00:00:39.000 And when we join you again on Monday, it will be 2005.

00:00:46.000 You know, I aired that audio clip off a local news station, an NBC station in Kansas City.

00:00:59.000 Where you have the grieving family of their 35-year-old son who was exposed to depleted uranium and they believe he died from it.

00:01:07.000 So we've got the father of the son coming on in the next hour.

00:01:13.000 We also have Dr. Doug Ronke, who is the former head of the Pentagon's program to study depleted uranium.

00:01:27.000 And this is important because it illustrates what the globalists think of their servants.

00:01:32.000 What they'll do to any and all of us. 0.96

00:01:36.000 Just how sociopathic they are. 0.77

00:01:42.000 But a sociopath just doesn't care. 1.00

00:01:45.000 The globalists are psychotic. 1.00

00:01:47.000 They revel in it. 1.00

00:01:48.000 They enjoy it.

00:01:52.000 It's about the exercise of power.

00:01:55.000 The New World Order is constantly engaging in one-upmanship to see who the most ruthless and abusive can be.

00:02:02.000 Who can get away with the most overt tyranny.

00:02:06.000 Right in front of the people's eyes.

00:02:09.000 Hidden in plain view.

00:02:12.000 We're going to have wide open phones in this first hour.

00:02:15.000 I will go to your calls early in this first hour.

00:02:17.000 In fact, in the next segment.

00:02:20.000 The same question I've been asking for the last three days.

00:02:22.000 What do you think the biggest news story in 2004 was?

00:02:26.000 What are your predictions for 2005?

00:02:32.000 What do you think the most draconian legislation was in 2004 that passed or didn't pass?

00:02:39.000 The assault weapons ban that didn't pass?

00:02:42.000 That didn't get reauthorized, thank God?

00:02:44.000 That Bush is now trying to pass again?

00:02:49.000 Or maybe the new Freedom Initiative to forcibly, psychologically test every child in America twice a year using guidelines written up by the drug companies.

00:02:59.000 Or was it Sections of Patriot Act 2 in the National ID Card that passed just a few weeks ago in the closing days of a special congressional session?

00:03:09.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:03:12.000 one eight hundred two five nine nine two three one yesterday the establishment was saying they thought a hundred and sixteen thousand people would die the tsunami Today it's 400,000.

00:03:30.000 They're saying it's probably around 400,000 in Indonesia alone.

00:03:38.000 And many other countries were hit as well.

00:03:45.000 So, we can discuss this tragedy as well, if you would like to.

00:03:49.000 Obviously, the big tragedy, the big disaster of 2004.

00:03:54.000 Coming up, latest Bin Laden tapes, outright fakes, designed to create 9-11-Iraq link. 0.75

00:04:02.000 Bodies pile up as threat of disease grows.

00:04:06.000 Again, Dr. Doug Rockey joining us, and a family of a Metro soldier, who appears he died from war-related illness, will be joining us, as I mentioned.

00:09:09.000 Coming up in the next hour, we have the father of the 35-year-old Army Specialist who came home and died from D.U.

00:09:18.000 exposure.

00:09:19.000 We know he was exposed to D.U.

00:09:20.000 They believe he died from the exposure.

00:09:22.000 And then Dr. Doug Rothke, the expert, the man who literally wrote the book on D.U.

00:09:27.000 for the Pentagon, will be joining us.

00:09:31.000 as well, so you don't want to miss that coming up in the next hour.

00:09:35.000 Your calls are coming up here as well in just a few minutes at 1-800-259-9231.

00:09:42.000 Volcanic and tectonic activity are at record levels in recorded history right now.

00:09:49.000 India's last active volcano erupted.

00:09:52.000 That's right, India's last active volcano, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands has erupted in the aftermath of the huge earthquake that set off tsunamis killing thousands of people, official sources said last night.

00:10:09.000 And now they've confirmed over 100,000 dead.

00:10:12.000 Now they believe it may go over 400,000 dead alone in Indonesia.

00:10:20.000 It could be hundreds of thousands dead in Sri Lanka, in India.

00:10:24.000 In coastal areas of Africa, this is a mega disaster. 1.00

00:10:32.000 But it all happened in one instance, in just a few minutes, and so everyone is aware of it.

00:10:38.000 What about the 30,000 children that starve to death every day?

00:10:41.000 The 24,000 people that die every day from treatable, preventable diseases?

00:10:49.000 The globalists don't want you to know about that, because they're carrying out the operations in the name of savoring everyone and stopping it.

00:10:57.000 But Indonesia needs help.

00:10:59.000 Death toll exceeds 400,000.

00:11:00.000 That's the headline.

00:11:07.000 Eli Lilly documents link Prozac to violence.

00:11:11.000 Medical Journal reports this out of Bloomberg Financial.

00:11:17.000 Now, I'm no genius, but when I first got on air ten years ago, I was covering government documents from Prozac's approval in the early 1980s, where it increased suicide massively, violence caused psychotic breaks.

00:11:31.000 It puts you into a dream-like state.

00:11:34.000 Prozac, or the serotonin reuptake inhibitor class of drugs, Prozac the predominant one, One of the most heavily used ones actually are in the same family as LSD and PCP.

00:11:51.000 Psychotropics are a subclass of hallucinogens or hallucinogenic drugs.

00:11:57.000 And that's why, yeah, when somebody's having a good dream, a good trip as they say, they're very happy.

00:12:03.000 But when they have a bad trip, bad things happen with knives, machine guns, And children being ground in bathtubs or having their arms cut off.

00:12:18.000 And this is what the studies showed all along, but they're not going to stop because there's a government agenda behind this.

00:12:24.000 When they find out that FinFin makes your heart fall apart or that Vioxx makes your heart fall apart, they'll pull it off the market.

00:12:32.000 But with the serotonin reuptake inhibitors and now the new class of drugs that manipulate multiple chemicals in the brain It's going to continue.

00:12:42.000 It's going to continue.

00:12:43.000 Eli Lilly and Co.

00:12:45.000 documents linking antidepressant Prozac to violence have been turned over to the U.S.

00:12:49.000 Food and Drug Administration.

00:12:51.000 Ah, the weasel has handed over the documents to the fox.

00:12:54.000 They'll fix it.

00:12:56.000 The hen house is safe.

00:12:57.000 By the British Medical Journal, the publication says in its January 1st issue, the documents appear to suggest a link between Lilly's Prozac and suicide attempts and violence, the journal said.

00:13:09.000 The paper Went missing.

00:13:11.000 Went missing during a product liability lawsuit ten years ago and was recently sent to the medical journal by an anonymous source according to the journal's account.

00:13:24.000 A jury in 94 found in favor of Lilly in the lawsuit brought on behalf of victims of an 89 workplace shooting, Joseph Westbecker, who had a long history of depression, killed eight people and himself at a Louisville printing plant in 89, a month after being put on Prozac.

00:13:41.000 And you see, it's not just this guy that did this.

00:13:44.000 We've never found a case of a mother grounding her children, or a mother sawing the toddler's arms off, Or of Kit Kinkle going in and shooting people.

00:13:55.000 Or Harrison Kleibold.

00:13:56.000 We've... Understand this.

00:13:59.000 We've never... I've never seen a case where they weren't on the drugs.

00:14:05.000 Larry Ashbrook and the Baptist Youth Center in Fort Worth.

00:14:09.000 Buford Furrow of the Jewish Center.

00:14:13.000 Every.

00:14:14.000 Case.

00:14:15.000 I've ever.

00:14:16.000 Seen.

00:14:18.000 They've been on these drugs.

00:14:20.000 Continuing!

00:14:23.000 Lilly's offices were closed this week because of the holiday and Lilly spokesman Phil Pelt didn't return a call to his cell phone.

00:14:33.000 Prozac has helped to significantly improve millions of lives.

00:14:36.000 The article in BMJ cited Lilly as saying it's one of the most studied drugs in history and has been prescribed for more than 50 million people worldwide.

00:14:45.000 A lot more than that.

00:14:46.000 Yeah, more than 50 million.

00:14:47.000 You don't like to tell folks the true numbers, do you?

00:14:50.000 Let's talk about Texas a few months ago, WAI-TV investigated.

00:14:55.000 Even a Clear Channel is admitting it.

00:14:57.000 Clear Channel owns that, out of San Antonio.

00:15:00.000 Over half of Texas foster care children, over half of the hundreds of thousands of children that have been grabbed, are on psychotropics.

00:15:14.000 When I say over half, it was over two-thirds, excuse me.

00:15:17.000 Over two thirds.

00:15:22.000 Wishful thinking on my part saying over half.

00:15:27.000 Over two-thirds.

00:15:29.000 And the average child on them was on seven.

00:15:34.000 Some on over seventeen.

00:15:37.000 And there were doctors going, look, they took the child from the family, the eight-year-old was fine, but they cried for their parents.

00:15:43.000 And now the child was put on the drugs, started having seizures, now they're on Depakote.

00:15:48.000 The article described it.

00:15:49.000 Taking healthy, happy children and by the time they're done with them, they're drooling zombies.

00:15:53.000 Having seizures.

00:15:56.000 And I got the numbers on Massachusetts.

00:15:58.000 They've got even more than Texas.

00:16:00.000 So does Florida.

00:16:05.000 Those are just the states where I've seen the numbers on it.

00:16:10.000 Just do a Google search for your state.

00:16:12.000 Type in number of children on antidepressants in Tennessee, in Ohio, in Iowa, in New York, California.

00:16:24.000 Or type in number of foster care children.

00:16:27.000 Number of children under state care on psychotropics or on mood-altering drugs.

00:16:33.000 Just type that in and do the research yourself and just stand gaping.

00:16:41.000 About a month ago we covered that article out of WAI in Texas.

00:16:45.000 Just type in Two-thirds of Texas foster care children on antidepressants, and it'll pop up for you.

00:16:52.000 Bunch of articles on it in Texas, but... I mean, you don't believe me.

00:16:56.000 So that shows what the government wants.

00:16:57.000 You see, when they got a captive audience, it's over two-thirds.

00:17:02.000 Now, Eli Lilly and others, but Eli Lilly spearheaded the New Freedom Initiative that passed a month ago, a little over a month ago, by a vast majority in Congress.

00:17:14.000 Despite the fact major polls, 80 plus percent of Americans are against it.

00:17:17.000 Earlier this year, state Bureaucrats, high-level administrators, went public in Iowa, Pennsylvania, and other states, going, look, we've seen the documents.

00:17:30.000 Here they are.

00:17:31.000 Eli Lilly and a consortium of nine other drug companies wrote the guidelines for TMAP in Texas and advised and wrote the guidelines for the New Freedom Initiative of President Bush and the New Freedom Commission.

00:17:45.000 And they brag in internal documents that we've got 15% of the children on the drugs now.

00:17:49.000 This will get half of them on it in the next five years.

00:17:53.000 So, 50% of you, if they get their plan through, which they passed, but they're able to implement, are going to have the school tell you, put your child on it.

00:18:03.000 And when you say no, they're going to send CPS out.

00:18:07.000 And if you don't know your Bill of Rights and Constitution, don't have a network of people to support you, in the end, if you say no, they'll end up sending in men in black ski masks. 0.70

00:18:15.000 I mean, I've got articles, folks.

00:18:17.000 They'll send in an armored vehicle, they'll pull up, just think of the police state level of this, they'll pile out of it, They'll come.

00:18:25.000 Imagine a science fiction movie 20 years ago.

00:18:27.000 It would have been a science fiction movie where your police wore black masks and there were cameras everywhere and helicopters flying around looking through our walls and half the children are drugged and when you say no they send men in black masks.

00:18:41.000 You'd go, man, what a crazy science fiction movie is that?

00:18:46.000 That never happened.

00:18:49.000 That's worse than the Soviet Union. 0.96

00:18:52.000 The FDA recently issued a warning that antidepressants can cause stimulatory side effects such as panic attacks, insomnia, and aggressiveness.

00:19:02.000 Oh, really?

00:19:04.000 Just like LSD!

00:19:07.000 Type in serotonin uptake, reuptake inhibitors, hallucinogen family, and you'll get thousands of links.

00:19:16.000 I've done it myself.

00:19:18.000 Maybe you're doubting me, but they'll SWAT team your house looking for LSD!

00:19:25.000 But they'll SWAT team you to put your children on the equivalent of LSD.

00:19:30.000 But see, what this does is just put you into a dream state.

00:19:33.000 It affects those areas.

00:19:34.000 A mesmerized, hypnotized mode.

00:19:40.000 And yes, you're quite happy.

00:19:42.000 Most of the time, until you... It's like taking acid.

00:19:46.000 I take it 20 times and you're fine.

00:19:48.000 The 21st time, you eat your fingers like they're Cheetos.

00:19:53.000 And jump out of a window.

00:19:55.000 We'll be right back.

00:24:10.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:16.000 We're going to your calls here momentarily.

00:24:18.000 I used the example of a science fiction movie 20 years ago.

00:24:22.000 What if they would have made a film where They forcibly put half the population on drugs.

00:24:28.000 And actually, they did make films about that.

00:24:30.000 THX 1138, George Lucas' first film with Robert Duvall.

00:24:36.000 Also, there was the book Brave New World, Aldous Huxley.

00:24:40.000 And Aldous Huxley gave a speech in 62, weeks before he died.

00:24:44.000 To be accurate, two months before he died.

00:24:48.000 We've aired it here, at Berkeley, where he said, look, I got this from UN documents.

00:24:52.000 I got this from eugenics documents before the UN was even formed.

00:24:56.000 You know, my brother ran the UN UNESCO program.

00:25:01.000 Julian Huxley.

00:25:02.000 Sir Julian Huxley.

00:25:04.000 And so they're just carrying out their plan, folks.

00:25:07.000 Though I guess there have been movies.

00:25:10.000 About it.

00:25:11.000 And they're doing it.

00:25:13.000 And you can't deny it.

00:25:15.000 I mean, do half the children need to be on it?

00:25:17.000 That's Eli Lilly's goal.

00:25:19.000 A half of them?

00:25:20.000 What did we do 10,000 years ago?

00:25:22.000 Were there Prozac trees?

00:25:22.000 5,000 years ago?

00:25:24.000 Come on, folks! 0.85

00:25:26.000 Robert in Denver, Colorado.

00:25:28.000 Go ahead, sir.

00:25:30.000 Hello, Alex.

00:25:31.000 Thanks so much for taking my call.

00:25:32.000 I appreciate that.

00:25:33.000 Hey, good to have you on board with us in the last broadcast of this year.

00:25:36.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:25:38.000 Somebody thinks I'm special.

00:25:41.000 Several lines to go through, Alex.

00:25:42.000 I'll try to be brief.

00:25:43.000 I know you've got 150 people waiting for you.

00:25:45.000 I was listening to Joel Skousen.

00:25:47.000 I'm sure you've heard him before.

00:25:49.000 Yeah, I've heard him before.

00:25:50.000 Yeah, Radio Liberty a few nights ago.

00:25:52.000 He was talking about several things.

00:25:55.000 Is the M1 Abrams tank obsolete?

00:25:58.000 Because according to him, the Russians have a missile or anti-armor round or whatever that can easily penetrate it.

00:26:05.000 Have you heard about that?

00:26:06.000 Well, yes.

00:26:08.000 The Abrams is obsolete.

00:26:10.000 Somebody with a small gun, probably a .50 caliber with DU rounds, have been shooting our tanks by the dozens and blowing them up and killing those inside.

00:26:22.000 In Iraq, that's been happening for the last year and a half since the wonderful liberation.

00:26:27.000 And that's what depleted uranium can do, and the Russians have got it too, and it's clear that DU, on the other side, has gotten into Iraq, probably from our good friend, Pootie Poot, as Bush calls him.

00:26:39.000 Yeah, that kind of makes sense, because you know, the Abrams has been in the field since the early 80s, so I guess it's past its prime.

00:26:45.000 Well, it has.

00:26:46.000 It has a depleted uranium shell on its most vulnerable areas.

00:26:54.000 Okay.

00:26:55.000 And so in the past, the only way to defeat an Abrams would be with a tow missile.

00:26:59.000 But, you know, there's similar things to tow missiles that the Ruskies and others had that blow up over the hatch on the top of the turret.

00:27:09.000 But DU with the .50 calibers and DU-tipped, you know, rockets, RPGs, just go right through it like butter.

00:27:21.000 Wow.

00:27:22.000 Staying on a military front, help me with the Humvees.

00:27:29.000 Why is a Humvee even used in battle at all?

00:27:31.000 Because I'm hearing even if it had lots of armor on it, it's still pretty dangerous.

00:27:35.000 Yeah, there's really no way to armor the bottom of it, because even if you have armor on the bottom and something blows up under it, the concussion is going to really hurt the people inside.

00:27:43.000 It's a troop transport.

00:27:45.000 It's not to be used in frontline urban warfare, but they do.

00:27:51.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:27:52.000 Interesting.

00:27:52.000 Okay, one last thing.

00:27:53.000 I dug this out of the business section of the Denver Post about two weeks ago.

00:27:58.000 A little paragraph here.

00:27:59.000 Walmart is already using the tiny radio frequency identification computer chips to track merchandise from Parker and Gamblin.

00:28:05.000 Yeah, that was in USA Today, yeah.

00:28:07.000 Oh, you saw that?

00:28:08.000 Well, they told them three years ago, they said by 2004, all suppliers must have chips in all products.

00:28:16.000 And then a lot of suppliers got boycotted over trying to do it last year, they tried again this year, and Walmart's ordering people to do it, but their suppliers just aren't doing it.

00:28:27.000 Yeah, they're saying it's so expensive, like a quarter apiece, once they get the price down to like a penny apiece, I guess they'll roll it out.

