Alex Jones Show - 20040107_Wed_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother, mainstream media, government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 Well, my friends, we're live.

00:00:29.000 It's another Edition of the Alex Jones Show.

00:00:33.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:00:34.000 It's the seventh day of this new year, January 7th, 2004.

00:00:41.000 Websites are InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:00:47.000 Coming up in the next hour, we have Neil Knox, former NRA board member.

00:00:55.000 In an October 2693 profile, the Wall Street Journal said Neil Knox is likely to have a greater impact on the rapidly escalating firefight over gun control than any other individual in America.

00:01:07.000 He's one of the no-compromise old line people that used to be in the NRA at the higher levels.

00:01:13.000 Now it's basically A gun-grabbing Judas Goat extravaganza. 0.85

00:01:18.000 That's coming up in the next hour.

00:01:21.000 Coming up in about 30 minutes, he's got one of the biggest websites on the internet.

00:01:25.000 Tens of millions of visitors a month, and the site's only been up a few years.

00:01:30.000 And he's Michael Rivero with WhatReallyHappened.com.

00:01:34.000 We'll be discussing the police state September 11th, you name it, with Mr. Rivero.

00:01:40.000 So you do not want to miss that in about 30 minutes as well.

00:01:43.000 And we'll have open phone lines, whether you agree with our guest or disagree with him.

00:01:48.000 It should be very, very interesting and informative, as they say.

00:01:53.000 Obviously, we're going to talk about something we've been talking about for a long time, but now is a big issue.

00:01:58.000 Total amnesty of any illegal alien that ever gets to this country.

00:02:04.000 I've read the White House statements.

00:02:05.000 I've heard them say they like the McCain plan.

00:02:08.000 That's the bill.

00:02:09.000 That's what's probably going to pass Congress.

00:02:11.000 If you can get here, you're legal.

00:02:14.000 It's not like what they did in the mid-80s, where they gave, you know, 10 million people amnesty.

00:02:19.000 There's been several amnesties.

00:02:20.000 They gave 3 million amnesty, 8 million amnesty, 10 million amnesty.

00:02:25.000 They're saying this is an 8 million amnesty, but not an amnesty, it's a new word.

00:02:31.000 Again, it's like changing the labels here.

00:02:35.000 It's like, well, he wasn't hit by a train, he was loved by a train.

00:02:39.000 You know, let's just change the definition.

00:02:41.000 Well, you're still hit by a train.

00:02:43.000 You can call it whatever you want.

00:02:46.000 But this is different because it's in perpetuity.

00:02:48.000 It changes the law where it's not just an amnesty for those that are here.

00:02:53.000 Okay, and by the way, there's not 8 million, there's over 25 million, and then by the way, all their family can come here.

00:02:59.000 But that doesn't matter, they don't have to bring their family now, because if their family gets here, gets across the border, they are legal for 3 years, and then after 3 years, they're totally legalized and given a green card.

00:03:13.000 And Bush says this is his solution, oh, you've got your finger cut off here, let me chop your arm off. 0.64

00:03:21.000 How about we hack your leg off? 1.00

00:03:22.000 That will fix it. 0.98

00:03:25.000 This is amazing, folks.

00:03:28.000 Bush proposing immigration reform for millions, looking to draw more Hispanics behind his re-election bid.

00:03:35.000 Okay, that's a fraud right there.

00:03:37.000 This headline that we've seen in the New York Times, the Washington Times, The Associated Press, Reuters, it's all the same opening line, looking to draw more Hispanics behind his re-election bid.

00:03:49.000 82% of Hispanics in major polls want the borders shut and illegals deported.

00:03:52.000 Every Hispanic I've talked to who's an American citizen, and most of those that are immigrants as well, don't want more illegals. 0.98

00:03:58.000 They know it drives down their wages. 0.86

00:04:00.000 They're not stupid, but again, they're creating this illusion that all Hispanics want this, and some are starting to buy it and go, yeah, yeah, you're against Hispanics if you don't want an open border. 0.97

00:04:10.000 Hey, I'm not against Russians, I'm not against Mexicans, I'm not against Chinese. 0.97

00:04:14.000 There's over 6 billion people, they all want to come here.

00:04:18.000 We're now right up at 300 million, and that's just off some of the latest census numbers, folks.

00:04:25.000 Most of the illegals don't go out and talk to the census taker, okay? 0.78

00:04:30.000 A lot of estimates are we're at actually 325 million people.

00:04:37.000 So we'll go over this, and you thought NAFTA and GATT were bad.

00:04:40.000 You thought the tens of millions of illegals were bad.

00:04:42.000 Oh, it's going to get a lot worse.

00:04:44.000 And they're going to vote.

00:04:45.000 And they're going to pull that lever for gun control and socialism.

00:04:49.000 And the government's going to take everything we've got.

00:04:52.000 It's a great new system.

00:04:54.000 They'll also make up the military and be our prison guards.

00:04:56.000 Oh, I have the mainstream news articles.

00:05:03.000 Why continue to suffer from pain, illness, and disease when natural health and wellness therapies are within your reach?

00:05:08.000 Hundreds of people report improved health and wellness using Rife Frequency Technology.

00:05:13.000 In the 1920s, research scientist Royal Raymond Rife discovered that disease organisms can be destroyed using resonant frequencies.

00:07:28.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

00:07:33.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

00:07:44.000 The casual society control grid, implantable microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

00:07:51.000 soil, the USA Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

00:07:56.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the masters of terror, only by exposing the perpetrators of- Big Brother.

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:09.000 You want answers?

00:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:25.000 I had James Bovard, a well-known conservative columnist who's written for the New York Times, the Washington Times, American Spectator, They don't want his articles, though.

00:08:37.000 Only the liberals want to run them.

00:08:39.000 Articles where you go out with a sign amongst 500, 1,000 Bush supporters, and you say, no blood for oil, and they come over and arrest you and charge you with federal crimes.

00:08:52.000 And Mr. Bovard said, you know, I can't imagine that they're doing this, and he says, I can't imagine that a judge will convict The latest 55-year-old man that they arrested and have criminally charged.

00:09:10.000 And they admit he was standing in a big crowd of people on the side of the road.

00:09:13.000 And they all had Bush-supporting signs.

00:09:16.000 They had held back the protesters out of view of the media and the President.

00:09:20.000 He went with his sign and just said, I'm going to stand here with it.

00:09:22.000 And they were ordered to arrest him.

00:09:25.000 I guess our veterans have fought and died so that you can't stand amongst Bush supporters with pro-Bush signs and have an anti-Bush sign.

00:09:34.000 I guess that's what America's all about.

00:09:35.000 It's the new conservatism.

00:09:37.000 Like the open borders, the gun control, the bloating regulation and size of government.

00:09:42.000 That's conservative.

00:09:44.000 Communism is what the founding fathers wanted.

00:09:47.000 I'm learning that I'm a communist.

00:09:48.000 I'm not a conservative.

00:09:50.000 And that'll be quoted in the newspaper.

00:09:52.000 That's a joke.

00:09:53.000 It's a way of illustrating here.

00:09:55.000 But it's very serious.

00:09:57.000 Well, guess what?

00:09:58.000 They convicted this guy.

00:10:00.000 He was facing massive fines and quite a bit of time in prison.

00:10:08.000 But the judge convicted him.

00:10:12.000 And said, well, you're only going to have to pay a $500 fine, but then repudiated him and said, you know, how dare you think that you can go protest?

00:10:25.000 So I have that article, and I want to get Bovard back on, because he said, well, I can't believe they're arresting people all over the country, and I can't believe they're criminally charging, you know, 65-year-old steelworkers and, you know, grabbing 55-year-old people and just standing there with signs.

00:10:41.000 Then I pointed out that the Dallas Morning News and Austin American Statesman have both reported that the state lost three lawsuits.

00:10:50.000 This was about five years ago, four and a half years ago.

00:10:53.000 Bush was governor, and if you stood anywhere on the streets around the governor's mansion across the street from the Capitol, these are main avenues in Austin, Texas.

00:11:03.000 They're on the corner of 11th and Lavaca, or anywhere around there, they would come over and arrest you.

00:11:11.000 And I have been out there protesting before.

00:11:14.000 And, you know, protesting against gun grabbing and other stuff that was going on.

00:11:19.000 And Bush wanting open borders here in Texas and trying to do that.

00:11:24.000 And I had state police walk over and APD walk over and say, we're going to arrest you if you don't leave.

00:11:28.000 And I'd say, hey, go ahead and arrest me.

00:11:30.000 I'm going to sue you personally.

00:11:32.000 Understand that, buddy.

00:11:33.000 I'm going to sue you.

00:11:35.000 And I'd say, I know you've been arresting a lot of people, but please, I want to sue you.

00:11:39.000 And they'd back off from me, but others.

00:11:42.000 In fact, one of the big suits they lost was a bunch of handicapped folks who were out there protesting, and they arrested a bunch of old ladies in wheelchairs, loaded a paddy wagon with them, and that was just one of the lawsuits.

00:11:57.000 They had to pay $100,000 a piece out to each of the old people. 0.99

00:12:00.000 A couple of them were old ladies of those that sued and won.

00:12:04.000 And they were on the sidewalk, not blocking traffic, sitting there with signs about the state budget.

00:12:10.000 And boy, really dangerous.

00:12:11.000 Let's arrest them. 0.87

00:12:12.000 And that was under the governor's orders. 0.94

00:12:14.000 Get them old ladies out of here. 1.00

00:12:16.000 And that was in the paper.

00:12:18.000 And when it really got obvious, here in Austin, when I worked for KJFK, one of the hosts who was on before me, Shannon Burke, he said, To one of the interns, he said, I want you to go down there with a sign that says, I like Bush.

00:12:38.000 And they sent somebody down there with an audio recorder and a video camera as well across the street to tape all this.

00:12:44.000 And the intern, I ought to call Shannon and get her name and have her on. 0.94

00:12:48.000 It was in the Dallas Morning News, as I said.

00:12:50.000 And she went and stood with the sign, I like Bush, during another protest of about 15 people against the death penalty.

00:12:57.000 Pops came, arrested every one of them.

00:12:59.000 She was standing among them, didn't say a word, just held her sign.

00:13:02.000 They didn't arrest her.

00:13:04.000 And then she came back on the radio and talked about how they winked at her.

00:13:07.000 There was video of all this too, I ought to get that video.

00:13:12.000 So they kept arresting people and arresting people and they lost three different suits.

00:13:16.000 Several of the suits had multiple parties, and in the cases, they all won $100,000, a little over $100,000 a piece.

00:13:28.000 I mean, folks, that's not a free country.

00:13:30.000 That's what they do in China and Russia.

00:13:32.000 Do you understand?

00:13:34.000 That's not America!

00:13:36.000 That is not America!

00:13:39.000 I've been out at 50 traffic stops or checkpoints.

00:13:41.000 We'll be 100 yards from the police.

00:13:45.000 And they will walk over and say, turn those cameras off!

00:13:49.000 And I'll say, no, it's the First Amendment.

00:13:51.000 We're not going to turn our cameras off.

00:13:52.000 Well, let me see your press pass.

00:13:53.000 My press pass is the First Amendment, buddy.

00:13:56.000 A press pass is for a private institution who only allows certain members of the media in.

00:14:02.000 Do you understand that a press pass is for a football game or a opera or a theater show where you can't have a million people claiming their press.

00:14:10.000 Press passes were started about a hundred years ago because a lot of folks were saying they were press going to paid events.

00:14:17.000 You don't need any press pass to walk down the street with a video camera.

00:14:21.000 You don't need any permit to march or rally.

00:14:25.000 You gotta have a permit to block traffic.

00:14:28.000 You don't have to have any permit to be on a public sidewalk.

00:14:32.000 And these are the laws, these are the precedents, this is the Constitution.

00:14:36.000 But the cops, the average police officer out there, and I don't dislike you, I'm just angry at your ignorance, has been told our policy is, arrest anybody on the street with a sign, take anybody to jail that's doing this, but when they lost all those lawsuits downtown, at the Capitol, now suddenly in this city we don't see as much of that.

00:14:56.000 Though Mike Hanson, who does some camera work for me, got a call that one of our listeners, they wanted to search his car and have his ID and all that, and he said no.

00:15:03.000 Mike goes out to the scene, they're taking him to jail.

00:15:06.000 Mike's about 70 feet away in a parking lot videotaping.

00:15:09.000 Cops run over.

00:15:10.000 Are you a police officer?

00:15:11.000 Then get out of here! 1.00

00:15:12.000 Turn your camera off!

00:15:14.000 What are you doing?

00:15:16.000 And Mike said, it's called the First Amendment.

00:15:19.000 Well, give us your ID.

00:15:20.000 No, it's the Fifth Amendment.

00:15:21.000 Back off! 1.00

00:15:22.000 I know my rights.

00:15:23.000 They were about to arrest him and backed off.

00:15:25.000 Good!

00:15:25.000 You're learning.

00:15:26.000 We're not your slaves.

00:15:27.000 Do you understand?

00:15:29.000 You want to have helicopters looking through our walls and cameras on the street corners and cameras in the school bathrooms, but we're not supposed to have our cameras?

00:15:40.000 And by the way, I see articles every week where people will be at a county courthouse As a college student with blonde hair and blue eyes, you're really in trouble if you've got dark skin.

00:15:51.000 But all the time, white-bred Americans will be out there for a school report. 1.00

00:15:55.000 I've seen dozens of these.

00:15:57.000 And they'll be taking photos of the county commissioner's quarter or the city council building for their report.

00:16:05.000 And the police will come over and arrest them.

00:16:07.000 Take their camera.

00:16:08.000 Why, you could be a terrorist.

00:16:10.000 You could be photographing our building.

00:16:13.000 And now, you know, the White House says, look out for those that have road atlases, or almanacs, or there's a bunch of other stuff.

00:16:21.000 Look out for folks that have this.

00:16:25.000 But you know what?

00:16:25.000 They're not worried about the 25 million illegal aliens that they're about to legalize.

00:16:31.000 And this new law doesn't just set a date.

00:16:33.000 It doesn't, like the old amnesty say, well, 8 million, 5 million, 3 million, 10 million of ya.

00:16:39.000 Who are here?

00:16:40.000 You got one month to line up and get your amnesty.

00:16:43.000 And you're legal.

00:16:45.000 No.

00:16:46.000 In perpetuity, if you can get here, you get a three-year... It's not even called a green card.

00:16:54.000 It's a joke.

00:16:54.000 You're just illegal.

00:16:55.000 It's not amnesty either.

00:16:56.000 They don't know about that.

00:16:58.000 You're just legal, and you get an ID card issued by the government.

00:17:02.000 Now, I've read the bill.

00:17:03.000 I've read the White House statements.

00:17:05.000 That's what it does.

00:17:06.000 This is their solution to illegal immigration. 0.84

00:17:08.000 You know, it's like saying, Well, you don't like arson.

00:17:13.000 You don't like arsonists.

00:17:14.000 Well, we just won't call it arson anymore.

00:17:16.000 We'll call people setting fire to buildings, Loving Helper Friends.

00:17:21.000 That'll handle the problem of arson, say in Detroit on Devil's Night every year, where hundreds of structures are burned.

00:17:27.000 We'll just legalize it, won't call it arson, and we'll call it Happy Helper Friends.

00:17:34.000 Good!

00:17:34.000 Problem solved.

00:17:35.000 Hey, you don't like dying of cancer?

00:17:37.000 There's no such thing as cancer anymore.

00:17:39.000 We call it, uh, uh, happy apples.

00:17:42.000 Oh, he's, he's not feeling well because of the happy apples.

00:17:46.000 We don't have a problem of cancer anymore.

00:17:47.000 I mean, do you get how absurd this is?

00:17:52.000 Oh, it's not amnesty.

00:17:53.000 They're all just going to be totally legalized.

00:17:55.000 And by the way, then they can bring all their families in and the instant they get here, they're legalized.

00:18:01.000 Oh, that's wonderful.

00:18:02.000 We've got Hundreds of millions in India that want to come here.

00:18:06.000 Hundreds of millions in China that want to come here.

00:18:08.000 And every couple decades, there's hundreds of millions more.

00:18:11.000 There are tens of millions of new births every year in Latin America.

00:18:14.000 They're building giant superhighways right down into there.

00:18:17.000 And now Bush is going to meet with Vicente Fox, just like he did two days before 9-11.

00:18:23.000 Two weeks before 9-11, excuse me.

00:18:27.000 And is going to do this.

00:18:29.000 And Vicente Fox came to Austin a couple months ago.

00:18:32.000 And he gave an award to the police department for ignoring the federal law.

00:18:36.000 Gave awards to the Wells Fargo because they issue a debit card that is accepted as ID by other banks and the Austin Police Department and hundreds of other cities.

00:18:47.000 We're not just going to have the government issuing ID cards.

00:18:49.000 Private corporations will issue their smart cards and that will be accepted, but not for you.

00:18:55.000 I have watched illegal aliens with no ID, unable to speak Spanish. 1.00

00:19:00.000 I've sat there in line with my wife, who does speak Spanish, and I have sat there and she has told me what they're saying and they are there with no paperwork and a Spanish-speaking teller comes up and gives them a bank account.

