00:00:00.000 work big brother

00:00:10.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:11.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:13.000 You want answers?

00:00:15.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:16.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:20.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:28.000 Welcome, my friends.

00:00:31.000 I've already been on the radio in Idaho, Salt Lake City, St.

00:00:35.000 Louis, Missouri.

00:00:38.000 On this 25th of August, 2003 edition, I was on the radio this morning, Out West, where Ashcroft is out telling more and larger lies about the Patriot Act 1 and 2 and the Victory Act, I was on local talk radio stations countering the chief liar of the Justice Department.

00:01:02.000 He's still a low-level minion.

00:01:07.000 And coming up in the second hour, we're going to have Tim Barrons on from KJSL Radio to play a clip, long clip, by long, about five minutes long, of John Ashcroft on national television lying about Patriot Act 1, 2, and now 3 with the Victory Act.

00:01:29.000 And so we're going to play the clip, then we're going to go through and cut it to pieces and expose the particular lies of Attorney General John Ashcroft with Tim Behrens in the next hour.

00:01:41.000 In this hour, I want to talk about Judge Roy Moore, Alabama.

00:01:45.000 They're saying he may get suspended without pay, may get kicked off the bench.

00:01:50.000 They might arrest him, arrest others.

00:01:52.000 They say there's no telling what's going to happen.

00:01:56.000 So we'll watch this as it develops.

00:01:59.000 And the American Civil Liberties Union, which is controlled opposition, which has hijacked the Anti-Patriot Act movement and watered it down.

00:02:06.000 That's their job.

00:02:07.000 They're now saying they're going to target Missouri and other areas to remove their Ten Commandments.

00:02:12.000 So the attack on America is in full swing.

00:02:17.000 We're going to take your calls in this hour on Schwarzenegger, on the blackout, on the troops dying, on the depleted uranium, on the Ten Commandments, On any issue, you'd like to discuss 1-800-259-9231.

00:02:34.000 We'll also be talking about the electronic straitjacket.

00:02:40.000 We've told you that the cars already have the hardware, that is, the built-in systems to have tracking systems plugged into them, and most cars already have the tracking systems themselves in them standard.

00:02:54.000 This is out of BBC, There's a spy plan for new cars and they say it'll be, for all new cars, a satellite tracking chip.

00:03:07.000 Here's another one.

00:03:08.000 Consumer RFID trials continue.

00:03:11.000 Your cell phone is now a tracking device.

00:03:15.000 This is out of the News Chronicle, Mainstream Media, Green Bay News Chronicle.

00:03:20.000 Ashcroft visits to draw protest in Boise, Idaho.

00:03:26.000 So that's some great news there.

00:03:30.000 Continuing protesters gearing up for Ashcroft Patriot Actor Associated Press.

00:03:36.000 Salt Lake City, massive protest building going on right now.

00:03:41.000 In 30 minutes Ashcroft arrives.

00:03:44.000 The meetings are not with the public, though they have staged government employees making it look like a town hall.

00:03:50.000 Folks, this is admitted In the Associated Press, they're having staged town hall meetings.

00:03:56.000 That's how bad things have gotten.

00:03:59.000 Also, U.S.

00:04:00.000 smallpox vaccination plan grinds to a halt.

00:04:03.000 We'll get to that.

00:04:05.000 Al Qaeda plots September 11th attack.

00:04:08.000 Give up your rights or the CIA will get you.

00:04:10.000 I mean, Al Qaeda will get you. 0.99

00:04:13.000 We will also get into The latest information on Dr. David Kelly, who was obviously murdered.

00:04:20.000 The guy that blew the whistle on Blair's lying about weapons of mass destruction.

00:04:26.000 We have life extension technology news.

00:05:03.000 Americans, are you fed up with Big Brother watching you like a hawk?

00:05:06.000 Have you ever asked yourself why you're being tracked, categorized, classified, registered, and licensed by the government?

00:05:12.000 Would you like to make your assets vanish before the eyes of those who want to grab them, but still have them safe and sound?

00:05:18.000 How about operating a business in a way that makes earnings tax-exempt?

00:05:23.000 Maybe you'd like to be lawsuit-proof.

00:05:25.000 Well, there is a way.

00:05:26.000 And it protects your stuff from greedy lawyers, grasping relatives, and the government, especially the IRS.

00:05:32.000 It's a unique instrument valid everywhere in the world where the right to contract is accepted, which has protected Americans for over 230 years, and is specifically guaranteed by the U.S.

00:05:43.000 Constitution.

00:05:44.000 You don't have to go offshore to do it, either.

00:05:46.000 This is safe, secure, and domestic.

00:05:48.000 To get full details, and I do mean full details, get on the internet and go to either puretrust.com or puretrust.net.

00:05:56.000 That's puretrust, one word, puretrust.com or puretrust.net.

00:06:02.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new Police State 3 total enslavement.

00:06:07.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:06:11.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

00:06:16.000 The New World Order.

00:06:18.000 Can emerge.

00:06:19.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:06:23.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation one and two apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:06:30.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:06:32.000 Homeland Security, executive orders.

00:06:34.000 Force vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grants, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:06:43.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police State 3, is for you.

00:06:49.000 Visit infowars.com or prisonplanet.com to order, or call toll-free 1-888-253-3139.

00:06:52.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:06:52.000 1-888-253-3139. That's 888-253-3139. Order today and spread the word.

00:06:59.000 Introduce the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:07:04.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:07:09.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:07:12.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:07:14.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:07:23.000 The Berkey Light is different.

00:07:25.000 water molecules take five to ten minutes to pass through the torturous path

00:07:30.000 of the self-sterilizing filters. This allows the proprietary media

00:07:34.000 formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals,

00:07:39.000 herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals and

00:07:43.000 nitrates. It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes,

00:07:49.000 streams, and stagnant ponds. Get the Advanced Berkey Light for only $259

00:07:54.000 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438. Not yet available in Iowa.

00:08:01.000 He's the Rex of political talk, Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:09.000 We do this little show Monday through Friday.

00:08:19.000 From 11 to 2, Central Time during the day.

00:08:22.000 And then back from 9 to midnight, Central Standard Time.

00:08:27.000 The show radiates out on the AM and FM dial all across the country on a growing list of wonderful affiliates that love America and the First Amendment.

00:08:38.000 We simulcast at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and Global Shortwave during the day from 11 to 2 at 12.172 and 93.20 and at night from 9 to midnight at 5.085 and 68.90.

00:08:48.000 In the next hour I do have Tim Behrens from 6.30am KJSL in St.

00:08:50.000 to midnight at 5.085 and 6890.

00:08:54.000 In the next hour, I do have Tim Barrons from 630 AM KJSL in St. Louis, Missouri, a station

00:09:06.000 that during the day covers four states, but on their show 50 times.

00:09:10.000 He's coming on the show to play this clip of Ashcroft on CNN for five minutes lying.

00:09:16.000 I mean, everything he says is a total lie.

00:09:19.000 We're going to air it in the next hour and then analyze it, break it apart here on the air with Tim Barron, a great talk show host and patriot in his own right.

00:09:32.000 Now, this morning I was on K-Talk, a great station in Salt Lake City, Utah, talking about how the conservatives are there, en masse, protesting against the Unpatriotic Patriot Act.

00:09:50.000 And here's the headline out of the Associated Press, and we're going to go to a guest, Protesters Gearing Up for Ashcroft's Patriot Act Tour.

00:10:00.000 And it says, civil liberties advocates are organizing protests to greet U.S.

00:10:04.000 Attorney General John Ashcroft when he arrives in Utah on Monday to speak to local police and prosecutors about the USA Patriot Act.

00:10:12.000 The article goes on to report that Attorney General John Ashcroft's visit Monday is expected to draw protests.

00:10:19.000 Ashcroft's hitting 18 cities in three weeks to gain support for the Patriot Act.

00:10:23.000 His visit is not open to the public, but it'll bring out many who strongly oppose the act.

00:10:29.000 Now folks, we have the article from last week where they have staged town halls with government employees and then cops behind Ashcroft who've been ordered to salute him.

00:10:38.000 And then the news shows it as if these are town halls and everyone loves it.

00:10:44.000 They're not town halls.

00:10:46.000 Joining us is Sheriff Richard Mack who lives out in Salt Lake City where the big protest is going on.

00:10:53.000 He's there We're protesting Ashcroft right now, and thanks for joining us.

00:11:01.000 I'm glad to be here, Alex.

00:11:02.000 Can you hear me alright?

00:11:03.000 Yes, sir.

00:11:05.000 Good job.

00:11:05.000 Tell us what's going on and exactly how many folks are out there standing up to the Patriot Act.

00:11:11.000 Well, so far there's about 300 people, 10 police officers, making sure that we all behave ourselves.

00:11:20.000 There's signs everywhere, there's don't tread on me. 0.99

00:11:23.000 One sign in particular that I like is it said you could take your Patriot Act and shove it up your asscroft. 0.99

00:11:35.000 Oh man! 0.99

00:11:36.000 The people are very emotional about this issue. 0.94

00:11:42.000 I think it's disgusting and very pathetic that we need The Attorney General of the United States to come out here spending taxpayer dollars to spread propaganda and to attempt to brainwash local law enforcement into supporting this 0.88

00:12:00.000 Unconstitutional objection. 0.92

00:12:02.000 Now, for those that don't know, you took your case all the way to the Supreme Court.

00:12:06.000 You refused as a sheriff to go along with the Brady Bill, which made you violate the Second Amendment and keep tabs and register gun owners.

00:12:16.000 Sheriff Mack, of course, is on the radio with KTALK out in Salt Lake City.

00:12:20.000 I have an honor to be on his show.

00:12:21.000 He's been on our show many times.

00:12:22.000 I requested this morning on the Jack Stockwell Show that somebody call him with a live report.

00:12:27.000 You're there!

00:12:27.000 It's live!

00:12:30.000 Has the Dark Lord himself appeared yet?

00:12:34.000 Is he infesting the city of Salt Lake City yet?

00:12:37.000 Well, we know that he has been at the airport and he's supposed to be here in about a half an hour.

00:12:43.000 And I hope that our numbers increase.

00:12:45.000 I was really expecting about a thousand people here.

00:12:50.000 And people on both sides, every side, from left wing to right wing and every wing in between.

00:12:56.000 Well, that's one of the reasons, Sheriff Mack, they're panicking.

00:13:02.000 When Conservative Alaska voted against it, after Ashcroft asked them not to, that made them panic, didn't it?

00:13:08.000 Yes, it did.

00:13:09.000 And this morning, another report came out that there's been over a hundred different governmental jurisdictions across the country that have come out officially in opposition to the Patriot Act.

00:13:21.000 When was the last time that ever occurred, Alex?

00:13:25.000 It's now three states and over 400 cities.

00:13:27.000 The news continues to report old numbers of two states and 140 cities and towns.

00:13:33.000 Well, maybe that's where I got that, because it was on a CBS affiliate that I heard that from, so... Well, they're definitely... Now, Sheriff Mack, you're out there in the crowd right now?

00:13:42.000 Yes, I am.

00:13:43.000 I mean, cry out to the folks.

00:13:45.000 Ask them what they think of the Patriot Act.

00:13:48.000 Okay, I'm going to do that right now, Alex.

00:13:51.000 I'm walking across the street and I'm seeing people looking at me right now and I'm going to yell, what do you want me to say?

00:13:58.000 What do you think of the Patriot Act?

00:14:00.000 I'll just say, we're on the Alex Jones Show right now and he wants to know what you think of the Patriot Act.

00:14:07.000 This is Alex Jones on radio.

00:14:09.000 He wants to know what you think of the Patriot Act.

00:14:16.000 Did you get that, Alex?

00:14:19.000 I think he got it.

00:14:21.000 It sounds like in Braveheart.

00:14:23.000 It sounds like in the movie Braveheart where you've got all the Scots out there with Longshanks' army.

00:14:32.000 Yeah, that kind of is out of field.

00:14:35.000 These aren't just common, ordinary, everyday Americans that are out here protesting this unconstitutional tyranny that is very akin to King Edward the Long Shakespeare.

00:14:52.000 Well, Sheriff Mack, I know it's been a long journey from you from patrol officer to sheriff to patriot leader, but It is heartening to see this massive response against Ashcroft.

00:15:03.000 What do you think about the nature of the staged town hall meetings, which is now coming out that it's staged?

00:15:10.000 Well, you know, that's typical federal government engineering and manufacturing.

00:15:17.000 I mean, they have, they're the best at that.

00:15:19.000 You know, it's all, it's all whack the dog type engineering.

00:15:26.000 And it shouldn't surprise anybody that that's what's going on.

00:15:30.000 and uh... you know i've talked to the a very good little boy for the uh...

00:15:34.000 g_e_ bush administration he's just doing what he's called and here he is illegally 0.75

00:15:39.000 uh... spending taxpayer dollars because obviously this is not a function

00:15:45.000 of the justice Yeah, he's out campaigning because the Patriot Act is now dinner table, breakfast table, water cooler topic.

00:15:54.000 People have taken time out to read it, as you've challenged him to do on your show.

00:15:59.000 Ashcroft claims it doesn't violate the Constitution.

00:16:02.000 He claims, now first he claimed there was no Patriot Act II.

00:16:05.000 Now he admits it.

00:16:06.000 That's one of his big lies.

00:16:07.000 Sheriff Mack, you've read it.

00:16:09.000 Is the Patriot Act Constitutional?

00:16:12.000 No, there's not any part of it that is.

00:16:15.000 It's simply a fulfillment of the warrant Ben Franklin, who said not to ever surrender freedom for supposed security.

00:16:27.000 And that's exactly what we've been doing ever since 9-11, which adds a great deal to the theories and the conjecture that the federal government Well, Sheriff Mack, I've got the article here.

00:16:49.000 We haven't even gotten to it yet.

00:16:50.000 It came out in major Indian papers.

00:16:53.000 It came out in major papers in India.

00:16:59.000 And this is on PrisonPlanet.com and being posted on InfoWars.com right now.

00:17:03.000 In India, that Musarraf and the Bushes met and decided not to capture Bin Laden so they could keep this thing going on and on, quote, in the name of not destabilizing Pakistan.

00:17:15.000 Why aren't they after Bin Laden anymore?

00:17:17.000 Well, you see, he's an old family friend and they just can't destroy this wonderful relationship they have going on of mutt and jiff, cat and mouse.

00:17:28.000 And Bush knows that the more he stays on top of that, the more his popularity will stay intact.

00:17:38.000 So his business partner, Bin Laden, is a great boogeyman? 0.92

00:17:42.000 Oh, sure, yeah.

00:17:43.000 Absolutely.

00:17:45.000 And I think it would hurt him if they actually were able to put an end to all of this.

00:17:50.000 But, you know, when you have Bush pushing Uh, the Attorney General of the country to propagandize and to brainwash local law enforcement and to try to get their support for this act.

00:18:03.000 Uh, you know something's wrong and you have to go much deeper than what you're seeing on the surface.

00:18:09.000 Now Sheriff Mack, his Imperial shuttle has landed.

00:18:13.000 How long until he's coming into his hotel or his speech?

00:18:18.000 Can you give us the itinerary for Salt Lake City?

00:18:22.000 Yeah, well I talked to a member of the media who is about the only group here that knows the exact schedule and he said that Ashcroft is supposed to be inside the Little America Motel at 1045 which is It's going to be just about 25 minutes from now.

00:18:41.000 And you're there protesting and demonstrating right now?

00:18:44.000 Oh yes, and there's lots of signs all over the place.

00:18:49.000 You know, most of them are like, the Patriot Act is unpatriotic.

00:18:53.000 Another guy has, sacrificing liberty for security is a fool's bargain, which I just mentioned to you a little while ago.

00:18:59.000 Well, Sheriff Mack, I appreciate you calling into the show.

00:19:04.000 Can you, at say, 1035, Or 1030.

00:19:08.000 Call back in about 10 minutes so we can continue this discussion on air.

00:19:12.000 So that when Ashcroft drives by, we can all hear the response of the crowd.

00:19:18.000 OK.

00:19:18.000 Yeah.

00:19:19.000 Let's do that.

00:19:20.000 I'll have my assistant here, Andy, make sure that he keeps that schedule with you.

00:19:25.000 Well, I want to thank Andy for all he's done as well, getting me on KJSL as a guest.

00:19:30.000 Let me do that.

00:19:30.000 Can we get your cell phone number during this break?

00:19:34.000 And we'll even call you back in about 10 minutes.

00:19:38.000 All right.

00:19:38.000 That'll be great.

00:19:39.000 Or you can call us.

00:24:06.000 Vice boys are legates.

