Alex Jones Show - 20031015_Wed_Alex

00:00:03.000 This is the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:06.000 [Music]

00:00:14.000 Big Brother.

00:00:16.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:19.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:22.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:35.000 All right, my friends.

00:00:37.000 Welcome, welcome, welcome to another live global transmission against tyranny.

00:00:43.000 Big T-word.

00:00:45.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:49.000 We have two powerful guests coming up today.

00:00:51.000 We have Chris Klicka, the Chief Counsel for the Homeschoolers Legal Defense.

00:00:56.000 I have the text of the newscast here.

00:01:05.000 I cannot make myself watch it, but I can read what they had to say.

00:01:08.000 And we'll be going over that in the third hour today.

00:01:11.000 In about 30 minutes, we're going to have Angel Shamaya of KeepinBearArms.com.

00:01:16.000 Coming on to go over the NRA and a key federal court case about the Second Amendment arguing for total gun registration and not being able to leave your home with any firearms.

00:01:28.000 We have the actual transcript of this.

00:01:31.000 It's on the record and we'll go over the history of what the NRA really is in about 30 minutes.

00:01:36.000 In the meantime, we've got the global news, the national news, some interesting police state news for you and what's happening over in Iraq.

00:01:45.000 The escalation with Syria and Iran between Israel, the bombing that took place killing diplomatic security forces of the United States.

00:01:54.000 It's all coming up on this big October 15, 2003 Wednesday transmission.

00:02:01.000 I do want to encourage every listener to visit who has computer access, even if you go to the library.

00:02:07.000 Infowars.com, PrisonPlanet.com, Infowars.net, JonesReport.com and VirginUtah.com.

00:02:15.000 Those are just some of the websites that we have out there battling the globalists, putting forward the information, chronicling their criminal activities for the court of public enlightenment and opinion.

00:02:31.000 And yes, I've been doing a better job of getting more of your calls and letting callers make more comments without jumping in too much, though I usually degrade by the third hour into my normal self.

00:02:39.000 So we'll take calls early in this hour, even before we get Angel Shamaya on for Keepin' Bare Arms. 0.98

00:02:45.000 And the toll-free number to join us on air on any news items you'd like to discuss.

00:02:49.000 You disagree with me, you agree with me, you have a question, you have comments.

00:02:53.000 You like to scream and yell.

00:02:55.000 You like to cry on air.

00:02:56.000 We have a lot of that going on.

00:02:57.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:03:03.000 And I want to declare right now that I have had a large cup of coffee today.

00:03:06.000 I'm not on hydrocortone, or whatever it's called, oxycontin.

00:03:12.000 And I'm against gun control, and so I'm a communist.

00:03:15.000 I'm not into wild sex parties, and I'm not into Satan worship, and I'm not into open borders, and I'm not into gun control, and I'm not into gobbling hundreds of oxycontin a day.

00:03:26.000 Hillbilly heroin.

00:03:27.000 I am not for giving supercomputers to communist China.

00:03:31.000 I'm not for implanting children with microchips.

00:03:34.000 So, I'm not the same league as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and George Bush.

00:03:38.000 And Bill Clinton.

00:03:39.000 This show is about communism and evil.

00:03:42.000 According to them, again, we're for freedom, so we're communist.

00:03:46.000 If you're for Stalin, you're a conservative.

00:03:48.000 And I'm not being sarcastic about that, by the way.

00:03:52.000 The big newspaper there in Colorado as well as United Press International reported, I covered this a few days ago, that all over the country they're going to have wires in cities and in rural areas and in the woods.

00:04:06.000 Little robots on wires that go at high speeds around spying on people, ground penetrating radar, infrared cameras, audio sensors, that's microphones.

00:04:17.000 And I was doing a live TV show last night, in the controller and out of the controller, running everything by myself, And one of my associates comes in the door and hands me the statesman from Saturday, a local Austin paper with the same thing!

00:04:30.000 We're going to have lots of little cameras and things in the woods now.

00:04:35.000 First it's the highways and the side roads, now the neighborhoods.

00:04:38.000 Hundreds and hundreds of cameras, microphones hanging out of the trees.

00:04:41.000 Now the parks and private property, everything else, cameras, robots watching you.

00:04:47.000 Robots watching you.

00:04:49.000 Let me say it again.

00:04:50.000 Robots watching you.

00:04:52.000 Do I have to describe how bad that is?

00:04:54.000 I think you can figure it out for yourself.

00:04:57.000 Big, big show.

00:04:58.000 Just a massive amount of news.

00:05:00.000 Straight ahead after this quick break.

00:05:02.000 I'm fired up, folks.

00:05:03.000 That vacation, that working vacation did me well.

00:05:05.000 We'll be right back.

00:05:10.000 You hear a lot about the quality of air outside these days.

00:05:12.000 Pollution.

00:05:13.000 Pollen.

00:05:13.000 Is it as healthy as you'd like it?

00:05:14.000 Allergies.

00:05:15.000 Asthma.

00:05:15.000 Probably not.

00:05:16.000 Well listen to this.

00:05:17.000 Did you know according to the American Lung Association combined with the EPA, the air quality inside your home is actually 6 to 10 times worse than the air outside?

00:05:26.000 6 to 10 times.

00:05:27.000 How could that be you ask?

00:05:28.000 Worse.

00:05:28.000 Think about what's inside your home.

00:05:30.000 Hairspray.

00:05:31.000 Chemicals.

00:05:31.000 Does anyone smoke?

00:05:32.000 Fumes.

00:05:32.000 What about all those cleaners under your sink?

00:05:35.000 Where do you think all those fumes go?

00:05:37.000 Well, I'll tell you where they go.

00:05:39.000 They go into you, into your children, into their lungs. 0.66

00:05:42.000 Am I scaring you?

00:05:43.000 Remember this word?

00:05:44.000 Puritec.

00:05:45.000 P-U-R-I-T-E-C. 1.00

00:05:47.000 Puritec makes the Pure Air System.

00:05:49.000 What this air cleaning system does is remove dangerous airborne particles like smoke, odors, VOCs, allergens, fine dust, mold, pollen, and kills bacteria for less than half the cost of other air purifiers, which do a lot less.

00:06:10.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Lee State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:06:14.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:06:19.000 There is a chance to use this disaster with a New World Order.

00:06:23.000 A New World Order can emerge.

00:06:26.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:06:31.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:06:38.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:06:40.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:06:51.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

00:08:06.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:08:07.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:18.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:25.000 Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.

00:08:28.000 until 2 p.m.

00:08:29.000 Central Standard Time, I do this show.

00:08:32.000 And then, of course, back from 9 to midnight.

00:08:36.000 U.S.

00:08:36.000 citizens ordered to leave Gaza U.S.

00:08:40.000 citizens were ordered to leave the Gaza Strip following a deadly attack on a convoy of U.S.

00:08:43.000 diplomats Wednesday.

00:08:44.000 Diplomatic sources said, that's today, three Americans, apparently security guards for diplomats, were killed in the attack near the palace sitting in town of Bet.

00:08:57.000 ...in the northern Gaza Strip several hours after the bombing.

00:09:00.000 U.S.

00:09:00.000 investigators were attacked by Palestinian stone throwers and sped away as their cars were pelted by rocks.

00:09:08.000 Diplomats speaking on a condition of anonymity said the U.S.

00:09:10.000 citizens were attacked and now they're asking other citizens to leave the volatile strip.

00:09:15.000 The details of the order were not immediately available.

00:09:20.000 So, I'm sure you've already heard about this a million times on the news.

00:09:23.000 Here's another one.

00:09:24.000 issues new warning on terror attacks here in the U.S.

00:09:24.000 U.S.

00:09:27.000 Al-Qaeda is going to hit us any minute.

00:09:30.000 That means the CIA is going to hit us any minute from all the evidence.

00:09:33.000 Sir Ron, Libya could be first Arab country with the nukes and now they need to preemptively attack them first with their nukes. 1.00

00:09:40.000 And Straw, that's the minister over in England, hints at military action against Iran.

00:09:47.000 Troops are built up to do that.

00:09:48.000 Security Council set to vote on new U.S.

00:09:50.000 resolution in Iraq.

00:09:53.000 And it turns out the coalition had embassy bombing warning.

00:09:58.000 And they also had a warning about the Gaza blast that hit the U.S.

00:10:01.000 convoy.

00:10:02.000 China has now launched its rocket on historic mission.

00:10:05.000 Historic manned mission.

00:10:08.000 Uh, and of course, judge orders reporters to reveal sources. 0.85

00:10:12.000 This is totally against the First Amendment, and now more and more, in all different sorts of cases, not just terror-related, they order reporters to come in and testify.

00:10:20.000 And of course, there's no more attorney-client privilege.

00:10:22.000 Your lawyer is working for the prosecutor and the judge.

00:10:26.000 We've also caught the Associated Press editing News articles and changing of facts when it turns out that it was white men seen carrying out the bombing at one of the embassies in Iraq.

00:10:40.000 That's just some of what's coming up.

00:10:41.000 Here's some of the other news.

00:10:43.000 It's Yale Bonesman engaged in macabre business.

00:10:49.000 Society's act of grave robbing sheds light on need to protect Indian burial sites.

00:10:54.000 This is out of the Indian country today.

00:10:59.000 And now they've got the Indians mad because they like to rob the graves of Indians. 1.00

00:11:03.000 And that's admitted by MSNBC and USA Today. 0.90

00:11:06.000 They get particular power off of sexual acts with Geronimo's skull as well as Pancho Villa's skull.

00:11:16.000 And I don't want to get into too much detail here on a family show, but it is admitted by Bonesman that they engage in sexual acts with skulls.

00:11:24.000 That's all I can really get into here on the air.

00:11:28.000 Folks, who would think that Rush Limbaugh was taking 100 Oxycontin a day?

00:11:33.000 Who would think that they'd be on the news taking plantable chips?

00:11:35.000 Who would think they'd be saying they're going to have mounted little robots in the forest looking at us?

00:11:41.000 Who would think that they'd have a betting scheme on dead U.S.

00:11:44.000 soldiers at the Pentagon?

00:11:46.000 Who would think they'd have a total information awareness network announcing the Army's going to watch us with an all-seeing eye pyramid as a symbol?

00:11:53.000 I mean, I don't make this stuff up.

00:11:54.000 Sometimes I can't believe it anymore.

00:11:57.000 But, I mean, this isn't just necrophilia that Bush and others engage in.

00:12:02.000 It's not just a dead body.

00:12:04.000 It's skulls.

00:12:05.000 It's skeletons.

00:12:08.000 Heaven help us.

00:12:09.000 Lord Jesus, please heal this land.

00:12:11.000 Please protect us from these people.

00:12:13.000 That's all I can say.

00:12:15.000 Oh.

00:12:15.000 Amen.

00:12:17.000 I mean, it's just so off the chart crazy now at this point.

00:12:22.000 And I went and dug out CBS 60 Minutes about the skull sex, and I dug out some of the other articles here.

00:12:29.000 This is now being admitted, being thrown in our face. 0.99

00:12:33.000 And again, when you see the President on TV, understand he has sex with skulls. 0.98

00:12:38.000 I just want you to realize that. 0.99

00:12:41.000 And they all share the skulls.

00:12:44.000 Alright, I don't want to go too much further.

00:12:47.000 We're in a lot of trouble, folks. 0.93

00:12:48.000 We have psychopaths running things. 0.52

00:12:51.000 That's all I can say at this point.

00:12:53.000 We're in a lot of trouble.

00:12:55.000 By the way, this was also brought to my attention, hand-delivered to me, because I don't read the Austin American-Statesman.

00:13:00.000 I read the emailed stories from the Statesman, from the New York Times, from the whatever, that are emailed to me, the hundreds of articles.

00:13:06.000 I scan the news wires.

00:13:08.000 But, I mean, occasionally, once a week, I might read the local paper, and I miss a lot of stuff.

00:13:14.000 And in the Austin American-Statesman, Saturday, October 12, 2003, there was this article, Congressional aides email mocks Democrats.

00:13:26.000 And it says, an email written by an aide, U.S.

00:13:28.000 Representative Joe Barton, Republican Ennis, ridiculed Democrats and gloated over the Republicans' expected victory in a battle over congressional redistricting.

00:13:38.000 Now, you read on into the article and it says the Republicans are targeting conservative Democrats for removal, that they want to balkanize it, that they actually are helping the Democratic Party.

00:13:49.000 I couldn't believe they were this honest.

00:13:50.000 And then it says, quote, he even took a poke at Republican Representative Ron Paul of Surfside, saying winning his redrawn district would be a lot trickier than thought, given Paul's unusual behavior, close quote.

00:14:04.000 Paul votes often reflect his libertarian views.

00:14:08.000 And they list here, well they've got this, here in the article, they've got this Republican out of Rockwall.

00:14:17.000 Ralph Hall.

00:14:18.000 I've met Ralph Hall.

00:14:20.000 I'm from Rockwall, Texas.

00:14:21.000 An old-fashioned Southern Democrat, and perhaps his party's most conservative member, voted to impeach President Clinton, but rebuffs frequent GOP requests to switch parties.

00:14:30.000 Almost all of the 12 they're targeting are white conservatives.

00:14:35.000 Now you notice, it's the Balkanization, you notice also that they went after Senator Bob Smith, the most conservative senator, got Sununu in there.

00:14:46.000 Bush is publicly targeted according to roll call, Tom Tancredo of Colorado, because he's exposed the open borders and exposed Bush.

00:14:54.000 And Bush said, we are targeting him.

00:14:56.000 They've targeted Ron Paul in the last two elections, Republican Party gets.

00:15:00.000 You vote pro-gun, you vote pro-border, you vote against abortion, it's over for you.

00:15:05.000 So next time you hear a sicko neocon on the air, local or national, lying about the conservatism of the Republicans, call up and confront them on this.

00:15:14.000 Right here in the paper, targeting Ron Paul, targeting all the conservatives, all the real libertarians, freedom lovers, old Southern Democrats, yellow dogs. 0.99

00:15:26.000 It's disgusting. 0.99

00:15:27.000 It's totally disgusting. 0.84

00:15:29.000 Do they target the Liberty Conquistadors? 0.62

00:15:32.000 Do they target?

00:15:32.000 No!

00:15:33.000 No, no, no, no, no, no!

00:15:35.000 It's about Balkanization. 0.98

00:15:38.000 So I just wanted to bring folks up to speed on that.

00:15:41.000 And here was another story out of the Statesman.

00:15:42.000 Now, just On Monday, it's Wednesday now, I reported the UPI article that was in a Colorado paper about DARPA, and it's a subdivision of DARPA, funding to have hundreds of miles of cables put up out of the cities, into the country, along green belts, in the national forest, into private property.

00:16:03.000 These cables with these little robot pods that zoom down the cables at high speeds with ground penetrating radar, infrared, audio sensors, And I'm on the air last night, because I have a new TV show time.

00:16:19.000 It's Tuesday nights 8 to 9.

00:16:22.000 We've been on Thursdays the last two years, but they switch us to Tuesday nights.

00:16:26.000 It's frankly a better hour.

00:16:28.000 Eight's a better time.

00:16:30.000 And on Tom Warner Cable Channel 10 here in Austin.

00:16:34.000 But I'm in the control room.

00:16:35.000 I do the show right out of the control room, running things myself, sitting there with the camera in my face.

00:16:40.000 And somebody opens the door when I'm talking about this, one of my associates, and he hands me this article.

00:16:46.000 I mean, ruffle the papers like the heroin, Oxycontin addict does.

00:16:50.000 And, what to star in a trashy movie?

00:16:54.000 Travis County is mounting cameras to record those who jettison their junk in the great outdoors.

00:17:00.000 And yes, since I reported this two days ago about the little mobile robots, I've gotten dozens of emails of mainstream news articles.

00:17:06.000 I have an entire folder here to my left.

00:17:10.000 I could spend two hours on this.

00:17:11.000 Where mounted cameras, mounted robots, cameras on cables, different federal agencies funding it.

00:17:17.000 This is how they do it.

00:17:21.000 Bringing you this tyranny.

00:17:22.000 And these are mounted cameras.

00:17:24.000 It says, assign no dumping, fine up to $4,000, area under camera surveillance.

00:17:30.000 And they're now saying a napkin out of the back of your car, one small AA battery.

00:17:34.000 Uh, they've had articles in the paper where they got these guys in SWAT team, dark green uniforms, who will go on your back property looking for a battery or some old junk.

00:17:43.000 They're charging people.

00:17:44.000 Uh, and uh, it's got a, it shows a guy here checking, you know, the serial numbers on car parts.

00:17:51.000 And then they charge those who the cars belong to.

00:17:53.000 Of course, they're always stolen and nothing's done about that, but they'll charge you, don't worry.

00:17:59.000 And it says car parts are among the detritus dumped at a wooded site near the Colorado River in northeastern Travis County.

00:18:06.000 Sheriff's Deputy Greg Epperson looks for vehicle identification numbers.

00:18:11.000 Soon surveillance cameras will record illegal dumping here.

00:18:15.000 And hundreds of cameras, and of course they're going to be scanning, are going to go up, it says, on private property, on public property, on country roads.

00:18:26.000 See, first it's on the highways for traffic, then it's in your neighborhoods for security.

00:18:30.000 Oh, now we're going to use it for law enforcement and face scanning software is involved.

00:18:34.000 It's hooked into FEMA and it triangulates with the cell towers in your cell phone.

00:18:40.000 All your new cell phones have a satellite tracker chip in them.

00:18:44.000 Oh, guess what?

00:18:44.000 Homeland Security, even when your phone's turned off, can tune in and listen to you.

00:18:47.000 This is mainstream news.

00:18:49.000 It's part, you know, it's for your safety.

00:18:50.000 Your digital cable box.

00:18:51.000 Yes, Homeland Security can dial into a microphone they didn't tell you about and listen to you.

00:18:55.000 This is now admitted, folks.

00:18:57.000 Admitted mainstream news.

00:18:59.000 It's worse than 1984.

00:19:00.000 And right here in my town, it says that in rural areas and woods and parks, everywhere, side roads, There's just going to be cameras everywhere to stop the dumping.

00:19:11.000 What does DARPA say that the cameras are being put up?

00:19:14.000 Little robots on the cables.

00:19:16.000 It's to stop environmental dumping.