00:19:13.000 I told you about the lady I know who runs the biggest apartment complex in Austin for the biggest company in the country, management company. 1.00

00:19:20.000 They went to a big Dallas meeting last Christmas and they were told Illegals, you can let 10 be to a two-bedroom.

00:19:27.000 But citizens, you fine them and kick them out.

00:19:30.000 They said we are covertly government housing now, but no one is to know that one-third of our properties are government housing.

00:19:37.000 That means one-third inside properties.

00:19:40.000 And that we've been told by the feds to let the illegals do whatever they want. 0.70

00:19:43.000 This is designed to destroy the middle class. 0.91

00:19:46.000 Why do you think they give double tuition to illegals in several western states?

00:19:50.000 Why do you think they give No income taxes for seven years for any foreigner.

00:19:57.000 Why do you think that?

00:23:00.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

00:23:05.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

00:23:13.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

00:23:20.000 Radioactive poisoning.

00:23:22.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

00:23:28.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

00:23:33.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children and the elderly, the sick, and pets. Order the official Potassium

00:24:05.000 Monday through Friday from 11am until 2pm Central Standard Time we do this show. There's

00:24:12.000 a lot of propaganda surrounding Bush's quote immigration reform.

00:24:18.000 you Number one, the word reform is not properly understood by the general public.

00:24:24.000 Reform simply means to change the shape of.

00:24:26.000 But we think of the word reform as a good thing.

00:24:30.000 It's like campaign finance reform.

00:24:32.000 Double the amount of money.

00:24:34.000 Corporations can give and stop the amount of money.

00:24:38.000 Cut it completely cold.

00:24:40.000 Dead what individuals can do.

00:24:44.000 That's their reform and restricting non-profit organizations like Gun Owners of America and others 60 days before elections being able to go on talk shows and tell you how members of Congress voted.

00:24:56.000 Oh, that sounds real good, violating the First Amendment.

00:24:59.000 People said, oh, the courts will never uphold that. 0.91

00:25:01.000 The Supreme Court did.

00:25:04.000 Just like the Democrats said, oh, they'll never uphold this redistricting in Texas.

00:25:08.000 Of course they did.

00:25:09.000 People said, oh, they'll never allow them to arrest protesters with peaceful signs among those that support government officials.

00:25:16.000 Yes, they did.

00:25:19.000 Oh, they'll never give authorization for secret arrest of citizens.

00:25:21.000 Yes, they did.

00:25:22.000 In one case, they didn't.

00:25:24.000 But the point is, these courts are out of control.

00:25:27.000 You're like, well, we've got to get Bush back in for more good appointments.

00:25:31.000 They've got two-thirds of the Supreme Court are Republican-appointed.

00:25:37.000 I mean, it's a sick joke, folks.

00:25:39.000 All I'm saying is we don't have a Republican Party in this country.

00:25:42.000 People go, well, Bush is better than Gore.

00:25:44.000 No, because conservatives would be awake and watchful and mistrusting of government, which the Founding Fathers said we should always be, regardless of who's in office, if we had Al Gore in office.

00:25:55.000 I wish Al Gore was in office.

00:25:57.000 Al Gore wouldn't have put us back on UNESCO.

00:25:59.000 Bill Clinton didn't do it.

00:26:00.000 He knew it was too unpopular.

00:26:02.000 But not Bush, because it's conservative.

00:26:07.000 Bush proposing immigration reform for millions, and it says that in addition, those outside the country, not just people that are already here, but those outside the country wanting to work for the United States will be able to sign up for jobs that most Americans don't want.

00:26:23.000 What a fraud!

00:26:23.000 Oh yeah, the high-tech people don't want their computer jobs.

00:26:27.000 Oh yeah, oh yeah, I know people fighting American citizens to get the lawn mowing jobs and the jobs trimming trees. 0.91

00:26:36.000 It's a joke!

00:26:37.000 Or jobs in sheet metal factories.

00:26:41.000 And we're not just competing against the illegals, we're competing against the prisons too! 0.89

00:26:46.000 We've read the stories where, you know, a prison will set up a private industry and then there'll be four companies that were private hiring more people there in the city and it takes Seattle and four of them go out of business.

00:26:59.000 All of them go out of business and now the prison gets all the business with a private company running the business and the prisoners get twenty cents an hour.

00:27:09.000 Starting to get this and depending on which federal law they use, they get seven to ten years.

00:27:16.000 Did you know that whether they're from Pakistan, or Russia, or Germany, or mainly Latin America, or any of these countries, ask them, go to one of these stores.

00:27:26.000 You wonder why all the stores are owned by foreigners? 1.00

00:27:30.000 Owned by people who can't speak English everywhere you go, 90% of them? 1.00

00:27:33.000 Because they don't have to pay income taxes for 7 to 10 years!

00:27:37.000 No one can compete against it!

00:27:39.000 No one!

00:27:40.000 The big gas companies, Publicly, only try to give franchises to all these foreigners.

00:27:46.000 Because, again, no one can compete against not having to pay income taxes.

00:27:51.000 Not having?

00:27:52.000 Why do foreigners get that? 1.00

00:27:54.000 The average American doesn't even know that.

00:27:56.000 Did the government do it because it loved us?

00:28:02.000 It's a bad thing to be a citizen.

00:28:05.000 You're there to be abused.

00:28:06.000 You're there to be Turned into a third world serf. 1.00

00:28:09.000 They hate you middle class.

00:28:11.000 They hate you having money.

00:28:13.000 They hate you not being on welfare.

00:28:15.000 Because when you're on welfare, they can say, if you don't take all the vaccines and your children don't, you don't get the welfare.

00:28:21.000 See?

00:28:21.000 It's about control.

00:28:26.000 And they say the estimate ranges from 8 million to 14 million illegals.

00:28:30.000 But anyone who's here, anyone that can ever get here, it's instantly legalized in perpetuity.

00:28:35.000 It's an ongoing total amnesty.

00:28:39.000 So, I hope you enjoy this, and I want you to remember what the economy was like today, ten years from now, as the illegals become legals and pour in and vote and take your guns and take your private property and ratchet up the taxes and vote in our new democracy for satellite tracking and taxation.

00:29:00.000 I just, and the illegals, they won't mind, you know, once they're legal, swiping their card for the National Sales Tax.

00:29:05.000 It's all going to be so much fun being slaves.

00:29:08.000 I'm not trying to be negative here, I'm just stating the facts.

00:29:12.000 I know it's not as important as Pete Rose. 0.99

00:29:17.000 I know it's not as important as any of this ridiculous garbage. 0.96

00:29:20.000 I know it's not as important as Colby Bryant. 0.96

00:29:24.000 You know, yesterday we had one of the top bioethics folks on.

00:29:27.000 We read part of the bill on air where New Jersey legalized taking clones to term, having the surrogate mothers give birth to them, keeping the babies alive and using them for body parts outside the womb.

00:29:38.000 I know that's not important.

00:29:40.000 Hey, what's important is Pete Rose.

00:29:42.000 Let's talk about Pete Rose when we get back. 0.99

00:29:45.000 That really matters to pathetic jellyfish. 0.99

00:29:51.000 We're on the march. 0.99

00:29:52.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:02.000 Hello, Ted Anderson here with Midas Resources.

00:30:04.000 Lately, I've been hearing people tell me that gold is so low now that it would be a perfect time to buy.

00:30:09.000 With over 20 years of personal experience in the gold business, I can tell you that opportunities like this can be counted on one hand.

00:30:15.000 The truth is, very few people have the fortitude to actually act on a market like this.

00:30:19.000 However, they have become the elite group, more than doubling their investment over a moderate time span.

00:30:25.000 In 1982, gold was trading in a range of $275 per ounce.

00:30:30.000 By mid 1983, it was close to $500 an ounce.

00:30:34.000 In 1986, gold collector coins had quadrupled.

00:30:36.000 Don't procrastinate this opportunity away.

00:30:39.000 All the bottom line fundamentals still support a strong future for gold.

00:30:43.000 Call 1-800-686-2237 for a free evaluation of your gold portfolio.

00:30:50.000 You'll be glad you did.

00:30:51.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

00:30:51.000 1-800-686-2237. Again, 1-800-686-2237.

00:30:58.000 Who says MREs are only for emergencies?

00:31:03.000 Certainly not the Long Life Food Depot.

00:31:05.000 The Long Life Food Depot, with over 20 years of continuous service, has been a primary supplier of MREs to hikers, campers, and hunters, as well as FEMA and the Red Cross.

00:31:13.000 Imagine hot turkey and potatoes, beef teriyaki, or cheese tortellini, followed by peaches, mixed fruit, or pineapple for dessert.

00:31:20.000 Just a few of the many selections.

00:31:21.000 Visit www.longlifefood.com for a complete menu.

00:31:25.000 Both FEMA and the Red Cross have suggested having food stored in case of disaster.

00:31:29.000 The Long Life Food Depot was recently mentioned in a USA Today article on the very subject of emergency preparations.

00:31:34.000 It makes sense to be prepared and Long Life Food Depot makes it easy.

00:31:37.000 Long-term storable MREs make for convenience when camping, hiking or canoeing.

00:31:42.000 No fires allowed?

00:31:43.000 Hot meals still are?

00:32:02.000 Late summer 2003, Mainstream press tells us we're having a stock market recovery.

00:32:07.000 Late summer 2002?

00:32:09.000 I heard the same thing.

00:32:11.000 Late summer 2001?

00:32:12.000 You heard the same thing.

00:32:14.000 The Dow Jones Industrial Average, currently trading in the 93 to 9400 range, is down 7% from two years ago.

00:32:21.000 That's recovery?

00:32:23.000 Gold, now trading in the $360 range, is up 31% in that same period.

00:32:29.000 Where do you want your hard-earned money?

00:32:31.000 Hi folks, this is Jack Brown with Midas Resources.

00:32:38.000 I love the sound of real money.

00:32:59.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:33:08.000 Alex Jones on the GCN radio network.

00:33:15.000 Alright ladies and gentlemen, coming up in the next hour we have Neil Knox.

00:33:29.000 Bye.

00:33:30.000 The Wall Street Journal said Neil Knox is likely to have A greater impact on the rapidly escalating firefight over gun control than any other individual in America.

00:33:39.000 And he's a former NRA board member.

00:33:43.000 We'll talk about the State of the Second Amendment coming up in the middle of the next hour, about 57 minutes from now.

00:33:52.000 We'll also get into Bush proposing immigration reform.

00:33:54.000 Again, it's reform.

00:33:55.000 It's like putting blacks back into slavery and calling it reform. 0.98

00:34:01.000 just like his campaign finance reform it's not a reform in a good way

00:34:06.000 also again uh... mercy found guilty fine five hundred dollars

00:34:11.000 the feds prosecuted him they were trying to get uh... up to six months in federal prison a five thousand

00:34:17.000 dollar fine But instead, he got a $500 fine for standing amongst hundreds of Bush supporters on a public street with a sign saying, no blood for oil.

00:34:27.000 So again, the courts say, yeah, you can't stand on the street with a sign.

00:34:32.000 That's evil.

00:34:33.000 And we just can't allow that.

00:34:35.000 Also, CIA fake German terror alert.

00:34:37.000 That's out from mainstream Norwegian news.

00:34:42.000 China to drop martial law out of its constitution and call it a civil emergency or crisis or state of emergency.

00:34:51.000 Oh, they're getting more modern, aren't they?

00:34:54.000 And civil contingencies bill gives the UK government dictatorial powers.

00:34:57.000 We'll be going over that.

00:34:58.000 Blair says I'll take Britain into the Euro by 2007.

00:35:02.000 Before we go to our guest, Michael Rivero with WhatReallyHappened.com, an amazing website, one of the biggest alternative sites on the internet.

00:35:11.000 I want to encourage every listener.

00:35:12.000 Number one, if you want to wake people up and have a great tool to share the information we cover on this show with people, it's wonderful.

00:35:47.000 It's an amazing video.

00:35:48.000 They're all over two hours.

00:35:50.000 Police State, three total.

00:35:51.000 Enslavement is two hours, forty minutes.

00:35:53.000 The first twenty-five is, what is the New World Order?

00:35:56.000 What is globalism?

00:35:58.000 Then, who are the neocons?

00:36:00.000 What is PNAC?

00:36:01.000 Other examples of government-sponsored terror, other than 9-11, stuff I haven't covered in other films, then we get into Patriot Act 1 and 2, Homeland Security, all of it, the cashless society control grid.

00:36:12.000 It's a great film, and you need to get Police State 3, Total Enslavement.

00:36:15.000 There's a lot of great videos, they're $25.95 apiece, $20 when you order three or more.

00:37:02.000 It is so important.

00:37:04.000 It's having such a huge effect.

00:37:06.000 We have a chance to expose the globalist terrorist before they carry out more terror.

00:37:11.000 So please get the films, the books, today.

00:37:14.000 Alright, we're joined by Michael Rivero with WhatReallyHappened.com and the site's just a few years old.

00:37:19.000 It's one of the biggest out there.

00:37:21.000 Millions of visitors each month.

00:37:24.000 Infowars.com gets over 8 million visitors a month and What Really Happened even gets more than that.

00:37:30.000 A lot of interesting info and analysis there on the site with different perspectives each and every day.

00:37:36.000 Mr. Rivero is a case point example of how just an average person can take action and reach millions of people.

00:37:44.000 Michael, good to have you on the show.

00:37:46.000 Thank you for having me on the show this morning, Alex, and obviously a lot of the material that I have in my site is linking to InfoWars.com.

00:37:54.000 Well, I just want to say that you've done so much wonderful work over the years, and again, I go back to that.

00:38:02.000 We really can stand up against this, can't we?

00:38:05.000 Yes, we absolutely can, and I think the most important thing about websites such as yours and mine, and increasingly more and more every day, ...is that we've broken the information monopoly of the mainstream media.

00:38:16.000 People are now able to find information that the TV networks and the major newspapers would just assume that they not see.

00:38:23.000 And in a lot of ways, these modern blogging websites are very similar to what was called the Samizdat in the old USSR, which was a network not of computers, but of fax machines that passed around stories from machine to machine.

00:38:40.000 Which basically exposed the corruptions and deceptions of the government and ultimately was a major contributor to the collapse of the former Soviet Union.

00:38:47.000 Now, the globalists count on us only dealing in the now, not having a long-term memory as Winston talks about in 1984.

00:38:55.000 But by showing the progression of their lives, by showing the patterns of their corruption, by taking regionalized news that never gets out of certain regions and bring it all to one place, we are very accurate at even predicting future events.

00:39:10.000 Very much so.

00:39:12.000 One of the ways in which the schools shortchange our children is they teach history as disconnected events, name, place,

00:39:19.000 date, name, place, date, and they pointedly do not teach the interconnections of why

00:39:25.000 one event influenced the next, influenced the next, influenced the

00:39:29.000 next.

00:39:29.000 And as a result, these children grow to adulthood thinking only in terms of

00:39:33.000 history as isolated events, and they do not see the connections of what is

00:39:38.000 happening from one event to the next and why one event leads to the

00:39:41.000 next.

00:39:42.000 Whereas before, classical Western teaching was event history.

00:39:48.000 That's what makes it interesting.

00:39:49.000 That's how you learn history.

00:39:51.000 And now, Michael, they're just phasing out history altogether.

00:39:54.000 Yes, it is being very much de-emphasized in terms of more indoctrination about current politics.

00:40:01.000 And whole sections of history which are really meaningful for what we're going through right now are simply not being taught in the schools at all.

00:40:08.000 Michael, how did you get involved in this?

00:40:09.000 You know, as a case point example for those out there that are saying, oh, what can I do?

00:40:15.000 Well, believe it or not, it was almost by accident and this coming March will be the 10th anniversary of my website.

00:40:22.000 And it all started back with the death of White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster.

00:40:27.000 And I really was not involved politically at the time, but my day job, I work in motion picture and TV special effects, and I happened to see the photograph that was leaked by the White House to Reuters News, showing Foster's hand with the gun.

00:40:40.000 And the instant I looked at it, I knew it was a staged shot, because there were so many problems wrong with it.

00:40:47.000 So I grabbed a copy of it, and I put it up on a sub-page on my then-at-the-time business website, saying there is something funny going on here.

00:40:54.000 And the next thing I knew, We were getting death threats in the middle of the night, and there was a serious amount of career-wrecking going on around Hollywood to basically bury me, much as the way the FBI had buried Gene Seberg and others during the 60s.

00:41:10.000 Did you know that when I go out to L.A.

00:41:11.000 and I meet with famous people, and I'll talk about it on the air, my name, and I'm just a little guy, all the big execs know who I am, they all talk about me, they walk up to me in restaurants and know who I am.

00:41:22.000 They really know who we are, don't they?

00:41:24.000 Yes, they do.

00:41:24.000 They absolutely do.

00:41:26.000 There's kind of a situation where a lot of them really do admire and support what you're doing and what I'm doing and what others are doing, but they can't really say it in front of others because they're never sure how it might come back to negatively impact their own business dealings and their own career.

