Alex Jones Show - 20040227_Fri_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 How many of you have seen the new March 1st edition of Time Magazine?

00:00:34.000 It's got the image of a portable workstation or cubicle Uh, tied to chains being, uh, well, you know, lifted onto a ship as a container.

00:00:48.000 And there's the question, are too many jobs going abroad?

00:00:54.000 Back in the early 90's there was a, uh, Time Magazine cover, are men and women really different?

00:01:01.000 It's like, they should have, you know, covers on Time Magazine that say, does the sun come up in the morning?

00:01:10.000 Are too many jobs going abroad?

00:01:13.000 Durable goods manufacturing has plunged, and there are more layoffs, and yes, that's right, more people going on the unemployment rolls, but just a few months ago they said it was all milk and honey, this is going to be the best economy ever, globalism is good, flipping hamburgers is now considered a factory job, manufacturing We've got the Federal Reserve Chairman telling us how good it is to get rid of our jobs.

00:01:43.000 Bush's little economic team, his commission, came out and actually said, our new export is jobs and we need to export more.

00:01:52.000 We need more, not less.

00:01:56.000 And that's really the problem.

00:01:57.000 You tune in to Laura Ingraham or Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage, a lot of what they have to say I totally agree with.

00:02:06.000 And they're in their Talented Talk Show host.

00:02:08.000 But a large portion of what they have to say is poison.

00:02:12.000 Because they make you think the Republicans, especially Hannity and Ingram and Limbaugh, that Republicans are fighting this whole agenda when they're in the lead of it.

00:02:25.000 So it's that whole Benedict Arnold scenario, that's the problem that we're facing.

00:02:33.000 By the way, I've got some new editorials here from the New York Times and others.

00:02:36.000 I don't want to spend too much time on this because I've got a bunch of news, but you can comment on it if you want.

00:02:42.000 A bunch of big Hollywood studios have come out and said they'll never work with Gibson again.

00:02:48.000 He's blackballed.

00:02:51.000 He's not going to work in this town.

00:02:53.000 I mean, they're really getting vicious.

00:02:56.000 And I've seen the film.

00:03:00.000 It's just a movie about the last 12 hours of Christ's life and His resurrection.

00:03:06.000 And I just cannot believe the viciousness.

00:03:09.000 And I can't believe what the anti-Semites have done.

00:03:12.000 And I mean the ADL and others.

00:03:14.000 They really are creating anti-Semitism like no one else could.

00:03:19.000 All the Klan members and all the Aryan Nation members, all the King's forces and all the King's men couldn't do this. 0.78

00:03:27.000 But the ADL and others could, and I heard that Rabbi Daniel Lappin on the radio today, and he's the guy that wrote the editorial a few days ago, and he said it.

00:03:39.000 He said this is the so-called Jewish groups are the ones really causing a problem, because nobody would have thought ill of Jews, because Jews and the Romans were involved in killing Christ. 0.75

00:03:50.000 It was the corrupt government.

00:03:53.000 But to have them saying, Mel Gibson, you're blackballed, it's over for you, you'll never work in this town again, you're not going to get any support, by major production companies, that Mel Gibson has made hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:04:05.000 I mean, he's a major commodity.

00:04:07.000 Every film he's done has been a success.

00:04:10.000 Did you know that?

00:04:11.000 He's the only person in Hollywood, and I've read this in entertainment publications, who's never had a failure.

00:04:20.000 Very interesting.

00:04:22.000 And, uh, so he's a sure bet, but, oh, they don't want to touch him.

00:04:25.000 Well, fine, they'll give him some, he'll make his own movies, and, and, uh, we'll go support it.

00:04:29.000 And they're really upset because he's gonna make more biblical films, and that's what this is all about.

00:04:34.000 It's about secular humanists, God-haters, who have their own religion of death and humanism, who don't want us to be religious, and don't want us to have any moral compass, so they can run our lives and be our masters!

00:04:48.000 That's what, that's what all of this is about.

00:04:51.000 Alright, I got a plethora of news and a guest coming up.

00:04:54.000 And your calls.

00:06:16.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:08:02.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:08.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:16.000 Welcome, my friends.

00:08:17.000 It's Open Line Friday, as we say in the business.

00:08:22.000 The toll-free number to join us on air is 1-800-259-9231.

00:08:30.000 You know, I didn't mean to get on the air today and start talking about the passion again, but to watch these big editorials come out and to have a whole string of major Hollywood production companies Say that they're coming out against Mel Gibson and they're going to blackball him.

00:08:47.000 Now these are the people that accuse McCarthy of McCarthyism and then took a good man's name and demonized it, when in truth they are the people that are engaging in those type of Nazi tactics, smear tactics.

00:09:02.000 And yes folks, I have the LA Times and the Wall Street Journal The KGB files were released about five years ago, and things were twice as bad.

00:09:13.000 That is, many times worse than what McCarthy said.

00:09:19.000 You see, McCarthy, they allowed him to run around and go after low-level nobodies, but when he said that there's a group above the Communists in the Pentagon, And there's these big banks funding the Communists, which is now admitted historical fact.

00:09:32.000 I mean, they admit on History Channel that our government put Mao into power in 1949.

00:09:37.000 I mean, they just calmly have the old CIA guys on there admitting it.

00:09:43.000 But when he found that out, that's when they burned him.

00:09:46.000 You know, when they sent the lawyer in and he says, who told you that the Pentagon runs the Communists?

00:09:55.000 A pixie?

00:09:55.000 You know, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha And we are going to blackball him, we're going to block him, we're not going to work with him.

00:10:30.000 And, again, they were attacking this movie nine months before it came out, and it's because they're a bunch of secular humanists who hate Christians, who hate anybody of faith.

00:10:42.000 In fact, they've said, one of them says in a New York Times article, that, well, I just can't trust anybody that's religious and, you know, has these strong beliefs.

00:10:51.000 Oh, you mean you don't like anybody who can't be programmed by you?

00:10:55.000 I mean, look at what Hollywood, Hollyweird, puts out.

00:11:01.000 I mean, I talk about it all the time.

00:11:04.000 Every episode of Threat Matrix.

00:11:06.000 Every episode of 24.

00:11:07.000 Almost every episode of NYPD Blue and L.A.

00:11:10.000 Law and all this.

00:11:11.000 I mean, every time I tune into one of these, they're torturing someone, but it's okay because they're bad and they deserve it.

00:11:18.000 The cop busts into the house without a warrant, and a cop who nobody likes says, hey, you're not allowed to do that, Bill of Rights.

00:11:25.000 And the cop says, shut up, I'm taking down the bad guys.

00:11:27.000 And they put a gun to the person's head while they question him, so they go ahead and answer the questions, and it's good. 0.95

00:11:33.000 I mean, this is pure evil.

00:11:35.000 They're on television and in the movies promoting that it's okay for the Roman centurions to flay Christ's skin off of his back for no reason. 0.88

00:11:47.000 You're saying, what are you saying?

00:11:49.000 Well, that's the mindset that's being promoted.

00:11:52.000 That globalist, Roman, Antichrist mindset. 0.63

00:11:56.000 I mean, when it's every major cop show is torturing people, and that's good?

00:12:01.000 See, 90% of people don't get, well, I wouldn't say 90, about 80% of people, truly 75%, but again, that's even questionable.

00:12:11.000 The vast majority of people Don't get their news from newspapers or even broadcast news or cable news.

00:12:19.000 They get it from sitcoms, dramas, they get it from the stuff that's in the Archie Bunker Show.

00:12:29.000 And Hollywood's admitted this, that they've been mass-programming us for a long time. 0.72

00:12:35.000 And that's why we can't reach so many people, because they're just mind-numbed zombies.

00:12:42.000 They'll say, well, so they're torturing people. 0.54

00:12:44.000 We need to torture bad guys.

00:12:47.000 And I'll say, so in the real world now, you're for torture?

00:12:50.000 Well, yes, yes.

00:12:52.000 And I go, did you have that attitude a few years ago?

00:12:54.000 Uh, I don't remember.

00:12:56.000 But, but guaranteed a few years ago they didn't.

00:12:58.000 Because everybody knew torture was bad.

00:13:00.000 Joseph Mingula did stuff like that.

00:13:03.000 But now, oh no, it's good.

00:13:05.000 We've got to do it for the Reich. 0.99

00:13:08.000 For the homeland.

00:13:09.000 As long as it's for the Reich. 0.99

00:13:12.000 It's okay.

00:13:15.000 So, we could talk about that.

00:13:17.000 Also, Time Magazine's cover.

00:13:18.000 Are too many jobs going abroad?

00:13:21.000 I mean, that's a rhetorical question.

00:13:25.000 The yuppies are starting to figure out that the media is telling them the economy's milk and honey, but there's more job layoffs, more people going on the unemployment rolls, millions going off because it's run out, Uh, the durable goods orders and manufacturing's down.

00:13:42.000 Meanwhile, MSNBC is hopping around and CNN Money is hopping around, uh, telling us how wonderful, uh, all of this, uh, is.

00:13:50.000 I guess with the exception of Lou Dobbs is, uh, being a little more honest about things.

00:13:54.000 But they've got to have their, you know, their token people out there to give us the illusion of a free press.

00:14:00.000 So we'll get into that.

00:14:01.000 And I told you this a year before the takeover of Iraq.

00:14:06.000 And I don't say that because, ooh, I'm so smart.

00:14:09.000 Ooh, I told you so.

00:14:10.000 You know, you better... I tell you that because I don't make this stuff up.

00:14:14.000 I know the game plan.

00:14:15.000 Okay?

00:14:16.000 Coffee Annan pledges deep U.N.

00:14:18.000 commitment to Iraq in a speech.

00:14:20.000 United stand.

00:14:23.000 Annan agree the U.N.

00:14:26.000 must be more involved in Iraq.

00:14:27.000 China supports U.N.' 's 0.53

00:14:29.000 Important role in Iraq, China's ambassador says, Bremer, the dictator, the governor, praises UN on Iraq.

00:14:38.000 These are the articles we have here on this.

00:14:41.000 Six months ago, just a few months after the takeover, Javier Solano, the chief EU envoy, former head of the EU, said, oh, I've already met with Bush and others, we'll be taking over the next year, this is all staged.

00:14:59.000 Of course it is!

00:15:00.000 We go in by the part of the bad cop, lose the soldiers, secure the oil, we pull out, Halliburton gets its payoff up front, then the big European banks get to own all the oil, and that population start the vaccinations of the Iraqi children, start the dumbing down process, start the accelerated extermination process. 0.82

00:15:20.000 We've already seen a million and a half Iraqis fall from.

00:15:24.000 By the way, one of the first official acts of Bremer Over there is to not allow statistics of cancer, heart attacks, automobile accidents, death, dysentery, cholera.

00:15:36.000 Every other country in the world, you know, puts out its numbers except for maybe North Korea.

00:15:40.000 Oh yeah, they cover that stuff up too.

00:15:41.000 I'm sorry.

00:15:42.000 We're like North Korea in many things now.

00:15:45.000 Hereditary leaders and stuff like that.

00:15:48.000 But that's what they said.

00:15:52.000 And so, we don't get to know now.

00:15:53.000 It was a million and a half up until last year with the invasion, and those numbers will never be released, and that's the end of it.

00:15:59.000 So, no crime numbers, no death numbers, no shooting numbers allowed out.

00:16:05.000 That's official, by the way.

00:16:06.000 Not a good sign for freedom, just for those that didn't know that.

00:16:09.000 I think most of you know that.

00:16:12.000 I shouldn't laugh.

00:16:13.000 This is pretty just sick.

00:16:15.000 And, oh, there's a lot of other news here.

00:16:18.000 Rebels threatened Haiti's capital.

00:16:21.000 EU to impose sanctions on the U.S.

00:16:24.000 on Monday.

00:16:25.000 Jobless claims edge up.

00:16:26.000 Already mentioned that.

00:16:27.000 New claim for unemployment benefits were slightly higher than expected last week.

00:16:31.000 Dallas Council votes for a resolution denouncing Federal Patriot Act.

00:16:36.000 I thought they'd already done that.

00:16:37.000 This is the Star-Telegram out of Fort Worth.

00:16:42.000 Good news, Abilene Reporter News.

00:16:45.000 The Supreme Court did rule that you are allowed to put up a sign on your own property.

00:16:52.000 That area of the First Amendment is still around.

00:16:54.000 And I'm going to go to some calls, but later I'm going to read this article.

00:16:59.000 I don't know if this is a real article, because I can't find Capital Press in Google or anywhere on a search engine.

00:17:07.000 I can't find Jews Against Anti-Semitism anywhere.

00:17:10.000 And occasionally there are fake news articles that come out.

00:17:17.000 There's a few other tell-tale signs.

00:17:20.000 There is a But I mean, I don't doubt it, because I've seen stuff like this in the past, but I'd like to find out if this is a real story.

00:17:31.000 And it says, uh, Jewish groups calls The Passion an act of terrorism.

00:17:36.000 A prominent Jewish, and this is supposedly from Capital Press, whoever that is, a prominent Jewish organization has announced Mel Gibson, The Passion, as an act of terrorism, and can prove the movie violates the Patriot Act.

00:17:49.000 Jews Against Anti-Semitism, a recently formed Washington D.C.-based defense league for Jews, has issued a press release pointing out sections of the U.S.

00:17:57.000 law which are being violated by Mel Gibson's film, Currently, clearly, there are laws in the books which have outlawed the inciting of riots or acts of civil disobedience which endanger human life, and that is the subsection.

00:18:13.000 Bill Gibson's movie will incite violence against Jews and put the lives of millions of Jews in danger, said Rabbi David Fieldman, a spokesman for Jews Against Anti-Semitism.

00:18:27.000 Again, according to Rabbi Fieldman under Section 802 of the 2000 USA Patriot Act, any crime which endangers human life is defined as an act of domestic terrorism.

00:18:37.000 Now, I have seen rabbis on TV, and listeners have called about this too, saying that this is a snuff film.

00:18:46.000 It's an evil snuff film.

00:18:47.000 Only murdering people that love snuff films will go see it. 1.00

00:18:51.000 I mean, it's so violent and evil and only... I mean, that's pretty bad.

00:18:57.000 I don't know.

00:18:58.000 I mean, I don't know if this is a real story.

00:19:00.000 I mean, who is the Capitol Press?

00:19:03.000 I've tried to find out, because I want to interview whoever this is, and I don't think... You know, the name here that they use for this rabbi is a pretty common one.

00:19:15.000 Rabbi Fieldman.

00:19:17.000 You know, that's a pretty common name.

00:19:20.000 So, I don't know if this is even a real story.

00:19:26.000 Before everybody runs around believing it, which seems to have happened, it's a big story out there, we need to find out if it's a real article.

00:19:33.000 Because, in every other case, if I get an email, I can type in the headline and find the source.

00:19:39.000 Or if I use key words, I can.

00:19:41.000 In this case, I just can't do it. 0.99

00:19:42.000 Now, maybe I'm stupid. 0.99

00:19:44.000 Maybe you can't. 1.00

00:19:45.000 And I'm serious when I say that.

00:19:47.000 You know, I miss stuff sometimes.

00:19:48.000 Alright, we'll come back, take some calls.

00:19:51.000 We've got attorney Pat Barber coming on, who went to the Supreme Court over the state police.

00:19:56.000 Well, arresting him for putting up a sign on his own property.

00:20:02.000 Jack Brownrigg for Midas Resources.

00:20:04.000 Last summer, we did some two-year comparisons between the equity markets and gold.

00:20:08.000 Let's update.

00:20:09.000 January of 2002 to January of 2004, the Dow was up a whopping 2.2%.

00:20:15.000 The Nasdaq in that same time frame is flat.

00:20:18.000 Two years ago, the U.S.

00:20:19.000 dollar was worth 17% more than a year old.

00:20:22.000 Today, the U.S.

00:20:23.000 dollar is worth 28% less than a euro.

00:20:25.000 Guess which one has gold backing?

00:20:27.000 January of 2002, gold spot was $2.83.

00:20:31.000 January of 2004, it's well over $400 at a 13-year high, up near 40%.

00:20:37.000 Gold is moving.

00:20:38.000 Equities are treading water.

00:20:39.000 This is a little of the billions lost in market scandals.

00:20:42.000 Put your money in a safe haven.

00:20:44.000 Physical possession, private gold.

00:20:46.000 Remember, gold cannot go bankrupt.

00:22:00.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

00:22:05.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

00:22:13.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

00:22:21.000 Potassium Iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

00:22:28.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

00:22:33.000 Potassium Iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

00:22:42.000 Order the official Potassium Iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at 803-4438.

00:22:56.000 You hear a lot about the quality of the air outside these days.

00:23:02.000 Is it as healthy as you'd like it?

00:23:02.000 Pollution.

00:23:02.000 Harmless.

00:23:04.000 Asthma.

00:23:04.000 Allergies.

00:23:05.000 Well, listen to this.

00:23:05.000 Probably not.

00:23:06.000 Did you know, according to the American Lung Association, combined with the EPA, the air quality inside your home is actually six to ten times worse than the air outside?

00:23:15.000 6 to 10 times. 1.00

00:23:16.000 How could I be your ass? 1.00

00:23:17.000 Worse. 1.00

00:23:18.000 Think about what's inside your home.

00:23:19.000 Hairspray, chemicals, does anyone smoke?

