00:10:26.000 Every drawer in the desk, things had been overturned and put upside down.

00:10:34.000 Whoever did it wanted to make it obvious that someone had been in there and made no effort to conceal it.

00:10:40.000 I don't know who did it, but I suspect it's someone associated with the opposition, with the gangsters.

00:10:49.000 Now, again, let's go over the history of this.

00:10:52.000 You filed this suit saying the government's behind 9-11, criminal elements.

00:10:55.000 You have the evidence.

00:10:57.000 Again, you've broken stuff here months before.

00:11:01.000 And then you've had a federal judge tell you to shut up and stop doing interviews.

00:11:15.000 People are really checking out what you had to say in your case, and it seems like they're panicking, Stanley.

00:11:21.000 Well, the judge actually dispatched two emissaries, two goon squads, to threaten to kick me off the court if I didn't drop the lawsuit against Bush.

00:11:34.000 The uh... it was clearly an interference with the first memorized attempt to interfere with a lawful lawsuit, intimidate an attorney, intimidate witnesses.

00:11:42.000 This is what's called obstruction of justice, but when you have the lawless people running the government and manipulating judges and so forth, there is no justice, there is no law.

00:11:52.000 That's what we have.

00:11:52.000 We have a system of Injustice, the Department of Injustice, headed by Ashcroft and Company, and we have the lawless people masquerading as law enforcement.

00:12:03.000 Basically, you have gangsters heading the government of this country.

00:12:06.000 It's like dealing with a mafia, and basically, we are suing them under the RICO statute, which was originally designed to sue corrupt organizations such as the mafia.

00:12:18.000 Well, and the same with the Clinton people.

00:12:20.000 Remember the whole blood case, where eight years after there was a federal law against taking blood out of prisons and selling it, Bill Clinton had it statewide.

00:12:28.000 We interviewed the doctors who were there inside the prisons, who also had their own successful practices.

00:12:34.000 One of them wrote a book about it, was into prosthetics.

00:12:38.000 And when the Hemophiliac Society of Canada started suing Bill Clinton and others, they got raided in the middle of the night and had all their files stolen concerning the blood case.

00:12:49.000 And the same night, the doctor's office in Little Rock was firebombed.

00:12:55.000 So we've seen this before.

00:12:58.000 Yeah, the MO, the Pattern of Intimidation and Theft of Files is interesting, although I must say that under the Patriot Act, or rather, the Anti- or Unpatriot Act, as I call it, it seems to me the government could have come in under that.

00:13:16.000 They've destroyed the Bill of Rights of this country.

00:13:18.000 They've destroyed everything the country stood for and committed treason against the country.

00:13:24.000 You know, it's quite possible we can get away with this.

00:13:27.000 Patriot Act, it's legal, but we're going to raise it in the suit and test the constitutionality of it.

00:13:34.000 Because I think it's completely unconstitutional.

00:13:36.000 Unless you amend the Constitution and repeal the Fourth Amendment and First Amendment and Fifth Amendment, which Bush would certainly like to do, there's no question about it.

00:13:44.000 Unless you do that, it's unconstitutional.

00:13:46.000 The problem is you've got Bush puppets like Scalia and Rehnquist, and I'll call them themselves judges, and the Supreme Court, and so that's the ultimate sayer. 0.99

00:14:38.000 I mean, from caller ID, like one yesterday that came out of area code 412, which is supposed to be near Pittsburgh.

00:14:44.000 Then when you call that number back, they say the number has been disconnected.

00:14:47.000 There is no such number.

00:14:48.000 Now, that's the kind of thing I'm dealing with.

00:14:50.000 I'm getting calls like this constantly from people that represent that they're this or that, representing their media.

00:14:56.000 And then it turns out, apparently, the phone number has been encrypted by whoever sent it out, giving you a bogus phone number that appears on call waiting.

00:15:04.000 And then, meanwhile, so-called researchers, when our evidence is clear and documented and totally factual, have been covertly launching smear campaigns against yourself and myself.