00:41:42.000 And for people who've spent their entire lives to try and get to the positions where they're in, that's a lot for them to risk.

00:41:50.000 They may say privately to you one thing and then publicly something else, but there's a lot more support there than you might think.

00:41:57.000 Well, absolutely.

00:41:58.000 And under Bush, they've even got dossiers going around.

00:42:01.000 They've got Karl Rove and Lionel Chetwin admittedly managing the media, paying them funds for what I call propaganda placement.

00:42:09.000 Not product placement, but placing propaganda in the TV shows.

00:42:14.000 And I even had Lionel Chetwin threaten me in a stage bathroom on the Conspiracy Zone set.

00:42:22.000 Yes, there's a tremendous amount of pressure being applied right now because ultimately the government cannot control the Internet.

00:42:30.000 All they can control is the movies and TV and networks because of FCC and a lot of existing influence.

00:42:37.000 So they're pushing it as hard as they can to try and counter what is coming out over the Internet.

00:42:41.000 And I think what is really laughable is this new U.S.S.

00:42:46.000 Liberty event that is being staged by the State Department, and I use the word staged because it's obviously in response to the revelations by one of the investigators of the original U.S.S.

00:42:57.000 Liberty investigation that LBJ ordered them to conclude it was an accident, even though the evidence pointed to something else.

00:43:03.000 So, now the U.S.

00:43:05.000 government feels that they have to put up this little dog and pony show with a retired bankruptcy judge who is neither an investigator nor a scientist, uh... at the keynote speaker now for those who don't know

00:43:15.000 on prison planet dot com right now of course what really happened dot com

00:43:19.000 uh... we have the news article about the state department to quote you know put

00:43:22.000 on this uh... this symposium

00:43:25.000 this is your of the jerusalem post u s plans conference on u s s

00:43:29.000 liberty incident i've had the people on the ship on a bad the admirals

00:43:33.000 on i've had the people on who were told

00:43:36.000 uh... you know cover this up uh... they've been it's clear

00:43:40.000 And people even talked to McNamara on the phone, on ships, on spy bases, and were told, you keep this quiet, you shut this down.

00:43:50.000 As the planes were being launched, one of the admirals was refusing to turn them back, and it's clear, and correct me if I'm wrong, Michael, that this was the White House with Israel, together, planning to sink that ship to blame it on Egypt. 0.62

00:44:05.000 That seems to be the most obvious conclusion.

00:44:08.000 One issue that keeps coming up over and over again for those who keep saying, oh, it was just an accident, is if Israel attacked the USS Liberty thinking it was an Egyptian ship and a legitimate target of war, then why did they attack it using unmarked ships and planes?

00:44:24.000 When, if it was a legitimate attack during time of war, they could have just gone ahead with their regular marked aircraft and boats for the attack.

00:44:31.000 Obviously, the only reason to use unmarked ships and planes is to put the blame for the attack on a third party.

00:44:35.000 Well, I've read papers out of Israel where pilots and others have admitted that they were told to attack the ship and knew what it was.

00:44:42.000 Yes, absolutely.

00:44:43.000 There was one pilot who came forward and said he kept saying on the radio, this is an American ship, what do you want me to do?

00:44:48.000 And he kept getting the order, you will attack and sink it.

00:44:51.000 So, I mean, he's not anti-Semitic, he's not anti-Israel.

00:44:54.000 All these pilots and insulters that are refusing to bomb apartment buildings to kill one person, they're not bad.

00:45:01.000 No, they're not, and they're being punished and put in jail for refusing to violate the Geneva Convention.

00:45:06.000 Meanwhile, we have the gentleman who shot an Israeli-Jewish protester at the wall the other day.

00:45:16.000 He's being let off without any charges at all, so there's an incredible double standard going on there.

00:45:20.000 Yeah, I saw that. 0.98

00:45:22.000 Routinely, they're beating and killing fellow Jews. 0.99

00:45:24.000 It's horrible.

00:45:25.000 Yes, and it's getting completely out of control, and I think we're coming to the point where there's going to be not only a crisis in this country, I think there may even be a crisis within Israel itself, because there's actually more people are moving away from Israel than moving to it. 0.60

00:45:41.000 Why didn't Likud kill Rabin?

00:45:45.000 I'm sorry?

00:45:45.000 Why did the Likud party, and we've had Barry Hamish and others on, folks, why did the hardliners in Israel kill Yishak Rabin?

00:45:55.000 Well, this is an area in which I'm probably less qualified to answer than some of your other guests, but it does appear that it was an attempt to simply remove a potential competitor who was standing in the way of Ariel Sharon's rise to power.

00:46:09.000 Amazing.

00:46:11.000 Now, obviously on your website you cover a lot about 9-11.

00:46:14.000 Yes.

00:46:14.000 In just a few minutes, your synopsis of September 11th and the ensuing police state.

00:46:22.000 Well, I think it's very obvious if you go back and look at the foreign press, the United States was already announcing to other nations a plan to invade Afghanistan in October 2001, and they were making this announcement as early as March of 2001.

00:46:36.000 So, when 9-11 happened, it happened at exactly the right moment to anger the American people into support of the invasion of Afghanistan, which was already in progress.

00:46:47.000 And Bush had the launch orders on his desk two days before.

00:46:50.000 The troops en masse, this was all done with precision.

00:46:53.000 It absolutely was.

00:46:54.000 It was all ready to go when it happened.

00:46:57.000 And it is, in light of some of the revelations that have come out about the original Pearl Harbor, following the declassification of certain documents in 1994, It is appropriate to call 9-11 the new Pearl Harbor, because both of them were deceptions designed to goad the U.S.

00:47:11.000 into a war they otherwise would not have supported.

00:47:14.000 Now let me throw something else in here.

00:47:17.000 Yeah.

00:47:17.000 60 miles from me is the Fredericksburg National Pacific Museum, the Animal Limits Museum.

00:47:23.000 Yes.

00:47:23.000 Now, as a young child, I went there and saw the midget sub sunk that morning before the attack even began.

00:47:28.000 Now it's come out that three others were sunk at the gate of the harbor that morning, and the ships and people were still told to stand down.

00:47:36.000 I mean, that is amazing right there.

00:47:39.000 Yes, it absolutely is.

00:47:41.000 The radar had the planes coming in.

00:47:44.000 There's a book out called Day of Deceit by Commander Robert B. Stinnett, which is a wonderful expose of the Pearl Harbor deception.

00:47:51.000 And since I live here in Hawaii, I've been able to actually go around and confirm a great deal of the material that is in that book.

00:47:57.000 Most notably, that the Japanese fleet was broadcasting on their radios all the time.

00:48:02.000 They were not maintaining radio silence, and their transmitters were so powerful that the passenger ship, SS Lure Line, picked them up, and their radio operator gave a log of the intercepts to the U.S.

00:48:14.000 Navy here in Pearl Harbor two days before the attack.

00:48:17.000 And that record has now, of course, completely vanished.

00:48:20.000 But it is a complete myth and deception to say that the fleet was maintaining radio silence.

00:48:24.000 They weren't.

00:48:27.000 Unbelievable.

00:48:27.000 So back to September 11th, I kind of diverted you off of that.

00:48:33.000 It's not an urban legend that the Otago Instant Messenger company, I have the Jerusalem Post on this and others, or ROTS as well, did tell their employees not to go to work.

00:48:43.000 It is a fact that Mayor Willie Brown was told not to fly to New York.

00:48:46.000 It is a fact the Joint Chiefs of Staff were told not to go to D.C.

00:48:49.000 that day in New York.

00:48:51.000 This is all on the record, but all of these hundreds of points have just kind of receded back into the background.

00:48:58.000 Your take on that and also this new whitewash commission.

00:49:02.000 Well, my take on that is, along with the other information, of course, it's come out that Willie Brown got his warning not to fly that day directly from Condoleezza Rice's office.

00:49:11.000 So that puts the line of inside information right into the White House itself.

00:49:16.000 There was also one other event which seems to have escaped a lot of notice, and that is that many of the key executives of businesses operating in the World Trade Center had been invited to a special breakfast.

00:49:27.000 uh... that was uh... conducted uh... in uh... i think it exactly where the last got a u s military base warren buffett yeah that was that that was the one i was talking about so a lot of those key players were invited away from the building by the way that's the associated press i'm sorry that's the associated press on that go ahead uh... i think what is key to understand is that there are clear signs of frame ups going on in u.s.

00:49:52.000 terror attacks And I think we want to start with skipping off to one side a moment to the anthrax letters case, which everybody was all screaming about Stephen Hatfield and going back and forth and the FBI was haranguing him and harassing him and tore up his girlfriend's apartment and they even drained a pond near his home and found absolutely nothing.

00:50:12.000 Meanwhile, the Hartford Courant reported that there was actually a suspect that security systems had caught going in where the anthrax was being stored, but the FBI has never bothered to investigate him.

00:50:24.000 The key point is that... And of course, this guy's an Israeli.

00:50:28.000 He's Jewish.

00:50:29.000 I don't know if he's specifically an Israeli citizen, but... In the articles I've seen, and this is mainstream stuff, he's got Mossad connections.

00:50:36.000 That very well may be the case, but the point is that regardless of whether it's Dr. Zak or Dr. Hatfield, those letters that were included with the anthrax proved that somebody was trying to frame Arab Muslims for terror attacks in the U.S.

00:50:49.000 Now, with that hard proof of that, we go back to September 11th, and we start- Stay there, Michael Rivero.

00:50:55.000 We'll continue with the facts.

00:50:57.000 The facts, wherever they lead.

00:53:58.000 From his Central Texas Command Center deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:54:10.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:54:15.000 There's so many facets that we can cover here of government-sponsored terror.

00:54:20.000 Michael Rivera, let me just throw a few out at you.

00:54:22.000 It's now come out.

00:54:24.000 It's totally clear they killed Princess Diana.

00:54:26.000 It's clear MI5's carrying out the terror attacks in London and in Northern Ireland to keep the fear going and expand their control.

00:54:33.000 It's clear that Putin's blowing buildings up still to blame it on his enemies.

00:54:37.000 We have them caught, you know, dead.

00:54:41.000 Hand in the cookie jar on so many occasions that government loves this problem, reaction, solution.

00:54:47.000 Can you speak to that?

00:54:48.000 Well, there's nothing new with this.

00:54:50.000 This kind of deception has been going on for a very, very long time, and the reason it works is because your average citizen wants to believe that they are brave and courageous and can stand up to a government that's gone corrupt.

00:55:02.000 But the reality is, they aren't, and they don't even want to admit that to themselves.

00:55:07.000 So, all propaganda really does is give people who don't want to think about what's going on an excuse not to think about what's going on.

00:55:15.000 That's why you have people 40 years after the fact with all that's come out, you still have people clinging to the Warren Report because they don't want to have to admit that the government itself was behind John Kennedy's assassination, because then they'd have to do something about it.

00:55:29.000 And the instant they know the government is doing something wrong and then decide not to do something about it, Then they have to stop thinking of themselves as being brave and courageous and standing up for truth and honesty.

00:55:39.000 You know, you crystallize that down in just a few words, and I try to elaborate on it, but that's it.

00:55:44.000 This propaganda is good because it makes it easy.

00:55:47.000 It makes it, you know, oh, it's just for this group or that group, but you know, it's so skillfully done where it plays to our laziness and our fear.

00:55:54.000 That's exactly right, and yet it will not withstand careful scrutiny, and it's not designed to.

00:55:59.000 Propaganda is really just that lie that most people will be comfortable with.

00:56:05.000 So, will Vladimir Putin, will Tony Blair, will any of these people be brought to justice for acts of terrorism?

00:56:11.000 Well, only if they make a really bad mistake to where the public simply cannot avoid confronting the reality of what's been going on.

00:56:19.000 And every once in a while that does happen.

00:56:21.000 It happened in the United States in 1776.

00:56:23.000 It happened in France during their revolution.

00:56:26.000 Where the people who were in charge just made one mistake too many, and the people said, okay, we can't pretend that this is not the way the world is right now, and we've got to do something about it.

00:56:37.000 Absolutely.

00:56:38.000 What do you see happening in this new year?

00:56:40.000 More terror attacks, or have we done a good enough job so far of exposing them to back them off from doing big domestic events?

00:56:47.000 Well, I'm hoping the latter, because the one thing that will prevent more staged terror events is if the perpetrators think that there's a real chance That they could be exposed, that people will not believe the fall guy, the scapegoat, and there has been a lot of fragmentation, if you will, of the existing cover-up.

00:57:07.000 Robert Mueller, the head of the FBI, has actually admitted there is no real evidence that links the named 9-11 suspects to the actual crime.

00:57:15.000 And more and more, as I said, people are becoming aware that we really don't know who was on those planes, only who we're supposed to blame for it.

00:57:23.000 Well, also, every person that's a supposed enemy terrorist, like Bin Laden or Saddam, no one has connections to them like the Bushes. 0.73

00:57:31.000 Absolutely, or the CIA.

00:57:33.000 And there was that incident in Palestine about three months ago where they busted an Al-Qaeda cell and realized they had actually picked up a bunch of Mossad agents.

00:57:42.000 And by the way, that's the Jerusalem Post and the Haraj.

00:57:45.000 That's even in their newspapers.

00:57:47.000 UPI, we're not making this up.

00:57:49.000 Yeah, that was covered pretty much everywhere, but then it was very quickly downplayed, much as the Carl Cameron story on Fox News, the four-part series about the Israeli spiring.

00:57:59.000 They don't even deny this stuff, though.

00:58:01.000 It's like, well, let's not talk about that.

00:58:03.000 Yeah, that's basically the attitude.

00:58:05.000 It's, yeah, it happened, but it's not important.

00:58:06.000 You know, please keep looking at the Arab Muslims and think Al-Qaeda when something blows up. 1.00

00:58:12.000 So it really is, it's almost where they are becoming just as lazy in the propaganda.

00:58:17.000 Because when they get caught, they just shrug, because nothing happens to them when they're caught lying.

00:58:21.000 So you think that's laziness?

00:58:23.000 Because, I mean, I wonder why it's so sloppy.

00:58:25.000 You know, they capture the same person three times.

00:58:28.000 I mean, it's a joke.

00:58:30.000 It really is.

00:58:30.000 They're just counting on the TV mainstream news to keep selling it over and over again.

00:58:35.000 And it really isn't a sales job.

00:58:36.000 These aren't newscasts anymore.

00:58:38.000 They're infomercials.

00:58:39.000 Infomercials for the war.

00:58:40.000 Infomercials For terror and keeping the people so afraid that they can't really evaluate logically.

00:58:45.000 Michael Rivero from WhatReallyHappened.com.

00:58:47.000 Stay there, we'll be right back to you.

01:00:01.000 The EverUps.

01:00:02.000 You want answers?

01:00:04.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:17.000 Alright, my friends, we're now into the second hour of this global transmission against tyranny.

01:00:25.000 The next 15 minutes we're going to be joined by Michael Vivero of WhatReallyHappens.com.

01:00:30.000 My websites are Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:00:34.000 And we're talking about government-sponsored terror, whether it's the U.S., Russia, Israel.

01:00:39.000 They do it over and over and over again.

01:00:41.000 Hitler did that. 0.96

01:00:47.000 Stalin did it.

01:00:49.000 That's how Hitler was able to attack Poland. 0.83

01:00:51.000 You know, the Germans didn't just buy what Hitler was saying, oh, let's attack Poland tomorrow. 0.79

01:00:56.000 No, it's not taught in history, but it is in the encyclopedia, is that Hitler attacked his own radio station, his own military relay station, had the people killed, left some uniforms laying around, and announced, oh, we've been attacked, we've been attacked by the evil Poles.

01:01:15.000 It is their favorite.

01:01:18.000 Favorite tactic, and I do just want to mention that when it rains, it pours.

01:01:22.000 This happens about once a year.

01:01:24.000 The T1 lines are having problems, so may drop guests, may drop callers, but we'll make it through this.

01:01:31.000 Let's go back to Michael.

01:01:32.000 Michael, I was just talking about government-sponsored terror.

01:01:35.000 It keeps going back to that.

01:01:36.000 What are other key issues we should be aware of?

01:01:40.000 Well, the key issues that we have to keep in mind is there is no question but what the government is lying to the American people to further their agenda of war and conquest.

01:01:51.000 There never were any weapons of mass destruction that were a threat to the United States in Iraq.

01:01:57.000 Some of the earlier videotapes of Osama bin Laden turned out to be completely fake, and it is very telling that with these latest audiotapes of osama that uh... the u k is simply saying we

01:02:11.000 assume it's really him although we're not going to say that it is

01:02:14.000 and the c i a is now hedging their bets by saying it's likely it is him

01:02:18.000 because i think they're tired of being embarrassed by saying oh yes it's a

01:02:21.000 pharma and then having some expert somewhere else in the world

01:02:24.000 conclusively prove that it wasn't Also about three months ago they released a quote new tape on the news and two days later quietly okay it was edited old tapes together.

01:02:34.000 We have a Pentagon that plants fake letters from troops and newspapers about how much they love the war.

