00:00:22.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:35.000 Well, every couple days there's more massive bombings taking place in the Middle East.

00:00:41.000 The bombings have spread from Palestine, the West Bank, Gaza Strip into Iraq, Saudi Arabia.

00:00:52.000 Every day or two, and there's been a huge attack at the Italian base In Iraq, it's been devastated.

00:01:00.000 At least 23 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack on the Italian police base in the southern Iraq city of Nazaria.

00:01:10.000 We'll be getting into that.

00:01:13.000 Also, Europe unveils agency to protect its borders.

00:01:16.000 Again, they get rid of the borders, then get rid of the sovereignty of the countries in the name of controlling the borders.

00:01:21.000 They've called for that here for the Pan-American Union.

00:01:24.000 I've seen UN generals on CNN and ABC promoting it.

00:01:28.000 We'll cover that.

00:01:30.000 Bush vows enemy will be defeated.

00:01:32.000 The BBC reporting the U.S.

00:01:35.000 makes weather control system.

00:01:37.000 Wait till we get into that.

00:01:38.000 Terrorists may have planned attack on the Sears Towers.

00:01:42.000 We'll be getting into those reports.

00:01:55.000 Lockyer, the gun-grabbing Attorney General of California, tells of new allegation of Arnold's groping activities.

00:02:01.000 Governor Gray Davis did sign a good bill before he left office, saying that they can restrict the black boxes that are in all your cars, tracking and tracing what you do.

00:02:10.000 We're no supporter of Davis, but the Democrats occasionally do something to look like they're anti-police state when they're behind it.

00:02:17.000 New York City, a district, denies birth of Jesus, says there can be no nativity scenes because they're, quote, not historical.

00:02:26.000 Device that reads human thoughts, now possible, study finds.

00:02:36.000 A bunch of Big Brother news.

00:02:37.000 It's all coming up.

00:02:39.000 Just a lot of important info in this three-hour transmission.

00:02:43.000 Wednesday, the 12th of November, 2003.

00:02:47.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:02:50.000 In the second hour, We have David Brownlow of News With Views joining us.

00:02:55.000 He's a fellow who's run for Congress, he's been a pro-life activist for decades, and he's written some articles.

00:03:02.000 Partial birth abortion ban, the betrayal is now complete.

00:03:06.000 He says it's a scam, that it really doesn't change anything.

00:03:10.000 He'll be joining us in the second hour along with folks from the National Right to Life Committee.

00:03:18.000 We're going to have their legislative director on.

00:03:20.000 They do a lot of great work and we're going to have both these organizations, this researcher and the organization, the National Right to Life Committee on to discuss this.

00:03:31.000 Where we go from here, is this really a ban on partial birth abortion or on one of multiple techniques they have for killing babies that could be adopted on the spot?

00:03:43.000 Very serious issue to be discussed in the second hour of this show.

00:03:47.000 In the third hour, I'll get back into your calls and the news.

00:03:51.000 And we have Dr. David Wolf, a pastor, coming on for the last 30 minutes.

00:03:56.000 Because he's Jewish, and his three radio stations carry my show up in upstate New York.

00:04:02.000 And he talked to me this morning.

00:04:03.000 He said, you know, we listen to your show.

00:04:05.000 We totally agree with you. 0.95

00:04:06.000 The Israeli government is evil, just like any other government can be evil. 0.71

00:04:10.000 And people that say that Israel can do no wrong are greatly deceived. 0.92

00:04:14.000 Look at all the prophets.

00:04:15.000 Look at Jesus speaking out against the corruption of the government.

00:04:19.000 They're in Israel.

00:04:20.000 So just like we expose China or the U.S. 0.90

00:04:22.000 or England or Germany, we will expose Israel with the USS Liberty and other dastardly deeds here on this show. 0.98

00:04:30.000 And Dr. David Wolf wants to come on to talk about that subject.

00:04:32.000 He's a Baptist.

00:04:34.000 So that'll be very, very interesting as well.

00:04:36.000 We're going to have wide open phones in this first hour.

00:04:40.000 Any issue you want to discuss, any topic you want to raise, any news item I've thrown out that you want to get into, if you disagree with me, you agree with me, you have questions, comments, we're going to go to your calls early in this first hour.

00:04:52.000 Toll-free number to join us.

00:04:54.000 Load those phones up.

00:06:06.000 Don't wait.

00:06:07.000 Do it today.

00:06:08.000 Hey, folks.

00:06:09.000 Alex Jones here, and I'm very excited to announce the release of my bombshell documentary film,

00:06:14.000 911, The Road to Tyranny, on DVD.

00:06:16.000 That's right folks, DVD.

00:06:18.000 The original film was 144 minutes long.

00:06:20.000 The DVD version is 170 minutes.

00:06:22.000 If you want to wake up your friends and families to the truth of what happened on September 11th, this is the film for you.

00:06:28.000 The Road to Tyranny is already sending shockwaves through Washington and across the United States.

00:06:32.000 You absolutely must see this DVD.

00:06:34.000 It covers the history of government-sponsored terrorism, the police state and homeland security, the nightmare UN population control programs, the cashless society control grid, satellite tracking and buyable microchips, and much, much more.

00:06:45.000 Bottom line, this film is waking people up.

00:06:47.000 Order your copy on VHS or TV today, and man the guns in the Info War.

00:06:51.000 Order right now by calling 1-888-253-3139.

00:06:52.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:06:52.000 888-253-3139. That's 888-253-3139. Or order online at Infowars.com or Infowars.net. Again,

00:06:59.000 that number, 888-253-3139.

00:07:08.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:07:12.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:07:16.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:07:19.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:07:22.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:07:30.000 The Berkey light is different.

00:07:32.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

00:07:38.000 filters.

00:07:39.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

00:07:44.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

00:07:50.000 and nitrates.

00:07:51.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

00:07:57.000 ponds.

00:07:58.000 Buy Advanced Berkey Lite for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

00:08:05.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:08:11.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:20.000 We're going to go to your calls pretty quick into this first hour, maybe even in this segment.

00:08:26.000 The toll-free number to join me on air is 1-800-259-9231.

00:08:32.000 We are eight minutes and about 25 seconds into this first hour.

00:08:36.000 Again, announcing the guest today.

00:08:39.000 We have a Jewish Christian joining us, Dr. David Wolf, who has us on three of his radio stations.

00:08:45.000 Great radio stations from Buffalo to Rochester up into Niagara in Northern New York.

00:08:53.000 I guess he's been carrying my show for about three and a half, four years up there.

00:08:58.000 And he heard the show yesterday about the USS Liberty and about the evil that Israel engaged in there. 0.60

00:09:05.000 And he totally agrees.

00:09:06.000 And he says that, you know, these people that claim that Israel can do no wrong.

00:09:10.000 I mean, look at the Bible.

00:09:12.000 All the prophets are there criticizing corruption in that government, trying to rebuke it.

00:09:18.000 And again, the evil one has the whole world, folks.

00:09:21.000 All the countries are run by evil.

00:09:23.000 All of them. 0.99

00:09:23.000 You know, Saddam Hussein was evil. 0.99

00:09:26.000 Mubarak Gaddafi is evil. 0.93

00:09:29.000 Does that mean that we support going to war against these countries? 0.95

00:09:32.000 No, because the countries waging war on them are evil.

00:09:35.000 The globalists are really good at pointing out the evil of some nation and saying we need to attack them, but then you look at the reasons why the globalists want to attack those countries, and it's to get their natural resources, it's for weapons sales, it's for a political diversion here domestically.

00:09:51.000 So Dr. Wolf is going to be joining us, he's a pastor, for the last 30 minutes of the show today to talk about the biblical situation with Israel and the evil leaders that Israel has had, just like every other country or people.

00:10:05.000 In the second hour, we have Douglas Johnson, the Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee that does so much wonderful work, joining us to talk about what this partial birth abortion ban really did.

00:10:24.000 And where we go from here, with the murder of 45 plus million babies in this country, and we've got David Brownlow coming on at noon, 30 minutes before the legislative director of the National Right to Life Committee comes on.

00:10:42.000 We're going to have both these gentlemen on together.

00:10:44.000 David Brownlow, and I tend to agree with his analysis, and I've got the bill in front of me, says that it just restricts how they can do a partial birth abortion, but is not a ban.

00:10:53.000 And is not a true victory, and that we shouldn't stop pushing here to get rid of this barbarous activity.

00:11:01.000 So that's in the second hour of the show, a debate, a discussion, trying to find some type of consensus here with the experts.

00:11:09.000 And of course, we'll open the phones up to your calls in this hour, and in the second hour, and in the third hour.

00:11:15.000 Call the free number to join us, 1-800-259-9231.

00:11:21.000 Let me run through news for about 10 minutes, then we'll go straight to your calls.

00:11:27.000 This is out of the BBC.

00:11:29.000 Italian base in Iraq devastated.

00:11:32.000 At least 23 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack on the Italian police base in the southern Iraq city of Nazaria.

00:11:43.000 14 of the dead were Italian military personnel, while one Italian civilian and eight Iraqis also died.

00:11:50.000 These are the first deaths to hostile action among the 2,400 Italian force in Iraq.

00:11:55.000 Witnesses spoke of seeing a petrol tanker ram the gates of the compound before exploding in a ball of fire.

00:12:03.000 And you can click there and see a map of where the attacks have been taking place.

00:12:09.000 The entire front of the three-story building was ripped off and there are fears that some of the victims might still be buried in the rubble.

00:12:19.000 So again, we'll find out how many really died as this develops.

00:12:23.000 The force of the blast, which occurred at about 10.30 local time, GMT, blew out windows in another building across the Euphrates River.

00:12:32.000 The BBC Paul Adams at the scene says that there was one of the worst attacks of its kind of the non-American target since the war began.

00:12:43.000 My goodness.

00:12:44.000 Italian officials say 11 of the dead were paramilitary police officers known as Italian Federal Police, or Cominari, and three were soldiers.

00:12:53.000 Local hospital officials quoted by Reuters News Agency say eight Iraqis were also killed.

00:13:00.000 Very, very serious.

00:13:01.000 More developments on that as they come out.

00:13:03.000 I want to get into this little news story because it's so important.

00:13:08.000 Europe unveils agency to protect its borders.

00:13:11.000 London Telegraph plans were unveiled yesterday for a pan-European border agency to help seal the European Union's new frontier after expansion next year.

00:13:22.000 The fledgling agency is scheduled to start work in January 05 with a 4 million pound budget and a staff of 30.

00:13:30.000 That's nothing but window dressing.

00:13:33.000 The Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders will serve as a headquarters for air, sea, and land surveillance, keeping watch on Poland, Slovakia, and the Baltic states that will soon have the task of patrolling the EU's eastern border.

00:13:49.000 Antonio Venturio, the EU Justice Commissioner, said the staff would take ...incursions from EU minister and would not be able to dictate strategic policy Britain hopes to join as long as the agency remains no more than a coordinating body.

00:14:03.000 I've been reading the foreign news for years on this subject.

00:14:07.000 Under trade deals they started the European Union 45 years ago.

00:14:11.000 In the last 10 they've admitted that they're unifying the government, they're getting rid of free speech, property rights, juries, everything.

00:14:20.000 And they have gotten rid of their borders.

00:14:22.000 Tens of millions of illegals from Eastern Europe, from Asia, from the Middle East, from Africa have poured in to these countries with no let up.

00:14:34.000 It's only intensifying.

00:14:35.000 If you look at the graphs, it's going straight up like a rocket.

00:14:39.000 And in the name of stopping this, they are again taking control of the border police And again, you have the EU, the UN, DynCorp, and others involved in the kidnapping of millions of women and children.

00:14:53.000 200,000 admitted in court last year, just out of the Balkans in 2000 alone!

00:14:58.000 This is admitted!

00:15:02.000 And I have seen, on our news, the head UN General, I've seen Colin Powell, I've seen others say that the answer to the border problems here, which they've created and pushed and fostered with all the welfare they offer, and lack of prosecution against businesses that hire illegals, and the matricula, consular matricula, and all the rest of it, their answer is a Pan-American Union security force of UN deputized federal police working together from Chile to Alaska.

00:15:31.000 So you better keep your eyes out for that, because they create the crisis and then offer their solution, more globalism.

00:15:39.000 Government outgrows cap set by President Washington Post.

00:15:43.000 Discretionary spending up 12.5% in fiscal 03.

00:15:49.000 And it was up along those same lines in 2002-2001, confounding President Bush's pledge to rein in government growth.

00:15:57.000 Federal discretionary spending expanded at 12.5% in the fiscal year that ended September 30th, capping a two-year bulge that saw the government grow by more than 27%, according to preliminary spending figures from the Congressional Budget Panels.

00:16:12.000 The sudden rise in the spending, subject to Congressional annual discretion, stands in marked contrast to the 1990s when such discretionary spending rose an average of 2.4% a year, or with inflation.

00:16:24.000 Not since 1980 and 81 has federal spending risen at a similar clip.

00:16:28.000 Before those two years, spending increase for the magnitude occurred in the height of the Vietnam War, 66 to 68.

00:16:34.000 The preliminary spending figures for 2003 also raise questions about the government's long-term fiscal health.

00:16:41.000 Now understand, they're talking about how we had a 7.2, 7.4% growth in GDP.

00:16:44.000 7.2, 7.4 percent growth in GDP.

00:16:49.000 But you have a 12.5 percent, and then with last year's numbers, a 27 percent growth in

00:16:55.000 government spending.

00:16:57.000 So again, the growth in overall economy, that is, in GDP, is outstripped by the expansion

00:17:05.000 And you look at the numbers, the Fortune 500 got richer, the government got bigger, but the middle class began to evaporate even faster by another 12% in the last 12 months of the fiscal year, according to the Financial Times of London.

00:17:20.000 So the middle class is disappearing, more people have gone into real poverty, and the rich are getting richer, not off free market, but off of criminal enterprise.

00:17:29.000 But that doesn't matter.

00:17:30.000 Bush has got his new 87 billion, with no bids allowed to go directly into Bechtel and Halliburton's pockets.

00:17:36.000 Bush vows enemy will be defeated, victory crucial in Afghanistan.

00:17:40.000 Iraq raises specter of new terror attacks.

00:17:43.000 They were going to ban any protests in the city of London.

00:17:46.000 People protested, so now there's been a convenient Al-Qaeda threat.

00:17:51.000 So now they can't allow the protests to happen in about two-thirds of the city.

00:17:56.000 Because, well, Al-Qaeda stepped up to agree with the President right on time.

00:18:00.000 Just like two days before the war started, everybody was saying that Saddam was against Al-Qaeda, because he had been in the past.

00:18:06.000 He was a secular government who'd actually killed a bunch of the radical Muslims.

00:18:11.000 Not defending him, just stating the facts.

00:18:13.000 And suddenly Al Qaeda puts out an audio tape saying, we work with Saddam!

00:18:17.000 We're with Saddam! 0.99

00:18:19.000 Attack him, attack him! 0.98

00:18:20.000 Again, whenever they need Bin Laden to magically say something, they snap their fingers and he does. 0.51

00:18:25.000 It's like Colin Powell before Congress saying, well there's the new tape on Al Jazeera where he says he's working with Saddam and is going to get us.

00:18:33.000 The news media all ran to their TV screens and to the news wires and came back an hour later and said, there's nothing on TV.

00:18:40.000 Al Jazeera says they have gotten no such tape and Al goes, oh, they'll get it within the next two hours.

00:18:45.000 And they did!

00:18:48.000 They did get the tape to agree with Bush.

00:18:50.000 It's just sick, folks.

00:18:52.000 Remember the fat guy video, too, of Bin Laden? 0.93

00:18:54.000 Some fat guy in a dark room? 0.97

00:18:56.000 I mean, folks, this is a sick joke. 0.99

00:18:58.000 All the fake letters they've mailed out, supposedly from the troops.

00:19:01.000 Turns out those are fake to the newspapers.

00:19:03.000 All the fake bioweapons, all the fake mass graves, the fake weapons trucks.

00:19:08.000 It's lies!

00:19:09.000 The Jessica Lynch story's a lie! 0.92

00:19:12.000 Lies, lies, lies! 1.00

00:19:15.000 Disgusting lies! 1.00

00:19:17.000 We'll come back and take calls and we'll get into terrorists. 0.98

00:19:19.000 May a planned attack on Sears Tower.

00:19:21.000 Folks, if I had an office in that building, I'd be getting out of there.

00:19:24.000 I mean, I would not.

00:19:25.000 I hope nothing happens to the Sears Towers, but for years they're saying that's the next target.

00:19:29.000 It's like we said the World Trade Center was going to be the next target.

00:19:33.000 And, uh, I mean, just, if I had an office in there, I know I wouldn't be keeping it.

00:19:37.000 But, again, that's just my opinion.

00:19:38.000 If you want to stay in there, go ahead.

00:19:40.000 I hope nothing happens.

00:19:41.000 U.S.

00:24:54.000 Let's go to calls and we'll go back into news.

00:24:57.000 Let's talk to David in Kentucky, then Frank, Wyatt and others.

00:25:00.000 David, you're on the air, go ahead.

00:25:03.000 Alex.

00:25:04.000 Yes.

00:25:05.000 Okay, I heard a click.

00:25:05.000 I didn't know if you could hear me or not.

00:25:06.000 You're on the air.

00:25:07.000 Go ahead.