00:24:08.000 He is now out on the west coast, there in the mountainous regions, trying to sell the good conservative people of

00:24:16.000 Utah and Idaho on tyranny and on enslavement.

00:24:22.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

00:24:24.000 And we're going to be getting into the Patriot Act II and Victory Act and Ashcroft's big propaganda tour in the next hour with Tim Behrens of KJSL in St.

00:24:33.000 Louis, where old Ashcroft is from.

00:24:36.000 And we'll talk about this staged whirlwind tour.

00:24:40.000 And Ashcroft, some cars just pulled into the hotel there, but they don't think that's it.

00:24:44.000 We've got folks there on scene that will give us more information as it develops.

00:24:48.000 And I've just got a bunch of other news we're going to be getting to.

00:24:50.000 I already mentioned the news article reporting here, this is out of major Indian papers, confirmed information that the Pakistan government and the U.S.

00:25:03.000 government ensured that bin Laden was not captured.

00:25:06.000 And they claim when they got caught doing this, oh, because that would stir up the Muslims. 0.81

00:25:12.000 Total shill story.

00:25:15.000 We know he works for the CIA.

00:25:17.000 Bob in Utah, you're on the air.

00:25:18.000 Go ahead.

00:25:22.000 Oh, you're out there at the rally too, Bob.

00:25:26.000 You're out at the rally too.

00:25:29.000 It's great.

00:25:31.000 It's good.

00:25:31.000 We got all kinds of people here.

00:25:33.000 We've got people from the ACLU, libertarians, conservative republicans, people with signs.

00:25:40.000 We had some folks from the SWAT team show up with video cameras.

00:25:44.000 I'm sure they were videotaping all of us for their face recognition software so they'll know where to come and get us.

00:25:52.000 To protest their tyranny that they say isn't taking place, the SWAT team showed up?

00:25:57.000 We had, I saw four officers, sergeants from the Salt Lake City Police Department in full TAC gear with a gas mask hanging around their neck in their little pouches.

00:26:09.000 One of them had a camcorder and he was going through the crowd videotaping some of the more radical looking protesters.

00:26:17.000 Yes sir, that is correct.

00:26:18.000 Well, let's videotape them.

00:26:20.000 Are they wearing their black masks?

00:26:22.000 No, sir.

00:26:22.000 They weren't wearing masks.

00:26:23.000 They weren't, actually.

00:26:25.000 There are many people out here with stereo cameras.

00:26:28.000 Some people out here with video cameras.

00:26:30.000 Good.

00:26:30.000 Let's get their faces.

00:26:31.000 Let's get their faces and put them on the internet.

00:26:34.000 Absolutely.

00:26:35.000 Let's make a run list of terrorists.

00:26:38.000 People out here holding signs reminding the police that they work for the people and not for the feds.

00:26:45.000 Wanting to impeach Ashcroft.

00:26:48.000 It's great.

00:26:49.000 I love it.

00:26:51.000 Well, God bless you and God bless Ktalk out there for doing a great job, and again, I've been on a lot of shows this morning in different areas on Ashcroft's itinerary.

00:27:00.000 What do you think of him not allowing the public into the so-called town halls they're broadcasting on regional TV?

00:27:07.000 Well, I guess it's private property, and the hotel has the right to allow it who they will, but personally I find it unsavory, and I wonder what Harry Ashcroft has to hide from the people.

00:27:19.000 But they've said that his town halls are not open to the public.

00:27:23.000 These have been, and are going to be, staged events with fake questions, government employees.

00:27:30.000 Folks, that's like the Running Man or something.

00:27:34.000 Oh yes, sir.

00:27:35.000 If the mainstream media would have broadcast these protesters out here, maybe more people would wake up and investigate Ashcroft's lies to the American people.

00:27:47.000 But as you said, it's going to be a staged event.

00:27:50.000 He's wrapped himself in a flag and surrounded himself with local law enforcement.

00:27:54.000 And my question is, how many of these law enforcement came voluntarily, and how many of them have ordered to come here today?

00:28:00.000 Well, they admit they were under federal funding.

00:28:03.000 That was in the AP last week, to show up, to salute him, to give this staged view.

00:28:08.000 And now you've got goons in the combat boots and the Kurtzel helmets stalking you.

00:28:15.000 You're just lucky they're not wearing the black ski mask.

00:28:18.000 There's one standing right there.

00:28:19.000 Do you want me to get him on the air?

00:28:21.000 Yes, let's talk to him.

00:28:22.000 Okay, hold on.

00:28:25.000 We are approaching one of the Gestapo officers.

00:28:29.000 I got Alex Jones on the radio, any of y'all want to talk to him?

00:28:32.000 Sir, officers?

00:28:34.000 Don't even call him sir, he's a nobody.

00:28:38.000 Are you sure?

00:28:40.000 Oh, okay.

00:28:41.000 They're asking you to step off the private property.

00:28:43.000 Oh, step off the... Oh, see, so they get on the private corporate... See, I give them no respect because I knew you wouldn't get any.

00:28:49.000 You notice that they'll stand on the edge of private property, then claim... approach them, hiding behind their little veil.

00:28:56.000 I hope they enjoy torching their children's future.

00:29:00.000 So what did this guy say to you?

00:29:03.000 They said that no, they didn't want to talk and reminded me to step off the private property.

00:29:07.000 And now I'm on the edge of the sidewalk where I'm protected.

00:29:11.000 Well, that's one of their favorite little tactics.

00:29:14.000 Are they saying the sidewalk is private property?

00:29:24.000 Well, by the way, you're allowed to be on that area right there, according to different federal rulings. 0.99

00:29:33.000 That's a bunch of garbage. 1.00

00:29:34.000 That guy should be ashamed of himself. 1.00

00:29:36.000 Stay there.

00:29:37.000 We're on the march.

00:29:38.000 The empire's on the run.

00:29:41.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:29:46.000 Get the new Berkey battery adapter, an inexpensive yet long-term backup power supply for your Berkey Light LED system.

00:29:54.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique.

00:29:57.000 that's one eight hundred six two two eight four four six remember that a few months ago we posted the bill on info

00:30:13.000 wars dot com a few months ago senator menace that's his name the head of

00:30:18.000 the judiciary committee

00:30:19.000 in oregon tried to pass a law that in one person blocks traffic the entire

00:30:23.000 protest, it's life in prison in a forced labor camp.

00:30:27.000 It actually said labor camp, forest labor camp, life in prison.

00:30:31.000 Having a gun on your possession without committing a crime, life in prison and a labor camp.

00:30:38.000 Swapping music on the internet, life in a forced labor camp.

00:30:42.000 The states are passing similar laws all over the place that if you sue a public official, prison time.

00:30:50.000 They try to tell these folks, you can't protest without a permit, you gotta pay.

00:30:56.000 Well, that's for having a parade where you block traffic, folks. 0.52

00:30:59.000 You don't need a permit to protest or demonstrate.

00:31:01.000 There's a whole bunch of federal and state rulings.

00:31:03.000 But again, these cops would love nothing more than to beat these people over the head, like they've done in many other cities.

00:31:09.000 They'd love nothing more than to take your guns, take your houses, take your wives, put you in their prisons, and make you their slaves. 1.00

00:31:16.000 They're doing it everywhere.

00:31:18.000 There's more criminals in law enforcement than there are outside of law enforcement, on average.

00:31:22.000 And I'm tired of them there protecting Ashcroft like somebody was going to do something to this little low-level, this nobody.

00:31:34.000 Let's go back to Bob there in Salt Lake City, or Beau, excuse me, in Salt Lake City, who just walked over.

00:31:41.000 You heard him politely.

00:31:42.000 Would you like to talk to Alex Jones?

00:31:44.000 No!

00:31:44.000 Get back!

00:31:45.000 Private property!

00:31:47.000 As if you couldn't walk into that hotel if you wanted to.

00:31:51.000 As if you couldn't go in there.

00:31:53.000 And the point is, if you wanted to walk up to a cop and talk to them, talk to a public servant, but no, get back! 0.96

00:32:01.000 Get back, slave! 1.00

00:32:02.000 Get back! 1.00

00:32:02.000 Don't be like an old Roman, slapping him with a bullwhip. 1.00

00:32:06.000 Go ahead, Bo. 0.89

00:32:07.000 I mean, how did this guy in the Kurtzel helmet behave?

00:32:09.000 He behaved, well, I wouldn't say he was Kurtz, He was not friendly at all.

00:32:19.000 Frankly, I think he was enjoying his position.

00:32:22.000 He gets to wear the badge.

00:32:25.000 I wonder how heavy that badge weighs on his chest.

00:32:29.000 Always a symbol of his authority.

00:32:32.000 Ready to break out the CS gas and take us all down.

00:32:37.000 We're actually moving the protest to the north end of the building.

00:32:40.000 It's my understanding that Harry Oshcroft is going to make a personal appearance.

00:32:45.000 So we'll see what kind of noise we can make.

00:32:49.000 Now wait a minute, you say the furor is actually going to drive by?

00:32:53.000 I understand.

00:32:54.000 Someone said that he's going to make some kind of appearance.

00:32:57.000 And so we're moving our protest... Oh, wait, wait.

00:33:00.000 Here in the free country, you're on the public street, on the sidewalk, but the cops are, what are they, walking towards you with their clubs right now?

00:33:08.000 No, no, sir.

00:33:09.000 I haven't seen any police officers out right now, but I'm on the north end of the hotel.

00:33:14.000 Wait, you just said that you were just talking to someone.

00:33:16.000 You said that we're wearing black helmets and everything.

00:33:18.000 No, no, no.

00:33:19.000 Not black helmets.

00:33:20.000 They're wearing their dresser tactical gear.

00:33:22.000 Their large load-bearing vests with all their gizmos attached to them, large white stripes to police, you know?

00:33:31.000 Okay, but now, where are you now?

00:33:34.000 I'm moving over to the west side of the building.

00:33:38.000 So are the police telling you to do that?

00:33:40.000 The protest is moving voluntarily because we're under the impression, or we've been told, that Ashcroft is going to make some kind of appearance.

00:33:49.000 So he's going to come out and address you, huh?

00:33:53.000 That's what I'm here to see.

00:33:55.000 I mean, if you want to put me on hold for a while and go on with your show and then check back and see.

00:33:59.000 Well, I'll tell you what this is.

00:34:01.000 I mean, we've been seeing him all over the news, all over regional news, national news, saying Patriot Act doesn't take your rights, saying Patriot Act 2 is needed.

00:34:10.000 This guy said there was no Patriot Act 2, and now his victory act, the possession of one marijuana cigarette, life in prison.

00:34:20.000 So this is how you stop the terrorist when it's the government shipping it in.

00:34:28.000 What type of lies are you expecting, Bob?

00:34:31.000 Well, I'm expecting the same old rhetoric.

00:34:35.000 Mr. Jones, if you don't do anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

00:34:39.000 I win our compliance.

00:34:46.000 to the Patriot Act by reminding us to leave nothing to fear because we're not yet domestic terrorists.

00:34:51.000 But then again, the definition of terrorism is any action that endangers human life that's a violation of any federal or state law.

00:34:57.000 And the Justice Department in the Washington Times, by Frank J. Murray, headline titled, Patriot Act casts wide net.

00:35:03.000 They have the actual quotes before Congress of the spokesman for the Justice Department saying it will be used in all crimes, all misdemeanors, against all citizens in non-terror related cases.

00:35:15.000 Cases that have nothing to do with terror.

00:35:17.000 And that's the reason that we're having this protest today.

00:35:19.000 Honestly, Mr. Jones, I don't think that we can influence Heinrich Himmler's own self at all, but hopefully we can influence some of these cars that pass by.

00:35:30.000 We've been getting some good support, and I hope that these people will do a little more investigation on their own.

00:35:36.000 Honestly, that's why I'm here.

00:35:38.000 So folks are honking their horns and you're there so the media can't claim that everyone loves Ashcroft in the staged town hall meeting?

00:35:46.000 Mostly the media we've had here is more independent.

00:35:48.000 We've had a lot of AM radio.

00:35:51.000 We've had someone from the Univision affiliate, the Spanish speaking television station.

00:35:57.000 So the national media is ignoring you?

00:36:00.000 I haven't seen anyone down here.

00:36:01.000 I saw one man from the AP.

00:36:03.000 But I haven't seen anyone here from, uh... Yeah, that'll be on the newswire, and then nothing else.

00:36:09.000 Of course, 300 people plus out there protesting, and it's just getting going in a major city of conservatives.

00:36:16.000 That's not newsworthy.

00:36:17.000 But listen, it's admitted.

00:36:19.000 Just like in Russia or Germany, they're gonna have a staged town hall meeting, folks.

00:36:25.000 A staged people... Think about how bad... That's tyranny right there! 0.98

00:36:32.000 My honest concern is that this might, this protest, or maybe the one in Boise might turn out to be another Reichstag fire, you know?

00:36:39.000 I'm afraid that some rabble-rousers might show up and give the media an excuse to cover it and say those that do oppose the Patriot Act are terrorists.

00:36:50.000 Oh, you mean have a provocateur action where some Klan guy shows up and all the cameras show him?

00:36:56.000 Well, that hasn't happened yet.

00:36:58.000 They'll have a lot of trouble doing that. 0.96

00:36:59.000 If it was just conservatives out there, they'd try it, but not with the Libertarians and the Greens and the ACLU.

00:37:05.000 Well, that's certainly reassuring.

00:37:09.000 Yeah, they're having big problems.

00:37:11.000 I mean, look at conservative Alaska voting against them.

00:37:14.000 And, well, this is very exciting.

00:37:15.000 I'll tell you what, Bob, we'll put you on hold as one of our on-site reporters.

00:37:19.000 We're going to go back to Sheriff Mac here in just a few minutes.

00:37:22.000 Stay right there, Bob.

00:37:23.000 Or not Bob, Bo!

00:37:24.000 Gosh, what's wrong with me?

00:37:26.000 Let's talk to Cliff in Arkansas.

00:37:30.000 Cliff in Arkansas, go ahead.

00:37:33.000 Sir, we need you and Sheriff, or Sheriff Max come to Arkansas and run for Governor.

00:37:39.000 Well, they're putting in the electronic touch screens that they admit were fraud based, so I don't know about that.

00:37:45.000 What I called for, is this Justice Brown in Alabama?

00:37:52.000 I don't know if you saw his news clips where he was on the news, but I watched them and they're all... When he says something, you know, he doesn't make it clear and plain.

00:38:02.000 Like, for instance, he said he is not going to... Lord, what was he saying?

00:38:13.000 I don't know what he said.

00:38:14.000 Well, he said he is not going to go against, more or less.

00:38:21.000 The God that put our laws in... Well, it's Judge Roy Moore.

00:38:26.000 Right, but he was on... You said Brown. 0.93

00:38:28.000 Well, I meant Moore.

00:38:29.000 I'm sorry.

00:38:30.000 Oh, okay.

00:38:31.000 He said that he wasn't going to go against the God that put our laws... that our laws were patterned after.

00:38:39.000 Well, look, I mean... Okay, but see, the thing is, Alex... So he's not good enough, I see.

00:38:43.000 Well, no, no, no.

00:38:44.000 No, no.

00:38:44.000 What I'm getting at is he's a Chief Justice, right?

00:38:49.000 Have you ever seen anyone in that high office that wasn't a Freemason?

00:38:56.000 What God is he talking about?

00:39:00.000 The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

00:39:02.000 He's our God.

00:39:03.000 Well, I'll say this.

00:39:04.000 Judge Roy Moore is a good thing.

00:39:05.000 The establishment doesn't like it.

00:39:06.000 I agree with that.

00:39:07.000 But he's put himself on the line.

00:39:08.000 I don't think he's an establishment type.

00:39:11.000 Alabama is a conservative state.

00:39:12.000 That's why he got elected.

00:39:14.000 They elect him in that state.

00:39:15.000 Right.

00:39:16.000 That's why he's there.

00:39:17.000 And believe me, the folks he's fighting are a lot better.

00:39:21.000 And I'm not going to sit here and speculate about Judge Roy Moore.

00:39:25.000 Right.

00:39:25.000 No, I'm not speculating.

00:39:26.000 I'm just saying everybody's taking him at face value.

00:39:30.000 And I respect him, but we have to be, we have to proceed cautiously is what I'm getting at.

00:39:36.000 Oh, listen, I agree with you, but I've heard his speeches about how it's okay to have the Greek God, but not the God of the Bible.

00:39:43.000 Exactly.

00:39:43.000 Well, he said the God of the Bible in one of his speeches I did see, and I think he's a great man.

