Alex Jones Show - 20030916_Tue_Alex

00:00:04.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:00:08.000 Big Brother.

00:00:15.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:18.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:32.000 Alright my friends, we're back live with another live edition of the Alex Jones Show.

00:00:43.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:48.000 Coming up in the next hour, I've got the father of that family up in Michigan where they got the building permits, built their houses, put their houses in, and The government says they're not allowed to have houses there and are going to come this Thursday with bulldozers and smash it all.

00:01:05.000 And the family's saying that they're going to defend it in an armed standoff.

00:01:10.000 They're sick and tired of being pushed around.

00:01:12.000 So that's coming up in the second hour.

00:01:15.000 In the meantime, I've got a bunch of world news and national news, homeland security, police state news that we're going to be going over.

00:01:23.000 So you'll definitely want to stay with us.

00:01:29.000 Also, there's an article here, out of the Manila Times, that when President Bush goes to the Philippines, that there is a plan by the Communists, when you hear the Communists, that means government intelligence agencies, to try to assassinate the President.

00:01:49.000 And they do this to make it sound like, oh, there's this great threat, now we've got to go occupy the Philippines. 0.57

00:01:55.000 But I dug out that article, there's a bunch of articles on this, From back in July where the military itself came out and said that the government is carrying out the terrorist attacks as a pretext for control to quote maintain martial law.

00:02:15.000 So that's the situation that we're facing right now.

00:02:20.000 We're going to be going over the history of that here on the show.

00:02:25.000 Of course in the recall election Out in California, that's been suspended for a while now because the appeals court listened to the ACLU lawsuit and said that, well, the punch card machines discriminate against the minorities and so we can't have an election until the touch screens are put in because they're so good.

00:02:56.000 So there's wheels within wheels within wheels.

00:02:59.000 And right now, a fellow we've had on this show, a tax protester as they call him, is actually in there appealing to let the election go ahead and go forward.

00:03:11.000 We're trying to get him on the broadcast.

00:03:13.000 Interesting, but again, I'm not even sure if there is an election out in California, if there's an election in many areas of the country.

00:03:20.000 We've caught governments involved in election fraud at the local, state, and federal level.

00:03:26.000 The touchscreen voting companies are basically owned by the CIA, and their board of directors are a who's who of intelligence agencies who've been caught manipulating votes with backdoors into the systems.

00:03:41.000 It really is incredible.

00:03:43.000 And, of course, we're going to have open phones.

00:03:45.000 Your chance to respond to any of the news that I've been throwing out and that I'm going to throw out today, tonight, this morning, depending on what time zone you're listening to us in.

00:03:53.000 The toll-free number to get involved on air is 1-800-259-9231.

00:03:55.000 That's 1-800-259-9231.

00:03:55.000 1-800-259-9231 that's 1-800-259-9231

00:04:06.000 and we will get you up and on the air

00:04:12.000 again that's 1-800-259-9231 DARPA got a small amount of its funding cut, but a bunch of other funding increased.

00:04:21.000 So this is the smoke and mirrors, but we'll go over that.

00:04:26.000 We'll get into stem cells grown into sperm cells, yes.

00:04:31.000 We'll also get into red light cameras.

00:04:34.000 I haven't talked enough about this, but the city of Garland outside Dallas is putting them in.

00:04:41.000 Suspect claims MI5 can clear his name.

00:04:44.000 More and more people with terrorist connections turn out to be MI5.

00:04:49.000 And that integrates with the news yesterday about Heathrow Airport.

00:04:54.000 The government letting terrorists in and letting them run things at the airport.

00:04:59.000 It's all coming up on the other side of this break.

00:08:05.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:06.000 You want answers?

00:08:11.000 Big Brother, mainstream media, government cover-ups.

00:08:18.000 You want answers? Well, so does he.

00:08:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:31.000 Welcome, my friends.

00:08:33.000 It is the 16th of September, 2003.

00:08:37.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:08:40.000 Welcome, my friends.

00:08:41.000 It is the 16th of September, 2003.

00:08:47.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:08:49.000 Welcome.

00:08:50.000 Going to have open phones today.

00:08:52.000 And in the second hour, for about 30 minutes, we've got scheduled for the show the family that's been in the news

00:08:59.000 up in Michigan.

00:09:00.000 They got their building permits from the king, from the local representative of the king.

00:09:06.000 Here in the new feudal plantation surf system we all live on.

00:09:12.000 Family promises, armed standoff, militia vows its support if homes are removed.

00:09:18.000 And I talked a little bit about this yesterday.

00:09:20.000 Horton Bay, the peaceful rolling farmland of Bay Township, belies the potential armed confrontation that may develop there if there is, well, the police moving in, basically.

00:09:37.000 It says Bay Township belies the potential armed confrontation that may develop there in a matter of days.

00:09:47.000 And it says a county district court judge has ordered by Thursday the removal of three manufactured homes from four acres on Camp Daggett Road.

00:09:58.000 The family who owns the property is vowing an armed confrontation with anyone who attempts to enforce the judge's order.

00:10:06.000 We're going to have a standoff, said Lyle Barkley, 55.

00:10:11.000 I'm not going to let them come in here and take this stuff, he said, over my dead body.

00:10:19.000 Barkley and members of his family may not be alone in their standoff.

00:10:22.000 A Denver-based organization calling itself the Mutual Defense Pact Second American Revolution Militia has vowed to call on 600 or more armed individuals from across the country to defend the Barclays property.

00:10:39.000 Within a few days of Barclay being attacked, that little township will become the center of the universe by force of arms, said Rick Stanley, founder of the Militia Group.

00:10:52.000 Barclay has created an earthen berm on his property and said he is planning to create trenches and will in preparation for the standoff, free and more.

00:11:05.000 Now, sounds like the 1830s here in Texas, with the tyrannical Santa Ana coming in, take people's property to enslave them, to confiscate their guns.

00:11:20.000 Sounds like 1776.

00:11:22.000 The problem is, in the past when things happened like this, no one comes to the aid of the people.

00:11:37.000 We'll see if that happens in this case.

00:11:40.000 I guess I'm really one of the only people who actually went into a piece of property when it really was surrounded.

00:11:48.000 I guess that was about three years ago with the Gray family up in North Central Texas.

00:11:57.000 And there were surveillance cameras, police driving back and forth.

00:12:01.000 The FBI had said they were going in.

00:12:03.000 And one of the surveillance cameras was destroyed because we saw it in the morning out there on the dirt road by the Grace property.

00:12:12.000 Later, somebody drove by and fired a shot onto the property and they're still there.

00:12:17.000 They don't leave their property.

00:12:18.000 It's been over four years since the standoff started three years ago.

00:12:23.000 I was in there over there at the property when the feds were about to move in.

00:12:31.000 there to cover it as a member of the press I guess but uh...

00:12:35.000 time and time again people get surrounded at Waco we all stood by

00:12:41.000 they said it's a cult and we're going to deal with them and people said oh they must be a cult

00:12:45.000 I didn't buy into the cult part but I I was uh...

00:12:50.000 pretty young at the time but I I really should have done something

00:12:53.000 We all should have done something.

00:12:54.000 One of 100,000 people would have showed up peaceably and walked out there in front of the tanks, in front of the BATF, in front of the FBI, in front of the Delta Force, and the German Special Forces, and the British Special Forces, and the Israeli Special Forces, according to Forward Star Telegram, that were there involved in psychological operations, playing the sounds of dead and dying rabbits, That is, rabbits being torn limb from limb with Nancy Sinatra and Gregorian monk chants.

00:13:26.000 We would have gone out and stood in front of them and said, no.

00:13:31.000 But the crowd that talked about how they were going to go and have a shootout with everybody, they didn't show up.

00:13:38.000 I know, and I told the story here on air, I guess in the third hour yesterday, but for benefit of those that didn't hear it, if you go to InfoWars.com, And you type in the search engine, or you search around there on the site, Austinites build veteran new home, even type in the general search engine on the web, Joe Campana, you'll see the news clippings and news articles where

00:14:06.000 Well, I initiated it, but the listeners of the show did it just here in Austin off a local affiliate at the time, a local FM station.

00:14:14.000 In a record 13 and a half, 14 days, built him a nice home with a fully furnished, with a jacuzzi, bathtub, and tile floors, and carpet, and back porch, you know, whole nine yards.

00:14:31.000 They were going to bulldoze Joe Campana's house.

00:14:36.000 And he was a World War II veteran.

00:14:39.000 He didn't brag about that fact.

00:14:40.000 We were looking at his stuff, and he let us dig through some of his stuff, and we were moving him out of the house.

00:14:44.000 They were going to bulldoze.

00:14:46.000 And, you know, he had all these medals from World War II.

00:14:48.000 He'd been an atomic soldier in the late 40s.

00:14:52.000 He'd been at Bikini.

00:14:55.000 They're in the Bikini Islands with the nuclear test.

00:14:57.000 There was photos of him there at Bikini with his buddies and commendations.

00:15:00.000 He'd then been shipped off to Korea.

00:15:03.000 I mean, this guy had quite a time.

00:15:07.000 He was a quiet old hermit, never had any children, never married. 1.00

00:15:11.000 He wasn't crazy, though he was eccentric.

00:15:14.000 And some neighbors did want the acre of land that was worth, I don't know, $400,000, $300,000, $400,000, $500,000.

00:15:23.000 I mean, at that time, a three-bedroom house in that area was going for $250,000.

00:15:28.000 And that's on a small lot.

00:15:31.000 This was a house on an acre, right in a gentrifying area.

00:15:35.000 So he had all these Mercedes parked At all these nice homes around this little shack, little house, built in the 1950s when he moved to Austin.

00:15:49.000 Joe Campana.

00:15:51.000 And I got a call from one of the nice neighbors, one of the few, saying, yeah, they want his land.

00:15:57.000 They're trying to force him to sell it.

00:16:00.000 Now they've got his house condemned.

00:16:04.000 Can you come out here and look at it?

00:16:05.000 So I came out and I announced on the air, We're going to rebuild his house.

00:16:11.000 That is, we're going to structurally fix it and put a new roof on it.

00:16:14.000 And suddenly we're out there beginning to do this and some cops show up and some other people and they said, you're not going to do a thing, buddy.

00:16:24.000 We're going to have you arrested.

00:16:25.000 That house is condemned.

00:16:28.000 And I said, you're not going to bulldoze his house.

00:16:30.000 I said, I'm going to lay out here in front of the bulldozer.

00:16:35.000 I said, it's wrong what you're doing to this guy, because they were going to charge him $14,000 to bulldoze his house.

00:16:42.000 He didn't have $14,000.

00:16:43.000 The guy picked up cans around town.

00:16:47.000 He'd go out and walk around picking up cans to pay his property taxes and pay his bills.

00:16:47.000 I forgot that part.

00:16:52.000 The guy lived off cheese and crackers and occasional head of lettuce.

00:16:57.000 I mean, he was literally living like somebody in a foxhole.

00:17:02.000 And so we go out there, and I tell them, no, you're not going to do that.

00:17:05.000 And they go, we'll be back.

00:17:06.000 I got on the air that night.

00:17:07.000 I said, we've got to be there in the morning pouring concrete to build this new house.

00:17:10.000 We'll worry about permits later.

00:17:11.000 Because we've got to get people out there having a crowd, having the fact that we're pouring a foundation.

00:17:18.000 I go, you watch.

00:17:19.000 They won't have the nerve to bulldoze his house.

00:17:21.000 We'll tell them, fine, you bulldoze it after we've built him a new house. 0.99

00:17:27.000 I said, you go ahead, you sickos. 0.98

00:17:28.000 You won't let us fix it. 0.97

00:17:30.000 And so, as I predicted, they came out, tried to threaten us.

00:17:35.000 We were already pouring concrete.

00:17:36.000 They backed off.

00:17:37.000 Within two days, there was a foundation poured with the frame being built on the foundation.

00:17:48.000 And suddenly, there were city council people there going, oh yes, this was my idea.

00:17:52.000 We're all for it.

00:17:52.000 Look what we're doing for Joe Campana.

00:17:56.000 And in 13 days, the place was built.

00:17:58.000 On the 14th day, it was fully furnished.

00:18:00.000 I mean, fully furnished, brand new couches, furniture, TVs, everything.

00:18:04.000 Because of the great generosity of Central Texans.

00:18:09.000 And by the way, they gave us two weeks.

00:18:12.000 They said, you have a house built in two weeks, we're going to bulldoze it, you can't do it.

00:18:16.000 And they came out, and they bulldozed it.

00:18:16.000 And we did.

00:18:27.000 So, that's the story there.

00:18:30.000 But the bigger wrinkle in the story, an important area, is that several times, I remember twice, cops came on in plainclothes and talked about how they wanted to do violence to the people in the government.

00:18:42.000 And we found out they were cops that ran them off the property.

00:18:44.000 I remember calling and making complaints, and the cops yelled and said, you can't file complaints on other officers.

00:18:49.000 I said, well, they're making threats towards the city.

00:18:51.000 They were trying to provocateur us, talking about armed standoffs, talking about how they wanted to No, go after people in the city.

00:19:03.000 And they were cops!

00:19:04.000 And when that didn't work, other people showed up who loaded the neighborhood, it turned out, who wanted the property.

00:19:09.000 Tried to start fights, tried to threaten people.

00:19:13.000 It was amazing!

00:19:15.000 It was really sick, folks.

00:19:20.000 So, I don't know, we've got to be a little bit smarter about this.

00:19:24.000 Are we winning the fight with the information?

00:19:26.000 Yes.

00:19:27.000 Is Bush's approval rating at 43 points now.

00:19:32.000 The Democrats' approval rating is in the low 40s.

00:19:34.000 People don't believe this government.

00:19:36.000 Only 30, what, 4% of people trust the mainstream media.

00:19:39.000 It's like 80-something percent trust alternative media.

00:19:43.000 People are waking up.

00:19:44.000 It is happening.

00:19:48.000 And the globalists want to get something kick-started.

00:19:50.000 They want domestic fighting to start. 0.92

00:19:53.000 They can put their spin on it and go after patriots.

00:19:58.000 I'm saying this guy's got a right to defend his land.

00:20:01.000 He's got a right to stand up.

00:20:03.000 But I'm saying, look at the larger picture, what's around this.

00:20:10.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:20:13.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:20:17.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:20:21.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:20:23.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:20:32.000 The Berkey Light is different.

00:20:34.000 Water molecules take five to ten minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

00:20:40.000 filters.

00:20:41.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

00:20:46.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

00:20:52.000 and nitrates.

00:20:53.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

00:20:59.000 ponds.

00:24:07.000 Alright folks, we're back live.

00:24:27.000 I'll get into all the big news here in a second.

00:24:29.000 Just another example of provocateurs and troublemakers.

00:24:36.000 When I rebuilt Branch Davidian Church, Memorial Church, I'm not a Branch Davidian folks, I thought that what happened to them was wrong and I thought that We were going to see Judge Walter Smith derail the wrongful death suit, which did happen.

00:24:51.000 He wouldn't allow a jury, first time in U.S.

00:24:55.000 history.

00:24:56.000 Then he, under pressure, appointed a jury who was impaneled secretly, who he said was an advisatory jury, that he would not take into account their ruling, which is exactly what he did, even when they threw out the wrongful death suit.

00:25:12.000 And so I said, you know, we need to rebuild that church.

00:25:15.000 A memorial for those that died.

00:25:17.000 It's a nice church.

00:25:18.000 It seats about 400 people.

00:25:21.000 Even has a second story.

00:25:24.000 And the listeners really rebuilt it.

00:25:26.000 I guess that was back in 1999.

00:25:30.000 Just working on the weekends, we rebuilt that church in about five months. 0.94

00:25:37.000 And out there, you'd have a person pull up and they think you're so dumb it'd be an obvious unmarked police car. 0.72

00:25:44.000 They'd walk over and within an hour they'd start talking about how they wanted to do violence to people in the government.

00:25:49.000 You'd walk over to their car and they'd have police stuff down the floorboard or in their back seat and they would admit they were cops.

00:25:59.000 When you confront them, they'd run off and leave.

00:26:02.000 One day I'm out there trying to rebuild the church and it was almost completed and there was this family, this old man and woman, when old man and woman I mean probably 65, and all they do is start fights and say we were feds and run around and try to stop the building and right from about 15 people, this got written about in several newspapers, right from about 15 people this woman pulls out a butcher knife and comes running at me with it. 0.99

00:26:27.000 And she says, we're going to kill you, you're going to be dead soon. 0.81

00:26:32.000 And right about that time, I started getting death threats at my house. 0.99

00:26:35.000 I don't know if they were doing it.

00:26:37.000 Don't rebuild that church.

00:26:38.000 Leave the trial alone.

00:26:40.000 Don't talk about the jury.

00:26:41.000 Now, there was no jury, and then an advisatory jury.

00:26:46.000 And it went on and on.

00:26:48.000 And later, those guys, that man and woman, admitted to a Patriot newspaper that, yeah, we really are feds.

00:26:54.000 We work for the FBI.

