00:11:17.000 Baghdad Governor Ali al-Hadiri was shot dead As he drove in his armored limousine, in his armored vehicle, the highest profile assassination there since May, attackers shot at his armored, plated car from different directions as The convoy drove through northern Baghdad.

00:11:40.000 Violence has begun escalating ahead of elections planned for January 30th.

00:11:45.000 In a separate incident, at least 10 people have been killed and about 60 others injured in a bomb blast at a police post in Baghdad, officials say.

00:11:56.000 A suicide bomber rammed a fuel truck into a checkpoint near the Green Zone, the heavily fortified government and diplomatic compound.

00:12:05.000 So, over a few days, another bombing of that area.

00:12:08.000 The explosion shook the city and turned the immediate area into an inferno, says BBC correspondent Jim Muir, in Baghdad.

00:12:16.000 Eight policemen were said to have died in the attack near a special Iraqi forces command post.

00:12:24.000 And Mr. Haidiri is the most senior Iraqi official to be assassinated in Baghdad since the head of the Governing Council was killed by a suicide bomb May of last year.

00:12:36.000 At least one of his bodyguards was also killed in the attack in the Hurriyanya district of West Bank of the Tigris River.

00:12:48.000 Iraqi insurgents have repeatedly targeted government officials around the country.

01:13:55.000 So he waited a while, and there was a professor from Vanderbilt, Professor D.F. Fleming, who became friends with my dad.

01:14:08.000 And so he took me in a room and sat me down in my little brother's room, never forget it.

01:14:12.000 And he says the Vietnam War is about drugs.

By the way, let me just stop you for a second, for people that don't understand this.

01:15:31.000 This is what men used to do in this country, is you sit your young men down and you explain to them Things you've learned in life, how you've learned the world really works, especially if your family's in government or whatever industry they're in.

01:15:43.000 And growing up, these are the type of talks my dad would have with me, just in separate areas, things he had learned, things that he had seen, things that had been imparted to him, and other people in my family, and certainly not skull and bones type stuff, but just other interesting things about life and society and about how the system really worked.

01:16:33.000 And if you explain that to young people, how they're being shut up, I found they won't use drugs.

01:16:39.000 But if you go to them and say it's too much fun, it's, you know, you're not old enough, or this stuff's really bad for you, they won't listen.

01:16:46.000 But if you explain to them about the New World Order, they will not use the drugs.

01:16:50.000 But just a whole other side issue, I'm sorry for interrupting.

01:16:53.000 So you're in there talking to your father, and he's explaining to you that there's this false dialectic, or false opposing forces that have been set up.