00:28:32.000 And Hitachi's already got it down to eight cents apiece.

00:28:35.000 Ooh, that's scary.

00:28:36.000 So probably sometime in 05 it'll be pretty standard, you think?

00:28:39.000 There are already hundreds of products, Gillette, And others have been doing it for two years now, trying to follow Wal-Mart's orders.

00:28:47.000 Michelin tires have them embedded in them.

00:28:51.000 There's hundreds of products that now have it, but Wal-Mart, it was, no one, people were refusing to adopt the barcode.

00:28:58.000 And then in 86, Wal-Mart said, either you do it or we won't take your goods, and so now that was, they forced the adoption of that.

00:29:06.000 Now Wal-Mart, the Pentagon teamed up three years ago and said, by 04, all products must have it.

00:29:12.000 But we're not going to buy from you.

00:29:14.000 Wow.

00:29:16.000 Period.

00:29:16.000 One last quick thing I just came to mind.

00:29:18.000 Something else Joe Scalzi said.

00:29:20.000 He said, and you probably, I think you mentioned this on the air the other day, that China and Russia are making plans to throw nukes at us in the later part of this decade.

00:29:32.000 Well they're doing drills next year for joint strike, joint defense.

00:29:38.000 Exactly.

00:29:39.000 But hey, the news said Russia's our friend, okay? 0.92

00:29:42.000 So just believe them, and the news also said Mercury's good, and so is Sodium Fluoride.

00:29:47.000 So just believe them.

00:29:48.000 Thanks for the call.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march.

00:29:53.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:32:59.000 Year-end broadcast on the Distribution.

00:33:17.000 This gun on this December 20th, I can't get the dates right, year-end broadcast on this December 31st, 2004 edition.

00:33:25.000 And coming up in the next hour, we'll be talking to the father of the Army specialist, the Army medic, who came home and died after being exposed to depleted uranium.

00:33:37.000 Then we have the man who wrote the book for the Pentagon on DU, Dr. Doug Rockey, joining us as well in the next hour.

00:33:46.000 Right now, let's go ahead and go back to the calls.

00:33:49.000 Let's talk to Roger in Pennsylvania, then Ron, Chris, Vicky, Steve and others.

00:33:54.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

00:33:56.000 Yeah, thanks Alex.

00:33:57.000 I'd like to say to all those appreciative listeners who realize we're at no less than war for the survival of their children, if nothing else.

00:34:05.000 That I propose and implore them to follow through on the easiest New Year's resolution they'll ever make.

00:34:13.000 And that is to kiss and throw money at the beautiful feet of all those stations and advertisers that carry your show.

00:34:22.000 And don't call them and thank them, just make sure when you're spending money there that you know why you're there and why you're sending all your friends there.

00:34:29.000 And as well, for those of us who only get young world band As well as Radio Liberty, etc.

00:34:36.000 To call at least once a month to the same stations and advertisers, be surprised how few people it takes to get them to carry the shows.

00:34:47.000 If they do that, there's nothing easier.

00:34:50.000 And to let them know that you might be listening if they were carrying such and such a show, but they don't have your ear and they don't have your advertising dollars, so call the same advertisers on the other shows.

00:35:03.000 Well, I appreciate that, Roger, because almost every wonderful AM or FM affiliate we get is from listeners calling their local AM and FM stations in areas where we don't have an AM or FM affiliate and saying, hey, pick up the Alex Jones Show, and we've got a lot of great affiliates.

00:35:20.000 In areas where we have an affiliate, tell them thank you, support their sponsors.

00:35:24.000 If you have a business, sponsor the broadcast.

00:35:27.000 Yes.

00:35:27.000 On stations that just carry an hour or two a day, sponsor the show.

00:35:31.000 Get that third hour on or get them to rebroadcast us at night or get them to rebroadcast us on the weekend so we can reach more people because it is so important to be on those AM and FM stations and reach the general public.

00:35:45.000 Of course, you can also email your email list or tell your friends and family how to listen at Infowars.com.

00:35:52.000 That's a great way to do it as well.

00:35:54.000 Or millions of people have shortwaves.

00:35:56.000 We're on global shortwave.

00:35:58.000 Six hours a day live.

00:35:59.000 And then tell them what a great anecdote to the ineffectual co-miserating that yours and other similar shows like on World Band offer.

00:36:10.000 So, and don't take for granted those local stations that are carrying the show.

00:36:15.000 Take care.

00:36:15.000 Have a good New Year in 2005, Roger.

00:36:16.000 In other words, don't expect to continue forever without your support and letting those advertisers know why you're there, and God bless.

00:36:23.000 Take care.

00:36:24.000 Have a good New Year in 2005, Roger.

00:36:27.000 You know, just because Roger brought this up, I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to thank the affiliates we have and in areas where we don't have affiliates to get us some affiliates.

00:36:43.000 Don't waste your time on the big clear channels or CBS-owned, you know, Westwood One stations or the infinity stations.

00:36:51.000 which But the independent stations out there.

00:36:56.000 And basically when you call them, tell them, go to GCNLive.com.

00:37:01.000 Look at the satellites we have.

00:37:02.000 We have the premium, you know, status quo satellites.

00:37:08.000 We have the satellites that they have.

00:37:11.000 We pay for those.

00:37:12.000 They're very expensive.

00:37:14.000 And it's very easy to sign up to carry the show.

00:37:20.000 And it needs to happen.

00:37:22.000 We need to get more affiliates.

00:37:23.000 I really never talk about this and I'm glad that Roger brought this up.

00:37:29.000 And really, this broadcast has come into its own.

00:37:34.000 Has become widely accepted as the truth.

00:37:37.000 Not as radical as we used to be.

00:37:40.000 The claims we've been making for many years are now pretty much mainstream.

00:37:44.000 And the worm has turned, as they say, and a lot of people are now paying attention and checking out our claims and finding them, unfortunately, to be true, to be accurate.

00:37:55.000 We do have a world government coming down upon us.

00:37:59.000 And the vast majority of people out there are hungry for the truth.

00:38:02.000 They're tired of the fake left-right WWF wrestling stage theatrical events that were all treated to by the neocons and the liberals.

00:38:14.000 They act all day like they're having some type of fight, but they're not.

00:38:18.000 It's nothing but rhetorical.

00:38:19.000 It's rhetoric.

00:38:21.000 Alright, let's go back to the calls.

00:38:23.000 Let's talk to Ron in Louisiana.

00:38:25.000 Ron, you're on the air.

00:38:26.000 Go ahead.

00:38:26.000 Yes, Alex.

00:38:27.000 It's good to talk to you again.

00:38:29.000 I haven't talked to you in a long time.

00:38:30.000 Well, thanks for calling.

00:38:31.000 What's on your mind?

00:38:32.000 Well, it's three things very quickly.

00:38:34.000 Number one, talking about these psychotropic drugs, my sister was placed on those things, and she was probably the most mild-mannered, soft-spoken lady you'd ever want to meet.

00:38:47.000 And she, at some point, threatened to kill her own mother.

00:38:52.000 and then eventually committed suicide so this is what you get with these drugs i mean it's just you know it's terrible uh how they affected her and um i just think anybody that's on anything like that needs to get off and boy this i can't believe they passed this legislation i mean it was ron i haven't heard from you in a couple years

00:39:14.000 Ron came all the way from Louisiana when we were building the memorial church for those that died at Waco and was there many, many weekends.

00:39:25.000 It's good to hear from you, Ron.

00:39:26.000 How are you doing?

00:39:28.000 I'm kind of hanging on.

00:39:31.000 Another thing, the most important story of this past year hasn't been told.

00:39:40.000 And that's the people, the hundreds of thousands of people, more than in this tsunami, died from drinking diet drinks and using aspartame products in this past year.

00:39:50.000 You've really led a crusade.

00:39:50.000 That's right.

00:39:52.000 You believe your wife, Chloe, from the evidence, died.

00:39:55.000 Your wife, Rosemary.

00:39:56.000 No question.

00:39:57.000 No question at all.

00:39:59.000 That's what happened to her. 1.00

00:40:01.000 From drinking diet coke.

00:40:03.000 You know, you made a statement a while ago that was very interesting.

00:40:06.000 You talked about the elite that revel in killing people and all.

00:40:13.000 Well, the more they kill, the higher up the pecking ladder they go.

00:40:18.000 Who do you think was the CEO for sterile drug companies that got this okayed by the FDA.

00:40:25.000 Well, the same guy that got cross-species splicing.

00:40:30.000 His name, he's the same guy that gave nuclear reactors to North Korea.

00:40:34.000 His name's Donald Rumsfeld.

00:40:35.000 Yes, that's him. 0.97

00:40:36.000 Biggest killer on the Earth probably right now. 0.96

00:40:39.000 Or one of the biggest.

00:40:41.000 Well, I mean, he just oozes evil when you watch him, when he gives speeches.

00:40:45.000 I get sick every time I see him.

00:40:47.000 I mean, what pops in my head watching him is warlock, uh, dark magician.

00:40:52.000 That's the, you know, show somebody a picture, what's the first thing that pops in your head? 0.83

00:40:56.000 Show me a picture of a pig, oink, oink, pink.

00:40:59.000 Show me a picture of a fire engine, I say fire. 0.77

00:41:01.000 Show me a picture of Donald Rumsfeld, I say warlock.

00:41:03.000 Evil.

00:41:04.000 Yeah, I just see evil when I look at him, you know.

00:41:07.000 Terrible what they're doing.

00:41:09.000 And of course the...

00:41:11.000 I can't believe all the legislation they've passed this past year.

00:41:14.000 How can you say what's the worst?

00:41:15.000 It's all bad.

00:41:18.000 Patriot Act 2.

00:41:22.000 The New Freedom Initiative.

00:41:24.000 Right.

00:41:25.000 Just, it goes on and on and on and on and on.

00:41:29.000 And what they're trying to do in the new year.

00:41:31.000 Total blanket amnesty for all illegal aliens in perpetuity. 0.58

00:41:35.000 The Free Trade Area of the Americas, which is the Union of American States or Pan American Union.

00:41:39.000 Well, they got a lot to us slated.

00:41:41.000 Now we're hearing about Patriot 3 legislation.

00:41:44.000 Now they need more to keep us safe, Ron.

00:41:50.000 Well, Ron, good hearing from you.

00:41:52.000 For those that just joined us in final comments, they may not have heard me read the Bloomberg Financial Report.

00:41:58.000 Eli Lilly documents link Prozac to violence, Medical Journal says.

00:42:03.000 And it turns out, of course, they suppress this.

00:42:05.000 and covered this up, but now it's been leaked and it's been made public.

00:42:08.000 I mean, I knew this 10 years ago.

00:42:11.000 This has been public for a long time, and it puts people into a mesmerized state.

00:42:17.000 Any comments?

00:42:17.000 It is.

00:42:20.000 I watched my sister, and she would just get kind of numb, you know, after she'd take this medication.

00:42:28.000 And she was just passive and, you know, didn't really interact with you at the time, you know, and it was I had encouraged her to get off of these drugs, but they kept pressing it.

00:42:43.000 And eventually, like I say, she committed suicide, which is bad, you know.

00:42:48.000 She was a nice lady. 0.99

00:42:49.000 Well, take care and have a good one.

00:42:51.000 One more thing.

00:42:52.000 Sure.

00:42:52.000 You've got a minute.

00:42:53.000 You've got a second.

00:42:56.000 You had a very bad cold here a while back, and...

00:42:59.000 And lasted for a few days?

00:43:02.000 Yes.

00:43:02.000 Do you remember that colloidal silver generator I gave you?

00:43:06.000 You know, that is somewhere around my house.

00:43:09.000 Hey, you are missing the boat.

00:43:11.000 Get that thing out and use it, and you'll never have a cold again or a flu as long as you live.

00:43:17.000 I haven't had one in over ten years.

00:43:19.000 Wow.

00:43:20.000 Boy, I mean, it'll just knock it out in hours, in a few hours.

00:43:26.000 And it works.

00:43:27.000 And it works every time.

00:43:29.000 Well, thanks a million, Ron.

00:43:30.000 I appreciate your call.

00:43:31.000 No, certainly.

00:43:32.000 Colloidal silver, when it's been divided down to a small enough molecule, just punches holes in the cell walls of bacteria and does... A lot of studies show it does it quite a bit.

00:43:44.000 There's a lot of old studies.

00:43:46.000 It was, you know, putting silver in the eyes of newborn babies to stop infection.

00:43:52.000 It is certainly a great antibiotic.

00:43:56.000 I want to dig that out.

00:43:57.000 That's a good idea next time I get a cold.

00:43:59.000 I don't get a lot of colds.

00:44:01.000 Usually what I get is allergies.

00:44:03.000 Because Austin is literally the capital of allergies.

00:44:06.000 It's a recognized capital.

00:44:08.000 There's just so many trees, so many plants, so many prairies.

00:44:12.000 So many different plant varieties.

00:44:14.000 And I never had allergies growing up in Dallas.

00:44:16.000 And then I moved here as a young man.

00:44:18.000 And then a few years I was suddenly sick.

00:44:22.000 And I was like, what is this?

00:44:23.000 And a few times a year, and sometimes you get a secondary infection from it.

00:44:28.000 It is not fun.

00:44:31.000 But allergies across the country are up, and they've linked it directly just to all the other particulates in the air.

00:44:38.000 And the different air streams that come in from Africa and Asia, China, places like that.

00:44:48.000 There's one jet stream that comes right up through Texas into the Midwest.

00:44:51.000 Out of Africa and from across China, it comes across and turns up at the Gulf of Mexico, and they've tested it.

00:44:59.000 It's full of lead and mercury and all these other toxins from all the smelting and burning of garbage and toxic waste that goes on.

00:45:07.000 So, if you look at the statistics, people 50, 60 years ago didn't have allergies like this.

00:45:12.000 And I kind of laughed at people that had allergies.

00:45:14.000 You know, you've got allergies?

00:45:15.000 What's that?

00:45:16.000 Well, believe me, once you develop them, you find out what they are.

00:45:22.000 I'm from Arizona.

00:45:24.000 Thank you.

00:45:24.000 First time.

00:45:25.000 Before I make my point, I want to tell you that you really want to stay well in the worst of times.

00:45:30.000 next here Vicki yeah Vicki where you're calling us from I'm from Arizona welcome thank you um first time um before I make my point I want to tell you that um you really want to stay well in the best in the worst of times and I used to get sick all the time and now I don't get sick anymore because I take fresh garlic every day I mean, just don't cook it, just pop it in your mouth and chew it.

00:45:57.000 No, obviously, it's all about nutrition.

00:46:00.000 Oh, absolutely, absolutely.

00:46:02.000 Okay, point.

00:46:04.000 Okay, you know, the powers that be are really in our face when they let illegal aliens who are foreign nationals They do not have to participate in the National Identity Card Program? 0.58

00:46:16.000 Yeah, that's in the bill they passed.

00:46:20.000 But they don't have to, but then we have to.

00:46:25.000 Is something wrong with that picture?

00:46:26.000 Is Congressman Paul aware of that?

00:46:30.000 Well yeah, he's been on the show and talked about it.

00:46:33.000 Okay, they're going to be coming back into session.

00:46:38.000 Are they going to be Like fine-tuning it, or that they already have it?

00:46:43.000 Yes, okay.

00:46:45.000 Almost every Democrat voted for it.

00:46:49.000 Of the 67 people that voted against it, almost every one of them was Republicans.

00:46:54.000 But the general public never learned that.

00:46:57.000 Rush Limbaugh went on the air and said, we've got to pass this to stop the liberals.

00:47:04.000 And, uh, I mean, all the time, boy, Bush is really a conservative.

00:47:07.000 And they sell it as, stop the liberals, give up your freedoms.

00:47:11.000 But then it's the, quote, liberals who are all voting for this.

00:47:15.000 And then the Democrats all howl against the Patriot Act and the rest of it, and oh, evil Bush is doing it, and then no one ever tells them, hey, your own Democrats, House members and Senators, are voting for this.

00:47:26.000 So it shows how it's this bipartisan, traitorous stuff that's going on.

00:47:30.000 And yes, It actually has a large section of the amnesty rolled into it to give them driver's license, to accept their fake IDs, their matriculas.

00:47:40.000 It leaves us wide open.

00:47:42.000 It does the opposite of keeping us safe.

00:47:44.000 It's about tracking and tracing and taxing us.

00:47:47.000 They're really concerned about security, you know, like guard the borders, you know.

00:47:52.000 Well, what they did is they took thousands of Border Patrol off the border, made them air marshals, and then replaced about half of those they took away, and then claim, oh, we increased Border Patrol, but the head of the Border Patrol Union has said on this show and in the Associated Press that they have thousands less.

00:48:06.000 That's the facts, but it doesn't stop Bush from saying how great he is, and from Fox News, every time I watch it going, Bush has beefed up the border!

00:48:14.000 You know, when I called Senator Kyle's office out here where I live, and Congressman Renzi, No, I really tried to pin him down and I said, are you going to support that, um, you know, this thing with the national identity card and anything with psychological testing for the children?

00:48:33.000 They said no.

00:48:35.000 And then I called back later on and I found out differently and I told them, you know, you folks lied to me.

00:48:42.000 And I really take offense to that.

00:48:45.000 And I don't know what we're going to do.

00:48:47.000 We have these people that are supposed to be representing us.

00:48:51.000 They're lying to us.

00:48:52.000 I mean, what is their agenda?

00:48:53.000 Well, it's called tyranny.

00:48:54.000 Look, a lot of them have got mistresses, a lot of them traffic bordellos. 1.00

00:49:01.000 That's the good ones, comparatively.