01:02:41.000 The Pentagon Office of Strategic Information admittedly lying to us and we can't believe a word they say.

01:02:46.000 We absolutely cannot and the important thing to keep in mind right now is that the burden of proof ...has shifted from the public to the government.

01:02:55.000 The government is now obligated to prove every claim they make.

01:02:58.000 They can't just simply stand there and say, you will believe what we say because we're the government and we're here to help you.

01:03:04.000 And this applies to just about every aspect of the relationship between the government and the people.

01:03:09.000 We know the government lies. 0.98

01:03:11.000 Only a fool would go on listening to the government and giving them the benefit of the doubt. 0.92

01:03:15.000 From now on, everything must be viewed with a tremendous amount of suspicion In terms of who is benefiting, what the government is attempting to do, certainly we're continuing to see the same kind of propaganda campaigns against Libya and Syria and Iran that we were seeing leading up to the war in Iraq. 0.95

01:03:32.000 Well, whatever happened with Jessica Lynch?

01:03:34.000 They admit that's a fable, and they still release the Made for TV movie and there's no discussion of it.

01:03:39.000 Absolutely, and even Jessica Lynch herself was saying, you know, this is not what I remember.

01:03:44.000 It's a fable.

01:03:45.000 It's all packaging, and I think part of it may be that Bush and his neocon advisors are sitting on the top of several layers of mid-managers who don't want to share with them just how bad it's really getting out here in the heartland.

01:04:00.000 Bush says he doesn't even read the newspaper.

01:04:02.000 I think that's a very telling comment.

01:04:04.000 I think Bush and his neocon buddies may be living inside an artificial bubble where they really think this is all working.

01:04:10.000 So it's like Hitler's bunker. 0.59

01:04:12.000 Yeah, very much so.

01:04:13.000 And they're telling him that there are armies there that don't really exist and everything to keep him happy.

01:04:19.000 But I think probably there's a layer of people between the White House and the rest of the world that are simply saying, boy, if we tell them how bad things are going, we're going to lose our jobs.

01:04:27.000 So let's just tell them that everything's fine and that everybody believes Jessica Lynch and everybody believes Syria is nasty and the rest of it. 0.91

01:04:34.000 And when it finally breaks through, it's probably going to be a very uncomfortable moment.

01:04:39.000 We'll hear when you think that's going to happen, and I respect your opinion on it.

01:04:43.000 Michael Rivera, WhatReallyHappened.com, in our final segment with him.

01:04:47.000 Then we're going to take a call or two for him when we get back, and we'll then go to Neil Knox.

01:04:53.000 You hear a lot about the quality of air outside these days.

01:04:55.000 Pollution.

01:04:56.000 Pollen.

01:04:56.000 Is it as healthy as you'd like it?

01:04:57.000 Allergies.

01:04:58.000 Asthma.

01:04:58.000 Probably not.

01:04:59.000 Well listen to this.

01:05:00.000 Did you know according to the American Lung Association combined with the EPA, the air quality inside your home is actually 6 to 10 times worse than the air outside.

01:05:09.000 6 to 10 times.

01:05:10.000 How can that be you ask?

01:05:11.000 Worse.

01:05:11.000 Think about what's inside your home.

01:05:13.000 Hairspray.

01:05:14.000 Chemicals.

01:05:14.000 Does anyone smoke?

01:05:15.000 Fumes.

01:05:16.000 What about all those cleaners under your sink? 0.99

01:05:18.000 Where do you think all those fumes go?

01:05:20.000 Well, I'll tell you where they go.

01:05:22.000 They go into you.

01:05:24.000 Into your children. 0.58

01:05:25.000 Am I scaring you?

01:05:26.000 Remember this word?

01:05:28.000 Puritech.

01:05:28.000 P-U-R-I-T-E-C.

01:05:30.000 Puritech makes the Pure Air System.

01:05:32.000 What this air cleaning system does is remove dangerous airborne particles like smoke, odors, VOCs, allergens, fine dust, mold, pollen, and kills bacteria for less than half the cost of other air purifiers, which do a lot less.

01:05:45.000 Call them now to breathe easier.

01:05:48.000 The Burkey Light's unique design combines the age-old process of microporous filtration coupled with modern state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality materials, bringing you the finest water filter available anywhere.

01:06:04.000 The revolutionary Burkey Light, with its exclusive black Burkey filter elements, remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites to non-detectable levels.

01:06:12.000 Farmful or unwanted chemicals are reduced to below detectable levels.

01:06:15.000 And it reduces nitrates and unhealthy minerals like lead and mercury while leaving the nutritional minerals your body needs.

01:06:21.000 Made of durable lexan, the material used in making bulletproof glass, the system is durable, rugged, and yet attractive.

01:06:28.000 The Berkey Light is transparent, so there is no guesswork when refilling the system.

01:06:32.000 The water level is always visible.

01:06:34.000 The rechargeable LED lighting system is beautiful as a night light and as necessary in emergency situations.

01:06:40.000 Get the Berkey Light, the transparent water filter, for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:06:53.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:06:57.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:07:02.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

01:07:06.000 The New World Order.

01:07:08.000 Can emerge.

01:07:09.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:07:14.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart piece by piece and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:07:21.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:07:23.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:07:34.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police State 3, is for you.

01:07:50.000 From his Central Texas Command Center deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:07:57.000 lines, the information war continues.

01:08:01.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:05.000 All right, we've only got a few minutes left with Mike Rivero.

01:08:08.000 We've got seven minutes here.

01:08:09.000 I want to take one or two calls here in a second.

01:08:13.000 But, Mike, you know, I was posing that question as we went into the break, and can you answer that for us?

01:08:25.000 Could you refresh my memory which question that was?

01:08:28.000 Well, just, you know, you were talking about them living in these ivory towers and this bad thing, you know, this explosion, this geometric awakening to the tyranny and the lies being quite an event, and when do you see that happening, if it happens, or how will it happen, or will it be more of the globalist system falling apart with a whimper not a bang?

01:08:52.000 Well, I'm hoping it'll be with a whimper rather than a bang, because, you know, I'm opposed to violence and bloodshed.

01:08:57.000 I think it's bad for tourism.

01:08:59.000 And I think what we're probably going to see is, ultimately, the U.S.

01:09:03.000 government is going to go the way of the former Soviet Union, in that it's going to collapse from its own debts and its own corruption. 0.77

01:09:11.000 Because I think this idea of a global grab for resources and dominance might have worked if they'd started it 10 to 15 years earlier.

01:09:21.000 But right now, with the U.S.

01:09:22.000 economy in such tremendous difficulty, I think we may see The economic system collapsed before too much longer, and that will pull the government down with it.

01:09:32.000 Now Mike, that's really scary because Congressman Ron Paul says the exact same thing, and it's in my film Matrix of Evil.

01:09:39.000 He says they're in these ivory towers, there's going to be a depression, and that we're in deep trouble, and we don't think of this giant system falling apart, but it really could happen.

01:09:51.000 Yes, it very much could happen.

01:09:54.000 It's really a three-pronged issue.

01:09:56.000 We have a stock market which has lost a lot of credibility because of the Enron scandal.

01:10:01.000 We have a nation which, starting 30 years ago, pretty much turned its back on the manufacturing ability, and we just started licensing our technology to other countries, which then manufactured it and sold it back to us.

01:10:14.000 And the third, of course, is because of that, we have this incredible balance of trade problem of a billion and a half dollars per day.

01:10:21.000 And between all three of them, there is really no way to prop up the dollar.

01:10:26.000 And one of the reasons given for this grab for Middle Eastern oil was to turn oil from an imported to an exported product to demand dollars to be paid for it, thereby literally supporting the US dollar with oil rather than with gold.

01:10:41.000 Now, I mean, it's like when you spray cockroaches with poison, they start mating, basically.

01:10:47.000 It's a horrible analogy.

01:10:48.000 An even worse one is it's like a gas station bathroom.

01:10:51.000 Nobody takes care of it.

01:10:52.000 It just gets worse and worse.

01:10:54.000 It seems like America's turned into that gas station bathroom, and the people in the system are just trying to make all the money they can.

01:11:01.000 I really do see that starting to happen.

01:11:03.000 Oh, I absolutely do.

01:11:04.000 I've had a quote on my website for many years now that the last official act of any government is to loot the nation.

01:11:11.000 And I do believe that we are starting to see that right now with this rampant corporate looting of their own companies, and they're being allowed to just go ahead and do that as long as they kick something back to the politicians.

01:11:23.000 I mean, we have Kenneth Lay walking around a free man with all the billions he took from his employees and investors, while at the same time we've got Tommy Chong in jail for selling a pipe.

01:11:33.000 And that pretty much tells you just how seriously skewed out of balance the whole society has become.

01:11:37.000 Tommy Chong put his name on a website selling Well, the point is that he didn't take money from people who weren't willing to give it to him, as opposed to Ken Lay, who just swindled billions and billions of dollars.

01:11:50.000 Exactly, but I mean, they're even using the Patriot Act on Lord Limbaugh now.

01:11:54.000 They're using it on topless bars and county commissioners. 0.85

01:11:57.000 I mean, this is very transparent.

01:11:59.000 Oh yes, it's gone completely out of control, and all the assurances that we were told that this was only to fight terror Definitely that was another one of the lies.

01:12:06.000 Have you thought that, and this is what they say, that they're actually designing this implosion to make us a third world country?

01:12:11.000 That's why they're setting up the police state when the middle class finally realizes it? 0.82

01:12:15.000 I think that this police state is so that as they go on raising taxes and taking more money out of us that we no longer have the right to say no.

01:12:23.000 And did you hear about the now a federal court ruling where, yeah, you can't stand in a group of Bush supporters on a street with a sign that's against Bush?

01:12:31.000 Yeah, that's a pretty scary development.

01:12:34.000 Our rights to free speech are basically being eroded away.

01:12:37.000 Okay, Mike in Illinois.

01:12:38.000 We've got a minute or so with our guest.

01:12:40.000 Go ahead.

01:12:40.000 How are you doing, Mike?

01:12:41.000 I agree with everything you say, Alex.

01:12:43.000 I agree with everything you say.

01:12:44.000 This is like a science fiction movie coming true at a fast pace.

01:12:48.000 It's real scary.

01:12:49.000 I want to ask you, Mike, You're talking about the economy.

01:12:54.000 My friend has a lot of money in the stock market.

01:12:56.000 In the last, maybe, couple, two, three weeks, he's been bragging how the stock market has made such a turnaround.

01:13:01.000 Our economy's coming up.

01:13:03.000 We're doing so well.

01:13:03.000 And I don't disagree with anything you're saying.

01:13:05.000 And I try to tell him, you know, it's a thing waiting to crash.

01:13:09.000 Let me ask you, what's your analogy of how you see it coming up and it's rising?

01:13:14.000 A lot of people will tell you on the street, oh, the economy's coming up.

01:13:16.000 Okay, I'm going to let you go because Mike's got to go.

01:13:18.000 He's got another interview.

01:13:19.000 But answer that question for him.

01:13:21.000 Okay, just real quick.

01:13:22.000 First of all, Bush is going to dump a lot of printed paper on the nation to make the economy look good going into the election.

01:13:28.000 The other thing is to look at those companies whose stock are doing well and seeing if they're really based on manufacturing profits or if it's just more creative bookkeeping like we had with Enron to run up the stock prices and personal bonuses.

01:13:40.000 And then, oh, we're safe because they're going after Martha, who's a minnow compared to a whale, and the dollars he valued by 40-plus percent.

01:13:47.000 It takes more of those dollars to buy that same stock.

01:13:50.000 We actually have a net loss in the stock market.

01:13:52.000 Mike Rivero, I want to get you back on the show.

01:13:54.000 Thank you.

01:13:55.000 I'd love to come back.

01:13:56.000 You bet.

01:13:56.000 WhatReallyHappened.com.

01:13:57.000 God bless.

01:13:59.000 You know, that's a guy who started out in 94 exposing Vince Foster murder and Bill Clinton.

01:14:09.000 And then now here he is 10 years later exposing George Bush.

01:14:11.000 But Bill Clinton, George Bush, they're just management teams.

01:14:17.000 And presidents are just figureheads of those management teams.

01:14:23.000 Understand that.

01:14:25.000 The stock market going back up, I mean, it's very, very dangerous.

01:14:31.000 And I told you, for two years, before the stock market really started going down in mid-2000, I said, hey, remember when it was up a couple thousand points above what it is now?

01:14:44.000 I said, folks, you need to get out now.

01:14:46.000 And I had a lot of Dellionaires and other local folks that had Dell stock worth a million bucks or whatever.

01:14:52.000 You know, just people that worked there.

01:14:53.000 I said, you better get out now.

01:14:54.000 They'd laugh at me.

01:14:55.000 Oh, I never will.

01:14:56.000 I'll never get out of AOL.

01:14:57.000 I'll never get out of... And I said, these dot-coms are going to bust.

01:15:00.000 You know, because I looked at the companies.

01:15:02.000 They were throwing money at... You know, somebody just started dot-com for anything.

01:15:06.000 Wouldn't even sell anything for two years, but their stock would go up and up and up.

01:15:10.000 I mean, that's not a real business.

01:15:12.000 And let me tell you what's up.

01:15:14.000 Prison industries, bomb, you know, weapons manufacturers.

01:15:17.000 Yeah, they're up right now.

01:15:20.000 Oil stocks have been up because of what's happening.

01:15:23.000 But the global has started something new here that we haven't seen since the depression.

01:15:28.000 Now they'll take a real company that has real assets, they'll transfer the assets out the back door quietly, blow out the company and say there are no assets, and defraud the shareholders.

01:15:39.000 So that can happen.

01:15:40.000 There are real companies out there that do have real value.

01:15:43.000 Obviously the P.E. 0.83

01:15:44.000 ratios are very inflated, but still.

01:15:47.000 You've got something more real than just a piece of paper that's a U.S.

01:15:51.000 Federal Reserve note.

01:15:53.000 A private Federal Reserve note.

01:15:55.000 So certainly to take some of those green Federal Reserve notes, the cotton, I say paper, they're really cotton, to take those pieces of cloth, thin cloth, And put it into stock, you know, is certainly there's more value there than just having the money.

01:16:12.000 I would say have some stock, have some gold, have some silver, pay down those debts, have a couple acres you can retreat to of biological weapons released.

01:16:21.000 I mean, that's my economic plan.

01:16:25.000 So, I mean, I would just tell people to diversify, but a lot of these companies aren't really making anything, and it is creative bookkeeping.

01:16:33.000 The other question is, do you want to own stock in IBM?

01:16:37.000 It's not going anywhere.

01:16:39.000 They're in the biometrics, they're in the slave grids, they're in the face scanning cameras, they're in the implantable microchips, they're in the human genome project, owning half of it.

01:16:50.000 I mean, you want to know one of the few companies that will be left at the end of all this, it's going to be IBM.

01:16:56.000 But I wouldn't own IBM.

01:16:57.000 I wouldn't buy stock, you know, in, you know, if Adolf Hitler owned a company, I wouldn't buy stock in it, even, you know, in 1936, even if I knew my stock would quadruple or quintuple. 0.63

01:17:08.000 I'm not going to be involved with Adolf Hitler.

01:17:11.000 And, uh, by the way, IBM did help Hitler, and that's why they put the tattoos on the slaves in the camps.

01:17:17.000 That was an IBM International Business Machine number.

01:17:21.000 They decide off the machines with IBM technicians how much to feed somebody for their weight and age or whether to kill them in the slave camps.

01:17:28.000 And that's an admitted fact.

01:17:30.000 And, of course, they're behind the implantable chip.

01:17:32.000 Their front company is Applied Digital.

01:17:33.000 I told you about that four years ago.

01:17:35.000 It's now mainstream news.

01:17:37.000 The Communist Chinese military and IBM own that company.

01:17:41.000 But again, it's bad PR to be running around promoting microchips, so they use a front.

01:17:44.000 I don't want to get off into IBM, but I'm just talking about companies.

01:17:48.000 That is such a wicked organization, folks.

01:17:51.000 The most evil company in existence, with its fingers in everything.

01:17:58.000 Oh, boy, we're in a lot of trouble.

01:17:59.000 And of course, the IBM folks are the family that owns it and runs it, are the heads of the bohemian grove at the highest level They're right up there with David Rockefeller and just a couple others, the Dutch Roll family, the British Royal family and of course the Rothschilds.

01:18:18.000 But folks don't talk enough about IBM so I thought I'd throw that out there at you just so you would be aware of its activities.

01:18:29.000 We'll break and come back and take calls.

01:18:32.000 You know, this stuff rarely happens but But my studio had problems in the last few days, so I went to our backup studio, and then we put in more T1 lines for more computers and servers and all that stuff at the network, and so they got them messed up.

01:18:46.000 So when you call 800-259-9231, you'll get Midas Resources, the parent company of this network.

01:18:54.000 You'll have to hit extension 125 to get to the board.

01:18:58.000 Let's go to Ron in New York.

01:18:59.000 Go ahead, Ron.

01:19:00.000 Hi, Alex.

01:19:01.000 Hello.

