Alex Jones Show - 20040820_Fri_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, TGIF, it is Friday.

00:00:38.000 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:00:42.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:44.000 The websites are PrisonPlanet.com and InfoWars.com as well as PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:00:51.000 Well, all these so-called less than lethal or non-lethal weapons that have been deployed by the military in Iraq.

00:01:01.000 I have read the federal documents years ago where they were planning to use these against the American people.

00:01:07.000 Humvees with microwave guns, sound weapons, you name it.

00:01:13.000 And I'm looking at an article out of the Associated Press here where at the Republican National Convention in New York where the mayor says protesting is a privilege.

00:01:24.000 That he can revoke your basic freedoms are now a privilege because Mayor Bloomberg is bigger than the Bill of Rights, bigger than the Constitution, bigger than the Founding Fathers.

00:01:36.000 Well now they're going to have their sound weapons out there, the very company out of San Diego that's been out peddling this.

00:01:45.000 Now they've had sound wave rivals and weapons for a long time.

00:01:49.000 Some of these can kill you.

00:01:51.000 The particular device they're going to be using will just hurt your eardrums and damage your hearing with hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of decibels.

00:02:04.000 Oh boy, so if it's good enough for the Iraqis, it's got to be good enough for us, doesn't it? 1.00

00:02:09.000 Why, we might have riots. 0.60

00:02:11.000 You saw what happened in Seattle, they tell the police around the country.

00:02:14.000 Well, yeah, we did see what happened in Seattle.

00:02:16.000 You hired provocateurs, housed them, paid them, took care of them.

00:02:20.000 It's all in my film, The Takeover.

00:02:23.000 And then you used that precedent you set to go around and edit the video and lie to the police around the country and convince them of all of this and issue them their black Stormtrooper combat armor outfits.

00:02:36.000 Very, very interesting.

00:02:37.000 Also, one of the most disgusting groups in the country, the American Psychological Association has done it again.

00:02:44.000 They're out trying to push and cover up the details of the new Freedom Initiative, which the official federal plan states every child, every adult will be tested for mental illness.

00:02:55.000 And basically upwards of 15% of us will be forcibly drugged.

00:02:59.000 And the British Medical Journal just read the document and put out the truth.

00:03:02.000 And I've read the document, but the American Psychological Association is out trying to spin that.

00:03:08.000 Of course, this is the same group.

00:03:10.000 Remember Dr. Laura?

00:03:12.000 Four years ago, lost a bunch of stations and then got boycotted off of television because she read from the American Psychological Association manual.

00:03:23.000 And we read from the manual, too.

00:03:25.000 And they said, we don't want to categorize pedophilia as a mental illness anymore.

00:03:31.000 Well, I think it's a crime, but they had been saying that it was a mental illness.

00:03:35.000 No, we think it's normal and good for children.

00:03:39.000 They actually went into detail and said children as young as three, this is very good for them.

00:03:44.000 Of course, I disagree with that. 0.98

00:03:45.000 I think they're a bunch of sickos who need to be arrested and put beneath the prison. 0.97

00:03:52.000 And I mean those that are advocating. 1.00

00:03:54.000 If they catch him doing it, execute him. 0.96

00:03:57.000 But here you have it, ladies and gentlemen, just right out in the open. 0.97

00:04:04.000 They want to forcibly, psychologically test all of you because they're owned by the big drug companies that are pushing all of this.

00:04:11.000 So we'll get into that as well, plus what happened in Najaf yesterday.

00:04:15.000 Wide open phones, a lot of your calls.

00:04:17.000 I've been doing a good job of going to your calls early in the show.

00:04:21.000 In fact, we'll probably go to your calls in the next segment.

00:04:24.000 After I go over some news.

00:04:36.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:04:38.000 And again, there's so much news that's been posted with our great webmasters at Infowars.com, PrisonPlanet.com, and PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:04:47.000 We'll be back after this quick break and plunge directly into much of the news we mentioned and a lot more, so please stay the course.

00:04:56.000 We'll be back.

00:04:57.000 Why continue to suffer from pain, illness, and disease when natural health and wellness therapies are within your reach?

00:05:09.000 Hundreds of people report improved health and wellness using Rife frequency technology.

00:05:13.000 In the 1920s, research scientist Royal Raymond Rife discovered that disease organisms can be destroyed using resonant frequencies.

00:05:21.000 The BioSolutions frequency instrument uses the same technology for relief or elimination of pain and disease conditions.

00:05:27.000 There are no side effects.

00:05:29.000 Join others in discovering a return to natural health and wellness.

00:06:00.000 The Berkey Light is your premier source for purified water.

00:06:05.000 It's portable and requires no water pressure, so you can enjoy healthy drinking water, whether it's during normal times or hostile environments, like a local or national emergency.

00:06:14.000 That's because it can purify raw, untreated water from remote lakes and stagnant ponds.

00:06:19.000 The Berkelite is unique because it removes pathogenic bacteria, cyst parasites, and harmful chemicals to below detectable levels.

00:06:26.000 It also removes foul taste and odors, like the rotten egg smell of sulfide, and it extracts nitrates and unhealthy minerals, like lead and mercury, while leaving in the healthful and nutritional minerals that your body needs.

00:07:02.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:07:05.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:07:09.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:07:13.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:07:17.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:07:19.000 Riot police attacked people on the street indiscriminately.

00:07:23.000 The medical bills!

00:07:25.000 Are going to be enormous for me.

00:07:28.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

00:07:31.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:07:34.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:07:41.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

00:08:00.000 Big Brother.

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:10.000 You want answers?

00:08:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:21.000 Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.

00:08:31.000 until 2 p.m.

00:08:32.000 Central Standard Time, about from 9 to midnight Central Standard Time.

00:08:38.000 I do this broadcast because I love America, I love freedom, I love my family, I love human dignity and liberty.

00:08:45.000 And some people can tune in to the broadcast for the first time and hear our anger and our disgust for our ruling elite, for our would-be masters, and in many respects they are our masters, our owners, And may think, oh this is hate!

00:08:59.000 Well, if a black man grabbing away the axe handle that the slave master is beating him with and beating him back with it is hatred, then so be it! 0.74

00:09:12.000 If it's hatred for the founding fathers when their homes were being burned and looted and having their firearms taken, if that was hatred to stand up against the King of England, then so be it!

00:09:24.000 If it was hatred That, you know, caused Moses to stand up against the evil Pharaoh, and so be it.

00:09:33.000 But it's not hatred.

00:09:36.000 We are being enslaved, we are being oppressed, in the very classical terms.

00:09:43.000 And the globalists, in the name of fighting oppression, are the ones out there actually pushing global suppression and oppression.

00:09:51.000 And they'll give us all these petty rights that don't exist while taking away our basic rights. 0.59

00:09:57.000 And you see, you can't take away a basic right because a right isn't a privilege.

00:10:02.000 And now we have Mayor Bloomberg, he said it on Monday, he said it on Wednesday, he said it again this morning, that it's a privilege to be able to demonstrate anywhere in New York City.

00:10:14.000 And that if any protester does anything wrong, that means one of their higher provocateurs, everyone loses their privilege.

00:10:22.000 That's another Soviet-style, Nazi-style model, that when one person does something bad, everyone is punished. 0.61

00:10:31.000 That's not the American way, boys and girls. 0.97

00:10:36.000 Alright, so we'll go to calls early, early in this First Hour.

00:10:45.000 We'll probably even get to you this segment.

00:10:49.000 But let me just run down over some of the news that we'll be covering.

00:10:53.000 Military doctors allegedly collaborated in prison torture MSNBC today.

00:10:59.000 Not tootin' my horn!

00:11:01.000 But two years ago we reported that a lot of the military doctors are actually the CIA torture officers.

00:11:08.000 Well, it's like 1984.

00:11:09.000 O'Brien tortures Winston as really a doctor.

00:11:12.000 You know, Joseph Mingala was a doctor.

00:11:16.000 So we'll get into that.

00:11:17.000 Also, a police-ready sound weapon for GOP Convention Associated Press.

00:11:23.000 Forget the megaphones.

00:11:24.000 Police will have a much more high-tech and louder option.

00:11:27.000 It'll rupture your eardrums, but now so what?

00:11:29.000 To make themselves heard over the din of Manhattan traffic and noisy protesters outside the Republican National Convention.

00:11:36.000 It's called the Long Range Acoustic Device.

00:11:39.000 He stomps about like a lion, roaring, seeing who he may devour.

00:11:45.000 Oh, the article doesn't say that.

00:11:46.000 It's called a long-range acoustic device developed for the military and capable of blasting warnings, orders, or anything else at an ear-splitting 150 decibels.

00:11:58.000 Uh, we've actually interviewed the CEO of the company.

00:12:01.000 It goes over 150.

00:12:02.000 Hmm.

00:12:05.000 Authorities on Thursday unveiled a mini arsenal of devices and counter-terrorism equipment and they're getting ready for the convention which opens a week from Monday!

00:12:18.000 By the way, I am considering going to this.

00:12:22.000 And I don't know if I'm going to have a fill-in host and I'll do call-ins, because just broadcasting from there really isn't the news story.

00:12:29.000 The news story is going to be, 80% of it that is, outside of the convention center, and I need to be there to document this, and if I do do it, and I'm going to decide, I'll let you know on Monday, if I do decide to do this, which I'm probably going to do, again I'll be doing hourly reports, calling in with updates and information, Maybe I'll have Michael Corbin or Erskine or maybe even Lew Epton.

00:12:54.000 We need to do tests of that next week, get them hooked up for the show, maybe have a different host every day.

00:12:58.000 And I want to get Paul Watson with Topical Daily News to call in, maybe with a 30-minute segment every day or maybe even a 10-minute segment every hour.

00:13:09.000 I don't know.

00:13:10.000 I don't know if... I'll probably end up getting a broadcast booth there.

00:13:16.000 But then maybe not using it the whole time and just using that report from inside the Republican National Convention.

00:13:21.000 Again, I don't know.

00:13:22.000 I may not go.

00:13:24.000 Ten percent chance I'm not going to go.

00:13:28.000 We'll see what happens.

00:13:29.000 I mean, I want to go because I want to document this.

00:13:32.000 I want to videotape the troops searching old ladies. 0.99

00:13:34.000 I want to show a city locked down.

00:13:37.000 I want to interview people with a U.S.

00:13:38.000 government carried out the attacks, elements of it, on 9-11 at Ground Zero.

00:13:44.000 And it wouldn't be the first time I've gone into the belly of the beast, but... I don't know, since they're going to have sound weapons... No, that's it.

00:13:50.000 I'm going.

00:13:51.000 I'm going.

00:13:51.000 They're going to have sound weapons there.

00:13:52.000 I... I may lose my hearing, but... I come back like Rush Limbaugh.

00:13:58.000 I have to get a... I have to get an implant in my head so I'll be able to hear people.

00:14:08.000 I shouldn't joke around, folks.

00:14:12.000 So we'll see what happens.

00:14:14.000 All right, so military doctors allegedly collaborating in prison.

00:14:18.000 Love?

00:14:19.000 Why call it torture?

00:14:20.000 Why not call it freedom?

00:14:21.000 In prison, freedom.

00:14:23.000 Pressure.

00:14:24.000 Abuse.

00:14:24.000 It's not torture.

00:14:25.000 Why?

00:14:25.000 It's freedom.

00:14:27.000 Senator appears on no-fly list.

00:14:30.000 The Senate Judiciary Committee heard this morning from one of its own about some of the problems with airline no-fly watch lists.

00:14:36.000 Senator Edward Kennedy, a Democrat in Massachusetts, says he had a close encounter with the list when trying to take the U.S.

00:14:44.000 Airways shuttle out of Washington to Boston.

00:14:46.000 The ticket agent wouldn't let him on the plane.

00:14:49.000 His name was on the list in error.

00:14:51.000 Yeah, I'm sure it's hundreds of thousands of people on there in error.

00:14:55.000 Conservative activists, liberal activists, After a flurry of phone calls, Kennedy was able to fly home, but then the same thing happened coming back to Washington.

00:15:05.000 Kennedy says it took three calls to Homeland Love and Freedom, I mean Homeland Security, Tom Ridge to get his name stricken from the list.

00:15:13.000 I've heard the neocons laughing, oh good, make that commie do that. 1.00

00:15:18.000 Folks, if Mike Wallace and Ted Kennedy, and who was the other senator's wife, 85 years old, they stole her. 0.97

00:15:27.000 You know, just some giant diamond necklace.

00:15:30.000 They just liked it and stole it up in Detroit.

00:15:32.000 That was like two years ago.

00:15:35.000 And boy, they freaked out when they found out it was the Senator's wife.

00:15:39.000 But that ain't me!

00:15:40.000 That ain't me!

00:15:41.000 I ain't no Senator's son!

00:15:43.000 Can you imagine how bad it is for us, just the average little people?

00:15:48.000 And if you're not a Senator's son or wife, you're in a lot of trouble.

00:15:50.000 Or even if you're a Senator.

00:15:52.000 Ha ha ha.

00:15:54.000 Alright.

00:15:55.000 So, that's coming up.

00:15:57.000 Also, and then we'll get into Crude Oil surpasses $49 a barrel!

00:16:01.000 Why, it was an all-time record last week of $45, and then this week $46, $47, $48, $49, and now they're talking about it may, it just might hit $60 a barrel.

00:16:16.000 There's no telling.

00:16:17.000 Crude Oil futures rose to a record, surpassing $49 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Concerned.

00:16:26.000 Of clashes in southern Iraq between U.S.

00:16:29.000 troops and Shiite Muslim militiamen may cut Iraqi exports.

00:16:33.000 Sure!

00:16:35.000 Again, it's all about keeping exports down out of Iraq so they can boost the other prices.

00:16:40.000 Pinak even bragged about that.

00:16:42.000 See, people think it's about shipping the oil out.

00:16:43.000 No, it's about controlling the oil.

00:16:45.000 There's so much oil in Russia, and in the Caribbean, and in the Gulf, and in Alaska, and the North Sea, and just everywhere, and in Africa, and they're finding new reserves all over the U.S.

00:16:58.000 that they've got to have a monopoly to keep the prices high.

00:17:02.000 And then they fund their fake left-wing groups out there that tell you there's peak oil, there's no oil.

00:17:07.000 It's total fraud.

00:17:09.000 Total lie.

00:17:10.000 But don't worry, we're going to buy into it and get gouged.

00:17:17.000 So 49.06, $49.06.

00:17:18.000 And in some areas it's trading even higher.

00:17:20.000 Over in Europe it's even higher right now.

00:17:22.000 And record profits for the oil companies.

00:17:25.000 So it's artificial perception of scarcity.

00:17:31.000 Iran threatens preemptive strikes, another threat. 0.72

00:17:35.000 Very, very serious.

00:17:36.000 We'll talk about that.

00:17:38.000 And we'll get into much more.

00:17:42.000 Obviously, here is the broadcast developed.

00:17:44.000 But first, when we return, I will go directly to the loaded phone lines.

00:17:49.000 And then later, we will get into this little tidbit.

00:17:53.000 This is oninfowars.com.

00:17:54.000 It's posted from the American Psychological Association.

00:17:59.000 Again, the same people.

00:17:59.000 Remember, Dr. Laura got in trouble four years ago.

00:18:02.000 She just read from the American Psychological Association.

00:18:09.000 Their little sister group, the American Psychiatric Association, when they came out and said, we want to remove pedophilia from the list of mental illnesses.

00:18:19.000 Well, I say it's criminal.

00:18:20.000 But at least the American Psychological Association and the American Psychiatric Association and others had listed it as a mental illness.

00:18:28.000 At least they're saying it's bad.

00:18:29.000 Well, they said it's good.

00:18:30.000 It's good for children, good for those that do it. 0.99

00:18:33.000 This is how sick these criminals are.

00:18:36.000 Well, now they've come out praising Bush's new freedom initiative that will force everyone, starting with children, and then it says adults, and Illinois is already starting that with women, forcing you for your twice-a-year psychological checkup. 0.83

00:18:51.000 Talk about a brave new world.

00:18:52.000 And they're out defending and attacking the British Psychological Association and the British Medical Association and different reports they put out, demonizing them viciously Saying, how dare you be against this?

00:19:07.000 This is wonderful!

00:19:10.000 Psychologically forcibly testing everyone is new freedom.

00:19:14.000 That's what it's called.

00:19:15.000 It's freedom.

00:19:15.000 Again, the new freedom.

00:19:18.000 And everything's the new freedom here.

00:19:19.000 You know, our own domestic Gestapo.

00:24:25.000 We talked about a subdivision of that in Alabama, the Alabama Defense Force.

00:24:30.000 We had their aid to camp on a few weeks ago.

00:24:32.000 I re-aired it a couple days ago.

00:24:36.000 Well, I'll get into that later, but it's arrest plans, mass arrest plans, lockdown of cities, All of this, on a national scale, it'll be like living in, you know, Florida after a hurricane.

00:24:49.000 But it'll just never end.

00:24:53.000 And they'll just train us how to be good little slaves, folks, and the fun will really start then.

00:24:57.000 Michael in England, you're on the air.

00:24:59.000 Go ahead, thanks for holding.