00:19:18.000 And we're law enforcement, of course.

00:19:22.000 The cables will run out of your cities, out into rural areas, see nowhere to escape.

00:19:26.000 It's like a science fiction movie where you run to the hills from the Antichrist and he's got little robot drones zipping by.

00:19:33.000 I mean, how many science fiction movies have you seen that in?

00:19:36.000 I know quite a few.

00:19:38.000 I mean, this is, this is nightmarish!

00:19:44.000 Robot surveillance pods.

00:19:47.000 And they've announced that they're going to put drones in the skies.

00:19:49.000 Already done it.

00:19:50.000 There was a backlash.

00:19:51.000 They said, oh, it's for illegals and drug trafficking. 0.84

00:19:53.000 Total lies.

00:19:54.000 They're preparing to tether over a hundred blimps over major cities to cautiously look through your walls with ground penetrating radar.

00:20:01.000 Black and white image of everything you're doing.

00:20:03.000 Is that freedom?

00:20:05.000 Is that freedom?

00:20:06.000 We'll be right back.

00:24:07.000 Alright, we got the head of Keepin Bear Arms, one of the few real Second Amendment groups

00:24:21.000 out there, who's funding a real lawsuit against the gun grabbers.

00:24:25.000 Coming on to talk about how the NRA gobbles up all the lawsuits and then intentionally loses them and argues in court against the Second Amendment.

00:24:32.000 We've caught them red-handed many times.

00:24:33.000 This is one of the most sterling examples coming up.

00:24:37.000 Right now, let's go to the calls.

00:24:38.000 Let's talk to Luis in Missouri.

00:24:41.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

00:24:43.000 Oh, hello, Alex.

00:24:44.000 I want to know if If on a private property, you don't think that anybody who owns a private property should have to maintain their lawn even though the lawn might be too long and it's 100 degrees outside?

00:25:00.000 Are you talking about the government with zoning laws using feudal systems to control and penalize private property owners?

00:25:08.000 Oh yeah, just like city ordinances.

00:25:10.000 Well, yeah, they're going to try to make those go into all the rural areas.

00:25:13.000 They're federally written.

00:25:14.000 They fly your city managers and county managers up to be told the game plan.

00:25:19.000 Then they come back.

00:25:20.000 And feudalism is a system of control against the population to keep them in check.

00:25:25.000 And that's what we're seeing is neo-feudalism or serfdom. 0.73

00:25:28.000 OK, well, it didn't exist, what, in the 1940s?

00:25:34.000 Zoning?

00:25:36.000 Well, I mean, like, In order to keep your party, you can't have your lawn go too high.

00:25:42.000 Yeah, that's when they started bringing the tyranny to America.

00:25:44.000 Thanks for the call.

00:25:46.000 And you notice the more laws we get, you notice the more laws we get, the more problems with yards, the more problems with your children, the more problems with crime.

00:25:55.000 Government isn't there to help, folks. 0.88

00:25:56.000 It's there to bring control.

00:25:58.000 Annette in Utah, you're on the air.

00:26:00.000 Welcome.

00:26:01.000 Hi, Alex.

00:26:02.000 I love your show.

00:26:04.000 I'm the first-time caller.

00:26:05.000 Well, welcome!

00:26:07.000 Hi.

00:26:08.000 I just had something happen to me last week.

00:26:10.000 I just wondered if it had happened to anybody else, that we're on your show quite a bit.

00:26:15.000 You know, we get on the Internet.

00:26:17.000 That's how we listen to it.

00:26:18.000 And we also, you know, we're on your website quite a bit, and we send information to different people.

00:26:24.000 And I'm kind of an activist.

00:26:26.000 I talk to our representatives and things.

00:26:29.000 And we weren't able to pull up your website.

00:26:33.000 It was like the end of September and it went on for a week.

00:26:38.000 You were unable to get to InfoWars.com?

00:26:40.000 Yeah, it had this DNS error page that would say the page cannot be displayed.

00:26:47.000 And that happened with both InfoWars and Prison Planet.

00:26:53.000 Sometimes your ISPs, and we're getting a lot of this, you need to complain to them.

00:26:58.000 The internet service provider you're using is blocking InfoWars.

00:27:01.000 They're using filters.

00:27:03.000 There's no porn, there's no violence, there's no nothing.

00:27:06.000 Very family-oriented sites.

00:27:08.000 But ISPs will put us in filter lists, major corporations will put us in filter lists, so you can't get to InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com.

00:27:17.000 What you do then is you go to InfoWars.net, VirginUtah.com, Or you go to JonesReport.com and if that continues, switch ISPs and that should fix the problem.

00:27:31.000 Okay, we actually had our internet provider come over and you know, it wasn't on from his side.

00:27:37.000 So he came over and looked at our computer and he did, you know, and I found out there was two other websites that were being blocked, which was Dr. Horwitz and Colonel Robertsite.

00:27:50.000 Yeah, there are thousands of websites now that just post the mainstream news, the government documents, the legislation.

00:27:57.000 That's what we do.

00:27:58.000 And the alternative analysis.

00:28:01.000 I mean, go to the websites, folks.

00:28:02.000 Find out what they're so afraid of.

00:28:04.000 Well he did actually change our IP number and everything came up instantly.

00:28:08.000 know we've been put into registries we're being blocked so when some conservative thinks they're

00:28:12.000 buying a filtering software there

00:28:14.000 i_s_p_ says they're filtering uh... that's not true

00:28:17.000 you can get all the poor and you can get all the gambling you can get all the

00:28:21.000 hacker stuff but you can't get good decent websites that tell the truth

00:28:26.000 well he did actually change our i_p_ number and everything came up instantly

00:28:31.000 so he was gonna contact a_t_n_t_ he they didn't think it was from their 0.98

00:28:35.000 side but they're that's a good lie

00:28:38.000 yeah i mean i already know believe me i've already spent a lot of time on this

00:28:41.000 i don't talk much about it i probably should but uh... a lot of the big corporations are blocking info

00:28:46.000 wars dot com they better be afraid we have over eight million hits a month

00:28:51.000 Well, I thought that was really interesting.

00:28:53.000 Infowars.com alone. We got about half that traffic to Prison Planet and it's only a year old.

00:28:59.000 So they better worry because we're crushing them. We're deprogramming America.

00:29:05.000 Wow, well I thought that was really interesting. So you think it's AT&T?

00:29:09.000 Well I don't know about them particularly, but you just said the guy came and said it was blocked by the ISP.

00:29:14.000 Yes, yes.

00:29:16.000 Yes.

00:29:17.000 So, quote, your internet provider isn't your provider.

00:29:20.000 He's buying time from them.

00:29:21.000 That's exactly what I said it was.

00:29:23.000 I've had top consultants look at this.

00:29:25.000 We know our names are in the registries.

00:29:29.000 Wow, I think that's really interesting.

00:29:31.000 Well, keep up the good work, Alex.

00:29:33.000 I enjoy your show and love to hear you.

00:29:36.000 You know what you need to do?

00:29:36.000 Well, thank you.

00:29:38.000 Call your local AM and FM affiliates in the area, because you obviously don't have one.

00:29:42.000 Yeah.

00:29:43.000 Find a mom-and-pop station, get them to carry the show on the AM or FM, and tell them about GCNlive.com that I think has a phone number and stuff for our affiliate relations.

00:29:53.000 It's extension 115, but the phone number for the network's right there.

00:29:55.000 Point them to that website.

00:29:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:30:02.000 The empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:31:16.000 You probably owe no federal income tax and never have.

00:31:20.000 The IRS itself admits that millions and millions of Americans already have learned the truth and have dropped out of the system and so can you.

00:31:27.000 The federal courts and even the US Supreme Court have verified that the reward for your labor, wages, salaries and compensation for personal services is not and never has been taxable.

00:31:38.000 In fact, the Supreme Court ruled over 106 years ago that such attacks imposed by the federal government on the citizens of the states would be unconstitutional and illegal.

00:31:47.000 I know this sounds crazy and scary.

00:31:49.000 You've been carefully trained by government propaganda for decades.

00:31:53.000 But especially today with a tough economy, why would you let the government continue to illegally grab money from you when there's a simple, proven, and legal way to keep it all yourself?

00:32:02.000 To get the details and learn the truth, Get on the internet and go to federaltax.net.

00:32:07.000 That's federaltax.net.

00:33:55.000 I'll just say that here right now.

00:33:57.000 Before we go to Angel and the NRA admitting that they want your guns, which we've already known for years, people are finally starting to figure this out.

00:34:06.000 The globalists are able to control us through their Trojan horses, whether it's Rush Limbaugh, George Bush, or the NRA.

00:34:12.000 Look at their actions, not their rhetoric.

00:34:15.000 Before we go to Angel, he's a little angel, by the way, for the Second Amendment.

00:34:20.000 Before we do that, if you really want to fight the globalists, if you want to unlock minds, if you want to sabotage their propaganda, we have a secret weapon called the truth.

00:34:30.000 And all their fancy propaganda and guys reading off teleprompters can't counter the truth, can't counter a grain of truth when it's properly delivered.

00:34:41.000 We unlock minds.

00:34:42.000 We change paradigms.

00:34:44.000 And my documentary films are the ticket.

00:37:30.000 We have the story on InfoWars.com, top story right now.

00:37:34.000 NRA attorney, your honor, we are here wanting to register handguns.

00:37:39.000 NRA attorney Stephen Holbrook appears not only unprepared to effectively argue the Second Amendment case, but ready to give up the farm to register handguns and call it reasonable.

00:37:49.000 When he gets his day in court, read the transcript of Mr. Holbrook's oral arguments from court just last week.

00:37:56.000 And then they have a link, Keepin' Bear Arms, so do we on InfoWars.

00:37:59.000 Alex, it's good to be here.

00:38:01.000 second amendment federal court hearing annotated transcript of n_r_a_ case

00:38:04.000 proceedings the court and i guess you know they don't see my up to read this and

00:38:09.000 then then frankly i read the transcript it gets even worse

00:38:12.000 angel thanks for coming on alexander to be here to be with you again

00:38:18.000 uh... was some of us to be around the bush for years I know I did a few years ago about the NRA.

00:38:23.000 I'm sure at the top they're government globalist controllers.

00:38:27.000 Tell us about yourself, Keaton Bear Arms, what we're facing, and this Fabian Socialist model of the inchworm effect of incrementalism with the NRA.

00:38:38.000 Well, about myself, I'm a gun rights activist.

00:38:41.000 I've been busy focusing solely on gun rights for years now.

00:38:46.000 Keepembarearms.com is the gun owner's home page.

00:38:50.000 We tell the truth.

00:38:51.000 We cover things that are unpopular to cover.

00:38:53.000 We're currently fighting a Second Amendment court case that's being considered for a hearing in the Supreme Court.

00:39:00.000 The case most likely to be heard right now on the Second Amendment in the Supreme Court is one that we are the sole entity funding at this time.

00:39:10.000 So, about this NRA situation, the NRA filed a case called Seegers v. Ashcroft.

00:39:18.000 They filed it a few months ago, and they filed it in the D.C.

00:39:21.000 District Court, and they got their day in court last week, October 8th.

00:39:26.000 And what they're seeking to do is get the government to agree to register handguns for a series of plaintiffs.

00:39:37.000 When you read their actual complaint, it's obvious that their goal is to register handguns.

00:39:42.000 Yeah, so for those that don't know, what they do is, they come in, they take over cases, and then they create bad precedence, losing ground, and then call it a victory.

00:39:52.000 They're saying, oh, we're saying you can register guns, we're saying you can't leave the home, we just want citizens to be able to have registered guns only in the home.

00:40:01.000 And they say that word for word, I mean, that is amazing.

00:40:04.000 We have the power with the NRA if they wanted to to repeal all these laws.

00:40:08.000 Well, you would think so.

00:40:11.000 You know, NRA has been around since the 1870s, and yet they've never brought one Second Amendment case and taken it all the way to the Supreme Court.

00:40:20.000 When they saw the writing on the wall that our case that we're backing, Silvera v. Lockyer, And another case that the Cato Institute filed called Parker v. District of Columbia, when they saw that either one or both of these cases was likely to get to the Supreme Court, they hurried up and filed a case in the District of Columbia to challenge their handgun ban.

00:40:43.000 And they tried to take over the Cato case, and what came out of that was the fact that Stephen Hallbrook, who is their attorney in the District of Columbia, in the parker case

00:40:56.000 was accused by the kato attorneys of actually uh...

00:41:00.000 uh... misbehaving help i'll put it very politely they've they've failed in consolidation of their case so

00:41:07.000 they're pretty proceeding with their parker classic tactic to go in as an

00:41:11.000 enemy combatant of the new world order and blowout cases and create bad case

00:41:17.000 law and it looks like that's exactly what they're doing

00:41:20.000 So we got all of the transcripts.

00:41:21.000 Angel, let me just go over this for folks.

00:41:24.000 Will you please read part of the transcript that you have posted on the main page?

00:41:27.000 Will you please read that to folks?

00:41:28.000 I'd be happy to.

00:41:29.000 The court says to NRA attorney Stephen Hallbrook, the court says the government can put restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms.

00:41:37.000 Mr. Hallbrook says, Your Honor, we're not here wanting, or cancel that, Your Honor, we are here wanting to register handguns.

00:41:46.000 We're not here wanting unrestricted access.

00:41:49.000 We're not here asking to carry them other than in the home.

00:41:53.000 The court says, you're saying that the government can impose reasonable restrictions?

00:41:58.000 As if that would be reasonable.

00:41:59.000 Mr. Hallbrook says, yes, your honor.

00:42:01.000 Yes, your honor.

00:42:03.000 And then you have a larger section of the transcript, and as you point out, it gets even worse.

00:42:08.000 Well, it does.

00:42:08.000 There were several areas of simple law that Mr. Hallbrook could have argued with questions.

00:42:15.000 It seems like they had a judge in the case that was amenable to the arguments one would expect to be put forth by the National Rifle Association.

00:42:23.000 Yeah, creating bad case law.

00:42:26.000 Let's look at what this is the New York model.

00:42:28.000 50 years ago, shooting clubs, everybody had guns, low crime rate.

00:42:32.000 They say, hey, we just want you to come pay a fee, register with us so you're not a criminal.

00:42:36.000 And then they, 20 years after that, just stop offering the classes and stop giving people the concealed carry.

00:42:43.000 Maybe if you give $20,000 to a local politician's campaign, they win.

00:42:46.000 They might tell the sheriff to issue one.

00:42:48.000 If you're Robert De Niro or Al Pacino or some famous person, And so they take a right, turn it into a privilege, and then stop issuing the privilege.

00:42:59.000 That's the NRA's defense.

00:43:01.000 That's the argument of Handgun Control Incorporated.

00:43:05.000 It indeed is, and New York is a great case.

00:43:07.000 In New York, they had the Sullivan Law that came out in 1912, and it started out where their permit was a dollar.

00:43:14.000 And over time it got more expensive, more expensive, now it's several hundred dollars and if the judge wants to he can order a psychiatric evaluation.

00:43:23.000 There's only a couple thousand people in New York City who have permits.

00:43:27.000 And there's been articles in the New York Post how most of them are known mafia chiefs, Hollywood people, gangster rappers.

00:43:34.000 Yeah, gangster rappers and... Rosie O'Donnell with submachine guns.

00:43:38.000 Yeah, isn't that lovely?

00:43:39.000 Rosie wants us to go to jail for owning a gun, but her bodyguard has one. 0.93

00:43:44.000 She told wives and girlfriends, take your husband's gun, throw it in the trash. 1.00

00:43:49.000 That's criminal!

00:43:51.000 Well, I'd love to see someone that actually takes the advice of a Rosie O'Donnell, applies it, is harmed from it, and sues her and her type of people.

00:44:04.000 Uh, so, one of these days, eventually, someone is going to do that.

00:44:06.000 A lot of her bodyguards have Uzis, Angel. 0.69

00:44:08.000 Isn't that something?

00:44:09.000 They can have Uzis, but the common man, there have been two cases this past year where people in New York City were unable to register their gun.

00:44:19.000 They kept it anyway.

00:44:20.000 There was the black naval veteran, highly decorated, they're attacking his wife, he fends them off and they arrest him.

00:44:26.000 It was even worse than that. 0.94

00:44:27.000 He shot the guy in his child's bedroom.

00:44:31.000 They prosecuted him.

00:44:32.000 They finally convinced him to plead to a misdemeanor.

00:44:35.000 Still have his firearm.

00:44:37.000 He's still not allowed to protect himself in New York City.

00:44:40.000 And that's the kind of precedent that this Parker's case has the potential to create.

00:44:44.000 Now, the National Rifle Association released, as a result of our article yesterday, Stephen Hallbrook released a response in which he says that this is a good thing that they're doing and that they can come back and fight the constitutionality of firearm registration later.

00:45:04.000 So they want to block your Supreme Court case, they try to take over the Cato Institute case that would go to the Supreme Court.

00:45:10.000 It's interesting the way they're couching it, too.

00:45:13.000 the justin did this is exactly what the anti-gunner say

00:45:17.000 it's just give us registration just be reasonable and then now the n_r_a_ saying that

00:45:23.000 this is incredible it's interesting the way they're catching it to since we

00:45:27.000 released our report yesterday mister hall brooks is praising his

00:45:31.000 strategy of going in there asking

00:45:34.000 under a second amendment argument for gun registration the implication of which is that gun registration doesn't

00:45:40.000 cross the second amendment which is absurd.

00:45:43.000 And the way they're couching it is saying that the strategy they're employing in this D.C.

00:45:47.000 case is similar to that used by the NAACP in the decades leading up to the Brown v. Board of Education decision in 1954.

00:45:55.000 But the truth is, I don't remember the NAACP saying, we support, your honor, we want to register black people, and that doesn't, that does not infringe their inalienable rights.

00:46:07.000 And we only want to make them have their rights in their house. 1.00

00:46:11.000 Right, they can only be black people in their home, if they're registered. 1.00

00:46:15.000 They can't leave without putting whiteface on. 1.00

00:46:17.000 Yeah, so that's just absurd.

00:46:19.000 And then I would add to all of this, that Again, the NRA could have these laws reversed.

00:46:27.000 They never try to repeal anything.