00:26:55.000 But, you know, we do this to take care of the Patriot community.

00:27:02.000 And there were other people, you know, they'd come out there and do all kinds of stuff.

00:27:08.000 I mean, I've seen it time and time again.

00:27:12.000 When I tried to help the Gray family, you'd go out there, there'd be feds just swarming all over the place, provocateuring, and this person's a fed, that person's a fed, and we need to go ahead and have an armed conflict, blah, blah, blah.

00:27:28.000 The government wants this type of stuff.

00:27:31.000 I mean, the government has to blow up its own buildings, people, to blame it on their political enemies.

00:27:37.000 And they could care less about killing a family and killing somebody's children.

00:27:41.000 They could care less.

00:27:45.000 And so, we might pose the question to listeners, you know, what do you do about something like this?

00:27:50.000 Because the family's in their right with their property to defend their property.

00:27:56.000 And they even tried to go get the permit.

00:27:58.000 They got the permits.

00:28:00.000 And then after they built, the government said, retroactively, well, you still can't have those houses out there.

00:28:07.000 Family promises armed standoff.

00:28:09.000 Militia vows its support if homes are removed.

00:28:14.000 The peaceful rolling farmland of the Bay Township allows the potential armed confrontation that may develop there in a matter of days.

00:28:25.000 We're going to have a standoff, said Lyle Barkley, who I think is a good guy.

00:28:29.000 I talked to him this morning, but I said, you don't know who I am, do you, sir?

00:28:32.000 And he goes, no.

00:28:32.000 I said, well, I need to give you some warnings here.

00:28:35.000 And he said, I got to go.

00:28:36.000 I got somebody else on the other line.

00:28:38.000 I'm sure he's getting lots of advice from people, some good, some bad.

00:28:41.000 I'm not going to let them come in here and take this stuff, he said, over my dead body.

00:28:47.000 Barkley and members of his family may not be alone in their standoff.

00:28:51.000 And it goes into the Denver-based Mutual Defense Pact, Second American Revolution, Militia.

00:28:57.000 That's been on some of the shows on this network.

00:29:02.000 And it goes on.

00:29:02.000 Within a few days of Barclay being attacked, the little township will become the center of the universe by force of arms, said Rick Stanley, founder of the Militia Group.

00:29:12.000 Barclay's created an earthen burn on his property and said he planned to create trenches as well in preparation for a standoff.

00:29:23.000 And the County Sheriff, George T. Lassiter, said he hopes violence can be avoided.

00:29:28.000 I'll do everything possible to come to a peaceful resolution of the situation so nobody gets hurt.

00:29:35.000 On either side, he said, but rest assured, I'll do my job and I will follow the orders of the court.

00:29:43.000 And it goes on to admit that they've got their permits to put the houses out there.

00:29:49.000 He's got his grandkids out there, family out there, living in three houses.

00:29:54.000 Very serious situation.

00:29:56.000 We'll take some calls.

00:29:57.000 Get us some other news.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:30:01.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:10.000 Hey, John Statman here, and I have a question for you.

00:30:12.000 Are you having an energy crisis?

00:30:14.000 No, I'm not talking about the rising cost of gasoline.

00:30:17.000 I'm talking about you, personally.

00:30:19.000 Do you have the energy you need to energy our program and to pass on to friends and co-workers?

00:30:23.000 GCNlive.com is the website for all of the information you'll need to stay tuned in to the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:29.000 GCNlive.com.

00:30:30.000 book market today well my friends you could say this family up in michigan

00:30:58.000 on their own four acres got the building permit to expressly put uh...

00:31:03.000 three mobile homes on the property and now the government says retroactively well we don't

00:31:09.000 care We're coming to remove your property from your own land.

00:31:16.000 And we've got the gentleman, Mr. Barkley, coming on the show.

00:31:21.000 In the next hour to give us his take on what's happening.

00:31:27.000 And I understand the frustration.

00:31:29.000 I understand that people are tired of working hard and owning their own property and then being told what they can and can't do with it, even out in the middle of nowhere.

00:31:41.000 It's disgusting.

00:31:45.000 But again, right here in Austin, Texas, we built a veteran a new home, and they were going to bulldoze his house, and the cops came on the property in plain clothes and tried to provocateur violence.

00:31:56.000 Why would they do that?

00:31:58.000 Because the city doesn't like people getting together, they don't like people doing good things, and they like to have confrontations with the people to dominate the population, to scare us into submission.

00:32:14.000 Now, I cannot say that the folks up in Michigan don't have a right to say that they're going to stand up and fight.

00:32:24.000 And at a primitive level, I totally understand what they're saying and doing.

00:32:31.000 All I'm stating is, is that when you go out and say, we're going to have armed conflict with the government, you then enter a ball game that the government wants to play.

00:32:43.000 And look around us.

00:32:44.000 We've got Homeland Security set up.

00:32:47.000 We've got Patriot Act 1 and 2.

00:32:48.000 We've got all this tyranny coming down the pike.

00:32:51.000 And King George wants an excuse to put his redcoats into action. 0.86

00:32:59.000 Now who knows what would come out of that?

00:33:00.000 Would it be something good?

00:33:01.000 Would it be something bad?

00:33:04.000 Is the New World Order system in trouble just from the information war?

00:33:09.000 The answer is yes.

00:33:10.000 Involvement, government involvement and prior knowledge of 9-1-1 is coming out.

00:33:15.000 Over 400 cities, three states have voted to get out of the Patriot Act.

00:33:20.000 More cities are passing it every day.

00:33:26.000 The polls show that 80 plus percent of people are against open borders.

00:33:30.000 The boycott against RFID tags, tracking chips is exploding.

00:33:36.000 Politicians that are anti-gun are being removed from state houses around the country.

00:33:42.000 Neoconservatives are being exposed.

00:33:44.000 We're having a lot of victories, and no, Peter Jennings and Tom Brokaw aren't going to tell you we're having those victories.

00:33:52.000 But I've done over a thousand radio interviews since September 11th, and the majority of the callers, one caller out of 30 folks, calls in and disagrees on average.

00:34:05.000 We're winning the information war.

00:34:10.000 And all I know is, every time I investigate, I mean, I could tell you that I'm the leader of a militia, and I'm your leader.

00:34:22.000 And come sign up with me, and I'll be the boss, and we'll all, you know, defend each other.

00:34:31.000 And it sounds good, and maybe I'm a good guy, maybe I'm a bad guy.

00:34:38.000 The point is, you don't know.

00:34:41.000 And I've always said, you know, I'm not your leader.

00:34:45.000 I'm not here telling you what to do.

00:34:47.000 I'm not here, you know, trying to organize people into groupings because, I mean, look at Charlie Puckett.

00:34:56.000 He went to prison.

00:34:57.000 He was a good guy.

00:34:58.000 I mean, I could read Charlie Puckett.

00:34:59.000 He was a good guy.

00:35:00.000 Kentucky Militia.

00:35:01.000 You know, involved with the State House, exposing the U.N., helping people out.

00:35:07.000 And, uh, turned out the guy had a concealed carry.

00:35:09.000 He'd passed the background check.

00:35:11.000 He'd had a conviction when he was a, uh, juvenile.

00:35:14.000 You know, for the kind of stuff that a lot of people have done.

00:35:19.000 Stealing a sandwich and a bag of potato chips is a joke.

00:35:23.000 Uh, when he was 16.

00:35:26.000 But the government said, hey, that counts.

00:35:28.000 Now, because the way the 68 gun control act really states it's anything that's over a crime of $200, well, the fine for stealing even a bag of potato chips in 19, what was it, 1965, when he was 16 years old, was over a $200 fine!

00:35:48.000 Man of the year!

00:35:50.000 Citizen of the year in Maryland!

00:35:51.000 Big Vietnam hero, veteran, saved some cops one time when they were down.

00:35:56.000 Just a civilian, as they call us.

00:35:59.000 Defended some cops with his firearm back in the 70's.

00:36:03.000 Helped some old lady in 99 with thugs attacking her.

00:36:06.000 You know, he won in 99, Man of the Year, Citizen of the Year.

00:36:12.000 Well, when he got back from Vietnam in 68, he fell up and we had him on the show, up in Maryland.

00:36:19.000 Some folks were spitting on him at a bar, and this is admitted, and he beat a couple of them up and started a fight with them.

00:36:25.000 And, uh, he went into court and just said, okay, fine, I'll do a furred judification.

00:36:28.000 Judge said, great.

00:36:30.000 Well, he got SWAT teamed in 99.

00:36:32.000 Excuse me, in 2001.

00:36:33.000 Even though he'd won Man of the Year, Citizen of the Year in 99.

00:36:39.000 For helping the old lady out, he helped the cops back in the 70s.

00:36:42.000 And they took him to jail.

00:36:43.000 Cops gave him all his guns and said, hey, we don't care if that was a furred judification. 0.95

00:36:48.000 That was a furred judification for what could be a felony today.

00:36:51.000 It was over $200.

00:36:56.000 Where am I going with all this?

00:36:57.000 I mean, where's Charlie Puckett, Kentucky Militia?

00:37:01.000 I mean, Charlie told you in the last days before he went to prison, everybody around me was a Fed. 0.86

00:37:05.000 There were more Feds in the organization than there were Militia members. 1.00

00:37:09.000 All I'm saying is, when you call something a Militia, it's like a gigantic, flashing, red neon sign, you know, the equivalent of stink bait for catfish.

00:37:19.000 I mean, they just come in, and in every case, there'll be a provocateur in there, Spouting off how they want to do all this violence.

00:37:29.000 Same thing with Dick Simpkin and Aero Custom Plastics up in Fort Worth.

00:37:36.000 Had meetings about the U.S.

00:37:37.000 Code.

00:37:38.000 Put money in to put ads in the paper.

00:37:39.000 Check out the U.S.

00:37:40.000 Code, folks.

00:37:41.000 The Federal Reserve's private.

00:37:45.000 And when they went in and tried to, you know, get him, and now they're holding him without bail, they said, well, at a meeting he was at, somebody said something violent, and turns out that was a Fed, of course.

00:37:55.000 Doesn't matter.

00:37:56.000 The Feds will say it and then use it against you later.

00:38:00.000 And you look at what happened to Mark Quarantine.

00:38:02.000 You look at what happened to all these other people and militias all around the country.

00:38:08.000 There was that Viper militia out in Arizona, up into Nevada, operating in those two states.

00:38:15.000 And what was it?

00:38:15.000 It was a biker club called the Viper Biker Club.

00:38:20.000 The Viper Brotherhood.

00:38:22.000 A bunch of ne'er-do-wells.

00:38:26.000 And the FBI went out and found a corrupt biker gang that was cooking methamphetamine. 1.00

00:38:31.000 Put in an agent and said, hey, let's be a militia!

00:38:34.000 Let's sell guns and, you know, this will be fun and we'll be involved in all this.

00:38:40.000 And the FBI went out and made a bottle bomb, put some black powder in it, stuck a fuse in it.

00:38:44.000 They all got drunk, stood around and blew it up.

00:38:46.000 With the FBI agent videotaping it.

00:38:49.000 And then they busted them and they got to have the word Viper mixed in with Militia all over the news.

00:38:55.000 For years.

00:39:00.000 I mean, more often than not, the founders and leaders of militias turned out to be feds.

00:39:04.000 It's like one of the leaders of the Michigan militia was a whole bunch of them, but one of the top guys later admitted, yeah, I work for the feds, yeah, I'm the... Well, I just do it to keep track of everything, and you know, we're good old boys here.

00:39:19.000 And that's their job.

00:39:20.000 These guys get big fat paychecks who just run around and stir up trouble.

00:39:26.000 And now, Is that saying every militia out there, every group saying we're going to stand up and fight is a federal organization?

00:39:36.000 No!

00:39:36.000 The point is, we don't know.

00:39:41.000 We don't know, but let me tell you what will happen.

00:39:44.000 See, if a family gets killed, you know, if a mobile home gets burned down, little kids in it, like Waco, they'll actually get more funding out of it, the government will.

00:39:59.000 And if a bunch of people rose up and started going wild, hog wild, look how much control the government got out of the sniper attacks which they carried out.

00:40:06.000 Operation Northwoods calls for that.

00:40:10.000 The government to carry out sniper attacks?

00:40:11.000 How to frame people on page 9 of a 15 page document.

00:40:15.000 It's on Infowars.com right now.

00:40:17.000 Or just go to the Library of Congress, it's right there.

00:40:19.000 Project Northwoods.

00:40:24.000 It's the same system over and over and over again.

00:40:26.000 So my whole point is, why play on the government's turf?

00:40:30.000 On the government's... I mean, you go to an NRA meeting, you go to a land rights organization, you go get involved at the city council, there's no feds around there.

00:40:42.000 You can actually change things, you can actually affect things.

00:40:45.000 You can actually get people elected.

00:40:47.000 Not for long though, because they're putting in the touch screens.

00:40:51.000 You can put on a three-piece suit and everybody will listen to you and they'll agree with you.

00:40:55.000 You can get your city to pass laws and throw the feds out.

00:40:58.000 Or get a sheriff elected to throw the feds out.

00:41:03.000 I always wondered about the malicious camouflage.

00:41:06.000 Why are they wearing camouflage designed for Southeast Asia in the 60s?

00:41:12.000 When the camouflage for urban terrain is a polo shirt and black shoes that are really tennis shoes but look like dress shoes and Some loose slacks and a backpack.

00:41:25.000 You know, I'm a student.

00:41:28.000 Why?

00:41:29.000 I mean, the last... You might as well wear a pink outfit with big flashing lights and sirens whirling around on your head to wear camouflage out in public.

00:41:42.000 Unless it's hunting season, maybe, then you wear the orange cap on there.

00:41:47.000 But see, the government was worried about The movement for liberty and freedom that was developing in the early nineties, the land rights groups, the second amendment groups, the people that were involved,

00:42:02.000 And they were worried about people like Red Beckman, the grandfather of the Fully Formed and Jury Association, who said why the militia wrote that book and said, we need to be a citizen militia, that means all of us, and stand up civically and defend, and defend our families physically if need be.

00:42:17.000 Well the government nipped that right in the bud, they just sent provocateurs into most of the organizations.

00:42:24.000 And did horrible things, framed people en masse.

00:42:30.000 And so, all I've ever said is, watch out for those key signs.

00:42:35.000 And protect yourself.

00:42:37.000 And, you know, don't automatically salute the first person that puts a general stars on his shoulders.

00:42:46.000 I mean, I remember the Republic of Texas, and I'm going to H.W.

00:42:49.000 and George and others.

00:42:51.000 I remember the Republic of Texas.

00:42:54.000 I mean, folks, Texas really was illegally annexed.

00:42:57.000 It really isn't a state.

00:42:59.000 That's admitted in the founding documents of the state.

00:43:02.000 I had family in the Battle of San Jacinto.

00:43:04.000 We got our Spanish land grants in 1830.

00:43:05.000 The history books really do show that.

00:43:09.000 We really could secede if we never were really annexed.

00:43:13.000 And I remember hearing about the Republic of Texas, and I thought, well, that'll teach the feds a lesson.

00:43:16.000 Yeah, let's have a state pull out. 1.00

00:43:20.000 And maybe other states will follow suit.

00:43:22.000 Arizona's talked about it, others haven't.

00:43:25.000 Problem was, I went to some of the meetings and it was obvious Feds strutting around going, I'm a president, I'm a general, I'm a field marshal.

00:43:33.000 I mean, you go to a meeting, there'd be 50 generals, 10 presidents, 45 treasurers.

00:43:40.000 You'd have a group who were part of delusional power trips, swaggering around in a drunken fashion.

00:43:48.000 And then you'd have the Feds And you'd have the Fed out in the parking lot running around putting Nazi literature on all the cars.

00:43:55.000 We got video of them running and getting in an unmarked police car and driving away. 0.93

00:43:59.000 And the media would be there to make everybody look like buffoons! 0.66

00:44:06.000 And I told everybody, I said, folks, you're getting set up.

00:44:09.000 I said, you know, there's one or two groups here that aren't Feds.

00:44:12.000 And I said, that's McLaren and others.

00:44:14.000 And they're going to get set up.

00:44:16.000 And sure enough, they did.

00:44:17.000 And people got killed and got a bunch of time in prison and railroaded.

00:44:20.000 And yeah, that happened.

00:44:24.000 I just went and covered it for the radio.

00:44:26.000 I went and watched it.

00:44:27.000 I remember one time we had a meeting and I didn't control the meeting.

00:44:34.000 It was just a general Patriot meeting.

00:44:36.000 People show up in general outfits and we had the police there.

00:44:43.000 I was trying to wake the SWAT team up.

00:44:44.000 The SWAT team was really listening. 0.99

00:44:46.000 In the middle of this, you had some useful idiots in the crowd, you had some other people who were feds, trying to provocateur things. 1.00

00:44:52.000 It's just, it's a circus! 0.99

00:44:55.000 So just understand, if I put a helmet on and put a walking stick under my arm, or a, or you know, one of those little whips the generals have for swapping the, slapping the horse, I don't know what they are, riding crop, I'll stick a riding crop under my arm and tell you I'm your grand leader, Watch out, folks!