00:23:21.000 Fumes.

00:23:22.000 What about all those cleaners under your sink? 0.99

00:23:24.000 Where do you think all those fumes come from?

00:23:28.000 They go into you, into your children, into their lungs. 0.66

00:23:31.000 Am I scaring you?

00:24:00.000 Is your job going abroad?

00:24:07.000 As the debate about exporting work from America dominates the presidential campaign, voters

00:24:20.000 need to separate myth from reality.

00:24:22.000 Bye.

00:24:23.000 And this Time Magazine article, I've read it, it's, well, your jobs are leaving, but overall that's a good thing, and well, it's, you know, Nathan Gaddafin, wonderful, and if you don't have a job, you know, you're, you're just, well, out of luck, basically, and you may be a right-wing terrorist, if you don't agree with us.

00:24:45.000 You ought to read this article.

00:24:47.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Steve in Ohio.

00:24:50.000 Steve, you're on the air.

00:24:51.000 Go ahead.

00:24:52.000 Alex, I want to say it's a real honor to finally get to talk to you.

00:24:56.000 I am a huge fan of your audiophiles, and I listen to them religiously.

00:25:01.000 Well, it's good to have you on board with us.

00:25:02.000 What's going on?

00:25:03.000 Where are your videos?

00:25:04.000 I haven't gotten them yet, but I ordered three of your videos plus your book.

00:25:08.000 In fact, I'm doing a report in school on 9-11 unanswered questions.

00:25:12.000 Oh, good!

00:25:12.000 That'll be a good report.

00:25:13.000 Yeah, I wanted to talk to you about... I very rarely listen to the Art Bell Show because he's got all these New Age kooks on there all the time, but he had this really interesting guest on the other day and he talked about peak oil and how that's going to lead to a world crisis soon.

00:25:27.000 What is your scoop on the peak oil?

00:25:29.000 Is that part of the New World Order and what's going on with that?

00:25:32.000 Well, that's a very good question.

00:25:34.000 They say that That we're going to, well, that this year we're reaching the peak of production and that from that point on there's going to be less oil or less oil discoveries and that from that point on we are racing towards, you know, downhill towards not having any oil.

00:25:55.000 And that's a fraud.

00:25:56.000 It's not true.

00:25:57.000 I've looked at it.

00:25:58.000 I've studied it.

00:25:59.000 It's something being put out covertly by the oil companies, through their foundations, through phony environmental subsidiaries.

00:26:06.000 It's being put out by the UN and others.

00:26:09.000 So they can create artificial scarcity in the future and just tell you there's not enough oil.

00:26:15.000 I mean, they've taken over Iraq, but notice your gas prices are, what, $1.65 on average.

00:26:21.000 Yeah, right. 0.89

00:26:22.000 Well, you're saying, in other words, that all these people that are talking about this are totally full of baloney.

00:26:27.000 In other words, they're not... 0.99

00:26:28.000 It's all a bunch of crackpots saying this.

00:26:30.000 I mean, there are more people that think you are, but you investigate your facts and give good links and stuff. 0.61

00:26:36.000 I just know this.

00:26:37.000 There's enough oil to run this entire country in Alaska for a hundred years.

00:26:41.000 Okay, in a hundred years.

00:26:42.000 Yeah, there's oil all over the place and we've got plenty of oil.

00:26:46.000 Okay.

00:26:46.000 Look, take the beers.

00:26:47.000 Okay.

00:26:48.000 Okay, the Oppenheimer family.

00:26:49.000 They have a monopoly on diamonds.

00:26:51.000 Right.

00:26:52.000 Diamonds are actually bordering on semi-precious.

00:26:57.000 But because they hoard them and because they send in mercenary troops and militaries, they'll even get countries to invade.

00:27:06.000 This whole Africa Gold Coast invasion you've seen by France, the US and Britain is admittedly for the Oppenheimers. 1.00

00:27:14.000 They go in, they take over, and they have warehouses.

00:27:18.000 They even have this on PBS.

00:27:20.000 Warehouses.

00:27:21.000 They don't even hide this.

00:27:22.000 Full of giant crates full of diamonds.

00:27:26.000 And so they artificially create a scarcity, and then that's where their value comes in.

00:27:32.000 So I'm telling you, with water and oil and natural resources, they're telling us there's not enough of them to bring in a neo-feudalism.

00:27:42.000 to bring in a new uh... system uh... of surf them okay and so and so that's what's happening

00:27:49.000 i've seen the policy reports uh... that it looked

00:27:53.000 now if you look at some of the numbers put out by the u n a and others, you could say, yeah, there's not enough oil, you know, it'll all be gone in 50 years.

00:28:01.000 Believe it or not, if that was true, it's not going to matter.

00:28:03.000 We're going to be away from this in 50 years.

00:28:04.000 Then they'll argue, well, we need it for, you know, fertilizers that are oil-based.

00:28:10.000 Right.

00:28:11.000 Oh, we need it for plastics.

00:28:12.000 Folks, there's a bunch of other different technologies.

00:28:15.000 You could Off of acres of hemp, you can get better rubber, better plastics, but that's why DuPont and Dow Chemical had it banned in this country, even though most hemp doesn't produce the HTC.

00:28:31.000 I'm getting that wrong.

00:28:33.000 THC.

00:28:33.000 Yeah, THC.

00:28:36.000 So, it's all about control of markets.

00:28:39.000 Right.

00:28:40.000 One other thing, and then I'll change the subject.

00:28:42.000 You talk about the police state and what a hurry is.

00:28:44.000 I mean, the fact that they're in such a hurry.

00:28:47.000 Are they really running on a time frame because of all the civil unrest?

00:28:50.000 Because in about 10 to 15 years, you're going to have tens of millions of people retired, wanting their pensions, wanting their government money.

00:28:57.000 They're not going to have it.

00:28:58.000 Is this going to keep us in line?

00:29:00.000 Are they in a time frame right now?

00:29:03.000 Yes.

00:29:04.000 They've said it.

00:29:05.000 That's why the armored vehicles, the riot police, the giant FEMA centers, but it's more than that.

00:29:10.000 It's not like they accidentally had things go bankrupt and they accidentally aren't going to be able to pay you your pensions and they're just accidentally going to take your Social Security.

00:29:20.000 Look, it works like this.

00:29:21.000 They get us socialized to domesticate us.

00:29:25.000 Okay.

00:29:26.000 They get us socialized to domesticate us.

00:29:30.000 Then once we're domesticated and in the pen, we're now going off to the slaughter.

00:29:34.000 Okay.

00:29:35.000 You understand?

00:29:36.000 So that's the... Steve, I'll tell you what, I'll hold you over real quick.

00:29:40.000 We got a guest coming up, and I want to go to Robert, Eric, and Peter, and Mike, but stay there.

00:29:44.000 Sounds like you have one more question.

00:29:45.000 You're asking good questions.

00:29:47.000 We'll be back, folks.

00:29:47.000 Stay with us.

00:32:58.000 Well I won't back down, no I won't back down.

00:33:15.000 Monday through Friday from 11.

00:33:18.000 until 2 p.m.

00:33:19.000 Central Standard Time, back from 9 a.m.

00:33:23.000 to midnight Central, we're here folks, standing up for liberty, resisting tyranny.

00:33:30.000 I'm coming up here in a few minutes, an article out of USA Today, well another one out of the Abilene Reporter, it's more extensive.

00:33:38.000 And Colorado City Attorney Pat Barber, long known for taking civil rights issues to court, said Tuesday that Monday's ruling by the U.S.

00:33:46.000 Supreme Court won't keep his just-say-no-to-searches billboard down.

00:33:51.000 It will go back up, Barber said.

00:33:53.000 He said his new sign will be illegal because it will comply with the previous Texas Supreme Court ruling.

00:34:00.000 And, uh, he put up a sign just saying, call this number, learn about your Fourth Amendment, because he saw women, old ladies pulled over with their goods thrown all over the highway with jackboots searching them. 0.99

00:34:10.000 I think I interviewed Pat like four years ago, five years ago.

00:34:13.000 This has been an ongoing case.

00:34:16.000 And, uh, well, now it's gone to the Supreme Court and we'll tell you about what happened there as well.

00:34:23.000 Before we go back to our guest, I wanted to let a caller finish up his comments.

00:34:28.000 I was just talking to him during the break.

00:34:30.000 He said he ordered my videos last week and can't wait to get them, but that he's not going to make copies of them.

00:34:35.000 He's just going to buy originals and give them to people.

00:34:38.000 Look, I don't expect you to do that economically.

00:34:41.000 If you want to have a bookstore or your church or something wants to sell the originals, you know, folks like that, go ahead.

00:34:49.000 But I'm asking the listeners just to get my videos and make copies of them.

00:34:54.000 You can buy video VHS tapes for about a dollar a piece if you buy them in bundles of 10 to 15.

00:35:00.000 And make a copy every night and give a copy to somebody every day, and then tell them to make a copy.

00:35:05.000 A few hundred tapes turn into hundreds of thousands of tapes.

00:35:09.000 Thousands of tapes turn into millions of tapes.

00:35:13.000 And I've seen this work.

00:35:14.000 I've seen this in action.

00:35:16.000 I do radio interviews every day.

00:35:19.000 I mean, every day.

00:35:21.000 And I'll be on some big syndicated show or some little mom and pop station and almost every time callers go in and say, I saw a film called Road to Tyranny at my VFW or on AXS TV or my neighbor gave me a copy, somebody gave him a copy and it woke me up.

00:35:38.000 Does Mr. Jones know about this?

00:35:40.000 Is he the same man on that video?

00:35:43.000 I mean, it's happening, and it's because of you, so if you haven't gotten the new films, like Matrix of Evil, Police State, Three Total Enslavement, The Masters of Terror Exposed, go to InfoWars.com, or PrisonPlanet.com, order the videos via our secure online shopping cart, or the books, or t-shirts, or bumper stickers.

00:36:06.000 It's all about information, same thing Pat Barber's trying to do with the billboards.

00:36:10.000 And get them, and get them out to people.

00:36:12.000 Toll free number to order.

00:36:14.000 1-888-253-3139.

00:36:15.000 1-888-253-3139 That's 888-253-3139

00:36:27.000 Or prisonplanet.com or infowars.com to order.

00:36:30.000 VR secure online shopping carts.

00:36:31.000 or just write to me, and I'm Alex Jones at 3001 South Lamar Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78704.

00:36:41.000 The Globalist is counting on you not taking action.

00:36:45.000 People are very primed right now to wake up.

00:36:48.000 So much has happened.

00:36:50.000 Now is the time to take action.

00:36:52.000 Real quick, as I said, you can finish up, Steve, then we'll go to our guests and Robert, Eric, Peter, Paul, and others.

00:36:59.000 Robert, you wanted to say something about you're in college and the mindset in college.

00:37:04.000 This is Steve.

00:37:05.000 I mean, Steve, excuse me.

00:37:06.000 Yeah, Robert's next.

00:37:07.000 Okay, yeah.

00:37:09.000 I'm 33 years old.

00:37:10.000 I'm going back to school.

00:37:11.000 I'm trying to get an education degree.

00:37:12.000 And I just, I'm in school with a lot of younger people today and the impression that I get from younger people is that they definitely have the intelligence, but they don't even seem the least bit concerned about these issues.

00:37:23.000 I mean, has the media taken this younger generation and put them in a total state of hypnosis?

00:37:27.000 I mean, it's like these people are so far gone from reality.

00:37:32.000 Sometimes I almost want to just... I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone because I know this stuff is going the way it is.

00:37:37.000 But go back to when you were 20 years old.

00:37:40.000 Right.

00:37:40.000 You know, I mean, it seems like that, but sometimes I think people who are 60 years old are in a bigger coma than Generation X. But yes, Generation X has been particularly brainwashed, targeted, and desensitized, where they'll go, yeah, I know there's a new world order, I know they're blowing the buildings up, and you're taking our freedoms after they do it, but so what?

00:38:00.000 Right.

00:38:01.000 But yeah, we are in crisis.

00:38:04.000 The entire society is in crisis.

00:38:06.000 I appreciate the call.

00:38:07.000 Thank you, sir.

00:38:07.000 All right.

00:38:07.000 Bye-bye.

00:38:08.000 You bet.

00:38:08.000 Good to hear from you.

00:38:09.000 All right.

00:38:10.000 Going to our guest, he's Pat Barber.

00:38:12.000 We've had him on the show several times over the years.

00:38:15.000 Quite a saga.

00:38:16.000 Pat, good to have you on.

00:38:18.000 You're a former prosecutor and you're a lawyer and you know the law.

00:38:23.000 And for those who just joined us, recap what happened to you.

00:38:26.000 Well, Alex, first let me say that I'm glad to be back on your show.

00:38:32.000 It has been a bit of an ordeal.

00:38:36.000 In 98, the task force, drug task force here, there's 47 of them in regional jurisdictions around the state of Texas.

00:38:47.000 Multi-jurisdictional kind of road warrior gangs just roving.

00:38:53.000 They're not very controlled either.

00:38:55.000 They don't really have They're not elected.

00:38:58.000 Committees kind of control them.

00:39:00.000 It's just gaggles of people in camo and ski masks running around with machine guns.

00:39:04.000 No, they're black uniforms. 0.72

00:39:06.000 They favor the black uniforms.

00:39:07.000 Around here it's black and camo.

00:39:09.000 You'll see ragtag groups, camo bottoms, black top, black mask.

00:39:14.000 I mean, it's like the Road Warrior.

00:39:17.000 Well, anyway, what they started doing in 98 was uh... to out here on interstate twenty which runs through mitchell

00:39:25.000 county where i live

00:39:27.000 uh... if they started to stopping everybody and they they would lie about

00:39:31.000 the probable cause to stop they would make up reasons to stop people they were stopping everybody

00:39:36.000 and people started asking me what in the world is going on do we have to put

00:39:41.000 up with this uh... they're they basically were bullying people into

00:39:44.000 giving up their right to be free from unreasonable searches

00:39:48.000 Now, you told me, I guess it's really six years ago now, hard to believe time has flown like that, or five and a half years ago, you said that the last straw was a Lincoln Town car with an old lady with her goods blowing all over the road with these goons standing around her.

00:40:02.000 Well, the actual fact was they had stopped her in She bullied her into a search and she didn't know she could say no as most people don't.

00:40:13.000 So she consented to the search and they threw all her luggage and opened all her luggage up.

00:40:18.000 Then when they finished they said, have a nice day and drove off.

00:40:23.000 Left her out in the open on an interstate picking up her things.

00:40:29.000 A local friend of mine stopped and helped.

00:40:31.000 The reason I knew about it is a local friend of mine stopped And helped her pick up her things.

00:40:36.000 And she was just terrified.

00:40:37.000 Oh, I've seen this and I've pulled up 50 yards away.

00:40:40.000 When they come over, what are you doing?

00:40:41.000 I go, uh, you better put that family stuff back in the car when you don't find the narcotics that your CIA boss has brought in here.

00:40:49.000 And they'll start getting mad.

00:40:50.000 And I go, Hey, take me to jail.

00:40:51.000 This is America, buddy.

00:40:52.000 I mean, I'm sick of it.

00:40:54.000 Yeah.

00:40:54.000 It really made me angry and in several other instances like that.

00:40:58.000 And so, I thought, well, what can I do?

00:41:01.000 I don't have a forum.

00:41:03.000 How can I reach people and tell them that they don't have to consent to these requests?

00:41:09.000 Now, if they tell you, get in the ditch, boy, I'm searching the car, then you say, yes, boss, and you go get in the ditch.

00:41:16.000 But if they ask you, or sometimes it's kind of tricky, they'll say, you don't mind if I search your trunk, do you?

00:41:25.000 They don't have to tell you.

00:41:26.000 And then they just start going for it.

00:41:28.000 Yeah, and if you don't say, hey, wait, stop.

00:41:30.000 Now, they're videotaped now in most jurisdictions.

00:41:34.000 They have videotapes in their cars.

00:41:36.000 So they're waiting to try to trick you into a consent.

00:41:40.000 Well, I've had it happen many times.

00:41:41.000 This is how it goes.

00:41:42.000 You're driving a little fast there, aren't you?

00:41:46.000 Sure, I guess I might have been going a few miles too fast.

00:41:48.000 License and registration.

00:41:50.000 Mind if I search the vehicle?

00:41:52.000 Well, no, it's a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

00:41:55.000 Well, what do you have to hide?

00:41:56.000 Well, it's just a free country, bud.

00:41:58.000 There are ways to talk to them that I think work better.

00:42:02.000 You don't have any drugs or guns, do you?

00:42:04.000 And I go, well, that's the Fifth Amendment now you're talking about.

00:42:09.000 Well, when they'll ask you, do you have any guns or drugs?

00:42:13.000 And you say no.

00:42:14.000 And then they say, well, you don't mind if I search.

00:42:17.000 And then you say, there are several different ways that you can say it.

00:42:23.000 One way is to say, officer, Do you have probable cause?

00:42:29.000 Because that way if they say no, and ordinarily they'll be so shocked that you use the term probable cause, that they'll immediately say no.

00:42:40.000 And then you say, well, it's my understanding that I don't have to let you search my car if you don't have probable cause.

00:42:48.000 I'd like to leave now.

00:42:49.000 And all this will be on videotape, and at that point they're going to have to let you go.