00:46:28.000 They're mute on Bush saying he'll reauthorize the assault weapons ban.

00:46:33.000 Well, they have an interesting, another additional response to our report and to Hallbrook's own words, his own transcript.

00:46:40.000 It's not like we're making it up.

00:46:42.000 One of their other responses is that they have filed a bill to Uh, to repeal the handgun ban in D.C.

00:46:53.000 Of course, that's a bill that's not going to get traction.

00:46:56.000 But for plausible deniability, they got one of their lapdogs in Congress to file for a repeal of that handgun ban, and that that repeal bill does not include registration.

00:47:08.000 Now, their legislative head that we got fired last year was a known gun grabber.

00:47:12.000 He wanted $47 million to team up with the Nature Conservancy Sierra Club.

00:47:17.000 They went after land rights groups, tried to have a fight.

00:47:20.000 We won the fight.

00:47:21.000 They removed him.

00:47:22.000 But the NRA, and you've studied this more than I have, but I've studied it, is infested with these people.

00:47:26.000 How do we stop them?

00:47:27.000 How do we... I mean, is the NRA just totally gone?

00:47:30.000 Well, that's a matter of opinion.

00:47:33.000 My opinion is that I'm certainly not going to try to change it from the inside.

00:47:36.000 Neal Knox and several other people that were high up in the NRA actually attempted to overtake it and install more patriotic individuals that would stop calling for enforcement of laws and start calling for repeal.

00:47:51.000 They were unsuccessful, so we're not going to try to change the art.

00:47:57.000 I think the answer is to continue to educate people, to continue to open people's minds to taking a look at what the National Rifle Association is doing and start asking questions.

00:48:12.000 I'm sorry, go ahead.

00:48:13.000 In the last 24 hours, I've received dozens of communications from NRA Life members who are furious.

00:48:20.000 And every time we write some additional report showing another facet of how the NRA is doing Sarah Brady's work, we get more people who are, you know, frustrated and they're writing to the NRA so they know that the grassroots, the commoners, we commoners are watching them.

00:48:36.000 I know we're not happy with some of the things that they're doing.

00:48:38.000 So I think the process is one of education and information dissemination, which you're doing a very good job at.

00:48:45.000 Well, it is.

00:48:46.000 I mean, it's about deprogramming these people.

00:48:48.000 And I've been on conservative talk shows, and I'm going, Bush is going to reauthorize the assault weapons ban.

00:48:53.000 They're pushing the Lady and Peace Act.

00:48:55.000 Republicans are sponsoring it.

00:48:57.000 We're in deep trouble and I've had the good ol' boys go, what are you?

00:49:00.000 Is this a secret liberal plan to discredit Bush?

00:49:04.000 So what?

00:49:04.000 We gotta compromise.

00:49:06.000 You're a liberal.

00:49:08.000 Now I'm a liberal for being pro-gun 110%.

00:49:10.000 Have you gotten those insane comments?

00:49:13.000 We get those insane comments every day.

00:49:15.000 I mean, I invested a good part of my day defending my name, my honor, my reputation and our organization yesterday.

00:49:23.000 How dare you post the transcript saying he's for registering guns and not being able to leave your home without them?

00:49:29.000 Why are you doing the work of the enemy?

00:49:31.000 Well, if the enemy If the work of the enemy involves tellin' the truth, then I guess I'll be happy to do the work of the enemy, because I'm committed to tellin' the truth and letting people make up their minds.

00:49:41.000 Being a conservative now today means you support Stalin, and being an ultracommie means you're against Stalin and against high taxes and against open borders and pro-family.

00:49:50.000 I mean, it's just, these neocons have really conned people.

00:49:53.000 Indeed.

00:49:54.000 Isn't it fun livin' on the animal farm?

00:49:59.000 It's off the charts, Angel.

00:50:01.000 So where do we go from here?

00:50:03.000 Your case, Silvera versus the gun grabber Attorney General of California.

00:50:08.000 Well, we're verging.

00:50:09.000 We'll know the first or second week in November whether or not they are going to grant certiorari in our case.

00:50:16.000 We've appealed it to the Supreme Court.

00:50:18.000 We've prepared the case far better than any NRA case has ever been prepared.

00:50:23.000 We've already gotten six powerful dissents.

00:50:26.000 Well that's all part of a set piece.

00:50:27.000 9th Circuit in support of the Second Amendment, and that's a case that NRA tried to kill.

00:50:31.000 They literally sent their chief attorney to try to have our case dismissed when we're

00:50:37.000 arguing a pure Second Amendment case. 1.00

00:50:39.000 In their case, they were stupid enough to sue John Ashcroft. 0.99

00:50:43.000 John Ashcroft, two years ago, said he supports the Second Amendment. 1.00

00:50:46.000 They went and sued him and are forcing him to argue the other side.

00:50:51.000 Well that's all part of a set piece.

00:50:53.000 You notice Ashcroft said, "I support the Second Amendment, except it prescribed by law, putting

00:50:58.000 the little laws above the big law of the Second Amendment." 0.82

00:51:01.000 And then he's just holding it with the NRA.

00:51:02.000 He hasn't actually done anything to help the Second Amendment other than issue a letter.

00:51:06.000 Hey, what, stay there.

00:51:07.000 Stay there, Angel.

00:51:08.000 We'll be right back.

00:51:09.000 (whooshing)

00:54:26.000 You want to go to them?

00:54:26.000 Absolutely.

00:54:28.000 Let's talk to Rob in Wyoming.

00:54:29.000 Rob, you're on the air with the editor, the founder of KeatonBearArms.com.

00:54:33.000 Go ahead.

00:54:34.000 Hey, both of you.

00:54:35.000 How you doing, Rob?

00:54:36.000 Yeah.

00:54:38.000 What was this brought by you guys or somebody?

00:54:41.000 There's three guard cases right now that could go to the Supreme Court.

00:54:46.000 The NRA is trying to get control of them and is there with this case they filed basically dropping the ball on purpose.

00:54:53.000 But throwing the contest is what I'd say.

00:54:55.000 Angel?

00:54:56.000 Yeah, well, what Alex said.

00:54:59.000 That's the funny thing about coming on Alex's show, I really don't have to say much.

00:55:04.000 They took a dive, basically.

00:55:06.000 What's the question?

00:55:07.000 They took a dive.

00:55:08.000 It would appear that way, and it looks worse than that to me.

00:55:13.000 When they're arguing a Second Amendment right, the standard for Second Amendment is, shall not be infringed.

00:55:20.000 And they're arguing a shall not be infringed argument, But saying, Your Honor, we want to register handguns.

00:55:27.000 The implication, direct and unequivocal, is that, shall not be infringed, is not crossed by gun registration.

00:55:35.000 And they're saying it's not an individual right, it's a privilege.

00:55:38.000 Well, yeah, exactly.

00:55:39.000 And then when it expires and you have to pay it again.

00:55:42.000 See, they're claiming proper police powers under the organic law.

00:55:46.000 That has the color, the appearance of that.

00:55:49.000 But in the meantime... Look, it's word for word, this whole exchange with the judge and the NRA lawyer is word for word, the policy and tactic of the gun grabbers.

00:55:58.000 Totally, totally.

00:55:59.000 However, you've got to realize that another thing in the Constitution is, you know, this is totally adhesion contracts.

00:56:06.000 It's definitely fraudulent.

00:56:08.000 But they're presuming, and very few of them know this anymore, that's what makes it so potent.

00:56:14.000 Well, I'm not sure exactly where he was headed with the organic law.

00:56:22.000 I agree that most people don't know the depths of the depravity in which they engage.

00:56:30.000 Against the Second Amendment, and that now appears to be the case on our side.

00:56:34.000 We've been attacked by the NRA for fighting a real Second Amendment case, challenging a quote-unquote assault weapons ban.

00:56:41.000 We're taking it on pure Second Amendment grounds, and they're arguing to register handguns and behaving as if their case is superior.

00:56:49.000 And they're saying that they can't impose restrictions on gun ownership.

00:56:52.000 Let's talk to Ron in New York.

00:56:54.000 Ron, you're on the air.

00:56:55.000 Good afternoon, gentlemen.

00:56:56.000 How are you doing?

00:56:57.000 Hi, Ron.

00:56:58.000 Um, this is something I have been complaining about.

00:57:00.000 Alex has heard me talk about the NRA and what it has been transmuted into, at least over the last decade.

00:57:08.000 In addition to the cases that you're discussing, which I'm familiar with, I'm familiar that the NRA took an action which in essence prevented John Ashcroft from supporting a Second Amendment position, albeit with the ulterior motives he probably had.

00:57:24.000 However, I think that was a contrivance, but they bound him So that he could not present a position in favor of the Second Amendment, which possibly could have been useful to your action.

00:57:35.000 That's correct.

00:57:36.000 It's the same case we're talking about, the Parker v. Ashcroft case.

00:57:40.000 Mr. Ashcroft, two years ago, had said he supports the Second Amendment, that it's an individual right.

00:57:45.000 The NRA goes and sues him.

00:57:47.000 He has to argue against the Second Amendment.

00:57:51.000 He literally has to.

00:57:52.000 He's being sued for a violation of the Second Amendment.

00:57:57.000 He has to defend the action unless he's man enough to stipulate and concede that, you know, what they're saying.

00:58:02.000 It's total theater.

00:58:03.000 These guys are in bed together.

00:58:05.000 The contrivance, as I said, I know that it is.

00:58:07.000 In addition, I'm sure you're familiar with the legislation which is originally known as the Our Lady of Peace Act.

00:58:13.000 There is now a reincarnation of that act under another name.

00:58:16.000 The NRA has been supportive of that, the Prime Mover and that. 0.92

00:58:19.000 that.

00:58:20.000 Now that was in the Washington Times.

00:58:21.000 Ron, let me get a comment from Angel on that.

00:58:24.000 Angel?

00:58:25.000 Yeah, Ron, I wrote an article a few days ago and cited multiple leaders of non-NRA gun

00:58:33.000 rights organizations directly addressing the issue.

00:58:35.000 We got a break.

00:58:35.000 NRA's appeasement in support of the quote-unquote "strengthening"

00:58:40.000 of the National Instant Criminal Check System.

00:58:42.000 Go to keepandbeararms.com/NRA and it's one of the first articles there.

00:58:48.000 It includes a picture of NRA's director smiling on stage with Chuck Schumer, a former NRA

00:58:55.000 director and still NRA...

00:58:56.000 Stay there, we got a break.

00:58:57.000 We'll be right back.

00:59:00.000 Get the new Berkey battery adapter, an inexpensive yet long-term backup power supply for your

00:59:06.000 Berkey Light LED system.

00:59:08.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique because in...

00:59:11.000 You are listening to GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:59:19.000 Big Brother.

00:59:27.000 Mainstream Media.

00:59:29.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:31.000 You want answers?

00:59:32.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:34.000 He's Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:38.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:44.000 All right, we're now 30 seconds into the second hour of this global transmission against tyranny.

00:59:49.000 We've got Angel Shamaya, founder and editor of KeatonBearArms.com.

00:59:52.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:59:54.000 My website's InfoWars.com.

00:59:56.000 And he was just talking about the NRA case they've got in D.C.

01:00:00.000 where they say that the government can register all handguns, but they're not for citizens carrying their handguns out of their houses.

01:00:08.000 Basically, they're arguing with Handgun Control Incorporated.

01:00:11.000 They now support The quote strengthening the national instant check background system which will go after people that have any any mental adjudication or anybody who's ever had a misdemeanor, a gun registration plan.

01:00:24.000 Chuckie Schumer and the NRA together on stage.

01:00:27.000 They have photos of that on the website.

01:00:30.000 We've got links to it on Infowars.com.

01:00:32.000 Angel continuing with this traitorous activity of the NRA.

01:00:37.000 Well, where do you begin?

01:00:39.000 The National Rifle Association's support of gun control.

01:00:43.000 We've got one of their former executive vice presidents saying that they've been in support of workable, enforceable gun control since their inception in 1871.

01:00:55.000 That's at keepenbeararms.com slash NRA.

01:00:58.000 So, you know, it's not like this is some kind of a new phenomenon, but NRA is a multi-million dollar, powerful marketing machine.

01:01:08.000 Million dollar?

01:01:09.000 Well, billion, yeah.

01:01:11.000 They're doing two, three hundred million a year.

01:01:13.000 I haven't looked at their numbers most recently, but they're in the hundreds of millions annually.

01:01:19.000 They've raised billions of dollars as defenders of the Second Amendment.

01:01:22.000 Well, I've got the numbers here.

01:01:23.000 It's over a billion dollars in the last 15 years.

01:01:27.000 Oh, it's well over that.

01:01:28.000 Yeah, it's way over that.

01:01:30.000 I'd say it's more than twice that.

01:01:32.000 I'd have to get down and actually do the math, but even a rough estimate says it's more than twice that.

01:01:38.000 And they've got five and a half million members who should be calling for repealing unconstitutional gun laws.

01:01:43.000 We've got the evidence of what gun control does.

01:01:45.000 We know it's bad for society.

01:01:47.000 They know it, too.

01:01:48.000 It's about enslavement.

01:01:50.000 Well, the scary part about it is that NRA's appeasement strategies No, I've heard them.

01:01:56.000 I've been on the shows.

01:01:57.000 reach they actually are are convincing quote-unquote sportsmen to turn against

01:02:04.000 Patriots. I've heard them, I've been on the shows you've gotten the emails and calls

01:02:08.000 where you gotta go ahead and have some compromise you liberal. Well the

01:02:13.000 difference between compromise and appeasement is vast.

01:02:17.000 And we saw what the Brits appeasing Adolf Hitler turned into. 0.51

01:02:21.000 You cannot appease people who want to put you in prison for running fire.

01:02:25.000 But they don't give up a foot and we give up a foot.

01:02:28.000 We're always going towards the cliff.

01:02:29.000 They're always pushing.

01:02:32.000 To me, a compromise means we get something in return.

01:02:35.000 Absolutely.

01:02:36.000 Ron, finish up real quick.

01:02:38.000 Uh, what I was going to say is that, you know, with reference to some of these matters, because I've been a member of that organization for 20, about 28 years, and a life member for about 10, um, I have called up and have reached some pretty high levels, and I could tell you when you ask them things about why the support of the Our Lady of Peace Act, there really are not any appropriate answers or what I consider responsive answers forthcoming.

01:03:00.000 My guess is this.

01:03:01.000 This is what I think it's boiled down to.

01:03:04.000 We have had a group of people who have seized the gates of the NRA over about the last 10 years, and the people that work at mid-level there are more interested in being able to rub elbows.

01:03:16.000 With the, uh, I guess what they consider the rich and famous or political elite.

01:03:20.000 And they don't want to disturb that comfortable relationship.

01:03:23.000 It's more than that.

01:03:24.000 It's actively trying to remove the Second Amendment and pacify the mass. 0.71

01:03:28.000 Thanks for the call, Ron.

01:03:29.000 Angel on keepinbeararms.com slash NRA's got the dirt on them. 1.00

01:03:33.000 We've got some of your stories at infowars.com as well.

01:03:36.000 Closing comments.

01:03:38.000 Uh, closing comments.

01:03:39.000 We like the NRA's membership.

01:03:41.000 You know, they're some of the salt of the earth people.

01:03:44.000 We're just concerned with some of the directions the management is taking.

01:03:48.000 The National Rifle Association.

01:03:49.000 And we just ask people to get educated rather than, you know, judge us for telling the truth and using their own words to expose what they're doing.

01:03:59.000 Absolutely, Angel.

01:04:00.000 Hope we can have you back up in the future.

01:04:01.000 Continue to use your website as an incredible source of data and analysis.

01:07:24.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:30.000 You know, it sounds unbelievable.

01:07:34.000 Even when I say it, when it comes out of my mouth, I have trouble believing it.

01:07:41.000 You just heard Angel Shamaya from Keepin' Bare Arms. 1.00

01:07:43.000 It was a great job.

01:07:44.000 Post all the facts right there on their site.

01:07:47.000 Where the NRA is saying in court that they believe the Second Amendment is not a right, they believe that it's a privilege, that they believe that all your handguns should be registered and you shouldn't be allowed to leave your house with them.

01:08:01.000 That's what Handgun Control Incorporated wants.

01:08:03.000 And they went and tried to take over the Cato Institute case.

01:08:06.000 You heard Angel Shumai talk about how the Cato lawyers said that.

01:08:10.000 They tried to block The case against Lockyer, the former Attorney General, now the former Attorney General of California, for their assault weapons ban, which is, you know, semi-automatic .22 ban.

01:08:21.000 You name it.

01:08:22.000 I mean, time and time again, at every key juncture, folks, they tried to block us in Texas when we were trying to defeat bills that would ban people under 18 from touching a rifle.

01:08:31.000 Under 21 from touching a handgun, even with her parents.

01:08:33.000 With a band, uh, Junior Olympics, Olympic shooters, a lot of them are 18, 20 years old.

01:08:38.000 I mean, that was in the newspaper!

01:08:39.000 Dallas Morning News!

01:08:40.000 These people are sinister!

01:08:44.000 Up there with Chuckie Schumer supporting this new Arlettia Peace Act to go after people that have misdemeanors, won't be able to own guns, a national registry.

01:08:51.000 They support it!

01:08:52.000 The Washington Times reports!

01:08:53.000 The NRA admits!

01:08:56.000 You hear all the life members calling yesterday, calling today, and yeah, yeah, yeah, it's true.

01:09:02.000 And it's unbelievable.

01:09:03.000 What's unbelievable is I've been on probably ten different shows.

01:09:06.000 It's the vast minority of the thousand plus I've done.

01:09:09.000 But I'll be on in South Texas, Louisiana, Florida.

01:09:12.000 You know, conservative areas.

01:09:13.000 And the hosts will go, I tell you, you liberals have gotten slick attacking Bush saying he's anti-gun.

01:09:20.000 You're just doing that to erode our base.

01:09:22.000 We've got to compromise a little.

01:09:25.000 Folks, I've been called a liberal because I'm against gun registration.

01:09:29.000 You heard Angel.

01:09:31.000 It's happened to him, folks, yesterday!

01:09:34.000 How dare you attack the NRA?

01:09:36.000 You're with the enemy!

01:09:38.000 No, the NRA is the enemy, with the enemy!