00:49:04.000 A lot of them are involved in bid rigging and scamming and bribes, and they exempt themselves from most of the laws that we're under, by the way.

00:49:12.000 They have their own private pension fund, their own rules, their own exemptions, everything.

00:49:18.000 Most of them are criminals feeding on it, and they just don't care.

00:49:22.000 And they're told, hey, you vote on this.

00:49:24.000 So it doesn't matter if 80 plus percent are against open borders, if 80 plus percent are against New Freedom Initiative, Republicans and Democrats.

00:49:31.000 It doesn't matter if 70 plus percent are against gun control.

00:49:34.000 It doesn't matter if 80 plus percent are against the free trade area of the Americas.

00:49:37.000 It doesn't matter.

00:49:39.000 They just don't care.

00:49:40.000 That's called tyranny.

00:49:41.000 And so, they know we're angry, they know we're upset, and so they're militarizing the police, building more prisons, gearing up to track, trace, and abuse us.

00:49:51.000 It's called despotism.

00:49:52.000 When criminals gain control of government, that's the norm in history, about 95% of the time that's what you have, I mean, this is the norm.

00:50:01.000 But again, their talking heads say, government has never been corrupt, only trust it, give up all your rights. 0.97

00:50:09.000 Anyone who says, watch the government, don't trust it, are insane, probably terrorists.

00:50:14.000 Well, you know, I tried to impart that to a friend yesterday, to tell him what's really going on, and he keeps falling back on that thing.

00:50:20.000 Well, I'm a veteran from World War II, and I serve my country, and I'm a patriot.

00:50:26.000 So they think being a patriot means worshipping the government.

00:50:29.000 It's 180 degrees from what the Founding Fathers said, but hey, they don't know.

00:50:33.000 He didn't want to hear anything about this thing with the uranium deal, with the soldiers and all that.

00:50:39.000 Because, see, he wants to just feel good, put a cap on with an American flag, a black Chinese, American-made flag, a flag made in China.

00:50:48.000 He doesn't care.

00:50:49.000 He wants to deny it.

00:50:51.000 It just, he doesn't want to be a real man.

00:50:53.000 Thanks for the call.

00:50:54.000 It's called denial. 0.99

00:50:56.000 The refuge of cowards. 0.97

00:50:58.000 We'll be right back. 0.98

00:51:00.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

00:51:03.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:51:06.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:51:10.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:51:14.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:51:18.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:51:23.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

00:51:28.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

00:51:32.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:51:35.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:51:42.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

00:55:23.000 The newest is American Dictators.

00:55:26.000 Documenting the staged election of 04.

00:55:28.000 Very important to expose the phony left-right paradigm.

00:55:31.000 And certainly those liberals, they all love the film.

00:55:33.000 It really wakes them up.

00:55:35.000 9-11, The Road to Tyranny, The Masters of Terror, my two 9-11 films.

00:55:39.000 I've made 11 of them.

00:55:40.000 And we've got, on some of the best films, American Dictators, Road to Tyranny.

00:57:11.000 All 11 of my films.

00:57:13.000 Dozens of other great documentaries that we've been authorized to post.

00:57:17.000 Dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of my weekly special TV reports I do every week.

00:57:24.000 Text reports.

00:57:26.000 My book, Paul Watson's book, a bunch of other books. 0.93

00:57:29.000 It's ridiculous!

00:57:30.000 Fifteen cents a day, PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:57:33.000 Alright, in the next quick little five minute segment of the first hour we'll take more calls.

00:57:38.000 Then I've got the father of the son who died obviously from DU, was exposed to depleted uranium, an Army medic.

00:57:46.000 And we got Dr. Nagarathi coming on as well.

00:57:51.000 Because these people who say they support the troops, the last caller mentioned this.

00:57:54.000 You go, well, DU's killing the troops.

00:57:56.000 I mean, the Pentagon's own documents show it. 1.00

00:57:58.000 Oh, shut up! 1.00

00:57:59.000 That's unpatriotic. 1.00

00:58:01.000 Well, the troops are dying from it.

00:58:02.000 Their own manuals show it.

00:58:04.000 Nope, not true, not true.

00:58:06.000 But don't you care about the troops?

00:58:07.000 Yeah, I care.

00:58:08.000 I don't have to wave a plastic flag. 1.00

00:58:09.000 Shut up! 1.00

00:58:10.000 You know, being patriotic just means not caring, trusting the government, giving up all your freedoms, and... I don't care if there's a stop-loss, making people who've been in for 20 years stay in. 0.99

00:58:23.000 I don't care if they're being fed rotten meals by Halliburton.

00:58:26.000 I don't care if they don't have armor. 1.00

00:58:29.000 You shut up! 0.99

00:58:35.000 I'm patriotic! 1.00

00:58:36.000 Patriotic!

00:58:37.000 But we're losing our freedom.

00:58:39.000 Bush is against the Second Amendment.

00:58:40.000 Well, maybe we should have some gun control. 0.82

00:58:43.000 I'm a conservative, liberal!

00:58:44.000 Turn your guns in!

00:58:46.000 I'm a conservative!

00:58:48.000 Boop boop boop boop boop boop! 1.00

00:58:57.000 Big Brother.

00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:01.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:03.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:14.000 All right, my friends, we're now into the second hour of this December 31st, 04 edition, last broadcast of the year.

00:59:27.000 Remember that clip I played off of local Kansas City NBC TV station yesterday of the Family crying over their 35-year-old Army Specialist son who came back and died after DU exposure.

00:59:41.000 They're coming on in the next segment.

00:59:44.000 And then, of course, we have Dr. Doug Rocky, expert on DU, coming on.

00:59:49.000 He was the Army's top expert on it.

00:59:52.000 Right now, let's talk to Oh, I guess Steve in Ohio's up next.

00:59:58.000 Go ahead, Steve.

00:59:59.000 How you doing, Alex?

01:00:00.000 Good.

01:00:01.000 One thing I think we're going to need to do in the next year, we're going to have to do a show on sheeple psychology.

01:00:06.000 Because that lady caller that called previously, she says that no matter what she says to that old guy, He just gives you that old, oh I love my troops and I love my country type of stuff, so we need to do a show on that.

01:00:18.000 Yeah, you can say to them, our government is feeding our troops into a meat grinder and making hamburger patties out of them and George Bush is eating the hamburger patties.

01:00:26.000 They'd say, good, I support it, it's supporting the troops.

01:00:28.000 I support my government!

01:00:30.000 You know what, I laugh when you do that because it sounds like you're making fun of those southern boys that waved those flags made in Taiwan.

01:00:36.000 It's the, I support my troops.

01:00:38.000 And I think that's really hilarious, Alex.

01:00:40.000 Well, I mean, I'm a Texan, and you call me a Southerner.

01:00:46.000 But, I mean, I can do another voice if you'd like.

01:00:48.000 It's just that's the kind of voice I hear around here.

01:00:50.000 I've heard plenty of Easterners, but I can't really do the voice.

01:00:54.000 Yeah, you're some kind of Communist, Mac!

01:00:57.000 I love President Bush!

01:00:59.000 But also, I was going to say another thing.

01:01:01.000 There's a guy named Lindsey Williams that he has been fighting the New World Order too.

01:01:04.000 Yeah, I've had him on.

01:01:05.000 Yeah, well, anyway, to make a long story short, what he said one time was, And this is a good thing for you people listening out there.

01:01:10.000 Believe that these are the most romantic times to live in.

01:01:13.000 This is an exciting time to live in because we are seeing history and biblical prophecy or whatever you want to call it unfold right in front of our eyes.

01:01:21.000 No, we're at the crossroads.

01:01:22.000 God's giving us a chance to stand up and be counted and do the right thing.

01:01:26.000 I mean, look, could evil be any more obvious?

01:01:28.000 Only people who've taken a great delusion Could not see what's going on.

01:01:33.000 Yeah, well, I mean, it's great that, and I would say one thing, make this year the year that you give to stations like RBN and GN, or GCN.

01:01:41.000 Give to these radio stations that promote people like you and Jack Blood and the others, because it's what we need to do is we need to, even if you have a pickup truck, put a big banner across there that says PrisonPlanet.com.

01:01:53.000 That's a great way, don't worry about what the government says.

01:01:55.000 No, I hear you.

01:01:56.000 Listen, great, great, great hearing from you.

01:01:58.000 Up next, Ron in New York.

01:02:00.000 Ron, go ahead.

01:02:01.000 You're on the air, Ron.

01:02:03.000 Alex.

01:02:03.000 Yes, sir.

01:02:04.000 Did you get the tape I sent you, Secular Robertson?

01:02:07.000 Yes, I did.

01:02:08.000 And that little note with it?

01:02:10.000 The Patriot Act is of the Lord, and if you're against it, you're with the devil.

01:02:14.000 You read that note I sent you?

01:02:15.000 Yes.

01:02:16.000 Okay.

01:02:16.000 I want to play this for you real quickly.

01:02:18.000 I was on Pastor Butch last night.

01:02:20.000 Now, the guest's name is Bob.

01:02:22.000 I didn't tune in from the beginning, but you probably recognize his voice.

01:02:25.000 I asked him this question.

01:02:26.000 This was his answer.

01:02:27.000 I'd like your opinion on what you think of what he said.

01:02:31.000 Well, I've got a thing here.

01:02:34.000 I've got this, but you can't believe that there are any officers, generals, colonels, in the armed forces that would be willing to preserve the Constitution, build rights, come up with the Constitution, God, country, and family. come up with the Constitution, God, country, and family.

01:02:52.000 It's just incoherent, and that's the problem of playing clubs on the air.

01:02:59.000 It just, I can barely hear it and understand it.

01:03:02.000 And sometimes we let folks play clips on the air, but that just didn't turn out well enough.

01:03:07.000 What are you getting at, caller?

01:03:10.000 Is he there or is he still playing the clip?

01:03:13.000 Okay, we'll have to put him on hold and go back to him later.

01:03:16.000 We're going to go to break and come back and talk about depleted uranium and how serious it is.

01:03:22.000 And you're going to want to stay tuned for this because it shows the true nature of this government.

01:03:27.000 I mean, even the people that serve them, the people that are the sword, that are the force of this system, they just... It's pathological.

01:03:37.000 I mean, it's the nature of the globalists.

01:03:40.000 Even when it's their own people, they could care less about them.

01:03:44.000 And it's horrible.

01:03:46.000 We've got to expose this to save others who haven't been exposed yet.

01:03:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:03:53.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:03:58.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:05:51.000 You and your family members getting enough minerals in the daily diet?

01:05:56.000 It's not likely, according to the World Health Organization.

01:05:58.000 In fact, over one-third of the global population suffers from some form of serious mineral deficiency, leading to all kinds of disease and disability.

01:06:06.000 That lack of energy you've been blaming on getting older or working too hard?

01:06:09.000 It's more likely that same mineral deficiency.

01:06:11.000 And kids who may not be doing as well in school or having a hard time studying ought to be considering a lack of minerals, not necessarily a lack of concentration as the culprit.

01:06:20.000 Either way, why chance it?

01:06:21.000 Just a few pennies a day and a toll-free call to Sea Minerals at 877-835-5555 and you're quickly on the road to more energy and a boost to the immune system.

01:06:51.000 He's the T-Rex in political talk.

01:06:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:59.000 Coming up in a few minutes, we're going to play this little two-minute news piece from a local NBC station in Kansas City.

01:07:07.000 Thank you.

01:07:09.000 Of course, we happen to have an affiliate, KCXL, doing a great job in Kansas City.

01:07:15.000 But this is a problem that faces America, that faces Iraq, that faces Serbia, that faces Afghanistan.

01:07:20.000 There are over 10 proving grounds in the United States where DU, depleted uranium munitions are used.

01:07:27.000 Depleted uranium is a byproduct of nuclear weapons production and of spent fuel rods from nuclear power plants.

01:07:36.000 The heavy metal effect of it is deadly enough and will kill you or make you very ill.

01:07:43.000 But the New York Daily News about eight months ago did a test of 14 different soldiers who said they were ill and were losing weight and having these high fevers.

01:07:54.000 Every one of them had high levels of radiation upwards of two rims.

01:08:00.000 Two rims will kill most people in long-term exposure.

01:08:04.000 And it's long-term exposure because it sits in the lungs and settles out in the bones.

01:08:10.000 And do we have that news clip?

01:08:15.000 John, did you say we have that clip?

01:08:17.000 Okay, let's go ahead and play that clip, and then we'll go... I know it's hard for him to listen to again, but Duane Garten, father of Clay Garten, who spent 16 months in Iraq, but here's that little newscast clip, and our hearts and prayers just go out to him.

01:08:32.000 There'll be a phone number at the end of how you can contribute to the family.

01:08:35.000 I think it's a good idea.

01:08:37.000 Go ahead and play it.

01:08:38.000 A soldier survives Iraq, but dies of a mysterious illness.

01:08:41.000 Do you have it, John?

01:08:42.000 The government is hiding.

01:08:44.000 NBC Action News reporter Ron Mott is live with the story you'll see only on NBC Action News.

01:08:48.000 Ron?

01:08:49.000 Elizabeth, it's a complaint heard all over the country that soldiers are being poisoned by their own ammo.

01:08:55.000 They, of course, are made to kill the enemy, but as one Raytown family says, they've turned into unfriendly fire.

01:09:01.000 You know, they come out five minutes and said, he's gone.

01:09:07.000 Help me!

01:09:09.000 For nearly a year and a half, Dwayne Garton worried that his son might return from Iraq in a body bag.

01:09:14.000 This is worse than if he'd have got killed over here, really?

01:09:16.000 Instead, decorated 35-year-old Army Sergeant Clay Garton spent an agonizing three weeks dying in his parents' Raytown home and at the VA hospital, eventually losing the fight the day after Christmas.

01:09:29.000 35 years I had the boy.

01:09:32.000 He went through 16 months of hell and they come back and they didn't do nothing for him.

01:09:37.000 That's what I don't understand, why they couldn't do something for him.

01:09:41.000 This is Seth, and this is Mr. Gage.

01:09:44.000 A father of three, Clay Garten's family believes the Army medic is every bit a casualty of war as those who die on the front lines, after they say he became exposed to depleted uranium dust used in some US ammunition.

01:09:56.000 The government contends the health risks are low.

01:09:59.000 I think they know exactly what's going on.

01:10:02.000 I think these troops over there are all in danger of this stuff.

01:10:06.000 The family says Garten lost 30 pounds before he died starting with a debilitating back spasm earlier this month that was followed by a series of high fevers reaching 106 degrees.

01:10:17.000 It was hard to watch my son from such a big, strong, intelligent man to turn into a small Perfect.

01:10:29.000 Meanwhile, a grieving father mourns his lost fishing and hunting buddy.

01:10:33.000 That's the only way I can remember him.

01:10:35.000 I don't want to remember this.

01:10:37.000 It's too painful.

01:10:40.000 You're in my body right now, you know how hard it hurts.

01:10:44.000 A memorial fund has been set up in Clay Garten's name to benefit his three kids.

01:10:48.000 For more information, call the Bank of America Raytown branch at 816-979-6292.

01:10:52.000 And the family did have tissue samples taken from Clay Garten's body, hoping that they will lead to some concrete answers.

01:11:00.000 Reporting live tonight, Ron Mott, NBC News.

01:11:02.000 Alright, now again, we really support the troops here.

01:11:06.000 So we want the DU to stop being used And we do support their family members, but you notice these neocons, they don't want to talk about it.

01:11:16.000 They don't want to support these families.

01:11:17.000 They don't even give treatment, and there is treatment, to these soldiers when they're sick.

01:11:21.000 They just deny it even exists.

01:11:23.000 We have interviewed many times, he's coming on in about 15 minutes, Dr. Doug Rocky, who literally wrote the book, the training manual, in the 80s on DU and is sick from it.

01:11:33.000 Many of his team have died from it, from removing wreckage from the first Gulf War.

01:11:37.000 So the world expert will be joining us, and the government knows full well what it does, and they don't care.

01:11:44.000 I know it was hard for you to hear that again.

01:11:47.000 Dwayne Garton, father of Army Specialist, a medic, Clay Garton, who's gone home to be with the Lord.

01:11:53.000 Dwayne, thank you for coming on with us.

01:11:57.000 I appreciate it.

01:11:57.000 Thank you, sir.

01:11:58.000 Because we've got to get word out.

01:12:01.000 We've got to stop this.

01:12:04.000 I know the administration don't really care.

01:12:06.000 You can tell that by the way Romfield does things.

01:12:10.000 And the way he answered the truthful aware about the armament on the vehicles.

01:12:14.000 My son was a helicopter paramedic.

01:12:16.000 He flew 300 some odd missions over there in 16 months.

01:12:21.000 He was called out one night and they went and there was an army personnel carrier that had been hit with one of these bullets and the corpsman that was in that unit was the one that was hit and tore his arm off.

01:12:35.000 And my son went inside the vehicle to stabilize him so they could transport him to the hospital.

01:12:42.000 This was a friendly fire incident?

01:12:42.000 Let me stop you.

01:12:44.000 No, this was the enemy, but they had our weapon show.

01:12:48.000 Yeah, it's been reported.

01:12:49.000 Yeah, they've been shooting up the Abrams too.

01:12:51.000 They've got it, yes.

01:12:52.000 Yes.

01:12:54.000 And he said they got him back to the hospital and had him there for a day and then they shipped him to another place.

01:13:00.000 And he died the day after that.

01:13:03.000 From his wounds to his arm and probably the uranium that got into the system so quick that way.

01:13:08.000 So your son was inside the vehicle that had been hit?

01:13:11.000 Yes, sir.