00:25:08.000 First of all, I love your show.

00:25:09.000 I've been listening to it for three to four years.

00:25:13.000 What are we going to do about these guys that are just, the people that are just sitting back not wanting to do nothing, Alex?

00:25:18.000 I'm concerned about these people.

00:25:21.000 Well, those that won't take action have never counted.

00:25:24.000 They're spectators.

00:25:25.000 They're not in the arena.

00:25:27.000 And it was 5% that won the Revolutionary War.

00:25:30.000 It was 2% that started it with the Committees of Correspondence and the pamphlets.

00:25:34.000 And, you know, out in the back of the barn with the printing press.

00:25:37.000 And we've got bigger numbers than that today.

00:25:40.000 The problem is, is the globalists have arrayed such an army of bureaucrats and criminals.

00:25:45.000 But the good news is, a lot of people in government are waking up and joining us.

00:25:48.000 So, we've got a fighting chance with God's help.

00:25:51.000 That's a good thing.

00:25:53.000 I tape your show a lot and I try to play it for people.

00:25:56.000 They don't want to hear it.

00:25:57.000 They don't want to believe it.

00:26:00.000 Well, have you been listening for three or four years, you've probably heard the majority of the callers say that 90 plus percent of people that see the videos are waking up and they're seeing a massive renaissance taking place, but I do talk to people who say they can't wake anybody up.

00:26:19.000 It may be the people you're talking to.

00:26:22.000 I'm wanting to see your movies and I haven't seen any of them yet.

00:26:26.000 There's a movie out right now that was on GMT, Gospel Music Television.

00:26:31.000 It's called The Gathering.

00:26:32.000 I don't know if you've seen that, but it explains the police coming in the houses and taking over, taking our guns and doing what they will.

00:26:42.000 And it's called The Gathering.

00:26:44.000 Well, I need to... I hope somebody will send me a copy of that.

00:26:46.000 I'll get the director on or the producer of it on.

00:26:48.000 Sounds interesting.

00:26:50.000 This actually shows Jesus coming back, too, in this movie.

00:26:53.000 It shows the sun in the sky and these comets flying around it.

00:26:59.000 It's Him coming back, I guess, in the movie.

00:27:02.000 Also, it shows the black suit officers with their machine guns breaking in doors and walking in and doing what they will.

00:27:11.000 Well, I hope it doesn't say that we should rejoice in this starting to happen, because, oh, that means it's the end, because it's happened hundreds of times in history, and we need to stand up against it.

00:27:21.000 That's our job.

00:27:22.000 Duty is ours.

00:27:23.000 Consequences are God's.

00:27:26.000 The other morning, I was listening to Clear Channel, or Coast to Coast AM.

00:27:29.000 I don't know if you're familiar with that.

00:27:30.000 Yeah, I'm familiar.

00:27:32.000 OK, on 84WHAS.OK, yeah.

00:27:36.000 And I was listening for about a half an hour, and they were talking about the sun.

00:27:41.000 Well, he played a clip from a show that he had aired, and he said, I want to show you all that this is the government blocking my signal.

00:27:49.000 He was sitting there talking on the air and all of a sudden, you know, with the channel

00:27:56.000 blockers coming out.

00:27:57.000 That's a classic tactic to make people think that you're in the know and on the outside

00:28:02.000 of the system to claim you're being blocked or jammed.

00:28:06.000 But look, all I can say is that what they do is they mix real issues in with a bunch

00:28:12.000 of other issues like snowmen and werewolves and aliens and then it discredits the real

00:28:18.000 issues that are mixed into it.

00:28:20.000 But the sun is acting the most volatile since scientific history was able to register it in the last 150 years.

00:28:30.000 And it is firing bigger and bigger flares in the direction of the earth.

00:28:35.000 And there is a huge escalation in that.

00:28:38.000 Thanks for the call, David.

00:28:39.000 I appreciate it.

00:28:40.000 Frank in Florida.

00:28:41.000 Go ahead, sir.

00:28:42.000 Welcome.

00:28:43.000 Yeah, I'm on air?

00:28:44.000 Yes, you are.

00:28:45.000 Okay.

00:28:47.000 Yeah, I was watching the news down here.

00:28:48.000 I'm in Fort Lauderdale, but we get to Miami Station, and they reported how they are arresting demonstrators who are coming in from outside, or maybe even live in the Miami area, before the Trade Conference of the Americas begins.

00:29:04.000 Yeah, they had a planning meeting a couple weeks ago in Miami and Atlanta.

00:29:09.000 The big one's coming up, what, the 17th or the 22nd?

00:29:12.000 Yeah, I think so.

00:29:14.000 And this is to expand NAFTA and GAAP.

00:29:17.000 They've got conservatives, liberals, farmers.

00:29:19.000 And what they do now is they arrest the organizers, and they put state police into the meetings, and they provocateur them.

00:29:26.000 And I do have a report on that, and I'm sure your news says it's wonderful to arrest protesters.

00:29:31.000 Why they do it in Australia, why not here?

00:29:33.000 Yeah, it gave a bit of a negative slant on it, but... I tell you what, I want to hear what the slant was when we get back, okay?

00:29:39.000 Alright.

00:29:40.000 Don't hang up, Frank.

00:29:41.000 We'll come back to you and Wyatt and H.W.

00:29:42.000 and others.

00:29:44.000 Toll-free number to join us, 1-800-259-9231.

00:29:45.000 If you protest in Australia, anything, they arrest you now.

00:29:51.000 That's mainstream news, City Morning Herald.

00:29:54.000 And they're about to ban protests in London, and they're going to do that here too.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:06.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:33:07.000 I got a star on my car and one on my chest, a gun on my hip and the right to arrest.

00:33:08.000 I'm the guy who's a boss on this highway, so I'm gonna get it done.

00:33:14.000 I got a star on my car and one on my chest, a gun on my hip and the right to arrest.

00:33:35.000 I'm the guy who's a boss on this highway, so watch out what you're doing when you're

00:33:36.000 driving my way.

00:33:37.000 I have seen multiple cases in the mainstream media, and they report it like it's a good

00:33:38.000 thing, where if a white person calls a black person a racial name, even if it's a racist

00:33:40.000 Even the black person starting a fight with them and calling them racial names, the white person is arrested.

00:33:45.000 We've had them on as guests.

00:33:46.000 We've read the news reports.

00:33:49.000 They passed laws in Pennsylvania.

00:33:50.000 The Republican governor signed it.

00:33:51.000 Word of the preacher reads Old Testament verses condemning homosexuality.

00:33:56.000 They can be held liable or arrested.

00:34:00.000 In England, they're arresting BBC reporters, calling in for questioning bishops who even say, hey, homosexuals can become heterosexuals, that's considered hateful. 0.52

00:34:09.000 They're saying rural communities deserve the same rights as Muslims or gays.

00:34:14.000 This is thought crime.

00:34:15.000 This is 1984.

00:34:16.000 Oh, but it's to protect people's rights.

00:34:18.000 We see articles every week where people are being arrested, fired, fined in Europe, if they try to have a farmer's market, and they criticize foreign produce.

00:34:32.000 That's considered racism, xenophobia, if it's French or German produce in England.

00:34:37.000 I mean, I see this all the time.

00:34:39.000 They've banned a protest period in Australia, I mean, it's like Iraq under Saddam Hussein or something.

00:34:47.000 And this is freedom!

00:34:48.000 And they're trying to ban protests in London right now, and there's a lot of pressure on them not to do that.

00:34:53.000 This is happening.

00:34:54.000 And yes, I do have an Associated Press article here out of Florida and Miami, where the police are already raiding protest organizers, already arresting people, trumping up charges.

00:35:05.000 They're trying to ban protests all over this country, trying to restrict them.

00:35:08.000 And this is not freedom.

00:35:10.000 I want to go to these calls quickly, because there's a lot of them.

00:35:13.000 Finish up, Frank.

00:35:14.000 You're listening to local news, and what did they say about going after the protesters?

00:35:18.000 Well, what was nice is that they did interview the protesters, so it made it look like, you know, a clear violation of democratic rights.

00:35:25.000 So, I mean, it did look better from that point of view, but... What did they say?

00:35:28.000 What did the police do?

00:35:29.000 The state police?

00:35:32.000 I don't think that they mentioned anything about that.

00:35:35.000 You mean, did they interview them?

00:35:37.000 Yeah, I just have an article saying arrests were made and some raids and they're not saying why.

00:35:42.000 What was your local news saying?

00:35:43.000 Well, basically because they were afraid of protests at the conference.

00:35:48.000 They were trying to, you know, make a preemptive strike.

00:35:50.000 They don't even say why they did it here.

00:35:52.000 It just says that they raided some protesters and organizers who were making puppets.

00:35:57.000 I mean, every time somebody makes one of these big puppets, you know, of Bush as a devil or whatever, they get raided.

00:36:04.000 This happened in Boston, happened in L.A., it's happening in D.C., and they just said the police don't want to protest?

00:36:13.000 Yeah, basically they were suggesting they were coming in from the outside and they were trying to prevent the protest that would occur.

00:36:21.000 At the conference.

00:36:22.000 And do they say what laws they supposedly broke?

00:36:25.000 No, they didn't say anything about that.

00:36:28.000 What do you think of this, Frank?

00:36:30.000 Well, it's an outrage.

00:36:32.000 It's the ratcheting up of the police state.

00:36:34.000 It is.

00:36:35.000 Thanks for the call.

00:36:36.000 Go ahead, finish up.

00:36:37.000 Let me just say one other thing real quickly.

00:36:39.000 I've taken your 9-11 videotape and I've gone to the Sheriff's Department's They're doing the checkpoints at Port Everglades here.

00:36:45.000 Okay?

00:36:46.000 And I get a kind of a favorable response.

00:36:48.000 I get kind of a kick out of somebody giving them anything.

00:36:51.000 And I got back to one of them and they thought, well, that was very interesting.

00:36:54.000 And this speaks to the last caller who says nobody's listening.

00:36:57.000 You gotta realize, like you say, it's a minority that we're gonna reach.

00:37:00.000 And I think it's very important to try to reach the police, because in a lot of areas they're approachable, like I find down here, to my surprise.

00:37:06.000 As Jack McClam, Police and Military Against the New World Order, says, tyranny will come to your door in a uniform.

00:37:12.000 As Aaron Zellman, Jews and Preservation of Firearms Ownership, will tell you, we've gotta target the police.

00:37:18.000 With the information to try to wake them up to join the American people.

00:37:22.000 They're compartmentalized.

00:37:24.000 Most of them aren't bad.

00:37:25.000 They've just been brainwashed.

00:37:27.000 We've got to counter that.

00:37:27.000 Thanks for the call.

00:37:29.000 Wyatt, Maryland.

00:37:30.000 You're on the air.

00:37:31.000 Go ahead, sir.

00:37:33.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

00:37:33.000 How are you?

00:37:34.000 Good.

00:37:34.000 Great.

00:37:35.000 Hey, listen.

00:37:37.000 This Jessica Lynch story that came out.

00:37:39.000 Of course, the propaganda movie that came out was totally false.

00:37:43.000 It was a 180 of what the Jessica Lutz interview was with Diane Sawyer.

00:37:49.000 Three or four places, Wyatt, in stores and on the street, I heard people that didn't even know me talking about how much they hated the TV show that 14.7 million people watched, how much they hated it, what lies it was, but then I heard local talk radio where they're defending it, saying it's true, callers are calling and saying how How dare people say this isn't true when Lynch is on the record with gun grabber Sawyer saying it's quote a fable and a bunch of lies.

00:38:16.000 Absolutely.

00:38:16.000 So these neocons will defend it even after it's admitted.

00:38:21.000 Well, that's the brainwashing of the dumbed down public that's been able to have been so effective.

00:38:28.000 Also, you know, you were on the front line back last April Fool's Day when this took place.

00:38:36.000 propaganda film rescue and you were on the front lines the first as soon as

00:38:43.000 April to say that this is fake this is phony this didn't happen like this you

00:38:47.000 and several other talk show hosts and once again it bears fruit but of course

00:38:51.000 it took all it took after the movie was out to solidify it in the brains of the

00:38:56.000 furniture dead Well look, I mean I told folks the Patriot Act would be used for all crimes and now they're going after county commissioners, topless bars, zit-faced 14-year-olds with a bag of pot.

00:39:08.000 Right. 0.85

00:39:09.000 I mean has nothing, and the government's shipping this trash in. 0.97

00:39:12.000 Right.

00:39:13.000 One other thing you mentioned, When I was going through high school, I graduated in 1973 out of high school, and for a long time it was always the Gross National Product.

00:39:25.000 Now it's been changed because of NAFTA, GATT, and the World Trade Organization.

00:39:29.000 Now it's called the Gross Domestic Product, which means that they're measuring the corporations that are overseas in third world countries in Mexico.

00:39:37.000 Yeah, whatever comes in or out.

00:39:40.000 It's fake numbers.

00:39:41.000 Yes, it's absolutely false.

00:39:43.000 It's phony.

00:39:44.000 Okay, so it grew at over 7%.

00:39:46.000 The government grew in the last two years by 27% Congressional Budget Office.

00:39:51.000 Right, well, they're forming their own.

00:39:54.000 It's just, you know, it's so much lies, Alex.

00:39:57.000 You know and I know it.

00:39:58.000 These bombings that take place in Saudi Arabia, it's there to disrupt the The regime that's in charge there... That's MI6, according to the Saudis, and the evidence is clear, trying to put a radical Muslim group in, so they can then send in troops. 0.64

00:40:13.000 Right, they closed the American embassy in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh, and then all of a sudden there's these bombings.

00:40:19.000 Well, wouldn't it be more to the advantage of a so-called terrorist that they're fabricating to bomb the closed embassy?

00:40:30.000 In fact, if they wanted to really strike a blow at the Americans, of course not.

00:40:34.000 There are some real hand-grenadings, fraggings, there are some real rocket attacks, there are some real sniper attacks, and when you bulldoze thousands of acres of fruit trees of the peasants, that's going to happen. 0.83

00:40:45.000 And they did that by design to make us the bad guys, then the U.N.

00:40:48.000 comes in as the good guys.

00:40:49.000 But in a lot of these bombings, especially when we have time for evidence to come out, It looks like Chalibi's involved with it, this convicted bank robber that runs Baghdad, and the evidence is showing that it looks like it's the Globalist. 0.84

00:41:02.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:41:02.000 And I'll hang up, let the rest of the callers call in, and Alex, keep up the good work, and God bless you.

00:41:07.000 Well, thank you, I appreciate the call.

00:41:08.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Immigrants on these calls quick, folks.

00:41:12.000 HW in Colorado, go ahead.

00:41:14.000 Let me, Alex, let me uplift the spirit of the hard-working American Class a little here.

00:41:23.000 There's three reasons why working too hard doesn't get you anywhere.

00:41:30.000 The first, of course, is you can't do anything without resources.

00:41:34.000 The most precious resource, oxygen.

00:41:36.000 It used to be 50% 50,000 years ago. 0.86

00:41:38.000 Now we've got only about 21.6% in the air, probably less.

00:41:40.000 fifty thousand years ago now we got only about twenty one point six percent in the air

00:41:45.000 probably less uh... they measured like uh... twenty three uh... two

00:41:52.000 hundred years ago then of course

00:41:54.000 uh... committing uh... armed robbery for oil is the hard work uh... so uh... kicking desert sand and uh...

00:42:01.000 building bombs and rockets and uh... beaten other dead horses uh... don't get

00:42:05.000 you anywhere well the second reason not to work too hard is

00:42:08.000 you'll find out the more you have

00:42:11.000 the more you'll want in the end you got so much junk you want to walk away from

00:42:16.000 and if you don't the police uh... uh... they uh... take your property because

00:42:20.000 property taxes are not really uh... you're giving your uh... all the right uh... they uh...

00:42:26.000 It's just a rental fee, really.

00:42:29.000 The third reason is the more you have, the more the other people want to have what you have.

00:42:38.000 Well, you gotta work hard to have resources just to protect yourself and to be able to reach people, but in the communist countries that happens because they take everything you got, so why should you work and then the production falls off to nothing? 0.80

00:42:50.000 Well, that's true for here too, KKK countries, all together, communist, capitalist, cataclysmic, all the same clan. 0.99

00:42:57.000 One simply has to learn To be and to save his energy and we got until really things are worked out.

00:43:05.000 The best advice I can give is people start working, certainly stop building bombs and rockets and be and guard your health.

00:43:13.000 All right, thanks for the call.

00:43:14.000 That's why they want us off the rural land in the compact cities working in their modern Maquiladores So that we're dependent on them.

00:43:23.000 It's all about getting us into their web through the judicial system, the criminal justice system, to the psychiatric systems.

00:43:30.000 Now through this national draft, compulsory national service, destroying the economy, creating a fascist system where the government subsidizes the private corporations and controls it.

00:43:41.000 Let's talk to Lee in Ohio.

00:43:44.000 Lee, you're on the air.

00:43:45.000 Go ahead.

00:43:46.000 Is your offer to disagree with you on something still open, Alex?

00:43:51.000 Sure it is.

00:43:52.000 Go ahead.

00:43:52.000 Okay.

00:43:54.000 I agree with you about rat poison being partial truth mixed with lies.

00:43:59.000 I agree with you that Fritz Springmeier is a good guy with that flyer that you put out on Mind Control Illuminati.