00:45:17.000 That's all I'm saying.

00:45:18.000 Look out! 0.84

00:45:23.000 And, you know, years ago I'd give people this warning and they'd go, oh, that's ridiculous, I don't want to hear that.

00:45:27.000 Now you don't, because you've seen so many examples of what I'm saying.

00:45:30.000 People don't get in trouble who are involved in what I do.

00:45:34.000 We go have meetings and nobody goes to jail, folks.

00:45:36.000 You know, we show up at the City Council and affect change.

00:45:41.000 We're involved in communicating to the mass.

00:45:44.000 Not taking the people that really care, getting them in meetings, and then provocateuring them into prison.

00:45:55.000 You know what they do by so-called creating these militias, which are nothing but federal control arms in most cases, is they use that on a threat board.

00:46:06.000 In Washington, to get more funding, look at the, look at the threat, look at the, why there's, there's a hundred thousand militia and they, you know, they pump up the numbers and why they're, there's this guy who said that and there's this person that wants to do that and why these militia leaders are threatening members of Congress.

00:46:25.000 Turns out all those militia leaders are FBI agents or CIA or paid informants and it's all about getting this funding.

00:46:39.000 So I'm saying, going into things like this, you need to be made aware of the track record.

00:46:46.000 And it's a shame, because there are a lot of real militia people, and a lot of good-hearted, brave people that want to stand up for this country, and want to stand up against tyranny, and are willing to put it all on the line.

00:46:59.000 And let me tell you something, you're going to get that chance, okay?

00:47:02.000 If we don't get the word out about who's tearing out the terror, they're going to carry more of it out, and we're going to go in to the next level of this.

00:47:10.000 And believe me, when they really drop the hammer and if things go physical, you're not going to need anybody to tell you what to do.

00:47:16.000 You're going to know.

00:47:17.000 HW in Colorado, go ahead.

00:47:23.000 Hi Alex, thanks for bringing up that property issue.

00:47:47.000 I would want to urge everybody to fight for it in the rest of the world.

00:47:52.000 We've got to fight for this American Constitution because anywhere else people are enslaved. 0.57

00:47:57.000 They're under the Pope of Rome's or the British Queen's command.

00:48:02.000 Yeah, I'll let you finish up on the other side, H.W.

00:48:05.000 I said of the Federal Reserve System that everybody now already a hundred thousand dollars

00:48:11.000 averaging out over three hundred million Americans.

00:48:15.000 That is forty point three times ten to the twelfth national debt divided by three hundred

00:48:24.000 million Americans.

00:48:25.000 Yeah, I'll let you finish up on the other side, H.W.

00:48:27.000 We'll be right back.

00:51:27.000 But I remember being here in Texas and folks said, "You're not going to salute the president of the Republic of Texas?"

00:51:48.000 And I'd say, which one of the ten?

00:51:52.000 You're not going to salute that general over there?

00:51:55.000 I mean, this is, they had literally more generals and presidents than they had privates.

00:52:03.000 And You know, you'd always have some person who was a deputy general or a lieutenant commander who would be the aide, but that's all serious, but I'll make the joke, you know, we had admirals because they had bass boats.

00:52:18.000 Admirals in the Republic of Texas.

00:52:20.000 Instead of building a movement to educate people to push for signatures, for referendum, Uh, to go to a constitutional convention in the state, which we just did, by the way, which you can do pretty easily, to have the state move to pull out of the union.

00:52:36.000 They go, no, we don't have to do that because we were never part of it!

00:52:40.000 Parley, defoley! 1.00

00:52:43.000 Them is French words.

00:52:45.000 We don't have to do that.

00:52:46.000 Well, we never actually entered it, and that would be to give deference to the imperial government of the United States, you know.

00:52:53.000 And I'm like, guys, you can really get Texas to pull out.

00:52:56.000 Because at first, the polls were like 60-something percent of Texans said, yeah, that's pretty neat.

00:53:01.000 Let's pull out.

00:53:01.000 I remember.

00:53:02.000 The news announced it like it was serious and real, and they had the provocateurs go in there and act like clowns. 0.73

00:53:08.000 It was a totally staged deal. 0.55

00:53:11.000 And now you tell somebody about it, they'll laugh at you.

00:53:14.000 Because, see, we can't all declare ourselves Presidents.

00:53:18.000 That has to happen in an election.

00:53:22.000 Just like, I mean, I could stand up and say, I'm the Supreme Leader of the Super Fleet Space Command Militia Base Delta.

00:53:31.000 And you will all swear allegiance to me, the Supreme Leader.

00:53:34.000 Ha ha! 0.86

00:53:37.000 And I'm telling you, thousands of people would just start saluting me going, Ladies and gentlemen, we've got on the radio with us the Supreme Leader of America, the rightful President Alex Jones!

00:53:48.000 And I could walk around maybe in a military outfit and swagger about, and I'm the leader!

00:53:54.000 I'm sorry, I'm not going to do it.

00:53:56.000 I'm not going to do it, folks.

00:53:57.000 And I'd warn anybody out there to go a little bit slower in all of this.

00:54:06.000 Okay, let's go back to H.W.

00:54:08.000 and then George, Joe, Melissa, and others.

00:54:11.000 H.W., go ahead and finish up.

00:54:13.000 You were talking about property rights, which we are losing.

00:54:16.000 Imagine if you had a town of 1,000 people and you could easily get 100 of them to be members of the Property Rights Defense League.

00:54:25.000 Without 100 people, you could take the town over and stop all property grabbing instantly.

00:54:30.000 Alex?

00:54:31.000 But I guess we can't do that.

00:54:32.000 We have to be generals.

00:54:33.000 Go ahead.

00:54:34.000 Alex, I just wanted to explain why they're grabbing people's places now, and I have a personal story of that, too.

00:54:41.000 But the Federal Reserve has accumulated now $100,000 debt with everybody, and when they're stuck with the government, they then go down locally and take people's poverty away, because they have no other way to get value anymore.

00:54:57.000 It is admitted That the government is to be run by United Nations policies in receivership.

00:55:05.000 This is admitted, folks, and the caller's correct.

00:55:07.000 Sure.

00:55:09.000 Hey, look at third world countries. 0.98

00:55:10.000 They openly admit they go into receivership, they take the people's land, put them into factories owned by the IMF and World Bank.

00:55:17.000 Right.

00:55:18.000 They got only five ways of getting money from people.

00:55:20.000 They tax you, they borrow from people, never pay back, they print money, they steal from other countries, and they commit armed robbery.

00:55:28.000 And then, of course, if that doesn't work in the end, like the costly war in Iraq, now then they come to the local people and grab their property. 0.58

00:55:38.000 And I have a plain situation.

00:55:40.000 I had like four acres and I had to work with reality.

00:55:45.000 I accumulated some, some people call it junk, with this sort of machines, you know, some old lawnmowers.

00:55:52.000 And so you live out in the country and they still want it out of there?

00:55:55.000 Yeah, and some speculating neighbor that wants to sell to all these guys coming in here with blended money from New York.

00:56:03.000 And this area has really boomed.

00:56:06.000 Yeah, don't move out in the country if you don't want to see people's junk.

00:56:09.000 They don't like to look at whatever you have and you have to work with the reality.

00:56:15.000 And so they're harassing the living daylights out of you.

00:56:17.000 We'll be right back.

00:56:18.000 Stay with us with our guest.

00:56:21.000 You've asked for them and now they're here.

00:56:23.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones introducing you to the new Berkey PF2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements for exclusive use with the Berkey Lights Black Black.

00:56:36.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:56:40.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:56:50.000 Government cover-ups.

00:56:51.000 You want answers?

00:56:53.000 Well, so does he.

00:56:54.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:56:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:57:03.000 Kofi Annan has made a statement, it's on the UN's website, that we must all, quote, accept global government And our new world citizenship, where you have no rights of course.

00:57:17.000 That's coming up, a bunch of other news, but this is an important issue.

00:57:23.000 Because you're going to see more and more of it.

00:57:24.000 I know George and Joe and Melissa and others have called in about this subject.

00:57:27.000 We're about to go to you.

00:57:30.000 This is an important subject of property rights and people surrounded, having their land taken, having their homes bulldozed.

00:57:36.000 It happens all the time, every day in this country.

00:57:40.000 And more and more people are saying, no, I'm not going along with this.

00:57:44.000 Family promises armed standoff.

00:57:48.000 This is on Infowars.com right now.

00:57:51.000 Horton Bay, Michigan, the peaceful rolling farmland of Bay Township allows the potential armed confrontation.

00:57:59.000 Now the family got their building permits and retroactively, and they're out in the country, according to this article, told Lyle Barkley and his family that lives in the three homes there on the property, grandkids you name it, that they're going to come take it from him, bulldoze it.

00:58:17.000 So he's staying over my dead body, that's the quote here.

00:58:19.000 Lyle Barkley, thank you for coming on the show, sir.

00:58:23.000 Well, how are we doing today?

00:58:24.000 Well, I'm doing all right.

00:58:26.000 We've got a lot of roosters up in Michigan and I'd like you to tell us basically how this developed and what you're facing and the sheriff says he's coming in Thursday.

00:58:34.000 Yeah, Thursday night is the deadline.

00:58:36.000 Five o'clock Thursday night, that's what they got set at.

00:58:39.000 Well, it started this whole thing all out.

00:58:40.000 You know what I mean?

00:58:41.000 I went ahead and applied for permits and everything and they gave me permits.

00:58:45.000 And then after they gave them to me, then they went ahead and revoked them in November.

00:58:50.000 And every time I ask them what's going on, they keep saying, I've asked them in court and I've asked everybody else and I've been on the internet and I'm still trying to find out what to mean by core width and to this date I still don't know.

00:59:06.000 Spell that for us.

00:59:09.000 So they won't even tell you what you've done wrong.

00:59:11.000 They just say core width.

00:59:13.000 That's what they're saying.

00:59:15.000 I've got to have a core width.

00:59:17.000 C-O-R-E. 1.00

00:59:20.000 Now talk about feudalism.

00:59:21.000 You walk in, they go, Corweth! 0.85

00:59:23.000 Corweth! 0.83

00:59:24.000 Sounds like a Monty Python skit.

00:59:27.000 And they won't tell you what it is, and then now they say, now they say you gotta pay a fine, and they're gonna, well this is incredible.

00:59:34.000 Yeah, we got a $7,800 fine.

00:59:36.000 They say I gotta pay by Thursday night here, and they're gonna put a lien against my property, and they say the Sheriff's Department will come in and arrest us.

00:59:44.000 We've got to do jail time on top of that. 0.96

00:59:47.000 And we're going to come in and move these mobile homes out and take what else personal

00:59:51.000 property that I've got enough to cover the expense of moving these out and the stuff

00:59:55.000 will all be auctioned off then.

00:59:57.000 Yeah, absolutely incredible.

01:00:00.000 You know, they tried that with a veteran here in Austin.

01:00:02.000 They had to build him a new house.

01:00:06.000 They wanted this lady's property. 0.98

01:00:08.000 Nice home built there.

01:00:09.000 So they had a SWAT team raid him.

01:00:10.000 No drugs were found.

01:00:12.000 So she sued him and won.

01:00:15.000 I'd imagine the community's pretty upset about what's happening to you.

01:00:18.000 Well, it's not just the community here.

01:00:21.000 I mean, this thing has gone nationwide, you know what I mean?

01:00:24.000 And especially on the internet and everything.

01:00:25.000 I mean, actually right now what we've done is a team has got together.

01:00:30.000 They formed a team over the internet here and they started this Saturday researching this whole situation.

01:00:36.000 And yesterday they came up and we filed an injunction in court yesterday.

01:00:41.000 To stop this and right now the team is drawing up an appeal and it's going to be filed later this afternoon in the circuit court against this situation here too in case he doesn't sign it.

01:00:55.000 I want to know how they'll find people to steal your homes and drag them off or bulldoze them.

01:01:03.000 How does the government find trash to do that? 0.77

01:01:08.000 My own opinion, though, is I've run into law officers and stuff here in the township and into the county here, and as soon as they get the badges put on, they feel like they're a king.

01:01:19.000 I mean, well, I am Mr. So-and-so.

01:01:21.000 I'm bigger than what you are.

01:01:22.000 You've got to listen to what I say.

01:01:23.000 So they think that you're their property.

01:01:25.000 He has no authority to what's going on.

01:01:27.000 And you're saying, no, I'm not your property.

01:01:29.000 Right.

01:01:30.000 Okay, stay there, sir.

01:01:30.000 We've got a quick three-minute break.

01:01:31.000 We'll come right back to our guest, Lyle Barkley.

01:01:35.000 And, uh, the sheriff says you can come in there.

01:01:38.000 They're gonna take everything they got.

01:01:42.000 So, what's in your shampoo?

01:01:44.000 Sodium lauryl sulfate?

01:01:45.000 Exposure can lead to coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, headache, and nausea.

01:01:49.000 Phenol.

01:01:49.000 Ingestion of even small amounts may cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma, respiratory failure, and cardiac arrest.

01:01:57.000 ETA may be irritating to the skin and mucous membranes and cause allergies such as asthma.

01:02:01.000 Fragrance?

01:02:02.000 Fragrance on a label can indicate the presence of up to 4,000 separate ingredients, most of which are synthetic.

01:02:43.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here announcing the release of my most comprehensive

01:02:46.000 documentary exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet.

01:02:51.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

01:02:56.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

01:03:01.000 Witness in horror the execution of the September 11th attacks and the ensuing whitewash, the casual society control grid, implantable microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

01:03:13.000 soil, the USA Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, And much, much more.

01:03:18.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the Masters of Terror.

01:03:21.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

01:03:43.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

01:03:48.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

01:03:52.000 We listened.

01:03:53.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

01:03:58.000 We listened.

01:03:59.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

01:04:03.000 We listened.

01:04:04.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages. We listened. After 9/11, you asked us to

01:04:11.000 develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents. Again, we listened.

01:04:16.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by

01:04:22.000 Americans, and made in America. Get the Berkey Light, the American water filter, for only $259 by

01:04:34.000 Call us toll free, 888-803-4438. Not yet available in Iowa.

01:04:41.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:04:48.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:04:57.000 We're buying a piece of property in a rural area, four acres.

01:05:03.000 Putting your mobile homes on and having your wife and then of course your children and their children all living together. 0.95

01:05:11.000 The government hates that.

01:05:12.000 Remember New York City, the 15 year old graduated from college with a 3.84?

01:05:20.000 And the state, the city of New York actually blocked her getting her degree and is trying to take her from her 1.00

01:05:26.000 family right now.

01:05:27.000 Take her to someone else's home and they're calling that abuse. 1.00

01:05:31.000 The daughter's articulate, has friends in college, totally happy, bypassed the degradation of the public schools.

01:05:39.000 All over the country, they come into rural areas where people have had houses, mobile homes, for 20 years they tell them, take that off your property.

01:05:46.000 You can't have a shed, you can't have a barn, you can't build a fence.

01:05:50.000 I told a guy up in Connecticut, you can't kill rattlesnakes when they come on your business property, even though they'd bitten one of the dogs at a auto repair shop in a city.

01:06:03.000 And yeah, they have rattlesnakes in Connecticut, folks.

01:06:05.000 I remember that article.

01:06:07.000 I was like, what?

01:06:07.000 And we got them on the show.

01:06:09.000 This is happening everywhere.

01:06:10.000 So instinctively, I understand the statements of Rick Stanley and others and our guest Lyle Barkley.

01:06:18.000 Where they say, hey, come take our land over our dead bodies. 0.99

01:06:22.000 Mutual defense pact.

01:06:23.000 We're going to run out and stand up for anybody around the country.

01:06:27.000 We're going to stand up and fight physically over my dead body.

01:06:30.000 My only point is, and I don't like being criticized for making this point, is that I've been doing this for 10 years, folks.

01:06:36.000 I didn't just fall off the apple cart or the turnip truck, as they say.

01:06:39.000 I have seen the provocateurs.

01:06:42.000 And you can't tell who they are.

01:06:44.000 Some people are good.

01:06:45.000 Some are bad.

01:06:46.000 I don't know.

01:06:47.000 Uh, and so that's all I've been pointing out is there are other ways like getting people involved in the cities and counties in a community to take control of our communities like we've seen with 400 plus cities passing laws against the Patriot Act, but What do you do in the case of Lyle Barkley, who's on the phone with us, who owns this land, paid for these houses, is a good guy, just listen to him, there's a photo of him with his wife right here, just nice people, they worked hard for this, they got their permits, which they shouldn't have to do in a free country, and now they won't... I've seen them!

01:07:20.000 Try to take other people's houses here in Austin.

01:07:22.000 They won't tell you why.

01:07:23.000 They go, we're taking it.

01:07:24.000 They build the fines up.

01:07:26.000 They steal everything you got.

01:07:27.000 I mean, come on.

01:07:29.000 This is like the movie Open Range or something.

01:07:34.000 So, what do you do?