01:19:03.000 One thing I do want to say is your guest had made a remark.

01:19:06.000 Something that I myself have been saying many times for many years.

01:19:09.000 It boils down to this. 0.97

01:19:11.000 That many people in this country are basically cowardly.

01:19:15.000 And for them to have to confront their own cowardice is something they couldn't psychologically accept.

01:19:20.000 So they go along with all this tripe.

01:19:22.000 They go along with the lies that are told to them.

01:19:24.000 Because that is easier.

01:19:26.000 Yeah, stay there.

01:19:26.000 I'll let you finish after the break, Ron.

01:19:29.000 And then we'll get to all this other news.

01:19:33.000 And Neil Knox, he's a former NRA board member, the head of a good gun organization.

01:19:39.000 There's not just Gun Owners of America, there's not just Jews, the Preservation of Firearms. 0.79

01:19:43.000 They're great groups.

01:19:45.000 There's also Neil Knox's organization, Firearms Coalition.

01:19:50.000 We'll be right back.

01:24:10.000 Knowing of the trap is half the battle in avoiding it.

01:24:18.000 Jump over it.

01:24:21.000 Climb around it.

01:24:22.000 Or you can just deny that there is a trap and enjoy yourself.

01:24:27.000 Let's go back to Ron in New York, then Fabbros in Canada and others.

01:24:30.000 Go ahead, Ron, finish up.

01:24:32.000 Yes, Alex.

01:24:32.000 So, as I was saying, this is why people behave the way they do.

01:24:36.000 I mean, this is nothing new.

01:24:38.000 As I understand it, the history of our own American Revolution at that point in time, 30% were very patriotic and wanted liberty, 30% were indifferent, and 30%, of course, remained loyal to the crown.

01:24:50.000 Meaning 60% essentially were cowardly, they wanted to stay with the status quo, would do nothing.

01:24:55.000 And 30% were very determined to have liberty.

01:24:58.000 Well, it was actually about 2% started the war, 5% won it, but yeah, about a third were supportive.

01:25:04.000 Bottom line is, majorities are always cowardly, because it's just the nature of human beings, and it's the very committed minority, sizable, something in the 30-some-odd percent range is sizable, but a minority, that usually brings about the affirmative change in any society.

01:25:21.000 And I think that eventually was going to have to happen here.

01:25:25.000 What happened today with the Bush administration is pretty much, I think, the final flag, if you will, or the last straw to indicate that these people do not have the interest of the American people, the citizens of the United States of America.

01:25:40.000 And for those who don't know, it's total legalization in perpetuity of anybody that wants to come here, and the government will even be a job locator for those in third world countries and help them get here.

01:25:51.000 Alex, I think it would be better set If we were to say, it is total displacement of the Native American population by a corrupt government that wants to destroy this society and this country as we have historically known it. 0.87

01:26:06.000 And they've done it before!

01:26:08.000 Yes, they're bringing in what I call the social economic equivalent of Haitian, you know, military.

01:26:17.000 Like the British brought the Hessians in, rather. 0.96

01:26:19.000 I'm sorry, Hessians, beg your pardon. 1.00

01:26:21.000 They brought the Hessians in. 1.00

01:26:22.000 to try and fight the American Patriots.

01:26:24.000 We now have our own, well, we now have this government.

01:26:27.000 Yeah, they're desperately pouring in a giant mass of third world people, and the majority of Hispanics are against this happening, but the news keeps saying Bush is doing it to make Hispanics happy. 0.99

01:26:39.000 When they all know, the focus groups know, the polls are 80 plus percent of Hispanics are against this.

01:26:44.000 But it isn't just the, you know, Latin America's the majority, that's why we talk about Latin America so much, it's all these other countries.

01:26:50.000 Well, that's a nice cover story, but the reality is Bush is probably doing this to help out transnational financial and banking interests, you know, who want to turn this place into nothing more than a slave factory.

01:27:01.000 That's it.

01:27:01.000 Thanks for the call, Ron.

01:27:03.000 Ron, I appreciate the call.

01:27:05.000 Fabros, I believe, in Canada.

01:27:06.000 Go ahead.

01:27:07.000 Hello?

01:27:08.000 Yes, go ahead.

01:27:09.000 Hi, Alex.

01:27:10.000 It's a real blessing and an honor to be on your show.

01:27:12.000 I'm calling up from Toronto, Canada, to let you know that we have problems up here, too, with regards to a police state.

01:27:21.000 Since the early 2002, myself and a few other people here in Toronto have been spreading the word around.

01:27:26.000 We have some of your videotapes.

01:27:28.000 We've been giving that around.

01:27:29.000 We've been giving lists of websites and stuff.

01:27:31.000 And it's obviously having an effect to the point that now the public libraries, as well as university libraries, now have people, they have to log on and enter their name and a special number.

01:27:45.000 So basically they can monitor Who is watching what, and people now have to self-censor themselves, and it's becoming a real problem in regards to getting information across.

01:27:56.000 You should get a group together, an organization, and stand against that, and sue!

01:28:01.000 You could affect change countrywide!

01:28:05.000 Yeah, that's probably, we're going to have to take, that's right, the legal route.

01:28:09.000 There's also other problems, too, with regards to militarization of police.

01:28:14.000 Even the transit police up here, It's unbelievable.

01:28:18.000 They're all having bulletproof vests.

01:28:20.000 They carry semi-automatics, stun grenades, tear gas, mace.

01:28:25.000 It's really getting, you know, it's beyond out of control.

01:28:29.000 Oh yeah, they wear the black uniforms and the ski masks like they do here. 0.54

01:28:32.000 Canada's been a pretty docile place, but they certainly are gearing up up there.

01:28:36.000 Yeah, so it's not just America.

01:28:38.000 You guys are not alone, that's for sure.

01:28:40.000 And also one more thing... We've also got all the illegals pouring in, but they make them legal there too! 0.88

01:28:44.000 Yeah, see it's the exact same thing.

01:28:46.000 And gun control and all this kind of stuff that's going on.

01:28:49.000 All these kind of problems.

01:28:50.000 But I just wanted to say one more thing.

01:28:52.000 If you ever wanted to come up and give a lecture up here in Canada, I can provide you free space actually up at the University of Toronto.

01:28:59.000 I can actually do that for you if you want.

01:29:01.000 Wow, are you a professor or something?

01:29:03.000 No, I'm a graduate student.

01:29:05.000 I have a group up here that I can manage to obtain free space.

01:29:10.000 Well, wow, thanks for the invitation.

01:29:11.000 I might do that sometime.

01:29:12.000 And I appreciate you guys making copies of the videos and taking action, because it's very hard.

01:29:18.000 I can get videos into Germany, Australia, England, and we might lose one out of twenty shipments.

01:29:23.000 Canada, we lose about half of them.

01:29:26.000 And that's another form of censorship.

01:29:30.000 I've gotten letters back from your customs.

01:29:33.000 This is on the not allowed list.

01:29:36.000 So keep it up, sir.

01:29:37.000 Make a lot of copies of those videos.

01:29:39.000 It makes them real mad.

01:29:40.000 We'll be right back.

01:29:43.000 We're on the march.

01:29:45.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:29:47.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:29:54.000 Can you grow your own nutrition on a shelf indoors in 10 days?

01:30:47.000 Thank you for your support of our labors and of this network.

01:30:53.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

01:30:54.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

01:30:59.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

01:31:07.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

01:31:12.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

01:31:20.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed along with other central banks to increase liquidity for depositors.

01:31:25.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

01:31:30.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

01:31:38.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, gold on its own has held value for over 6,000 years.

01:31:45.000 For more information, call 1-800-686-2237.

01:33:28.000 We have a link to it on infowars.com.

01:33:31.000 Firearms Coalition Frequently Asked Questions.

01:33:35.000 And, you know, who is the Firearms Coalition?

01:33:37.000 Well, we'll talk about that, because there's not just Jews for the Preservation of Firearms, a great organization, or Gunners of America, another wonderful group, with Larry Pratt.

01:33:47.000 There's also the Firearms Coalition, and Neil Knox, again, in a profile in the Wall Street Journal, said that Neil Knox is likely to have a greater impact on the rapidly escalating firefight over gun control than any other individual in America.

01:34:02.000 And of course, he has been the founder and editor of Gun Week, editor and publisher of Hand Loader and Rifle Magazines, and executive director of the NRA, ILA, following a member's rights revolt at the 1977 NRA convention in Cincinnati.

01:34:22.000 Since 84, he has worked as a writer and lobbyist, supported by people who believe, as he does, that the Second Amendment is about the fundamental right to defend self, family, home, country.

01:34:32.000 There was no compromise.

01:34:33.000 If we had a bunch of Neil Knox's at the NRA, we'd be repealing gun laws, not talking about Bush getting ready to reauthorize the assault weapons ban.

01:34:43.000 Neil Knox, good to have you on the show, sir.

01:34:45.000 Well, my pleasure to be here.

01:34:47.000 You bet.

01:34:49.000 Let's... Go ahead.

01:34:51.000 I'm sorry.

01:34:51.000 Tell us a little bit about yourself, and then let's get into the Second Amendment and where you see it going.

01:34:57.000 Well, you hit the high spots.

01:34:59.000 That covers a lot of Years.

01:35:02.000 I used to be a newspaper man down in the great state of Texas, in North Texas, Vernon, Wichita Falls.

01:35:10.000 Then I went to Sydney, Ohio to start Gun Week back in 1966.

01:35:15.000 At that time, I had been writing for some of the gun magazines.

01:35:19.000 I had what I believe was the first footnoted scholarly type article on Whether or not gun laws actually reduce crime, because I was chopping down what Tom Dodd was saying then.

01:35:35.000 But I started lobbying the Hill back in the summer of 1966 and I have been at it ever

01:35:43.000 since.

01:35:44.000 I didn't want to bore anybody with a long life tenure, but during the time that I was

01:36:01.000 the Island Director, which was from 1978 to 1982, that was a year after the Cincinnati

01:36:08.000 Reform, the so-called member revolt, which I played a significant role in that.

01:36:16.000 We put Harlan Carter in as the one that was on the board and a former Executive Director of ILA, we felt that he would do the best job and he talked me into coming back to D.C.

01:36:34.000 in January of 78.

01:36:36.000 At that time I was in Prescott, Arizona editing Hand Loader and Rifle. 0.88

01:36:46.000 He made some speeches that anybody who's dumb enough to leave Prescott, Arizona and come 0.99

01:36:51.000 to Washington, D.C. is too dumb to do the job when he gets here. 0.99

01:36:55.000 There's a lot of truth in that. 0.98

01:36:57.000 But I'm very proud of the fact that my so-called too hard of a line, the no compromise line,

01:37:09.000 and hold their feet to the fire line, I'm proud to say that that did work.

01:37:15.000 I remember the day that I took the job.

01:37:18.000 I sat down at my desk and thought, well, Neil, you've been preaching for a lot of years.

01:37:24.000 It's time now for you to plow.

01:37:28.000 And it was a scary thought, but it did work.

01:37:34.000 During my four and a quarter years that I was in there, not one federal gun law was passed and we started out with an anti-gun majority in the House, particularly, and in the Senate.

01:37:52.000 They were all Democratic-controlled, Democratic Party-controlled.

01:37:57.000 Not one bill passed.

01:38:01.000 Part of that was luck.

01:38:03.000 Part of it was greed on their part.

01:38:04.000 They wanted more than they could get for sure.

01:38:08.000 And by trying to get more, they got nothing.

01:38:12.000 But we hammered them very hard.

01:38:16.000 Now back then they were a little more honest about their plans to disarm us.

01:38:19.000 Now they use mislabeling in this creeping death format.

01:38:24.000 But I'm very interested that back in 1977, the NRA convention in Cincinnati, how you had that members revolt.

01:38:32.000 How do we engineer one of those today?

01:38:34.000 Because the NRA and its magazine and its publications will not tell its members that Bush has said And the Associated Press that he's going to reauthorize the assault weapons ban, no matter what's tacked onto it.

01:38:46.000 That is incredible!

01:38:48.000 Well, I don't think he has said quite that strong, but what he said was... Yes, he has.

01:38:53.000 You may have missed it.

01:38:54.000 Well, I didn't see the, no matter what is tacked onto it.

01:38:58.000 What has happened is Scott McClellan, who was then deputy and is now the full-time press secretary for Mr. Bush, He said, in answer to a question, that they did support, as he had supported in the 2000 campaign, the re-enactment.

01:39:22.000 And I don't think they've gone beyond simple re-enactment.

01:39:27.000 I don't like simple.

01:39:28.000 I want to see that thing gone.

01:39:30.000 It expires September 13 of this year.

01:39:33.000 I want to keep it off his desk so that he doesn't Have the opportunity to do it.

01:39:39.000 He has done nothing, I guarantee you, that I know of, to push it.

01:39:43.000 And this has been causing the people over on the other side to scream madly.

01:39:48.000 I don't like the fact that he's where he is.

01:39:51.000 At the same time, he hasn't been out there pushing for it.

01:39:56.000 And I think that if we all keep putting the pressure on the White House, he won't.

01:40:05.000 Well, I don't have the articles in front of me, but I've had quite a few guests on and Pratt and others, and we've gone over the statements and they have been asked, well, you know, if they bring you this bill and it's got stuff added to it, what are you going to do?

01:40:20.000 And they say, well, we support the reenactment.

01:40:23.000 And, you know, that sounds to me like they're saying they're going to authorize it.

01:40:28.000 And they've said that they will re-authorize what's already there that's bad enough.

01:40:34.000 I mean, look, most politicians that are pro-gun get re-elected, what is it, 86% in the 2000 election, I saw the numbers.

01:40:43.000 It's constitutional, it's what the people want, we've been winning the fight for the minds of the people.

01:40:50.000 I mean, how do we get that law repealed or not get it re-enacted?

01:40:54.000 Well, that's the advantage.

01:40:55.000 We do not have to repeal it. 0.96

01:40:58.000 All we have to do is let that thing die.

01:41:00.000 Now, Tom DeLay has said that he would not call that bill to the floor.

01:41:09.000 What's bothered me is that the other side is going to do their best, and I've seen some internal memos from the other side where they were talking about working with certain senators, that they want to put The Quote Assault Weapon Band, mechanically identical to the one that my dad, who's 91 years old, last year when he busted a nice 10 point buck about 70 miles north of you up near Lampassus.

01:41:44.000 he used a a browning b a r beautiful uh... putting rifle

01:41:50.000 that is gas operated magazine fed semi-automatic with the debt

01:41:55.000 with a box magazine detachable box mag

01:42:00.000 that is what they call an assault weapon and if they could they would ban them all to quote diane feinstein

01:42:06.000 however when they go to the

01:42:11.000 when this thing comes up or or renewal

01:42:16.000 and they will expire you're going to see a knock down drag out effort

01:42:21.000 to put that on any piece of legislation that they can get to the floor

01:42:25.000 Bye.

01:42:27.000 Whether or not Tom DeLay can prevent that from coming up, I don't know.

01:42:32.000 He's a potent man up there and I'm proud of it.

01:42:35.000 He's been very supportive of us.

01:42:38.000 And I must say that the administration has been helpful to us in a lot of ways.

01:42:44.000 I was irritated with them back in the fall when they did not help us on one that The Office of Personnel Management had given a contract to Andrew McKelvey, the guy that came up with this mislabeling that you're talking about.

01:43:01.000 McKelvey's group is so-called Americans for Gun Safety.

01:43:04.000 It's not even really an organization.

01:43:07.000 It's funded through one of these not-for-profit groups and goes through the Tsunami Fund.

01:43:15.000 He gave 3.6 million bucks.

01:43:18.000 I don't know how much he gives each year to it, but that mislabeling business of his is the one that says now we're going to talk about gun safety instead of gun control, that kind of thing.

01:43:34.000 Now, those people plan to try to add the so-called assault weapon ban to S-659, which is the It's like if I go and buy a Louisville Slugger and kill somebody with it, you don't go after me, you sue Louisville Slugger. 0.97

01:43:53.000 from being sued for the criminal misuse of their products, which is just stupid that 0.98

01:44:00.000 anyone would think. 0.98

01:44:04.000 Yeah, it's like if I go and buy a Louisville Slugger and kill somebody with it, you don't

01:44:09.000 go after me, you sue Louisville Slugger.

01:44:13.000 That's their weird notion. That's one of the big fights of the year.

01:44:17.000 Now, NRA has been pushing that one since 1998.

01:44:22.000 They have called that their top priority, and I was more than a little concerned, oh, let's say a little over a year ago, when I first started hearing this noise about combining those two.

01:44:39.000 I was afraid that NRA might accede.

01:44:44.000 To combine it.

01:44:45.000 And for those that don't know, that would bring massive California-style so-called safety regulatory control over gun manufacturers, you know, like they do with a lot of other industries.

01:44:58.000 And then with that, they'd be able to ban guns outright by declaring them unsafe.

01:45:04.000 Well, you're talking about the Consumer Product Safety Commission stuff, which You're right about what they want to do and what it would do, but the one I'm talking about... I've read articles where they're going to try to attach that to a bill.

