00:10:05.000 You're going, wait a minute, Chicago sometimes, no I-pass, prepare to pay double.

00:10:14.000 The city council, the few members of it, the mayor is one of them, Will Nguyen, who was on this CAMPO board, this regional board, voted to give up all their authority and perpetuity over Central Texas' roads, county, city, state roads.

00:10:31.000 And in major polls, 90 plus percent of people are against it, no one is for it.

00:10:36.000 They'll have 600 people show up against it at meetings, and just two or three who happen to work for government agencies, who show up for it with signs.

00:10:46.000 This has all been admitted.

00:10:48.000 But our so-called conservative mayor says he doesn't care.

00:10:52.000 And it's the liberals who are running around against the toll roads, along with all the real conservatives.

00:10:57.000 I mean, I have met no one who's for it.

00:11:01.000 And everybody's worried about this because they said, well, these are going to be toll-less toll roads, so don't worry, it's not going to block traffic.

00:11:07.000 Because imagine, conservatively now, 15 of these babies, see, first they get it passed, give them authority, oh, don't worry, it's just 9, I mean 15, well, probably 22, maybe more, and it's incredible.

00:11:23.000 And they said, don't worry, these are going to be cashless toll roads.

00:11:26.000 Oh, it's for your convenience.

00:11:28.000 You're all going to have to buy a transmitter, a transistor, a powerful RFID chip, and they're about an inch long, half inch wide, put up on your dash, and these are going to be scanned in red, and it's going to mark down how much you travel, and each year you're going to have to pay, or you're going to have to pay on a quarterly basis if you want a discount.

00:11:50.000 And it could be thousands of dollars, they admit, per person, per driver.

00:11:59.000 No one gets to vote on it.

00:12:08.000 Now in other areas, in Illinois and California and Kansas where I've been, they'll have five, six lanes that are electronic and one if you want to pay cash.

00:12:25.000 And we drive through the checkpoints, and they say, you don't have K-Tag.

00:12:28.000 This is five, six years ago.

00:12:48.000 Oh, you don't have to have a national ID card, but we just won't sell you any food if you don't swipe it.

00:13:09.000 And you'll also have everybody merging off who doesn't want to pay, or who's from out of town, who doesn't have the chip, to put their two to five dollars per leg of the toll in.

00:13:20.000 This whole place is going to... My car, when this goes in, and they're putting up the poles and the scanners right now, is going to be a taxi cab.

00:13:29.000 Every one of your cars is going to be a taxi cab.

00:13:32.000 Remember I talked about England and London putting it in?

00:13:36.000 And now they want to do it nationwide in England?

00:13:39.000 And I warned you, I read the federal plans 5-6 years ago, I had people on the federal boards on, and now Oregon's announcing it to go statewide?

00:13:56.000 Tolls for cars without the electronic collection units will be double to 80 cents by January 1st under a massive plan to rebuild the tollway into a smoother, more efficient system and build the long-awaited Interstate 355 extension into Will County.

00:14:15.000 Governor Blagojevich's $5.3 billion 10-year tollway overhaul plan unveiled Wednesday treases tolls for now at $0.40 for I-PASS users driving cars.

00:14:28.000 The project will be financed on the backs of locals without I-PASS, out-of-state drivers and truck drivers who will face steep toll increases.

00:14:37.000 Semi-tracker trailer drivers, who now pay $1.50, will pay $4 tolls next year if Blagojevich's plan is approved by the Tollways Board.

00:14:47.000 Now let me stop here.

00:14:48.000 I haven't been through Illinois toll roads.

00:14:50.000 I've been in Chicago, always flown into Chicago.

00:14:52.000 So I haven't driven around in Chicago, and I don't know about their toll roads.

00:14:55.000 But I've seen, I've been in Dallas, I've been in Houston, I've been in places that have regular toll roads, and they make sense.

00:15:01.000 If we don't have the money to build some giant interstate around the city, okay, for ten years we're going to charge you a dollar to use it.

00:15:08.000 And growing up, Dallas would build toll roads, they'd put them in, and ten years later the tolls came out.