01:07:37.000 Now, let's go back to Lyle Barkley.

01:07:39.000 Lyle, for those that just joined us, the Sheriff is saying Now, here in the article he says he's, quote, going to do his job.

01:07:47.000 He's going to come in on you.

01:07:48.000 Yeah, his job, like Nazi Germany or something. 0.64

01:07:53.000 He's just doing his job.

01:07:55.000 Is he saying he's coming in Thursday night if you don't pay all these fines and get these houses off the property?

01:08:04.000 Any time after the date runs out, there would be Thursday night at 5 o'clock when the court system closed.

01:08:09.000 Any time after that, they can.

01:08:10.000 As long as the judge gives him an order to do it.

01:08:14.000 But I think the sheriff has got another thing coming because I've got my land patent and the federal authorities, the FBI and all them, just informed Mr. Lasseter, according to what I'm reading in Record Eagle here today, that they are not standing behind him in this whatsoever, that he's out there on a limb by himself.

01:08:31.000 Because according to the law, constitutional law, that Mr. Lasseter is our sheriff.

01:08:37.000 He is the only elected official that has the right to come on my patent posted property.

01:08:43.000 Well, you know, that's true.

01:08:44.000 Not the deputies, not the state police, not the federal government.

01:08:48.000 Mr. Lassner himself, the sheriff.

01:08:50.000 Now, you notice the feds do that selectively when they want to.

01:08:53.000 It is true that you can't have the IRS, the CPS, the INS, anybody doing anything federal unless the sheriff who's elected says they can.

01:09:04.000 Right.

01:09:04.000 But the feds ignore that when they want, back off when they don't.

01:09:07.000 Now, we saw that with the Gray family in Texas saying, no, they've been in a Three-plus year standoff.

01:09:16.000 Now, the man to get this guy on, and we did just now get him on the show, he's Rick Stanley.

01:09:23.000 It says here in the news article, and I've heard him on the air a few times, the leader of the Second American Revolution.

01:09:31.000 Rick Stanley, thanks for coming on the show.

01:09:33.000 Thank you, Alec.

01:09:35.000 Now, Rick, I've heard you on a few other shows, and I didn't hear the particular time, but I've been told that you don't like some of the ways I do things.

01:09:44.000 Would you like to go ahead and tell us why?

01:09:46.000 And I don't mean that in an aggressive fashion.

01:09:48.000 I'd like to know up front, because I tell people up front when I don't agree with them, and I'll tell you where I don't agree with you in a second.

01:09:54.000 Tell me where you don't agree with my ideas.

01:09:59.000 About the only thing that I don't agree with you is that you don't ever seem to give your listeners an answer.

01:10:08.000 In other words, what I see is that you fulfill a great need in that you are letting people know about the problems that are out there, but you're not giving anybody any answers.

01:10:22.000 Oh, really?

01:10:23.000 Hold on, Rick.

01:10:24.000 Let me counterpoint at a time.

01:10:27.000 Now, I've helped defeat bills that would basically ban whole classes of guns in Texas.

01:10:31.000 The paper admits that I brought the crowds down.

01:10:34.000 I caught the bribery on tape.

01:10:35.000 I hung around in the halls of the Capitol building.

01:10:38.000 I have gotten my resolution passed by dozens of cities.

01:10:43.000 Over 400 cities have passed other resolutions throwing the Patriot Act out.

01:10:50.000 I mean, there are hundreds and hundreds of things.

01:10:52.000 It's an educational process.

01:10:54.000 I mean, I'm doing what they did for the ten years before 1776 with the Committees of Correspondence.

01:11:00.000 And I'm trying to use up all of our vehicles peaceably first.

01:11:10.000 How is that not giving people solutions?

01:11:13.000 Well, I agree with you.

01:11:14.000 I think that those are all things that need to be done, but I also believe that That we have to form our militias now, and we have to prepare and organize.

01:11:24.000 And we have to stand behind people out there who need help like the Barclays.

01:11:30.000 And I think you should support the militias, and particularly the PAC militia, in our efforts to organize America.

01:11:41.000 Let me understand this, and jump in any time you'd like, Mr. Barclay.

01:11:44.000 Okay.

01:11:46.000 Let me try to boil this down.

01:11:48.000 Rick, I know you got into this because of the Second Amendment, and they arrested you for wearing a sidearm when it's not even against the law in your state, and it violates the Second Amendment, and what happened to you was wrong, okay?

01:11:59.000 I don't know if you're a good guy or a bad guy, I can't scan into your brain.

01:12:02.000 You sound credible, more credible than most people I've seen out there.

01:12:06.000 But are you telling me that if Mr. CIA sticks on a black beret and announces himself General, I should support whatever he says or does?

01:12:16.000 I'm not saying that's you.

01:12:17.000 I'm saying it's turned out to be about 75% of the time militia leaders are federal officers.

01:12:22.000 Now, they're to burn good people.

01:12:26.000 Now, how am I supposed to just support whoever pops up?

01:12:29.000 Explain that to me.

01:12:30.000 Can I speak a minute?

01:12:32.000 Go ahead.

01:12:32.000 Now, when I first talked to Mr. Stanley, I joined the PAC myself.

01:12:37.000 When I first talked to Mr. Stanley, we spoke for quite a few hours on the phone.

01:12:42.000 And one thing he specified to me, Lyle, this is your right.

01:12:47.000 You can join me if you want to.

01:12:49.000 Get the information off the internet.

01:12:50.000 Go through this.

01:12:51.000 Research this yourself.

01:12:52.000 If this is what you want, you can do this.

01:12:56.000 This is your right to do this.

01:12:58.000 I did not have to sign up with Mr. Stanley or this PAC whatsoever.

01:13:02.000 I volunteered that.

01:13:04.000 That is my constitutional right.

01:13:06.000 Well, let me expand on that.

01:13:07.000 When I signed up with Mr. Stanley, I signed up with him, and I agreed that if they would help me in any way, I would go anywhere to help them, if it's a constitutional fight.

01:13:17.000 And that's all this is, is strictly a constitutional fight.

01:13:19.000 No, it is.

01:13:20.000 It is.

01:13:21.000 But what I'm trying to say here to you, Lyle, is nobody said anybody forced you to sign up.

01:13:27.000 No.

01:13:28.000 I just wanted that clear because that's what it kind of led up to me when you were talking.

01:13:32.000 No, no, no.

01:13:34.000 I'm saying people need to understand why I am, let's say, wary.

01:13:38.000 Not of Rick Stanley himself.

01:13:40.000 I want Rick to know that.

01:13:42.000 I'm wary because I've been in this for ten years.

01:13:45.000 I've seen it.

01:13:45.000 I've watched it.

01:13:46.000 I've had people try to do anything.

01:13:49.000 They provocateur.

01:13:51.000 And so all I've said is we need to be watchful.

01:13:55.000 And by the way, sir, we're all in the militia.

01:13:58.000 The government can say that we're not, but that's the Second Amendment.

01:14:03.000 They can say that all black people are slaves again.

01:14:06.000 That's not the case because the Constitution says it's not true. 0.91

01:14:08.000 So they can say, just like they said blacks are slaves, they can say there's no militia.

01:14:13.000 I'm in the militia, sir. 0.88

01:14:14.000 I'm doing my duty.

01:14:15.000 I'm defending this country.

01:14:16.000 If I see thugs attacking an old woman, I'm going to go over to them and try to stop them.

01:14:20.000 If I see police violating the Constitution, I'm going to stand up to them.

01:14:24.000 Physically, if need be, to defend this republic.

01:14:27.000 My only point is that... Rick, do you understand where I'm coming from here?

01:14:32.000 Oh, sure I do, but you're asking a question regarding Mr. CIA.

01:14:37.000 I'm not Mr. CIA.

01:14:39.000 You know who I am, and I know who you are.

01:14:41.000 I've only been involved in this battle for about five years.

01:14:45.000 uh... and really intensely and probably the last three so you know i don't have i don't have the experience that a

01:14:50.000 lot of people did uh... in in the militia movement and and what not but uh...

01:14:55.000 what you do have to understand is that i'm very

01:14:58.000 prior to uh... five years ago all i cared about was building my

01:15:02.000 business making lots of money

01:15:04.000 uh... and i did uh... and and i have to

01:15:07.000 that the say honestly that uh...

01:15:09.000 uh... you know i i had a uh... awakening one day and

01:15:13.000 and said uh... you know i i've got to jump into this I've been self-employed for 29 years.

01:15:18.000 I'm 49 years old.

01:15:20.000 I started my first business when I was 20 years old.

01:15:23.000 You know, I'm not a provocateur.

01:15:26.000 I've never been employed by the federal government except when I was in the Army from the age of 17 until 20.

01:15:33.000 So that's been the extent of my federal employment.

01:15:39.000 Well, Rick, let me say this.

01:15:40.000 I've never said That I think you're a fed.

01:15:43.000 I've just said that anytime somebody says they're a militia leader, we need to investigate them.

01:15:49.000 And I have investigated you a little bit.

01:15:50.000 I don't know a ton about you, but I've talked to Pastor Butch.

01:15:54.000 He works for a company that does nuts and bolts and all that.

01:15:59.000 And he says he's known you for years before you were even involved in this.

01:16:02.000 He knows of your company.

01:16:04.000 His company's done business with your company.

01:16:06.000 So yes, we know you're a legitimate businessman.

01:16:09.000 We understand all that.

01:16:10.000 I'm just also giving you a warning, my friend, about how these infiltrators operate.

01:16:16.000 Rick Stanley, stay there.

01:16:17.000 Lyle Barkley, you guys both stay there.

01:16:19.000 We've got a bunch of calls for you, but I want to talk more about Lyle Barkley's case, and what your family's facing, and what Rick is saying you guys plan to do here.

01:20:43.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:20:49.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:20:55.000 Folks, I've got to get to coffee in and saying we all need to accept global government as one of his new statements.

01:21:00.000 That we all need to enter the global community and be slaves, basically.

01:21:05.000 Some other key tidbits of news, but this is important because more and more people are under attack by this illegitimate government that violates all basic canons of a free society.

01:21:16.000 And more and more people are standing up.

01:21:17.000 A lot of people want to talk to our guests, David and George and Melissa and Wesley and Many, many others that are holding were talking to Lyle Barkley, who's up in Michigan, and they gave him their building permits and said, oh, we're retroactively taking those out.

01:21:34.000 And they won't give him any answers.

01:21:36.000 They won't tell him what's wrong with it.

01:21:40.000 Rick Stanley, have you figured out what this term is they keep telling him every time Mr. Barkley asks why they're going to come take his property?

01:21:47.000 Which term is that?

01:21:49.000 What's that term again, Lyle?

01:21:52.000 What's that now?

01:21:53.000 What's that term that they keep telling you at the city?

01:21:57.000 The term they keep telling me at the city?

01:21:59.000 Yeah, you said there's a term.

01:22:00.000 You say, why are you going to take my land?

01:22:02.000 Why won't you... You know, I've got my permit and they say there's a certain term.

01:22:08.000 Well, the term I use, I call them a bunch of dictators.

01:22:11.000 No, no, no.

01:22:12.000 Sir, when you were first on with us, you said the city said it's up to you to figure out what this word means.

01:22:17.000 Oh, okay.

01:22:18.000 All my permits and everything that I applied for, I even asked them in the court system over there, and they all keep coming back that my CORE is not right.

01:22:27.000 C-O-R-E. 1.00

01:22:28.000 And I've asked them in court over there what they mean by CORE.

01:22:31.000 I've gone through the zoning book.

01:22:32.000 I've asked all different officials through the township and everything.

01:22:35.000 I've even been on the internet asking what they mean by CORE.

01:22:39.000 To me, Alex, I've never heard that before.

01:22:41.000 Huh?

01:22:42.000 That's news to me.

01:22:43.000 I've never heard that before.

01:22:44.000 Well, it sounds like it's the magic code for Alibaba and his 40 thieves. 0.95

01:22:50.000 Well, we know they're thieves.

01:22:51.000 Like I said, the only thing I can understand of what they might mean by CORE on this situation is they had an auction sale here a few days ago, and during this auction sale, the auctioneer specifically told the people He said in Bay Township, you are only allowed a 16 by 80 foot trailer.

01:23:10.000 So if that's what they're talking about, is core width, then maybe that's what it is.

01:23:14.000 But yet in Arizona... Think about our free society.

01:23:17.000 They tell you out in the countryside what size trailer you can have.

01:23:20.000 Now that's our free country, folks.

01:23:24.000 Unbelievable.

01:23:25.000 Let's talk to Daryl in Pennsylvania.

01:23:28.000 You're on the air.

01:23:28.000 Daryl, go ahead.

01:23:30.000 Yeah, Alex, and I had called in when Rick was on with Pastor Butch Paw, and I hope I'll be allowed to make my point here.

01:23:36.000 Rick interrupted me several times.

01:23:40.000 I was in the intelligence community for over 26 years, and the point I was trying to make was that you do things smart, and you have to participate in what we call encounter intelligence to just protect yourself, protect your operation, and Rick had said that he wanted everyone to call in and I'll tell you what, let me throw the question out to him.

01:24:03.000 place etc and I said that is a dream of an intelligence collector to have all of that

01:24:11.000 information in one location so that if they want to go after you.

01:24:14.000 I tell you what, let me throw the question out to him.

01:24:17.000 Rick, in Total Resistance and Guerrillas in the Mist and other manuals on resisting tyranny,

01:24:25.000 it's a cellular structure and you're calling for a different type of structure?

01:24:30.000 What are you calling for?

01:24:32.000 Defense of the individual.

01:24:34.000 In other words, this militia is defending yourself first and then being willing to defend everyone else in the pack.

01:24:43.000 Now the only way that you can defend yourself and then defend everyone else in the pack is if there's one person who's a control who can Keep all of the names of all of those people, and they'd be available.

01:24:56.000 Now, one of the things that I always... What happens if somebody in the PAC, hold on, does something wrong, is a provocateur, and then they use that to say, now everybody in the PAC was part of this giant criminal army, this is what the media will say.

01:25:10.000 Don't you see that?

01:25:11.000 Of course.

01:25:12.000 But to tell you the truth, I'm not really all that concerned about what the media says, because they're only going to say negatives anyway.

01:25:19.000 We've got to understand that.

01:25:20.000 But sir, we're whipping their tail in the information war, up one side and down the other, and exposing them as the terrorists.

01:25:26.000 Oh, and they absolutely are.

01:25:27.000 We all know that.

01:25:29.000 Darryl, anything else?

01:25:30.000 No, I'd just like Rick to respond to that.

01:25:34.000 It's not a matter of being afraid.

01:25:37.000 You know what I'd like to ask you is what's not smart about it.

01:25:47.000 The fact that you're going to have your name and your phone number and your address on a list.

01:25:51.000 My friend, you are already on a list and so am I and so is everybody else.

01:25:55.000 And that's just the way it is.

01:25:56.000 In fact, this conversation right now is being recorded by the FBI.

01:26:00.000 I've been under investigation by the FBI for 14 months.

01:26:04.000 So, what?

01:26:05.000 My lines are tapped here too, Rick.

01:26:10.000 Alright, well, thanks for the call, Daryl.

01:26:12.000 We'll talk more about it on the other side.

01:26:14.000 And I'll try to articulate my position on all this.

01:26:17.000 We'll talk to George and Melissa and Wesley.

01:26:20.000 Then I'm going to shift gears into all the other news.

01:26:22.000 Stay with us, my friends.

01:26:24.000 I'm Alex Jones.

01:26:24.000 We'll be back on the other side.

01:26:26.000 My chief concern is protecting this family.

01:26:30.000 And I understand why they're standing up.

01:26:32.000 We're on the march, the Empire's on the run.

01:26:36.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:26:42.000 As a listener to the Genesis Communications Network, you're aware of the many health dangers that have been unleashed upon an unsuspecting public.

01:26:50.000 We all want to protect ourselves and our loved ones, but how do we do that?

01:26:53.000 034438.

01:26:53.000 That's toll-free, 888-803-4438.

01:26:54.000 That's toll free, 888-803-4438.

01:27:00.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

01:27:02.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:27:13.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:27:20.000 Alright, we're talking to Lyle Barkley, who's the father out there facing the Incredibly corrupt, control freak government that gave him his building permits.

01:27:33.000 They're out in the country on their four acres.

01:27:36.000 Gotta get permits out in the country in most places now.

01:27:38.000 Here, it's all part of the free society.

01:27:40.000 They said after they built them, put them out there.

01:27:42.000 No, you can't have those out there now.

01:27:45.000 Looking at photos of the property.

01:27:46.000 Nice place out there.

01:27:49.000 And he's worked so hard to put this together and now they're gonna come out there.

01:27:52.000 The sheriff says, on Thursday night, Pastor Butch Paul just called into the show.

01:27:58.000 He said he's talking to folks up in Michigan, Norm Olson and others, about getting the family one double wide.

01:28:07.000 So if they do come and steal all of it, they can put that out there, give them time to move it off and do that.