00:25:01.000 Oh, hi Alex.

00:25:02.000 Welcome, sir.

00:25:03.000 Hi, if you don't mind, I'd like to shed some light on one of the most egregious crimes of the new world order.

00:25:09.000 Which is the worldwide mislabeling of vaccine injuries as shaken baby syndrome and sudden infant death syndrome.

00:25:18.000 That has been proven by a lot of prestigious medical studies.

00:25:21.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:25:22.000 They give the baby the shot, the baby goes into a coma and then they arrest the parents.

00:25:25.000 That's right.

00:25:26.000 The reason I'm calling now is that next week this whole issue is going to come under the spotlight down in Orlando, Florida.

00:25:33.000 When a man named Alan Yurko and a team of experts are going to ...to overturn his life sentence for shaking his baby to death.

00:25:42.000 In that case, they found that the DTAC vaccine was one of the hottest lots on record.

00:25:50.000 Which killed about four other children.

00:25:52.000 Sir, I know people in Austin who are middle class, no criminal record, they have a beautiful baby, they give the baby the shots, the baby goes into convulsions in the car, let me finish, in the car driving home, they go back to the hospital and are arrested on sight, this is a liability protection operation.

00:26:13.000 There's hundreds of these cases.

00:26:14.000 Thousands, sir.

00:26:15.000 In the UK they reckon about 200 a year, in the US 1,300 cases a year.

00:26:21.000 Well, you really got your numbers.

00:26:22.000 I believe that's correct.

00:26:24.000 Yeah, I've been working with the Yerko case for a while now.

00:26:29.000 Also, I've interviewed people and it's even been in the mainstream news in Australia.

00:26:33.000 So, yeah, they do this to your baby and then they arrest you.

00:26:37.000 Yeah, and if anybody wants to find out about this, because the Yerko's have helped lots of families, just go to the Yerko website.

00:26:44.000 And they'll be able to read all these medical studies.

00:26:46.000 By the way, they just started, you know, all these SIDS deaths and all this 20 years ago, and that's when the vaccines got really bad.

00:26:52.000 And the CDC have admitted this.

00:26:54.000 They've said that they recognize that the average age of the SIDS death is two to four months.

00:27:00.000 And average age of shaken baby syndrome death is 2.2 months, which is exactly round one of vaccine schedules.

00:27:07.000 Oh, they do tests on the dead babies and they've got massive levels of mercury in them and... Yeah.

00:27:12.000 It's a DTHC vaccine.

00:27:13.000 Oh, you give a baby hundreds of times safe levels of mercury and they die!

00:27:16.000 Oh my God, let's arrest the parents!

00:27:18.000 I can tell you how that works.

00:27:19.000 The mercury, along with the endotoxin in the vaccine, actually depletes vitamin C. And that causes what is actually subclinical scurvy.

00:27:29.000 And it's also called Barlow's Disease.

00:27:31.000 Well, according to Dr. Geyer, the congressional expert, and others we've interviewed, that's part of it.

00:27:36.000 It also toxifies and just sits in the brain.

00:27:39.000 Yeah.

00:27:40.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:27:41.000 It causes the respiratory center in the brain to collapse.

00:27:45.000 Yes, sir.

00:27:46.000 It causes it to swell the brain, and then you get a subdural hemorrhaging.

00:27:49.000 Funny, these babies get the exact same thing that's on the back of a mercury bottle.

00:27:53.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:27:55.000 The exact thing that mercury poison does, and okay, they have mercury poisoning, but let's just indict the parents. 0.83

00:28:00.000 So this trial is next week.

00:28:00.000 Yeah.

00:28:02.000 Do you know the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons?

00:28:05.000 Yes.

00:28:06.000 Shane Orrin, the director of that, will be testifying.

00:28:09.000 Also, the former chief public defender of Orange County is going to testify in his defense, along with three other medical examiners.

00:28:19.000 You know, I want to get some of those folks on.

00:28:21.000 I saw that last week.

00:28:23.000 Tell us the website.

00:28:24.000 If you just type Y-U-R-K-O into Google, you'll bring it straight up there. 0.75

00:28:24.000 It's Yerko. 0.75

00:28:30.000 Y-U-R-A-O. 1.00

00:28:34.000 Yerko.

00:28:35.000 Just type that into Google.

00:28:38.000 His wife, Francine, he's stood by this guy for over six years.

00:28:41.000 He's been in prison.

00:28:42.000 She's done several interviews on Radio Liberty and The Power Hour, so she's pretty up on all that she'll be able to, you could probably give her a call if you wanted to interview her.

00:28:52.000 That's a good idea.

00:28:53.000 It's going to be an evidentiary hearing next week, going on for five days, it's going to be ABC News down there, there's going to be a PBS documentary on it as well.

00:29:05.000 And so hopefully, yeah, it's going to be one in the eye for the globalists.

00:29:08.000 And the whole thing has been blown wide open here with the high profile cases which have Well, I appreciate what you're doing, Michael.

00:29:15.000 Thanks for the call.

00:29:15.000 From England.

00:29:16.000 So hopefully it's going to blow open.

00:29:17.000 But the thing is, they've never mentioned it's the vaccines.

00:29:19.000 They're keeping the lid on that.

00:29:21.000 Here they're just saying it's natural causes and so on.

00:29:24.000 But they're still trying to keep the lid on the vaccine issue.

00:29:27.000 This is going to bring it to attention.

00:29:30.000 Well, I appreciate what you're doing, Michael.

00:29:32.000 Thanks for the call.

00:29:32.000 From England.

00:29:33.000 Imagine taking your baby in, getting the shot, it starts having convulsions in the car, you take it back to the hospital and they arrest you.

00:29:40.000 I mean, folks, as he said, 1,300 cases a year of this, and most of them link back to the vaccines.

00:29:48.000 Stay with us, we'll be right back with more.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:32:03.000 Michael Trudeau here.

00:32:04.000 I speak from personal experience when I say living with either one isn't any fun.

00:32:08.000 You see, a little over 20 years ago, I was involved in a car accident that injured some vertebrae and discs in my back.

00:32:13.000 The damage led to degenerative arthritis in my upper back and neck.

00:32:17.000 I tried physical therapy and chiropractors for years, usually with little or no positive results.

00:32:21.000 The chronic, everyday pain was miserable.

00:32:23.000 Many friends offered advice on how to get relief, and I humored most, again with little or no success, until my friend Cliff Scott recommended his MSM. 0.51

00:32:30.000 He said it was all natural and worked to relieve inflammation.

00:32:33.000 Once again, albeit reluctantly, I took another friend's advice, only this time it changed my life.

00:32:38.000 After six weeks, I noticed some improvement, and after 12 weeks, Measurable improvement.

00:32:42.000 That was two years ago, and I've been taking MSM ever since.

00:32:44.000 And today, my quality of life has improved dramatically.

00:32:47.000 Side effects?

00:32:48.000 Yeah, my knee used to bug me, and that's better now too.

00:32:59.000 Welcome back, my friends. my friends.

00:33:27.000 Let's go back to your calls on this Friday edition.

00:33:30.000 Emmett in Pennsylvania, you're on the air.

00:33:32.000 Emmett, thanks for holding.

00:33:34.000 Thank you, Alex.

00:33:35.000 Yes, sir.

00:33:36.000 My father used to give me beer and a baby glass when I was seven years old.

00:33:40.000 Where would he be in trouble today?

00:33:43.000 I'm calling with an update.

00:33:44.000 Well, the Europeans do that, and they live longer and are healthier. 0.99

00:33:48.000 But again, they're evil. 1.00

00:33:50.000 Let's arrest all of them. 0.98

00:33:51.000 I'm glad I can drink a micro-brew with my Lebanon bologna sandwich.

00:33:55.000 I know you're hungry for one, but I'm here in Pennsylvania, Dutch country, where I can get it.

00:34:01.000 It's bologna smoked.

00:34:03.000 Why, I'm calling with an update about this man who lost his license because he drinks a six-pack at night.

00:34:11.000 Yeah, he went into the doctor and he said, I've been having some heart palpitations.

00:34:16.000 I drink a six-pack at night sometimes.

00:34:18.000 Is that bad for me?

00:34:19.000 Should I stop that?

00:34:21.000 And the doctor said, yeah, you might cut back.

00:34:23.000 And then he automatically, through the computer system, contacted the state police.

00:34:27.000 And the man had his license revoked.

00:34:30.000 And they admit that he didn't say he drunk and drive.

00:34:32.000 He didn't.

00:34:33.000 But they just say that that's not allowed.

00:34:34.000 No, that's a little wrong.

00:34:36.000 He went to the hospital.

00:34:38.000 And they even tested his blood.

00:34:39.000 Had no alcohol.

00:34:41.000 But one of the interns notified the police.

00:34:43.000 No, that's not what I got in the article a month ago.

00:34:46.000 No, he went and saw the doctor at night and he said, I drink sometimes.

00:34:51.000 They said, have you been drinking?

00:34:52.000 He said, no, that's what I was saying.

00:34:53.000 And then he said, I drink about a six pack at night.

00:34:55.000 I don't drink and drive.

00:34:56.000 And then they, the hospital, the doctor was quoted, the hospital was saying we have to do this.

00:35:00.000 Yeah, but it's at the hospital.

00:35:02.000 Yeah.

00:35:04.000 There's doctors at hospitals.

00:35:06.000 Well, the latest of it is the judge will not restore his license.

00:35:10.000 And they're requiring him to put an $1,100 breathalyzer on his car.

00:35:16.000 Then he'll get his license.

00:35:17.000 In other words, that analyzing breath... So preemptively, because he told them that he drinks beer at home at night, and there was no alcohol in his blood, I did see that part.

00:35:29.000 But this is the new system, where your exterminator, your doctor, the phone man, they're all spies.

00:35:37.000 And he hasn't even committed a crime, I see this more and more, where things aren't the law, but they just go after people.

00:35:46.000 Yes.

00:35:47.000 Well, thank you.

00:35:49.000 I hadn't heard of the new development of them not issuing him his license again, the judge.

00:35:55.000 Where did you see this article?

00:36:34.000 All right.

00:36:35.000 I'll mail it to you.

00:36:36.000 Tips.

00:36:37.000 Okay, sir.

00:36:37.000 Okay, bye-bye.

00:36:38.000 Thanks for the call, Emmett.

00:36:41.000 Let's talk to... Who's up next here?

00:36:45.000 Andrea in Ohio.

00:36:46.000 Go ahead, Andrea.

00:36:47.000 Thanks for holding.

00:36:48.000 Yes.

00:36:49.000 While we're on medical news, I heard this morning on mindfreedom.org that Pat Adams He volunteered to screen Bush for mental illness.

00:37:01.000 He said, I'll do it myself and I'll do it in a humane way.

00:37:06.000 Joyce Riley was where I first heard about this.

00:37:10.000 But for listeners who want to get all of those British Medical Journal articles and get all the whistleblower reports, www.mindfreedom.org has all of those.

00:37:24.000 Now, for those who just joined us, which specific British medical journal reports are you talking about?

00:37:30.000 These are about the New Freedom Initiative.

00:37:32.000 Yeah, oninfowars.com, right now, at the top of the main page, it says, APA, proud of its cover-up, publishes New Freedom Commission on Mental Health, and then in the sub-article we posted,

00:37:49.000 We have the links to the British Medical Journal and to the news articles out of the British newspapers about it, and to American articles, and we have another article posted out of Illinois where they're going to implement new freedom, not just against all the school children, but adults as well.

00:38:05.000 Oh yeah, pregnant women. 1.00

00:38:06.000 What I find appalling, and I wonder if you have an answer to this, is if Clinton would have done this, if the Democratic president would have done this, There would have been a huge outcry from all these homeschool parents, you know, conservative Christians, whatever.

00:38:28.000 The silence is deafening, or at least near deafening.

00:38:32.000 Why is that?

00:38:35.000 Well, because people want to believe that Bush is on their side.

00:38:38.000 They want to think they've died and gone to heaven.

00:38:40.000 And here, Bill Clinton did propose stuff like this, but could never get it through.

00:38:45.000 Bush is.

00:38:47.000 Clinton's programs were smaller.

00:38:49.000 I mean, how does Bush expand all the liberal programs?

00:38:53.000 Department of Education, Health, sign on to UNESCO and the U.N.

00:38:57.000 so that Reagan pulled us out of?

00:38:59.000 How does he do all of this?

00:39:01.000 Double the rate of the growth of government that it was under Clinton, and most of that isn't war funding, by the way, folks.

00:39:08.000 How does he do it?

00:39:09.000 How does he come out and say, we're going to test every school-aged child twice a year, and we're going to force adults to do it, in his official report, And, I mean, that's worse than the Soviet Union! 0.80

00:39:20.000 I mean, I can't believe I'm even here talking about this, and now they're starting it!

00:39:25.000 Ten states have already begun!

00:39:27.000 And, I mean, I think what appalls me, I mean, is the average conservative Republican type person, and I'm not just attacking Republicans, but I'm just saying, this is, I mean, they should be reaming about this.

00:39:47.000 I mean, I would say anybody that's, you know, homeschooled parents, whatever, you know, they should be aware of this and put pressure on their congressmen and senators.

00:40:00.000 I know they've implemented it in a lot of these states, but still, let them know how they feel about it because, I mean, this is appalling.

00:40:08.000 This is appalling.

00:40:10.000 Well, sir, thank you for all you're doing and keep up the good work.

00:40:14.000 I appreciate the call.

00:40:14.000 Well, thank you.

00:40:16.000 Uh, let's go ahead and talk to Patrick in Texas.

00:40:19.000 Patrick, you're on the air.

00:40:20.000 Welcome.

00:40:21.000 Uh, yes.

00:40:22.000 You mentioned psychiatry?

00:40:24.000 Yes.

00:40:25.000 I've been mentally ill for 34 years. 0.68

00:40:27.000 I'm rotting from the inside out from all the pills, and I'll sum it up. 0.96

00:40:30.000 It's sorcery and witchcraft. 0.99

00:40:35.000 Well, actually, the basis of pharmakia, the symbol for most drugstores, is the urn with the grinder.

00:40:42.000 And that is what Pharmakeia was, is the witch doctor would drug people in the tribe and then make them think he had magical powers. 0.89

00:40:51.000 And he would use drugs in many cases to manipulate the population.

00:40:56.000 And that is a big part of it.

00:40:59.000 And even a lot of scholars have called psychiatry the new priest, the new witch doctors, and they're trying to replace religion, they're trying to replace Christianity mainly with their new religion as themselves and the state that they represent as God. 0.97

00:41:16.000 And you know, you say you're mentally ill, sir, but I mean, they say you're mentally ill.

00:41:20.000 I'm not, but they made me mentally ill is what I'm getting. 0.72

00:41:23.000 How did they first get you into their system?

00:41:29.000 What happened in Buenos Aires, Argentina?

00:41:33.000 Why were you there?

00:41:35.000 I was there because I was a temperamental kid.

00:41:38.000 I had a temper.

00:41:39.000 So they brought me to a... Why did you live in Argentina?

00:41:43.000 My father was an oil tool pusher man.

00:41:46.000 Your father was what?

00:41:47.000 Oil tool pusher.

00:41:48.000 So your father sold oil field equipment?

00:41:51.000 Yes sir.

00:41:53.000 And so you were down there, and what, you got into some trouble and they sent you to the doctor?

00:41:56.000 Well, I was walking down the stairs and the doctor grabbed me and knocked me out with some kind of drug.

00:42:00.000 Next thing I know I'm going through an electric shock treatment, hollowed out in the suit, and that's all I get for the day.

00:42:05.000 In a dark dungeon room, in the bed, sitting up.

00:42:08.000 Didn't know where the bathroom was, couldn't turn on the light.

00:42:11.000 Then I come to Texas, and uh, they find out I've got a minimalist past, uh, in my past, and they sent me to a state hospital.

00:42:18.000 You know, I thought, well, great, I'm gonna get some help.

00:42:21.000 Well, they put me on Lithium and Artane.

00:42:23.000 Artane's like speed.

00:42:24.000 Lithium makes you have diarrhea.

00:42:25.000 And then they diagnosed me then as Bank Depressy.

00:42:27.000 Then they put me on, uh, Thorazine.

00:42:30.000 I was diagnosed as Schizophrenic or Paranoid Schizophrenic.

00:42:33.000 Then they put me on Haldol and, uh, Artane.

00:42:36.000 And they diagnosed me as, um, uh, whatever they wanted.

00:42:39.000 Well, listen, Patrick.

00:42:41.000 Patrick, I know.

00:42:42.000 Those drugs are really deadly.

00:42:43.000 And now they want to put Starting off, 15% of children, not just on the antidepressants, the serotonin uptake inhibitors, or the amphetamine-type, cocaine-type drugs like Ritalin, now it's anti-psychotics because they're new, they have patents that haven't run out, and they want to force the children.

00:43:01.000 Specifically, the guidelines have been written by Big Pharma, admittedly, for the New Freedom Initiative.

00:43:06.000 And it's scary.

00:43:08.000 It's very, very scary.

00:43:10.000 And every year, I mean, I had a doctor on a few weeks ago and I said, every year there's dozens of new mental illness designations they're coming up with.

