Alex Jones Show - 20040205_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 Yeah, I'm good.

00:00:05.000 Big Brother, Mainstream Media, Government Cover-Ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:25.000 Alright, my friends, it's already Thursday, the 5th day of February, 2004.

00:00:33.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:36.000 Bev Harris from blackboxvoting.com, a corporate corruption investigator who's proven that the CIA is systematically controlling the electronic voting machine companies, stealing elections coast to coast.

00:00:52.000 Turns out they were manipulating things in the New Hampshire primary.

00:00:55.000 We have documented evidence of that and much more.

00:01:00.000 So that's coming up in our Election 04 coverage here in about 30 minutes.

00:01:05.000 We'll be joined by Bev Harris.

00:01:07.000 Again, I'm Alex Jones.

00:01:08.000 The websites are InfoWars.com, InfoWars.net, and of course PrisonPlanet.com.

00:01:18.000 And there's a ton of news we're going to race through in the meantime.

00:01:20.000 We've got more guests coming up later in the show as well.

00:01:24.000 And as always, we're going to have wide open phones.

00:01:29.000 Remember on Monday, I went over the fact that TiVo, your cable system piece of equipment, is watching you and tracking everything you do by name?

00:01:46.000 So are most of the digital cable boxes, your satellite systems, if you have pay-per-view with a phone line hooked up to it.

00:01:52.000 Well, the Chicago Tribune has that headline today.

00:01:56.000 I tell ya, they gotta be listening to this show.

00:02:00.000 TiVo users beware, Big Brother is watching!

00:02:03.000 TiVo users beware, Big Brother is watching.

00:02:08.000 Also, Dangerous Thinking, it's official, BBC.

00:02:12.000 They are going to start arresting people.

00:02:14.000 They're going to have complex computer systems off the data of what you buy and what you do.

00:02:18.000 And they will decide if you're a terrorist and go ahead and secretly arrest you.

00:02:22.000 We'll be going over that.

00:02:23.000 It's actual thought crime, ladies and gentlemen.

00:02:25.000 I've been warning you about that for a while.

00:02:28.000 Look, stuff is so bad that I don't have words to explain it, okay?

00:02:33.000 Stuff is so bad... By the way, there's an Associated Press article about the concentration camps for you.

00:02:40.000 I will be getting into that as well.

00:02:43.000 I mean, I just... It's all out in the open.

00:02:46.000 It's just out in the open.

00:02:48.000 This morning I heard CIA Director Tenet going...

00:02:54.000 George Bush never lied, we never lied, the terrorists are evil, we never said they had weapons of mass destruction, and I heard the neocons going, ooh, he sure told you! 0.99

00:03:04.000 You're all a bunch of liars! 0.97

00:03:07.000 Well, I'm sorry, we have memories, and we have the articles, and we have the video. 0.98

00:03:10.000 We know you got all over the news, all of you, the entire administration, and said they did, from Ashcroft to Bush to Tenet.

00:03:18.000 It's like Blair hiring Hutton in the Hutton inquiry to Say that he never said there were weapons of mass destruction.

00:03:28.000 Well, he did it all over television!

00:03:30.000 But Tony Blair says you better apologize.

00:03:33.000 He never, he never, you know, and why, he's a good guy.

00:03:40.000 So, it's just getting so ridiculous, so unbelievable right now.

00:03:47.000 By the way, Senator Grassley election forecast will get Bin Laden He said, he's sure that by the election, they're going to have Bin Laden for you.

00:03:56.000 Well, my White House source is, two years ago I told you, that Bin Laden died of natural causes, is literally frozen, and will be rolled out for the election.

00:04:06.000 And that was a year plus before the Iraq War, and my source said, no attack on Iraq this year.

00:04:13.000 When they had been saying they were going in, in just a few months, and then that source turned out to be right, it was a year later, so that source is Turned out to be pretty accurate.

00:04:24.000 We'll get into this as well.

00:04:28.000 There's another firefight between the Border Patrol and Mexican troops.

00:04:31.000 We'll get into that.

00:04:35.000 It's just all coming up after this quick break.

00:04:38.000 It's just unbelievable.

00:04:40.000 The things that are happening.

00:04:41.000 The tyranny that's unfolding right in front of us.

00:04:45.000 And I got a bunch of Satanism news.

00:04:47.000 Mainstream articles of them murdering children and babies.

00:04:52.000 The rise of Satanism, so we'll get into that as well.

00:04:56.000 Want to stay with us?

00:04:57.000 InfoWars.com.

00:05:01.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:05:05.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:05:12.000 Use this disaster with a new world order.

00:05:14.000 A new world order can emerge.

00:05:17.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:05:22.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation one and two apart, piece by piece, and reveal

00:05:26.000 the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:05:29.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:05:31.000 Homeland security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the

00:05:36.000 total information society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:10.000 You want answers?

00:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:22.000 Alright my friends, welcome back to another live edition of the Alex Jones Show.

00:08:34.000 Whether you're listening in the morning, the middle of the night, depending on your time zone, welcome to this live February 5th, 2004 edition.

00:08:45.000 Again, we have the Electronic Voting Machine Exposer coming on here in about 25 minutes.

00:08:52.000 Bev Harris to get into some of the latest election fraud stuff that was going on, of course, up in New Hampshire with your loving Diebold Computer Machines, publicly run by the CIA with their Vice President, a convicted computer crimes hacker.

00:09:10.000 But, you know, and they're engineers going public saying it's all a fraud, and by the time you read about it in your paper, oh, they found a few problems.

00:09:17.000 Don't worry.

00:09:18.000 There's no paper ballot anymore.

00:09:20.000 No records. 1.00

00:09:20.000 Shut up. 1.00

00:09:21.000 We have the machine guns. 1.00

00:09:23.000 We have the armored vehicles.

00:09:24.000 We have the cameras in your neighborhoods.

00:09:26.000 We're building lots of nice prisons for you. 0.99

00:09:28.000 Just shut your mouths. 0.99

00:09:29.000 We're going to watch everything you do. 0.99

00:09:31.000 The Pentagon's going to be on the streets.

00:09:33.000 Martial law's the next phase. 0.78

00:09:35.000 Lots of camps being built for you.

00:09:37.000 We're the government.

00:09:38.000 We love you.

00:09:39.000 Go back to sleep.

00:09:40.000 We're going to protect you from the terrorists.

00:09:43.000 By the way, we had that live interview yesterday with Andres von Bulow, a former top member of the Defense Department over in Germany, the former head of technology, in his last post, laying out the evidence of the military-industrial complex carrying out September 11th And I'm going to be live tomorrow for the second and third hour, but I've decided to re-air that in the first hour tomorrow.

00:10:12.000 First hour of the show, 11 a.m.

00:10:15.000 until 2 p.m.

00:10:17.000 Central Standard Time.

00:10:18.000 So if you missed that, tune into that.

00:10:21.000 We're also going to be posting an interview at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com, and as soon as that's posted, I'm asking the great folks out there to make a transcript of it to email it to us and we'll post it and then millions of people, and millions of people do read our transcripts, can then see it and can read it for themselves.

00:10:42.000 We'll even probably add some hyperlinks to documents in it and other key goodies there to expose the terrorists.

00:10:51.000 Okay, again, two years ago my White House source, and it is very dangerous for me to get on air and talk about this, and I said it at the time, But hey, you only live once, and somebody's got to do it, so... My source told me, again, there's a lot of Bush people here in Austin, I'll just leave it at that, that they were on Air Force One, and Lord Bush and others were bragging that bin Laden had died of kidney failure, was on ice, and that they were going to roll him out right before the November election.

00:11:30.000 And that was two years ago.

00:11:33.000 And we put it on air.

00:11:34.000 We wrote a news article about it.

00:11:36.000 Paul Watson did.

00:11:39.000 And it's on record.

00:11:41.000 And now exactly what we said is being announced.

00:11:45.000 When Albright said they probably got him and are about to enroll him and then we've got this other Congressman LaHood saying, oh, we've got Saddam.

00:11:52.000 We're about to bring him out.

00:11:53.000 Tommy Frank said that in the December issue of Cigar Fish United and then it happened a few weeks later.

00:12:00.000 And now we've got this army colonel saying they've got Bin Laden and we've got, you know, we've got it in the Chicago Tribune and Asia Times and Associated Press last week.

00:12:09.000 Well, now Senator Grassley Hold the Hill newspaper.

00:12:14.000 Senator Grassley's election forecast will get Bin Laden.

00:12:18.000 He doesn't bother to attend secret CIA briefings of his fellow senators because he seldom learns anything he hasn't read in the newspapers.

00:12:26.000 Senator Chuck Grassley, Republican Iowa, is convinced the U.S.

00:12:29.000 will track down the elusive mastermind of September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

00:12:34.000 By the way, they admit that hasn't even been proven, by the way.

00:12:37.000 This is a quote.

00:12:38.000 Obviously, he'll be caught between now and the election, Grassley said Monday, when asked if he is disappointed that Osama Bin Laden hasn't been killed or captured.

00:12:46.000 Quote, I think they're on his trail now.

00:12:48.000 In a way, they haven't been all year, Grassley said.

00:12:52.000 It will happen because we'll be able to divert more resources to hunting down Bin Laden. 0.58

00:12:58.000 By the way, Watson wrote another good article, a compilation of different stories a few days ago.

00:13:03.000 You'll want to go to PrisonPlanet.com and read it.

00:13:07.000 Where he lays out the facts of articles from 99 in the British press where Bin Laden publicly was being protected in Pakistan by US Special Forces.

00:13:18.000 He is CIA.

00:13:20.000 His people were flown out of Afghanistan in 2001.

00:13:22.000 That's why the war took a month.

00:13:25.000 That's admitted.

00:13:26.000 They claim it was an accident.

00:13:27.000 They loaded 8,000 Taliban and Al-Qaeda on planes and flew them out.

00:13:31.000 Then arrested a bunch of goat herders and shoemakers who publicly tortured them in Guantanamo. 0.99

00:13:36.000 to make you think they're doing something about uh... terrorism makes me very very angry and uh... so you look at the evidence bin laden is al-qaeda uh... is CIA and that's just public and uh... he died and is going to be handed over probably here real quick and they'll you know claim he died in a firefight and well here's his dead body and or maybe they'll show us wax figurines like they did with Kude and Uze or Ude Yeah, it would say underneath the photo, oh, wax figurine, but hey, look at the dead bodies!

00:14:12.000 Wax figurines!

00:14:14.000 Oh, I saw the dead bodies.

00:14:16.000 And they've arrested a lot of Al-Qaeda people, and then a month later you'll see in the foreign press, the CIA will say, well, we had to do this for their cover.

00:14:23.000 They'll arrest some Al-Qaeda leader and then quietly release them and go, oh, they were a CIA asset.

00:14:28.000 We staged the arrest to protect their, uh, their identities.

00:14:32.000 That's most of the big Al-Qaeda arrests.

00:14:34.000 It's just, it's a sick joke, folks.

00:14:38.000 The general who left Guantanamo Bay, Bacchus, who was over it, said there's no real Al Qaeda there.

00:14:43.000 The L.A.

00:14:43.000 Times has reported that.

00:14:45.000 I mean, this is all just stage theater.

00:14:48.000 Total theater.

00:14:49.000 It's like the 9-11 Commission. 0.64

00:14:51.000 Members of it are secretly testifying, involved in the Bush administration, covering things up, and they have this stage WWF pro-wrestling Show for you, where, oh, we want more time.

00:15:06.000 No, you can't have more time.

00:15:07.000 Okay, you'll get more time.

00:15:09.000 That way you can announce what happened after the election.

00:15:13.000 They say, oh, we're not going to release these 28 pages of documents.

00:15:16.000 Bush doesn't want us to.

00:15:17.000 Then they'll release those and there'll be nothing in them.

00:15:19.000 And then it's, oh, well, that exonerates Bush. 0.62

00:15:22.000 It's just, it's sick, folks.

00:15:25.000 I mean, right now, the neocons are on the radio and TV.

00:15:29.000 They're all over the British media saying, Well, the Hutton Inquiry clears Tony Blair of everything.

00:15:37.000 So, you better apologize to him.

00:15:39.000 He never said there were weapons of mass destruction.

00:15:42.000 And the Hutton Inquiry didn't even cover that, but they just say in the news, oh, well, apologize to Tony Blair.

00:15:49.000 He never said that.

00:15:50.000 And Bush never said it.

00:15:52.000 Well, you know they said there were weapons of mass destruction, but they don't care.

00:15:56.000 They know about half the population.

00:15:58.000 If they just hear they never said it, oh, they never said it.

00:16:03.000 But Senator Grassley is saying that.

00:16:07.000 Jack Foote from Ranch Rescue says there was a firefight going on here today from 4.15 to 4.30 p.m.

00:16:15.000 between the Border Patrol and some thugs from south of the border with rifles.

00:16:18.000 God knows who, but this is happening just a few hundred yards east of our position.

00:16:24.000 A Border Patrol field operations supervisor named Mike Hyatt just left here 20 minutes ago.

00:16:30.000 That's Camp Thunderbird, set up by Ranch Rescue, after telling us that he had been ordered not to say anything about the firefight.

00:16:38.000 We need your prayers, many thanks, Jack Foote.

00:16:41.000 So this is some new event that's happened in the last few days.

00:16:48.000 We're trying to get Jack Foote on.

00:16:50.000 Got that happening.

00:16:52.000 A pressure on Blair to publish evidence for a 45 minute claim.

00:16:56.000 That is the claim that Saddam had nukes or chemicals or biologicals and could hit England within 45 minutes.

00:17:02.000 Tony Blair was under pressure yesterday to publish the evidence behind the government's controversial claim that Saddam Hussein could deploy weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes.

00:17:12.000 Michael Howard, the Tory leader, led demands for the Prime Minister to agree to the call on yesterday's independent by Brian Jones, the former leading expert on women's mass destruction at the Ministry of Defense, for the evidence to be disclosed.

00:17:24.000 Blair triggered further controversy over the 45-minute claim yesterday when he told members of Parliament that he did not know that it related to only short-range battlefield weapons until the crucial Commons debate last March, which authorized the Iraq War.

00:17:38.000 Only the day before it began, which has now admitted that they, again, they all knew it was a lie and didn't care.

00:17:45.000 But now they're claiming they never said it, so... again.

00:17:48.000 That's like saying George Washington wasn't our first president.

00:17:53.000 It's like saying the sky isn't blue.

00:17:56.000 I mean, just... But a lot of people will buy it.

00:17:59.000 I mean, George Tenet came out today and said Bush didn't lie, and we never said there were weapons of mass destruction, and, uh...

00:18:07.000 Al Qaeda is going to get you real quick if you don't give your rights up. 0.82

00:18:09.000 That's basically what he said, and Bush gave a similar speech.

00:18:14.000 So, this is how they operate now.

00:18:16.000 We never said it. 1.00

00:18:17.000 Shut up! 1.00

00:18:20.000 Okay, you never said it. 1.00

00:18:21.000 And you're a liberal if you do say they said it, okay?

00:18:24.000 A new Al Qaeda statement warns of major attacks on the U.S. 0.96

00:18:28.000 Every week, somebody on a message board saying they're Al-Qaeda, no doubt a globalist security agent, says, we're about to attack you, we're about to kill you.

00:18:38.000 Whenever they were saying that Saddam was working with Bin Laden, which was totally false, every time they needed some evidence, somebody would go on a message board and say, yes, I am Bin Laden, I work with Saddam, and they'd go, look at this, an admission from Bin Laden!

00:18:53.000 It's just every time they need Al-Qaeda, I mean, I guess anybody could go on a message board and say that they are, um, I don't know, aliens from a foreign planet about to invade the National Louisville State.

00:19:05.000 Message board!

00:19:06.000 Chat room!

00:19:07.000 Aliens from a foreign planet!

00:19:09.000 I mean, this is totally uncredible, but they don't care.

00:19:14.000 But, understand, I'm not saying they're not going to blow something up.

00:19:16.000 I mean, Bush would lose to Kerry right now by, what, 10 points in major polls.

00:19:21.000 Not that that matters with the Diebold machines going in nationwide under federal funding under the Voter Assistance Act, but... Oh my goodness.

00:19:33.000 Look out!

00:19:33.000 The approval ratings are down and they're talking about terror attacks like I've never seen them before, saying, give us your rights, you're going to thank us, you better give your rights up.

00:22:00.000 The illuminated Berkey base allows most gravity filters to be used in the center of a table by raising the spigot level.

00:22:06.000 Made of durable Lexan polymer, the same material used for bulletproof glass, it has eight LED lamps.

00:22:13.000 Incredibly, the low-energy LEDs will last for more than 11 years of continuous use and are bright enough to be spotted for over a mile in the dark.

00:22:22.000 The LED lamps are powered by an AC adapter and during emergencies, the rechargeable batteries will operate them all night long.

00:22:29.000 When the LEDs are switched off, the AC adapter automatically recharges the batteries.

00:22:34.000 The Berkey Base is available in gorgeous cobalt blue or practical bright white LEDs.

00:22:40.000 Ideal as an emergency light, flashlight, or nightlight.

00:22:58.000 You are sick because you allow yourself to remain sick.

00:23:03.000 And you remain sick because you don't provide your body with the enzymes and other nutrients that only come from raw food.

00:23:09.000 You haven't alkalized your body.

00:23:10.000 In fact, you continue to acidify it with a primarily cooked food diet.

00:23:15.000 You still use either meat, fish, eggs, and or dairy products for your protein instead of spirulina and chlorella.

00:23:21.000 The two most complete protein superfoods known.

00:23:23.000 Finally, you don't consume ionized water.

00:23:26.000 Normal tap water that is transformed into a powerful antioxidant that is very alkaline, balancing your body pH as it brings you to homeostasis.

00:23:55.000 Alright, I do have Bev Harris coming on here in a few minutes about election fraud. 1.00

00:24:10.000 I told you on Monday and Tuesday about TiVo, a type of digital cable box service that tracks everything you do, and of course sells the data.

00:24:21.000 And as usual, some people couldn't believe it.

