00:01:11.000 She's an expert on Mr. Chertoff, who's going to be our new Homeland Security Leader.
00:01:18.000 And then, of course, in the second hour, Pat Shannon.
00:01:23.000 Concerning new developments, I mean, we already knew that the BATF practiced blowing up a whole bunch of rider trucks out in the desert in the weeks before the Oklahoma City bombing as part of a National Security Council secret program.
00:01:39.000 Not just trucks, folks.
00:01:41.000 Rider trucks.
00:01:42.000 Out in the desert.
00:01:46.000 Pat Shannon with American Free Press is going to be joining us because new documents have been released and declassified.
00:01:54.000 With the BATF leader Right there.
00:01:58.000 Calling in that it was an ANFO or fertilizer bomb within 10 minutes to BATF headquarters in Dallas.
00:02:07.000 We also had one of the chief FBI agents who told mainstream media that he was in Dallas and drove to Oklahoma City.
00:02:14.000 Turns out we have his receipts from the hotel.
00:02:18.000 He was there, of course, the night before.
00:02:24.000 It goes on, and on, and on, and on, and on.
00:02:30.000 And then in the third hour, Daniel Hopseeker, and just an amazing individual, making documentary films for many years, has a great website, Mad Cow Production, madcowprod.com.
00:02:45.000 He was good enough to allow us to post his Muhammad Atta and the Venice Flying Circus His film getting into the hijackers and government involvement and how they were trained at US military bases and trained at private facilities. 0.78
00:03:00.000 We posted that at PrisonPlanet.TV.
00:03:05.000 There for members at PrisonPlanet.TV.
00:03:08.000 It's one of the new videos we posted this week.
00:03:11.000 He'll be joining us in the third hour.
00:03:15.000 So a jam-packed broadcast today.
00:03:21.000 The first thing I want to talk about, though, is I was in the shower this morning, and I've got one of those little radios you can listen to the radio in the shower with, and I'm in there listening to the radio, local AM radio, and they're announcing how wonderful it is that all over the city of Austin there are federally funded checkpoints.
00:03:46.000 Where they stop your cars and search everyone and the police officer who co-hosts the program was saying how this is how we stop crime and stop drunks and why while we're checking your license and registration and insurance we might find other illegal things.
00:04:06.000 And so as I'm in the shower for 20 minutes I listen to it.
00:04:08.000 As I'm brushing my teeth and combing my hair another 15 minutes I'm listening to it.
00:04:12.000 As I'm getting dressed I'm listening to it.
00:04:14.000 And then drinking coffee on listening to it, on the computer on listening to it.
00:04:18.000 There were probably 20 callers.
00:04:21.000 One of them was for it.
00:04:24.000 All the other callers were against the checkpoints.
00:04:26.000 We're sick of the police state.
00:04:27.000 We're sick of this going on.
00:04:29.000 And the one caller who was for it was a foreigner. 0.76
00:04:35.000 Well, in my country, they search us routinely.
00:04:38.000 I have no problem with it.
00:04:39.000 I mean, it's just amazing.
00:04:42.000 So I wanted to talk a little bit about checkpoints.
00:04:45.000 And the Cashless Society, Cracking Control Grid. 0.75
00:04:48.000 There's so much other news.

00:04:52.000 Don't forget one of the other websites.
00:04:54.000 Infowars.com.
00:04:55.000 Stay with us.

00:07:56.000 Not yet available in Iowa.
00:07:58.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.
00:08:03.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:08:13.000 I want to talk about the tracking grid.
00:08:16.000 Thank you.
00:08:18.000 The Pentagon helped design it for the United States.
00:08:24.000 It's going in around the world in countries that have been captured by the globalists.
00:08:29.000 It consists of cameras on every major road, every major side street where you cannot travel more than a mile anywhere in the country This is their plan without being tracked by a camera.
00:08:46.000 The cameras are hooked into software that instantly scans and reads your license plate and then runs it through a database.