01:45:17.000 Oh, they absolutely, they've been trying to do it ever since 1974 when they first rolled it out.

01:45:23.000 Okay, let me cover a few other issues here real quick with you, Neil.

01:45:26.000 Okay.

01:45:26.000 This is very important.

01:45:28.000 I mean, again, if we had people like you at the NRA again, back on the board, we'd be repealing laws.

01:45:33.000 How about Bush?

01:45:34.000 If he's so pro-gun, they stop the building of this new giant BATF complex.

01:45:40.000 How about he not increase the funding for the BATF, which he's done?

01:45:43.000 How about they get rid of Project Exile, Which federalizes gun crimes.

01:45:47.000 You know, some old guy carrying a gun in his car in some state where you quote, can't do that.

01:45:52.000 How do we get lots of these laws repealed?

01:45:54.000 We have the force of numbers.

01:45:56.000 We have the Constitution.

01:45:58.000 How do we force the Republicans that have the Supreme Court, the House, the Senate, and the Executive to start repealing and dismantling gun control that has made Chicago the most dangerous city in the country?

01:46:13.000 Well, in answer to all those questions, I don't know.

01:46:19.000 But I do know that you cannot do it by patting a Republican on the head just because he's a Republican and saying, there, there, that's okay, go ahead and vote against us once in a while and we won't object.

01:46:32.000 You've got to object.

01:46:34.000 That's one of the keys.

01:46:36.000 Now, I don't know, on all these bills out here, How we're going to stop the laws, how we're going to turn it around.

01:46:46.000 I was one of them who warned the NRA board that this idea of enforce the gun laws we've got, which came from NRA.

01:46:55.000 And it's a great PR move, but it is terrible policy because we've got a bunch of guys that have a 40 year old conviction.

01:47:07.000 That could be a domestic violence conviction, that's one thing.

01:47:12.000 Well, now they're going after people with misdemeanors.

01:47:14.000 Yeah, that is a misdemeanor.

01:47:16.000 Domestic violence misdemeanor.

01:47:19.000 And right there in the great state of Texas, I remember in Austin, statesman American a couple of years ago bragging about Project Exile version in Texas, they said that This one old boy that had been hammered had no previous criminal record, but he had possessed a gun while he was under a restraining order.

01:47:49.000 In the great state of Texas, a restraining order in a divorce.

01:47:53.000 It's just automatic.

01:47:55.000 It's almost boilerplate.

01:47:57.000 Yeah, they admitted that she admitted there was no violence.

01:48:01.000 The lawyer just has that done to control the proceedings and to kick the man out of the house. 0.97

01:48:09.000 And this is just a standard procedure.

01:48:11.000 And then, of course, he won that case, went to the Fifth Circuit.

01:48:15.000 And that brings us into my next issue, the Ninth Circuit.

01:48:18.000 Again, I wouldn't call it a Republican court.

01:48:20.000 I'm not that fond of it.

01:48:21.000 I'm not that fond of all Republicans.

01:48:23.000 wants to ban all the guns they say we can ban every gun we want it's not an

01:48:26.000 individual right and the supreme court says yeah yeah we're gonna let that

01:48:30.000 ruling stand now this is our republican court again neil again i wouldn't call

01:48:36.000 it a republican court i'm not that fond of it okay so i'm not that fond of all

01:48:41.000 republican don't misunderstand but the reichert the judge in the ninth circuit

01:48:48.000 wrote that that opinion which uh all he had to do is say we affirm what we've

01:48:56.000 said before But he wanted to get his licks in, and he took a slap in his opinion at the Fifth Circuit Emerson case decision that you were talking about.

01:49:07.000 And in his case, they went up to the Supremes.

01:49:13.000 They've declined to hear it.

01:49:16.000 But I'm thankful they did, because look at what this other, what you call Republican court, which I really don't.

01:49:24.000 Put in by Republicans!

01:49:25.000 Well, I wouldn't argue that.

01:49:27.000 Souter was put in by Republicans, so was Senator Dale Conner.

01:49:32.000 They both voted wrong on, as far as I'm concerned, on under God in the Pledge of Allegiance.

01:49:41.000 Uh, on affirmative action.

01:49:44.000 These things that, that they just turned the constitution on its head.

01:49:49.000 I don't want this court considering the second amendment.

01:49:53.000 And I was not pleased with the severe case because it was a real bad case technically to bring that case up.

01:50:02.000 They, uh, the most people don't realize that, uh, Here you're dealing with a state law, and the state law in California is far worse even than the federal law.

01:50:19.000 It's really nasty, and they're saying that that, quote, assault weapon law would have to be found, first of all, to be a violation of the Second Amendment and applicable to the states.

01:50:32.000 See, the Second Amendment has never been held I understand.

01:50:36.000 They can use the Tenth Amendment when they want to destroy our liberties, and then ignore the Tenth Amendment when they're federalizing. 0.69

01:50:43.000 Stay there, Neil Knox.

01:50:43.000 We'll be right back with you.

01:50:45.000 And I want to talk about how illegal immigration ties into the Second Amendment.

01:50:48.000 Oh, it does.

01:56:24.000 any legal ever gets here whether it's from russia or mexico

01:56:28.000 these people have no history of freedom statistically they will pull the lever for gun control in

01:56:33.000 those voting booths This amnesty Bush is pushing for, the Democrats just love.

01:56:40.000 Look, this ties into the Second Amendment because the people coming in here are going to vote for gun control.

01:56:46.000 Your take on that?

01:56:47.000 Well, I know that Bush was going to make some noise on that today.

01:56:52.000 I haven't read what he's done, but I know that you're right.

01:56:57.000 In much of the Southwest, the people vote the wrong way when they come up from Mexico.

01:57:03.000 I do not like the idea of supporting people who came in illegal.

01:57:12.000 And giving them all the benefits of home once they get here.

01:57:17.000 We've seen that abused.

01:57:20.000 I don't know what the whole solution is.

01:57:22.000 I do know this, though, that a lot of those people that came into the U.S.

01:57:28.000 out of Cuba and out of Mexico and out of Puerto Rico, San Salvador, where they didn't have the guns or else wanted guns, And they did not have them and did want them.

01:57:44.000 Those people can be brought over to our side of the fence because they've seen the bad side.

01:57:52.000 This is an area that I don't claim to be an expert in.

01:57:58.000 I know a little bit about it because my stepmother's father Absolutely, but we don't have a government and a state government that will teach these people that.

01:58:09.000 but he was a good citizen as we'd ever hoped to find.

01:58:16.000 Absolutely, but we don't have a government and a state government that will teach these

01:58:24.000 people that. Now they're filling them full of New World Order.

01:58:29.000 I want to keep you with us another 15 minutes or so if you'd do that.

01:58:32.000 I've got a bunch of other legislative questions for you, and we want to take some calls as well.

01:58:37.000 We'll be back with Neal Knox in the third hour.

01:58:39.000 Stay with us.

01:58:43.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:58:47.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:58:51.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:58:54.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:58:57.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:59:06.000 The Berkey Light is different.

01:59:07.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

01:59:13.000 filters.

01:59:14.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

01:59:19.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

01:59:25.000 and nitrates.

01:59:26.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

01:59:33.000 Mainstream media.

01:59:33.000 Government cover-ups.

01:59:34.000 You want answers?

01:59:34.000 for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:59:41.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

02:00:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:06.000 We're talking to Neil Knox and He was an NRA board member back in the 70s.

02:00:26.000 Nothing passed on his watch.

02:00:28.000 They stopped gun control during one of the biggest pushes ever.

02:00:31.000 And he's been an outspoken critic of the compromisers at the NRA.

02:00:38.000 And he's got a couple great magazines and a lot of great info at his website, neilknox.com.

02:00:43.000 He has a real Second Amendment organization that I suggest folks support, Firearms Coalition.

02:00:50.000 And I do want to go to some calls now, Mr. Knox, but then before you leave us, I do want to talk about the coalition and how people can get involved, perhaps even myself, because I support any real Second Amendment organization because that right is so important.

02:01:05.000 In just a minute or so, what is the Second Amendment and why is it important?

02:01:13.000 Neil?

02:01:14.000 The Second Amendment is fundamental to Our other rights.

02:01:19.000 It's the muscle behind the First Amendment.

02:01:25.000 With the exception of the Middle East, which I don't begin to understand, there is no case of a totalitarian dictatorship that has existed where the people had the right to own firearms.

02:01:38.000 Now there are places where we didn't yet have a dictatorship, but we've got a socialist government We've got total control of the people, even in England, where they have very restrictive laws and it's getting much worse very quickly.

02:01:55.000 But it's an insurance policy for us to have that, and that's exactly why the Founding Fathers made sure that that pre-existing right continued to exist.

02:02:10.000 Let's talk about, if you don't mind, before we jump to calls, Let's talk about a couple of things that people can do right now, things that are coming up that are positive, that are where we are on the offense.

02:02:25.000 Okay.

02:02:26.000 One of them is a section of, it was originally the Representative Todd Tearch's amendment to the Justice Department funding bill.

02:02:42.000 The TRD Amendment was put into the Omnibus Crime Act, which is going to be the first item up when Senate gets back January 20.

02:02:54.000 That has a block of reforms in there that Sarah Brady's screaming about, saying that's going to weaken the BATF. 1.00

02:03:02.000 Parts of it, the very good, strong parts of that, We're knocked out in the conference committee by a Republican congressman who happens to be my congressman.

02:03:13.000 Not that I'm proud of him.

02:03:16.000 And let's say his name.

02:03:20.000 That's Frank Wolf.

02:03:22.000 And he's ready to retire and so he's not worrying too much about it.

02:03:26.000 He's not leaving this year, unfortunately.

02:03:29.000 So let's just sell the grandkids out.

02:03:32.000 Well, he's been working on us.

02:03:36.000 T.H.

02:03:37.000 Amendment would have stopped some of the foolishness that BATF has been doing that's really severe, but there's other things in it that are important to all gun owners.

02:03:49.000 One thing about it is when they passed the so-called instant check, the law said that those records were to be destroyed.

02:03:57.000 If I buy a gun or you buy a gun through a dealer that is supposed to be destroyed, and the intent was, I know it was their intent.

02:04:08.000 I argued with them about it.

02:04:10.000 They said, oh, this is going to be destroyed immediately.

02:04:13.000 There won't be any record kept.

02:04:14.000 Well, originally Clinton wanted to keep that record for 18 months.

02:04:20.000 Then they wound up keeping it for 180 days, which is half a year.

02:04:26.000 And now it's being kept at 90 days, Ashcroft.

02:04:32.000 the attorney general and i'll tell you what stay there neil we got a break again

02:04:37.000 we'll come back long-term coming up with the stuff that's happening

02:04:41.000 regina ron and others and or is great news

02:04:46.000 I now own my own home, free and clear, and I did it in less than five months.

02:04:51.000 Did you receive an inheritance?

02:04:52.000 Well, no.

02:04:53.000 Actually, I found a way to eliminate my mortgage without bankruptcy and without the need of going to court.

02:04:58.000 And you too can do this legally, lawfully, ethically, and morally.

02:05:01.000 But Jim, I signed a note promising to pay back the loan.

02:05:04.000 Isn't it wrong even if I could discharge the loan?

02:05:06.000 Doris, I felt the same way until I took the time to learn the truth about money and banking.

02:05:11.000 The most shocking thing I learned is the fact that no real money is ever loaned out.

02:05:15.000 There's a dirty secret that the banks don't want you to know.

02:05:18.000 And this is the basis of how I was able to discharge my own mortgage.

02:05:22.000 I know this is hard to believe, but go to the website to learn more.

02:05:25.000 Doris, get your pin and find out how many Americans are finding financial freedom by having their mortgages eliminated in less than five months. 1.00

02:05:32.000 Go to www.eliminatemortgages.com slash liberty.

02:05:37.000 Just the way it sounds and there's an S after mortgage.

02:05:40.000 It's www.eliminatemortgages.com slash liberty.

02:05:52.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in minutes.

02:05:56.000 Black Berkey replacement elements are so powerful they remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, parasites to non-detectable levels.

02:06:03.000 The trihalomethanes and volatile organic chemicals such as atrazine, styrene, chloroform, and MTBE are removed below detectable limits.

02:06:11.000 Black Berkey Filter Elements also reduce nitrates and unwanted metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum.

02:06:43.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:06:48.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

02:06:53.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

02:06:57.000 The New World Order.

02:06:59.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

02:07:04.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal

02:07:09.000 the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:07:11.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:07:14.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the

02:07:18.000 Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white 0.68

02:07:22.000 slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:07:24.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

02:07:34.000 one eight eight eight two five three three one three nine that's eight eight

02:07:38.000 eight five three three one three nine for today's for the word

02:07:45.000 he's the t rex of political talk alex jones on the gcn radio network

02:07:51.000 for Alright, we got a bunch of callers here that want to talk to Neil Knox.

02:08:06.000 And this guy did, in the 1970s, in 1977, What should be happening now?

02:08:13.000 Staging a revolt at the NRA convention, taking over the NRA, demanding repeals of all gun laws, and making it a state matter again.

02:08:23.000 Now, it's gotta happen.

02:08:25.000 It's gotta happen now.

02:08:27.000 And you know what?

02:08:28.000 We can do this.

02:08:29.000 We ended slavery in this country.

02:08:32.000 Women didn't have the right to vote. 1.00

02:08:34.000 You know, we can make them.

02:08:35.000 It doesn't matter if they want to sit up there and tell us we're wrong.

02:08:38.000 Now, you know what?

02:08:39.000 If the Supreme Court says there's no Second Amendment, I'm not following it. 0.75

02:08:42.000 Again, the same Supreme Court, that same building, you know, said black people weren't human beings.

02:08:49.000 So they're not God, folks. 0.74

02:08:50.000 I've got my God, and it's not them.

02:08:53.000 Neil Knox, you were talking about some positive things.

02:08:56.000 Boil them down for us real quick.

02:08:57.000 Okay, I'll jump real quickly to it.

02:09:02.000 Hillary Clinton is going to be leading the charge to take out the so-called TR Amendment. 1.00

02:09:08.000 The most significant thing is the limit on the time that they can keep records on law-abiding citizens who buy guns.

02:09:19.000 They can't keep them... Right now they can keep them 90 days.

02:09:22.000 This would cut it to 24 hours.

02:09:24.000 There's other very important provisions in there that she's trying to take out.

02:09:28.000 That is going to be up January 20th.

02:09:31.000 It's part of the Omnibus Funding Bill, and I don't know what's going to happen in the Senate, but it's going to be a fight.

02:09:38.000 There is another bill, H.R.

02:09:40.000 3193, that was introduced last fall by Souter of Indiana and Ross of Arkansas.

02:09:49.000 That bill would get rid of the D.C. 1.00

02:09:55.000 gun law.

02:09:56.000 Now, the reason that this is important to the entire country, is that the Second Amendment has never been held to apply to the states.

02:10:06.000 In D.C., that is a federal enclave.

02:10:09.000 So if we can make that apply in the district, and there will be a knock-down-drag-out fight on this, if we can overturn that law by passing H.R.

02:10:22.000 3193, it's going to greatly help our position When the time comes to apply the Second Amendment to the states.

02:10:30.000 Now those two bills are up and moving, and those are things that people need to be looking at right now.

02:10:39.000 now.

02:10:40.000 Let's go ahead.

02:10:41.000 Sure, thank you sir.

02:10:42.000 Let's talk to Regina in Pennsylvania, then Ron, Randy, Harold and others.

02:10:43.000 Go ahead Regina.

02:10:44.000 Yes, I thought to the Terra Heart amendment, maybe you could get Tom DeLay to help us on

02:10:45.000 that since Frank Wolf got rid of it.

02:10:46.000 I'm not sure if that's a good idea.

02:10:47.000 I think it's a good idea.

02:10:59.000 Wolf got rid of it.

02:11:02.000 I just wonder, when you bring up Tom DeLay, I sort of shake a little bit, because this man, from my understanding, you check this out, he voted for No Child Left Behind.

02:11:10.000 This is the biggest educational mandate that we've ever had in the country.

02:11:15.000 And it's going to work on the states, and there's a part of it, which I wish you would look at, H.R.

02:11:20.000 1078, it's the American History and Civics Education Act.

02:11:24.000 Mr. Bush is pushing this wildly, because it fits in with the goals of UNESCO, which he pushes into, which basically destroys the family.

02:11:32.000 And the last message I got from the Education Department, they want the Children's Guard to be the education part, and grow the children's faith in the education of our country, not in their guard.

02:11:44.000 They're running to my territory when they go to that.

02:11:47.000 This H.R.

02:11:48.000 1078 would have children questioning their gun rights.

02:11:53.000 So, you know, when you open up a big bandwagon, like with No Child Left Behind, and then you blame it on the Democrats later, when they go after all your gun rights, when you educate the children in it, and you use Tom DeLay and George Bush pushing it, and I'd like to say that I understand that he also redistricted, reset up Ron Paul's district, the best friend we have on this gun rights, and a lot of other things.