00:44:07.000 I agree that talking about a million Chinese robotoids is a smokescreen for larger topics.

00:44:13.000 So is it a bad thing to point out that we shouldn't be listening to people perpetrating these things?

00:44:20.000 Like Stu Webb is going to do on Jeremy Floyd's show tonight?

00:44:22.000 You know something?

00:44:24.000 We got the New World Order to fight.

00:44:25.000 They are the New World Order. 0.81

00:44:27.000 And I'll tell you, I'm not going to have people stir up stuff on my show against this radio network, against this radio station.

00:44:37.000 I don't sit here.

00:44:37.000 I got the New World Order to fight.

00:44:39.000 I don't sit here.

00:44:40.000 They are the New World Order, Alex.

00:44:42.000 I don't sit here.

00:44:43.000 Let me assure you, this network is not the New World Order.

00:44:46.000 Barbara Hartwell, CIA, is not the New World Order?

00:44:50.000 Who?

00:44:51.000 Jeremy Floyd's going to have Stu Webb with Barbara Hartwell, who is CIA, cutting down Fritz Springmeier and spreading disinformation this evening.

00:44:59.000 Well, that's... Ben, if I'm listening to it, I'll call in and, uh... I'll call in and disagree with it, and I appreciate your call, Larry.

00:45:08.000 Look, folks, I'm not going to sit here.

00:45:11.000 This show's been successful.

00:45:13.000 I've gotten legislation, with your help, defeated federally, locally, We've been able to defeat the so-called Second Amendment groups that are actually undermining the Second Amendment.

00:45:24.000 We've been able to boycott Smith & Wesson and annihilate them when they were trying to sell out the Second Amendment.

00:45:30.000 We have had so many victories.

00:45:32.000 You know, I make documentary films.

00:45:33.000 I tell people they can make copies of them.

00:45:36.000 Give them to their friends and family and opinion makers.

00:45:39.000 And I have on all these guests and have them promote their books and their films and their organizations and the land rights groups.

00:45:47.000 And I'm about people that are moving forward and taking action and affecting change.

00:45:53.000 And I don't agree with everything that I say.

00:45:56.000 Sometimes I listen to a show I've done and I'm like, well that was a mistake or that was wrong what I said or I listen to other shows and I hear things that aren't what I would say are completely on target.

00:46:06.000 You know, I make mistakes but and I don't agree with a lot of the things that some people, some guests have to say.

00:46:16.000 And I've cautioned other hosts about this but I'm I am my brother's keeper, but at the same time, overall this network's doing a fabulous job.

00:46:27.000 The individuals involved in it that I know are good, hard-working people that don't compromise.

00:46:32.000 Ted Anderson has dumped his life savings into making this network a success and reaching millions of people is wonderful and has never censored me.

00:46:39.000 One scintilla.

00:46:41.000 And I just got bigger fish to fry.

00:46:43.000 I am not going to sit here and descend into picking at people on this network.

00:46:51.000 I mean, it's that simple.

00:46:54.000 And my show is not here to do that.

00:46:56.000 You know, a few times I've attacked other so-called patriots, and I think it was a mistake when I did it.

00:47:02.000 When I went after Bo Grites, viciously. 1.00

00:47:05.000 I made a mistake.

00:47:07.000 I don't like Bogreitz.

00:47:09.000 I don't like the fact that he claimed that the pipe-bombing attacks in the Southwest were probably the, quote, black helicopter shortwave listeners.

00:47:20.000 And I got him up here in the air, and he was mean to me, too, and we got in a big fight.

00:47:23.000 But it didn't do anything.

00:47:25.000 It was just a big diversion, a big distraction.

00:47:28.000 And so I very rarely descend into this, and a lot of people out there like to do this because it's how they get attention, or it's how they tear down everybody else but themselves.

00:47:38.000 And I'm not going to do that.

00:47:41.000 I mean, it's really that simple.

00:47:43.000 I've got stacks of real news, real information, and I see this blight on the Christian conservative slash patriot libertarian movement of people that just pick at others and talk about how wrong they are instead of putting out their own information.

00:48:02.000 I mean, I remember warning Rick Stanley that That it was easy for his organization to get infiltrated, that what he was calling for had serious flaws, and that I cared about him, and that I thought that he was a legitimate individual after interviewing him on air and listening to some of the things he'd said.

00:48:23.000 I don't think he was a bad guy.

00:48:24.000 I think that's proven now.

00:48:26.000 The guy went to jail!

00:48:28.000 He was obviously fighting the New World Order. 0.59

00:48:30.000 But we're able to turn the police, turn the liberals, turn the socialists, turn the neocons.

00:48:36.000 I'm having success after success.

00:48:38.000 And I'm non-violent.

00:48:39.000 And I'm not looking for physical confrontation.

00:48:41.000 Believe me, the globalists are going to give it to you soon enough if we don't get the word out of how they're behind the terror.

00:48:47.000 We're on the nice edge.

00:48:48.000 It can go either way.

00:48:49.000 We're in toe-to-toe battle.

00:48:51.000 We've got to wake up as many people as we can now.

00:48:54.000 Civilization and humanity and creativity and the family is all on the line right now.

00:49:00.000 And you know, after I interviewed Rick, I then found out in retrospect that the guy had been out there sniping at me, and that just hurt my feelings.

00:49:06.000 I was trying to keep him out of trouble.

00:49:08.000 I was trying to keep the people who were involved with him from getting into a bunch of trouble.

00:49:12.000 I mean, nobody who works for me has ever gotten in any trouble, knock on wood, as they say.

00:49:17.000 I'm trying to change people's minds, to get people outside the box, to get them to think for themselves.

00:49:23.000 I'm not a knitting circle or an intramural scrimmage league.

00:49:29.000 We're fighting this Death Star System or like a bunch of X-Wings going in against it. 0.97

00:49:36.000 And I'm focusing on the guns on the towers and the TIE fighters shooting at us.

00:49:41.000 I'm not going to focus on the fact that one of the pilots beside me going in against the Death Star may not have his targeting on properly or may not know how to evade the enemy.

00:49:52.000 I've got to focus on attacking the major system that's in front of me orbiting the planet at maximum velocity about to fire on the moon on the far side.

00:50:02.000 Again, we're down to the wire here, folks.

00:50:05.000 I'm getting shot at from every angle.

00:50:08.000 As they say, when you're over the target, you get flack.

00:50:10.000 That's how you know you're over the target.

00:50:13.000 So not on my show, Larry.

00:50:16.000 And Larry, you don't have to call him with a fake name to get on my show.

00:50:20.000 You want to talk about the New World Order, you're welcome to do it. 1.00

00:50:22.000 But you want to talk about other shows on this network, it's just not going to happen.

00:50:26.000 Because we're too few in the leadership positions Again, going in against this Death Star.

00:50:34.000 To use the Star Wars analogy.

00:50:36.000 We're going to come back and I'm going to cover a smattering of other key news.

00:50:40.000 Then we'll get into the partial birth abortion debate. 0.63

00:50:43.000 Did this ban really do anything?

00:50:45.000 Or is it a sab to make conservatives think Bush is doing a good job?

00:50:50.000 That's coming up as well.

00:54:07.000 We have David Brownloeb who says that the partial birth abortion ban, it really isn't

00:54:14.000 a ban at all. From News With Views coming on.

00:54:24.000 And we have scheduled Douglas Johnson, the Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee, and going back over our notes, we have had them on several times in the past.

00:54:34.000 We're pro-life.

00:54:37.000 We've now been told that the Right to Life group went and looked at my website, which is just AP, Reuters, bills, documents, and we just have on the site that we were going to have a discussion of this and find out what's really going on, and I'm told that they saw the website and cancelled.

00:54:54.000 Isn't that interesting?

00:54:55.000 I bet they go on a socialist show or a liberal show, I mean, a neocon show.

00:55:02.000 I just want to have them on to get their take on this.

00:55:06.000 We're supportive.

00:55:07.000 But I guess from a true conservative position, maybe they don't want to talk to me.

00:55:14.000 I don't know.

00:55:16.000 But my wife, who's my producer for this radio show, the webmaster of InfoWars.com, is on the phone, I'm told, with their office.

00:55:25.000 I know we have a lot of members of this group as listeners, the National Live2Life Committee, And if they don't come on, maybe you should politely call them and ask why they wouldn't come on the show.

00:55:36.000 We're trying to find out if this really bans partial birth abortion, or what it does, we wanted to have a discussion.

00:55:42.000 It really was going to be a discussion, not even a debate.

00:55:44.000 I guess you could call it a debate, but just to flesh this out, as I said yesterday, to come to some type of consensus with the experts.

00:55:53.000 But I don't know.

00:55:56.000 We've got the bill here, we've got the articles, and we're going to go over this in the next hour.

00:56:00.000 I hope the National Right to Life Committee will come on.

00:56:03.000 We've got a bunch of phone callers here.

00:56:04.000 Jerry and Wolfgang and Ann and others will get to you here in a few minutes too.

00:56:08.000 Before I do that, Police State 3 Total Enslavement's been out for a few months.

00:56:12.000 It's an amazing film.

00:56:13.000 It covers what the New World Order is, what the neocons are up to, how they're calling for a New World Order, what PENAC called for, Homeland Security, Patriot Act 1 and 2, Ashcroft's lies, how the Patriot Act's being used for common crimes, government-run white slavery rings, gun control, foreign troops, concentration camps, the Casual Society control grid.

00:56:31.000 Two hours, forty minutes long.

00:56:33.000 The new film, Matrix of Evil's out.

00:56:35.000 Two hours, ten minutes.

00:56:36.000 With Congressman Ron Paul, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, Frank Morales, police state expert.

00:56:40.000 Colonel Craig Roberts, New World Order expert.

00:56:42.000 Excerpts of three of my speeches, some of my best speeches in the last six months.

00:56:46.000 It's an amazing new film, Matrix of Evil.

00:56:48.000 I hope you'll go to InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com and watch the trailers of the video clips of the films and hopefully be moved to order them.

00:56:56.000 That also supports the show and then make copies of them and get them out to people.

00:57:00.000 The toll-free number to order the videos is 1-888-253-3139.

00:57:06.000 You want a great book that tells the New World Order's criminal activities in the modern era, you need to get Order Out of Chaos by Paul Watson that I published.

00:57:17.000 Or my book, Sentinel Tyranny.

00:57:19.000 So again, 1-888-253-3139.

00:57:19.000 Again, 1-888-253-3139.

00:57:25.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:57:30.000 Or just write to me, Alex Jones at 3001 South Lamar, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 787.

00:57:38.000 And that's how you get the videos or the books and also support this show.

00:57:49.000 I'm very concerned that Douglas Johnson would cancel because, quote, he saw the website, what I was told by my wife, when We're wanting to know if the partial birth abortion ban really does something.

00:58:03.000 And wouldn't come on and tell us this?

00:58:04.000 That's very, very interesting.

00:58:08.000 But we'll see if he comes on.

00:58:10.000 We hope he does.

00:58:10.000 We're going to come back in the next five minute segment and go to Jerry and Wolfgang and Ann real quick, then we'll go to our guest.

00:58:17.000 Some of the news that's coming up after that, U.S.

00:58:19.000 makes weather control powder, Michigan control the weather, Bush cheers, gay church. 0.98

00:58:24.000 After marriage week, attempts to please family advocates, homosexuals baffle. 1.00

00:58:29.000 Both groups.

00:58:30.000 Lockyer tells of new allegation of Schwarzenegger groping just last year.

00:58:36.000 Black boxes in your cars, what they're up to.

00:58:38.000 New York District denies birth of Jesus displays, because it's not historical.

00:58:43.000 Devices that read human thought to be deployed against you and your family.

00:58:47.000 It's all coming up.

00:58:48.000 So we got a big two hours lined up for you.

00:58:51.000 And I'm going to intersperse some of this news when we come back from breaks, even while we have these guests on and we're doing this interview.

00:58:57.000 So second and third hour coming up.

00:58:58.000 Stay with us.

00:59:00.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Elements.

00:59:04.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

00:59:07.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in the...

00:59:11.000 This is the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:18.000 Big Brother.

00:59:27.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:29.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:31.000 You want answers?

00:59:33.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:33.000 He's Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:38.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:43.000 Alright, my friends, already into the second hour, we talked about how the government grew by 27% in the last two years, over 12% this year, outstripping the growth in gross domestic product, Coming up, U.S.

00:59:58.000 government admits they have weather-controlled technologies, BBC.

01:00:02.000 We'll get into more groping allegations by the Gropenführer.

01:00:06.000 That's what they call a governor in Austria, Gropenführer.

01:00:08.000 I think the name fits.

01:00:10.000 If it fits, use it.

01:00:12.000 We've got David Brownloeb, who's a writer and pro-life activist, who says the partial birth abortion ban really doesn't do anything.

01:00:18.000 It's a hollow victory.

01:00:20.000 And I've had him on before, the National Right to Life Committee.

01:00:24.000 They saw the website, I guess the AP and Reuters articles, that scared them.

01:00:28.000 And they said, well, we're not coming on.

01:00:30.000 We wanted to find out what their view is on this partial birth abortion ban, but we've got callers calling in saying this group is controlled by Bush.

01:00:37.000 We'll go to Joanne in Texas and others once our guests are on in the next segment.

01:00:40.000 So, we're going to have a discussion of this.

01:00:43.000 Right now, let's take calls.

01:00:45.000 Let's talk to Jerry in Wisconsin.

01:00:48.000 Jerry, you're on the air.

01:00:48.000 Go ahead.

01:00:49.000 Yeah, hi Alex.

01:00:50.000 How's it going?

01:00:52.000 I was just wondering on the global, that group that's trying to control everything there, what's really keeping them from, I mean, what's really preventing them from, I mean, keeping them in power there?

01:01:14.000 I mean, they come out, you know, telling the people that they're going to eliminate like 85 or 90 percent of the population.

01:01:22.000 I'm wondering what's keeping them afloat.

01:01:23.000 I realize like the Rothschilds got like over a hundred trillion dollars and stuff, but the money goes only so far when it comes to the personal protection.

01:01:36.000 Okay, these families, these criminal enterprises, these syndicates founded all the major universities, Yale, Princeton.

01:01:44.000 They control the Rhodes Scholars, they control the institutions, they own the machines that print the money. 0.92

01:01:50.000 And they're very good at putting puppets out there, controlling a false left-right debate.

01:01:54.000 They've owned all the major newspapers for at least the last 95 years.

01:01:59.000 This is where they get their power, sir.

01:02:00.000 I mean, there were emperors and kings and strongmen that had control and would pass on their power for hundreds of years.

01:02:06.000 The globalists are now just a more sophisticated model of tyranny.

01:02:12.000 And so that's the world norm, not the world exception.

01:02:16.000 And that's how they've held on to power.

01:02:17.000 I mean, they're holding on to power right out in front of you.

01:02:21.000 Okay, thanks Alex, appreciate it.

01:02:22.000 Thank you, it's a really good question, I appreciate it.

01:02:25.000 Anne, in New Mexico, go ahead, you're on the air.

01:02:29.000 In New Mexico?

01:02:30.000 Yes.

01:02:31.000 Good morning.

01:02:32.000 Good morning.

01:02:33.000 Oh, I agree with what you're saying, and I'm happy to see you encouraging your listeners to take action based on real information.

01:02:43.000 That is the will to act.

01:02:46.000 Alex, can I read a quote?

01:02:48.000 Last night I was reading this booklet and almost fell out of my chair.

01:02:51.000 Sure, what's the quote?

01:02:52.000 It's Hitler. 0.91

01:02:54.000 He said, a new age of magic interpretation of the world is coming, of interpretation in terms of the will and not of the intelligence.

01:03:03.000 And isn't that what they're doing?

01:03:05.000 They're just Raw will.

01:03:07.000 He wanted to switch off the thinking process.

01:03:09.000 The priest of power, as George Orwell has O'Brien say while he's torturing Winston, and switching off the thinking process is what it's all about.

01:03:18.000 He was obsessed with the occult.

01:03:21.000 Listen to this, and this is what he also says, quote, what you tell people in the mass in a receptive state of fanatic devotion will remain.

01:03:31.000 Words received under a hypnotic influence are radical Yeah, talking about mind control, that is a Hitler quote. 0.87

01:03:41.000 I've read that.

01:03:42.000 I fell out of my chair.

01:03:45.000 And basically what's happening now is raw will.

01:03:48.000 They're just running over everybody.

01:03:50.000 And if we don't stay awake and resist the programming, we're going to fall into it.

01:03:56.000 Well, I mean, it's like every day they say, oh, we're going to put microchips in all of you.

01:04:00.000 It's good.

01:04:01.000 Think of how bizarre that is.

01:04:02.000 But they say we're weird for being against it.

01:04:05.000 I mean, it's just raw will just throwing it in our face until we just basically burn out psychologically.

01:04:12.000 Great points, Ann.

01:04:13.000 Call back anytime.

01:04:14.000 I appreciate your fine points.

01:04:15.000 We're going to come back with our guest and we'll go to Kelly and Joanne and others.

01:04:19.000 We'll talk about this partial birth abortion ban.

01:07:29.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:31.000 You want answers?

01:07:32.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:33.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:38.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:45.000 Alright folks, a couple of weeks ago they passed a partial birth abortion ban. 0.81

01:07:50.000 George W. Bush signed it last week.