00:39:50.000 Well, I do too, if he's on the up and up, but you know, I'm not going to just bail in and Just take it at face value.

00:39:59.000 I think we don't just have face value, Cliff.

00:40:01.000 Well, I mean, we have him saying they shouldn't take down the Ten Commandments.

00:40:05.000 The oath in Alabama is to acknowledge God and to have the Ten Commandments.

00:40:10.000 The Ten Commandments are behind the Supreme Court when they're up there.

00:40:14.000 And, of course, the Republican-appointed Supreme Court is, of course, against Moore. 0.98

00:40:18.000 And the judge going against Moore was appointed by Bush, showing what neo-con prostitutes they are. 1.00

00:40:23.000 Thanks for the call, my friend. 0.95

00:40:24.000 Thank you.

00:40:25.000 Good points.

00:40:25.000 I mean, I think it's important to question, but I see evidence and good fruits in Judge Roy Moore.

00:40:32.000 Back to Sheriff Richard Mack there, outside the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, where people across the political spectrum are protesting the liar, the would-be destroyer of America, John Ashcroft.

00:40:49.000 I'm here, Alex.

00:40:50.000 It sounds like it's getting wild.

00:40:52.000 What's going on, Sheriff Mack?

00:40:53.000 It is.

00:40:54.000 The crowd's getting bigger.

00:40:56.000 The activity outside is getting a little bit busier.

00:41:01.000 Alex, knowing Executive Protection, like I know Executive Protection and the law enforcement community, they've already sneaked him in.

00:41:10.000 I saw three different of the black Suburbans, you know, the black Suburbans with the darkened glass, and I'm pretty sure he came in one of those in the back door.

00:41:25.000 There was another decoy that was in a limousine that was Look at this!

00:41:30.000 three or four different law enforcement vehicles and I believe he is already in the hotel.

00:41:35.000 I don't believe we're going to be able to yell at him as he goes in and I think law enforcement

00:41:42.000 purposely made sure that we did not know where or when he came in.

00:41:46.000 Well, yeah, there, there, there, he's loved so much as a gun-grabbing, open border promoting, church-seizing, anti-Ten Commandment devil.

00:41:56.000 He's loved so much that they have to sneak him in.

00:42:00.000 Right.

00:42:01.000 Uh, Sheriff Mack, I hear the media is pretty much ignoring you guys.

00:42:04.000 No, no, they're here.

00:42:06.000 They're here.

00:42:06.000 Every, every, uh, major, uh, news station in Salt Lake City is here.

00:42:10.000 Well, I'm at the national news media.

00:42:13.000 Uh, AP is here.

00:42:14.000 Well, they're always there, yeah.

00:42:16.000 Yeah.

00:42:16.000 But I'm talking about, why is it CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, whenever they've got Ashcroft on every night telling us how good the Patriot Act is.

00:42:25.000 Right.

00:42:25.000 And everywhere he goes there's protest, and where's the media?

00:42:29.000 Well, you know, um, the media, uh, has already been, uh, very anti, uh, the protest here.

00:42:40.000 They had Orrin Hatch on television yesterday, even on Sunday.

00:42:43.000 He worked on Sunday.

00:42:45.000 They had him on yesterday, and of course, he's a Lynchman Patriot actor, and he totally supported this.

00:42:53.000 And they've been doing their spin, trying to keep the media down and trying to keep the media from being out here and supporting this.

00:43:01.000 But most of the major news stations are here, but what remains to be seen, Alex, is how they spend all of this and if they give it due

00:43:10.000 credit.

00:43:11.000 Well you need to ask them this.

00:43:14.000 Sheriff Mike, you need to ask them this.

00:43:17.000 He said before Congress, there is no new terror legislation.

00:43:21.000 They're not trying to pass it.

00:43:23.000 Those that say it are liars aiding terrorists.

00:43:26.000 Now that's a quote.

00:43:27.000 Now he said that four months after it was introduced by him in the Senate and House.

00:43:32.000 Now, now he admits it.

00:43:34.000 He admits there's a second Patriot Act.

00:43:38.000 New terror legislation.

00:43:41.000 Everybody pulling through agreeing with you.

00:43:43.000 And now, I mean, he's been caught lying.

00:43:46.000 I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky. 0.99

00:43:49.000 Read my Let's Know New Taxes.

00:43:50.000 His lie is even clearer than that.

00:43:53.000 Why is it the media calling him on his lying?

00:43:55.000 Sheriff Mac, you've got to demand you call him on his lies!

00:44:00.000 Yeah, well that's true.

00:44:01.000 And Alex, when you consider the fact that this is all about the Constitution, if you don't have a media that has ever read the Constitution, how are they ever going to know how to report on these types of pertinent freedom issues?

00:44:15.000 And they don't teach it in school?

00:44:16.000 Well look, Sheriff Mac, I've written an analysis of Patriot Act II.

00:44:19.000 It's horrible.

00:44:20.000 Gun owners wrote an analysis that was 21 pages.

00:44:23.000 Mine was 7.

00:44:24.000 Theirs is much worse.

00:44:26.000 And, of course, you work with Gun Owners of America.

00:44:28.000 Larry Pratt says it's the end of the Second Amendment, the end of America, the end of all rights.

00:44:33.000 It says secret arrest, secret execution, no Second Amendment.

00:44:38.000 How?

00:44:39.000 They cannot get away with this!

00:44:42.000 You know, this really is one of the last ditch efforts from the federal government, Alex.

00:44:49.000 If we don't stand now, and if we don't do more than just talk, then we're going to lose.

00:44:55.000 Well, it shows how desperate they are, Sheriff Mack, that he's having to do this road show to take his lie on the road.

00:45:03.000 What does that say about the forces of freedom, the anti-terror forces of the patriots?

00:45:10.000 Well, it's over a great deal, and the Attorney General of the United States is out propagandizing to support unconstitutional acts that are destroying the Second Amendment, that are destroying the entire Bill of Rights, except maybe for the third, where it talks about quartering troops.

00:45:26.000 Other than that, it's a complete destruction of the Bill of Rights and everything the Founding Fathers stood for.

00:45:32.000 And then they call this patriotic.

00:45:34.000 You're not patriotic if you don't butcher what America is.

00:45:38.000 Well, exactly, and that's the spin that they put on these types of things.

00:45:42.000 They always give it a great name so that people who oppose it say, oh, you mean you're not patriotic?

00:45:50.000 You're not for the Patriot Bill?

00:45:51.000 Well, then you're against America!

00:45:55.000 Absolutely.

00:45:56.000 Well, Sheriff Mack, what's his itinerary now?

00:45:59.000 He's supposed to have a staged town hall meeting that the public's not allowed into, where government bureaucrats sit in the crowd and cops sit behind him for staged events, literal wag the dog, literal Soviet fake meetings.

00:46:12.000 I mean, this is horrible, folks.

00:46:15.000 What's the itinerary for that?

00:46:21.000 Sheriff Mack?

00:46:22.000 I'm here.

00:46:22.000 I was getting reprimanded by a local officer because I wasn't standing on the curb.

00:46:29.000 Oh, you were being... Well, what did he say to you?

00:46:32.000 He was just telling me to get back and I got back and then he came up to me and told me to get farther back which was exactly six inches different from where I was before.

00:46:42.000 So they're basically like attack dogs making sure you stand right where they say and then there's an added pleasure after you submit re-smearing your face in it.

00:46:55.000 Well yeah, I think he was hoping to give you some footage for your next police tape video.

00:47:00.000 Well, I'm begging folks to send me all this footage.

00:47:02.000 Sheriff Mack, this is amazing.

00:47:05.000 Well, what did you say to this guy?

00:47:08.000 I just bowed.

00:47:10.000 Doesn't he know that Sheriff Mack, that what he's doing is destroying his children's future utterly?

00:47:17.000 Well, these guys are just like the rest of the Nuremberg officers who just follow orders, Alex.

00:47:23.000 And it's really sad that our law enforcement officers in this country are being used as puppets.

00:47:28.000 For the tyranny that exists today.

00:47:30.000 And nothing has exposed that more than your own videos.

00:47:35.000 Sheriff Mike, can you stay with us just a few more minutes?

00:47:38.000 I sure can.

00:47:39.000 Okay, stay there.

00:47:39.000 I want to get a few more questions out of you.

00:47:42.000 Get you to check in maybe in an hour or so.

00:47:44.000 We'll be right back as we fight the second American revolution of restoration.

00:47:49.000 Are you a diabetic?

00:47:50.000 Do you know someone who is?

00:47:51.000 Well, here's some great news that can save you time and money.

00:47:55.000 If you're required to test your blood sugar, Medicare and Medicaid may pay for your diabetes testing supplies.

00:48:01.000 And if that's of interest to you, you need to know about R-Tex Medical.

00:48:44.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

00:48:53.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

00:49:01.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident, radioactive poisoning.

00:49:10.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

00:49:16.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodide.

00:49:22.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

00:49:31.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

00:49:38.000 Call now and get free shipping.

00:49:39.000 Call now and get free shipping. That's 888-803-4438.

00:49:46.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:49:51.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:49:56.000 There is a chance to use this disaster with a New World Order.

00:50:00.000 A New World Order?

00:50:03.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:50:08.000 We stir Patriot Act legislation one and two apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:50:14.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:50:16.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:50:27.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really It really is.

00:50:47.000 [Music]

00:50:52.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:50:54.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:51:01.000 ... into tyranny.

00:51:14.000 Imagine Sheriff Richard Mack, a big guy who's been in law enforcement for decades.

00:51:20.000 The guy that stood up for the Second Amendment out there.

00:51:22.000 And I've been at these protests and demonstrations with good, conservative Americans.

00:51:27.000 And the cops will run around in black uniforms and combat boots, shoving you, hurting you, snapping at you, pepper spraying you.

00:51:36.000 You go to a land rights rally, they'll look at you with hate.

00:51:39.000 They'll be videotaping you.

00:51:41.000 They hate your guts as citizens.

00:51:43.000 They want you to submit to them.

00:51:46.000 And we've seen this happen throughout history over and over again.

00:51:49.000 Now, all the police aren't bad.

00:51:50.000 A lot of you are good.

00:51:51.000 But the ones they have on these particular duties or details get into this mindless groupthink.

00:51:57.000 Sheriff Mac, how are the police behaving?

00:51:59.000 I mean, I've seen them where you submit to them, then they come after you again.

00:52:04.000 How do they do this?

00:52:05.000 I was always embarrassed if I caught myself bullying somebody in school.

00:52:10.000 How do they get off on bullying citizens?

00:52:14.000 Sheriff Mac?

00:52:15.000 Yeah, I'm here, Alex.

00:52:17.000 It sounds like the cops are bullying you guys.

00:52:19.000 I mean, why are they doing this?

00:52:21.000 No, not really.

00:52:22.000 They have a big source, is what it's called in law enforcement terms.

00:52:26.000 It's a show of force.

00:52:28.000 They want to make sure that a lot of them are being seen so that nobody will step out of line.

00:52:34.000 Like I said a little while ago, they asked me to step back, and I did.

00:52:41.000 Then he told me to get up on the curb, which was only a six-inch difference.

00:52:45.000 I'm serious.

00:52:46.000 He was really kind of getting in my face.

00:52:48.000 But for the most part, there's been very little officer out of control.

00:52:57.000 Why did he get in your face, though?

00:52:58.000 I mean, what have we done?

00:53:00.000 Well, they are very stern.

00:53:02.000 There's no question about that.

00:53:05.000 But, Ben, I would say for the most part that the officers are behaving themselves pretty well.

00:53:12.000 Well, yeah, in Portland, they ran up and sprayed babies in baby carriages, admittedly, and the head cop was seen on tape saying, attack the media!

00:53:22.000 Have you seen that footage?

00:53:24.000 No, I haven't seen that one yet.

00:53:26.000 But of course, we found left-wing cops are generally the worst. 0.95

00:53:30.000 They love serving the New World Order, don't they?

00:53:32.000 Yeah, and we've got, I'll tell you what, we've got a really huge crowd here now.

00:53:37.000 I'd say about 500 people.

00:53:39.000 We've got all the entrances covered with about 100 people each, every entrance.

00:53:45.000 We've got north, south, east and west all covered.

00:53:50.000 Well, he's having a meeting right now with law enforcement.

00:53:52.000 the itinerary when is he going to have a stage town hall meeting

00:53:56.000 well he's having a meeting right now with uh... law enforcement uh...

00:54:00.000 they're actually the meeting he is having is not with the public it's only

00:54:05.000 an elite group of law enforcement officials oh that sounds that sounds the executive branch

00:54:12.000 comes into a city and meets with law enforcement officials not the other

00:54:17.000 elected officials No, this is not public officials or elected officials.

00:54:23.000 That's just the law enforcement community.

00:54:26.000 And of course, that's who they want on their side.

00:54:29.000 They want all the Nuremberg officers jumping on board.

00:54:34.000 Now, is the media allowed in this meeting?

00:54:38.000 You know, there are media inside.

00:54:40.000 They moved inside.

00:54:41.000 I do know that for a fact.

00:54:42.000 But I read that that was select media.

00:54:44.000 Is Ktalk allowed in there?

00:54:48.000 I seriously doubt it.

00:54:49.000 I don't know.

00:54:50.000 I know that Andy was trying to get inside.

00:54:52.000 Don't know if he made it.

00:54:53.000 I know they said in the news that only select media is allowed in other meetings.

00:54:58.000 I don't know about this one.

00:55:00.000 Now we got a cop getting somebody out of the road here.

00:55:02.000 Did you just hear the siren?

00:55:04.000 No.

00:55:05.000 What's happening now?

00:55:06.000 We had one guy that was out on the road and a cop just came by and did his siren at him.

00:55:12.000 And he jumped out of the road and that ended that.

00:55:16.000 Oh, good.

00:55:16.000 I'm glad he jumped quick when the folks in Cuba... What would we do if we didn't have all these cops here taking care of us, Alex?

00:55:23.000 Well, hey, they'll put you in a FEMA camp and really take care of you. 0.99

00:55:26.000 Sheriff Mack, let me check back in with you in 30 minutes, okay?

00:55:29.000 That sounds great, Alex.

00:55:30.000 Thanks for your... You bet.

00:55:32.000 God bless you.

00:55:32.000 We'll be right back.

00:55:34.000 Hello, folks.

00:55:35.000 Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Elements.

00:55:38.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

00:55:41.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed and can be...

00:55:45.000 Big Brother.

00:55:53.000 Mainstream media.

00:55:54.000 Government cover-ups.

00:55:56.000 You want answers?

00:55:58.000 Well, so does he.

00:55:59.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:56:03.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:56:08.000 [Music]

00:56:12.000 I guess today, today's kind of...

00:56:15.000 (upbeat music) 0.94

00:56:17.000 The day of exposing the liar, the minion, the front man, the titular head, the puppet, the Trojan horse, the phony Christian, John Ashcroft.

00:56:27.000 We had Sheriff Richard Mack on the ground, now over 500 protesters and growing in downtown Salt Lake City protesting John Ashcroft.

00:56:37.000 The cops have got him on the sidewalk if they get Off the sidewalk, towards private property, even a foot or two near a building, they run up to them and threaten them.

00:56:47.000 If they step off onto the shoulder of the city street or walk across the street or whatever, they run over and yell at them.

00:56:53.000 I've experienced this myself.

00:56:55.000 You'll have a thousand people out protesting, in this case 500 and growing, and you've all got to just ride on the sidewalk.

00:57:01.000 Ride on one slice of the sidewalk, not the extended sidewalk that they claim is private easement.

00:57:09.000 Dan Ashcroft is having a meeting with the law enforcement about how to suppress the people and how to take our liberties and freedoms.

00:57:15.000 Then he'll have his little staged town hall meeting about how to lie to us.

00:57:20.000 And we're going to have, in the next segment, Tim Behrens of 630 AM KJSL.

00:57:27.000 Big talk station with the strongest frequency in the day in St.

00:57:30.000 Louis.

00:57:31.000 Covers four states.

00:57:32.000 I've been a guest on every Tuesday morning.

00:57:35.000 a guest on the show and cover the news with them.

00:57:40.000 And I wanted to get Tim Barrons on the show.

00:57:41.000 It's a Tim and Al show.

00:57:43.000 I wanted to get Tim on because they have this interview of Ashcroft this weekend just lying

00:57:47.000 like a fox.

00:57:50.000 And so we could decipher these lies, take more calls, and get into some of the police

00:57:53.000 state news for this hour with Tim Barrons of KJSL.

00:57:56.000 And we're also going to take your calls and get Sheriff Mack back on and Bo, who was a caller at the protest, who I appreciate calling in, we'll get Bo to call back in there.

