Alex Jones Show - 20041001_Fri_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:23.000 You know, it feels like I just sat down in here ten minutes ago for Monday's broadcast.

00:00:34.000 But no!

00:00:37.000 It's Friday!

00:00:39.000 Which means my work's just about to get started, working on a couple new films, and chores around the house, and studying, and tracking, and diagramming, and chronicling the New World Order.

00:00:51.000 But I love it when I'm not working.

00:00:53.000 I don't feel like I'm alive.

00:00:56.000 Does that mean I'm a workaholic?

00:00:58.000 I guess it does.

00:00:59.000 Welcome ladies and gentlemen, I'm Alex Jones, your host,

00:01:04.000 and uh... it is friday the first day of october two thousand and four we have left september left it behind us left the third year anniversary of the military industrial complex attacks behind us as we now accelerate towards the fourth anniversary now that our whole society marks itself upon that day on the calendar perhaps it'll be uh... in the future

00:01:34.000 You know, after September 11th, or A.S.

00:01:38.000 I don't know, I wouldn't joke around about that.

00:01:41.000 The globalists, after they nuke a city or release smallpox, undoubtedly will set the calendars according to that date, there on after the war, the national draft, the endless conflict. 0.54

00:01:54.000 Well, I know you probably want to talk about that debate last night, and I did watch the debate.

00:02:00.000 Actually, I worked on a film, and then I watched the rebroadcast of the debate, and I did tape the debate, and both sides were just lying profusely, twisting.

00:02:13.000 Kerry, hands down, won the stage debate.

00:02:17.000 Bush looked like he was on about 14 lines of methamphetamine.

00:02:22.000 I've seen one speed head.

00:02:24.000 I've seen them all.

00:02:25.000 He was on something.

00:02:26.000 Maybe a bunch of allergy medicine or something.

00:02:28.000 Who knows?

00:02:30.000 Maybe he drunk three pots of coffee.

00:02:31.000 I don't know.

00:02:32.000 But that guy's eyes were bulging out.

00:02:35.000 I've never seen Bush.

00:02:37.000 He looked like he had just eaten a lemon.

00:02:41.000 His lips were all puckered.

00:02:42.000 And his eyes were watering and bulging out of his skull.

00:02:47.000 And Kerry looked extremely confident, ready to play the part of a

00:02:53.000 uh... you know german or russian soldier in world war two or german general I should say I mean just that skull like death face up there mechanically spatting out lies and disinformation while Bush feebly tried to lie and chased his tail around in circles it was disgusting to watch those two brethren those two cousins Up there, acting like there was a debate going on.

00:03:23.000 Bottom line, we stay in Iraq. 0.87

00:03:25.000 Bottom line, we invade whoever needs to be invaded. 0.55

00:03:28.000 Kerry, we need to have the global test and be under UN control.

00:03:31.000 And it's just incredible.

00:03:36.000 World government right out in the open.

00:03:37.000 Gotta have the global test.

00:03:38.000 And then Bush is like, no, no global test.

00:03:41.000 Meanwhile, he's signing on to UNESCO and telling us Putin's wonderful because he looked into his soul and All this other mumbo-jumbo.

00:03:51.000 I've got about a hundred comments concerning this debate.

00:03:54.000 I'll try to muse over them.

00:03:56.000 I should have taken notes and I guess spat them out in my own fashion when we return.

00:04:02.000 Then I'll get into all the really serious news, not that diversion last night.

00:04:06.000 Japan Defense Agency calls for preemptive strikes.

00:04:10.000 Mount St.

00:04:10.000 Helens still rumbling very ominously.

00:04:16.000 China's party chief tells Army to be ready for war. 0.96

00:04:21.000 Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia says sexual orgies eliminate social tensions.

00:04:27.000 That's out of the Harvard Crimson newspaper. 0.91

00:04:31.000 He says, well, that's very Christian and conservative, Mr. Scalia.

00:04:36.000 How's David Dreier doing?

00:04:38.000 I wonder what he thinks releases tensions.

00:04:42.000 Also, U.S.

00:04:44.000 killed detainees, says prisoner.

00:04:47.000 No kidding.

00:04:48.000 And near-miss asteroid could have wiped out greater London area.

00:07:02.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:07:05.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:07:09.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:07:13.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:07:17.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:07:19.000 Riot police attack people on the street indiscriminately.

00:07:23.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

00:07:28.000 You see them here with their hands cuffed behind their backs.

00:07:31.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:07:34.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:07:59.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

00:08:06.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

00:08:09.000 Alright, we're gonna go to your calls in this segment.

00:08:26.000 I want to talk about the debate last night.

00:08:29.000 If you can call it that.

00:08:31.000 Admittedly, every question was scripted and they signed agreements that they could not stray off of those scripted questions and then those scripted answers.

00:08:44.000 That is, they could only stay in the area Blocked off that concerned that question.

00:08:51.000 Now both of them, I have to tell you, did stray off of the scripting several times.

00:08:57.000 They kept going back to debates about Iran, debates about North Korea, when the questions were on other issues.

00:09:05.000 But let me just give you an example of what I'm talking about right now.

00:09:10.000 Okay, Kerry gets up there and says that he's wrong, that he described and talked about the $87 million dollars incorrectly, that he should never have said that we didn't need to fund the troops.

00:09:26.000 And then Bush gets up there for 90 minutes and just repeats the same thing over and over again, I'm the strong leader, I'm rock solid, I stay the course, you need to be with me.

00:09:38.000 Bush firmly lost the debate.

00:09:41.000 I have never seen Bush look so wired up, obviously on something, again, whether it was four pots of coffee or allergy medicine or some other pill that one of his doctors said, here, you've been on the campaign trail, take one of these, just like JFK used to.

00:10:01.000 Bush was out of his gourd. 0.99

00:10:07.000 Here's just a few examples of things that show how they're both lying hypocrites. 0.99

00:10:14.000 The two cousins who are members of the same secret society up there in this staged debate. 0.93

00:10:20.000 They said that North Korea was a serious issue and it obviously is. 1.00

00:10:26.000 And so North Korea came up several times in the hour and a half long debate.

00:10:33.000 And then Bush said that our unilateral talks with North Korea through China are a wonderful, wonderful thing. 0.70

00:10:43.000 And that, you know, Bill Clinton's evil because he allowed the transfer of these reactors to Kim Jong-il, the admitted psychopath. 0.71

00:10:55.000 And here's the problem.

00:10:56.000 Bill Clinton allowed those to be transferred.

00:10:59.000 And again, I'm not defending Bill Clinton.

00:11:01.000 I'm showing you how they're all on the same team.

00:11:03.000 Guess who the company was that transferred those nuclear reactors to North Korea?

00:11:11.000 It was ABB, the Swiss company.

00:11:15.000 And guess who was on the board of that company and helped make the deal?

00:11:19.000 Our Defense Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld.

00:11:23.000 And I remember Republicans, like myself, Years ago, before I got the big picture, criticizing Clinton, that traitor, he gave China nuclear weapons systems, delivery systems, multiple re-entry device, MIRV technologies, this is the most traitorous thing ever!

00:11:38.000 And then I found out, wait a minute...

00:11:40.000 These are big Republican-owned and controlled companies that were involved in these transfers.

00:11:46.000 These were Republicans from the first Bush administration out of office making the deals, who were in China actually making the deals, and they run back to Clinton with a permission slip, and Bill Clinton says, Well, absolutely, I've got Communist generals in my White House, too.

00:12:04.000 Selling out America, the New World Order is what I'm all about. 0.99

00:12:07.000 We're all CFR, Trilateral Commission, together.

00:12:11.000 Well, I've done business with Bush Sr.

00:12:14.000 going back to MENA.

00:12:15.000 I'm ready to work with him.

00:12:16.000 I'm more than happy to.

00:12:19.000 And so that's why Kenneth Starr would never go after Bill Clinton on Chinagate or any of the serious stuff.

00:12:26.000 Because he couldn't.

00:12:27.000 I mean, he worked for the law firm that represents Hutchison Wampoa.

00:12:33.000 The big communist Chinese front company that took over the Panama Canal that Republicans transferred.

00:12:37.000 Jimmy Carter started the transfer in 79.

00:12:40.000 Republicans allowed it to go through in, what, 1999?

00:12:48.000 So, this is the deal, folks.

00:12:51.000 Every point they made was a fraud.

00:12:55.000 And so now Democrats in mass are watching Kerry being sold on the fact that we've got to stay in Iraq and we've got to do the job right with a twist.

00:13:07.000 America's bad, America went it alone, and if we can't pass the global test, the global government seal of approval, if the global government doesn't say it's okay, the UN, then we can't do it.

00:13:26.000 So, regardless, the globalists get to take over any sovereign country they want, and then they'll play off this little squabble, this staged fight, this little ruse, this little game that doesn't fool me and shouldn't fool you.

00:13:44.000 In fact, on InfoWars.com, on PrisonPlanet.com, and now on PrisonPlanet.tv, we have the audio interviews The statements I made, the articles I wrote, from a year before we invaded Iraq.

00:13:59.000 From 30 months ago!

00:14:02.000 And I said, you watch, we're going to invade in 2003, not in 2002, like the government says they're going to do.

00:14:09.000 I go, because the Bilderberg Group says otherwise, and then that happened.

00:14:13.000 I mean, it's not hard that what they say happens, what they demand happens, And so I sat there and I watched that.

00:14:26.000 And I said, we're going to go into Iraq and it's going to be a quagmire. 1.00

00:14:32.000 And I said, the oil is not going to flow.

00:14:34.000 And the oil companies are going to make record profits.

00:14:36.000 And people said, what do you mean?

00:14:38.000 They want the oil.

00:14:39.000 And I said, that's right.

00:14:39.000 We've got so much oil coming out our ears with giant supplies of it in Canada and

00:14:48.000 And in Texas, and in Alaska, and in Russia, and in Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, and Belarus, and all over Africa, and all over South America, and all over Central America, we got sweet and light crude suddenly gushing out of the ground all over the globe.

00:15:10.000 New systems to get it out from deep areas.

00:15:13.000 What are the globalists going to do?

00:15:14.000 They're losing control of their monopoly.

00:15:18.000 Well, what did the beers do when they started losing control of their diamond monopoly?

00:15:21.000 They declared every country mining diamonds as terrorists and went in with mercenaries and blew up their capitals and took over publicly. 0.54

00:15:29.000 Same thing here.

00:15:31.000 Got too much oil?

00:15:32.000 Just put out some propaganda that there is no oil left.

00:15:35.000 Have a few of your shills tell you that.

00:15:38.000 You buy it.

00:15:39.000 Then they go into Iraq with its now six trillion in oil.

00:15:43.000 I've been saying four trillion in oil.

00:15:45.000 Now with oil prices at six trillion plus in oil.

00:15:49.000 And so they go into there and they make sure it doesn't flow.

00:15:53.000 Real simple.

00:15:53.000 And they make deals with Russia to pay them tens of millions of dollars, quote, to dispose of weapons, really so Russia doesn't develop their oil fields and move that out of the country.

00:16:05.000 It's all about making sure that oil doesn't flow, to make sure the monopoly continues, because OPEC is a creature of MI5, MI6.

00:16:13.000 It's a creation of the British Empire.

00:16:16.000 That's just public in the old history books and textbooks.

00:16:19.000 The average person has no idea that's going on.

00:16:23.000 And so I said, we're going to go into Iraq and we're going to be there for decades and we're going to be the bad guys and then we're going to engage in a bunch of atrocities and the media is going to show us all the atrocities and that will create a schism and a balkanization and a big social movement here domestically.

00:16:38.000 Actually increase the power of the Democratic Party.

00:16:42.000 And create a fake counter-revolution, and then the UN is going to come in as the good cop, and they're going to take off some of the draconian police state restrictions, just slightly, and the people will thank them for it and see them as the savior.

00:16:54.000 It's an old Roman tactic to put in an oppressive governor, and then remove him and publicly reprimand him, and then put in somebody new who takes off a few of the restrictions, but actually leaves all the big ones in place, and the people hail them as the savior.

00:17:09.000 And that's exactly what you're seeing with Kerry and the U.N.

00:17:12.000 and all of it.

00:17:12.000 And Bush is playing a part, to a T, and domestically making us think he's this good conservative while he signs onto UNESCO and gets rid of the borders and gets rid of the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

00:17:25.000 And so that's what happened last night, that's all that happened last night, was this illusion that we've got two different candidates and two different parties and that there's some type of tribal fight going on here and what we think and do really has an effect through the presidency.

00:17:42.000 And to distract you from the electronic voting and the police state that's unfolding and all the things that are happening.

00:17:48.000 Anthony in Louisiana, thanks for holding her on the air, go ahead.

00:17:51.000 Hi Alex.

00:17:52.000 Hello.

00:17:54.000 I found something a couple days ago, I found pretty shocking, especially to GCN, the people, your audience, and that is two clips of you saying on camera, on sacredcow.com, one of them saying... Sir, sir, I'm not going to sit here and hear criticisms of myself and a bunch of, you know, propaganda, Anthony.

00:18:14.000 This is about... Thank you for the call.

00:18:16.000 Thank you for the call.

00:18:17.000 I really do appreciate your call.

00:18:19.000 You know something?

00:18:21.000 I am on hundreds of websites, I go out and give hundreds of speeches, and I don't know what your attack of me is, or what type of propaganda it is, and, uh, you know, I'm here, I told you that I want to talk about the debates.

00:18:34.000 I hardly ever say I want to talk about a particular subject, and today I said I'm going to calls in the, uh, second segment, and I want to talk about the debates.

00:18:46.000 And I want to talk about those, because we've got two guests coming up.

00:18:50.000 Now, you're welcome to call in in the second and third hour and just call back then, Anthony, but I want to talk about the debates.

00:18:57.000 And then I want to talk about Japan Defense Agency calls for preemptive strikes.

00:19:04.000 That's what I want to talk about.

00:19:05.000 I want to talk about China's Party Chief tells Army to be ready for war.

00:19:11.000 There's another one. 0.99

00:19:12.000 Supreme Court Justice, sexual orgies eliminate social tension. 0.99

00:19:16.000 That's Scalia. 0.98

00:19:18.000 U.S.

00:19:18.000 killed detainees says prisoner.

00:19:20.000 Alright?

00:19:21.000 You know, these personal attacks on myself and others, it's a diversion and a distraction.

00:19:26.000 But if you want to call in later and do whatever, that's fine.

00:19:28.000 But I really do want to talk about the debates.

00:19:32.000 That would be a great thing.

00:19:34.000 I rarely ask this.

00:19:35.000 I said this earlier.

00:19:36.000 That's what I want to talk about.

00:19:38.000 You saw the debates last night.

00:19:40.000 Do you think it was a real debate?

00:19:41.000 Who do you think won?

00:19:42.000 Obviously Kerry won.

00:19:44.000 And I don't know who's going to win the presidency.

00:19:46.000 It's just, we've never had two candidates more closely related.

00:19:50.000 Two candidates from more of a royal bloodline.

00:19:53.000 And I don't know.

00:19:54.000 Do you have an idea?

00:19:55.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:19:55.000 We'll be right back.

00:19:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:20:00.000 Stay with us.

00:20:01.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:20:07.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:20:12.000 We listened.

00:20:12.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:20:18.000 We listened.

00:20:19.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:20:22.000 We listened.

00:20:23.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

00:20:27.000 We listened.

00:20:28.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

00:23:14.000 That lack of energy you've been blaming on getting older or working too hard?

00:23:17.000 It's more likely that same mineral deficiency.

00:23:20.000 And kids who may not be doing as well in school or having a hard time studying ought to be considering a lack of minerals, not necessarily a lack of concentration as the culprit.

00:23:28.000 Either way, why chance it?

00:23:59.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:24:10.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:13.000 All right, we're talking about the debate.

00:24:28.000 speech.

00:24:29.000 All right, my friends, and I really want to know who you thought won the debate, if you think the debate meant anything, or if you got the same things I got from it.

00:24:36.000 We're all being trained how to live under global government.

00:24:39.000 We're all being trained how the United Nations is our boss and is the arbiter of our lives.

00:24:46.000 We all learned how there's this global test we've got to have, and then Bush said, hey, I don't agree with that, which I agree with Bush on that subject, but he's only agreeing in words while he meanwhile helps expand the global government and plays his part in this tragic play.

00:25:02.000 Alright, let's talk to, is it Skeo in Pennsylvania?

00:25:06.000 You're on the air, go ahead.

00:25:07.000 Yeah, that's Skeo.

00:25:08.000 Welcome.

00:25:08.000 How's it going, Alex?

00:25:09.000 Good.

00:25:09.000 Thank you.