00:43:19.000 And he goes, no, there's hundreds each year.

00:43:23.000 And, you know, fear of government, fear of corruption.

00:43:26.000 I hear you Patrick.

00:43:28.000 Thank you for the call.

00:43:29.000 Thank you.

00:43:30.000 Let's talk to Rodney in Texas.

00:43:31.000 Rodney go ahead.

00:43:31.000 know what you're doing in the end, no having some old folks, so I'm drooling on yourself. - I hear you Patrick, thank you for the call.

00:43:37.000 Thank you.

00:43:38.000 Let's talk to Rodney in Texas.

00:43:40.000 Rodney, go ahead. - Yes, I guess I'll just continue on with the medical topic here.

00:43:46.000 I heard you a couple of days ago, focusing in on the deep lies and propaganda surrounding immunization of school-aged kids.

00:43:58.000 Yes, they're all over every TV and radio station in the country that I've looked at.

00:44:03.000 I mean, literally, it's just everywhere, but here in Austin, every TV station, every newspaper, the radio stations, you've got to take your vaccines, it's the law, you'll be kicked out of school, you'll be arrested, and admittedly, they had to pass a state law saying, no, there is no law, you have to do this, just last year.

00:44:21.000 They have the waivers in every school nurse drawer, in every principal's drawer, in every health department, and they know it, but there is a massive, national, big lie campaign going.

00:44:31.000 Yeah, I found that article out of the Austin American-Statesman dated August 5, 2003, and it was, I'll paraphrase the title, it was, uh, uh, many confused about, uh, uh, immunization shots, thousands opt out, okay?

00:44:47.000 But what I further went on to do, uh, because I have a family member who, who had their children, uh, immunized about a week ago, and, uh, it was just a simple tetanus shot, but, uh, The child had a bad reaction and right now they they don't have feelings in their left side of their body.

00:45:05.000 A tetanus shot.

00:45:07.000 But I went and found the actual law under the Educational Code, Chapter 38, Subsection 8, dealing with immunization, 38.001, and right there it shows that you do not have to take these shots.

00:45:27.000 Let me just stop you for a second, Rodney.

00:45:30.000 People can, as you stated several times, sign these waiver forms of religious reasons or just not actually feeling comfortable with maybe some of the things that they put in these shots.

00:45:44.000 That could be grounds for not taking the shots, but they don't tell.

00:45:48.000 Let me just stop you for a second, Rodney.

00:45:52.000 For those that just joined us, understand, there has never been a law in American history that you have to take a vaccine.

00:46:04.000 Amen.

00:46:06.000 They have the religious and the conscientious objector forms, which you shouldn't have to sign to begin with, but when you try to go to school they say it's the law, you have to because they get federal funds for every child they vaccinate.

00:46:18.000 Now, they reported that 14,000 children in Austin had refused to be vaccinated or hadn't been vaccinated as of about a month ago.

00:46:32.000 They panicked.

00:46:34.000 They went all over radio and TV and newspaper and said, it's the law.

00:46:37.000 You've got to do it.

00:46:39.000 And in the last two weeks at two different gymnasiums, sports stadiums, last time I checked from 14 to 6,000, now 6,000 still haven't done it.

00:46:52.000 And it's all color of law, and they're trying to intimidate people into doing it.

00:46:57.000 Exactly.

00:46:57.000 And it is not the law.

00:46:58.000 And we've seen this.

00:47:00.000 If you're a blue-collar family that looks like you don't know your rights, the hospital will threaten you to take shots at birth.

00:47:07.000 But if you're, you know, white-collar, you say, I don't want it, they go, here's the form, sign, absolutely, we understand. 0.86

00:47:14.000 Uh, so, this, think of how criminal that is.

00:47:17.000 It's all color of law, and every Austinite out there listening to me right now, on the local stations, you've read the paper, you've seen the TV shows, you've seen the newscasts where they said you had to.

00:47:28.000 And you know that's not true.

00:47:30.000 We had to get Governor Perry to pass a law that he signed last year, right?

00:47:35.000 Not that there wasn't already a law saying you didn't have to, but he had to pass a law telling government agencies that it was criminal to threaten people and tell them they had to.

00:47:46.000 So we have to pass laws telling the government that there is no law that you have to do this.

00:47:52.000 And does that stop them?

00:47:53.000 And I've seen articles out of Boise, Ohio, Idaho, Four corners of the country, Florida, New York, California, Kansas, I mean I've seen all the, where it's the same ads, the same newspaper articles, like it's written by the same person, saying the same thing, and it's all color of law, and this illustrates everything we're talking about!

00:48:17.000 Yes.

00:48:18.000 You do not have to do this, But they're creating the perception that you do, and then you're saying you've got a family member who took the shot and now half their body doesn't have feelings.

00:48:29.000 Yeah, simple tetanus shot.

00:48:31.000 And by the way, whenever you ask these people who claim that it's the law to take these shots, and you ask them, well, show me the law, they can't tell you.

00:48:40.000 They can't show you.

00:48:42.000 Have you ever had that situation?

00:48:44.000 Well, again, it's just an average nurse or firefighter lined up with thousands of children.

00:48:49.000 They mean well.

00:48:50.000 They don't know that the principal right behind them has the waiver and is worried about funding.

00:48:55.000 Just one other final point here, just slightly different.

00:48:58.000 You were talking about these non-lethal weapons that the police is being trained to use.

00:49:03.000 Yeah, at first it was just for Saddam's people, but now they're going to use sound weapons on people in New York.

00:49:09.000 Well, if they're so non-lethal, Alex, shouldn't the general public be able to have access to these same weapons to protect ourselves from criminals?

00:49:19.000 Well, sir, they're actually classified as less lethal, and then the PR term is non-lethal.

00:49:26.000 These things, every few months the police kill somebody with rubber bullets here in the U.S.

00:49:30.000 Yeah, I know it's a spin on words, but I'm just saying, you know, these people, they In my opinion, I believe if they're that un-lethal or non-lethal or less lethal, then why shouldn't I be able to carry on?

00:49:43.000 Yeah, I hear you.

00:49:44.000 Thanks for the call.

00:49:46.000 Good points, Rodney.

00:49:47.000 Look, they're going to use lethal weapons on us, don't worry.

00:49:50.000 All these are our training aides.

00:49:54.000 They've issued the black armored outfits, they've issued the weapons, they've issued the armored vehicles, they've issued the microwave guns.

00:50:01.000 Those are waiting for the real fun to happen.

00:50:06.000 Now they're issuing the sound wave rifles and weapons.

00:50:09.000 These are training aids to train them to preemptively go ahead and shoot first.

00:50:14.000 Go ahead and attack the crowd.

00:50:17.000 That's all this is, is a simulator. 0.91

00:50:20.000 You know, the shoot to kill video games were developed by the Pentagon.

00:50:24.000 Because they found even in Vietnam, half the troops up close wouldn't shoot somebody.

00:50:28.000 So they have them play these point and shoot games.

00:50:31.000 Started out with the paper targets before that, that pop up, to train you to shift out of the conscious mind into automatic Pavlovian response.

00:50:42.000 So that's all less than lethal or non-lethal weapons are.

00:50:44.000 They're training aids.

00:50:47.000 They're training aids.

00:50:48.000 That's all they are.

00:50:51.000 And now they admit they're issuing them live weapons.

00:50:54.000 And it also trains the public of images of police shooting at crowds.

00:50:58.000 That's all this is, is simulations.

00:58:51.000 Hello folks, Alex... Big Brother.

00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:14.000 In the Soviet Union, or in Communist China, or in Nazi Germany, whole neighborhoods, - Good. 0.98

00:59:27.000 Whole cities were punished, in many cases, for the actions of just a few people.

00:59:34.000 Well, our government's taken that a step further.

00:59:37.000 They hire provocateurs to go out and create crises at demonstrations and rallies.

00:59:44.000 They then protect those provocateurs, I have this on videotape, in multiple cities, Austin, Texas, Seattle, Washington, and then they attack the entire innocent crowd, women, children, small babies, It's all on video.

01:00:00.000 And now they're going to use the sound weapons they've been using in Iraq on the American people in New York.

01:00:06.000 So whether you're walking out of your business, or you're there demonstrating, or you're there with the media covering the event, they're going to blow your eardrums out.

01:00:13.000 They're going to damage you, and when you try to sue the government, they're going to laugh at you.

01:00:18.000 I mean, I got video in Seattle of them beating old women and breaking their collarbones and laughing.

01:00:23.000 Old women just walking along, Aren't even part of the protest. 1.00

01:00:26.000 Police walk up and seem to target them.

01:00:27.000 Break their collarbones.

01:00:28.000 Laugh at them. 1.00

01:00:29.000 Stomp on women's heads. 1.00

01:00:31.000 I got it all on video. 0.97

01:00:33.000 I mean, this video doesn't lie.

01:00:35.000 Because, you see, for a day, they got pelted with bottles and got spit on.

01:00:39.000 And their sergeants told the cops, stand there and take it.

01:00:42.000 Then the 50 hired thugs got housed in the government building and protected.

01:00:45.000 And the cops were told, go ahead and attack everybody now.

01:00:48.000 And the cops, we'll show you now.

01:00:49.000 And went into berserk, kind of demon possession mode.

01:00:53.000 And attacked everybody.

01:00:55.000 And so we'll get into that.

01:00:56.000 They want to use sound weapons on everybody.

01:00:58.000 Everybody's evil.

01:00:58.000 We all have to be punished.

01:01:00.000 And just a bunch of other news.

01:01:02.000 Ted Kennedy can't fly.

01:01:04.000 He's on the no-fly list.

01:01:05.000 Oil over $49 a barrel.

01:01:07.000 The American Psychiatric Association says we need to forcibly drug everybody.

01:01:11.000 They love George Bush's plan.

01:01:13.000 But right now, let's go to a call.

01:01:15.000 Chip! 0.90

01:01:16.000 Chip, you're calling us from Colorado?

01:01:19.000 Yes, that's right.

01:01:19.000 Welcome, sir.

01:01:20.000 It's a pleasure to talk to you.

01:01:21.000 Pleasure to talk to you, my friend.

01:01:23.000 Hey, related to what you were just talking about with your videos, I was wondering, if you don't mind me asking, are you planning on having a new video coming out anytime soon?

01:01:33.000 One of my friends made a video called American Dictators, and I had some oversight in it.

01:01:39.000 We're actually fixing a few things, adding some stuff right now.

01:01:44.000 And yeah, in a couple of weeks we're going to be offering a video on InfoWars.com called American Dictators.

01:01:52.000 And it's about how there's no choice between Bush and Kerry.

01:01:55.000 It's kind of like the Alien movie's new motto, Alien vs. Predator.

01:01:59.000 No matter who wins, we lose.

01:02:02.000 Right.

01:02:03.000 And so, yes.

01:02:04.000 Oh, great.

01:02:05.000 My new video, Matrix of Evil, is about seven months old.

01:02:10.000 It's an incredible film.

01:02:11.000 Patriot Act 1 and 2, Homeland Security, the latest surveillance, Ron Paul, Frank Morales, myself, Colonel Craig Roberts.

01:02:20.000 We threw out the Patriot Act in Austin.

01:02:22.000 It's a great new video.

01:02:23.000 Police State 3, total enslavement.

01:02:26.000 Uh, is, uh, was the video before that.

01:02:28.000 It's about a year old.

01:02:29.000 An incredible film.

01:02:31.000 Two hours, forty-four minutes.

01:02:32.000 Who the neocons are.

01:02:33.000 What the New World Order is.

01:02:35.000 How they operate.

01:02:36.000 Uh, it's excellent.

01:02:38.000 Right, yeah, and I have both those videos.

01:02:39.000 Oh, good.

01:02:40.000 Did you like them?

01:02:41.000 Oh, yeah, they're awesome.

01:02:42.000 I mean, oh, I have probably four or five of your videos.

01:02:45.000 And, uh, Please Stay Free is great.

01:02:47.000 And, uh, actually, I've been I've been making copies of some of your videos.

01:02:51.000 Well, if you weren't there, Chip, supporting us, we wouldn't be here.

01:02:55.000 So, thank you.

01:02:56.000 Well, thank you.

01:02:57.000 We have no idea how much your support is vital.

01:03:01.000 Well, I thank you for the information, and you helped wake me up to the New World Order.

01:03:05.000 Actually, I had another question for you.

01:03:06.000 Sure, go ahead.

01:03:08.000 A couple days ago, in the London Guardian, and I know you covered this story, but they reported that The headline is, Terry's Royal Roots Will Give Him Victory, Says Burke.

01:03:20.000 And, um, this is basically the sixth paragraph on this, uh, article.

01:03:27.000 Oh, I hear the music.

01:03:28.000 Uh, can you help me?

01:03:29.000 Yeah, yeah, stay there.

01:03:31.000 Yeah, Burke's peerage has been calling elections for 50 years.

01:03:35.000 It's the most respected bloodline group in Europe.

01:03:39.000 And they say he is related to every royal house.

01:03:42.000 The Super Illuminati bloodline.

01:03:45.000 And so they say he's going to be the winner.

01:03:47.000 Stay there.

01:03:47.000 We'll talk about it when we get back.

01:03:49.000 We'll talk about it when we get back.

01:06:46.000 Again, that number, 888-253-3139.

01:06:50.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:07:01.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:07.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, I would just tell you a little tidbit here that's very important.

01:07:14.000 We talked a lot of trash, as they say, about the Austin Chronicle that's been demonizing and attacking me pretty viciously lately.

01:07:22.000 But they do have some good writers there, and the local paper did a story I just learned last night that I missed two weeks ago in the same issue that was attacking me, same day that the paper, about the Texas National Guard going under some type of federal control and for the election and for riots and urban warfare and a takeover.

01:07:44.000 And I finally got a chance to see the article last night.

01:07:47.000 I was stunned by it.

01:07:49.000 And the reason the article was brought to my attention is I was there at the TV studio looking at a lengthy document uh... the Texas National Guard uh... civil emergency new manual they've been given and it's how to arrest masses of people how to lock down cities, how to put people in camps uh... just horrible stuff and it meshes with the stuff like the Alabama Defense Force

01:08:19.000 That we've covered here in the last few weeks.

01:08:20.000 We have the Aid to Camp, the Alabama Defense Force on.

01:08:24.000 Was it the 3rd Brigade for the General?

01:08:27.000 And about how, yeah, they go out to the shopping malls and they go out to the street corners and the football games there in Alabama and just randomly search everybody.

01:08:33.000 And they said, well, we fight terror and crime and we just look for contraband and we search the vehicles.

01:08:40.000 Now this is what we do, and you can link through to the Alabama Defense Forces website, and we have a link to that on Infowars.com.

01:08:45.000 We first learned of it when a listener took photos of them searching people for an Alabama football game a few months ago.

01:08:50.000 A bowl game, actually, back in January.

01:08:55.000 But you go to their website, and it's them out at the mall, the street corners, the wherever, just searching families, you know, eight-year-olds.

01:09:02.000 There'll be a guy with a cigarette in one hand searching an eight-year-old, you know, with the other.

01:09:06.000 Checking their bags, checking their purse, training them how to be a slave.

01:09:10.000 And that's going to be right here in Texas.

01:09:12.000 Except here, they're going to have cadres of goons that are under them, but this is the elite cadre right now that are only Current police, former police, former special forces, military, that's who they're recruiting into this infrastructure protection, that's the headline on the document, this infrastructure protection team.

01:09:32.000 Of course, they've hired General Primakov, a former head of the KGB, to consult and run infrastructure protection.

01:09:40.000 I mean, come on folks, the KGB, And I learned last night that the officer candidate head for the entire Texas National Guard now has been replaced with a British officer who is formerly SAS or Special Air Services, the equivalent of their Delta Force.

01:09:59.000 He's a full board colonel and he's now over selecting who gets to get in, period.

01:10:05.000 And so we'll see if we're able to get him on.

01:10:09.000 This fellow we're talking to is at work today and we'll see if he can pop in for This is the more elite cadre that's going to fan out and merge with the regular army, merge with the regular National Guard.

01:10:23.000 And it's funny, that's what my cousin's doing, 18 years Special Forces now into logistics, more of running things.

01:10:31.000 And he's out there merging the APD, the Austin Police Department.

01:10:34.000 This is going on in your town, by the way.

01:10:37.000 With the regular army, the National Guard, and the Texas State National Guard.

01:10:42.000 And he admitted that every night their helicopters are out in drug raids and surveillance, aiding the police, creating that unity.

01:10:50.000 And they've been told they're all getting microchips very, very soon.

01:10:54.000 So, I mean, it's not just the documents that I have.

01:10:57.000 I have family who's in this.

01:10:59.000 I mean, it's everywhere, right under the surface.

01:11:06.000 Open discussions of martial law at these training camps where they're doing all this.

01:11:10.000 Open discussion of, you know, we got to fight them over there before they fight us here.

01:11:14.000 And, you know, we may have to, this is a quote from a military officer, you know, talking about shooting Democrats during the election.

01:11:24.000 This is what they joke about when they're on the shooting range.

01:11:26.000 It's kind of like a mindless, phony, right-wing neocon attitude, as if they're fighting against the Democrats.