00:15:19.000 I mean, it clearly shows us what and who we're dealing with.

00:15:22.000 Let's not say any names, though, Stanley, and give them what they want.

00:15:26.000 But clearly you are right in there, you know, on target.

00:15:36.000 Uh, well, the government made a motion to dismiss the case claiming that Bush and company are absolutely immune from suit or above the law, and it was originally scheduled for October 15th.

00:15:46.000 The judge quietly canceled the hearing without any explanation, canceled the hearing even before our opposition was due.

00:15:52.000 Our opposition was filed last week.

00:15:54.000 We're waiting, uh, the government will file a reply brief today, supposedly, and then I guess we'll get a decision by mail.

00:16:01.000 What you're seeing in the federal courts more and more is they're canceling these court hearings and they're And they're doing decisions on paper, and they're mailing you decisions.

00:16:09.000 I mean, it just makes you further removed from the actual court system.

00:16:13.000 It's just another step of restricting people of their rights.

00:16:15.000 I mean, if you can't even go into court, you have to rely on the mails.

00:16:18.000 You can't even talk to a judge.

00:16:20.000 I mean, what kind of system is that?

00:16:22.000 Now, Bill Clinton, for lying about not having a relationship with a woman...

00:16:33.000 Yes, and other women, Paula Jones, was pulled in by a grand jury to the state court there in Arkansas. 0.99

00:16:43.000 But now, and I've seen the news articles where the Defense Department and the Justice Department have openly said, Bush is above the law, he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, including ordering torture.

00:17:00.000 Well, my information, again, I can't prove it, but some of my sources say that Bush has issued a classified so-called National Security Executive Order, or National Insecurity, I would call it, Executive Order, since his goal is to make the country insecure, not secure.

00:17:18.000 In this order, he's declared a state of permanent national emergency, quote, war, end quote, in which he's imposed a form of press censorship.

00:17:27.000 And I've been told this by several people in some mainstream networks, television networks, that they cannot print, they're under orders from the Bush administration not to broadcast any news story whatsoever that challenges the official government party line on what happened on 9-11.

00:17:44.000 And that means even things like the inconsistency between the physical evidence of the Pentagon.

00:17:48.000 You know, it is a 16-foot hole, and it's supposed to have been made by a 125-foot wide 757 aircraft.

00:17:56.000 And they can't publish anything like this, so I think there is a form of censorship going on.

00:18:02.000 It's similar to what happened during World War II and World War I, and during the Civil War.

00:18:08.000 The Sedition Acts, which a lot of national talk show hosts and others have called for.

00:18:12.000 Well, Stanley, the Washington Times reported in 2001, after 9-11, that 500 dormant martial law provisions had been activated.

01:25:50.000 He goes, sure, I'll go to the shooting range, and the FBI agent brought up a topic.

01:25:56.000 He said, you know, that'd be something we ought to think about.

01:25:58.000 This is government, you know, just small talk.

01:26:00.000 And so, uh, What, seven years later, he's still in solitary confinement without a trial, put on anti-psychotic drugs?

01:26:08.000 They didn't charge him, by the way, with that comment.

01:26:10.000 They used that, though, as a way to quote, forcibly drug him, getting him ready for trial, claiming he didn't file a Medicaid form wrong, which would have been a year in prison maximum, but he's been in solitary confinement for seven years.

01:26:23.000 So that's the type of stuff they pull, and they seem to kill or arrest their own agents.

01:26:28.000 It's like you worked for the mob or something.

01:26:30.000 You didn't know it, but you did.

01:26:31.000 You've never been in the FBI, or ever been a cop, ever worked for them in the Army, and then find out about something.

01:26:37.000 It's like they have weird rules in the New World Order.

01:26:41.000 And it's like, well, they're allowed to do that to you, and they do automatically.

01:26:45.000 But independent citizens out there fighting, unless you've got, you know, somebody sends you the video of a government official doing something really horrible, and you're gonna go public with it, uh, yeah, you'll get, you know, that individual's hooked in an organized crime ring, they just send a regular hitman to get you.