00:25:11.000 I found something very interesting in a debate last night when George Bush was talking about Saddam Hussein being his enemy.

00:25:20.000 Did you see that?

00:25:21.000 And Kerry called him on it.

00:25:23.000 Well, he also said that Saddam Hussein attacked us on 9-11 and then had to change it around and say, I mean Osama Bin Laden.

00:25:29.000 But he keeps doing that in a bunch of other speeches.

00:25:32.000 Rumsfeld does it too.

00:25:33.000 I don't think it's an accident.

00:25:35.000 I don't either.

00:25:37.000 But there was another reason why I called you.

00:25:39.000 I didn't realize that you were having debate talk today.

00:25:43.000 I'm not really near radio, I'm at work.

00:25:45.000 But I did want to ask you about one of your videotapes about your financial annual report.

00:25:52.000 Yeah, Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports.

00:25:55.000 I want to tell you first of all, Alex, your tapes are great.

00:25:59.000 Wonderful.

00:26:00.000 I get so much out of them, it's, oh, I've got to go back two or three times and watch them.

00:26:05.000 Because each time I do, I get something out of it.

00:26:09.000 This report, How do I go about getting it?

00:26:14.000 Well in the film we go over how every water district, school district, state, federal government, every agency has its own real set of books called a comprehensive annual financial report and generally if you type in New Jersey Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, or Texas Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

00:26:34.000 It'll pop up online.

00:26:36.000 You can get them from your attorney generals or from your comptrollers, free usually, and they're the size of phone books.

00:26:44.000 So we go over how you get them in the film.

00:26:46.000 Oh, I'm sorry, I must have missed that part.

00:26:48.000 Like I said, I'm so busy I only get to see it here and there, and I watch it quite a bit.

00:26:55.000 And number two, the resolution that you had for the Patriot Act, Do you have a copy of your resolution?

00:27:03.000 Yes, it's on InfoWars.com.

00:27:05.000 Okay, and it's just right out there?

00:27:08.000 It'll be in the Patriot Act section, yes.

00:27:11.000 Okay, excellent.

00:27:11.000 Thank you, Alex.

00:27:12.000 God bless you.

00:27:13.000 God bless the Republic.

00:27:14.000 See ya.

00:27:15.000 Take care, my friend.

00:27:16.000 Alright, let's see if Mike in Illinois wants to talk about the debate.

00:27:19.000 Mike in Illinois, go ahead.

00:27:20.000 Yeah, hi Alex, how you doing?

00:27:22.000 Good.

00:27:23.000 Sorry, my daughter phoned.

00:27:24.000 That's alright, go ahead.

00:27:25.000 Alex, I want to tell you, I think the debate was a joke.

00:27:29.000 Watching these two guys go at it.

00:27:31.000 Sorry about my daughter.

00:27:35.000 Alex, do you want to go to another call?

00:27:37.000 Sure, I'll go back to you later.

00:27:38.000 Thank you.

00:27:39.000 Boy, these calls are fun today, aren't they?

00:27:41.000 DJ in Florida.

00:27:42.000 DJ, you're on the air.

00:27:43.000 Go ahead.

00:27:44.000 That's a good one.

00:27:46.000 Maybe it's good I usually go to calls 45 minutes in because everybody gets a chance to get settled and ready.

00:27:51.000 DJ, go ahead.

00:27:52.000 The American people lost last night.

00:27:54.000 You know, after the third party or Fourth party or whatever, you know, it would have been a different debate with another third party in there, the American party, I mean, the Constitution Party, or even a Libertarian, even Ralph Nader would have been a joy on there.

00:28:10.000 But, you know, they didn't talk about closing the borders, you know, getting out of NAFTA, GATT, the World Trade Organization, sending these, what is it, 35 million illegals, you know, back.

00:28:23.000 Uh, Homeland Security, the draft that you talk about, skull and bones and stuff, you know, everything like that.

00:28:30.000 Lookit, this is my opinion.

00:28:32.000 How many people listen to you?

00:28:34.000 A couple of million?

00:28:35.000 Conservatively, yeah, conservatively a couple million a week.

00:28:38.000 Lookit, if every one of those people that are listening to your program today would not vote for the Democrat or Republican and vote for the Constitution Party and give them support, make them rise in their percentage, Maybe people would say, hey, you know, there are a lot of people wakening up.

00:28:56.000 So everybody listening to my voice, forget about the lesser of two evils and vote for somebody that will stick to the Constitution.

00:29:04.000 He says, Peruca is his name, he says, I have no trouble with the Bible.

00:29:08.000 I sure as heck don't have any trouble with the Constitution.

00:29:11.000 I don't have any trouble about closing the borders and rounding up the illegals, getting out of NAFTA, GAP, the World Trade Organization, the United Nations, and so forth. 0.86

00:29:19.000 So if we don't give these people the support that we believe in, it's over!

00:29:25.000 Well, you know, Kerry talked about Iraq being a grand aversion.

00:29:28.000 It's a grand aversion for him, too.

00:29:32.000 These debates are staged.

00:29:33.000 There was no discussions of all those other big issues you just mentioned.

00:29:37.000 Maybe there will be in the next two stage debates.

00:29:40.000 I don't know.

00:29:41.000 Good call, DJ.

00:29:42.000 Good to hear from you.

00:29:43.000 More calls on the debate, folks.

00:29:45.000 I just want to talk about What you got from those phony debates last night.

00:33:11.000 Again, I watched the debate.

00:33:18.000 It was like heavyweight boxing or something.

00:33:21.000 People were all sitting around the country with their beer and their popcorn, their pizzas.

00:33:27.000 Massive hype around it.

00:33:30.000 Got a chance to see the two cousins, the two skull and bones mates square off against each other. 0.97

00:33:36.000 And it was extremely interesting, because Bush lost the debate hands down, despite what all the spin doctors are trying to say and do, because he was so arrogant and jacked up and hyper, and just looked so infuriated at everything that Kerry was saying.

00:33:54.000 Does that mean I'm for Kerry?

00:33:55.000 Absolutely not.

00:33:56.000 Especially after Kerry's comment about global tests, and we've got to have a global test. 0.93

00:34:02.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:34:04.000 Let's go back to Mike in Illinois, then Brian and many others that are patiently holding.

00:34:11.000 Go ahead, Mike.

00:34:12.000 I settled down.

00:34:13.000 My daughter fell right at the time I was talking to you.

00:34:13.000 Sorry, Alex.

00:34:15.000 Well, that's okay.

00:34:16.000 It doesn't matter.

00:34:16.000 Go ahead.

00:34:17.000 Okay, Alex, listen.

00:34:18.000 The thing I want to talk about the debate.

00:34:19.000 I watched it with 13 people, and a lot of them were from my church.

00:34:23.000 Right after the debate was over, you noticed, Alex, that neither one of the candidates were talking about illegal immigration.

00:34:30.000 And I got on the subject and I started talking to everybody and I said, neither one of them is going to touch it because they want the illegal vote.

00:34:35.000 They want the vote.

00:34:37.000 And here's the thing, Alex.

00:34:39.000 The one woman said, what's wrong with illegal immigration?

00:34:41.000 Those people have a chance.

00:34:42.000 I said, do you know what's going to happen to this country and what they're planning to do?

00:34:45.000 They're lowering our wages, our standard of living.

00:34:48.000 And she said, you can't be prejudiced against Hispanic people.

00:34:50.000 I said, I'm not prejudiced, but I want legal immigration if they're going to come here. 0.99

00:34:53.000 And it's just disgusting, Alex.

00:34:54.000 You try telling some people and they don't want to listen.

00:34:57.000 But the debate, I mean, if you watch the debate, Alex, you're right.

00:35:01.000 Bush lost hands down. 0.95

00:35:02.000 And, uh, Kerry, you know, Bush, just look, you could tell Bush's eyes were shifty, and you could tell by the way he was looking, he was such a liar, you know? 0.95

00:35:12.000 Well, they were both lying and twisting and spinning, but Kerry did a better job of it. 1.00

00:35:18.000 Absolutely.

00:35:19.000 Well, you know that all three debates are agreed on beforehand, so no immigration was allowed to be brought up in this because it was, quote, Foreign policy.

00:35:28.000 Well, if our borders aren't foreign policy, then I don't know what foreign policy is.

00:35:34.000 But look, let's explain this.

00:35:36.000 The Republicans and Democrats try to act like it's a racial issue.

00:35:41.000 Despite the fact that 87% of Americans are against open borders and against illegal immigration.

00:35:48.000 80% in major polls of Hispanics are against it.

00:35:52.000 We're always talking about Hispanics because we border Latin America and there are 400 million people in Latin America, 90 million of them plus in Mexico.

00:36:04.000 With one of the fastest birth rates on the planet, and they all want to come here, and you know, Mexico has a huge fence up and puts people in camps, and I'm not saying that's good, who come across the border out of Central America through Guatemala. 1.00

00:36:22.000 But at the same time, foreigners can fly in or come in on ships from China, Russia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Cuba.

00:36:32.000 They can all come in.

00:36:34.000 Syria, Egypt, you name it.

00:36:37.000 in New Mexico and come right across our border or drive right across our border where they've got big old fast lanes now.

00:36:44.000 I mean, forget people sneaking across in the dead of night.

00:36:46.000 They've got fast lanes of people spilling across the border now and they try to make it this whole racial issue.

00:36:52.000 It's not!

00:36:53.000 The American people know it's driving down wages.

00:36:56.000 The American people know that it's balkanizing our country.

00:37:00.000 The American people know these third world populations The American people are against what's happening across the board.

00:37:09.000 That's why they won't bring it up.

00:37:11.000 It's more than just getting the illegal aliens votes.

00:37:14.000 I mean, they've already got the electronic voting machines in now.

00:37:17.000 They don't need the illegal aliens to swing an election. 1.00

00:37:19.000 Right, that's true, Alex.

00:37:20.000 And then, of course, you've got the Pan-American Union.

00:37:22.000 Let's not forget that.

00:37:23.000 We know what they want to do with the United States within the next 50 years.

00:37:26.000 And, Alex, I want to say one other thing.

00:37:28.000 The U.S.

00:37:28.000 Census Bureau What was it, Alex?

00:37:31.000 Did you see that?

00:37:32.000 It was on Bloomberg Channel, on the stock market channel.

00:37:36.000 They flashed on the screen, it said by the year 2025 that the Caucasian population in the United States will drop below 40%.

00:37:47.000 This is blatant, Alex.

00:37:48.000 They're showing subliminal messaging to people and we just, like you said, they sit back with their popcorn and their beer and their Lazy Boy and they don't care.

00:37:56.000 Thanks for the call, Mike.

00:37:57.000 Look, that should have been brought up in the debates.

00:38:00.000 Pat Buchanan wrote the book, The Death of the West.

00:38:03.000 There are towns in Europe where half the population has died or left.

00:38:09.000 They're having an average in most of the European countries of 1.5, 1.6 children per household.

00:38:14.000 In the third world, it's having an average of 4 plus children. 0.99

00:38:22.000 And the point is that when you go and read the magazines and publications and the radio shows of these third world populations, it's ha ha, we're going to get rid of all the evil white people. 0.99

00:38:34.000 It's our racial takeover time. 0.99

00:38:37.000 Those are the groups that are out there saying it's racial.

00:38:42.000 Those subgroups within those groups.

00:38:46.000 For the elite, it's just about getting rid of the middle class. 0.98

00:38:49.000 They don't care what color you are.

00:38:50.000 They don't want you to be able to climb up out of poverty.

00:38:53.000 And to be able to climb up out of poverty, you've got to have a big middle class as a large gateway for working class folks.

00:39:01.000 Blue collar people.

00:39:03.000 And elites have always wanted a giant surf mass.

00:39:07.000 And globally, worldwide, on a planetary scale, everything is shifting to that. 0.97

00:39:14.000 And you're right, there is a gloating of, oh, you whites are gonna die, you'll be gone soon, go back to Europe, ha ha ha! 0.98

00:39:22.000 And it is racial! 0.97

00:39:25.000 So, it is racial from the point of view of some of these racist groups that the corporations fund and try to make the heads of these so-called minority groups that are really the majority groups.

00:39:39.000 Most minorities I've talked to, truthfully, are not buying into that racism, but the corporations, the old white men, are funding that racism.

00:39:49.000 Why is that?

00:39:50.000 To balkanize.

00:39:52.000 Yeah, Alex, it's a pleasure to talk to you.

00:40:01.000 I listened about as much of the debate as I could stand last night, and I just found it interesting.

00:40:07.000 At one point, Kerry was asked to comment on the President's handling of the situation in Iraq.

00:40:15.000 His wording was formed in such that people that assume that he's going to pull us out of Iraq could look to the statement as kind of a sign of hope that maybe he's going to be the one to turn it around, get our boys home, etc. 0.51

00:40:31.000 And also, I had my wife come in after the debate so excited, you know, Bush looked like a total idiot, and it really looks good for Kerry, and I pointed out two things to her that that, you know, once again I said, honey, they're part of the same club, they're cousins, they're both royalty, they're on and on and on, and also that these things for the last several months, it's all over the news, they've been planning the questions,

00:40:58.000 the answers, and the whole thing showed that simply the answers, and the whole thing showed that simply like you pointed out earlier, that Terry's a little better at putting on the show. 0.70

00:41:06.000 Well, that's really it.

00:41:10.000 And another important facet of the debates was Kerry telling the truth on one big issue.

00:41:17.000 He said, we already have a backdoor draft of people that have already served.

00:41:22.000 They're forcing people who are done with their time serving in combat and are told, you can't leave.

00:41:28.000 I mean, that's the one group we've never drafted are people that already served.

00:41:33.000 Even in World War II, for a B-17 pilot, you got your 22 missions, you know the old term, catch 22, and then that was it.

00:41:43.000 Now we've got a new draft that's the most unfair I've ever heard of.

00:41:47.000 They've got all these draft bills introduced.

00:41:50.000 And Kerry said, you vote for me, there's not going to be a draft, and so Bush countered that by saying, we're going to have an all-volunteer army.

00:41:58.000 I think that's a major victory in that the Congress has said they want a draft, they're studying a draft, they've introduced the draft, they've introduced the bills for a draft, they have been gearing up for selective service in the draft boards, This shows how, despite their denials, there is wild opposition across the political spectrum against the draft.

00:42:24.000 Here's the problem, though.

00:42:25.000 One big terror attack after the election, and they'll say, sorry, now we've got to have a draft, or, oh, we got nuked, we got smallpox released.

00:42:36.000 You know, these are the big central issues that we've got to talk about here.

00:42:42.000 It's just amazing, but again, that is positive that the grassroots has made it an issue, has forced them to deny their draft publicly.

00:42:54.000 Go ahead.

00:42:56.000 Yeah, the whole thing about the draft, it's very frustrating that as much as it is discussed in the mainstream media, everybody that I've talked to about it is like, oh, what are you talking about?

00:43:06.000 I haven't heard anything about the draft, and I mentioned that there You know, at least, what did you say, 12 different bills?

00:43:12.000 12 different bills, yeah.

00:43:15.000 It's just very frustrating to me.

00:43:17.000 I have a few friends online across the country that I've talked to about this who are closer to the drafting age.

00:43:24.000 I'm about 30, and these gentlemen are all about 10 years younger than me.

00:43:29.000 They've all said that they don't want to go to jail and that they'll do what they have to do and I actually heard someone say that he would want to serve his country and it's very distressing to me.

00:43:41.000 I remember when Gulf War One, I had friends who were drafting age and they kind of threw that word around a little bit and we all got freaked out.

00:43:51.000 We all got out and walked around the streets and talked to people and put the word out there.

00:43:58.000 Look, everybody I know who's an officer in the military, family and others, tells me they've been told a draft's coming next year.

00:44:04.000 Yeah.

00:44:05.000 They've been told this by their superiors.

00:44:07.000 It's not like it's a secret.

00:44:08.000 Thanks for the call.

00:44:09.000 I appreciate it.

00:44:10.000 Great points.

00:44:11.000 Who's up next here?

00:44:14.000 Brad in Illinois.

00:44:15.000 Brad, you're on the air.

00:44:16.000 Welcome.

00:44:16.000 Yeah, Alex.

00:44:17.000 I'm glad I watched the debates last night because There was one thing in there that was said by both of the candidates, George W. and John Kerry, that shows what their handler's policy is.

00:44:32.000 And they both agreed that we were in Iraq fighting for Iraqi freedom to secure Israel.

00:44:38.000 Now, I wonder how many American soldiers over there in Iraq that heard that are jumping up and down with joy this morning saying hey we're over here shedding our blood for Israel it's not good enough that we give them three billion dollars a year every year for whatever we give it to them but now they're using our soldiers to secure Israel and they were both in agreement on that So that just goes to show you what the handler's policy really is over there.