01:11:32.000 And that dovetails with what, uh, I believe we're talking to Chip in Colorado.

01:11:37.000 Chip had brought up a London Guardian article.

01:11:40.000 Strangely enough, it was in the Austin American Statesman two days ago, a similar article listing all the royal families.

01:11:47.000 He's related to every royal family in Europe.

01:11:49.000 Albanian, German, Dutch, British, uh... czar uh... even uh... some asian royalty the super bloodline is John Kerry.

01:11:58.000 These people all intermarry.

01:11:59.000 That's why I keep saying Bush is related on both sides of his family to Kerry.

01:12:03.000 Actually, it's all four sides.

01:12:04.000 Look, if he has a grandmother, it's both sides of the grandmother.

01:12:06.000 If he has a grandfather, it's both sides of the grandfather.

01:12:10.000 I mean, it's on all sides.

01:12:12.000 That's why one article says third cousins, nine cousins, sixteenth cousins.

01:12:16.000 It's every angle.

01:12:20.000 Let's bring Chip back up.

01:12:21.000 Chip, you wanted to talk about this?

01:12:22.000 Go ahead.

01:12:23.000 Yeah, just real quick.

01:12:25.000 The sixth paragraph in this London Guardian article, from the top, I can read it real quick.

01:12:30.000 It says, because of the fact that every presidential candidate with the most loyal genes and chromosomes has always won the November presidential election, the coming election, based on 42 previous presidents, will go to John Kerry.

01:12:44.000 And, now correct me if I'm wrong, but my reasoning, I mean, this is just, to me this says Well, it began at the start because already top generals, top landowners were already related to the royal family.

01:12:54.000 proof that this is all staged as we already know it is?

01:12:57.000 Well, it began at the start because already top generals, top landowners were already related to the royal family.

01:13:08.000 That's why they were given land grants by the Queen.

01:13:12.000 And so it's always been that way.

01:13:14.000 And then they did break with the royalty just like Cromwell did, just like people did before that in 1214 with the Magna Carta.

01:13:23.000 The majority of the royalists were given to the royalists Those breaks do happen, but definitely, the bloodline in England, even the Japanese royal family, there's a world royal society, they say that the Queen of England is the ultimate royalty worldwide, and that's why they're so arrogant. 0.51

01:13:42.000 That's why Al Gore and John Kerry and George Bush, they're all related.

01:13:46.000 Closely related. 0.99

01:13:47.000 That's why all of them are so arrogant. 0.97

01:13:49.000 Right.

01:13:49.000 And Senator Hagel, you know, they're all... Cheney's related to Bush on both sides, all four sides I should say, of the family.

01:13:56.000 They're all related.

01:13:57.000 Everybody at Skull and Bones is related.

01:14:00.000 They're all related and they are royalty and that's why they think they're God and this is their mindset.

01:14:06.000 Right.

01:14:06.000 And they're laughing at us.

01:14:07.000 I mean, and look, Six, seven years ago I talked about how it was Royal Bloodlines and I was a kook.

01:14:13.000 Now, you open up the New York Times and they go, Royalty meets with the Bilderberg Group and chooses John Edwards.

01:14:20.000 Larry King has Kerry on admitting it.

01:14:24.000 Wall Street Journal articles about Bohemian Grove.

01:14:27.000 I got a call from the Sunday Times in London three days ago, well you write an article for us.

01:14:32.000 And I said, yeah.

01:14:33.000 And then he goes, well, I'm going to ask my editor.

01:14:35.000 And it was one of the editors, and they never called back, so I don't know what's going on.

01:14:38.000 But the point is, New York Post articles about Bohemian Grove, San Francisco Chronicle articles, the Grove admitting and releasing photos of themselves in black hoods.

01:14:47.000 I mean, that's on the San Francisco Chronicle website.

01:14:49.000 It's just coming out now. 0.87

01:14:51.000 Why are they so arrogant?

01:14:52.000 Because the electronic machines are going in.

01:14:54.000 Right.

01:14:56.000 But it's just the popular notion that, oh, anybody can be president.

01:15:00.000 But clearly that's not the case.

01:15:02.000 Well, again, but they always left a little bit of a veil there. 0.97

01:15:05.000 Now it's two guys from a 15-member group each year out of 290 million people, 15 people out of it each year, only 750-something living members of Skull & Bones.

01:15:16.000 And out of that 750 people, we got two folks who were related to each other.

01:15:21.000 Right, right.

01:15:22.000 Yeah, so anybody can be president.

01:15:23.000 There's no Illuminati, there's no bloodlines.

01:15:26.000 Oh, no.

01:15:26.000 No, just the New York Times, the Austin American-Statesman, and the London Guardian in the last three days are saying it.

01:15:33.000 Flaunting it, sir.

01:15:34.000 Flaunting it.

01:15:35.000 Yeah.

01:15:36.000 And it's tough for me to wake up my neocon friends, but I'm trying, so. 0.97

01:15:41.000 No, Bush is a regular guy from Midland, Texas, man.

01:15:43.000 He likes hamburgers.

01:15:46.000 Yeah.

01:15:46.000 He is a regular guy.

01:15:47.000 He's not from Kenny Buckport, Maine.

01:15:50.000 You know, most of his family hasn't been knighted by Queen Elizabeth.

01:15:57.000 And again, we're not saying the British people are bad.

01:15:59.000 It's that elite base there that runs everything.

01:16:03.000 And then they run these shell operations, and it's, oh, it's really this group or that group.

01:16:07.000 No, it's the European royalty. 0.98

01:16:09.000 And they're a bunch of Nazis.

01:16:11.000 And do they have a bunch of toady neocons serving them? 0.99

01:16:14.000 Believe me, in the final equation, the plan is to destroy Israel. 1.00

01:16:19.000 Now understand this.

01:16:21.000 I'm saying those running Israel are Illuminati, and Barry Hamish says that too.

01:16:25.000 You understand?

01:16:25.000 They've got to have people on the inside.

01:16:27.000 But the Antichrist forces really did fund Hitler, really do want to destroy Israel. 0.72

01:16:32.000 The UN doesn't like Israel.

01:16:34.000 But again, that's not saying I support those that are running Israel.

01:16:39.000 See, this is so complex that it's not two-dimensional.

01:16:45.000 It's more than three-dimensional.

01:16:49.000 Here's the best example.

01:16:51.000 Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chip, Openly at a 1978 bodybuilding contest when he dropped out of the contest.

01:16:59.000 Wasn't competing that year. 0.92

01:17:01.000 went up before thousands of people and started screaming, all blacks out, I hate you, inward this, inward that. 0.99

01:17:07.000 Now, that came out in the newspapers, but never got national attention. 0.98

01:17:10.000 Yeah, I read that.

01:17:10.000 I read those excerpts.

01:17:11.000 Yeah.

01:17:12.000 You know, ABC News didn't run with it, even though they admit it was true.

01:17:15.000 Drudge carried it.

01:17:16.000 A few West Coast papers did.

01:17:17.000 Arnold didn't do anything, because it's true.

01:17:18.000 Arnold said on video, never put in the film, but Pumping Iron's now released it.

01:17:22.000 I love to be like Hitler, to be a dictator, to be like Jesus. 0.98

01:17:25.000 I want to be a leader, a total leader.

01:17:27.000 I love Kurt Voltheim.

01:17:29.000 I don't care if he's a Nazi.

01:17:30.000 I love him.

01:17:30.000 That's an exact quote.

01:17:31.000 This guy, his mommy, after his daddy, his SS police chief daddy died, his mommy married the head of the Austrian parliament, who was a top Nazi in World War II.

01:17:42.000 Okay?

01:17:43.000 This guy goes over there and campaigns for Nazis. 0.76

01:17:46.000 But he's at Lord Rothschild, who's supposedly Jewish, his house.

01:17:49.000 Well, Lord Rothschild funded Hitler, and Hitler was a Rothschild. 0.94

01:17:52.000 So what you've got is Nazis who protect themselves by claiming they're Jewish, and then meanwhile, every time you turn around, they're setting up systems to kill real Jews.

01:18:01.000 And so you try to explain this to people, they just can't get it. 0.93

01:18:04.000 Right.

01:18:05.000 So, people better get it real quick!

01:18:08.000 Anything else?

01:18:10.000 No, that's all.

01:18:11.000 I want to thank you.

01:18:11.000 Well, thank you.

01:18:13.000 I appreciate the call.

01:18:15.000 Okay, we'll come back and I'm going to hit some news, then we'll get to Johnny and TJ and Bill and Ivy and everybody else, especially holding 800-259-9231.

01:18:29.000 I mean, if the elite likes you, you can do anything you want.

01:18:34.000 Thank you.

01:18:35.000 I mean, it's like Bush.

01:18:36.000 Halliburton's got an admitted giant offshore corporation that does business with Iran.

01:18:40.000 The neocons won't touch that with a ten-foot pole.

01:18:44.000 I mean, the crime's being committed.

01:18:46.000 But see, if you're a globalist, you're allowed to commit those crimes.

01:18:48.000 And Arnold, by the way, has some royal blood we've now discovered.

01:20:52.000 Hello, Ted Anderson here with Midas Resources.

01:20:57.000 Lately, I've been hearing people tell me that gold is so low now that it would be a perfect time to buy.

01:21:01.000 With over 20 years of personal experience in the gold business, I can tell you that opportunities like this can be counted on one hand.

01:21:07.000 The truth is, very few people have the fortitude to actually act on a market like this.

01:21:12.000 However, they have become the elite group, more than doubling their investment over a moderate time span.

01:21:18.000 In 1982, gold was trading in a range of $275 per ounce.

01:21:22.000 By mid 1983, it was close to $500 an ounce.

01:21:26.000 In 1986, gold collector coins had quadrupled.

01:21:29.000 Don't procrastinate this opportunity away.

01:21:32.000 All the bottom line fundamentals still support a strong future for gold.

01:21:36.000 Call 1-800-686-2237 for a free evaluation of your gold portfolio.

01:21:42.000 You'll be glad you did.

01:21:44.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

01:21:44.000 1-800-686-2237.

01:21:47.000 Again, 1-800-686-2237.

01:21:51.000 Ever walk into someone's house and you can tell instantly they own pets?

01:21:57.000 They've made the mistake of using a pet odor and stain product that only covers the problem temporarily.

01:22:01.000 We don't have that problem in our home.

01:22:03.000 We've discovered it's just better to use PAWS.

01:22:06.000 Pet Accident Wash-Up Solution, or PAWS, is the quickest and safest pet stain and odor eliminator known to man, or man's best friend.

01:22:13.000 PAWS is safe on any material, even directly on your pet's bedding.

01:22:16.000 PAWS will work on the toughest stains and odors in your home.

01:22:22.000 Proving again, it's just better to use PAWS.

01:22:24.000 It's only a matter of time until Fido, or Fluffy, has an accident.

01:22:28.000 Be prepared with PAWS.

01:22:29.000 Use PAWS anywhere stains and odors are a problem, like the laundry or the bathroom.

01:22:34.000 Try PAWS once and you'll quickly discover it's just better to use PAWS.

01:22:37.000 Call 1-877-289-PAWS or visit GetPAWS.com.

01:22:42.000 That's www.getpaws.com.

01:22:46.000 PAWS comes with a 110% money back guarantee.

01:22:49.000 You've nothing to lose but stains on orders.

01:22:51.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:23:00.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:23:03.000 All right, let me just elaborate on this Hitler thing again. - Everything's bloodlines, okay? 0.71

01:23:17.000 And it's been documented that at least one side of Hitler's pramling on his father's was the illegitimate Rothschild's son. 0.84

01:23:25.000 Now that's been documented.

01:23:26.000 And now his mother, who was the daughter of a servant family, it shows, had another royal bloodline.

01:23:33.000 This is like our president.

01:23:34.000 You know, it's now mainstream news.

01:23:36.000 They're royal on every side, every angle.

01:23:39.000 It's all about bloodlines.

01:23:41.000 And it just came out, what we already knew, but now it's mainstream news, you'll believe me.

01:23:45.000 Hitler was totally obsessed with the occult.

01:23:47.000 He drew the Olympic rings, the torches, he designed all that.

01:23:52.000 Okay?

01:23:53.000 And he was kind of a prototype New World Order Antichrist figure.

01:23:59.000 And this is what these people are really into.

01:24:01.000 This is what it's all about.

01:24:04.000 And this is the New World Order they're bringing us.

01:24:07.000 I mean, why does our government mimic Hitler with the homeland security, fatherland security, the black uniforms? 0.90

01:24:14.000 All of this.

01:24:16.000 It's a system.

01:24:17.000 And they love it.

01:24:19.000 And they create, they love, they worship Hitler. 0.91

01:24:22.000 That's why they give him so much attention, because he was their man to bring in the crisis, to bring in the UN and the world government.

01:24:29.000 He was set up to follow his orders, to do the job of the position that he was put into.

01:24:37.000 And people need to wake up to that and understand that.

01:24:40.000 If you're a real live Nazi, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, you're okay and protected.

01:24:45.000 But if you're not, you're going to be called a Nazi for fighting the Nazis. 0.92

01:24:49.000 Because the Nazis, admittedly, were a satanic society. 0.74

01:24:52.000 They had their own groves, as Helmut Schmidt, German Chancellor, said in his own book, Men in Power as a Political Retrospective.

01:24:59.000 He said, I'm Trilateral Commission, I'm CFR, I'm Bilderberg Group, but I love the groves, the sacred groves we have in Germany, but my favorite is in Northern California.

01:25:08.000 I have photos on the website from their own publications of him at the grove giving speeches.

01:25:12.000 And he talks about the druidic rituals they do.

01:25:14.000 Well, Hitler did those same rituals. 0.94

01:25:17.000 I got all these emails that the History Channel just re-aired that documentary, Hitler and the Occult.

01:25:23.000 It's a good film, which just goes through the facts.

01:25:25.000 I mean, these guys, their own SS record show, whether you believe in God or not, they did.

01:25:31.000 They were in the SS castles doing seances and conjuring demons and Channeling spirits and Hitler would flop around and go into rages and have these weird dreams and not sleep for three days and become possessed and they would all bow down to him and he would channel Lucifer and give them the orders. 0.70

01:25:49.000 I mean, that's history channel now, folks!

01:25:52.000 I mean, I don't know how I'm supposed to explain this to you!

01:25:54.000 We're fighting a pack of devil worshippers! 1.00

01:25:59.000 Oh! 0.60

01:26:01.000 Truth is stranger than fiction.

01:26:02.000 Let's take more calls here.

01:26:04.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Johnny in Texas.

01:26:07.000 Johnny, go ahead.

01:26:08.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:26:09.000 Hope you're doing well today.

01:26:10.000 I'm doing alright.

01:26:11.000 And amen on that last outburst.

01:26:14.000 I have a story from Reuters this morning that deals with the risk of water wars.

01:26:20.000 Now, a while back, I read something, and you might know about this, concerning how the Bush family Was he trying to gain control of water reserves around the world?

01:26:31.000 No, Enron was used, before they blew Enron out, they took the real assets of Enron so the shareholders wouldn't get it and put it into other corporations and would buy up the water rights, say in the capital of Argentina, and then overnight double prices.

01:26:47.000 And they shut it off for a week first, make people beg for it, then they turn it back on, and all over the world the water rights are being bought up.

01:26:56.000 And the connection to the Bush family is there, correct?

01:27:01.000 Yes, through Enron.

01:27:03.000 Okay, that's all I had.

01:27:04.000 I was just curious about that.

01:27:05.000 This was on Reuters this morning and I wanted to ask you a little bit about it.

01:27:08.000 There's really plenty of fresh water, unless you're out in the West where they are having a drought.

01:27:13.000 There's plenty of fresh water, plenty of ways to get it.

01:27:17.000 But, I mean, even in wet areas they're doubling prices for water now in the last 10 years.

01:27:22.000 It's just all part of a gouging.

01:27:24.000 The majority of our private water systems are now owned by European companies.

01:27:28.000 I've noticed a lot here lately that, especially on Sundays, my mother pointed this out to me, there are continuing stories about water crises around the world.

01:27:39.000 They're teaching us about artificial scarcity.

01:27:42.000 They'd rather sell us a gallon of water for $5 than just have plenty of it.

01:27:50.000 If you have something that's plentiful, then you're not going to make a bunch of money out of it.

01:27:55.000 But if you can monopolize it, then you can gouge people.

01:27:58.000 They even had a story, I wish I could find it, because it was about six months ago, where they were creating these giant floatable rotation devices to actually float Icebergs into areas where they could then melt the ice.

01:28:13.000 Yeah, that's ridiculous.

01:28:15.000 They do that to make you think it's real scarce. 0.98

01:28:17.000 It's really crazy.

01:28:18.000 Look, Israel's got, you know, half their country green now of a big desalinization plant. 0.80

01:28:23.000 I mean, if California needs water, there's ways to do it.

01:28:26.000 But look, it's just a total scam.

01:28:29.000 It's the name of the game.

01:28:31.000 Things you've got to have like water and cars and stuff and oil, they're going to jack up the prices because they know they've got a captive audience.

01:28:37.000 We'll be back with a special guest.

01:28:39.000 More calls, more news.