00:24:23.000 Well, that's fine.

00:24:24.000 Here's the Chicago Sun-Times.

00:24:27.000 I'm sorry, I said Chicago Tribune earlier.

00:24:28.000 It's Chicago Sun-Times.

00:24:30.000 TiVo users beware.

00:24:31.000 Big Brothers watching.

00:24:35.000 So I'll get to that next hour.

00:24:36.000 Also, BBC.

00:24:38.000 Dangerous thinking.

00:24:40.000 They're going to gather all the data of what you buy and sell and do and hook up brain scanners on the streets that are already in five U.S.

00:24:46.000 airports and scan your brains and watch you and arrest you.

00:24:51.000 The computer algorithm shows you may be a terrorist or a criminal.

00:24:54.000 Oh, that's BBC, by the way.

00:24:56.000 No big deal.

00:24:57.000 Again, hell on earth right in front of you.

00:24:59.000 Worse than the most horrible science fiction movie you can imagine happening. 1.00

00:25:03.000 The average idiot has no idea. 1.00

00:25:05.000 And they want to microchip all the animals. 1.00

00:25:08.000 That's another article.

00:25:10.000 They admit that they're giving more and more toddlers antidepressants and amphetamines.

00:25:15.000 They say it's wonderful.

00:25:17.000 And there's a big article here out of the Idaho State Journal about concentration camps.

00:25:23.000 Do we need them?

00:25:24.000 A discussion of them?

00:25:25.000 Just a normal discussion of camps.

00:25:27.000 Again, no big deal.

00:25:29.000 Everything's fine.

00:25:29.000 Go back to sleep.

00:25:31.000 And, um, defense officials to boost budget for non-lethal weapons.

00:25:35.000 That's crowd control weapons.

00:25:36.000 Humvees with microwave guns for you and your family.

00:25:39.000 We'll get into the Matrix system.

00:25:41.000 Every time I mention the Matrix system, people don't believe it.

00:25:43.000 No, not the movie.

00:25:45.000 The state-level Echelon NSA control grid.

00:25:48.000 Oh, that's all coming up as well.

00:25:50.000 Again, I do not have words for how horrible and dark things have gotten, but if we don't admit the horror, it's going to get worse a lot faster.

00:25:57.000 Jay in Colorado, then Brandon, Mark, Trevor, Dylan, and others.

00:26:02.000 Jay, go ahead.

00:26:03.000 How you doing?

00:26:04.000 Hey, I was wondering if ATF is usually in charge of building fires?

00:26:11.000 Are they the ones that investigate that and cover that?

00:26:13.000 Yes, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Gun Grabbing is involved in that, yes.

00:26:19.000 Okay, because there was a big fire here in Denver before Christmas and the whole screen when they were showing the scene was about ten ATF jackets.

00:26:28.000 Anyway, also down here in Denver they just opened up a restaurant in honor of Chairman Mao.

00:26:33.000 He's got a statue right out front facing the street with his little hands crossed and his little uniform.

00:26:40.000 Got a mural of him on there?

00:26:41.000 Well, a lot of the law enforcement colleges have, they speak well of Mao.

00:26:46.000 San Houston, the big law enforcement university out here in Texas, it's communism is in the textbooks, they say it's actually good.

00:26:53.000 We've actually, I'm not kidding folks, we've covered that.

00:26:56.000 What's this restaurant where Mao is a good guy?

00:26:59.000 It's like a swanky, it's in the Cherry Creek area, which is the kind of rich little section And they got all kinds of little restaurants.

00:27:09.000 What's the name of it?

00:27:10.000 I'd like to have them on.

00:27:11.000 It's called Mal's. 0.91

00:27:13.000 And I was hoping that it was just a coincidence that it was Mal's when my girlfriend's boss invited us down there for a drink or something.

00:27:20.000 Yeah, you've got the middle class yuppies who love death and love being slaves just embracing this. 0.89

00:27:27.000 Hey, look.

00:27:28.000 Watching MTV Music Awards, half these people have got Lenin, Stalin, Mao tattooed on their arms.

00:27:36.000 I mean, I've seen a hundred rock stars and Hollywood stars, at least.

00:27:42.000 A lot of the young people here in Austin wear red stars, hammer and sickles.

00:27:48.000 Yeah, it's all very loving.

00:27:50.000 I think I'll open a restaurant with Hitler out front. 1.00

00:27:52.000 He didn't kill as many as Mao.

00:27:54.000 When they complain, I'll just... Maybe I'll open a restaurant with Hitler. 1.00

00:27:58.000 Maybe you should.

00:27:58.000 Right next door, people complain and go, well, there's Mao's right there.

00:28:01.000 Yeah, well, one guy, one of the employees that was also there, he's about to finish his Master's.

00:28:08.000 I was kind of... I was upset when I... I didn't know... I hoped that it wasn't... Chairman Mao walked inside and there's all... Okay, here's the deal.

00:28:14.000 Is this in Denver proper?

00:28:17.000 It was in Cherry Creek.

00:28:18.000 Okay, listen.

00:28:19.000 Stephanie, I don't have a computer in front of me, I don't allow it because I get diverted by it.

00:28:23.000 Go to Google, type in, Mao's, is it Chinese food?

00:28:27.000 It's sushi and whatnot.

00:28:29.000 Mao's Sushi and Mao's Restaurant in Cherry Creek, Colorado, or Denver, Colorado.

00:28:37.000 And I'm not saying you're a liar, sir, I believe you, but I want to confirm this before I sit here and talk about it.

00:28:42.000 Well there was a Chinese, there was a Chinese employee and people sitting around eating and I was just aghast with that and I asked one of the employees, I went to the bathroom and I looked up in the ceiling and there's a big Sistine Chapel picture thing, not a Sistine Chapel with all the God and everything, but just a big mural of him on the ceiling too. 1.00

00:28:58.000 I said, oh my God.

00:29:00.000 And I asked the guy, I said, are you Chinese man?

00:29:02.000 And he said, yeah.

00:29:03.000 I go, you work here?

00:29:05.000 He goes, oh, well, it's just a joker.

00:29:07.000 I said, it's a joke.

00:29:08.000 Oh, yeah.

00:29:08.000 And he goes, oh, it's like all these Satan bands that are out there.

00:29:11.000 It's always just a joke.

00:29:13.000 Then the dead bodies start piling up.

00:29:15.000 And I've got some news on that.

00:29:17.000 Three articles today.

00:29:18.000 Dead children, dead women, dead babies. 0.99

00:29:20.000 And it's all just for fun, you know.

00:29:23.000 It's just for fun.

00:29:24.000 You understand.

00:29:25.000 Unbelievable.

00:29:26.000 Okay, I'll check it out.

00:29:27.000 Thank you, sir.

00:29:29.000 Well, I'm going to open Hitler's. 0.99

00:29:31.000 I mean, I don't like Hitler, but maybe he's actually good. 1.00

00:29:33.000 And Mao's good. 0.99

00:29:36.000 By the way, our government admits they put Mao into power.

00:31:00.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out

00:31:06.000 their golden years.

00:31:07.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

00:31:16.000 Is this a flaw of free enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt, ensuring inflation and higher taxes?

00:31:24.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

00:33:02.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

00:33:05.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:12.000 My wife, Violet Jones, is the producer of this show.

00:33:18.000 And I don't allow myself to have a computer in the studio because I did it years ago and it always became a distraction.

00:33:23.000 I couldn't focus.

00:33:25.000 So I, uh, she was listening and heard the caller claim, and accurately so, but I didn't know if it was true at the time, that a big, uh, fancy sushi and Chinese restaurant had been opened in Denver, Colorado.

00:33:39.000 Called Mao's.

00:33:40.000 Chairman Mao's.

00:33:41.000 That it has murals of Mao and a big statue of him.

00:33:45.000 Mao killed 50 million people.

00:33:46.000 So my wife went online and did indeed find a news article reviewing the wonderful restaurant.

00:33:52.000 And we're going to post that on InfoWars.com.

00:33:55.000 So everybody feel free to start Adolf Hitler's, feel free to start Herman Goering's, feel free to start Joseph Mingala's restaurant. 0.57

00:34:04.000 Mao killed more than the Nazis by at least double. 0.99

00:34:09.000 And I see Hollywood people all the time with the tattoos of him, the idiot, what's the moron boxer, Mike Tyson, rock stars, it's so cute, Stalin, Mao, Lenin. 1.00

00:34:24.000 This is disgusting. 1.00

00:34:26.000 This is out of control.

00:34:28.000 And we will speak out and stand up against this.

00:34:31.000 We're about to go to Bev Harris here in a moment, but my wife has the review here for us.

00:34:37.000 I want to bring her on air.

00:34:38.000 I'm begging her to do it.

00:34:40.000 She doesn't like going on air.

00:34:41.000 Hello, dear.

00:34:42.000 Good to have you on the show.

00:34:43.000 You have the review in front of you.

00:34:45.000 Hi, Alex.

00:34:46.000 How are you?

00:34:47.000 Yeah, I found an article from the Denver Business Journal for the week of May the 12th, 2003.

00:34:53.000 And it's a pretty long article.

00:34:54.000 I didn't get to read all of it, but I can tell you what it says about the Mao theme.

00:34:58.000 Yeah, tell us all about Mao's and how we can drop by.

00:35:01.000 Mao had his military survive on dead children.

00:35:04.000 That's official news.

00:35:06.000 They would cook them in large boiling pots.

00:35:08.000 Please tell us about it.

00:35:11.000 Okay, it says in the article, named after China's infamous Chairman Mao Zedong, the new eatery will seat nearly 220 people between its dining room, patio, and lounge.

00:35:22.000 Huang said the restaurant will feature an intricate design theme that includes a variety of images of a late dictator including a custom-made bust of Mao and a ceiling mural of Mao's Red Army that leads diners into the chairman's room, a private dining room that seats 16 people.

00:35:39.000 And it goes on and on.

00:35:42.000 So the yuppies can play at being a murdering communist dictator?

00:35:46.000 Yeah, it's a long article and in here There's been comments on him about how it's not, um... The restaurant shouldn't be considered a homage to the controversial leader.

00:35:58.000 Oh no, it's just murals and busts and named after him.

00:36:02.000 Well, hey, let's start a restaurant called Hitler's, then. 0.88

00:36:05.000 Yeah, he's saying in here, this place is not a worship of Mao, it's a sarcastic look at Mao.

00:36:09.000 Well, ha ha ha, you know?

00:36:11.000 It's just where I would not want to eat, ever.

00:36:16.000 Okay, just showing how sick the culture's gotten.

00:36:19.000 Of course, I'm joking.

00:36:20.000 Please, New York Times, don't say I want to open a restaurant called Hitler's.

00:36:24.000 But pure Mao, pure Hitler. 0.89

00:36:28.000 Are you going to post that at InfoWars.com?

00:36:30.000 I will post it.

00:36:31.000 I just wanted to make one quick comment that I've been meaning to tell you.

00:36:34.000 And you know that I do not watch very much TV, but I will watch Trading Spaces, which is a show.

00:36:40.000 Or no, it's called While You're Out.

00:36:41.000 It's a design program.

00:36:43.000 And I've stopped watching it because their carpenter On two occasions has sported a hammer and sickle shirt and it's just, it's in your face everywhere.

00:36:52.000 It's crazy.

00:36:53.000 No, it's just for fun and get, you know, honey, just please, everything's fine.

00:37:00.000 Okay.

00:37:01.000 Thanks for the call.

00:37:02.000 Thank you.

00:37:03.000 I appreciate it.

00:37:04.000 Let's go to Bev Harris and we'll go to all these calls.

00:37:07.000 Bev Harris, thank you for holding while we discuss this new Eatery in Denver, Colorado.

00:37:13.000 You're here to, well, I guess, kind of talk about people like Mao and Stalin.

00:37:17.000 It doesn't matter who casts the votes, it's who counts them, right?

00:37:21.000 Right, right.

00:37:22.000 Fascinating story.

00:37:23.000 That was a good catch, what you just were talking about.

00:37:27.000 Well, a listener said it, and I had trouble believing, and I thought the caller was telling the truth, but I had to check it out, and there you have it.

00:37:35.000 Bev, tell us about yourself, the website, what you've been through, and this huge story that we're losing our right to vote in this country, and the average person still has no idea, and now we've got a new development.

00:37:48.000 Kerry beat Dean in New Hampshire by only 1.5%, but on the electronic computers, he won by 10% when it was all over, and looks like the same thing we've seen over and over again.

00:38:00.000 Well, right, and New Hampshire was using a system that was never federally certified.

00:38:06.000 You know, this is the story of our life.

00:38:08.000 We're charging ahead and it's like a steamroller.

00:38:12.000 We're using these things that we... I don't know what I have to do, Alex.

00:38:16.000 I think I have to basically take six rig machines, trot them out on stage in front of Carnegie Hall with Wally O'Dell, the CEO of Diebold, in a bag and handcuffs with a note pinned to his chest.

00:38:29.000 I did it, you know.

00:38:30.000 I compromised the system. 0.56

00:38:32.000 I mean, you know, no matter what we come forward with as proof, and it's darned solid stuff.

00:38:38.000 It's documents.

00:38:40.000 It's programs.

00:38:41.000 No matter what we come forward with, they keep steamrolling ahead saying, we're going to use them anyway, we're going to use them anyway.

00:38:47.000 No matter how many employees go public and then engineers quit and say it's a fraud, no matter how many vice presidents have convictions for computer crimes, no matter how many elections Diebold gets caught entering the machines by remote access during elections, which is a crime in and of itself, no matter how much happens, and it doesn't matter if MIT says it's a fraud and the other companies are a fraud and the CIA's running three of the companies, And you get into secret meetings where they're bragging about taking over.

00:39:14.000 But the League of Women Voters says we don't have a right to a record of how we voted, Beth.

00:39:18.000 The League of Women Voters needs to be ashamed of themselves. 1.00

00:39:21.000 I'll go public and say that.

00:39:22.000 They need to be ashamed of themselves.

00:39:24.000 They are one of the bad guys in this.

00:39:26.000 And if they want to behave this way, I don't know how they managed to compromise the person who's the national head, because some of the local chapters are not pleased about this either.

00:39:35.000 Okay, I'm going to try to shut up.

00:39:37.000 Give folks an overview of how massive this is, Bev, because, I mean, we're losing our right to vote right now.

00:39:44.000 This is the dictatorship being set up.

00:39:46.000 Well, literally, what happened in a nutshell was, after spending over a decade as a writer, In the early stages of my career, I wrote some pretty in-depth stuff on embezzlement.

00:40:01.000 Then I took a hiatus and I did some corporate stuff and some literary publicity type writing.

00:40:07.000 I found in October of 2002, I looked at how the voting system was done and I saw that they had removed the audit trail.

00:40:16.000 In other words, a vote counting system is an accounting system for votes.

00:40:22.000 It's bookkeeping.

00:40:23.000 It adds up the votes and you make sure they're correct.

00:40:26.000 And they had removed the checks and balances that allow you to audit the system to see that it was done correctly.

00:40:33.000 Well, I knew as soon as I saw what they had removed that somebody would walk through that door and tamper an election and would not be caught because you can't remove the safeguards in something like elections without that kind of thing happening.

00:40:47.000 And as I proceeded to look into it further, I was kind of trying to answer questions to reassure myself, you know, that it's not so bad, you know.

00:40:55.000 And so I would ask, well, you know, surely these companies, you know, are operated by, you know, some very safe and wonderful government body.

00:41:04.000 Well, no, they were private for profit with secret owners.

00:41:08.000 And when I was able to uncover who the secret owners were, they were vested interests.

00:41:12.000 They were Senators!

00:41:13.000 Yeah, Senators and people who were, you know, hanging out at the Crossroads in Texas.

00:41:18.000 One of the guys who is an owner of Heart InterCivic, he's one of the main investors, was the guy who bought the Texas Rangers from Bush, Tom Hicks, who's associated with Clear Channel, and he's got a bunch of But, you know, Wally Odell with Diebold was promising to deliver the votes to Bush.

00:41:39.000 And, by the way, you know there's three parties.

00:41:42.000 There's the Republicans, the Democrats, and the corrupt.

00:41:45.000 You know, the corrupt is what we're really concerned with here, and they drop from both the Democrats and the Republicans.

00:41:51.000 It's not necessarily a specific party doing some sort of conspiracy.

00:41:56.000 Yeah, they're all fighting like mafias. 1.00

00:41:57.000 It's a group of guys who are Not trustworthy who are taking advantage using illicit means.

00:42:04.000 Basically, Bev, from all that I've done, you know, eight years of research on this...

00:42:09.000 The systems are a fraud, and then it's whatever mafia is controlling the systems that decides the outcome.

00:42:15.000 Right, because I can tell you that among the people who are appalled at what is happening to the integrity of our voting system, you find a lot of Republicans, you find Libertarians.

00:42:25.000 I mean, this is not an issue of a particular political party.

00:42:29.000 That's really a misunderstanding people have.

00:42:32.000 It's an issue of It's kind of a business crime if you look at it.

00:42:37.000 It's about money.

00:42:38.000 It's about people who want to be able to control decisions that are made which allocate billions of dollars to certain industries.

00:42:47.000 It doesn't have to do with what party you're in.

00:42:49.000 It has to do with ethics.

00:42:53.000 You've got a system where we set it up and we pushed it through.

00:42:57.000 Where you cannot verify that the votes were counted correctly.

00:43:00.000 And if you can't verify it, then the bad guys are going to come in and compromise it.

00:43:05.000 It's as simple as that.

00:43:06.000 You have to have something with checks and balances.

00:43:09.000 Bev, you started your investigation of the fact that it's designed for fraud.

00:43:13.000 The electronic voting machines with these wireless internet connections that nobody knew about.

00:43:17.000 Nobody can look at it.

00:43:19.000 Yes, it's all controlled.

00:43:20.000 Then we find out from California to Tennessee that these electronic voting machine companies have been caught manipulating things.

00:43:32.000 Well, I would say that's a little bit strong in terms of have been caught manipulating things.

00:43:36.000 Wait a minute.