01:28:11.000 But that's what we did here in Austin with Joe Campana when they were going to bulldoze his old house.

01:28:16.000 We just built him a new one that really made him look bad.

01:28:20.000 The problem is this is happening to thousands of people every month now, and we've got to have people get together politically in their areas, take control of their governments, and kick these thugs out of office.

01:28:31.000 But they're racing ahead with their touchscreen electronic voting, which we've proven is fraud-based, run by the government.

01:28:38.000 That's even come out here and there in the mainstream news, so we're rapidly approaching the time where there's going to be more and more physical confrontation.

01:28:48.000 And, uh, what did Alexander Schultz need to say?

01:28:52.000 You know, what would happen every night when the thugs went out to arrest people, Stalin's thugs, if they had to worry about not coming home themselves?

01:28:59.000 I think that's where Rick Stanley's coming from, so we're addressing that and exploring this and, uh, just trying to get people to look at the tyranny we're facing here in this country.

01:29:09.000 So, Rick, it sounds to me like you don't care anymore.

01:29:12.000 Let's come down to the point of you're willing to put it all on the line and go ahead and, An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

01:29:21.000 I just want you to know the model of what you're doing is just open for people to go out in the name of your organization and do things when they're really feds.

01:29:34.000 What are you doing to try to address that?

01:29:36.000 Actually, no one can do anything in the name of the PAC because the PAC only responds once one of our PAC members has been attacked.

01:29:47.000 It's kind of hard for somebody to come into our organization and do something in our name because the only person who is someone who goes out and talks to the media, really, is me.

01:30:02.000 Some of our PAC members have done so, and that's fine.

01:30:07.000 There's no problems with that.

01:30:10.000 But the bottom line is that we don't do anything until one of our PAC members is attacked.

01:30:17.000 Now, you call this the Second American Revolution and you... No, it's called the Mutual Defense Pact Second American Revolution Militia.

01:30:25.000 Uh, yes.

01:30:26.000 And you are the leader of this?

01:30:29.000 I'm the founder.

01:30:31.000 Okay, so the news isn't accurate when they say you're the leader.

01:30:34.000 They can say whatever they want to.

01:30:36.000 So, things don't go through you then?

01:30:38.000 What do you mean they don't go through me?

01:30:41.000 I thought earlier you said it all went through you, so they couldn't infiltrate you.

01:30:45.000 It does.

01:30:45.000 I'm basically the control.

01:30:46.000 I'm the founder of this organization.

01:30:48.000 If you want to call me a leader, you can call me that.

01:30:51.000 Okay, well, I've just heard people call you that.

01:30:53.000 I think that's kind of what you... Okay, well, I'm trying to figure that out.

01:30:58.000 Basically, the PAC is made up of, right now, we have 680 members.

01:31:03.000 I like to say that we have 680 sergeants.

01:31:07.000 680 liters in the pack.

01:31:09.000 Oh, to go out and force multiply that number?

01:31:13.000 I'm sorry?

01:31:14.000 So you call them sergeants?

01:31:15.000 Are you saying these are force multipliers to go out all and create their own organizations?

01:31:21.000 No, that's not what I'm saying.

01:31:25.000 In a militia action, they would be almost an autonomous individual.

01:31:29.000 They know what to do.

01:31:30.000 They know how to handle things.

01:31:33.000 Each of these people has certain things that they are specialists in and can bring something to the table for the PAC.

01:31:45.000 Have you had people try to provocateur you?

01:31:47.000 Sure.

01:31:48.000 Give us an example of that, Rick.

01:31:52.000 I had one guy very early came in and he was an FBI agent.

01:31:59.000 He said he worked for the government, but he wanted to join the PAC and he wanted to He was very helpful.

01:32:04.000 He wanted to come in and be involved in the inner workings of the PAC.

01:32:09.000 And I told him that we don't have that happen.

01:32:12.000 He wanted to have meetings and he wanted to do a lot of things with a lot of other people.

01:32:16.000 Well, I tell you, that's a lot of nerve.

01:32:18.000 Yeah, when they come right out.

01:32:19.000 You know, I had to pull a butcher knife on me and say I was going to be dead soon and then later admit they were feds to a newspaper.

01:32:25.000 These people are something else.

01:32:26.000 Yeah, I later discovered that Uh, that he was a bet.

01:32:31.000 I had, I felt that he was, uh, when he was, uh, when he was coming in and he made himself readily available to me quite often.

01:32:38.000 And, uh, yeah, I just had a bad feeling about it.

01:32:41.000 And then I discovered later on when there was an armed and dangerous report, uh, uh, put out by the Denver Police Department, it mentioned that there was a, uh, CI who, uh, was dealing with me and had basically joined our pact.

01:32:56.000 What's a CI?

01:32:58.000 You know, I have no idea.

01:33:01.000 Apparently somebody that's undercover, you know, I would think.

01:33:04.000 And basically, he felt that I was paranoid and that, you know, that I was going to shoot it out with the Denver Police Department, etc., etc.

01:33:16.000 And he made some comments regarding my property and whatnot that I had made to him and to him only.

01:33:23.000 So, we pretty much discovered that that particular individual was a fed.

01:33:29.000 Yeah, well, I mean, it's pretty obvious.

01:33:30.000 I mean, if you try to help a little old lady across the street, they'll try to provocateur. 1.00

01:33:34.000 I mean, I've had that happen to me.

01:33:35.000 I mean, anything decent, anything honorable, they've got these people.

01:33:39.000 And it's very serious because there's a lot of people, but I've found if you're just up front, And, uh, just say that you're politically active.

01:33:51.000 You can go out, wake folks up, get them involved, take over communities.

01:33:55.000 I've found, though, that just the militia label itself is almost their purview, and that's why they have incredible resources focused.

01:34:03.000 I found if you just don't call it that, uh, they basically leave it alone because it's all about labels of these people.

01:34:09.000 It's really a, like a one-eyed cyclops.

01:34:12.000 What you have to understand, Alex, is that I'm of the mind that we've got to stop letting them set the agenda.

01:34:18.000 We've got to let them stop setting the labels.

01:34:21.000 They're not setting the agenda.

01:34:22.000 We're 400 plus cities.

01:34:24.000 Last time I checked, it's not 150.

01:34:26.000 It's not 200.

01:34:27.000 Alex, I'm not talking about you.

01:34:29.000 I'm talking about regarding saying words like militia.

01:34:33.000 I look at militia as being a time-honored tradition in this country.

01:34:38.000 And those of us who are Americans in this country, each of us, is militia.

01:34:43.000 Well, no, no, hold on.

01:34:44.000 You have to understand.

01:34:45.000 I understand it's part of the Second Amendment and what America is all about.

01:34:49.000 I mean, now they've moved on to Christians, Constitutionalists, you know, they're demonizing those words.

01:34:54.000 What I'm saying is, is that when you talk about the militia today, I mean the institution that's been around the last ten years, which is, you know, nothing more.

01:35:06.000 What I'm trying to say is, What they have is they have these things that they say are supposedly secret.

01:35:12.000 And then all they are is a provocateur club trying to bust people and try to set people up.

01:35:19.000 And I don't see that you're doing that.

01:35:21.000 Oh, no.

01:35:21.000 The militia today is not really the militia.

01:35:25.000 It's a group of guys going out and having beers on the weekend and training and getting together and having fun.

01:35:33.000 And you know what, that's not really what the militia is.

01:35:37.000 Okay, well I agree with that, yeah.

01:35:39.000 Each of us is militia, we're supposed to be trained ourselves, we're supposed to be armed ourselves, we're supposed to be prepared to defend basically the American way.

01:35:48.000 And to tell you the truth, militia has a history way even before this country was formed.

01:35:55.000 And it's basically any group of people that want to band together and defend themselves.

01:36:00.000 Yeah, it's like civil defense.

01:36:01.000 Absolutely.

01:36:03.000 People that don't believe in the Constitution and their rights out there, these are the people that are working with Rick and what we're standing up for today.

01:36:11.000 Because our rights are being denied out there every day and revoked.

01:36:15.000 You've got to think about our younger generation out there.

01:36:17.000 I mean, this younger generation, Where are these people learning their rights from?

01:36:21.000 If people like us wasn't standing up and preaching and celebrating over the TV, these little guys out here, they are not getting it from school.

01:36:29.000 They're not being taught this in school at all.

01:36:31.000 So if they don't learn from us, how are they going to learn?

01:36:34.000 There's another point regarding that issue, is what are our rights?

01:36:39.000 We have God-given rights.

01:36:41.000 We have rights of ban.

01:36:43.000 Before, we even had constitutional rights.

01:36:46.000 Those God-given and man-made rights existed before the Constitution.

01:36:53.000 All the Constitution did was put it on paper and then say, okay, we're going to protect these and we're going to guarantee these.

01:36:59.000 Now, I hear you.

01:37:00.000 Let me try to boil that down, then, and I agree with you on this.

01:37:04.000 Let me try to boil this down to a simple level.

01:37:08.000 For folks that have just tuned into the show.

01:37:11.000 We have liberty and freedom and private property rights because people did stand up and fight and die for it.

01:37:17.000 They say we've got them.

01:37:18.000 And in every other case in history... Do me a favor, Mr. Barkley.

01:37:26.000 I hate to say this, but I don't think folks can hear you because there's quite a lot of noise in the background.

01:37:30.000 Can you ask folks to just maybe pipe down just a little bit so folks can hear you?

01:37:38.000 In every other country, there's no private property rights, because the strong men run things, the people are disarmed, and in search.

01:37:45.000 So obviously, it always came back down to physical confrontation, over and over again, to get liberty and freedom.

01:37:51.000 And yes, that existed before America, and before Moses, and before, you know, civilization.

01:37:57.000 So yes, it finally, in the final equation, does come down to that.

01:38:02.000 I'm just trying to wake up as many people as I can so they know who wears the black hats, who wears the white hats, and I'm saying most folks don't know that yet, and I'm still finding that the pin Is mightier than the sword in these fights.

01:38:17.000 That's all I was trying to say.

01:38:19.000 I agree with that.

01:38:19.000 I agree.

01:38:20.000 And like I say, that's what we need to educate the younger generation out there.

01:38:23.000 What's going on?

01:38:24.000 What is the right?

01:38:25.000 And what's not?

01:38:25.000 You know what I mean?

01:38:26.000 So they can follow us.

01:38:28.000 I do have one comment there, Alex.

01:38:30.000 What do you do when when your servant government no longer follows the rules, which and you know they don't.

01:38:39.000 And when they are using the point of a gun, And not just once or twice, but thousands of times a day at every level of government, from local all the way up to the federal level.

01:38:50.000 And they are going out and destroying people's lives.

01:38:54.000 They're taking their property, they're stealing their children, they're stealing their guns, and putting people in jail.

01:39:01.000 And whenever they want to, they kill someone with impunity.

01:39:05.000 Are we going to win this war with our own government, If we're just going to take the Gandhi approach, I don't believe so.

01:39:17.000 I believe that the only thing that they are going to understand is what they do themselves, and that is force of arms, or the threat of force of arms, so that we can defend ourselves.

01:39:31.000 I'm not trying to say that we should go out and go offensive with force of arms.

01:39:37.000 Let me sign this for you, Stanley.

01:39:39.000 I need to have you up.

01:39:41.000 By yourself in the future, I need to have Mr. Barkley back on who I really want to thank and who I'm praying for.

01:39:47.000 He's in a serious situation and I hope the sheriff gives this some time and doesn't go rushing in there violating his oath of office as this is hopefully worked out.

01:39:58.000 But from what I've heard it sounds like, and from their quotes here in the newspaper, they don't want to work this out.

01:40:03.000 They want to violate property rights.

01:40:05.000 They want to violate this This man's family and it's disgusting and things are coming to a head because the tyranny is growing out of control.

01:40:15.000 I'm just saying that if they weren't putting in the electronic touchscreens We're seeing a shift of people waking up, getting involved politically, and downsizing the government, and taking over our communities.

01:40:28.000 So the globalists have seen that.

01:40:30.000 They're trying to escalate things into a crisis.

01:40:33.000 So I'm just saying, we've got to think about this.

01:40:35.000 We've got to talk about this.

01:40:37.000 I certainly can't disagree with defending your lives and your property and your children.

01:40:42.000 I'm just saying we need to think about it.

01:40:44.000 We need to talk about it.

01:40:45.000 We need to use our gray matter in this process.

01:40:51.000 And Rick, I think you're doing that.

01:40:52.000 I think that Lyle Barkley's doing that.

01:40:55.000 But I just want folks to understand why I spent an hour and 46 minutes discussing this, which I never do on any subject, because we're going to see more and more of this.

01:41:03.000 Oh, absolutely.

01:41:04.000 And I would like to point out that people can go to my website at www.stanley2002.org.

01:41:12.000 That's S-T-A-N-L-E-Y-2002.org.

01:41:17.000 And they can learn about the PAC.

01:41:20.000 They can join the PAC.

01:41:21.000 And, you know, I'd love to have you involved with this, Alex.

01:41:26.000 Well, I am not a I'm an information source and I'm a documentary filmmaker.

01:41:33.000 And that's what we need out there, guys like you to work with guys like us.

01:41:37.000 And I do quite frequently stand up against police checkpoints and people taking kids and people taking land and I've been beat up and stuff and I've ended up defeating the enemy by doing that.

01:41:51.000 Certainly.

01:41:51.000 I'm going to continue to investigate this, Rick.

01:41:52.000 I'm going to have you back up.

01:41:54.000 And can we have you back up, Lyle, on Thursday to give us an update?

01:41:58.000 Yeah, just give me a call ahead of time to make sure, okay?

01:42:00.000 Alright, and if folks want to get in touch with you, how do they do that?

01:42:02.000 231-582-0039.

01:42:03.000 Give that number out again, sir.

01:42:10.000 231 Area Code 582-0039.

01:42:14.000 Alright, well thank you so much for coming on.

01:42:16.000 Okay, thank you and thank you for having me.

01:42:18.000 You bet.

01:42:19.000 God bless everybody.

01:42:20.000 Rick Stanley, take care as well.

01:42:21.000 Thank you, sir.

01:42:22.000 You bet.

01:42:23.000 I mean, Rick Stanley is more articulate than most of the people I've seen out there and I, again, I don't know Rick Stanley and I've done a little bit of investigation.

01:42:32.000 I'll continue to do an investigation.

01:42:36.000 I'm open right now on where I stand on this.

01:42:39.000 This is a complex issue.

01:42:42.000 Believe me, the government has giant think tanks and people with 170 IQs looking at it to decide how to manipulate us.

01:42:50.000 And I'm having a lot of trouble deciphering it to figure out what we need to do to counter them.

01:42:54.000 But I know what's been working, and that's the information war.

01:42:58.000 But I also know, when your kind ends on the line, and they're taking your property, and they're taking, more importantly, your children for no reason, or they're taking your guns, or they're taking your sovereignty, what do you do? 0.97

01:43:10.000 We're going to come back with another guest who I appreciate holding, Debbie Morrow.

01:43:13.000 Debbie, stay right there, my friend. 0.97

01:43:16.000 And I apologize to George, and Melissa, and Wesley, and everybody else that we haven't gotten to.

01:43:22.000 We'll get to you, too.

01:43:24.000 This has been an interesting show today.

01:43:26.000 Focusing on this issue, we've got a whole other hour coming up, where I'm going to get into coffee announcing, we've got to go under U.N.

01:43:33.000 control, and a lot more.

01:43:34.000 This is a serious issue.

01:43:37.000 That's why we spent all this time on it, but we'll come back and get to your calls.

01:43:40.000 Before I end this segment, I might as well, in the next, you know, in the first two hours, at least once, tell folks how we fund this operation.

01:43:47.000 That's with my documentary films, with my books, and with the information I put out that is so vital in waking folks up.

01:43:56.000 And there's Road to Tyranny, there's Masters of Terror, there's Police State 3 Total Enslavement, my newest film.

01:44:35.000 That's the first process here.

01:44:37.000 It's listing the crimes of the king.

01:44:39.000 If you won't wake folks up to what's happening, we don't have a prayer.

01:48:12.000 My friends, in the next hour, I'm going straight to what the UN has now stated about how you will be a global

01:48:18.000 Much of other key news we're going to cover in a shotgun fashion, and I promise we'll get to George and Melissa and

01:48:18.000 citizen.

01:48:26.000 Wesley and Umar and John and many others.

01:48:28.000 But coming out of the first segment, into the first segment of the next hour.

01:48:34.000 Here in the next four minutes though, a drugger on the airwaves, this is the lady who you talk to Or one other great lady, when you call and order Big Berkies and other great stuff from New Millennium Concepts. 0.98

01:48:46.000 And Jim Shepard had this idea last night, because it's so important, that giant hurricane is scheduled to hit the East Coast from anywhere from, you know, the Carolinas up into Maine.

01:48:59.000 And it's powerful.

01:49:01.000 We hope it dissipates, but they're not saying that right now.

01:49:05.000 Sometime Thursday night.

01:49:09.000 MLM Concepts is there right now.