01:28:40.000 Stay with us.

01:28:43.000 We're on the march.

01:28:45.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:28:47.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:28:53.000 We've all seen the Tornado device on TV and wondered if it really worked.

01:28:58.000 I was also skeptical at first until we tested six Tornado units and in every case we got more miles per gallon and felt more power.

01:29:07.000 Gasoline is expensive so when we find something that saves us money it just makes sense to get it.

01:29:13.000 Call 800-500-8880 and order your Tornado unit today or visit TornadoAir.com Oil is oil.

01:29:24.000 Don't kid yourself!

01:32:03.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're back live.

01:32:18.000 I know we've got callers, a bunch of news I want to get to, but we have a special guest.

01:32:22.000 And were we able to get him, Scott?

01:32:25.000 Good job.

01:32:26.000 I was on the phone during the breaks conducting some important intelligence gathering and wasn't sure.

01:32:32.000 And we'll go to TJ and Bill and Ivy and Lyle and others here in a few minutes.

01:32:41.000 And then I'll get into some more of the news.

01:32:42.000 But the guest that we have on now, We'll just say his name is David.

01:32:47.000 I've known him, I don't know, six, seven years.

01:32:51.000 And this gentleman, of course, is law enforcement.

01:32:54.000 We're not going to tell you any more than that.

01:32:57.000 Regular military veteran as well.

01:33:01.000 Served for quite a while in different capacities.

01:33:05.000 We won't give you any more information than that.

01:33:07.000 And he is now in and around the Texas National Guard.

01:33:13.000 We'll just tell you that.

01:33:15.000 And, uh, brought to my attention some frightening developments that I then learned at even minimum local newspaper, but not to the full extent of the documents that he revealed to me.

01:33:23.000 So joining us from Central Texas, uh, or I should say South Central Texas, uh, is, uh, David.

01:33:30.000 And, uh, David, good to have you on with us during your work day, my friend.

01:33:33.000 How's it going, Alex?

01:33:35.000 Good.

01:33:36.000 Uh, in a nutshell, tell people about the document, because they can't see it, for those that are prison planet. 0.74

01:33:41.000 Yes, that's what it appears to be.

01:33:42.000 In the next few days, they'll be able to see the interview of myself on TV with you, and I have the documents.

01:33:47.000 Of course, we don't show your face on television.

01:33:49.000 But in a nutshell, I mean, this really is the roundup, secret arrest, takeover the government plan, is it not?

01:33:58.000 Yes, that's what it appears to be.

01:34:01.000 The document that we were able to obtain is the training requirements for the Texas State Guard and what they're going to require their new IPT members or infrastructure protection teams that seem to be gearing up around the state.

01:34:17.000 Uh...

01:34:19.000 And I believe Texas is probably the first to do such a thing.

01:34:24.000 This will eventually be spread nationwide, state to state.

01:34:28.000 If I remember correctly, there's only two or three states that do not have a state guard provided by their individual state constitution.

01:34:39.000 And what the training entails is a lot of handgun firearms training, handcuffing, search and seizure, movement of prisoners, code of military justice, rules of engagement, things like that, which is totally against the original charter that the state guards were founded on.

01:35:02.000 And it's several hundred pages long, And reading over it, it clearly is a takeover blueprint.

01:35:09.000 And you guys are going to go out now as a cadre to train other military units that are here.

01:35:14.000 Now in places like Alabama, they get people that are non-professional and literally just give them an MP armband.

01:35:22.000 And a uniform, and they're out just randomly searching people and quote, fighting crime.

01:35:26.000 They even admit in Alabama, it's not terror, it's crime we're fighting.

01:35:31.000 Now, I didn't know this until last night.

01:35:33.000 The Chronicle, a few weeks ago, did a big article about this.

01:35:35.000 It admitted it's for riots during elections or some type of martial law.

01:35:40.000 General Franks is openly talking about this.

01:35:42.000 General Eberhardt's openly talking about this.

01:35:46.000 Last night on TV, you described, David, Are you there?

01:35:52.000 Yes.

01:35:52.000 Good.

01:35:53.000 I know you're on cell phone at work.

01:35:53.000 It sounded like your phone cut out.

01:35:55.000 It, it, uh, from the car.

01:35:58.000 Uh, but again, for those that just joined us, uh, describing this for people that are out there listening, uh, I mean, how you've got foreign people now in the U.S.

01:36:08.000 military over you, uh, when you're at the base, the mindset, the things they're saying.

01:36:15.000 Can you go over that for us?

01:36:16.000 Uh, yes.

01:36:17.000 Uh, there, uh, Several foreign officers.

01:36:21.000 It's almost an exchange program between the active duty military and foreign militaries where they'll, they seem to swap officers and command staff quite readily.

01:36:32.000 And I know at Fort Hood, we had to provide housing for a, I believe he was Canadian, flag officer.

01:36:42.000 And what we observed in the state guard was one former or self-described former British FAS officer who was a full-burned colonel wearing US military uniforms and insignia who was in charge of the officer's candidates course for the Texas State Guard.

01:37:07.000 So period, to be an officer in the Texas State Guard you have to go through this British gentleman. 0.99

01:37:18.000 Very, very interesting.

01:37:20.000 So the Limey, and by the way, that's not a mean term, folks.

01:37:24.000 The British figured out that scurvy was caused with no vitamin C, so they carried lime juice on board.

01:37:29.000 That's where the nickname comes from.

01:37:29.000 And my name's Jones, so I can call them Limeys, and we can do that.

01:37:33.000 I guess if you're Irish, which I am too, you can call yourself a name.

01:37:35.000 But the point is, we've got the Limey in there basically running things.

01:37:41.000 Well, running a certain sector, I know that the majority of the State Guard's officers are pulled from volunteers throughout the state, but it seems that the upper echelon of this IPT cadre that we're able to observe, we're all active duty law enforcement.

01:38:02.000 There were several FBI agents, a few US Marshals, some special US Marshals, all of them wearing the military uniform with military, you know, U.S. military uniforms with U.S. military insignia on it.

01:38:17.000 And these gentlemen appear to be the training cadre for this revamping of the State Guard.

01:38:23.000 Now, when you're at the base, you describe something very interesting and some of the things that are said at the shooting range.

01:38:31.000 People have a sense of the mission, do they not?

01:38:35.000 Yes.

01:38:36.000 Some have no clue and obviously believe that this is for fighting terrorism and doing the good deed and fighting the good fight.

01:38:48.000 Others obviously feel the way that you or some of your solicitors do that this is not right, that there's something inherently and morally wrong about this type of training.

01:39:01.000 Especially because the deployment procedure for the State Guard is not to leave the state of Texas.

01:39:06.000 Where as the National Guard can be called up to augment the regular Army and regular Armed Forces in what they do in their mission, support them in their mission.

01:39:16.000 The State Guard is state only.

01:39:19.000 By the way, you've been told to be prepared to deploy by November 1st domestically in Texas, that it's going to happen.

01:39:26.000 Is that a correct restatement of what you said yesterday?

01:39:29.000 Yes, the State Guard was told that it wouldn't be an if, but when.

01:39:35.000 And normally the State Guard Can only be called out by the Governor and State Executive, whereas everybody else is the President of the United States.

01:39:43.000 And what specifically, David, were you told about November 1st of 2004?

01:39:48.000 Apparently November 1st seems to be the drop-dead date that when all these teams throughout the state have got to be fully certified, qualified, and fully staffed, manned.

01:39:59.000 And we're ready to go by November 1st.

01:40:01.000 You were telling me most of your commanders now aren't the regular good old boys like it was in the past, but FBI and Federal Marshals.

01:40:10.000 That is the training cadre for this IPT teams.

01:40:16.000 Infrastructure Protection.

01:40:18.000 And again, that's the Infrastructure Protection Act and the funding through Homeland Security and the new domestic CIA they're setting up.

01:40:24.000 Now, you described some of the things that you guys talk about.

01:40:27.000 Now, the Chronicle said this is for riots or domestic disturbances during the election.

01:40:32.000 That's hard to believe that they actually admitted it, but you were saying at the shooting range, what type of stuff did they say?

01:40:41.000 Well, at the range they were qualifying.

01:40:43.000 We watched them qualify and got a chance to talk to a few of them.

01:40:47.000 And this was not the old state guard that we were used to seeing before, which was a bunch of volunteers who got together to try to support the Red Cross and would do radio training and first aid type training.

01:41:02.000 This group of personnel that we saw was probably close to 200 people.

01:41:10.000 We're all very They look professional in nature.

01:41:13.000 They look like a professional army.

01:41:15.000 We still got a chance to speak to a few of them.

01:41:18.000 Many of them were former law enforcement, current law enforcement, prison guards, private security guards.

01:41:28.000 Just a group of people that normally would not come together for this type of training.

01:41:36.000 And seeing how they were qualifying with firearms, we started asking a few more questions.

01:41:40.000 There was a lot of prior service military, active duty military, a few MPs, combat arms, infantry.

01:41:49.000 But you said specifically they made statements about Democrats.

01:41:53.000 Yes, we spoke to one of them and he was joking around and saying he didn't really need a lot of philosophical or

01:42:05.000 uh... reasons for joining he just point me in in the general direction and tell me uh... when do we get to start shooting democrats when do we get to start shooting democrats oh boy and then describe the attitude at the base you were telling me about the bumper stickers yes when uh... when we pulled in uh... going to our uh... area of operation we had to drive through one area where the uh...

01:42:35.000 A lot of the State Guard personnel are parking their privately owned vehicles that they drive to and from work, to and from the houses.

01:42:44.000 Vehicles they own.

01:42:46.000 And just an inundation of support bumper stickers for George W. Bush, anti-carry slogans, a lot of the paraphernalia on their civilian clothes, you know, George Bush Well, again, I was shocked to see the local paper.

01:43:06.000 that looked like a Texas Ranger badge that said George W. Bush president, but it mirrored a law enforcement badge to the T.

01:43:17.000 Well, again, I was shocked to see the local paper.

01:43:21.000 I've admitted that this is for domestic takeover, and I've read the document, and it clearly states that.

01:43:29.000 I mean, the Texas Guard now for law enforcement, roundups, prisoner control, riot control, and then now, New York Police ready sound weapon for GOP Convention Associated Press.

01:43:42.000 They're going to be out there with the sound weapons.

01:43:44.000 I mean, it's very obvious what's happening here.

01:43:47.000 Yes, in the documents, in the training that these personnel are receiving, it very clearly states That they will be trained in prisoner transport, handcuffing, which is very scary, handgun retention, code of conduct for the Texas and UCMJ, which is Universal Code of Military Justice.

01:44:13.000 And then it gets into the law enforcement codes.

01:44:16.000 Yes.

01:44:17.000 Search and seizure, things like that, which is very, very scary considering the fact that When you're looking at a volunteer organization that normally supports disaster relief type operations, and now they're being revamped to do a law enforcement job, which normally in the active duty military, we never did.

01:44:40.000 Anything else you'd like to add?

01:44:44.000 Just that there are a few soldiers out there

01:44:50.000 And that are still active, that do know the deal, that do know what's coming down, some of which they can't do much just by doing what we do and trying to get a little bit of this information out as we go out and talk to other soldiers and pick their brains and try to get this information out of them and then get it out to the public so that we can bring some validity to some of what you're saying.

01:45:17.000 We can try to back it up with actual documentation.

01:45:21.000 Well, I mean, again, Alabama says they've got defense forces in 30 states already set up, and we had them on.

01:45:26.000 They've got photos on their own website of them searching families on street corners, so.

01:45:30.000 And at football games, and at, you know, malls, so.

01:45:34.000 And they said on the air, well, we fight terror and crime.

01:45:38.000 We're here to support the police.

01:45:39.000 I mean, that's a total violation of posse comitatus.

01:45:43.000 And it's very frightening.

01:45:45.000 I appreciate you coming on, my friend.

01:45:48.000 Take care.

01:45:49.000 Let's go back to the calls.

01:45:51.000 Let's talk to TJ.

01:45:52.000 TJ, where are you calling us from?

01:45:54.000 I'm calling from Canada.

01:45:54.000 Hey, Alex.

01:45:56.000 I'm on vacation.

01:45:57.000 I was born in Texas.

01:45:58.000 Welcome.

01:45:59.000 What's on your mind?

01:46:00.000 Yes, I have three quick issues I want to get off.

01:46:02.000 First, dealing with police searches.

01:46:04.000 The second is about primetime pornography.

01:46:07.000 And the third deals with all-access TV.

01:46:09.000 First, the police searches.

01:46:11.000 I phoned one of the local police stations where I live in the States, and I asked them During their searches, what happens, let's say if you come across somebody who has concealed weapons, and they told me, well, that person has mental issues and they have to be taken to the psychiatrist.

01:46:29.000 Yeah, that's the new Sovietization, yeah.

01:46:31.000 So even like Vermont, where you're supposed to have, you know, conceal and carry, now you're going to get, which is following the law, now you're going to get charged with a crime because you follow the law.

01:46:41.000 Well, not even, it'll all be color of law.

01:46:44.000 A psychiatric evaluation, yeah.

01:46:47.000 Ask the cop, why do you have a gun?

01:46:48.000 To protect yourself.

01:46:50.000 Exactly. 1.00

01:46:51.000 Oh, but you're crazy too. 0.99

01:46:53.000 Yeah, I'm with Al Qaeda. 0.98

01:46:54.000 The second issue, this is actually quite disturbing.

01:46:58.000 He's being sarcastic, folks, when he says he's with Al Qaeda.

01:47:03.000 This is actually quite disturbing.

01:47:05.000 On Tuesday night, 9th Central and 10th Eastern, there was a show on, I forgot which nation, but it's called The L Word.

01:47:13.000 L meaning for lesbian. 0.98

01:47:15.000 And I couldn't believe it, but at 9 and 10 o'clock at night, they had two gorgeous women who were completely naked and performing lesbian sex right on the TV. 1.00

01:47:24.000 And there were small kids watching. 0.98

01:47:26.000 I found out through this when I walked into a restaurant.

01:47:28.000 This is how I saw it.

01:47:29.000 No, no, it's all out in the open, but then there's none of that on AXS TV, but they want to shut it down.

01:47:35.000 Yeah, exactly. 0.94

01:47:35.000 Speaking of AXS TV, I went and phoned and complained to that fool, Punky Brewster the Cracker, as I call him. 0.94

01:47:43.000 His secretary over there, she said that they denied everything and said that there's no meetings for the All Access TV that has been open to the public. 0.59

01:47:53.000 Yeah, Brewster McCracken, and we just had to call the council member and say, we're complaining, we want to file a complaint, we don't want censorship, which is admittedly coming down, it's even been in the newspaper, and then you're telling me they still denied it?

01:48:06.000 Yeah, they denied everything, and guess what?

01:48:08.000 You know what they said?

01:48:09.000 Okay, because they're tracing the phones.

01:48:12.000 Because they asked me and said, oh, where are you calling from?

01:48:15.000 I don't recognize this area code.

01:48:16.000 And I said, well, I'm on vacation.

01:48:18.000 So everybody who phones now, they're going and writing down the numbers.

01:48:22.000 Number one.

01:48:22.000 Number two.

01:48:24.000 They ask and it says, oh, it's that guy Alex Jones is making trouble and blah, blah, blah. 0.99

01:48:28.000 And he's misleading the people and he's a liar because he's crazy and all this kind of stuff. 0.79

01:48:34.000 So the newspaper says they're going to take over the channels, restrict free speech. 0.98

01:48:38.000 And it's been publicly admitted in the corporate minutes, posted on the website, but I'm crazy.

01:48:43.000 Yeah, that's what they said. 0.97

01:48:44.000 They said that you were crazy. 0.88

01:48:46.000 And?

01:48:46.000 Uh, who were you talking to at his office?

01:48:49.000 Uh, she didn't want to give her name.

01:48:50.000 But it was some, uh, secretary, I guess, over there.

01:48:53.000 And I asked him.

01:48:54.000 I said, I said, okay, if he's, if he's against, because she says, oh, we're not going to touch, you know, Alexa's TV, it's going to be left, you know, to the public.

01:49:01.000 I said, well, could Mr. McCracken then sign that on a piece of paper saying that he won't touch it?

01:49:08.000 And she said no.

01:49:09.000 Of course not!

01:49:10.000 See?

01:49:10.000 You see?

01:49:11.000 These people are so, like, more than two-faced.

01:49:14.000 They're like five-faced.

01:49:15.000 Say one thing, then boom, or something else, and blah, blah, blah.

01:49:17.000 That's how it keeps going.

01:49:20.000 Well, they admittedly are doing this.

01:49:21.000 I mean, it's not debatable, but they just, that's what government does.

01:49:24.000 They just deny, deny, and deny, as Bill Clinton said. 0.95

01:49:27.000 I'm so sick of these pieces of filth. 0.99

01:49:28.000 And the next time you guys have a, uh, municipal elections down there in Austin, for council, you better kick this guy's filthy behind out. 0.99

01:49:36.000 Alright, thanks for the call. 0.92

01:49:38.000 I don't want to say too much mean stuff about them, I just... Incredible!

01:49:42.000 I mean, I said call them and be nice to them, and they're saying bad things about me.