00:43:39.000 Bev, in California they got caught changing the votes.

00:43:42.000 In Texas, Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports, you know, more votes get cast for somebody than there are voters.

00:43:47.000 We know that they count incorrectly.

00:43:49.000 You know, there's two reasons they can count incorrectly.

00:43:52.000 It can be an error, which is not acceptable, or it can be fraud.

00:43:57.000 In other words, an error with intent.

00:44:00.000 It's harder to prove that the error has intent, although you can, you know, kind of draw conclusions if you see a number of errors.

00:44:08.000 We do know now, though, that there are some locations where we can even prove that there was an error with intent, meaning, you know, deliberate fraud.

00:44:16.000 That's what I just said!

00:44:18.000 Yeah, but we know, I was able to document over a hundred cases where we were able to prove that the machines miscounted the election, and by large amounts One of the frustrating arguments you hear is people will say, well, but you know, with these optical scan systems, which are also computerized, that's where you fill out a piece of paper and put it through a scanner, they're just as dangerous because we don't use the piece of paper to check the machine tally.

00:44:42.000 So we only use the machine tally.

00:44:44.000 And they'll say, you know, oh, well, yes, but if there's a recount and it's a really, really close recount, like within half of 1%, we can pull the paper ballots.

00:44:54.000 Well, you know what?

00:44:55.000 If you're going to tamper with an election, why in the world would you make it within half of one percent?

00:44:59.000 You wouldn't.

00:45:00.000 You'd make the spread big enough so that people wouldn't trigger a hand recount. 0.95

00:45:04.000 So that's such a silly argument.

00:45:08.000 And then, even if they did, one of the things I discovered when I looked at the actual program was that it had multiple sets of books.

00:45:14.000 In other words, if you did a spot check and you pulled these paper ballots, assuming you even had them, they've taken them away from some of the machines, But if you pull the paper ballots for a spot check, it pulls the data from one set of books.

00:45:26.000 And if you look at the totals, which is what's submitted to decide who wins the election, it's a separate set of books.

00:45:32.000 So unless you can't do it with a spot check, you would have to actually pull every single vote and do a 100% check in order to determine whether or not the uh... system had been manipulated because the project would

00:45:47.000 never find it because there's two sets of books

00:45:49.000 and the project comes from the correct data and the uh...

00:45:53.000 and the winning totals come from the other data which can be manipulated

00:45:56.000 and they have the companies are lobbying that there never be a record and

00:46:00.000 you're right The past systems had a lot of fraud and openings for fraud, but now under the Voter Assistance Act, billions of dollars to federalize elections to make the states put these systems in, and with it being all computerized, this allows fewer people to mass manipulate the entire system.

00:46:22.000 That's the point.

00:46:23.000 People will say, oh, well, but they manipulated paper ballots.

00:46:26.000 But, you know, you could only do that on a, you know, it was really kind of inconvenient.

00:46:29.000 You couldn't do that on a statewide level.

00:46:31.000 You'd have to go from place to place to place.

00:46:33.000 Understand that in Georgia, we had 22,000 machines, the entire state of Georgia, and we now know that one man, who's a resident of Canada, actually created a program that no one looked at that affected one million votes.

00:46:47.000 One man, one million votes.

00:46:50.000 That's what computerized voting does. 1.00

00:46:52.000 And we know that that happened.

00:46:54.000 And now Georgia has wiped his program off the computer.

00:46:57.000 It's disappeared.

00:46:58.000 Nobody will ever know what was on those Georgia computers.

00:47:02.000 But only one guy even looked at what was in the program.

00:47:07.000 So, you know, that's a big difference from, you know, what happened with Lyndon Johnson in Wells County, Texas, where he was, you know, there was 202 ballots cast in alphabetical order, ironically.

00:47:20.000 Which caused him to win the senatorial race in 1948.

00:47:23.000 But that's 200 ballots.

00:47:25.000 This is a million ballots!

00:47:27.000 Absolutely, Bev.

00:47:28.000 And, you know, for people to go, oh, the government wouldn't do that.

00:47:31.000 They're good.

00:47:31.000 Governments never rig elections.

00:47:33.000 Let's just go back to sleep.

00:47:34.000 Okay, well, they've designed these systems.

00:47:37.000 The engineers have gone public for multiple companies where people outside can get in.

00:47:41.000 It's open to hackers.

00:47:43.000 It's open to hackers.

00:47:44.000 And it's not just Diebold.

00:47:48.000 The reason that Diebold has taken such a lot of publicity heat is because I found their files.

00:47:55.000 You see, these companies keep their files secret.

00:48:00.000 For whatever reason, luck or, you know, a force from above helped.

00:48:06.000 I found 40,000 files.

00:48:08.000 It was the crown jewels. 1.00

00:48:09.000 And again, these idiots, explain how that happened. 1.00

00:48:11.000 They had an open door on their main website. 0.99

00:48:14.000 They were storing documents on a server that had a hole in it from the main webpage.

00:48:19.000 Well, it didn't even have a hole.

00:48:20.000 It was just open.

00:48:21.000 In other words, you know, you go to a website page and there's links down the side, and down the left-hand side it said press releases, staff, you know, blah, blah, blah.

00:48:28.000 And I was clicking each link.

00:48:30.000 And the bottom one said FTP, which stands for File Transfer Protocol.

00:48:35.000 I wasn't that familiar with what that meant at the time, and I clicked it just to see, and I'm reading the press releases, I'm reading the staff bios, I click FTP, takes me right in, and I'm looking at this page with all these different file names on it.

00:48:47.000 Bev, couldn't this be good people inside?

00:48:50.000 Because we had, what was it, the 98 election, where somebody at ABC News, days before, posts the exact releases for the election on the main website.

00:49:00.000 Well, I remember that.

00:49:01.000 In fact, I have actually got a screenshot of that website, because I figured it would disappear.

00:49:06.000 And it was, you're right, 24 hours before the election, the results were posted, and they said, oh, we were just running a test.

00:49:14.000 But it was very detailed, and it was race by race.

00:49:18.000 And it was very close to the final results.

00:49:21.000 It wasn't exact.

00:49:22.000 Well, a bunch of them were exact.

00:49:24.000 A bunch of them were exact.

00:49:25.000 Some of them were a little off.

00:49:27.000 I mean, because I have a copy of that in a file.

00:49:29.000 Yeah, I couldn't believe it.

00:49:30.000 If you were just telling me this on the air, I might say, oh, I don't know.

00:49:34.000 But I actually have a screenshot of that site, because somehow I wandered across that in my research, and I was incredulous.

00:49:41.000 And it was on an official ABC server.

00:49:47.000 The results were posted 24 hours early, which is sort of like one of the things, you know, in California that happened with San Luis Obispo County is they had a vote total show up.

00:49:57.000 When I was going through all these files I found on the DBOLD website, one of the files was a San Luis Obispo vote total.

00:50:04.000 Well, there's an activist by the name of Jim March in California, who's just a really entertaining and great guy, and he looked at it And I said, well, this might be some sort of a test.

00:50:17.000 And then we looked at the date on the file, and there's an audit trail.

00:50:20.000 It's not just the date that it was put on the site, but there's an audit trail that's in the file that gives the date of every time it's been opened.

00:50:27.000 And the thing was run five hours before the polls closed, and ended up on an open website five hours before the polls closed.

00:50:37.000 Now, you understand that the It's illegal in California to count votes before the polls close.

00:50:44.000 And by the way, I have the article.

00:50:45.000 The numbers ended up matching up as well.

00:50:48.000 Just magically, they knew what it would be five hours before the polls close.

00:50:51.000 It's just magical.

00:50:53.000 But they make a lot of mistakes, a lot of elections to steal here.

00:50:56.000 Bev, we're going to come back to you and get into more news.

00:54:05.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:54:08.000 Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:54:12.000 We've got Beth Harris about 15 minutes into the next hour, and if I start hyperventilating while she's on the air, it's because it freaks me out that we're losing our right to vote in America, and that the CIA is involved, and that the whole thing's a total fraud.

00:54:27.000 The average person has no idea.

00:54:28.000 This is how you're supposed to behave.

00:54:30.000 Imagine a movie, a science fiction movie, where the government's taking over the right to vote, stealing elections.

00:54:36.000 Imagine how the people would act who were finding out about it.

00:54:39.000 We've lost our capacity to get angry and upset.

00:54:42.000 I've spent years looking at this.

00:54:43.000 I got video of League of Women Voters punching out the names engaging in fraud in the 80s.

00:54:49.000 I mean, I've got just books and videos and documents and thousands of cases of election fraud and stealing elections and just... It's horrible!

00:54:59.000 And by the way, I know people inside the lottery.

00:55:04.000 I've talked to folks.

00:55:05.000 I've seen the evidence of Bush and his cronies here in Texas.

00:55:09.000 You know, sometimes they'll reshoot three or four times, the lottery ball's coming out.

00:55:14.000 That whole thing's staged all over the country.

00:55:16.000 I mean, things are bad, folks.

00:55:18.000 Things are really bad.

00:55:20.000 And I don't have, again, words to explain how evil things have gotten and how naive the general public is.

00:55:29.000 Before we go back to Beth Harris, I've made ten films.

00:55:31.000 I've written a book, Dissent and Tyranny.

00:55:33.000 I've published a book, Order Out of Chaos.

00:55:35.000 Go to InfoWars.com.

00:55:49.000 You heard the former German Defense Minister and Minister of Technology on yesterday agreeing with me on this.

00:55:54.000 You need to see the proof of who the terrorists are. 0.96

00:55:57.000 These people are killers. 0.98

00:55:58.000 They're dead serious. 0.96

00:55:59.000 And we better expose them, our lives depend on it.

00:56:03.000 Go to Infowars.com or PrisonPlanet.com to order or call toll free.

00:56:37.000 Again, folks, you need to get the films, the books, the anti-tyranny t-shirts, all of it, at InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com. 0.57

00:56:47.000 The new films are Matrix of Evil, Police State, 3 Total Enslavement, 9-11 Road to Tyranny, We're going to go to break here in a second.

00:56:54.000 We'll come back and go to Mark, Trevor, Ed, Roger, Brock, and others.

00:56:57.000 I'm sorry to all the others that hung up.

00:56:59.000 It's just we've got a guest on.

00:57:01.000 And Bev Harris, before we break and get back into election fraud and some of the new developments and what happened in New Hampshire, you've got a new book out, Black Box Voting.

00:57:10.000 People need to get it.

00:57:11.000 How do folks get it?

00:57:13.000 They go to blackboxvoting.org.

00:57:16.000 And now it's available for those who can't afford it or who can't wait to get it in the mail.

00:57:21.000 It is available online for free.

00:57:24.000 I've got all the chapters up and they're the latest chapters.

00:57:26.000 They have some new information even from what was up last fall.

00:57:29.000 And they can also order it directly from me or they can order it directly online from Plan 9.

00:57:36.000 We have actually a couple of versions.

00:57:39.000 My company is publishing the bookstore and the library and doing the direct sales.

00:57:43.000 And again, I tell folks to make copies of my videos.

00:57:46.000 You say the book is up for free.

00:57:48.000 Get out there and get it.

00:57:50.000 It's too important.

00:57:51.000 That's right.

00:57:52.000 And frankly, some of the people who are being robbed of their vote are people who can't afford it because they're unemployed.

00:57:57.000 And I want to ask these people out there, do they appreciate what you just said?

00:58:01.000 It's free.

00:58:02.000 Will you get it and get it out to people, folks?

00:58:04.000 Is America worth it?

00:58:07.000 Now, there's another thing that I really am asking your listeners to do.

00:58:10.000 If they have enough funds to buy books, what I need them to do is order some books from me or from the other publisher And get them sent, order them on behalf of public officials and get the books into the hands of public officials.

00:58:26.000 Yes.

00:58:28.000 Let me tell you something, they're trying to blame these fiascos a lot of times, and the local county elections people who are sometimes never told how, in fact I know they're not told how insecure these machines were.

00:58:40.000 Well yeah, you've got the... And then something goes wrong and they get blamed.

00:58:43.000 You've got the voting machine companies doing it by remote control.

00:58:46.000 Stay there, second hour, coming up, blackboxvoting.org.

00:58:52.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:58:57.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:59:02.000 We listened.

00:59:03.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:59:08.000 We listened.

00:59:09.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:59:12.000 We listened.

00:59:13.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

00:59:17.000 We listened. After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

00:59:24.000 Again, we listened.

00:59:26.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by Americans, and made in America.

01:00:02.000 You want answers? Well, so does he.

01:00:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN radio network.

01:00:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:16.000 Alright folks, we're talking to Bev Harris, Corporate Crime Investigator.

01:00:20.000 The book is Black Box Voting.

01:00:22.000 You can download it for free.

01:00:24.000 Oh, that's right, or buy a hard copy if you really care.

01:00:27.000 At blackboxvoting.org.

01:00:30.000 There's also blackboxvoting.com.

01:00:33.000 We're about to go to Mark and Trevor and Ed and Roger and Brock, everybody else has been patiently holding.

01:00:38.000 Bev Harris, we've got former CIA officials running these companies, their vice presidents are convicted computer crimes people, that we catch them manipulating votes during elections, that is confirmed.

01:00:50.000 Now, up in New Hampshire, the machines that weren't electronic Showed Kerry only beating Dean by 1.5%, but the Diebold machines raced ahead with over 10% and gave the big victory to Mr. Skull and Bones.

01:01:09.000 This is a pretty big story and it's on InfoWars.com.

01:01:13.000 Your comments on it?

01:01:14.000 Well, you know, this is really important for people to understand.

01:01:18.000 The New Hampshire machines were not touch screens.

01:01:22.000 In other words, they had paper ballots.

01:01:23.000 They were optical scans.

01:01:25.000 Diebold optical scans.

01:01:27.000 And people have a misunderstanding and think that these optical scans with a paper ballot cannot be rigged.

01:01:33.000 It's absolutely false.

01:01:35.000 That's all computerized?

01:01:37.000 That's all computerized?

01:01:39.000 Yes, it's computerized.

01:01:40.000 There's no difference.

01:01:41.000 Because the law does not allow us to pull the paper ballot and compare it with the computer.

01:01:47.000 And as long as we can't look at it, you might as well not have it.

01:01:52.000 When you have a computerized system, even though you think, I'm filling up my paper ballot, I'm putting it through this machine, here's what happens.

01:02:02.000 Your paper ballot gets locked in the box and is never looked at, and only the machine tally is looked at.

01:02:07.000 Therefore, whoever programs the machine wins.

01:02:10.000 Bev, we caught Dana Deb Dubois, the county clerk in Austin, Texas.

01:02:15.000 Publicly double-counting ballots, falsifying signatures, breaking safety seals, that all came out.

01:02:20.000 I sat there at the same table with her.

01:02:23.000 They were certifying the election and said, you stole the election.

01:02:26.000 We have proof.

01:02:28.000 She never sued me, never did anything.

01:02:29.000 She got caught doing it.

01:02:30.000 The state election board certified what she'd done.

01:02:34.000 But, I mean, I was there at that election.

01:02:37.000 It's all computerized, off the scantrons.

01:02:40.000 And now they've got the touch screens put in and of course she didn't come after me because she was caught doing it and they don't want an investigation.

01:02:48.000 We said we wanted a recount.

01:02:49.000 They said you can't have one.

01:02:51.000 That's the point and I'm so glad you're bringing it up because I'm having a terrible time getting this through the heads and I am getting people talking to me now from Congress and from many state legislatures and they don't understand that as long as we don't use those paper ballots to actually compare the machine votes Then they're no good.

01:03:11.000 You can't lock them in a box and there they sit forlorn, nobody looks at them.

01:03:16.000 Then you're still relying completely on the computer programming.

01:03:19.000 I had another official tell me the other day, well in Oregon we use all mail-in ballots and I said, well they're counted on these computerized optical scans.

01:03:27.000 And he goes, oh but they have passed recounts.

01:03:30.000 Well, in a recount, understand, they still don't count the paper ballots.

01:03:33.000 They run them through the same machine again and the same program counts them.

01:03:36.000 So it all comes back to what is in that program.

01:03:40.000 And what's in that program in New Hampshire, we now know that it was never put through federal certification at all.

01:03:46.000 Now, in New Hampshire, that's legal.

01:03:48.000 I will tell you that, too.

01:03:49.000 It's surprising.

01:03:50.000 In most states, it does need to be certified.

01:03:52.000 And they will brag that it's been certified, which doesn't really mean all that much, but it is at least done, supposedly.

01:03:58.000 Well, the Fox is certified, the Weasels and the Head House.

01:04:02.000 But in New Hampshire, they don't even need to send it in for federal certification, so they didn't.

01:04:09.000 And now magically, if it was a Diebold machine, it was for Kerry.

01:04:14.000 Yes.

01:04:16.000 And New Hampshire did use primarily Diebold optical scans.

01:04:22.000 And then the other machines showed lower amounts for carry, but magically the Diebold machines did.

01:04:27.000 Same thing happened in Colorado, by the way, with the Allard versus... It was an upset also.

01:04:34.000 And in the 2002 election, the Diebold machines had a much different result from the other machines.

01:04:41.000 Now, you know, you can also... It's not cut and dry, because there are demographic issues that might cause... Stay there, Bev.

01:04:47.000 We'll come back and take calls, get into more of this.

01:04:50.000 Stay with us, folks.

01:04:51.000 We'll be right back.

01:04:53.000 Berkey Water Filters are the ultimate filters used worldwide for normal or hostile filtration environments to provide the most delicious, sparkling, clean water possible.

01:05:14.000 Yet, they leave in the nutritional minerals that your body needs.

01:05:17.000 The Berkey Light has ridges to deflect water if the upper chamber is overfilled and it can be used anywhere on a flat surface.

01:05:23.000 That's because it has an elevated base.

01:05:25.000 The entire system joins together to make the Berkey Light convenient to transport even while it's filtering water.

01:08:03.000 Okay, we're about to go to your calls.

01:08:04.000 We're honored to have Bev Harris from blackboxvoting.com and Orgon with us and download her incredible book for free at her website.