00:58:09.000 and everywhere i've crossed going conservative liberals left wingers

01:00:43.000 The illuminated Berkey base allows most gravity filters in the center of a table by raising the spigot level.

01:00:49.000 Made of durable Lexan polymer, the same material used for bulletproof glass, it has eight LED lamps.

01:00:56.000 Incredibly, the low-energy LEDs will last for more than 11 years of continuous use and are bright enough to be spotted for over a mile in the dark.

01:01:05.000 The LED lamps are powered by an AC adapter and during emergencies, the rechargeable batteries will operate them all night long.

01:01:12.000 When the LEDs are switched off, the AC adapter automatically recharges the batteries.

01:01:17.000 The Berkey Base is available in gorgeous cobalt blue or practical bright white LEDs.

01:02:00.000 Brace yourselves as the new world order program for world domination is blown wide open.

01:02:04.000 A nightmarish post-September 11th world, where the military and the police are merged.

01:02:13.000 Troops on the streets, foreign NATO aircraft in the skies.

01:03:52.000 You want answers?

01:03:53.000 Well, so does he.

01:03:54.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:03:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:04:05.000 Every single indicator of massive, unmitigated, unadulterated tyranny is now taking place.

01:04:14.000 Secret arrests, secret executions are being openly announced as they prepare to pass Patriot Act 2 and introduce the Victory Act.

01:04:24.000 They're putting in a cashless society control grid with the biometrics, the face scanning cameras, the world ID card being standardized.

01:04:34.000 All this while the borders wide open and the matricula card, not just from Mexico but Poland and other countries, are now going to be honored.

01:04:41.000 I have articles here from Reuters and the New York Times where they're saying that illegals are basically legal now.

01:04:50.000 But you as a citizen are going to be watched and shoved around and prodded and if you're If your high school student is caught with a marijuana cigarette, they can get life in prison under the Victory Act.

01:05:01.000 It actually states that possession is a terrorist act.

01:05:05.000 You can be stripped of the right of trial by jury, taken to a military base.

01:05:10.000 They're setting up a system that dwarfs the tyranny of Soviet Russia.

01:05:16.000 They're putting in the control grid.

01:05:20.000 The good news is, people from across the political spectrum are waking up and getting involved.

01:05:24.000 And in the last hour, I read the Associated Press articles.

01:05:27.000 We're in Boise, Idaho.

01:05:28.000 And right now in Salt Lake City, we have Sheriff Richard Mack on scene at a protest, now building to over 500.

01:05:36.000 The police are shoving people around, getting in their faces, videotaping the crime.

01:05:40.000 They're in their SWAT uniforms.

01:05:43.000 Ashcroft pulls into the hotel to massive booze, as you heard on the show, as people cried out against the tyranny.

01:05:50.000 And the news admits that they've been ordered to have staged town hall meetings with government bureaucrats in the audience, citizens aren't allowed in, only select media, authorized by the Attorney General, and he's going to have stage press conference after stage press conference after stage town halls, many of which that are going to be televised.

01:06:11.000 Now again, in Russia and China and all these places, they have these staged town halls.

01:06:16.000 We know Bill Clinton had them.

01:06:18.000 We know C-SPAN had one last year, and when people brought up government involvement in 9-1-1, they shut the so-called town hall down.

01:06:27.000 So they've gotten to the point where they can't even have town halls now.

01:06:31.000 Joining us is Tim Behrens from KJSL, the big blowtorch, the strongest station in the area of Missouri during the day, 6.30am.

01:06:41.000 When I'm on the show, they get calls from Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, you name it.

01:06:45.000 And I'm always honored to be on their show every Tuesday morning.

01:06:49.000 And I wanted to get Tim on because he does such a great job, Tim Behrens, and he's got this clip.

01:06:53.000 But first off, Tim Behrens, Ashcroft is a Missouri boy.

01:06:58.000 He claims Patriot Act II didn't exist.

01:07:01.000 Now he admits it.

01:07:02.000 Your comments about John Ashcroft.

01:07:04.000 Well, he was governor here, of course, for eight years, and he was one senator.

01:07:08.000 Thanks for having me on the program.

01:07:09.000 Unfortunately, Tim, there he is.

01:07:10.000 I can get you now.

01:07:11.000 Sorry, start back over.

01:07:12.000 Okay, yeah.

01:07:13.000 He was governor here for eight years.

01:07:14.000 He was a senator, a one-term senator.

01:07:16.000 And, of course, he lost in that squeaker to Gene Carnahan.

01:07:20.000 Some hanky-panky going on there.

01:07:22.000 But we've been Many people here have been very disappointed with the stand that he's taken on this.

01:07:29.000 I mean, as you've pointed out on our program a number of times, the number of rights that we have lost.

01:07:34.000 I mean, any law enforcement agency can go to your internet service provider and obtain your records without any warrant or court involvement, and you can't sue them.

01:07:44.000 And that's under the Primary Security Enhancement Act.

01:07:46.000 Exactly, and the terror definition is so wide, it's for everything.

01:07:49.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:07:50.000 And Don McIlvain points out in Chief Security Office Magazine, number 2002, 45% of the 797 businesses surveyed had given law enforcement or the government data on their customers, employees, or business partners under the Patriot Act.

01:08:07.000 45% of 797 businesses.

01:08:11.000 It's incredible.

01:08:13.000 And that was a random survey, too.

01:08:14.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:08:16.000 And so our first, fourth, fifth, and sixth amendment rights are just, I mean, just evaporate.

01:08:22.000 This is a clip, Alex, from Saturday's CNN Capital Gang.

01:08:28.000 Cato Byrne was uh... interviewing the attorney general in the justice

01:08:34.000 department at the justice department it takes about five minutes should i go ahead and play it

01:08:37.000 before you play that i was on your show today when you played it and got my comment and made your

01:08:41.000 comments right and so did al but i just want to say this now uh when you came back to me you said

01:08:46.000 well if alex hadn't had a heart attack and i literally was stunned i

01:08:50.000 I mean, this was so well-crafted.

01:08:52.000 It's all total lies mixing in, uh, just on the periphery, some lawyer-like doublespeak.

01:09:01.000 And just totally amazing that the mainstream media isn't calling him on this, and how softball and scripted these questions are.

01:09:10.000 Yeah.

01:09:11.000 Kato Byrne is usually very spontaneous, but she was reading every one of those questions.

01:09:19.000 All right.

01:09:20.000 Let's go ahead and play it.

01:09:21.000 All right.

01:09:22.000 Again, from CNN, Capitol Gang on Saturday, Kato Byrne interviewing the Attorney General.

01:09:28.000 Do you believe that the attacks on 9-11 You've taught some lethal lessons.

01:09:33.000 Like what?

01:09:34.000 Well, that we need to be better prepared to fight against terror.

01:09:38.000 The terrorist uses high technology.

01:09:41.000 He uses disposable telephones.

01:09:43.000 He uses modern communication techniques that, frankly, weren't available at the fight against terror.

01:09:49.000 So we needed to be prepared to stop additional terrorists.

01:09:54.000 How important has the Patriot Act been in preventing additional attacks?

01:09:59.000 Well, the Patriot Act did about three things.

01:10:01.000 One, it took a number of authorities that we had against other kinds of criminal activities, say drugs and organized crime, and made those authorities available to fight against terror.

01:10:12.000 Number two, it gave us the ability to have the kind of technology against terror that would match the technology of the terrorists, so that we could use digital surveillance techniques to surveil digital communications.

01:10:28.000 Number three, put down the wall of separation between the CIA's intelligence capacity and the CIA's law enforcement capacity, so information we learn in the intelligence world can be used to prevent additional terrorist attacks.

01:10:43.000 Now, the patient I passed Congress six weeks after 9-11, by a vote of 98-1 in the Senate, is overwhelmingly in the House.

01:10:51.000 Why is it apparently more controversial now?

01:10:55.000 Well, I really can't say unless it is that the country is less focused on the need to interrupt the kind of violent terrorist attack that really galvanized our attention.

01:11:06.000 There was a vigorous debate for the full six weeks.

01:11:09.000 We were focused on this.

01:11:11.000 We had a proposed act ready to go within six days, but it took a kind of Last month, a provision that permits delayed notification of warrants was effectively repealed by a large margin in the House, including over 100 Republicans.

01:11:28.000 A provision that permits delayed notification of warrants was effectively repealed by a large

01:11:36.000 margin in the House, including over 100 Republicans.

01:11:39.000 Does that tell you that even the President's supporters have now become pretty severe?

01:11:43.000 No, that was a late night amendment.

01:11:46.000 It hadn't been debated.

01:11:47.000 It hadn't been before committee.

01:11:49.000 There were people on the floor saying, I don't know what this does.

01:11:52.000 People were told that this was some kind of novel intrusion into the civil rights of Americans.

01:11:58.000 Judicially supervised, delayed notification has been part of our law for decades.

01:12:04.000 And it allows us to, under the supervision of the court, to make certain kinds of searches And delay given notice so that we don't tip off the criminal or the person who is being examined.

01:12:20.000 This authority has been available against organized crime and against drug dealers and the like, certain kinds of fraud.

01:12:29.000 Another specific.

01:12:31.000 Under the Act, can federal agents conduct wiretaps Seize property or make arrests without warrant?

01:12:39.000 Absolutely not.

01:12:40.000 A warrant to get records under the Patriot Act has to be approved by a federal judge.

01:12:46.000 So there's that layer of case-specific examination by a federal judge to see to it that it's proper and appropriate.

01:12:54.000 And of course, ultimately, the twice yearly reports by the Justice Department on the Patriot Act to the Congress They provide another layer of oversight in the congressional branch.

01:13:06.000 Can immigrants now be held indefinitely without a right to attorneys?

01:13:11.000 Absolutely not.

01:13:13.000 Immigrants cannot be held without a reason to hold them. 1.00

01:13:17.000 Now people who are in violation of the law can be held.

01:13:21.000 They are always given notice of their right to an attorney.

01:13:24.000 Do you have the necessary tools now or do you need additional legislation to continue?

01:13:30.000 The success in preventing another attack?

01:13:33.000 Well, I think we're always going to have to be sensitive to the fact that the terrorist evolves.

01:13:37.000 He changes his operation to try and avoid the techniques and the capacities we have.

01:13:43.000 So we should always be open to finding ways to protect American lives, American liberties against terrorism.

01:13:52.000 To give you another example, people who commit violent crimes are people who are major drug dealers.

01:13:59.000 Uh, there is a presumption that they should be detained while their case is being adjudicated.

01:14:06.000 It's not automatic, but there is a presumption that they wouldn't be sent out on bond.

01:14:10.000 We don't have that presumption about terrorists.

01:14:13.000 Some of these changes would fit into a B210.

01:14:16.000 We know that there is a continuing threat, and that it's an evolving threat.

01:14:23.000 And that we ought to be sensitive to doing what's necessary to protect the lives and liberty of Americans.

01:14:29.000 And if we need to ask the Congress to act again, I'm confident that the Congress will.

01:14:35.000 Stay active wisely.

01:14:37.000 It's been a success.

01:14:39.000 It's been a substantial part of our ability to protect America.

01:14:43.000 Alright, there you go.

01:14:45.000 That is amazing, and I took some notes here, Tim.

01:14:47.000 I know you probably got some of your own comments.

01:14:49.000 We're going to break here and just come back in a few minutes, folks.

01:14:52.000 We'll talk to Tim Behrens and get his comments, his thoughts on what Ashcroft just had to say.

01:14:57.000 And terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, they're going to get you.

01:15:00.000 We've got to protect your rights, so that's why you've got to pass Patriot Act 2.

01:15:04.000 I mean, you talk about a sophisticated lie.

01:15:07.000 I mean, this is Orwellian, Tim.

01:15:09.000 It sure is.

01:15:11.000 Alright, stay there Tim Berens from KJSL.

01:15:13.000 I'm Alex Jones.

01:15:14.000 This is GCN Radio Network.

01:15:15.000 We'll be right back and talk about this.

01:15:17.000 Then we'll take some calls.

01:15:19.000 What do you think about Ashcroft and Triadact?

01:15:22.000 Have you read my analysis of Patriot Act 1 and 2?

01:15:24.000 Or gun owners analysis?

01:15:26.000 Larry Pratt's analysis.

01:15:27.000 I mean, it's the end of America and they're billing it as faux America.

01:15:32.000 We've got to stand against the lies.

01:15:36.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:15:40.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:15:44.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:15:47.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:15:50.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:15:59.000 The Berkey Light is different.

01:16:01.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

01:16:06.000 filters.

01:16:07.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

01:16:13.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

01:16:19.000 and nitrates.

01:16:20.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, agnate ponds.

01:19:29.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:19:44.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:19:52.000 Alright, we're honored to have Tim Behrens on from KJSL up in St.

01:19:56.000 Louis for the rest of this hour.

01:19:59.000 Your calls, I promise, are coming up in the next long segment, so here in about 5-6 minutes, And also, I'm going to throw a bunch of different news articles and stories out at Tim Behrens and get his response, his take to it, what he thinks about it.

01:20:13.000 Tim, Ashcroft, I mean, basically, if you want to be safe, give your rights up.

01:20:19.000 We protect liberty by taking liberty away.

01:20:22.000 It doesn't affect citizens.

01:20:23.000 We don't even take the illegal's rights away. 0.66

01:20:26.000 We've been doing all this for years.

01:20:29.000 And I guess in one facet that's true, they've been taking little old ladies' purses and the money out of it for years under asset formature seizure, no drugs are found.

01:20:38.000 The new Victory Act says that terrorism is having a marijuana cigarette when the government ships most of the trash in.

01:20:45.000 Your response to what Ashcroft had to say?

01:20:48.000 Well, one of the questions that Cato Burns asked him was, why is this more controversial now than it was back then?

01:20:56.000 And he said that the country is less focused.

01:20:59.000 Well, maybe it's because people have had time to read the Patriot Act.

01:21:02.000 That's one reason why 120 cities have tried to repeal it, and they've had real problems.

01:21:09.000 Then she asked this question.

01:21:11.000 I'm going to play it again so I don't misinterpret his response.

01:21:15.000 Hold on, here it is.

01:21:16.000 Last month, a provision that permits delayed notification of warrants was effectively repealed by a large margin in the House, including over 100 Republicans.

01:21:28.000 Does that tell you that even the President's supporters have now become critics of the Act?

01:21:33.000 No, that was a late-night amendment that hadn't been debated.

01:21:36.000 It hadn't been before committee.

01:21:37.000 There were people on the floor saying, I don't know what this does.

01:21:41.000 That's not true.

01:21:41.000 That was debated, wasn't it, Alex?

01:21:44.000 Here on this show, and on your show, for weeks we read the Washington Times, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the debate, the arguments.

01:21:54.000 They had huge debates.

01:21:56.000 They had huge arguments.

01:21:57.000 Ashcroft's people said that terrorists would be able to get us if we did this.

01:22:03.000 There was huge debate.

01:22:04.000 It was on the nightly news.

01:22:06.000 And then he said, again, this guy makes Bill Clinton look like a Boy Scout.

01:22:11.000 And I'm not joking.

01:22:13.000 No.

01:22:13.000 Because people would call Bill Clinton on a lie.

01:22:16.000 Sure.

01:22:16.000 Everybody would call Bill Clinton on a lie.

01:22:18.000 Ask Tim Ashcroft.

01:22:21.000 I have it in Police State 3.

01:22:22.000 He says that there's no Patriot Act 2 four months after it was introduced.

01:22:26.000 Yeah.

01:22:27.000 Yeah.

01:22:28.000 The amazing thing is that people will call us conspiracy nuts and yet if they're willing to take the time, for instance, to take the time and study Oklahoma City uh... and and regional parks report

01:22:42.000 uh... i asked bill bennett uh... the former drug czar

01:22:46.000 uh... how he felt about our loss of liberties and i i have his response to

01:22:50.000 do what you know that is very brief all yes i this is a interview we did with

01:22:54.000 uh...

01:22:54.000 the uh... former uh... secretary of education

01:22:58.000 uh... a while back this is before the uh... 0.60

01:23:01.000 the gambling story broke all the one point the one point four million right here yeah and the prostitutes 0.98

01:23:07.000 right right so here's a here's a question we're talking about oklahoma

01:23:10.000 city and uh...

01:23:12.000 this uh... this is my question to him and then uh... i have another question

01:23:15.000 for me to talk about the loss of liberties here we go i figured that our government

01:23:19.000 you know tells us the truth And then I learn about FDR and some things about Pearl Harbor.

01:23:25.000 And then I look at Oklahoma City and all the questions, Bill, that come out of that.