01:49:46.000 I mean, aren't they here to serve the public?

01:49:47.000 We'll be back.

01:49:48.000 What really happened September 11th, and who stands to gain?

01:52:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:52:59.000 We're back live, ladies and gentlemen. ladies and gentlemen.

01:53:18.000 One.

01:53:19.000 We'll cover a few news items, then we'll break.

01:53:20.000 We'll come back and go to Bill and Ivy and Lyle and everybody else that's patiently holding.

01:53:26.000 Before I end this hour, just briefly, I really want to encourage all of you to support us.

01:53:32.000 And that's by spreading the word about the broadcast, telling people about the websites, you know, emailing your email list, and telling your friends and family to tune in to hear the truth of what's going on.

01:53:42.000 To counter people like Michelle Milken, who's going to be on very soon, who's written a new book, you know, in defense of internment camps, how great internment camps are, and how wonderful.

01:53:51.000 I mean, we're hearing this all over the news every day now.

01:53:54.000 They're really trying to push, you know, torture's good, camps are good, forced vaccinations are good, but nobody's buying it.

01:54:04.000 We don't have to go along with this, and I hope you'll support us by getting 9-11, The Road to Tyranny, and The Masters of Terror, and America Destroyed by Design, and America Wake Up or Waco, and 9-11, Painful Deceptions, and 9-11, The Great Illusion, and I hope you'll get all these incredible materials, and get them out to friends, get them out to family, get them out to opinion makers, so the people know the full heart of what we're facing.

01:54:28.000 Now, all my films are over two hours long.

01:54:30.000 They're $25.95 apiece.

01:54:33.000 $20 if you order three or more.

01:54:34.000 That's an $18 discount on the three-tape special, $24 discount on the four-tape special, and so on.

01:54:40.000 And I carry a bunch of other videos that are, you know, $19, $19.95 up to $30 because the JPFO's video, Innocence Betrayed, the Second Amendment video, comes with three free colored booklets.

01:54:54.000 And it cost them a lot to make it, so I have to pay an exorbitant amount to get it.

01:54:58.000 We sell it at the same price they sell it.

01:55:00.000 And I hope you'll get that great video.

01:55:02.000 Innocence Portrayed on VHS or DVD.

01:55:46.000 Please, we need your support.

01:55:50.000 Plus, these are great films.

01:55:53.000 You're authorized to make copies of my videos.

01:55:54.000 I think I already said that.

01:55:57.000 I already got into Police Ready with Sound Weapon for GOP, and they've got that all geared up.

01:56:02.000 Imagine how bad it's going to be for the general public if Mike Wallace is getting arrested for talking back at 86 years old, if women are getting arrested for finishing a candy bar or walking into the subway, if children are being arrested for skateboarding in their own driveway, Senator appears on no-fly list, AP.

01:56:24.000 The Senate Judiciary Committee heard this morning from one of its own about some of the problems with airline no-fly watch lists.

01:56:30.000 Senator Edward Kennedy, Democrat in Mass, says he had a close encounter with the list when trying to take the U.S.

01:56:37.000 Airways shuttle out of Washington to Boston.

01:56:40.000 The ticket agent wouldn't let him on the plane.

01:56:42.000 His name was on the list in error.

01:56:44.000 Sure it was.

01:56:45.000 There's hundreds of thousands on this.

01:56:47.000 Conservative activists, liberal activists, it's happening to everybody.

01:56:51.000 And then after he finally got on the plane, after hours of phone calls, he couldn't fly back.

01:56:55.000 It happened again.

01:56:55.000 And he said the process took several weeks to be able to fly and get off the list.

01:57:02.000 Again, this is Nazi Germany.

01:57:04.000 You can't move, can't get on the trains, if you don't have the proper papers.

01:57:08.000 Crude oil goes over $49 a barrel.

01:57:11.000 When we get back, I want to get into Iran threatens preemptive strikes. 1.00

01:57:14.000 Reuters Iran might launch preemptive strikes, well that'll sign their death warrant, to protect its nuclear facilities if they are threatened, Defense Minister Ali Chamkali said.

01:57:24.000 This is a new statement from him.

01:57:26.000 And then we'll get into just a bunch of other news here.

01:57:31.000 And I'll go to your calls a little bit quicker.

01:57:33.000 Starting here in the third hour, it's coming up in about 70 seconds.

01:57:38.000 Also, don't forget PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:57:41.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:10.000 Already into hour number three on this live Friday edition.

01:58:16.000 Thank you for joining us.

01:58:17.000 I want to get into this email I got, Marshall Law in Florida, describing what life's like there.

01:58:22.000 The mainstream media confirms this is the atmosphere of what's happening.

01:58:25.000 Also Iran, more threats now, not just to defend themselves, but to preemptively strike. 0.95

01:58:30.000 That's the danger of our government starting the doctrine of preemption, and others say they're going to use it, like North Korea and Iran. 0.79

01:58:37.000 Very, very serious escalation, and the Iranians are falling right into the globalist trap. 0.97

01:58:42.000 And again, they're thugs too, but again, it's like Satan fighting with one of his demons is my analogy. 0.95

01:58:49.000 But right now, let's go to the calls. 0.52

01:58:50.000 Let's talk to Bill in New York.

01:58:53.000 You're on the air, Bill.

01:58:54.000 Thanks for holding.

01:58:55.000 Yes, this is Bill from Moisture Bay.

01:58:58.000 Yes, sir.

01:58:59.000 The reason why I'm calling is there are three quick things.

01:59:01.000 First, I believe that one of the reasons why the government wants to tip into having pharmaceuticals Pushed on them.

01:59:13.000 So that way, many years later, they'll be disqualified from owning firearms.

01:59:18.000 In other words... Yes, get everybody a label as mentally ill, but also, they found that you're four times more likely to use illegal narcotics if you've been on Ritalin or Prozac.

01:59:29.000 So they're also getting them ready for that market for the drugs they ship in.

01:59:32.000 Right, right.

01:59:33.000 Steve, if you try to force this on adults, they're going to say, wait a second, I know you're trying to take away my rights.

01:59:39.000 They want They want kids to get into the system so that way when they're adults, for the rest of their life, they're labeled.

01:59:45.000 Uh, sir, there's official government policy reports that say that.

01:59:49.000 Right, right.

01:59:49.000 So your instinctive common sense is the facts.

01:59:51.000 This is so evil.

01:59:53.000 Yeah.

01:59:54.000 The next thing is, a friend of mine had a tax problem.

01:59:57.000 A tax problem about 15 years ago.

02:00:00.000 And the question is, do you know how he can recover his gun rights?

02:00:05.000 Over a tax problem?

02:00:07.000 He had a tax problem 15 years ago.

02:00:10.000 And he was convicted of something?

02:00:11.000 Yeah, it was called, at first it was going to be called a mail fraud, I'm sorry, at first it was going to be called a tax fraud, but then he pled to something called mail fraud. 0.75

02:00:22.000 Yeah, that's the thing, you make a mistake on your taxes and they call it mail fraud because you did something fraudulent with the mail, it's ridiculous.

02:00:28.000 The question is how... It depends on what state you're in, but there's a procedure to have your rights restored.

02:00:34.000 Oh, but the thing is, even though it was a federal matter, your state could restore it.

02:00:40.000 I believe you can go to federal judges and have that done, too.

02:00:44.000 I'm not a lawyer, but I know people that do it all the time.

02:00:46.000 It's a procedure.

02:00:49.000 He can figure it out himself and do the paperwork himself, or he can pay a lawyer a couple thousand dollars.

02:00:53.000 A good lawyer that does that should be able to do it for him.

02:00:57.000 Oh, okay.

02:00:59.000 Yeah, the reason why... You just go get a lawyer that does that. 0.89

02:01:01.000 That's their specialty.

02:01:03.000 And then they do it for you.

02:01:03.000 But if you want to study the law yourself, you can save a couple thousand dollars and a couple hundred dollars in filing fees in general and have it done.

02:01:09.000 Yeah, but there are different lawyers with different kinds of specialties.

02:01:13.000 That's what I was saying.

02:01:13.000 You go to a lawyer who does that specialty.

02:01:15.000 Right.

02:01:15.000 And what is that specialty called?

02:01:17.000 Uh, restoration of rights.

02:01:19.000 Restoration of rights.

02:01:20.000 Yeah, you'd probably get some type of criminal defense lawyer.

02:01:23.000 I'll tell him about that.

02:01:24.000 Also, if you want me to email you an Illuminati organizational chart, and it has the CF Bar, Council on Foreign Relations.

02:01:32.000 Well, I've seen most of those different flowcharts that are out there, but sure, you can send it to me if you want.

02:01:36.000 Sure, sure, and I'll send on the information you gave to me to my friend.

02:01:42.000 What information is that?

02:01:43.000 Oh, about how to restore his rights.

02:01:45.000 About how to go shopping for counsel.

02:01:49.000 All right, sir.

02:01:50.000 Well, thank you for the call.

02:01:52.000 I appreciate it.

02:01:52.000 I'm going to get all these calls out of the way, but hold them too long.

02:01:54.000 We'll come back and talk to Cherokee, Ivy, Cherokee, Don, Ron, and many others.

02:02:01.000 But I do want to get into this Iran situation and some other key little tidbits here concerning the police state.

02:02:08.000 Also, this email, where is that email?

02:02:11.000 I just had it.

02:02:13.000 Concerning Martial Law in Florida.

02:02:15.000 Yeah, here it is.

02:02:15.000 In fact, I'll do this first when we get back.

02:02:18.000 Martial Law in Florida, a listener writes, I'm not sure what the exact definition of Martial Law is, but we in Port Charlotte, Florida, are under a 9 p.m.

02:02:28.000 curfew because of the Hurricane Charlie, and I have a question about what's going on here because it doesn't seem, it does seem like Martial Law to me, and we'll describe what, yes, indeed is Martial Law, my dear.

02:02:41.000 Stay with us.

02:02:41.000 We'll be right back.

02:02:42.000 This email is posted on InfoWars.com.

02:05:41.000 Order today and spread the word.

02:05:43.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:05:47.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:51.000 I I've gotten gobs and gobs of emails like this, and I'm sure you've seen the stories where the father with three children, no criminal record, four days after not being allowed in his house, after the hurricane leaves, pulls up and says, I'd like you into my house, starts arguing, going, come on, I'm out of money.

02:06:08.000 Now we're learning more about this.

02:06:09.000 I'm out of money.

02:06:10.000 I don't have money to stay in a hotel.

02:06:11.000 The shuttlers are all full.

02:06:12.000 I just want to go to my house.

02:06:15.000 Get out of the car, are they tasering? 1.00

02:06:19.000 I mean, the last big hurricane, what was it, like 12, 15 days in some areas before they let them back into their house?

02:06:24.000 I mean, your house is your castle, but they're setting a precedent that there's no mobility, no capacity to travel when there's been some type of crisis.

02:06:34.000 Well, here is the headline, Martial Law in Florida, And a listener writes, I'm not sure what the exact definition of martial law is, but we in Port Charlotte, Florida are under a 9 p.m.

02:06:44.000 curfew because of the Hurricane Charlie and I have a question about what's going on here because it does seem like martial law to me.

02:06:52.000 By the way, inspectors then tromped through your house.

02:06:54.000 Tonight my roommate was coming home from work and it was around 9 p.m.

02:06:58.000 We both have to work out of town for now because there is still no power here around 9 p.m.

02:07:05.000 but got delayed by an accident.

02:07:08.000 And when he was approaching the town just south of us, Puta Gorda, which President Bush came to survey the disaster, he got stopped at the border and was turned back miles out of the way to take the interstate home.

02:07:21.000 That having happened, he was now even more late coming home.

02:07:24.000 It was a treatum.

02:07:25.000 Overport, Kentucky has a curfew for adults year-round, just because they feel like it.

02:07:29.000 And when he was coming into town, he got stopped by the National Guard, who then searched his car and almost arrested him.

02:07:36.000 Also Saturday morning when I was coming back into town from northern Florida, having left because of the storm, I encountered an unwarned roadblock and was greeted by a cop on a major power trip yelling at us to turn around and would not tell us why and would not tell us when we could proceed.

02:07:54.000 Is this normal procedure for a hurricane?

02:07:56.000 I don't know, but whether it is or not, It sure seems like martial law to me.

02:08:02.000 National Guardsmen are posted all over town and fully armed.

02:08:06.000 The reason given is to protect businesses from looting, which is very unlikely to happen here anyway.

02:08:13.000 But even when they have no reason to believe that there is a person that is looted, or is planning it, they will stop you, search your car, and if they want, they will arrest you.

02:08:23.000 What's kind of ironic is that this is stressing out most people around here because they were not prepared for it.

02:08:28.000 I have been at peace during this because I knew it was coming.

02:08:32.000 Hopefully, some of the people I have been telling about this stuff will start believing me now.

02:08:38.000 Sorry about babbling through that, but... So... Again, they didn't do this 10, 20 years ago.

02:08:46.000 I mean, devastating hurricanes happened.

02:08:48.000 They didn't do this.

02:08:50.000 And certainly in some big cities, looting does start, and the police can just go in and apprehend the people and punish them.

02:08:55.000 But now, even in small towns, middle-sized cities with no looting, they just lock you out of your house, and if you're lucky enough to get back into these towns, you're being searched by troops.

02:09:05.000 And then you come home, and your house has been searched by the police.

02:09:10.000 It's all part of this Big Brother attitude, this overarching emergency war plan system, which they're now setting up in every other state.

02:09:21.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Ivy. 0.99

02:09:23.000 Ivy, thanks for holding.

02:09:25.000 You're on the air.

02:09:26.000 Oh, thank you, Mr. Jones.

02:09:28.000 It's so nice to talk to you.

02:09:30.000 You've been bashing the limeys all day.

02:09:32.000 That's okay, that's okay.

02:09:35.000 I want to tell you about Nixon, 1970 and the Vietnam War.

02:09:40.000 Can I tell you?

02:09:42.000 Sure.

02:09:43.000 I was on a peace march in Washington in 1970.

02:09:48.000 There was a huge crowd.

02:09:50.000 Peaceful.

02:09:50.000 Mothers, fathers, children.

02:09:52.000 I had my children with me.

02:09:54.000 I stood next to Dr. Spock.

02:09:56.000 He marched right next to me.

02:09:58.000 I don't know if you remember him.

02:09:59.000 The baby doctor?

02:10:01.000 Anyway.

02:10:02.000 Had the horrible ideas about raising children.

02:10:05.000 I know.

02:10:06.000 He was all for peace, though.

02:10:08.000 Yeah, nice guy.

02:10:09.000 Go ahead.

02:10:09.000 I was joking.

02:10:11.000 And while we were marching, unbeknownst to us, Nixon sent his His men, Nixon's men, into the parking lot, write down all the tags on our cars.

02:10:24.000 They knew we had to drive in, you know, and park.

02:10:27.000 And all these people, including me, were put on an FBI file.

02:10:32.000 And I found that out.

02:10:34.000 Now, I didn't care for me because, you know, but they come after your children.

02:10:39.000 They gave my son a terrible time.

02:10:42.000 He was 16 and a half, 17.

02:10:45.000 At that time.

02:10:45.000 And you know, the Vietnam War was on.

02:10:47.000 Yeah, they're nice people, aren't they?

02:10:51.000 Nixon, it actually came out, had plans at a Republican convention to bomb things and then blame it on enemies to get martial law.

02:10:59.000 I mean, it's the same story over and over and over and over again.

02:11:03.000 But you know what?

02:11:04.000 Let them put 10 million of us on a list.

02:11:06.000 There's more of us than there are of them.

02:11:07.000 We're the good guys.

02:11:09.000 I didn't mind, but my point is that If he had not been disgraced and left office, maybe that was the beginning of something like we have now.

02:11:20.000 Well, again, Nixon wasn't running anything.

02:11:22.000 He was being ordered to do everything he was doing, and then he was hung out to dry.

02:11:26.000 The globalists do that a lot, and then move him with another party to continue the agenda.

02:11:30.000 But bottom line, they have to get the public to accept anything they do.

02:11:34.000 That's why they're trying to tell us martial law is good.

02:11:36.000 Secret arrests and internment camps are good. 1.00

02:11:39.000 But people aren't buying it.

02:11:40.000 They said, oh, vaccinations for police and firemen are good.

02:11:43.000 You have to.

02:11:44.000 And 99 plus percent said no, and that program fell apart.

02:11:48.000 So see, people may not fight back overtly, but people are passively not going along.

02:11:54.000 Their system is destined to fail, my dear.

02:11:57.000 Yeah, I think so too.

02:11:59.000 But I want to say one more thing and then I'll go. 0.53

02:12:02.000 Somebody famous once said, you can pay half of the population to kill the other half. 1.00

02:12:11.000 You can, and somebody else said, I never underestimate the stupidity of the American people, and I don't agree with that. 0.99

02:12:17.000 I think we're focused on issues that aren't significant. 0.99

02:12:19.000 We're experts on baseball and football and how to act cool and how to have our grass perfectly green, but we're not experts on telling our children don't use drugs, not because it's cool, but because the government ships it in to destroy you.

02:12:31.000 Look at all the people we pay and we give them guns and they do their duty.