01:08:14.000 Wow!

01:08:14.000 Or you might want to be a distributor of it and buy some of them.

01:08:17.000 Which, you know, by the way, Bev, I need to get a hold of you.

01:08:18.000 I want to carry your book.

01:08:21.000 Absolutely.

01:08:22.000 I'll get them out to folks.

01:08:24.000 Now, there is so much to talk about here.

01:08:27.000 We've got a bunch of callers that have been holding forever.

01:08:29.000 I'm sure they want to talk about this issue because it's all interconnected, but just in a minute or so, I want to recap for people.

01:08:35.000 Diebold and others have been caught manipulating elections while they're happening.

01:08:38.000 We covered that last hour.

01:08:40.000 They've been caught with vice presidents who have Felony convictions for computer crimes.

01:08:45.000 We have CIA former deputy directors involved.

01:08:47.000 We have these other companies.

01:08:49.000 We have the people winning an upset elections.

01:08:53.000 It's amazing and they admit the engineers have quit these companies and gone public and said, look, you can drive a Mac truck through the security holes here.

01:09:04.000 Then top technology companies and others have looked at it and said, looks like this is designed for fraud and to cover up your steps.

01:09:11.000 Can you tell us about that?

01:09:13.000 Well, yeah.

01:09:16.000 Here's just a simple example.

01:09:18.000 I think we've all dealt with something that has been similar to this.

01:09:22.000 In the central tabulation system for Diebold, they have what's called an audit log, which should supposedly, like a black box in an airplane, it's supposed to kind of log every single thing that happens.

01:09:35.000 You're not supposed to be able to change it at all.

01:09:38.000 When you're designing such a computer program, the default setting, in other words, the automatic setting, would be that it sets up an automatic numbering thing.

01:09:46.000 So every time you go into the program, a number is assigned.

01:09:49.000 You have no control over that number.

01:09:51.000 It's sequential.

01:09:52.000 So even if you went in and you erased a bunch of stuff, you'd end up with a bunch of numbered entries that had nothing in them.

01:09:57.000 And someone would say, hum, someone was here.

01:09:59.000 What were they doing?

01:10:00.000 But what they did was disable that function and make it so that you could go in and edit out Your presence in the audit log.

01:10:10.000 In other words, it was set up properly and they had to actually set it up improperly.

01:10:16.000 That's what we mean by they seem to be set up to encourage back doors or illicit entry.

01:10:24.000 Another thing, two or more people can be wandering around in the vote database on computer without bumping into each other.

01:10:32.000 They have set it up for multiple access at the same time.

01:10:36.000 You see, and why?

01:10:38.000 When supposedly only the election supervisor is supposed to have access, why would you set the control so that multiple people can be in the database at the same time?

01:10:46.000 And then they claim that it's proprietary, that no one can look inside the black box, and they catch them with these wireless internet connections.

01:10:54.000 Right, in fact, let me tell you the latest on that.

01:10:57.000 Diebold Election Systems, their latest touch screen is called the TSX.

01:11:01.000 They're trying to get it certified and they keep failing in California and elsewhere.

01:11:05.000 In fact, they did a bait and switch in California and got some counties to accept delivery on these new things and now they're stuck because they've got an election coming up in three weeks and they have machines that are uncertified.

01:11:17.000 Be that as it may, they told New Scientist magazine just on about the 15th of January that there were no wireless connections.

01:11:25.000 Well, I have the drawings and the specifications for this machine, and I sent them to New Scientist, who confirmed within about an hour that indeed they did have wireless.

01:11:35.000 So then I sent them... So is New Scientist going to have a cover story that dive over a bunch of liars?

01:11:40.000 Oh, you know, they need to be braver.

01:11:42.000 I doubt they will.

01:11:42.000 Then I sent the same specifications to the California Secretary of State's office.

01:11:47.000 They asked Diebold, do you have wireless or not in these machines?

01:11:50.000 Diebold said, we don't know.

01:11:52.000 Now what the heck is that?

01:11:53.000 No, we don't know!

01:11:56.000 Then Vanity Fair contacted them and they told Vanity Fair there was no wireless.

01:12:01.000 So of course I have recently sent my specifications off to Vanity Fair and hopefully at some point someone will say, look They're lying.

01:12:12.000 Now, think about this very carefully.

01:12:14.000 You said you talked to a bunch of big network people, and they said, we want to do this story, but we can't.

01:12:20.000 Yeah, they're getting the story killed at the top management level, and almost everything.

01:12:25.000 Everything we hear about 60 Minutes, 2020, Prime Time, all of them, they're all wanting to do it, and when you get right down to it, it's getting killed at the top level.

01:12:35.000 But let me just jump back to this wireless idea for a second.

01:12:39.000 Why would you, what legitimate reason would you have to lie to election officials about whether or not there's wireless?

01:12:46.000 You see that really concerns me because If you've got it in there, then you tell the truth.

01:12:51.000 But we don't know!

01:12:52.000 You put it in there and you're lying.

01:12:53.000 You're only doing that so that you can enable illicit access, one would think.

01:12:57.000 Well, it's like asking Ford, do you have a carburetor in this vehicle?

01:13:01.000 We don't know!

01:13:02.000 Yes, exactly! 0.91

01:13:03.000 It's ridiculous for them to say they don't know. 0.73

01:13:05.000 Bev, do you have front teeth? 0.98

01:13:07.000 I don't know!

01:13:08.000 Yeah, and you know, so they're telling reporters they don't have it.

01:13:14.000 And when they are officially testifying in state situations where they could probably get nailed for perjury, they're saying they don't know.

01:13:21.000 But the documents are pretty clear.

01:13:23.000 We don't know!

01:13:24.000 Now, from the documents I've seen, three of the head folks at election companies are former high-level CIA officers.

01:13:37.000 Can you speak to that?

01:13:37.000 Then we'll go to calls.

01:13:39.000 Well, I don't know if I have the same numbers as you.

01:13:42.000 I know at Vote Here, Robert Gates, who was a former CIA agent, and now recently, Admiral Bill Owens has stepped down from that company, but he was on the Defense Policy Board, very close, associated with Dick Cheney.

01:13:59.000 With the other companies, it's revolving doors, literally.

01:14:04.000 By the way, just a side issue, Anthony Scalia has been going on hunting trips with Cheney two weeks before he's going to look at Dick Cheney's different cases before the Supreme Court.

01:14:17.000 And the news says this is no big deal.

01:14:19.000 It's so frustrating.

01:14:21.000 By the way, Cheney's paying for the trips.

01:14:24.000 Well, the problem is so frustrating.

01:14:27.000 It's kind of like what happened with the $9 billion accounting fraud with Enron, where there's no consequences for these people.

01:14:41.000 Diebold is in charge of a public trust.

01:14:44.000 Voting is a public trust.

01:14:46.000 They violate the trust by lying and by getting caught using unauthorized and uncertified software.

01:14:52.000 And then there's no consequences.

01:14:54.000 We say, okay, they say they fixed it.

01:14:57.000 We just take their word for it.

01:14:59.000 And so we're going to keep using them.

01:15:02.000 It's like if your kid comes in and he steals money out of your purse and you say, he says he won't do it again, so I'll leave my purse out with a couple of hundred dollar bills sticking out it in front of him and leave the room again.

01:15:13.000 Because he says he won't steal!

01:15:16.000 Well, it's worse than that, Bev.

01:15:17.000 You videotape him stealing the money, he says he didn't take it, and so you leave wads of cash out.

01:15:23.000 Yes, I mean, where are the consequences?

01:15:26.000 If you violate a public trust, hello, step aside, next!

01:15:32.000 But we have the, what is it, $5 billion in the Voter Assistance Act to federally force the states to put all these in.

01:15:41.000 And we've got to get on top of this.

01:15:44.000 All right, thanks for holding, folks.

01:15:45.000 Let's go to a few calls.

01:15:46.000 Mark in Rhode Island, you're on the air.

01:15:48.000 Go ahead.

01:15:48.000 Appreciate it, Alex.

01:15:49.000 Great work as usual, and kudos to you, Bev.

01:15:53.000 Thank you.

01:15:54.000 I was just thinking, Bev, when I go to my local bank to go to an ATM machine to withdraw some money, I could have sworn I've seen Diebold as the maker of... Yes, they're the main ATM manufacturer.

01:16:09.000 So that means if I go to an ATM, and I pull up my screen to see how much money I have in there, or how much little I have in there, that may not be telling me the truth, right?

01:16:21.000 Well, at least you have a way to balance that.

01:16:24.000 Here's the deal.

01:16:25.000 Diebold knows there's oversight there, and you also get a receipt there.

01:16:31.000 You don't get a receipt voting.

01:16:32.000 Go ahead, Beth.

01:16:33.000 Well, and the other thing is, if you write a check for $1,000, Or if you write a check for a hundred dollars and they actually make it a thousand dollars, it's going to bounce.

01:16:42.000 So you have a way of finding out.

01:16:44.000 If your vote goes to the wrong place, you have no way of knowing.

01:16:47.000 But you are right about Diebold and the ATMs.

01:16:50.000 And what's interesting is those systems also have been questioned because they're using Windows.

01:16:57.000 And sometimes they don't put the patches on Windows.

01:17:03.000 Perhaps not as secure, but they do have these paper checks and balances, and you're certainly watching your own checks and balances.

01:17:09.000 Yeah, they can't do it there because there's oversight.

01:17:12.000 You take the lotteries, I know for a fact the Texas Lottery is a complete fraud.

01:17:16.000 So, I mean, this is just everywhere, folks.

01:17:20.000 I was watching TV this morning, and Debbie Norville, is that NBC?

01:17:27.000 I can't remember where she's switched a couple times.

01:17:30.000 Well, she's going to be on TV tonight with a piece, and maybe this whole vote scam thing will be in there, because supposedly what she's going to talk about, Alex, is she's going to put all conspiracy theories to rest tonight. 0.57

01:17:45.000 We'll see.

01:17:46.000 They're having to respond to us.

01:17:48.000 This is a broad story, though, and it's got a lot of facets, and so one of the things that has challenged TV producers is, you know, they've only got five minutes to get a segment out there and try to wrap it up.

01:18:00.000 Oh, the same military-industrial complex stealing our right to vote are the ones that own these medias.

01:18:06.000 Isn't it interesting?

01:18:08.000 You talked about Clear Channel with the radio monopoly they're building, and they're involved in it.

01:18:12.000 Yeah, they've got major ownership in Hardener Civic, which is one of the voting machine companies used quite a bit in Texas.

01:18:18.000 In fact, I think it might even be your county, but I'm not sure.

01:18:21.000 Okay, thank you, Mark.

01:18:23.000 Let's talk to Trevor in Georgia.

01:18:26.000 Trevor, go ahead.

01:18:27.000 Hello, Alex.

01:18:28.000 Yes.

01:18:29.000 Well, you were bringing it up quite a few seconds ago about the failure of the media.

01:18:35.000 Right.

01:18:36.000 And the main thing that, one thing that's concerning about voting and the media is the way we forgot about Florida so quickly.

01:18:44.000 Right.

01:18:46.000 Yeah.

01:18:46.000 And, and, um, in Georgia, um, in fact, somebody, you know, some listener out there, I would love it if they would tip me off on this because, you know, Kathy Cox, who is the secretary of state and wants to run for governor is really getting tremendous support Uh, and kind of protection on the voting issue from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which is owned by Cox Communications.

01:19:08.000 I would love to know, and nobody seems to be able to tell me, if there's any family relationship at all between Cox Communications and Kathy Cox.

01:19:16.000 Because the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has really fallen down on its duty to report this voting story.

01:19:21.000 I mean, they're in Georgia.

01:19:23.000 And I will tell you, when I contacted them and told them about the, you know, this was very, not long after the election, and I said, we've got 22,000 machines that received an unauthorized modification right before the election.

01:19:36.000 They said, we have to write an article on the state flag.

01:19:39.000 We consider that more important.

01:19:43.000 Yeah.

01:19:44.000 Anything else, Trevor?

01:19:46.000 Well, one thing that does concern me... Well, stay there.

01:19:47.000 I'll let you finish up on the other side.

01:19:48.000 We'll take a few more calls for our guests, and we've got more coming up.

01:24:16.000 Go ahead, Trevor.

01:24:19.000 Your line has dropped.

01:24:20.000 I can barely hear you in the background.

01:24:22.000 Something's wrong with it.

01:24:23.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Ed in Pennsylvania.

01:24:26.000 Ed, go ahead.

01:24:27.000 You're on the air.

01:24:27.000 Hi, Alex.

01:24:28.000 Mr. Harris, I wanted to ask you, have you ever been on a New York station, a Bachelor Alexander show?

01:24:35.000 No.

01:24:36.000 Well, there's a guy on about this whole election thing.

01:24:41.000 And Dave mentioned Diebold.

01:24:42.000 He's been on for a long time as a New York announcer.

01:24:47.000 He says, oh, what's Diebold?

01:24:49.000 Never even heard of it.

01:24:50.000 This was like about two months ago.

01:24:52.000 Oh, I can tell you so many people don't know about this.

01:24:55.000 In fact, I had a meeting with Dennis Kucinich last night and there was a reception afterwards and there was a lot of people there.

01:25:02.000 I was surprised that even some of the die-hard Kucinich supporters were still unaware of it, because they're quite progressive and so forth, and I would have thought that they would be a group that would be more aware.

01:25:11.000 Well, that's because the media won't talk about it.

01:25:14.000 Right, right, Alex.

01:25:15.000 Alex, you were talking about those restaurants.

01:25:17.000 There's a guy in Philadelphia that did the same thing, but a Russian theme, two years ago.

01:25:22.000 And he had a 5x5 picture in the dining room of Stalin, and the whole place was red.

01:25:29.000 Yeah, we're talking about Denver has a place called Mao's and it worships Mao.

01:25:33.000 Thanks for the call.

01:25:33.000 It shows how sick our society is getting.

01:25:36.000 But you watch, if somebody opens Hitler's, that won't be accepted. 0.69

01:25:39.000 Let's talk to Roger in Pennsylvania.

01:25:41.000 Roger, you're on the air with Bev Harris.

01:25:43.000 Yeah, thanks folks.

01:25:44.000 And Bev, I'm hoping you can clarify a few things.

01:25:46.000 I guess Alex, you referred to it as a voting assistance, which I heard named the Something American Voting Act.

01:25:53.000 Help America Vote Act, yeah.

01:25:54.000 Okay, Help America Vote Act.

01:25:56.000 And I assume there's just one bill, in other words, that would According to our local county elections board person, mandates, these voting machines... Yeah, it was passed over a year ago, and it's called the Voter Assistance Act, and then the full name is what Bev just said.

01:26:13.000 Yeah, the Voter Assistance Act, and they also call it HAVA, which is an acronym.

01:26:17.000 yeah and and the they're using it as um...

01:26:20.000 a club panic and make county officials

01:26:24.000 right out by the new machines and here's what's amazing now nine states

01:26:27.000 in two thousand four they're not setting the standards for the machines until

01:26:31.000 two thousand but nine states are saying they're not going to take the

01:26:36.000 money right now yet so in other words it's not a mandate per se that they

01:26:40.000 can refuse the money correctly

01:26:42.000 yet so that there was a my local county election person basically live when she 0.86

01:26:46.000 describes it as a federal mandate which i thought would have been an intrusion

01:26:49.000 But it's free federal money, Roger!

01:26:51.000 We've got to take it!

01:26:52.000 Yeah, so that would have been, if it was a mandate, it would have been an intrusion into what is a state or county prerogative, right?

01:26:58.000 Okay, thanks for the call.

01:26:59.000 Let me get some more comments from Bev on that.

01:27:01.000 That's absolutely right, and the other thing that they can do is they can apply for a waiver to delay any purchase until 2006.

01:27:09.000 They don't have to buy it now, they just can do it later.

01:27:12.000 And they could even still get money for it.

01:27:14.000 And the other thing is, it's an unfunded mandate.

01:27:18.000 Guess what?

01:27:18.000 They allocated $3.8 billion and then they didn't fund it.

01:27:22.000 It's coming out of our pockets at the county level.

01:27:25.000 We can't afford it.

01:27:26.000 So we end up paying for it.

01:27:27.000 Thank you.

01:27:27.000 Oh, yeah.

01:27:28.000 Paying to not be able to vote.

01:27:30.000 Let's talk to Brock in Canada.

01:27:33.000 Brock, go ahead.

01:27:33.000 You've got the same stuff going in there.

01:27:35.000 Go ahead.

01:27:36.000 Yes, well, I think that it's necessary to really Take the telescope and specify the specific parts of the news media.

01:27:48.000 Who owns them?

01:27:49.000 Who's covering all this up?

01:27:51.000 I mean, it's quite obvious they want Kerry to win by an impressive margin.

01:27:57.000 It's certainly manipulation, but who are the players involved?

01:28:03.000 Who owns You know, who's shutting up the 2020 at the top and not letting this... Well, we've got the Nebraska Senator owning the company that the people voted for.

01:28:16.000 Comments on that, Beth?

01:28:17.000 Well, and in the news media, in terms of this, if you look at what happened in the 2000 election, the news media director was, his last name is Hayward, Andrew Hayward.

01:28:29.000 And he made a statement that was very interesting when they discovered that they were putting bogus votes in and that they had incorrectly called the race and Gore had already privately conceded to Bush.

01:28:42.000 Gore's people called him and they had discovered that the vote toll was bogus and they said, are you going to pull away your call for Bush now that you know it's incorrect?

01:28:53.000 Understand that this top guy, who was the head of CBS News, Andrew Hayward, knew the vote total was incorrect.

01:28:59.000 And do you know what he answered?

01:29:00.000 He did not say, no, we're going to pull back our call for Bush.

01:29:04.000 He said, what is Gore going to do?

01:29:07.000 Gore was on his way to concede to the nation.

01:29:09.000 He was two blocks away when they decided not to concede.

01:29:12.000 And only after his decision to not concede did CBS pull its call for Bush.

01:29:20.000 Now, I find that absolutely unacceptable.

01:29:22.000 They knew.