00:15:15.000 That's better than going and, you know, financing some five hundred million dollar bond proposal for a new extension of a highway around the city, and then end up paying over a billion dollars once you add the interest in.

00:15:29.000 I mean, I'm all for But you look at Dallas, you look at all these other cities, they've got maybe one, two, three, four toll roads.

00:15:37.000 And they're new roads.

00:15:40.000 Austin is taking the backbone, the core roads.

00:15:45.000 I mean, they had a map in the paper of the first proposal which passed, the nine toll roads, and public officials said that we're against it.

00:15:51.000 Yeah, you're not going to be able to get in or out of Austin without using this, and they are A dollar per leg of it, folks.

00:16:01.000 Now, I'm imagining, and you can call me if you live in Chicago and explain this to me, but I'm imagining this is like the toll roads I've seen in Kansas or California or wherever I've been, been all over the place, where yeah, if you get on one exit of the toll road and get off the next, it's a dollar.

00:16:16.000 But if you stay on that baby and go through town, it's four or five dollars.

00:16:22.000 I mean, just to go across the Golden Gate Bridge is what, three bucks?

00:16:28.000 Look, this is such a scam.

00:16:31.000 So no iPass, prepare to pay double.

00:16:34.000 And so if you don't have the pass, they're going to charge you double.

00:16:37.000 And for trucks, it doesn't say how many legs, but it says we'll pay $4.

00:16:42.000 And citizens are going to have to pay 80 cents instead of 40 cents if they don't have the tracker chip.

00:16:49.000 Now Austin is saying that they're just going to charge you on a quarterly or yearly basis.

00:16:55.000 And that you're going to have to pay, basically to have credits on it, and then if you don't, they say the cameras are going to scan your identity, and you'll get three warnings, and then you'll be arrested.

00:17:09.000 So, of course, there's the obvious caveat or facet of this, which I think is not a tertiary issue, it's even bigger, that they're going to track and trace everywhere you go and what you do.

00:17:26.000 But, I mean, even, I've looked at a map of Chicago, but this sounds like the standard toll road, you know, a route around the city.

00:17:35.000 That would be reasonable to charge people for 10 years, then get rid of the toll.

00:17:39.000 But see, they don't get rid of tolls anymore.

00:17:42.000 And they make you take a transponder to penalize you, and I'm against that.

00:17:46.000 So I'm reasonable on this issue.

00:17:48.000 They're completely unreasonable.

00:17:50.000 And let me tell you, I've seen the federal plan.

00:17:52.000 I've interviewed the people on the boards.

00:17:54.000 Anywhere you drive within three years, you're going to be taxed, buddy.

00:18:01.000 You're going to be taxed with a transponder in your car.

00:18:04.000 In many areas, they've already put the transponder readers up.

00:18:08.000 Side roads, county roads, everything.

00:18:10.000 You're going to be taxed and traced and controlled.

00:18:13.000 That's why they're putting in the buses and the trains right now, because they're going to force us out of our cars.

00:18:23.000 Well, for those of you that are still driving, and for the buses and all the rest of it, they're going to be just charging us three, four bucks a gallon for gas.

01:24:58.000 were liquidated, and Prescott Bush pocketed $1.5 million from his Nazi blood money.

01:26:09.000 I took some interest in the story only after I published my two articles on October 10th and November 7th in the New Hampshire Gazette, which happens by a lucky little coincidence to be the oldest newspaper in the country and which gave Samuel Adams his first byline before there was an inkling of a constitution.

01:26:29.000 My story from the New Hampshire Gazette went all over the world on the Internet, thank God, and so Associated Press was then sort of shamed into doing a story.

01:26:37.000 They sent a reporter who is no longer with AP, interestingly enough, named Jonathan Salant, to the archives to confirm the documents, and then they murdered the story.

01:26:48.000 They distilled 33 seizures from 1942 until 1951 under the Trading with the Enemy Act down to the one seizure of Union Banking Corp in 1942 and then said overtly with a declarative statement there was no evidence from the documents that Bush aided the Nazi effort, which is one of the most incredible... Now, wait a minute.