00:42:54.000 That's one thing to say.

00:42:56.000 Another thing to say is, Officer, I don't have anything to hide, but I just don't want you digging through my stuff.

00:43:04.000 And, well, what I have said is, when they say, what do you have to hide?

00:43:08.000 I go, it's America, buddy!

00:43:09.000 I mean, maybe in Russia or something people just accept this, but I'm standing up for my children's future, that we not live in a system like this.

00:43:19.000 And I've had them let me go, it's happened four times.

00:43:23.000 One time I was late to the radio studio and I just said, fine, do it.

00:43:27.000 Because they were going to get a dog that time, and then once they dug around and once I'd licked their boots, they just let me go because some other cop showed up and knew who I was.

00:43:36.000 But it's pretty bad around here when you pull up to a checkpoint.

00:43:40.000 You've raised an issue, let me speak to it, about the dog, about the threat to get a dog.

00:43:44.000 Yes.

00:43:45.000 I've been asked about that a lot.

00:43:47.000 If they don't have reasonable suspicion, they cannot hold you for a dog to arrive.

00:43:53.000 But they do do that.

00:43:54.000 Now they do, but they can't legally hold you.

00:43:56.000 And I'm just saying, That if they threaten to hold you for a dog, you can say, well, whatever you do, you don't have my consent.

00:44:05.000 And you're going to be liable for that.

00:44:08.000 And then when they get there with the dog, all they're allowed to do with the dog is walk it around your car.

00:44:13.000 Of course, they can very easily get that dog to, I just read an article by a trainer of those dogs and he said, It's easy for them to get the dog to alert.

00:44:23.000 Yeah, you just stole my thunder.

00:44:24.000 You just stole my thunder.

00:44:25.000 And again, Pat Barber, former prosecutor, successful attorney.

00:44:29.000 Exactly.

00:44:30.000 I've talked to cops who are friends of mine.

00:44:32.000 Most of these dogs are just warrant excuses.

00:44:34.000 Sure. 0.94

00:44:36.000 I mean, they're fat creatures, aren't even trained. 0.95

00:44:39.000 They know to jump around, they get a biscuit. 0.63

00:44:41.000 They're going to get rewarded if they alert.

00:44:41.000 That's right.

00:44:44.000 And so, they're really ready to alert, whether it's because they smelled yesterday's pizza, Or a dog urinated on the tire, or whatever it is.

00:44:54.000 And you can't cross-examine a dog as to what he was doing there.

00:44:59.000 And so the whole thing is just suspect as all get out.

00:45:04.000 Well, let me... You got no one but your Supreme Court case.

00:45:06.000 I don't know how much time we've got here to talk, so let me... Yeah.

00:45:10.000 Let me kind of... Tell the folks what happened.

00:45:12.000 So you put the sign up.

00:45:13.000 Well, I put it up.

00:45:15.000 They threatened to fine me $1,000 a day if I didn't take it down.

00:45:18.000 The government did.

00:45:19.000 The state government.

00:45:20.000 Now, I've been on this stretch of highway.

00:45:22.000 There's McDonald's signs, everything else.

00:45:24.000 Right.

00:45:24.000 For some reason, your sign on your ranch property, this is evil.

00:45:28.000 Yeah, well, I didn't comply with their statute, and it doesn't comply with the statute, but the statute, in my opinion, was and is unconstitutional.

00:45:40.000 I argued with them about that and finally they gave me a deadline and so rather than take it down, we filed suit against the state.

00:45:49.000 The Texas Department of Transportation has a responsibility for enforcing the act.

00:45:55.000 We filed suit against them in Austin for declaratory judgment and an injunction to stop them from enforcing the act against me.

00:46:04.000 Judge Covington down there in Austin uh... ruled in a temporary hearing that it was probable that uh... that their regulation violated my first amendment right and enjoined the state from forcing me to take it down and so it stayed up for a year and then an elderly retiring judge who as I understand it was an old golfing buddy of Lady Bird Johnson who got the Highway Beautification Act passed nationally in the first place uh... heard the case in the final instance and she said I don't

00:46:37.000 Like billboards, and as far as we could tell, she hadn't even read our brief.

00:46:41.000 And she held for the state and said she was going to dissolve the injunction. 0.84

00:46:45.000 Now understand, this is selective enforcement.

00:46:48.000 There's billboards everywhere.

00:46:49.000 There were 15 or 20 billboards in the state's right-of-way.

00:46:54.000 Because nobody complained about them, nothing had been done.

00:46:57.000 But yours was on your own property.

00:46:59.000 What were the state police like when they first came out?

00:47:03.000 Came out for what?

00:47:04.000 Well, you know, when they first came out with the citation.

00:47:07.000 Well, they didn't come out with a citation.

00:47:09.000 What happened was the sheriff went to TxDOT and complained about it.

00:47:13.000 He's in conjunction with this task force.

00:47:15.000 They work together.

00:47:17.000 You know, when they make a forfeiture, they throw him a few crimes.

00:47:19.000 So again, this goon doesn't like your First Amendment. 0.94

00:47:23.000 He didn't like me teaching people about the Fourth Amendment.

00:47:26.000 In fact, one of his deputies had said Before I put the billboard up, I complained to him about the way they were bullying people into searches, and he said, we rely on people's ignorance to be able to search them.

00:47:39.000 And I said, well, maybe somebody ought to teach them and say no.

00:47:43.000 So that's what I'm trying to do.

00:47:46.000 Okay, so this went on and on.

00:47:47.000 It went on and on.

00:47:49.000 The trial court made me take it down, and so I took it down.

00:47:54.000 Then the Appellate Court, the Austin Court of Appeals, unanimously held that it was a violation of my First Amendment right to make me take it down.

00:48:02.000 So then the state appealed it to the Texas Supreme Court, and they ruled in a split decision, six to three, that it was not a violation of my First Amendment right, although the other three judges said it was.

00:48:14.000 Justices of the Texas Supreme Court said it was a violation.

00:48:17.000 Six said that it was not.

00:48:19.000 But in doing that, they had to say They had to throw me a bone and they basically created a regulation where one didn't exist.

00:48:31.000 If you put up a sign that says watermelons for sale, you don't have to get a permit.

00:48:37.000 It's exempt from the statute because it involves an ongoing activity that relates to the sign.

00:48:45.000 But they only had that regulation for commercial signs for selling something.

00:48:51.000 They didn't have it for a political sign like mine, a non-commercial sign.

00:48:55.000 So the Texas Supreme Court said, well, we find that failure to have that regulation in there constitutionally suspect, and we're not going to give it deference.

00:49:04.000 So they basically told me, as one justice did during our final arguments, or when we argued the case in front of the Texas Supreme Court, They said, well, all Mr. Barber would have had to have done to make this billboard exempt from the statute would be to put a kiosk there where someone could sign a petition in support of the Fourth Amendment, or his billboard, and that would be an ongoing activity in relation to the sign.

00:49:33.000 But you shouldn't even have to do that.

00:49:34.000 I shouldn't have to do that.

00:49:35.000 There's billboards everywhere.

00:49:37.000 It's the First Amendment.

00:49:38.000 That's right.

00:49:38.000 I shouldn't have to, and so we appealed that decision, or we attempted to appeal it, to the United States Supreme Court.

00:49:46.000 And just this week they denied our writ.

00:49:49.000 And what that means is they don't agree with the Texas Supreme Court.

00:49:53.000 It just means they're not going to hear it.

00:49:55.000 For every application for writ of certiorari of the United States Supreme Court, there's approximately 700 that get denied.

00:50:03.000 And I was one of the 700.

00:50:05.000 So it's denied.

00:50:06.000 So that throws us back to the Supreme Court's ruling.

00:50:10.000 Well, the good news here is... I'm putting it back up.

00:50:13.000 Well, yeah, the good news is you're doing that, and because of their police state activities, now more people, and hundreds of articles I've seen in Texas over this the last six years, now know that there's a Fourth Amendment.

00:50:25.000 Yeah, well, you know, but there's a lot more work still to be done because, um, K-Texas television in, in, uh, Avaline did a little short piece on it here a couple of days ago and about, you know, kind of the history of it and reported the current news and then they went out and did a man in the street interview with several people including a college professor and every single one of them did not know that they had a right to say no to a consent search request.

00:50:58.000 We'll be right back, stay there.

00:54:13.000 I've got a plethora of other news.

00:54:14.000 I've been kind of ranting and raving at our guest, Pat Barber, who's a prosecutor, was a prosecutor and successful lawyer, saw the police state first-hand, these goons, and I mean they're goons, folks, We've had them cordon off whole neighborhoods and throw old ladies down on the ground and fire ant beds and the sheriff gets up on the news and goes, we don't need warrants anymore.

00:54:36.000 That was a couple of years ago, Margo Fraser on ABC News here locally.

00:54:41.000 I mean, it's out of control and we need more people like Pat Barber to stand up and say, no, this is America, this is not.

00:54:51.000 You know, the Wild Wild West with the corrupt sheriff running things, or the Soviet Union. 0.98

00:54:56.000 Mr. Barber, where does it go from here?

00:54:58.000 You're going to put the sign back up?

00:55:00.000 Well, what I want to do is have the sign up with a place there where people can indicate on premises their support of the Fourth Amendment and the billboard.

00:55:19.000 Which should comply with the Supreme Court's order.

00:55:24.000 I mean, we shouldn't have to do that, but if I have to do it to put the billboard back up, I'm going to do it.

00:55:29.000 Well, Pat, I'll tell you what the answer is.

00:55:33.000 It's to have other people in the town, in the area, put up their own signs, and then have the government try to come after them, file more suits.

00:55:46.000 I think they're going to have to eat this on-premises activity thing.

00:55:50.000 At any rate, what I'm trying to do, I'm practicing law basically in a ghost town out here and I need some help.

00:55:58.000 If your listeners can send me five bucks or whatever, I need help to reconstruct this sign and put it up in a permanent way.

00:56:11.000 Sure, we'll give out your contact info in a second.

00:56:13.000 Over the last six years, the MJTF teams, the roving bands that you come in contact with, what do they say to you now after you've done this?

00:56:23.000 Well, they don't say anything to me.

00:56:26.000 They stay away from me.

00:56:28.000 But what they say publicly and in the media, they talk out of both sides of their mouth.

00:56:33.000 At one time, they'll say, Oh, we think Mr. Barber's efforts hurt our law enforcement goals.

00:56:43.000 And then on the other hand, they'll turn around more recently and say, oh, well, we think we like all of the publicity it brings because it shows people how much drugs and money we've been able to confiscate.

00:56:57.000 So they talk out of both sides of their mouths.

00:57:01.000 It's amusing to me that the local task force commander who works out of Abilene, a Dallas Morning News reporter, went into his office and told me, although he didn't report it publicly, but told me that the man had a skull and crossbones flag on his wall.

00:57:18.000 Yeah, they're pirates!

00:57:19.000 He even sells his pirates on merchant shipping, I think.

00:57:25.000 Oh no, that's it actually.

00:57:26.000 A lot of the SWAT team vehicles now have that and they wear those patches and that's what they've been federalized to do.

00:57:33.000 How do folks get in contact with you, Pat?

00:57:35.000 My mailing address is 102 West 2nd, Colorado City, Texas.

00:57:42.000 That's 102... West 2nd Street.

00:57:50.000 Alright, well I want you to... Colorado City, Texas, 79512.

00:57:54.000 Also, you've got a toll-free number with a recording on that.

00:57:59.000 That was when the sign was in extant.

00:58:02.000 You know what you ought to do?

00:58:03.000 You ought to put it back up.

00:58:04.000 You ought to put the number back up and I guarantee you I can find listeners all over the country that will put billboards up on their property.

00:58:10.000 Well, that's something that we're in the process of doing.

00:58:15.000 We want to do it with a computer answering service so that They can leave messages, they can hit buttons and get more info.

00:58:24.000 Yeah, I think that's the answer.

00:58:26.000 Because they did this to you, how about in Tennessee and New York and Colorado and Austin, Texas, we put these signs up.

00:58:33.000 Give your address out again for folks who want to get in contact with you.

00:58:35.000 Pat Barber, 102 West 2nd Street, Colorado City, Texas.

00:58:42.000 7-9-5-1-2.

00:58:49.000 Thanks for being with us.

00:58:49.000 Take care.

00:58:52.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:58:57.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:59:02.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:59:02.000 We listened.

00:59:08.000 We listened.

00:59:09.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:59:12.000 We listened.

00:59:13.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

00:59:17.000 We listened.

00:59:18.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

00:59:24.000 Again, we listened.

01:00:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:16.000 Welcome back to the second hour of Global Transmission.

01:00:22.000 I was a good boy yesterday.

01:00:23.000 We took about, I don't know, 15, 20 calls in the first hour.

01:00:27.000 Today, I say it's open phones.

01:00:28.000 I take one call in the first hour, but we did have a guest on concerning the First Amendment.

01:00:34.000 But a bunch of news this hour.

01:00:36.000 Let's go straight to your calls, though, okay?

01:00:38.000 Then we'll get into the U.N.

01:00:39.000 and the economy and jobs and all the rest of it.

01:00:42.000 Big, big second and third hour.

01:00:44.000 We'll also get back into the passions and the latest outrages there.

01:00:49.000 Robert in Michigan, thank you for holding patiently.

01:00:51.000 You're on the air, sir.

01:00:53.000 Hi, Alex.

01:00:54.000 How are you doing?

01:00:54.000 Pretty good.

01:00:56.000 I would like to comment on your first issue with the jobs leaving our nation.

01:01:06.000 I work up here at Electrolux up here in Greenville, Michigan and we are a small town and Electrolux leaving is going to devastate this town.

01:01:18.000 I mean it's going to devastate our economy.

01:01:21.000 I've seen in the past it was a few things to go out of business, you just move somewhere else.

01:01:25.000 But now, look, I don't care what they say about the economy, the real numbers show it's in deep trouble by design.

01:01:32.000 But three years ago there was traffic from seven in the morning, six in the morning, to late at night.

01:01:39.000 Now the traffic isn't that bad.

01:01:41.000 There's houses up for sale everywhere.

01:01:44.000 They've shut down most of the semiconductor computer chip factories.

01:01:48.000 Where I live, it's serious!

01:01:51.000 So, and they have this question on the cover of Time Magazine, are too many jobs going abroad?

01:01:58.000 Well, the answer is, of course.

01:02:00.000 And Bush says, our main export now is jobs.

01:02:04.000 That's what we make is getting rid of our jobs.

01:02:07.000 They're looting the economy.

01:02:09.000 Exactly.

01:02:10.000 And John Kerry isn't going to save you.

01:02:12.000 None of them are going to save you.

01:02:14.000 It's part of a set agenda.

01:02:17.000 No, I mean, I think it's part of this NAFTA, which they say Clinton got in.

01:02:24.000 Well, I say NAFTA was a Republican agenda while Clinton was president.

01:02:30.000 And they said... Well, actually, you had Al Gore on there going after Ross Perot when it finally went through in 94, 93.

01:02:39.000 And by the way, the reauthorization of NAFTA comes up this year, and Bush is going to authorize it.

01:02:46.000 But look, understand, The parties are together on NAFTA and GATT.

01:02:51.000 They're only fight over rhetoric.

01:02:56.000 But go ahead and finish up, I'm sorry.

01:02:58.000 Well, I was going to say, we're going to have an FTAA rally up here in Greenville, and we would like to invite you to speak.

01:03:07.000 You know, I'd love to come, but I'm just so tied down doing radio interviews, I'm sorry I can't.

01:03:11.000 Okay.

01:03:15.000 I was just wondering how we can turn this thing around.

01:03:18.000 I mean, the FTAA or the NAFTA, how are we able to turn this thing around?

01:03:25.000 Well, in major polls, 75% of Americans were against expanding NAFTA and GATT in the free trade area of the Americas, and Republicans and Democrats all voted for it.

01:03:36.000 Most of them voted for it, and the police came out with federal funding, homeland security money, and savagely attacked Associated Press writers and Miami Herald writers and judges.

01:03:48.000 And they savagely beat the media monitors, people that were there videotaping the police.

01:03:53.000 They would beat them half to death, take their cameras.

01:03:56.000 You know, this is the new America.

01:03:57.000 This is what they're all about now.

01:03:59.000 Yeah, it's like the FTAA thing they had down in Florida.

01:04:04.000 I was at our... Yeah, that was Florida where that happened.

01:04:07.000 And the neocons get on the air and go, look at them commies.

01:04:11.000 They're against it.

01:04:12.000 When it's not a commie issue.

01:04:15.000 Yeah, I've seen it on the videotape at our union meeting and that, you know, that just broke my heart to see people getting beat up for peaceful protest.

01:04:22.000 Yeah, they'd walk right up to an old woman and just slam her across the face with a billy club. 0.94

01:04:27.000 Oh, I've seen that.

01:04:28.000 Yes, I've seen that.

01:04:30.000 Hey, that's what America's about.

01:08:03.000 In my film, Police Date to the Takeover, the first 35 minutes of the two-hour video is what happened in Seattle.

01:08:13.000 And the government hired 50 thugs, housed them, they were paid everything.

01:08:21.000 A big tax-free foundation trained them down in Oregon, bused them up to The Seattle Police were ordered not to apprehend them.