01:29:23.000 They should have pulled it right then.

01:29:25.000 They waited until Gore decided not to.

01:29:27.000 All right.

01:29:27.000 Bev Harris, we've got to get you back up as the election heats up.

01:29:31.000 God bless you for your work trying to, well, keep America a nation where we get to vote.

01:29:36.000 So, God bless you for what you're doing.

01:29:38.000 Thanks a lot.

01:29:39.000 You bet.

01:30:53.000 Forecasting the weather with any amount of accuracy takes a meteorologist with

01:30:57.000 years of schooling and experience.

01:30:58.000 Forecasting what the financial markets will be doing in the future takes the same thing.

01:31:02.000 No, not a meteorologist, a lot of schooling and experience.

01:31:05.000 Although most people check the weather forecast before venturing outside to avoid a good soaking, it's amazing how few people check the financial forecast before they invest and end up getting soaked.

01:33:12.000 holding and I got news like this.

01:33:15.000 TiVo users beware.

01:33:18.000 Big Brothers watching. 0.94

01:33:20.000 Now remember on Monday I spent 30 minutes on your television watching you, digital cable boxes, TiVo, your satellite system if you've got a phone line for quote pay-per-view, your OnStar, and every time I talk about that some idiot emails me and says I'm making it up. 0.88

01:33:35.000 Well, here's the Chicago Sun-Times. 0.77

01:33:38.000 You can tune in here and hear the news weeks, months, years, or you can just, you know, Sit around and find out after the fact.

01:33:46.000 Tevo users, beware.

01:33:48.000 Big Brother is watching.

01:33:49.000 That's coming up.

01:33:50.000 Dangerous thinking.

01:33:50.000 They're going to arrest people for what they're thinking in England.

01:33:54.000 A thought crime.

01:33:54.000 It's BBC.

01:33:56.000 A new animal tracking.

01:33:57.000 Microchips to go on all your farm animals.

01:34:00.000 Popping pills in preschool.

01:34:01.000 Giving toddlers Prozac.

01:34:03.000 It's hundreds of thousands of them and increasing.

01:34:07.000 And concentration camps.

01:34:09.000 Idaho State Journal has a discussion of concentration camps in America.

01:34:13.000 Mainstream news.

01:34:15.000 And much, much more for you.

01:34:17.000 So that's all coming up after we get to a few of these calls.

01:34:22.000 And Jack Foote, who was there with the Mexican troops and others shooting at the Border Patrol, is probably going to be on sometime in the next hour with us.

01:34:32.000 The new attacks on the southern border there.

01:34:36.000 If you're tuning in for the first time, stop being naive.

01:34:39.000 They count on you not believing that the CIA is taking over the elections, okay?

01:34:43.000 They count on you not believing that the Federal Reserve is private run for profit.

01:34:47.000 They count on you not believing that all this is happening.

01:34:51.000 It is happening right now!

01:34:53.000 And we're in deep trouble.

01:34:54.000 And by being honest about that, we can turn this country around and get our nation back.

01:35:00.000 For about five minutes or so, we're honored to have Jim Shepard Here on the show, our big sponsor who provides the funding for six hours a day of Global Shortwave.

01:35:10.000 So number one, you help us with that.

01:35:12.000 You also stop drinking the poison.

01:35:14.000 And these systems are made in America, which is very rare, and we're honored to have them as a sponsor.

01:35:21.000 Jim, I don't know if you heard us getting into the election fraud, but we really are losing our right to vote right now on an industrial scale.

01:35:28.000 In fact, we don't have voting here in Austin now.

01:35:30.000 It's all touchscreen systems.

01:35:33.000 Do you have any comments on that?

01:35:34.000 Well, you know, it's amazing to me that the people don't rise up about this.

01:35:40.000 I remember an election, and I'm going to tell you, it was probably four or five years ago in, I believe it was either Maryland or Virginia, But one of the candidates won by 50,000 votes in a town that only has a population of 10,000 people, and nobody's up in arms about this.

01:35:58.000 And there's no way to recount these ballots.

01:36:00.000 That just happened in Tennessee.

01:36:03.000 Just recently.

01:36:04.000 Yeah, and it just happened in Texas, too.

01:36:06.000 Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

01:36:07.000 They'll be a town with 10,000 voters, and the establishment candidate will get 20,000 more in winnings, and they'll say, no investigation, they are the electee.

01:36:22.000 I tell you what, when we lose control of our voting, we really have lost control.

01:36:26.000 And I think that this is a very serious issue.

01:36:29.000 You know, a lot of people will get on the Web and email their congressmen and their senators and on different issues.

01:36:39.000 But if the elections are taken out of our hands, I mean even that isn't very effective, is contacting your representative in most cases.

01:36:48.000 In some cases it is, but once they have no fear of being run out of office, Gee, they can do whatever they want to do, and that's probably why they're a little bit emboldened right now.

01:37:00.000 Exactly!

01:37:01.000 I mean, we've had, and I mean hundreds of cases, where the polls show somebody winning by twenty percent, real local polls, and then the establishment candidate wins, you know, by vast numbers over that, and then it turns out people like Senator Hagel, he owns, owns, one of the companies, the company that did his election.

01:37:18.000 I mean, it's just, you own the machines, You're the owner of the company and you're running and people are voting only on your machines?

01:37:25.000 I mean, it's getting ridiculous.

01:37:28.000 Well, I have to be honest with you.

01:37:31.000 I don't care too much for Dean, but all the polls were showing that this guy was way in the lead.

01:37:39.000 Oh, we've caught Diebold.

01:37:42.000 If somebody voted on a Diebold machine, it was ten plus points over other machines.

01:37:47.000 Yeah, New Hampshire, mainstream news.

01:37:50.000 Oh, it is.

01:37:51.000 And I've been scratching my head kind of wondering about that because he's being left in the dust.

01:37:56.000 And again, I have no loyalty to Dean.

01:37:59.000 I don't really agree with what he says.

01:38:02.000 Just as an observer, I'm looking at this and going, wait a minute, what happened here?

01:38:05.000 This guy was way out in front and all of a sudden we get the elections and he's way behind.

01:38:10.000 Well, he's not skull and bones.

01:38:14.000 And if he was skull and bones, he'd be doing well.

01:38:16.000 They want a skull and bones election.

01:38:19.000 Now, shifting gears.

01:38:21.000 Another thing hidden in plain view.

01:38:23.000 Prozac, Ritalin, birth control pills, herbicides, pesticides, MBTE in 49 states, sodium fluoride, heavy metals.

01:38:31.000 It's admitted the water is deadly.

01:38:33.000 This is why people are so sick.

01:38:34.000 There's a way to protect yourself, to take control of your life in at least one big area, and it's made in America, and it makes this show possible, and you're totally insane if you don't call them right now and buy a bunch of water filters.

01:38:46.000 Jim, how do they do it?

01:38:49.000 You can give us a holler at 888-803-4438.

01:38:51.000 You can go up on the web and take a look at the Berkey Light.

01:38:58.000 You can find it at berkeywater.com.

01:39:01.000 Spell Berkey however you want. 0.79

01:39:02.000 It'll all come up.

01:39:04.000 And, you know, I think that you raised a good point.

01:39:06.000 You said taking control.

01:39:08.000 And there is so much control that is being removed from the American people's lives.

01:39:15.000 Uh, it irritates me.

01:39:16.000 I mean, I know it irritates you.

01:39:18.000 I know it irritates a lot of people.

01:39:19.000 Well, Jim, I've taken control.

01:39:21.000 I want folks to hear this.

01:39:23.000 Those are ice cubes from a Big Berkey in Big Berkey water.

01:39:27.000 Mmm.

01:39:27.000 Here, hold on.

01:39:28.000 Mmm.

01:39:29.000 Mmm.

01:39:31.000 I've taken control of 70% of my body.

01:39:33.000 My body, 70%, folks, water.

01:39:35.000 I've taken control.

01:39:39.000 Go ahead, Jim.

01:39:40.000 Well, and really, that has been our issue.

01:39:43.000 You know, a lot of people come to us, gee, why don't you put

01:39:45.000 together a whole house system, or why don't you do some of these systems, you know, that you can put in under the

01:39:49.000 counter and stuff like that.

01:39:51.000 That's not our deal.

01:39:52.000 Our deal is to empower people to be able to clean up their water, no matter what the source is.

01:39:57.000 I mean, if you have to rely on a lake or a stream or water that's coming down your gutter because there's an emergency

01:40:03.000 or whatever, you're able to do it with the Berkey Light.

01:40:07.000 That has really been our focus.

01:40:08.000 We have really gone beyond the pale, as far as a lot of our competitors are concerned, as far as extracting these

01:40:16.000 things out of the water.

01:40:17.000 And the reason that we do that is we want folks to be able to rely on their drinking water, regardless of what source their water is coming from.

01:40:27.000 And, you know, a lot of people have a false sense of security with their water, and then they send it into the labs, and all of a sudden they start to find out there's a lot of stuff in that water that they haven't been told about.

01:40:36.000 I just want to tell Big Brother, Mmm.

01:40:41.000 Mmm.

01:40:44.000 Ah, no sodium fluoride for me.

01:40:45.000 Sorry.

01:40:49.000 And you know, the other issue is the portability.

01:40:51.000 A lot of people travel, and you know, in this day and age, you know, hey, who knows what's going to happen next.

01:40:58.000 You know, if somebody would have told us 9-11 was going to happen, of course, you know, people like you are predicting that, and Well, I just said Bin Laden was going to be using the Patsy to attack New York and the World Trade Centers two months before and said, call the White House, tell them not to do it. 0.79

01:41:16.000 You know, I'm not that smart, actually, Jim.

01:41:20.000 Well, that's a sign of a... You must be radical, you know?

01:41:24.000 If you say it six months after the fact, you're mainstream, and if you say it before it happens, you're a radical.

01:41:31.000 But again, you've got a bunch of different specials right now.

01:41:33.000 We do, and we have a special on the Berkey Light without the lights, and that's $199.

01:41:39.000 If you buy that, we'll also give a $40 Sport Berkey, no charge, and that gives you the power to bring the power of the Berkey with you in your purse or glove compartment, take it to work.

01:41:52.000 The Berkey Light with lights, and again, this is great for emergencies, not only do you have Water, but you'll also have light if the power goes out.

01:42:02.000 And that's $2.59.

01:42:04.000 And if you order that, that will include two Berkey Sport bottles.

01:42:10.000 So you can leave one in the car and take one with you to work and leave it at work.

01:42:14.000 And you've also got the Sport Berkey package, $5 for $99.

01:42:18.000 Is it $12 for $199?

01:42:18.000 ninety nine uh... who is a twelve for jennifer a hundred nine nine

01:42:22.000 yes it's five for ninety nine dollars and twelve

01:42:27.000 $199.

01:42:27.000 And each one of these sports bottles does 600 refills on tap, 130 or something on stream water, right?

01:42:34.000 That's right.

01:42:35.000 And then down the road, if you need to get a new filter, then you can pick up a filter element for $13.

01:42:44.000 All right, again, folks, here's the toll-free number, 1-888-803-4438.

01:42:52.000 Stop drinking the poison.

01:42:54.000 I get a big thrill out of this, Jim, getting people off the poison, fighting the globalists.

01:42:59.000 1-888-803-4438.

01:43:01.000 If you call and it's busy, leave your name and number, Debbie will call you right back.

01:43:05.000 One more time, 888-803-4438.

01:43:09.000 Jim, thanks for coming on the show.

01:43:11.000 Always a pleasure.

01:43:12.000 Sure.

01:43:13.000 Keep up the good work, Alex.

01:43:14.000 You bet, my friend.

01:43:14.000 Thank you.

01:43:15.000 All right!

01:43:16.000 Let's go to the calls!

01:43:19.000 I'm out of control today.

01:43:20.000 I love exposing the globalists.

01:43:21.000 Let's talk to Kathy in New Jersey.

01:43:23.000 Kathy, go ahead.

01:43:25.000 Yes.

01:43:25.000 Hi, Mr. Jones.

01:43:26.000 This is Kathy Ramos.

01:43:28.000 What I'd like to tell you about is I'm dealing across the street with the SPCA, New Jersey SPCA, and apparently six years ago, the Commission of Investigation of New Jersey did a study on them, and they're supposed to get rid of fraud, waste, and abuse.

01:43:42.000 and said that these people are an entity that is running amok.

01:43:46.000 They're not federal, they're not state, they're not government, and they're a non-profit organization.

01:43:51.000 They carry around guns with the donations.

01:43:54.000 They are buying guns, ammunition, bulletproof vests, you name it.

01:44:00.000 And it's our money.

01:44:02.000 Well, let me give you an example.

01:44:04.000 This is the new trend.

01:44:05.000 This is globalism.

01:44:07.000 Giving government power to NGOs.

01:44:09.000 That means non-governmental organization.

01:44:12.000 Here in Central Texas, we have the LCRA, who's grabbed the entire water supply and the power supply.

01:44:18.000 They are a private profit group.

01:44:22.000 And they have governmental power, they have SWAT teams, they're on police, they will pull you over, and they are just brutal, and they have lots of little propaganda, you know, cookouts for people, just like John Gotti would have free pizza a couple times a year.

01:44:36.000 It's the same stuff.

01:44:38.000 They're taking over everything, and there's hundreds of these NGOs, and they are the government now, and yes, I'm aware of what you're talking about.

01:44:47.000 How can we fight back?

01:44:48.000 I mean, they're literally on my neighbor's property and they're taking over his horses.

01:44:54.000 He's got an Arabian farm and they're abusing these animals. 0.99

01:44:58.000 I mean, I have several volunteers that have come to me.

01:45:00.000 It's called the Mafia.

01:45:02.000 The Mafia became the government. 0.58

01:45:03.000 The Mafia became the government and gave themselves governmental powers and they've taken over the voting and they're building camps everywhere, the private prisons and it's just, it's human history happening all over again. 0.99

01:45:14.000 The average idiot yuppies busy in Denver at the new Mao restaurant worshiping Mao Tse Tung. 0.99

01:45:19.000 It's called Mao's. 1.00

01:45:20.000 But how can we fight back?

01:45:21.000 I mean, what can we do?

01:45:22.000 The yuppies love it!

01:45:23.000 The yuppies think this is all fun!

01:45:26.000 The yuppies love being slaves.

01:45:27.000 They think it's great.

01:45:29.000 But is there anything we can do?

01:45:31.000 Uh, yeah.

01:45:32.000 Your friend needs to learn their constitutional rights.

01:45:34.000 You need to sue these people and a criminal organization and fight them in your area.

01:45:39.000 It's about all of you becoming leaders.

01:45:41.000 And how do we do that?

01:45:42.000 Because there's a group of us, but people think we're crazy.

01:45:45.000 Oh, I know, because no government organization or quasi-government organization ever did anything wrong in history because your neighbors were taught that government is only good and the general citizens are bad. 1.00

01:45:59.000 It's a dumbed-down idiot mass, okay? 1.00

01:46:04.000 We've been bred to be cattle-like. 1.00

01:46:06.000 Before, we were Americans.

01:46:08.000 We were free.

01:46:08.000 We didn't trust government.

01:46:10.000 We hated government.

01:46:11.000 We were America.

01:46:12.000 Now we're slaves, and we've got to wake up and stop being slaves.

01:46:15.000 You know, it's like saying, how do black people stop being slaves?

01:46:18.000 Well, they stop putting up with it. 0.97

01:46:20.000 We've got to stop putting up with it.

01:46:22.000 Thanks for the call.

01:46:23.000 And we've got to realize how illegitimate this government is, okay?

01:46:27.000 This is not our government.

01:46:28.000 It's time for secession by the states.

01:46:32.000 Look, if they put in the electronic fraud machines nationwide, which they've basically already done, enough to tip all the elections in most states they're in, in many of the areas, you have to start a massive education program, you have to demand with a petition That a paper ballot recount be done.

01:46:53.000 You have to sign the millions of petitions in your state, whatever is needed, to demand.

01:47:00.000 And you go start the organizations, okay?

01:47:03.000 You hear me?

01:47:03.000 I can't do it all.

01:47:04.000 You go out, you pick an issue, and you have the signatures, you get twice as many as you need, because they'll throw out most of them, and then you go in, And you, in your petition, you lay out how it's done, the old-fashioned ballot, where they're hand-counted, and they're not put into computers for the tabulation, and you have to do a study before you do the petition of how many millions of dollars the state will have to spend to do this, and you have that ballot initiative to remove the electronic systems and go back to paper ballots.

01:47:45.000 And they'll say, oh, that's terrible.

01:47:47.000 You could take months to, you know, weeks to find out.

01:47:49.000 Well, that's the way it used to be when we were a free country.

01:47:51.000 Yes, that's how it'll work.

01:47:53.000 And no more will you allow the county commissioners and the county clerk to lock up the building while they're doing the final voting, no, and final tabulations, no.

01:48:03.000 And we have to have grand juries indict these electronic voting machine owners and take them to prison. 0.93

01:48:08.000 And don't say you can't do it, because humanity's done it before.

01:48:13.000 It's the same thing with the Second Amendment. 0.79

01:48:15.000 You've got to have recall petitions.

01:48:18.000 You've got to recall governors.

01:48:19.000 You've got to recall city officials.

01:48:21.000 You've got to put pro-gun people in.

01:48:23.000 You've got to recall city officials in these amnesty havens like Denver and Austin, Texas and LA and remove those city councils and put in your own people.

01:48:34.000 You've got to get angry and focused and never stop.

01:48:39.000 It's just that simple.

01:48:40.000 I mean, look at this.

01:48:42.000 On Monday, I went on the air.

01:48:46.000 And I said, hidden in plain view, the company TiVo, the big fast-forward, rewind, while it's happening, table box that millions of homes have. 0.97

01:49:00.000 I go, hidden in plain view, they're bragging about how popular TiVo is and how they monitored TiVo users and how it was the biggest rewind, replay event of history when that idiot Jackson was up there at the Super Bowl. 0.89

01:49:16.000 By the way, I was on the radio at the time fighting the Globalists, so I didn't watch it. 1.00

01:49:21.000 But the point here is that I said, hidden in plain view, they're bragging that they're watching what you do and tracking you.