02:12:36.000 They do their duty?

02:12:37.000 They have a duty to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

02:12:39.000 And just so you know, I have an English last name, Welsh.

02:12:43.000 So I wasn't being mean when I said limey.

02:12:46.000 Well I've been here too long to call it a limey.

02:12:48.000 No, I know, but I was throwing that out.

02:12:50.000 I said limey, you know what limey means.

02:12:52.000 No, I know.

02:12:53.000 Well you know, but you want to tell folks what limey means?

02:12:57.000 Well, a long time ago, the sailors on the boat were getting scurvy, and they started giving them lines to alleviate the condition, and so they called the Miami's.

02:13:09.000 Yes, so the British were the preeminent...

02:13:13.000 Sailing country, they bypassed, overtook I should say, Portugal and the Dutch by what, 1580 or so. 0.84

02:13:22.000 Began really becoming the preeminent group.

02:13:25.000 And then they got even more preeminent by the 1600s because it took other countries hundreds of years to figure out what the British knew and it was no secret.

02:13:32.000 They just laughed at them and thought scurvy was caused by something else.

02:13:37.000 But the British scientists figured out how to put lime juice in something everybody would drink.

02:13:42.000 That was in their grog.

02:13:43.000 They're two parts water, one part rum, and that's what grog is.

02:13:46.000 And they could carry them on the boat and they lasted a long time.

02:13:49.000 That's right.

02:13:50.000 And so they didn't get scurvy, so the British could stay at sea twice as long and be more effective.

02:13:54.000 And so when a British ship pulled up to a ship twice its size that had been at sea for a year, you had all these skinny, dying people with their teeth falling out, and a crew of half as many British could slaughter all of them and take over. 0.88

02:14:06.000 By now, why do they call you Yanks?

02:14:09.000 Uh, because, uh, you know, that's a good point.

02:14:11.000 I mean, I know the song is Yankee Doodle.

02:14:14.000 Uh, why do they call us Yanks?

02:14:15.000 I mean... I don't know.

02:14:17.000 I don't know why we're called Yanks.

02:14:19.000 Somebody else figure that out.

02:14:20.000 I'm gonna go now.

02:14:21.000 Thank you very much for talking to me.

02:14:23.000 Hey, thank you for the call.

02:14:25.000 I just thought it was interesting.

02:14:26.000 Yeah, you know what?

02:14:27.000 I knew that.

02:14:29.000 You know how it is.

02:14:29.000 When somebody wants to know something, You don't know.

02:14:32.000 And then as soon as I turn the microphone off and walk out of the studio, I'll know exactly what a Yank is. 1.00

02:14:37.000 Do we have any open lines?

02:14:40.000 Uh, Scott?

02:14:42.000 Okay, well, why don't you drop a line?

02:14:44.000 Oh, that's kind of mean.

02:14:45.000 If somebody can get in, tell us, only call if you know what a Yank is. 0.96

02:14:51.000 Uh, why are we called Yankees?

02:14:53.000 Oh, it's about to pop in my head.

02:14:56.000 Of course, you know, people in the South don't like being called Yanks, but in Europe they call all of us Yanks.

02:15:02.000 But, uh, Yankees.

02:15:05.000 I think Limey's cooler than Yankee. 0.93

02:15:08.000 But, uh, I don't know.

02:15:12.000 I'll have to apologize for saying Yankee.

02:15:13.000 These are all just normal words that didn't get bad connotations, folks.

02:15:17.000 I think Limey's a cool name for the British.

02:15:18.000 I mean, it...

02:15:19.000 It shows that they were scientific and figured stuff out before people.

02:15:22.000 But think about how backwards and, I don't want to say ignorant, the French and Spanish were, but it took them over 100 years to figure out that lime juice would keep you from dying.

02:15:32.000 I just think that's interesting. 0.59

02:15:33.000 I've read a lot of naval history.

02:15:34.000 I find that interesting.

02:15:35.000 I read a lot of history.

02:15:37.000 In my time off, I like to sit on the couch for 3-4 hours drinking gallons of ice water, drinking weird naval accounts.

02:15:45.000 It's so interesting.

02:15:47.000 I mean, I read the actual histories.

02:15:49.000 I also like Patrick O'Brien books.

02:15:50.000 I've read 15 of those babies now.

02:15:54.000 And I'm sad that I'm going to get to the end of the series.

02:15:55.000 He only wrote 20.

02:15:57.000 But, alright, that's enough.

02:15:59.000 Now I'm really out of control here.

02:16:01.000 Hey, I can be mainstream talk radio now, man.

02:16:03.000 I'm talking about tertiary little side issues.

02:16:08.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Cherokee and Kentucky.

02:16:17.000 Go ahead Cherokee. 0.99

02:16:17.000 Hi Alex. 0.99

02:16:19.000 Hello.

02:16:20.000 I wanted to make people aware of what's happening in my church.

02:16:28.000 We have been doing lessons on how to respect the government and how we are to submit to authority and I have found that the SDA church and the government back in the 1954 I did a project called Project White Coat.

02:16:48.000 Now, ma'am, which church is this?

02:16:50.000 Seventh-day Adventist.

02:16:53.000 Yeah, a lot of religions do this so they get left alone.

02:16:57.000 Orthodox Jewish groups are really nice, good, smart, great, upstanding people.

02:17:03.000 They teach you to do what the government says because they don't want to get persecuted.

02:17:07.000 And so the Seventh-day Adventists and others have picked up on this.

02:17:10.000 Mormons weren't like this in the past.

02:17:12.000 Now they're teaching that, which has made a lot of Mormons mad. 0.98

02:17:15.000 The Baptist Church here in Austin tells them to do this.

02:17:18.000 I've got Catholic Church handouts.

02:17:20.000 And you know Hitler did that. 0.91

02:17:22.000 Hitler said, Romans 13, follow your government, do what it says. 0.92

02:17:25.000 Well, that's not what it really says, folks.

02:17:27.000 That's the case.

02:17:28.000 Why did they kill Jesus?

02:17:29.000 Why did they kill all the prophets?

02:17:32.000 It's just not true.

02:17:35.000 Uh, you're supposed to stand up against evil.

02:17:36.000 So I guess when we get the Antichrist, we're supposed to follow him, because we gotta follow the government.

02:17:40.000 That's the doctrine of Satan!

02:17:42.000 Stay there! 0.92

02:17:45.000 Be a part of the new gold rush.

02:17:47.000 You know, for thousands of years, the one true valuable commodity has always been gold.

02:17:52.000 It still is!

02:17:54.000 Gold and other precious metals have continued to grow in value over the years.

02:21:35.000 That's 800-340-7091 or visit calbempuresoap.com.

02:21:41.000 All right, Cherokee and Kentucky.

02:21:54.000 You go to your church, and I guess they teach you Romans 13, and tell you that when the Antichrist stands up, we should worship him, because you gotta follow all authority of government Thus, Moses should have never stood up against Pharaoh.

02:22:08.000 We are to worship the government.

02:22:09.000 We should never have fought Hitler. 0.88

02:22:14.000 Government is God.

02:22:15.000 Is that what they're teaching you?

02:22:17.000 Well, in a roundabout way, yes.

02:22:19.000 But you see, historically, our church always said to stand up to the government and to not, you know, if they're going to force you to do something on the Sabbath, You know, you stand up even if they throw you in jail.

02:22:33.000 Yeah, I know.

02:22:34.000 I have friends that are Seventh-day Adventists, quite a few of them.

02:22:38.000 But the thing that has really got me concerned is this Project White Coat that I've come across and Congressman Richard McCarthy investigated that subject and the U.S.

02:22:50.000 involvement in chemical and biological warfare and he had a quote in Spectrum magazine, the summer of 1970, page 65, and he said, my knowledge of Project White Coat, and I base that on the statements made by very responsible people, is that it is offensive, not defensive, and that the Seventh-Day Adventists are being duped.

02:23:15.000 And how are the Seventh-Day Adventists involved in this?

02:23:19.000 Well, higher up, the Adventists are very big in the medical field.

02:23:24.000 Yeah, I do that.

02:23:25.000 Yeah, we have a lot of doctors and hospitals and stuff.

02:23:28.000 But what they would do is if you were, as in this thing, you joined the military, then they would have a chest next to your name and you would be run through and given all these treatments or something along that line.

02:23:41.000 Yeah, I'll tell you what, send me some information on that.

02:23:45.000 I find that to be intriguing.

02:23:46.000 Okay.

02:23:47.000 Thanks for the call.

02:23:48.000 Don in Pennsylvania, go ahead.

02:23:49.000 Hello?

02:23:51.000 Yes, sir.

02:23:52.000 Yeah, how you doing?

02:23:53.000 Good.

02:23:53.000 I'm just calling as far as that National Guard man that called about an hour ago.

02:23:58.000 And I was in the Coast Guard there from 84 to 88.

02:24:00.000 They actually had me sign a survey is the way they called it.

02:24:06.000 And one of the questions is, in time of civil war, would I bear arms upon my own American citizens?

02:24:13.000 Of course I signed no.

02:24:15.000 And then you didn't get promoted.

02:24:17.000 Oh, you're darn right!

02:24:18.000 I got actually, I got booted out on the quote-unquote the Fat Boy Program. 0.97

02:24:23.000 And I just told him to heck with you.

02:24:25.000 But everyone knows the one guy, oh yeah, he went from an E4 right up to E6 in a matter of two years.

02:24:32.000 I just couldn't understand it at the time.

02:24:34.000 And it definitely sort of teed me off.

02:24:38.000 They've been carefully weeding out the good people, but 76% on average still say no in major surveys they give them.

02:24:48.000 So they send you overseas and you get all the shots and you get the DU.

02:24:52.000 But the good guys, they get treated bad and the bad guys they get put in power.

02:24:57.000 Right, right.

02:24:57.000 At the same time, if I may, Could I, uh, I think you're saying between the difference between the automobile and the vehicle there for Pennsylvania?

02:25:05.000 If I could, could I plug my own 800 number and I'll mail it out to anyone who wishes to get that?

02:25:10.000 I didn't see your information, sir, and I have a policy against people I don't know giving out their number.

02:25:14.000 Send me another email and who knows, I might have you on as a guest.

02:25:17.000 Uh, no, I'll just mail it to you again if you wish, sir.

02:25:20.000 Yeah, and I'm sorry I missed it.

02:25:22.000 Let's talk to Ron in New York.

02:25:23.000 Go ahead, Ron.

02:25:25.000 Hi, Alex.

02:25:26.000 Hello.

02:25:27.000 Alex, I'm calling with a bit of information, a little antidote about something that popped up, but I'd like to real quick answer two questions from prior calls from yourself and prior calls before that.

02:25:38.000 You asked about the term Yankee.

02:25:39.000 Now, it was my understanding that the term is derived from Iroquois Indians, I think particularly Mohawks, who use the term Yakkee.

02:25:48.000 derogatorily to describe the earliest colonial settlers.

02:25:52.000 That's right, I've heard that.

02:25:53.000 Yeah, and that's how Yankee was derived from that Mohawk-era court word.

02:25:58.000 Secondly, another caller asked, and he was from Oyster Bay, New York, about restoration.

02:26:03.000 It's called Relief from Disabilities, Restoration of Firearms Rights.

02:26:07.000 In the federal system, there is none.

02:26:10.000 The only thing that they had in the federal system with reference to that is Built in for corporations.

02:26:16.000 Corporations to have rights.

02:26:18.000 If you were part of some corporate scandal, have those rights restored.

02:26:22.000 Uh, not for individuals, and even that doesn't matter because the government, since the implementation of that program under the Brady Act in 1993, has never ever financed that.

02:26:30.000 So, the only way you could get rights restored if you have a disabling federal conviction, uh, after the fact, and it's been many years, obviously... Did he have the conviction overturned?

02:26:40.000 Uh, which is probably past the statute of limitations for that, from the way he spoke, or to have a pardon.

02:26:45.000 Which don't hold your breath waiting for a presidential pardon.

02:26:48.000 You've got to be a real criminal to get one of those.

02:26:51.000 Yeah, that's true too.

02:26:52.000 Yeah, you've got to pay off really nice to get one of those like Mark Rich or someone like that.

02:26:56.000 But, uh, so that's that.

02:26:57.000 The states have a program, but unfortunately if you're convicted of a federal offense, your options are between slim and none.

02:27:04.000 But now let me get to my main point.

02:27:06.000 Real fast, we're almost out of time.

02:27:07.000 Okay.

02:27:08.000 Um, I had had an indication the other day, banks are starting to harvest large swaths of personal information on people, and I mean superfluous information.

02:27:18.000 And I ran into it personally three days ago.

02:27:21.000 Uh, in which they're putting it into central data banks.

02:27:23.000 Now, this is all interconnected to Patriot Act 1.

02:27:26.000 They uplink the info for the government.

02:27:27.000 Yes, sir.

02:27:28.000 It's total criminality.

02:27:30.000 Has nothing to do with torture.

02:27:31.000 Uh, nothing to do with terror. 0.98

02:27:33.000 It's ridiculous. 0.92

02:27:35.000 We're on the march. 0.95

02:30:58.000 Alright, we're going to go to Phil and Brock and many others that are holding at 800-259-9231.

02:31:02.000 Also cover some other news I haven't gotten to yet and recap some of the top stories.

02:31:09.000 But before we do that, just for a few minutes, I wanted to bring Mr. Sibley up from Ready Reserve Foods.

02:31:16.000 It is the longest continually operating dehydrated food company in the United States.

02:31:22.000 I ordered a huge year food supply.

02:31:26.000 I am extremely impressed.

02:31:28.000 I've gotten horrible food before and then consumed it later.

02:31:32.000 This stuff, they produce it all in America.

02:31:37.000 Put it together there in beautiful cans, high quality, Uh, and it just took a couple weeks for me to get it after I ordered it.

02:31:46.000 I'm very, very, very impressed.

02:31:50.000 And they've got some specials running, folks.

02:31:53.000 And whether you're worried about earthquakes, or hurricanes, or whatever, or a financial collapse, or you want to put something out at your, you know, camp house, out on your land in the country, this is a system where it's all in cans, and it is high quality.

02:32:10.000 This is the oldest continually operating company in the United States, and for good reason.

02:32:16.000 Not a fly-by-night operation.

02:32:18.000 I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the quality and the taste.

02:32:22.000 It is amazing.

02:32:24.000 Dave, good to have you on with us, sir.

02:32:25.000 Alex, how are you doing today?

02:32:27.000 You bet.

02:32:28.000 Tell us a little bit about your company and some of the different packages and specials you're offering right now, and I hope people will take advantage of it.

02:32:35.000 Well, we've been in business, this is our 33rd year, continuous year.

02:32:40.000 We always strive to get the best quality food we can find.

02:32:47.000 My dietician is constantly hunting and packing, looking for new supplies or something that's better.

02:32:53.000 We've made mistakes up and down the line.

02:32:54.000 We've learned from our mistakes.

02:32:58.000 That was years ago.

02:32:59.000 We've pretty much got it dialed in.

02:33:02.000 We're very proud of our products and I'm glad you're happy with your food.

02:33:10.000 It's time for this country to prepare because, let's take a look at Charlie.

02:33:15.000 What happened in Charlie?

02:33:16.000 I was just looking at the internet just a few minutes ago.

02:33:18.000 People are frustrated waiting for help.

02:33:21.000 Now if we get hit with a major terrorist attack, This entire country will come to a grinding halt.

02:33:27.000 Where is the help going to come from?

02:33:28.000 You're going to be on your own.

02:33:29.000 The Federal Commission is saying it is more likely that we will be nuked than we won't.

02:33:34.000 It's more dangerous than the Cold War, and yeah, I believe it because they're behind it.

02:33:37.000 We have them saying nerve gas, all this stuff, that will cause a breakdown in society, a biological attack, even worse.

02:33:44.000 But folks, it's just an insurance policy, an inexpensive insurance policy, and we have found a great source for you to get that insurance policy.

02:33:55.000 There are no supply problems at the moment.

02:33:58.000 Should everybody and their dog want to begin to get prepared all at once, kind of like what happened in Y2K, there's a lag time.

02:34:05.000 So your listeners need to start preparing now.

02:34:08.000 You have to be the first ones literally to the lifeboats.

02:34:12.000 If you're figuratively speaking.

02:34:14.000 Tell folks about some of the specials.

02:34:16.000 Well at the moment we have a year's supply deluxe, year's supply, normally $1,595 for one adult.

02:34:24.000 And it's on special for, oh God, I'm sorry, I can't, I don't have the data in front of me.

02:34:30.000 We're also continuing, this was very popular, we ran a special, a three month supply for $249.95, which is normally $4.99, and we'll continue that through this month if any of your listeners wish to purchase that one.

02:34:48.000 So you're continuing that special and you have another... actually I've got it somewhere here too.

02:34:52.000 We've had so many people call.

02:34:54.000 Alex, everybody, money is tight.

02:34:56.000 People want to know if they can wait a month or if it's going to be available next month.

02:35:02.000 They've got money coming in, tax returns.

02:35:06.000 So we've decided to continue it until the end of this month and give people a little bit of breathing room.

02:35:10.000 Okay, so instead of $400 and something dollars, it's $249 to get a deluxe Three month food supply.