01:07:54.000 And it does restrict at least One type of partial birth abortion procedure, or the one that was most widely known about taking the baby's head out of the woman's body, sucking its brains out, crushing its skull.

01:08:06.000 Very barbarous, and I'm glad that happened, but again, there are many other ways to kill a baby in the last month of pregnancy, in the last three months of pregnancy, in the third trimester, many ways to still crush its skull and take it out.

01:08:21.000 According to the bill I have here right in front of me, David Brownlow of News With Views had written several articles about this, and I tend to agree with his analysis of what's going on here.

01:08:35.000 And so I wanted to have a discussion of this with another organization that we respect, and that's the National Right to Life Committee, and Douglas Johnson, federal legislative director.

01:08:48.000 And I've had this group on before over the last few years, and we've been supportive of what they're doing.

01:08:52.000 I have a lot of listeners that are members of it.

01:08:55.000 And then we got a call this morning that Mr. Johnson was going to cancel because he saw something on the site he didn't like, and I went to the site.

01:09:03.000 All it says is we're going to have a discussion between the author of the partial birth abortion scam, David Brownlow, a discussion, folks, and legislative, federal legislative director, the National Right to Life Committee, Douglas Johnson.

01:09:18.000 My wife was able to call him back and convince him to come on, but he said I'm going from what she said, that if he gets attacked or if it gets weird, he's going to hang up.

01:09:27.000 We weren't having him on here to sneak attack him or to tell him he's bad.

01:09:31.000 We just really want to have experts on and get different points of view on this.

01:09:35.000 That's all we're attempting to do.

01:09:36.000 We're glad he's coming back on.

01:09:38.000 He's still coming on the show here in about 20 minutes.

01:09:42.000 Probably won't change his mind in that period of time.

01:09:46.000 We've been consistent here for what we believe in, so we're having both points of view within the Right to Life movement on the show.

01:09:53.000 And we're going to go to some of your calls here, people on this subject, before we even get Douglas Johnson on.

01:10:00.000 And we may even continue this debate next week with other folks, because it's very, very important.

01:10:06.000 But David Brownlow, and I've read a lot of his articles, has done some really wonderful work.

01:10:14.000 David, tell us a little bit about yourself before we get into what your analysis is of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban.

01:10:23.000 Thanks, Alex.

01:10:23.000 Great to be on your show, too, by the way.

01:10:24.000 I appreciate the offer to come on.

01:10:27.000 I'm an engineer by trade.

01:10:29.000 I've been in the business world since 1979 when I got out of engineering school.

01:10:32.000 I've been involved in the pro-life movement since about 1981.

01:10:37.000 I've been thrown in jail before for blocking doors to abortion clinics, so I've kind of been fighting the life battle and most recently I ran for U.S.

01:10:46.000 Congress with the Constitution Party here in the Portland District, District 3 it's called in Oregon, and began to do a lot of research about what I thought I knew about government and about the pro-left movement and as you begin to evaluate The story behind what we see in the papers, it's quite a different story out there.

01:11:05.000 Like most things, as you point out, well, aren't quite as they seem.

01:11:09.000 And I found the same thing out to be true with, unfortunately, a lot of the pro-life activities, particularly in Congress, weren't quite what we thought they were.

01:11:20.000 Well, I don't know about the entire pro-life movement.

01:11:22.000 I've been to, I think, four or five pro-life demonstrations.

01:11:26.000 I've been threatened with arrest for being 100 feet away, folks.

01:11:30.000 And I have a lot of friends who've been in jail six months, who've been beaten by police.

01:11:35.000 We've aired this on television.

01:11:36.000 We've protested the mistreatment.

01:11:38.000 We've protested the ACLU for not taking up these cases.

01:11:41.000 So I'm not a super veteran like a lot of people, but I've championed the cause on the air and, you know, several times a month I have guests on on the subject and almost every week I cover articles concerning it.

01:11:53.000 I've had these pro-life organizations on.

01:11:56.000 What do you think about the statements of the National Right to Life Committee that this is a ban on partial birth abortion?

01:12:05.000 And why do you write the articles that say that this is all by the government, by Congress, is a scam?

01:12:11.000 Why do you say that?

01:12:13.000 Okay, and I'm not trying to pick a fight with National Right to Life or anybody else.

01:12:18.000 I guess what my point is If we're going to spend time and money on an effort, let's make sure it's going to bear some fruit.

01:12:24.000 And part of the problem is, few people have actually gone to trouble to read the exact text of these bills.

01:12:31.000 And what really got me going on the partial birth ban was actually back in March, when the Senate passed the original S3, their flavor of it, and they added a statement in there that was an absolute, solid reaffirmation of Roe v. Wade.

01:12:43.000 The sense of the Senate saying, we love Roe v. Wade, it's the law.

01:12:48.000 48 Republicans, which is unbelievable, every single one of them who ever said they were pro-life, signed that statement.

01:12:54.000 And the excuse was, well, it moves it forward, or the Democrats put that in, or blah, blah, blah.

01:12:58.000 Hey, man, you put your name on the line and said, I agree with this.

01:13:02.000 You signed a death warrant.

01:13:04.000 For millions of babies.

01:13:06.000 And all the excuses.

01:13:07.000 And they praised it back in March.

01:13:10.000 And I tried to get dialogue with everybody of the leaders in the pro-life movement, and, guys, you can't do this.

01:13:17.000 We can't agree this is a good thing to hopefully move things forward.

01:13:21.000 Well, then back, I want to say September, when it was between the House and Senate to get the bill worked out together, the Senate sent, effectively, a rebuke back to the House, because the House version took out the Roe v. Wade reaffirmation.

01:13:39.000 Unbelievable!

01:13:40.000 And that passed unanimously.

01:13:43.000 And they signed it.

01:13:44.000 These guys, and people don't want to say, A man's signature means nothing any longer.

01:13:48.000 Well, how do you deal with that?

01:13:50.000 Okay?

01:13:50.000 But when you sign a document that says, uh, Roe v. Wade was good, and the House shouldn't have taken Roe v. Wade out of their version of the partial birth control.

01:13:58.000 They're saying we have no plan of trying to restrict abortion more.

01:14:01.000 So what it means is, you're right, exactly.

01:14:03.000 It means, okay, we'll give you this, pro-lifers.

01:14:05.000 It's kind of a ceasefire, like with the North Koreans. 0.78

01:14:10.000 It really is.

01:14:11.000 And then the next thing, too, think about this.

01:14:13.000 Okay, you mentioned very graphically what this thing bans, and the entire head of the child has to be out, or the entire, as they say, the fetal trunk past the navel has to be out for this killing to be illegal.

01:14:26.000 Which means that the fetal nose, or the fetal mouth, or the hair, or whatever, kill it that way.

01:14:31.000 So what we're really doing is, we aren't saying that the act of killing a child is wrong, we're saying that, well just make sure it's in the right spot if you're going to kill it.

01:14:39.000 So, effectively, first of all, my contention is, the way it's written, and if you read it, I think people would agree with me, an abortionist who's intent on killing a child for profit will find a way around this ban. 0.98

01:14:51.000 He will kill that kid if he wants to.

01:14:53.000 Well, you talk about how it's coordinates. 0.86

01:14:55.000 Now, we've got the text of the bill, we've got it posted on InfoWars.com, and your article and a link to the National Rights Alive Committee, and I've supported their work, by the way, we're glad you're coming on.

01:15:05.000 Absolutely.

01:15:07.000 I'm a little concerned that just by us saying we're going to have a discussion of the ban, that that would be somewhat upsetting.

01:15:14.000 I mean, I really want to find out the truth here.

01:15:18.000 You know, I've tried to dialogue, I've emailed all the leaders of all those groups, and I've said, what gives?

01:15:23.000 Help me through this thing here, because I don't see what you guys see here.

01:15:26.000 I don't see it will save any lives.

01:15:28.000 And I think what's really happened even more than that, we've spent now 10 years doing this debate, and 13 million kids have died by the garden Friday method failing scalding ripping apart the kids I mean you know okay we we sacrifice 13 million kids now for 10 years of doing nothing but this for this well people are hungry for a victory it's like a football team that keeps losing and wants to have a victory but I want to point out the polls have shifted the vast majority of Americans are now against abortion period when just five years ago they weren't so we are winning the battle in the hearts of minds but it's like

01:16:04.000 Illegal immigration. 1.00

01:16:04.000 Eighty-plus percent are against it, but the Republicans and the Democrats are moving for blanket legalization, and Senator Cornyn's calling this a victory, and neocons are telling me to shut up! 1.00

01:16:14.000 Let's have the guest worker program. 0.82

01:16:16.000 It's a victory when it's not a victory, but let's go over the bill before we go to some of these calls, because you've got the subsections.

01:16:23.000 Read those subsections to folks, David, and I'll be reading along with you here and why you think it doesn't really ban partial birth abortion.

01:16:30.000 Hey, I'll go to the actual text of the bill here.

01:16:35.000 Section 1531 of the S3 is where the meat of this bill is, and it defines the partial birth abortion.

01:16:42.000 A person performing the abortion that says, deliberately, unintentionally, vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire head is outside the body of the mother, or in the case of breach, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the mother, for the purpose of performing an overt act that the person knows will kill the partially delivered living fetus.

01:17:04.000 So, what that means is that they've now, and I say targeted coordinates, because it really is.

01:17:10.000 Now, I'm not a doctor, but I've actually, one of my friends has aired videos of this on TV and almost was arrested here locally in Austin.

01:17:20.000 Don't they generally, while the baby's head is in the vaginal canal, suck the brains out there and crush it? 1.00

01:17:26.000 So it generally doesn't take place outside, does it?

01:17:29.000 My understanding of it is, and I'm not an expert on the procedure because I try to avoid that type of thought, but yeah, they go in, the head can be crowned, and they crown the head, and then they, you know, I've got four kids, and you know what, when the head's all the way out of the baby, this baby's out.

01:17:43.000 It's gone.

01:17:44.000 It's out.

01:17:45.000 It's gonna be... Yeah, it takes about 10 seconds once the head gets past the cervix.

01:17:51.000 And they generally would want to make the head not there to be graphic here.

01:17:54.000 They don't want the head to come, they want to get the head crushed while it's still in.

01:17:57.000 So, this whole thing is... Well, that's, that's what, so... But this bill says, outside the woman, or is it, or is, or is, uh, outside the woman, meaning outside the, uh, the, uh, service.

01:18:10.000 Well, what this says is that Vagelin delivers, okay, and the entire head is outside the body of the mother.

01:18:16.000 So that's not even the general partial birth abortion procedure?

01:18:20.000 No, it really isn't.

01:18:22.000 And then the other thing, too, is the penalty is maybe two years in jail, so it says here, there's no penalty for the woman who does this to herself.

01:18:30.000 But the point is that a doctor, quote, okay, an abortionist, who's already A killer. 0.97

01:18:36.000 A psychopathic, you know, killer. 0.92

01:18:38.000 He's gonna worry if he missed, and he got the baby late. 0.99

01:18:42.000 He's gonna go run and confess his crime.

01:18:45.000 We have the cases where they get fully delivered and they drop them in buckets of water.

01:18:48.000 So, if you read this, now you and I could read this thing and say, well good, of course, of course it's good, you know.

01:18:54.000 But you can't read it like we're normal people.

01:18:55.000 You can't read it. 0.65

01:18:56.000 You've got to read it from the mind of a total wacko who does it for a living. 1.00

01:19:00.000 Well, it's like Patriot Act 2, Section 802, says it's for all the citizens.

01:19:04.000 People didn't want to believe that.

01:19:05.000 Now they're using it.

01:19:06.000 They twist this stuff.

01:19:08.000 Okay, stay there.

01:19:09.000 We're going to come back and talk more about this, take some calls, and we're going to get the folks on from the National Right to Life Committee and get their analysis of this.

01:21:20.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

01:21:27.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

01:21:35.000 Is this a flaw-free enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt Ensuring inflation and higher taxes.

01:21:43.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

01:22:25.000 With a reverse calorie diet, it's possible.

01:22:28.000 Every time you eat food, various organs such as your liver, spleen and stomach have to work to complete digestion.

01:22:34.000 For example, an ordinary piece of cake that has 300 calories may require only 25 calories to complete digestion.

01:22:41.000 But a reverse calorie food that contains 50 calories may require 100 calories to complete digestion, actually removing fat from your body.

01:22:49.000 Diets based on reverse calorie foods have resulted in amazing weight losses.

01:23:39.000 Alright, we're talking to David Brownlow, who has looked at this law,

01:23:45.000 looked at what it does, and feels from the evidence that it really isn't

01:23:50.000 a ban on partial birth abortion.

01:23:51.000 you Because from what I've read about the procedure,

01:23:55.000 And, uh, by the way, I've seen video of it.

01:23:57.000 It, uh, goes on while the baby's still in the mother. 0.60

01:24:01.000 And so they shifted the debate in Congress over to, well, when the head comes out, which it does sometimes, uh, killing it there.

01:24:07.000 So I guess it bans it in certain cases, uh, unless the doctor can claim and sign a sheet saying it threatened the life of the mother.

01:24:15.000 That's in there too.

01:24:17.000 But it's an important discussion to have because the globalists are good at giving us hollow victories.

01:24:23.000 Uh, David, let's take a call from Joanne in Texas.

01:24:26.000 Joanne, you're on the air with our guest.

01:24:28.000 Go ahead.

01:24:29.000 Thank you very much.

01:24:30.000 I totally agree with your guest, and I've been involved with the pro-life movement for about 20 years, and I was a big supporter of the National Right to Life Organization, until I learned that they do totally compromise.

01:24:45.000 And I still get their monthly magazine, and they absolutely love Bush.

01:24:50.000 And when I heard yesterday that you were going to have them on, I thought, well, I know what they're going to say.

01:24:54.000 They're going to say it's a wonderful bill.

01:24:56.000 And I think that part of this is just to keep Bush's pro-life voters.

01:25:02.000 And I just don't believe that Bush is pro-life, really.

01:25:06.000 Well, the Republicans have the legislature.

01:25:10.000 Right.

01:25:10.000 They have the executive.

01:25:12.000 They have the judicial.

01:25:13.000 We need to see a total ban.

01:25:14.000 That's right.

01:25:16.000 That's right.

01:25:18.000 You make a great point about Bush.

01:25:20.000 I did a little piece on Bush's pro-life-ness a while back.

01:25:24.000 There's no evidence he's even remotely pro-life.

01:25:26.000 And what this bill does is it gives these people who really aren't pro-life at all an excuse to say, hey, I'm pro-life, I signed your ban.

01:25:34.000 Right.

01:25:34.000 What's missing here, though, and this is probably the most damaging aspect, is it shifts the debate.

01:25:40.000 The fact is the federal government is the abortion protector in this country.

01:25:47.000 When I was arrested, in fact, in Austin, Texas, for blocking the door to an abortion clinic, the abortions didn't put me in jail.

01:25:54.000 The government put me in jail.

01:25:55.000 The government kangaroo court convicted us without a trial, basically.

01:26:00.000 And we've allowed the courts to take over authority for writing laws, which is totally against the Constitution.

01:26:06.000 Well, the states have still got their 10th Amendment, and murder is still murder at the state level, so it should be attacked there as well.

01:26:12.000 But let me add this, that again, I don't want, in our frustration, to sit here and blame the pro-life groups, because they're, you know...

01:26:19.000 Because, you're right, this is an evil Congress, whether it's Democrats or Republicans, or they would have already banned this thing.

01:26:25.000 Seven of the members, the vast majority of the Supreme Court, were put in by Republicans.

01:26:30.000 Where is the ban?

01:26:32.000 And then you look at the wording for this partial birth abortion ban, it restricts the procedure, but doesn't outright ban it.

01:26:38.000 I think that is clear.

01:26:41.000 Comments, Joanne or David?

01:26:44.000 Well, I think you're absolutely right.

01:26:46.000 And, uh, you know, another thing about Bush, when he was running for governor, that's when I became aware that he really wasn't pro-life because he went to a pro-abortion senator and asked her to present the parental notification bill in Texas.

01:27:00.000 And if you read that bill, it was not going to hold up.

01:27:04.000 And sure enough, just a few months ago in Florida, they overturned it.

01:27:07.000 And he used that to say that he was pro-life.

01:27:10.000 Well, I don't know about the big anti-abortion groups, but I know the NRA is Actively, you know, in federal court saying we're for the registration of all guns.

01:27:20.000 So again, we have these Trojan horses and, you know, in that culture in Washington, this tends to happen.

01:27:26.000 That's why we have to be no compromise.

01:27:27.000 We're the majority.

01:27:28.000 We're in the right.

01:27:30.000 It's against the law.

01:27:31.000 It's against the Bill of Rights.

01:27:32.000 We're going to find out with our guest, our next guest, we're going to keep David Brownlow on with us and try to get the take of the National Right to Life Committee But I appreciate your call, Joanne.

01:27:44.000 Thank you.

01:27:45.000 You bet.

01:27:46.000 We'll take more calls in the next segment.

01:27:49.000 Anything else you'd like to add, David?

01:27:51.000 Alex, if compromise and appeasement was an effective tool to fight abortion, we wouldn't have abortion any longer.

01:27:57.000 For 30 years, we've accommodated, we want to get along, we wanted access to the power And it hasn't brought us any... Well, compromise means that we give in.

01:28:08.000 Right.

01:28:08.000 Exactly.