01:49:30.000 And I've already reported that, but here it is again.

01:49:32.000 Well, the Chicago Sun-Times, TiVo, users beware, Big Brothers, watching.

01:49:39.000 Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson exposed more than her distinctive taste in jewelry at halftime on the Super Bowl.

01:49:45.000 You know TiVo, that newfangled digital video recorder that enables you to watch live telecasts as if they were on tape and remembers to record your favorite shows even when you don't?

01:49:55.000 Justin and Janet's little dance with community standards served to remind us that when we watch TiVo, our TiVo can watch us.

01:50:04.000 Can watch us?

01:50:05.000 It does.

01:50:06.000 All your scientific Atlantic cable boxes, everything.

01:50:09.000 They got microphones in them, people.

01:50:11.000 They're listening to you.

01:50:12.000 Do you just think these companies let me say this on air?

01:50:17.000 I don't make any of this up!

01:50:19.000 But now you can read it in the Chicago Sun-Times.

01:50:25.000 We'll come back, take calls, get more into this and all the other news.

01:50:28.000 Uh, they're gonna arrest you for what you think now.

01:50:31.000 Brain scanners will be all over the street scanning our brains.

01:50:35.000 Uh, they will arrest you, you're having terror thoughts, BBC.

01:50:38.000 Uh, just hell upon earth. 1.00

01:50:41.000 Just, just, there's no way to describe how out of control this is, you stupid yuppies! 1.00

01:50:47.000 Look what you've done to this country, you scum! 1.00

01:50:50.000 You scum! 1.00

01:52:53.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:52:57.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:53:02.000 There is a chance.

01:53:04.000 To use this disaster for the New World Order. 0.95

01:53:06.000 The New World Order can emerge.

01:53:09.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:53:14.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:53:21.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:53:23.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:53:34.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

01:53:40.000 Visit Infowars.com or PrisonPlanet.com to order or call toll-free 1-888-253-3139.

01:53:43.000 That's 888-253-3139.

01:53:43.000 1-888-253-3139. That's 888-253-3139.

01:53:50.000 Order today and spread the word. 0.98

01:53:52.000 And by the way, when I call out the scum on this show, I'm not talking about our listeners. 0.99

01:54:06.000 I'm talking about the greasy-haired yuppie driving along in their Mercedes that thinks they're a member of the establishment and laughs at any government corruption as if it doesn't exist because in their little brains they make the split-second decision not to stand for anything and be a bunch of self-centered New World Order whores. 0.99

01:54:25.000 It is up to the people of this country to research what we're bringing forward here. 0.96

01:54:30.000 Well, I don't care if TiVo watches what I watch.

01:54:33.000 I don't care if the cable boxes have microphones in them.

01:54:36.000 I don't care if the NSA publicly listens through the OnStar system.

01:54:40.000 I don't care if they're putting cameras in school bathrooms and showers.

01:54:44.000 I guess cameras in the showers is freedom!

01:54:47.000 Do I need to explain how bad that is?

01:54:52.000 Oh.

01:54:53.000 I got mainstream articles about the concentration camps again today!

01:54:57.000 I mean, I just... Ah!

01:55:03.000 They're taking our right to vote away!

01:55:05.000 I'm angry about this!

01:55:07.000 They're taking our guns, they're getting rid of our borders, all our jobs are being shipped overseas and they tell you how great the economy is.

01:55:14.000 What a fraud!

01:55:18.000 Every show I see on television is how good torture is.

01:55:21.000 They're warping our minds for that.

01:55:23.000 I mean, they're warping us!

01:55:24.000 You think things are bad now?

01:55:25.000 They haven't even begun.

01:55:27.000 And let me tell the globalists something.

01:55:29.000 I haven't even begun, and neither have the good people of this country.

01:55:33.000 There is an awakening taking place, but we gotta fight, and fight hard!

01:55:37.000 We are down to sudden death over time.

01:55:39.000 We're in the game!

01:55:40.000 But we can lose this thing real fast!

01:55:45.000 Alright, we're going to start the second hour here in a few minutes and I'll go with some more calls.

01:55:59.000 It's just... Folks!

01:56:03.000 I mean, you wouldn't expect somebody on the news as an asteroid was about to hit the earth the size of New York City to be calmly talking about it, would you?

01:56:11.000 You know, I'm weird because I get excited about losing our right to vote and foreign troops attacking and the government building camps, but you're normal because you yelled and screamed during the Super Bowl? 0.95

01:56:22.000 Get your priorities straight, or the world's going to get them straight for you.

01:56:26.000 That's how it works!

01:56:29.000 Just please study history, and then look at what we had in America, and you'll figure out what we're losing.

01:56:35.000 Do you know what it's like to be a slave?

01:56:38.000 Oh, my goodness.

01:57:04.000 Yeah, that's four minutes of that two-hour, five-minute film.

01:57:07.000 And we go all through September 11th.

01:57:09.000 Road to Tyranny does the same thing, covers different facets and areas and other terror attacks by the government.

01:59:43.000 Big Brother.

01:59:52.000 Mainstream media.

01:59:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:59:54.000 You want answers?

01:59:57.000 Well, so does he.

01:59:58.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:07.000 Defending this republic from enemies foreign and domestic.

02:00:13.000 Trying to get people to wake up and look around them and see how sinister things have gotten at every level.

02:00:21.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

02:00:24.000 We're now into the third hour of Global Transmission.

02:00:27.000 In the third hour yesterday, you heard former top defense officer and the former head of technology in Germany, top-level cabinet position, Andres von Bulow, talking about how the Global was clearly carried out September 11th.

02:00:42.000 I'm going to re-air that in the first hour of the show tomorrow, and then we'll be live in the second and third hour.

02:00:46.000 We've got more guests and stuff coming up you don't want to miss.

02:00:49.000 So that's tomorrow, first hour.

02:00:51.000 You do not want to miss it.

02:00:53.000 We'll re-air that because it's so important.

02:00:55.000 We're also very close to getting Michael Meacher, the cabinet official for Tony Blair who resigned last year over the missing Weapons of Mass Destruction, saying it's all a big scam.

02:01:06.000 You're not going to be part of it.

02:01:07.000 Saying either the Globalists carried out 9-11 or they allowed it to happen. 0.86

02:01:10.000 We're lining that up too.

02:01:11.000 A lot of huge guests coming on the show. 0.91

02:01:14.000 And I've got some scumbag Globalists coming on too next week. 1.00

02:01:18.000 So that'll be interesting. 0.98

02:01:20.000 Boy, there is just...

02:01:23.000 Again, I told you back on Monday and Tuesday about TiVo, your cable box, your fancy cable box everybody's getting, how it's watching and tracking everything you do and sells your psychological makeup to people.

02:01:34.000 It's the most detailed algorithms known.

02:01:37.000 Turns out there was a spy in your room when you, taking notes, keeping track of every click on your remote control, your TiVo box, paying closer attention to what you were watching than you were.

02:01:49.000 That's the Chicago Sun-Times today, so I'm glad people are picking up on this.

02:01:55.000 We ought to create a whole section on the website, Infowars.com or Prison Planet.

02:01:59.000 Your television is watching you because all the new modern systems watch you.

02:02:05.000 And I have got the owner's manual and I've cracked into a Scientific Atlantic cable box, everybody has in Austin, and that baby's got a microphone in it.

02:02:15.000 Oh yeah, a little microphone for ya. 0.54

02:02:18.000 And again, in 1984, Winston did too.

02:02:21.000 What's wrong with it?

02:02:22.000 I mean, 1984 was freedom!

02:02:24.000 Slavery is freedom, folks.

02:02:26.000 Let's let Trevor and Georgia finish up, then Vince, Barry, Elizabeth, and others. 0.82

02:02:31.000 Trevor, go ahead and finish up.

02:02:33.000 Oh yeah, so you were talking about a battle out there, and the real battle is about the globalists and us, you know, right?

02:02:38.000 Yeah.

02:02:39.000 The main problem is that most people think that the battle is this whole liberal-conservative thing.

02:02:44.000 When both sides are controlled, and so they control us either way.

02:02:47.000 They're either one or the other.

02:02:48.000 And when I say I'm against Bush, they automatically assume I'm a Clintonite liberal.

02:02:52.000 Exactly.

02:02:52.000 If you're against Bush, we're open borders, gun control, biggest government ever, you're a liberal.

02:02:56.000 And they don't really care who's... well, they don't care that America's being destroyed when their side is destroying America. 0.62

02:03:03.000 And they're like, hooray, hooray!

02:03:04.000 You know, it's like, George Bush is on our side, I'm a conservative, And as long as he's president, everything's going to be okay, but if Kerry wins, and he starts taking our guns, I'm going to rise up and take arms.

02:03:17.000 So I'm just wondering, how will the global elites be able to control both?

02:03:21.000 Because it seems like they can only win the support of one side at a time, when they're like... No, they just play it off, and they'll just incrementally get more control regardless of who's in.

02:03:31.000 So they don't care if the liberals and the conservatives are divided?

02:03:34.000 The policies of these two groups are identical.

02:03:38.000 The rhetoric is different.

02:03:39.000 You don't actually think George Bush actually runs anything.

02:03:42.000 You don't think Bill Clinton actually runs anything, do you?

02:03:44.000 No, they're just figureheads.

02:03:45.000 Of course.

02:03:47.000 I mean, even things are so complex now that even if they were good people, they would have to delegate good people, and they still wouldn't run things.

02:03:54.000 I don't think he's good people.

02:03:55.000 I think... Well, no, they're not good people.

02:03:57.000 The whole Christianity thing, it's like an act. 1.00

02:03:59.000 He acts all Christian and holy. 0.87

02:04:01.000 George W. Bush is an admitted devil worshipper, hidden in plain view.

02:04:07.000 And that's why he's got the Christian right, totally blindfolded. 0.75

02:04:13.000 Which says you're not Christian if you don't love the Patriot Act.

02:04:15.000 I've actually heard him say it.

02:04:19.000 I thought Jesus was fighting against secret arrest, execution, and torture.

02:04:23.000 Call for freedom.

02:04:24.000 Hey, thanks for the call.

02:04:25.000 Yeah, it's just so sick.

02:04:27.000 I mean, it's beyond belief.

02:04:29.000 It's beyond belief.

02:04:30.000 Thank you, Trevor.

02:04:31.000 All right, Vince and Barry and Elizabeth and Bobby and everybody else.

02:04:35.000 Your calls are coming up.

02:04:36.000 1-800-259-9231 and a bunch of other news items.

02:04:41.000 Hey, your television's watching you.

02:04:43.000 You like that? 1.00

02:04:46.000 You are sick because you allow yourself to remain sick.

02:04:49.000 And you remain sick because you don't provide your body with the enzymes and other nutrients that only come from raw food.

02:04:55.000 You haven't alkalized your body.

02:04:56.000 In fact, you continue to acidify it with a primarily cooked food diet.

02:05:01.000 You still use either meat, fish, eggs, and or dairy products for your protein instead of spirulina and chlorella.

02:05:07.000 The two most complete protein superfoods known.

02:05:10.000 Finally, you don't consume ionized water.

02:05:12.000 Normal tap water that is transformed into a powerful antioxidant that is very alkaline, balancing your body pH as it brings you to homeostasis.

02:05:20.000 It's also very hydrating and more importantly, extremely detoxifying.

02:07:07.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:07:14.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:07:16.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:07:44.000 Big Brother.

02:07:52.000 Mainstream media.

02:07:53.000 Government cover-ups.

02:07:55.000 You want answers?

02:07:57.000 Well, so does he.

02:07:58.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:08:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:08:10.000 I'm a radical.

02:08:11.000 I'm an extremist.

02:08:13.000 Seven years ago, I saw a mainstream news story out of Australia.

02:08:18.000 Where they admitted that the new cable boxes had microphones in them and they were listening to people and it was no big deal.

02:08:24.000 Somebody found out about it and, you know, what's the big deal?

02:08:27.000 And now it's mainstream here all over the country in every system you can imagine and I'm bad because I'm against it.

02:08:34.000 I guess I'm also bad that I found out five years ago that everyone over the last 34 years now, back then it was over the last 29 years, had had blood taken at birth and put in a federal DNA database.

02:08:46.000 Now they admit it and You're still bad if you complain about it, so I guess I'm bad.

02:08:52.000 And, you know, I visited the concentration camps manned by U.S.

02:08:57.000 and foreign troops and made films about it, and I'm bad because I did that.

02:09:00.000 And I'm bad because I'm against the total amnesty, and I'm bad because I'm against gun control, and I'm bad because I'm against giving China all the supercomputers, and I'm bad because I don't like the government growing by 45% in the last three years at record levels.

02:09:14.000 And, uh, I'm a radical because I don't like cameras going up in my neighborhood now, in every small town.

02:09:20.000 And, uh, I'm bad because I don't like the new national ID cards and the federalized state driver's license.

02:09:25.000 And I'm bad because I warn you about the new national sales tax that's coming out, uh, that will control everything you buy and sell and make you swipe your card, even if you pay cash, and track what you do.

02:09:36.000 And, uh, I'm, uh, bad because they passed laws to secretly arrest you and secretly execute you.

02:09:41.000 And I'm bad because I exposed the government carried out 9-11 to scare you into submission.

02:09:45.000 And I'm bad.

02:09:46.000 I'm just flat bad, folks.

02:09:48.000 I really am.

02:09:49.000 I apologize.

02:09:51.000 You know, Tony Blair said apologize to me.

02:09:53.000 I never said there were weapons of mass destruction.

02:09:55.000 Does it matter if he said it 500 times?

02:09:57.000 He still just says he never said it, and so let me apologize to him right now!

02:10:04.000 This is incredible!

02:10:10.000 I'm bad because when I pick up articles out of Canada, out of Texas, out of Tennessee, out of New York, out of Alabama, out of Louisiana, out of California where they're putting cameras in the toilets, in the stalls at the schools, I'm crazy because I don't like it!

02:10:30.000 No, let me be serious. 0.93

02:10:31.000 The people out there that make excuses for this and go, well I guess it's okay, you're the nutcases. 0.88

02:10:37.000 I can't believe that you came from real Americans. 1.00

02:10:40.000 I can't believe what we've turned into.

02:10:42.000 I can't believe how far we've fallen! 0.98

02:10:47.000 And I'm very angry about it, because I love my family and I love this country, and watching it get torn limb from limb by a bunch of gibbering, demonic, New World Order trash makes me sick! 1.00

02:11:00.000 Imagine having to watch the serial killers. 0.93

02:11:03.000 Imagine having to watch a serial killer stand up there and talk about how much he loves us, and how he's going to keep us safe, and how good they are, and how they're going to take all our rights, when you know, as an investigator, that they're the killer.

02:11:16.000 Well, that's what my life's like.

02:11:18.000 That's why I can't watch TV anymore.

02:11:20.000 I can read their statements and the bills.

02:11:23.000 I can't watch the smirking, the smacking of lips, the giggling, the glad-handing, the celebrations of evil when these people get up there.

02:11:31.000 Folks, tell you what, we're going to go back to calls and back in the news quickly here.

02:11:40.000 Vince in Indiana.

02:11:41.000 Vince, go ahead.

02:11:42.000 Yeah, Alex.

02:11:44.000 You know, this presidential election is just a complete joke and a scam.

02:11:48.000 There is no election.

02:11:49.000 There is no election.

02:11:50.000 And until we can admit that, we're not going to get our votes back.

02:11:54.000 I know.

02:11:55.000 Everybody thinks that they're so overwhelmed with their problems they can't do nothing.

02:11:58.000 Here's what I'm doing.

02:11:59.000 I'm telling all my friends and relatives that ask me about the election and And who are you going to vote for?

02:12:06.000 I'm just trying to refute the legitimacy of this election.

02:12:11.000 Once people understand that George Bush and John Kerry are both part of this little skull and bones order from Yale, I mean, what are the chances of this being actually on the level? 0.96

02:12:21.000 This is ridiculous.

02:12:23.000 I want to bring up something that George Soros said. 0.72

02:12:26.000 Are you familiar with George Soros?

02:12:27.000 Oh yeah, I'm familiar with him.

02:12:29.000 He's a child agent.

02:12:30.000 Yeah, billionaire investor, speculator.

02:12:33.000 He's been making a lot of sounds in the past year about how he's unhappy with George Bush's policies.

02:12:38.000 Yeah, he says a lot of good things.

02:12:39.000 And that's like Hulk Hogan saying he doesn't like macho man Randy Savage.

02:12:43.000 It's all staged.

02:12:44.000 I know it is.

02:12:44.000 Exactly.

02:12:45.000 Okay, so I'm watching his moves and I'm watching what he's saying.

02:12:48.000 So here, what he's done recently now is he's pledged his support for Carey.

02:12:52.000 He's going to give millions of dollars to Carey.

02:12:54.000 Now George Soros is a very smart man. 1.00

02:12:56.000 You don't become a billionaire by being stupid. 1.00

02:12:58.000 When Bush started beating down the dollar, so did Soros. 1.00

02:13:01.000 They're owned by the same people.

02:13:02.000 It's theater.

02:13:03.000 That's how they control it.

02:13:04.000 It's absolutely theater.

02:13:04.000 Giving us the false choice.

02:13:06.000 Does George Soros really believe that there's a difference between George Bush and John Kerry?

02:13:11.000 Because George Soros is always putting Bush down, but now he's supporting Kerry and other skull and bones.

02:13:17.000 I mean, this is complete theater.

02:13:18.000 You're absolutely right.

02:13:20.000 This is so bold and arrogant of this New World Order cabal.

02:13:23.000 I think everything we... What everyone could do is just tell their friends and relatives, when they start talking about the President of the United States, just let them know some of these things.

02:13:32.000 Try to educate them a little bit.

02:13:33.000 Let them know that at least there's something terribly wrong here.

02:13:37.000 Look, we have the official reports now.

02:13:39.000 They've got Diebold in there scamming the Dean votes for Kerry. 0.92

02:13:44.000 And I'm not saying Dean's good, but he doesn't have the pedigree.