01:09:43.000 You know, this is about the most powerful, most wealthy population, armed and free, being disarmed by the global elite.

01:09:50.000 You don't think they haven't infiltrated the major gun group?

01:09:53.000 I mean, how naive are you out there?

01:09:55.000 I'd love to hear from those people who called into those shows and those talk show hosts. 1.00

01:09:59.000 I ought to have those idiots on. 1.00

01:10:01.000 I'm sorry, I shouldn't call you that. 1.00

01:10:02.000 I'd like to hear how I'm a liberal.

01:10:06.000 I mean, I'm sick of it.

01:10:07.000 I'm tired of getting emails how I'm a liberal because I won't compromise on the Second Amendment. 1.00

01:10:12.000 You people are just mentally ill. 0.99

01:10:15.000 There's got to be something wrong with you that you think I'm bad because I'm pro-gun. 1.00

01:10:23.000 What is your major malfunction?

01:10:26.000 What happened to you?

01:10:29.000 You listen to these ninnies, these Limbaugh's and Hannity's and the rest of them, who sit there and tell you how good the Republicans are and how they're fighting the evil Democrats.

01:10:39.000 They are the Democrats.

01:10:41.000 And the Democrats are Republicans.

01:10:42.000 They're all together.

01:10:44.000 Look at the actions, not the rhetoric.

01:10:46.000 It makes me sick.

01:10:46.000 Now, coming up, U.S.

01:10:47.000 citizens ordered to leave Gaza.

01:10:51.000 U.S.

01:10:51.000 issues new terror attack warnings.

01:10:53.000 Tehran, Libya could be the first Arab country with nukes.

01:10:55.000 They want to go ahead and nuke them. 0.92

01:10:58.000 The British government is hitting military action against Iran preemptive.

01:11:02.000 China just shot somebody and a couple guys into space. 0.98

01:11:04.000 Security Council set to vote on a new U.S.

01:11:06.000 resolution.

01:11:08.000 We're going to get into some more of the surveillance systems they're starting to put in.

01:11:13.000 We're going to get into judge orders reporters to reveal their sources.

01:11:17.000 We're going to get into the Associated Press manipulating news stories and More on hundreds of newspapers that got fake letters with fake signatures from the troops.

01:11:26.000 The troops didn't sign them, folks.

01:11:28.000 Now they try to claim, oh, the troops did sign the letters.

01:11:30.000 Turns out that's a lie, too.

01:11:33.000 The fake letters in the papers around the country.

01:11:36.000 And CBS warns of homeschoolers' dark side.

01:11:39.000 I'm going to read part of this article before I have the guest on the next hour.

01:11:44.000 And just so much more, folks.

01:11:47.000 So much more.

01:11:50.000 Right now, let me give you the toll-free number.

01:11:53.000 You want to comment on the Second Amendment situation?

01:11:55.000 You want to comment on how we're all communists now because we're against restricting the Second Amendment?

01:12:01.000 I'm not joking!

01:12:02.000 This is what we're being called.

01:12:04.000 The NRA has put out emails and other stuff attacking the Paragon Foundation because they don't want the NRA joining forces with the Nature Conservancy in land grabbing.

01:12:12.000 I mean, they're there to help the globalists, to co-opt you. 0.64

01:12:17.000 You know, Judas Iscariot was a disciple of Jesus Christ and he stabbed him in the back.

01:12:23.000 Okay, so do you understand what spies and Benedict Arnold was one of the greatest American generals and then he turned at a key point?

01:12:30.000 You understand that?

01:12:31.000 Do you understand that?

01:12:34.000 Do you?

01:12:34.000 I'm not trying to be preachy here.

01:12:37.000 What do you think of this?

01:12:38.000 Do you get this?

01:12:39.000 What do you want to say to those that think it's communistic to be pro-gun and conservative to love Stalin?

01:12:44.000 I'm not joking!

01:12:46.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:12:46.000 I mean it's basically that bad now.

01:12:48.000 two five nine nine two three one one eight hundred

01:12:53.000 two five nine nine two three one but it's basically that bad now

01:12:59.000 one eight hundred two five nine nine two three one now for the next five minutes we're going to talk to debbie

01:13:07.000 marr and uh... she's uh... they're doing concepts with some more

01:13:11.000 special deals If you want to stop drinking the poison, the herbicide, the pesticide, all the trash,

01:13:17.000 You want to protect your family or you're already drinking great water?

01:13:19.000 Why not give that gift to your grandchildren, to your children, to your grandparents?

01:13:24.000 It's very easy to use.

01:13:25.000 The best systems out there.

01:13:26.000 It's what my family uses.

01:13:28.000 The new Berkey Light is top of the line, even better than the previous filters they had.

01:13:33.000 And it basically cuts out everything.

01:13:36.000 Debbie, thank you for coming on the show.

01:13:38.000 Hi, Alex.

01:13:38.000 I have to tell you, listening to you for the last few minutes makes me take a deep breath, you know?

01:13:47.000 I have to comment on it really quick because, you know, I homeschool my son, my teenage son, and I won't even go into the gun thing and, you know, I want you to know, Alex, I'm here to talk about the water filters and we save our water and we've got it so that I'm here to help everybody Be able to have a healthy source of water, but I'm so glad you're doing what you're doing, too.

01:14:12.000 And I just wanted to say that real quick.

01:14:15.000 Well, absolutely.

01:14:15.000 You guys are great Christian folks, and Jim, and of course all the staff, yourself.

01:14:21.000 I've met all of you, and you're just wonderful folks, and you're aware of the New World Order, and you're about folks taking control of their lives, and have you seen the Dan Rather pieces saying they want to basically ban homeschooling?

01:14:33.000 Well, you know, I haven't because I'm so busy helping all of your people, your listeners, that I don't get a whole lot of time to get into a lot of the issues.

01:14:43.000 Well, I don't watch TV.

01:14:44.000 I'm just reading the text of what Dan Rather had to say.

01:14:46.000 Yeah, I don't know, but, you know, I started homeschooling Sam when he finished ninth grade.

01:14:53.000 I got tired of telling him to go to school and not believe anything they told him, just answer the questions.

01:15:00.000 And so we started homeschooling him and we found a really good correspondence high school.

01:15:05.000 Very good correspondence school.

01:15:07.000 And it was the best thing we ever did.

01:15:09.000 He's fixing to graduate in about another month or so. 0.74

01:15:12.000 And he will actually get a high school diploma, won't have to go get a GED, and yet he did not get all the garbage that they teach in the public schools. 0.95

01:15:21.000 And he is a different child.

01:15:23.000 By the way, most schools now, by the eighth grade, have the children, quote, writing journals.

01:15:28.000 They're told, your parents will never see this.

01:15:31.000 Write your journal.

01:15:32.000 Tell us all about it.

01:15:33.000 This has been in the news.

01:15:34.000 And now they do it on computer, and that goes into a database.

01:15:38.000 Talk about Orwellian.

01:15:40.000 That's right out of 1984.

01:15:42.000 I know.

01:15:43.000 And I mean, we used to go through that with him, and you know, it was just amazing.

01:15:48.000 Turning your children against you.

01:15:51.000 Yep.

01:15:51.000 Yep, that's it.

01:15:53.000 And he's a different child now.

01:15:54.000 Happy, healthy, you know.

01:15:57.000 Not angry, worked hard, you know.

01:16:00.000 It was a tremendous... I wish my parents wouldn't have sent me to public school.

01:16:03.000 I mean, at the time, I guess I was having some fun, but overall, it was horrible.

01:16:09.000 And the stuff they were teaching then, this was decades ago, was just out of control.

01:16:14.000 And now the stuff they're doing, I mean, cameras in the 12-year-old girl's showers in Tennessee.

01:16:19.000 Yeah, unbelievable.

01:16:23.000 It is.

01:16:24.000 Debbie, you've got a couple different specials there for folks.

01:16:26.000 Tell them about it right now.

01:16:28.000 I do.

01:16:29.000 I have two October specials.

01:16:30.000 We have the Berkey light with the lights, and they can choose between the white or the blue light.

01:16:36.000 Everybody always asks me what one I like better.

01:16:38.000 I like the blue.

01:16:39.000 It's really beautiful, but it's not as bright.

01:16:43.000 So if you're looking for it so that you can read by it in case of emergency, I would really recommend the white, but the blue is gorgeous.

01:16:50.000 I have some people who buy both.

01:16:51.000 They get two bases, one white and one blue.

01:16:55.000 Then we have, with that, we have the solar attachment, which is not only good just for

01:17:00.000 the Berkey light to light that, but you can use it for a lot of small things that you

01:17:05.000 have in your home.

01:17:07.000 You can use it for your shortwave radio, for your cell phones, different things to use

01:17:11.000 it as a solar charger.

01:17:12.000 Solar panel and adapter hookup system.

01:17:15.000 It's great.

01:17:16.000 And I even had a customer ask me if he could use it to charge his car battery.

01:17:21.000 And I asked Jim, and Jim said, "Well, it doesn't come with alligator clips, but if you made

01:17:25.000 your own alligator clip.

01:17:26.000 And you wanted to charge it long enough, you actually could charge your car battery off it.

01:17:30.000 It's very powerful.

01:17:31.000 So this is an emergency pod, basically, with water, light, electricity, rechargeable battery system.

01:17:39.000 Very important.

01:17:40.000 Everything, yes, is very... And again, there's no really working parts in the filter itself.

01:17:44.000 It's a gravity filter.

01:17:45.000 That simple.

01:17:46.000 It's just got these other things built into it.

01:17:48.000 That's right.

01:17:49.000 That's right.

01:17:49.000 So that you can... Yeah, look what happened on the East Coast when everybody's lights went out.

01:17:54.000 You know, I'm sure that our...

01:17:56.000 So they get that, what else do they get?

01:17:57.000 They get the KDF shower filter, which lasts 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first, and it goes between your shower head and the pipe.

01:18:07.000 It's very easy to install.

01:18:10.000 You get the auxiliary battery adapter, which again, you can use that to power small things, and you put batteries in it.

01:18:19.000 And the new super black murky filters, how much is that whole unit?

01:18:25.000 The entire package is $383 is the sale price.

01:18:29.000 It would be, without it being on sale, be $471.

01:18:33.000 So you're looking at an $88 savings.

01:18:36.000 Okay folks, she's there right now.

01:18:38.000 1-888-803-4438.

01:18:41.000 They have replacement filter special too, where you get a free shower filter with the replacement filters for other gravity-fed filter systems that aren't as good.

01:18:53.000 And how much is that?

01:18:54.000 The shower filter and the black Berkey elements by themselves would be $192.

01:19:00.000 Alright, that's a $50 savings because of the shower filter being free.

01:19:08.000 1-888-803-4438.

01:19:08.000 They've got a bunch of other smaller filters that are, what, $35?

01:19:12.000 Little portable filters and a lot of other good stuff.

01:19:15.000 Give Debbie a call right now at 888-803-4438.

01:19:17.000 Thanks, Debbie.

01:21:21.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

01:21:27.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

01:21:35.000 Is this a flaw-free enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt Ensuring inflation and higher taxes.

01:21:44.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

01:23:25.000 This show is documented.

01:23:28.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:23:31.000 Folks, we kind of got cramped for time there at the, uh, going into that segment because I was being long-winded about the Second Amendment and then she was talking about homeschooling.

01:23:42.000 Debbie was.

01:23:43.000 She's a great lady.

01:23:44.000 Need to give her a call, folks. 0.55

01:23:46.000 Number one, it's good to take control of your life and stop drinking the poison in the water supply.

01:23:50.000 Number two, it supports this broadcast and the great work that they're doing as well.

01:23:55.000 and uh... just a great organization in millennium concepts debbie's there right now caller get a free catalog talk to

01:24:01.000 her about the different products that a whole different line of things

01:24:04.000 and it's all top of the line one eight eight eight eight oh three four four three eight

01:24:10.000 okay we got a lot of phones here let's go to uh...

01:24:14.000 the tony tony where you're calling us from the important from the the stopper capital of the nation

01:24:20.000 colorado springs Oh, where you had the NACCHO takeover drill last week.

01:24:25.000 Right, exactly.

01:24:26.000 I wanted to talk a little bit about the Second Amendment.

01:24:29.000 This state here is, from what I understand, is one of the worst.

01:24:34.000 This is a state where you can actually lose your rights to have a firearm just for having an argument with your wife.

01:24:41.000 Well, it's like that all over the country now.

01:24:43.000 No one need even be hurt or be touched.

01:24:46.000 Screaming at someone can get you... Exactly.

01:24:49.000 Yeah, and you go into certain cities like Denver and the police are just vehemently anti-freedom.

01:24:55.000 And it's horrible, yes.

01:24:57.000 It's terrible here.

01:24:58.000 I mean, even your workplace has become militaristic.

01:25:01.000 I mean, you see people that are in the reserves getting promotions and getting ahead.

01:25:06.000 Everywhere you go in the workforce, there's cameras even in the workforce.

01:25:10.000 Uh, mandatory urine tests, all kinds of things.

01:25:13.000 It's just terrible.

01:25:14.000 Well, right here in Austin we have the Army drug testing people at private companies.

01:25:17.000 They just did a free service of the Pentagon and they want to get your bodily fluids.

01:25:23.000 Well, sir, I just wanted to thank you for what you're doing and hopefully you might come down this way sometime.

01:25:28.000 Well, thank you, sir.

01:25:29.000 You know, over the weekend we posted a whole NATO takeover section, and last Friday we posted a bunch of news about it.

01:25:35.000 I've gotten calls on and off air going, well, I live outside Colorado Springs, I didn't see a thing.

01:25:40.000 I didn't even know NATO was here.

01:25:42.000 The papers admit they made people evacuate out of their homes downtown.

01:25:46.000 The papers admit they took over the football stadium.

01:25:48.000 The papers admit electrical problems.

01:25:51.000 Sir, what did you hear about her?

01:25:52.000 What did you see?

01:25:54.000 Well, I was at the site itself and I had my cell phone go off.

01:26:01.000 I had a walkie-talkie go off.

01:26:03.000 You saw people standing up in trees.

01:26:07.000 They were perched up in trees and all kinds of things.

01:26:10.000 What about troops running checkpoints off base?

01:26:12.000 That was in the paper.

01:26:13.000 Yes, that did happen.

01:26:14.000 They actually took control of a section of the interstate.

01:26:19.000 But, again, people are still in denial when it's in the local paper.

01:26:24.000 Well, you gotta understand, this is a highly concentrated military town, and the people that are actually in the military are a good portion of them are retirees, and they have a certain mentality.

01:26:34.000 Well, I would just say this.

01:26:36.000 I mean, we took 20 calls on this subject Friday, and every one of them saw what you're seeing, and were against it.

01:26:41.000 But, you know, the foreign troops taking over, controlling it, the paper said they were in control.

01:26:46.000 NATO was.

01:26:47.000 North Atlantic Treaty Organization over NORTHCOM, our military command in this shadow government system.

01:26:53.000 And that's who runs the shadow government, is NORTHCOM, right out of Shriver Air Force Base.

01:26:59.000 But, I mean, it's like this every time we have urban warfare takeover drills.

01:27:03.000 People are still in denial.

01:27:05.000 But, I'll tell you this, the National Guard troops, the regular troops I talk to in Austin, they're all awake, they're all concerned.

01:27:13.000 Well, there's concern here amongst the troops, too.

01:27:15.000 But, like, they've got everybody pretty much in check.

01:27:19.000 One of the topics I wanted to bring up was about the NRA.

01:27:23.000 I was a life member of the NRA and I called them and I asked them to help me with my issue with the domestic violence charge.

01:27:31.000 We were arguing with my wife, losing my gun.

01:27:33.000 And they basically refused to get involved.

01:27:35.000 They told me they weren't even looking at that aspect of it.

01:27:38.000 I canceled my membership, but still, I'm still getting junk mail from them.

01:27:44.000 Yeah, it's a giant cash machine.

01:27:47.000 I have friends who the wife pushes the husband, pushes him, then freaks out, calls the police telling him to get out, the control issue, and then they come and still arrest the husband or the wife.

01:28:00.000 And then CPS gets involved and all the rest of this.

01:28:03.000 Right.

01:28:04.000 And the government doesn't want to help you.

01:28:06.000 They're five times more likely to abuse you and your family and your children.

01:28:09.000 Stop calling them, people. 1.00

01:28:10.000 Stop being idiots. 1.00

01:28:12.000 I know so many women that are like, I'm so sorry I ever called them. 1.00

01:28:15.000 It cost us $20,000 in lawyer bills.

01:28:18.000 This whole DV thing is just like the gun issue.

01:28:21.000 We already have existing laws for those type of things. 0.76

01:28:24.000 We need to repeal all gun laws.

01:28:27.000 This country was safer when they would give criminals their guns back when they got out of prison.

01:28:33.000 If you were arrested with a shotgun or a handgun, up until about 80 years ago, they gave it to you when you left.

01:28:39.000 Exactly.

01:28:41.000 And what was our crime rate then?

01:28:42.000 Almost nonexistent.

01:28:43.000 A murder would make national news.

01:28:46.000 Because everybody had guns.

01:28:48.000 You didn't have robberies of homes.

01:28:50.000 A bank robbery would get national attention.

01:31:22.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:31:25.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:31:29.000 But, if you placed them on a magnet, all would stick.

01:31:32.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:31:35.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:31:44.000 The Berkey Light is different.

01:31:45.000 Water molecules take five to ten minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:31:52.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides.

01:32:33.000 All right, folks.

01:32:34.000 Julie and John and John and David and others, you're up next.

01:32:37.000 First, let's go to Michael, though, in Rhode Island.

01:32:39.000 He's on a cell phone.

01:32:41.000 Go ahead, Michael.

01:32:42.000 Hello, Alex.

01:32:43.000 Hello, sir.

01:32:44.000 How you doing?

01:32:45.000 It's Michael again from Coventry, Rhode Island.

01:32:47.000 Yes, a great affiliate up there.

01:32:49.000 Yes.

01:32:50.000 I just wanted to let you know how the meeting at the Providence City Hall went last Tuesday.

01:32:56.000 Oh, against the Patriot Act.

01:32:58.000 Every day there's new cities that pass it.

01:33:00.000 Now well over 400.

