00:40:52.000 Well, what happened is he He had been a bank robber when he was young.

00:41:02.000 And he eventually robbed banks to support that habit, but he went to jail, did his time, fled guilty, got out, married.

00:41:14.000 At the time he was picked up, the description that was out for John Doe II was white male, powerful upper body build, 5'9", believed to be in Canada or Mexico, driving mid-1980s Chevrolet pickup, Dragon Tattoo left forearm.

00:41:30.000 He came across the border from Mexico in his friend's 1985 Chevrolet pickup, a perfect match down to the Dragon Tattoo on his left arm.

00:41:40.000 He's immediately arrested, and for some same region, that was in San Diego, and we never understood why he sent to Oklahoma City, and he's dead two days later.

00:41:48.000 So we have the admission that he was in custody.

00:41:54.000 Yes.

00:41:55.000 And we have these gruesome photos of his dead body.

00:41:57.000 I mean, the bloody handcuff marks, the torture marks.

00:42:01.000 His throat was slashed.

00:42:02.000 And then they say he committed suicide. 0.82

00:42:07.000 All the evidence disappeared.

00:42:08.000 The FBI undressed him and threw his bloodstained clothing away.

00:43:59.000 They'll run a covert op, and the people in the covert op think they're part of a drill, or part of surveillance, and then the government actually carries out an operation, and then burns them in the process.

01:10:02.000 Well, you know, there's been so many deaths around the Oklahoma City bombing since then, but you're talking about Terence Yakey.

01:10:08.000 Terry Yakey was the... Top of the year!

01:10:11.000 Sergeant, who was police officer of the year in Oklahoma City.

01:10:15.000 He was one of the first two guys in the building.

01:10:17.000 He was just a couple of blocks away when the bomb went off, or bombs went off, and The things that he saw inside the building disturbed him so much that he kept trying to report to the department, to the FBI, and so on.

01:10:31.000 He was pretty much warned away.

01:10:32.000 He said, leave it alone, go with the official version, keep your mouth shut, mind your own business.

01:10:37.000 He wouldn't do that, and a few months later, they found him dead out in the field, declared it a suicide, no matter about all of the damage that was done to the body, all the cuts on the wrist and the inside of the elbows, the two slash marks on the jugular veins on the throat, he'd been beaten up, he'd been wearing handcuffs, And he was shot from the top right of his skull down to his left cheek with a small caliber weapon that left very little powder residue, which means there was a silencer involved.

01:11:02.000 And then, right before, the last time he talked to anybody, he'd gone to a storage shed.

01:11:06.000 He had material.

01:11:07.000 He called and said, I've got them now.

01:11:10.000 Can you go over that for us?

01:11:11.000 Well, he said that they had broken into his apartment, they'd broken into his car, but he still had everything, all of his notes and everything, and other material, whatever that was, in a briefcase.

01:11:21.000 That he was taken out to a storage, uh, a mini storage he had, uh, it was either a Yukon or El Reno.

01:11:25.000 I can't remember which it was right now.

01:11:27.000 And, uh, that he was talking to a friend on the phone.

01:11:29.000 He said, when I get back, we'll have dinner as soon as I can shake these feds that are following me.

01:11:32.000 And he told them that there was two guys in a white sedan that had been following him.

01:11:36.000 Now, again, a highly decorated officer, tough guy, well-known, well-loved on the force.

01:11:41.000 Uh, obviously, these were just common street thugs.

01:11:43.000 He had pulled his gun on them.

01:11:45.000 They obviously had flashed their badges to get him in the vehicle.

01:11:48.000 Uh, they, well, They somehow got him pulled over and got the car off onto a side road off of I-40 near the El Reno Reformatory, about a mile from the El Reno Reformatory where McVeigh was being held at the time.

01:12:02.000 And his body was found the next morning out in the middle of a field, a half a mile from the car, across the creek and through a barbed wire fence.

01:12:08.000 And he'd obviously run from them, yeah.

01:12:10.000 Yeah, and they caught up with him and they beat him up and, you know, they evidently had handcuffs on him as well because the, uh, not the people who did the autopsy.

01:12:17.000 Don, how do they get these guys, I mean, these feds to kill cops?

01:12:22.000 I mean, how do they rationalize that?

01:12:23.000 Well, I don't know that these guys would be like FBI feds.

01:12:28.000 I think the government has their own people that take care of, you know, exterminate with extreme prejudice type missions.

01:39:02.000 So, I mean, most of your cops aren't bad people, but I guess what you're saying is some of the bad sick apples stick to it, and then kind of the evil people above them position them in positions of power?

01:39:13.000 Don't fool yourself, Alex, and I know you know this, and this is an educated audience.

01:39:22.000 And people like Janet Reno, for example.

01:39:25.000 People who can take Well-meaning police officers manipulate and massage what these individuals are doing, who have good intent.

01:39:35.000 And it's fairly easy to take a gung-ho, patriotic FBI agent and only tell them what you want them to know.
