priority to see if we can find
01:42:56.060 you you know support mount sinai what what sorry what city is that in again toronto toronto oh we have
01:43:03.420 amazing chapter leaders neato and the rest in toronto we're going to get your support
01:43:10.620 we're going to get your support and get you connected okay so uh neato is our chapter leader we
01:43:15.740 have others and uh sharon is it sharon is chapter leader sheila sorry no i i was just saying i was
01:43:25.820 just putting a note in the chat oh you've got sharon's oh i see what you're saying i'm sorry yeah
01:43:30.700 if um if sharon can put her email in the chat i'll put a note you can respond or if not we'll look it up
01:43:38.060 so i just i don't want her to be worried that she uh she'll miss putting it in the chat okay can you
01:43:43.980 see sheila's uh sheila in the chat sharon if you could just send her your email um and phone number
01:43:49.820 right now this is what i'm talking about my friends about being involved in our chapters
01:43:55.420 and we're building communities within communities so that we can bring the rain that that people will
01:44:01.020 not be like this and feel alone and that they'll have support we need thousands of people joining
01:44:07.260 chapters and building communities and participating in this and we do a call to action say we need a thousand
01:44:12.780 people two thousand people to show up at mount sinai hospital and demand answers then then that's
01:44:18.780 what we're going to do and uh but we'll do it all strategically and in a timely manner to make sure
01:44:24.380 that this family gets the their baby but they're not going to end up showing up there with uh the toronto
01:44:29.740 police and and having a chance that uh somebody would take that baby away again from social services or
01:44:37.020 something so we need to get that baby home and and protected with their parents first all right okay
01:44:42.940 sharon thank you we'll be in touch i'm so sorry hi bill this is the last question of the day
01:44:49.980 hi uh dania thanks very much for all your info uh i just wanted to check uh did i hear you
01:44:55.500 uh correctly say that there were several nol cases that are uh follow-up cases that are before judges
01:45:04.540 uh in ontario and bc that you're they're they're kind of test cases that you're monitoring yeah so
01:45:11.180 for instance um i don't name where they are exactly because we don't want the government getting their
01:45:16.060 nose in there and interfering so when you file um let me just reach and grab the book so you can see
01:45:22.460 what i'm referring to david lindsey he's in british columbia but he's become a friend of mine and an ally
01:45:30.620 and he's written one of the only books in canada on how to lay private information which is criminal
01:45:35.660 charges against another citizen and so this is not where you lay criminal charges you go to the rcmp
01:45:42.380 and and say you know it happens to be a woman and she may say you know i've been sexually assaulted
01:45:48.780 we're not going to the rcmp we're going directly to the crown you present this information you're a
01:45:53.900 criminal charge to the crown whether for assault we're using mostly extortion or intimidation which
01:45:59.900 is how people are losing their jobs or the genetic non-discrimination act is the ones we're using
01:46:05.580 once you have the form two or whatever the form is named in your province and we've gone province
01:46:11.740 by province with david doing training sessions with our chapters and individuals from the
01:46:17.420 communities who knew about what we were doing who were ready and willing to lay private information
01:46:22.380 and so then we did it training so that they knew exactly the language and how to use the criminal
01:46:27.660 code to set up the form two and then they go down to the courts and and they file it uh before the
01:46:33.740 crown and then either it's accepted um or it's not so we have ones that have been accepted and then they
01:46:40.620 wait and they go to a process hearing and before a judge and i understand that that's when i'm learning
01:46:46.060 all this too so i can't talk like david can but um you know he's been fantastic and then it's at
01:46:51.580 that point where you if you have enough evidence or whatever to proceed this is the stage yep that
01:46:58.380 we're at uh we're quite excited about it and we're going even if these ones get turned down we're going
01:47:03.740 to keep going province by province and territory until we have success because we know that some
01:47:08.940 cases have been won like the mother in ontario whose husband was trying to get the kids jabbed and the
01:47:14.780 judge was amazing and his ruling the way he articulated himself in that decision was incredible
01:47:21.740 on behalf of the mother and giving her full care and medical decision making for her children so there