01:33:01.000 I don't even cover it anymore, but reinstituting the Bill of Rights.

01:33:04.000 A radical idea.

01:33:05.000 Yes, it is.

01:33:08.000 There was at least 100 people that showed up there in support against the USA Patriot Act, and about 30 people spoke.

01:33:14.000 And WARL broadcasted live there for like a good hour and a half.

01:33:19.000 Did any government stooges speak for the Patriot Act?

01:33:23.000 No.

01:33:23.000 Nobody at all.

01:33:26.000 Nobody at all.

01:33:27.000 Very encouraging.

01:33:28.000 I'm tired of people getting up at these things.

01:33:31.000 You'll have one guy out of a hundred, and I'm serious when I say that, who's there for the Patriot Act, and he goes, I think we're forgetting this is all over the country.

01:33:38.000 I see duplicate articles.

01:33:39.000 These are generally, we find out, government employees.

01:33:42.000 It's off a script.

01:33:44.000 I'm sick and tired of the people died, and you're part of the murder of those 3,000 when it's the government that was behind it, and they're there using the death of these people to destroy the Bill of Rights.

01:33:55.000 You didn't have one of those stooges there, I guess, going, you're for the murder of 3,000 people!

01:34:02.000 No, we did not.

01:34:03.000 Not at all.

01:34:04.000 It was a very good There should have been like 50,000 people there, like one person said, but of course everything's suppressed and nobody knows about it.

01:34:11.000 But 100 compared to any other issue, I bet on other issues they don't have 100 people.

01:34:15.000 I'll bet you that was the first time that they ever had that.

01:34:17.000 I know this, they had 200 people, 300 people, 100 people at different meetings to get rid of the Patriot Act in Austin, and that is record levels for Austin.

01:34:32.000 Well, that's...

01:34:34.000 Well, Providence is a little smaller than Austin, but I see a movement starting to grow.

01:34:41.000 I talked to the promotion director of WARL, and I might be getting into talk radio myself, Alex.

01:34:47.000 Spreading the word.

01:34:48.000 Well, it's a fabulous affiliate.

01:34:49.000 All of our affiliates are just absolutely wonderful.

01:34:52.000 Everyone should lavish their sponsors and call all the sponsors and local stations and thank them and commend all of our amazing affiliates from Kansas City to Austin, Texas, to Pensacola, Florida, to Denver, Colorado, and whether it's the American Freedom Network or whether it's 1260 AM in Austin, no matter who it is, they're awesome.

01:35:16.000 Yeah, and I heard that we may be Yeah, I want to travel more.

01:35:22.000 I want to go to Arkansas.

01:35:24.000 I want to go to Rhode Island.

01:35:25.000 I want to go to a lot of places, but not quite yet.

01:35:27.000 I'm finishing a new film right now.

01:35:29.000 Oh, we're going to throw in some more support anyway to get things going.

01:35:32.000 We're going to start by showing your documentary films at the Patriot Theater in East Providence like once a month.

01:35:38.000 We're going to start doing that shortly.

01:35:40.000 The Patriot Theater?

01:35:42.000 Yep, in East Providence.

01:35:44.000 How many people does that seat? 0.78

01:35:46.000 I believe it's like 500.

01:35:49.000 Yeah, well, we sell out theaters in Austin and Houston, so... Oh, yeah.

01:35:54.000 Rhode Island is the first state to declare its independence, and I'm going to do everything I can to declare its independence from the USA Patriot Act.

01:36:03.000 Well, absolutely.

01:36:04.000 Well, thanks for the call, sir.

01:36:06.000 Good to hear from you, Michael.

01:36:08.000 Julie in Rhode Island on the same great affiliate.

01:36:10.000 Go ahead, Julie.

01:36:12.000 Hi.

01:36:13.000 Hello.

01:36:13.000 Can you hear me?

01:36:14.000 Loud and clear.

01:36:15.000 Good.

01:36:16.000 I had to stay in one spot because I'm on a cell phone and my cell phone's really bad.

01:36:21.000 Anyway, I wanted to speak a little bit on the Second Amendment and I watched Bullying for Columbine recently.

01:36:26.000 Total propaganda. 0.95

01:36:28.000 Well, what I wanted to say about that was that I realized from watching it in Michael Moore's interview with Charlton Heston, and Charlton Heston acting like such an ass, that the NRA is, you know, They're basically puppets of the government. 0.96

01:36:47.000 Well, let me stop you for just a second. 0.77

01:36:50.000 And I'm not mad at you, Julie.

01:36:51.000 We have a lot.

01:36:52.000 This show is curriculum for thousands of homeschoolers.

01:36:55.000 So we have to be at the highest standard.

01:36:57.000 Please, let's not use any even soft language here.

01:37:00.000 I'm not mad at you, just please.

01:37:02.000 Now, Bowling for Columbine, very sophisticated film.

01:37:05.000 Very well done.

01:37:06.000 But you have to understand, when he was talking to Heston, who's such a nice guy, I want to say this.

01:37:12.000 Okay?

01:37:12.000 Such a nice... We've interviewed him.

01:37:15.000 That Moore came to his door and he just said, yeah, I'll talk to you.

01:37:19.000 I mean, you don't see that in Hollywood with small stars, much less big ones.

01:37:25.000 And, uh, Heston is a total puppet.

01:37:26.000 He's always mean well.

01:37:28.000 He's been used.

01:37:29.000 Even when he was for the 68 gun control act, he's a useful dupe. 0.99

01:37:33.000 I don't want to say idiot, as Lennon said. 0.99

01:37:36.000 But, but, but, but, he was totally senile when, when he interviewed him. 0.99

01:37:41.000 Yeah.

01:37:42.000 His mind was gone.

01:37:43.000 Go ahead.

01:37:44.000 Yeah, well, what, what I was going to say is I think that the NRA came to Columbine after, you know, the shootings and everything on purpose just to offend people.

01:37:54.000 Yes.

01:37:55.000 And I think that was done on purpose.

01:37:57.000 Yes.

01:37:58.000 One thing I got from the movie was the point that Michael Moore was trying to make, because I am pro-Second Amendment, I just want to make that clear.

01:38:07.000 And my husband and I watched it because we were curious about what this anti-gun movie was about, and I didn't think it was anti-gun at all.

01:38:15.000 I thought that it was, wake up America, quit being so fearful and angry, Let me stop you, and I want you to make your point, because it's a good point.

01:38:25.000 It's the soft sell.

01:38:27.000 It's Delphi technique.

01:38:29.000 The film is the highest grade of mind control.

01:38:33.000 To take your righteous indignation, to take your anger, to take your revolutionary fervor and go, "Why are we so violent?" The question Morehead is,

01:38:45.000 and it's a legitimate one, "Why are we so violent?" and then, "Oh, why can't we have 0.97

01:38:49.000 some reasonable gun control?"

01:38:51.000 which is a soft sell. You understand? It's very sophisticated.

01:38:55.000 I saw it and was being convinced by it, but that I understand the deeper parameters and interlocking

01:39:00.000 psychological mechanisms.

01:39:02.000 Yeah, I understand that, Tim. I'm a student of psychology as well.

01:39:06.000 But I want you to speak on this after I hang up, okay? 0.82

01:39:10.000 Okay, I'll shut up. 0.88

01:39:11.000 Go ahead.

01:39:12.000 No, I'm going to hang up and I'm going to let you speak on it.

01:39:14.000 I'm going to listen to what you have to say.

01:39:15.000 Tell me what you got from the film.

01:39:17.000 Finish your point.

01:39:18.000 Alright, what I got from the film and what I think is that the Patriot Movement It has a lot of people in it that are angry about immigrants and their bigots.

01:39:32.000 I had a guy I heard on the radio on WARL call in and say that he wanted an all-white America, and this is just playing into the globalist's hands.

01:39:42.000 This is what they want.

01:39:43.000 They want us divided, and they want to conquer us. 0.98

01:39:45.000 I'm going to hang up now.

01:39:48.000 Thank you for the call, and you made some great points.

01:39:51.000 You say you want me to comment on it.

01:39:52.000 You said a lot there in a short time.

01:39:58.000 What you have is the Nazi organizations in England, Germany, and the U.S.

01:40:04.000 are all publicly funded by MI5, MI6, German intelligence, the FBI, the BATF, the CIA.

01:40:15.000 So are the black muslims, the Khalid Mohammeds. 1.00

01:40:19.000 So are the La Raza, which means the race, and the Mecha groups. 0.73

01:40:25.000 And so what they do is they bring in a big diverse population and then instead of having people get along together, they create multiculturalism, which is actually reverse racism by the so-called minorities that are really the global majority.

01:40:38.000 But they're allowed to be racial, they're allowed to be hateful, they're allowed to be racist.

01:40:43.000 Whites see that. 0.85

01:40:44.000 and then go into a tribal group think and then yes then they have controllers over each group and we can never come together to throw out the bankers the real enemy so yes but When I go to a Texas Independence Day rally, and I'm up there with black people and Hispanics and whites and Asians, you know, for Texas Independence five years ago, and people come in in Aztec headdresses and communist red flags and run up and grab the cake and start eating it and vomiting it and try to shove me and try to start a fight, and then the newspaper runs a photo of me like I was doing something.

01:41:18.000 You know, with an ugly look on my face right after a black guy basically shoved me and grabbed the microphone out of my hands. 0.99

01:41:24.000 Am I going to hate black people because that guy was a racist? 0.99

01:41:27.000 No. 1.00

01:41:28.000 Am I going to hate Hispanics or Mexicans because a bunch of them are racist? 1.00

01:41:35.000 Because I know who funded that. 0.99

01:41:37.000 The bankers, the Ford Foundation, publicly I mean, it's a joke.

01:41:43.000 It's not true.

01:41:43.000 It belongs to anybody.

01:41:44.000 and comic books, or La Reconquista, at the southwest from Texas into Oregon,

01:41:50.000 and all points between, belongs to Mexico, Mexico. I mean it's a joke, it's not true,

01:41:57.000 it belongs to anybody, it belongs to the Native Americans. 0.66

01:42:00.000 And so yes, what you're saying is true, that's going on. 0.98

01:42:03.000 So that now that it's all racial and balkanized, when I point out the racism, the tribalism of Khalid Mohammed who says kill all white people including white babies... 0.97

01:42:12.000 And when I say, when I point out the race, La Raza and Mecha is racist, automatically, oh, you must be racist! 0.97

01:42:19.000 I'll speak out against the Klan.

01:42:19.000 No!

01:42:21.000 I'll speak out against Mecha, La Raza, and Khalid Mohammed. 1.00

01:42:24.000 And I will successfully have black people and white people and Hispanics and Asians run up and shake my hand and say they totally understand Death of the New World Order. 0.99

01:42:32.000 They're going out to buy guns.

01:42:34.000 They understand who the real enemy is.

01:42:36.000 So I'm able to deprogram people en masse, Julie, because I won't play that game.

01:42:41.000 I will criticize Israel because it has a corrupt government controlled by the Bilderberg Group as a puppet system. 0.97

01:42:48.000 I will criticize Iran because it's corrupt and is run by evil people. 1.00

01:42:53.000 I can see the wickedness in high places, the powerful principalities.

01:42:59.000 And by doing that, we can all move to limit the size and scope of government, get back to family values, back to local control.

01:43:05.000 That is a bulwark, no matter what color you are, against tyranny.

01:43:10.000 And so, yes, what you're saying is true.

01:43:13.000 And, you know, what do you say to some old Vietnam veteran white guy who dealt with racism in Vietnam, reverse discrimination by mostly black units, Uh, who then has a meatpacking job, and he loses his job, and as he's leaving, his Mexican supervisor says something racist to him.

01:43:30.000 Well, I'm not gonna hate Mexicans because they've said racist stuff to me.

01:43:33.000 I have to speak a little bit of Spanish.

01:43:35.000 My wife speaks fluent Spanish.

01:43:37.000 And French.

01:43:38.000 Uh, and a bunch of other languages, because she grew up in Europe.

01:43:41.000 Her dad was a diplomat.

01:43:42.000 For the Agriculture Department.

01:43:44.000 And you know, we hear the racist comments by Mexicans all the time thinking we can't understand them.

01:43:49.000 Am I going to hate them because of that?

01:43:51.000 I see the programming.

01:43:51.000 No.

01:43:53.000 But don't call me a racist because I see that you're a racist. 0.97

01:43:57.000 And don't sit there and have your racist comments about whites and then think it's okay because you're an oppressed people. 0.96

01:44:02.000 You're being controlled by a bunch of psychological warfare chiefs at the Pentagon.

01:44:07.000 Your whole liberation theology is meant to turn America into a third world dictatorship like Mexico. 0.99

01:44:13.000 And you won't have anywhere to run. 1.00

01:44:15.000 But don't worry, you'll have your stupid racial pride. 1.00

01:44:17.000 And by the way, what is your racial pride? 1.00

01:44:21.000 What is it?

01:44:23.000 I mean, I read the stuff out of Mexico, it's totally anti-Indian.

01:44:28.000 But most of you are more Indian than you are Spanish. 1.00

01:44:31.000 But I read your racist trash about Indians. 1.00

01:44:35.000 I'm sick of it. 0.99

01:44:37.000 So, I mean, that's the bottom line here, folks, is I will not descend into all of this.

01:44:43.000 I will not be part of it.

01:44:45.000 I will not join Mecha, or the Klan, or the new Black Panther Party. 0.58

01:44:50.000 I will not be part of your federal operations.

01:44:53.000 And I'll get up here and say when Mossad says it'll kill American citizens with no warrants, juries, or nothing, that's wrong.

01:44:53.000 Okay?

01:45:00.000 And if the ADL attacks me for it, so be it.

01:45:02.000 You know, the Simon Wiesenthal Center is out endorsing no Nazis.

01:45:05.000 Shame on you! 1.00

01:45:06.000 We stand against your Nazism. 0.87

01:45:11.000 Let's go ahead and take calls.

01:45:13.000 Let's talk to John in Kansas.

01:45:15.000 John, you're on the air.

01:45:16.000 Go ahead.

01:45:17.000 Yes, sir.

01:45:18.000 Thank you for taking my call.

01:45:20.000 Welcome.

01:45:22.000 Point of information for your listeners.

01:45:26.000 Wichita, Kansas.

01:45:28.000 I left to go grocery shopping at 10.45 Central Standard Time.

01:45:33.000 I got back at 11.45 Central Standard Time.

01:45:39.000 My eyes are watering.

01:45:41.000 My nose is running.

01:45:42.000 I can hardly breathe.

01:45:44.000 I'm extremely fatigued.

01:45:47.000 I get out of my car.

01:45:49.000 I look up in the sky. 0.89

01:45:53.000 You are bombarding us like roaches in broad daylight with chemtrails. 0.83

01:46:01.000 And if you don't believe me, ask anybody in Wichita.

01:46:05.000 Well, look, I mean, they had biological testing.

01:46:07.000 It's going on year-long in Oklahoma with, quote, thousands of tons, excuse me, hundreds of tons of bacteria.

01:46:18.000 They claim only hurt the old, the young, and the infirm.

01:46:20.000 They've done biological testing all over Kansas and Missouri two years ago.

01:46:24.000 I wonder why we see condensation trails at 2,000 feet now in the summer in Austin.

01:46:30.000 Never saw that before.

01:46:32.000 And a jet right next to it not leaving a trail.

01:46:34.000 I don't know what's going on either, sir.

01:46:36.000 Well, you should see this, Alex.

01:46:39.000 I'm telling you, if you don't believe me, call, if you got friends in Wichita.

01:46:42.000 No, no, sir.

01:46:43.000 I know.

01:46:43.000 It goes on here, too.

01:46:44.000 All right.

01:46:46.000 Point of information, and I hope everybody Get the message and keep up the good work, sir.

01:46:52.000 Thank you for the call.

01:46:52.000 Thank you.

01:46:53.000 Appreciate it.

01:46:54.000 You bet, sir.

01:46:54.000 You're welcome.

01:46:55.000 Yeah, they're doing a lot of different stuff.

01:46:58.000 There's over, what, 13,000 admitted high-altitude tests of chemicals, biologicals, radiologicals since the 1940s.

01:47:05.000 This is a government that would let black men die of syphilis and spread it over 50 years.

01:47:10.000 Okay. 0.98

01:47:11.000 Let's talk to John in Tennessee.

01:47:13.000 John, you're on the air.

01:47:15.000 Michael Moore wants to run for NRA president, and he's a lifetime member.

01:47:20.000 Uh, which I think is very interesting if he's trying to subvert everything.

01:47:24.000 Well, it's already subverted, but yeah, he'd be a nice, uh, addendum to things.

01:47:28.000 So the NRA stands for National Rifle Association, not National Gun Association, Shotgun Association, or Pistol Association.

01:47:37.000 Uh, seems kind of, their old name gives it away.

01:47:40.000 Uh, Mr. Brady was allegedly shot by John Hinckley Jr.

01:47:43.000 Hinckley Sr.

01:47:44.000 was a high-level CIA agent.

01:47:46.000 Having dinner the night before with George W. uh, Herbert Walker Bushy.

01:47:50.000 Yeah, actually it was Neil, it was the brother of Hinckley having dinner with... Ah, Bush Senior was there too.

01:47:56.000 Oh, that's very interesting.

01:47:57.000 Yeah, he became president eight years early.

01:48:02.000 Thanks to John Hinckley, who's now apparently being let out of jail.

01:48:05.000 Yeah, he gets to go home every week and about to be totally released.

01:48:08.000 And also, I've been trying to find news on TV about the Chiavo murder case, which is, she's being murdered today down in Florida.

01:48:15.000 Yeah, that was coming up.

01:48:16.000 That's actually next in the stack of stuff, as they say.

01:48:19.000 And we've had her family on, we've had her lawyer on.

01:48:22.000 And they are pulling the tube today, and she'll probably be dead within three or four days, maybe a little bit longer.

01:48:28.000 And she's talking, her eyes are open, the video's out.

01:48:32.000 She's never been given in ten years any physical therapy, and foul play has been, the evidence shows, involved.

01:48:37.000 What I find most disturbing is when it finally came on, they're showing protesters outside the hospice.

01:48:43.000 Those people should not be holding signs, they should be holding guns.

01:48:48.000 Well, I don't agree with that.