00:08:56.000 And then of course this has the dual use of taxing you by the mile between camera points.
00:09:04.000 That's how they're already taxing in Germany, France, England, and at least two states In the United States.
00:09:13.000 And now the LA Times comes out yesterday, and the LAPD squad cars are going to have these scan cameras on them, where the police don't have to aim the cameras, the cameras are constantly reading all license plates.
00:09:27.000 It's an AI, artificial intelligence, where it hones in on the shape of a car, zooms in on the back or the front, instantly scanning millisecond by millisecond, then changing the camera's views.
00:09:39.000 It can scan all the cars, one police car can, going down the highway.
00:09:43.000 A cop car can just sit there and scan every license plate.
00:09:49.000 But again, these same systems, the same software is in all the big cameras that you see up on the highways and street corners and now in our neighborhoods.
00:09:57.000 And I've been telling you this for years.
00:09:59.000 I saw the federal plans on this about eight years ago.
00:10:04.000 I would read federal documents on air.
00:10:06.000 I would get emails from people going, you're an insane conspiracy theorist.
00:10:10.000 Are the Martians going to get me? 0.99
00:10:13.000 I talked about how the feds were pressuring the states to start Taxing by the camera scanning the license plates, or by small transponders the size of a matchbox that will tax and trace you.
00:10:29.000 Also, they want to go even further.
00:10:31.000 Some states like California, Oregon, New York, Indiana, Wisconsin, Florida, and Texas are now looking
00:10:40.000 And New Jersey, forgot that one, are now looking, in fact Oregon's trying to pass a law, so is California right now, they have a law introduced in New York as well, trying to pass a law to make you, when you go to get your tags, just like they do the emissions test, your car goes in the line for a few hours and they put a satellite box, satellite tracker box, on your dash that tracks and traces everything you do.
00:11:08.000 Now, they can do this with the cameras, they can tax and trace with the cameras, or the transponders.
00:11:14.000 But they want to go even further with the satellite boxes.
00:11:17.000 Which, by the way, hook into the ignition, and can kill your car.
00:11:23.000 And lo and behold, I heard all of this being discussed on the radio this morning here in Austin.
00:11:29.000 On the biggest local morning talk show, AM talk show.
00:11:35.000 And they've got a police officer who is one of the co-hosts, who I've grown up listening to.
00:11:43.000 And there's admissions of the cops are putting systems in cars, soon all the cars will have it, where they can remote control kill your car.
00:11:50.000 Yes, there's checkpoints being set up all across Austin in the mornings, where they search your vehicles and stop the cars and why we're looking for seatbelts and driver's licenses and Insurance and why we find other criminal stuff while we search you!
00:12:08.000 And he went on and on and on and on how great it was!
00:12:13.000 And so I listened to it for a good, I don't know, hour and a half.
00:12:18.000 This morning.
00:12:20.000 And they took about twenty calls.
00:12:22.000 One caller called in who was for it.
00:12:25.000 He was a foreigner. 0.99
00:12:27.000 He talked about how in his country the police searched him whenever they wanted to.
00:12:30.000 It was no big deal.
00:12:32.000 Why don't you move back to your Third World Thug Nation. 1.00
00:12:38.000 And the other two hosts on the show, they were against it as well, but they were kind of in the middle, you could say, but leaning towards being against it.
00:12:49.000 And the police officer kept dropping back with, well, we just gotta stop drunks, but wait a minute, you admitted it was to search for driver's license and registration and insurance and look for other illegal things.
00:13:03.000 I've been through these checkpoints.
00:13:04.000 We've shot many of them.
00:13:05.000 I put it in Police State 2000, one of the first big federally funded ones, where they shut down, I mean shut down I-35 for at least 8-9 months.
00:13:16.000 I mean it took us an hour to get up Two miles, because our exit was up towards the middle of the checkpoint, or up towards the last third of the checkpoint.
00:13:28.000 But we got on I-35 at William Cannon, and just to get down to Slaughter took an hour.
