00:02:40.000 Our case is alleging that Bush and his top assistants Rice and Cheney and Mueller and Rumsfeld and so forth and 10-8 were all involved not only in aiding and abetting and allowing 9-11 to happen, but in actually I'm ordering it to happen.

00:07:23.000 We're suing them under the Constitution for violating Americans' rights, as well as under the Federal Fraudulent Claims Act for presenting a fraudulent claim to Congress to justify a bogus Iraq boondoggle war for political gains and also under the RICO statute under the Racketeering Corrupt Organization Act for being a corrupt entity and I've been harassed personally by the chief judge of the federal court who's threatened me personally to drop this suit, threatened to kick me off the court after 30 years on the court.

00:14:23.000 And literally two weeks after that, I was contacted by an emissary of the Chief Judge in the federal court here, where I had the lawsuit, and was warned not to publish this, to keep it quiet and threatened with discipline.
00:14:35.000 And it remained quiet until a couple of months ago.
00:14:39.000 Then, uh, you know, I got on the air with some programs and some publicity and July 1st I was threatened directly by By the Chief Judge here, threatened with the quote, discipline.
00:14:53.000 This particular judge has been circulating, communicating to the other federal judges, seeking anything negative she can get against me to try and discipline me after I've been on this court here for 30 years with no disciplinary problems at all.
00:15:07.000 This is suddenly happening and her assistants who were On the committee of the court, met with me July 1st in Colorado, California and threatened me directly, held up a copy of the lawsuit and said, the judge wants you to dismiss this.

00:15:21.000 She doesn't like the content of it.
00:15:23.000 This is politically incorrect.
00:15:25.000 This is outside the norm.
00:15:26.000 I'm my director if I said I represent you know for 400 a play this year I'm gonna dismiss this case and they threatened me directly they said the next time they'll be disciplined and so they've also instructed me not to go public etc and this is just outrageous just part of it it's all color of law no direct order just all in your face well they they sent a letter out but of course they deny
00:15:50.000 it's because of the political content of the suit but they told me directly on the phone that it is because of this suit and this judge is very very angry Apparently he's been in contact with the Ashcroft's Justice Department.
00:16:03.000 I got a call from Trump's Ashcroft's Justice Department a few months ago about this, demanding that I drop the suit, threatening sanctions and all kinds of things, and I refused to drop it.
00:16:13.000 Now let's go back over, you've had them breaking your office, harassment, let's go over that in detail.
00:16:18.000 Our office in San Francisco was broken into about six months ago.
00:16:23.000 The file cabinets, it was obvious that they had been rifled through.
00:16:25.000 Files were stolen.
00:16:28.000 Files dealing with this particular case, and particularly with the documents I have regarding the fact that some of these hijackers, at least some of them, were on the payroll of the U.S.

00:16:43.000 And, uh, in effect, all this led up to the fact that Al-Qaeda is a creation of the George Bush administration, basically, that the, uh, this entity that he called Al-Qaeda, uh, is directly linked to George Bush, uh, and all this stuff was stolen.