01:47:28.060 are good judges in canada and so we're going to keep working at this until we find judges where we
01:47:33.820 can set a precedent and then once we do that we're going to just start opening up the floodgates
01:47:39.180 and inviting others to do it and that's why we say keep your evidence keep all of the
01:47:43.580 correspondence that you have with your employer and uh keep engaging them to make sure uh that you
01:47:50.220 let them know that what they're doing is unlawful and illegal serve them the no new rapid antigen
01:47:56.060 testing just keep the doors open and save that information does that answer your question bill it
01:48:02.300 does thank you all right woo i always try to think oh we'll do this in less than two hours actually last
01:48:09.420 week we managed but i think this was fabulous i hope that you guys all benefited uh we have some
01:48:15.980 late comers coming in gary just joined us anyway so these videos right now we're storing them on the
01:48:21.980 workers unite page if it is something that was helpful and you want to share with others and uh the
01:48:27.180 past ones like i said on 5g or some of the information from dr holly on um how you can uh build up your
01:48:34.940 immune system and stay strong and so we don't know what's coming next week uh we'll we'll uh try to
01:48:41.900 have somebody else set up who can help to educate you if you have some ideas of something that you
01:48:46.860 would like discussed uh please put that in the chat and then we'll try to find somebody that we could
01:48:53.180 bring on as a special guest to help educate you and empower you don't forget to register for the empower
01:49:00.700 hour tomorrow night with david lindsey and um as a closing too i just wanted to let you know if you
01:49:06.940 weren't aware we're also commencing another um action there will be a legal action and um uh advocating for
01:49:17.340 christians in canada because it's come to the point where we are facing severe persecution of christians
01:49:24.140 in canada at this point and as i said at the onset of this it's very relevant to your freedom
01:49:29.900 even if you're not a christian because they want to destroy christianity and in so doing
01:49:34.780 they destroy our rule of law which is the basis of um from where it comes from and then they bring
01:49:41.980 the tyranny in successfully so we got a big fight on our hands next week pastor artur palowski will be
01:49:48.780 on and i'm very excited about that um mjed is the individual from one free world international he
01:49:54.940 was on the empower hour last week if you want to hear him and hear his testimony um out of egypt and
01:50:00.860 how he had converted from islam to christianity and he was tortured for his faith he escaped he came
01:50:07.500 to canada and opened up one free world international and he has been around the world saving persecuted
01:50:14.700 christians from horrendous uh circumstances and now he said i never believed it that i would be actually
01:50:22.140 fighting for persecuted christians in canada and so i'm very very honored uh to be working with him
01:50:28.220 and we met with pastor archer last week and heard his complete testimony of what he had been through
01:50:34.220 in the 51 days that he was wrongfully imprisoned and it's considered torture when you put somebody
01:50:41.020 in solitary confinement and um he was that happened to him you know for 51 days as well as scripture
01:50:47.900 searched um air conditioning turned really high up in the middle of winter cold concrete it's deplorable
01:50:54.140 what has happened and this is only the beginning if we don't bring awareness and put a stop to it
01:50:58.940 and so we'll be raising money for that effort um i at action for canada you know as sort of the
01:51:04.300 founder and leader of all of this i have tried very hard to strategically uh try to facilitate as many
01:51:11.420 canadians as i can through the resources i think the best next step was of course commencing and um
01:51:18.860 launching all the chapters across canada we we plan on being in at least 338 all of the elected ridings
01:51:25.580 but we'd like to be into up to 400 every community every community possible so that people have an
01:51:32.620 advocate in their community that they're replacing school board trustees and anything else that needs
01:51:36.780 to be done we want to get rid of any elected official that hasn't supported us and so the um
01:51:42.780 the strategies with legal actions that i'm taking as well as all part of this system in order to
01:51:48.380 represent as many canadians as possible so all right all right i love you guys all thank you for
01:51:55.740 joining us and um have a wonderful rest of the week and like i say make sure you sign up for
01:52:01.260 the empower hour and as i always say god bless you and god bless canada