01:27:02.000 And, uh, you know, it's usually a FBI agent doubling as a hitman on the, who's on the HRT team.

01:27:07.000 And then he's got to fly out to where you're at and do that, but usually they've got so many hits they're already pulling on other people that they don't have time for you.

01:27:14.000 So they've got to run night-time TV shows, Threat Matrix 24, CSI, where they torture people in torture chairs, and blow people's heads off, and take people's children, and torture's good, and the heroes torture, and because the people they're torturing are bad, and they're trying to get the whole public to accept it.

01:27:31.000 They've got their talk show host out telling you how good the camps are, and how this keeps you safe, and You know, the national ID cards to stop the illegal aliens when they're going to give them waivers. 0.59

02:08:13.000 Stephan, I mean, this has been quite a soap opera, as the one newspaper said today, but fill people in on this saga and then what happened yesterday that our lawyer said he had never seen in decades of practicing law.

02:08:29.000 Okay, well, I guess Do you want me to first explain why we were in court in the first place?

02:08:35.000 Well, I mean, just in a nutshell, like you're talking to the jury, just give them a rundown of how we got into this, what we discovered, how a rabbit hole just gets deeper and deeper, and then, yeah, what happened in court yesterday.

02:08:46.000 Okay, well, this all started on a nice summer day back in July when none of the producers really had any inkling, or maybe very few of the producers at HTV had any inkling that there was anything wrong.

02:08:59.000 And they called this Producers Forum in the evening on July 22nd.

02:09:06.000 And myself and a number of producers, not all, but a good number, went over to the station and found that the executive director and a couple board members and the programming director were locked inside the main studio, and they were basically issuing their new edicts and they were basically issuing their new edicts about what...

02:09:30.000 And this had been advertised as a public meeting, It had always been public in the past.

02:09:34.000 Right.

02:09:34.000 It had been advertised as a public meeting, so the assumption was that people were going to be basically sitting around the table and having a face-to-face discussion with the executive director and some board members regarding what their new plan was.

02:09:47.000 And many of us had not been informed at all and had no idea what the new plan was.

02:09:54.000 Just briefly, what they said... And who was running around warning everyone with precision, Stephan?

02:10:00.000 Um, uh, this character named Alex Jones, who some of you may have heard about.

02:10:05.000 Remember, I kept telling you it's going to get worse, Stephan, remember?

02:10:08.000 Right, right.

02:10:09.000 Um, yeah, so Alex, actually, believe it or not, Alex had a show, uh, simultaneously No, not one of the other channels.

02:10:20.000 ACTV has three channels.

02:10:22.000 So Alex was on one of the channels and then the Executive Director and board members were on another channel.

02:10:27.000 So at the same time that they were issuing edicts about these new changes, Alex was on the air live critiquing them as they were being delivered.

02:10:36.000 So it was quite a scene.

02:10:38.000 In any case, when we first got into this, we really didn't have any idea what was going on.

02:10:45.000 I mean, we kind of knew what they were telling us, but what I mean by not having an idea of what was going on, we didn't have sort of documented information about what was going on.

02:10:54.000 And so that was really the first step was to try to figure that out.

02:10:58.000 And even to this day, it's been almost impossible to actually pry Anything in writing.

02:11:05.000 The Attorney General told them to give it to us.

02:11:07.000 The City Council has.

02:11:09.000 Yeah.

02:11:09.000 And we did get a lot of their minutes and stuff.

02:11:11.000 They openly admitted they were going to censor and control.

02:11:13.000 Right.

02:11:14.000 But the source of that information is all coming from the city side.

02:11:17.000 or from the city's websites, or from, I think I've probably submitted about maybe a half a dozen open records requests to different people in the city government in an attempt to get information about ACTV.

02:11:34.000 And some of it's been quite useful and important.