01:08:32.000 They were to watch them break in businesses, set things on fire, throw beer bottles at police.

01:08:37.000 Police were hospitalized.

01:08:40.000 The cops were told to stand there for a day.

01:08:42.000 All the media videotaped that.

01:08:44.000 Then the government thugs ...are withdrawn to their government housing, protected by police, and the police then would go into neighborhoods, and we got video of them breaking old ladies' collarbones, savagely stomping young women, pulling cars over, pepper spraying young women, and not just the young women, and old women, you know, just savagely attacking.

01:09:06.000 They then took that footage around the country and showed it to all the big police departments and issued the federal uh... federally funded darth vader you know black helmets

01:09:15.000 and body armor on the black centurion petroleum guard outfits

01:09:20.000 and uh... now you go to uh... miami and that you know the cops are so used to deal in drugs and

01:09:26.000 run of the prostitutes and are so criminal there that

01:09:29.000 uh... they would just come out without even having a provocateur sand just 0.98

01:09:33.000 savagely knock all women's teeth out make people have to death target uh... 1.00

01:09:38.000 members of the media uh... even beat up judges who they didn't know were federal 0.93

01:09:43.000 and state I mean, it was savage.

01:09:46.000 They would herd a group of old people, old retirees down an alley and then stand around them laughing and beat them half to death. 0.89

01:09:53.000 I mean, this all came out, folks.

01:09:56.000 And so that's your new America. 0.67

01:10:00.000 Let's just be the conscience of the people, the loving New World Order Big Brother person who thinks that Gentlemen Square is good, you know, Waco is good, all of this is loving!

01:10:17.000 When you turn on all the sitcoms and dramas and shows and torture is good, secret arrest is good, the police are watching this, that's their little imaginary friends, they imprint You know, off the Hollywood characters.

01:10:32.000 That's admitted.

01:10:33.000 And they go out and they're going to play that out in the real world.

01:10:36.000 And of course, there won't be any real terrorists for them to torture, so it's going to be YOU that gets tortured.

01:10:42.000 Your daughters, your sons.

01:10:46.000 So, we've entered the very serious point in all of this.

01:10:51.000 Let's go ahead now and talk to Eric in Connecticut, up in Skull and Bones, Satanism land.

01:10:58.000 Of course, it is Christian and conservative, so I'm actually devilish for being against it, just like I'm liberal for being against gun control. 0.56

01:11:06.000 You're up there in devil worship country.

01:11:08.000 How you doing, Eric?

01:11:09.000 Hey, Alex.

01:11:10.000 Up here in neocon land.

01:11:12.000 Up there, born into the order of death in a coffin, a Christian conservative, yes. 1.00

01:11:17.000 I'm very tempted to bullhorn them this summer.

01:11:20.000 You know, videotape it, I'll put it on TV, I'll put it on the website.

01:11:24.000 I want to go up there and bullhorn them.

01:11:26.000 Okay, I'm very tempted this summer at some point, especially just before the election, and have Posters and props and all kinds of stuff.

01:11:34.000 I'm sort of putting it together.

01:11:34.000 Well, they've got hired goons.

01:11:36.000 Police, it'll show up and shut you down.

01:11:38.000 But the point is, just get the video of you doing it.

01:11:40.000 That's the point.

01:11:41.000 And believe me, that'd be hot video.

01:11:43.000 If I posted that, we'd probably get five million viewers of it on the website.

01:11:47.000 Hey, a request, Alex.

01:11:49.000 After my call, would you play Neocon Star at some point?

01:11:52.000 Well, you know, it's not really a joke anymore.

01:11:54.000 Oh, it's not?

01:11:55.000 No, it's not.

01:11:56.000 I mean, they're coming out with, you've got to breathalyze all car owners.

01:12:00.000 Uh, there, you know, I mean, all of this is really happening.

01:12:02.000 Oh yeah, well... Yeah, I'll tell you what, why don't you, um...

01:12:05.000 Can you cue up Neocon Star for me, Stephanie, please?

01:12:08.000 Oh, it's very instructive, Alex, if anything.

01:12:11.000 You know... Popular Science, last issue, or was it Mechanics?

01:12:15.000 I forget, I had it in here.

01:12:18.000 The blimp's 30 times the size of Goodyear in a subspace orbit, scanning our homes, looking through our walls.

01:12:25.000 Yes, yes.

01:12:26.000 Oh, as we speak, I'm making a copy of 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, on my way into work.

01:12:30.000 I'm going to drop it off at my...

01:12:34.000 And just one last thought, Alex, can you imagine a collaborative effort between Mel Gibson and Colonel Don DeGrand Prey, entitled something like, Fahrenheit 911, chronicling the events of September 11th as they really happened?

01:12:55.000 Well, I know Gibson investigated doing that and then, for some reason, backed out.

01:13:01.000 Not with D Grand Prix, but with somebody else and didn't do it.

01:13:09.000 But who knows?

01:13:10.000 I mean, we do need to see a real production-grade film made about government-sponsored terror.

01:13:16.000 And let me just say this, maybe it's in the works.

01:13:20.000 Can't say any more than that.

01:13:22.000 Hey, thanks.

01:13:23.000 Thanks for the call.

01:13:26.000 Here it is, brought to you by General Motors.

01:13:29.000 What your OnStar really does.

01:13:31.000 Go ahead and hit it.

01:13:32.000 The following is an actual conversation between a NeoconStar operator and a subscriber in distress who is locked in her car and doesn't have the proper authorization to get out.

01:13:42.000 With NeoConStar, help is just a satellite away.

01:13:46.000 NeoConStar, how can I offer you great service today?

01:13:51.000 Please help me, I'm trapped in my car!

01:13:53.000 My retina scanner won't work!

01:13:55.000 Just relax, sir.

01:13:56.000 It's not sir, it's ma'am!

01:13:58.000 Please hurry, it's hot in here!

01:14:00.000 According to Admiral Poindexter's database, I have you at the mall.

01:14:05.000 Right.

01:14:06.000 I have a live shot of you from the Neocon Star Observation Blimp in your area.

01:14:10.000 I'm an old lady.

01:14:12.000 Alright, sir.

01:14:12.000 Looks like you have no outstanding warrant, so you're not under vehicular detention.

01:14:16.000 But it looks like you have some outstanding parking tickets in two counties.

01:14:20.000 We'll need you to slide your National ID card for deduction before we can release you from the car.

01:14:26.000 Slide it through the Neocon Star Console now.

01:14:29.000 But I can't find it.

01:14:31.000 I'm looking everywhere.

01:14:32.000 I can't find my national ID card.

01:14:34.000 Sir, I'm going to send a Homeland Security helicopter there right now to check you out.

01:14:39.000 You have a 99.2% chance of being a terrorist.

01:14:42.000 Would you like the in-car lethal injection right now, or would you prefer to wait for the agents?

01:14:47.000 Okay. I'll take the lethal injection, please.

01:14:51.000 Thanks for using Neocon, Star.

01:14:54.000 Have a nice day.

01:14:55.000 Yeah, have a nice day.

01:14:58.000 So, there you have it.

01:14:59.000 What's coming, and they're actually starting to come out with stuff like that, so... That's what you're on, Star, listens to you, tracks you.

01:15:08.000 In New Mexico, laws pass the house to make everybody breathe into a breathalyzer to start your car.

01:15:14.000 I mean, this is what these control freaks are all about.

01:15:16.000 We'll take your children if you don't take all the vaccines. 0.98

01:15:20.000 Let's talk to Peter in Maryland.

01:15:22.000 Peter, go ahead.

01:15:24.000 Oh, thank you, Alex.

01:15:25.000 You bet.

01:15:25.000 That last clip that you played was kind of scary, but I think it won't be long before we'll be seeing stuff like that.

01:15:32.000 Hey, I was very happy to be able to see The Passion the other day.

01:15:37.000 Oh, good!

01:15:38.000 And I was very, very impressed with it.

01:15:41.000 I thought it was very well presented.

01:15:42.000 I enjoyed it immensely.

01:15:44.000 It was very powerful and had a real serious message associated with it.

01:15:50.000 Now, you know, I kind of think that if Mel Gibson is going to be boycotted by the studios, that the public at large ought to turn that around And support Mel Gibson and go see his movies and then boycott the studios.

01:16:08.000 Well, basically I already do.

01:16:10.000 I don't go to most of these movies anymore.

01:16:12.000 I don't watch very much television.

01:16:16.000 And yes, we should boycott the big studios.

01:16:19.000 The studios that are boycotting Mel Gibson, perhaps I should read their names, we need to boycott them.

01:16:25.000 By all means, we should.

01:16:27.000 We should make a concentrated effort to do that.

01:16:29.000 Well, I'm going to go see The Passion in a couple weeks when the crowds aren't so big.

01:16:32.000 I've already seen it, but I want to see it again.

01:16:37.000 Everybody should go see it several times.

01:16:39.000 Hey, there's another thing I wanted to bring up, and that is the guest that you had, Don D. Grand Prix, on Wednesday.

01:16:46.000 Yeah.

01:16:47.000 That was absolutely super.

01:16:49.000 That was the best guest I think you've ever had.

01:16:51.000 He had more information And such important information that it blows my mind.

01:16:57.000 You know, he had mentioned that 70% of the top military don't like or don't approve of the civil government that exists in this country.

01:17:05.000 And there may be a, he normally said, there may be, in all probability, there will be a military coup in this country.

01:17:15.000 And he said that this is going to happen relatively soon.

01:17:18.000 You know, this is earth-shaking and mind-boggling information.

01:17:22.000 Well, I know he's put out really accurate info in the past, and to have him just calmly go, oh yeah, I'm friends with the pilot that shot down Flight 93 and, uh, you know, just amazing.

01:17:34.000 And we know they did shoot down Flight 93, but to just have all that evidence coming out... You know, if this comes about, the economy will immediately go into shambles.

01:17:44.000 Well, that's another thing, is that it'd be very dangerous to have some type of military coup.

01:17:49.000 That could immediately be taken over by another subgroup of globalists.

01:17:55.000 I've talked about how the globalists are like shark teeth. 1.00

01:17:58.000 There's always another row rolling up behind the last group.

01:18:02.000 We've got to dismantle the size of the government and the mechanisms of control, because then it doesn't matter who's in control of the government, they won't have the power to micromanage our lives.

01:18:02.000 It's evil!

01:18:14.000 That's what the Founding Fathers said.

01:18:16.000 They said, if you've got a big government, you're going to have tyranny.

01:18:19.000 Because that's the nature of man.

01:18:22.000 Okay, well, it's not going to be done by the ballot box.

01:18:25.000 You know, that's already fixed.

01:18:27.000 Well, yes, federally there is no election now.

01:18:30.000 They have put in the electronic, publicly run by the CIA voting machines.

01:18:34.000 They've been caught stealing elections coast to coast.

01:18:36.000 People have to come to terms with that.

01:18:38.000 But, nine states are refusing to put the electronic systems in.

01:18:42.000 Others are suing to have them removed.

01:18:45.000 We still have to fight on that front and somehow convince these yuppies of the admitted fact that the CIA owns these voting machine companies and it is a front.

01:18:54.000 But, It's amazing.

01:18:57.000 Good to hear from you, sir.

01:18:58.000 Really good points, Peter.

01:19:00.000 And yeah, that Colonel Don DeGrand Prix interview, I'd have requests to re-air that, but I can't make that a regular occurrence to re-air interviews.

01:19:08.000 I just suggest that... Oh, we'll post it at PrisonPlanet.com.

01:19:14.000 My Prison Planet webmaster's been on semi-vacation this week, so we haven't been having a lot of audio or video posted, though the site's been updated daily.

01:19:22.000 But next week we'll get that Colonel Don DeGrand Prix interview posted and a bunch of other video clips and stuff.

01:19:30.000 So keep refreshing that.

01:19:34.000 I did have a lot of requests to re-air the Shrimpton interview.

01:19:36.000 That's why I did that yesterday.

01:19:38.000 That was pretty important.

01:19:39.000 Okay, we'll come back and go to Paul and Bob and Russ and others.

01:19:42.000 Wide open phones.

01:19:43.000 It's open line Friday 1-800-259-9231.

01:24:00.000 Alex Jones on the GCM Radio Network.

01:24:03.000 Let's go straight back to the calls on this open line Friday.

01:24:13.000 Let's talk to Paul in Tennessee.

01:24:15.000 Paul, you're on the air.

01:24:16.000 Go ahead.

01:24:17.000 Yes, thank you for taking my call.

01:24:18.000 Earlier you were talking about jobs leaving the country.

01:24:21.000 I've got a story here about a federal agency that's planning to lay off a bunch of workers in April.

01:24:27.000 Yeah, and I've seen a bunch of different articles about that.

01:24:33.000 That should be illegal.

01:24:34.000 That is, if you're going to have a state or federal or a county bid, By the way, there are a lot of laws on this.

01:24:42.000 It needs to go to American citizens or American companies, but now most of the corporations are global, and so it's being outsourced, and so we have welfare mothers calling about their welfare checks being answered by Indians in India, so the economy doesn't even get that. 0.82

01:24:58.000 We don't even get government jobs now.

01:25:01.000 I mean, it's really sick.

01:25:03.000 Tell us about it.

01:25:04.000 The title of the article is, TVA Works Sent to India Under Fire.

01:25:08.000 It's under fire from U.S.

01:25:10.000 Representative John Duncan Jr.

01:25:13.000 They claim they've saved a lot of money, of course 20-something to 70% by sending it out to India.

01:25:20.000 It's on KnoxNews.com from the Knoxville News Sentinel.

01:25:25.000 That's how the scam works, and for those that just joined us and don't understand this, let me just in a nutshell break it down and then you can comment and give us your take on it.

01:25:36.000 Again, it's like domesticating an animal.

01:25:39.000 They trained us with the welfare, got us addicted, got us domesticated, under their control, they grew this giant government, then under, quote, privatization, they give the government powers over to the corporations that paid off the government, then they start taking the so-called welfare away, but the taxation and regulation stays there, and then all the taxes you pay go to the, quote, Debt that was built up that goes to the private banks that now own the government.

01:26:07.000 And so we hear, oh, the jobs are going overseas because it helps the government save money.

01:26:13.000 This is all a scam, folks.

01:26:15.000 They create money out of zeros and ones in a computer.

01:26:19.000 They're doing all of this consolidation by design.

01:26:22.000 And we've been saying this for decades.

01:26:25.000 This was the globalist plan.

01:26:27.000 We have the IMF's own documents from 2001.

01:26:32.000 When Joseph Sicklet's resigned, their chief economist, we've had Greg Powell's gone.

01:26:36.000 It says they want to blow out economies, they want to get control, they want to get us on welfare, they want to get our jobs, they want to create riots so they can then have martial law.

01:26:48.000 I mean, this is an official IMF World Bank plan.

01:26:51.000 Go ahead.

01:26:52.000 Yeah, this is Tennessee Valley Authority.

01:26:55.000 These are technical jobs that these employees in India are working. 1.00

01:26:59.000 It just surprised me, you know, that a federal agency would be doing this, and it's surprising a lot of other people here in this area.

01:27:07.000 It's amazing.

01:27:07.000 Well, they must be liberals, because anything Bush does is conservative.

01:27:11.000 Gun control, open borders, biggest growth in government, signing on to UNESCO, campaign finance reform.

01:27:18.000 If you're not for Bush, you're an Al-Qaeda member! 0.70

01:27:23.000 And he's very loving to the Red Chinese.

01:27:26.000 So are, I mean, so people are loving the neocons?

01:27:29.000 I mean, I mean, they certainly don't think the Democrats are going to save them, do they?

01:27:32.000 No, no, I'm gonna vote for somebody, third party, independent, some way or other.

01:27:39.000 It doesn't matter, any other way.

01:27:41.000 Yeah, and, and, and, again, you know, the top's the wrong place to focus.

01:27:45.000 I mean, there should be some focus there, but it's at the county and city level.

01:27:49.000 And I just want folks to know that Republicans, Democrats, they're all on the same team.

01:27:53.000 And things aren't going to change until we start realizing that.

01:27:56.000 It's the new world order.

01:27:57.000 It's not George Bush or Al Gore.

01:28:00.000 It's the new world order doing this.

01:28:02.000 Good to hear from you.

01:28:03.000 Email me that article at tips at InfoWars.com, Paul, and I'll post it on the website.

01:28:09.000 Bob!

01:28:09.000 Thank you.

01:28:10.000 Bob, where are you calling us from?

01:28:13.000 I called from Idaho, Alex.

01:28:13.000 How are you?

01:28:14.000 Good.

01:28:15.000 Hey, I've been listening to you for a couple of years, and I love you like a brother.

01:28:17.000 You tell the truth right on.

01:28:20.000 But I disagree with you on one point.

01:28:22.000 First, I wanted to talk to you a little bit about The Passion.

01:28:24.000 I went to see that on Wednesday.

01:28:25.000 It's a very moving film.

01:28:27.000 All Christians should go see that movie.

01:28:28.000 It's incredible.

01:28:30.000 It's causing quite a stir, as you're well aware, with the Gibson family.

01:28:33.000 Hutton, Gibson, and Mell, of course.

01:28:35.000 But particularly, they seem to be after Hutton, because of his views on the Holocaust and these types of things.

01:28:40.000 He never told me those views.

01:28:42.000 I've asked him about that a year ago, and he said something different.