01:49:11.000 They'll ship you a big Berkey, sports bottles, the big Berkeys, the Berkey lights, all of it.

01:49:17.000 They will ship it to you overnight.

01:49:20.000 So you'll get them tomorrow.

01:49:22.000 Way before the storm hits.

01:49:24.000 And this is important.

01:49:26.000 Because this big ol' Isabel could seriously wreak havoc if it does slam into the coastal areas. 1.00

01:49:33.000 Could really mess up the water supplies.

01:49:37.000 And you know what?

01:49:38.000 I mean, if it gets you to go buy a filter, that's what matters, because you need to stop drinking the fluoride and the arsenic and the herbicides and the pesticides.

01:49:45.000 This is what I drink out of.

01:49:47.000 Your body's 70% water.

01:49:49.000 Call your friends and family.

01:49:51.000 Tell them to call New Millennium and get these systems, because it's more than just if there's the occasional hurricane, which is about to slam into us.

01:49:59.000 It's for a bunch of other reasons, not just disasters.

01:50:02.000 It's about not drinking all this poison.

01:50:04.000 Debbie, thanks for coming on the show.

01:50:05.000 I really appreciate you doing that.

01:50:07.000 Thank you for having me, Alex.

01:50:08.000 Tell folks about the hurricane special we've got and how it'll be shipped overnight to people.

01:50:14.000 Okay, what we'd like to do is have people call in, and be sure to leave me a good contact number, because most people will get our recording as the calls come in, and then I'll call everyone back, and we'll go ahead and get them shipped today, and we'll overnight it for no charge, so that they'll have it in case of an emergency.

01:50:34.000 Now, that's huge.

01:50:36.000 That's huge, folks.

01:50:37.000 Not only do you get the normal Berkey price at the extra reduced price, you're going to get it overnighted.

01:50:43.000 That's right.

01:50:44.000 Because we want to be absolutely sure that everybody has water.

01:50:47.000 And if they get the Berkey Light, with the lights, they'll have a lighting source, too.

01:50:52.000 As we all know, the power seems to go out quite a bit on the East Coast, so you don't want to take a chance of not having power as well as water.

01:51:01.000 So we can have a lighting system with the LED lights in the base, as well as good purified water to drink.

01:51:09.000 Well, that's a big deal, folks.

01:51:11.000 A lot of times when there are hurricanes, it overflows the sewage treatment systems and packets into the water supply.

01:51:16.000 And who knows if you'll have a problem in your area.

01:51:18.000 I hope nobody does.

01:51:19.000 But it's just good to have this system.

01:51:22.000 And send one to your friends and family.

01:51:24.000 Get multiple units.

01:51:26.000 They've got a special LaBerge light with a light in the base.

01:51:30.000 And it'll filter, you know, what, 30 gallons or more a day.

01:51:33.000 And you need to call.

01:51:35.000 You need to get this system.

01:51:36.000 You can take pond, lake, Uh, puddle water, you name it.

01:51:40.000 Debbie is there right now, folks.

01:51:43.000 So give her a call right now at 1-888-803-4438.

01:51:50.000 In just a few months, if you drink a bottle of water, you'll make money back on having this unit.

01:51:54.000 So, 888-803-4438.

01:51:54.000 Debbie, anything else?

01:51:59.000 Well, we did want to let our listeners know that this isn't only for the people on the East Coast, that we're making this available to everyone nationwide, and also to be sure to contact their friends and their relatives who may not listen to your show, and have them call in also, because we want to be sure that everyone in our nation is prepared.

01:52:23.000 Well, I'll guarantee you what's going to happen.

01:52:26.000 Because I've seen it when it snows here.

01:52:28.000 Everybody goes in and grabs everything off the store shelves.

01:52:30.000 And I guarantee you that's happening right now on the East Coast.

01:52:32.000 I just got a report about it.

01:52:34.000 So, order this overnight, folks.

01:52:37.000 They're quick at New Millennium.

01:52:39.000 Believe me, I've ordered stuff from them.

01:52:46.000 1-888-803-4438.

01:52:47.000 And Debbie, thank you so much for coming on.

01:52:50.000 Thank you for having me, Alex.

01:52:51.000 You bet.

01:52:54.000 Get the new Berkey Battery Adapter, an inexpensive yet long-term backup power supply for your Berkey Light LED system.

01:53:01.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique because in...

01:53:08.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

01:53:15.000 Big Brother. Mainstream Media. Government Cover-Ups.

01:53:24.000 You want answers?

01:53:26.000 Well, so does he.

01:53:27.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:31.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:53:36.000 Alright, we've got a bunch of news I haven't gotten to yet coming up.

01:53:41.000 I mentioned it, the recall election being expanded out now because the appeals court A new U.N.

01:53:48.000 press release that we're all basically slaves of the U.N.

01:53:51.000 A bunch of other key news coming up, but right now, all the callers have been holding for eons.

01:53:57.000 Let's get to you right now.

01:53:58.000 Let's talk to George in Texas.

01:53:59.000 George, thanks for holding.

01:54:01.000 You're on the air.

01:54:02.000 Hello, Alex.

01:54:03.000 Yes, sir.

01:54:03.000 Can you hear me?

01:54:05.000 Good talking to you.

01:54:06.000 I saw you at Bastrop a couple weeks ago there and bought bloodlines of the Illuminati.

01:54:11.000 Oh, yeah.

01:54:12.000 I was there speaking with Ron Paul and others.

01:54:15.000 I was wondering, did you mention in a previous program that Fritz Springmeier is in prison?

01:54:21.000 They tried to frame Fritz three or four different times and finally got him on bank robbery.

01:54:21.000 Uh, yes.

01:54:26.000 They had a convicted drug dealer informant, the judge wouldn't let the jury know that, stand up and say he saw Fritz rob the bank.

01:54:34.000 Totally made up.

01:54:35.000 They'd raid his house, claim IRS, they'd raid his house, claim that he was growing pot, no pot would be found.

01:54:41.000 Of course, in Oregon they arrest you for potting soil.

01:54:44.000 That was in the news.

01:54:45.000 People with no drugs.

01:54:46.000 Like Tulea, Texas, where they framed 56 people.

01:54:48.000 No drugs were found.

01:54:49.000 No criminal records.

01:54:51.000 But Fritz is serving decades in prison for robbing a bank he didn't rob.

01:54:57.000 And that's how afraid of that book they are.

01:55:00.000 Well, is he in a federal prison?

01:55:03.000 Yes.

01:55:05.000 Does he have a website or any contact information?

01:55:07.000 No, I've actually got his wife's number, but it's in my computer.

01:55:12.000 Actually, that's in my Rolodex.

01:55:13.000 I don't have that in front of me.

01:55:16.000 I had a comment on the previous segment.

01:55:19.000 I don't know if Mr. Barkley had tried to get an attorney, but many states prohibit lawyers from soliciting business.

01:55:27.000 Uh, there's probably a lot of attorneys that would love to have a case like his.

01:55:31.000 And for those that don't know that just joined us, Family Promises Armed Standoff up in Michigan.

01:55:36.000 And they're in Bay Township out in the country, four acres.

01:55:39.000 They gave them a permit to put mobile homes in there.

01:55:41.000 The bureaucrat says, no, you gotta take them out.

01:55:43.000 Won't tell them why.

01:55:44.000 And they're sick of it.

01:55:45.000 They're saying they're gonna, they're gonna shoot it out with the police come Thursday.

01:55:50.000 Well, it seems to me a good attorney could get that into a federal court and tie it up and not... Well, they've done that now and Pastor Butch and others are moving to try to, if they do drag off their property, to get them a new mobile home.

01:56:04.000 The problem is this is happening to thousands of people a month.

01:56:08.000 I mean, they'll take your land if there's no township, if there's no zoning laws.

01:56:13.000 The National Association of Counties and Cities has met with the Feds.

01:56:16.000 We covered this years ago.

01:56:18.000 They're going to use zoning as the new territory to take private property rights. 0.97

01:56:22.000 Well, I know here in Central Texas, I won't mention the county by name, but they put my ranch in a subdivision without my knowledge or consent so that they could hit me with permits and all that.

01:56:34.000 But then try to get your ranch.

01:56:36.000 Right.

01:56:36.000 Why not mention the county?

01:56:40.000 I did settle with them after they figured out that I got a Houston area attorney and I was fixing to take them to the cleaners. 0.97

01:56:48.000 But that's the point.

01:56:50.000 They target those, see, now they're just hitting the lower middle class, you know, hard working folks.

01:56:55.000 They're having trouble with some of the upper middle class like yourself.

01:56:59.000 Well, the solution to the problem is what Danny knew came up with the homeschoolers is to create a legal defense fund and if any one member gets attacked Yeah, that's it.

01:57:11.000 And then have chapters in every county and city.

01:57:13.000 Knock on a door.

01:57:14.000 Give them a nice packet.

01:57:15.000 Join our Private Property Defense League.

01:57:17.000 Everybody join.

01:57:18.000 You take the town over.

01:57:20.000 But instead, people get up in camo outfits and go, I'm the leader!

01:57:23.000 Right.

01:57:24.000 I say they're all bad, but a lot of them. 0.98

01:57:26.000 And people go, man, you're a kook. 0.97

01:57:27.000 Get off my doorstep. 0.93

01:57:29.000 And you can pay like maybe $10 a year dues, and if you're a tech, you get a top-notch lawyer that will go to bat for you.

01:57:37.000 Well, more than that, the organization wouldn't have true power unless you got educational magazines, bimonthly, you learn the law, you set up chapters in your area, got others to join, to fund the system locally, and then you all defend each other locally.

01:57:53.000 Right.

01:57:53.000 And then you can call in the lawyer too. It's got to have that local power base.

01:57:57.000 We've done it in Austin, we've done it in Fredericksburg, we've done it in other areas in Central Texas,

01:58:02.000 and they don't pull that type of stuff as readily anymore.

01:58:05.000 It's making them hopping mad. That's why they want to ban standing up to them non-violently.

01:58:10.000 And then all we've got left is the cartridge box. We'll be back.

02:01:18.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:01:25.000 Alright my friends, we're back live.

02:01:30.000 Going straight back to your calls.

02:01:31.000 Let's talk to Melissa in Florida.

02:01:33.000 Been holding for a while.

02:01:34.000 Go ahead, Melissa.

02:01:36.000 Hi, Alex.

02:01:37.000 Welcome.

02:01:39.000 I think, I didn't call for this reason, but regarding your guest, it sounds like a matter of code enforcement.

02:01:50.000 Don't you think?

02:01:50.000 Well, of course.

02:01:52.000 That's the point.

02:01:53.000 For those who just joined us, there's a standoff brewing up in Michigan.

02:01:57.000 Where they gave them the permits and then said, after they put the mobile homes on the property, and again, now counties are creating zoning laws.

02:02:08.000 They're saying you can't build, you can't have these out here on your land, and we're coming to take your property, and the man, Mr. Barkley, has said over my dead body, and we had him on the show last hour, and then there's this mutual defense-packed militia, That's saying they've got 680-something people, I believe he said, signed up to defend.

02:02:30.000 And I was just pointing out they need to watch for infiltration provocateuring.

02:02:35.000 This shows how long we've been under this tyranny though, Melissa, that we just think it's normal that, oh yeah, the government tells us what we can build and what we can do and how to raise our children and, oh yeah, there's tracker switches in all your cell phones and, yeah, the face scanning cameras are watching you.

02:02:50.000 This is all unacceptable.

02:02:53.000 It's all unacceptable.

02:02:57.000 I totally agree with all of that and what I think the answer is is definitely not with guns and bloodshed but with information like you try to get out and if he would just try to get Uh, if he would, if somebody would let us know who to contact regarding this and enough people would, you know, rally for the support.

02:03:18.000 That does help if they get thousands of phone calls and we should have done that, we've done that in the past.

02:03:22.000 I've been online the whole time I've been on hold looking for, you know, uh, the official numbers, etc.

02:03:30.000 Is he in, uh, Bay County, Bay City, those areas, or is it called something else?

02:03:34.000 It's Bay Township in Charlottesville.

02:03:38.000 County.

02:03:38.000 It's an Indian word.

02:03:39.000 I can't pronounce it.

02:03:40.000 I'm sorry.

02:03:40.000 It's C-H-A-R-L-E-V-O-I-X.

02:03:45.000 C-H-A-R-L-E-V-O-I-X County, Bay Township.

02:03:52.000 Bay Township, and that's in Michigan.

02:03:54.000 That's in Michigan, and I've got their number, not here in front of me, obviously I have their number to get them on, and the article on InfoWars.com lists the names of the public officials, the authorities, our owners, our bosses, our keepers, our masters.

02:04:12.000 Right, and I hadn't read the story, but I've heard you talk about it.

02:04:15.000 And I think if they've got enough people, you know, opposing what they're doing, then I can't believe... Well, that's the point.

02:04:21.000 That's the point, is we've stopped this type of stuff, and it's been stopped in a lot of areas if you have an active population.

02:04:27.000 And I guarantee you, in that town, I guarantee you over half the people are against what's happening.

02:04:32.000 In fact, they admit people are all outraged.

02:04:34.000 Well, why don't the people, I guarantee you, if thousands of people who live there locally got mad and showed up and said, hey, you're going to be in trouble next month, you know, at the election, Or, hey, I'm going to run against you.

02:04:44.000 Or, hey, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

02:04:46.000 They'd leave these people alone.

02:04:47.000 It's because good people aren't involved that this happens.

02:04:51.000 Thanks for the call, Melissa.

02:04:52.000 Really appreciate it.

02:04:54.000 Wesley in Tennessee.

02:04:55.000 Go ahead.

02:04:57.000 Good to talk to you, Wesley.

02:04:58.000 Hi.

02:04:59.000 Hello.

02:05:01.000 I don't want to denigrate the previous caller's statements or to belittle the statements in any way, shape, or form.

02:05:10.000 Well, that's okay.

02:05:11.000 You can belittle me if you want.

02:05:13.000 No, no.

02:05:14.000 That's not my intention at all.

02:05:17.000 I made a decision when I found myself face down on the blacktop with an army boot heel in the back of my neck and guys rifling through the trunk of my car that I was going to do something about it.

02:05:30.000 I didn't say anything to you until today because this was something that was a long time coming, but I organized 11 Former Vietnam Gulf War vet who have taken a page out of Al Qaeda's tactics.

02:05:50.000 They worked very well for Al Qaeda, and I would say that if they worked for Al Qaeda, they should work for us, too. 0.81

02:05:56.000 We should be mindful of the fact that we did not negotiate with George III in our independence.

02:06:02.000 We did not talk this country into existence.

02:06:09.000 Now, Wesley, certainly you know Al-Qaeda is a government operation.

02:06:13.000 Absolutely.

02:06:14.000 Absolutely.

02:06:14.000 But that doesn't mean we can't learn something from them.

02:06:17.000 So what I did with these 11 vets was to have them teach each other their interdisciplinary knowledge.

02:06:26.000 So that by the time these sessions were over, all 11 of these guys knew what the other 11 knew.

02:06:33.000 Now, Wesley, this is very interesting.

02:06:38.000 What type of person, I mean, were you before this happened?

02:06:41.000 I mean, just, you know, an example so folks can see this process as the enemy becomes the biggest recruiter.

02:06:47.000 I mean, I believed in the ballot box like most people until I told you in 1994 when I found out that when they cleared those voting machines there was no record of the vote.

02:06:58.000 I knew right then and there the jig was up.

02:07:01.000 But when did you run into the Army checkpoint?

02:07:03.000 I know in the Knoxville area it was in your paper, Knoxville News Sentinel, the U.S.

02:07:07.000 Army runs checkpoints, and the Sheriff's very proud of it, and this happened to you, what happened?

02:07:14.000 Well, I mean, you know, I was just summarily dragged out of my vehicle, and pitched face forward onto the blacktop.

02:07:23.000 Now, you've been calling over the years, I remember this was in the newspaper, you're in a wheelchair.

02:07:29.000 And so you told them this, but the young troops didn't, here in the free country you have troops, this is before 9-11 too, we might want to add that.

02:07:37.000 What did they do to you once they drug you out on the pavement?

02:07:40.000 Well, they went through my car and I, you know, I know for a fact, I mean, I just bought the gun, the 9mm, not more than just a week ago and it was in the original case with the receipt and when I was allowed to crawl back up under my wheelchair. Well that was gracious of them. Yeah

02:08:02.000 really I thought it was real nice. Of course I got no helping hand. I had to do this on my own. I

02:08:07.000 went to the trunk of my car which was still open and that was the first thing I noticed was that

02:08:13.000 that nine millimeter was gone. Now I remember you told us this a few years ago. We'll see if

02:08:17.000 my memory's correct over three years.

02:08:19.000 Weren't they laughing about how nice the gun was?

02:08:23.000 Oh, yeah.

02:08:23.000 I mean, one of the guys said, this is one for your trophy case.

02:08:26.000 That's right.

02:08:27.000 You know, it's just... And then the newspaper reported that people were getting mad that they were beating people up.

02:08:32.000 The troops were...