01:27:15.000 It's argued that he was arrested and then he paid a huge fine.

01:27:19.000 Now, I've seen that years ago, but then I try to cover that up.

01:27:25.000 Speaking of the cover-up, I'll tell you what's really interesting that I just learned from two different archivists who I talked to on the record when I was back at the archive.

01:27:37.000 And when I was at the archives just two weeks ago, one of the most incredible things about the Prescott Bush story is that there is nothing in the National Archives or Library of Congress about him.

01:27:52.000 He's the only man to ever father two presidents and two governors, and there is nothing in the Library of Congress except a phony biography of him called Duty Honor Country, The Life and Legacy of Prescott Bush, published by religious fundamentalists in Tennessee called Rutledge Hill Press in the spring of 2003 and his official portrait.

01:28:15.000 So I asked the archivist at both the Library of Congress and the archives, and they said it's a remarkable fact that the records have essentially been purged.

01:38:01.000 I asked why my rights were being subverted.

01:38:03.000 They said because you're a national security threat.

01:38:15.000 And so you come up number two in the Republican primaries in New Hampshire.

01:38:21.000 The National Press Club invites you, which could have sunk this New World Order crown, and they kidnapped you, right?

01:38:26.000 They take me for two and a half hours and they brutally terrorized me and scared me to death.

01:39:12.000 So I went and called on the Republican staff of the House Judiciary Committee, a Republican general counsel named Rob Tracy, T-R-A-C-C-I, and a Republican investigator named Thad Bingle.

01:39:25.000 They listened to me for two hours, promised me a congressional inquiry that never materialized.

01:39:30.000 They never returned my phone calls again.

01:39:32.000 At the end of two hours, They asked me what I was most afraid of.

01:39:35.000 I said, what I'm most afraid of is that since I was harassed by the Miami Beach Police before I even came up to New Hampshire, and I've been up here for five weeks, I'll go home and get arrested for something I didn't do.

01:39:45.000 They stopped, now you see you're a conspiracy nut.

01:39:47.000 I rode the train home, got home on Friday, February 6th, and on February 10th I was arrested on a 14 count felony indictment of aggravated stalking for a victim they were never able to produce in court.

01:40:03.000 They would never bring the witness.

01:40:05.000 They could never produce the witness.

01:40:06.000 The judge kept... the victim or any witnesses or any evidence or anything.

01:40:10.000 The judge kept threatening to dismiss it.

01:40:11.000 He didn't dismiss it.

01:40:12.000 So I went to court August 11th thinking it was finally going to be dismissed and it wasn't.

01:40:17.000 The state of Florida said I was a major violent criminal and that they were going to go for the maximum sentence up until, which was 60 years in prison, up until that point I had a public defender.

01:40:29.000 So what happened on August 11th, and where Dr. Thorne comes in, is that online there was a massive movement to get me a private attorney.

01:40:38.000 They got me a wonderful private attorney on Friday the 13th, ironically, named Ray Sharon, and she got the charges dismissed in a showdown on Monday, August 16th.

01:40:49.000 Okay, and Dr. Thorne sent you $1,000?

01:40:51.000 He sent me a thousand dollars, and we talked a few times on the phone, exchanged emails, and four days after he sent me a check, he was interrogated by the FBI and a counter-terrorism task force officer from the Newark Police.

01:41:27.000 And he said they understood I was a little bit of a... Some people, they got a tip from somewhere.

01:41:32.000 They understood I was a little bit of a conspiracy theorist.

01:41:35.000 And I said, me and the other half of the rest of the country, and it's not conspiracy theory, it's things we're not being told the truth about.

01:41:41.000 Yeah, 92% of the public believe the government killed Kennedy in major polls now, so we're all coops and the 8% they're normal.

01:41:48.000 Yeah, so that's a little bit of a derogatory term, conspiracy theory.

01:41:51.000 But you might be criminal!