01:28:46.000 He did?

01:28:46.000 He sure did.

01:28:48.000 He's not backing down, is he?

01:28:49.000 No, I just told you about a year ago.

01:28:52.000 Well, I was talking to Hutton and I said, you know, I've heard this and, you know, Hutton Gibson says the Catholic Church is corrupt.

01:29:00.000 Hutton Gibson thinks, and rightly so, that almost everything is infiltrated.

01:29:05.000 It is.

01:29:08.000 And he doesn't like Hitler.

01:29:10.000 You can ask him about that. 0.91

01:29:11.000 He believes that Jews were killed.

01:29:13.000 He thinks it's wrong that people get arrested if they say less than six million die.

01:29:18.000 He doesn't think it was six million.

01:29:20.000 Yeah, absolutely.

01:29:20.000 And I'd like to talk to you a little bit... So what do you disagree with?

01:29:23.000 I mean... Well, not about that.

01:29:26.000 I disagree with you about the issue of peak oil, and I've got some points to make on that.

01:29:31.000 Your concept of peak oil You know, you need to look at the facts about the Equality Act.

01:29:35.000 Oh, I have looked at the facts.

01:29:38.000 We'll be right back and let you talk about it.

01:29:40.000 Stay with us.

01:29:43.000 We're on the march.

01:32:53.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:33:02.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:33:08.000 Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 Central.

01:33:11.000 Back from 9 to midnight Central Standard Time.

01:33:15.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

01:33:16.000 I'm going to talk to Bob and Russ and Ron and Glenn and Howard.

01:33:19.000 Then I'm going to have other folks hold because I'm going to go back into a big stack of important news.

01:33:25.000 Before I go back to Bob about his peak oil comments, Yeah, on the Hutton-Gibson situation, I knew a couple years ago that Hutton-Gibson had gotten my videos and had heard the radio show, and I knew that he was friends with Pastor Butch Paul.

01:33:44.000 And then last year, Hutton-Gibson and a bunch of his family, children and grandchildren, came to a showing of 9-11, The Road to Tyranny.

01:33:54.000 And I've talked to Hutton many times privately on the phone, and, you know, what about this stuff in the New York Times where they say, you know, that you deny that Holocaust happened and he said, oh well that's all out of context, of course Hitler's bad and killed a bunch of Jews and other people.

01:34:08.000 I just don't think it's good that, you know, that they arrest people who say it was less than six million because clearly there weren't, you know, a million people killed who were just Jewish because, you know, millions fled to Israel and the U.S.

01:34:26.000 and other areas.

01:34:28.000 I mean, this is the winner of, you know, the big international, you know, Jeopardy.

01:34:32.000 He won the big grand championship.

01:34:35.000 And by that, I mean, he's a real stickler for numbers and facts.

01:34:38.000 And you've heard him on the air before when I say something that's a little bit off, he'll correct my numbers.

01:34:44.000 And the guy's 85 years old.

01:34:45.000 I mean, he's real smart.

01:34:48.000 And, you know, he believes, really, that the Masons control the Catholic Church, Judaism, the Protestants. 0.55

01:34:55.000 And at the higher levels, that is true.

01:34:56.000 And so, you know, I had talked to him.

01:34:59.000 I'd tried to find out if this was true, and he said, no, it wasn't.

01:35:03.000 And then there's some interview, you know, services a few weeks ago where you can look at what he supposedly said, and you can clearly see where it was taken out of context.

01:35:14.000 But again, it's just a way to go after Mel Gibson.

01:35:18.000 So that's my comments on that.

01:35:21.000 I mean, Hutton Gibson will tell you all day that Adolf Hitler was an evil occultist, a devil worshipper, just like Mel Gibson did.

01:35:28.000 But he'll argue with you about numbers of people killed.

01:35:32.000 I mean, it's real simple.

01:35:34.000 I mean, Hutton Gibson thinks everything's corrupt, because, well, frankly, most of it is.

01:35:43.000 Bob, you wanted to argue with me about peak oil.

01:35:46.000 We're running out of oil.

01:35:48.000 It's all over.

01:35:50.000 What are we going to do?

01:35:51.000 Go ahead.

01:35:53.000 Well, no, it's not that we're running out of oil.

01:35:55.000 It's that it's harder and harder to extract out of the ground.

01:35:57.000 I've studied this issue for about the last three months and really researched it on the internet, the things I was able to find.

01:36:02.000 To comment about Hutton-Gibson and the Catholic Church, I'm a traditional Catholic like Hutton and like Mel.

01:36:09.000 There's a wealth of information at seattlecatholic.com about the issue of traditional Catholicism.

01:36:13.000 Okay, but right now we were talking about peak oil.

01:36:15.000 I'll go back to that.

01:36:17.000 Peak oil, from what I've been able to gather, well look, we use, what, a billion barrels of oil the world uses a day?

01:36:23.000 I mean, there is a finite amount of oil.

01:36:24.000 Now, you compared it to diamonds.

01:36:26.000 That wasn't a good analogy to make.

01:36:28.000 I don't think it's a billion.

01:36:31.000 Yeah.

01:36:32.000 Well, the figures that I read, it was.

01:36:33.000 And that is increasing at an escalating rate.

01:36:37.000 Excuse me, the use is increasing, the supply is decreasing, there's an inverted, there's a bell curve there, and that's what's called peak wealth.

01:36:44.000 Some analogies say we reached it two or three years ago even, and we were at peak wealth.

01:36:48.000 Now, if you think about it... Okay, sir, you say my diamond analogy wasn't good.

01:36:53.000 I was using diamonds not as a commodity example, or not comparing apples and oranges.

01:36:59.000 I was using it as an example of elites, of cartels, jacking up prices By artificially creating scarcity.

01:37:09.000 Yes, and that could very well be the case.

01:37:12.000 But could it not be the case also?

01:37:13.000 Wouldn't this justify what's happening with the invasion of Iraq, the invasion of Afghanistan, the whole Baltic region being taken over for the securing of resources?

01:37:24.000 Russia knows it.

01:37:25.000 China knows it.

01:37:25.000 They both made extensive investments in Iraq to develop their oil infrastructure.

01:37:32.000 So, what I see it as, and it kind of hit me like a ton of bricks when I started really looking at it, and I'm not trying to justify what they did, but it seems to be a justification for the seizure of resources to secure our energy future.

01:37:44.000 Now, if that is the case, then you can clearly see that there is a problem with PQL.

01:37:48.000 Now, another thing that tells me that it's a real scenario and not a, perhaps a falsely created one, is that no one's talking about it, Alex.

01:37:55.000 No one's talking about it on the mainstream media.

01:37:57.000 The only candidate that's even mentioned it was Dennis Kucinich.

01:38:00.000 And he hasn't mentioned it again.

01:38:02.000 Yeah, I hear you.

01:38:03.000 Hey, listen, thanks for the call.

01:38:04.000 I'm going to try to comment on this and then move on.

01:38:07.000 You say you've been studying peak oil for three months.

01:38:12.000 I've been studying it for five years.

01:38:15.000 I mean, I don't just sit up here and rant and rave for three hours a day.

01:38:20.000 I spend hours every day researching.

01:38:23.000 That's what I do.

01:38:26.000 And I know about oil supplies in the United States.

01:38:31.000 I know about oil supplies in Central Asia, in the Middle East, and in the Atlantic, and Pacific, and North Sea, and Indian Ocean.

01:38:43.000 There are just supermassive quantities of oil that have been discovered all over the globe.

01:38:51.000 And this move into Iraq and Central Asia This is about restricting the supply of oil, because OPEC, which is a globalist-controlled cartel, by the way, they try to act like there's some friction there, more good cop, bad cop, has been losing control, and more oil has been being sold.

01:39:13.000 Now that Iraq and other areas have been shut down, and they aren't shipping a lot of oil out of there, you see that we're paying $1.65 on average a gallon.

01:39:24.000 I mean, we're right next door to the refineries here and it's like $1.58 a gallon for 87 octane here in Austin.

01:39:31.000 And so, I'm not talking about, you know, a hundred papers you read by leftists and environmental groups and UN bodies about peak oil and it's all over.

01:39:42.000 I'm talking about just masses of crude oil that's been discovered.

01:39:47.000 I mean, they have new finds every year, and then you'll read these false analysis pieces put out by the Russians and others, And it'll say, you know, oh, this is all the new oil that's been discovered.

01:39:59.000 Then I'll go right over to a new document that shows even more oil discovered in one oil field than their saying's been discovered in the last couple years.

01:40:09.000 So just lots of cooked books, lots of false numbers.

01:40:13.000 This is all about control.

01:40:16.000 I mean, why do you think they won't let us have the oil out of Alaska?

01:40:19.000 Alaska is just covered with giant oil pockets.

01:40:24.000 Of sweet crude.

01:40:25.000 Did you know that?

01:40:27.000 The stuff that you only have in the Western Hemisphere that they found in a few areas of Venezuela and Argentina.

01:40:33.000 Now they find giant deposits of sweet and near sweet crude.

01:40:37.000 Means it comes out of the ground partially refined.

01:40:40.000 Very high value.

01:40:43.000 They found a bunch of sweet crude in areas of Africa.

01:40:48.000 I mean, they're finding oil all the time.

01:40:50.000 It's just not true!

01:40:52.000 You know, I see these articles about potash is only found in an ancient lake in Israel, and potash is what's used for fertilizer, and when it's gone and we're all dead.

01:41:03.000 I mean, that's just not true.

01:41:06.000 It's not the only place you find potash.

01:41:08.000 I mean, I'm tired of this.

01:41:10.000 It's like, people call me up and go, you know, what about this Nesera Bill?

01:41:16.000 Secretly, the government gave us all our rights back in 2001, and they've suppressed it, and everything's going to be alright, and well, there's a news article on the web about it, Alex, you know.

01:41:29.000 Look, the globalists can't hide anything that they've really done.

01:41:32.000 And there's plenty of crimes and plenty of bizarreness to go around.

01:41:37.000 But all this business of stuff that can't be proven, the same crowd that brought you global warming, the same crowd that brought you all these false reports, all these global fear-mongering stories that always take more global control to save us, it's the same M.O.

01:41:54.000 over and over again.

01:41:57.000 You want to talk about a real global crisis.

01:42:01.000 Genetically engineered, race-specific bio-weapons. 0.83

01:42:06.000 Dick Cheney, in Rebuilding America's Defense, the PENAC document, in September of 2000, said, we need to legitimize the use of race-specific weapons. 0.90

01:42:16.000 They want to use them to kill certain races. 0.68

01:42:19.000 That ought to scare you. 0.97

01:42:21.000 They've got race-specific bio-weapons. 0.50

01:42:22.000 The British, the Israelis, the U.S. 0.87

01:42:26.000 We've got a proliferation of weapons of mass destruction by the globalists to bring in World War III.

01:42:32.000 You should be worried about that.

01:42:33.000 The policy planners are really going ahead with plans for this.

01:42:39.000 You should be concerned that Monsanto and others are going out and creating specially engineered, not just food crops, but now grasses and trees and planting open air These plants, so their pollen spreads, and suddenly trees and grasses aren't producing seeds and are just dying, and then Monsanto comes in with, oh, we've got an all-purpose grass you can plant.

01:43:04.000 I mean, they're actually killing the biosphere, taking over, patenting life, engaging in mass abomination against God's creation.

01:43:14.000 The environmentalists don't care.

01:43:15.000 They're too busy grabbing people's property.

01:43:17.000 Federally funded.

01:43:18.000 I mean, these are the real things.

01:43:19.000 You want to talk about real crisis?

01:43:21.000 You know, Texas company Protegene, a good example I use.

01:43:25.000 96 locations, open air, HIV corn, pharmacological corn with HIV in it.

01:43:31.000 Planted in 96 locations, jumped into soybeans, jumped into granaries.

01:43:35.000 No one knows where all it went.

01:43:38.000 Yes, it grows live HIV in it.

01:43:41.000 You know, a bunch of different military bases and now private bases with these spider goats. 0.99

01:43:46.000 We've had the CEO on from upstate New York, you know, splicing goats and spiders.

01:43:52.000 New Jersey legalizing growing clones to birth, keeping them alive after birth with no rights, growing organs off of them, keeping babies alive in tanks.

01:44:04.000 I mean, you know, that's real!

01:44:07.000 But, you know, all the leftists and that whole crowd doesn't want to talk about it.

01:44:16.000 Telling you truth stranger than fiction.

01:44:19.000 Now, again, all this talk about how there's not going to be any oil and we're going to have to lower our standard of living and this new feudalism is coming.

01:44:32.000 The U.N.

01:44:32.000 has chartered all these reports about how there's no fresh water anymore, and we've got to have controls over it.

01:44:39.000 It's precious.

01:44:40.000 There's no fresh water.

01:44:42.000 There's no oil.

01:44:43.000 There's not going to be any oil soon.

01:44:45.000 There's not any forest.

01:44:47.000 We've got to have incredible controls over all the land.

01:44:49.000 The government's got to run it. 0.57

01:44:50.000 It's an emergency.

01:44:52.000 This is neo-feudalism.

01:44:54.000 And it's a stated plan, and I told you they'd say there was no oil and water five, six years ago!

01:45:01.000 Now they're saying it, and you're not listening to me as usual!

01:45:06.000 It's their own policies!

01:45:08.000 It's their own plans!

01:45:09.000 I don't have a crystal ball, people!

01:45:13.000 I know what they're gonna do, because they said what they're gonna do!

01:45:17.000 Oh, I don't mean to rant and rave.

01:45:18.000 I want to go to your calls.

01:45:20.000 And, Bob, it's a good call.

01:45:21.000 I'm not mad at you.

01:45:21.000 I just get frustrated.

01:45:23.000 Russ in Texas.

01:45:24.000 Russ, go ahead.

01:45:25.000 Hey, Alex.

01:45:26.000 How you doing?

01:45:27.000 Doing great.

01:45:28.000 Thanks for taking my call.

01:45:30.000 I'd like to go back to one of the things your guest was talking about, and that is, of course, I think one of the major crises we have is the fact that law enforcement has developed this us-and-them mentality.

01:45:44.000 Here we have the prosecutor, he was just retiring as prosecutor at the time, a successful lawyer, West Texas, seeing women having their goods thrown out on the side of the road and the cops just drive off as their stuff blows around.

01:45:57.000 He puts a sign up on his own ranch saying say no to illegal searches and so they come and sue him and take it down.

01:46:05.000 I've always believed that you can catch more bees with honey than you can with vinegar.

01:46:10.000 And I think if you have an opportunity to confront an officer, when you're looked at as a citizen rather than a perpetrator, that you're probably better off and you may be able to get them to listen better.

01:46:22.000 But if you do get pulled over or something and they want to search you, I have a little bitty card here that I keep in my wallet that someone gave me and it's called an Assertion of Rights.

01:46:31.000 That might be, hey hold on, that might be anti-government, that might be illegal.

01:46:36.000 It simply says, Officer, please understand, I have the right to have an attorney present if you want to question me or conduct any search of my body or personal effects.

01:46:44.000 I am not giving my consent to any type of search.

01:46:47.000 If I am under arrest, I wish to invoke and exercise my Miranda Rights.

01:46:51.000 I want to speak with an attorney now.

01:46:53.000 I do not want my personal property impounded, nor do I consent to any impoundment.

01:46:58.000 I request the opportunity to secure my personal effects.

01:47:02.000 If I am not under arrest, please tell me immediately so that I may leave.

01:47:06.000 You know, I have to tell you, I don't get rude with police.

01:47:10.000 But, I mean, I just let them know, look, I haven't done anything wrong.

01:47:12.000 I don't use your CIA drugs.

01:47:15.000 Okay?

01:47:16.000 And, uh, I'm just driving down the road.

01:47:18.000 If you're gonna give me a ticket, go ahead and do it.

01:47:20.000 Now, that's what I say to them.

01:47:24.000 I mean, I don't care. 0.99

01:47:25.000 I don't care if they blow my head off and stomp in my guts. 0.96

01:47:27.000 Well, yeah, if it comes to that, that's what you have to do. 0.98

01:47:29.000 Because I don't care, because I'm not their slave.

01:47:31.000 They're not my master.

01:47:33.000 I'm not their slave.

01:47:34.000 I just want them to know that I'm a human being.

01:47:36.000 I got as much value as they do.

01:47:37.000 And how would they like being treated like this?

01:47:39.000 Well, a lot of them are pretty good guys. 1.00

01:47:42.000 They're just ignorant. 0.99

01:47:43.000 I know that. 1.00

01:47:44.000 I understand that.

01:47:45.000 But I guarantee you they wouldn't like it if I pulled them over.

01:47:47.000 I don't use their CIA drugs.

01:47:51.000 I didn't ship the garbage in here. 0.84

01:47:53.000 I haven't put 10 million kids on Ritalin and Prozac like their bosses have.

01:47:59.000 I'm not putting mercury in the shots and brain damaging children like their bosses are.

01:48:04.000 Hey, let me tell you something.

01:48:05.000 You know why I hate the CPS so much?

01:48:07.000 Because Time Magazine admits they're five times more likely to abuse children than anybody else. So we got the child

01:48:13.000 abusers running the, you know, running the hen house here, and I'm tired of it. I'm tired

01:48:18.000 of the criminals. I'm tired of the people who are the number one perpetrators of crime

01:48:23.000 telling me I'm bad. They're bad.