00:13:34.000 Slaughter Lane, where they were slaughtering the Bill of Rights.
00:13:41.000 And many of you have seen that video locally in Austin on my TV show where you whip through the checkpoints yourself.
00:13:46.000 And I just got out of the car and took my camera up and started saying, You're violating the Fourth Amendment!
00:13:50.000 You're violating America!
00:13:52.000 You're destroying America!
00:13:54.000 And some police were nodding and looked upset.
00:13:56.000 Others tried to come over and get my face.
00:13:57.000 And I just said, Arrest me.
00:13:59.000 I don't care.
00:13:59.000 You're destroying America.
00:14:02.000 Well, now they have these many checkpoints with 10, 15 police out there.
00:14:07.000 And they're quasi-checkpoints.
00:14:10.000 It's like, well, we're here to catch people running red lights, which I'm, I have no problem setting up a couple cops to do that.
00:14:16.000 But no, we've been through these.
00:14:18.000 They're just randomly stopping cars, pulling people over, going through all this, and it's federally funded.
00:14:24.000 And here was this police officer, people are calling in going, it violates the Bill of Rights!
00:14:28.000 We're not all guilty until proven innocent!
00:14:31.000 You know, we have, um, The presumption of innocence.
00:14:34.000 And he's like, well, well, we gotta do this.
00:14:36.000 We just gotta stop the crime.
00:14:37.000 We just gotta do it.
00:14:38.000 We just gotta do it.
00:14:40.000 Then move to another country!
00:14:44.000 Leave America!
00:14:46.000 Get out of here! 0.99
00:14:48.000 Don't tell me to leave, love it or leave it.
00:14:52.000 America is about standing up for what you believe in in the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
00:14:59.000 But I want people to get it through their heads out there that are for this.
00:15:04.000 Every one of these cameras on the streets, on the neighborhoods, on the side roads, they're all having face scanning software hooked into them.
00:15:13.000 That is, the places that the cameras feed back to, the federally funded emergency management systems and emergency management centers.
00:15:22.000 It's all being fed into face scans, face scanning software, face scanning servers.
00:15:28.000 It's all being fed through these license plate scanners.
00:15:32.000 Texas already has it.
00:15:34.000 Almost every state already has it put in in most of its cities.
00:15:37.000 The feds have got it.
00:15:39.000 About three years ago, my father called.
00:15:42.000 It was about 7.30 in the morning.
00:15:43.000 He said, son, turn on C-SPAN.
00:15:47.000 So I went and I turned on C-SPAN.
00:15:50.000 And they had one of the federal bureaucrats on from the Transportation Department.
00:15:55.000 And they were showing cities.
00:15:57.000 They had big screens up.
00:15:59.000 C-SPAN was there at their command center in D.C.
00:16:02.000 And they were showing all these different cities, and they cut to Austin, and showed the highways, and showed the roads.
00:16:08.000 And they said, we control traffic here, locally, but we also look for terrorists, and scan the license plates from this main center.
00:16:19.000 So, again, this is real, folks.
00:16:23.000 This is happening, but here it is, yesterday, in the Los Angeles Times.
00:16:28.000 I have another article here out of Green Bay where the police got a federal grant to put thumb scanners in the police cars.
00:16:37.000 And guess what?
00:16:38.000 When they pull you over and think you have a warrant, that's not when they use this.
00:16:43.000 Everyone who is stopped, everyone who is ticketed, is fingerprinted.
00:16:51.000 So now you don't get arrested for going five miles over the speed limit.
00:16:55.000 You get your ticket and they thumb scan you.
00:16:59.000 And when you go to Disney World, they thumb scan you.
00:17:03.000 And when you go to, like I tried to do a year ago, this is on the website, just type in SeaWorld, InfoWars.com, and a search engine will pop up.
00:17:14.000 Try to go to SeaWorld, they hand scan you.
00:17:18.000 Everything you do, everything you buy, everywhere you go.
00:17:22.000 Let me break this down again for people.
00:17:25.000 Let me make this as simple as I can.