01:28:09.000 They never give in.

01:28:10.000 Exactly.

01:28:10.000 But I think the view here is that they've finally given an inch here.

01:28:15.000 An inch.

01:28:17.000 And so, I mean, it is a victory in that they've at least had to respond.

01:28:22.000 But if it's used as a salve to stall out the pro-life movement when it's reaching a majority proportions, Uh, then it's a bad thing.

01:28:30.000 It takes the pressure off us, too.

01:28:31.000 People will think, well, we're making progress, we're going down that road, and do the numbers.

01:28:36.000 Uh, the estimates are 2,000 to 3,000 of these are killed per year, which is a tragedy.

01:28:40.000 Well, what is Bush doing about the Clinton laws for racketeering against pro-lifers?

01:28:46.000 Nothing.

01:28:48.000 Absolutely nothing.

01:28:49.000 I mean, that's a Justice Department policy.

01:28:51.000 Saying, you're an organized criminal, you protest an abortion clinic.

01:28:53.000 Why hasn't he gotten rid of that?

01:28:55.000 Why'd he sign on to UNESCO?

01:28:57.000 Stay there, David Brownlaw.

01:28:58.000 We'll be back with you and hopefully Douglas Johnson, Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee.

01:31:44.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power power outages. We listened. After 9-11, you asked us to

01:31:51.000 develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents. Again, we listened.

01:31:56.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by

01:32:02.000 Americans, and made in America. Get the Berkey Light, the American water filter, for only $259 by

01:32:08.000 calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:32:14.000 toll-free 888-803-4438.

01:32:18.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

01:32:25.000 Folks, we're back live here.

01:32:29.000 We're trying to get both of our guests lined up here.

01:32:33.000 And on air, and I'm just trying to find out what this partial birth abortion ban really does.

01:32:38.000 I'm really searching for the truth.

01:32:40.000 We got David Brownlow, who wrote a news article, and I respect his work, saying that it really doesn't ban anything.

01:32:47.000 And then we've got the National Right to Life Committee saying that it does.

01:32:50.000 I mean, it's obviously a victory in that the government's having to at least respond in this case.

01:32:56.000 And let's go ahead and go to Douglas Johnson.

01:33:00.000 Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee.

01:33:04.000 And Mr. Johnson, thanks for coming on the show, sir.

01:33:10.000 All righty, folks.

01:33:12.000 Again, we're bringing up our guest.

01:33:15.000 Do we have him now?

01:33:18.000 All right.

01:33:20.000 What we're going to do is we're going to let David Brownlow go, because we obviously can't get two people up on air off these lines for some reason.

01:33:27.000 And we're going to get Douglas Johnson on that line.

01:33:31.000 Okay.

01:33:34.000 Do that.

01:33:35.000 Go ahead and take care of that.

01:33:36.000 Thank you.

01:33:39.000 Again, folks, we are attempting to get the guest up on the show.

01:33:46.000 And we will do that here in just a few minutes.

01:33:49.000 And I know we have loaded phones, people wanting to discuss this issue.

01:33:52.000 When it rains, it pours.

01:33:55.000 And Douglas Johnson was nice enough to come on the show.

01:33:58.000 I'm told we do have him, though we're not able to get his audio through.

01:34:02.000 And I just would like to know the course of action we're going to take on this issue here today on this show.

01:34:14.000 But you know what?

01:34:17.000 I'll just leave it at that then, won't I?

01:34:22.000 Because, well, It's very frustrating, folks.

01:34:28.000 Very frustrating.

01:34:30.000 But, again, David Brownlow has written the article where he says that it doesn't really ban it, and I'm looking at the bill here, and it restricts it if the baby's head is outside of the womb.

01:34:45.000 But it doesn't restrict it if the baby is still there in the vaginal canal.

01:34:54.000 And it's a horrible subject to have to talk about, but it's going on.

01:34:57.000 And now we have this culture of death that has expanded out into many other areas.

01:35:07.000 We have this culture of death where they now want to get rid of people who aren't even in vegetative states.

01:35:11.000 We have the Dr. Peter Singers at Princeton saying that old people and retarded children and people who are handicapped or a subhuman.

01:35:21.000 And so we see this growing and growing and growing.

01:35:24.000 Hey, Vince, what's going on, bud?

01:35:28.000 Okay, fantastic.

01:35:30.000 I tell you what we're going to do is we're going to bring, we have new folks around the show, actually some training and the main folks were gone and don't know how to get two calls up at the same time, I'm sorry.

01:35:40.000 Let's bring David Brownlow back up on the show.

01:35:44.000 If we're able to get him, can we get him on or?

01:35:46.000 I'm here.

01:35:47.000 Good, good to have you there.

01:35:49.000 This never happens I guess once in a blue moon and we're dealing with it today and I apologize to our other guest there.

01:35:58.000 Douglas Johnson, we'll be getting to you, sir, as we blast out coast-to-coast on AM and FM stations, shortwave internet, and the satellite.

01:36:08.000 What are some of the questions you think that we should ask Douglas Johnson?

01:36:14.000 I guess the question is, what are we going to do to fundamentally attack the premise here that the taking of a human life is wrong?

01:36:21.000 We're nibbling at the far, far edges of the problem.

01:36:24.000 We aren't really dealing with a core problem.

01:36:27.000 In several aspects, we're letting this thing go through, which is fine.

01:36:30.000 I'm not against these guys doing their work.

01:36:32.000 I mean, I appreciate their dedication.

01:36:34.000 But what's the endgame here for us?

01:36:36.000 And how long will it take?

01:36:37.000 30 more years?

01:36:38.000 Another 44 million kids? 0.87

01:36:39.000 I mean, what is our strategy here?

01:36:41.000 The next thing is, we've got to talk about the government.

01:36:45.000 Our government, our Republican Congress, is in charge now.

01:36:49.000 And we're letting it continue.

01:36:51.000 And by pacifying these people, and throwing praise their way, We're enabling them to continue down this path.

01:36:59.000 And everything, not just this.

01:37:00.000 You know, there's a lot of other issues.

01:37:02.000 Okay, we now have, we fixed our technical problem, thank the good Lord, and we now have Douglas Johnson.

01:37:08.000 I appreciate holding the last seven minutes.

01:37:10.000 Mr. Johnson is the Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee, and we appreciate you coming on, sir.

01:37:16.000 We just wanted to find out what, because you're an expert on this, what your take on the whole situation is.

01:37:22.000 Yeah, let me address a couple of the issues that have been raised.

01:37:24.000 I wasn't able to listen to everything that has gone before, but I think I heard A few minutes ago, Mr. Brownlaw would say that the President had signed the bill containing an affirmation of Roe vs. Wade.

01:37:35.000 Is that right?

01:37:35.000 Did he say that?

01:37:36.000 No, I did not.

01:37:37.000 No, he's saying that they put the sense of the Senate in the bill.

01:37:41.000 Yeah, well, it's not in the bill anymore, and everybody knew it was going to be taken out.

01:37:44.000 He said it was taken out in the House.

01:37:46.000 What he was saying is, how dare 40-plus Senators sign onto this?

01:37:49.000 Well, of course, that didn't happen, and right away, you should ask Is that plausible that 93-0 the Senate would endorse Roe v. Wade?

01:37:57.000 Of course it's not plausible.

01:37:58.000 It didn't happen.

01:38:00.000 And that whole analysis just reflects a complete misunderstanding of the procedures of the U.S.

01:38:04.000 Senate.

01:38:04.000 Okay, break it down for us.

01:38:06.000 Well, but I'd rather talk about the bill.

01:38:09.000 But anybody who thinks the Senate voted 93-0 for Roe v. Wade, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn.

01:38:14.000 I can tell you that the Senate is narrowly in favor of Roe v. Wade, regrettably, 53-47.

01:38:19.000 But when you see a claim That they unanimously endorsed Roe, you should right away know that there's something wrong with the analysis.

01:38:27.000 But let's step back for a minute.

01:38:28.000 I mean, it's been 30 years since Roe vs. Wade.

01:38:32.000 And for the first 20-some of those years, most Americans never heard anything specific about abortion procedures.

01:38:39.000 And why not?

01:38:40.000 Because of what we call the media filter.

01:38:42.000 Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, Brokaw, people like that were not interested in transmitting any concrete information about abortion to the American people.

01:38:52.000 And they control the gateways for the most part, although less nowadays.

01:38:58.000 And frame the entire issue in terms of women's rights, autonomy, and so forth. 0.81

01:39:03.000 Most people never understood fully what the argument is about.

01:39:07.000 It wasn't until the Republicans took over the House in the 1994 election, and pro-life lawmakers took over key chairmanships, that any type of pro-life legislation could even be considered beyond Very narrow proposals, such as the Hyde Amendment.

01:39:23.000 Very restricted in the type of legislation that could be considered.

01:39:29.000 And so this was the first major pro-life bill, and what did this bill do, among other things?

01:39:34.000 It penetrated the media filter.

01:39:37.000 It showed millions and millions of Americans, for the first time, something specific about abortion.

01:39:43.000 Yes, about a specific method, and there were good reasons for singling out this method for a discrete bill.

01:39:51.000 And that has had an effect.

01:39:52.000 You referred a few minutes ago, Mr. Jones, to the movement in the polls in recent years.

01:39:56.000 Well, there's a lot of evidence that that movement relates, in large part, although not entirely, to the national debate over partial birth abortion.

01:40:05.000 Because once people started finding out something specific about abortion, such as shown in these drawings, these medically accurate drawings that are now up on your website, And also on our website at nrlc.org.

01:40:18.000 So abortion wasn't just a black box that no one understood, they got to see it?

01:40:22.000 Well I don't say no one, but there are an awful lot of people who never heard anything except the slogans.

01:40:28.000 And all of a sudden something penetrated that smoke screen of euphemisms and they said, hey that's a baby!

01:40:35.000 And we said, well this is in the fifth and sixth month.

01:40:38.000 These are done by the thousands and this is just one way they do them.

01:40:41.000 We have never said that ethically This is different from other methods of abortion, but there are some distinctions which made it appropriate to target with legislation.

01:40:52.000 We can go into that if you like.

01:40:54.000 It has never been proposed as any kind of panacea.

01:40:57.000 It is a targeted bill, which has already done enormous good in opening a lot of people's eyes, not just to the brutality of this method, but Of other methods.

01:41:08.000 Because what's one of the things that the opponents of this bill say, the abortionists who are now challenging it in court, they say, well, we don't fully understand this definition.

01:41:17.000 You know, we think this might apply to these other methods.

01:41:19.000 Well, what are they?

01:41:20.000 Well, for example, when we reach in with our forceps and pull a leg out of the womb and then we rip it off and we can look on the ultrasound, they say, and we can see that the fetus's heart is still beating in there.

01:41:31.000 So is that a partial birth abortion? 0.99

01:41:34.000 And these are the kind of things that people need to understand better.

01:41:37.000 Sir, let me just jump in here for a second.

01:41:40.000 I've got the language of the bill here, and am I incorrect in saying that many of the partial birth abortions are done while the baby is still in the vaginal canal, and so this only bans part of the partial birth abortions?

01:41:51.000 Well, this is a legal term of art in the bill that more than half the states pass bans on partial birth abortions, and regrettably, By a 5-4 decision, the five justices of the Supreme Court struck those down three years ago.

01:42:05.000 And they did that on two grounds.

01:42:06.000 One of them is they said they were confused.

01:42:08.000 They weren't sure that the definition was clear enough.

01:42:10.000 They were worried, these five justices, that the ban might apply to these procedures I've just referenced where the baby is dismembered.

01:42:18.000 And they said they wouldn't want that.

01:42:19.000 So Congress rewrote that to make it even more explicit.

01:42:23.000 They have done everything now That they could do to make it as clear as possible.

01:42:28.000 They've done everything.

01:42:29.000 Okay, well make it clear for us.

01:42:30.000 Alright, I'm about to do it.

01:42:32.000 But if anybody looks at those medical drawings at nrlc.org, or they're on your website now as well, that's what this describes.

01:42:42.000 That it's a partial birth abortion if the baby is delivered, if feet first, and that's usually the way it's done, feet first, until The baby's body is outside the body of the mother, past the navel of the baby.

01:42:58.000 So they have said, Judge, we've been absolutely explicit.

01:43:01.000 We've drawn a bright line, as they say in the law.

01:43:04.000 Now, if any abortion doctor thinks, well, I can get around that by just delivering the baby head first, it says no.

01:43:08.000 It's also a partial birth abortion covered by the ban if the head is entirely outside the mother.

01:43:16.000 Now, there's a lot of other kinds of abortions, absolutely. 1.00

01:43:19.000 This bill is addressed to that.

01:43:21.000 That it does not, we hope, anymore leave the option of these judges of saying they don't know what's being talked about.

01:43:26.000 The Congress has done everything to take that medical drawing and paste it into the bill.

01:43:30.000 Okay, Douglas Johnson, Federal Legislative Director for the National Right to Life Committee.

01:43:35.000 This is all we wanted you to come on the show.

01:43:37.000 We're not antagonistic and I'm curious why looking at InfoWars.com you were reconsidering not coming on the show.

01:43:43.000 We just wanted to hear what you had to say about this.

01:43:45.000 Thanks for raising that point because what The observation I made earlier to the Booker was not about what you have displayed on your website now, but about what you had displayed on it this morning, which was just a one-sided attack.

01:43:58.000 It was the name of the headline of David Brownlow's article, The Partial Birth Abortion Scam.

01:44:04.000 I remarked, we've really got our hands full right now fighting off the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and all of their hosts and resources, and we have limited time to get in arguments like this with people who think that this is Not productive.

01:44:17.000 I think most people who follow the abortion issue, particularly at the grassroots level, have found that this is enormously productive.

01:44:23.000 Well, sir, we've had callers calling in who day one were saying they had problems.

01:44:29.000 We're trying to address this and find out what's going on.

01:44:31.000 Let's let David Brownlow comment.

01:44:33.000 David, comments?

01:44:34.000 Yeah, sure.

01:44:36.000 We aren't attacking anybody here or questioning motives.

01:44:39.000 We're questioning tactics.

01:44:41.000 But I would like to clarify a point.

01:44:42.000 The facts are clear about the Republican Senate in March of 2003.

01:44:48.000 48 of them signed a bill that said Roe v. Wade was a good thing.

01:44:53.000 You can't deny that happened.

01:44:54.000 They signed it.

01:44:55.000 The Democrats put the amendment in the bill, but the bill is a finished product.

01:45:00.000 These guys find it, and again... They did not.

01:45:02.000 That's nonsense.

01:45:03.000 That's nonsense. 0.94

01:45:05.000 That's absolute nonsense.

01:45:07.000 Sir, I've been working with Congress for over 20 years, and you don't know what you're talking about.

01:45:12.000 That was a vote to go to conference, and everybody on both sides, from Barbara Boxer to the National Abortion Rights Action League, to everybody on our side, knew as soon as it got to conference We were going to get rid of that Roe vs. White amendment, and that's what happened.

01:45:27.000 Everybody here understood that.

01:45:28.000 Just let me finish.

01:45:29.000 September 17th.

01:45:31.000 This is not against you.

01:45:32.000 This is against the Republicans in the Senate.

01:45:35.000 September 17th, there was a motion called to disagree to the amendment of the House to S.3.

01:45:42.000 It passed 93-0, which was He favored that.

01:45:46.000 Don't you understand we had to do that to get it to conference so we could take out... I understand what you're saying, but we're having people that are signing things that they disagree with, which is wrong to start off with.

01:45:59.000 That's not what happened.

01:45:59.000 You don't understand the procedures.

01:46:01.000 You're outside your competence here.

01:46:03.000 Ninety-three Senators didn't vote to endorse Roe vs. Wade.

01:46:07.000 There are 53 who support Roe.

01:46:09.000 We wanted to go to conference.

01:46:11.000 Do you understand?

01:46:11.000 We wanted to go to conference so we could... that it was the only way To clean up the bill and get it to the President, and that's what happened.

01:46:18.000 Okay, here's the question.

01:46:19.000 Here's the next question, and I've got to throw this out.

01:46:21.000 It's so important.

01:46:22.000 The Republicans have the Supreme Court.

01:46:25.000 They have the legislature, the House and Senate.

01:46:28.000 They have the executive.

01:46:29.000 Where is the outright ban on abortion?

01:46:31.000 Why isn't the Supreme Court upholding that?

01:46:34.000 Why aren't they passing that law?

01:46:36.000 Well, we're not here to defend every Republican.

01:46:40.000 There are pro-abortion Republicans, and there are some pro-life Democrats in the Congress.

01:46:43.000 We don't have enough senators right now who agree with us on the pro-life issue.

01:46:47.000 I just said there are 53 senators who really do support Roe vs. Wade.

01:46:50.000 Not 93, but 53, and that's a majority.

01:46:53.000 And that's problem number one.

01:46:55.000 So to pass anything, we have to be able to persuade some senators who support Roe vs. Wade that nevertheless they should go along with the particular measure.

01:47:02.000 How can that be when the poll numbers have been reversed?

01:47:06.000 I guess they just don't care what their constituents want.

01:47:07.000 That's a good question, but you see, poll numbers are not What drive votes in the Senate necessarily?

01:47:13.000 There has to be an accountability at the polls, the election polls.

01:47:18.000 And where that occurs, then you begin to see change.

01:47:21.000 And we have seen change.