01:48:27.000 No doubt. Go ahead. I've had an opportunity to give quite a few of your videos to police

01:48:33.000 officers, too, and I've kind of composed a short letter that I would give to them.

01:48:37.000 Could I take just a moment?

01:48:38.000 Oh, sure.

01:48:38.000 I'd like to hear about your terrorism.

01:48:40.000 Okay.

01:48:41.000 It says, thank you for the opportunity to speak candidly with you.

01:48:44.000 I understand that your responses may be somewhat guarded and skeptical because of the position that you hold.

01:48:49.000 The major media outlets have been very effective at filtering out much of the truth and at spinning the news to create a desired outcome.

01:48:57.000 They've also been effective at making anyone that would question authority out to be a radical or dangerous individual.

01:49:03.000 It is imperative that we as citizens begin to exercise a degree of independent critical thinking and not be afraid to question authority.

01:49:11.000 I've never heard such al Qaeda talk.

01:49:13.000 Especially when we are not sure of the lawful validity of that which is in question.

01:49:18.000 As parents, we have an obligation to see that our children are afforded the same opportunities and liberties that we've enjoyed.

01:49:24.000 We cannot allow our children's freedom and future to be squandered away by an apathetic citizenry who is willing to blindly trust those with unaccountable decision-making power over our daily lives.

01:49:36.000 Yeah, in Lyon County, Kentucky, that got one of my listeners arrested, that exact type of letter.

01:49:42.000 I believe that nothing less than the survival of our free nation is at stake.

01:49:46.000 Because you have taken a solemn oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, I also challenge you to determine whether your daily duties and responsibilities ever call into question your ability to uphold that oath.

01:50:03.000 Not intentionally, but simply because of the lack of importance placed on the Constitution during your training and subsequent time on the force.

01:50:11.000 America was founded on the premise of a very small, limited, and accountable governmental system.

01:50:16.000 Unfortunately, we're out of time and your cordless phone is breaking up really bad.

01:50:19.000 You're on a cordless phone, aren't you?

01:50:21.000 No, I'm not.

01:50:21.000 creating an all-encompassing beast that would attempt to control so much of our

01:50:25.000 lives. With this type of from the top down centralization of power and control

01:50:30.000 unfortunately we're out of time and your cordless phones breaking up really bad

01:50:34.000 you're on a cordless phone aren't you? No I'm not I don't know what the

01:50:39.000 problem is. Well that's a great letter man And what response do you get from police with it?

01:50:44.000 Usually they take and read it.

01:50:45.000 Their responses are guarded, but they appreciate it.

01:50:48.000 I think they do.

01:50:49.000 Well, I'm honored to have somebody out there like you taking action.

01:50:52.000 Good job.

01:52:03.000 We listened.

01:52:57.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:53:02.000 There is a chance to use this disaster with a New World Order.

01:53:06.000 A New World Order.

01:53:08.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:53:14.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal

01:53:18.000 the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:53:21.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:53:23.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the

01:53:27.000 Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white 0.68

01:53:32.000 slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:53:50.000 Alright folks, we're back on the air.

01:53:58.000 I have been ranting a bit today.

01:53:59.000 I just get angry about the things that are happening.

01:54:02.000 But I do appreciate the last caller who's out there waking people up and taking action.

01:54:09.000 God bless you.

01:54:10.000 Ron in Oklahoma.

01:54:11.000 Ron, go ahead.

01:54:12.000 You're on the air.

01:54:14.000 Reverend Jones.

01:54:15.000 Yes.

01:54:16.000 I've had really good luck with your tapes.

01:54:18.000 9-11, Masters of Terror, Please Stay Free.

01:54:23.000 We're getting a lot of calls about my videos today.

01:54:26.000 I've had really good luck with them.

01:54:28.000 I've stopped counting at about 200 copies.

01:54:30.000 The only problem with them or with your books is they certainly aren't for the faint of heart.

01:54:37.000 These are the impact when people see them for the first time.

01:54:41.000 And all their illusions as to what's really going on are shattered.

01:54:44.000 But after they recover, they start to come around eventually.

01:54:48.000 I have Order Out of Chaos and Tex Marr's book, Circle of Intrigue, and then your book, I just ordered two more copies of Order Out of Chaos as gifts.

01:54:59.000 It's all quite amazing.

01:55:02.000 Well, I really do appreciate your help.

01:55:05.000 People like you make this show possible.

01:55:07.000 But anyway, Alex, a couple of things here.

01:55:11.000 For one, I have been told recently by a former high-level banking executive that what we're seeing now with the immigration and job outsourcing was basically well-known in the banking circle of an industry.

01:55:28.000 Twenty years ago, because of the high union wages, it was predicted that this would come about, that we would outsource

01:55:36.000 jobs and we would have more people coming in, which we have been seeing for a long time now.

01:55:43.000 Well, that's a scam. You're a... I mean, that's the excuse.

01:55:48.000 Europe, you get $25 an hour and you get a month of vacation in Germany, but they have tariffs on their trade, they protect their industry, whereas America has been looted by the globalists, and then German companies are able to buy up all our companies.

01:56:06.000 NAFTA and GATT is a looting strategy, and the unions are only 11% of the jobs.

01:56:12.000 That's a side issue Well yeah I understand where you're coming from because whenever I hear these things I look at Europe and I see these compact basically countries that are mostly homogeneous and that have higher standards of living than we do and where the population doesn't constantly grow and expand with immigrants 0.87

01:56:34.000 And they have a high standard of living, and they seem to be doing quite well.

01:56:37.000 Where in this country, we keep bringing more and more and more people in, and lowering the standard of living. 1.00

01:56:41.000 Well look, it's simple.

01:56:42.000 It's simple.

01:56:43.000 Bush just got rid of the minimum wage.

01:56:46.000 And in theory, I don't believe in a minimum wage, because I don't believe in government control.

01:56:52.000 But we've already got so much regulation, so much government control, that to even survive, you've got to have that minimum wage.

01:56:59.000 Now they get rid of the minimum wage.

01:57:01.000 Now they get rid of overtime.

01:57:04.000 They admit, that's so the illegals can drive it down to about $2 an hour, then they can live $15 to a house, and then none of us can raise a family! 0.96

01:57:13.000 This is by design to get control of our lives!

01:57:16.000 I've read the globalist policy reports!

01:57:19.000 The government wants to hurt you!

01:57:21.000 Go ahead.

01:57:22.000 Okay, I won't argue with your point there, because it seems to me this was orchestrated long ago to bust the union.

01:57:28.000 But anyway, Alex, why don't we simply bring the troops home from Iraq, use them to invade Mexico, Set up a pro-free trade government. 0.63

01:57:35.000 We can combine Mexico and California.

01:57:37.000 Make Arnold president.

01:57:39.000 That'll get him out of our hair.

01:57:40.000 With a free trade Republican president down there.

01:57:43.000 He'll sell anything that isn't nailed down.

01:57:47.000 That'll bring in foreign investment.

01:57:49.000 Create jobs in Mexico. 0.72

01:57:51.000 The illegals here will go home. 1.00

01:57:53.000 We'll have cheap oil nearby.

01:57:55.000 We can bring the oil here cheap.

01:57:57.000 That'll improve our economy.

01:57:59.000 The CIA can circumvent the Mexican army.

01:58:01.000 Buy their drugs direct from the producers.

01:58:04.000 That will allow them to sell the drug cheaper in this country, which will allow us to cut back on law enforcement and jail cells.

01:58:18.000 The dopers won't have to rob and steal as much.

01:58:20.000 But see, they don't want that.

01:58:22.000 The globalists own the private prisons.

01:58:24.000 They want the price high so the dopers break in your house. 1.00

01:58:28.000 You understand how the cycle works?

01:58:29.000 Yeah, I see where you're coming from.

01:58:32.000 But see, we won't have a problem with terrorism.

01:58:34.000 The Mexicans are agreeable.

01:58:35.000 The troops can go to Tijuana.

01:58:38.000 Hey, good hearing from you, Ron.

01:58:40.000 Third Hour coming up.

01:58:41.000 More calls, more news.

01:58:42.000 Stay with us.

01:58:43.000 Hello folks, this is Alex Jones.

01:58:45.000 You know that Berkey water filters have become the standard of excellence by which all other water filtration systems are measured.

01:59:12.000 The lights can run all night on a single charge and it is bright enough to read by.

01:59:16.000 This provides a relaxing and ambient night light and allows for optimum use during emergency conditions.

01:59:21.000 The Murky Lights revolutionary transparent design takes the guesswork out of refilling because you can see the water level at all times.

01:59:27.000 Get the Berkey Light, the standard of excellence for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438 and tell them Alex Jones sent you.

01:59:40.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

01:59:42.000 Big Brother.

01:59:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:59:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:59:55.000 You want answers?

01:59:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:59:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:07.000 Alright, my friends.

02:00:12.000 As usual, we are now into the third hour, final hour of global transmission this week.

02:00:21.000 After this show, Monday through Friday, from 11 to 2 Central during the day, back from 9 to midnight Central Standard Time.

02:00:30.000 And we've been taking a lot of calls today, already had a guest on concerning the Supreme Court, saying, hey, we agree with the Texas court, you're allowed to put a billboard up on your own property, saying no to Fourth Amendment violating secret searches.

02:00:47.000 Coming up, I am going to get into the UN preparing to take over Iraq as the good cop. 0.99

02:00:52.000 Also more news on vaccinations, a bunch of news on the Haiti situation, on trade, but we're continuing with your calls.

02:01:03.000 Always interesting, always informative.

02:01:05.000 Glenn and Howard and Radkin, Frank, Mike and others, we're going to get to you.

02:01:12.000 Glenn in Colorado, go ahead, you're on the air.

02:01:15.000 Hey Alex.

02:01:16.000 I love it when you get hot under the collar.

02:01:18.000 Hey, about that proposed marriage amendment to the Constitution against the non-heterosexual marriages. 0.59

02:01:25.000 Yeah, it's bad news.

02:01:26.000 Yeah, well, I was thinking it might be more than just a diversion.

02:01:30.000 Now, you're always talking about if we consider problem-reaction-solution.

02:01:35.000 Looks like a perfect NWO scheme to me.

02:01:39.000 you know, you create a problem, a burst of gay and lesbian marriages in an NWO-controlled 1.00

02:01:45.000 city like San Francisco, then second, you citizens of the preachers react, and then

02:01:51.000 three, the NWO supplies the solution, a constitutional amendment where they pry open our rights protection

02:02:00.000 and substitute their slave camp agenda. 0.97

02:02:02.000 Oh, I know it's a... exactly.

02:02:04.000 I know that it's a political football diversion.

02:02:08.000 I mean, I don't agree with the homosexual marriage. 1.00

02:02:10.000 Let's make that clear.

02:02:12.000 But this is a cynical, political ploy.

02:02:14.000 They tried to get a CON-CON going, a constitutional convention, the last four years in a row, with a flag-burning amendment. 0.88

02:02:23.000 And I said, no, I'm against an amendment.

02:02:26.000 To the U.S.

02:02:26.000 Constitution, to the Bill of Rights, to ban flag burning.

02:02:31.000 The amendment said you couldn't even have the flag on tablecloths, on napkins.

02:02:36.000 It made it like some religious, illegal icon.

02:02:40.000 Okay?

02:02:42.000 But that aside, the flag symbolizes your right to burn it. 1.00

02:02:47.000 I mean, I love the American flag, but the freedom that it symbolizes is the freedom of some idiot Wants to burn it, but that's a side issue! 0.99

02:02:56.000 As usual, that itself is just a sub-area. 0.98

02:03:00.000 The real move was to get a CON-CON going, because once a CON-CON starts, they can rewrite the entire Bill of Rights.

02:03:07.000 And I guarantee you that the next time they get a CON-CON going, in the middle of a CON-CON, there will be a massive terror attack, and they will rewrite the whole Bill of Rights and Constitution, guaranteed.

02:03:23.000 And that's what this is about.

02:03:25.000 Go ahead.

02:03:26.000 I'm with you on what you said there.

02:03:28.000 I re-read your book, 9-11 Descendants of Tyranny, and it was even better the second time through.

02:03:35.000 Anyway, I'm going to run along and let somebody else get on.

02:08:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:08:10.000 I was just thinking during the break that the upset, the discomfort, That we saw by the establishment two thousand and four years ago when they killed Jesus Christ.

02:08:30.000 We're seeing the exact same type of upset by the world, the same world system controlled by the same entity today.

02:08:40.000 I mean the exact same type of behavior.

02:08:42.000 All the filth, all the evil, everything that's out there And, oh, this movie, don't take your children to it.

02:08:51.000 Oh, it's... Oh, Hollywood's going to boycott Mel Gibson, blackball him.

02:08:56.000 You know, they're the people engaging in the true McCarthyism.

02:09:01.000 Here's the deal.

02:09:02.000 I'm going to shotgun through Five of these calls.

02:09:06.000 Real quick, I'm going to go back in the news, back in the calls, because I just love calls.

02:09:09.000 They're so interesting.

02:09:10.000 But I do have a bunch of news I want to get to, and there's a lot of it here.

02:09:14.000 We did cover a lot in the first hour, but I've been just taking calls.

02:09:17.000 Callers mention other news and bring up other items.

02:09:20.000 The callers are the news as well.

02:09:22.000 Never know which direction they'll go in.

02:09:24.000 Howard in Colorado.

02:09:25.000 Howard, go ahead.

02:09:26.000 Yeah, how are you, Alex?

02:09:28.000 Good.

02:09:29.000 Wonderful show.

02:09:30.000 Actually, I'm from Washington, D.C.

02:09:31.000 I've called you before.

02:09:32.000 I do a lot of demonstrations.

02:09:34.000 Okay, I was told Colorado, so... That's okay, I'm in Colorado.

02:09:39.000 Okay, well that's okay.

02:09:40.000 That's alright, but anyway, I want to tell you, I'm sending your friend Pat Barber $10 as soon as I get off this phone, and there's a book Theodore White had written, and this is back in the 40s, and it talks about the power base and what they're going to do.

02:09:57.000 Eventually, OSS killed him.

02:09:59.000 Or assassinate him.

02:10:01.000 So this goes way, way back.

02:10:03.000 Oh, it does.

02:10:04.000 You've got the same hereditary mafia, WASP mafia really is what it is, running things with this cloak of government wrapped around them. 0.97

02:10:15.000 And yeah, I mean, this is an ongoing fight.

02:10:19.000 Right.

02:10:19.000 And the other thing I want, there's a couple other things I need to mention real quickly.

02:10:23.000 I know you've got a lot of calls.

02:10:25.000 Uh, when I'm in front of the White House demonstrating, I will not give the Secret Service my name.

02:10:30.000 I won't, uh, stop demonstrating.

02:10:33.000 And they've torn up the whole sidewalk in front of the White House now and put big fences around it.

02:10:37.000 I don't know whether they're building a wall or a garden.

02:10:40.000 They claim they're building a garden, but I doubt it.

02:10:42.000 Oh, they admit they're building a wall.

02:10:43.000 You haven't seen the plans at the new Capitol?

02:10:46.000 And the new White House?

02:10:48.000 It's a giant, armored compound with, like, huge 25-foot walls.

02:10:54.000 Yeah, Washington D.C.

02:10:56.000 is a police state, and I want to mention something that Faith Without Works is dead, and this goes right straight to the passion.

02:11:03.000 And people, if they don't get into the street and start demonstrating and finding out about these issues, all I can say is the American people deserve what they get, and they're going to end up enslaved.

02:11:15.000 Well, we're already enslaved to a great degree, but you're right, it's going to get much more intense.

02:11:20.000 Now, I want to take one of your videos back to DC and show it to my demonstrators.

02:11:24.000 Could I get the New World Order video?

02:11:27.000 Would that be the most that would give them the most shock effect?

02:11:29.000 I want to get them all eventually, but I'm going to... Well, if you're going to show people one video, I'd show them 9-11 Road to Tyranny.

02:11:36.000 Okay, I got that.

02:11:37.000 But if you want to give somebody an overview of what the New World Order is and how it operates and how the left and right are both controlled, I would say Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:11:46.000 Okay, one other point... two other points.

02:11:50.000 Can I get the 9 to 12 show in Colorado?

02:11:54.000 The 9 to 12 show?

02:11:56.000 Aren't you on the air on 9 to 12?

02:11:58.000 Oh, you want to hear the nighttime show?

02:12:00.000 Yeah.

02:12:01.000 Sure.

02:12:03.000 We have the American Freedom Network station picks us up and that covers most of the state.

02:12:12.000 You know what that is on the AM band?

02:12:15.000 I don't want to give it out wrong.

02:12:16.000 Isn't it 1360?

02:12:19.000 I believe it's 1360.

02:12:19.000 Okay, I'll try it now.

02:12:22.000 I apologize if I'm wrong.

02:12:23.000 In fact, guys, look on the website and tell me, please.

02:12:26.000 Also, then there's the Colorado Radio Network, and that's four AM transmitters in the state as well.

02:12:34.000 So we've got five transmitters in that state.

02:12:37.000 Okay.

02:12:38.000 Also, we need to be specific about who... I'm fully aware of who the globalists are, You know, when you start talking to people, we need to get specific about the Bilderberg Group and about different groups who are behind this New World Order and about their secret meeting they hold where nobody can get into.