02:12:19.000 who uh... make it harder for one called when i think you were jane appreciate 0.99

02:12:23.000 the call what and that is to take the last thing she said they targeted senator bob smith got him out they said they're

02:12:28.000 gonna go after tomtank readout this is republicans

02:12:31.000 every written ron paul's district uh...

02:12:35.000 why do we see the neocons in washington going after real conservatives neil

02:12:41.000 well what i don't know that

02:12:44.000 uh... ron for our president ron paul

02:12:47.000 is uh...

02:12:49.000 not be loved of the people of paris He's not, he doesn't play the game with him, and this is why I love him.

02:12:57.000 Back in 1970, no, in 1976, when Ron Paul was in Congress before, he was the only one that was standing up there trying to get the Congress to vote on killing this D.C.

02:13:12.000 gunman that's been with us for these 30 years almost, and the one that we're trying to Knock out now.

02:13:19.000 And by the way, I give credit.

02:13:21.000 I want to make this loud and clear.

02:13:23.000 NRA is behind both of those bills.

02:13:27.000 There's 150 co-sponsors in the House on that Mark Souter bill that I just mentioned.

02:13:35.000 Okay, let's go to another call.

02:13:37.000 Ron in Oklahoma.

02:13:38.000 Go ahead, Ron.

02:13:42.000 I heard Anne Credo on Michael Savage last night.

02:13:47.000 Savage was savaging the Bush administration.

02:13:51.000 I heard Joel Skelton, World Affairs Brief, and others, people that make Alex Jones seem awfully calm on coast-to-coast a lot lately.

02:13:59.000 Are we seeing a shift here?

02:14:02.000 Are we seeing a shift here somewhere?

02:14:04.000 Well, we could stand some shift if I go on, too.

02:14:10.000 Well, I'm kind of wondering.

02:14:11.000 I am really amazed at what I've been hearing lately.

02:14:16.000 Well, look, what's happening is they know that we know, so they have to mix some good stuff in, so that we will then, you know, bite on.

02:14:24.000 It's like you coat a cyanide pill in sugar.

02:14:30.000 Well... Do you understand what I'm saying?

02:14:32.000 I agree.

02:14:34.000 I understand where you're coming from, Alex, but I'm beginning to think that you're doing some good.

02:14:41.000 I think you're actually getting through, and With your guests like Neil and more and more people like him are speaking out on your program and other programs, and I'm thinking the message is starting to get through a little bit that people are starting to wake up.

02:14:57.000 I certainly hope so.

02:14:59.000 I get that feeling, that impression.

02:15:01.000 Well, I hope so, too.

02:15:02.000 to ten critical only one but no it was on i'm picked up by time career i'm

02:15:08.000 thing about broke break who only one by a hundred and seventy one votes last time

02:15:14.000 remember the redistricting was done by the state of colorado and by the state of texas

02:15:20.000 and uh...

02:15:22.000 I know that Tom DeLay was involved in that, but I know also that Martin Frost was in it on the other side.

02:15:32.000 The one that we're trying to get rid of.

02:15:34.000 Which is very interesting that conservative Democrats have been written out in Texas and Ron Paul has had his district altered.

02:15:42.000 Very suspicious activity.

02:15:46.000 Thanks, Ron.

02:15:47.000 Let's talk to Randy in Washington State.

02:15:49.000 Go ahead, Randy.

02:15:51.000 Hi, gentlemen.

02:15:52.000 A quick comment and a question.

02:15:54.000 I own six of the rifles that are on that ban list.

02:15:58.000 Now, I have approximately 25 magazines for every one of those rifles, and the price of the magazines was fairly cheap.

02:16:05.000 And from what I understand, there's like a 20-year supply still out there.

02:16:08.000 So I can't understand why the law was passed in the first place.

02:16:12.000 But I would like to see if, uh, Neal thinks the main battle will be in the Senate, because the House, uh, members are already leaning toward a no vote if DeLay's trying to block it.

02:16:24.000 And the reason I ask this is I'm looking at an article dated 1604 saying that Senator Russ Feingold is now leaning against not voting for the ban.

02:16:34.000 Well, that's interesting.

02:16:37.000 Are you talking about on the quote assault weapon ban?

02:16:40.000 Yes.

02:16:42.000 I'm reading it on a site called awbansunset.com.

02:16:47.000 Yeah, I'm familiar with that web page, but I hadn't seen that.

02:16:51.000 Yeah, but what is the header?

02:16:52.000 What article is it they've posted?

02:16:54.000 It's 1604 Senator Russ Feingold leaning against the default weapons ban.

02:16:58.000 There's a question mark.

02:17:00.000 It was from the Green Bay News Chronicle.

02:17:04.000 Now that's a mainstream newspaper.

02:17:06.000 Okay.

02:17:07.000 I'm not really hopeful.

02:17:10.000 I really have my doubts about the Senate because there are a couple of highly questionable Republicans in there.

02:17:18.000 Well, you know, we're going to see what happens, but we've got to put total pressure on them.

02:17:22.000 And you can say it's not a repeal, but the law will automatically repeal itself.

02:17:27.000 It will die coming up this September.

02:17:30.000 We've got to tell them, hey, I don't care.

02:17:32.000 If you reauthorize that law, I am voting for Hillary Clinton or Dean or whoever, because at least we'll know what we're facing.

02:17:43.000 Well, I've already made up my mind.

02:17:45.000 I'm not voting for George Bush.

02:17:47.000 The thing that just finally pushed me over the edge was the amnesty deal that he announced today.

02:17:52.000 He's a rhino.

02:17:54.000 Now, I've already read the bill.

02:17:55.000 They're supporting McCain's bill.

02:17:57.000 If you get here, you're legal in perpetuity.

02:17:59.000 It's on a one-time amnesty.

02:18:01.000 Also, illegals can file with the government to be brought in from foreign countries.

02:18:04.000 I mean, this is incredible.

02:18:06.000 But I didn't see Bush's comments yet.

02:18:09.000 What did he say?

02:18:12.000 It's mostly been reporting on mainstream newspapers, things like the Drudge Report, saying that he supports it.

02:18:20.000 Well, yeah, I mean, I have the thing that he's going to announce it in his meeting Monday with Fox, but everybody keeps saying he's going to announce it today.

02:18:27.000 They already announced it months ago.

02:18:28.000 Neil Knox, comments to what the callers have been saying?

02:18:32.000 Well, I don't know.

02:18:34.000 I do know this about there are a lot of senators that are being hammered, fine gold, It might be one that would come our way.

02:18:43.000 I know that his buddy McCain is the other way on the, quote, assault weapon ban.

02:18:50.000 Bear in mind, folks, that even though the Republicans have a majority in the Senate, the gun owners do not have a majority in the Senate. 0.57

02:18:58.000 And I hope that we would have a majority, a thin majority, after this next election, because that's looking pretty good.

02:19:07.000 We'd lose some good friends, but we also...

02:19:10.000 are going to lose some enemies because of due to retirement

02:19:15.000 but uh...

02:19:17.000 in the house we're in pretty good shape on that back All right, Neil Knox, one more segment, got a few other calls for you.

02:19:23.000 Okay, go ahead.

02:19:24.000 I also want to talk about your organization, how folks get involved with that.

02:19:30.000 We're going to break here, come back with a final segment with Neil Knox, take a few more calls.

02:19:35.000 Stay with us, folks.

02:19:36.000 Then I'm getting back into the amnesty, back into all the news I haven't detailed yet in the final 30 minutes of this show.

02:23:49.000 This show is documented.

02:23:51.000 I have some questions directed to Neal Knox.

02:23:54.000 I fell into a burning ring of fire.

02:23:58.000 All right, folks.

02:23:58.000 News blitz coming up.

02:24:00.000 Ignore your calls.

02:24:01.000 This is our final segment with Neil Knox.

02:24:03.000 Let's take two more calls real quick here.

02:24:05.000 Howell in Florida, then John in Tennessee.

02:24:07.000 Howell in Florida, you're on the air.

02:24:09.000 Go ahead.

02:24:10.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:24:12.000 I have some questions directed to Neil Knox.

02:24:16.000 I have read the magazines that he wrote for.

02:24:21.000 And I'm a NRA Life and Endowment member.

02:24:26.000 And I also was a sustaining member of the ILA that he was director of.

02:24:34.000 I'm very surprised to hear that he seems favorable to G.W.

02:24:40.000 Bush.

02:24:41.000 My first question was, why did he, Bush, sign the so-called Patriot Act?

02:24:49.000 And how does that help us as gun owners?

02:24:53.000 That's my first question.

02:24:54.000 And the second question to Neil is, what can I, as a life and endowment member of NRA, do to help him straighten out the NRA?

02:25:05.000 And I think I'll just stand by and listen.

02:25:08.000 Okay.

02:25:09.000 Well, first of all, the only thing that an NRA voting member can do, such as this man, The only thing that he can do is to vote in the director elections and to support those of us who, on occasion, try to amend bylaws by mail.

02:25:32.000 See, what happened in Cincinnati, we could, at that time, amend the bylaws at the annual meeting by a vote of the members.

02:25:40.000 Powers that be in there, I put an end to that.

02:25:45.000 It's very limited now, what a member can do.

02:25:49.000 But that is the only thing I can say to do.

02:25:55.000 We haven't run a slate in a couple of years.

02:25:57.000 We may run one before it's over with.

02:26:00.000 I've had people pushing me to again run a slate, and we're talking about it.

02:26:06.000 Okay, for those who don't know what running a slate is, explain it to them.

02:26:10.000 That's where you have several directors, or several candidates that will pool their resources in order to run

02:26:21.000 for the board of directors. The other reason is you don't want to be on

02:26:24.000 there by yourself.

02:26:25.000 I've been there by myself and all you can do is thumb your nose at them when

02:26:32.000 you vote. But if you run a slate then you've got a chance of having

02:26:40.000 several people get on to the board at the same time to have a common goal.

02:26:47.000 Okay, well, Patriot Act comment.

02:26:49.000 Make a comment on that.

02:26:50.000 Alright, on Patriot Act, there's a lot of things in it that make me nervous.

02:26:55.000 I am really nervous when I think about how that law would be enforced by somebody that, oh, let's say a Janet Reno.

02:27:04.000 I'm worried about John Ashcroft doing it, but I know John Ashcroft well enough that I'm not as worried about him.

02:27:11.000 As I am the people that are going to follow him, and this law has got some dangerous provisions in it.

02:27:18.000 It needs to be repealed.

02:27:20.000 Of course, Bush just signed Patriot Act 2 three weeks ago.

02:27:24.000 Let's talk to John in Tennessee.

02:27:26.000 Go ahead, John.

02:27:30.000 Go ahead, John.

02:27:31.000 You're on the air.

02:27:32.000 Here's why we can't give our guns to a gangster government.

02:27:34.000 In Tennessee, three weeks ago, the Patriot Act and Homeland Security's TIPS program were used in a DUI case.

02:27:41.000 The Wing Commander of the Air National Guard Base in Knoxville was stalked by the citizen-informant truck driver of the Highway Watch Program.

02:27:50.000 The police declared that he had not been drinking and was not speeding, yet they arrested him and then forced him to take a fake blood alcohol test.

02:27:57.000 The score was .38, but every DUI lawyer knows those tests cannot test for alcohol.

02:28:03.000 So it was some kind of medical condition, but not diabetes, so maybe Gulf War vaccines.

02:28:10.000 Uh, now this guy's been locked up in the loony bin rehab for three weeks, which is a psych ward like Rush Limbaugh.

02:28:16.000 If he gets out, he will then be arrested, according to the sheriff on TV, and the D.A.

02:28:22.000 can never drop charges against innocent people or they're going to get sued for false arrest.

02:28:26.000 I'll tell you what, John, I'm going to put you on hold and talk about this after the break.

02:28:31.000 I want to let Neil Knox go.

02:28:33.000 Neil, I want to thank you for coming on.

02:28:34.000 The website is neilknox.com.

02:28:36.000 What are some of the other contact points for you, or some of the info you're putting out?

02:28:40.000 Well, I put out a newsletter called the Hardcore Report, and anyone that contributes to what I'm doing, and the main thing that Firearms Coalition is, it's a coalition of Groups around the country, the activist groups on the ground, that's where the real power of the gun lobby is.

02:29:02.000 It's the people down there who cast the votes, who talk to their congressmen and to their state reps.

02:29:08.000 Okay, how do folks get in touch with you and get the hardcore newsletter?

02:29:12.000 Well, they can look on Webline and it's got the address there, but it's Post Office Box 3313 Manassas.

02:29:22.000 Like in Bull Run.

02:29:23.000 Manassas, M-A-N-A-S-S-A-S, Virginia, 201-08.

02:29:28.000 Okay, Neil Knox, we'll have you back on.

02:29:30.000 God bless you.

02:29:31.000 Thanks for joining us.

02:29:33.000 We'll be right back.

02:32:47.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

02:32:53.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:32:57.000 I'm not going to have any time to take any other calls after John in Tennessee because I want to get back into some of the main headlines and then some of the news we haven't gotten to yet here in the last 27, 26 minutes of this worldwide broadcast.

02:33:11.000 John, you called in last week or two weeks ago about an Air Force officer who they grabbed and tested and said he was drunk and And that they were using the local tips program that's been implemented nationwide to the truck drivers.

02:33:27.000 But really, if you email me the article, I missed it.

02:33:31.000 But for those of us that don't know what's going on, can you explain this to us?

02:33:36.000 Col.

02:33:36.000 John Keenan, he's the wing commander, the highest ranking commander at McGee-Tyson Airport, the 134th Air Refueling Wing, which is a Tennessee Air National Guard base.

02:33:47.000 He commanded troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.

02:33:50.000 Now he can't be trusted to drive the speed limit down the interstate.

02:33:54.000 So, uh, you know, he was minding his own business.

02:33:57.000 I don't know if this is the tips program or if they, uh, targeted him on the tips program with an informant because they reported an informant tracking down the highway and called police.

02:34:09.000 Maybe he found a billion dollar pallet of heroin coming back from Afghanistan on his tankers.

02:34:15.000 You know, I don't know.

02:34:15.000 Somebody was stalking him though, for sure, according to the newspaper.

02:34:19.000 And that could be the T.I.P.S.

02:34:20.000 program because they said it was truckers, and the truckers are the ones in the highway.

02:34:25.000 Sir, that's where they implemented T.I.P.S., and T.I.P.S.

02:34:28.000 was not defunded.

02:34:29.000 They changed the name and doubled the funding.

02:34:32.000 Yeah, well, this is one week after Tennessee made a $250,000 speeding ticket arrest under the Patriot Act with the Highway Patrol.

02:34:41.000 I did get that article.

02:34:42.000 Yeah, they seized $130,000 cash, a $100,000 vehicle, and even though they admitted no crime was alleged or anything, so it's now illegal to drive across any state without crossing state lines while carrying over $3,000 cash.

02:34:57.000 And that's Patriot Act, yeah.

02:34:58.000 That's the Patriot Act.

02:34:59.000 That was in the news.

02:35:00.000 They admitted it.

02:35:01.000 So crooked cops are loving this Patriot Act because they can seize anything and do anything, and on cops on TV they had a A cop arrested a guy because he held a brick and accused him of terrorism.

02:35:13.000 I know, everything's terrorism now.

02:35:15.000 As far as guns, I wanted to ask Mr. Knox if he knew about the Battle of Athens, Tennessee, where 100 World War II vets opened fire on a sheriff's jail to get the ballot boxes back.

02:35:26.000 And the sheriff fled and Congress awarded the vets a big pat on the back.

02:35:31.000 So guns can be useful in certain situations if you have to make a citizen's arrest.

02:35:36.000 Which is what they did on the Christmas show.

02:35:38.000 You know, I've read about that story, and that's a true story.

02:35:41.000 It's been on TV.

02:35:42.000 I would love somebody to call me involved with that, or a family member of those guys, or one of them, if they're still alive.

02:35:49.000 I'd like to have them on this show.

02:35:52.000 There's a book written called The Battle of Athens.

02:35:54.000 You can go to Amazon.com and probably get it in the used book area.

02:35:58.000 You know, if they would have lost that, they'd all be in prison.

02:36:02.000 That's right.

02:36:04.000 Nowadays, if the sheriff was stealing the election and you went and got him back, he'd still go to prison.

02:36:08.000 They'd say, so what?

02:36:09.000 You're a terrorist. 0.97

02:36:10.000 We're stealing the election. 0.97

02:36:12.000 Well, anybody can make a citizen's arrest of any police officer that gets out of line.

02:36:17.000 That is what happened in a... Well, that's the law, and that's what America was.

02:36:21.000 That's why we were different from Russia. 0.99

02:36:23.000 But they don't even know about that now.

02:36:25.000 Well, a little 80-pound woman in Knoxville, Tennessee, two weeks ago, arrested a big ol' cop who beat her up in a traffic stop. 0.94

02:36:33.000 She won her trial, and the same afternoon she swore out an affidavit of criminal complaining.

02:36:38.000 You're saying an 80-pound woman arrested the cop? 0.99

02:36:42.000 Well, she went to the Judicial Commissioner, and he issued the arrest warrant.

02:36:46.000 He just filed an affidavit.