01:47:23.000 We have things happening now that have not happened before, but look what's happening right now in the Senate.

01:47:28.000 You have, on judicial nominations, a majority in favor of jurists who will take a constructionist view of the law, and yet you have a minority Obstructing them in a way never before.

01:47:41.000 Okay, you've been up there for decades, Mr. Johnson.

01:47:44.000 What's going to happen with abortion? 1.00

01:47:48.000 Well, it depends on what's going to happen at the polls, but in the short term, we think that there are some other things that are feasible within the political realities that I've just described, with having a majority of the Senate for Roe vs. Wade.

01:48:01.000 And I think one of those things is what's called Lacey and Conner's Law, or the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, that would make it clear That's a human being.

01:48:10.000 That when a criminal attacks a pregnant woman, commits a federal crime in which a pregnant woman is a victim, he's really claimed two victims.

01:48:17.000 And that sets the precedent.

01:48:19.000 That is not the case right now in federal law.

01:48:21.000 If Lacey Peterson had been, let's say, a captain in the army and that crime had occurred on a military base, that would have been regarded in federal military law as a single homicide.

01:48:31.000 Mr. Johnson, I want to shift gears here.

01:48:33.000 You know, we're not attacking you, but Mr. Brownlow, you said he's outside of his competency.

01:48:39.000 When he talks about Senate procedures, he simply does... Well, I think he makes a legitimate point, though, to just get it into committee, to still sign that. 0.99

01:48:46.000 People, as you said, are ignorant. 0.76

01:48:47.000 They can hold that up and go, we had a vote on the sense of the Senate. 0.99

01:48:51.000 They support Roe v. Wade.

01:48:52.000 I mean, can't you see his point?

01:48:54.000 I understand what he's saying, but he's wrong.

01:48:56.000 That's not what happened.

01:48:57.000 Nobody signed anything.

01:49:00.000 Rick Santorum, the chief sponsor of the bill, and everybody on our side, voted to send it to the committee where it had to go to clean it up and get it to the president, and that's what happened.

01:49:10.000 Aren't there procedures to get the House to override the Senate? 0.93

01:49:14.000 This is the problem.

01:49:16.000 I couldn't hear.

01:49:16.000 Aren't there procedures where the House can override the Senate?

01:49:22.000 Well, no.

01:49:22.000 The two houses have to agree on a bill.

01:49:24.000 That's the way the system works in the Constitution.

01:49:26.000 They have to finally agree on the same text, and that's what happened.

01:49:29.000 It worked.

01:49:31.000 It worked.

01:49:32.000 If we had done what Mr. Braunlau was suggesting, the bill would be dead today.

01:49:38.000 Okay, well here's my point.

01:49:39.000 We have, as a Christian community, and pro-lifers in particular, we have voted for, generally speaking, for a block of voters, for Republicans.

01:49:49.000 And it's time to take a look back and say, what have we got for our commitment and our efforts and our money, frankly?

01:49:54.000 And you look at it and you say, there are No fewer abortions now than there were before we voted.

01:50:01.000 I tell you what, we've got one five-minute segment left.

01:50:03.000 I know both of you are busy.

01:50:04.000 I want to come back with Douglas Johnson and David Brownlow in one final quick segment.

01:50:09.000 I appreciate both of you coming on the show and discussing this because I want people to be able to make up their minds.

01:50:16.000 There's been a discussion of this.

01:50:17.000 Stay right there.

01:50:18.000 We'll be right back.

01:50:22.000 Hey, John Statman here, and I have a question for you.

01:51:43.000 That's why this revolutionary new technology is a bit expensive.

01:52:22.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my most comprehensive documentary

01:52:26.000 exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet. 0.60

01:52:30.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

01:52:35.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

01:52:41.000 Witness in horror the execution of the September 11th attacks and the ensuing whitewash.

01:52:46.000 The cashless society control grid, implantable microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

01:52:53.000 soil, the U.S.A.

01:52:54.000 Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

01:52:58.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the masters of terror.

01:53:00.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

01:53:07.000 Order online now at InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com or by calling 1-888-253-3139.

01:53:12.000 1-888-253-3139. That's 888-253-3139.

01:53:39.000 This is a very complex debate and a very, very serious issue.

01:53:43.000 And we're going to discuss it more next week.

01:53:47.000 And in the next hour, I'm going to take your calls on the subject and get your take on it.

01:53:50.000 But we're talking to a writer for News With Views, David Brownlow, who I really appreciate his work and the questions he's asking.

01:53:57.000 Asking questions and looking at this bill is very important.

01:54:02.000 I think it all hinges on the fact that Douglas Johnson, federal legislative director, The National Right to Life Committee has been up on the hill for years.

01:54:10.000 It all hinges on the fact that he's saying this term from past court cases with the Supreme Court about partial birth abortion.

01:54:19.000 Pigeonholes the abortionist to where they can't carry this procedure out. 0.69

01:54:25.000 I'm not a doctor.

01:54:26.000 You know what?

01:54:26.000 I'm going to try to have some doctors, maybe some of the abortionists that are no longer abortionists, on.

01:54:32.000 That's what I'll do.

01:54:33.000 I'm going to set some people up on that subject, and I'm going to talk to doctors on this show, and I'm going to find out.

01:54:38.000 Because I'm not a doctor.

01:54:40.000 And I have seen video of this stuff, I've seen the graphics of this, but you're saying, Douglas Johnson, that this will stop partial birth abortion.

01:54:50.000 You're saying this is going to knock it out cold.

01:54:52.000 What's described in the bill, and you've read the definition and people can go to the website at nrlc.org or to your website and see it graphically accurately depicted, that is prohibited under this bill.

01:55:03.000 Now there are lots of other things they can do to unborn babies that are just as bad, but let me get Come back to the main point here, that this has had an impact on public consciousness about abortion like nothing else we've done in 30 years.

01:55:18.000 And the gentleman said a minute ago, Mr. Brownell said a minute ago, that the number of abortions is the same.

01:55:23.000 It's not true.

01:55:23.000 It's been dropping year by year.

01:55:26.000 And this corresponds to the movement of the polls.

01:55:29.000 And particularly encouraging is the growing pro-life sentiment among the younger age groups that shows up in poll after poll, to the extent that the New York Times recently did an article called Surprise, Mom, I'm anti-abortion.

01:55:41.000 About people in middle age or older finding out that their children don't share their pro-choice views.

01:55:47.000 Well that's because the pro-life folks like yourself, like Mr. Brownlow, have done a great job and have spoken out and have educated people.

01:55:57.000 I think Mr. Brownlow is also worried that this will allow kind of the heat to be off some of the neocons like Mr. Bush's wife, who is pro-abortion, and then of course Bush signing on to UNESCO that's out there pushing abortion.

01:56:09.000 How do you counter that?

01:56:11.000 Let me tell you what David Garrow said about this, and he is one of the chief strategists for the pro-abortion side.

01:56:17.000 He wrote a book celebrating Roe vs. Wade.

01:56:19.000 It won the Pulitzer Prize.

01:56:21.000 In the same New York Times story, he said, and I quote, and he's talking about this movement in the younger groups, more and more in the pro-life direction, which he laments, but he says, quote, there's been so much media attention over the last seven to eight years on partial birth abortion, We shouldn't be surprised that some of it has had an effect on 12 to 14 year olds.

01:56:41.000 End of quote.

01:56:42.000 And I've got a collection of those type of quotes, and I rest my case.

01:56:46.000 Okay.

01:56:47.000 Well, I appreciate you coming on the show, and I'm going to continue to investigate this, and I'm going to have doctors on who have performed abortions and partial birth.

01:56:55.000 And I'm going to get their analysis of it, and I think that will then answer our question completely.

01:57:01.000 But I appreciate your honesty in coming on the show, and we're not enemies of what you're doing.

01:57:05.000 I've had your organization on in the past, sir.

01:57:07.000 Well, I hope I'll have an opportunity in the future as well.

01:57:10.000 Thank you.

01:57:10.000 Okay, take care, Douglas Johnson.

01:57:13.000 Going back to David Brownlow, David, can you stay on with us about 10 more minutes in the next hour so we can get your final response to this?

01:57:19.000 Yes, certainly.

01:57:20.000 I don't think we've answered the question completely.

01:57:22.000 We need to continue to investigate that, investigate this, and I commend your research and your analysis, and I think that there's just not a meeting of the minds between yourself and Douglas Johnson, though I think you're both good men doing a good job.

01:57:35.000 And Mr. Johnson has some questions to answer by his constituents, because we've got him loaded phones here, and I'm told most of them are pretty upset here, so we're going to try to find out.

01:57:44.000 What's going on?

01:57:45.000 And folks, if you want to get involved on this subject, I'm going to find out which of these callers, some of them are going to want to talk about this.

01:57:50.000 We'll find out.

01:57:51.000 Toll-free number to join us, 1-800-259-9231.

01:57:54.000 I don't know about the pro-life groups, the big ones, where they're really at.

01:57:59.000 But I know the gun groups, the big gun group, NRA, is anti-gun.

01:58:02.000 I've proven that.

01:58:04.000 Their statements in court have proven it.

01:58:05.000 Their actions have proven it.

01:58:07.000 We're going to find out, we'll get to the bottom of this.

01:58:08.000 Third Hour Straight Ahead, InfoWars.com.

01:58:41.000 Government cover-ups.

01:58:42.000 You want answers?

01:58:44.000 Well, so does he.

01:58:46.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:50.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:59:10.000 Alright folks, we're 40 seconds into the third hour of this global transmission, blasting

01:59:14.000 out on the AM and FM dials, simulcast from Global Shortwave and the internet at Infowars.com

01:59:20.000 I've got a bunch of other news I want to cover, so I'm going to spend about 10-15 minutes more with our guest, David Brownlow, who's asked some very serious and important questions, researched questions, about the Partial Breadth Abortion Ban.

01:59:39.000 Because from what I've seen with the procedure, it looks like there's loopholes for the abortionists to continue to carry that out.

01:59:44.000 But as promised, I got the National Right to Life Committee on, I got Mr. Brownlow on, now I'm gonna get abortion doctors on.

01:59:53.000 You know, there's hundreds of them that were abortionists and have now gone public, and if you've got anybody you want to recommend who's been out there on the talk circuit exposing abortion who was an abortionist, email that to tipsandinfowars.com, and next week we'll have Brownlow and Mr. Johnson and the former abortionist.

02:00:11.000 We'll have them on the show another hour or two on it.

02:00:14.000 Because I want to find out the truth on this, and I'm going to find out the truth on this.

02:00:20.000 How do you think that discussion went, David?

02:00:24.000 I've heard that before.

02:00:27.000 It's really a difference in philosophy.

02:00:28.000 There are those who believe that we can finesse and finagle and work our way into a pro-life victory.

02:00:36.000 We really can't.

02:00:37.000 What's happened is we've been voting the lesser of two evils for so long now.

02:00:41.000 You sound like Larry Pratt.

02:00:42.000 He says confrontational politics is the way to go.

02:00:45.000 Yeah.

02:00:46.000 You know, as far as this guy signing these things, they didn't mean anything.

02:00:50.000 We're at the point now where you really can't argue that.

02:00:54.000 They couldn't put a gun to my head and make me agree with what would be a good thing.

02:00:57.000 If people are willing to sign those things for the procedural... Again, he says that you're incompetent on that fact because you just don't know the procedures.

02:01:03.000 No, you understand the procedure.

02:01:04.000 You're saying any compromise is wrong.

02:01:07.000 Right.

02:01:09.000 If compromise was going to do something, we've got 30 years of practice.

02:01:15.000 We're no closer now than we were 30 years ago.

02:01:17.000 People are becoming more aware.

02:01:20.000 That's because of people like you out there with a big sign with a picture of a severed baby.

02:01:29.000 I take no offense to that because I've heard it many times before.

02:01:35.000 My views are not popular within the mainstream pro-life.

02:01:38.000 But I guess my point is now, why keep doing things that don't work?

02:01:42.000 Why do the same thing over and over again?

02:01:44.000 It's not working.

02:01:45.000 I see no reason to keep doing it.

02:01:48.000 Well, I'm going to get into this in more depth, and we'll have you back.

02:01:52.000 We're going to come back and take a few calls from folks that are holding here for you.

02:01:55.000 There are two things that I've recommended that would be of interest, I would think.

02:02:00.000 Which is, one of them is in Article 5, definition of the person that came to the Department of Life and Liberty without due process of law.

02:02:06.000 And it would be a definition, a clarification, and it would be really no court involvement.

02:02:11.000 The other one is Article 3, Section 2, mandates Congress to regulate the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

02:02:17.000 And we're letting the courts run rampant in many, in every area, really, but this is one area.

02:02:22.000 Well, it was a Republican court that reversed the state's partial birth abortion ban.

02:02:27.000 Right.

02:02:27.000 Our precious neocon court.

02:02:29.000 They don't have the excuse of the Democrats in the Senate.

02:02:32.000 Well, see, I haven't heard President Bush one time Yeah, we've heard Bush say Arnold would make a good governor when he's pro-abort, but he's not carrying the flag, he's not using his bully pulpit.

02:02:47.000 If you're pro-life, if you think abortion is murder of a child, the response should not be one of, Compromise and acquiescence.

02:02:57.000 It ought to be, hey, you're killing kids, quit doing it!

02:03:00.000 Okay, I'm going to find out which of these loaded phones are people that want to talk about the abortion issue, then I'll get to others after you leave us. 0.96

02:07:07.000 really does and the differences in

02:07:10.000 i guess the differences in the approach getting rid of this uh... legally sanctioned murder

02:07:15.000 Of our most tender and dear, sinless creatures.

02:07:20.000 Let's go ahead and go to Kelly in Kansas City.

02:07:23.000 Go ahead Kelly, you're on the air with David Brownlow and your host Alex Jones.

02:07:27.000 How are y'all doing today?

02:07:28.000 Fine.

02:07:29.000 Here's my problem with this whole situation. 0.51

02:07:32.000 My problem is, with this administration, is the hypocrisy that they have used about the partial term abortion.

02:07:41.000 And the hypocrisy is, I watched Dr. Bill Frist, the new Senate Majority Leader, and Rick Santorum all tell about how terrible this is.

02:07:50.000 But then on the other hand, what this administration does, since they're all in bed with the drug companies, is everybody aware that the lung lining of aborted fetuses is used in our chicken pox vaccine?

02:08:03.000 Most people don't know that.

02:08:04.000 Yeah, and they're not out speaking out against abortion, and they're endorsing Arnold Schwarzenegger.

02:08:10.000 Yes, and this is about money.

02:08:12.000 And I just don't know when the American people are going to wake up.

02:08:15.000 Abortion's wrong, but it's okay to inject this nasty substance into our kids that, by the way, has never been proven that it works.

02:08:23.000 Let me get a response from our guest, David Brownlow.

02:08:26.000 David?

02:08:27.000 Well, you know, the Congress could, tomorrow morning, make a new bill that would ban RU-46.

02:08:33.000 The president could actually, the FDA, who approved RU-46, which is a lethal, obviously, lethal drug, the FDA could Procedurally, not with any vote, ban the use of RE40.

02:08:45.000 By the way, that's been killing people.

02:08:47.000 Yes.

02:08:47.000 Well, yeah, obviously, but the mothers too, but... Yeah, I'm talking about the mothers.

02:08:52.000 Right, exactly.

02:08:53.000 But see, you're right, they say one thing, but they could ban RE40.

02:08:57.000 President Bush could write a memo to the head of the FDA tomorrow, because it's an executive level department, and say, ban it tomorrow.

02:09:04.000 It could be done tomorrow morning.

02:09:06.000 But you're worried that this will be used so they can run for cover in this election?

02:09:11.000 We put the heat on them, now they're having to act like they're doing something.

02:09:15.000 That's what I think.

02:09:18.000 I'm trying to figure this out because it's a complex issue.

02:09:22.000 Thanks for the call, I appreciate that call, Kelly.

02:09:25.000 Let's talk to Bill in Wisconsin.

02:09:27.000 Bill, you're on the air, go ahead.

02:09:28.000 Yeah, thanks for taking my call, Alex.

02:09:31.000 You know, I've called in on all the other issues.

02:09:34.000 This is a total package.

02:09:36.000 And this is a total sham. 0.99

02:09:39.000 Here in Wisconsin, the Right to Life groups are so mealy-mouthed and compromising, it's ridiculous. 0.70

02:09:47.000 There's a group we have in the state here called Missionaries for the Unborn, and they go around with these big posters and these big pictures to all the little towns in Wisconsin, showing the aborted babies.

02:10:01.000 And the Right to Lifers run and hide. 0.94

02:10:04.000 I am so sick and tired of Uh, them supporting this liberal Republican agenda, it's ridiculous. 0.54

02:10:12.000 We supported Buchanan in the last campaign because I felt he was strong in the pro-life area, as in some other areas. 0.82

02:10:23.000 But, you know, Ron Paul, anybody. 0.96

02:10:27.000 This Bush family is total hypocrisy, and the only thing I'd say to Mr. Brownlow These are not kids that they're killing. 0.98

02:10:39.000 These are children. 0.99

02:10:40.000 Well, they are.

02:10:41.000 They're God's children.

02:10:42.000 Thank you for the call.

02:10:44.000 Let's talk to David in California.

02:10:48.000 You're on the air, David.

02:10:49.000 Go ahead.