01:23:31.000 What do you say to your wife when you're all alone, when you're away from Fox TV, what do you say to your wife about Oklahoma City?

01:23:39.000 Do you really believe it was just Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols?

01:23:43.000 Yeah, my answer to that is I don't know.

01:23:48.000 The answer I give to a number of questions by guess is no.

01:23:51.000 They weren't the only ones who were involved.

01:23:53.000 by the way it's not a theory i hope that i think

01:23:57.000 there's a theory that has an iraqi connection with the print about the wall street journal

01:24:02.000 i don't know whether there's any truth to that at all some people i know who i think are smart people hold to it

01:24:10.000 but i have no idea what they're saying we've had general ben parton on the program i think there's

01:24:13.000 no way to expect that to have blown up that building

01:24:15.000 to hear about devices being taken out and i know that was in clinton's administration

01:24:21.000 and i know bush wants to put that behind him, but man, I would think this would be

01:24:25.000 related to 911 and...

01:24:26.000 And all the questions that people have.

01:24:29.000 And so this is one reason, I think, why people have a hard time.

01:24:32.000 Wait a minute, you know, we have all these questions over here and are we really being told the truth about this?

01:24:38.000 We've lost so many rights since 9-1-1.

01:24:41.000 Are you concerned at all about our loss of rights?

01:24:44.000 I am more concerned about our survival right now.

01:24:47.000 I would say, of course, I'm concerned about rights.

01:24:52.000 Right off the neocon script, he's not concerned about our rights.

01:24:57.000 That's what America is.

01:24:58.000 The border stays open.

01:24:59.000 [inaudible]

01:25:02.000 Alright, that was Bill Bennett a while back in our program.

01:25:05.000 Right off the neocon script, he's not concerned about our rights.

01:25:08.000 That's what America is. The border stays open.

01:25:11.000 They're taking the matricula cards in over 850 cities now. 0.59

01:25:15.000 But that doesn't matter.

01:25:17.000 You're gonna be pushed around and shoved around.

01:25:19.000 You're called straight ahead with our guest on the other side.

01:25:24.000 We're on the march.

01:25:25.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:25:27.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:25:35.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

01:25:40.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

01:25:44.000 Wee Water.

01:25:46.000 (music)

01:25:56.000 He rode a blazing saddle.

01:25:59.000 He wore a shining star.

01:26:02.000 His job to all the battle He was Batman near and far.

01:26:10.000 He conquered fear and he conquered hate.

01:26:14.000 He turned dark night into day.

01:26:17.000 He made his blazing saddle.

01:26:20.000 He put torch to light the way.

01:26:24.000 (music)

01:26:26.000 When outlaws moved and fear filled the land.

01:26:32.000 A cry went up for a man with such faith.

01:26:37.000 Well, we never heard that whole song.

01:26:41.000 A man who was brave, with justice for all as his aim.

01:26:47.000 Then out of the sun rode a man with a gun, and Bart was his name.

01:26:54.000 Yes, Bart was his name.

01:26:59.000 He rode a blazing saddle...

01:27:02.000 Okay, well we never heard that whole song, but it's great.

01:27:06.000 Uh, Alex Jones here, back live as I was saying.

01:27:09.000 We've got Sheriff Richard Mack coming up in about 10 minutes just for an update with a big protest going on in Salt Lake City.

01:27:15.000 We're talking to Tim Barrons from KJSL 630 AM.

01:27:22.000 They're in Salt Lake City.

01:27:24.000 I'm a little flustered.

01:27:26.000 I'm sorry, man.

01:27:27.000 I went the wrong way here.

01:27:29.000 They're in St.

01:27:30.000 Louis.

01:27:30.000 We've got Sheriff Mack joining us from Salt Lake.

01:27:34.000 Can't this possibly backfire on Ashcroft to have this roadshow lying, telling more lies, kind of like Clinton's lies backfiring on him?

01:27:51.000 It's just sad.

01:27:54.000 I went to see the guy sing at a church here locally a while back when he was running for the Senate.

01:28:01.000 I met him and I've heard his testimony.

01:28:04.000 For him to get in there and be a part of this massive cover-up.

01:28:08.000 We are losing as Americans.

01:28:11.000 We're giving up the very essence of what makes us Americans.

01:28:14.000 Our rights to freedom, privacy, liberty, in exchange for the false measure of security, which is no measure at all.

01:28:24.000 Absolutely.

01:28:24.000 Let's go to some calls.

01:28:25.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Allen in Ohio.

01:28:28.000 Allen, thanks for holding.

01:28:29.000 Go ahead.

01:28:29.000 Hello, Alex.

01:28:31.000 Welcome to Ohio.

01:28:33.000 Land of power outages, federal government-controlled sheriffs, and SWAT team murders.

01:28:40.000 I had a question for you.

01:28:42.000 I've been reading some interesting stuff in my favorite newsletter from Florida, and he mentioned that the elitists are furious with George Bush and his staff for a lot of things they've done.

01:28:59.000 Could you elaborate on that, if you know anything to add?

01:29:05.000 Well, again, that's a pretty broad subject.

01:29:07.000 Say that again?

01:29:10.000 I suggest that the world elitists are furious with George Bush.

01:29:17.000 I've talked about this a hundred times.

01:29:19.000 The UN, the people that own the big banks, that own Europe, America was used As the bad cop to go in and take over Iraq and to do all these other invasions.

01:29:30.000 Then the EU and the UN comes out posing as if they're the peace mix and con the third world into accepting this whole new world order system.

01:29:40.000 There is no difference between Europe and America. 0.68

01:29:42.000 While Bush is bad-mouthing the UN out of one side of his mouth, he's increasing their funding and signing onto UNESCO out of the other side.

01:29:49.000 Tim Barrons, any comments?

01:29:51.000 Well, no, just tell me, we have troops in 120 countries now.

01:29:55.000 120 countries!

01:29:56.000 And I saw a clip over the weekend where he was railing on Clinton for having too many troops spread throughout the globe.

01:30:04.000 And here we've never had this many troops in this many countries under any president.

01:30:09.000 I remember that clip where Bush said we shouldn't have them all over, telling people what to do, we should have them back here at home, and now they've got deployments all over the place. 0.53

01:30:19.000 Right, exactly.

01:30:20.000 If we were attacked on American soil, we don't have the troops to defend our homeland.

01:30:27.000 And that term, and thanks for the call, Alan, that term, the homeland, I mean that's right out of Nazi Germany where it was Reich security.

01:30:36.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:30:37.000 Amazing.

01:30:37.000 Let's talk to Charlie in Pennsylvania.

01:30:39.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

01:30:42.000 Good to talk to you, Charles.

01:30:45.000 Okay, he may be gone.

01:30:47.000 Alright, we'll move on.

01:30:49.000 Let's talk to Ron in Oklahoma.

01:30:51.000 Ron, you're on the air.

01:30:52.000 Go ahead.

01:30:56.000 Okay, we'll try to go back to Charles.

01:30:57.000 Let's go ahead and go back to Charles.

01:30:59.000 Hello, Charles.

01:31:00.000 You're on the air.

01:31:00.000 Hello, can you hear me?

01:31:01.000 I can now, yeah.

01:31:03.000 Okay.

01:31:03.000 Hey, it's Pete Peters.

01:31:05.000 It's spreading that stuff around about Roy Moore.

01:31:08.000 This guy's supposed to have an IQ of 160. 0.99

01:31:11.000 You could never tell it by listening to some of the garbage he puts out. 0.99

01:31:15.000 I'm really sick of these people, I'm telling you. 0.99

01:31:20.000 You touched on this, and Alex seems to really have a handle on it, on how these people tell these outrageous lies and identify themselves as Christians. 0.98

01:31:30.000 We have this here on just a local talk show, the 50,000 watch talk shows, where they profess Christianity and then rail against the Ten Commandments and Judge Roy Moore.

01:31:42.000 The dialectic It's just, I'm really frustrated about this.

01:31:47.000 I read this speech that Mr. Ashcroft gave, "No King But Jesus," done at Bob Jones University,

01:31:55.000 and I look at that speech and I listen to what he says and what he does, and there's

01:32:00.000 a serious disconnect here.

01:32:02.000 He's a wolf in sheep's clothing, the devil comes as an angel of light and quotes scripture.

01:32:07.000 I mean, Hitler loved the Bible, he used it all the time, Romans 13, to follow evil government, 0.95

01:32:13.000 taking out context.

01:32:14.000 And I know KJSL is a Christian station.

01:32:18.000 Comments to what Charles is saying.

01:32:21.000 Right.

01:32:21.000 Well, you know, I think we saw a little of what he was going to do at the confirmation hearings when he backed down from his stand on Roe v. Wade.

01:32:30.000 He had been pro-life up to that time.

01:32:33.000 And then I thought for sure when he got in, okay, first he's going to go after that Vince Foster murder.

01:32:41.000 He's certainly going to, I mean, no dirt on the guy's feet.

01:32:44.000 I mean, investigated by the Park Police.

01:32:46.000 Certainly we're going to get to the bottom of this.

01:32:51.000 And then I see this covered up, and Oklahoma City, there's nothing there.

01:32:54.000 Hundreds of people see this, over a hundred people see a missile hit TWA Flight 800, and nothing's followed up there.

01:33:00.000 I think, what is going on?

01:33:02.000 Well, it seemed to me that this thing with this Judge Roy Moore, no matter who Judge Roy Moore is, the issue that's at hand here is a chance to reverse 50 and 60 years of this trash where we have been shamed into silence.

01:33:17.000 They're not going to stop here. 0.60

01:33:19.000 You'll be hiding in a basement somewhere to read your Bible if we continue to allow these people. 1.00

01:33:25.000 Have you ever been in the Truman Library?

01:33:30.000 No, I understand, and I would like to know if anybody's ever been in there, that there is a picture of Mr. Truman in his full Mason regalia, his 33rd degree Mason regalia, and I would like to know if there's any truth to that.

01:33:42.000 See, Hugo Black was a 33rd degree Mason, and this is when it started in 1847.

01:33:47.000 Great points, great fire, thanks for the call.

01:33:49.000 You know, this whole thing with Judge Roy Moore, I mean, for crying out loud, Congress purchased Bibles for schools in 1786.

01:33:58.000 Where's the separation of church and state in that?

01:34:00.000 I mean, if anybody knew about the separation of church and state, it would have been Congress in 1786.

01:34:05.000 George Washington said it's impossible to govern the world without God and the Bible.

01:34:10.000 Patrick Henry said this world, this country, was not founded by religionists, but by Christians.

01:34:17.000 I mean, this is the guy who said, "If life is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be

01:34:23.000 purchased at the price of change or slavery, forbid it, almighty God.

01:34:27.000 I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death." 0.84

01:34:31.000 Woo! 0.99

01:34:33.000 I love it.

01:34:33.000 Exactly.

01:34:34.000 That's Tim Barron's 630 AM right there in St.

01:34:37.000 Louis, KJSL.

01:34:39.000 Tim, you're absolutely right.

01:34:41.000 I mean, that was Thomas Jefferson.

01:34:43.000 in a letter and everybody knows well everybody doesn't know that we know this

01:34:47.000 listenership knows it's a fraud we know that that passage is a direct and total fraud

01:34:53.000 across the board the first amendment says the government doesn't get involved

01:34:57.000 in what churches do not that churches don't get involved in government right

01:35:01.000 Congress shall make no wrong and and I don't agree with everything Paul Harvey says

01:35:08.000 certainly but he said it was interesting we have God on our money we have

01:35:12.000 God at the Supreme Court with the 10 commandments right behind them

01:35:15.000 we have the president swears on the Bible so help me God we do it in a court of

01:35:19.000 law he says you have to wonder what commandment these opponents

01:35:23.000 are you know are bothered by

01:35:27.000 Well, I'll tell you what I'm sick of.

01:35:29.000 You've got some people who are mad at Moore because he's not bringing up the rebel flag and all this.

01:35:35.000 They're mad at him because they're going, well, what God are you talking about?

01:35:38.000 He said the God of the Bible.

01:35:40.000 And that's what our Magna Carta in 1214 grew into the Bill of Rights and Constitution in 1789.

01:35:48.000 That's the bedrock of the Declaration of Independence, July 4th, 1776.

01:35:54.000 That's what America's all about.

01:35:57.000 Judge Roy Moore's doing a great job.

01:35:59.000 There's a lot of so-called conservatives that haven't gotten behind what he's doing.

01:36:03.000 Now there is something I want to warn people about, and that's Some of the neocons that have been around this issue that have tried to pick up on it because they're trying to act like conservatives.

01:36:12.000 I mean, look, we got seven members of the Supreme Court appointed by Republicans.

01:36:16.000 The judge going after more, appointed by Bush.

01:36:19.000 And I want to know why the conservatives aren't more upset about Bush on that issue, Tim.

01:36:24.000 That's right.

01:36:24.000 He can get away with anything.

01:36:26.000 He's endorsed Arnold Schwarzenegger in California, says he'd be a good governor. 0.96

01:36:30.000 This is the guy who favors homosexuals adopting children and who favors the killing of the Abortion, gun control, he said I admire Adolf Hitler, he hangs around with Kurt Voltheim, and the ADL and Simon Wiesenthal love him! 0.95

01:36:46.000 It's amazing. 0.97

01:36:48.000 It blows me away because we stand against Nazis here on this show.

01:36:52.000 Right.

01:36:52.000 And I cannot believe the ADL and others and Simon Wiesenthal Center will list mainstream gun groups, conservative groups on their digital hate 2000 list and then not list Arnold but go after the passion.

01:37:06.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:37:08.000 And we've had Hutton Gibson on the show, and he says that his son, he's talked to him, isn't taking any of this stuff out, that it's totally made up, and the thing is word for word out of the Bible.

01:37:17.000 Right, right.

01:37:19.000 I really think the White House is probably behind Arnold running.

01:37:22.000 They probably said, look, we'll say that you'd make a good governor.

01:37:26.000 They're certainly not going to say that McClintock, Tom McClintock, the conservative, would make a good governor.

01:37:31.000 Or Simon.

01:37:34.000 And Bill Simon, what's his name, Simon's first name, he's pulled out.

01:37:39.000 He's no longer part of the party.

01:37:40.000 Yeah, he's dropped out this weekend because Arnold's behind the other Nazi, Bustamante, who's part of the racist Mecha Group.

01:37:48.000 So we've got two racists, and I'll say it, Arnold said, quote, I admire Hitler, he hangs around with Kurt Voltheim, so he doesn't apologize for it. 0.81

01:37:57.000 That's about as Nazi as it gets, folks. 0.97

01:37:59.000 See, a person, when I was in the service, I came close to joining the Nazi party, because a friend was telling me the problem was with the blacks and the Jews.

01:38:08.000 And I started following this fellow, George Lincoln Rockwell, around.

01:38:12.000 And if he hadn't been killed, I probably would have joined when I came out.

01:38:16.000 But my father was a Baptist minister.

01:38:18.000 And I was ranting and raving about how the Jews controlled the media one day. 1.00

01:38:23.000 My dad, and he looked up at me and he said, Tim, a person cannot be a Christian and hate the Jews.

01:38:28.000 I said, how come?

01:38:28.000 He says, because Jesus was Jewish!

01:38:31.000 And the Bible was written by Jews.

01:38:33.000 Yeah, you can have, you can have, but then the double-sided issue is, then the ADL and Simon Wiesenthal Center say, you can't criticize anything Israel's doing, or anything somebody's doing if they just so happen to be Jewish, and that's where the fraud comes in. 0.82

01:38:47.000 Right, right.

01:38:48.000 And we stand against evil people, whether they're Chinese or Jewish or German. 1.00

01:38:52.000 Let's talk to Ron in Oklahoma.

01:38:53.000 You're on the air with Tim Behrens.

01:38:54.000 Go ahead.

01:38:57.000 I heard Cam a minute ago talking about the Oklahoma City bombing.

01:39:00.000 I got a couple questions for him about it.

01:39:04.000 He seems to be knowledgeable on the subject.

01:39:06.000 For one, I was told that this ammonium nitrate explosive is so unstable that it would have been impossible to mix it up in Kansas and transport it to Oklahoma without blowing oneself to smithereens.

01:39:20.000 And then for another, Who but the government would have had access to a federal building over a weekend to plant explosives in the building on the beam?

01:39:29.000 And that's a military operation?

01:39:31.000 They took those bombs out.

01:39:33.000 Go ahead, Tim.

01:39:34.000 No, I just, I mean, there's so much.

01:39:36.000 I mean, the ATF being given the day off, McVeigh leaving the scene with no license plate, John Doe number two, a $2 million bounty on his head, and all of a sudden there's no John Doe number two.