02:13:47.000 He's not the Skull and Bones member.

02:13:48.000 He isn't getting in. 1.00

02:13:49.000 Well, Dean almost picked a few of my family members, and they're not very stupid. 0.99

02:13:53.000 Some of the things that Dean said. 0.97

02:13:55.000 And yeah, he's out of the picture now, but there's definitely something wrong.

02:13:58.000 You know, maybe, just maybe, we can get a third-party candidate.

02:14:02.000 I hear you.

02:14:03.000 I hear you.

02:14:04.000 Thanks for the call.

02:14:05.000 In 98, I went down to the election, down to the big auditorium where they do it, and I sat there for five hours, stacking ballots, making sure they were all lined up the same after folks had voted, and I could see how people voted.

02:14:21.000 And Pat Buchanan, conservatively, it was a Republican primary, Pat Buchanan conservatively had about 50% of the votes.

02:14:29.000 I mean, half those ballots were Pat Buchanan.

02:14:32.000 You know what Pat Buchanan got that night when the election results came out?

02:14:38.000 Eight percent.

02:14:39.000 And I sat there with ballot box after ballot box from different areas of Austin, sitting there just stacking them up, you know, the scantrons, the bubblers, you know, you bubble them in, just getting them lined up the right way, because that's, you know, you volunteer, quote, and then they stick it in the computer, the computer counts it, it's all computerized, they do whatever they want.

02:14:57.000 I sat there and I watched that with my own two eyeballs.

02:15:04.000 And then, my friends, we found out the county clerk double-counted ballots, stuffed ballot boxes, falsified safety seals.

02:15:15.000 It was in the newspaper that her good personal friend she vacations with, Karen Sunlightner, the county commissioner, had lost.

02:15:22.000 She had lost at 2 in the morning.

02:15:25.000 I went to bed at midnight happy, still thinking we might have elections in this country.

02:15:33.000 And, uh, I thought we were still in a free country.

02:15:37.000 And I woke up to hear she'd won hardly.

02:15:39.000 And the paper said that Karen Sunlightner was crying.

02:15:42.000 Uh, the witnesses said it.

02:15:44.000 She went in the bathroom. 0.53

02:15:46.000 The county clerk went in there with her.

02:15:48.000 They came out smiling, and the rest is history.

02:15:53.000 I have to sit here and watch this.

02:15:55.000 And watch you bug-eyed, uh, yuppies out there giggle and laugh at me.

02:16:02.000 Well, I'm trying to save this country, and we could do it if people like you'd wake up.

02:16:09.000 I'm so sick of it.

02:16:12.000 Who's up next here?

02:16:13.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Barry in Arizona.

02:16:15.000 Go ahead.

02:16:17.000 Alex, always a pleasure to talk to you.

02:16:18.000 I'm glad you're doing what you're doing.

02:16:20.000 Thank you.

02:16:20.000 Go ahead, sir.

02:16:21.000 You're welcome.

02:16:22.000 Hey, there's a couple things I wanted to address for you.

02:16:26.000 First, I'll start, I guess, with some of the technicalities of voting.

02:16:30.000 I went in to the county recorder's office up here to register specifically as a non-14th Amendment citizen of Arizona State.

02:16:39.000 And they told me I couldn't.

02:16:42.000 So the only way I could vote was if I registered as a United States citizen.

02:16:47.000 Which is then a contract that makes you waive your rights.

02:16:51.000 The statutory definition of United States that they use in the voter declaration is District of Columbia.

02:16:59.000 It doesn't mean anything.

02:17:00.000 It has nothing to do with the state.

02:17:02.000 This is a whole area of study, and yes, it's true, and it's a private corporation, the crime syndicate that owns America, and they said, look, we can't give these blacks freedom. 0.99

02:17:11.000 Let's make them wards of the state, and they set up the 14th Amendment, which is now for all citizens. 0.57

02:17:18.000 The first marriage licenses were for blacks.

02:17:20.000 They said, we can't just let these people marry when they want. 1.00

02:17:22.000 They've got to come to us and get a license, and now we just accept it today.

02:17:27.000 Again, this is the freedom, and then they could take black children under that because they'd signed away their rights with a marriage license, hence CPS today. 0.97

02:17:37.000 Right.

02:17:38.000 Just to give folks an idea of what you're talking about.

02:17:40.000 Say that again?

02:17:42.000 Just to give folks an idea of what you're talking about, the real world application of this.

02:17:47.000 Yeah, well what they need to know is that almost all of the Supreme Court information that they'll be able to find on 14th Amendment citizenship will tell them That it did not ever apply to free white citizens.

02:17:58.000 Now, that may sound like a racist statement, but it's just an ugly historical legal reality.

02:18:04.000 Yeah, but the blacks don't have to follow it either. 0.98

02:18:06.000 Just because somebody passes a fraud, hey, just because somebody says blacks are slaves doesn't mean it's the case.

02:18:11.000 I know, but see, that's why the Civil Rights Act, the 14th Amendment, was a component to that.

02:18:17.000 And what happened was, you know, they make clear distinction there between them and free white citizens. 0.70

02:18:23.000 And it's all racist, I know that.

02:18:24.000 And it goes back to saying, it goes back to the earlier Supreme Court ruling that blacks were two-thirds human.

02:18:30.000 Thanks for the call.

02:18:31.000 You're absolutely right. 0.98

02:18:32.000 I mean, that's what these sickos do. 0.99

02:18:34.000 And it's historical fact. 0.98

02:18:36.000 As usual, you don't want to believe it.

02:18:37.000 Yuppies, fine.

02:18:38.000 Fine, and your television isn't listening to you and cracking everything you're doing either.

02:18:42.000 It's just the Chicago sometimes.

02:18:48.000 I had a yuppie send me a mean email Tuesday about when I talk about this. 1.00

02:18:51.000 You're a crazy nut! 0.99

02:18:53.000 I'm a software engineer. 1.00

02:18:54.000 There's no such thing.

02:18:55.000 Oh no, it's just totally admitted.

02:18:56.000 Oh yeah, sure.

02:18:57.000 Oh, it's just public.

02:19:00.000 But again... Again, you'll read the Chicago Sun-Times article and go, okay, well it's good my TV's watching me and listening to me.

02:19:06.000 It's good now.

02:19:08.000 That Alex Jones is still bad.

02:19:12.000 I like George Bush.

02:19:14.000 And by the way, Mr. Jones, Bush says it's not an amnesty. 0.99

02:19:17.000 You're a liar. 0.94

02:19:19.000 Well, I've read the bill. 0.99

02:19:20.000 It's the biggest amnesty ever.

02:19:23.000 And I don't care what you say, because I read it.

02:19:26.000 Because I'm about facts.

02:19:28.000 And about getting you to wake up. 1.00

02:19:31.000 Slap you upside the head, you fools. 1.00

02:19:34.000 You're like somebody in a bed while your house is burning. 1.00

02:19:37.000 I come in and say, get out of your house! 0.80

02:19:39.000 It's about to fall! 1.00

02:19:41.000 Shut up! 1.00

02:19:42.000 It's my heater. 1.00

02:19:43.000 It's warm.

02:19:44.000 I like it!

02:23:43.000 All right, I'll try to settle down here a little bit.

02:23:51.000 All right, I'll try to settle down here a little bit.

02:23:56.000 I'm just going to take a few more calls and we're going to get to all this news that we haven't covered yet.

02:24:02.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Todd in Georgia, or is it Ted?

02:24:05.000 Go ahead, caller.

02:24:07.000 Yes, I'm plugging a VHS that's concerning the so-called New York intellectuals, including Irving Kristol.

02:24:21.000 And it makes some interesting points concerning the neoconservative movement.

02:24:28.000 It also concerns a man named Irving Howe, a socialist, a man named Nathan Glazer, and one named Daniel Bell, as well as Irving Kristol.

02:24:38.000 And, of course, Irving Kristol, in the process of this VHS, claims to have, they're claiming their place in history is what this is all about.

02:24:49.000 And in doing so, I think they're revealing some things that we've been trying to get out for some many years.

02:24:54.000 Well, do me a favor.

02:24:55.000 Send that to me.

02:24:57.000 Ron Paul gave a speech on July 10th last year, where he laid out the ultimate enemies of America are the neocons.

02:25:04.000 We've been betrayed by Bush, their New World Order. 0.96

02:25:07.000 And he laid all this out in a speech and then got threatened by some of the people over it.

02:25:11.000 And that's in my film, Matrix of Evil, where he talks about that.

02:25:13.000 Well, I got this copy from the library.

02:25:18.000 Well, the thing is available.

02:25:20.000 Well, what's the name of the video?

02:25:22.000 Arguing the World.

02:25:25.000 A film by Joseph Dorman, D-O-R-M-A-N.

02:25:32.000 And in the process of it, they also point out the fact that participatory democracy cannot be tolerated because people are not capable ...of determining their own needs.

02:25:45.000 Yeah, that's what the neocons say, is that they want to set up a dictatorship.

02:25:49.000 These are official documents written by the White House Cabinet, folks.

02:25:53.000 Well, this is... the thing that I'm speaking of is written by the... it's published by the, um... Humanities... what do they call it?

02:26:01.000 The, um... Arts and Humanities.

02:26:05.000 Arts and Humanities.

02:26:06.000 No, no, no, this isn't anything as odd as the... something about the Humanities.

02:26:10.000 And I don't see it on the... Well, sir, will you slap that in the VCR and make me a copy?

02:26:16.000 To be honest with you, I haven't been able to make a copy.

02:26:21.000 I don't think it's copyrighted, but I haven't been able to make a copy.

02:26:24.000 Well, if the back's busted out, you just put a piece of tape over it.

02:26:27.000 There's a little square hole in the back of the VHS.

02:26:29.000 That might be my problem, yeah.

02:26:30.000 You put a piece of Scotch tape over it.

02:26:32.000 Yeah.

02:26:33.000 Well, I think that... I don't think you'd have any problem getting it from your library.

02:26:37.000 I'm sure they'd be glad to provide.

02:26:39.000 Here's the problem.

02:26:40.000 When I get off the air here, I'm doing five shows today, including my own TV show.

02:26:44.000 Then I'm going to work until about two in the morning on a new film, and then I'll get about five hours sleep.

02:26:49.000 So I just, please folks, if you get stuff like this, send it to me.

02:26:53.000 Well, can I make a couple more points, Marty?

02:26:56.000 Sure, go ahead.

02:26:57.000 I've also been reading a book by Irving Kristol, who's a very interesting man, and has been very influential.

02:27:03.000 It mentions in this tape that The influence that he's had with Newt Gingrich and Ronald Reagan.

02:27:11.000 Yeah, he was the head of the Communist Fourth International.

02:27:15.000 I don't doubt it.

02:27:16.000 No, that's public.

02:27:17.000 The big Toronto newspaper did a headline, The Ghost of Trotsky Walks the Halls of the White House.

02:27:25.000 Well, it mentions in this tape, it mentions the fact that these people are Trotskyists.

02:27:31.000 And it mentions their admiration for Leon Trotsky.

02:27:35.000 And what a wonderful man he was.

02:27:37.000 Yeah, that's your conservative leaders, getting rid of the borders, grabbing your guns, arming China. 0.84

02:27:43.000 They don't mention all the people that he killed.

02:27:46.000 All the hundreds of thousands of people that Leon Trotsky murdered with his army.

02:27:52.000 Well, they like to do that here, and that's what we're trying to set up.

02:27:55.000 He was the head of the Russian Army, the Communist Army.

02:28:00.000 Uh, Soviet Army at one time.

02:28:02.000 I hear you.

02:28:02.000 Thanks for the call.

02:28:03.000 It's good to hear from you, sir.

02:28:04.000 Uh, arguing the world.

02:28:07.000 Right.

02:28:07.000 Uh, look.

02:28:10.000 The average person isn't going to listen to Ron Paul when he tells you who runs the White House.

02:28:14.000 It's just public fact.

02:28:15.000 Okay.

02:28:16.000 That's just so horrible, who can believe it?

02:28:18.000 Uh, let's talk to Al in Texas.

02:28:20.000 Al, go ahead.

02:28:20.000 Good morning, Alex, and thank you for your work.

02:28:22.000 You bet.

02:28:24.000 I may have talked to you about this before.

02:28:25.000 I know I mailed you some information at one time, and I know you've heard this before, and I know what your general response is.

02:28:32.000 I had sent you the packet on Lyndon LaRouche's campaign package.

02:28:35.000 LaRouche in 2004, do you remember that?

02:28:38.000 Yeah.

02:28:38.000 Big booklet, $100 price tag for the country.

02:28:40.000 Lyndon LaRouche, yeah.

02:28:41.000 Right.

02:28:42.000 LaRouche, right.

02:28:42.000 And we're looking for... we're stuck in a real tight spot.

02:28:47.000 We don't have leaders Who have the awareness, the education, the backup system, the intelligence agencies, or call them counterintelligence agencies, who have the facts, who have the wisdom, who have the spiritual insight for true leadership and to act from a position of power.

02:29:07.000 To sit down with our Congress and train them, teach them, show them.

02:29:11.000 LaRouche knows that there's been a coup d'etat on our government.

02:29:15.000 He knows that 9-11 was a part of that coup.

02:29:18.000 He knows that they're dumbing down our kids.

02:29:20.000 He knows that we need to re-educate the people.

02:29:22.000 Okay, just stay there, and I'll... We'll talk about Little LaRouche, okay?

02:29:28.000 I'll break it down for you.

02:29:30.000 Not my opinion, as usual.

02:29:31.000 Absolute documented fact.

02:29:33.000 We'll be right back.

02:29:34.000 Stay there.

02:29:36.000 We're on the march.

02:29:38.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:29:39.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:29:46.000 You hear a lot about the quality of the air outside these days.

02:29:48.000 Pollution.

02:30:04.000 Think about what's inside your home.

02:30:06.000 Air spray, chemicals, does anyone smoke?

02:30:08.000 Fumes.

02:30:09.000 What about all those cleaners under your sink? 0.99

02:30:10.000 Where do you think all those fumes go?

02:30:12.000 Toxic fumes.

02:30:13.000 Well, I'll tell you where they go.

02:30:14.000 They rub your sofa.

02:30:15.000 They go into you, into your children.

02:30:17.000 Their lungs.

02:30:18.000 Am I scaring you?

02:30:19.000 Remember this word, Puritech.

02:30:47.000 Jack Brownrigg for Midas Resources.

02:30:50.000 Last summer, we did some two-year comparisons between the equity markets and gold.

02:30:54.000 Let's update.

02:30:55.000 January of 2002 to January of 2004, the Dow was up a whopping 2.2%.

02:30:59.000 The Nasdaq in that same time frame is flat.

02:31:03.000 Two years ago, the U.S.

02:31:04.000 dollar was worth 17% more than the Euro.

02:31:07.000 Today, the U.S.

02:31:08.000 dollar is worth 28% less than the Euro.

02:31:11.000 Guess which one has gold backing?

02:31:13.000 January of 2002, the gold spot was 283.

02:31:16.000 January of 2004, it's well over $400 at a 13-year high, up near 40%.

02:31:22.000 Gold is moving.

02:31:23.000 Equities are treading water.

02:31:25.000 This is a little of the billions lost in market scandals.

02:33:21.000 at 5.085 and 6890.

02:33:25.000 And we'll be in the first hour tomorrow re-airing that interview with Andres Von Bülow, then

02:33:31.000 I'll be live the second and third hours with more guests and a lot of stuff lined up.

02:33:35.000 I've got to go through the last four calls I have time to go through, just bam, bam, bam here, because I've got some news we've got to get to here.

02:33:42.000 Going to Al in Texas.

02:33:45.000 Al, you still there?

02:33:46.000 Yeah, I'm still here, Alex.

02:33:47.000 You brought up Lionel LaRouge.

02:33:49.000 Right.

02:33:49.000 Lionel LaRouge addresses the problem with the New World Order, how they carried out 9-11, All the Billaburgers, the Trotskyites, he's got the whole deal down.

02:34:01.000 Yeah, he exposes it, but then his answer is this big cooperative global system.

02:34:07.000 See, five years ago I started seeing the policy papers where the global was the public stuff that said, the people know there's a new world order now, we can't keep denying it, let's give them a false left-wing new world order.

02:34:22.000 And a right-wing New World Order, and give them a choice within that when it's not even a real choice.

02:34:26.000 To bypass debate.

02:34:28.000 Lyndon LaRouche does that.

02:34:30.000 Lyndon LaRouche is kind of like Soros, who's over here criticizing Bush, but is in his hip pocket.

02:34:38.000 Now, whereas LaRouche will go after Bush and Soros and talk about this whole system, the New World Order, The New World Order, and we'll talk about the Rothschilds and the rest of it, again, his solutions are still this big global government.

02:34:53.000 Yes, but he is a good man with a good system, and we have a global problem, and it is going to take a global solution.

02:35:04.000 We're doing great, Alex.

02:35:06.000 You and me are fighting.

02:35:07.000 Our friends are out there fighting.

02:35:09.000 It is going to take people in positions of power to manipulate This out-of-control global system to put it into the control of the general welfare.

02:35:18.000 Yeah, but see, that's what LaRouche says.

02:35:19.000 This big crash is coming.

02:35:20.000 We'll have emergency restructuring.

02:35:22.000 That's what the globalists are going to do.

02:35:24.000 They're going to give us, you know, a savior to put us deeper into this.

02:35:28.000 Right, well he's... Sir, I've been reading and watching LaRouche for at least 12 years.

02:35:32.000 Oh yeah, they put him in prison.

02:35:33.000 They blacklisted him, blackballed him.

02:35:35.000 They hate him.

02:35:35.000 They're scared of him.

02:35:38.000 I'm just telling you his solutions are wrong.

02:35:41.000 Well, I've...

02:35:42.000 I don't know.

02:35:43.000 I think we have a big problem, and it is going to... I just think he needs a closer look.

02:35:46.000 Okay, here's the deal.

