00:09:14.000 Then you read the article, it says, quote, he had been harassing them for the past three years, said Calvi, we were looking at the messages and while they were no direct threats, the language was abusive and derogatory and seemed to be getting worse.

00:09:34.000 And so they had Homeland Security go out and arrest Dr. Tennant.

00:09:41.000 Inspectors from the Federal Protective Services Division of Homeland Security Department arrested a Bentendorf Christopher Friday, and it goes on, accused of making harassing phone calls to the Department of Veterans Affairs in Des Moines.

00:10:03.000 And it says, Kenneth C. Tennant, 45, remained in Polk County, Iowa, jail late Friday afternoon, charged with third-degree harassment.

00:10:13.000 Although it is a state charge and a misdemeanor, Federal Protective Services, or FPS, personnel were involved because the Virginia office is a federal facility, said Special Agent Will Calvey.

00:10:29.000 And they go on to say after 9-11 they have to consider everything Terrorism.

00:10:36.000 provides law enforcement and security services to more than one million tenants and daily visitors to all federally owned and leased facilities nationwide.

00:24:49.000 Army and Marine units thrust through the center of the insurgent stronghold of Fallujah on Tuesday, fighting bands of guerrillas in the streets and conducting house-to-house searches on the second day of a major offensive to retake the city from Islamic militants.

00:25:06.000 A total of 14 Americans have been killed in the past two days across Iraq, including three killed in Fallujah on Tuesday, that's so far today, and 11 others who died Monday, most of them as guerrillas launched a wave of attacks in Baghdad and southwest of Fallujah, a senior Pentagon official said.

00:25:25.000 These people are just going to melt into the shadows, disappear, and then as soon as our troops are back in their barracks, they'll be attacked again.

01:09:16.000 Okay, well the foundation of my complaints is after being honorably discharged A civilian doctor diagnosed me with a condition that it took VA medical doctors six years longer to arrive at.

01:09:29.000 I mean, this is appalling.

01:09:30.000 And then it took the VA claims process 13 years to finally say, okay, we're going to admit this is service-connected.

01:09:37.000 However, even though the Board of Veterans Appeals said that and granted my service-connected, The VA regional office in Des Moines, Iowa, they have told me things like, you will die before we award your benefits.

01:09:54.000 And in fact, they have, they've, they assigned a zero percent rating for one of the conditions.

01:10:01.000 And they assigned an effective date for retroactive compensation purposes of the year 2000, which is a decade off the mark for, you know, being service-connected.

01:10:12.000 Now, I've said things like the VA claims process Lacks objectivity.

01:10:17.000 They're overly adversarial and abusive to veterans.

01:10:20.000 Well, everybody knows that.

01:10:22.000 I mean, the horror stories of people dying in VA beds in four states with maggots crawling up their nasal passage, laying eggs in their brain.

01:10:34.000 I mean, it's nightmare after nightmare that we've had different veterans groups on, reading the documents where the fat cats get more money if they deny benefits.

01:10:44.000 We know they told World War II and Korean War and Vietnam vets, you and your family will all get health care.

01:10:50.000 Now they're saying we're breaking that contract.

01:10:53.000 Your family doesn't get it, and by the way, you're not going to get it either.

01:10:58.000 There are attorneys that have said That this is a, quote, government-sponsored criminal activity, unquote.

01:11:05.000 And that's a letter, November 3rd, 97, to U.S.

01:11:08.000 Court Judge Barbara Crabb.

01:11:10.000 And then there's a Des Moines, Iowa, attorney who is currently serving as the assistant attorney general.

01:11:15.000 And this could be found in the Federal Lawyer, Volume 45, Number 5, under a letter called, entitled, Veterans Benefit Cases Minefield.

01:11:23.000 He is going on and saying, quote, that this entire veterans benefit system is corrupt and corrupting.

01:11:30.000 It's institutional arrogance of a system that holds no respect for the law.

01:18:11.000 They put me on three-way call with this fella, let him know that they should contact the attorney's office, And I come to find out later that the attorneys decided that they were not going to represent me, you know, after the fact.

01:18:24.000 And, uh, you know, they just came banging on my door early one morning and arrested me in front of my six-year-old boy, my eight-year-old girl, and my wife, who was vomiting the next day, even.

01:18:35.000 I mean, they were just totally upset.

01:18:37.000 They were terrorized.

01:18:39.000 And then they admit in the newspaper you didn't threaten anybody.

01:18:42.000 You called and complained.

01:18:43.000 Well, you know, yeah.

01:25:49.000 However... But because you reserved your right to counsel in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, you're somehow evil.

01:25:55.000 Well, yeah, I guess I didn't know that our Constitution had been suspended.

01:26:00.000 I haven't read the Patriot Act, I don't know what it says, and our congressmen that I've contacted regarding this, they have not... So you go to the door, what happens next?

01:26:09.000 Well, they asked me to step outside, and I stepped outside, and you know, my kids are looking and watching, my wife is there of course, One police officer was holding my storm door shut so nobody could come out if my kids were going to push past.

01:26:29.000 Anyway, I was told to just bend over and put my hands up on my head.

01:32:36.000 And then they admit here that he's been involved in the community, he sued the VA over the forced inoculations of experimental vaccines, it's a felony to force somebody to take one of these federal judges, and it's ruled repeatedly just about a month ago again that you cannot do this, but they say, we don't care, we're going to continue it.

01:32:54.000 And so he emails, he calls, he complains, and they say, we're going to have you arrested.

01:32:58.000 And he believes it's because he's been involved on local radio and other places speaking out against the flu shots.

01:33:08.000 Even Bush in a speech said, you don't need them unless you're old, young, or infirm.

01:33:12.000 And then they're even questionable if they're safe, full of the thimerosal the Associated Press reported.

01:33:21.000 So all of this is going on, and so they come to his house, they pull him outside in the morning with these two Homeland Security guys and two regular cops, local cops.