01:13:12.000 And again, it aerosolizes and turns into a fine microscopic powder?

01:13:16.000 Right.

01:13:18.000 And it, you know, when he came home, we met him at Fort Bragg.

01:13:22.000 When he came off the plate, they held him over.

01:13:25.000 He was supposed to get out in April.

01:13:27.000 This year and they kept him until October this year but they brought him home the last part of May or the first part of June.

01:13:33.000 It's so confusing I can't remember.

01:13:35.000 But me and his mother drove from here to Fort Bragg to meet him and he was just as healthy and nice and then he had to do the rest of his duty there and he had some time saved up.

01:13:49.000 So he took his leave just before the first of October because he had 50 days left and he stayed here with us Because his home and his stuff was not ready for him.

01:14:00.000 And, uh, two days before he had this massive spasm in his muscles and everything, his furniture arrived two days after that.

01:14:15.000 And we moved everything into the house, but he was not capable of staying there because he couldn't take care of himself.

01:14:22.000 He's, in December the 7th, he turned 35.

01:14:26.000 And I had to give him showers because he couldn't take care of himself.

01:14:30.000 We took him to the hospital seven times before they even admitted him.

01:14:33.000 He's up there every day.

01:14:37.000 That's the VA, sir?

01:14:38.000 Yes, sir, in Kansas City.

01:14:40.000 The famous Kansas City VA?

01:14:42.000 We call it the oversized morgue.

01:14:44.000 Yeah, where, I don't mean to bring this up, but we have to do this to save other troops.

01:14:50.000 You better believe it, sir.

01:14:51.000 If I could save One out of any of them, if I'm doing this, I'll do it in a minute.

01:14:58.000 The main thing I was really concerned about is my three grandbabies.

01:15:03.000 They're four, three, and two.

01:15:07.000 And I've got to have a father.

01:15:09.000 And we had the memorial service last night for him.

01:15:13.000 And they were there.

01:15:15.000 And the littlest one, he's two.

01:15:17.000 He kept pointing and said, Daddy, Daddy, You know, you don't understand.

01:15:23.000 You know, to waste our men and women over there like this, just because some bureaucrat wants to get after somebody that threatened his father when he was in office, it's just not right.

01:15:41.000 He's taken our defenses from here.

01:15:42.000 He's taken all of our National Guard.

01:15:44.000 This, which is supposed to be home security, home, you know.

01:15:47.000 So, what happens if they invade us with all of our troops everywhere else?

01:15:51.000 And they're getting killed over there.

01:15:53.000 Well, let me just bring up that particular VA, because they didn't help your son, according to what you told me during the break when we first talked.

01:16:03.000 Are you aware of the maggot deaths there in the hospital?

01:16:06.000 Of the what?

01:16:07.000 Were you aware that World War II and Korean War vets are strapped down in that VA and have died from maggots entering their brains?

01:16:13.000 Yes, sir.

01:16:14.000 But my son said take him to the VA, so, you know... Well, I know, no, I mean, that's... I'm not... I'm just saying this is... I see what you're saying, yes.

01:16:22.000 This is what they think of our veterans.

01:16:24.000 Right.

01:16:25.000 They were supposed to have had a big shake-up here and everything and redone everything and my son was in...

01:16:32.000 And they put him in an intensive care unit where he had to put on a gown and a mask and everything to go in.

01:16:39.000 And they didn't tell him that they'd had a fire in their electrical room and the button on the bed didn't work.

01:16:46.000 And he kept pressing the button for the nurse to come in and help him.

01:16:49.000 And he laid in there 15 minutes and then crapped all over himself before anybody came in.

01:16:55.000 It was about 20 minutes after that.

01:16:57.000 So I mean, yeah, they don't care up there. 0.83

01:17:00.000 It's sickening.

01:17:02.000 And then after he passed away at 825, the day after Christmas, they came out and told us they was going to try CPR on him.

01:17:13.000 And I said, you know, you've done lost him.

01:17:16.000 Don't, you know, don't do anything.

01:17:17.000 Just let, you know, leave him go because he's gone.

01:17:20.000 And I said, I'd appreciate it if you remove all the tubes and everything so me and my wife can come in and see him before you.

01:17:27.000 Take him away.

01:17:27.000 And they left us out there for an hour before they come out and got us to go ahead and see it.

01:17:32.000 I had to go back there and ask them, was he ready?

01:17:35.000 And the nurse said, oh, yeah, he's ready.

01:17:37.000 And I said, why didn't you come tell us?

01:17:39.000 You know, they're just so impersonal.

01:17:43.000 And I wish to God I would have took him out of there and put him in another hospital.

01:17:48.000 Well, again, we're going to talk about the memorial fund for the grandchildren when we get back.

01:17:55.000 But your son, during the break you told me your son had told you that he believed it was the depleted of uranium.

01:18:02.000 And then we talked about a lot of other people have already died from this with the exact same symptoms.

01:18:07.000 Yes, with the high fever and the muscles and then the three that we heard about that died, as soon as they inundated them, put the tube down their throat, they died.

01:18:18.000 And that's exactly what happened to him.

01:18:22.000 As soon as they put the tube down his throat to ventilate him, he died.

01:18:27.000 Unbelievable.

01:18:29.000 And they know what DU does.

01:18:30.000 They've known it since the 80s.

01:18:34.000 And they still use it.

01:18:36.000 And they don't care.

01:18:37.000 And they're going to keep using it.

01:18:39.000 And the people in Iraq are going to be dying for millions of years from it. 0.97

01:18:44.000 It never goes away.

01:18:48.000 Stay there, Duane.

01:18:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:18:54.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones.

01:18:56.000 Whether you are aware or not, World War III has started.

01:18:58.000 Let me rephrase that.

01:19:00.000 Oil War III has started.

01:19:01.000 Don't kid yourself, the reason we went into Iraq is oil.

01:19:04.000 Now we are looking at the possibility of invading Iran and even Saudi Arabia.

01:19:08.000 Why else would the U.S.

01:19:09.000 be building 13 permanent military installations inside Iraq?

01:19:12.000 Does it look like we're pulling out?

01:19:14.000 The nations of the Earth are consuming oil at the rate of 83 million barrels per day and growing.

01:19:18.000 At this rate of consumption, experts predict that oil prices will only go up.

01:19:23.000 Ready Reserves prepared a free booklet explaining the world's oil supply and how it will impact you and how it will change the world forever.

01:19:55.000 You know, for thousands of years, the one true valuable commodity has always been gold.

01:20:00.000 It still is!

01:20:01.000 Gold and other precious metals have continued to grow in value over the years.

01:20:05.000 You know the old saying, good as gold?

01:20:07.000 Well, there's a valuable lesson in that expression.

01:20:10.000 Protect yourself in these uncertain times.

01:20:12.000 With the stock market on the skids, and really, nowhere to put your money that makes a lot of sense, it's time to invest in a little wealth insurance.

01:20:51.000 With gardening season coming up, you'll soon be building your compost pile.

01:20:57.000 And that's why there's a great gardening tool I have to tell you about.

01:21:00.000 It's called the Compost Twin.

01:21:01.000 Gardeners know the importance of composting, but we're all too familiar with the back-breaking work of turning a compost pile with a pitchfork and the messy accumulation of kitchen scraps while you wait for a batch of compost to cook.

01:21:12.000 So Mantis developed the Compost Twin.

01:21:14.000 The Compost Twin is the only composter with two 10 bushel bins on one machine.

01:21:18.000 The barrels sit well off the ground and away from the pests that feast on your compost pile for Sunday dinner.

01:21:22.000 Plus, mixing the compost is a breeze with the Compost Twin's easy turn gear system.

01:21:26.000 And with a second chamber, you can continually add kitchen scraps and garden waste without disturbing the composting process in the first chamber.

01:21:33.000 No more mess, no more odors, no more hard work.

01:21:36.000 Deal direct with Mantis and get a no-hassle one-year money-back guarantee.

01:21:39.000 Call Mantis now for a free video and information kit on the Compost Twin.

01:21:47.000 That's 1-866-833-MANTIS.

01:21:51.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:21:56.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:22:00.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:22:03.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:22:06.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:22:15.000 The Berkey light is different.

01:22:16.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:22:22.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

01:22:35.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

01:22:42.000 Get the Advanced Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:22:49.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

01:22:51.000 Don't worry, this show is documented.

01:22:59.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:23:05.000 I know it's hard for Mr. Garton, Dwayne Garton, father of Clay Garton to be on with us.

01:23:12.000 He's agreed to stay on with Dr. Rocky.

01:23:16.000 Coming up in the next segment.

01:23:17.000 We were talking again during the break, Duane, and you were talking about friends that you have, people who have come back who have lost 90 pounds.

01:23:27.000 Tell us about that.

01:23:29.000 Just the people that you know and that you've talked to of the troops coming back.

01:23:33.000 I have family over there.

01:23:35.000 They're all terrified of it.

01:23:37.000 They said they've been told to keep their mouths shut.

01:23:40.000 Almost all the big Iraqi bases were bombed with this.

01:23:43.000 Yes, I'd be glad to.

01:23:45.000 and the F-18 Joint Strike Fighters and the Abrams and the Bradleys, and then our troops move into those bases and the government is so confident that we won't be able to stand up against them.

01:23:57.000 They just do it.

01:23:57.000 Can you comment on the people you've talked to who've also been sick and dying from this and then what you think should happen in Iraq, sir? - Yes, I'd be glad to.

01:24:05.000 My daughter has a friend who, a friend of hers was a mother and daughter that were over there.

01:24:12.000 The daughter came back and within I think they said within 34 days she lost 90 pounds.

01:24:22.000 And they don't expect her to live either.

01:24:26.000 So my son lost 30 pounds in 17 days in the hospital.

01:24:35.000 So this has got to be something that they know And I know, even after they do this autopsy, they will not give me concrete evidence of what killed him.

01:24:46.000 And you know it as well as I do.

01:24:48.000 Well, I would advise you, sir, to take multiple blood samples, tissue samples, and send it to multiple labs.

01:24:54.000 It's a little late now.

01:24:56.000 We're going to put him, bury him Monday.

01:24:59.000 And, uh, they've already unbombed him, so, you know, it's, you know, A little late for some of the things but they took all these tissue samples that you're talking about and they were going to send them out and do an autopsy and they told us these six weeks before we would know any of the results.

01:25:19.000 Where are they?

01:25:19.000 Who is they?

01:25:20.000 Where are they sending it?

01:25:21.000 That KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas are the ones that took the tissue sample.

01:25:27.000 They took the body from the VA hospital over to KU.

01:25:33.000 Did you independently get this group or did they recommend them?

01:25:37.000 KU doctors run the VA hospital here.

01:25:43.000 Let me just tell you, the New York Daily News earlier this year tested the blood of 14 troops.

01:25:49.000 They all had DU in them and upwards of two rims of radiation.

01:25:52.000 But we've caught the government in the past, I don't know about this group, falsifying stuff.

01:25:56.000 So I would definitely look out.

01:25:59.000 And you know, how long did it take them to come up with the Asian Oranger was killing our troops? 0.99

01:26:05.000 And the other one in Desert Storm was killing our troops.

01:26:09.000 And now we got another thing killing our troops and they're not telling us, you know.

01:26:12.000 And they admit chemical weapons exposure from blowing up Kamasuya.

01:26:18.000 Yes.

01:26:18.000 Yeah.

01:26:20.000 But you know, my son was working, at one time he was working in an air base there in Iraq.

01:26:29.000 uh... escorting twelve iraqi workers to rebuild this hangar and he said they were cleaning it out and there was canisters of everything and uh... storage rooms and everything and nobody knows what was in them and they were just carrying them out and you know getting rid of them So, you know, he can be exposed to something there, but if it's a germ warfare, the way I understand germ warfare, when I was in the service... It'll happen pretty quick.

01:26:57.000 Why would they want you to live six months?

01:26:58.000 They want to get rid of you now because you're fighting them.

01:27:00.000 Now, what happened to your son, Fitch, the M.O.

01:27:03.000 that I learned of eight, nine years ago, with the D.U.?

01:27:06.000 Yeah, well, that's exactly what I think it was, because he was healthy up until the First of December.

01:27:16.000 I mean, he's been back since May, you know.

01:27:18.000 Well, sir, you own those tissue samples.

01:27:21.000 I would demand the... This is my advice.

01:27:23.000 Because you should sue him over this.

01:27:25.000 I would demand those samples back if this is a VA-contracted group, and I'd have an independent lab do it like the New York Daily News did.

01:27:32.000 I think you're right.

01:27:33.000 I don't think I'll do that.

01:27:34.000 I think I'll just... I'd just show up there.

01:27:35.000 I'd get a court order without him even knowing.

01:27:37.000 Of course, he'll know right now we're on in Kansas City.

01:27:40.000 And I'd just... I'd get those samples back, sir.

01:27:43.000 Yeah.

01:27:45.000 If they haven't already got rid of them.

01:27:47.000 I mean, I don't... I know what you're saying, yeah.

01:27:49.000 I'm not impugning this group.

01:27:51.000 I'm just saying, if they're VA involved with the past stuff we've seen... Well, all their resident doctors are resident at the VA hospital over there.

01:27:51.000 I don't know.

01:28:02.000 And all their main staff is from KU.

01:28:04.000 Oh, boy.

01:28:05.000 I mean, they're connected very tightly with the government.

01:28:08.000 And if the government tells them, you keep your mouth shut, they're going to keep their mouth shut.

01:28:11.000 Because they got a contract there, see?

01:28:13.000 Yeah, I would, uh... It's sad we've all got to think like this, but we do.

01:28:17.000 Uh, you were saying during the break you think we should pull everybody out of Iraq?

01:28:20.000 I, uh, definitely.

01:28:22.000 The quicker the better.

01:28:24.000 They've been fighting for 2,000 years there, and as soon as we pull out of there, even after this election that he's so great about, they'll come in there and take it back away from him.

01:28:35.000 Just like Saddam Hussein did. 0.96

01:28:36.000 We gotta, we gotta break.

01:28:37.000 You can't stop that kind of stuff over there.

01:28:39.000 We'll be right back.

01:28:39.000 You're right.

01:28:43.000 We're on the march.

01:28:45.000 The empire's on the run.

01:31:48.000 It's powerful stuff.

01:31:54.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:32:03.000 Alright, we just played this clip about 15 minutes ago, but I'm going to play it one more time.

01:32:08.000 Last time we're going to air this.

01:32:10.000 This is the local NBC News piece.

01:32:11.000 It's pretty fair.

01:32:12.000 You'll never see something like this on the national news, though it has slipped out that DU is deadly.

01:32:18.000 We've now learned more details from Army Sergeant Clay Garten who died after 16 months in Iraq.

01:32:26.000 He came back and died.

01:32:28.000 We're going to air this one more time and at the end it has the phone number of the Bank of America to give some donations to help the widower and the three grandchildren because we really support the troops here.

01:32:38.000 We're going to air this so Dr. Rocky is brought up to speed on this particular case.

01:32:43.000 We're going to have Dr. Rocky and Dwayne Garten, the father of Army Specialist Clay Garten, on together.

01:32:51.000 But one more time, here is this little NBC News piece.

01:32:55.000 A soldier survives Iraq, but dies of a mysterious illness his family suspects the government is hiding.

01:33:01.000 NBC Action News reporter Ron Mott is live with the story you'll see only on NBC Action News.

01:33:06.000 Ron?

01:33:07.000 Elizabeth, it's a complaint heard all over the country that soldiers are being poisoned by their own ammo.

01:33:12.000 They, of course, are made to kill the enemy, but as one Raytown family says, they've turned into unfriendly fire.

01:33:19.000 You know, they come out five minutes, he's gone.

01:33:26.000 For nearly a year and a half, Dwayne Garton worried that his son might return from Iraq in a body bag.

01:33:31.000 This is worse than if he'd have got killed over here, really?

01:33:34.000 Instead, decorated 35-year-old Army Sergeant Clay Garton spent an agonizing three weeks dying in his parents' Raytown home and at the VA hospital, eventually losing the fight the day after Christmas.

01:33:47.000 35 years, I had no boy.

01:33:49.000 He went through 16 months of hell, and they didn't do nothing for him.

01:33:55.000 That's what I don't understand, why they couldn't do something for him.

01:33:59.000 This is Seth, and this is Mr. Gage.

01:34:02.000 A father of three, Clay Garten's family believes the army medic is every bit a casualty of war as those who die on the front lines.

01:34:08.000 After they say he became exposed to depleted uranium dust used in some US ammunition.

01:34:14.000 The government contends the health risks are low.

01:34:16.000 I think they know exactly what's going on.

01:34:20.000 I think these troops over there are all in danger of this stuff.

01:34:24.000 The family says Garten lost 30 pounds before he died starting with a debilitating back spasm earlier this month that was followed by a series of high fevers reaching 106 degrees.

01:34:34.000 It was hard to watch my son from such a big, strong, intelligent man to turn into a small Meanwhile, a grieving father mourns his lost fishing and hunting buddy.

01:34:50.000 That's the only way I can remember him.

01:34:53.000 I don't want to remember this.

01:34:55.000 It's too painful.

01:34:57.000 You're in my body right now.

01:34:59.000 You know how hard it hurts.

01:35:01.000 A memorial fund has been set up in Clay Garton's name to benefit his three kids.

01:35:05.000 For more information, call the Bank of America Raytown branch at 816-979-6292.

01:35:10.000 And the family did have tissue samples taken from Clay Garton's body, hoping that they will lead to some concrete answers.

01:35:18.000 Reporting live tonight, Ron Mott, NBC News.

01:35:20.000 I talked to Dr. Rocky during the break.