01:39:49.000 He never existed.

01:39:51.000 You know, for people who doubt this, they need to get that video on OneVideo.

01:39:55.000 You have, Alex, with all that... You're doing interviews of people who heard two explosions there.

01:40:01.000 And of course, what General Partin said in his report, there's no way that a truck could have done that.

01:40:07.000 We've got the local newscast where they're taking the bombs out.

01:40:10.000 You've got them saying there's these Iraqis.

01:40:12.000 The thing is, they work for the CIA, not for... not for Saddam. 0.61

01:40:17.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:40:18.000 Anything else, Ron?

01:40:19.000 Yeah, I have spent hours running this Oklahoma City bombing over in my head, Alex, because I'm here in Oklahoma City not far from the start of the bombing.

01:40:29.000 One other thing that's bothered me is the fact that The media has presented McVeigh as being above average intelligence.

01:40:35.000 This guy is supposedly show star, but he put this entire operation together on a shoestring budget.

01:40:41.000 And then he's stumbling around on the side of the road saying, I got a chip, I got a chip, which by the way is the Associated Press. 0.99

01:40:48.000 He's driving around without a license tag, which is stupid. 0.99

01:40:51.000 He's telling the officer he has a gun. 1.00

01:40:53.000 If he just knew He knew that he killed somebody.

01:40:57.000 At least one person.

01:40:58.000 He blew up a federal building.

01:40:59.000 He didn't shoot it out with his stop.

01:41:02.000 What's going on?

01:41:03.000 It has never added up to me, guys.

01:41:05.000 Well, Craig Roberts has a great book on it, too.

01:41:07.000 It's called The Medusa Files, and he investigated it for six months.

01:41:11.000 He was a cop in Tulsa, and they called him to Oklahoma City, and they wanted him to investigate it.

01:41:16.000 He quit after six months because they weren't following up on his leads.

01:41:19.000 Well, they've also killed a bunch of cops who were involved exposing it.

01:41:22.000 Right.

01:41:23.000 Who is covering it up?

01:41:24.000 Is it city officials?

01:41:25.000 City police?

01:41:26.000 Are there It's the whole government.

01:41:29.000 The federal government has argued under Freedom of Information Act to block the release of those surveillance camera tapes.

01:41:36.000 Alex, do you have Charles Keyes' website or something?

01:41:39.000 Keyes had a 500 page report on this whole thing.

01:41:42.000 He needs to get that and also your video on 9-1-1 that has clips on that.

01:41:46.000 I have the 9-1-1 video, Jim.

01:41:48.000 I've been passing it out here in Oklahoma City.

01:41:51.000 You know who Charles Keyes is, don't you?

01:41:53.000 Yes, sir.

01:41:53.000 He was demonized, vilified, ridiculed by the local media.

01:41:58.000 He is selling the final report, and you need to contact him.

01:42:02.000 I don't know how you do that.

01:42:03.000 He died from cancer.

01:42:05.000 Wasn't he a state representative for state cancer?

01:42:07.000 Yeah, I didn't realize he had passed away.

01:42:08.000 I think he did, a year or two ago.

01:42:12.000 No, I don't think that's right.

01:42:13.000 Really?

01:42:15.000 Okay.

01:42:15.000 No, you're talking about one of the fathers of some of the kids.

01:42:19.000 No, no.

01:42:20.000 This is a state representative who... Yeah, yeah.

01:42:22.000 No, he's still alive. Let's not start that one, boy.

01:42:27.000 Thanks for the call. We've got a final segment with Tim Barrons coming up.

01:42:30.000 We'll tell you about his powerful radio show that he does with Al there every morning.

01:42:35.000 You can hear it in several states. Strongest daytime signal in St. Louis.

01:42:39.000 It's 6.30 a.m. in St. Louis.

01:42:52.000 But yeah, we do a program, we cover half of Missouri, half of Illinois, get into Kentucky and Indiana.

01:42:58.000 Well that's exciting because I know we've got a few affiliates in Kansas but not up in St. Louis.

01:43:04.000 Louis, Tim.

01:43:06.000 I've got a few other news articles I want to throw out at you, too, when we get back.

01:43:09.000 Spy plans for new cars.

01:43:11.000 The government is reportedly planning to fit all cars with a personalized microchip, so rule-breaking motorists can be prosecuted by computer.

01:43:19.000 Alex, I need to close on a house today.

01:43:21.000 I'm going to have to go.

01:43:23.000 Oh, that's right.

01:43:23.000 You're in the radio studio.

01:43:25.000 They're running you out of there.

01:43:27.000 All right.

01:43:28.000 Thanks a lot, Tim.

01:45:53.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

01:45:57.000 The New World Order.

01:45:59.000 Can emerge.

01:46:01.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:46:05.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart piece by piece and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:46:12.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:46:14.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:46:25.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

01:46:41.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:46:51.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:46:58.000 He's a great guy, really researched the New World Order.

01:47:09.000 He had to leave us because a live show was coming in.

01:47:11.000 So we're about to go to Bob and Barney and others.

01:47:14.000 We're going to have wide open phones for the rest of the show.

01:47:19.000 800-259-9231.

01:47:20.000 And we will get an update from the huge protests.

01:47:22.000 Well, when we left Richard Mack an hour ago, or 54 minutes ago, it was over 500 people there in Salt Lake City who are Protesting against the Patriot Act, so that's coming up as well.

01:47:38.000 Also, spying plans for new cars.

01:47:42.000 The government is reportedly planning to fit all cars in Britain with a personalized microchip so rule-breaking motorists can be prosecuted by computer.

01:47:54.000 And it goes on, the chip will automatically report a wide range of offenses, including speeding, road tax evasion, and illegal parking, according to Sunday Times Newspaper.

01:48:05.000 Now by road tax evasion, they're talking about the new law they're trying to pass.

01:48:12.000 They passed it in certain cities.

01:48:13.000 You've got to have a satellite tracker box in your car.

01:48:16.000 And again, it all happens years ago, about seven, eight years ago, worldwide, in the Western world.

01:48:22.000 All the new cars have the hardware for satellite trackers into the ignition.

01:48:26.000 Already there, they plug in the $25 unit and you're being tracked and taxed.

01:48:33.000 And the feds are putting new mandates on the states and on the counties in England saying you have got to accept this to pay for your federal programs we're mandating.

01:48:43.000 The same way across the western world.

01:48:46.000 So you talk about Big Brother, Cameras in the schools, we're talking about cameras in the homes for old people by law, because, well, you know, it'll keep them safe, or cameras in the homes of anybody who's on probation.

01:48:59.000 I mean, this is 1984.

01:49:00.000 It really is 1984, folks.

01:49:00.000 in nineteen eighty four it really is nineteen eighty four folks it's happening

01:49:07.000 right now and we've got to start the protest the demonstrations the

01:49:11.000 education of the people about the satellite tracking a taxation

01:49:15.000 about the face scanning cameras are going in nationwide Everybody says they're taking them out in Miami.

01:49:20.000 That's just because that particular company was run by a convicted felon, and now that all came out.

01:49:27.000 But they're putting in other systems in Miami and Tampa and other areas as that happens.

01:49:34.000 So we're in the fight of our lives, folks, the fight with everything on the line.

01:49:38.000 Bottom line, but before I end this hour and come back with all the news we haven't gotten to in your calls, I do want to challenge every listener of this show to get the Road to Tyranny.

01:49:49.000 My video that Tim Berens was recommending, that the callers were recommending, 9-1-1 the Road to Tyranny, the most definitive work out there on government-sponsored terrorism in video form.

01:50:01.000 Masters of Terror is part two of that film.

01:50:03.000 They're both over two hours long.

01:50:05.000 The new book is Order Out of Chaos, Elite Sponsored Terrorism and the New World Order.

01:50:09.000 It covers other examples of government sponsored terror around the world and September 11th and a bunch of other key issues of the police state and the New World Order.

01:50:20.000 My book, Dissent to Tyranny, also covers government-sponsored terror.

01:50:24.000 It's the most important subject, folks, because this is how they get the control.

01:50:27.000 This is how they scare us into submission, is by government-sponsored terror.

01:50:30.000 So, again, Infowars.com, PrisonPlanet.com, or 1-888-253-3139 to order.

01:50:42.000 Or just write to me, Alex Jones, at 3000-888-253-3139.

01:51:27.000 On the other side, your calls, more guests, and a bunch of news.

01:51:31.000 Hello, folks, this is Alex Jones introducing you to the incredible Berkey Solar Charger.

01:51:37.000 Your source for free solar electricity.

01:51:39.000 This portable system is the size of a book when folded up with a phone network.

01:51:43.000 Big Brother.

01:51:53.000 Mainstream media.

01:51:54.000 Government cover-ups.

01:51:56.000 You want answers?

01:51:58.000 Well, so does he.

01:51:59.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:52:04.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:52:09.000 Folks, we've got a major news blitz lined up for you in this last 60 minutes.

01:52:15.000 We've got left here a bunch of your calls.

01:52:17.000 We're going to have Sheriff Mack from Salt Lake City, Utah, check back in with us.

01:52:23.000 Last time we talked to him over an hour ago.

01:52:26.000 There were over 500 people there protesting the liar, John Ashcroft, who says the Patriot Act doesn't take your rights and is no big deal and is needed to protect liberty.

01:52:38.000 We had Tim Behrens on from KJSL Radio in the last hour playing clips of Ashcroft.

01:52:43.000 I want to thank him for coming on the show.

01:52:46.000 We've got Bob and Barney and Troy and many others that are holding.

01:52:49.000 Let's go to the calls quickly.

01:52:51.000 The toll-free number to join us on air is 800-259-9231.

01:52:57.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Bob in New York.

01:53:00.000 Go ahead, Bob.

01:53:01.000 Hi, Alex.

01:53:01.000 How are you today?

01:53:02.000 Pretty good, my friend.

01:53:03.000 I have a dissenting opinion in regards to the Ten Commandments being placed in the courthouse in Alabama.

01:53:12.000 Don't get me wrong about this.

01:53:14.000 You think it legitimizes an illegitimate court system?

01:53:17.000 Well, I think it's more designed for OJTV.

01:53:21.000 I believe myself, personally, that they should have never been placed in the courthouse in the first place.

01:53:27.000 A copy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence should be there.

01:53:34.000 And the reason, you know, for my belief is that the Ten Commandments is a unique philosophy of three major religions, okay?

01:53:46.000 There are more.

01:53:47.000 And as Thomas Jefferson alluded to saying, he said, I do not care whether a man believes in one god or a thousand or none.

01:53:56.000 It neither breaks my bone or robs money from my wallet.

01:54:01.000 I think this was designed for a big giant spin.

01:54:05.000 That's my personal opinion.

01:54:08.000 I certainly I think that the separation of church and state, I mean, the word God is in our documents, okay? 0.99

01:54:15.000 They will stay there unless these bastards try to take them out. 0.98

01:54:19.000 Well, see, you don't understand. 1.00

01:54:20.000 Okay.

01:54:21.000 It's okay to have a Greek God.

01:54:22.000 It's okay to bus all the high school kids or junior high kids or elementary kids to Harry Potter, which does get you into witchcraft.

01:54:28.000 It's a fact.

01:54:28.000 It's written to do that.

01:54:29.000 It's a primer.

01:54:30.000 That's all okay, but then you got something that is part of our government, was part of our government, That only Christian societies have had freedom, sir. 0.97

01:54:41.000 And that's what was built into our government.

01:54:43.000 And it's a lot, they were all a bunch of deists.

01:54:46.000 Now, Jefferson wasn't, you know, somewhat.

01:54:50.000 But the point is, the point here is, is that they want to do that so they can get rid of the Declaration of Independence.

01:54:56.000 A Kentucky court, federal court, already said it's unconstitutional.

01:55:00.000 Because it has creator in it.

01:55:03.000 I myself, you know, I certainly believe in those Ten Commandments, but what I would argue, okay, on the other side is, no, it's not right there's a statue of Athena and all this other cult worship nonsense within the system, and that's got to go too.

01:55:19.000 Yeah, but you notice that's not going to go, and why is that?

01:55:23.000 Why is that?

01:55:24.000 Because they're devil worshippers, Alex.

01:55:27.000 That's their core belief.

01:55:29.000 I'll tell you this, certainly it's turned into a circus, a media circus, but what Judge Roy Moore is doing is a good thing, it's a good focus.

01:55:37.000 The problem is the conservatives are blind, liking Bush during this period, when it's Bush's minions that are doing all this, Ron.

01:55:44.000 Thanks for the call, and Bob, thanks for the call.

01:55:46.000 Barney in Maryland.

01:55:47.000 Go ahead, Barney.

01:55:49.000 Yeah, how you doing, Alex?

01:55:50.000 Fantastic.

01:55:52.000 There's an article in the Maryland paper A local Associated Press article, uh, Maryland Basilical at center of constitutional, uh, uh, crisis.

01:56:06.000 Uh, it says that the, uh, has anybody touched on this yet?

01:56:10.000 Touched on what?

01:56:12.000 Uh, the Basilical's history, historic trust is now applying for up to $4 million in state and federal money to help refurbish the church for its bicentennial.

01:56:24.000 Yeah, that's dangerous that we have faith-based initiative churches getting money from the feds.

01:56:35.000 Stay there.

01:56:36.000 Yeah, this is part of the government taking over private schooling, homeschooling churches.

01:56:42.000 If they can't beat us, they'll just buy us.

01:59:54.000 Okay, folks.

01:59:54.000 We're back live.

01:59:54.000 (music)

02:00:16.000 Okay, folks. We're back live. We appreciate you joining us today.

02:00:21.000 And let's go ahead and go back to the calls.

02:00:23.000 Barney in Maryland was talking about how, up in Maryland, the local church wants money from the government.

02:00:30.000 And this is part of the New America, where the government functions, but the Ten Commandments comes out of the government buildings.

02:00:36.000 Which is the opposite of what the government is supposed to do.

02:00:39.000 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

02:00:47.000 It's not to keep religious people out of government.

02:00:50.000 It's to keep the government out of the church.

02:00:53.000 And so we see the opposite of that now taking place.

02:00:57.000 And it's very dangerous to have... Well, now the feds want to fund private schools, the churches.

02:01:04.000 They're federalizing local police.

02:01:07.000 It's horrible.

02:01:09.000 So before we go back to Barney and Troy and others, let's go to Sheriff Mack, who's there in the middle of the protest.

02:01:15.000 He's been going for about four hours.

02:01:17.000 How many people are now in Salt Lake City standing up to Heinrich Ashcroft?

02:01:23.000 Well, Alex, it's just now breaking up.

02:01:28.000 Ashcroft has left the building.

02:01:31.000 They really did some count-and-mouse games getting him in and out.

02:01:35.000 When did he leave?

02:01:37.000 Uh, just about fifteen minutes ago.

02:01:39.000 Fifteen minutes ago?

02:01:40.000 Boy, I don't like to have thought that.

02:01:42.000 Well... So what happened?

02:01:45.000 Well, he, uh, we think, uh, they had a little bit of a decoy, and this not even happened in the middle of the Grand America, which is the part of the street.

02:01:57.000 You know, sounds like you're in a parking garage or something, Sheriff Knight.

02:02:01.000 No, I'm outside, but it's just not a good reception here, and I apologize for that.

02:02:07.000 Stand right there, that's a good spot.

02:02:09.000 Tell us what happened.

02:02:11.000 I'll be speaking closer to the mic here on my phone, but the whole thing is breaking up now.

02:02:17.000 We had a good crowd, every walk of life, rich people, poor people, hippies, businessmen, Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Independents, and I think this is a typical example of how the people are starting to wake up in this country and join together in standing for the freedom that was originally our birthright.

02:02:41.000 Now, for those that don't know, Ashcroft's doing a national tour of lying.

02:02:45.000 We aired one of his clips last hour where he told dozens of lies in the space of five minutes.

02:02:49.000 Everything he said was a congenital lie.

02:02:53.000 Sheriff Richard Mack, who was out there demonstrating against this, last time we talked to you there were 500 plus people.

02:02:59.000 How many people when the rally ended?

02:03:02.000 About how it ended, Alex, they kind of got surrounded the building of the hotel there so we could make

02:03:10.000 sure he saw us no matter which way he left or came in.

02:03:15.000 We wanted to make sure he knew that Salt Lake City and Utah was not supporting him

02:03:21.000 or this abomination called the Patriot Act.

02:03:25.000 He is now on his way to Boise, and we sure hope that the Idahoans up there are ready for him too.