02:35:48.000 I saw LaRouche, said that Bill Clinton was an evil Bilderberg Group New World Order takeover artist, then three years later, Bill Clinton's good has always been good, the evil British agent is Al Gore.

02:35:58.000 I've seen him flip-flop and change things.

02:36:00.000 Well, the man lied about his cigars.

02:36:02.000 Look what we're being lied to about now.

02:36:04.000 Relatively speaking, I think we're... I think you might have a point.

02:36:09.000 You know, we're looking at a totally different degree.

02:36:11.000 They tried to burn Clinton on a sexual tryst because they couldn't go after him for China or anything else because the Republicans were all involved in that. 0.97

02:36:22.000 It's not that Bill Clinton was good and they only went after him for sex. 0.94

02:36:26.000 Well, I just don't think we've seen the last of this, man.

02:36:28.000 I think as things get worse and worse and people are really looking for someone who has some answers, they're going to need that kind of media.

02:36:36.000 You know, I'm not as slick as Lonely Rouge, but I don't know how long you've been listening to this show.

02:36:40.000 Several years.

02:36:43.000 Do you find what I say to come true and be accurate?

02:36:47.000 In that he understands large government systems and large government corruption.

02:36:52.000 But I'm talking about myself.

02:36:54.000 Do you respect what I have to say?

02:36:55.000 Oh, yes.

02:36:56.000 I'm telling you, Lonely Rouge is no good.

02:37:00.000 I'm just telling you that.

02:37:01.000 I'm just, I'm telling you, I've seen all the info.

02:37:04.000 I could do a three hour show on it.

02:37:07.000 Yeah, well, you know, anybody that I look at, I would think, great, Alex for president.

02:37:11.000 Well, you know, Alex has a lot of things that we don't like.

02:37:13.000 He has a lot of things we do like and that we do need.

02:37:15.000 When I start putting things on the scale on who we have out there, who really has Sir, sir, I'm telling you, and thanks for the call.

02:37:24.000 I appreciate the call.

02:37:25.000 I'm telling you, you're looking at the top of the pyramid, thinking it's going to get fixed there, and it's not.

02:37:30.000 It's going to get fixed in our hearts and our minds, where the power lays at, the city, the county, the state.

02:37:37.000 You can forget changing things up at the top.

02:37:39.000 That is gone.

02:37:41.000 You understand?

02:37:42.000 I mean, slavery wasn't, you know, the classical slavery in this country wasn't ended from the top down.

02:37:49.000 The beginning of the end started at the bottom.

02:37:52.000 So I'm just saying, this presidential election means nothing.

02:37:57.000 We don't even have voting machines anymore.

02:38:00.000 We don't even have real voting anymore in this country in most areas.

02:38:05.000 I don't think you're addressing how serious it's gotten.

02:38:09.000 Just a few more calls here.

02:38:10.000 I've got to hurry, folks.

02:38:11.000 Dave in Colorado.

02:38:12.000 Go ahead, Dave.

02:38:13.000 How are you doing, Alex?

02:38:15.000 I've talked to you before.

02:38:18.000 Thank you for everything you're doing.

02:38:22.000 It's great.

02:38:22.000 Well, please, folks, stop thanking me, but thank you.

02:38:24.000 Go ahead.

02:38:27.000 Okay.

02:38:28.000 Here's kind of the way I'm looking at this.

02:38:31.000 You know, we've seen so many of these crooks exposed.

02:38:38.000 And yet, I see nobody doing anything about it.

02:38:43.000 I see none of the law taking its course, and these people, you know, going to court and paying for their crimes.

02:38:54.000 That's because they run the system.

02:38:56.000 Yeah, I know.

02:38:58.000 We've reached maximum decadence threshold.

02:39:01.000 We're now falling into the pit.

02:39:04.000 Well, I think it's time to lock and load, if you know what I mean.

02:39:09.000 I think that's the only way we're going to get this thing under control.

02:39:15.000 Another thing, I think it would be a great idea to make a deck of Neocon cards and play their same games that they're playing with us. 0.97

02:39:24.000 Put their Neocon cards out there.

02:39:27.000 Let the customers buy them cards and learn who they're fighting.

02:39:32.000 That would be a helpful thing, I think.

02:39:38.000 And on top of that, I'd be smearing it right in their face.

02:39:41.000 That's about all I got to say.

02:39:42.000 Thank you very much.

02:39:43.000 Now, that's a great idea.

02:39:44.000 I thought about that.

02:39:45.000 Thank you.

02:39:46.000 Great idea with the cards, not the locking and loading.

02:39:49.000 Locking and loading is defending yourself and your family.

02:39:52.000 The globalists have to blow stuff up to blame it on their enemies so they can get everybody else mobilized.

02:39:57.000 The pen is mightier than the sword.

02:40:01.000 And when you become a leader and get involved, that's when things get turned around.

02:40:04.000 They didn't build the New World Order overnight.

02:40:06.000 It would already be in total place if we weren't fighting it.

02:40:11.000 Two more calls.

02:40:12.000 Robert in Texas, go ahead.

02:40:16.000 Good to talk to you, Robert.

02:40:18.000 Hey, good to talk to you.

02:40:19.000 I just want to let you and the audience know, last week in Round Rock, I've seen the police and the military working together.

02:40:30.000 I don't know what they was doing.

02:40:32.000 They was off of McNeil over there.

02:40:35.000 That's the first time I've ever seen that in my life.

02:40:38.000 Sir, speak clearly for us.

02:40:41.000 You saw the police and the military off McNeil Road north of Austin and Round Rock.

02:40:45.000 What exactly did you see?

02:40:46.000 They was just all grouped up together.

02:40:49.000 I don't know what they was fixing to do.

02:40:52.000 I hadn't seen nothing like that myself.

02:40:56.000 So off the Southern Highway, how many military, what were they doing?

02:41:00.000 There was probably about 8 military vehicles and 3 ground rock police cars.

02:41:09.000 They were just standing there talking on private property, but it looked like they were getting ready to do something.

02:41:17.000 I had an appointment, I couldn't stop and Well, you know, we have video of up and down 35 troops running checkpoints.

02:41:25.000 Have you seen the takeover, the video?

02:41:28.000 Yes, sir.

02:41:30.000 I have 9-11 and Police State, too.

02:41:33.000 And I've made copies of both and handed them out.

02:41:37.000 Well, I mean, I was just bringing that up for folks that this really is going on around here long before 9-11 and it gets worse and worse.

02:41:44.000 Well, thank you for the call, Robert.

02:41:46.000 Good to hear from you.

02:41:47.000 Let's talk to Who's that caller in Arizona, Stephanie? 0.82

02:41:52.000 Sheldon, go ahead, last caller.

02:41:54.000 Hi Alex, I was wondering if you had obtained my new model State Emergency Health Powers Act thing.

02:42:01.000 Yeah, I've been, I've seen the new legislation they've got, and the feds passed it at the federal level in the Homeland Security package, page 76, and now there's a new version of it out that they're trying to get the states to pass.

02:42:16.000 Would you like to tell folks about it?

02:42:19.000 Um, well, it's pretty much the same as the old Model Act, um, came, came out about September of 2003, and it's got the same provisions for quarantining people, forced drugging, etc.

02:42:34.000 Yeah, the first one had your gun confiscation, too.

02:42:39.000 Yeah, this, um, I haven't seen that anywhere in this, this one, but I know it was in the first one that they came out with.

02:42:45.000 Another thing, Alex, um, Just recently I've seen the military, well I think they're trying to militarize the Sheriff's Department here around Tucson because the other night I was coming home and I seen a Humvee pulled over with the lights flashing on top and it was the Sheriff's Department taking care of somebody on the road there.

02:43:09.000 Well, yeah, they're not just bringing the regular military into our lives, as the head of NORTHCOM has said, they'll be running our lives, General Eberhardt.

02:43:16.000 Now, they've militarized the police.

02:43:19.000 Thanks for the call, good to hear from you.

02:43:20.000 And I'm sorry to all the other callers, I just got a bunch of news I gotta cover here.

02:43:25.000 Again, I told you on Monday and Tuesday, About the TiVo cable boxes, watching everything you watch, tracking it, selling the data to the government and others, and here it is, Chicago Sun-Times, TiVo users beware, Big Brother is watching.

02:43:40.000 Turns out there was a spy in your room with you, taking notes, keeping track of every click of your remote control.

02:43:45.000 Your TiVo box may have been paying closer attention to what you were watching than you were.

02:43:52.000 And it goes, Monday's revelation was based on TiVo boxes and TiVo's announcement that the owners of those boxes were unaware that they were being tracked during the Super Bowl.

02:44:02.000 But TiVo says it knows next to nothing about the box owners.

02:44:05.000 Owners like you, like me.

02:44:07.000 And that's totally untrue.

02:44:08.000 We have it from the cable companies, all of them.

02:44:10.000 You have your ID number, that cable box.

02:44:13.000 Every national program ads have a psychological cue score.

02:44:18.000 But they build these complex algorithms.

02:44:22.000 From it to get the whole mindset that you have, very detailed.

02:44:28.000 BBC News, dangerous thinking.

02:44:31.000 Now remember, on Monday they reported that the government wants to go after people for thought crime.

02:44:38.000 Home Secretary David Blanket, this is England, same thing's happening here, says he wants to tackle terror attacks before they happen and is proposing new laws which he says will help do it.

02:44:49.000 But the idea of predicting who might commit crimes is an extremely tricky area.

02:44:53.000 And it goes on to say it allows secret arrests, secret trials, all of it.

02:45:00.000 And as part of this, what you buy, what you sell, where you live, what you do, this complex control grid.

02:45:06.000 At your state level, it's called the Matrix System.

02:45:10.000 And yeah, I'm not kidding.

02:45:11.000 And you'll laugh now, and you'll see it on the news.

02:45:13.000 And it's hooked in, and everything you do, everything you buy, what phone calls you make, All into this, and it builds this, and NASA at five airports has put brain scanners in, and they're doing that in England too.

02:45:27.000 Mr. Blunkett's plans revealed this week on a six-day trip to India and Pakistan include keeping sensitive evidence from defendants and secret trials before specifically vetted judges, select judges.

02:45:39.000 He also discussed lowering the standard of proof required by a court to secure a conviction.

02:45:43.000 The Home Office has said it will be releasing a paper outlining portions of the renewal of the 2001 Anti-Terrorism Crime and Security Bill next month.

02:45:54.000 And this new system Again, it isn't just for terrorists.

02:45:59.000 The definition of terrorism is all crimes.

02:46:01.000 And the next headline is thought crime, but it said the overall aim of the legislation would be to tackle terror attacks before they happen.

02:46:09.000 Mr. Blunkett says he is determined to avoid September 11th-style atrocity occurring on British soil, but the idea of preemptive justice, for instance, locking people up before they have committed a crime, is fraught with danger.

02:46:21.000 And this is a four-page article.

02:46:23.000 It gets into All the mind control systems.

02:46:29.000 It's hard to believe.

02:46:30.000 It's just amazing.

02:46:32.000 Oh boy!

02:46:35.000 Popping pills in preschool.

02:46:37.000 Wired Magazine.

02:46:39.000 Anywhere else, her revelation might have been a bombshell.

02:46:43.000 But no one flinched when a child psychiatrist told a conference of parents and the counselors last month that she had prescribed antidepressants to children as young as three and a half.

02:46:51.000 They're giving them to twelve-month-old babies, folks.

02:46:55.000 Audience members at the San Diego conference, after all, were quite familiar with the concept of preschoolers on Prozac.

02:47:00.000 Many of the parents in the audience have children who suffer from debilitating forms of shyness called selective mutism.

02:47:09.000 One of the handful of mental disorders thought to strike children younger than six, and several have put their kids on drugs despite the misgivings.

02:47:15.000 Yeah, over 200,000.

02:47:17.000 And well-publicized concerns about effects of antidepressants upon teenagers.

02:47:21.000 Yeah, the increased suicide rate in adults, children, doesn't matter.

02:47:25.000 It's still one of those things that my husband and I struggle with, admitted Texas preschool teacher, Jaina Chaplin, whose seven-year-old daughter takes Prozac.

02:47:33.000 You have to wonder if she's doing the right thing until we get the results.

02:47:36.000 Oh, yeah.

02:47:38.000 According to experts, a growing number of parents are finding themselves in Chaplin's position, reluctantly agreeing to treat their young children with antidepressants, even though their effects on the brains of adults, let alone children, are little understood.

02:47:49.000 Oh, it causes major problems.

02:47:51.000 We do know.

02:47:53.000 This is ignorance.

02:47:54.000 In the broadest sense of the terms, at Dr. Glenn R. Elliott, a child psychiatrist at the University of California, San Francisco, we don't know if it's a good idea or not.

02:48:05.000 And it says the United Kingdom already has outlawed the use of antidepressants, with the exception of Prozac, by minors.

02:48:13.000 The debate over the drugs, however, has largely left out kids under the age of 10, generally considered too young to kill themselves, but too young to suffer from disabling mental disorders.

02:48:21.000 And it goes on with, how wonderful this is for you, Memories of World War II internment camps revived after September 11th, Idaho State Journal.

02:48:32.000 And it goes into how there's a big discussion now of camps and how the camps are being discussed and, you know, are camps good?

02:48:41.000 Defense officials to boost budget for non-lethal weapons.

02:48:46.000 This is out of National Journal Technology Daily.

02:48:49.000 And all over the country, they're mounting helicopters with spray bottles with knockout gas, Humvees with huge microwave guns, the Feds are militarizing local police with so-called long lethal weapons so they can engage us for no reason.

02:49:03.000 They're actually a training aid to train police to shoot unarmed, defenseless, non-violent people.

02:49:08.000 That's all this is.

02:49:10.000 When the White House unveils its fiscal 05 budget proposal, The funding for a new science technology program to develop non-lethal weapons to combat urban warfare and terrorism!

02:49:21.000 The time has come now to develop new technology, said Al Schaefer, the Director of Programs and Plans for Defense Research Engineering.

02:49:29.000 Schaefer, with Susan Levine and Colonel David Harcher, top officials with the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate, told National Journal Technology Daily that the new program aims to give soldiers, the urban environments who are fighting terrorism, more choices to make better decisions.

02:49:46.000 My grandfather was involved in the Non-Lethal Weapons Program in the 60s, folks.

02:49:50.000 They've had this in place for decades.

02:49:52.000 It's very sophisticated now.

02:49:54.000 And according to the Boston Globe, which we have a link to in my article, DARPA Engineering the Beast System, they want to put up mind control towers in major cities for your safety that will make you be happy, go to sleep, become nauseous.

02:50:09.000 And DARPA wants to put these up along with the cameras.

02:50:12.000 They want to use cell towers as command bases for these.

02:50:15.000 That's the Boston newspaper, by the way.

02:50:20.000 This is out of the desert news.

02:50:22.000 Desert morning news.

02:50:23.000 Matrix may die in Utah as people find out how serious it is.

02:50:26.000 The state may not accept it.

02:50:28.000 Caps gains in TSA requests.

02:50:30.000 The new labeling of each American according to a security threat level.

02:50:36.000 And much more.

02:50:38.000 We'll hit the final segment to a news blitz here for you and end this transmission.

02:53:55.000 Got an Associated Press article here.

02:53:57.000 Peruvian police investigate possible infant sacrifice for Earth God.

02:54:01.000 A decapitated baby boy found on a hilltop near Lake Tikikaka may have been a victim of a centuries-old human sacrifice ritual meant to appease the pre-Columbian Earth God, police said Wednesday.

02:54:13.000 And I'm not going to go on anymore there.

02:54:16.000 This is news from Norway.

02:54:18.000 Big national paper.

02:54:19.000 Norwegian black metal band shocks Poland.

02:54:22.000 They had five women crucified for real blood spraying, dead sheep everywhere, engaging in devil rituals, mainstream news.

02:54:33.000 By the way, this was carried on national Polish TV.

02:54:35.000 This is what they put on Polish TV networks.

02:54:39.000 The group Gorgon, Gorgoth's concert in Krakow.

02:54:44.000 I could spend two hours on this.

02:54:46.000 I mean, it's just every day I see stuff like this.

02:54:48.000 Killer was obsessed by porn websites.

02:54:51.000 It says there's thousands and thousands of these websites with, uh, torturing and killing women, real snuff film, simulated snuff film, CIA's begging this, London Guardian, and the guy had a 35-year-old school teacher he killed hanging up in his shed, and it's just stacks of these articles.

02:55:09.000 But again, Satanism's just cute and funny, and it's no big deal.

02:55:12.000 Christianity's the real problem. 1.00

02:55:14.000 World Net Daily's reporting that an NFL MVP, most valuable player, was a Christian, and when he didn't do too well, they said, quit worshiping Jesus, the coaches told him.

02:55:23.000 Quit reading that Bible.

02:55:24.000 It's taking too long.

02:55:35.000 It says Governor Walker has temporarily pulled the plug on the state's involvement with the much maligned Matrix supercomputer database, but state lawmakers are so angry that former Governor Mike Leavitt, kept in the dark about the project, are looking to kill it once and for all.

02:55:49.000 That's not true.

02:55:50.000 It's already in place under other names.

02:55:51.000 You've got to educate those lawmakers on that.

02:55:54.000 CAP's gains in TSA request, and it says in this year's budget proposal, President Bush's Would increase funding for the controversial airline passenger identification system.

02:56:05.000 This is a national system with four color codings for what type of citizen you are.

02:56:10.000 Bad credit, you get a yellow rating, no more rights.

02:56:13.000 Just want you to know, this is the airline funding.

02:56:15.000 This is for a national, international grid.

02:56:19.000 And it talks about how that got a big budget increase there for you.

02:56:27.000 Despite the fact that the Supreme Court is about to hear several cases concerning good old Vice President running scams, Scalia goes on trips with him on Air Force Two and has everything paid for.

02:56:40.000 That's totally criminal to have a judge who's on your case and the person that's the defendant is being blown around by them.

02:56:48.000 But I know it's no big deal.

02:56:49.000 Just accept it.

02:58:40.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:58:44.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:58:47.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:58:50.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60% capacity.