01:48:49.000 I think that it would have been wrong to go into a Nazi death camp and stop murder of Jews.

01:48:54.000 I think it was wrong that George Washington fought against the British, and how dare you say... No, no.

01:49:01.000 Look, look.

01:49:02.000 It was wrong that the police went in with guns against Jeffrey Dahmer.

01:49:07.000 Well, in the Battle of Athens, Tennessee, there were 100 World War II vets who opened fire on the sheriff in the jail until the sheriff surrendered all the stolen ballot boxes.

01:49:18.000 So it seems to me that this is a little more important.

01:49:20.000 And that was wrong.

01:49:21.000 People standing up against election fraud is wrong.

01:49:24.000 It was wrong when those young protesters went out and stood in front of tanks. 0.79

01:49:30.000 It's good that they ran over them with tanks and killed them in Tiananmen Square. 0.77

01:49:34.000 That's conservatism. 0.99

01:49:36.000 OK?

01:49:37.000 Stalin is conservatism.

01:49:39.000 Gun control is conservatism. 0.81

01:49:40.000 Standing up is evil.

01:49:42.000 OK?

01:49:43.000 Well, it's like old The guy from, uh, Russia who wrote, who got the Nobel Prize.

01:49:48.000 Alexander Shelton needs a well-known terrorist.

01:49:50.000 Yeah, he said, you know, we should have just, uh, instead of going quietly into the dark night, we should have, you know, jumped the police when they came in the front door.

01:49:58.000 Uh... And, you know, how dare him talk about going after people in black ski masks, dragging families away to slave camps.

01:50:05.000 They were doing what was needed for homeland security while it's motherland security in Russia.

01:50:10.000 Okay, buddy.

01:50:12.000 I'm sick of this. 0.99

01:50:13.000 If the government wants to kill a woman begging for water, let them. 1.00

01:50:16.000 It's a loving thing to do.

01:50:18.000 And how dare you say someone should save her?

01:50:22.000 Americans, are you fed up with Big Brother watching you like a hawk?

01:50:25.000 Have you ever asked yourself why you're being tracked, categorized, numbered, classified, registered, and licensed by the government?

01:50:31.000 Would you like to make your assets vanish before the eyes of those who want to grab them, but still have them safe and sound?

01:50:38.000 How about operating a business in a way that makes earnings tax-exempt?

01:50:42.000 Maybe you'd like to be lawsuit-proof.

01:50:44.000 Well, there is a way.

01:50:45.000 And it protects your stuff from greedy lawyers, grasping relatives, and the government, especially the IRS.

01:50:52.000 It's a unique instrument valid everywhere in the world where the right to contract is accepted, which has protected Americans for over 230 years, and is specifically guaranteed by the U.S.

01:51:02.000 Constitution.

01:51:03.000 You don't have to go offshore to do it, either.

01:51:05.000 This is safe, secure, and domestic.

01:51:08.000 To get full details, and I do mean full details, get on the internet and go to either puretrust.com or puretrust.net.

01:51:16.000 That's puretrust, one word, puretrust.com or puretrust.net.

01:51:22.000 Get the new Berkey Battery Adapter, an inexpensive yet long-term backup power supply for your Berkey Light LED system.

01:51:30.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique because, incredibly, they have an average life of over 11 years of continuous use and are so bright they can be spotted for more than a mile in the dark, yet require very little energy.

01:51:43.000 That's why this revolutionary new technology is a bit expensive.

01:51:46.000 But it's worth every penny because the low energy LEDs are able to provide light all night long for over two weeks on a single set of four AA alkaline batteries.

01:51:57.000 That's right!

01:51:58.000 Incredibly, your emergency light will operate every night for over two weeks for the price of four small AA batteries.

01:52:05.000 Be prepared for unexpected emergencies and get the Berkey battery adapter.

01:53:29.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:34.000 We have incrementally been trained to where we can't even recognize evil anymore.

01:53:38.000 And of course I was being sarcastic about Alexander Shultz and Itza being bad. 0.97

01:53:42.000 About the protesters, the demonstrators, the brave people with Tiananmen Square.

01:53:47.000 Or, you know, saying that it wouldn't be right to fight Nazis because they're the ordained government of God, that Romans 13 twisting that the 501c3 church just takes.

01:53:57.000 It's a fraud and a lie.

01:53:58.000 Take it out of context.

01:53:59.000 You know, history is replete with people standing up to tyranny.

01:54:05.000 It's the only reason we have any liberty.

01:54:08.000 And it's just horrible what I see happening.

01:54:11.000 And I'm going to talk about the Schiavo case.

01:54:13.000 I've got that article Right here, I've got several articles right here in front of me, and the court just says, well, the woman's going to have her feeding tube pulled, and she's going to be dead real soon. 0.99

01:54:25.000 Well, you know, she's a vegetable, and that's not true. 1.00

01:54:27.000 She's been talking, eating, begging for food.

01:54:31.000 But here's the headline folks will read.

01:54:33.000 uh... from the so she depressed florida court comatose woman's tube can go 1.00

01:55:02.000 She might die in three days or ten days or fourteen days.

01:55:06.000 Very painful, by the way.

01:55:08.000 She's been in a vegetative state since suffering a heart attack in 1990.

01:55:11.000 Totally not true, folks.

01:55:13.000 There's Betty over, blinking her eyes, talking, mumbling stuff, begging for food.

01:55:17.000 And we've had the doctors and the, I mean, the lawyers and the family on, and I just... So sad.

01:55:23.000 So... But we've got Wesley Smith, Wall Street Journal writer, coming on.

01:55:27.000 He'll list hundreds of names of people that are wheeling themselves in their wheelchairs.

01:55:31.000 Uh, who are talking and who were murdered by the government.

01:55:35.000 Uh, so this is the, you know, all you yuppies that are for right to die. 0.99

01:55:39.000 That means the state has the right to kill you. 0.99

01:55:43.000 You think you can kill 45 million babies and not have it come back on you, folks? 1.00

01:55:46.000 It's gonna come back on you, yuppies. 0.99

01:55:48.000 We got this old, aging population. 0.96

01:55:50.000 They're just setting the precedent to whack you.

01:55:54.000 Something happens to you.

01:55:55.000 By the way, uh, she could have been rehabilitated.

01:55:57.000 She was a lot better earlier.

01:56:00.000 Uh, but her husband said no treatment ever, not even for infections, nothing.

01:56:04.000 But she gets worse and worse.

01:56:05.000 She's been fighting hard for 10 years in a living hell.

01:56:08.000 Many years of that, her family wasn't even allowed in to see her.

01:56:11.000 Her parents, her mother, her father.

01:56:13.000 Watch.

01:56:14.000 Watching that happen.

01:56:15.000 Think of the pain.

01:56:16.000 I know what I'd do.

01:56:20.000 But, uh, we're gonna break.

01:56:22.000 We'll come back and talk to, uh, David, and Clyde, and Ray, and a few others, and we got a guest coming up, the move to ban homeschooling nationwide, more tyranny than you can possibly imagine.

01:56:32.000 Before I end this hour, I do want to encourage every single listener out there to stop procrastinating, to spread the word about this show, and to support this broadcast, but number one, get the word out about the New World Order and their favorite tactic of government-sponsored terror.

01:56:46.000 That is blowing stuff up, blaming it on enemies, using it as a pretext to destroy liberties and freedoms, and to mobilize the country for world government.

01:56:54.000 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, Masters of Terror, Police State 3, Total Enslavement are my three newest films and frankly some of my best.

01:58:19.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed.

01:58:27.000 You are listening to GCN.

01:58:29.000 Big Brother.

01:58:39.000 Mainstream media.

01:58:40.000 Government cover-ups.

01:58:42.000 You want answers?

01:58:44.000 Well, so does he.

01:58:45.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:49.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:54.000 Alright folks, we're now 40 seconds into the third hour of this global transmission against tyranny and wow do we have an amazing guest in the first hour.

01:59:19.000 From keeping bear arms, disposing of the NRA's plan to destroy the Second Amendment.

01:59:23.000 I mean, it's right out in the open now for total gun registration, not being able to leave your house with your handguns.

01:59:27.000 That's their pro-Second Amendment defenses. 0.67

01:59:30.000 A bunch of news on Terri Schiavo, where they want to take her feeding tube away, if they could get it today.

01:59:35.000 They're going to kill her, despite the fact she's begging for food. 1.00

01:59:40.000 And we'll get more into that.

01:59:41.000 We'll get more into all the developments here.

01:59:43.000 They've got these hit pieces on CBS about how homeschooling's evil.

01:59:47.000 We've got the lead counsel for the Homeschool Legal Defense Foundation Fund coming on.

01:59:51.000 Right now, let's go to the calls.

01:59:54.000 And I guess, who's up next here, Mark?

01:59:59.000 You're on the air worldwide.

01:59:59.000 David in Michigan.

02:00:01.000 Go ahead.

02:00:02.000 Yes, thank you, Alex.

02:00:04.000 Several things I've been waiting to mention, but your First Amendment, or Second Amendment Just in the first hour prompted me to tell you that we had a discussion on the radio, an amateur radio operator, and we talk about things on a regular basis like this.

02:00:23.000 It seems that Neil Knox himself was recently in attendance at an NRA meeting, and I take it that he was formerly Chairman of the NRA, is that right?

02:00:36.000 He was formerly on the board.

02:00:38.000 Formerly on the board.

02:00:39.000 Well, anyway, he was a prominent member, a very prominent member of the NRA, and he had a point to make, and it had to do with the kind of things that your first guest was talking about.

02:00:51.000 And he was literally shouted down by the people that were running the discussion, in spite of the fact that many of the members in the audience were standing up and yelling, let him speak, let him speak.

02:01:02.000 So I really hope that you do get Neil Knox on the air to talk about the NRA.

02:01:06.000 I think that would be a very timely thing to do at this point.

02:01:11.000 The NRA is an abominable organization.

02:01:16.000 Getting more gun control passed than Sarah Brady and pushing the exact agenda of her. 0.98

02:01:21.000 Registering all handguns, making you have a license to have them and not letting you leave your home with them.

02:01:26.000 They argue this in federal court and they're being worshipped?

02:01:30.000 You know, there's a problem, I think, and you touch on this a lot, but people really are programmed by the mainstream media.

02:01:39.000 They're programmed by labels.

02:01:41.000 Yeah, they are.

02:01:41.000 You heard Angel Shemya.

02:01:43.000 He's been accused of being a liberal because he's no compromise on the Second Amendment.

02:01:47.000 I am getting sick of this! 1.00

02:01:48.000 How stupid are neocons? 1.00

02:01:51.000 Somehow there are these people that are presented to us as conservatives. 1.00

02:01:56.000 And because they are presented to us that way, or because they have a little R next to their name... What we've got is group thinkers.

02:02:02.000 I know group thinkers that have got George Bush and NRA stickers on their car.

02:02:05.000 They'll admit they're taking our guns, but go, well, I guess it's alright.

02:02:09.000 So if you go against these human icons, you're against the principles that we're told that they stand for, even though the principles are clearly violated by these people.

02:02:18.000 Yeah, it's form over substance.

02:02:20.000 Exactly.

02:02:21.000 Personality over substance.

02:02:23.000 Cults of personality, I guess you might say.

02:02:26.000 I don't want to quote a certain terrible person from the past.

02:02:31.000 The other thing is, a caller earlier mentioned that the Arnold Schwarzenegger election in California and the suggestion that the United States Constitution be changed so that people like him not born in this country could be You know, could hold the highest office.

02:02:51.000 Well, yeah, there's editorials everywhere about how wonderful Arnold would be as our president.

02:02:55.000 Yeah, well, one of your callers mentioned that this is actually in the movie Demolition Man, you know, that was back in the early 90s.

02:03:03.000 And sure enough, I watched this thing, and it absolutely is.

02:03:06.000 This thing foreshadows exactly that.

02:03:09.000 It's all New World Order.

02:03:11.000 Everything's for your best interest.

02:03:12.000 You're totally straitjacketed by the New World Order.

02:03:15.000 Yeah, they're just throwing it at your face.

02:03:18.000 I really appreciate it.

02:03:18.000 Thanks for the call.

02:03:19.000 We've got other guests coming up.

02:04:56.000 You absolutely must see this DVD.

02:04:57.000 It covers the history of government-sponsored terrorism, the police state and homeland security, the nightmare UN population control programs, the cashless society control grid, satellite tracking and plentiful microchips, and much, much more.

02:05:08.000 Bottom line, this film is waking people up.

02:05:31.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

02:05:38.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

02:05:42.000 We listened.

02:05:43.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

02:05:49.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

02:05:49.000 We listened.

02:05:53.000 We listened.

02:05:54.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

02:05:58.000 We listened.

02:05:59.000 After 9/11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical

02:06:04.000 agents.

02:06:05.000 Again, we listened.

02:06:07.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by Americans, 1.00

02:06:28.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

02:06:39.000 Mainstream media.

02:06:41.000 Government cover-ups.

02:06:42.000 You want answers?

02:06:44.000 Well, so does he.

02:06:45.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:06:50.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:07:00.000 Scientifically crafted, global system, run out of the UN and UNESCO, funded and financed

02:07:07.000 by the big global banks, publicly stating in their own white papers that they're confident

02:07:12.000 that you'll never read or research, stating they want to break up the family,

02:07:17.000 Break up sovereignty.

02:07:18.000 Bring us into the Pan-American Union through the Free Trade Group of the Americas.

02:07:24.000 They want to take your private property under the guise of environmentalism.

02:07:27.000 They want to disarm you in the name of safety when they know full well gun control brings in more crime, which then brings in more of their police state.

02:07:35.000 And the analogy I give you of this information war, not just this culture war, Because all of you are patriots, are Christians, are freedom lovers, with your weapons, with your rocket launchers, in the Info War, and the warheads you carry are the truth that can shatter some of the biggest capital ships and armored juggernauts of the globalists.

02:08:03.000 The CNNs, the ABCs, the Foxes.

02:08:07.000 And in this information war, it's fire and forget, folks.

02:08:11.000 Engage the enemy.

02:08:12.000 Don't wait for orders from headquarters.

02:08:14.000 Go to the sound of the guns, as Pat Buchanan said many years ago.

02:08:18.000 Get out there.

02:08:18.000 Wake people up.

02:08:19.000 Pull up websites.

02:08:20.000 Call the talk radio shows.

02:08:21.000 Get your own show.

02:08:23.000 Make documentary films.

02:08:24.000 Do newsletters.

02:08:25.000 Go into local gun groups.

02:08:26.000 Recruit them to your own organization.

02:08:29.000 Go down to your legislature.

02:08:30.000 Sit in on court cases.

02:08:32.000 Go down to the family courts.

02:08:34.000 Read what the school curriculum is.

02:08:35.000 Look at the textbooks of your children.

02:08:37.000 Get your children out of the public schools.

02:08:40.000 There's millions of us!

02:08:41.000 Just do something!

02:08:43.000 They've got this hero image in our minds of an Arnold Schwarzenegger or a Sylvester Stallone killing a hundred enemies by themselves, and you know, this archetypal image of Samson or this archetypal image of Hercules, you know, smiting the entire army.

02:08:59.000 Well, I like to use a real analogy of when the Persians came in and just a couple hundred Greeks held them off for three days. 0.81

02:09:06.000 Or the Alamo.

02:09:07.000 Those are real examples, and I'm willing to be those three hundred, okay?

02:09:11.000 What about you?

02:09:12.000 How about those three million?

02:09:13.000 I know there's tens of millions of you.

02:09:15.000 I know eighty-plus percent of you are against open borders.

02:09:18.000 Eighty-plus percent of you are against all this gun control.

02:09:21.000 But it doesn't matter, because we're not a democracy.

02:09:22.000 Our republic, even if eighty percent were against freedom, our republic protects those individual rights.

02:09:28.000 We're losing those rights!

02:09:29.000 We're becoming more Soviet than the Soviet Union! 0.96

02:09:31.000 We're adopting all the programs, all the plans!

02:09:35.000 So go into this system, go up against the enemy in the Info War and crush them! 0.80

02:09:41.000 Blow off their treads! 0.98

02:09:41.000 Smash them! 0.98

02:09:43.000 Climb up on top of the tanks! 0.96

02:09:44.000 Rip open the top of their compartment!

02:09:47.000 Throw the Info Bombs in!

02:09:48.000 Decimate the enemy! 0.54

02:09:50.000 Smash them! 1.00

02:09:50.000 Crush them! 1.00

02:09:51.000 Annihilate them! 1.00

02:09:52.000 They're criminals! 1.00

02:09:53.000 They're murdering slobs! 1.00

02:09:55.000 They're degenerate trash and filth! 1.00

02:09:57.000 And all it takes is you getting involved and speaking out against them to stop them! 1.00

02:10:02.000 Now again, that's my analogy in the information war.

02:10:06.000 Putting up websites, making phone calls, writing letters, supporting organizations is the equivalent of sitting there on a big artillery piece and firing it and blowing their lives to pieces!

02:10:19.000 And the Globalists say in their own policy reports that 90% of warfare is psychological now.

02:10:24.000 And it is!

02:10:25.000 They brag they've got outposts in our minds.

02:10:27.000 We've got outposts in their minds.

02:10:29.000 And let me tell you, I've talked to the troops, and the police, and the school teachers, and the firefighters, and the administrators, and they're concerned.

02:10:37.000 They're afraid.

02:10:38.000 And it just takes you being the first to step across the line in your area, so more will step across behind you.

02:10:44.000 You've got to be the first one to raise your hand.

02:10:46.000 You've got to be the first one to say, I'm in.

02:10:49.000 I volunteer.

02:10:51.000 Mark Twain said it best in the beginning, a patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated, and feared.

02:10:56.000 But in time, when his cause succeeds, the timid join him, because then it costs nothing to be a patriot.

02:11:03.000 Now I want to thank Chris Klecka, Chief Legal Counsel, the Homeschool Legal Defense Association, for holding while I went through that three minute diatribe.

02:11:13.000 Let me just read part of this article, we'll go to him.

02:11:15.000 CBS warns of homeschoolers' dark side.

02:11:18.000 And Dan Rather, the globalist creature from Austin, Texas, began with, well, we've heard about the successes, but what about the dark side of this unregulated thing? 0.71

02:11:28.000 And then he gives a couple of examples of trash that mistreated their children, so they were homeschoolers.