02:10:51.000 How are you, Alex?

02:10:52.000 Listening to this in the last hour, I was kind of surprised to hear that, well, actually, it's not a surprise when I think about it.

02:11:02.000 Waffling on this issue.

02:11:04.000 It very much reminds me of Secretary of War Stanton during the American Civil War.

02:11:10.000 He was Lincoln's Secretary of War, and it's been since found that he was profiteering, buying and selling from the South, and selling rotten pork to this Northern troop that he was supposed to be defending.

02:11:26.000 So this whole idea of The origins of the Right to Life movement, going back to John Ehrlichman, when it was obvious that Nixon was going to be impeached, he got John Ehrlichman to put together the Right to Life movement so it would put together a Taliban of people who would protect Nixon at all costs.

02:11:48.000 Now, when it's pretty obvious that Bush is going to be impeached, he's doing his best to develop any Taliban that he can possibly do. 0.94

02:11:55.000 He's going after the Ten Commandments guy.

02:11:59.000 He's got the Arnold troops.

02:12:00.000 He's got the Cubans down in Mexico. 0.99

02:12:03.000 In Florida, he's going for the right to lifers again.

02:12:07.000 He's developing any Taliban he can get in order to protect him from impeachment.

02:12:12.000 Well, the biggest Taliban would be the Second Amendment people, but he's saying he'll re-sign the assault weapons ban.

02:12:19.000 Well, there you go.

02:12:20.000 The guy is going to waffle at any stage in order to keep his New World Order.

02:12:25.000 And then let the liberals in the courts, many of them Republican, block it.

02:12:32.000 There you go.

02:12:32.000 I mean, it's amazing.

02:12:33.000 By the way, I just wanted to, as a side note, we had what was called the Green Festival here last weekend, and your videos were, that table with your videos on it was surrounded at every moment, so they're very popular out here.

02:12:47.000 So folks were selling copies of the videos?

02:12:49.000 Oh yeah, yeah, absolutely.

02:12:51.000 I wish they'd buy them from me, but at least the information's getting out.

02:12:55.000 Well, I don't know.

02:12:55.000 Do you have somebody wholesaling them?

02:12:57.000 This was a fairly big, you look for it at greenfestivals.org.

02:13:02.000 In fact, it might even be .com.

02:13:04.000 And they apparently are doing these tours around the nation.

02:13:08.000 So, you know, these were legitimate booths.

02:13:13.000 Well, it may have been a wholesaler.

02:13:14.000 That's good news.

02:13:15.000 I just hear about people all the time at gun shows selling copies.

02:13:17.000 And frankly, as long as the information gets out, that's what really, really matters here.

02:13:22.000 And yeah, people are renting out movie theaters, showing the videos.

02:13:26.000 It's really having an effect, so it's exciting to hear that you saw that.

02:13:29.000 Oh, yeah.

02:13:31.000 Uh, one of your videos on my cable TV show out here.

02:13:34.000 So it's, uh, you know, you get good response for it.

02:13:36.000 So, keep up the good work!

02:13:38.000 Hey, thank you, David.

02:13:39.000 I appreciate the call.

02:13:40.000 What do you have to say to, uh, what, uh, David was just saying about doing this because he knows the overwhelming majority of people are against this, and so now he gets to, and again, that's the one feather in the cap.

02:13:52.000 Okay, I'm a socialist on every other issue, but I signed the partial birth abortion ban. 0.86

02:13:58.000 He's pandering for votes.

02:14:01.000 Bush has become, well, he's unveiled himself in a pretty terrifying way.

02:14:05.000 I am more fearful of Bush than any other person on the planet right now.

02:14:09.000 But he's good at it, what he does.

02:14:11.000 He's got the Christian people thinking he's some Christian guy who loves his unborn kids, and no evidence!

02:14:16.000 There's absolutely no evidence.

02:14:19.000 And who to blame for that?

02:14:20.000 Really, it's us.

02:14:21.000 The Christian and the pro-lifers. 0.95

02:14:23.000 We've allowed these people... Well, you know, I wish you would, because I know the President or the Congress can ban or stop any drug they want or call for an investigation.

02:14:30.000 Where's the ban on the morning-after pill that's killing all these women and children? 0.98

02:14:35.000 I'm telling you, these guys, they don't want to do it.

02:14:40.000 Because they can give us a little bit of a shred of a victory, and we'll love them for life and vote for them again.

02:14:46.000 And they can still straddle the fence and say, well, we didn't do anything real bad to the pro board side.

02:14:50.000 And I think it's pretty sinister, really.

02:14:56.000 I'll say this, my gut level feeling is Douglas Johnson's a good guy.

02:15:01.000 I see his arguments.

02:15:02.000 I understand what he's saying.

02:15:04.000 But my gut is, and it's been very accurate in the past, and with all the evidence filtering in, is that they were forced to do this.

02:15:12.000 And it's a desperate tactic, and it really, they're going to let the court shoot it down, and there's questions about does it really ban partial birth abortion?

02:15:19.000 We're going to get doctors on about that subject.

02:15:22.000 I got a bad feeling about this too.

02:15:23.000 I got a bad feeling about it.

02:15:25.000 I hope I'm wrong.

02:15:26.000 Hey, I hope we get an abortion. 1.00

02:15:27.000 I really do.

02:15:28.000 Because God is not going to let this go on in America forever.

02:15:31.000 But until then, you know, I think really we've got to wake up the church more.

02:15:35.000 I mean, the church, as I found out in Austin, Texas, when I was sitting in front of an abortion clinic, getting myself arrested, I found out the church Yeah, why aren't these Baptist and Catholic preachers saying, come on, we're all marching out of the pews, we're going down to that abortuary, all of us, right now?

02:15:54.000 That was the question, this was back in the 80s, the question I asked many times in front of these guys.

02:16:00.000 You know what?

02:16:01.000 This is a different topic, but the church is a corporation of the state.

02:16:05.000 They've agreed to the 501c3 giveaway of money from the government.

02:16:09.000 Actually, the church has become a government agency.

02:16:11.000 And now Bush is for the faith-based initiatives.

02:16:15.000 We've linked the church so tight with the government that they can't... I mean, what a tactic.

02:16:19.000 Get the church to join your team.

02:16:21.000 I hear you.

02:22:40.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:22:45.000 Alright, let's take some calls.

02:22:46.000 We've got Dr. Wolf joining us.

02:22:48.000 Barack in Canada, then Bob in Alaska and others.

02:22:51.000 Barack, you're on the air.

02:22:52.000 Go ahead.

02:22:53.000 Hello, Alex.

02:22:55.000 I just want to say I do not, for the life of me, understand why we have open borders. 1.00

02:23:02.000 That is the most ignorant, stupid thing. 1.00

02:23:05.000 Well, it's ignorant if they were doing it for good reasons, it wouldn't make sense. 1.00

02:23:10.000 Why are they doing it?

02:23:11.000 They want to drive down wages, bring in a voting bloc, balkanize the country.

02:23:15.000 It makes perfect sense.

02:23:18.000 Well, you know, it seems to me that there's a Like a thrashing rod out there to try and beat everyone into accepting tyranny and abuse.

02:23:31.000 I mean, you look at like corporate corporations, you're guilty till proven innocent if you do something wrong.

02:23:38.000 And it's almost like this mindset is what the government are grabbing onto to intimidate people into fear and cowering.

02:23:47.000 And I say, why do we have UNESCO and what's with this UFO?

02:23:54.000 Government UFO bit.

02:23:56.000 Well yeah, they've got a lot of advanced technologies they're suppressing and then they put out their disinfo people to say it's, you know, space aliens.

02:24:02.000 Thanks for the call, Brock.

02:24:04.000 Bob in Alaska, up to Alaska.

02:24:06.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

02:24:07.000 Alex?

02:24:07.000 Yes.

02:24:08.000 This is Bill Palmer in Alaska.

02:24:10.000 Okay, Bill in Alaska, go ahead.

02:24:12.000 And I just wanted to present for your consideration that the very things were in this new the anti-abortion or anti-partial birth abortion law that

02:24:23.000 were that caused the uh...

02:24:25.000 the uh... supreme court to kick it out to other times and uh... this way the politicians get their constituency

02:24:33.000 to believe in that they were struggling for it and and it's business as usual as usual.

02:24:39.000 Well I think uh... the uh...

02:24:41.000 legislative head the national right to life committee was saying that they

02:24:46.000 made it specific But I want to know why this Republican Supreme Court did that to begin with.

02:24:54.000 Well, there's no logic or consistency in the... Well, there is a consistency, but I think it's in the negative vein of the Supreme Court.

02:25:03.000 Yeah, to a good person, none of this makes sense.

02:25:05.000 To evil people, you look at it from their view, it all makes sense.

02:25:08.000 Well, all of our laws have gone the way of all things because of judicial interpretation.

02:25:14.000 Doesn't matter what our legislative bodies do. 1.00

02:25:17.000 The Supreme Court seems to, you know, act dictatorially to put their liberal agenda into effect.

02:25:25.000 Their globalist agenda into effect.

02:25:29.000 Anything else you'd like to add?

02:25:30.000 No, sir.

02:25:31.000 I just wanted to throw that in there.

02:25:33.000 Alex, you have a good day, sir.

02:25:34.000 Well, thank you, Bill.

02:25:35.000 I appreciate the call.

02:25:37.000 Here's some of the other news items that I'm going to jam in before the show ends.

02:25:41.000 Because there are a lot of them, and they're all very important.

02:25:44.000 I'm going to throw some of these out at Dr. Wolfe, who's coming on with us.

02:25:46.000 U.S.

02:25:47.000 makes weather control powder, BBC Today.

02:25:50.000 A company in the United States claims it has invented a powder that can be used to remove clouds from the sky and even stop the development of hurricanes.

02:25:58.000 They say the new product could help many areas of the world that are subject to extreme weather conditions.

02:26:05.000 The Florida-based company, Dynomat, used a military aircraft to drop four tons of its powder into a developing storm cloud.

02:26:13.000 The cloud disappeared from radar screens which were monitoring the experiment.

02:26:17.000 Officials from the company, which produces materials to absorb pollutants such as oil and acids, say they used a specifically developed powder that absorbs large quantities of water.

02:26:28.000 Complete safety, they claim.

02:26:30.000 Folks, this stuff's 40 years old.

02:26:31.000 I mean, the show Atmosphere is on the Weather Channel.

02:26:34.000 Lister sent it to me.

02:26:35.000 They admitted that they got weather control systems with antennas that charge the atmosphere.

02:26:40.000 By the way, they just announced they're going to radically expand the power of the HAARP antenna system.

02:26:45.000 That's mainstream government filing yesterday up in Alaska.

02:26:49.000 That can manipulate weather.

02:26:51.000 The Russians have antenna systems they'll rent out to you for a million and a half bucks.

02:26:54.000 They promise any event you want, the skies will be clear.

02:26:57.000 But now they're just now coming out and saying, oh, we have these technologies.

02:27:01.000 What do you think these jets shooting these chemtrails out are doing every time a storm front comes in?

02:27:05.000 They're blocking it.

02:27:06.000 We had big floods last year and Texas killed 30-something people.

02:27:10.000 They admitted there was some private company in a government contract out flying around spraying right before all this happened.

02:27:17.000 And that was in the papers in San Antonio.

02:27:20.000 So, just interesting subject there.

02:27:23.000 When we get back, I'm going to throw these stories out at Dr. Wolf.

02:27:28.000 Bush cheers gay church after marriage week. 0.51

02:27:32.000 Attempts to police family advocates, homosexuals, baffled on both sides. 1.00

02:27:38.000 Lockhear, the gun-grabbing attorney general, says that Arnold groped other women and there's an investigation.

02:27:43.000 That's basically just a blackmailing.

02:27:47.000 Protections against Black Box Big Brother. 1.00

02:27:49.000 They claim that the governor did this before he left office.

02:27:53.000 New York City District denies birth of Jesus and activity seen barred as not historically accurate representation of the event.

02:28:01.000 Just more tearing down our foundations.

02:28:03.000 Devices that read human thought now possible from the sound of San Francisco Chronicle study says.

02:28:11.000 Bunch of Big Brother news.

02:28:13.000 And we'll talk on some other issues with Dr. Wolfe as well from the great Sunshine Radio Network that carries this show.

02:28:20.000 We'll be right back.

02:28:23.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:30:33.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

02:30:39.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

02:30:47.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

02:30:54.000 Radioactive poisoning.

02:30:56.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

02:31:02.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

02:31:07.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

02:31:16.000 Order the official Potassium Iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:31:42.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:31:49.000 Alright, we're going to go through some different news articles and get Pastor

02:32:02.000 Dr. David Wolfe's take on it and also even take some calls here in the last 27 minutes

02:32:10.000 or so.

02:32:11.000 Dr. Wolfe, of course, is on this network.

02:32:13.000 Dr. Wolfe has his own, well, three radio stations in upstate New York.

02:32:17.000 He's carried my show for many years.

02:32:19.000 We have him on from time to time.

02:32:20.000 I was talking to him this morning.

02:32:21.000 I said, well, you ought to come on the show.

02:32:22.000 And we can go ahead and cover that issue first, I guess.

02:32:25.000 Dr. Wolfe just brought it up that, well, you know, here at the office, at the radio station, we agreed with you about how Germany can be evil, England can be evil, China can be evil, and yes, Israel can do evil things. 0.95

02:32:37.000 And the Bible is replete with examples of the prophets coming and rebuking, you know, bad things they were doing.

02:32:42.000 Look at Saul and David.

02:32:44.000 With what happened there.

02:32:46.000 So it really is a tactic of the government to say don't criticize Israel.

02:32:50.000 And of course, Pastor Wolf is Jewish himself.

02:32:54.000 He'll tell you, I know I'm a Christian.

02:32:56.000 But that's why his take is very important on this subject.

02:33:03.000 Dr. Wolf, thanks for coming on.

02:33:05.000 Well, first of all, Alex, I used to follow you.

02:33:09.000 I think someone's got a speaker on in our studio.

02:33:12.000 Feedback here.

02:33:13.000 But I used to follow you 3 to 4, but it was just a tough act to follow, so I'm glad I'm down at 5 to 6 Eastern Time out there on Genesis Communication Network.

02:33:24.000 People can kind of cool down or get ruffled up or whatever after they hear your great program.

02:33:29.000 And I'm saying this because I feel like it.

02:33:31.000 I'm very proud to have you on our radio stations, the Sunshine Radio Network, WASB 1590 AM, Brockport Rochester, WMJQ 105.5 FM, Brockport Rochester, and Canandaigua WRSB 1310 AM, which is Brock Canandaigua, Rochester.

02:33:52.000 And we put you on, I got to check with my engineer, but we have you on at least four hours a day.

02:33:57.000 That means technically you're on 12 spots or times a day.

02:34:03.000 And if folks aren't out there buying your videos and things to keep you going, then they need their head examined.

02:34:09.000 I'm a little tough on that, but you know, we've got the devil is a devil and he's tough and he doesn't care who he wipes out.

02:34:16.000 Well, we need to get folks to support people like you.

02:34:19.000 You didn't ask me to do this.

02:34:21.000 uh... into really going to come and i think you got a speaker on their own

02:34:24.000 the airport or something i'm getting a fed back here uh... i wanted i want to see this

02:34:31.000 uh... alex when i when an italian is catholic and he becomes a baptist

02:34:38.000 He does not lose his Italian ancestry, or German, or French, or whatever.

02:34:46.000 And the Jew name comes from Judah, because Jesus is a Lion of the tribe of Judah, L-I-O-N, and also from the L-I-N-E, Lion of the tribe of Judah. 0.66

02:34:59.000 And so God let the twelve tribes be synonymous with Jew, because he never wanted us to forget THE Jew.

02:35:06.000 Jesus Christ.

02:35:08.000 But, yes, I am a born-again Christian, and I have to say this in reference to what your beginning little bit of a clip there was.

02:35:18.000 It doesn't make any difference if you're Jew or Gentile, Arab, Indian, red, yellow, black, and white. 0.91

02:35:24.000 If you are unsaved, I don't care if you're in Israel. 1.00

02:35:28.000 I don't care if you're Elrio Saron.

02:35:30.000 I'm looking at two pictures of him where he signed my Bible.

02:35:34.000 I stood right there in Israel with him and others.

02:35:38.000 But the Bible says...

02:35:41.000 In reference to anybody, you know, people pick on the Jew, or they might pick on the Republican or the Democrat.

02:35:48.000 What we discussed a little bit this morning, and you were so kind to invite me to come on, but Alex, I don't care who they are, what blood they have, if they're... The Bible says in 1 Corinthians chapter 2 and verse 14, 15, and 16, if I can read them, sir?

02:36:05.000 It says, But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness unto him, neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

02:36:20.000 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things.

02:36:23.000 I got a letter in my pocket.

02:36:25.000 I'm going to have it on our program at 5 to 6 Eastern Time, 4 to 5 Central on the Genesis

02:36:31.000 Communication Network, where a guy is criticizing me saying the truth about homosexuals or anybody.

02:36:40.000 You know, he said, Judge not.

02:36:42.000 Don't you know the Bible says, Judge not?

02:36:43.000 Well, right here in 1 Corinthians, and yeah, in Romans 2 it does, but you've got to know

02:36:48.000 what that says.

02:36:49.000 Right here in 1 Corinthians 2, the Bible says, But he that is spiritual judgeth all things.