02:03:31.000 According to the Associated Press, here in front of me now, it says Attorney General John Ashcroft is to visit Boise on

02:03:41.000 Monday.

02:03:42.000 It's expected to draw protest.

02:03:43.000 Ashcroft is hitting 18 cities in three weeks to gain support for the USA Patriot Act.

02:03:48.000 His visit is not open to the public, but it will bring out many who strongly oppose the Patriot Act.

02:03:54.000 A group called Boise Patriots is gathering at BSU library tomorrow at noon to begin their protest.

02:04:00.000 Members are also holding a press conference in front of the Boise City Hall at 1130 a.m.

02:04:05.000 The Boise Patriots had a booth at the Western Idaho Fair.

02:04:08.000 They got a petition signature as opposing the Patriot Act.

02:04:12.000 Now understand that That the National News is billing these as town hall meetings and showing people in plain clothes around the police in Ashcroft as if these are people there supporting him and clapping.

02:04:27.000 This is totally staged like Russia. 0.71

02:04:30.000 Is this not outrageous?

02:04:32.000 It is, Alex.

02:04:33.000 There is nothing like that happening here.

02:04:36.000 There are no town hall meetings.

02:04:38.000 This is like it was in Salt Lake.

02:04:40.000 It was only for law enforcement officials.

02:04:42.000 It was so that Ashcroft could have the chance to inculcate and brainwash local law enforcement into jumping on board like the little Nuremberg officers he was hoping to get here.

02:04:55.000 You said the Nuremberg officers he was hoping to get there.

02:04:58.000 You cut out for a second.

02:04:59.000 Sheriff Mack, anything else you'd like to add?

02:05:02.000 Well, Alex, if there's anything else that happens, I'll back and I sure appreciate your support and the good people that listen to your show.

02:05:10.000 This is a time where we have got to take a stand.

02:05:13.000 And I do want to add, I heard on your show earlier, I want to say God bless the Judge Moore, and we certainly wish him and all the patriots out there the best.

02:05:22.000 Absolutely.

02:05:22.000 Sheriff Mike, just one or two final questions, I'll let you go.

02:05:25.000 The crowd out there, you say there was a lot of media.

02:05:30.000 Are you expecting to see any reports on this nationally?

02:05:34.000 Well, you know, that remains to be seen.

02:05:37.000 I'm going to turn it on and Have my TV on and see what's going to come across and to see how they spin this.

02:05:45.000 I'm very curious to see how they're going to spin it all.

02:05:48.000 What does it mean that Ashcroft is in a bunker mentality only spending a few hours in your city and then escaping?

02:05:56.000 Well, he is on a hit and run mode.

02:05:59.000 He doesn't want to stay too long in any one place, I guess, because he knows that he's not going to get much support.

02:06:05.000 So he's got to go bunker to bunker And hopefully get local officials to get behind him.

02:06:11.000 I certainly hope, though, he doesn't find too many more Orrin Hatches. 0.98

02:06:15.000 Oh, yeah, Orrin Hatch has been supportive of getting Arnold into the presidency, changing that law, giving illegals more tuition than citizens, supporting the Patriot Act.

02:06:26.000 Orrin Hatch really is their favorite minion in the Senate.

02:06:31.000 Orrin Hatch is trying to set himself up to be appointed to the U.S.

02:06:36.000 Supreme Court.

02:06:37.000 God forbid.

02:06:39.000 And he's doing everything to show how centrist and middle of the road he is.

02:06:43.000 He's an embarrassment to the Constitution and to America and to Utah.

02:06:47.000 All right.

02:06:48.000 Well, Sheriff Richard Mack, the guy that stood up to the feds on the Brady Law, took it to the Supreme Court.

02:06:53.000 God bless you and thanks for joining us.

02:06:55.000 All right, Alex.

02:06:55.000 I'll see you soon, brother.

02:06:56.000 Take care.

02:06:57.000 And he can also be heard on Ktalk Radio.

02:06:59.000 They're locally in Salt Lake that I am a routine guest on.

02:07:03.000 Okay.

02:07:03.000 I know we've got a lot of callers.

02:07:05.000 Barney in Maryland talking about how the feds are taking the Ten Commandments out but federally funding the churches.

02:07:11.000 Go ahead.

02:07:11.000 Yeah, quoting his paper, Alex, critics say preservation funds for religious sites, which the Bush administration made available recently, flout the U.S.

02:07:22.000 Constitution.

02:07:24.000 And then there's Reverend Barry Lynn, Executive Director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State, a Washington-based organization, and in a quote from him he says, the big problem with the White House is they seem to have lost all memory Of church-state separation, said the Reverend Barry Mann.

02:07:45.000 Okay, and what do you think about all this?

02:07:48.000 Well, I don't think that the government should provide money for churches, no.

02:07:53.000 Alright, thanks for the call.

02:07:55.000 Let me say this, now notice how sophisticated this is.

02:08:00.000 You got Bush and his judges ordering another judge, Roy Moore, Chief Justice of Alabama, to take Ten Commandments out.

02:08:06.000 Republicans are doing this, okay?

02:08:09.000 There's almost a total media block out on that central fact.

02:08:12.000 At the same time, you've got the socialist group, Americans for Church and State Separation, and I've noticed that they are all against the faith-based initiative, which is good. 0.99

02:08:23.000 It's good to be against the faith-based initiative. 1.00

02:08:26.000 Federal funds, I mean, it's like a billion bucks he wants for new age groups, three billion for Christians, another couple billion for other religious groups.

02:08:35.000 Federally controlling that.

02:08:37.000 Totally unconstitutional.

02:08:39.000 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

02:08:44.000 But then conservatives see bad groups that are against the Ten Commandments and against the Declaration of Independence and against all this.

02:08:53.000 They see a group that's bad on some issues that's right on this issue making it a left-right debate.

02:08:58.000 And then the establishment just moves forward.

02:09:01.000 What they hate is a fight like we see against the Patriot Act.

02:09:06.000 And in this fight against the Patriot Act, it is just absolutely massive, the support for the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:09:16.000 The liberals, the conservatives, the constitutionalists, the Christians, the Patriots, the Green Party people.

02:09:24.000 And it's conservative areas that have got the biggest crowds out on the streets.

02:09:28.000 Boise and Salt Lake and Alaska.

02:09:32.000 And here in Austin, Texas, you go to one of the rallies against the Patriot Act for conservatives and patriots, but it's always run by the ACLU, who then drop the ball purposely over and over again and have ensured that it didn't get passed here in Austin.

02:09:47.000 And I've been watching that.

02:09:49.000 And I told people three weeks ago, I said, I'm not going to the council anymore.

02:09:52.000 This is a staged event.

02:09:55.000 So you'll have to sign up there in Citizens Communication to talk to them.

02:09:58.000 You're never going to get the Talking Treat Act.

02:10:00.000 Every week they say, come back next week, sign up next week.

02:10:02.000 Then they say, sorry, you can't talk.

02:10:05.000 Then they'll have somebody walk up with a banjo and play songs about handing your property over for an hour.

02:10:11.000 On purpose!

02:10:12.000 They'll put something in frivolous every time it was to be your time to speak.

02:10:17.000 So, I mean, it's a sick joke.

02:10:18.000 It's leftists running the Austin City Council, acting like they're against the Patriot Act.

02:10:23.000 Because they have to, because of the liberals that are in this city.

02:10:26.000 The well-meaning, bleeding-heart liberals. 1.00

02:10:29.000 The poor idiots. 1.00

02:10:31.000 Just like the poor idiot neocons. 1.00

02:10:33.000 Hey, liberals, you should love George Bush. 1.00

02:10:36.000 He protects Bill Clinton and Pardongate. 0.99

02:10:38.000 He's for open borders.

02:10:39.000 He's for the most draconian gun control ever seen.

02:10:42.000 We're signing on to UNESCO and the U.N.

02:10:44.000 He signed campaign finance reform.

02:10:46.000 He's putting in electronic touchscreen voting with Chuckie Schumer.

02:10:51.000 He's pushing Arnold Schwarzenegger, who openly calls for socialism and more taxes and abortion and gun control.

02:11:01.000 And appoints judges that block Roy Moore.

02:11:04.000 You guys just need to face it.

02:11:07.000 You are neocons. 1.00

02:11:10.000 You're all a bunch of trash. 1.00

02:11:12.000 And I'm sorry to just come right down to that point, but if you won't wake up, and if you can't wake up now, then you are just a mindless idiot. 1.00

02:11:20.000 I'm not talking about the evil people in government. 1.00

02:11:22.000 We know they're evil and bad. 1.00

02:11:24.000 I'm talking about just the fools that believe the lie. 0.99

02:11:28.000 Alright, Troy and others, you're up next, and then I'm going straight into this news. 0.99

02:11:32.000 I'm Alex Jones.

02:15:32.000 Alright, here's the deal, folks.

02:15:46.000 I want to go to these quick.

02:15:47.000 We're going to go to Scott, Troy, Ken, Bill, Melissa, and that's it for calls, because I've got to blitz through, as we haven't gotten to yet.

02:15:56.000 Scott in Alabama is on the courthouse steps where more activism is taking place, where they're trying to destroy the bedrock of America.

02:16:05.000 The 10 Commandments and Scott is there at the Supreme Court building.

02:16:09.000 Scott in Alabama, thanks for calling in.

02:16:11.000 Go ahead.

02:16:11.000 Thanks for putting me through Alex.

02:16:13.000 I'm on a cell phone and I really appreciate you getting me on.

02:16:15.000 I just wanted to just kind of check in with you and let you know that this is just a groundswell Of what can happen when people come out and get involved.

02:16:27.000 It's good for us to do this, and for the neocons that are criticizing Moore, saying, you know, he's not doing enough, or oh, he's not talking about the rebel flag.

02:16:37.000 That's a diversion.

02:16:39.000 Absolutely, and you know what's going on right here, what's going on right here, our Attorney

02:16:43.000 General who in 1997 came out in 100% favor of Judge Moore has turned his back on him

02:16:50.000 now that he has the authority to stop this and he's not done it.

02:16:55.000 Our Governor who also has the big time Christian lingo when it comes to trying to get his tax 0.54

02:17:01.000 increase passed.

02:17:03.000 He's not come out for Judge Moore.

02:17:05.000 There's a big crowd there.

02:17:07.000 Tell us what's going on right now.

02:17:09.000 Right now they're having a press conference.

02:17:10.000 They just announced a lawsuit that's being brought by a lady from Mobile County against the eight justices who voted against Judge Moore for violating her First Amendment rights.

02:17:22.000 That's in your state constitution for those that don't know.

02:17:26.000 That's right.

02:17:26.000 They're violating their oath of office.

02:17:33.000 There's at least, at least 800 people standing out here.

02:17:36.000 And we're talking the middle of the day, middle of the day on a work day.

02:17:41.000 Same thing out in Utah, in Salt Lake City, over 500 in the middle of a work day for four hours protesting Ashcroft and ran him out of town.

02:17:52.000 Yeah, that's right.

02:17:53.000 And let me give you just one little heads up here on some of the media biases going on.

02:17:56.000 I picked up a copy of a Birmingham paper that reported there were 200 people here last night, and there was probably closer to 1,500.

02:18:03.000 And I don't know if anybody's watching the live coverage, but one of the things I can see from where I'm standing is the cameras have pulled up very close to The speakers and what's going on.

02:18:15.000 So it's forcing well over half of the people here to have to stand behind the cameras.

02:18:19.000 And they did that with the Iraq statue of Saddam.

02:18:24.000 Either if the crowd's too small, they'll zoom up close, or if they want to make a big crowd look small, they'll zoom up close.

02:18:30.000 That's right, and like I said, well over half the people here are standing behind the television cameras.

02:18:35.000 I've been out here roasting since 8 o'clock Thursday morning, and the crowd has grown and grown every day.

02:18:41.000 There's been at least two busloads I'm optimistic that if there's ever a chance we're going to beat back any kind of tyranny, this is how we're going to do it, is by showing up.

02:18:56.000 It lets them know that everywhere they try this, they're going to run into a fight.

02:19:03.000 That's right.

02:19:03.000 And it lets them know that they can take down stuff if they want to, but it's still written on our hearts.

02:19:09.000 And it lets us know that he can try to butcher the Bill of Rights and Constitution, but that's not going to happen.

02:19:15.000 That's right, and we're not going to... Let me ask you a question though, Richard.

02:19:20.000 Scott, excuse me.

02:19:21.000 Scott, let me ask you a question.

02:19:22.000 Are the people aware that Republican judges are the ones that are doing this?

02:19:26.000 Yes, yes they are.

02:19:27.000 They understand it's phony neocon traitors.

02:19:29.000 Yes, and we're pushing that.

02:19:30.000 And by the way, there's quite a few of your listeners here, Alex.

02:19:33.000 Quite a few of your listeners.

02:19:34.000 And I would encourage anybody who can get to Montgomery to get down here and be counted.

02:19:45.000 Just the sheer numbers of people that are here, we were told last night, is the only reason that monument is still in the building.

02:19:52.000 Yeah, and for those that don't know, the government said they were coming in to take it out.

02:19:56.000 Now what are they saying?

02:19:57.000 Now they're trying to back it up and say, well, maybe we'll give you a week.

02:20:02.000 We really don't know.

02:20:03.000 And I think what they may be trying to do is to try to wait until interest dies down a little bit.

02:20:07.000 Well, that's exactly what happened at the Indianapolis Baptist Temple.

02:20:11.000 That's right.

02:20:12.000 The bus said, I'm not going to take your church.

02:20:13.000 The crowds left, and the SWAT teams hit them hard.

02:20:16.000 That's right.

02:20:17.000 That's right.

02:20:18.000 And what's going on right here is every day the crowd is increasing.

02:20:24.000 Now, there have been people that have had to leave.

02:20:27.000 I may have to leave tonight.

02:20:28.000 Basically, as folks leave, more arrive manning the walls in this fight.

02:20:34.000 That's right.

02:20:35.000 Over 500 people have signed up.

02:20:37.000 The call is saying that they will come and sit down and be arrested before they will allow the monument to be moved peacefully.

02:20:45.000 What's going to happen is you're going to have to keep hundreds of people there for the next few months.

02:20:52.000 That's right, exactly.

02:20:53.000 Until the Supreme Court rules on this or some type of executive order is signed.

02:20:59.000 The Supreme Court that has the Ten Commandments behind them says they're not going to help more.

02:21:04.000 That's right.

02:21:06.000 Seven out of nine Republicans appointed just A Republican Governor, a Republican President, and a Republican Attorney General, and all of this is going on, and Christians won't wake up. 0.98

02:21:16.000 Exactly.

02:21:17.000 Oh, he's a Christian man!

02:21:18.000 Skull and Bones is Christian, Scott. 0.98

02:21:20.000 Thanks for the call.

02:21:21.000 Alright, thanks Alex.

02:21:22.000 Good to hear from you.

02:21:23.000 Appreciate that.

02:21:23.000 We'll come back, and you better talk to Troy, Ken, Bill, Melissa, and others.

02:23:12.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:23:14.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:28.000 All right, here's the deal.

02:23:29.000 Loaded phones.

02:23:30.000 I'm going to give each person about a minute and a half, because I've got to get to some of this other news.

02:23:34.000 Let's talk to Troy in New York.

02:23:37.000 Go ahead, Troy.

02:23:39.000 Good to talk to you.

02:23:43.000 Hello?

02:23:43.000 Will you allow the listeners to hear a few words about the true meaning of patriotism?

02:23:49.000 Well, I don't know what that means.

02:23:51.000 If you want to talk, go ahead.

02:23:52.000 You're on the air.

02:23:53.000 I'll have to tell you if you want to listen.

02:23:55.000 What then is patriotism?

02:23:56.000 No, no, you know what?

02:23:57.000 Let's put him on hold.

02:23:58.000 Folks, everybody knows we don't censor the news here.

02:24:02.000 We don't censor callers here, but when people come on and say, don't censor me, it's irritating.

02:24:07.000 Yes, go ahead, buddy.

02:24:08.000 What then is patriotism?

02:24:10.000 The word patriotism comes from pater, the Greek word for father.

02:24:15.000 But the patriot is none other than a good and loyal son to his father.

02:24:20.000 Are you a good and loyal patriot, dear listener?

02:24:23.000 Yes, I'm a patriot to God and the Bill of Rights of the Constitution.

02:24:27.000 I guess it depends upon you and your father.

02:24:31.000 And if one's father, one's pater, is Satan, then one practices a completely different kind of patriotism from one whose father is God, or God-like.

02:24:41.000 Thus, if any state or government says it is unpatriotic for you, dear listener, to be unwilling to surrender your rights or properties to government, to officialdom, the national security to anti-terrorism and the like, and it follows that either you and your rights and properties or else your government is unpatriotic.