01:35:22.000 We're about to go to him and Mr. Garton.

01:35:24.000 And he said, definitely get those samples back.

01:35:31.000 Until it turns into something where they say, oh, false positive, and then you don't want to exhume or anything.

01:35:37.000 Again, New York Daily News and others did blood tests on troops from massive levels of radiation, upwards of two rims, the heavy metal effects, all of it.

01:35:47.000 And understand, folks, I have copies of the Army Manual that Dr. Rocky helped write.

01:35:52.000 I've seen online hours of the seven-hour training video they're supposed to watch.

01:35:59.000 This was to be a front-line weapon to fight the Soviet Union as they poured across Europe with their 6-1 superiority of armor. 0.75

01:36:09.000 This was to be a front-line emergency weapon during a nuclear war to just go ahead and knock out their tanks.

01:36:15.000 Instead, they've used it in the First Gulf War, Second Gulf War, Serbia, From Kosovo, to Belgrade, and of course in Afghanistan.

01:36:24.000 This is nuclear war.

01:36:26.000 And it doesn't go away for hundreds of millions of years.

01:36:30.000 Basically forever, as far as humanity is concerned.

01:36:33.000 I mean, they may have salted the earth.

01:36:35.000 The Romans used to salt the earth to punish people. 0.97

01:36:38.000 Now they salt it with DU.

01:36:41.000 And Dr. Rocky helped write the book on this stuff.

01:36:43.000 He went over there to study it, helped remove damaged vehicles.

01:36:46.000 The first Gulf War, he's been very ill.

01:36:48.000 A lot of his team has died.

01:36:50.000 Just to fill you in on this, and why does Donald Rumsfeld, this government, Bill Clinton, all of them, they don't care!

01:36:57.000 And to examine this psychology and to go over the facts with us is Dr. Rockey.

01:37:02.000 Dr. Rockey, just in a nutshell, tell us your incredible bio.

01:37:07.000 And then what DU is, and what the effects are, what the science is, what the Pentagon's own manuals show, and then I want to get into the psychology of why they're using it and don't care, and then we'll be talking in a minute or so here to Mr. Garton, father of Clay Garton.

01:37:24.000 Dr. Rocky, thanks for joining us.

01:37:26.000 Thank you, and first my condolences to the father and the family.

01:37:30.000 You know, another warrior has fallen and is totally unnecessary and unacceptable.

01:37:35.000 Well, my background in the military goes back to 1967, Vietnam time, a few years over there in that area, and going through, coming back in as a combat medic three years in the infantry, and moving on up through the ranks, starting out from the enlisted and going up through the officer ranks, so I've held all the ranks in different positions in the military.

01:37:56.000 When Gulf War One started, my expertise and my team's expertise, and I'm just a member of the team, we were under senior colonels that again were, you know, the leaders of our team.

01:38:06.000 Our expertise was nuclear, biological, chemical warfare, preventive medicine, hazardous materials, and then obviously with the completion of the ground war, we got tossed in the whole depleted uranium mess.

01:38:18.000 In March, late February after the ground war, February, March of 1991, General Schwarzkopf specifically assigned me, as he was ordered by the Pentagon, to go out and clean up the DU mess. 1.00

01:38:30.000 And, uh, ever since it's been a nightmare.

01:38:33.000 Highway of Hell and other areas.

01:38:35.000 Yeah.

01:38:36.000 Well, let's go back though, because before that you actually worked at the laboratories.

01:38:41.000 You studied DU, correct?

01:38:42.000 Well, no.

01:38:43.000 I basically didn't know a whole lot about DU other than my background in physics and everything else.

01:38:47.000 And at the time this all started, I was in high energy physics at the University of Illinois.

01:38:52.000 When did you write the reports on DU?

01:38:54.000 Well, we wrote the reports on DU once we got up there and started cleaning up the mess and finding out the problems.

01:38:59.000 And all of us started getting sick within 24 to 72 hours.

01:39:02.000 We went up there and found people sick.

01:39:04.000 We started getting sick.

01:39:05.000 The first cancers on our team started within nine months.

01:39:08.000 The first cancer deaths within two years.

01:39:10.000 All the other health effects started showing up.

01:39:13.000 The thing that's important about this, and this is one of the things that I've been yelling and screaming and the rest of our team has been yelling and screaming at the top of our lungs.

01:39:20.000 You need to understand, we're all medical senior scientists, Army professionals.

01:39:25.000 We're Army leaders that became persona non grata when we spoke about this stuff.

01:39:30.000 What happened in Gulf War I and what we're seeing the same in Gulf War II is not only do we have all the uranium contamination, but we destroyed a nation and released all the toxic industrial chemicals that are used in agriculture, industry, medicine, and education.

01:39:45.000 We sent the troops in there without the adequate training, without the adequate equipment.

01:39:50.000 I mean, the United States General Accounting Office had confirmed before the report that the gas masks and the mob suits that were issued to the troops were defective and faulty.

01:39:58.000 That's an absolute simple fact of life.

01:40:01.000 Uh, the kids did not know how to use this stuff.

01:40:04.000 They were not given the training that's mandated, and I think it's important to understand the DU training that I put together for the Army.

01:40:11.000 Yeah, let's go back over that, and then even previous to that, the Pentagon and the Lawrence Livermore Laboratories and others, they had admitted that DU was really bad, but they kept this quiet.

01:40:24.000 Can you talk about that a little bit?

01:40:26.000 Yeah, I mean, we can go back as far as the reports that were compiled after we gave it to Israel to use it against the Egyptians in the Sinai in 73 and 74.

01:40:36.000 That confirmed all the health effects and the environmental problems.

01:40:40.000 The work that we've put together, coming back when I got what's called the infamous Groves Memorandum, goes back to 1943.

01:40:48.000 And we've talked to individuals that were present, were involved in writing this stuff, that uranium was going to cause all these health effects once it's inhaled, ingested, or get into the body.

01:40:57.000 And when you combine the uranium contamination from the use of the weapons, Plus all of the other contaminants from war.

01:41:04.000 You've got an absolute toxic nightmare.

01:41:06.000 And that's why, according to the U.S.

01:41:08.000 Department of Veterans Affairs, they're totally acknowledging that of all individuals served in the Persian Gulf, from say August of 1990, and the latest reports I've got are, you know, May of this year, this last year.

01:41:22.000 Well, yeah, we're still in 2004, aren't we?

01:41:24.000 We're looking at well over 260,000.

01:41:28.000 We're seeing neurological problems.

01:41:33.000 We're seeing respiratory problems.

01:41:35.000 We're seeing cancers.

01:41:36.000 We've got malignants.

01:41:37.000 We've got non-malignant tumors.

01:41:39.000 We have all the neurological symptoms.

01:41:41.000 We have the whole host of all of this stuff that's put together.

01:41:45.000 And then earlier this year, the New York paper went and did blood tests and wow, they had high levels of DU in them.

01:41:51.000 Oh, absolutely.

01:41:52.000 And that, as members of the 442nd New York National Guard, you have to understand, these were the heroes of 9-1-1.

01:41:59.000 These are the police and firemen that survived That tragedy on that day were put on active duty and sent to war with defective equipment, with totally inadequate training, into a contaminated area where the leaders had not complied with the US Army regulations.

01:42:17.000 They had not complied with... And there's no debate.

01:42:19.000 They've tested their blood.

01:42:20.000 They all had incredibly high levels.

01:42:22.000 You have the radiation problem.

01:42:23.000 You have the heavy metal problem, as we talked last time.

01:42:26.000 Doctor, and the point I want to make here is, We used a lot more DU this time than last time.

01:42:31.000 Can you speak to that?

01:42:32.000 Then I want to go to Mr. Garten.

01:42:34.000 Yeah, we're looking at the estimates during Gulf War I. We probably used 375 tons.

01:42:38.000 And I mean 375 tons of solid uranium.

01:42:39.000 Not 375 tons of munitions contained in everything.

01:42:40.000 tons of solid uranium. Not 375 tons of munitions contained in everything, but 375 tons comprised of solid uranium.

01:42:49.000 And in this time, we're looking in Iraq and Gulf War II, or or Operation Iraqi Freedom, the only freedom here is the freedom to get polluted and die, probably over a thousand tons. 0.97

01:43:02.000 So we're looking at three times the amount.

01:43:04.000 And the thing that's disturbing me most...

01:43:08.000 The United States Army Surgeon General, General Ronald Peek, specifically ordered, and again, he's reiterating all the orders we go back to to my original one right after the ground war in 91, to provide immediate radio bioassays, immediate medical care for all individuals who have been exposed.

01:43:24.000 In the case of 442nd, the U.S.

01:43:26.000 Army absolutely refused to comply with the existing orders, forcing the individuals at the New York Daily News to take it upon themselves, acquire the funding to set up the testing.

01:43:37.000 So that order requiring medical care for all of our sons and daughters is absolutely not being complied with.

01:43:42.000 Okay, let me bring Mr. Garten on, father of Clay Garten, 36 year old who came back and died within a month once he got sick.

01:43:52.000 and they basically didn't give him any treatment and kept denying that DU was involved.

01:43:57.000 Now they took samples and gave it to the university medical system that they basically control.

01:44:01.000 Mr. Garten, tell him about the sampling that took place so Dr. Rocky can try to give you some advice on that.

01:44:09.000 After his death, they wanted to do an autopsy, and I told them they weren't going to do a massive autopsy and cut my son up any worse and make him any worse than he was.

01:44:22.000 And then they came back later and asked if they could do tissue samples without doing any, you know, big cutting of the body.

01:44:30.000 And that way they could absolve, but go ahead.

01:44:32.000 They can take little small tissue samples by drilling a little hole in the head and taking the samples and the lungs and the liver and the heart and all that stuff.

01:44:32.000 Right.

01:44:41.000 And then they said that they were going to take these samples over to KU and send them out and get these tests done on them and we would know in six weeks, you know, what the problem was.

01:44:54.000 And then again, tell folks the relationship between KU and the VA there.

01:44:58.000 Well, the VA, all the interns are members of KU Medical Center and all the head doctors over there are from KU Medical Center that work there like once a week or something like that or once a month.

01:45:11.000 And it's all run by KU, the Veterans Hospital is more or less.

01:45:17.000 And they went and done a bone marrow tap on my son in the last week that he was there.

01:45:24.000 And they came back, they said, no, he don't have no uranium poisoning.

01:45:29.000 All it shows is arthritis.

01:45:33.000 To me, I don't think they were telling us the truth.

01:45:35.000 Well, I mean, they said that these National Guard in New York didn't have it, and then boom, New York Daily News did it, and they had massive levels.

01:45:41.000 Dr. Rocky, what would you do about this?

01:45:44.000 Well, you've got to mess it.

01:45:45.000 I mean...

01:45:45.000 First off, sir, my condolences to you and your family.

01:45:49.000 Thank you very much.

01:45:51.000 Warriors have been sent to war with defective equipment, inadequate training, and total lack of medical support ever since I came into the military in 1967.

01:45:58.000 I was in there in the 50s.

01:46:01.000 I was in the United States Navy.

01:46:03.000 Well, my father was also in the Navy.

01:46:06.000 Anyhow, so family's come both ways.

01:46:11.000 First off, For the exposure to depleted uranium and these other toxins.

01:46:16.000 With DU they needed to do what's called a radio bioassay and that's where they collect the urine of feces samples and do a nasal and pharyngeal swab to determine what the exposures are.

01:46:25.000 That's supposed to happen within 24 to 72 hours of your exposure.

01:46:29.000 They can't get that done.

01:46:30.000 Well obviously not.

01:46:31.000 They're not going to comply.

01:46:32.000 That is the written orders but they are absolutely refusing to comply with that.

01:46:36.000 Not only for our own sons and daughters but for also everybody else that's exposed and that's Iraqi children, Afghan children, the Balkan children, and it goes all over the United States, whether it's Concord, Massachusetts.

01:46:47.000 Yeah, ten different testing grounds, correct?

01:46:49.000 Yeah, a whole bunch of different places.

01:46:51.000 It's an absolute disaster.

01:46:53.000 And so when they do the tissue samples, now they did a tissue sample biopsy on me, and I've still got the scar on my arm, and I'm looking at it right now.

01:46:59.000 Totally useless.

01:47:01.000 Okay? 0.98

01:47:02.000 Yes.

01:47:03.000 I mean, they're blowing smoke.

01:47:05.000 That's what I, you know, I said, should I take him somewhere else?

01:47:12.000 Should I take him to another hospital?

01:47:15.000 Oh no!

01:47:16.000 You know, no matter where you take them, they'll do the same test we are.

01:47:21.000 They said we've run every test culture of any disease in Iraq, but it ain't a disease.

01:47:27.000 It's not a disease.

01:47:30.000 Huh?

01:47:30.000 It's not a disease.

01:47:31.000 What we're looking at is This is one of the things we've been arguing about for so long.

01:47:31.000 That's right.

01:47:39.000 War has become a toxic wasteland.

01:47:43.000 We absolutely use uranium munitions and they are a legal weapon according to the United Nations.

01:47:48.000 And when you look at the criteria, I mean the common task training for the U.S.

01:47:52.000 soldiers, and again I wrote this, very simply requires full respiratory and skin protection immediately upon Exposure.

01:48:00.000 It requires immediate medical care.

01:48:02.000 Yeah, that's the book you wrote.

01:48:03.000 Tell us about that.

01:48:04.000 Yeah, well, there's a whole bunch of stuff.

01:48:05.000 Let me finish.

01:48:06.000 And then it also states very specifically that the uranium contaminations can make food and water unusable.

01:48:11.000 So we've got all of this stuff.

01:48:12.000 Now, what happened, and I understand your son was a medic, sir?

01:48:15.000 Yes, he was a vet medic.

01:48:17.000 A helicopter corpsman.

01:48:18.000 He was inside an armored vehicle that had been hit by DU shells.

01:48:22.000 Friendly fire.

01:48:24.000 Well, no, it was Enemy fire, but they had one. 0.88

01:48:27.000 He climbed all over it.

01:48:27.000 He went inside of it to take care of the gentleman that got his arm blew off by it.

01:48:34.000 Yeah, I'm sure you know, Dr. Rockey, that the Iraqis have got DU. 1.00

01:48:37.000 They've been shooting the Abrams up with it.

01:48:39.000 Oh, no.

01:48:40.000 First off, the Iraqis have never had DU.

01:48:43.000 The United States and Great Britain and Australia and Canada are the only ones that have it.

01:48:47.000 But it's been reported that someone's shooting through the Abrams with DU.

01:48:50.000 Well, absolutely.

01:48:51.000 We are.

01:48:52.000 They shot through this armored personnel carrier.

01:48:54.000 It wasn't friendly fire.

01:48:55.000 It wasn't friendly fire.

01:48:57.000 He believes, his son believes, correct?

01:49:00.000 Yes.

01:49:00.000 Mr. Darden, that they had captured weapons?

01:49:04.000 From what he said, the attack on this column, when they shot the shell through there, was from Iraqis.

01:49:12.000 The only thing that's going to happen is the U.S.

01:49:14.000 has been shooting up everything and everything that moves, whether it's a building, it's a water treatment facility, whether it's food storage, or it's our own.

01:49:20.000 I mean, we have an Abrams tank that was lost.

01:49:23.000 Uh, in August, August 28th, you know, over a year ago.

01:49:26.000 Yeah.

01:49:26.000 That was all front light fire from a .50 cal.

01:49:29.000 So what we have is the U.S.

01:49:29.000 Yeah.

01:49:31.000 shooting everything that moves with uranium munitions.

01:49:33.000 As a consequence, the medics have to go and provide care or take care of the people that come out.

01:49:38.000 And they're not having adequate respiratory skin protection.

01:49:40.000 And once they're exposed, they're not providing them the immediate medical care or the testing that are needed to confirm this.

01:49:45.000 Alright, stay there Dr. Rockey and Mr. Garten.

01:49:47.000 We'll talk about this when we get back.

01:49:48.000 It's very, very important.

01:49:50.000 Mass poisoning with DU.

01:49:54.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my most comprehensive documentary exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet.

01:50:02.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

01:50:06.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

01:50:12.000 Witness in horror, the execution of the September 11th attacks, and the ensuing whitewash.

01:50:17.000 The cashless society control grid, infallible microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

01:50:24.000 The USA Patriot Act, Super Big Brother, Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

01:50:29.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the Masters of Terror.

01:50:31.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

01:52:48.000 The bottom line, they know DU is deadly, both as a heavy metal and with a radiation.

01:53:03.000 And a thousand tons!

01:53:08.000 Three times what was used in the first Gulf War.

01:53:10.000 They used masses of it in Serbia as well and Afghanistan.

01:53:15.000 Doesn't go away for hundreds of millions of years.

01:53:17.000 That's just the half-life.

01:53:20.000 And Dr. Rockey is going to be with us into the next hour.

01:53:22.000 We have had Mr.

01:53:24.000 Garten on with us and he's welcome to keep riding Shalding on with us if you'd like to.

01:53:27.000 I want to give out the number for the memorial fund to help out Mr. Garten's children, Clay Garten who died.

01:53:34.000 But Dr. Rocky, I wanted to bring this point up to you.

01:53:41.000 They admit that most of the Republican Guard and Iraqi regular army bases got bombed with DU Then our troops moved right into those bases, and in a few bases they brought in dump trucks with sand to dump it over the blast points.

01:53:55.000 Does that protect our troops dumping some sand on the DU?

01:53:59.000 Absolutely not.

01:54:00.000 It's not compliant whatsoever.

01:54:03.000 with the existing regulations.

01:54:05.000 Army regulation, I understand you've got a link to it on your website?