00:45:03.000 You know, that's another point.

00:45:05.000 That's why I wanted to go to your calls, because frankly, I said I didn't take notes last night.

00:45:10.000 That's not entirely true.

00:45:11.000 I was working on a new film at a friend's house, and one of his assistants was there taking notes, and I wasn't going to get a copy, and I didn't.

00:45:20.000 I was going, make a note of this, make a note of that, and we did make a note of that.

00:45:24.000 And that's why I wanted to take your calls on this, because I knew that different callers would bring up all the different issues that I was trying to get a grasp of just from memory.

00:45:33.000 But yes, Kerry and Bush said we've got to be in Iraq to secure Israel.

00:45:38.000 Saddam Hussein wasn't threatening Israel.

00:45:41.000 Saddam Hussein wasn't exporting terror, despite all the propaganda we've heard.

00:45:45.000 Saddam Hussein You know, the pundits were saying last night after the debate, well, for 20 years he's been attacking and exporting terror. 0.93

00:45:53.000 Our government put Saddam Hussein into power! 0.99

00:45:56.000 You know, 13, 14 years ago, Saddam Hussein was our supposed ally. 0.86

00:46:01.000 We told him to invade Iran. 1.00

00:46:02.000 We told him to go ahead and invade Kuwait. 1.00

00:46:04.000 You know, we're supposed to forget all this?

00:46:06.000 I'm no fan of Saddam Hussein, but I've got a memory. 0.51

00:46:11.000 Absolutely!

00:46:12.000 Israel has 400 nuclear weapons, they've got nuclear submarines, diesel-powered submarines, every type of fighter jet you can imagine, French, German, US made, they make their own, they've got cruise missiles, they've got bombers, they've got everything you can imagine, and Israel's running around threatening to nuke everyone, and we're telling Iran they can't have peaceful nuclear reactors. 0.76

00:46:37.000 And again, I'm no fan of what Iran's doing, but the globalists have actually proliferated these weapons to create this global crisis. 0.51

00:46:44.000 Yeah, well I've got an audio tape here that I received from a friend of mine.

00:46:49.000 It was made by a guy by the name of Benjamin Friedman in 1962 during the Kennedy administration.

00:46:56.000 And I'm telling you, I listened to it again the other day.

00:46:59.000 And believe me, what this guy says in this audio tape in 1962, now he felt that it was going to happen during the Kennedy administration.

00:47:08.000 But what he says in this audio tape is exactly what's happening today.

00:47:12.000 He was about 40 years too early in what he was saying, but it's really amazing.

00:47:17.000 The last thing I want to say... Well, tell me about this audio tape a little bit more.

00:47:21.000 Well, I'll tell you what I'll do, Alex.

00:47:22.000 I'll make a copy and I'll send it to you.

00:47:24.000 But, I mean, what did he say?

00:47:25.000 I'm curious.

00:47:26.000 Well, he basically said that Benjamin Freeman was Jewish and he became Christian and he basically said that the Third World War would start when the United States gets bamboozled into sending our boys over to the Middle East to fight for the State of Israel.

00:47:44.000 And he goes on and says a lot more things, but I'm just saying, when you listen to it today, it's like he's talking about what's happening today.

00:47:53.000 This was made in 1962 in front of the Common Sense audience.

00:47:59.000 I guess there was a newspaper group back then called the Common Sense, and that's where he made it from.

00:48:04.000 Well, I'd like a copy of that.

00:48:06.000 I will make a copy.

00:48:07.000 The last thing I want to say about Bush is What is with him throwing these figures around and nobody asking him what the figures mean?

00:48:15.000 75% of the terrorists have been brought to justice.

00:48:17.000 To this day, I don't know of anybody that's been tried and convicted for their part in 9-11.

00:48:22.000 No one!

00:48:22.000 Thousands of people being held, no one convicted.

00:48:26.000 Yeah, well, okay, if it's 75% of thousands, That means there's only 25% of a few thousand left out there and we're spending $200 billion for this, huh?

00:48:35.000 I don't know, something doesn't make sense.

00:48:37.000 Alright, I'll let you get the other call.

00:48:38.000 I'll get a copy of that for you.

00:48:39.000 Yeah, thanks a lot.

00:48:41.000 That's another, see, another great point.

00:48:44.000 And I actually had a note made of that and didn't bring it because I'm a genius.

00:48:49.000 But absolutely, the callers are bringing up all the points.

00:48:52.000 And again, I'm not against Israel itself. 0.97

00:48:55.000 I mean, you go to Saudi Arabia and you try to be a Christian, they'll blow your head off. 1.00

00:49:01.000 But our government props up Saudi Arabia.

00:49:04.000 The British government created Saudi Arabia.

00:49:06.000 They have set up this system that oppresses those Middle Eastern people.

00:49:11.000 Our government props up almost all these different dictators and tells us how good they are.

00:49:17.000 And then you bring up the fact of 1962, people saying we were going to have World War III in the Middle East, Well, in 1967, our own government, with Israel, had the USS Liberty attacked.

00:49:30.000 I've interviewed the admirals, the captains, the people involved.

00:49:33.000 They had the USS Liberty attacked, to blame it on Egypt, but the ship did not sink, despite the fact it was attacked for over four hours, and had thousands of holes in it, a giant torpedo hole, and white phosphorus bombs, and all these cannon holes in it, and, you know, the captain on the bridge bleeding, almost bleeding to death, still staying at the bridge in the middle of a fire.

00:49:54.000 And then gunboats and fighter bombers and strafing lifeboats in the water.

00:50:00.000 And that was to be blamed on Egypt!

00:50:02.000 I mean, they want war, folks.

00:50:04.000 They get a lot of political power out of it.

00:50:06.000 You all rally behind the government whenever we go to war.

00:50:09.000 You know, it's an animalistic thing that we do.

00:50:13.000 And it is very, very, very, very, very serious.

00:50:19.000 And we've got to realize how ruthless the globalists are.

00:50:24.000 We've got to realize what their overall plan is.

00:50:29.000 And we've got to realize that the New World Order could care less about you and your family and my family.

00:50:35.000 They want tyranny.

00:50:36.000 They want despotism.

00:50:37.000 They want slavery. 0.79

00:50:38.000 And those debates last night just were a fraud at so many levels.

00:50:44.000 So many angles.

00:50:45.000 But Kerry's saying we've got to pass a global test I mean, there's your global government right there, and that was just unbelievably disgusting.

00:50:55.000 And I think that's a big wake-up call for people.

00:50:57.000 That's like George Sr.

00:50:58.000 with the New World Order.

00:51:00.000 We'll be right back with more calls to... Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:51:06.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:51:10.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

00:51:15.000 The New World Order.

00:51:17.000 Panama!

00:51:18.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:51:29.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:51:31.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:56:46.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:56:50.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Nolan in Texas.

00:56:55.000 Nolan, welcome.

00:56:56.000 Hello Alex.

00:56:57.000 Hello.

00:56:58.000 You asked earlier which of the pair, Cush or Berry, will wind up in office.

00:57:05.000 And that's a really good thing to wonder because we both know that for policy change it's not going to matter.

00:57:14.000 The only thing that I can see why they would allow Kerry in is if They think that they need to once again pull a little sigh off on us and make us think that the election process actually has merit.

00:57:30.000 Otherwise, you know, they'll just go ahead and shove Bush down our throats one more time, but that will, that will, if everybody obviously states that Kerry is beating him hands down, and Kerry's made some points, and people are sick of Bush's reign, and if everybody on the street says, I really don't want Bush, but he gets in, then they're all going to scratch their heads.

00:57:50.000 And if they don't care anymore what the American public thinks, and they're going to go ahead and just do what they want to us and flush us down the toilet, then they'll go ahead and shove Bush down our throats.

00:57:59.000 But if they want us to think that we should be happy with the fact that we have an election process and we have our two twin parties, then they'll let Harry have it.

00:58:10.000 Well, Nolan, the royalty test Has never been false.

00:58:18.000 Whoever has the most royal blood has always won in modern U.S.

00:58:21.000 history.

00:58:22.000 Kerry supposedly has more royal blood.

00:58:25.000 I saw the Bilderberg Group admit that they basically told Kerry to appoint John Edwards.

00:58:30.000 I'd always thought Bush was going to win.

00:58:32.000 Then I saw that and I thought, maybe I'm wrong.

00:58:35.000 Now with this debate coming out like it did, I don't know.

00:58:38.000 I think they're just giving us the illusion of a real horse race.

00:58:42.000 I agree with you, Nolan.

00:58:44.000 Anything else?

00:58:45.000 No, sir.

00:58:46.000 Keep it up.

00:58:47.000 Thank you for the call.

00:58:47.000 More calls and a couple guests coming up.

00:58:49.000 Stay with us.

00:58:53.000 Big Brother.

00:58:54.000 Mainstream Media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:13.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, now into our number two. - now into our number two. - You?

00:59:33.000 We've got several guests coming up, you do not want to miss them.

00:59:37.000 Let me right now just cover some of the news we haven't detailed yet.

00:59:41.000 Then we'll get to our guests, then we'll move on to Kyle and Susie and everybody else that's patiently holding.

00:59:49.000 Japan Defense Agency calls for pre-emptive war.

00:59:54.000 This is out of Japan today, October 1st.

00:59:57.000 The Defense Agency panel has compiled a report calling for the need for Japan to possess the capability to launch a pre-emptive strike on the foreign enemy facility such as ballistic missile launch site.

01:00:11.000 Sources close to the panel said Thursday.

01:00:14.000 The move is expected to spark debate, as it could be seen to deviate from Japan's defense-only policy.

01:00:21.000 The government holds the view that it's constitutionality permissible for Japan to attack enemy bases, but has opted not to possess weapons for the purpose so as to not threaten other countries.

01:00:34.000 Think of how fast Japan can churn out computers, and cars, and cameras, and the highest tech stuff out there.

01:00:43.000 They've got some of the biggest, most secret laboratories in the world.

01:00:48.000 And Japan, as of two years ago, started saying, we're going to develop covert nuclear weapons and missile systems to deliver them, because North Korea has fired several Taepong Dong 1 and 2 missiles over the country, right off their coastline, just a few miles off their coastline, openly threatening to nuke them.

01:01:09.000 And what do you expect Japan to do? 0.60

01:01:13.000 But Japan's a real wild card in all of this, and now that Bush has opened up the doctrine of preemptive strikes, let me tell you something.

01:01:22.000 If a country was firing missiles at us, I would expect us to invade them.

01:01:31.000 I mean, if you really want to be honest, and I'm not a war-like person, When North Korea threatens to nuke us on a daily basis over the last 10 years, why didn't we attack them then? 0.75

01:01:44.000 Radical statements I'm making.

01:01:47.000 And then it comes out that in 2000 they fired a Taepong Dong-2 that hit Alaska, a dummy missile without a warhead, as a threat.

01:01:57.000 And this is mainstream news in Asia, our government has covertly, quietly admitted it, and nothing was done.

01:02:04.000 Now the point is, can we preemptively strike North Korea now? 0.69

01:02:07.000 And the answer is no, because they've got a bunch of nuclear weapons.

01:02:10.000 Because Donald Rumsfeld and others, and Bill Clinton, helped arm them.

01:02:15.000 But we invaded Iraq when they literally had a 1950's style army. 0.56

01:02:22.000 RPGs and old, worn out Russian tanks and 1950's Scuds falling apart in the desert.

01:02:29.000 After 12 years of sanctions and a million and a half dead Iraqis, They're only 25 million people, well now they're 23 and a half million.

01:02:35.000 I mean, shame on us!

01:02:37.000 Because they got a bunch of oil, and we want to take over the whole region. 0.98

01:02:41.000 Meanwhile, North Korea is running around, foaming at the mouth, run by this demonic midget, and... It's just incredible to me! 1.00

01:02:54.000 It's incredible to me!

01:02:56.000 And now, every year, the threat of North Korea gets worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, They love it, folks.

01:03:23.000 Out of this global crisis, they're going to build their new world order.

01:03:27.000 They love it!

01:03:28.000 They love it!

01:03:30.000 So what do you expect Japan to do while North Korea is firing missiles at them?

01:03:37.000 I mean, a mile or two off their coast.

01:03:40.000 Big ol' missiles plunging into the ocean. 0.99

01:03:43.000 And then Kim Jong Il going, I'll kill you all if you don't give me more food and oil! 1.00

01:03:48.000 Ha ha ha! 1.00

01:03:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:03:50.000 Stay with us.

01:03:53.000 Are you one of the millions who suffer from arthritis or chronic back pain?

01:03:56.000 Michael Trudeau here.

01:03:57.000 I speak from personal experience when I say living with either one isn't any fun.

01:04:00.000 You see, a little over 20 years ago, I was involved in a car accident that injured some vertebrae and discs in my back.

01:04:06.000 The damage led to degenerative arthritis in my upper back and neck.

01:04:10.000 I tried physical therapy and chiropractors for years, usually with little or no positive results.

01:04:14.000 The chronic everyday pain was miserable.

01:04:16.000 Many friends offered advice on how to get relief, and I humored most, again with little or no success, until my friend Cliff Scott recommended his MSM. 0.51

01:04:23.000 He said it was all natural and worked to relieve inflammation.

01:04:26.000 Once again, albeit reluctantly, I took another friend's advice, only this time it changed my life.

01:04:31.000 After six weeks I noticed an improvement, and after 12 weeks Measurable improvement.

01:04:35.000 That was two years ago, and I've been taking MSM ever since, and today, my quality of life has improved dramatically.

01:04:40.000 Side effects?

01:04:41.000 Yeah, my knee used to bug me, and that's better now, too.

01:04:43.000 Call Kliscott Enterprises at 800-569-4340.

01:04:45.000 That's 1-800-569-4340.

01:04:45.000 If you're suffering, try MSM.

01:04:46.000 That's 1-800-569-4340.

01:04:50.000 If you're suffering, try MSM. 1.00

01:04:52.000 It worked for me.

01:04:52.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:04:56.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:05:01.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:05:04.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:05:06.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:05:15.000 The Berkeley Light is different.

01:05:17.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:05:23.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals and nitrates.

01:05:35.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant ponds.

01:05:42.000 Get the advanced Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:05:50.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

01:05:51.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, and I'm very excited to announce the release of my bombshell documentary film, 9-1-1 The Road to Tyranny on DVD.

01:06:00.000 That's right folks, DVD.

01:06:01.000 The original film was 144 minutes long.

01:06:03.000 The DVD version is 170 minutes.

01:06:06.000 If you want to wake up your friends and families to the truth of what happened on September 11th, this is the film for you.

01:06:11.000 The Road to Tyranny is already sending shockwaves through Washington and across the United States.

01:06:15.000 You absolutely must see this DVD.

01:06:17.000 It covers the history of government-sponsored terrorism, the police state and homeland security, the nightmare UN population control programs, the cashless society control grid, satellite tracking and pliable microchips, and much, much more.

01:06:28.000 Bottom line, this film is waking people up.

01:06:58.000 Mainstream media.

01:07:00.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:02.000 You want answers?

01:07:04.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:18.000 Alright, in the first hour, I really wanted to talk about the debates.

01:07:22.000 I rarely, maybe once a month, want to talk on a particular topic, and usually folks never want to stick to it, but that's really, I guess, okay.

01:07:30.000 We could talk about whatever subject you'd like to discuss.

01:07:33.000 It's just that the debates last night were so amazing.

01:07:37.000 To watch Bush lying, to watch Kerry lying, to be sitting there and, well, witnessing.

01:07:49.000 With my very own eyes, Kerry saying we've got to have this whole global test.

01:07:56.000 So you've got Kerry saying we've got to have this global test.

01:07:59.000 You've got Bush saying we've got to stay in Iraq.

01:08:03.000 And then you've got Bush talking about how he stays the course and he's this really strong guy.

01:08:09.000 Bush looked like he was on speed or something.

01:08:13.000 And I think he lost the debate hands down.

01:08:18.000 So the whole thing was just amazing.

01:08:23.000 And it made my head spin.

01:08:27.000 And the callers in the last hour brought up dozens and dozens of really good points about how both sides in this so-called staged debate were basically really on the same page.

01:08:42.000 We're in Iraq.

01:08:43.000 We're going to stay in Iraq. 1.00

01:08:45.000 The UN's our boss, basically.

01:08:47.000 Global government is good and is going to take real good care of us.

01:08:53.000 Okay, let's go ahead and take a call.

01:08:55.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Xavier in California.

01:08:57.000 Xavier, go ahead.

01:08:59.000 You're on the air, Xavier.

01:09:00.000 Hey, Alex.