01:41:54.000 Yeah, they said they understood that I had some guns, and I said, yeah, I acquired those guns legally.

01:41:59.000 I do a little target shooting at the Cherry Ridge Rifle Range.

01:42:01.000 I'm a life member of the Associated Rifle and Pistol Clubs of New Jersey, and I have legally acquired those guns, and I'm legally allowed to have them.

01:42:09.000 I would advise you not to talk to these people because if you don't have witnesses or a hidden camera, they'll claim... I don't know about these guys, but some of them have been known to claim false stuff.

01:42:20.000 I wanted to meet him down at the tennis courts, the Branchbrook tennis courts.

01:42:23.000 Initially, they wanted to meet me down at the Newark FBI office.

01:42:43.000 But I met them down there, and I wanted to meet near the other people that I know at the Bradford Tennis Courts, and that didn't happen.

01:42:49.000 It was sort of on the sidewalk outside.

01:42:51.000 And instead of being five minutes, it was probably an hour, maybe even more.

01:42:58.000 Maybe there was a little bit of an intimidation.

01:43:27.000 Yeah, so I told them, you know, I'm not a violent person.

01:43:30.000 You know, I'm, you know, looking to get the truth out of things.

01:43:34.000 We've not been told the truth about a number of things, and I don't like that, along with a lot of other people.

01:43:38.000 And then the detective said, you know, we checked with the state police, and there's no evidence of you having, you know, you know, with a New Jersey State firearms at the end.

01:43:46.000 I said, well, I had that when I bought those things.

01:43:48.000 I bought it at Sportsman's Den, and I went through the local police department to get a couple permits.

01:43:52.000 And it was two or three times that he said that.

01:43:55.000 And I said, well, I got him that way.

01:43:57.000 I've got the card somewhere, but I've got him.

01:43:58.000 And he said, well, we couldn't find any record of it.

01:44:01.000 And just yesterday, actually, I called the state police and they pulled it up right away.

01:44:05.000 Now, the possibility is that either they didn't want to find it, or sometimes when you call a big bureaucratic institution, somebody just can't find it.

01:44:12.000 But doctor, regardless, you've got no criminal record, correct?

01:44:15.000 I have no criminal record.

01:44:16.000 You're a doctor, and you've done nothing, and you're supporting someone who's had some kangaroo thing dropped on him, and now you're getting visits from the FBI.

01:44:23.000 Yeah, I thought there was an unusual coincidence to that, and I felt there was possibly, certainly a bit of little intimidation aspect of things that happened.

01:44:37.000 But then again, if they were interviewing other people, but I would say that I suspect it's something related to me having talked with Mr. Buchanan and... Oh, I suspect about 100% chance.

01:44:51.000 Well, um... They wanted me to get that permit, and I said I would talk with the state police, and then I'd You know, go through all the appropriate paperwork and I could find the card also.

01:45:03.000 And then I called up the state police the next day and the guy was very understanding and he said basically something to the effect that sounds like they're a little bit after you or something.

01:45:11.000 I don't remember the exact words.

01:45:12.000 But, you know, they understand a little bit of intimidation can occur with people who are involved.

01:45:17.000 Okay, so then what else happened?

01:45:19.000 The situation is this.

01:45:21.000 We finished the discussion on Monday evening.

01:45:23.000 I would say that at the end of the discussion, the last three minutes or so, Uh, the agent, Mr. Klopfer, was very, very friendly and very polite to me.

01:45:30.000 Oh, he played good cop, bad cop with you.

01:45:32.000 Yeah, he was very friendly.

01:45:32.000 How nice of him.

01:45:33.000 He took a year of school just learning how to do that, sir.

01:45:36.000 Yeah, but I, yeah.

01:45:37.000 So, I would say that, you know, I felt maybe a little intimidated.

01:45:43.000 The FBI, I don't know about these FBI agents.

01:45:45.000 I mean, they might be nice guys, but the Boston FBI has been caught framing people and running murder for hire.

01:46:27.000 They were hoping you'd do something or say something and they had bugs on them.