00:17:29.000 Diamond Shamrock.
00:17:30.000 I have a friend who works there.
00:17:31.000 I'm getting gas.
00:17:33.000 I see a woman buying a 12-pack.
00:17:35.000 She's obviously over 40 years old. 0.70
00:17:36.000 Got gray hairs.
00:17:38.000 He asked for a driver's license.
00:17:40.000 Actually, the lady beside him did.
00:17:42.000 Behind the counter.
00:17:43.000 Scans it.
00:17:45.000 When she leaves, I say, man, I've been seeing 80-year-old women being scanned for cigarettes. 1.00
00:17:50.000 I go, why are you doing this?
00:17:52.000 He said, look, we've been told you're buying beer, you're buying cigarettes.
00:17:55.000 It doesn't matter if you're on a walker, With an oxygen mask, and that was his words, we have to scan your license.
00:18:02.000 And he said, come behind here.
00:18:04.000 Because nobody was in the store.
00:18:06.000 He said, come behind here.
00:18:07.000 And he showed me, he said, when I scan your license, it goes to the Texas Department of Public Safety, it checks the database if you have warrants, or, now listen to this, or if your license has expired.
00:18:24.000 And he said, we've been told soon, Very soon, we're going to be scanning driver's license for any purchase.
00:18:32.000 And I pointed over to cupcakes.
00:18:34.000 And I said, if I want those chocolate cupcakes, I'm gonna have to do it.
00:18:38.000 He said, that's what we've been told.
00:18:43.000 And he said, that's all I can say.
00:18:45.000 And the woman beside him was just giggling.
00:18:50.000 Now he's a good guy.
00:18:51.000 He's probably listening to the show right now.
00:18:53.000 I want to say hi to him.
00:18:54.000 I'm not going to say where it's at or which time in Shamrock.
00:18:57.000 There's probably 50 of them in Austin, so he's not in great danger.
00:19:01.000 But I'm going to try to talk to him later, see if I can get behind the counter with a video camera and show this.
00:19:07.000 We had a TxDOT employee show us, got video of internal computers showing how your driver's license number is already called your national ID, by the way.
00:19:17.000 This was four months ago before they passed it in Congress.
00:19:23.000 With their internal computers, they tell you, give us your driver's license number, but really it's called National ID on their computer interface.
00:19:33.000 So, worse than 1984, has nothing to do with terrorism, and people better get this through their heads.
00:19:43.000 And I talked years ago about how in the future you go into a store, you're not a good globalist, You won't be able to buy without the card, and they're gonna hit a button and call the police.

00:24:14.000 Madonna, never thought I'd be talking about Madonna, is running around saying that Jewish mysticism, the Kabbalah, can heal entire countries, is just incredibly powerful.
00:24:28.000 She's out promoting this.
00:24:30.000 That's part of the occult uh... activities uh... that the jews picked up when they were in captivity in babylon and uh... well that's madonna out promoting that meanwhile police begin fingerprinting on traffic stops this out of W-B-A-Y-T-V if you're ticketed by green bay police you'll get more than a fine you'll get fingerprinted too it's a new way police are cracking down on crime if you're caught speeding or 0.83
00:24:57.000 Playing your music too loud or other crimes for which you might receive a citation, Green Bay police officers will ask you for your driver's license and your finger.
00:25:05.000 It will be fingerprinted right there on the spot.
00:25:07.000 The fingerprint appears right next to the amount of the fine.
00:25:11.000 Police say it's meant to protect you in case the person they're citing isn't you.
00:25:15.000 Who they claim to be, but not everyone is sold on the explanation.
00:25:18.000 And again, it integrates in with the thumb scan, the finger scan you do when you get a driver's license.
00:25:22.000 What we've seen happening in the last couple of years, increasing use of false fraudulent identification documents, Captain Greg Urban said.
00:25:29.000 Folks, it was the governor of Wisconsin a few years ago, this is in my film Matrix of Evil, one of the small blurbs in the film, we have the news articles, Every cell phone tracks you and can listen to you with audio, even when it's off.