02:35:19.000 This is high quality food, folks.

02:35:21.000 Give them a call.

02:35:22.000 It's good to have three months.

02:35:23.000 That's better than nothing.

02:35:24.000 You can get a six month supply, a year supply.

02:35:27.000 They've got a lot of different specials.

02:35:28.000 Give Dave a call at 800-453-2202, 800-453-2202, or go to readyreservefoods.com.

02:35:41.000 Again, folks, you need to give him a call at 1-800-453-2202.

02:35:45.000 They're great sponsors of the show.

02:35:49.000 The food's from right here in America.

02:35:50.000 30-plus year old company.

02:35:53.000 And I am so impressed.

02:35:54.000 Compared to other food I got, this is night and day, folks.

02:35:58.000 And I paid more.

02:35:59.000 I mean, the prices they're offering are lower than what I've seen anywhere else.

02:36:03.000 I don't know how you do it, Dave, but $800.

02:36:05.000 Things are changing.

02:36:07.000 Changing rapidly, Alex.

02:36:09.000 I have to tell you, you know what's going on.

02:36:11.000 Any little thing can send us over the edge economically, terrorist-wise.

02:36:14.000 Anything else, Dave?

02:36:15.000 Things are changing.

02:36:16.000 Changing rapidly, Alex.

02:36:18.000 I have to tell you, you know what's going on.

02:36:21.000 We're something, any little thing can send us over the edge economically, terrorist-wise.

02:36:27.000 And if people think that the government has just strategic warehouses full of food and supply scattered around this country waiting to rush to your aid, then you can't get it.

02:36:38.000 They're sadly mistaken.

02:36:39.000 That does not exist.

02:36:40.000 No, that's Switzerland or Russia.

02:36:43.000 That's not America.

02:36:44.000 They do have the most extensive bunker complex on the planet, but they don't tell you where those are and those aren't for you.

02:36:49.000 Those are for the elite.

02:36:51.000 1-800-453-2202.

02:36:51.000 Dave, thanks for coming on.

02:36:55.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:36:55.000 God bless.

02:36:56.000 All right, going back to the calls and then into more of the news, we were talking to Phil in Virginia.

02:37:03.000 And I know Phil.

02:37:04.000 I've met Phil.

02:37:04.000 He's come to Austin.

02:37:05.000 He's a great guy.

02:37:06.000 Phil, I wasn't aware that you were street preaching and that you were arrested.

02:37:10.000 Every couple days I see a new article of this.

02:37:12.000 Well, you offended someone.

02:37:13.000 We're arresting you.

02:37:15.000 I mean, in a country where preachers don't have a First Amendment, we're in deep trouble.

02:37:18.000 Can you tell us what happened?

02:37:20.000 Well, yeah.

02:37:22.000 I had my bullhorn going first.

02:37:24.000 Then the man came up, the police officer came up, and naturally they called for reinforcements.

02:37:31.000 You know, but they said that I needed a permit for that, and so I told them that, well, I've been down to their city hall, I'm trying to get their permit, and they don't know what I'm talking about.

02:37:42.000 So I said, alright, well, I'll just put the bullhorn down and just, you know, continue on.

02:37:48.000 Well, no, you can't do that either.

02:37:50.000 You know, so it was just, you know, reminiscent of what I've heard you cover on your program about you can't read the scriptures there in the state of Pennsylvania. 0.98

02:38:01.000 It's pathetic. 0.95

02:38:02.000 Now, there was a case last year in Alabama in a parade. 0.98

02:38:07.000 No one was allowed to have the Confederate battle flag.

02:38:10.000 Now, whether you love it or hate it, folks, on the public street you should be able to walk around with a small flag if you want to, or a big flag if you want to, and federal courts have ruled, and bad in some cases, but good in most, and it's common sense.

02:38:23.000 You do not need a permit.

02:38:24.000 A permit is if you want police or to block a street.

02:38:26.000 If you want to march with 1,000 people down the sidewalk, or 10,000, it is your right.

02:38:32.000 And we've won court cases right here in Texas against Governor Bush when he arrested three separate groups of people for protesting on street corners.

02:38:39.000 And these were groups, one group was handicapped folks.

02:38:42.000 And they're just on a sidewalk and they kept arresting them.

02:38:45.000 And now they don't do that because they lost three $100,000 lawsuits is what they finally settled in court for.

02:38:51.000 They can't do this, but they still keep trying to do it.

02:38:55.000 I thought we're in Iraq to bring people freedom.

02:38:57.000 Well then, we need Operation American Freedom.

02:39:00.000 Now, were you arrested?

02:39:02.000 Oh yeah, yeah.

02:39:03.000 I was prevented from... I had to produce my identification and all of that.

02:39:09.000 And technically that is an arrest.

02:39:13.000 Yes, oh yeah.

02:39:14.000 And they threatened to take me downtown if I didn't produce some identification.

02:39:21.000 But yeah, I knew that it was just a ruse.

02:39:30.000 But that's the danger of this statutory code system.

02:39:34.000 A code violation in this country is a death sentence.

02:39:38.000 Well, they've got code violations where they take your house. 0.99

02:39:41.000 They've got these laws in New Mexico.

02:39:43.000 Your 20-year-old son when you're out of town has a beer party.

02:39:45.000 The cops bust you and they take your house, but you can't get a jury or a trial because, oh, it's just a code violation, but we're going to take your $200,000 house.

02:39:53.000 Well, they stopped a man here in Norfolk for a trumped-up charge, and by the end of the encounter, the man was dead.

02:40:06.000 Just for a hanging license plate, which the evidence showed was bogus.

02:40:11.000 The man had a leaking roof.

02:40:14.000 Another code violation.

02:40:15.000 He ended up getting shot six times.

02:40:17.000 I mean, we're not waiting for the police state.

02:40:22.000 We are in it.

02:40:23.000 I was in Crew, Virginia.

02:40:25.000 Went to dispute a traffic violation.

02:40:30.000 And I was parked on the side of the road.

02:40:32.000 Cop just comes up.

02:40:33.000 I wasn't in no parking zone.

02:40:34.000 Nothing.

02:40:35.000 No breaking no laws.

02:40:36.000 He demanded to see my identification.

02:40:39.000 You know, and this is all about trying to find illegal people or those who have a criminal outstanding warrant.

02:40:54.000 That's all these things are.

02:40:57.000 They're all excuses to set up a checkpoint and search your vehicle.

02:41:02.000 Yeah, warrant excuses.

02:41:05.000 Letting us know that they're the boss, that they're God.

02:41:07.000 I'll tell you, I would have let them take me to jail.

02:41:10.000 I mean, I should be out there preaching on the street corner.

02:41:12.000 I'm saying you're doing a great job, but it's a sad day in America when they are freaked out because of guys out there street preaching with a bullhorn on a sidewalk.

02:41:24.000 And maybe you should get together with some friends and have them arrest all of you and then sue them individually for what they've done to you.

02:41:32.000 Bill?

02:41:33.000 It's coming to that.

02:41:36.000 But you better have witnesses with a video camera or bad cops will grab you and then claim that you resisted.

02:41:42.000 You're going to have to have it on video.

02:41:43.000 It's one of their favorite tricks is to claim that you've resisted.

02:41:46.000 Well, I've learned a few tricks from you and I always like to have a video camera on hand.

02:41:52.000 Well, you're doing a great job, Phil, and I'm sorry that this happened to you.

02:41:55.000 And then you go to the city and they say, there's no permit for street preaching.

02:42:00.000 Yeah, or the loudspeaker.

02:42:03.000 And you try to play their game, and they just give you the runaround. 0.98

02:42:07.000 It's just ridiculous. 0.94

02:42:09.000 I wonder why they came up to you. 0.86

02:42:10.000 I mean, I wonder why they're freaked out by your First Amendment.

02:42:14.000 Probably because they just had some complaints.

02:42:20.000 But it was in the middle of the day, not disturbing the peace.

02:42:22.000 You know, you want to live peaceably with your neighbors, but yeah, they just don't like your message.

02:42:29.000 Alright, well I appreciate your work and God bless you.

02:42:33.000 Okay Alex, take care.

02:42:34.000 We're going to go to Brooke and others here in just a minute, but Stephanie, I want to play renegades because this will make you think about how far we've come in this country, what we've turned into.

02:42:45.000 And there's this whole backdrop of, well, it's the war on terror, but it has nothing to do with terror.

02:42:49.000 So I want to play Renegades for all of you out there like Phil.

02:42:52.000 This is for you, Phil.

02:42:53.000 Who are out there standing up, doing a great job, and just God bless you and I love you.

02:42:57.000 And I'm sorry this is happening to you.

02:42:59.000 And whether you're conservative or liberal, you're losing your freedoms.

02:43:03.000 Stephanie, do we have Renegades?

02:43:08.000 Again, America isn't America if we're not a free country.

02:43:12.000 And so to all of you out there who love freedom, this song is for you.

02:43:16.000 When we come back, we'll take some more calls and cover some final news.

02:43:18.000 Stay with us.

02:43:42.000 Someone make him king, others couldn't stand that.

02:43:49.000 The cost was a solution, but he rose again.

02:43:58.000 Wise men follow him, heroes again.

02:44:02.000 Wise men follow him.

02:44:06.000 Thank God for the renegade, and the lines they lead.

02:44:12.000 For the hell, the third time.

02:44:17.000 Without the renegade, the Lord knows where we see.

02:44:26.000 When it comes to heroes, renegades are mine.

02:44:29.000 I love you.

02:44:31.000 Thank you.

02:44:32.000 They're railing against the crown Another ragtag band Declaring independence

02:44:51.000 They laid their bodies down On a bloody war At liberty For their descendants Thanks to the renegades Afraid today Thanks to the renegades Afraid today Thank God for the renegades 0.53

02:45:19.000 And the lines they lead Far ahead of their time Without the renegades Lord knows where we'd be When it comes to heroes Renegades are mine

02:45:40.000 The renegades are mine We're not the Renegades.

02:46:07.000 In the world today, who are the renegades?

02:46:10.000 In the world today, hang out for the renegades.

02:46:19.000 And the lives they lead are far ahead of their time.

02:46:27.000 Without the renegades, no one knows where we When it comes to heroes, Renegades are mine.

02:46:38.000 When it comes to heroes, Renegades are mine.

02:46:44.000 Renegades are mine.

02:46:48.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

02:46:50.000 And that song is for everybody out there standing up against tyranny.

02:46:53.000 We'll break, come back and talk to Brooke, recap a couple stories.

02:46:57.000 Look, even in Jesus Christ's time, in Yahweh's time, You were allowed to go out and preach, and even in some cases, criticize the government. 0.61

02:47:07.000 And that's what he was out doing.

02:47:09.000 And finally, too many people listened, so they grabbed him and they killed him.

02:47:14.000 But in Germany, and in Russia, and in China, you can't do that, folks.

02:47:17.000 And that's already what's happening here.

02:47:20.000 There have been cases where people are denied permits dozens of times, they finally go out and have a protest, they get arrested.

02:47:26.000 This isn't freedom!

02:47:27.000 And I don't know how I have to explain that to the police and others out there.

02:47:31.000 Cops, if you get given an order to go arrest a street preacher standing there on the street corner, I don't care if people don't like it.

02:47:38.000 The First Amendment is what you have sworn to uphold.

02:47:42.000 It's incredible.

02:47:44.000 And it is sad to see this happening to this country.

02:47:47.000 You know, we told you all this political correctness and this attack on free speech was coming and this was going to develop and there'd be hate crime and all this.

02:47:55.000 And now it's here.

02:47:57.000 Every couple days I see these articles.

02:47:59.000 And it's getting worse and worse and worse.

02:48:01.000 We're what Europe was three years ago.

02:48:03.000 They're more advanced now.

02:48:04.000 And we're going to be there in three years.

02:48:07.000 And it doesn't matter if George Bush or John Kerry's in office because the people have become decadent and have forgotten what it is to be Americans.

02:48:15.000 We've lost our country.

02:48:16.000 Now we've got to set about getting it back.

02:48:18.000 But we've got to be honest with ourselves about how far we've fallen.

02:48:22.000 And we're going to get this country back.

02:48:24.000 And you know, now they're trying to shut down free speech at Access Television in Austin saying, well, you know, if it criticizes a group or something or hurts somebody's feelings, you're going to be off the channels.

02:48:33.000 But that's not a violation of the First Amendment.

02:48:35.000 Oh, no.

02:48:36.000 You don't have a right to hurt somebody's feelings, Mr. Jones.

02:48:39.000 Hey, folks, Alex Jones here.

02:48:47.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:48:50.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:48:54.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:48:58.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:49:02.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

02:49:04.000 Riot police attacked people on the streets indiscriminately.

02:49:08.000 The medical bills!

02:49:10.000 Are going to be enormous for me.

02:49:12.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:49:16.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:49:19.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:49:26.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:52:02.000 We'll try to get to a couple of you.

02:52:05.000 Brooke and Robert, at least.

02:52:08.000 All over the country, here's Fox News.

02:52:10.000 Private property may become reserved.

02:52:12.000 You may only be able to use 10% of your property.

02:52:14.000 That's the federal initiative.

02:52:17.000 Also, we have the Feds announcing they're going to pull out 70,000 troops, many of them out of Europe, which doesn't matter, but out of Asia it does.

02:52:24.000 North Korea is a much greater threat than the Middle East, but they don't have all that oil. 0.97

02:52:29.000 Very serious situation.

02:52:31.000 Brooke, in Rhode Island, you're on the air.

02:52:32.000 Thanks for holding.

02:52:33.000 Welcome.

02:52:34.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:52:35.000 It's good to know you're still on live.

02:52:38.000 Our station's kind of in havoc here.

02:52:42.000 I have a couple points to make, and I know there's not much time, so I'll try to be quick.

02:52:47.000 The first one is, I don't know if you heard Rush Limbaugh on Friday, but he was emphatically defending the governor of New Jersey.

02:52:56.000 And I almost was going to call Rush and ask him what degree Mason he was.

02:53:04.000 Well, that's your new conservatism.

02:53:07.000 Yeah, right?

02:53:07.000 That's number one point.

02:53:09.000 Uh number two point was your lady caller that called earlier regarding the Masonic symbolism was very fascinating to hear and I think she mentioned she was from Tennessee And I was wondering if you guys are aware of the fact that the Tennessee State Capitol is laid out identically to the one in Washington, D.C.

02:53:31.000 That is a giant pentagram.

02:53:32.000 People say, well, why is the Congressional Medal of Honor a pentagram?

02:53:35.000 Oh, it's just an accident.

02:53:36.000 Folks, this is symbolism.

02:53:38.000 Great thought goes into this.

02:53:40.000 Yes, and the last thing I wanted to mention to you was I believe the last time I spoke with you was about two or three weeks ago, and we had a conversation about Rupert Murdoch and the New York Post.

02:53:53.000 And I called because I wondered if you heard this story.

02:53:57.000 Tycoon's son lets guest be kink for a day. 0.97

02:54:05.000 This is a story that was headline news in the New York Post about a man named Richard Quadrucci, the son of a billionaire printing company mogul who runs a private sex club in a family building in Gramercy Park.

02:54:22.000 And his father is the largest printer in the United States and he prints for Time Magazine and Newsweek.

02:54:32.000 And why is Rupert Murdoch reporting on that?

02:54:34.000 No, I didn't see that. 0.99

02:54:35.000 I didn't see the New York Post article about gay porn stars servicing the leaders. 1.00

02:54:40.000 Yeah, this is unbelievable, Alex. 1.00

02:54:43.000 And then, this is a mind blower.

02:54:47.000 He has a guy, one of the escorts is called, catch this, Master Justice I just wanted to get your take on this new book by Michelle Malkin, In Defense of Internment Camps.

02:55:05.000 Is that the name of the book?

02:55:06.000 Yeah, In Defense of Internment Camps.

02:55:08.000 I just wanted to get your take on this new book by Michelle Malkin, In Defense of Internment Camps.

02:55:15.000 Is that the name of the book?

02:55:17.000 Yeah, In Defense of Internment Camps.

02:55:20.000 I've been getting calls about it.

02:55:21.000 They just made the rounds on a Shanty and Combs show.

02:55:26.000 And she's so proud that she has seen the light now and written this book on Gosh, our forefathers did have it right.

02:55:34.000 We just need to round everybody up.

02:55:36.000 I'm going to call us about it.

02:55:38.000 Yeah, a book.

02:55:39.000 I heard that.

02:55:39.000 It's called Defensive Internment Camps.

02:55:42.000 It's in your face.

02:55:43.000 Well, Tommy Frank says it's sad, but maybe you need it.

02:55:48.000 I thought we paid these other people off and said, whoops, we were wrong.

02:55:51.000 You know, we paid the Japanese. 1.00

02:55:55.000 People who we interned.

02:55:57.000 Well, it's not just for the Arabs, though.

02:55:59.000 The citizens need to be put in these, too.

02:56:00.000 This is just going downhill.

02:56:03.000 I'm out of time.

02:56:04.000 God bless you.

02:56:04.000 I'm going to talk about that.

02:56:05.000 I'm going to try to get her on the show. 0.99