02:12:57.000 And also... Well, we have done that.

02:12:59.000 We've done... You know, I didn't know that.

02:13:01.000 I'm sorry.

02:13:01.000 You know, hundreds of shows on the subject.

02:13:04.000 I really appreciate the call.

02:13:04.000 I gotta go.

02:13:07.000 Let's talk to Radkin in Vermont.

02:13:09.000 Radkin, you're on the air.

02:13:10.000 Oh, thank you so much, Alex.

02:13:12.000 You just...

02:13:13.000 It's year beyond words, and I worry about your health all the time, and I hope you've cloned yourself, and it's sort of like, you know, Saddam Hussein had all those doubles. 0.84

02:13:24.000 Of course we don't know which one was down in the rat hole, but we know you're there, and as I was just telling Joyce and Dave, I haven't been on their show in a long, long time, but felt motivated.

02:13:37.000 If anything happens to them, I want the government to know that we're all coming to rescue them.

02:13:43.000 You and Dr. Stan Monteith, because you're the only sources of the truth that I've been able to find.

02:13:50.000 Quickly, what's the status with Charles T. Sell and Carl Klang?

02:13:55.000 Go ahead.

02:13:57.000 Oh yeah, let me give folks the status of those.

02:14:01.000 Carl Klang, the Patriot Christian musician who has some gold records, he was arrested supposedly for disorderly conduct.

02:14:01.000 Yeah.

02:14:13.000 Then the bigger charges of destroying property while he was in the jail.

02:14:19.000 They wouldn't release him, wouldn't let him have his court date.

02:14:22.000 They held him for two and a half months.

02:14:24.000 When we found out about it, we put the phone number out and according to the Associated Press, Carried by the Casper newspaper.

02:14:34.000 The judge apologized and said, I don't know why you've been held for two and a half months.

02:14:38.000 That was wrong.

02:14:40.000 So Carl Klang was released last week.

02:14:42.000 Now, Charles T. Sell was the Waco Pentagon dentist.

02:14:49.000 Brought to the site a week before they set it on fire, April 19th, 1993.

02:14:55.000 And he said that he saw them kill them and burn the place down, which is what the Delta Force's own documents stated.

02:15:02.000 This is congressional testimony.

02:15:05.000 But still little known by the average person out there.

02:15:08.000 Mr. Sell went public and said they murdered the Davidians, and so a few years after Waco, now almost seven years ago, coming up on seven years, they arrested him and didn't charge him.

02:15:20.000 They claim the FBI said he had threatened to shoot public officials, in the old provocateur comment.

02:15:28.000 So they grabbed him, and to quote, get him ready for trial, he's been in solitary confinement for almost seven years, and the Supreme Court has ruled that yes, he can be forcibly drugged with anti-psychotics to get him ready for trial.

02:15:43.000 A doctor with no criminal record, A doctor who worked for the army, a doctor who said they killed the Davidians, and the government grabs him, says he's crazy, puts him in solitary confinement and drugs him.

02:15:54.000 I mean, how obvious is that?

02:15:57.000 And so that's where Charles T. Sell is.

02:16:00.000 Is there any contact person where we can get our local attorney generals to put the pressure on that state there to I mean, it's better than the Supreme Court.

02:16:10.000 The Supreme Court is good.

02:16:12.000 And that means for you, too.

02:16:14.000 They say judges can order any one drug.

02:16:15.000 They're now doctors and everything together, and juries.

02:16:19.000 Okay, quickly.

02:16:20.000 John Stattmiller, when he was covering for you last Saturday, I get so worried when anything happens to you.

02:16:25.000 No, I don't do that Saturday show anymore.

02:16:26.000 Oh, okay, okay.

02:16:28.000 I just couldn't.

02:16:28.000 I mean, I do about Lately I've been doing about five interviews a day, and I just can't handle it anymore.

02:16:36.000 Oh, I don't blame you.

02:16:37.000 You deserve time.

02:16:39.000 But he was reading from, was it Dr. Boyd Graves' litany of all the acts of terrorism that have been promulgated by our government, or the government of the United States?

02:16:53.000 You know?

02:16:53.000 Uh-huh, yeah.

02:16:56.000 So, you're, yeah?

02:16:57.000 Okay, okay, one last question.

02:16:59.000 Someone called in And said that the National Guard has no legitimacy in being sent out beyond our borders.

02:17:07.000 Well, that's yeah, because they were supposed to be a state unit.

02:17:10.000 They're the organized militia, then the citizenry is the unorganized militia.

02:17:14.000 And yeah, I mean, it's never been done until the last few years and it's not good.

02:17:20.000 Well, I was arguing with a local, not arguing, but questioning a local head of the National Guard here.

02:17:26.000 Because of the plea to uranium and all these, besides the political issues.

02:17:31.000 I mean, just the health and welfare of our troops.

02:17:34.000 Why aren't we just keeping them, like, sending them down to the Mexican border and helping Ranch Rescue and Chris Hedgcock and all those?

02:17:44.000 Sir, thanks for the call.

02:17:45.000 The military is about grabbing resources and suppressing the people.

02:17:50.000 Does that mean I'm against the military themselves?

02:17:53.000 No.

02:17:54.000 But the stated government policy, the white papers, it's all about global domination.

02:18:00.000 We are being used, just like our tax money is used to empower the New World Order, our troops are used.

02:18:08.000 And until we say, stop using our troops like mercenaries, it's going to continue.

02:18:14.000 And you know, the government says, support the troops, support America, shut your mouth, go along with it, don't ask questions, that's patriotism.

02:18:25.000 No, that's not patriotism.

02:18:28.000 Okay, Fred and Mike and a bunch of other people, just Jack and others, just stay there.

02:18:34.000 I'm going to come back and cover some news.

02:18:37.000 And then we'll get to your calls, continuing with wide open phones on this Friday.

02:18:41.000 And when we go to calls, I want to go a little bit quicker, because all the calls are great, it's just that we never get to everybody.

02:18:46.000 I guess we never would.

02:18:47.000 It would just be more calls.

02:18:50.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:18:52.000 I really want to cycle through some calls the last 15 minutes of the show.

02:18:58.000 We've got 40 minutes left, but I'm going to cover news for about 15 minutes or so when we get back.

02:19:04.000 But I want to just cycle through calls.

02:19:05.000 I'm going to give each caller about a minute on the show.

02:19:07.000 I'm going to try to shut up and hold back my comments.

02:19:10.000 I just want to cycle through a whole bunch of you.

02:19:12.000 So 1-800-259-9231.

02:19:17.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:19:19.000 Just blitzing through your calls.

02:19:23.000 Stay with us.

02:19:23.000 We'll be right back.

02:23:32.000 800-569-4340. That's 800-569-4340. Or visit their website at www.cliffscott.com.

02:23:39.000 Yeah, there's no entity or anything.

02:23:56.000 I mean, I filled in for John Stattenhaler this week because he just moved.

02:24:02.000 So he's been busy with that on his show.

02:24:06.000 For over a year, I did that Saturday show with him.

02:24:08.000 It's just that I do so many radio interviews.

02:24:11.000 Many times, listeners who work at night hear me on the syndicated talk shows or on the Big 50,000 Waters up at 4 a.m.

02:24:22.000 doing all-nighters.

02:24:23.000 I seem to do those interviews every week.

02:24:27.000 I do interviews.

02:24:28.000 I get up at 6 or 5 in the morning, do interviews on talk stations.

02:24:34.000 you know, one o'clock at night because I'm able to reach out and, you know, get to people

02:24:38.000 that way. And I seem to be a little more focused as well when I'm on somebody else's show because,

02:24:46.000 you know, it gets the adrenaline flowing, especially when somebody calls in and disagrees with me.

02:24:51.000 So that's where I'm having the biggest effect.

02:24:53.000 People say, come out to San Francisco and speak at our 9-11 deal.

02:24:57.000 Well, I can't do it.

02:24:58.000 Or, you know, please come speak to this group or that group.

02:25:01.000 I really can't do that because in the time it'd take me to go somewhere and give a speech, 3 or 4 days minimum, I could do 20 radio interviews and reach 5 million people.

02:25:13.000 Instead of flying somewhere and talking to 500 people.

02:25:18.000 And, you know, certainly I could fly and speak to 500 people and sell 500 videotapes and make a lot more money than I do, you know, doing interviews on radio stations, because I never seem to plug my videos.

02:25:29.000 But that isn't what matters to me.

02:25:32.000 I mean, I really, you know, the thrill of my life is waking people up, is reaching out and exposing the globalists.

02:25:40.000 And listen, I mean, I'm here to give you the good news.

02:25:45.000 Last night I saw the number one talk show host in Austin, the number one morning show, and he's been critical of me in the past, and he walked over and apologized and said, you know, you're right, all the dominoes have fell for me, the New World Order is real, they really are doing all this, you've been right all along, and he got up at a function I was at and said, I was wrong, Alex Jones is right.

02:26:12.000 And, you know, the New World Order is real and they've taken over.

02:26:16.000 You know, this guy's got a big ego.

02:26:18.000 I didn't even ask him to do it.

02:26:19.000 I don't know why.

02:26:21.000 But the point is, is that five, six years ago I could sit here on a local talk station with ten phone lines.

02:26:27.000 And I tell this story every week because it's so important.

02:26:30.000 You know, with ten phone lines.

02:26:31.000 And half the callers just agreed with me.

02:26:34.000 Now on my own show, on all these AM and FM stations all across the country, Nobody calls in to disagree, or if they do, it's because I'm not right-wing enough, maybe.

02:26:44.000 I don't believe in everything they believe in, or I don't believe in speculative stuff, or I don't hate the Jews. 0.94

02:26:56.000 That's the type of people that disagree with me now.

02:27:00.000 I wish more of you would call, because it frankly makes for better radio.

02:27:07.000 People say, wow, you don't screen the calls.

02:27:09.000 Well, no, I know that mainstream radio does, though they deny that they do.

02:27:14.000 We don't, and we prove that when you call into the show.

02:27:18.000 But it's not just my own show.

02:27:20.000 I mean, I do these interviews, and I might be on a talk show for two hours, and they take 20, 30 calls, and no one calls in to disagree. 0.98

02:27:31.000 Sometimes they do, and it's usually, you know, you're a liar, you're a communist. 0.84

02:27:37.000 If they're a conservative, I'm a communist. 0.99

02:27:39.000 If they're a liberal, I'm a fascist Nazi. 1.00

02:27:42.000 And they're going to kill me, and they hope I go to one of the concentration camps. 1.00

02:27:47.000 And that's about it. 0.99

02:27:49.000 I mean, really, we are winning the war.

02:27:51.000 I don't know how else I can say it.

02:27:54.000 Because the New World Order is so far along.

02:27:56.000 I mean, you cannot deny it anymore.

02:27:58.000 Plus, as I've been telling you for, well now, almost 10 years on the air, we have the power of prediction.

02:28:05.000 We have the globalist policy books and manuals, because that's all public.

02:28:09.000 It's not widely distributed.

02:28:10.000 So we have the power of prediction.

02:28:14.000 We can tell people what's going to happen if we stay focused and disciplined and don't get off into conspiracy theory.

02:28:21.000 We can tell people what's going to happen, and the cop who laughs today won't laugh a year from now when he sees it come true.

02:28:28.000 And that's where we get the converts to reality and to the side of decency and honor.

02:28:33.000 That's why we're at least winning the fight for the hearts and minds.

02:28:36.000 And we are winning the fight for the hearts and minds.

02:28:40.000 The problem is the globalists know that, they're accelerating their program, and they could nuke a city any day, release smallpox any day.

02:28:47.000 I mean, we're right on the edge, folks.

02:28:49.000 They've geared up for martial law, the secret arrest, all of it, and the only reason they haven't gone ahead with it is they know that so many people are awake, they're afraid their own minions won't follow orders.

02:29:00.000 Their own minions wouldn't take the smallpox shot, much less give it to you and your family forcibly.

02:29:07.000 But it's also a Catch-22 where they need to accelerate it, because we're hurting them so bad.

02:29:12.000 So I think they're going to go ahead and move.

02:29:14.000 And I think they're going to move real soon.

02:29:17.000 And we better be ready for it, because things are about to accelerate even faster.

02:29:23.000 We're in a geometric economy now, where each time we jump, it's explosive.

02:29:30.000 It's doubling.

02:29:31.000 We'll be right back with more news, your calls.

02:29:35.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:32:59.000 I'm saying the globalists that run this country and the world want to detonate nukes in major cities, want to release smallpox, killing millions of us.

02:33:09.000 They don't just care or not care, they enjoy it and out of that they want to have you all swiping national ID cards, retina scanning to start your cars, telling you how many children you can have, forcing you to take all these inoculations.

02:33:25.000 That's the police state that comes with all of this.

02:33:28.000 And 9-11 is just a preparation for the next level or next phase of this.

02:33:34.000 And so, understand, you may wake up one morning with the news and, you know, a distance image of a smoking, burning city.

02:33:44.000 It appears to be some type of nuclear device.

02:33:48.000 The devices are picking up high levels of radiation.

02:33:51.000 Looks like Al-Qaeda used a suitcase nuke.

02:33:54.000 Things are really going to change now.

02:33:57.000 Let's cut to the former Vice President Al Gore.

02:34:02.000 Well, I think it's clear we all have to get behind the President now because of this and arrest anyone that disagrees.

02:34:08.000 Actually, we were all wrong about the Patriot Act.

02:34:10.000 It was needed to keep us safe, but we got in the way of it.

02:34:13.000 I want to apologize myself.

02:34:16.000 I'll be having to post to the new Homeland Security Department.

02:34:19.000 Oh, let's cut to Gary Hart.

02:34:22.000 Well, yes, we have to give up all our freedoms now.

02:34:24.000 The new world order is the only thing that can save us.

02:34:26.000 This nuclear weapon that's gone off in St.

02:34:29.000 Louis, Philadelphia, Austin, Texas, Picture City.

02:34:35.000 This certainly, certainly shows that we should have listened all along, that we people didn't move against it, and hundreds of cities passed laws against the Patriot Act and not allowed this to happen.

02:34:45.000 Those that criticized the moves we tried to put into place caused this.

02:34:48.000 They should be arrested!

02:34:52.000 A wave of arrest has begun.

02:34:53.000 It's believed now that the Al-Qaeda controls even worse than we thought.

02:34:56.000 Al-Qaeda had control of cells all over the country and sub-advisors.

02:35:01.000 I mean, folks, that's... I mean, I'm not joking around.

02:35:04.000 I just hope you understand that.

02:35:06.000 These people will do this in a minute, if they think you'll buy it, if they think the police will go along with it.

02:35:15.000 Kofi Annan pledges deep U.N.

02:35:17.000 commitment to Iraq.

02:35:18.000 The United Nations is committed to helping the Iraqi people to maintain their integrity and to form a legitimate government.

02:35:27.000 Yeah, the U.N.

02:35:27.000 sure does that.

02:35:28.000 Secretary General Kofi Annan pledged in a speech to the japanese diet today

02:35:35.000 what's their district lower house and made the speech hours after the world body announced a

02:35:40.000 report the transfer of power from u s let coalition provisional

02:35:45.000 forty and days after he said a fact-finding team to iraq it's

02:35:48.000 already official before the war

02:35:51.000 in globalist papers and then after the war hobby or so long as already met with

02:35:56.000 bush they will play the good cop the u will take a

02:36:00.000 there's another one uh... so the united stand and

02:36:04.000 and uh... kuzumi agreed to u n

02:36:08.000 must be more involved in Iraq.

02:36:09.000 Here's another one.

02:36:10.000 China supports U.N.' 's important role in Iraq.

02:36:12.000 Ambassador China supported the United Nations in continuing to play an important role in Iraq.

02:36:18.000 Chinese Ambassador Wang Yongning said Tuesday.

02:36:23.000 And Bremer, the regional dictator, praises U.N.

02:36:28.000 on Iraq.

02:36:29.000 U.S.

02:36:30.000 overseer, Paul Bremer, has praised the U.N.

02:36:32.000 Secretary General, Toffee Annan's report stating that months of work are needed before credible elections can be held in Iraq and before the U.N.

02:36:41.000 can take over.

02:36:42.000 So that's the type of articles we have there.

02:36:45.000 North Korea gets rare private meeting with the U.S.

02:36:48.000 North Korea secured a rare private audience with the United States on Wednesday and also won an offer of compensation from South Korea if it relinquishes its nuclear weapons program, which Donald Rumsfeld and Clinton gave them.

02:37:03.000 The highly unusual meeting came on the sidelines of the Six Nation Talks.

02:37:07.000 Amid ending the standoff over North Korea's nuclear program, Assistant U.S.

02:37:12.000 Secretary of State James Kelly spent more than an hour with North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kai-Wong.

02:37:20.000 No details were immediately available, but State Department spokesman Richard Botcher described the session as useful.

02:37:29.000 Our hereditary dictator wants to talk to your hereditary dictator.

02:37:34.000 Syria, North Korea, America.

02:37:36.000 Where the son of the last leader becomes the new leader.

02:37:42.000 Nine Iraqi scientists murdered in the past four months.

02:37:47.000 U.S.

02:37:47.000 believes killings effort to conceal scope of Iraq's nuke program.