02:11:34.000 But what about one public school, the horrible stuff that goes on there? 0.93

02:11:38.000 Out of millions of homeschoolers in the last decade, they pick a couple cases, Let's say it's got to be regulated, it's got to be shut down.

02:11:46.000 They're freaking out, folks.

02:11:48.000 They're saying your children belong to them while they turn the public schools into purveyors of filth and degeneracy and evil and have your children write dossiers on you.

02:11:48.000 They're panicking.

02:11:58.000 Chris Klicka, thanks for coming on the show.

02:12:01.000 Thanks for having me.

02:12:02.000 This is great.

02:12:04.000 I'm sorry for that rant, though, but I just felt one coming on and couldn't stem it.

02:12:07.000 No, that's quite all right.

02:12:11.000 Sir, first just tell us about the organization we've had you on before, what we're facing, and the massive move from Illinois to California to Texas to attack homeschooling and now the propaganda offensives.

02:12:22.000 I'm senior counsel with the Homeschool Legal Defense Association and we're dedicated to protecting the rights of parents to choose homeschooling.

02:12:22.000 Sure.

02:12:32.000 And so we're involved in much litigation and legislative battles in all 50 states.

02:12:38.000 Each year, on behalf of homeschool families and on parental liberty and religious freedom issues.

02:12:45.000 We also have a presence in Capitol Hill, in Congress, and we work with Congress on various bills that will protect your liberties.

02:12:55.000 And we've had just, God has blessed us with tremendous success.

02:13:00.000 But as you have said many times in your program, the enemy is alive and well, and they're not letting up.

02:13:08.000 When we started homeschooling, family started homeschooling 20 years ago, HSLDA was started 20 years ago, and it was only legal in five states, even though we've won the battle in the courts and the legislatures to make it legal in all 50 states, the National Education Association, CBS, other kinds of big organizations that have prejudice against homeschooling, the social worker system, pressure the homeschoolers, try to put them out of business.

02:13:38.000 Well, the first thing we've had to deal with here is the CBS's report that they had these last two nights called the Dark Side of Homeschooling, where they have connected homeschooling with homicide, homeschooling with child abuse.

02:13:55.000 They're saying the two equal one another, and it's a complete mischaracterization of the homeschool movement.

02:14:05.000 The first program that Dan Rather had showed a family from North Carolina who two years ago, talk about outdated report, two years ago the oldest child killed his two siblings and then killed himself and they called themselves homeschoolers.

02:14:27.000 They lived in a squalid trailer.

02:14:30.000 They had been visited by the social service Agents 11 times.

02:14:35.000 The social workers knew what was going on.

02:14:37.000 They didn't stop them.

02:14:39.000 They didn't prosecute them.

02:14:40.000 That's what they do.

02:14:41.000 I've noticed them.

02:14:42.000 They leave them alone.

02:14:42.000 It's a bad family.

02:14:43.000 Good family.

02:14:44.000 They come after you.

02:14:45.000 And by fiat, without a law, they've been trying to just say you can't homeschool.

02:14:50.000 And this is all they've got is one or two cases out of tens of millions that have homeschooled in the last 10 years, on average over 2 million a year.

02:14:57.000 This is all they've got when the statistics show the public schools are 100 times more dangerous.

02:15:02.000 Oh, you're not kidding.

02:15:03.000 We just did some looking on the web to see how many kids commit suicide in the public school.

02:15:09.000 It's in the thousands of kids that are doing this.

02:15:13.000 how many children are of victims of uh... violent crime in the public school one point nine

02:15:21.000 million a year

02:15:22.000 i mean this is uh... ludicrous to pick on of this one family

02:15:27.000 uh... who's said their homeschooling by the way they were true into north

02:15:31.000 carolina they didn't even follow the minimal 0.60

02:15:33.000 requirements of the home school on what happened is you got trash that not 0.95

02:15:37.000 senator school not not homeschooling not private schooling 0.51

02:15:42.000 and that's criminal What they did was criminal because they were neglecting their children.

02:15:46.000 That's a criminal matter, not for the social services.

02:15:48.000 That's right, and to make a logical conclusion, these people said they were homeschooling, therefore, homeschoolers are... Well, we had J.C.

02:15:56.000 I'm sorry, we had J.C.

02:15:56.000 Penney.

02:15:58.000 Penney with a homeschooled, with a trailer, with school spelled wrong. 0.98

02:16:02.000 Yeah, it's ridiculous. 0.72

02:16:04.000 And they're taking pot shots at the homeschoolers because the homeschoolers are really showing them up. 0.95

02:16:11.000 The homeschoolers are mere moms and mere dads that are training their children in a very excellent and complete and thorough way.

02:16:20.000 These homeschool kids are getting into colleges throughout the United States of America.

02:16:26.000 Their standardized test scores outshine the public schools every single study that's been done over the last 18 years by 20 to 30 points higher.

02:16:36.000 They're average.

02:16:37.000 The homeschoolers are winning the spelling bees.

02:16:39.000 They're winning the geography bees.

02:16:42.000 And these are just mere parents.

02:16:44.000 These are people outside the system.

02:16:46.000 They're not certified teachers.

02:16:47.000 They don't need to be.

02:16:49.000 Chris, I know a lot of wealthy people that are homeschooling.

02:16:52.000 I mean, it's not just something that Christian conservatives are doing.

02:16:54.000 That's right.

02:16:55.000 It's all across the board.

02:16:56.000 It's just moms and dads who love their kids.

02:16:59.000 I know a lot of hippies that homeschool.

02:17:02.000 I mean, it's liberals, it's conservatives, it's Christians, and aren't they really just panicking because of the mass exodus out of their cesspools? 1.00

02:17:10.000 I think that's part of it, definitely, because there's two million children now that aren't in the public schools that are in the homeschool movement now.

02:17:18.000 That's a loss of money.

02:17:19.000 That's a loss of revenue to these local school districts.

02:17:23.000 And so, you know, there's a financial incentive.

02:17:26.000 that's behind some of this. And there's a philosophical bias that is going to be hard

02:17:31.000 to change and that the elite in our culture still think the only way you can be educated

02:17:38.000 is to go to the public school. They think the only way you're going to not be a child abuser is to

02:17:43.000 have big government, big mother, looking in your window. 0.88

02:17:49.000 Well, we know Hitler was against just local schools.

02:17:53.000 We know that Stalin was against local schools.

02:17:56.000 I mean, this is a product of an out-of-control, controlling government, is it not?

02:18:01.000 Hitler, one of the first things he did was he outlawed private education.

02:18:01.000 Oh, it is.

02:18:05.000 Any family that resisted He took their children away and put them in his orphanages to train up his Hitler youth. 0.91

02:18:11.000 So, this is a common occurrence in countries that have gone through tyrannies, is to eliminate private education, including home education.

02:18:19.000 That's it!

02:18:20.000 Another key indicator of tyranny.

02:18:21.000 Stay there, sir.

02:18:22.000 I really appreciate Chris Klika joining us.

02:18:25.000 He's the lead counsel for the Homeschool Legal Defense Association.

02:18:28.000 We'll tell you about their website and a lot more when we get back.

02:18:31.000 A lot more coming up.

02:18:33.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

02:18:36.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:18:41.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:18:44.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:18:46.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:18:55.000 The Berkey Light is different.

02:18:57.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

02:19:02.000 filters.

02:19:03.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

02:19:09.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

02:19:14.000 and nitrates.

02:19:15.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

02:19:22.000 ponds.

02:22:18.000 We have been working hard since 1988 to save the remnant.

02:22:21.000 That's HerbalHealer.com, your website for safe, effective natural alternatives and education.

02:22:42.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:22:48.000 During the break, I was reading over some of the comments again on the CBS propaganda specials that had the last two nights in a row.

02:22:59.000 And they say they deliberately keep them out of the public eye because the children do have injuries that are visible and they don't want to be seen, said Herman Giddens of the local social worker child grabbing organization, which is five times more likely to abuse children than even public schools.

02:23:14.000 It's most dangerous place to be is in their custody.

02:23:17.000 Monty's report included comments from Hal Young, president of North Carolina's for Home Education, who said most parents are loving and doing a very good job.

02:23:25.000 And he says he doesn't see a connection based on one very tragic, unfortunate case.

02:23:30.000 And they say, I think there's so little supervision that they really are not protecting those kids.

02:23:34.000 So, what they're saying is, you see, the homeschoolers really want to torture their children, and they're not in the public eye, and there's no one over them, see?

02:23:43.000 So now we've all got to be in the public eye, all in these communal organizations, so we can all watch each other.

02:23:48.000 Without everyone watching each other, things get real bad.

02:23:52.000 We heard that in East Germany.

02:23:54.000 So they're going to use this, and they admit it, for regulation of homeschooling.

02:23:57.000 You've got to have those social workers in your life. 1.00

02:23:58.000 You're not a criminal, but they've got to be in your house without a warrant because the children will suffer if you don't do this.

02:24:06.000 Chris Klicka, lead counsel for the Homeschool Legal Defense Association, comments to that.

02:24:11.000 Yes, I had a situation just recently in Florida where a family, an innocent family, they were being investigated based on an anonymous tip by a social worker.

02:24:22.000 As I ran the gauntlet for the family and stood in the gap here and kept the social worker away from them and out of their home, this is what the social worker said is why these people were suspected of abuse and why they needed forced parenting classes through the local social service system.

02:24:43.000 And here's the reasons.

02:24:44.000 Number one, they had a large family.

02:24:48.000 And that they had four children.

02:24:50.000 Number two was that they were home schooling.

02:24:54.000 So their children didn't have contact with certified professionals on a regular basis to determine if, you know, the parenting that was going on was proper.

02:25:07.000 Those were the two key indicators... And by the way, that's admitting that the school officials and counselors are basically spies.

02:25:15.000 Yeah.

02:25:16.000 Oh yeah, and what it also is saying is we don't trust parents.

02:25:21.000 We want the government looking in every home.

02:25:24.000 Who is five times more likely to abuse children according to major studies that were even in Time Magazine.

02:25:30.000 Oh yeah, you're not kidding.

02:25:31.000 The amount of abuse that goes on in the juvenile homes that they put kids in, they yank them out of their homes with little or no evidence.

02:25:43.000 You know, far higher.

02:25:45.000 It far exceeds the real abuse that goes on in homes.

02:25:49.000 The feds say five times.

02:25:50.000 I'd say you're one of the national experts because you're in it.

02:25:53.000 What's your number?

02:25:54.000 The government says five times more likely, of course they don't publicize that generally.

02:25:58.000 Right.

02:25:59.000 That's very accurate.

02:26:00.000 Would you say it's worse than five times?

02:26:02.000 I'd say it's probably ten times more likely that a child is going to be abused in a foster care situation.

02:26:09.000 I'll put it this way.

02:26:12.000 Kansas, they had statistics that showed 56% of the children were at risk in the foster

02:26:19.000 homes that they were being placed in.

02:26:21.000 So you got a 50/50 chance that your kid will be, who isn't abused, when he gets pulled

02:26:26.000 away from you, that he will be abused.

02:26:28.000 What about, Chris, UNESCO says the families of disease must be eradicated, that's their official document and charter.

02:26:35.000 The Calhoun reader, the Bible of social workers when they go to college is the quote, family belongs to the age of barbarism, the state to the future, we must break the family up.

02:26:43.000 I mean, this is, these are subversive people.

02:26:46.000 Yep, that's a shame that CBS is falling for their line.

02:26:50.000 One of the main people they interviewed in their report on the quote-unquote dark side of homeschooling was a lady that was one of the social workers involved as a child advocate.

02:27:02.000 And these people have a philosophical bias.

02:27:06.000 They believe that, just like Hillary Clinton always said, they believe that the government, as she said, the village, it takes a village to raise a child.

02:27:16.000 And she doesn't mean parents, she means social workers.

02:27:19.000 Yeah, the village is the government.

02:27:20.000 That's right.

02:27:21.000 That's five times more likely to abuse your child. 0.99

02:27:24.000 The homeschools are the safest thing in the country.

02:27:26.000 Well documented.

02:27:27.000 The corporations are begging for them when they get out of college.

02:27:30.000 Well, it's like the young 15-year-old graduating from college 3.84.

02:27:35.000 They're trying to take her from her family right now. 0.99

02:27:37.000 Oh yeah, it's just ridiculous.

02:27:39.000 We're having a big battle in New York over that whole college situation.

02:27:42.000 They're trying to force children in New York who've been accepted to New York universities who are honor students that before they graduate they have to go back and take a GED just because they're homeschoolers.

02:27:55.000 Sir, can you do, because I've got a bunch of callers here and I've got a bunch of the news, but can you do about 10 more minutes because I want to get into that.

02:28:00.000 Sure.

02:28:01.000 And then I want to give out your website a bunch.

02:28:02.000 I'm going to do that this segment.

02:28:04.000 And callers, be patient.

02:28:05.000 You know this is important.

02:28:07.000 Man, I mean, folks, the statistics, the numbers, the facts, the common sense, the biblical nature. 0.97

02:28:14.000 We've got a bunch of communist filth trying to destroy the family in their own textbooks. 0.99

02:28:20.000 Arrest them! 0.99

02:28:23.000 We're on the march.

02:31:52.000 The less safety, the less security you get.

02:31:54.000 (whooshing)

02:31:55.000 You don't get safety when you give up liberty.

02:31:57.000 You get tyranny, folks.

02:31:59.000 I'm talking to Chris Klika.

02:32:00.000 He's the head counsel, the head lawyer, counselor for the Home School Legal Defense Association and we're going to spend a few more minutes with him then I'll go to Clyde in Colorado and others are holding and shift gears into some other news we haven't gotten to yet and some of our other top stories a recap here in the last 25 minutes or so but Chris

02:32:19.000 The website, or how folks get involved, or how do people homeschool, just key info before we get into how they're now targeting honor roll, people graduating from college at 13, 15, 16, trying to stop this, trying to grab children they were unable to numb down.

02:32:38.000 The webpage for the Homeschool Legal Defense Association is hslda.org, that's hslda.org.

02:32:48.000 S-L-D-A dot org.

02:32:51.000 And we have just a multitude of informative parts to that webpage that will show you the studies on how well homeschoolers are doing.

02:33:03.000 They'll show you all what your legal rights are to homeschool.

02:33:06.000 They'll give you tips on this, that, and the other.

02:33:09.000 And even if you're not homeschooling, it's good to know your rights.

02:33:12.000 That's right.

02:33:13.000 You've got to know your rights because there's a lot of people who want to take them away.

02:33:16.000 And then you can also call, if you want, 540-338-5600.

02:33:21.000 That's 540-338-5600.

02:33:24.000 And we'll give you a free homeschool packet on how to get started, the laws of your state, all the information you need to be part of homeschool legal defense.

02:33:35.000 You can also join online.

02:33:37.000 If you're part of Homeschool Legal Defense, we've got about 80,000 families nationwide.

02:33:43.000 They're members.

02:33:44.000 We guarantee them legal representation if they run into any trouble.

02:33:49.000 And the membership fee enables us to be in all 50 state legislatures, monitoring, lobbying, fighting for your rights before Congress, fighting for your rights in the courts.

02:34:02.000 I'm sorry.

02:34:03.000 And in the courts across the land.

02:34:04.000 So it's a good investment in protecting our liberties.

02:34:07.000 And you guys have really had, got a lot of good laws passed, countered these murderers on a lot of different, and when I say murderers, I mean the CPS murders a lot of children.

02:34:17.000 A lot of them die in their custody.

02:34:19.000 They throw toddlers in mental institutions for no reason.

02:34:22.000 If they cry for mommy, it's called mental illness.

02:34:24.000 They put them on lithium.

02:34:26.000 I mean, some of the horrors that they've been caught engaged in, sir.

02:34:31.000 That's right.

02:34:32.000 CPS has had a lot of abuse in their own hands and that's what's so awful about the CBS special is that they're trying to act like these people who are so-called homeschoolers, they're just truants and not homeschooling, but they're trying to cover up for the CPS.

02:34:50.000 CBS is covering up for the CPS.

02:34:52.000 CBS was involved in this case.

02:34:54.000 In fact, in the very few murders involving so-called homeschoolers in the last 10 years, there's maybe 10 or 15 kids total over the last 10 years.

02:35:05.000 And in every one of those situations, the social workers were very involved.

02:35:08.000 And the liability really falls on their doorstep.

02:35:11.000 They didn't do anything to stop the real abuse of these abusive families.

02:35:15.000 Now, two developments I've seen that I want to get into targeting young people that are graduating from college.

02:35:20.000 When the spider finds out that a fly missed the web.

02:35:24.000 But two trends.

02:35:26.000 I see it in the media.

02:35:28.000 Shows like Judging Amy. 0.94

02:35:29.000 Every time I see it, they're targeting evil homeschoolers who are terrorists or devil worshippers or abusers.

02:35:36.000 The whole show is about how homeschooling is bad and how great it is to take people's children.

02:35:40.000 Shows like 24.

02:35:42.000 Shows like The Threat Matrix.

02:35:44.000 They take the terrorist's children, the CPS, or the heroes. 0.81

02:35:48.000 We're seeing a real attempt To sell this to people in the media, can you comment to the propaganda just in the media, not just CBS, but in the dramas and in the sitcoms against homeschoolers?

02:36:01.000 Oh yeah, just this summer there was a sitcom about homeschooling, and it was called The O'Keefe's, and it made it look like the homeschoolers were families that isolated their kids, they were religious nuts, And their children were completely unsocialized and didn't know how to talk to their peers.

02:36:21.000 That's a shame, but that's kind of what Hollywood likes to do with Christians. 1.00

02:36:27.000 It's what Hollywood likes to do with successful alternatives to those who don't want to follow the system and be part of the system.

02:36:35.000 But see, sir, I didn't even know about the O'Keeffes.

02:36:38.000 I don't, sir, I'm not kidding.

02:36:40.000 I've watched two hours of TV maybe a week.

02:36:42.000 Every time I turn it on, I see it.

02:36:45.000 Is that all that's on TV now?

02:36:47.000 Well, it seems like there's a lot of trash and you'll find that many, if not most, homeschool families don't even watch TV anymore.

02:36:54.000 They go to the radio, they go to the newspaper to get their information.