01:54:05.000 U.S.

01:54:09.000 Yes, at Infowars.com.

01:54:11.000 Okay.

01:54:12.000 Very specifically, uh, requires that the U.S.

01:54:18.000 Army identify, isolate, secure, and clean up all of this contamination.

01:54:28.000 I mean, it's not a very, not a question, it's not a It's not a debate, it's not a discussion.

01:54:33.000 The order was signed by General Eric Shinseki, mandate in his compliance.

01:54:39.000 And again, they just simply refuse.

01:54:41.000 Let me add something else to this.

01:54:43.000 The Abrams uses DU in its armor.

01:54:46.000 I've also read that even when people use non-DU weapons against the Abrams, it puts off DU.

01:54:52.000 Is that accurate?

01:54:54.000 No, not really.

01:54:54.000 No.

01:54:55.000 What you have is the Abrams tank does have DU components.

01:54:59.000 If those things are penetrated or you have any problem, you'll have a portion.

01:55:02.000 But the main problem is with the Abrams and everything and the Bradley, they have such an upload of D.U.

01:55:08.000 munitions on board, that if you get hit by friendly fire, which is what happened during Gulf War I, because the majority of the deaths and wounds were friendly fire from D.U.

01:55:16.000 during Gulf War I, what you have is all the release of not only what was shot at it, but you have the release of what was on board.

01:55:23.000 Now in the Iraqi equipment, one thing that we verified as part of the captured equipment project, that thing is chock full of radioactive materials on its own.

01:55:31.000 Okay, so you have those things released during a detonation that are inherent components of the Iraqi equipment, or the Soviet equipment, whether it's the BMP, that's the Armored Personnel Carrier that his son went in to treat the guy, or any of the tanks, or anything else.

01:55:47.000 And so you have all this combination.

01:55:49.000 The other thing that's important to understand is not only do you have uranium munitions, you don't just have a pile of solid radioactive dust.

01:55:56.000 You've got all the other contaminants that are all mixed together.

01:55:59.000 And so what this is is a synergistic toxic wasteland.

01:56:02.000 Alright, let me give out the nup.

01:56:04.000 Mr. Garten, I appreciate you having the courage to come on the broadcast and I'm so sorry about your son.

01:56:10.000 But how do people contribute to help out your grandchildren?

01:56:14.000 They can make a donation to the Bank of America in the order of Clay W. Garten.

01:56:21.000 And, uh, that's in Raytown, Missouri.

01:56:24.000 And the address there is 10100E East 350 Highway.

01:56:27.000 Raytown, Missouri at 64138-ZIP.

01:56:28.000 E. 350 Highway, Raytown, Missouri at 64138.

01:56:35.000 The phone number is area code 816-979-6294.

01:56:42.000 And we appreciate anything that anybody can do, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to discuss our pain and misery and our feelings of what's been going on.

01:56:54.000 And the gentleman that's on the air with you, I hope you have a good fight and we can all do this together and get this stuff stopped because we should not be killing our own people.

01:57:05.000 And you know, we had a civil war here many hundred years ago and we don't need it anymore.

01:57:12.000 I want to just give you a few more minutes on the other side, and then we'll let you go, Mr. Garten.

01:57:15.000 But I want to ask you and Mr. Rockey both, when we get back, why the establishment doesn't care about the Cribs. 0.97

01:57:22.000 You know, the psychology of this, because they know.

01:57:24.000 So just do a few more minutes with us, Mr. Garten, and we'll let you go, and we'll continue then with Dr. Rockey to get into more detail about DU and how to stop this.

01:57:32.000 We're going to break for 70 seconds, come back with a third hour, finish up with Mr. Garten, and then continue with Mr. Rockey, and take your calls.

01:57:41.000 Infowars.com.

01:57:42.000 Big Brother. Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:55.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:58.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 For the last hour, we've had the father of Army Sergeant Clay Garten, who clearly Was exposed to DU and beliefs that he was sick from it and he died.

01:58:20.000 Many others have admittedly been contaminated and have been sick and have died.

01:58:26.000 And our government doesn't care.

01:58:27.000 They're going to keep using it, using even more of it, and then just not giving the people treatment and denying that it ever happened.

01:58:32.000 Dr. Doug Rocky wrote literally the book on this after he was there in the 1990s in Iraq for General Schwarzkopf.

01:58:40.000 He's become ill.

01:58:41.000 Many members of his team have died from it.

01:58:44.000 And we're going to let Mr. Garten go here in just a few minutes, and we'll continue with Mr. Rockey, Dr. Rockey.

01:58:50.000 But Clay and Dr. Rockey, both of you, in the few minutes we've got left here in this segment.

01:58:55.000 Rumsfeld, Bush, Clinton, all these people know what this does.

01:59:01.000 The Army's own documents, as you said, going back to the 70s and 80s, know how toxic and deadly this is.

01:59:08.000 And there's other contaminants, not just DU, in these DU rounds.

01:59:11.000 Why don't they care?

01:59:13.000 Why do they bomb bases and then send our troops in to breathe it? 0.97

01:59:16.000 Dr. Rockey and then Mr. Garten.

01:59:20.000 It's very easy. 0.99

01:59:21.000 The purpose of war is to kill and destroy.

01:59:24.000 The consequences of war are totally irrelevant.

01:59:27.000 President Bush, ex-President Clinton, ex-President Bush number one, or anybody going back as far as I can remember down back to the 60s. 0.98

01:59:36.000 The purpose is to kill and destroy. 0.97

01:59:39.000 And when you send a warrior As we'll say, charge the machine gun nest. 0.97

01:59:43.000 That warrior goes in there with an attitude that first I'm immune, I'm Superman, nothing can happen to me.

01:59:49.000 But then when it happens, they absolutely just totally disregard the health and environmental effects.

01:59:55.000 In March of 1991, and again you have a reference to this, I think you're linked to it, I received a memorandum from the Los Alamos National Labs called the famed Los Alamos Memo.

02:00:06.000 It was written by Colonel Michael Zim, very specifically stated that we should lie on our reports in order to sustain the use of uranium missions because they're so effective in combat.

02:00:17.000 Combat commander does not care, and the generals and the president don't care what happened Well that's like saying let's drop neutron bombs on our troops because it'll kill the enemy too.

02:00:28.000 Oh yeah, really that's about it.

02:00:30.000 I mean that's what's happened.

02:00:31.000 Well in my opinion they should have just nuked the whole country and not even send our troops in and we wasted them all. 0.99

02:00:37.000 Instead of doing it slowly we'd kill them all at once.

02:00:39.000 Well, you know, sir, there's one of the things, and we have to go to this, and you know, I was involved in the planning of this. 0.96

02:00:45.000 I mean, Gulf War II Iraqi Operation Iraqi Freedom was totally ready to go by the summer of 2000, and then when Gore didn't get elected, the Kibosh got put on that invasion. 0.92

02:00:55.000 Iraq posed absolutely no threat to the United States.

02:00:58.000 Iraq did not possess chemical or biological munitions.

02:01:02.000 By the middle of the 1990s, Scott Ridder had no chance of getting nuclear weapons.

02:01:06.000 They had absolutely none whatsoever, and they were never involved in 9-1-1 whatsoever.

02:01:12.000 What are we going to do about the one next door to them?

02:01:13.000 I ran there, got it.

02:01:15.000 What are we going to do about them?

02:01:17.000 You know, again, there's a whole thing in North Korea.

02:01:19.000 What are we going to do about this?

02:01:21.000 Well, your buddy Donald Rumsfeld helped give them the reactors.

02:01:25.000 All of our buddies.

02:01:26.000 He's our good friend.

02:01:27.000 Well, I think it's important. 0.98

02:01:29.000 How about pulling all of our people back here and we'll stand off anybody that comes, damn it? 1.00

02:01:35.000 And we don't have to go somewhere else. 0.99

02:01:37.000 If they want to kill each other and take over each other's countries, that's fine. 0.91

02:01:40.000 Let's set a boundary here.

02:01:41.000 Well, I think what Dr. Rocky was saying is that Friendly fire has killed more of our troops in these last few wars than the enemy, and now the DU and the chemicals are killing tens of thousands, and you're not supposed to talk about it, Dr. Rockey?

02:01:55.000 That's correct.

02:01:56.000 I mean, you have to understand, this is coming down to very simple.

02:02:00.000 It's our own actions, and our total disregard for the consequences of the weapon systems that we use.

02:02:07.000 And the destruction of the nation's infrastructure that we wrought when we go in on there.

02:02:12.000 Let me finish up with Mr. Garten real quick.

02:02:15.000 Mr. Garten, I want to thank you for coming on the broadcast.

02:02:18.000 I'm really sorry about your son.

02:02:20.000 Our prayers go with you and your family and your son, of course.

02:02:25.000 And thank you for coming on and helping expose what DU really does.

02:02:29.000 And hopefully we can change these policies and save a lot of lives.

02:02:32.000 Thank you for having me.

02:02:34.000 Doctor, you take care and hope things get better for you and better for everybody.

02:02:39.000 Thank you very much.

02:02:40.000 We're going to take care of our troops, sir.

02:05:55.000 You want answers?

02:05:56.000 Well, so does he.

02:05:58.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:06:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:06:06.000 1,000 pounds!

02:06:07.000 1,000 pounds.

02:06:10.000 Imagine a 1,000 pound dirty bomb.

02:06:17.000 I mean, the horrible dirty bombs they've talked about that Alciata is going to try to use on us might weigh a couple hundred pounds.

02:06:26.000 Well, our government hasn't used 1,000 pounds.

02:06:29.000 They've used 1,000 tons.

02:06:33.000 Which is what?

02:06:34.000 Roughly 3,000 pounds.

02:06:37.000 In Iraq, just this round.

02:06:39.000 And a third of that in the first Gulf War.

02:06:42.000 Near that in Serbia.

02:06:44.000 They've used near those levels in Afghanistan.

02:06:47.000 Their own manuals.

02:06:49.000 Going back to the 70s, say that it does this, and then we have their own memos where they say we gotta cover this up because it's such a good weapon. 0.98

02:06:58.000 And then we march our troops in as disposable heroes, and then I've gotten emails before, ah, you commies, shut up!

02:07:06.000 Well, you just call up Mr. Garton, then, who just lost his son, and you go and you look at the graves, or you go to the funerals of these troops.

02:07:13.000 There's people dying right here in Austin.

02:07:15.000 Troops that come back and die and are buried and put in the ground!

02:07:19.000 And they get these muscle spasms, these high fevers, they do the tests, they've got D.U.

02:07:23.000 in them, from Texas to New York to Florida, the tests have been done.

02:07:27.000 And so if you really care about the troops, If you really care about what's happening to them, you call your gods, Rush Limbaugh and the rest of them, these neocons who aren't real conservatives, and you demand they talk about this.

02:07:42.000 It's real funny, isn't it?

02:07:44.000 You don't really care about the troops or America.

02:07:46.000 You care about feeling like you're on a football team, the winning team, the neocon team. 1.00

02:07:50.000 Well, your Democrat buddies did it, too.

02:07:54.000 We're going to go back to Dr. Rocky here in just a second and give him the floor and go over how we stopped this, what it's really doing.

02:07:59.000 Why they're doing it.

02:08:00.000 On InfoWars.com, we have his three questions from Dr. Doug Rocky, Ph.D.

02:08:05.000 to the Department of Defense concerning his use of radioactive weapons.

02:08:09.000 And I want to go over these three points with him.

02:08:11.000 Before we do that, just briefly, because I didn't plug them in the last hour, we fund this broadcast.

02:10:14.000 Dr. Rocky, continuing here, I mean, where should we go now?

02:10:19.000 I mean, talking to Mr. Garton, you know, hearing about how his son died, Number one, what are the numbers that you've got since D.U.

02:10:29.000 was first used thirteen years ago in the first Gulf War and now used in three other areas, well four other areas, also here in the U.S.

02:10:37.000 at least ten different zones, open air, mass munitions at these different weapons testing grounds and all these battlefields where they're doing these simulated wars.

02:10:53.000 How many people are sick and dying from this?

02:10:56.000 We have to look at all of the combinations of the effects.

02:10:59.000 We had, you can't isolate the exposures out to one given thing, and that's what's been the absolutely horrifying thing about this whole thing.

02:11:08.000 We know the individuals when they have very specific exposures to uranium munitions contamination by inhalation, ingestion, or absorption for the shrapnel in their wounds that they're going to have problems.

02:11:18.000 The, and I'm going to go back to the middle of last year where, you know, I actually have the U.S.

02:11:22.000 Department of Veteran Affairs report.

02:11:25.000 Out of 696,841 individuals that served during the Persian Gulf War proper, the combat action from August of 1990 through October-November of 1991.

02:11:32.000 During the Persian Gulf War proper, the combat action from August of 1990 through October, November 1991, as of May of last year, 231,000 had put in for claims because they were sick and ill.

02:11:49.000 And the VA had awarded, this is just those involved in the active combat phase of Gulf War I, 179,310.

02:11:58.000 Now, we know the most current data reports we've had in the last few weeks that this number now is over 181,000 that are a permanent disability.

02:12:09.000 Now, they denied medical care to over 27,000 people.

02:12:11.000 That includes my own staff.

02:12:16.000 And I'm still, we were just fighting the last few days, still trying to get my own staff medical up there, 14 years after the fact.

02:12:22.000 And you were there removing the destroyed vehicles that had been shot up with this stuff.

02:12:26.000 Oh yeah, we were doing everything under the sun with hazardous materials, all the dehumiditions, the chem-bio and rad, the whole mess.

02:12:32.000 So that's what we know has happened.

02:12:34.000 Now, of everybody that served in the Persian Gulf region from August of 1990 through May of 2004, we had over 327,000 that have put in for permanent claims from the VA.

02:12:51.000 And the VA had awarded permanent disability to over 257,000.

02:12:54.000 That's one-third of the poorest.

02:12:58.000 Now I've read the number that as of a few years ago was 35,000 of the troops have died for different reasons.

02:13:05.000 Now I'm hearing that number is 50,000 just from the first Gulf War.

02:13:07.000 Is that accurate?

02:13:09.000 Probably too low.

02:13:11.000 I can't get it.

02:13:12.000 It's just astonishing.

02:13:14.000 Then we go to Operation Iraqi Freedom.

02:13:18.000 Again, as of August of this last year, we already had the VA award a permanent disability to 27,571.

02:13:24.000 We're at 20% within one year.

02:13:25.000 We had 153 cases of cancer.

02:13:26.000 We're at 20% within one year.

02:13:29.000 We had 153 cases of cancer.

02:13:32.000 We had, let's go to some of the bigger numbers, 5,375 of the neuropsych.

02:13:40.000 Your team, how big was it?

02:13:41.000 How many people have gotten cancer?

02:13:42.000 Neurochological, respiratory, digestive over 6,000.

02:13:46.000 I mean we're seeing skin problems.

02:13:48.000 It just devastated me and all my staff.

02:13:50.000 Neuromuscular over 8,000.

02:13:53.000 These are permanent problems already with the kids.

02:13:56.000 Well let's get personal.

02:13:57.000 Your team, how big was it?

02:13:59.000 How many people have gotten cancer?

02:14:00.000 How many have died?

02:14:01.000 A real good, hard put together.

02:14:03.000 If we look at the total number of individuals the U.S.

02:14:06.000 Department of Defense totally acknowledged was involved in Friendly Fire plus all of our cleanup, that's over 400 individuals.

02:14:11.000 From a group of how many?

02:14:15.000 That's over 400 individuals.

02:14:16.000 So out of 400 individuals, how many have gotten cancer?

02:14:19.000 It's a real hard thing to put, but we've been able, looking at all the data, we've got well over 20 are dead out of the primary 100.

02:14:26.000 Now the thing that's astonishing, which is really bad news on this.

02:14:30.000 Well that's 20% out of the primary 100.

02:14:31.000 Yeah, it is.

02:14:33.000 And what we look at, which is really bad news on this whole thing, is even though we have 424 individuals there, that I can specifically identify, the Department of Defense has totally acknowledged in their own documents, They told President Bill Clinton back in 1998, that was seven years after the fact, they'd only notified 104 and 105 individuals out of 424 that they need medical care seven years after the fact.

02:14:58.000 And as the Department of Defense is totally acknowledging here even recently... So they're even admitting, yes, you've been poisoned, you need care, but the mainstream media still, is DU bad for you?

02:15:08.000 Well, the other thing too is, but you can't get medical care.

02:15:10.000 I mean, you know, up until even the last few days, I'm still fighting to get medical care for my sergeant.

02:15:15.000 The Department of the Army National Records Center in St.

02:15:19.000 Louis, Missouri claims it was never there.

02:15:21.000 But you go to the unclassified classified reports and the photo sees all over the place.

02:15:26.000 So what we have is just a total absolute disregard for the existing orders and regulations that mandate medical care for everybody.

02:15:35.000 And they just totally walk away.

02:15:37.000 Now the thing, and this is the horrifying thing about this thing, and which has really bothered me completely.

02:15:42.000 Now we have another one of our warriors, another son, Sergeant Gardner, who's died.

02:15:48.000 Over nothing.

02:15:50.000 That's what's really the tragedy here.

02:15:52.000 It's all over nothing.

02:15:54.000 But then when we send our troops in with inadequate training, for example, right here near Champaign, Illinois, we're getting ready to deploy over 600 members of the 2nd Battalion, 130th Illinois Army Infantry National Guard to Iraq.

02:16:09.000 They're leaving within hours.

02:16:12.000 OK?

02:16:13.000 That's how close it is.

02:16:14.000 They do not have the training, because I've talked to them.

02:16:16.000 They do not have the equipment.