01:09:01.000 Hi, how you doing?

01:09:03.000 Pretty good.

01:09:04.000 I'm from Salinas, California.

01:09:05.000 And earlier, a caller brought up the subject of the comprehensive annual financial reports.

01:09:11.000 And what I want to bring up to the people's attention is here in Salinas, they're shutting down all the libraries.

01:09:17.000 And I don't know if this is, this to me seems pretty unheard of.

01:09:20.000 Have you ever heard of this?

01:09:21.000 I'll repeat that again for folks.

01:09:24.000 I'm here in Salinas, California, in the city I live in.

01:09:27.000 They're shutting down all the libraries.

01:09:30.000 Well, I don't live in California, but I have seen the reports in the news.

01:09:37.000 Yeah, and earlier, I mean... Well, let me just... I mean, you asked... Okay, go ahead.

01:09:41.000 Yeah, the whole discussion was on live, the debate.

01:09:45.000 And, well, I've been researching this, and what I found out is that here in California, In 2003, we had $59.83 billion in taxpayer surplus.

01:09:57.000 So, it's almost, it's just silly for them to be shutting down all the libraries.

01:10:02.000 Okay, well, again, you asked me if I knew about that.

01:10:04.000 Let me give you my answer.

01:10:06.000 Yeah.

01:10:07.000 Governments claim that they're broke on their budgets, but they really have their comprehensive annual financial reports.

01:10:14.000 And those are the real set of books.

01:10:17.000 And so what they did in California was, They demonized Gray Davis, who by the way I'm no fan of, and then put in a guy, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was actually involved in the Enron scams, actually involved with the Republican Party, who was there in the state involved in this more intimately than Governor Davis ever dreamed of.

01:10:40.000 And now, you talk about liberal and conservative, Arnold Schwarzenegger is taking all of Davis' policies and actually expanding them for big government, And expanding corporate welfare while, and I've read, shutting down libraries, shutting down government employees' pensions, shutting down police funding.

01:11:02.000 I mean, across the board, they are slashing different things.

01:11:07.000 I was not aware that they were shutting down, quote, all the libraries in your town.

01:11:13.000 I had heard some discussion of shutting down libraries, and that's a very, very scary thing, Xavier.

01:11:19.000 Yeah, and what's bad is that I talk to high schoolers and they don't even know about this.

01:11:23.000 I guess the teachers are left in the dark.

01:11:25.000 Well, I'll tell you what Xavier, I appreciate the call.

01:11:29.000 Send me a news article on that.

01:11:31.000 We do have our next guest and I appreciate him joining us.

01:11:34.000 We had him on a couple weeks ago and really I didn't think this guy enough on air for what he's done.

01:11:41.000 Because during the interview I learned, and since I've done research on and confirmed, this is the guy who paid for the Zogby Poll, the most respected polling agency in the US, perhaps worldwide, asking New Yorkers, who do you think is behind 9-11?

01:11:58.000 And 49% of them said, we believe George Bush is.

01:12:02.000 And then he's also the guy who we talked about Years ago, who put the full-page ad in major publications nationwide, saying there are no weapons of mass destruction, this is all a fraud.

01:12:14.000 Spending over 1.5 million dollars, Jimmy Walter has launched advertising blitzes in America's most prominent newspapers and magazines, including full-page ads in Businessweek, Forbes, Newsweek, the New York Times, Washington Post, Reader's Digest, New Yorker, etc., entitled, Are We Safer Now?

01:12:32.000 The 9-11 report has been published, but some very troubling questions remain unanswered.

01:12:37.000 Then he gets into Building 7, NORAD Stand Down, and I've got this out of Newsweek, this huge, colorful, full-page ad with all these bullet points about 9-11.

01:12:49.000 Many of the bullet points, of course, that we've covered at nauseam, but the general public's totally unaware of this. 0.97

01:12:54.000 The general public smells a big, stinking rat, and they don't even know these facts, folks!

01:12:59.000 And, uh, confronting the evidence, a call to reopen the 9-11 investigation. 0.59

01:13:05.000 And, of course, uh, Mr. Walters is an amazing individual.

01:13:08.000 After I interviewed him, I later learned that this guy is, uh...

01:13:14.000 Involved in city design and in just all different types of really futuristic stuff.

01:13:20.000 And I want to spend a little bit of time with him talking about that today as well.

01:13:24.000 But again folks, he spent $500,000 on Iraq ads exposing that fraud which later was totally confirmed to be correct.

01:13:32.000 He was totally validated and vindicated as if he ever needed that.

01:13:37.000 And then now he spent a million dollars on ads that he's starting to run concerning 9-11.

01:13:43.000 And this is becoming a crippling blow against the establishment media.

01:13:48.000 The establishment media would not run a report.

01:13:53.000 would not run a report about the Zogby Poll when it was totally newsworthy.

01:13:58.000 So he just went out and bought full-page ads advertising it all over the country and telling folks where to go to get more information.

01:14:04.000 And so, Jimmy Walter, good to have you on with us.

01:14:07.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:14:08.000 I appreciate you having me here today.

01:14:10.000 Oh, you bet.

01:14:11.000 And I'm sorry we got you on a little bit late.

01:14:12.000 I guess we got some of the phone numbers messed up.

01:14:14.000 Well, it's our fault here.

01:14:16.000 My secretary had me on the line you were calling.

01:14:20.000 I just didn't want you to think we were messing up.

01:14:22.000 I felt the same way towards you.

01:14:25.000 I apologize.

01:14:26.000 No, no, no.

01:14:26.000 That's great.

01:14:27.000 I know how it is to be busy.

01:14:28.000 Believe me.

01:14:30.000 I listened to my phone messages just on my cell phone yesterday during the breaks.

01:14:34.000 And by the time in the last hour, I got 16 phone messages.

01:14:39.000 So I know how it is just on one phone.

01:14:41.000 Jimmy, in a nutshell, tell us about yourself and why you decided to do this because it's a big deal.

01:14:51.000 You, of course, are the master of the masters of deception in this, and I was just a person who believed it was a sin of omission, which is what 50% of New Yorkers believe, that people in administration knew about 9-1-1 ahead of time and let it happen for their own purposes.

01:15:12.000 Now, I personally think Bush didn't know, because if I was him and I was in on it, I wouldn't sit around looking like a doofus in a schoolroom in Florida.

01:15:21.000 I'd be out looking presidential. 0.62

01:15:23.000 But I believe people within his administration, people within the United States military, are traitors.

01:15:30.000 And that we have had a capital crime, a terrorist crime committed upon us for political reasons that satisfied a whole host of different people.

01:15:41.000 It was like a conspiracy of interest, if you will, or a conspiracy of interest and conspiratorial associations.

01:15:50.000 Well, what's the Roman or the Latin for it?

01:15:52.000 Bernstein and Woodard Maxim follow the money and money is just power, follow the power.

01:15:57.000 It's clear to see who was involved and who had opportunity to perpetrate this crime on the American public.

01:16:05.000 Well, what's the Roman or the Latin for it?

01:16:08.000 Is it Kimono?

01:16:09.000 I'm not familiar with that one.

01:16:12.000 Well, the Roman Senate, when they were doing an investigation before they became corrupt and fell to Caesar crossing the Rubicon, they would say, who stands to gain?

01:16:23.000 Who benefits?

01:16:24.000 Yeah, who benefits?

01:16:26.000 That's always the way to find out, because people don't do things for no reason.

01:16:30.000 Motive!

01:16:31.000 Well, let's talk about motive.

01:16:33.000 Now with gas prices up, I've been saying $4 trillion in oil in Iraq, that's now $6 trillion in oil.

01:16:38.000 Actually, it's up... All prices topped, 50 bucks a barrel this week.

01:16:43.000 It stayed there.

01:16:44.000 Yeah, so now $6 trillion in oil in Iraq, $5 trillion in oil in Afghanistan, hundreds of billions in no-bid contracts, a domestic police state, and these guys all are profiting from it.

01:16:59.000 Well, Halliburton has profited, Israel has profited, the military has profited, the neocons have profited, and all of them had the ability to help and the fingerprints, well not say fingerprints so much, but the military had to be involved in some way or fashion to let four planes get through their defenses on a day when they knew three of them were hijacked and probably terrorist weapons.

01:17:29.000 So, I mean, and nobody in the military has been reprimanded, even.

01:17:33.000 No, they haven't said one word.

01:17:34.000 If it wasn't one of the greatest screw-ups in all history, which should have prompted a military court-martial, then it was conspiratorial.

01:17:43.000 And since nobody's being court-martialed, nobody's being reprimanded, you have to assume at this point that there is a conspiracy within the Pentagon regarding these events.

01:17:53.000 Well, that's a good point.

01:17:54.000 I mean, the FBI, who let the hijackers in and protected them, got bonuses.

01:17:59.000 Have we gotten too general here?

01:18:01.000 I think we have to see elements within, because I do not believe that every military officer in the United States military is a traitor, but I do believe there are traitors among them.

01:18:10.000 And I believe the same thing among the White House and among the FBI.

01:18:14.000 Those memos from the FBI, people saying how this one guy in the FBI blocked all this information.

01:18:20.000 It's not the entire organization.

01:18:22.000 Oh, I totally agree that it's compartmentalized elements, but those elements doing this are all at the pinnacles of power controlling...

01:18:30.000 Tremendous power.

01:18:31.000 Pardon me?

01:18:32.000 Tremendous power.

01:18:34.000 Yeah, so they're all at the key nexus points of information traveling up and down the pipelines.

01:18:40.000 Stay there, Jimmy Walters.

01:18:42.000 We'll be right back with Jimmy Walter, my friends.

01:18:44.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

01:18:45.000 And we'll tell you about his website as well.

01:18:48.000 It's walden3.org.

01:23:17.000 A million dollar ad buy, and he's going to put more ads in.

01:23:22.000 And his last ad promoted Eric Huffschmid's book and video, and uh...

01:23:28.000 He offers in the ad to give him free to any police, firemen or judges or government people.

01:23:33.000 Just an incredible, incredible individual and this is what it's going to take to fight the New World Order, to fight the globalists.

01:23:43.000 Jimmy, let me just say this to you about 9-11.

01:23:45.000 I know you've been studying it in depth and talking to all the experts and watching all the films and doing your own research.

01:23:51.000 I will agree with you that on that morning, Bush was confused.

01:23:55.000 But clearly Dick Cheney was in the command bunker running the drills that were used as the stand down for NORAD.

01:24:03.000 Clearly Bush knew that his masters were going to be pulling something in the future, but that he thought that was part of the drills that morning as well.

01:24:12.000 But clearly Dick Cheney was conscious of the activities.

01:24:17.000 We can prove that.

01:24:18.000 Have you read Rupert's book, Crossing the Rubicon, yet?

01:24:22.000 No, I haven't read that.

01:24:23.000 He details what happened that morning.

01:24:26.000 There were apparently two military games going on with Cheney at super command over everybody, and they were chasing 20-some-odd hijacked aircraft.

01:24:39.000 Yeah, 24.

01:24:41.000 That news actually came out two years ago.

01:24:43.000 That's in the Masters of Terror.

01:24:44.000 They were running those drills that morning.

01:24:46.000 Right, okay.

01:24:47.000 So, you've had it for a long time.

01:24:49.000 I mean, the fact of the matter is... Well, more details have come out in the last just six months.

01:24:53.000 I mean, six months ago, even ABC News did a nightly report on it.

01:24:57.000 Really?

01:24:58.000 Yeah, we got that on Infowars.com, of that report.

01:25:01.000 Okay, I haven't seen that.

01:25:02.000 But this, to my opinion, is a smoking gun.

01:25:06.000 Here's the guy sitting at the controls while this happens.

01:25:10.000 And also, this proves that they're lying when they say, we've never heard of a plan or thought of a plan to fly planes into buildings.

01:25:18.000 Meanwhile, they're running a bunch of drills that morning and several drills in the months before.

01:25:23.000 Well, yeah, I think it was you also in your film, one of the films documented that they planned to come up and then been rejected by the top brass or something.

01:25:33.000 Yeah, that was a particular plan that was just six weeks before.

01:25:40.000 Yeah.

01:25:40.000 Well, you know, some of the more cynical people have said the Pentagon got, or whoever, was so arrogant that really what happened at the Pentagon was a test of their own system.

01:26:01.000 Elaborate on that.

01:26:02.000 Well, in other words, they have a missile defense system.

01:26:04.000 They've got a hardened side of the Pentagon.

01:26:09.000 Why not send... The Russians and other people have cruise missiles.

01:26:12.000 So send a cruise missile. 0.73

01:26:13.000 It's your own thing.

01:26:14.000 See if your system can destroy it and what the effects of this is on the strengthening of your fortress.

01:26:21.000 You get what they call a burn-down test.

01:26:25.000 Well, they do a lot of that where they put old ships and planes out and blow them up.

01:26:29.000 But they ain't the real thing.

01:26:30.000 Exactly.

01:26:31.000 This is the real thing.

01:26:32.000 This is a dress rehearsal.

01:26:35.000 Well, I know this.

01:26:36.000 NORAD wouldn't have stand down.

01:26:38.000 They've never stood down before when your Cessna gets off course.

01:26:41.000 But on this day, they did for well over an hour and 25 minutes.

01:26:45.000 And they wouldn't have done that if they wouldn't have been having those drills.

01:26:48.000 Exactly.

01:26:49.000 Now, Rupert said that they only have 8 sets of those, and that was the problem, or only 8 total, and they have to go up in sets, so it's only 4 pairs that they have in any one time, and normally that's enough.

01:27:02.000 But since they had these 24 Phantom bogeys to track down, it was like, where's the needle in the haystack? 0.92

01:27:10.000 You're talking about sets of F-16s?

01:27:12.000 Correct.

01:27:14.000 Well, we've known about a whole bunch of different grills before, during, and after 9-11, of them doing this, and now more and more of this is starting to come out, but the mainstream media is still ignoring it.

01:27:28.000 Well, they are.

01:27:31.000 It's criminal in my opinion.

01:27:35.000 At least it's gross negligence or criminal negligence for them to print positive stories supporting the President and then when anything negative comes out to suppress it.

01:27:43.000 This is a perversion of the First Amendment.

01:27:46.000 The First Amendment is supposed to protect political thought, not suppress it.

01:27:50.000 And boy, we've seen a lot of censorship going on.

01:27:55.000 Last night, Kerry clearly won the debate, but within 30 minutes, CNN and others, Fox's pundits, were trying to imply that it was a stalemate.

01:28:10.000 To my mind, clearly, Kerry made more points, Kerry looked more presidential, and Bush had his moments of silence after he waited his additional, what, 30 seconds to think about it, and still didn't have anything to say.

01:28:24.000 I mean, that didn't look very good to him, in my opinion.

01:28:27.000 That looked like he was on top of the situation to me.

01:28:30.000 Well, I have to tell you, Jimmy, it looked to me like he was on drugs.

01:28:33.000 Well, he is, according to Capitol Blue.

01:28:35.000 And a bunch of other respected publications.

01:28:37.000 Capitol Hill Blue was never wrong about Bill Clinton.

01:28:39.000 We'll be right back with Jimmy Walter and your calls.

01:28:44.000 We're on the march.

01:31:50.000 All right, Tim, John, Francis, Fred, Ron, and others, your calls are coming up here in just a few minutes.

01:32:07.000 Jimmy Walter is our guest.

01:32:09.000 He has now total paid a million and a half dollars for different ads running in national publications exposing the phoniness of the Iraq War before it even happened.

01:32:20.000 On the eve of it, $500,000, now a million dollars, exposing 9-11. 0.68

01:32:25.000 And I wish you could see these ads.

01:32:27.000 Chances are you've got a September 20th Newsweek laying around, full-page ad, color ad in the back of it, and it lays out so many key points.

01:32:38.000 Jimmy, why did you finally decide to take this incredibly bold, pioneering action of running full-page ads in all these big publications?

01:32:50.000 Well, one, believe it or not, I'm a patriot.

01:32:54.000 I think this country is a great country and it deserves my support.

01:32:59.000 And two, I saw this as a singular opportunity.

01:33:04.000 No one else is stepping into this vacuum.

01:33:06.000 And I call it a vacuum because these facts beg answering.

01:33:11.000 The administration has not answered a blooming thing on any of these points that we bring up.

01:33:17.000 It was totally ignored by the 9-1-1 Commission.

01:33:20.000 And the fact is that we were attacked by terrorists.

01:33:23.000 Just wasn't 19 screw-ups with box cutters that defeated the entire United States Air Force.

01:33:29.000 They just couldn't have done that without a lot of assistance.

01:33:34.000 Moreover, when they pulled those buildings down, in the words of Larry Silverstein, the landlord, They were, you know, the whole thing was psychologically planned.