02:08:33.000 Well, you know how the troops are, but slapping folks around.

02:08:36.000 Some of the local papers, the New Sentinel did, and they just reported how good it was, but some local papers said folks were really mad.

02:08:41.000 But, hey, what's wrong with having troops drag you around out of your wheelchair?

02:08:45.000 I mean, isn't the Nazis drug people out of wheelchairs?

02:08:48.000 I mean, weren't they good too?

02:08:51.000 Well, I want to say something.

02:08:54.000 I don't think you have a right to stand up against troops dragging you out of a wheelchair.

02:08:57.000 I think the veterans fought and died so you can have internal checkpoints stealing people's guns and dragging them out of wheelchairs.

02:09:06.000 Yeah, it's really swell, isn't it?

02:09:08.000 I wanted to say though... Now hold on, I'm going from memory now from three years ago again.

02:09:11.000 Okay.

02:09:12.000 Aren't you a school teacher?

02:09:13.000 I used to be until... So this is the deadly... a school teacher in a wheelchair, they took your locked up gun, stole it, which was illegal to do, I know, Tennessee law. 0.99

02:09:24.000 What's wrong with you, Wesley?

02:09:26.000 I mean, this is freedom!

02:09:27.000 Well, the mistake they made was that for the 15 plus years I taught before I came down, before muscular dystrophy showed its symptoms, I taught American history. 0.75

02:09:37.000 Oh, a terrorist.

02:09:38.000 A terrorist, right. 0.99

02:09:39.000 You are really Al Qaeda, yeah. 0.97

02:09:40.000 Yeah, and it wasn't revisionist history, it was the realist version of American history.

02:09:45.000 So, you're one of those, well in 1984, they had to get rid of all the folks that remembered freedom.

02:09:50.000 Sure.

02:09:51.000 And you're going to be, yeah, well, you've got to deal with it.

02:09:55.000 Be serious, these young thugs, and this was U.S.

02:09:57.000 Army folks, what did you say to them while they were doing this?

02:10:02.000 I couldn't repeat that over the phone.

02:10:05.000 Okay, when they stopped you at the checkpoint, because I remember it was in the newspaper that they would, on this particular, what was it, 11W Highway?

02:10:13.000 Yeah, I mean, I demanded... Well, hold on, I'm going back from memory of the Knoxville News Sentinel about 11W Highway.

02:10:18.000 They say that they'd have a Uh, a Humvee pull out in front of cars, and then troops would run down out of the woods and swarm the vehicles it was described, and then we'd talk to locals.

02:10:28.000 There'd be women in cars being drug out in front of their shoulder, crying, screaming. 0.99

02:10:31.000 Troops throwing people on the ground, putting guns to their heads.

02:10:34.000 This is freedom, folks.

02:10:35.000 This is... I know what happened in Red Dawn.

02:10:37.000 The Russians were really good in Red Dawn, okay? 1.00

02:10:40.000 But the point is, How did it happen to you at the checkpoint?

02:10:43.000 Describe pulling up to it.

02:10:46.000 Well, I mean, I had no idea what was going on.

02:10:49.000 I saw county sheriff's cars and that's why I was confused when I saw a mixture of uniformed police and guys in BDUs.

02:10:57.000 I thought, what on earth is going on?

02:11:00.000 I mean, I had no idea what was happening.

02:11:03.000 You're like the terrorists in Red Dawn who think enemy forces attacking is bad.

02:11:07.000 I mean, this is good.

02:11:09.000 Well, I'll tell you what, they did come down on those vehicles, and I could hear other people screaming, crying, cursing.

02:11:17.000 I heard kids' voices.

02:11:19.000 I heard kids bleeding not to hit their mommies and daddies.

02:11:25.000 And it was a real nightmare, it really was.

02:11:29.000 I want the listeners to know you're hearing an actual Al Qaeda person, right?

02:11:32.000 You hear he doesn't think troops dragging people out of cars, swarming them, hatefully, isn't good. 1.00

02:11:37.000 You're a sicko. 0.98

02:11:40.000 What I did with these 11 guys was to get these guys to teach each other what they knew, and each one of those guys went out and formed cells of six men. 0.99

02:11:52.000 But I want to go back.

02:11:54.000 I mean, I don't want to talk about your terrorist activity right now.

02:11:56.000 I want to talk about how they were gracious to you.

02:11:59.000 Now, when they come up to the vehicle, what happened?

02:12:02.000 Well, I mean, there was no... I asked what was going on and got no response.

02:12:07.000 Yeah, I mean, not a word.

02:12:09.000 But the next thing I know, Mike, before I could even grab the button to lock the doors in the car, the car door was jerked open.

02:12:18.000 I was grabbed by my arm and my shirt and yanked literally out of the car.

02:12:24.000 Thrown into the ground.

02:12:26.000 Face down.

02:12:27.000 And the next thing I felt was the knee of a soldier.

02:12:33.000 Man, that's freedom.

02:12:34.000 In my back.

02:12:35.000 And another boot heel. 0.95

02:12:36.000 There were two guys standing over me.

02:12:38.000 That's freedom, folks.

02:12:39.000 You know why we're over in Iraq?

02:12:41.000 So we can live like this.

02:12:43.000 So a school teacher with muscular dystrophy can live like that. 0.97

02:12:46.000 Another guy had his boot heel pressed into the back of my neck. 0.99

02:12:53.000 Those are heroes.

02:12:54.000 I mean, I couldn't believe these were American soldiers doing this to an American citizen. 0.99

02:12:59.000 Well, that's because you're crazy. 0.99

02:13:01.000 No, no, no. 0.98

02:13:02.000 We're bad, because we're against that.

02:13:04.000 I mean, look, Hitler was good, folks. 1.00

02:13:08.000 He did the same stuff. 0.97

02:13:11.000 Thanks for the call, terrorist. 0.83

02:16:10.000 Welcome to realityzone.com.

02:16:10.000 Welcome to RealityZone.com. My name is G. Edward Griffin.

02:16:17.000 When I wrote "The Creature from Jekyll Island," I said, "We must create an entirely new money supply which is 100%

02:16:24.000 backed by precious metals." 0.61

02:16:27.000 And we must do this within a reasonably short period of time.

02:16:30.000 I'm now pleased to inform you that the Liberty Dollar Organization has done precisely that.

02:16:36.000 The Liberty Dollar is 100% backed and redeemable in gold and silver.

02:16:41.000 So, if you want to make money and protect your purchasing power, I encourage you to visit the Liberty Dollar At www.libertydollar.org or call 888-421-6181 to find out about getting a free copy of The Creature from Jekyll Island.

02:17:14.000 alright my friends i'm getting calls by listeners saying who got

02:17:24.000 decades in prison for robbing a bank who didn't really do it

02:17:29.000 for writing a book.

02:17:30.000 (upbeat music)

02:17:32.000 Well, it's Fritz Springmeier and his book, Bloodlines of the Illuminati, listing the families and the people that don't want to be discussed, that don't want to be talked about.

02:17:45.000 And yes, my friends, we carry it at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and by calling the toll-free number, because now they're calling asking how to get it.

02:17:56.000 And yes, we carry it six hundred and, I don't know, thirty-something pages long.

02:18:02.000 It's bloodlines of the Illuminati.

02:18:07.000 And I can't find anything in the book that isn't true.

02:18:10.000 Now, some of it I can't confirm.

02:18:11.000 I mean, it's so unbelievable.

02:18:13.000 But I have a pretty good grasp of history and the elites and to read the book and not be able to find anything that's false because everybody makes mistakes.

02:18:27.000 I mean, everything in there I found is accurate.

02:18:28.000 Now, there's a bunch of areas that I can't prove or document in the book But, uh, it certainly got a response from the government.

02:18:34.000 I mean, they continue to try to frame this guy.

02:18:37.000 Three or four times, they finally did it.

02:18:41.000 Find out why.

02:18:41.000 Get Bloodlines of the Illuminati.

02:18:43.000 I have the third and final edition.

02:18:45.000 Last book he wrote.

02:18:46.000 With about 40 pages of added material.

02:18:50.000 By the way, there's only a couple thousand of these things left, and, uh, we've got them.

02:18:55.000 So, uh, they're probably going to print some more.

02:18:58.000 Who knows, though?

02:18:59.000 It's just his wife now.

02:19:00.000 Let's go ahead and talk to... I guess Umar in Michigan is up next.

02:19:09.000 Umar, good to hear from you.

02:19:10.000 How you doing, Alex?

02:19:12.000 Pretty good, my friend.

02:19:12.000 Hey, did you hear about... By the way, that was in the newspaper, that the military was rough, you know, handling women and children.

02:19:19.000 This poor guy in a wheelchair.

02:19:21.000 Doesn't that sound like a free country to you, where the troops just... Oh, that's very free.

02:19:25.000 You know, like to the people in Charlevoix County, All I can say is, you know, I hope it don't come to a shootout or anything.

02:19:36.000 I hope it can be settled legally.

02:19:38.000 You know, but as Malcolm X once said, if I get one of you and you get me, we're even, Steven.

02:19:47.000 But if I get four or five of you and you get me, then I'm good to go.

02:19:53.000 You know, so, you know, we all... Well, that's what Alexander... Well, that's what Alexander Sholtsanitsa said.

02:20:00.000 You know, he said, what, he said, oh, how we burned in the camps later, thinking of what would have happened, and instead of cringing in our, in our apartments or in our homes, if we would have met the thugs that came to get us at the doorstep.

02:20:16.000 And that's the same thing, like I told you once before about this movie, or it's a true story about this pianist, Uh, during World War II, and the way they did them people in that movie, I don't think Americans are going to go for that.

02:20:34.000 Well I know this, a good percentage of us won't.

02:20:38.000 And that means their enforcers are in deep trouble.

02:20:40.000 And that's why they haven't moved quicker than they have.

02:20:43.000 And take the pianists, where the Nazis are doing all this horrible stuff. 0.73

02:20:47.000 According to our government, that's not bad.

02:20:49.000 Hitler's not bad. 1.00

02:20:50.000 Secret arrest, torture, all this is good!

02:20:54.000 Our government people need to stop dipping into all that dope they're bringing over here, because it's warped in their brain. 0.99

02:21:02.000 Well, you know, it's true.

02:21:03.000 A higher percentage of government employees, cops, Well, our police are crooks because, you know, it takes a crook to catch a crook.

02:21:11.000 uh... you name it they are there's more criminals more advice

02:21:15.000 is a smart crooks get into government are police recruit because you know that take the group to

02:21:22.000 catch a group that's what the first police uh... in england

02:21:26.000 they hire criminal i look at it that they are that the criminal mind

02:21:31.000 You know, it's funny.

02:21:32.000 One of my dad's friends was the big top federal marshal in Texas before he retired.

02:21:37.000 And he told me that when I was in college.

02:21:39.000 He said, Alex, it's criminal now.

02:21:41.000 You've got to be a criminal now.

02:21:42.000 He says, it's horrible.

02:21:44.000 I can't wait to get out.

02:21:45.000 I said, well, give me specifics.

02:21:47.000 He said, I can't, I can't, I can't tell you what I know.

02:21:50.000 That's why they need to go back to being peace officers instead of law enforcement officers.

02:21:56.000 But I'm gonna let you get somebody else in there, Alex.

02:21:58.000 It was good talking to you.

02:22:00.000 Alright, I appreciate the call.

02:22:01.000 Yeah, for those that don't know, there's gonna be a standoff.

02:22:04.000 The sheriff says he's going in Thursday.

02:22:05.000 I hope it doesn't happen.

02:22:07.000 With his family who got permits.

02:22:09.000 They said, that's not good enough.

02:22:10.000 We're gonna take your property. 1.00

02:22:11.000 Out in the countryside, you can't build your own house now or have your own home.

02:22:16.000 That's not freedom, folks.

02:22:19.000 Cracker chips and all the new cell phones made in the last four years Because they made the law in 2001, but they'd already passed it in 96.

02:22:28.000 So it went into force.

02:22:30.000 So the cell phone's going back four or five years, I'm told.

02:22:32.000 Have it.

02:22:33.000 They guarantee it after 2001.

02:22:35.000 October 2001.

02:22:36.000 Tracker chips in them.

02:22:38.000 Tracking everywhere you go and do.

02:22:39.000 That's not freedom!

02:22:42.000 But the border's wide open.

02:22:45.000 But I guess Alexander Sholts and Icha was a terrorist, too. 0.51

02:22:48.000 He said, stand up to tyranny.

02:22:50.000 I guess that's why they teach them the Founding Fathers are terrorists, see?

02:22:53.000 You see, if you're gonna say it's wrong to stand up to tyranny, you're gonna have to say the Founding Fathers were bad.

02:22:58.000 That's why in my film, The Road to Tyranny, FEMA tells police just exactly that.

02:23:02.000 We'll be back.

02:23:05.000 We're on the march.

02:23:07.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:23:09.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:15.000 Hi, Ted Anderson here.

02:23:16.000 I'm happy to announce that the audience has increased over 200% this year, and our advertisers have sent testimonials complimenting the responsiveness.

02:23:23.000 Sponsorship is critical at both local and national.

02:23:26.000 Calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:23:27.000 888-803-4438. That's toll free, 888-803-4438.

02:23:35.000 [Music]

02:24:00.000 You know, if somebody disagrees with something I've said, they go to the front of the line on this show.

02:24:05.000 [MUSIC PLAYING]

02:24:09.000 And this guy just called in.

02:24:10.000 He had a bad cell phone connection, so he didn't want to get on air.

02:24:13.000 He just wanted to tell me that if he wants to call back in to get through, he can. 0.99

02:24:18.000 That I've made this up and I sound like an idiot. 0.99

02:24:21.000 The border is completely shut and there's no illegals coming across and I've made this up. 0.99

02:24:28.000 Well, I've lived in Texas my whole life and I've been to California down at the border quite a few times.

02:24:34.000 I've been in the border regions of Arizona and Nevada and New Mexico.

02:24:42.000 We've had ranchers and farmers on and There's nothing but illegals pouring across at almost every point. 0.91

02:24:52.000 There's foot trails 20 feet wide, 2 feet deep ruts with garbage and trash everywhere from generations of illegals dumping their stuff in the woods in the scrub brush when they walk across.

02:25:08.000 Now this guy says that he's seen the news and seen all the new border patrol down at the border.

02:25:13.000 He mean at the border crossing?

02:25:17.000 Oh, you mean you saw lots of Border Patrol at the border crossings?

02:25:20.000 The official crossings?

02:25:21.000 Well, sure you did!

02:25:26.000 But let's talk about real numbers.

02:25:31.000 Can we do that for a second?

02:25:32.000 That might be a good idea.

02:25:35.000 There are at least 30 million illegal aliens in this country.

02:25:41.000 Conservative number.

02:25:43.000 Half the population of Miami.

02:25:47.000 Are foreigners. 1.00

02:25:48.000 Half the population of L.A.

02:25:49.000 And that's just who's on the census, boys and girls.

02:25:53.000 Believe me, the illegal aliens from Russia and Mexico and China don't run around signing up for the census.

02:26:02.000 They're a little smarter than the Joe Q. yuppies out there that send in the 56 question questionnaire that violates the 4th and 5th Amendment.

02:26:15.000 And so, yeah, that's a real gem out there for whoever said that.

02:26:20.000 That we've got a lot of people on our border.

02:26:26.000 That's insane.

02:26:28.000 Totally insane.

02:26:32.000 Israel's got people on their border with Palestine.

02:26:37.000 Russia's got people on their border.

02:26:40.000 Mexico's got people on their border. 1.00

02:26:42.000 Oh yeah, Mexican troops will kill you, beat you up, rape you, put you in a prison, extort money out of your family. 1.00

02:26:49.000 But that's okay. 1.00

02:26:50.000 There's no human rights violations or lawsuits there.

02:26:56.000 But just to have a call from somebody saying there's more Border Patrol.

02:27:00.000 Let's talk about facts.

02:27:01.000 Fort Worcester Telegram reported last year that 2,000 plus Border Patrol had quit from the Texas sector alone From Joint Task Force 6 to Brownsville down to Kingsville, Texas that 2,000 had quit to go be air marshals where they get $24,000 tagged on to their Border Patrol salary.

02:27:29.000 And you got 2,000 less there.

02:27:31.000 Now they've announced they're going to take 5,000 off the border and put them in as air marshals on top of that.

02:27:37.000 The Border Patrol's main job is picking up garbage and trash on the border.

02:27:41.000 They're allowed to look one way down the road, but not down the other way.

02:27:44.000 It's when all the TV specials, as the Border Patrol sits there as hundreds of people swim across right in front of the cameras.

02:27:50.000 And I'm told this is Bill from Texas calling me.

02:27:53.000 I don't know what I'm talking about.

02:27:54.000 Go ahead, Bill.

02:27:56.000 Hey, Alex.

02:27:57.000 Yes?

02:27:57.000 If you go down there and pull off the side of the road, on any of them roads right along there, within five minutes you're going to be surrounded by Border Patrol.