02:16:19.000 And they're being sent into a nightmare again.

02:16:21.000 Well, I've read the Army doesn't even allow the issuance of the training manuals, Bob, do you?

02:16:27.000 Well, they haven't done that.

02:16:28.000 I mean, the number of orders that were issued once I completed all this stuff back in the 90s, and again, reissued in the total This refusal to do it is just continued travesty and atrocity.

02:16:38.000 Why every war do they do this to our troops and now it's getting even worse?

02:16:41.000 I mean, why do they almost take an enjoyment in hurting the troops even greater than the enemy does and then not even giving them treatment?

02:16:49.000 Well, part of the thing is it's just one in the battle and one in the war with a total disregard for health and environmental effects.

02:16:54.000 You have to understand, this goes back to what I learned from my days in Vietnam.

02:16:58.000 We're totally expendable.

02:17:00.000 Well, that shows Rumsfeld's disconnect, going, hey, you go to war with the army you got.

02:17:06.000 They had years to get ready for this.

02:17:08.000 Well, we actually planned to put this together years ago.

02:17:12.000 So all this stuff that's happening, when you look at the training, the operations, and all the exercise we have is all put together.

02:17:18.000 But it's total disregard.

02:17:20.000 It's real simple.

02:17:21.000 The United States uses uranium munitions because they're extremely effective.

02:17:25.000 They destroy a nation's infrastructure, release all the toxic industrial chemicals.

02:17:29.000 They don't provide the troops with the protection they needed.

02:17:32.000 They don't clean up the mess that they're supposed to do.

02:17:34.000 Then they put the troops in there, and the kids come back sick, and they die, and nobody gives a flying.

02:17:41.000 We'll be right back.

02:17:46.000 The media is flooded with reports of everything from antibiotic resistant super germs to the possibility of a flu epidemic due to a vaccine shortage.

02:17:54.000 If we can't rely on traditional medicines, what are you going to do to keep you and your family healthy and safe?

02:17:59.000 There is now a scientifically proven alternative called Super Silver Solution.

02:18:03.000 Super Silver is a combination of supercharged silver and oxygen.

02:18:06.000 Has been proven to kill hundreds of bacteria and be at least two to three hundred percent more effective than any other silver product.

02:21:49.000 I want the military personnel listening.

02:21:51.000 I want the police listening.

02:21:54.000 I want people that serve this government who are listening to understand.

02:21:59.000 They admittedly left 20 plus thousand American ...and British POWs in Nazi camps and let Stalin have them. 0.89

02:22:10.000 That's admitted!

02:22:11.000 I have the documents, mainstream.

02:22:13.000 Roosevelt, and this is now, the documents were declassified two years ago in major New York papers, but just back of the paper, ordered the Navy to leave 7,000 American citizens in the Philippines so they'd be captured because it would, quote, be good propaganda in the newsreels.

02:22:31.000 7,000 lives.

02:22:34.000 Four thousand plus of them died in the camps.

02:22:36.000 I've interviewed people who were six years old in the camps, watching their mothers and fathers being tortured and raped by the Japanese, who were pretty brittle, just so they could have some propaganda and newsreels about having our civilians! 0.97

02:22:50.000 Oh, but they wouldn't be involved in 9-11, the globalists would.

02:22:53.000 Oh, no.

02:22:54.000 They wouldn't market drugs that they know are dangerous on the market.

02:22:59.000 The government cares about you.

02:23:01.000 The government loves you.

02:23:03.000 The government's run by sweetie pies that are just so nice.

02:23:07.000 And Dr. Rocky, most of the troops and police I've talked to know something's wrong, support what I'm doing, what you're doing.

02:23:13.000 But, a few weeks ago, I was buying some Christmas presents at Academy's Sporting Goods Store, and a guy walked up, and, you know, he's like, I fly helicopters with the Night Stalkers, and I'm like, you know, you're full of it, and blah blah blah, and I said, well, you know, the vaccine's been admitted to be deadly, and that's admitted.

02:23:29.000 Ah, whatever.

02:23:30.000 Well, you better watch out with DU, and he started laughing at me.

02:23:34.000 I mean, you know, what's funny about this, when their own manuals say it, but I'm bad?

02:23:39.000 How is it not patriotic that I stand up for the troops?

02:23:42.000 That I gave out the phone number to raise money for this dead soldier's family?

02:23:46.000 How is that bad, but these people just sit there doing nothing for the soldiers, and even some soldiers laugh about it, Dr. Rockey?

02:23:52.000 I wish I had the answer to that question.

02:23:55.000 Many, many years ago, between combat missions, we were...

02:24:00.000 Vietnam days and some events happened and my commanding general was right there.

02:24:06.000 I stayed in touch with him.

02:24:07.000 We stayed friends for over 30 years.

02:24:10.000 He had told us back in Vietnam days, between combat missions, he said, you know, I'm going to always take care of you and I want you to always take care of the troops because that's our primary responsibility.

02:24:18.000 Well, right before he died here a few years ago, he looked at me and said, well, Sergeant Rock, because at that time I was a sergeant, ended up going through all the ranks, said, Sergeant Rock, That's how I remember me.

02:24:30.000 Are you still taking care of the troops?

02:24:32.000 And, uh, General?

02:24:33.000 Yes, sir, I am.

02:24:35.000 What we have to understand with uranium munitions use, the United States made the conscious... United States officials, Department of Defense officials... You have the document!

02:24:45.000 Oh, absolutely.

02:24:46.000 Made the conscious choice to use uranium munitions and disregard the health and environmental effects.

02:24:51.000 The Army Regulation, and I'm looking at it right here, signed by General Shinseki, who issued the original order Back in October 93 to clean up the medical care, provide all the training, and clean up all environmental contamination that got me on this whole DU project.

02:25:07.000 This Army regulation specifically states, I'm going to read this quote, Commanders Radiation Safety Officer will identify, segregate, isolate, secure, and label all radiologic contaminated equipment.

02:25:19.000 Procedures to minimize the spread of radioactivity will be implemented as soon as possible.

02:25:24.000 Okay, that's not a question, that's a direct order.

02:25:28.000 The unit team, individual responsible for the equipment, whether friendly or foreign, at the time of damage or contamination, responsible for taking all actions consistent with this regulation and the pamphlet that I wrote.

02:25:39.000 We come on down.

02:25:41.000 All equipment to include captured or combat radiologically contaminated equipment will be surveyed, packaged, retrograded, decontaminated, and released in accordance with the technical bulletin 9-1300-278.

02:25:52.000 That specifies contamination levels.

02:25:57.000 Personnel, quote, personnel handling contaminated equipment need to follow personal safety measures outlined in the pamphlet.

02:26:04.000 That requires full respiratory and skin protection.

02:26:07.000 Uh, we keep coming on down.

02:26:09.000 And, uh... But Rush Limbaugh says it's nutritious!

02:26:13.000 How about that?

02:26:13.000 How about he eats some with his ladies?

02:26:15.000 How about let him eat all this stuff?

02:26:18.000 You know, the requirements exist.

02:26:22.000 The U.S.

02:26:22.000 Army regulation, which has the same force as U.S.

02:26:25.000 federal law, requires Thorough cleanup.

02:26:28.000 We come on down to the next section that absolutely mandates medical care.

02:26:33.000 Not a question.

02:26:34.000 Not a thing, well, I'll think about it.

02:26:36.000 It says, thou shalt provide medical care.

02:26:39.000 When we look at the technical bulletin that we revised based on all our research and first-hand experience, not somebody sitting, you know, at a desk thinking about this stuff.

02:26:54.000 But what you really do it and how you clean up the mess.

02:26:58.000 That's the kind of science I did. 0.91

02:27:00.000 That's what I did as a super garbage man. 0.95

02:27:02.000 I had to clean up the mess.

02:27:04.000 Okay?

02:27:04.000 And so when you look at the very specific specifications, it's not, i.e., something that you say, I can get around with.

02:27:14.000 We know that the level of contamination that exists throughout Iraq, in the camps with the soldiers there, in the combat areas, We're on the march. 0.85

02:27:22.000 The empire's on the run.

02:27:23.000 We know the Department of Defense officials are not cleaning up, they're not providing the troops...

02:27:27.000 Stay there, Doctor.

02:27:28.000 Let's do a few more minutes on the other side and take some calls.

02:27:31.000 Let's come back and talk about it.

02:27:33.000 We're on the march.

02:27:37.000 The empire's on the run.

02:27:39.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:30:42.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:30:55.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:31:00.000 I know we've had loaded phones for the last hour and a half, but I haven't been taking calls because I've had two guests on about DU.

02:31:07.000 You want to talk about depleted uranium, or examples of our government not caring about its own minions, Let's just show you how ruthless these corporate creatures are.

02:31:17.000 We'll go to John and Roger and a few others that are holding.

02:31:20.000 Plus a caller wants to talk about a Casper, Wyoming, Star Tribune article about Clarence Thomas, the Bohemian Grove.

02:31:28.000 I saw it this morning, didn't print it for some reason, didn't bring it, but we'll talk to that caller about that, too.

02:31:34.000 You want to talk to Dr. Doug Rockey, an American hero, Vietnam veteran.

02:31:34.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:31:42.000 Literally wrote the book in the early 90s on DU and how deadly it is for the Pentagon.

02:31:47.000 The official Army regulations not being followed. 0.95

02:31:50.000 And then the neocons get on radio, like the gun-grabbing, open-border, big-government-promoting scum they are, and tell you, it's conservative, it's good for you. 0.97

02:31:58.000 I mean, I've heard them. 0.98

02:31:59.000 It's good for you.

02:32:00.000 It's not bad.

02:32:01.000 It's safe.

02:32:03.000 It's depleted.

02:32:04.000 It's not a problem.

02:32:06.000 It's total fraud.

02:32:07.000 Okay?

02:32:08.000 Two rims of radiation.

02:32:10.000 New York Daily News did blood tests at a major firm.

02:32:13.000 I mean, that's very high levels, folks.

02:32:15.000 But before we go back to Dr. Rockey and your calls, I want to play this clip, I've played it probably ten times over the last few months, where local CBS News, this has been all over the country, similar reports, where they tell you new reports, mercury is good for your child's brain.

02:32:30.000 I expect them to say uranium is good for you soon.

02:32:33.000 You know, this is the just incredible lying I want, you know, from our scientists, from our PhD, I want to get his comment on mercury being nutritious for you.

02:32:41.000 Go ahead and play this clip.

02:32:43.000 Mercury-containing vaccines may have on kids.

02:32:46.000 A life-saving device wins over-the-counter approval by the FDA.

02:32:49.000 And sick of your glasses and contact lenses, a new corrective eye surgery is approved today.

02:32:54.000 Here's tonight's medical headlines with medical watch reporter, Huma Mather.

02:33:00.000 Mercury-containing vaccines may help not harm kids, according to two new studies in the journal Pediatrics.

02:33:07.000 There have been widespread concerns that mercury-based preservatives in vaccines might impair the neurological development of children.

02:33:13.000 These new studies suggest that the opposite, that the preservatives may actually be associated with improved behavior and mental performance.

02:33:21.000 We've been moved by the Food and Drug Administration.

02:33:24.000 Then they get into a new defibrillator.

02:33:26.000 The point here is that one study was done by a big drug company that makes vaccines, the other by the feds, and they have literally thousands of studies about how bad mercury is for the brain, especially at 200 times safe levels.

02:33:38.000 That's what a six-month-old gets after the first round of shots.

02:33:41.000 Dr. Rockey, just a side issue, they're now telling us that mercury is good for us.

02:33:45.000 Do you think that's true?

02:33:47.000 This is pure nonsense.

02:33:49.000 That's about all I can say.

02:33:51.000 I mean, mercury, like all this stuff, are a toxic heavy metal.

02:33:55.000 You get into the body, you're going to get sick.

02:33:56.000 It's that simple.

02:33:57.000 There is no safe level.

02:33:59.000 This concept, the idea that there's a safe level... But sir, it's not just safe, it's good for your brain now!

02:34:03.000 Well, I mean, we've had the same comments already made about uranium contamination in the body.

02:34:09.000 The U.S.

02:34:10.000 Army officials have made those same comments recently.

02:34:13.000 It's pure nonsense.

02:34:14.000 Wait a minute, they're saying it's nutritious?

02:34:16.000 Oh, absolutely.

02:34:17.000 You're joking. 0.88

02:34:18.000 I mean, it's pure nonsense.

02:34:19.000 You have to understand. 0.55

02:34:21.000 I'm going to go back.

02:34:22.000 I'm going to make this loud and clear.

02:34:24.000 The Los Alamos Memorandum, which you have a link to on your website, very specifically stated, rely on the reports in order to sustain the use of uranium.

02:34:32.000 Yeah, we've got a link to that, but do you have that in front of you?

02:34:34.000 Can you read that?

02:34:35.000 Sure.

02:34:36.000 And then we'll go to calls.

02:34:37.000 This is where they're saying, this is a great weapon, let's lie about it.

02:34:44.000 Take your time to dig it out.

02:34:47.000 When we look at all of the stuff that's happening, I don't even know how to get there.

02:34:56.000 I'm not finding it right now.

02:34:56.000 how to get there.

02:34:57.000 I'm not finding it right now.

02:34:59.000 Let me try to dig it out.

02:35:00.000 I've got the printouts, but go ahead.

02:35:02.000 Yeah, it's just so much stuff.

02:35:04.000 I mean, it's just absolute pure nonsense.

02:35:07.000 And, you know, we can go over...

02:35:10.000 Well, tell us what that particular officer said.

02:35:12.000 Well, what it said, very specifically stated, we need to, uh, ensure the use of uranium munitions, we need to put it together, and there have to be total proponency, and whenever we write after-action reports to ensure that we sustain the use of uranium munitions.

02:35:25.000 I mean, that's been going off and on forever.

02:35:27.000 When I was director of the Depleted Uranium Project, all this information started coming out, and I'm going, Well, you know, we gotta all get this put together, but the same thing, we're trying to make sure it's taken care of within the military.

02:35:37.000 So what's next?

02:35:38.000 We're gonna start saying cyanide's good for you, or?

02:35:40.000 Who knows?

02:35:41.000 I mean, you know, it's just pure, total nonsense.

02:35:45.000 Thing is that's happening here.

02:35:49.000 The idea and the concept just to kill and destroy and totally disregard the health and environmental effects of warfare, whether it's uranium munitions or destruction of a nation's infrastructure, And walk away just for power and greed and everything else is what's driving it all around. 0.96

02:36:03.000 The sick part is that the current White House, and it was the same for Clinton, is a bunch of chicken hawks. 0.60

02:36:09.000 Well I mean it's, you know, you have to understand all these people involved in this stuff go back through multiple administrations. 0.86

02:36:14.000 It's not any one given thing.

02:36:15.000 The guys that are running this thing now under Bush 2 are the same ones that were doing it under Clinton and some of them were involved in Bush 1 and they go back forever.

02:36:25.000 You need to understand it doesn't change.

02:36:26.000 It doesn't change.

02:36:29.000 Uh, the horrifying thing about this thing is, now we've got Sartin Gardner, you know, his, you know, died right after Christmas, you know, and all this stuff.

02:36:37.000 He was again abandoned by his nation.

02:36:40.000 But yet, now they have to go out and put a fund together to take care of his children.

02:36:44.000 Okay? 0.96

02:36:46.000 That's ludicrous. 0.99

02:36:48.000 Bush is about to spend millions upon millions upon millions of dollars for this friggin' inauguration, okay? 0.97

02:36:53.000 Why don't they give one of those million dollars to this family and help take care of this family? 1.00

02:37:00.000 That's where the reality is.

02:37:01.000 I'm tired of our nation's soldiers being sent to war with inadequate training, with inadequate equipment, in totally contaminated environments, not being provided the mandated medical care that is required by direct orders.

02:37:17.000 Put into areas where the contamination is all over the place, because it has not been cleaned up, even though it is absolutely required by U.S.

02:37:25.000 Army Regulation, Department of Defense Regulations and Guidelines.

02:37:28.000 Well, they used three times as much DU in Iraq this time as 14 years ago.

02:37:34.000 And they used it in all the populated areas instead of out in the middle of the desert.

02:37:41.000 And if we've had thousands of people die from it in the first one, what are the numbers going to be this time?

02:37:45.000 I mean, the numbers are already astronomical.

02:37:47.000 When we're looking at over 20% of the current forest after one year already being permanently disabled, you've got to ask what the question is.

02:37:55.000 It's not, i.e., 6,000 or 8,000 that have been wounded and another 1,200 or 1,400 that have died.

02:38:01.000 It's all these other thousand that have died, like Sgt.

02:38:04.000 Gardner, that are not counted.

02:38:06.000 And it's all these other 27,000 that have already been given permanent disability within one year.

02:38:10.000 I mean, the casualty count is just astronomical.

02:38:14.000 And it's over nothing.

02:38:17.000 Okay?

02:38:18.000 The regulations mandate medical care.

02:38:20.000 The regulations mandate... Well, that's my point.

02:38:23.000 Why did I have an army officer laughing at me saying he'd been told it was a conspiracy by his superiors when I was saying, your own manual says it's deadly.

02:38:32.000 And he's laughing at me.

02:38:34.000 You have to remember, you get in this mindset where they got everything put together, okay? 1.00

02:38:34.000 They're fools. 1.00

02:38:40.000 And the individual, the group think, and they say, well, this is what they tell me, so therefore it's there. 0.99

02:38:45.000 You know, if I hadn't been there and learned it myself, Okay, and went through the process of understanding what happened and making the decision, I can't go along with this nonsense anymore.

02:38:54.000 I might have stuck in there with those guys.