02:36:47.000 What did he do to her?

02:36:49.000 He punched her in the back while she was handcuffed. 0.54

02:36:52.000 And it was on video.

02:36:52.000 You know, I'm not saying all police are bad.

02:36:54.000 Most of them are just good old boys.

02:36:56.000 But folks, all the time, right here in Austin, they're hiring a bunch of steroid heads. 0.99

02:37:01.000 They beat women up. 0.99

02:37:03.000 You name it.

02:37:03.000 I mean, it's getting crazy.

02:37:05.000 Well, if we waiver our rights, we have no rights.

02:37:09.000 And it's like your guest was saying, you just gotta Stand your ground and fight!

02:37:12.000 Yeah, Neil Knox I don't think was saying Bush is good.

02:37:15.000 I think he's saying on the second amendment, because Bush is a Republican, he's having to creep along going after our

02:37:22.000 guns.

02:37:22.000 And he was saying Bush was bad because of that, but Knox falls into the whole neocon thing of, well, you know, he's

02:37:30.000 better than Al Gore.

02:37:31.000 But that's really not true.

02:37:33.000 I think we need to get away from these civil lawsuits and get into the area of filing criminal charges against people

02:37:40.000 when they break the law.

02:37:42.000 I don't think we need to be listening to that.

02:37:43.000 Well, let me tell you something.

02:37:44.000 Listen.

02:37:46.000 I have friends, I myself, have tried to file criminal charges on police.

02:37:49.000 When you call up or walk in there to do it, they'll say, you turn around and walk right out that door, we're arresting you.

02:37:54.000 Or they'll let you see Internal Affairs and they will laugh at you.

02:37:58.000 I've been down that road.

02:37:59.000 There's three ways or four ways you can make an arrest.

02:38:02.000 If they block one area, you go to the other.

02:38:03.000 You can write a letter to the Grand Jury Foreman That's the answer!

02:38:10.000 That's one of the... Go over the four ways, go ahead.

02:38:12.000 Well, you can write a letter to the Grand Jury Foreman, you've got to find the address, and then just, you know, stealth, go in there and write the letter and get it to them however you can.

02:38:23.000 Or you can go to what they call here a judicial commissioner, which is like a magistrate, and you're supposed to... the DA tries to vet the applications, but you don't have to go through that.

02:38:33.000 You just need to do a full Detailed letter and affidavit where to the truthfulness.

02:38:40.000 Use videotapes, use audiotapes, use photographs.

02:38:45.000 Get your dates and times and witnesses down.

02:38:47.000 And study the pattern jury instructions so you know what the elements are.

02:38:51.000 You don't need a DA then.

02:38:53.000 You can always get a special prosecutor, pro se.

02:38:56.000 You don't need a DA in court.

02:38:58.000 Or you can make a citizen's arrest.

02:39:00.000 You just tell the person they're under arrest and you touch them and you grab them and you take them down to jail.

02:39:04.000 Let them wave a gun at your head, but they're probably not going to pull the trigger, and take them to the judge.

02:39:10.000 Hellier's case to the judge.

02:39:11.000 And then the news says an 80-pound terrorist attacked one of our love forces, one of our good little angels.

02:39:18.000 They had to back off.

02:39:19.000 They had to back off, but the cops were so funny because they were crying.

02:39:23.000 They said, we're all going to be afraid of arresting anybody now.

02:39:25.000 We're afraid to arrest anybody because they can follow Criminal charges, they should go to Internal Affairs first, which of course, like you said... Well, you can always file criminal charges.

02:39:34.000 To say that people are above the law, when you're a public servant, you're even, you're under greater scrutiny.

02:39:40.000 Well, most of them are breaking the law anyway, like traffic tickets or civil matters that they want you to plead guilty.

02:39:45.000 That means the court.

02:39:47.000 The judge and the cops are all committing a fraud and can go to prison for fraud.

02:39:51.000 Hey, listen, I gotta let you go.

02:39:53.000 I appreciate the call.

02:39:54.000 Yeah, how did America ever get along without tickets?

02:39:56.000 You know, they're only about 50 years old.

02:39:59.000 60 years old.

02:40:00.000 They started in that cesspool that is New York City.

02:40:04.000 Yeah, we could... I mean, big cities could have their front doors open.

02:40:09.000 Big cities would have a sheriff with maybe 50 deputies.

02:40:14.000 But we got more and more cops, we got more and more crime, more and more private prisons owned by the military industrial complex.

02:40:22.000 And it's always, we need more, we need more, we need more!

02:40:25.000 You got more to give you tickets, more to bust in your door, looking for drugs that the government shipped in to begin with, more to get you into their clutches and make you plea bargains so you can build widgets in some private prison.

02:40:39.000 Alright, I want to go into the news here.

02:40:42.000 There's a bunch of it.

02:40:43.000 Bush proposing immigration reform.

02:40:44.000 I want to mention that again.

02:40:46.000 Bercy found guilty.

02:40:48.000 Fined $500.

02:40:49.000 You cannot protest Bush now.

02:40:50.000 It's not allowed.

02:40:52.000 That goes into quarantining dissent.

02:40:54.000 We discussed yesterday, CIA faked German terror alert.

02:41:00.000 China to drop martial law from its Constitution and add the term state of emergency.

02:41:07.000 That's some of what's coming up in a minute.

02:41:09.000 I do want to take a minute or two out though and encourage everybody to stop procrastinating.

02:41:14.000 To tell somebody every day about this radio show or a local talk show host that's telling the truth.

02:41:20.000 To call into a local radio talk show that is ignorant and to inform them or to drop by and give them documents or videotapes.

02:41:30.000 To go to a city council meeting, to start studying law, to read your constitution, to read your Bill of Rights.

02:41:37.000 The journey of a thousand miles, the old Chinese proverb says, starts with a single step.

02:41:42.000 Take that first step.

02:41:43.000 Stop talking about how you can't affect change, you don't have any power, there's nothing you can do, and take that first step, folks.

02:41:53.000 We were all there once, okay?

02:41:55.000 And none of us are going to save the world by ourselves, but together we can affect change and You know, come out on the side of the good guys.

02:42:02.000 We've got to do it.

02:42:04.000 And to that aim, if you want to do more than just talk about it, you want to have evidence, professionally produced evidence, documenting the long train of abuses and criminal activities of this global crime syndicate, and that's what it is, a big commission, a mafia commission, a syndicate, Instead of mafia captains over each city, it's globalist families over each country.

02:42:29.000 They literally meet in their big committee of 300.

02:42:32.000 They have their managers in the CFR and Trilateral Commission.

02:42:36.000 If you want to expose this system, you need to get police state 3 total enslavement.

02:42:41.000 It goes into the system, what they're setting up, what they're doing, how to stop them, matrix of evil exposed.

02:42:48.000 With Ron Paul and Colonel Craig Roberts and Frank Morales and myself and others.

02:42:53.000 You need to get Police State 2000, Police State 2 The Takeover, 9-11 Road to Tyranny, Masters of Terror, Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove, America Destroyed by Design, America Wake Up or Waco.

02:43:04.000 These are all incredible films and they won't be seen, they won't be known, they won't inform anybody unless you Get the videos.

02:43:14.000 Make ten copies.

02:43:15.000 Give them to your rabbi, your pastor, local talk show host, to your neighbor.

02:43:22.000 Take action.

02:43:23.000 It's having an effect.

02:43:25.000 Alright, so please make the call.

02:43:27.000 The videos are $25.95 apiece, all over two hours.

02:43:30.000 Twenty bucks when you order three or more.

02:44:27.000 We could talk about this for the whole show.

02:44:30.000 I talked about it some in the middle of the show, at the first of the show, but bottom line, I've read the bill that Bush is pushing.

02:44:37.000 They support this McCain bill.

02:44:40.000 And the bill will legalize everybody that's here and anyone that ever comes here in perpetuity. 0.61

02:44:47.000 End of borders, end of everything, and it will even allow foreigners to even get financial aid to come here. 1.00

02:44:56.000 Oh yes.

02:44:57.000 But it's in a database, quote, of jobs Americans don't want.

02:45:01.000 Sure.

02:45:04.000 So not just legalize everybody that is here, Uh, but in addition, those outside the country waiting to work in the United States, wanting to work in the United States, would be able to sign into a computer system.

02:45:16.000 Employers would first have to show the jobs cannot be filled by Americans.

02:45:20.000 Oh, I'm sure the employers want to pay an American eight dollars.

02:45:23.000 and i'll go get an illegal is now legal who uh...

02:45:26.000 uh... who shun the types of menial labor jobs and immigrants take 0.99

02:45:30.000 well-consumed rids of driven the wages down so cheap you can't live and pay

02:45:34.000 your taxes on it you can't live in player taxes on four dollars an hour

02:45:38.000 many people plan even look lower than that so big pay raise for mexico getting 0.96

02:45:43.000 twenty five cents maybe an hour of their lucky and they all live you know

02:45:47.000 ten fifteen to a little house and uh... don't pay the taxes

02:45:52.000 and uh... it doesn't help them it doesn't help citizens doesn't help

02:45:55.000 anybody but the big fat bankers so it doesn't just legalize everybody that's here or can

02:46:02.000 ever get here it also helps people get here

02:46:05.000 so uh... we also yesterday with james bovard

02:46:10.000 you.

02:46:11.000 Covered the article out of the San Francisco Chronicle.

02:46:13.000 He's a conservative, by the way.

02:46:15.000 Has to go to liberal papers to have stuff like this published.

02:46:17.000 Quarantining dissent.

02:46:18.000 How the Secret Service protects Bush from free speech.

02:46:21.000 They're arresting 65-year-old retired steel worker.

02:46:25.000 He was in a... He refused to be at the baseball field out of view a third of a mile away with a fence around it for the designated free speech zone where no one could see any of the media.

02:46:40.000 And the Secret Service told the police, and they're doing this everywhere, to arrest him.

02:46:45.000 They did.

02:46:45.000 Another 55-year-old man was in a large crowd of pro-Bush supporters on the side of a busy

02:46:52.000 road in 2002, and he had a sign saying, no blood for oil.

02:47:01.000 He was ordered arrested by the Secret Service for standing in amongst the crowd.

02:47:06.000 They told the police, no anti-Bush signs allowed on these roads.

02:47:10.000 Coming in.

02:47:11.000 Okay?

02:47:13.000 And they arrested him and the court found that that's a good thing.

02:47:18.000 A judge fined Brent Murcy $500, ruling that Murcy broke a federal law Designed to shield the President from harm.

02:47:31.000 As if somebody after the President wouldn't have a sign saying, I love Bush.

02:47:35.000 I love this.

02:47:36.000 It's for the President's safety.

02:47:37.000 No one can protest.

02:47:38.000 Uh, Bersie 55 said he would appeal and call on President Bush's opponents to continue criticizing his policies.

02:47:44.000 U.S.

02:47:45.000 Magistrate Bristow Marchette acknowledged Bersie was not a threat to Bush during the President's October 24, 2002 visit to Columbia, but the judge dismissed Bersie's free speech defense and ruled the protester had no right to be as close to Bush as Bersie wanted to in his efforts to show That some South Carolinians oppose his plan to attack Iraq.

02:48:09.000 And again, it has the details of it.

02:48:12.000 Bush was pulling into the hotel, and people were being held back across the street.

02:48:18.000 A bunch of frothing, gun-grabbing neocons who want open borders were worshipping him.

02:48:23.000 Worshipping the growth of big government, and Mr. Bursey stood in the crowd with his sign that said, no blood for oil, and was singled out and arrested.

02:48:31.000 Again, when President Bush travels around the United States, the Secret Service visits the location ahead of time and orders local police to set up free speech zones or protest zones where people opposed to Bush policies are quarantined.

02:48:45.000 And it goes on to describe how they openly, they've got police interviewed here.

02:48:48.000 They just walk over and say, okay, anybody with a sign against Bush, kick them out or arrest them.

02:48:55.000 That's your new free country, folks.

02:48:56.000 And when he went into Africa, Bush had thousands arrested and put in a sports stadium because they didn't look good.

02:49:02.000 They looked unseemly.

02:49:06.000 Just absolutely incredible.

02:49:09.000 CIA fake German terror alert.

02:49:12.000 This is out of Netvisen TV, official TV in Norway.

02:49:17.000 Sources at the German Intelligence Bureau claim that CIA misinformed them about the alleged planned terror action in Hamburg December 30th.

02:49:26.000 Anwar al-Islam was accused of being behind the attempt.

02:49:29.000 According to information provided to TV2 by German intelligence, they are convinced the CIA information was wrong, and they allegedly fear that American authorities planted the information.

02:49:40.000 Of course!

02:49:42.000 Oh no, they just plant fake letters from troops in newspapers saying how much they love the war.

02:49:47.000 They just lie about weapons of mass destruction and mobile weapons trucks.

02:49:51.000 They just told us they'd be lying to us.

02:49:53.000 And it's like the woman with the self-heating leather jacket they sell everywhere.

02:49:58.000 They knew that it was no big deal, had fighters chase it, and for four hours, people thought that there was a plane about to crash into us.

02:50:08.000 It's incredible.

02:50:09.000 And there's dozens of these examples in the last two weeks.

02:50:12.000 I mean, it's just, it's theater.

02:50:14.000 Over the last year, they've been admitting that they're ordered to put out fake terror alerts.

02:50:21.000 Also, German police were tipped off by the CIA.

02:50:24.000 Doubt that the terror alarm was real.

02:50:25.000 Maybe fake.

02:50:27.000 And they go on to say that there's evidence that a lot of the info they're given is false to create fear.

02:50:32.000 You bet!

02:50:33.000 News of Halliburton getting kickbacks comes in.

02:54:07.000 This is the Channel News Asia report.

02:54:10.000 China to drop martial law 15 years after Tiananmen crackdown report.

02:54:14.000 China will strike the term martial law from its constitution during an upcoming legislative session 15 years after military crackdown on unarmed pro-democracy protesters.

02:54:24.000 Oh, it's like Miami and Seattle in Tiananmen Square.

02:54:28.000 According to the Oriental Outlook Weekly, the Constitutional Amendment will strip the strong committee of the National People's Congress of the power to declare martial law, and instead it empowered it to call a state of emergency.

02:54:42.000 Like General Eberhardt, we're not going to have martial law, but we are in a state of emergency.

02:54:46.000 Or Tommy Franks, well, martial law, but you know, it's kind of a good thing there.

02:54:52.000 This is out of BBC, talking about civil emergencies.

02:54:57.000 Civil Contingencies Bill gives UK government dictatorial powers.

02:55:03.000 Planned new powers for dealing with a major terrorist attack and other big emergencies are unveiled on Wednesday.

02:55:10.000 Ministers have already published drafts of the new laws, which were criticized by an influential committee of members of Parliament and peers for putting human rights at risk.

02:55:18.000 They fear that unless the Civil Contingencies Bill contains suitable constraints, its powers could be abused by a future government.

02:55:25.000 And it admits they can arrest people, put them in quote rest and relaxation camps, you name it.

02:55:32.000 Civil rights campaigners want the new powers to be more strictly defined.

02:55:35.000 The government published its draft legislation last June to give members of parliament and peers the chance to examine legislation before it was debated in parliament.

02:55:44.000 The Queen's speech included a promise to put the plans in the law.

02:55:48.000 Parliamentary committees set up to look at the plans said they had potentially dangerous flaws.

02:55:53.000 Police powers.

02:55:54.000 The measures are aimed at shaking up legislation that dates back to the 20s, giving ministers all new powers they need to tackle a wide range of incidents ranging from foot and mouth to an attack on the internet.

02:56:06.000 The draft plans include enabling the government to rush through temporary legislation without prior parliamentary approval, with authorities having new powers to declare a regional state of emergency.

02:56:16.000 The police would get new powers to evacuate danger areas in the event of a catastrophic event.

02:56:20.000 Oh yes, forcibly at gunpoint.

02:56:22.000 The definition of emergency would also be extended to encompass emergency situations affecting national security, human welfare, the environment, and potential political, administrative, or economic stability.

02:56:34.000 And it goes on saying it's a dictatorship.

02:56:36.000 But you know, dictatorships needed when the terrorists are attacking Blair, I'll take Britain into the Euro by 07.

02:56:47.000 Despite the fact that 80 plus percent don't want to give up their sovereignty, it's going to happen.

02:56:52.000 Tony Blair has set a stage for 07 to take Britain into the Euro, and wants the government to agree to public pledge to secure membership by that date.

02:57:01.000 You're not going to have a vote now, referendum, we're just going to do it.

02:57:06.000 Doesn't matter what you want, it's for your safety of course.

02:57:10.000 Big surprise, Diana not pregnant at death, says Queen's man. 0.99

02:57:15.000 The Queen's coroner went in there and dug the body up and says Princess Diana was not pregnant when she died.

02:57:21.000 A former royal coroner says, apparently ruling out one of the rumors that was swirled around.

02:57:29.000 Folks, she had told people she was pregnant.

02:57:31.000 She said they were going to kill her.

02:57:32.000 That's all admitted.

02:57:33.000 This is just more spin.

02:57:35.000 So that's very interesting.