02:36:57.000 But shouldn't that send a chill down everybody's spine that the propaganda isn't just lacing CBS and the newspaper?

02:37:05.000 The Chicago Tribune hit piece of last year, it's lacing the sitcoms and dramas!

02:37:11.000 Oh yeah, what it is, I think, is if you follow the money, the child welfare systems have so much money, the child advocacy groups, the child rights groups, they've got so much money, and the reason they do is because everybody thinks that these are the groups that are protecting the children, so if they can save one children, You know, they're going to support all the efforts to pass draconian regulations and controls of the individual family.

02:37:42.000 But in truth, they're the abusers when the most dangerous group to be around is them.

02:37:47.000 That's right.

02:37:48.000 When you let the government control and run things, that's their tendency.

02:37:52.000 Well, look at the Soviet Union.

02:37:54.000 They always went into the orphanages with the, you know, naked children wallowing around in their own affluent. 0.75

02:38:01.000 I mean, we all saw that.

02:38:02.000 That's what Hitler and the Soviets and the Chinese do. 1.00

02:38:05.000 And now we're going to have it here.

02:38:07.000 Well, with all of us banding together, we're not going to have it here.

02:38:12.000 That's what we're working on, and that's why It's good to have programs like this where people can get... I want folks to know, Chris, I'm not exaggerating.

02:38:20.000 I study this, you study this.

02:38:21.000 I mean, can we overstress how horrible these people really are?

02:38:26.000 I don't think we can overstress, and that's why we need to be part of homeschool legal defense, so we can band together, so we can have the finances to successfully fight back, and we have.

02:38:35.000 We've been winning.

02:38:36.000 If you look on the homeschool movement, you see nothing but victory upon victory upon victory, less and less control over individual families, more and more freedom.

02:38:45.000 But we're seeing massive counterattacks forming.

02:38:48.000 That's right.

02:38:49.000 They don't like it.

02:38:50.000 They don't like the fact that we're winning, and that's why all the more we've got to stand together and not get apathetic.

02:38:55.000 Well, you know, they're trying to color a law.

02:38:57.000 California just said, well, no more homeschooling.

02:38:59.000 You've got to go to us to get teacher certification from a college to do it.

02:39:03.000 If there's no law, they just say, do it.

02:39:05.000 What happened with that?

02:39:08.000 The homeschooling, when the state superintendent last year took big pot shots at homeschooling, tried to say he couldn't do it anymore, we unleashed a huge campaign on the state legislature, and we prevented any kind of Legislation from being introduced that would have regulated homeschooling.

02:39:29.000 They're still directing the Child Kidnapping Agents, the CPS, to go with color of law and harass homeschoolers.

02:39:37.000 How do you counter that?

02:39:39.000 Well, good news is that on Capitol Hill, we were able to get two amendments attached to the big child welfare bill that they pass every five years.

02:39:49.000 And those two amendments require all 50 state child welfare systems to do two things.

02:39:56.000 One, they have to tell the family what the allegation is when they first investigate them, instead of their tricks that they've been using where they say, oh, we're not going to tell you why we're here until you let us in your house and waive your Fourth Amendment rights and let us interrogate and strip search your children separately.

02:40:15.000 Well, they can't do that anymore.

02:40:17.000 They're going to have to tell the allegations.

02:40:19.000 At the beginning, and then number two, all social workers in America now, because of this amendment that we passed at the federal level, all social workers in America have to be trained in their duty to protect the parental rights and Fourth Amendment rights of those that they are investigating. Also here in Texas,

02:40:40.000 you don't have to take vaccines anywhere in the country. They're trying it in D.C., but

02:40:44.000 they try to, through color of law, claim you do when they all have the waiver in the desk

02:40:47.000 drawer of the principal or the nurse. Now what's happened is CPS kept grabbing children of

02:40:53.000 parents who wouldn't take the shots for the children in Texas.

02:40:58.000 Governor Perry, under massive pressures, why he did it, but we commend him, signed a bill that they can't take your children for not taking vaccines.

02:41:05.000 Because there was no law, but they had to write a law saying, stop breaking the law.

02:41:10.000 That's right.

02:41:10.000 Homeschoolers were working behind the scenes to get the legislation passed in order to give an exemption for parents to not have their children immunized if they felt it was harmful.

02:41:21.000 And the bad guys attempted last minute to kill this bill, but it came to no avail.

02:41:28.000 So, yeah, you do have that freedom now in Texas.

02:41:31.000 Well, I mean, look, the point is, where you get active, folks, we're able to back them off.

02:41:35.000 Last question, sir, we really appreciate you coming on, Chris Clicca, Lead Counsel there at the Homeschool Legal Defense Association.

02:41:42.000 And if you don't get riled up as a human being about your young, something's wrong with you.

02:41:47.000 Folks, if this doesn't get you angry, even if you're not a parent, or if you're a grandparent, something's wrong with you.

02:41:52.000 We see all over the country they're targeting homeschoolers who are getting the 3.8s, 3.9s from Texas to New York to Illinois.

02:42:02.000 They try to go in and block the colleges from issuing degrees because the children didn't go to the government indoctrination centers.

02:42:10.000 The case of the family who I interviewed up in New York, number one, where is that?

02:42:14.000 I mean, is this blowing up in the face of the child grabbers?

02:42:21.000 Definitely.

02:42:23.000 So where is that case right now?

02:42:26.000 Which case was this?

02:42:27.000 The one in New York with the girl with the 3.84?

02:42:30.000 We've got the case.

02:42:31.000 We've filed the case.

02:42:34.000 There's two cases going on.

02:42:36.000 There's one involved, which you said.

02:42:38.000 We've got another case, and that case is still pending.

02:42:43.000 It's questionable exactly which direction it's going to go.

02:42:47.000 There's some other factors that make that a more difficult case.

02:42:51.000 Well sir, the question is what planet does CPS come from in New York that they will target someone with a 3.84 at college, a lot of friends, doing great, and they want to criminally charge the dad for abuse for not putting her in public school?

02:43:04.000 That's because they've got a system there that they don't want anybody to mess with them and so they take on anyone even though it's illogical, even though It's against what the whole purpose of the law was in the first place.

02:43:17.000 Even though it's bad PR, they're just so robotic.

02:43:19.000 It's like the police out riding tickets in New York during the power outage.

02:43:23.000 That's right.

02:43:23.000 We've got a case now, the Owens case that we filed against the New York Department of

02:43:29.000 Education and the Board of Regents where a student is heading for graduation this year,

02:43:35.000 honor student, and he's being told he cannot graduate unless he gets a GED.

02:43:40.000 They cut him off at the knees midway through the school year with a new policy and we're

02:43:46.000 trying to turn that back.

02:43:47.000 And by the way, there are people that get medical degrees who never finish college.

02:43:51.000 There are people who pass the bar who never went to college.

02:43:55.000 Abraham Lincoln never went to school and went right to his bar.

02:43:59.000 The universities were always separate and did what they wanted to.

02:44:03.000 If they said, you pass the bar, they're the experts, they give you the diploma.

02:44:08.000 This is another giant power grab here by the state.

02:44:13.000 That's right.

02:44:13.000 This is just another example.

02:44:15.000 We could give you many, many, many more on our webpage at HSLDA.org.

02:44:20.000 We've got a lot of these stories.

02:44:22.000 It shows big government trying to take away the rights of the individuals.

02:44:26.000 And so we've got to stand in the gap together.

02:44:28.000 We've got to join forces, and that's why it's so important to be part of HSLDA, support your radio work and the like, because together we can make a difference.

02:44:41.000 If we all sit there and stew over how bad things are getting, Nothing is going to change and it will get worse.

02:44:47.000 Exactly, but with great folks like you and the active members you've got, it's going to get better.

02:44:52.000 Amen.

02:44:53.000 Chris Kalicka, thank you for coming on.

02:44:54.000 We look forward to having you back on in the future, my friend.

02:44:56.000 Alright, well thanks for your good work.

02:44:58.000 Take care.

02:44:59.000 And I'm about to go to Clyde and others and cover some final news, but what he just said is so important.

02:45:05.000 As soon as he was gone, I was going to say this.

02:45:07.000 Why is this radio show important?

02:45:10.000 Because I have, every day, I have Keepin' Bear Arms up, a real Second Amendment group.

02:45:15.000 I have JPFO, Jews of Preservation of Arms. 0.68

02:45:18.000 I have Larry Pratt up.

02:45:20.000 They don't give me a red cent.

02:45:23.000 I have the homeschool Legal Defense Association up.

02:45:26.000 They get lots of members, lots of support, people learn about it, learn their rights.

02:45:31.000 All we ask is that you spread the word about the show, that you spread the word about the videos and the books, and that you And that you support us financially.

02:45:39.000 Because I got staff, I got people, I'm working ridiculously amount... I mean, I work all the time.

02:45:45.000 I am so committed.

02:45:46.000 I am a zealot.

02:45:47.000 I am an extremist.

02:45:48.000 I am a worshipper of liberty and freedom.

02:45:52.000 I... I hate tyranny.

02:45:53.000 I hate evil.

02:45:54.000 I can't stand it.

02:45:55.000 It's driving me up the wall.

02:45:56.000 I see it for what it is, right out in the open.

02:45:58.000 I read their handbooks where they say they're going to enslave you and your family and laugh about it!

02:46:04.000 Now, I know we can take this country back.

02:46:07.000 And I'm telling you, some of the best tools we've got are my videos.

02:46:12.000 And if you haven't gotten them, come on.

02:46:15.000 We need your support, but that's secondary.

02:46:17.000 These things are waking up 90% of those that see them.

02:46:20.000 Amazing conversion rates.

02:46:22.000 I've got nine films, a couple other videos I carry about other people, great books.

02:46:27.000 Fritz Springmeier and Tex Mars and Paul Watson.

02:46:31.000 Book I've written, and I got great pro-Second Amendment t-shirts, and anti-tyranny t-shirts, and bumper stickers, and all of it's about getting the word out. 0.63

02:46:38.000 That's what I traffic in, is information, the truth, fighting evil.

02:46:43.000 Go to infowars.com, go to prisonplanet.com, peruse what we have to offer.

02:46:48.000 If you've supported us in the past, support us again.

02:46:50.000 If you got my videos and haven't made copies, make some copies, that's the most important thing.

02:46:53.000 Get them out to opinion makers in your area, talk show hosts, sheriffs, police officers, Because they're not all evil.

02:47:00.000 They're compartmentalized.

02:47:01.000 They're like Nazis. 0.79

02:47:03.000 A lot of Nazis, you know, who fought on the front lines, who did this, they really thought they were good people.

02:47:08.000 They didn't understand.

02:47:09.000 They had been incrementally turned into demons.

02:47:12.000 We gotta... Look, it's like Saul of Tarsus, the oppressor of the Christians, on his horse on the road to Damascus.

02:47:20.000 God hits him with a thunderbolt, a giant download of info.

02:47:24.000 This has happened to a lot of people.

02:47:27.000 I mean, I had similar experiences when I was very young.

02:47:30.000 And just, who was it?

02:47:33.000 Churchill talked about, you know, almost everyone in their lives are hit by the truth and knocked over in the ditch, but most people get up, rush themselves off, and go about their business as if nothing happened.

02:47:44.000 It's that unusual, dynamic individual that has changed.

02:47:48.000 And so you ought to ask God to knock you off your horse.

02:47:51.000 I know they can change your life, BATF and FBI and NSA and CIA.

02:47:56.000 You know, you think you're good, but look at what you're really involved in.

02:48:00.000 Look at the system that you are a cellular part of.

02:48:03.000 And I just pray God will knock you off your horse. 0.95

02:48:06.000 Knock you off HARD! 1.00

02:48:08.000 I mean HARD! 0.92

02:48:11.000 Because with just evils all around us.

02:48:13.000 They're pulling tubes out of people begging for food.

02:48:15.000 They're slaughtering babies in mass all over the place.

02:48:19.000 Governments are engaging in biological warfare against us.

02:48:22.000 Just psychotic behavior everywhere.

02:48:24.000 Gun grabbing, just...

02:48:26.000 Folks, I chronicle.

02:48:27.000 I study the evil in the New World Order. 0.92

02:48:29.000 It is so massive.

02:48:30.000 It is so complete.

02:48:31.000 Stop being naive out there.

02:48:35.000 Just get my videos.

02:48:36.000 Just get them and make copies.

02:48:37.000 Get them out to people.

02:48:38.000 1-888-253-3139 That's 1-888-253-3139

02:49:38.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

02:49:42.000 There is a chance to use this disaster as a New World Order.

02:49:47.000 A New World Order.

02:49:50.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

02:49:54.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:50:01.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:50:04.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:52:38.000 Waging War on Corruption. Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:52:43.000 Waging War, folks!

02:52:47.000 Defending my family.

02:52:49.000 I gotta fight the New World Order to do that.

02:52:50.000 Something's wrong with you if you're not awake to what's going on.

02:52:54.000 You have to be blind.

02:52:55.000 We're about to go to Clyde.

02:52:56.000 He's been holding for like an hour.

02:52:58.000 And so much news.

02:52:59.000 I've got a big Indian newspaper here reporting about the admissions of the Bushes robbing Indian burial grounds for skulls for rituals. 0.98

02:53:07.000 It's mainstream news reported by, well, speaking of the devil, CBS.

02:53:13.000 Also, just so much other stuff.

02:53:15.000 But right now, let's go to Clyde in Colorado.

02:53:17.000 Clyde, thanks for holding her on the air.

02:53:19.000 Hi, Alex.

02:53:21.000 Hello, sir.

02:53:22.000 Hey, I think everybody probably should consider going to the record of the House of Representatives from March 9th, 1933, downloading it and reading what happened in 1933.

02:53:32.000 You're probably familiar with it, Alex.

02:53:34.000 Oh, the War Powers Act, total martial law, state police set up under federal control?

02:53:38.000 Absolutely.

02:53:39.000 As a condition, just simply put, as a condition of bankruptcy, the globalists, the bankers, essentially put all property in the United States in a giant trust.

02:53:49.000 And then they began to set up the police state to extract that wealth and control the slaves.

02:53:54.000 Right, exactly.

02:53:56.000 I often hear people refer, and sometimes even you use it, and other people frequently use it, that there's private property in the United States.

02:54:03.000 With the exception of the nine Federal Reserve banks and anything the Federal Reserve directly owns.

02:54:09.000 There is no private property.

02:54:11.000 Twelve Federal Reserve Banks.

02:54:13.000 Or whatever there are.

02:54:13.000 Twelve.

02:54:16.000 What I'm saying is that when you look at Black Flaw Addiction and you go back into common law and you look up a definition of private property it means that property that has no encumbrance Or as we modernly interpret it, a lien. 0.87

02:54:30.000 And so the entire wealth of the country has massive liens and is now being brought into a sharing phase of the sheep.

02:54:37.000 One of many such sharings that is going to be very painful. 1.00

02:54:41.000 Well, that's why that actually nobody has ownership in America of any piece of property, nothing.

02:54:47.000 Yeah, well you get the receipt of title.

02:54:49.000 You get the receipt of title, the receipt of deed.

02:54:52.000 You have the right of use under certain conditions That were imposed in that time period.

02:54:58.000 That's all privilege.

02:54:59.000 Exactly.

02:55:00.000 Building permits and zoning.

02:55:02.000 It's feudalism.

02:55:03.000 It's serfdom. 0.99

02:55:04.000 Hold on a second.

02:55:05.000 It's an important point you're bringing up.

02:55:07.000 I want everybody to go to their Encyclopedia Britannica and look at the definition of feudalism and go, wow!

02:55:13.000 Go ahead.

02:55:14.000 It is absolute feudalism and I would again recommend, particularly to homeschoolers and anybody, just go to the congressional record.

02:55:22.000 And you'll find, if you can find the testimony or the comments of two members of the House, I believe from Tennessee and Minnesota, you will find out that that's exactly what was going on.

02:55:32.000 Of course, the 48 state governors signed executive orders.

02:55:37.000 Ed Johnson did it here in the early July 1933, and of course the legislature sent people in.

02:55:43.000 And they did it, I guess, I don't know if they were ignorant at the time.

02:55:47.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:55:48.000 Look, the state police in the 48 at the time, this is admitted, were chartered by the federal government.

02:55:54.000 Right.

02:55:54.000 Licensing began.

02:55:55.000 Right.

02:55:56.000 This was the Fed's kind of a second reconstruction.

02:56:00.000 Right.

02:56:00.000 It was an extension of the first reconstruction, right.

02:56:03.000 Exactly.

02:56:03.000 That's it.

02:56:03.000 Yeah.

02:56:04.000 Okay, well I'll let you go, Alec.

02:56:05.000 Amazing points.

02:56:06.000 Up to speed, sir.

02:56:07.000 Good to hear from you.

02:56:08.000 Appreciate it.

02:56:08.000 You have a good day.

02:56:09.000 You too, bud.

02:56:13.000 Mary Schiavo.

02:56:15.000 Schindler's her real name.

02:56:17.000 They pulled her tube today, and she'll be dead in a week or two.

02:56:21.000 They're in Florida, and she's been begging for food and stuff.

02:56:23.000 There's video of her opening her eyes and crying when she sees her mommy, but they rarely allow him to see her.

02:56:30.000 And it's just horrible, but we've got Wesley Smith going on the show about that.

02:56:34.000 China's launched a rocket on a historic mission.

02:56:37.000 China launched its first manned space flight today and became only the third country to put a man into orbit.

02:56:44.000 Yeah, right.

02:56:45.000 And then, uh, judges are ordering that there's no, not just attorney-client privilege, but now, uh, reporters on any criminal case, not just terrorism, have to hand over everything to anybody that orders it or demands it.

02:56:57.000 That should be resisted.

02:56:58.000 That's horrible to the free press.

02:57:01.000 And, uh, just a lot more we didn't have time to get to, but it's oninfullworks.com, prisonplanet.com.

02:57:06.000 Dynamic broadcast today.

02:57:08.000 Great calls, great guests, great affiliates, great sponsors, great listeners, number one.

02:57:13.000 And I'll see you all back tonight, 9 to midnight central, and back tomorrow, 11 to 2 central, right here on this network.

02:57:18.000 Same station, same time.

02:57:20.000 Take care, and have a wonderful day.