02:38:57.000 But what I learned and what I saw in a military career that spanned over, you know, well over 30 years, and all these special considerations, is they don't care.

02:39:06.000 And for a soldier that believes this stuff but doesn't look and says, I'll give you an example.

02:39:13.000 The U.S.

02:39:14.000 Army and Department of Defense officials that are responsible for radiation safety for the troops and our nation's troops right now and in the past have absolutely point blank refused to join me in my effort to ensure that medical care is provided to our nation's sons and daughters as ordered by the U.S. Surgeon General and the environmental contamination is cleaned up as ordered by General Shinseki.

02:39:37.000 They refuse to help us do that.

02:39:39.000 So when we here support the troops, that means live in denial, drink your six-pack, don't care about the troops.

02:39:46.000 Now this is number three of your three questions.

02:39:47.000 By what legal or ethical right can members of the United States military or any other nation's military disperse tons of uranium weapons with radioactive and heavy metal toxic contamination, America's own dirty bomb, any place In the world, when those radioactive materials will then contaminate air, water, soil with consequence of adverse health effects, as we know, will occur.

02:40:11.000 We must remember that one of the findings published by the U.S.

02:40:14.000 Army Environment Policy Institute in their 1995 report on depleted uranium was quoted.

02:40:19.000 No available toxicology can significantly change the inherent chemical and radiological toxicity of DU.

02:40:26.000 These are intrinsic properties of uranium.

02:40:29.000 Hey, mercury's bad for you folks in high levels.

02:40:32.000 Uranium's bad for you.

02:40:33.000 It is not vitamin C. And we're radical, Dr. Rocky.

02:40:39.000 Because you were one of the, you know, the head guys who wrote the book on this for them.

02:40:44.000 You're radical because you say it as the troops die.

02:40:46.000 I'm radical because I know Mercury isn't good for me.

02:40:50.000 The world's turned topsy-turvy.

02:40:52.000 Let's take some calls.

02:40:53.000 John in New York.

02:40:54.000 You're on the air with insane people that think uranium's bad for you.

02:40:58.000 Go ahead.

02:40:59.000 I'm just going to tell you about a VA hospital.

02:40:59.000 Hi.

02:41:01.000 I got about three points.

02:41:02.000 I'll make it quick.

02:41:03.000 VA hospital here in our town.

02:41:05.000 They tried to fire off one of the local workers.

02:41:07.000 He had a bad back.

02:41:08.000 They tried not to pay him a workman's comp.

02:41:11.000 Ended up going through court procedures and all that.

02:41:13.000 When it got said and done, the boss put paperwork in his file that was false.

02:41:17.000 And the secretary admitted that in court.

02:41:20.000 So anyhow, he proved his case and he got his job back.

02:41:22.000 When it got said and done, the job was... The description of what actually happened is a fraudulent description put in the file.

02:41:28.000 And the boss has still got his job.

02:41:30.000 Secondly, can we use like pH to dictate possibly a measure of if you've got DU would be an inherent measure of hey, I got a problem here.

02:41:39.000 It might be an indicator.

02:41:40.000 Secondly, my son, other son went into the military and he was a Band-Aid, you know, there'll be a medical.

02:41:48.000 And when I came out of the military, a year later, he tells me oxygen is bad for you.

02:41:53.000 I said, who the hell told you that?

02:41:54.000 Excuse my language.

02:41:55.000 But, you know, here's just the other extreme of the case.

02:41:58.000 And the last thing is, as far as the UN outlaws using dirty bombs or whatever else, Now, they've got a tool for ourselves to use that, hey, you didn't enforce law on that side, so now when you say we've got a mandate that we're going to be Euro or World Order or whatever, we don't have to mandate that rule because you didn't mandate the other rule.

02:42:17.000 It's just, it's a bad game again.

02:42:19.000 Thank you very much.

02:42:20.000 Thank you, John.

02:42:21.000 Yeah, this systemic corruption in the VA, would you like to speak to that, Dr. Rocky?

02:42:27.000 Well, it's an ongoing thing.

02:42:28.000 I mean, what has happened is care has been denied, inappropriate care has been given.

02:42:35.000 Care has been delayed.

02:42:37.000 Or when they give you the care, they totally disregard it.

02:42:39.000 When you go in for health problems, they totally disregard it.

02:42:42.000 Or they just say, we're doing you a favor.

02:42:44.000 And I want to add a caveat to police and firemen listening.

02:42:46.000 This is NBC News, folks.

02:42:48.000 The back of the paper.

02:42:50.000 And this is in the 9-11 section of InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

02:42:54.000 Those buildings, Tower 1 and 2, were built, were insulated with asbestos.

02:42:59.000 That's admitted.

02:43:00.000 And the people got incredibly sick.

02:43:02.000 The FDA.

02:43:04.000 Excuse me, the EPA put out the report and said they've got huge amounts of particulates in their lungs.

02:43:10.000 Of this, they're very sick, they need a fund, and George Bush blocked the fund to give medical treatment to the firemen and police.

02:43:18.000 Forget the civilians, as they call us. 1.00

02:43:21.000 So again, there's another example just of how they'll have all these tributes to you, all this sappiness on TV, crying and loving you and telling you what heroes you are, but they really don't care about you.

02:43:32.000 Well, Christine Whitman actually altered the reports and all the contaminants that were involved there and where everybody got sick. 0.91

02:43:38.000 I was keynote speaker at an EPA, in the EPA conference, conference with all the EPA headquarters in Cincinnati a year ago on all this stuff.

02:43:46.000 It was right after that conference where all this stuff came out that Whitman got fired and stuff started coming out.

02:43:51.000 So that's again a toxic wasteland.

02:43:53.000 They don't care.

02:43:54.000 I mean, it just, it's mind boggling.

02:43:57.000 But again, what was it, $97 million?

02:44:00.000 Which sounds like a lot, but it's not when you've got tens of thousands of police and firemen.

02:44:04.000 And see, you didn't get it!

02:44:06.000 You don't get anything!

02:44:07.000 But you're going to pull me over and demand to search my car and act like a police state thug serving this system. 1.00

02:44:13.000 It's stupid! 1.00

02:44:15.000 Let's go, what do we got, another call? 1.00

02:44:17.000 Yeah, let's go to Roger in Pennsylvania.

02:44:19.000 Roger, go ahead.

02:44:21.000 Yeah, thanks.

02:44:21.000 Dr. Duggan, I wanted to ask, I assume you're probably at least a little more ordinance expert than I am, which would be sufficient, but am I correct in my surmise that even if one believes in DU rounds, that they, say in Bosnia and probably to a lesser extent even in Say, the Iraqi context, that probably less than something like one to five percent of the time would that round make a difference for not requiring a second round, etc.

02:44:48.000 There's no, very little reactive armor, etc.

02:44:51.000 that would occasion the use of such a round.

02:44:53.000 Is that about accurate?

02:44:55.000 Well, let me put it even simpler than that.

02:44:57.000 A standard HEAT round, high explosive, or a .50 cal round is going to take out the equipment.

02:45:01.000 We never found a reactive armor.

02:45:03.000 We never found anything that couldn't be penetrated by .50 cal rounds.

02:45:05.000 Well, how about that?

02:45:07.000 God bless you all.

02:45:08.000 Yeah, that's a good point.

02:45:09.000 I've seen them admit on television that they shoot buildings up, regular cars, buses... Well, we've got the actual measurements, we've got the actual photographic records, we've got the video records.

02:45:20.000 I mean, I've got video footage of U.S.

02:45:22.000 Army officers with all the contamination around, not putting their troops in protective gear, not cleaning up, and just simply refusing to do anything with it, just leaving it there.

02:45:32.000 There's no question about this.

02:45:33.000 Why are they just using it all over Iraq and more and more munitions?

02:45:37.000 I mean, before it was just the Abrams Dark Brown, the Sabo Round, and in the Warthog Vulcan Cannon.

02:45:43.000 Why is it using so many other weapons now?

02:45:47.000 Kills and destroys.

02:45:48.000 This is a little curious thing.

02:45:51.000 Well, here's a question.

02:45:52.000 How many weapon systems that you know of is it being used in?

02:45:55.000 Okay, we have it in the Abrams rounds, 105, 120 millimeter round.

02:46:00.000 That's in the U.S. 0.76

02:46:00.000 side. 0.76

02:46:01.000 We have it in 30 millimeter.

02:46:03.000 Each one of those are about 10 pounds solid uranium per round.

02:46:07.000 The Bradley fighting vehicle uses a 25 millimeter round.

02:46:10.000 That's about a half pound of solid uranium per round.

02:46:13.000 The Warthog fires a DE round.

02:46:16.000 Each one's about three quarters of a pound of solid uranium per round.

02:46:20.000 It fires at 4,000 rounds per minute.

02:46:21.000 That's a ton and a half per minute on target.

02:46:24.000 Then we have the ATEM and the PETAM.

02:46:26.000 Those are both submunitions.

02:46:27.000 Those are land mines.

02:46:28.000 Those are cluster bombs contained DU.

02:46:31.000 Then we have it in the .50 cal machine gun.

02:46:33.000 Yeah, I've read that they're issuing it to everybody now.

02:46:35.000 We have total confirmation on Abrams tank being taken out by a .50 cal DU round.

02:46:40.000 Absolute total confirmation, not a question.

02:46:43.000 Then we have it in the bunker busters.

02:46:45.000 Absolutely no doubt about it.

02:46:46.000 We got it in the cruise missiles.

02:46:47.000 You have to understand, this stuff is so effective.

02:46:51.000 That the warrior, when they go to war, or the guys that run the war, are going to use it.

02:46:54.000 And the other thing, too, is we're getting rid of all of our radiological waste at Oak Ridge, in Tennessee, Portsmouth in Ohio, and Paducah, Kentucky.

02:47:02.000 They can't dispose of it there, so what we'll do is dispose of it in another nation and walk away.

02:47:06.000 Incredible.

02:47:07.000 I know we got a bunch of calls, but John, specifically for Dr. Rocky, who's up next?

02:47:14.000 Okay, well, we got callers calling in, but they're calling in about other issues, about Bohemian Grove and other issues, so we're not going to take calls on that, folks.

02:47:21.000 We're talking about complete uranium here in just the last few minutes we've got with Dr. Rocky here at the end of the year.

02:47:27.000 Dr. Rocky, I couldn't have thought of a more important broadcast to do at the end of the year, because if they'll do this, they'll do anything.

02:47:34.000 I mean, what else are they doing that is killing our own people?

02:47:38.000 I mean, what does this say about, in closing, the mindset of these people?

02:47:42.000 Well, let's consider Project Shad is still an ongoing thing throughout the United States, where they've deliberately exposed chemical and biological munitions to our own troops, as they've done for years and years and years. 0.62

02:47:51.000 I've had to clean that up, I've had to provide medical care for the casualties, and that continues on.

02:47:56.000 The thing is, again, as we end this year, the United States has gone to war again.

02:48:01.000 They have sent our sons and daughters into war with defective equipment, with inadequate training, into a contaminated area where we refuse to provide, clean up the contamination that we caused.

02:48:15.000 We're leaving that contamination there to affect the residents of those areas, and we've walked away and refused to provide medical care, and now we've got another American warrior, a son and daughter of America, son of America, who's died in Kansas City area, abandoned by his nation, for which he gave his life for.

02:48:32.000 Dr. Rocky, I'll see you in 2005, I want to get you back on about Project Shad.

02:48:37.000 Thank you very much.

02:48:38.000 Thank you for coming on.

02:48:40.000 Hold on just one moment.

02:48:42.000 We'll be right back, folks.

02:48:43.000 Hold on just a second.

02:48:45.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

02:48:47.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:48:50.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:48:54.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:48:59.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:49:03.000 The civil emergency was created by the police.

02:49:06.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

02:49:13.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:49:16.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:49:20.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:49:26.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:49:45.000 The illuminated Berkey base allows most gravity filters to be used in the center of a table by raising the spigot level.

02:49:51.000 Made of durable Lexan polymer, the same material used for bulletproof glass, it has eight LED lamps.

02:49:57.000 Incredibly, the low-energy LEDs will last for more than 11 years of continuous use and are bright enough to be spotted for over a mile in the dark.

02:50:06.000 The LED lamps are powered by an AC adapter, and during emergencies, the rechargeable batteries will operate them all night long.

02:50:13.000 When the LEDs are switched off, the AC adapter automatically recharges the batteries.

02:50:19.000 The Berkey Base is available in gorgeous cobalt blue or practical bright white LEDs.

02:50:24.000 Ideal as an emergency light, flashlight, or nightlight.

02:51:40.000 Waging war on corruption.

02:51:52.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:51:59.000 Alright, you know, always the most important stuff gets said during breaks.

02:52:02.000 Talking to Dr. Rocky, you know, he's having upper respiratory problems right now, bleeding rashes from the DU right now.

02:52:09.000 A lot of his team has died that was there in 1991, or are very ill.

02:52:14.000 Finishing up, Dr. Rockey, we were talking about folks that go, oh, I trust the government, they wouldn't do that to me, and you had a comment to that.

02:52:22.000 They're going to do it to you, and what I need to urge right now, it's been all over the news and everybody, I need to have every mother and father, son and daughter, niece and nephew, grandparent, aunt and uncle, call their congressmen, their senators, the President of the United States, call the Secretary of Defense,

02:52:39.000 And absolutely ensure, mandate, that our sons and daughters are not sent to war with defective equipment, inadequate training, and a total lack of medical care assessment before they go to war, when they're in war, and medical care when they come back.

02:52:54.000 But you know the cover-ups gotta continue.

02:52:56.000 They can't let it up.

02:52:57.000 This is like all the other cover-ups.

02:52:59.000 Well, yeah, but the whole thing is we have to have everybody that yells and screams at no more.

02:53:03.000 One of the things that I've been doing... Well, it's also a good reason not to join the military.

02:53:08.000 Well, let me tell you, after 30-some years in the military as a retired and disabled combat veteran right now, I wouldn't advise anybody to join the military from what I've learned.

02:53:16.000 But what we have to do now, we have to take care of our sons and daughters.

02:53:19.000 Everybody must call and take action to demand and ensure they have adequate training, the equipment they need, they get the medical care before, they get the medical care during and after.

02:53:29.000 And they're not put in there with effective equipment.

02:53:31.000 And this nonsense where Rumsfeld said, well, you go to war with what you have is ridiculous.

02:53:36.000 He has an obligation to ensure that our sons and daughters have the best equipment at all times.

02:53:41.000 And when I hear words, and I get back a message, send me a Christmas care package.

02:53:45.000 Send me socks.

02:53:46.000 Send me shoelaces.

02:53:48.000 Send me the simplest stuff.

02:53:49.000 Send me toilet paper.

02:53:50.000 Did you know Halliburton charges them $100 for 10 pounds of laundry?

02:53:54.000 Yeah, well, Halliburton has been ripping everybody off since I wrote the cleanup plan and gave it to Halliburton by the Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, back in 92.

02:54:03.000 What the heck?

02:54:05.000 Listen, Dr. Rocky, have a good New Year and I want to get you back on soon about Project Shad, where they openly nerve gas and bio our troops and kill them and test it on them. 0.63

02:54:13.000 I want to get you back on about that and God bless you and thanks for your courage.

02:54:16.000 Thank you and God bless and Happy New Year to everybody.

02:54:19.000 And to that family, we've got to take care of that family, but then we have to make sure our government takes care of all of the families.

02:54:26.000 And stops what they're doing to begin with.

02:54:28.000 Take care.

02:54:29.000 Take care.

02:54:29.000 Bye.

02:54:30.000 Folks, I mean again, So many people think they're members of the establishment, you defend it like a bunch of bees or something, and it doesn't care about you.

02:54:39.000 In fact, it hates you.

02:54:40.000 The globalists have little contests about who's the most ruthless.

02:54:44.000 Seriously, they do. 0.97

02:54:45.000 It's a society of sickos that run the planet, and they want you to think you're part of it. 0.98

02:54:51.000 You're not, folks. 0.97

02:54:53.000 Okay?

02:54:53.000 This broadcast is not radical.

02:54:56.000 Mercury is not nutritious.

02:54:58.000 Uranium is not good for you.

02:55:00.000 This is true.

02:55:01.000 This is real.

02:55:02.000 The IMF and World Bank public documents now are how to make the world starve, how to take our pension funds, how to enslave us.

02:55:10.000 It's about control! 0.95

02:55:12.000 They're criminals!

02:55:14.000 In this new year, 2005 coming up, we're probably going to see globalist terror attacks, bring in national drafts and police state.

02:55:21.000 We're going to see the implementation of the national ID cards and the driver's license.

02:55:24.000 We're going to see the New Freedom Initiative as they try to push that, or psychological testing and drugging.

02:55:29.000 We have got to wake everybody up and say no.

02:55:31.000 We've got to support those that tell the truth.

02:55:34.000 We've all got to become info warriors and stand up against this new world order.

02:55:39.000 The interview you heard with Dr. Rocky will re-air tonight, 9 to midnight central and several times over the weekend.

02:55:45.000 Please tell your friends and family to tune in if they're in the military so they have a chance to hear the reality of what they're facing from the guy that literally wrote the book back in 1991 for the Pentagon on DU, Dr.

02:56:00.000 I'm Alex Jones signing off.

02:56:02.000 I'll see you live in 2005.

02:56:06.000 I won't be out getting drunk tonight.

02:56:09.000 I'll be editing and working on my new video, Martial Law. 1.00

02:56:13.000 I hope you'll spend time with your family and think about the new year instead of going out and acting like an idiot. 0.99

02:56:20.000 We've got more serious things to do than to go out and drink and drive. 1.00