01:33:45.000 When I finally got a big look at it, I could see that they really set this up.

01:33:49.000 Two planes, two towers, so the camera crews would be set up.

01:33:53.000 The timing was just like a boxer in a ring.

01:33:56.000 A left, a right, a left, a right.

01:33:58.000 Just keeping you off balance, keeping you dizzy, making you accept the DS that they were feeding you.

01:34:04.000 I mean, so few minutes after it happened, they knew who did it, yet they weren't able to prevent it if they had the information that ready.

01:34:13.000 I mean, it's sort of a catch-22 in what they're trying to tell us.

01:34:17.000 You're absolutely right.

01:34:19.000 Just for those that just joined us, let me give it to them in a nutshell, what I've got from Pentagon sources, from lawyers who've deposed them, and this is information I got beforehand and later was confirmed by other sources.

01:34:32.000 This is what happened.

01:34:33.000 You've got 19 guys that are CIA slash FBI informants, deep level cover operatives.

01:34:39.000 They're running drills.

01:34:42.000 of hijacking jets as part of a national security protection exercise.

01:34:48.000 James Woods, the actor, a week before is on a plane, sees five guys, gets off one of them is Muhammad Atta, tells the FBI, hey, these guys were planning to hijack it.

01:34:58.000 They come up and say, shut your mouth, we'll arrest you under national security.

01:35:01.000 We've now interviewed and talked to the widows of one of the hijackers and others.

01:35:07.000 And what happened is their government agents on board these planes thinking they're part of a drill.

01:35:13.000 We have the air traffic controllers and NORAD controllers on two separate tapes, mainstream news, saying is this part of the exercise?

01:35:20.000 Is this part of the drill?

01:35:21.000 That's even BBC News.

01:35:23.000 Then they're on board the aircraft.

01:35:25.000 Suddenly, nerve gas is released.

01:35:27.000 Knocks out everybody on board the plane.

01:35:30.000 Remote control takes control and guides those planes to their targets.

01:35:34.000 Then they produce a few fake audio tapes from supposed cell phone calls.

01:35:38.000 Now, that's what I was told from sources two years ago, that there were drills being run that morning for NORAD to stand down, that Cheney was in the bunker.

01:35:46.000 I got this weeks and months after the attacks.

01:35:49.000 Later it all came out mainstream, Jimmy.

01:35:52.000 That's the story we've got.

01:35:54.000 That's the story we can prove.

01:35:56.000 Their official story has got holes all in it.

01:35:59.000 We know it's a lie, Jimmy.

01:36:01.000 Well, and their official story depends upon a chain of events.

01:36:06.000 If we can prove what happened to the Pentagon was not a hijacker, then their whole thing falls apart.

01:36:13.000 On the other hand, all of our stuff, to paraphrase David Ray Griffin, is like a cable.

01:36:19.000 We have hundreds of proof lines, hundreds of things that stand on their own to prove that there was a major conspiracy here by some very technical, highly qualified, mean, to the point of mass murder people.

01:36:38.000 I wholeheartedly agree.

01:36:39.000 I couldn't say any better myself.

01:36:41.000 And for those that don't realize what's happening here, Operation Northwoods, the official U.S.

01:36:47.000 government plan to carry out 9-11 style attacks, got green-lighted all the way up to Kennedy.

01:36:54.000 Who said no to the plan and said, I'm going to abolish the CIA and get us out of Vietnam.

01:36:58.000 He'd been a hawk.

01:36:59.000 He'd cut taxes by 50%.

01:37:01.000 He had said he wanted to go to war in Vietnam.

01:37:04.000 Suddenly he reversed all that, said there's this big conspiracy taking America over, and he was dead just a few months later.

01:37:11.000 Operation Northwoods describes having fake flight lists get on planes, having those planes land somewhere else, and then crashing these hijack drones and then what do we see happening on 9/11 well deja vu all over again in the words of yogi so I mean I've talked to hundreds of people on air hundreds on the street it it it it

01:37:37.000 People are calling in to radio talk shows, talking about the ads you've put in the magazines and newspapers.

01:37:43.000 What effect have you seen it have?

01:37:45.000 I've seen a huge effect.

01:37:46.000 Well, I don't know if you saw this week, but Harper's Magazine on the cover had their claiming that the 9-1-1 commission was a whitewash.

01:37:57.000 It's a giant can of paint with the commission walking in and out of it.

01:38:01.000 Right, and notice that they were all white on either side.

01:38:04.000 So that's the amazing thing.

01:38:06.000 For the African Americans that I've talked to, I would say an overwhelming majority, much higher than the New York Poll, believe that the administration knew something about this and did nothing.

01:38:18.000 76% of the Americans.

01:38:20.000 76% of Hispanics believe the government was involved, 75% of blacks, 60 plus percent of women, and even 44% of evangelical Christians.

01:38:32.000 Which is an amazing amount considering how lockstep they are behind George W. Bush.

01:38:38.000 Well let me bring an example up of this.

01:38:40.000 I myself am a devout Christian.

01:38:42.000 But then I see these so-called Christians on radio and TV that say murdering and bombing and they want to nuke the Middle East. 0.99

01:38:50.000 Is that what Jesus would do? 0.94

01:38:52.000 Would nuke women and children? 1.00

01:38:54.000 I ran a series of ads also last year comparing what Jesus said and what Bush said.

01:39:01.000 And in one column I would have, like Jesus said, to resist not evil.

01:39:05.000 And the next time the column for Bush it would be, we have to destroy the evil axis.

01:39:10.000 and then on and on about turning the other cheek and taxes render under Caesar with a Caesar and Bush says on the way up to lower taxes for the rich and that ad drew the most heated response of anything I've ever run I had death threats I had people calling me the devil all sorts of irrational emotional hysteria well let me just break this down I mean Christ did go in and whip the money changers because of unjust weights and measures but

01:39:40.000 Right.

01:39:41.000 But at the same time, he did say do unto others as you'd have them do unto you.

01:39:45.000 I mean, you're right when you talk about that.

01:39:48.000 But I've studied George Bush.

01:39:50.000 Skull and Bones is an admitted, this is MSNBC, Nazi cult. 0.51

01:39:55.000 Bohemian Grove is the opposite of what Christians do, and all this is admitted now, but there's this double standard. 0.97

01:40:03.000 I mean, we get a governor of New Jersey who gets in trouble, and the neocons say make him resign, and then David Dreyer, a Republican, gets caught doing the same stuff.

01:40:15.000 Nothing happens.

01:40:17.000 We get the stuff at Bohemian Grove, where the New York Post admits they bus in male porn stars to quote, service them, and these so-called Christian conservatives totally ignore it.

01:40:27.000 Well, and I love Rush Limbaugh. 0.67

01:40:30.000 If it's drug addicts before he's exposed, though, they should be in jail.

01:40:33.000 But afterwards, we have to pray for his recovery.

01:40:37.000 Well, exactly.

01:40:38.000 I have always been for the decriminalization of drugs, because the bigger the drug war gets, the more drugs we have.

01:40:43.000 The people that deal the drugs own the private prisons. 0.96

01:40:46.000 It's a complete failure.

01:40:48.000 We've got triple the heroin, double the cocaine on our streets.

01:40:50.000 We had just ten years ago, and the drug war doubles in size every decade.

01:40:55.000 But, meanwhile, exactly.

01:40:57.000 I have read the quotes, and I've heard Rush say, put these kids who were caught with marijuana in jail.

01:41:03.000 He's caught on hillbilly heroin, and then, oh, let's pray for him.

01:41:07.000 Yeah, it's the double standard all over again, and the war on drugs is particularly poignant because, in statistics about 2000, during that entire year, only 8,000 people died from illegal drug use.

01:41:23.000 During that same period, 400,000 people died from smoking, and nearly 200,000 people died from alcohol.

01:41:32.000 Which is the problem here, folks?

01:41:33.000 And they kill about 100,000 people in hospitals as well every year.

01:41:35.000 Meanwhile, they push Ritalin and Prozac and all these drugs that have more side effects than even illegal narcotics on our children.

01:41:43.000 And they kill about 100,000 people in hospitals as well over here.

01:41:46.000 That's the accurate.

01:41:48.000 That's the conservative number.

01:41:50.000 Well, a lot of people say, you want to stay healthy, stay out of the hospital.

01:41:56.000 It's kind of funny, but not that funny.

01:41:58.000 Well, I want people to deal with this.

01:42:00.000 I mean, I don't use drugs other than this large cup of coffee I just drank, which probably is not very good for me.

01:42:07.000 But my whole point here is that People that are for this phony drug war, they don't have a leg to stand on!

01:42:14.000 Well, it's a double standard as well.

01:42:17.000 You need protection from using the drugs, but not I using mine.

01:42:22.000 No drug war has ever won.

01:42:26.000 It's 50 years old.

01:42:28.000 Half the people in our prisons are non-violent drug offenders who've never hurt anyone, lest they drop the bail on them from the mothership. 0.90

01:42:37.000 It's a ridiculous thing. 0.71

01:42:41.000 Well, you're right, and again, that's conservative. 0.70

01:42:44.000 The numbers I've seen are 70% of people are non-violent drug offenders in these state jails, and at the same time, all they really need is treatment, folks.

01:42:56.000 But again, that's what Rush Limbaugh got to have, that's what George Bush got to have, Bill Clinton got to have drug treatment, and I think that's fine.

01:43:05.000 But why then do we put our Our children, when they're 16 and get pulled over by a cop with some marijuana, something George Washington smoked, why are we putting them in jail?

01:43:15.000 Well, it's the Prison Industrial Medical Treatment Complex.

01:43:19.000 We have an industry here.

01:43:21.000 I had a non-profit who helped people in prison on welfare.

01:43:26.000 80% success rate in getting people to not go back to that way of life.

01:43:32.000 And the people in the prison system were embarrassed, outraged, threatened, and killed my funding.

01:43:38.000 Had my own Democratic governor, who I had supported, vetoed my bill, which I had gotten through, we treated over 20,000 people in the Florida Department of Corrections.

01:43:48.000 And these people, despite all of the casting them as pure evil, irredeemable, want to change.

01:43:57.000 They just don't know how, and they don't get the opportunity when they get out.

01:44:01.000 The people see felon on their employment application, they throw the application into the wastebasket.

01:44:06.000 And we all know that the job growth market right now doesn't exist.

01:44:10.000 for these lower paid people.

01:44:12.000 We have a big problem with unemployment, and it's not the unemployed rich, it's the unemployed poor. - So they're creating a whole class of people that don't have any other life but crime.

01:44:23.000 - Well, it's like any big machine.

01:44:24.000 It's a revolving door, a revolving wheel.

01:44:26.000 You've got to keep processing those people to keep making that money.

01:44:30.000 Well, I mean, Bush says he's against drugs when his family clearly has been involved in narcotics trade, when clearly Skull & Bones was founded by opium traders, and clearly Bush wants this new freedom initiative to forcibly, psychologically test every school student twice a year and put them on antipsychotics.

01:44:50.000 Well, I'd like to see where he's going to get the money for that.

01:44:54.000 But he does have this regimentation Nazi type attitude about everybody getting in line behind him or being an enemy of the state. 0.88

01:45:04.000 Mentally ill.

01:45:05.000 Well, I mean, there's some books about it that question his mental health, and I would have to agree with them. 1.00

01:45:12.000 You know, you don't act this way if you've got all your... You know, you have to look at it this way.

01:45:16.000 Alex, if I'm not going to totally condemn a guy in prison, I can't totally condemn President Bush.

01:45:23.000 I just want him out of power.

01:45:24.000 I don't hate President Bush.

01:45:26.000 I fear him.

01:45:27.000 Well, I agree with you, and Capitol Hill Blue and other publications.

01:45:31.000 And Capitol Hill Blue folks broke all the news about Clinton that turned out to be true. 0.72

01:45:35.000 They're really a conservative publication.

01:45:37.000 They say, from White House sources, multiple ones, that he is enrageous, flipping out, that he's on drugs, prescriptions, that he is totally paranoid now.

01:45:48.000 And power does this to a lot of people.

01:45:50.000 The pressure does this to a lot of people.

01:45:52.000 And watching him last night, I think he was as mad as a hatter. 0.97

01:45:56.000 Well, he's got problems, serious mental problems from the description of his life. 0.98

01:46:02.000 He's an untreated drunk, a dry drunk we call it.

01:46:06.000 He is definitely megalomaniacal, vocabulary you didn't mention today, but when people talk about him, he says it's the will of God.

01:46:15.000 And they call him and Ashcroft the Blues Brothers because they're on a mission from God.

01:46:19.000 But Hitler said he was on a mission from God.

01:46:23.000 Who said?

01:46:24.000 Hitler said that.

01:46:25.000 Well, you know, I think just about every dictator has, from the kings, the royal we of the French and English kings, all the way back to the sun gods of the Aztecs and the Egyptians, that these people, power goes right to their head and all of a sudden they're not like you and I. Wow, you hit the nail on the head there.

01:46:46.000 They think they're gods.

01:46:48.000 They think they're gods.

01:46:50.000 Well, even Plato in the Republic supported the noble lie, he called it, where he would claim that the rulers had a different color blood.

01:47:00.000 That's really where the term blue blood originally originated in Plato's Republic.

01:47:05.000 You know, you're right.

01:47:08.000 They talk about how they're this, well it's really social Darwinism.

01:47:12.000 No matter what evil they do, it's their right because they're in the positions of power.

01:47:16.000 Well, these people who want to just abandon everybody on the street and not provide jobs, you know, it's one thing if the jobs are available.

01:47:24.000 Then I think capitalism works very well. 0.94

01:47:26.000 But when jobs aren't available, that's when capitalism sucks.

01:47:29.000 And that's where you have to have the social safety net.

01:47:32.000 That's why I believe in a mixed economy of these two, where Businesses have to make people want to work, not that people are going to be thrown out in the street or not have health care if they don't get a job.

01:47:44.000 Well, the problem is that all the welfare goes to the corporations.

01:47:48.000 Well, they get very little service, but it seems like HMOs make more money every year, doesn't it?

01:47:53.000 Well, yeah, I mean, the oil companies are all making record profits, and then they're saying there's no oil.

01:47:59.000 I mean, it's a giant scam.

01:48:01.000 And I'm not saying they can't make profits, but it's a monopoly.

01:48:04.000 It's like the media.

01:48:05.000 They create a monopoly, and then call it free market.

01:48:08.000 Well, it's not free market.

01:48:09.000 Well, on this oil deal, it's a serious problem, but we're focusing on the wrong end of the problem.

01:48:14.000 We need to be instituting a really efficient, luxurious mass transportation system, folks, because no matter what anybody wants to wish to the contrary, the oil is going bye-bye quickly.

01:48:28.000 Well, what we're going to do is we're going to break and come back and take calls, and Jimmy, can I keep you five minutes until the next hour?

01:48:35.000 Absolutely.

01:48:36.000 Okay, because I want to have time to go to Tim and John and Many, many others that are patiently holding.

01:48:40.000 Let's go ahead and try to go to Tim right now.

01:48:42.000 Tim in Ohio, thank you for holding.

01:48:44.000 You're a trooper.

01:48:44.000 Go ahead.

01:48:45.000 You're on the air.

01:48:48.000 Tim, go ahead.

01:48:49.000 You're on the air.

01:48:51.000 Okay, John in Nevada.

01:48:53.000 You're on the air, John.

01:48:54.000 Morning, Alex.

01:48:57.000 Yes.

01:48:57.000 Good morning.

01:48:58.000 I've got a statement.

01:49:00.000 I was listening.

01:49:02.000 I didn't actually watch the debate.

01:49:03.000 I listened to it on the radio.

01:49:05.000 And Kerry, what I believe, purposefully stepped into it with his comment about forgetting Bin Laden.

01:49:13.000 With three more debates, Kerry really set the perfect pick, to use a sports term, for Bush to roll Bin Laden out of his icebox and say that we caught him in a firefight. 0.86

01:49:25.000 Stay there.

01:49:26.000 We'll talk about this when we get back.

01:49:28.000 Jimmy, two and a half years ago, a White House source told me bin Laden had died of natural causes, was handed over by the family, and put on ice to be rolled out.

01:49:37.000 Now Albright, Grassley, Theresa Hines, Kerry, they've all been saying that.

01:49:42.000 We'll talk more about it when we get back with John and others.

01:49:46.000 We'll talk to Francis, Fred, Ron, and many, many others.

01:49:49.000 So stay with us.

01:49:50.000 PrisonPlanet.tv, InfoWars.com, and Jimmy's site, Walden3.org.

01:51:00.000 Made of durable Lexan polymer, the same material used for bulletproof glass, it has eight LED lamps.

