00:12:14.000 And they did get it ready, and all it would do was prepare the passage for five years.

00:12:23.000 Well, now, a Republican and a Democrat have entered two different bills in the House and Senate, which will repeal the 22nd Amendment, and you've got Bill Clinton saying he wants to get rid of it.

00:12:42.000 and Jeb Bush all rolled into one, because that's the political dynasty that we have set up.
