00:44:39.000 Well, for a year in Austin they've been making employees thumb scan to get into work and at H-E-B's in College Station in Houston and now I think three other cities they've over the last two years making a thumb scan when you use the self-checkout lane as a customer And they've got signs up for the last year in HEB stores around Austin, a little red and yellow sign saying, soon we'll be using inkless fingerprint readers for your safety, to kind of condition you to accept it.

00:45:09.000 Well, I'm just an employee over there, and when they have a little, what they call a ejective, a conscientious ejector, if you refuse to give your fingerprint And, uh, you turn in paperwork there and they take you up in this little room with no windows and, uh, kind of interrogate you on why you don't want to give your fingerprint to the company and all.

01:29:28.000 And then, Our government actually did not support the Nationalists, and David Rockefeller has admitted this, the former CIA section chief has now admitted this.

01:29:43.000 And the Communists kicked everybody off their land, brought everybody into these big communal farms, and tens of millions died in the Great Revolution, Cultural Revolution, Great Leap Forward, And they executed hundreds of thousands of others, though most of it was starvation.

01:30:03.000 And then there was a shift in the party, and they repudiated that and said, oh, we're going to be free market.

01:31:39.000 He's known him for over a decade and this is a case point example of the tyranny we have here.

01:31:46.000 There's a family down the street By this family, who's been in trouble with the government, and been in trouble with CPS, and been through all, and broken up family.

01:31:55.000 Then you've got the family that Mike knows, who's never been in trouble, happily married, good folks, honor roll student, nine years old, he's on the school bus, and they've had problems with this family before that made it a complaint, and the little nine year old girl says that he tried to rape me!

01:32:10.000 Okay, to the nine-year-old boy.

01:32:12.000 The bus driver says, no, it didn't happen.

01:32:14.000 They question the students, no, it didn't happen.

01:32:16.000 Things were dropped for a few months.

01:32:17.000 Then suddenly, Judge Gene Muir has the nine-year-old, who's now ten, this one over twelve months, has him charged with a felony of attempted rape and assault.

01:32:28.000 And they brought this right up to trial, despite the fact the family had the bus driver, the witnesses, all of this, that he didn't even touch her.

01:32:39.000 And Judge Gene Muir tried to force them then with a criminal charge to go ahead and accept probation until he was 18 years old and pay all these fines and fees.

01:32:48.000 Never would have got out of the system.

01:32:49.000 The family said, no, we're innocent.

01:32:51.000 We have witnesses.

01:32:52.000 And they brought it right up to trial.

01:32:54.000 We had a lot of people went down to the jury selection.

01:32:58.000 I couldn't be there.

01:32:59.000 And joining us is Kim, who says she's friends with the family.

01:33:02.000 And again, I've talked to the family and talked to others.

01:33:04.000 And I know they dropped the charges when it was like a game of chicken.

01:33:08.000 But they tried.

01:33:10.000 Knowing he was innocent, knowing they had the bus driver, the other students, everybody, still tried to get him into the system. 0.94

01:33:21.000 She has a giant juvenile justice hall she got built with her name on it as she's a judge. 1.00

01:33:33.000 Um, well, yeah, they went down for the jury selection, and what Mark said to me is that he felt like he was buying a used car, basically.

01:33:40.000 Um, because his attorney kept going upstairs and coming back downstairs and offering them another plea bargain, which they continued to refuse over and over again, and they were basically just trying to wear him and his wife down all day long.

01:33:58.000 Yeah, because I was going to have them on that day.

01:33:59.000 They were supposed to be back by like noon.

01:34:03.000 And I talked to the sister of the husband who was there taking care of the house at the time.

01:34:10.000 She said, yeah, they're supposed to be back, but they never got back.

01:34:13.000 How many hours did this go on?

01:34:15.000 You know, I didn't ask him specifically how many hours he was there, but you know, Alex, I could tell he just sounded exhausted.

01:34:23.000 You know, when you're mentally drained, how you sound.

01:34:26.000 Well, they had an incredible victory, though.

01:34:28.000 They dropped it.

01:34:29.000 They just dropped it because they wouldn't plea bargain, and because you guys had witnesses.

01:34:33.000 They knew, despite ironclad witnesses, they still wanted to get him into the system.

01:34:39.000 Yes, they did, and actually, Judge Muir was...