01:51:06.000 Incredibly, the low-energy LEDs will last for more than 11 years of continuous use and are bright enough to be spotted for over a mile in the dark.

01:51:15.000 The LED lamps are powered by an AC adapter, and during emergencies, the rechargeable batteries will operate them all night long.

01:51:22.000 When the LEDs are switched off, the AC adapter automatically recharges the batteries.

01:52:48.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

01:52:57.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:03.000 My friends, we've got to get past the left-right paradigm and talk about this global crime syndicate.

01:53:08.000 If we're going to save this country.

01:53:11.000 This planet.

01:53:13.000 And I'm very excited about the incredibly brave thing that Jimmy Walter is doing.

01:53:18.000 Going back to John in Nevada and Francis Fred and Ron.

01:53:21.000 That's all the time we have for calls.

01:53:23.000 We'll get to those calls.

01:53:25.000 Keep Jimmy a little bit in the next hour.

01:53:27.000 John, you bring up Bin Laden and Bush continually in speeches.

01:53:32.000 Rumsfeld does it.

01:53:32.000 They're doing it on purpose.

01:53:33.000 It's not a screw-up.

01:53:35.000 continues to say, Saddam attacked us on 9-11.

01:53:38.000 He did that last night.

01:53:40.000 And then Kerry says, no, Bin Laden did.

01:53:44.000 And I don't know if Bush and his guys are going to be able to roll Bin Laden out now, because we've all gotten ahead of this. 0.99

01:53:50.000 Even Republicans have said this.

01:53:52.000 But Jimmy Walter, what do you think is going to happen?

01:53:54.000 Do you think they're going to spring Bin Laden on us? 0.98

01:53:57.000 Well, I think that even if he was alive later than you're talking about, you don't carry a kidney dialysis machine across the mountains of Afghanistan.

01:54:04.000 This guy is dead.

01:54:06.000 Now, if they've got him on ice in some morgue, they're going to trot him out.

01:54:10.000 That's one thing, but personally I think that's way too tame for these people.

01:54:14.000 After what they did to the World Trade Towers and all, I believe firmly that unless they can sell the lie that Bush is ahead in the polls and electronic voting machines confirm it, we're going to have another terrorist event on election day that will prevent people from going to the polls, nullify the election, and force Bush to delay it, i.e.

01:54:34.000 he stays in power.

01:54:35.000 And don't think that they won't do that, because again, I'm no fan of Al Gore, folks, but I looked at the facts.

01:54:42.000 The Supreme Court and Bush did steal the election in 2000.

01:54:46.000 It's just a fact.

01:54:48.000 Well, the Supreme Court in Minority Decision said A pale, a shadow has been cast across the land, and these five kangaroos said that that ruling was applied only to that case, no future cases, and if you look at the past cases, it is the opposite of the way they ruled on that principle of the law every other time.

01:55:05.000 And folks, you cannot ignore the fact that they're talking about suspending the election.

01:55:09.000 They're doing it!

01:55:10.000 And it's just, and then even when you get past that, Bush and Carrier cousins, and Skull and Bones, I mean it's just layered.

01:55:17.000 Wasn't it a cousin of Bush's who was head of security for World Trade Tower?

01:55:21.000 It was one of Bush's brothers.

01:55:24.000 And then one of his uncles was the head of security at one of the airports where two of the planes took off.

01:55:30.000 Yeah.

01:55:32.000 Folks, what's the matter?

01:55:33.000 We've got 500 coincidences here.

01:55:34.000 It's a low probability.

01:55:39.000 Yeah, they just so happen to be running a drill of hijacked jets flying to the World Trade Center in Pentagon on the morning of 9-11 at the exact same time.

01:55:45.000 It's all a coincidence.

01:55:47.000 Let's go, John, anything else?

01:55:48.000 Yeah, a question and a statement.

01:55:51.000 First question is, our local neocon talk station in Las Vegas is owned by CBS Viacom, and their smaller sister station, which is, they call it Alternative Talk, they show up as a GCN affiliate, but yet they don't carry any of the GCN shows, and they've got Phil Hendry's buffoonery on at the same time you're on.

01:56:12.000 Are you talking about KSFN?

01:56:14.000 Are you talking about Lou Epton's station?

01:56:17.000 I don't know if Lou Epton owns it.

01:56:19.000 It's actually owned by CBS Viacom.

01:56:21.000 KXNT is the large station.

01:56:23.000 No, we've got a lot of shows.

01:56:24.000 There's probably a show you don't recognize.

01:56:26.000 You need to go look at the list of them.

01:56:27.000 Thanks for the call.

01:56:28.000 Gotta let you go.

01:56:30.000 Let's go ahead and go to Francis in Indiana.

01:56:31.000 Francis, you're on the air.

01:56:32.000 Go ahead.

01:56:34.000 Good afternoon, gentlemen.

01:56:35.000 Welcome.

01:56:37.000 This first time caller, I just had a couple questions.

01:56:42.000 One was about the debate last night.

01:56:48.000 I haven't heard any of the callers or anybody mention it, but during the mudslinging, Bush had made a comment in regards to one of the pieces of mud coming to him.

01:57:01.000 He just threw it out there.

01:57:02.000 It was just kind of like Yeah, what did he say?

01:57:07.000 He said something about he would not sign the bill that would subject the American people to the world court.

01:57:18.000 Okay.

01:57:20.000 And my second question would be, have you ever heard the name Larry Pratt?

01:57:28.000 Of course!

01:57:30.000 I've seen a little four or five second clip that came on the news about a year ago that they had mistaken him to jail or he was going to court or something.

01:57:41.000 We'll be right back.

01:57:41.000 Third hour coming up.

01:57:42.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream Media.

01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:09.000 Alright, my friends, we're talking to Jimmy Walter.

01:58:12.000 He's bought over a million and a half dollars in big newspaper and magazine ads exposing the fraud of Iraq and now of 9-11. 0.96

01:58:22.000 And I know we've got loaded phone lines and I don't want to go into more of you, but this is our last segment with him.

01:58:26.000 We've got a lawyer for a man who was SWAT teamed at the wrong house and beat up coming on just to illustrate the police state in America.

01:58:36.000 Jimmy, you've been involved in just all different types of programs, helping people get off welfare, exposing the phony drug war, exposing the phony war in Iraq.

01:58:47.000 You also, I guess following in the line of your family as builders, are a big consultant and have come up with a lot of different strategies for for cities that are truly livable, not in the whole UN line of sustainability, but in city designs that are very interesting.

01:59:07.000 I'm interested in that.

01:59:08.000 Tell us a little bit about that.

01:59:09.000 Well, for instance, right now the power companies throw away half of the energy that they consume.

01:59:15.000 It's a limit of the laws of thermodynamics in getting electricity.

01:59:21.000 They lose half the power in the transmission of it down power lines.

01:59:24.000 Well no, it has to do with the entrance and exit temperature of a heat engine.

01:59:31.000 But that heat that they throw away is hot enough to heat your home and heat your hot water, which is 60% of your power bill.

01:59:40.000 So instead of throwing that energy away and in effect having to build cooling towers And pipe it and cool it down to the atmosphere and heating up the environment.

01:59:50.000 Needlessly, they could use that same heat to get rid of 60% of your power bill.

01:59:56.000 Now, if for any city you're going to have glass.

02:00:00.000 Well, glass is not a heat absorbing process.

02:00:04.000 It's merely a critical temperature.

02:00:05.000 You have to get it to a temperature where it melts.

02:00:09.000 And then you have to get rid of all the heat.

02:00:11.000 Well, instead of just throwing that heat away to the atmosphere and heating causing more global warming, you pipe that heat to the electric plant.

02:00:19.000 Now the electric plant gets its heat for free.

02:00:22.000 So now, the heat that you were throwing away before is powering your electric plant and heating your city in this hot water.

02:00:31.000 So you're looking at all the places where power is lost?

02:00:34.000 What we're saying is that you wouldn't buy a car that was engineered over time by people who happened to be wandering by and took an interest.

02:00:42.000 And it's the same thing with a city.

02:00:44.000 You want to design the city as a whole so its energy and transportation systems and communication systems all work very well together and very efficiently.

02:00:56.000 That's incredible, and you've got quite a team assembled.

02:01:00.000 I was reading over this.

02:01:02.000 Can folks learn more about that at walden3.org?

02:01:05.000 Please do.

02:01:06.000 We're currently consulting with an architect who is designing a city for 350,000 people in China.

02:01:15.000 And I'm working on a way to convert our prisons into utopias for prisoners. 0.53

02:01:21.000 Now, of course, that's a stretch, but make their lives a lot better and eliminate the problem we have with them.

02:01:28.000 Now, again, I've actually read a lot of books and studies on this.

02:01:31.000 When you're mean to prisoners, you actually make them worse, and it actually costs more money.

02:01:38.000 By making the prisons better, just give me a quick example.

02:01:41.000 Well, look at it this way.

02:01:42.000 You take one mountain tent, Lock him in a room with three other malcontents for eight years where they do nothing but sit around and talk and plan how to get even. 1.00

02:01:54.000 How is that going to rehabilitate anybody?

02:01:57.000 You have to have a real plan and what we did is we motivated them.

02:02:01.000 Yeah, but the globalists don't want that. 0.97

02:02:02.000 They want to keep crime expanding and going so they can own the private prisons.

02:02:05.000 a worthwhile realistic goal.

02:02:07.000 Break it down into doable steps.

02:02:09.000 That first job flipping burgers at Burger King is not the end of your life.

02:02:13.000 That's where you get the money to go to night school and you get the job records so that when you go for the job you want, the guy wants to hire you. - Yeah, but the globalists don't want that.

02:02:22.000 They want to keep crime expanding and going so they can own the private prisons. - Prison, industrial, judicial, police, and treatment complex that is all feeding on these people right today.

02:02:34.000 Jimmy, do you want me to call you on your cell phone right now?

02:02:39.000 Okay, thanks a lot, Jimmy.

02:02:40.000 Take care, thanks for being with us.

02:06:21.000 To all of you out there listening, God bless you.

02:06:24.000 Very interesting character, Jimmy Walter, is on with us in the last hour.

02:06:28.000 Now we're going to be talking to Attorney Thomas Meeks of Knoxville, Tennessee.

02:06:34.000 We've got an affiliate outside Knoxville, WBCR, Harry Grothjohn, doing a great job, about the raid on his client's home.

02:06:42.000 We have a related article on InfoWars.com about this.

02:06:45.000 Mass SWAT Team Storms Wrong Home Beats Up 50-Year-Old Liver Transplant Patient.

02:06:52.000 Every week I see an article where they raid the wrong house, beat up an old lady, shoot an old woman, shoot a young man, and then nothing happens to them.

02:07:02.000 And SWAT teams are very dangerous, folks.

02:07:04.000 I'm not saying we shouldn't have some SWAT teams in big cities or special teams for certain situations.

02:07:11.000 But to have small towns with them, you know, where you've got five deputies and they're all on a SWAT team and they all dress up like commandos and go out and raid houses on the weekend looking for drugs and then come in with loaded guns and shoot their own officers, shoot innocent people, It's an us-against-them mentality.

02:07:27.000 They're militarized.

02:07:29.000 And I've been around a lot of these people. 0.99

02:07:30.000 A lot of them are just gung-ho psychopaths that like to kill. 0.99

02:07:34.000 I'm not saying all of them aren't. 0.96

02:07:36.000 And this story is just incredible.

02:07:39.000 So, going to Attorney Thomas Meeks.

02:07:42.000 Sir, it's good to have you on with us.

02:07:43.000 Thanks for joining us.

02:07:44.000 Well, thank you, but I need to make a correction.

02:07:46.000 This occurred in Clarksville, Tennessee, which is just 10 miles outside of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

02:07:51.000 Okay, well good.

02:07:52.000 I can blame my producer, because I have the news article here, and it says Knoxville, Tennessee, and I apologize.

02:07:56.000 That's alright.

02:07:57.000 That's alright.

02:07:58.000 Let me just dig the article out here.

02:08:00.000 I read this article on air a couple weeks ago when it first came out.

02:08:03.000 What was it?

02:08:04.000 Two weeks ago?

02:08:05.000 It occurred on September the 10th.

02:08:07.000 Okay, but I saw the news a couple weeks ago.

02:08:09.000 Well, let's just go over what happened.

02:08:11.000 Well, basically, James Edward Elliott, who is a Vietnam veteran, and his girlfriend, Teresa Gleiler, were in their apartment watching the first Friday Night Football game.

02:08:23.000 Closed caption because the man could not hear.

02:08:26.000 The police department was outside. 0.83

02:08:29.000 These black-masked, jack-boot-wearing, goose-stepping, Gestapo-style Nazis All wearing black masks, black shirts, black pants, no insignia. 0.68

02:08:42.000 After beating on the door, the man couldn't hear because he didn't have his hearing aids in. 0.91

02:08:46.000 He's totally deaf without hearing aids.

02:08:48.000 Got up because of the sound vibration.

02:08:50.000 Went to the rear area of the house, got his girlfriend.

02:08:53.000 She had just come to the doctor having her arm fractured, being repaired.

02:08:59.000 She went to the door.

02:09:00.000 When she got to the door, it burst open.

02:09:02.000 They knocked her down through a laser Uh, sighted gun in her face, told her not to move, that'd kill her, bum rushed him, knocking him down, stomping him, two months earlier he'd had a liver transplant, and then placed handcuffs on him and picked him up like he was a suitcase.

02:09:23.000 All under the guise of searching a house.

02:09:26.000 Had they just opened their eyes and looked to the left, 35 feet to the left was the house they should have searched.

02:09:34.000 But in their lust to rush someone and batter down a house, they just went to the first house that said B and stormed in and assaulted my clients.

02:09:46.000 You know, I wonder how they would like masked men coming in and stomping on them and jumping on their backs.

02:09:52.000 And actually, I do have the news article here in front of me.

02:09:55.000 This is the Clarksville Leaf Chronicle.

02:09:58.000 Mass SWAT team storms wrong home, beats up 50-year-old liver transplant patient.

02:10:03.000 It says Clarksville Police Chief Mark Smith said he will offer two residents a written apology for officers mistakenly raiding the home Friday night.

02:10:12.000 Surprisingly, since he's talked to his attorneys, he's now declined to issue the written apology.

02:10:18.000 It didn't surprise me, but uh... That's right.

02:10:20.000 Well, the SWAT team's in here saying they're not sorry and they did what they were supposed to to protect themselves from this evil Vietnam veteran who had to be stomped on. 0.94

02:10:31.000 He had a great size bruise on the back side right above where his kidney is at.

02:10:36.000 Exactly where the liver was at.

02:10:38.000 And fortunately, we've got him to the doctor.

02:10:40.000 And fortunately, we don't believe that's going to long-term affect his liver.

02:10:46.000 So now they won't even apologize?

02:10:48.000 No, they will not apologize.

02:10:50.000 In fact, they've come out and said, the chief said he's pleased that they have done nothing wrong.

02:10:56.000 That's the problem here, and I think you commented earlier.

02:11:00.000 A lot of towns in America, not just the largest towns, have adopted a policy to equip a portion of their police department and call them a SWAT team, but they don't invest the time or energy to properly train them.

02:11:11.000 All they do is just point, and they run into a house and assault and seize the citizens of America.

02:11:18.000 And of course, they don't even understand, much less realize we've got a Constitution The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution prohibits it, and certainly in Tennessee we've got a more stringent Constitution that prohibits it, but they just seemingly don't care.

02:11:36.000 Well, every week I see an article where a SWAT team goes to the wrong house and shoots somebody or somebody has a heart attack.

02:11:41.000 Every few months I read articles where they shoot their own officers, you know, in the back with a shotgun or an MP5, and more often than not I've seen a bunch of articles where they later get caught trying to frame the person they raided with shooting them, and then later it comes out that they did it.

02:11:56.000 So not only do you get beat up at the wrong house, when they shoot their own officers you get framed for shooting the cop.

02:12:04.000 Here's what really, really, really aggravates the people here in Clarksville is that in Tennessee, like most sister states, the affiant who goes and gets the search warrant is supposed to have personal knowledge of what he states to that magistrate judge in order to get the search warrant, i.e.

02:12:19.000 that he's been to the home.

02:12:21.000 And had they properly, had the affiant been there and taken the goon squad, they went to the right home. 0.59

02:12:29.000 But whatever he told that magistrate could not be true because He did not go to the right home.

02:12:35.000 Either he was lying to the matchstick.

02:12:37.000 Well, they admit here in the Clarksville Leaf Chronicle that it was an informant.

02:12:42.000 Well, most of the time these informants are drug addict thieves themselves, and they just routinely point out the wrong house.