02:28:05.000 If you go down into the river and you try to cross that river, you'll have border patrol on you before you get halfway across.

02:28:11.000 Well, that's because you're driving... Let me stop you.

02:28:14.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:28:16.000 That's because you're driving a nice truck, and you're going that direction.

02:28:19.000 I think you're picking up drugs, which they might be able to get and sell some of them in most cases.

02:28:24.000 So you bet they want to... I'm talking about a beat-up old Suburban, my friend.

02:28:27.000 Well, you bet they want hundreds of thousands of dollars in drugs. 0.97

02:28:30.000 A beat-up old Suburban that's got a whole shot of... Okay, okay, so there's not a legal alien problem. 0.91

02:28:34.000 I didn't say that.

02:28:35.000 I didn't say that.

02:28:36.000 If they're crossing, they're crossing at the border crossing. 0.88

02:28:39.000 They're not crossing at the open border.

02:28:41.000 There ain't no open border.

02:28:43.000 You cannot stop.

02:28:45.000 You can go to Laring Creek.

02:28:46.000 You can go anywhere along the border right there and just pull over to the side of the road.

02:28:51.000 A few months ago, a few months ago, a few months ago, I was down by Boquillas and down there.

02:28:54.000 and a matter of few months ago i was down by bokies and down there

02:29:00.000 i didn't see one border patrol and you're talking about all ladies get pulled out of cars 1.00

02:29:04.000 fifty miles from the border at checkpoints

02:29:06.000 oh yeah i've been stopped Sure.

02:29:09.000 But of course you're driving around there in a truck, they're going to be stopping you.

02:29:13.000 But the Border Patrol admits if there's hordes of illegals, they don't do a thing to them.

02:29:17.000 They catch a few here and there just to, you know, put it in the, you know, to cover their quotas.

02:29:23.000 I mean, come on.

02:29:24.000 Glenn Spencer, put him back on hold.

02:29:28.000 Glenn Spencer has shown video on his website and drone footage of just hundreds of them.

02:29:33.000 They've got censors everywhere in Arizona.

02:29:36.000 I don't know about your area of Texas, buddy, but I'm telling you, we've got millions of these illegals. 0.97

02:29:41.000 Go ahead.

02:29:44.000 Go ahead.

02:29:46.000 Cell phone cut out? 0.94

02:29:49.000 I mean, that's just ridiculous.

02:29:51.000 I live in Texas, too, partner. 0.84

02:29:54.000 Oh, so what happened?

02:29:55.000 They cut off one or two areas for show, and that cut back on your businesses down there.

02:30:00.000 I mean, what about El Cenizo down on the Texas border with Mexico?

02:30:06.000 El Cenizo, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, 10-part series, and the San Antonio Express News in 99.

02:30:15.000 They fly the Mexican flag.

02:30:18.000 You're not allowed to use English in court proceedings.

02:30:22.000 Now that's a ten part series in the San Antonio Express News.

02:30:26.000 Now what you're saying just is not true.

02:30:29.000 Yeah, maybe you're getting harassed by the Border Patrol, but I mean the Border Patrol, I've talked to them, they've admitted it, a lot of them are into drug dealing.

02:30:36.000 And if they can catch somebody and take some drugs and keep half of it, that's hundreds of thousands of dollars.

02:30:41.000 If they catch a truck full of marijuana or a truck full of cocaine or a truck full of heroin, And I bet money they bust you once you come out of those woods, thinking you're going to have something.

02:30:54.000 Yeah, but they don't get you going into those scrub rush, do they? 0.99

02:30:58.000 They're waiting for you when you come out.

02:31:00.000 Oh, there's drug interdiction all right going on down there.

02:31:05.000 Folks, I've read the articles, I've had the sheriffs on air in Ohio where they pull over a truck full of coyotes, that's smugglers with people on the back and the INS won't come pick them up.

02:31:17.000 2,000 less Border Patrol on the Texas border.

02:31:19.000 A few other calls and I gotta hit some final news here.

02:31:22.000 Let's talk to John in Florida.

02:31:23.000 Go ahead, John.

02:31:25.000 Howdy, Alex.

02:31:26.000 Thanks for getting me in here.

02:31:27.000 Hey, John, you got any legal aliens in Florida?

02:31:30.000 I have to address Bill in that capacity, you know.

02:31:34.000 I really called in to talk about Rick Stanley and the guest you had on the last hour, but hey, you know, Bill, I think you ought to leave Texas for a while and go up into the Northeast and come over here to the Southeast.

02:31:46.000 I'm in the panhandle of Florida.

02:31:48.000 Go into the heartland.

02:31:50.000 I travel around at times and I see a lot of these people and they're not just from south of the border.

02:31:55.000 They are Asian.

02:31:57.000 I've met people from Poland.

02:31:59.000 They're here illegally. 0.99

02:32:00.000 And I bet they're up in the northwest of the country too.

02:32:05.000 I don't get out there.

02:32:06.000 Okay, I don't get west of it.

02:32:10.000 Go into the seedier sides of town.

02:32:12.000 Go into the little towns as well as the bigger cities and you'll see them.

02:32:17.000 Just spend some time away from the border.

02:32:20.000 In the heartlands.

02:32:21.000 In the northeast.

02:32:24.000 There's thousands less Border Patrol.

02:32:26.000 That's admitted.

02:32:28.000 And they're pushing for blanket total amnesty and he's saying there's not a problem.

02:32:33.000 Now maybe in his little area there's a lot of Border Patrol.

02:32:35.000 Probably a Border Patrol station there.

02:32:38.000 I've talked to the Border Patrol.

02:32:40.000 I've talked to the head of the Reunion in Arizona.

02:32:42.000 He says they're not allowed to do their job.

02:32:44.000 Real quick, finish up.

02:32:46.000 They kicked around some good points of discussion last hour, but I was surprised that Rick Stanley hasn't bothered to find out what the lingo of the trade is.

02:32:55.000 C.I.

02:32:55.000 Charlie India, two alphabetic letters there, stands for confidential informant.

02:33:01.000 I want to pass that on to you guys.

02:33:03.000 Oh yeah, it was at the tip of my tongue.

02:33:05.000 I couldn't think of it.

02:33:05.000 And that's it.

02:33:06.000 Keep up the good work, my friend.

02:33:07.000 Thanks a lot.

02:33:08.000 I appreciate it.

02:33:09.000 Let's talk to Roy, Last Caller.

02:33:12.000 Go ahead, Roy. 0.95

02:33:13.000 Darn good show today. 0.97

02:33:14.000 I've learned quite a bit. 0.98

02:33:16.000 I'm calling about the law.

02:33:17.000 I've heard so many people on the internet, I mean on the shortwave and on the internet, telling you how to manipulate the law when you go into court, how to learn the different jurisdictions.

02:33:29.000 Are you there?

02:33:30.000 Yes.

02:33:31.000 Okay, so quiet.

02:33:32.000 And people like the Montana Freeman and William Cooper and all these people that say there's dual citizenships, how to get out of the federal trap, that the law is just a big confusing joke, but since we have mostly criminal judges and lawyers and They're controlled by the BAR, which is the British Accredited Registry.

02:33:56.000 We're being controlled from England.

02:33:57.000 I just don't understand how you can learn enough law or know what jurisdiction you're in when you go into court and protect yourself.

02:34:02.000 Do you have any idea which way to go in something like this?

02:34:05.000 Well, these are criminal governments.

02:34:07.000 Right.

02:34:07.000 And they don't follow any law, not even their own weird little archaic stuff that they play around with.

02:34:12.000 The key is taking over counties and cities and towns and having a mass of people That will get in the government's face and stand up to him.

02:34:22.000 Right.

02:34:22.000 And yes, it can also turn into what Rick Stanley's been talking about.

02:34:28.000 What has he been talking about?

02:34:31.000 Well, you know, he says he's the head of the Second American Revolution.

02:34:34.000 Okay.

02:34:35.000 And, I mean, it's interesting, but... I can't see no way out.

02:34:42.000 I've talked to sheriffs and everybody else, and they play dumb, and they can't even see the planes in the air spraying us with poison. 0.82

02:34:50.000 And I've been at this since 1965 and I'm getting kind of, you know, like everybody else. 0.89

02:34:56.000 There's only one way and that's either get the mob going or...

02:34:59.000 But we could play right into their hands that way too.

02:35:02.000 I just--I was trying to go to the courts and I just don't think we can.

02:35:05.000 I don't know.

02:35:07.000 Well--

02:35:08.000 I don't know too many success stories.

02:35:10.000 You know what I've been able to do?

02:35:12.000 What's that? 0.99

02:35:13.000 These people are such criminals.

02:35:14.000 If you just follow them around for a day with a video camera, you catch them involved in bribery, 0.98

02:35:21.000 Cheating on their wife.

02:35:23.000 That's a nice little tape to get delivered over to the... Yeah, I've seen that.

02:35:26.000 ...to a mama.

02:35:28.000 And that's the kind of stuff we do.

02:35:30.000 And you know what?

02:35:31.000 It's totally legal and lawful because we're not using the stuff against them.

02:35:34.000 We're just bringing the goods out.

02:35:36.000 Yeah, we're just the messenger.

02:35:38.000 Well, I mean, I went down to the Capitol, sat there in a chair for four hours.

02:35:41.000 There was bribery going on.

02:35:42.000 It was in the paper.

02:35:43.000 I remember that.

02:35:44.000 Got a bunch of people in trouble.

02:35:46.000 We go out, catch a politician cheating on their wife.

02:35:48.000 See it going on.

02:35:48.000 We just report it.

02:35:50.000 Hey, they're not too worried about taking your house anymore!

02:35:53.000 I confronted a judge about having a corporate flag in his courtroom and he turned white. 0.99

02:36:00.000 And he went out and changed the darn thing. 0.97

02:36:01.000 Then he didn't get re-elected. 0.98

02:36:02.000 I think the word got out.

02:36:05.000 Yeah, there's a lot we can do.

02:36:06.000 Look, we outnumber them.

02:36:08.000 We just get involved, expose them, speak out against them, investigate their corruption, leak that on them.

02:36:15.000 There's plenty we can do to bring these criminals down.

02:36:17.000 Thanks for the call.

02:36:18.000 Okay.

02:36:19.000 Absolutely.

02:36:20.000 Absolutely.

02:36:20.000 It's fun.

02:36:22.000 Stand up to criminals.

02:36:23.000 I was told somebody was calling from Michigan with a particular name, but I missed it.

02:36:27.000 You say they're gone, Mark?

02:36:29.000 You were telling me something earlier, Mark?

02:36:32.000 Okay, great.

02:36:32.000 He told me somebody from Michigan.

02:36:34.000 I wasn't sure who he was talking about, so... We're not going to take any more calls, folks.

02:36:39.000 I'm almost out of time here, and I want to hit on some news that we haven't gotten to in detail yet.

02:36:44.000 Citizens of nation-states must be world citizens in error of globalization.

02:36:49.000 Annon.

02:36:51.000 Now, where is this from?

02:36:52.000 It's from UN.org, UN News Service.

02:36:58.000 With the forces of globalization on the rise, and the interdependence of world's peoples growing, citizens of the nation-state must also act as global citizens with a major role occurring to the United Nations in the effort to reach truly multilateral decisions.

02:37:16.000 Secretary General Coffey Annan said today, The challenge for us is to manage our interdependence in ways that bring people in rather than shutting them out.

02:37:26.000 Oh, into your cashless society slave grid.

02:37:28.000 Into no property rights.

02:37:30.000 Into no juries.

02:37:31.000 Into total tyranny.

02:37:32.000 Mr. Annen told a ceremony marking the 5th annual Interdependence Day held in Philadelphia, site of the United Nations Declaration of Independence.

02:37:41.000 Oh, United States Declaration of Independence 1776.

02:37:45.000 And, uh, by the way, he goes to the place where we call for independence and tells us there can be no independence.

02:37:52.000 By the way, that site is under U.N.

02:37:54.000 ownership and control.

02:37:56.000 Independence Hall is part of the U.N. 0.69

02:37:59.000 Citizens need to think and act globally, so as to influence global decisions.

02:38:03.000 Oh, sure.

02:38:04.000 And that means that the United Nations, in order to play its part, must live up to the first words of its charter, We the Peoples, he said in a message delivered on the behalf of the UN Director of Communications, Edward Mortimer.

02:38:17.000 Uh, yeah, they've got the UN Declaration of Human Rights, but Article 30 and 31 from 1947 says That anything in violation of the U.N.

02:38:27.000 or its directives is to be null and void illegal, and that you have no rights if the U.N.

02:38:33.000 wishes to exercise that.

02:38:36.000 They say they're sovereign.

02:38:38.000 So you got all these rights, all these wonderful rights, and then, oh, by the way, you don't have any rights, Article 30 and 31.

02:38:45.000 The event brought together public, civic, and corporate leaders.

02:38:47.000 Oh, I bet corporate leaders.

02:38:49.000 Distinguished academics and diplomats and interested citizens and students who reflect together on the world's interdependence reality.

02:38:58.000 In the era of interdependence, people have achieved and practiced self-government within the framework of nation-states.

02:39:05.000 Mr. Anderson said that framework is still very important and will remain so even in the new era of interdependence.

02:39:10.000 But the more interdependent we become, the more decisions have to be made and taken, not by one nation-state alone, but by many acting together.

02:39:19.000 And what else did they say at their anti-gun summit in 2001?

02:39:23.000 Civilian ownership of firearms threatens the legitimate power monopoly of the state!

02:39:33.000 What is the power monopoly of the state?

02:39:41.000 Oh, and by the way, They're now saying that people plan to assassinate Bush.

02:39:52.000 Communists do.

02:39:54.000 Why would business partners of Bush do something like that?

02:39:56.000 When he goes to the Philippines, the Manila Times reported.

02:40:00.000 Funny, we posted under this on InfoWars.com, an article out of AFP, idealistic Philippine rebellion leaders claim moral victory.

02:40:11.000 A bunch of the military took over a building just to tell the world that the government is run by the CIA and is carrying out the terror attacks as a pretext for control.

02:40:19.000 These are conservatives that did this, by the way.

02:40:21.000 They said they're tired of the communists, they're tired of the Muslims, that they're really all government-controlled. 0.99

02:40:26.000 You can read that at infowars.com.

02:40:29.000 And this is so staged, folks.

02:40:32.000 Now we'll come back and hit some other Really important news.

02:40:35.000 And yes, I'm already sure you've heard a hundred times, I mentioned it first hour, that now it's going to be a few more months until there's the recall election in California.

02:40:42.000 Keep that circus going because the Court of Appeals out there said, because the ACLU's lawsuit, that hunch cards aren't trustworthy.

02:40:51.000 Don't worry, they'll have the touch screens in for you.

02:40:54.000 That can be trusted.

02:40:55.000 It's like leaving the fire The fire of the frying pan and being thrown directly into the bowels of a volcano.

02:41:06.000 So, that's going on out there.

02:41:11.000 And I want to hit on a few other little tidbits here when we get back on the other side of this quick break.

02:41:14.000 Interesting show, a little bit different today.

02:41:17.000 But it was some issues that needed to be covered.

02:44:42.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:44:45.000 Alright, more left-wing right-wing theater.

02:44:49.000 They'll have a criminal like Hillary Clinton come out and attack a criminal like George Bush and then people think, oh there's a fight going on between these people and their business partners at 25 different levels and leave.

02:45:04.000 And they'll have Christina Amanpour come out and say CNN's being controlled and intimidated by the White House and their foot soldiers at Fox and, oh, we're a good left-wing group, we shouldn't be like this.

02:45:17.000 That way the left thinks there's some type of, you know, choice here.

02:45:21.000 It's all different flavors of the same scam.

02:45:26.000 It's a buffet of lies and I'm not taking a bite, as I said in Waking Life.

02:45:32.000 Film.

02:45:34.000 So, she comes out a few days ago and says, oh, we're all controlled, and we're self-censoring, and we're, you know, the White House and Fox are intimidating us, and blah, blah, blah.

02:45:43.000 And the CNN comes out and says, we're not going to reprimand her, though it's not true.

02:45:47.000 That is just total theater!

02:45:50.000 Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, all of them, voted identically to Bush.

02:45:55.000 Okay?

02:45:56.000 Same actions, different rhetoric. 1.00

02:45:57.000 Stop being so stupid. 1.00

02:46:38.000 They give them key jobs.

02:46:39.000 Government jobs and protect them and have them in safe houses and they work for the British government and pay them money and got all those articles on the website and the new film Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:46:49.000 Also, interesting Article here, Smart Tag Store Trial Underway.

02:47:17.000 Bunch of other key articles here that everybody needs to go read and look at because this is all serious business up in Garland, Texas.

02:47:24.000 They are putting in the red light cameras saying everyone loves them nationwide.

02:47:28.000 They've even got some phony grassroots organization out promoting it nationwide.

02:47:33.000 Lockheed Martin and other defense contractors run these.

02:47:35.000 There's no cop involved.

02:47:37.000 They've been thrown out in San Diego because they were caught shortening the duration of the yellow lights, causing deaths.