02:25:00.000 Is the government your father, your parterre, or not?

02:25:04.000 That is the question which you, dear reader, must ask and answer for yourself.

02:25:09.000 Well, you're right, Caller, that it goes back to the word patriarch, or male society.

02:25:15.000 Again, what is patriotism and what is a patriot?

02:25:19.000 Again, the word comes from pater, the Greek word for father.

02:25:22.000 Similarly, patris is Greek for fatherland and patriotis, patriotis for countryman.

02:25:30.000 Thus the patriot was and remains a good and loyal son to his father.

02:25:34.000 He keeps the patris, the father's land, i.e.

02:25:37.000 the farm in the family.

02:25:39.000 Thus defending it against all enemies near or far.

02:25:42.000 Foreign or domestic, who would take the family's farm away?

02:25:46.000 Well, yeah, that's it.

02:25:47.000 But now we've had bad patriots, who are patriots of the New World Order, who are defending their father's farm, telling us that it's patriotic to follow them, when they're the alien impostors. 0.94

02:25:58.000 And so I'm a patriot, sir, sir, I'm a patriot.

02:26:03.000 I'm a patriot for Jesus Christ and for the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:26:08.000 This defense of the family's farm is true patriotism.

02:26:13.000 I think this is a recording.

02:26:15.000 Thanks for the call.

02:26:16.000 Thanks for listening.

02:26:17.000 Thanks for the call.

02:26:18.000 I said a minute and a half per caller, and I already did three minutes with you, but if you want to talk to me, you've actually got to talk to me.

02:26:25.000 I'm not mad at you, sir.

02:26:28.000 It's important information too, Troy, but I don't know.

02:26:31.000 It just seems very disrespectful how you do things.

02:26:34.000 Let's talk to Ken in Texas.

02:26:35.000 Go ahead, Ken.

02:26:37.000 Hey, Alex.

02:26:37.000 I appreciate what you're doing out there.

02:26:40.000 I just wanted to make the comment that, you know, Ashcroft, he has to do these little city-to-city tours, and it's not about how well he's received.

02:26:48.000 It's just so that he can be filmed in these different locations, and then the, you know, I guess the Federal Reserve Media Lab can Wipe it all together and make a good little propaganda film out of it.

02:27:00.000 All over America, people love the new Department of Pre-Crime.

02:27:04.000 Exactly, my thoughts exactly.

02:27:06.000 Liberties are being given up and freedom is being strengthened.

02:27:10.000 Give up your liberty to strengthen it.

02:27:12.000 Then they can cut to the like, you know, UN and Treasury owned extras who will be clapping, you know, like mad cows.

02:27:23.000 Well, I mean, literally, literally, the Associated Press reported these are staged town halls.

02:27:29.000 Yeah.

02:27:29.000 And people all over the nightly news won't report that, though.

02:27:33.000 See, the newswires have got a lot of the truth in them, because it's just some guy, you know, some 25-year-old guy there writing what he sees, and they take it and cut it all up and it turns into something else.

02:27:41.000 But all over, they're having staged events where they sneak him in, sneak him out, public isn't allowed in.

02:27:47.000 It may not even be him.

02:27:53.000 That's a thought.

02:27:54.000 Right on.

02:27:54.000 Well, listen, have a good one.

02:27:56.000 I hope that all your dreams come true, man.

02:27:58.000 I hope all your dreams come true.

02:28:00.000 What are your dreams?

02:28:02.000 My dreams are for people to be able to live in a free country that they can still call America, that's not part of the Pan-American Union or part of the United Nations conglomerate.

02:28:12.000 And I'd like to be able to You know, even a hundred years from now, I'll sit back and relax knowing that my Bill of Rights is protecting me.

02:28:19.000 Absolutely.

02:28:20.000 God bless you.

02:28:21.000 And I love a call like that from Ken in Texas.

02:28:23.000 See, we went back and forth, and that was a conversation.

02:28:28.000 Bill in Alaska.

02:28:29.000 Welcome, sir.

02:28:33.000 I just wanted to put it out there that there's one lawgiver, and he declares himself to be He'll have no gods before him.

02:28:45.000 And those Ten Commandments came from him.

02:28:48.000 And I think, you know, just that monument, it's not thorn in the side of anybody but a Supreme Court and a justice system that is overtly trying to become God.

02:28:59.000 But look, we've had our legal experts on, people who have wanted the Supreme Court, pro se and as lawyers, but none of them as esquires.

02:29:06.000 That is part of the British bar.

02:29:09.000 And we've had them on, and the American system What we had here was out of the Magna Carta, out of the Ten Commandments, you know, this Magna Carta, it grows out of Moses, God's Law, Old Testament, New Testament, Magna Carta, 1776, 1789, and I mean, 50 years ago, 100 years ago?

02:29:31.000 Yes, sir.

02:29:31.000 You didn't pray to the judge in your brief.

02:29:34.000 You go look at a lawsuit now or a filing.

02:29:37.000 We pray to the court.

02:29:38.000 We pray to the bench.

02:29:41.000 It's Roman civil law.

02:29:43.000 So they're replacing it with the Roman civil law, guilty until proven innocent.

02:29:48.000 That's all that's happening.

02:29:50.000 So we're going backwards, folks, and this is so important that they're trying to get those Ten Commandments out of there.

02:29:58.000 Well, people need to realize, Alex, that it was the Romans and Centurions that took Jesus Christ and guarded Gethsemane and the priests.

02:30:08.000 of the church.

02:30:08.000 We're in a similar situation, an incestuous relationship with the Roman government.

02:30:14.000 And that's what we've got going on here.

02:30:15.000 And that's what Christ spoke out against.

02:30:18.000 Christ the Jew spoke out against the corrupt Pharisees working with the Romans. 0.96

02:30:23.000 No one's accusing Mel Gibson of being anti-Italian.

02:30:26.000 It just shows how far we've gone that in Pennsylvania they've banned reading certain passages of the Old Testament.

02:30:33.000 A preacher can be arrested and it was a Republican governor that passed that, Mark Schweiker.

02:30:39.000 Yes, sir.

02:30:41.000 So it shows how devilish this is.

02:30:43.000 Thanks for the call, Bill.

02:30:44.000 Yes, sir.

02:30:45.000 Melissa in Florida.

02:30:46.000 Go ahead.

02:30:46.000 Thanks for calling.

02:30:47.000 Alex, I just wanted to say show and as far as Separation between church and state.

02:30:57.000 I did some research on the web and found out that that whole thing came from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson.

02:31:06.000 And if you do a search in a search engine and just type in Separation between church and state plus letter written by Thomas Jefferson?

02:31:16.000 No, no, that's a fact.

02:31:18.000 No, we go to the First Amendment.

02:31:20.000 Congress shall make no law restricting and establishing of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

02:31:27.000 The government isn't involved.

02:31:28.000 Now look today how the government regulates and runs the churches.

02:31:32.000 It's the opposite.

02:31:33.000 What's happened is the opposite.

02:31:35.000 A total perversion.

02:31:36.000 Exactly.

02:31:39.000 And I also had another point that's not on this topic, but it's something very important that I've researched and for instance, On shows like cartoon channels that our kids watch.

02:31:53.000 Jam-packed with massive New World Order propaganda.

02:31:56.000 Sorcery, witchcraft, sex. 0.96

02:31:59.000 But the Founding Fathers are bad, Second Amendment is bad, U.N. 0.83

02:32:02.000 is good, report on your parents biometrically.

02:32:05.000 Exactly.

02:32:07.000 It's massive.

02:32:08.000 Can I tell you a couple things tonight that the viewers can check out for themselves?

02:32:12.000 Okay, I don't watch TV, but go ahead.

02:32:14.000 Okay, if you have cable, There's a show on tonight on Cartoon Network, which is owned by, I believe, Ted Turner.

02:32:22.000 And it's called, from 11 to 11.30, Eastern Standard Time, it's called The Family Guy.

02:32:30.000 Episode is called Brian Does Hollywood.

02:32:33.000 Brian's first job in Hollywood is directing a pornographic film.

02:32:38.000 That's on a Cartoon Network show.

02:32:41.000 That's just one of them.

02:32:42.000 Well, you know, it's a lot.

02:32:44.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:32:45.000 And it's horrible.

02:32:46.000 Look, Nickelodeon, owned by Sumner Redstone, had a show with Rosie O'Donnell where they're targeting, it said in their own press release, four years to 11. 0.97

02:32:57.000 Teaching kids how to be homosexuals. 0.99

02:33:01.000 This aired in the middle of the afternoon last summer. 0.96

02:33:03.000 Right.

02:33:05.000 Okay.

02:33:06.000 Okay.

02:33:07.000 And because we don't want our kids sexualized, because we don't want pedophiles promoting their systems, we're bad.

02:33:17.000 Yeah, there's another one called Courage the Cowardly Dog on tonight at 8.30 to 9.

02:33:24.000 Purely the medium.

02:33:25.000 That's one of the things in the show.

02:33:28.000 But the one tonight really to check out is from 11 to 11.30.

02:33:32.000 It's called Family Guy.

02:33:34.000 Thanks for the call.

02:33:35.000 Melissa, I've got to let you go.

02:33:37.000 One last call or I'm going to blitz through the news in the last 15 minutes.

02:33:41.000 To be accurate, I do watch TV.

02:33:43.000 In the last 5-6 weeks, I have watched a broadcast television or cable, I don't know, 5-6 hours.

02:33:51.000 Folks, I'm not kidding.

02:33:52.000 I've probably watched 10 hours of movies though.

02:33:56.000 I do watch movies.

02:34:00.000 I do rent them on DVD or VHS, and I watched the movie with my wife last night.

02:34:06.000 But it is wonderful not watching television.

02:34:10.000 But you don't have to tune into the shows that That Melissa eloquently pointed out.

02:34:16.000 You turn on any sitcom, any drama, any news show, any cartoon, you watch two shows, you will see New World Order comments, world government comments, patriots being bad comments, militias, gun owners being bad.

02:34:32.000 Every time I turn the TV on, I see it.

02:34:36.000 So, go ahead, watch it if you want to.

02:34:38.000 I suggest you turn the TVs off.

02:34:42.000 I really do.

02:34:43.000 Or you keep it locked up in a vault in your closet and just randomly turn it on maybe once a week to see what the enemy's doing.

02:34:52.000 I mean, it is a mind control device.

02:34:55.000 The TV in and of itself isn't bad, it's how it's been used.

02:34:58.000 That's why I say I get my videos and put them on cable access, give them to people, and use that medium in a good way. 0.72

02:35:06.000 I don't watch it and I'm so happy it's ridiculous.

02:35:10.000 Last caller, Rachel. 0.86

02:35:12.000 Yes, Alex.

02:35:14.000 In the interest of unity amongst this patriotic movement, I would like to ask you if you would define what you mean when you use the word Jew.

02:35:26.000 What does that word mean?

02:35:29.000 Well, number one, I don't like the fetish that Jews and non-Jews have about all things Jewish and the endless obsession with it by all the different camps.

02:35:39.000 I'm into freedom.

02:35:41.000 I'm into liberty and I'm sick of Jewish organizations saying Arnold's good when he says he loves Hitler and hangs out with Kurt Voltheim but at the same time attack Mel Gibson for a film that's not anti-semitic because Christ criticized the Pharisees. 0.65

02:35:59.000 But I would think that the real Jews are people that are the Orthodox folks, or people that have come out of the Orthodox and become Christians, someone from that region tracing their lines back to the Twelve Tribes. 0.67

02:36:13.000 Thanks for the call.

02:36:15.000 And it's just amazing.

02:36:17.000 It's absolutely amazing the stuff that's going on.

02:36:20.000 I'm out of time and I can't take any more calls.

02:36:21.000 Sorry for those that have been calling in.

02:36:24.000 We had a bunch of guests on today and a bunch of news.

02:36:26.000 Boy, it's been a wild Monday.

02:36:29.000 Let me try to hit on some of the news real fast.

02:36:32.000 Okay, I already hit on this.

02:36:33.000 Spy plans for new cars, BBC.

02:36:36.000 The government is reportedly planning to fit all cars, it's already happened, in Britain with a personalized microchip so rule-breaking motorists can be prosecuted by computer.

02:36:47.000 The chip will automatically report a wide range of offenses including speeding, road tax, Evasion and illegal speeding and parking according to the Sunday Times newspaper.

02:36:57.000 And it ties into the face scanning cameras and the grid.

02:37:00.000 Same system's already in your car here in the U.S.

02:37:03.000 And it's all about to start.

02:37:05.000 Okay?

02:37:05.000 That's on Infowars.com.

02:37:07.000 Ashcroft's visit draws protests in Idaho.

02:37:11.000 It draws protests in Salt Lake City, Utah.

02:37:15.000 New Scientist reports U.S.

02:37:17.000 smallpox vaccination plan grinds to a halt.

02:37:22.000 Uh, and it goes on to, uh, say that out of millions that they wanted to vaccinate, only 38,257 have taken it, but that's counting active-duty military personnel, folks.

02:37:37.000 Al-Qaeda plots September 11th-style attack.

02:37:40.000 That's Fox News.

02:37:41.000 Translate that into CIA plots and other attack to get you refocused on giving your liberties up, as Ashcroft said.

02:37:50.000 And it goes on to say the FBI has uncovered intelligence suggesting Al-Qaeda plotting to hijack an airplane in Britain and fly it into an important building in the next two months.

02:37:59.000 So, boy, I tell ya, if local police don't stop the Feds, that'll happen.

02:38:05.000 Also, more and more coming out.

02:38:07.000 Mainstream news articles here admitting our troops are dead and dying from depleted uranium and the smallpox shot.

02:38:14.000 Also, getting into some of the other news, Blair duped us on Iraq weapons of mass destruction.

02:38:22.000 Two-thirds of the public say, in England, saying he's a liar to be removed from office.

02:38:27.000 Many dead in Bombay blasts, at least 40 people have been killed after two powerful explosions struck the Indian city of Bombay, also known as Mumbai, police officials have been told.

02:38:40.000 And, uh, witnesses described the scenes of chaos and blasts shook buildings.

02:38:44.000 Telephone lines were jammed and packed.

02:38:46.000 Residents called family and friends.

02:38:48.000 And, uh, they're, uh, blast-condemned, and they're still not sure.

02:38:54.000 They, you know, might be Muslims.

02:38:55.000 They're not sure.

02:38:56.000 Here's another article.

02:38:57.000 Machines will make criminals of every driver. 0.74

02:39:00.000 Drivers were reeling last night as the government plans to put a computerized spy in every car.

02:39:05.000 The high-tech gadgets record every motorist.

02:39:08.000 Again, it just goes on and on.

02:39:11.000 Old ID cards give new status to Mexicans in the U.S. 0.89

02:39:14.000 New York Times.

02:39:15.000 While all this is happening, illegals are now being legalized. 0.87

02:39:19.000 For nearly a decade, Riondo Montedioca Suarez, what it says, long name, stirred to be invisible.

02:39:29.000 He melted into the crowds, ducked police officers and city officials.

02:39:34.000 He flourished in the bustling anonymity of Restaurant kitchens here building a life of a cook amid the clattering plates and splattering fry pans.

02:39:44.000 But in recent months, Mr. Monte D'Urca and other undocumented immigrants from Mexico have begun stepping out of the shadows.

02:39:52.000 And it says in Indianapolis and Midwestern cities, they're accepting ID cards from Mexico that have now been legalized.

02:39:58.000 Still a felony, but the government says, we don't care what the majority of Americans want, including Hispanics.

02:40:04.000 We're going to make them all legal!

02:40:07.000 Also an announcement that all passports and driver's licenses are going on to an international barcode biometric access system.

02:40:14.000 U.S.

02:40:14.000 demanding biometric technology and passports in the world may not be ready and the U.S.

02:40:20.000 is saying to the world you gotta do it and so is the U.N.

02:40:24.000 So there you got it.

02:40:25.000 You gotta have a biometric I.D.

02:40:27.000 but an illegal can have a fake one and that's just fine.

02:40:31.000 And I got an article here where the Indian news in India reported that the U.S.

02:40:36.000 government Met with the head of Pakistan, General Massarif, and decided not to capture Bin Laden, saying that it would, quote, make the Muslims get mad.

02:40:46.000 So that we now found out that there's an order not to capture him, so they spin it.

02:40:49.000 Okay, because it'll make people mad if we capture him.

02:40:52.000 It's mainstream Indian news on InfoWars.com, PrisonPlanet.com. 0.94

02:40:59.000 I got a bunch of other articles here.