02:36:58.000 I don't want to be so secular, but put that in your pipe and smoke it.

02:37:03.000 Yet he himself is judge of no man.

02:37:05.000 If you're standing for what's right, the Bible backs you up.

02:37:08.000 God backs you up.

02:37:09.000 Christians back you up. 0.98

02:37:10.000 Dr. Wolfe, the important point here is That there are wicked people in all these secular governments, and some individuals, they'll say, don't criticize Bush or you're not a Christian.

02:37:22.000 Or they'll say, don't criticize anything Israel does.

02:37:26.000 They can do nothing wrong.

02:37:28.000 Where do they get this idea?

02:37:31.000 I don't know.

02:37:32.000 They don't get it from the Bible.

02:37:33.000 And there are a lot of churches which I have seen and preached in where quote, good pastors say, don't you dare say anything about the Jew.

02:37:44.000 God will deal with you.

02:37:45.000 This, that, and the next thing.

02:37:47.000 I want to tell you something.

02:37:48.000 God is going to send the Jew. 1.00

02:37:50.000 This is tough, Alex. 1.00

02:37:52.000 God is going to send the Jew or Gentile to hell. 1.00

02:37:56.000 No, in Israel, God has promised a certain amount of land, which would take a couple good hours, and I probably should do it on my program to show people that the land that Israel, and some claim that's not Israel yet that the Bible's speaking about, but the land that Israel has right now, That was taken away from them.

02:38:18.000 Land was taken away from them many years all along the way, but that's a judgment of God.

02:38:23.000 But there is more land that Israel will gain by the time the Millennium comes, when Jesus, the King of Kings, will set up and rule. 0.86

02:38:32.000 But there are Jews today in Israel that would Be just like a Muslim, except they know we kind of pray for them, pray for the peace of Jerusalem. 0.90

02:38:43.000 They would wipe out the Jew. 1.00

02:38:44.000 They helped kill the Jew. 1.00

02:38:46.000 They killed the prophets. 0.99

02:38:48.000 They helped kill Paul. 0.85

02:38:49.000 They helped kill Peter. 0.81

02:38:51.000 They helped kill Jesus. 0.95

02:38:52.000 No, it wasn't just the Jew that killed Jesus. 0.93

02:38:55.000 They stoned.

02:38:56.000 But the Romans crucified on the cross.

02:38:59.000 But it was our sins that killed Jews. 0.95

02:39:01.000 But the Jews called, you know, released to us Barabbas. 1.00

02:39:04.000 We want to get rid of that Jew. 1.00

02:39:07.000 So Jews hate Christians. 1.00

02:39:10.000 Except that they're getting support. 0.99

02:39:12.000 Lots of money.

02:39:14.000 And lots of help.

02:39:15.000 But I don't...

02:39:16.000 Throughout the fact that in all of God's program, He is bringing Israel back from the four corners of the earth as He said He would. 0.92

02:39:26.000 Some of them are believers.

02:39:29.000 I have a pastor that I preach.

02:39:31.000 I'm looking at his picture in my office.

02:39:33.000 In Bethlehem, a Namkuri, a wonderful Arab.

02:39:37.000 He just told me he wanted a Jewish soldier to Jesus Christ.

02:39:41.000 Anywhere you go, there are believers and unbelievers.

02:39:44.000 But the whole world lies in the hands of the wicked, when you basically said that yesterday.

02:39:49.000 And Israel is a strong part of the One World Order. 0.90

02:39:55.000 But you know what, Alex?

02:39:56.000 I've got listeners on my program that are just as much a part of the One World Order.

02:40:02.000 They don't accept Christ.

02:40:07.000 Well, that's the point I made about the U.S.' 's liberty.

02:40:09.000 It's clear.

02:40:10.000 It's admitted.

02:40:11.000 The Israeli pilots admitted it.

02:40:13.000 The generals, the admirals admitted it.

02:40:15.000 They tried to sink the ship.

02:40:16.000 Blame it on Egypt. 0.76

02:40:17.000 government was in control of the whole operation.

02:40:17.000 The U.S.

02:40:19.000 Right.

02:40:19.000 both these governments or or were were engaged in pure evil and then people call it a show and go well they just had to

02:40:20.000 No. 0.53

02:40:26.000 kill our sailors no because and by the way buddy you you better not 0.96

02:40:31.000 say israel can do any wrong and that's just crazy well that's what they're doing that's 1.00

02:40:36.000 what they're doing with bush today because he claims to be a christian

02:40:39.000 But...

02:40:41.000 Oh my goodness.

02:40:42.000 You're the Baptist preacher, Dr. Wolf. 0.54

02:40:44.000 How many prophets, how many people went into Israel, were killed or run out, and they were Jewish, speaking out against the corruption of that government? 0.55

02:40:53.000 So regardless, we need people, whether it's George Washington or Jeremiah, speaking out against corruption, don't we?

02:41:00.000 Yes, absolutely.

02:41:02.000 And we need to call out the Jew, as well as the Gentile, and basically say, my friend, you're following the One World Order, the Antichrist kingdom you think will be set up, and it won't be. 0.98

02:41:17.000 You need to come to Christ, because he will set up that kingdom that the Antichrist is trying to set up with his New World Order.

02:41:25.000 Well, absolutely.

02:41:26.000 And then we have all these counterfeits out there.

02:41:30.000 Anti-Christ!

02:41:31.000 It's absolutely amazing.

02:41:34.000 Dr. Wolf, switching gears here for just a second, I've got all these different news articles here about what the Bush administration is up to.

02:41:47.000 You know, they do a lot of things on the surface to make people think that they're doing a good job, but this morning you were telling me some examples of things that Bush was doing that were bad.

02:41:57.000 Well, WorldNetDaily did a good job on it.

02:42:00.000 You know, the Bible says, forgive me for using it, but it says in James 1, verse 8, it says, a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.

02:42:12.000 Bush, not long after he endorsed Marriage Protection Week, Alex, he sent a letter of congratulations to a denomination founded by homosexual activists that performs more than 6,000 same-sex weddings each year.

02:42:32.000 And I'm reading from WorldNetDaily.

02:42:33.000 The President wrote to the founding congregation in Los Angeles of the Metropolitan Community Churches, and I've been fighting that for many, many years, led by leading homosexual activist, Reverend Troy D. Perry, on the occasion of its 35th anniversary.

02:42:50.000 And by encouraging the celebration of faith and sharing of God's love, Bush says, and boundless mercy, Churches like yours put hope in people's hearts and a sense of purpose in their lives.

02:43:04.000 Bush said in his October 14th missive, this milestone provides an opportunity to reflect on your years of service.

02:43:14.000 He's talking to Perry. 0.65

02:43:15.000 He's talking to homosexuals. 0.99

02:43:16.000 He's talking to the guy that just got his marriage consummated in Canada with his boyfriend, Philip. 0.98

02:43:24.000 Well, don't call me.

02:43:26.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:43:27.000 This is out of the London Independent yesterday. 0.52

02:43:29.000 Police to question Bishop over gay queer comment.

02:43:32.000 The Bishop is going to be taken into custody and questioned.

02:43:35.000 They're arresting BBC News reporters and they use the word homosexual, which is a scientific term, just like heterosexual, and they're saying it's illegal to criticize, even say you think something's wrong.

02:43:46.000 So now we have this massive tyranny We have the Governor, Mark Swiker, Republican in Pennsylvania, saying if pastors read from the Old Testament, they can be arrested or fined.

02:43:55.000 I mean, this is unbelievable thought crime stuff happening now, but it's... This is amazing!

02:44:02.000 I mean, your response to that?

02:44:04.000 Yeah.

02:44:05.000 Can I, in response to that, can I read a little poem I wrote at 3 o'clock in the morning, Sunday morning?

02:44:09.000 Sure.

02:44:10.000 It's not too long, and I know your timing and everything.

02:44:13.000 Ain't it a mean crime, this true hate speech of mine?

02:44:17.000 It is not hate speech, it's truly sublime.

02:44:21.000 If you don't believe in Christ, you're going to hellfire. 0.97

02:44:25.000 If you don't believe in Christ, you'll make Him a liar. 0.99

02:44:28.000 Then you will suffer in that burning hellfire.

02:44:32.000 You see, the living, godly Bible truth can genuinely save true Christians a real proof.

02:44:39.000 Religions of all kinds say you use hate speech.

02:44:42.000 They hate the Bible, willingly the Word preached. 0.99

02:44:46.000 Damnable heresies, false doctrines they teach. 0.95

02:44:49.000 But what they call hate speech is what God said preached. 0.99

02:44:54.000 Jesus Christ the Lord said, they hated me too.

02:44:58.000 The world's false religions will also hate you. 1.00

02:45:02.000 Isaiah 520, good is turned around.

02:45:05.000 Truth about many other things are not found.

02:45:09.000 They killed the Jews and Christians and the prophets too. 0.59

02:45:13.000 They killed Jesus who gave them a heavenly view. 1.00

02:45:16.000 Drugs, drinking, wrong sex living, wrong will kill you now, kill you now. 1.00

02:45:23.000 By hating the truth, you still will in hell to Jesus bow. 1.00

02:45:27.000 This is tough, but pretty true.

02:45:29.000 So is this preaching a real hate speech crime?

02:45:34.000 No.

02:45:35.000 Receive Christ and new heights you will climb.

02:45:38.000 The hate speech makes them heady.

02:45:40.000 Scripture says they are condemned already.

02:45:43.000 Homosexuals, Romans 1 says you are wrong this time. 1.00

02:45:49.000 Go ahead, fools, fools, call what God says a hate crime. 1.00

02:45:54.000 By false teaching in America, but false teaching in America doesn't belong. 1.00

02:46:00.000 If you reject Jesus, His blood, you are wrong.

02:46:04.000 Muslims, there's no Allah, the God of the moon. 1.00

02:46:07.000 Get ready to meet Jesus, who's coming soon. 0.94

02:46:10.000 Ain't it a mean crime, this true hate speech of mine?

02:46:14.000 Isn't It's not hate speech.

02:46:19.000 It is God's Word for all time.

02:46:22.000 Dr. Wolf, now, that was great.

02:46:25.000 My point here is, and I'm a Christian, but even if somebody isn't a Christian out there, they can have Harry Potter in the schools, they can have the Greek goddesses at the federal courthouses, they can have all this.

02:46:36.000 Why is it just the minority Christian Church, the real Christian Church, fighting the New World Order, homeschooling, why is that under attack by the world and We now see the homosexual movement and others moving to not let people even speak out against them. 0.93

02:46:52.000 That's the First Amendment.

02:46:53.000 So see, they're bringing great tyranny. 0.90

02:46:56.000 And I've noticed that the whole homosexual movement, they're there pushing abortion, the culture of death, euthanasia. 1.00

02:47:02.000 A lot of you have been conditioned.

02:47:04.000 You've accepted the culture of death because they told you, oh, just be nice.

02:47:07.000 Oh, just give us our rights. 0.72

02:47:09.000 Oh, just let us.

02:47:10.000 But you see what they bring.

02:47:11.000 They bring tyranny.

02:47:13.000 And can you speak to that?

02:47:16.000 Yeah, I know I sound like you're so kind to say I'm a Baptist preacher and I am for 45 years.

02:47:21.000 I think it's the St.

02:47:23.000 Alex, these churches, these organizations, these people that say, I think, and I got a letter here from a guy saying the very thing I'm going to have on my program at five.

02:47:33.000 I think.

02:47:34.000 And not one time did he quote the Bible.

02:47:36.000 We're not the best.

02:47:38.000 We're not perfect Christians.

02:47:39.000 We're forgiven.

02:47:40.000 But we quote the Bible.

02:47:43.000 I was counseling with a lady today that got hooked up with a homosexual and she didn't realize it. 0.96

02:47:49.000 And I said, did you know That God said in Romans 1 that when you do these things, God gave you over to a reprobate mind.

02:47:59.000 I looked that up one day and it said incorrigible.

02:48:02.000 I'm not God and I don't know when someone's wiped out and never going to be able to get back in or in with God.

02:48:07.000 But incorrigible means there's no way coming back.

02:48:10.000 These unbelievers have a world mind. 1.00

02:48:14.000 They don't have... Jesus said, Paul said to the Philippians, we must have the mind of Christ.

02:48:20.000 If we don't have the mind of Christ, even though we're religious, We accept the world's way.

02:48:25.000 The world, the flesh, and the devil.

02:48:27.000 Alright, let me read one more article.

02:48:29.000 New York City District denies birth of Jesus.

02:48:32.000 Nativity scene barred as not historically accurate representation of an event.

02:48:36.000 So, this is our holiday, and they've replaced it with Santa Claus and Coca-Cola.

02:48:42.000 Now they're gonna make everybody take the nativity scenes out, but they're gonna have everybody else's religious icons.

02:48:48.000 It's discrimination.

02:48:50.000 Well, we had Roy Moran six times on our program and he's fighting a battle today.

02:48:56.000 The court in Alabama is going to decide whether they remove him from his Chief Justice position.

02:49:01.000 But what I really was shocked at just recently is there are 2,000 cases similar to what you're saying or the Ten Commandments in courts today.

02:49:15.000 Stay there, we've got a break, we've got a break.

02:49:18.000 And folks, they're not just removing the Christian icons, they're replacing it with the occult stuff.

02:49:24.000 Can't you see the agenda?

02:49:26.000 Very important.

02:49:28.000 We'll be right back with Dr. Wolf for a couple of other key news items.

02:49:31.000 Stay with us.

02:52:47.000 it's a cult. 1.00

02:52:48.000 Garbage! 1.00

02:52:49.000 Everywhere! 1.00

02:52:51.000 The witchcraft Barbie dolls, the cartoons, and that's all normal and good, but the whole world then coming after real Christians. 1.00

02:52:59.000 The homeschooling, Bible-believing, anti-New World Order Christians. 0.95

02:53:03.000 That tells me something, folks.

02:53:05.000 And I've studied the New World Order. 0.77

02:53:06.000 I've researched them.

02:53:07.000 They're into the occult.

02:53:08.000 They do worship the devil.

02:53:10.000 The Bohemian Grove and Skull and Bones and their symbol is the all-seeing eye of Lucifer.

02:53:16.000 And so, a lot of good people have seen the false church, the corrupt church, the scamming church that the devil put out there as a counterfeit, and you thought, oh, that's Christianity.

02:53:27.000 And that's been done very skillfully.

02:53:28.000 It's, you know, making Republicans look bad with George Bush.

02:53:31.000 The globalists have done that.

02:53:33.000 Now building a giant counter-leftist revolution that they'll put into power.

02:54:09.000 Dr. Wolf, why don't you plug your fabulous website that's updated multiple times weekly?

02:54:16.000 I'd rather plug you, but I will just tell them and those all across the country if there's not a station picking our

02:54:21.000 program up at 5 They can get it on our front page if they go to

02:54:25.000 www.fountain-of-truth.com www.fountain-of-truth.com

02:54:42.000 www.fountain-of-truth.com network but you're also on in the evening from 12 o'clock a.m.

02:54:50.000 and and on, and we really appreciate your input.

02:54:55.000 I think Ted Anderson has done a great job with the Genesis Communication Network and putting us all together.

02:55:02.000 We're a lot of different kinds of people, but I think we're going, got the same basic philosophy.

02:55:09.000 Many of us have the same theology.

02:55:10.000 You know, you talk about Pokemon and all of this stuff.

02:55:14.000 See, all the way through the Bible and all the way through, you know, Cain killed Abel.

02:55:21.000 There has always been a small little group Seth and Andra have followed God's teaching, and there's been the world and the flesh and the devil that hates God.

02:55:33.000 Satan, in Isaiah 14, said, I'm going to be like God.

02:55:36.000 I'm going to set myself up in the north and set myself in the south.

02:55:40.000 And the government, with its Total Information Awareness Network and the rest of it, is trying to be God.

02:55:45.000 Yeah.

02:55:46.000 Yes, but you see, the Bible never changes.

02:55:51.000 I like that old song, the Bible stands like a rock undaunted.

02:55:55.000 Need the raging wrecks of time, and on it goes.

02:55:59.000 And the things that you're standing for, not to slap you in the back so you slap me in the back, but the things you're standing for, Alex, basically have come from God-given unalienable rights.

02:56:12.000 A lot of folks say, well, he's unalienable rights.

02:56:14.000 Yeah, but we got him from the Bible.

02:56:16.000 We got him from God.

02:56:17.000 Absolutely.

02:56:18.000 It comes out of the Mosaic Law in Mount Sinai, right through the Magna Carta, 1214, 1776 with the Declaration of Independence, 1789 with the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and we've got to defend it.

02:56:29.000 And when they attack the Ten Commandments, they attack the heart of our country, our sovereignty, our liberty, our freedom, and the blessings God promised the people there at Sinai pass on to us.

02:56:41.000 We follow his laws.

02:56:42.000 If we don't, where are we going, Dr. Wolf?

02:56:44.000 Well, somebody said, I don't think it was you.

02:56:46.000 It may have been one of the folks you had in your program, but we pray God bless America.

02:56:50.000 Well, how can he?

02:56:52.000 If we don't get back to God.

02:56:54.000 Hey, if we're evil, folks, we're going to reap what we sow.

02:56:57.000 Dr. Wolfe, thanks for coming on the broadcast.

02:56:58.000 You'll be on at 4.