02:12:48.000 Well, see, they take that information.

02:12:50.000 The athlete does, who's normally a police officer.

02:12:52.000 He goes to the matchstick and tells the matchstick he's been to the home.

02:12:55.000 He knows it's the right home.

02:12:57.000 But in this instance, he couldn't have, because had he been with the gun squad, he'd have taken to the right home.

02:13:03.000 These guys just rushed in with a piece of paper and how do you justify knocking a lady down with a fractured arm? 0.96

02:13:09.000 How do you justify throwing a rifle in her face with a laser sight between her eyes saying, don't move or I'll kill you?

02:13:16.000 How can you justify knocking a deaf man down, screaming at him and then stomping him and then putting handcuffs on him and picking him up and then say you're not sorry? 0.99

02:13:27.000 That you're not, uh, that you did the proper procedure?

02:13:31.000 It's just a tragedy.

02:13:34.000 It is a trend that's going around America.

02:13:37.000 These police departments just give guns and power to people and they don't train them.

02:13:42.000 We need to put some checks and balances in this.

02:13:45.000 Well, we do.

02:13:47.000 Were you guys going to sue if they apologized?

02:13:51.000 Realistically, we have to explore all avenues of What they were going to do?

02:13:57.000 They've not even paid for the doctor bills.

02:13:59.000 But I would imagine that this will make it a lot more probable that you're going to sue them now.

02:14:03.000 I mean, you've got to sue these people.

02:14:05.000 Well, obviously it's up to my clients, but certainly that is being contemplated.

02:14:11.000 And fortunately, since they use the color of law, they violate our Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which any lawyer will tell you Title 42 The 1983 Act certainly gives us the right to take the state of, I mean the city of Clarksville, the state of Tennessee, into federal court.

02:14:29.000 Now explain how they did this color of law.

02:14:32.000 Well, any time that a police department comes into a home saying they represent the city police or the state of police, that's color of law.

02:14:40.000 And when they search an area under the color of law, and if they have no legal right to do it, as in this instance, they violate the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

02:14:49.000 And when they put their hands on you, they're seizing you.

02:14:52.000 And that again justifies or empowers that person to seek redress from the federal courts.

02:14:58.000 And that's what you're going to have to do.

02:15:00.000 You're going to have to take it to the federal court because state courts are more reluctant to award anyone a fair size settlement or compensation for the horrendous and egregious acts of having rifles stuck in your face. 0.98

02:15:15.000 You'd make a move, we're going to kill you and then pound it on you when you just had a liver transplant. 0.98

02:15:21.000 And again, we're human beings. 1.00

02:15:23.000 We have rights.

02:15:24.000 Police, you wouldn't like your family to be treated like this.

02:15:28.000 Exactly, but that just goes on deaf ears, because unfortunately it appears here in Clarksville they're just looking for excuses instead of reasons.

02:15:35.000 Had they got the Chief of Police, had he done what he said, met with us, told us how this mistake was made, that they're sorry and they're going to redress it or address it, Certainly, my clients would have been more favorable.

02:15:48.000 Well, there's other ways to deal with this.

02:15:51.000 I'd go to the council and call for this police chief to be fired, and I'd put political pressure on them in the community.

02:15:57.000 Well, that's one avenue, but we're still waiting.

02:16:00.000 It's been about three weeks.

02:16:02.000 We're still waiting for that written apology, and we're still waiting for the report.

02:16:06.000 In that article, the police chief stated he had read a preliminary report from the agents that raided us.

02:16:13.000 We just asked for a complimentary copy.

02:16:16.000 Find out if they were trying to make up excuses, make up manufacturing reasons why they acted like the Gestapo.

02:16:23.000 And I'm being very sincere about this.

02:16:27.000 The wearing apparel they had on is just exactly like, if you turn on Fox News today, you'll see these hideous gunmen standing in front of their captors, their kidnapped captors.

02:16:39.000 Black mask, black pants, black shirt.

02:16:41.000 That's exactly What this police department has with no insignia.

02:16:47.000 Oh, we got one that can see to use a line from the movie They Live.

02:16:52.000 Exactly.

02:16:52.000 We were all brought up that terrorists wear black masks and don't wear insignia.

02:16:56.000 But now we're told bad guys wear it, but also good guys wear it.

02:16:59.000 Well, you know, Russia 50 years ago had their secret police wearing black masks.

02:17:04.000 Absolutely.

02:17:06.000 The black shirt.

02:17:07.000 I'm sure some of your listeners Had to go through the horror of World War II and recall those black-shirted Nazis. 0.51

02:17:14.000 Well, at least they had the swastika. 0.93

02:17:16.000 These people didn't have anything except, and I'll give them credit for this, they had laser-sighted rifles that they brandished and were so willing to use, and budding you with them, and then stomping you with their jackboots.

02:17:29.000 Well, it's enjoyable to stomp on a man who's deaf, a Vietnam veteran with a liver transplant. 0.99

02:17:34.000 He has to be shown who the boss is.

02:17:36.000 We'll be right back, sir.

02:21:52.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:21:55.000 Hello, my friends.

02:22:12.000 We're back live.

02:22:13.000 Thank you so much for joining us today.

02:22:15.000 Fred and Ron and many others that have been holding for eons will get to you in the next segment with a bunch of other news.

02:22:22.000 But right now, we're just giving you a case point example in a rural area of Clarksville, Tennessee.

02:22:29.000 Clarksville police apologized for raiding wrong home.

02:22:34.000 And it was the home next door they were supposed to raid looking for the drugs.

02:22:40.000 Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical companies push drugs even more deadly on your children.

02:22:44.000 But we've got to raid your house because you might have some illegal drugs.

02:22:47.000 We can put you in one of our private prisons that the drug dealers happen to own, by the way.

02:22:51.000 But let's just ignore all that.

02:22:53.000 That's just the facts.

02:22:54.000 We've got Attorney Thomas Meeks, who I'm very impressed with, he's right, this is Gestapo, secret police, running around stomping veterans who are deaf and have liver transplants while throwing their woman around. 0.68

02:23:12.000 Just amazing, and then won't even apologize.

02:23:16.000 Have you had a chance to go in and talk to any of these police face-to-face?

02:23:19.000 Oh no, Alex, let's be frank about this.

02:23:21.000 They're not going to talk to me.

02:23:23.000 They want to bring their internal affairs and go talk to my clients.

02:23:27.000 And I'm not about to fall for that trickery.

02:23:29.000 Yeah, that's to get some dirt on your clients and try to intimidate them.

02:23:32.000 Exactly.

02:23:33.000 But what I'd like to bring to attention is the fact that, you know, when you use deadly weapons and you're going to go into a person's home, you would think that a person who's in charge would exercise or employ every tactic imaginable to make sure that's the right house.

02:23:49.000 The suspect they were looking for was 20 years old, tall, thin, and a little less than six foot.

02:23:57.000 Certainly, Ms.

02:23:57.000 Giler didn't fit that description, she being 55 years old with a broken arm.

02:24:02.000 And James Ellis, who's 5'10", weighs about 230, and didn't fit that description, being of that age.

02:24:10.000 Why they had to employ such tactics, it should be frightening to every citizen of America, because the words were employed over 200 years ago that we would be secure in our homes.

02:24:23.000 That wasn't my word, that was the forefather's.

02:24:26.000 And these jack-boot-wearing goose-stepping notches don't give a damn. 0.92

02:24:31.000 And it's going to happen to you or someone else until we put an end to it.

02:24:35.000 Hey, I've been to the houses in Austin where it's the wrong house, and they're looking for marijuana, and there's a Labrador retriever who never even got up from his dog bed.

02:24:47.000 They come in the back door into the kitchen.

02:24:49.000 The lab looks up and they, you know, shoot it five times and its brains and guts are all over the walls and then a bullet's lodged over the baby crib in the next room.

02:24:59.000 And then the SWAT team brags, Gab, our team leaders on dog killing detail.

02:25:04.000 I've seen articles where small terriers are machine gunned while that dog wasn't secured.

02:25:10.000 I mean, I don't want him coming to my house killing my chihuahuas.

02:25:14.000 If he was a resident of Clarksville, you would see that because the police department just killed, well, just killed less than a year ago a dog that would make Toto look like a dinosaur and killed it just because it looked at him.

02:25:27.000 The Chief gets on the press conference TV and states that these police in 28 years have never made a mistake like this.

02:25:35.000 The head of the Veterans Administration for the Clarksville branch was a victim of a Gestapo raid where they tore his door off and left a note, sorry we hit the wrong house.

02:25:47.000 So yes, there's going to be another day and yes, someone's going to have to make some Well, what's going to happen when one of these freaks, Trips, shoots the cop in the back, this happens all the time, and then that guy pulls the trigger on the shotgun and blows the five-year-old's head off that was in front of him? 0.91

02:26:04.000 Well... Because that's what they do, one of them, Trips, hits the other one, he freaks out, pulls the trigger, and then they're so dumb it gets caught on the radios, here, let's frame the guy, let's frame him! 0.91

02:26:14.000 In our sister county, tragically, 18 months ago, they did the same thing they did to Mr. Elliott and Ms. 0.99

02:26:19.000 Giler, broke into the home, but There's a black elder man, he got up to protest and he blowed his head off. 0.92

02:26:25.000 So, and it's just not Tennessee, it's just when you put guns and you won't want these police officers to act like a SWAT team, you should at least be willing to invest the time to train them and make sure they have proper leadership.

02:26:39.000 Just don't put a gun in a person's hand and say you're a specialist because someone's going to get hurt.

02:26:46.000 And we need, America needs to wake up and understand it ain't It ain't someone in another land, it's someone here.

02:26:53.000 Well this is the type of stuff Saddam did. 0.95

02:26:56.000 He had big squads of goons going around doing this.

02:26:59.000 Well, you got the paper in your hand, you see, well the police chief says that the police didn't do no wrong.

02:27:05.000 That's the mentality of these organizations.

02:27:09.000 They do no wrong. 1.00

02:27:10.000 See right there where you're at, they're blowing old black man's heads off. 1.00

02:27:14.000 Wrong house. 0.99

02:27:15.000 I mean it's just, it's crazy.

02:27:18.000 I don't know why it is, but usually, the people they kill, it's usually a child or an elderly person.

02:27:23.000 I see these articles all the time.

02:27:26.000 Anything else you want to add, sir?

02:27:27.000 No, sir, except that, uh... Tell you what, stay there.

02:27:30.000 We'll do a few more minutes on the other side.

02:27:31.000 I want to... I got a few more questions.

02:27:36.000 We're on the march.

02:30:30.000 Order yours today from Cliff Scott Enterprises.

02:30:32.000 Call toll-free 800-569-4340.

02:30:33.000 800-569-4340.

02:30:33.000 That's 800-569-4340.

02:30:35.000 That's 800-569-4340.

02:30:38.000 Or visit their website at www.cliffscott.com.

02:30:58.000 The media, the movies, the TV shows, they act like these SWAT team people are like Superman or something.

02:31:09.000 They glorify it.

02:31:11.000 And every town out there now that I know of has formed one of these and they just go around raiding people.

02:31:19.000 On fishing expeditions, you name it, they get to seize your farm, your ranch, your cars, whatever.

02:31:23.000 They all get rich off of it, basically.

02:31:26.000 And then they go around blowin' their own cops' heads off, blowin' old ladies' heads off, blowin' little kids' heads off, shootin' your dog.

02:31:32.000 Doesn't even get out of his dog bed, the evil, you know, terrier or Labrador retriever. 0.68

02:31:39.000 Runnin' up to him, waggin' their tail.

02:31:42.000 And this isn't what America's supposed to be about, is it, Mr. Meeks, attorney for the man in Tennessee, 50-year-old Vietnam veteran with a liver transplant, who got raided by these people at the wrong house, didn't even match the description.

02:31:56.000 Our forefathers drafted a constitution that was specifically designed to prevent and preclude and protect citizens of the conduct that's going on right now and being perpetrated by these group of Nazis that call themselves the SWAT team. 0.66

02:32:13.000 And America has to wake up or there'll be a year bedroom door someday. 1.00

02:32:20.000 And I don't want to sound like a right-wing extremist, but it's true.

02:32:23.000 No, no, sir.

02:32:24.000 It's occurring too often.

02:32:26.000 Well, look, the left-wing will call you right-wing and the right-wing will call you left-wing, but there was an article a few years ago in Texas where the police threw a flashbang, we don't know if it was on accident, it probably was, in a baby's crib, a newborn baby.

02:32:41.000 It got third-degree burns over half its body and barely survived, and they didn't even apologize for that.

02:32:49.000 I mean, they literally threw it onto the baby, folks, and it blew up on the baby, and I see these stories, and they don't even apologize when they do it.

02:32:58.000 In this instance, they said they would, but they've retracted for fear that that would be a mission of their guilt, but my God!

02:33:06.000 Their own actions certainly clearly evidence that they were wrong in what they did, and by showing no repentance, Certainly strengthens my client's resolve to seek some compensation.

02:33:22.000 Or the state can just declare that they're God now and that we don't have any rights.

02:33:27.000 Well, that's why we have federal court. 0.94

02:33:29.000 We can go past the state and go to the federal judiciary and seek an enforcement of our Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches, and in this case seizures, when they pound you to the ground and stomp you.

02:33:41.000 Well, we had illegal drugs.

02:33:44.000 In the 1950s and 60s and 70s, we didn't have SWAT teams like this.

02:33:48.000 Why do we have them now?

02:33:51.000 All I can tell you is that it's just a trend.

02:33:54.000 It looks like it's not going to stop and that all little cities want to act like big cities.

02:34:01.000 And until the administrations or administrators of those cities or governments recognize that putting a gun in a person's hand is not the right thing, you've got to have training.

02:34:10.000 It takes training.

02:34:12.000 And without training, You're just letting loose a essentially a vigilante group, a mob, under the guise of state authority.

02:34:22.000 And someone's going to get hurt.

02:34:24.000 How did this affect your client?

02:34:25.000 I mean, when you talk to him, how is he handling this?

02:34:28.000 Well, both Ms. 0.99

02:34:30.000 Geiger, as well as Mr. Elliott, when they hear a car backfire, it scares them to death.

02:34:36.000 They went and put latches on their doors.

02:34:40.000 They're experiencing restless nights for fear someone else is going to be coming in.

02:34:45.000 And it's not been a very comfortable month for these people.

02:34:53.000 I think they should go before the city council and tell their story and demand the council do something.

02:34:59.000 Tragically, it appears that the manufacturing of excuses is being generated from the city government.

02:35:10.000 And I'm afraid we'll just be stonewalled. 1.00

02:35:12.000 But, again, I'm waiting for that written apology.

02:35:14.000 If I don't get the written apology, that evidences me to bypass any type of resolution locally, and we'll have to go forward in the federal judiciary.

02:35:26.000 What's the coverage been like in the local media?

02:35:29.000 Very extensive, to be frank with you.

02:35:31.000 Of course, we're 45 miles north of Nashville.

02:35:35.000 And all the local radio as well as the TV stations have covered this and they're waiting for any developments.

02:35:44.000 Hopefully they'll all be positive about Mr. Elliott's liver.

02:35:47.000 It doesn't be rejected too early.

02:35:49.000 He takes those medicines that keep his body from rejecting the liver.

02:35:55.000 Are the talk show hosts on your side or are they making excuses too?

02:35:58.000 I haven't heard one person say anything advantageous or For the city government except the chief of police.

02:36:06.000 Well let me give people an example of this.

02:36:08.000 I was talking to a friend the other day who was at a high school working there.

02:36:14.000 A big high school here in town.

02:36:17.000 And on September 11th they had a tribute at the sports stadium for the high school with all the parents of people there.

02:36:24.000 And when the firefighters came out and did a tribute everybody was crying.

02:36:28.000 Oh you're so great.

02:36:29.000 Then the police came out and did a tribute.

02:36:32.000 And people started booing them.

02:36:34.000 Now, I don't hate police, but I think, you know, you guys just keep doing what you're doing.

02:36:39.000 You're not selling anybody on what you're up to.

02:36:44.000 Well, it's just the lack of training is what I think it's boiled down to.

02:36:48.000 They're willing to put out the dollar for the squad cars.

02:36:51.000 They're willing to put out the dollar for the guns, etc.

02:36:54.000 But they do not take the time to properly train.

02:36:57.000 And without proper training, you're just inviting chaos.

02:37:00.000 Well, yeah, they'll take even small towns and the Army will give them armored vehicles and machine guns.

02:37:06.000 But it's not just proper training.

02:37:07.000 The LA SWAT team, what, two years ago, a cop had been kicked off the force and was involved in some type of corruption.