02:11:37.000 But backing up a second, so when we started to see what they were doing and what they were doing, what their plan was, was to rebrand the channels.

02:11:49.000 Right now we just call them here in Austin Channel 10, 11, and 16.

02:11:53.000 They wanted to take this one channel that was, it has a lot of religious programming running on it right now, admittedly, but also any other programs can be on it.

02:12:04.000 And they wanted to mark that as Inspiration TV or ITV.

02:12:10.000 And then they wanted to take another channel and create something called EA TV, or Education Arts Television.

02:12:17.000 And then they wanted to, the other channel would be called Free TV.

02:12:23.000 Now, Free TV, they said, would be run just like all the three channels that are currently operating are run.

02:12:30.000 Meaning they would boil down the free speech, public access, content neutral, you know, first-come, first-served format that we have here from three down to one.

02:12:42.000 Go ahead.

02:12:42.000 And then they'd use private grants and basically have their own private channel on 16 that we couldn't be on.

02:12:47.000 They told us this, that on channel 11, any group that critiqued or criticized another religion, so you criticize Muslims, you're off.

02:12:55.000 You criticize Christians, you're off.

02:12:56.000 You criticize Catholics, you criticize Protestants, you're off.

02:12:59.000 When their own bylaws said they couldn't, and then we found out the time Warner was involved with this big group called A&P, offering money to have this change made and to take... On channel 15, different channel.

02:13:09.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:13:10.000 But then to move that programming over to 16 and the whole saga went through so we started not a lawsuit but an exploratory deposition which our lawyers have been very successful with in the past.

02:13:22.000 And that was filed in court on August 25th.

02:13:25.000 So it took us about a month from the time we first started hearing what their plan was to Begin to sort stuff, get an attorney, and have our attorney take the first step.

02:13:35.000 And so we went in there yesterday and described what happened from your own point of view.

02:13:40.000 Well, just prior to going into the courtroom, I was with Alex and our attorney, and Alex was actually in the Kinko's getting some of these examples of the board minutes enlarged and Alex was actually in the Kinko's getting some of these examples of the board So we were all excited.

02:14:03.000 We just spent all this money on getting this stuff prepared.

02:14:06.000 We were ready to go in and testify.

02:14:07.000 We felt like we had a really good case to make as to why we should be allowed to depose these board members.

02:14:15.000 Yeah, the latest thing is the executive director put an affidavit into the court, and we knew about it, saying there's never been any changes, no board decisions to control content.

02:14:23.000 We had their minutes blown up giant.

02:14:27.000 So we go in, and here's my view of it.

02:14:29.000 The judge says, no, your request to have the media film this as somebody else said is denied.

02:14:34.000 And before we could even talk, she goes, your motion is denied.

02:14:37.000 Take it from there.

02:14:38.000 Yeah, and even before Steve Gibbons, our attorney, could say a word, The judge said no, and Steve was sort of, I think, caught off guard.

02:14:49.000 He didn't expect that kind of a response.

02:14:52.000 But he immediately recovered and started to probe the judge as to why and to allow him to be able to at least begin to make some arguments.

02:15:01.000 But even while he was making these arguments, she really wasn't paying attention.

02:15:06.000 She had an aide come up.

02:15:07.000 She was talking to this aide.

02:15:08.000 He was interrupting?

02:15:10.000 And essentially, She, but what she did say though is noteworthy.

02:15:16.000 She did say several times and emphasized that our concerns were not frivolous, which is good.

02:15:24.000 And then she also, her basic argument for not allowing us to have this exploratory or pre-suit deposition was that we had grounds for a suit and she was basically telling us that we might as well just go ahead and Follow a lawsuit and forget about this exploratory aspect. 0.76

02:15:44.000 And Steve Gibbons' response to her was something like, well, you always, people are always saying that these greasy plaintiff attorneys are just trying to make money and here I am coming before you with an alternative to an actual lawsuit just to see if there really truly is a basis for a suit.

02:16:05.000 We wanted to get under oath statements from five board members and the executive director.