02:37:54.000 And that's as a senior Iraq scientist who had been involved in Iraq's nuclear program was found murdered in Baghdad recently.

02:38:00.000 According to U.S.

02:38:00.000 officials, well yeah, the middle class is being raped and killed at world records next to South Africa now in Baghdad.

02:38:08.000 That is the only other place with worse crime is in South Africa.

02:38:12.000 And the ninth assassination of Iraq scientists in the past four months reports Geo's strategy to wreck the Global Intelligence News Service. 0.64

02:38:20.000 The last killing was that of Iraqi Aeronautical Scientist Mushi Hussain.

02:38:29.000 Who knows what's really going on.

02:38:31.000 Rebels Threaten Haiti's Capital, and Kerry's trying to say that our government's behind this, and who knows, it probably is, but it's not like Kerry wouldn't do this if he wasn't in office.

02:38:41.000 I'm just stating they're all on the same team.

02:38:45.000 Rebels who have launched a bloody uprising took control of another town Friday, closing in on the capital as President Jean-Bertrand, Mr. Voodoo Aristide, appealed for foreign peacekeepers and the country lurched towards chaos.

02:38:59.000 As Aristide's government appeared to be losing the confidence of the United States, as well as France, the rebels drove police out and freed about 67 prisoners in Maribales, about 25 miles southeast of Port-au-Prince.

02:39:15.000 A witness has said it was unclear whether the rebels were still in the town or pushing towards the capital.

02:39:24.000 EU to impose sanctions on US on Monday.

02:39:28.000 This is out of Reuters, European Union Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy.

02:39:36.000 Said on Thursday, the EU would slap a 5% duty on more than $4 billion worth of U.S.

02:39:41.000 exports beginning on Monday because of Congress's failure to repeal tax breaks declared illegal by the World Trade Organization.

02:39:49.000 That's part of the OECD, and the World Trade Organization tells us how to set our taxes, and our government just lets these sanctions stand, so those are tariffs on our so-called free trade deal.

02:40:01.000 And the dollar's plunging further, jobless claims are up, The Labor Department said 350,000 people filed new claims from State Unemployment Benefits in the week ending February 21st, and that's up from the prior week.

02:40:16.000 And also durable good orders are down, manufacturing down, and it's not good, folks.

02:40:24.000 Some good news, though, and we'll go to your calls here in just a few minutes.

02:40:27.000 Dallas Council votes for resolution denouncing Federal Patriot Act.

02:40:34.000 It's the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

02:40:36.000 Now this is weird, because I read two weeks ago Dallas passed this, but it says they passed it last night.

02:40:41.000 So I'm a little confused right now, but after a round of impassioned debate, a resolution announcing the USA Patriot Act was approved Wednesday in a 9-6 vote on the Dallas City Council.

02:40:55.000 In approving the resolution, Dallas joins three states and 225 local governments.

02:41:00.000 Uh, it's way over 400, okay?

02:41:02.000 It's been like, I've seen probably 50 towns and cities in the last month.

02:41:06.000 I mean, come on.

02:41:09.000 That have taken stands against the Patriot Act.

02:41:11.000 The measure states that city officials will uphold citizens' constitutional rights and monitor the implementation of the Act.

02:41:20.000 And, uh, it goes on with that.

02:41:23.000 Now again, this is posted on InfoWars.com.

02:41:26.000 I do not know if it's a real news article.

02:41:30.000 And somebody better get to the bottom of this, because I spent, you know, 30 minutes this morning and some time, I mean, I had this story yesterday, and it doesn't look real to me, and so I didn't post it yesterday, but by the day the story was so big that I had to cover it.

02:41:49.000 A Jewish group calls the passion an act of terrorism.

02:41:54.000 Now, again, I've seen Alan Dershowitz say that the Christians deserve what they got in the Baptist Church, and when Ashbrook shot it up, that was on Crossfire, and I read the transcript on air. 0.87

02:42:07.000 I've seen rabbis say the Passion is a snuff film and should be banned.

02:42:11.000 I mean, I've seen that.

02:42:13.000 So, I mean, this could be possible, and it could happen under the Patriot Act, but I don't know if this is true.

02:42:22.000 Because I type Capital Press into a search engine, it doesn't pop up.

02:42:29.000 I type Washington-based Jews Against Anti-Semitism, it doesn't pop up.

02:42:37.000 I can't find the source of this.

02:42:40.000 Jewish group calls The Passion an act of terrorism.

02:42:43.000 A prominent Jewish organization has denounced Mel Gibson's The Passion as an act of terrorism and can prove The movie violates the Patriot Act.

02:42:52.000 Jews Against Anti-Semitism, a recently formed Washington D.C.

02:42:56.000 based defense league for Jews, has issued a press release pointing out Sections of the law which are being violated by Mel Gibson's film.

02:43:06.000 Clearly there are laws on the books which have outlawed the inciting of riots or acts of civil disobedience which endanger human life.

02:43:14.000 Mel Gibson's movie will incite violence against Jews and put the lives of millions of Jews in danger, said Rabbi David Fieldman, the spokesperson for Jews Against Anti-Semitism.

02:43:24.000 According to Rabbi Fieldman under Section 802 of the 2001 Patriot Act, any crime that endangers human life is defined as an act of domestic terrorism.

02:43:33.000 Al Gibson's incitement of anti-Semitism is a civil disobedience crime which endangers human life.

02:43:40.000 Under the Patriot Act, the passion is an act of domestic terrorism.

02:43:45.000 We are calling, hereby calling on the Attorney General John Ashcroft, the Department of Justice and Homeland Security, Secretary Tom Ridge, and the Department of Homeland Security to arrest Mel Gibson as a terrorist, confiscate all prints of The Passion, confiscate all materials related to the film as terrorist paraphernalia, and shut down every terrorist hate site on the internet supporting the film, said Rabbi Fieldman.

02:44:08.000 The Justice Department and the Homeland Security have yet to respond to the inquiries made by Capital Press regarding this story.

02:44:16.000 And there's a typo in here and some other stuff.

02:44:20.000 My gut is, this is like an onion story, but I don't know that.

02:44:27.000 My gut is that's the case.

02:44:30.000 Just like I think that's a staged inside deal with that With that church saying, you know, it's the Jews' fault. 0.98

02:44:37.000 This is being done to incite things and get people in fights, and it's disgusting. 0.97

02:44:44.000 But I could be wrong.

02:44:45.000 I don't think I'm wrong.

02:44:46.000 Okay. 0.76

02:44:47.000 I smell a rat on this one.

02:44:50.000 Let's go ahead and go to the calls quickly, because I want to get to everybody.

02:44:55.000 Let's talk to Frank in West Virginia.

02:44:57.000 Go ahead, Frank.

02:44:59.000 Hi, Alex.

02:45:00.000 I'd like everybody to get their pens, something to write with, so when I finish this, what I was going to say, they can write down and help us out here in West Virginia.

02:45:08.000 I'm calling concerning the compulsory immunization of school children bill.

02:45:13.000 Yeah, and they supposedly changed it.

02:45:15.000 I read the new bill.

02:45:17.000 It doesn't change it.

02:45:19.000 No, I've got the second... I didn't get the final Bill, they changed it a little bit.

02:45:25.000 No, I got the final bill and it just says if the government gives you an exemption, you can have one.

02:45:31.000 Okay, well that, no, that's the same thing.

02:45:33.000 Yeah, I just want to make one main point.

02:45:36.000 There's at least six of them, major points, that I'm not going to cover, but there's one that is.

02:45:42.000 Okay, go ahead.

02:45:43.000 And that is, if people don't think this is, well, come to their state, this is a federal mandate, federal government ...requires 90% of all children to be immunized by age 2.

02:45:54.000 Now, down in section D, or subsection D, it says, uh, the changing needs and opportunities for immunization from known diseases for, note, all persons, that's all persons across their lifespan, and track immunization compliance in accordance with Federal and state laws.

02:46:15.000 Yeah, it sets the precedent that everybody's injected with whatever they want, whenever they want.

02:46:20.000 It is a big, big deal.

02:46:21.000 Go ahead and finish up.

02:46:23.000 That's what I'm saying.

02:46:23.000 Exactly.

02:46:24.000 This is the main point.

02:46:25.000 This isn't just law people think, well, this is just for public school children.

02:46:29.000 No, no, it's for everybody.

02:46:30.000 Exactly.

02:46:31.000 If you want to give out a phone number or something, go ahead.

02:46:33.000 Yes, there's, uh, if somebody has email, or rather internet access, WB, that's Victor, Victor E. That's WVVE.org as contact information for Don Perdue.

02:46:49.000 Now Don Perdue is going to decide if he hasn't already which committee or subcommittee this will go to in the House.

02:46:57.000 It still has a chance to be killed if we contact this guy.

02:47:00.000 I urge him to make sure this bill goes to subcommittee C. That's the only fully pro-life subcommittee in the state.

02:47:11.000 If it's a subcommittee C, they may kill it.

02:47:14.000 Okay, listen, I've got to let you go, bro.

02:47:16.000 Thanks for the call, and we've got people coming on as guests about this next week.

02:47:20.000 Mike in Canada.

02:47:23.000 Go ahead, Mike.

02:47:24.000 Hey, Alex.

02:47:25.000 Hello.

02:47:26.000 I just wanted to talk to you about, real quick, about police state going on in our area.

02:47:32.000 Yes, they're trying to pass a new martial law bill in Canada.

02:47:36.000 Yeah, well, there was a standoff on the 18th.

02:47:40.000 And I sent you a news article on that, so you should be getting it soon.

02:47:43.000 And they took this guy in because he had a gun and he was in his house.

02:47:48.000 They took him into the hospital because he was on some type of drugs or whatever.

02:47:52.000 My buddy called me up that night and he said that the tactical team was wearing green

02:47:56.000 and they're wearing military-issue boots and bulletproof vests, whole deal.

02:48:00.000 Yeah, that's the point, is they militarized the police.

02:48:03.000 Yeah, so, you know, and the next day I talked to him again and he's like, yeah, I spoke to a cop about that.

02:48:09.000 I said, hey, what's up with them wearing green?

02:48:11.000 He said, well, They're a special group.

02:48:15.000 And he turned around and walked away from them.

02:48:17.000 And again, armies fight foreign enemies or they're over third world dictatorships.

02:48:22.000 When you have a domestic army over you, the government has declared you the enemy.

02:48:27.000 Militaries are in an us against them mentality.

02:48:29.000 They're not servants of the people.

02:48:31.000 That's why they're getting rid of Posse Comitatus here and getting rid of your laws against us there.

02:48:36.000 So I decided the next day to get on the phone and call the Mayor of Tecumseh And voiced my concerns about that.

02:48:36.000 Of course.

02:48:43.000 I said, why are they wearing green?

02:48:44.000 He says, well, uh, that's to distinguish from the other police.

02:48:47.000 I'm like, well, I have a, you know, I told him about my concerns, well, Posse Comitatus Act in the United States and the militarization of the police.

02:48:54.000 I said, I have video documentation of this all going on.

02:48:58.000 It's in my hand right now.

02:48:59.000 Can I bring it over?

02:49:00.000 He said, yeah, bring it to my office.

02:49:02.000 So I gave him a copy, a video with Police State 2000, Police State 2, and, um, The very first 9-11 video that you had put out, that you had released, I threw that on there, too.

02:49:14.000 And then yesterday I just sent him the one with Matrix of Evil and Police State 3 and America Wake Up Awake on it.

02:49:22.000 You're awesome!

02:49:23.000 Good to hear from you, Mike, and Canada.

02:49:25.000 Keep it up! 0.66

02:49:31.000 I just wanted to touch on something real quick.

02:49:33.000 This is about oil and the economy.

02:49:35.000 On February 6th, I sent you an email regarding oil facts.

02:49:39.000 It was a compilation of corporate and federal data of historical and projected futures.

02:49:45.000 In that, there's some federal documents in there that indicate, for example, trucks 1973, mileage from 1973 to 2002.

02:49:54.000 There's only been a difference of three-tenths of one miles per gallon better.

02:49:57.000 Yeah, and they do have engines where you can get 500 horsepower, you know, off of, and 100 miles to the gallon, but they just won't let them put those engines in.

02:50:08.000 Actually, it's worse than that.

02:50:10.000 If you get a chance to look at Shell Oil's site, they have a race that occurs every year. 1.00

02:50:17.000 It's called the Shell Eco-Marathon.

02:50:20.000 In that, if you go to Shell's site, they have no links for it.

02:50:23.000 You have to type in Eco-Marathon.

02:50:25.000 It is 10,705 miles per gallon that occurred at the Rockingham Motor Speedway in Corby, Northlands.

02:50:33.000 How many miles per gallon?

02:50:34.000 Send me that.

02:55:05.000 I'm about to go to a few final calls, Ron and Robby, our last two calls.

02:55:12.000 I did want to get to this London Evening Standard article.

02:55:15.000 Anti-MMR parents accused of abuse Parents that refuse the shots for being hit by CPS, even though there's not a law in England.

02:55:25.000 Massive amounts of children that are born with autism, that the doctors say have autism.

02:55:30.000 Now the government's saying, well it might be Munchausen.

02:55:33.000 You parents are all lying.

02:55:36.000 Despite the fact that there's all the scientific studies that are out.

02:55:39.000 And so I got this ABC News article from last week and reposted it from the CDC's own documents where it says, quote, there are just a host of neurodevelopmental data that would suggest we've got a serious problem.

02:55:53.000 But my gut feeling is it worries me.

02:55:55.000 I don't want my grandson to get a thimerosal-containing vaccine until we know better what's going on.

02:56:01.000 We're in a bad position from the standpoint of defending any lawsuits.

02:56:05.000 Finally, we have to ask you to keep this information confidential.

02:56:09.000 That's the top CDC scientist meeting in 2000.

02:56:11.000 So, if you don't want to brain damage your kid, they'll come after you.

02:56:15.000 If you complain after they brain damage them, they'll come after you.

02:56:19.000 And it's the same thing in this country. 1.00

02:56:20.000 You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, you sickos. 0.99

02:56:23.000 Let's talk to Ron in New York. 0.99

02:56:25.000 Ron, go ahead.

02:56:26.000 Hi, Alex.

02:56:27.000 You know, if communists call you a fascist, and if fascists call you a communist, you know it must mean only one thing.

02:56:33.000 You believe in justice.

02:56:35.000 Um, about the White House.

02:56:37.000 Yeah, I was shocked.

02:56:37.000 For the first time, this past Wednesday, I was watching C-SPAN, and they had a video cam in front of the White House.

02:56:43.000 Now, I never realized this was happening before.

02:56:44.000 There's a chain-link fence up.

02:56:46.000 They tore down the very famous black wrought iron metal fence that used to go around the White House.

02:56:51.000 It was there since about Abe Lincoln's time.

02:56:53.000 And, uh, the ground is all torn up between where that old black wrought iron fence used to be and the street.

02:56:58.000 You don't see a car or a person even walking in front of that, uh, in front of the White House anymore.

02:57:02.000 It's like they're turning it into a... And they've got these big concrete pylons.

02:57:06.000 Yes, yes.

02:57:06.000 They're turning it into an American Kremlin.

02:57:08.000 That's what's going on.

02:57:09.000 A bunker mentality in the people's capital and they're turning it into an American Kremlin. 0.69

02:57:13.000 This is amazing.

02:57:14.000 That's it.

02:57:15.000 Good point.

02:57:15.000 Gotta let you go.

02:57:16.000 Rob in Wyoming, go ahead.

02:57:18.000 You're our final caller.

02:57:19.000 Alex, I just wanted to tell you, I went down to Salt Lake City a couple weeks ago and found out late at night, found out that you can't rent a motel room without your Credit card papers.

02:57:30.000 Hey, you can't even FedEx stuff now without telling them what the video or book contains or what documents you're sending.

02:57:37.000 It's all the Patriot Act now.

02:57:40.000 Well, I checked into a room, got all settled with my jammies on, and then found out I couldn't make a local call because I didn't have my papers, didn't have my credit card.

02:57:48.000 One of those type of people.

02:57:50.000 So they threw me out because they told me I could go use the pay phone.

02:57:54.000 I know you can reactivate the phone.

02:57:56.000 And I found out later you can.

02:57:59.000 But they threw me out anyway, because I objected highly, because they didn't disclose this before I got all settled in the room.

02:58:05.000 So I'm out in the cold, in the middle of the night, and can't find a hotel room.

02:58:08.000 You need to just say you're from Russia or Mexico, and then you can't even be arrested, basically.

02:58:13.000 It's their policy, like Moses brought it down from Mount Sinai. 0.85

02:58:16.000 Yep, I hear you.

02:58:17.000 We're out of time.

02:58:18.000 I appreciate all the calls, all the sponsors, affiliates, the listeners, the callers.

02:58:24.000 God, number one.

02:58:25.000 And I want to thank Stephanie, did a great job running the show. 0.92

02:58:28.000 I'm Alex Jones signing off.

02:58:30.000 I'll see you back tonight 9 to midnight and back on Monday.

02:58:33.000 So be sure and join us.

02:58:34.000 God bless.

02:58:36.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

02:58:39.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:58:44.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:58:47.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:58:49.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:58:58.000 The Berkey light is different.

02:59:00.000 water molecules take five to ten minutes to pass through the torturous path of the cell