02:37:14.000 It was a big house in a nice neighborhood.

02:37:16.000 It was the LA County SWAT team.

02:37:18.000 They came in with two APCs.

02:37:20.000 This was in the LA Times.

02:37:21.000 Photos of it, too.

02:37:22.000 And shot one of their own cops.

02:37:25.000 Shot two innocent citizens in their homes, went nuts, and there's photos of them sweeping M-16s into about ten houses. 0.52

02:37:32.000 They just started, went into a mad psychopathic break and began machine gunning the houses.

02:37:37.000 The house blew up and caught on fire and burned the former cop up inside.

02:37:42.000 But the point is, is that's just psychopathic rampaging!

02:37:46.000 Clearly evidence of what I'm saying.

02:37:48.000 It starts with the leadership.

02:37:50.000 But I've got to ask people, how do you pull up, these were heavy APCs by the way, big APCs with M60s mounted on them, and start strafing a hole, when they knew the house the guy was held up in, they went nuts and just started shooting everybody, including a cop that was there!

02:38:05.000 A cop that responded!

02:38:10.000 Being beside the home of the 101st, all I can tell you is being a military background is that it starts with your leadership.

02:38:18.000 If you don't have the proper leadership, your enlisted people, your men below you are going to be out of control.

02:38:25.000 Your leadership has to take control.

02:38:25.000 It does happen.

02:38:27.000 I was going to say that.

02:38:29.000 It sounds like you've got a military background, just the nomenclature you're using.

02:38:32.000 So you've heard and seen this happen before in the military.

02:38:36.000 If you don't have proper leadership, people go nuts and just start waving machine guns.

02:38:40.000 I'm sure your veterans will tell you it does happen, and your leadership has to take control.

02:38:46.000 I'm from the Vietnam veteran area, and, of course, Lieutenant Kelly, he was the guinea pig, but Medina and all the others above him, they got off, but it's leadership.

02:38:57.000 fifth.

02:38:58.000 If you don't provide the proper leadership, the ground troops are going to act uncontrollable, and they're going to do things that they normally wouldn't do.

02:39:08.000 So it starts from the top.

02:39:09.000 But in the military, when the troops act uncontrollable, it seems like there's actually more control and discipline than in our own police force.

02:39:17.000 Well, that's true because our military does attempt to train our troops and does have proper procedures for training officers.

02:39:26.000 Unfortunately, in small towns, it's the good old boys that get promoted from fetching doughnuts to eating doughnuts and drinking coffee, and then they are in control with no experience, with no training.

02:39:41.000 Their IQs are questionable, and yet they're controlling younger men with With the jackboots and with the rifles, you have chaos.

02:39:51.000 And this is applicable not only in Tennessee, but in all other states.

02:39:58.000 All south of the Mason-Dixon line.

02:40:00.000 Oh, it's everywhere.

02:40:01.000 I mean, I don't look for these articles and about every two weeks I see an article where they shot some old lady at the wrong house.

02:40:08.000 Go in the right house and nobody's home but uh... but but uh... mama and the five-year-old they kill the five-year-old and then they don't even cry or apologize.

02:40:18.000 I mean I don't know how you blow kids away and then don't get in trouble.

02:40:23.000 I mean these are children! 0.95

02:40:25.000 What happened when they blew the old black man's head off at the wrong house? 0.65

02:40:29.000 Well of course they made the excuse that they had a search warrant but they went to the wrong uh... wrong house and of course they settled that and had it sealed.

02:40:38.000 They did settle that case, and of course the settlement was sealed, which means no one can publicize what they had to pay.

02:40:45.000 But, you know, they pay the debt.

02:40:47.000 They're off and doing their thing.

02:40:48.000 And they just raise our taxes to pay it?

02:40:50.000 Absolutely!

02:40:53.000 Well, why can't we hold them personally accountable?

02:40:55.000 I see cops get held accountable all the time personally, but then they'll tell you, oh, you can't hold us personally accountable.

02:41:01.000 Well, there's a thing called the Governmental Tort Liability Act.

02:41:04.000 I'm sure each state has one.

02:41:06.000 And of course, they're trying to The inferences are going to try and hide behind that, but they don't recognize that we can read too, and whenever you act under the color of state, we can always go to our Fourth Amendment and take them up to the federal court, and that's where the redress is going to be solved.

02:41:23.000 And the point here is, if a cop goes out and rapes a woman, and cops are just people too, it's a cross-section of society, and then you give a cross-section unlimited power, you're going to have abuses, bad abuses, If a cop goes out and rapes a woman, he can't claim immunity, folks.

02:41:39.000 You do not have immunity.

02:41:40.000 I don't care how much your bosses tell you, if you commit a crime, you do not have an immunity.

02:41:45.000 That's true.

02:41:47.000 Alright, well, amazing interview, Thomas Meeks.

02:41:50.000 And you're there in Clarksville, Tennessee.

02:41:53.000 And we've got several of these mainstream news articles posted on Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com concerning this.

02:41:59.000 Thank you so much for coming on, Mr. Meeks.

02:42:01.000 Well, Alex, it was very nice talking to you, and I wish your People out here that listen to you will recognize this could happen in your town too.

02:42:11.000 It's frightening until city administrators take the time to invest the resources in making sure the leadership and the people in charge know what they're doing.

02:42:22.000 Listen, I have a great aunt, my grandfather's sister, she's still alive.

02:42:26.000 They live in a very upscale area of Houston and their older grown-up daughter was at home And the SWAT team got called for a neighbor and they went to the wrong house and she saw men running in black masks and screamed and they blew her guts out, they killed her.

02:42:45.000 I have friends, I mean middle class folks, where they raid their house and go, we know you've got the cocaine and they start tearing walls out, screaming at them and when nothing's found they cuss at them and leave.

02:42:56.000 That's one other point I wanted to bring up.

02:42:59.000 When they kept screaming at Mr. Elliott who was deaf, and took Ms. Geyer, who had the arm in the sling, saying he can't hear, he's deaf.

02:43:06.000 And then the leader of the group looked over and says, Well, who is he?

02:43:10.000 And when she said it's James Elliott, it then dawned on a light went off in his head.

02:43:15.000 He just dropped his head and walked out the door without calling his goon squad off.

02:43:20.000 And Mr. Elliott had to lay on that floor for 30 more minutes with those gut-wrench tightening handcuffs around his wrist without anybody apologizing, without anybody saying anything.

02:43:32.000 Well, that's what they do is, usually when they do this, they then dig around for something illegal, and folks, we've seen this in the newspaper, they'll go find, let's say some Vicodin from when you had a toothache that opened up in the drawer, rolling around, if those Vicodin aren't in the pill bottle, they come back in and charge you with having a prescription drug illegally.

02:43:55.000 Or, if a cop, God forbid, gets shot, you're getting framed, folks.

02:44:01.000 And I mean, I've seen too many cases of this, sir.

02:44:03.000 Well, you're going to get an excuse or a reply from them that it's not their fault that they were doing what they were trained to do.

02:44:11.000 And sadly, it's happened here in Clarksville.

02:44:13.000 It's going to happen elsewhere until America wakes up and makes their city leaders more responsible.

02:44:18.000 And as you just said, in your town, you've had prominent people getting raided.

02:44:23.000 Absolutely.

02:44:26.000 Absolutely.

02:44:27.000 Well, see, that's what's going to backfire on this whole globalist system, is that it is abusing so many people.

02:44:34.000 I know a lot of cops, again, whose daughter, this is a case example I use, I know an older cop whose daughter was in Florida and got pulled over drinking and the cops just said, come over here and get in the squad car and service me orally and you're going to be just fine.

02:44:51.000 And she did it.

02:44:52.000 And then this guy I've talked to is just violently mad.

02:44:55.000 Well, what do you think?

02:44:56.000 When you don't go after bad cops on your force, it's going to come back on you and your family, and that's the thing.

02:45:02.000 The bad ones aren't being prosecuted, and so bad people are now gravitating towards law enforcement.

02:45:09.000 Well, of course I'm not old enough, but before World War II, the German people were apathetic and let the Nazi storm in.

02:45:16.000 And I hope that's not a trend that's going to follow here in America where people are apathetic and let our rights just keep being taken away.

02:45:23.000 You're an interesting person.

02:45:24.000 I mean, how long have you woken up and had these views?

02:45:28.000 Well, I'm from the South and most Southerners have those views.

02:45:32.000 You just don't voice them until somebody treads on you.

02:45:35.000 I hear you.

02:45:36.000 Take care.

02:45:36.000 I appreciate the call.

02:45:37.000 Thank you.

02:45:38.000 I want to thank everybody for holding.

02:45:39.000 That was an amazing interview and it was important to hear.

02:45:42.000 Fred in Pennsylvania, go ahead.

02:45:43.000 You're on the air, Fred.

02:45:44.000 Yeah, I would like to have Mr. Meeks call me because I came across something that just exactly hits what you're talking about, Alex, and that is that there is an acronym, SWAT, but originally It was Special Weapons Attack Teams.

02:46:04.000 Attack Teams?

02:46:05.000 Not Special Weapons and Tactics.

02:46:07.000 Yeah, I got the founder of the first SWAT Team, Daryl Gates, on video saying it.

02:46:12.000 Right, there's a book, I have a book somewhere here by Gates, and it's an omission, and there's other books that mention that.

02:46:21.000 By the way, I want to tell listeners something.

02:46:23.000 I don't throw stuff in before you say it to act like I'm smart.

02:46:27.000 I throw it in because I want to confirm it before you say it so the listeners out there know it's true.

02:46:33.000 It's kind of a neurotic thing I do.

02:46:35.000 It's pretty annoying, but go ahead.

02:46:36.000 Well, I think that if you look at what's called SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, you have a philosophy of Let me say what Gates says on the TV show I taped 8 years ago.

02:46:54.000 We swarm them, we attack them, we dominate them to take control of the situation.

02:46:59.000 It's not a law enforcement kind of philosophy, it's an attack philosophy.

02:47:03.000 Can I take it back to the last guest because I've been waiting for that period.

02:47:12.000 I think that I think that he has to put more than a million dollars into these media buys and I'm willing to contribute to these media buys.

02:47:23.000 I think that he should combine it with the most effective media that he can use.

02:47:29.000 And also another thing, I think that your show and all the similar shows like yours We have to keep track of something that's really going to impact... Yeah, clearly a million-dollar radio buy could put together an hour-long radio infomercial and air it on hundreds and hundreds of stations over and over again for that.

02:47:51.000 Also, clearly you could produce a top-rate infomercial about the New World Order and air it all over the country and then make money off of it to put it back in to expand the ads.

02:48:01.000 Right.

02:48:02.000 But I think that we have to keep track of something that's strategic Well, I'm not going to knock Mr. Walter for paying a million bucks to run ads exposing 9-11.

02:48:11.000 Well, we have to keep track of something, Alex.

02:48:14.000 Over in the United Kingdom, they're wiping out analog radio and they're going to force digital radio on all subscribers.

02:48:22.000 Yes.

02:48:22.000 And I think that that could have a lot of Uh, because of the characteristics of that.

02:48:27.000 Sir, they're scheduled to go to digital radio in the next three years.

02:48:30.000 In the U.S.

02:48:30.000 there's already over a hundred stations broadcasting simultaneously in digital right now.

02:48:35.000 And it does affect the subscriber or the listener because... It does.

02:48:38.000 It does.

02:48:39.000 You're gonna have to really put up big money to, uh...

02:48:42.000 That's good.

02:48:43.000 Thanks for the call.

02:48:43.000 Gotta go.

02:48:44.000 We'll be right back with some more calls.

02:48:45.000 We're on state.

02:48:45.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

02:48:47.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:48:50.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:48:54.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:48:59.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:49:03.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

02:49:05.000 Riot police attacked people on the street indiscriminately.

02:49:08.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

02:49:13.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:49:16.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:49:20.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:49:26.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:51:52.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:52:11.000 Welcome back.

02:52:11.000 Let's talk to Ron in California.

02:52:13.000 Ron, go ahead.

02:52:14.000 Yes, good afternoon, sir.

02:52:16.000 Um, on September 13, 2001, in the morning, I was taping, and, uh, there was a man that came out of one of the towers, just made it out.

02:52:24.000 He was on a journey, getting onto the ambulance to go to the hospital.

02:52:27.000 And he said huge bombs were going off.

02:52:29.000 He said there was some loud bangs, and then he heard some popping, and the building came down.

02:52:35.000 Now that building came down straight down demolition-wise, just like those buildings in Las Vegas came down.

02:52:40.000 They say they blew up Building 7.

02:52:43.000 Yeah, that was very interesting that that one just came down, because that one didn't appear to have anything to do with any of it.

02:52:50.000 But the plane that went into the retrofitted area of the Pentagon was very interesting, because a man sent me a tape on that, And the people that were out there in the parking lot sitting in their cars before they went to work that morning said that they saw a big plane come over their heads that went into that retrofitted area, but it made no noise.

02:53:09.000 It was a drone plane, basically, is what we're all thinking, and that it was remote-controlled, just like you said earlier that those planes that went into those towers, they were remote-controlled to where the pilots didn't have any control of them.

02:53:22.000 And that was all fabricated stuff to bring in the age of terrorism.

02:53:28.000 Well, there's facts backing up everything you've said.

02:53:31.000 There's multiple films, books that I've put out on the subject, and many other great ones out there as well.

02:53:37.000 Well, you know, sir, what's interesting about that Man on the Gurney is they only played that once on the news channels.

02:53:42.000 One time only.

02:53:43.000 It never came back on again.

02:53:45.000 I happened to get it on tape.

02:53:46.000 I sent it off to a couple guys in this country that does the same kind of work that you do, and it made their tape.

02:53:53.000 And what I want to tell your listening audience out here is that Folks, you need to listen to this man, because he knows exactly, exactly what he's talking about.

02:54:02.000 And he's putting his life on the line every day, telling you what's happening.

02:54:06.000 Well, I appreciate the call.

02:54:07.000 Take care, Ron.

02:54:08.000 You know, I'll just say this.

02:54:10.000 We don't screen calls.

02:54:12.000 We don't control what people can call in and say and do.

02:54:16.000 I do get sick of personal attacks and diversions and distractions and people who want me to fight with other patriots and people who want me to talk bad about other people so they get mad at me when I won't talk bad about other people.

02:54:32.000 Too much bad stuff is already happening.

02:54:35.000 We're losing our freedoms.

02:54:36.000 A police state is coming in.

02:54:38.000 All these horrible things are happening.

02:54:41.000 The New World Order is upon us.

02:54:43.000 This control grid is being set up.

02:54:45.000 And I beg people out there to stay focused on the stuff you can prove.

02:54:49.000 To stay focused on issues of real substance.

02:54:52.000 I mean, I consider myself to be a real conservative, and then I'm disgusted by these phony conservatives claiming that, you know, I'm bad, and I'm somehow an evil liberal, because I'm not for the New World Order.

02:55:04.000 And, you know, I just love this country, and I love my family, and I see so much tyranny Coming down upon us right now.

02:55:13.000 And all of us have to get together and stay focused on real issues.

02:55:20.000 And on issues of real significance.

02:55:23.000 And I want to thank everybody for their support and spreading the word about this broadcast and all the affiliates and sponsors.

02:55:30.000 I also just want to tell you to be a leader yourself.

02:55:32.000 Educate people in your area on your own.

02:55:35.000 To get involved.

02:55:36.000 Don't count on me to do it all.

02:55:37.000 I mean, I feel bad that I get hundreds of emails every day that I don't have time to respond to.

02:55:41.000 I do read them.

02:55:42.000 That I get all these phone calls and letters and people get mad that I don't call you back or write you back.

02:55:47.000 I just can't do it.

02:55:47.000 I'm a small operation.

02:55:49.000 And it's very frustrating to me that I don't even have time in this broadcast to cover all the pertinent news.

02:55:54.000 That's why it's posted on PrisonPlanet.tv or InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com.

02:56:00.000 PresentPlanet.tv.

02:56:01.000 Infowars.net.

02:56:03.000 JonesReport.com.

02:56:04.000 I'll be back tonight, 9 to midnight Central Standard Time, hopefully on your local AM or FM station, or at least on the Global Shortwave, if you don't have that in your area.

02:56:12.000 You listen on Global Shortwave at 3210 at night, during the day, 11 to 2 at 9475, and always on the web, as I just said, you can always listen there.

02:56:21.000 God bless you all.

02:56:21.000 Have a good, safe weekend.

02:56:23.000 Spend some time with your family.

02:56:24.000 That's what it's all about.

02:56:25.000 Thank God that we still have a lot of freedom in this country and that a lot of people are out there fighting and defending liberty.

02:56:31.000 More great broadcasts coming up.