00:25:45.000 And he admitted this and said they're going to pay in the emergency management systems for the new tax that every phone is tracked and is a dot on a screen.
00:25:54.000 They just punch in your name and know where you're at and can listen to you.
00:25:58.000 It's no big deal.
00:26:00.000 Ergonomics Today is announcing they're trying to pass a federal law where there'll be infrared cameras in all cars watching you.
00:26:07.000 via cell phone uplink.
00:26:09.000 Again, Total Brick Brother, worse than 1984, just openly being announced.
00:26:16.000 Very, very interesting.
00:26:18.000 Search for banned arms in Iraq ended last month.
00:26:22.000 The hunt for biological, chemical and nuclear weapons in Iraq has come to an end nearly two years after President Bush ordered U.S.
00:26:29.000 troops to disarm Saddam Hussein, his business partner, Two top CIA weapons hunters who have come home have said.
00:26:38.000 And so they're no longer looking for the weapons that they sold them.
00:26:42.000 Also, U.S.
00:26:43.000 trade deficit soars to an all-time high of $16.3 billion in November alone.
00:26:49.000 They always get these numbers three or four months later.
00:26:51.000 Now we've got the numbers for November 2004.
00:26:54.000 This just came out today.
00:26:55.000 $16.3 billion in November!
00:27:00.000 But they said a plunging dollar would cause More manufacturing here.
00:27:04.000 Well, you have to have industry to begin with.
00:27:07.000 And that's not the case.
00:27:09.000 So record monthly trade deficit of $60.3 billion.
00:27:16.000 Continuing, the FBI probes more laser shots at airplanes.
00:27:23.000 But to our knowledge, there was no danger to the aircraft, said Kathy Byrie, spokeswoman for the FBI in Los Angeles.
00:27:29.000 Regardless of that, anyone who they believe may have pointed a toy laser at anything, any government vehicle, will be charged as a terrorist.
00:27:40.000 And they have now charged the individual up in New York who aimed one of the lasers with his daughter.
00:27:47.000 Remember the Navy SEAL photos that came out a few weeks ago of them beating people?
00:27:51.000 I found some more of these photos and it shows the guy before and after.
00:27:56.000 With cuts on him and blood all over him, I mean, it's pretty gruesome.
00:28:01.000 Now the AP's reporting a former Navy SEAL says he saw fellow SEALs and CIA officials kick, choke, and eye gouge detainees at a US military base in Iraq.
00:28:09.000 Another base, by the way.
00:28:10.000 Of course, they torture them at all the bases.
00:28:12.000 The former SEAL testified at a military hearing Monday that he saw interrogation by means of abuse, oh, it's not torture, take place at Camp Jini-Hazi, the SEAL base in Baghdad International Airport.
00:28:25.000 He said a prisoner under the interrogation of the CIA was abused in October of 2003 by two other SEALs.
00:28:31.000 One other occasion, a month later, the witness said he watched a SEAL punch, choke, and poke their fingers in the eyes of an Iraqi, Mandel Al-Jamadi, who was also punched by a CIA official when he didn't answer questions.
00:28:46.000 And see, the problem with this is, what happens when our troops get tortured?
00:28:49.000 Well, we'll engage in double-thinking and go, well, that's bad!
00:28:53.000 It's very evil to torture, but it's good when we do.
00:28:57.000 AWOL Soldier Cites Army Inadequacies, this is out of AP, and talking about how, literally, in whole platoons, half their guns might work.
00:29:07.000 I mean, the guns don't even work.
00:29:09.000 And they just tell them, sorry, you don't get guns that work.
00:29:14.000 The guns don't work, folks. 0.96
00:29:16.000 They're old, worn out pieces of junk, and they're going, look, we're not going to do it.
00:29:22.000 We're talking about people who have been in Iraq for years, they've already served, and they're going, look! 0.97
00:29:26.000 I'm quitting!
00:29:28.000 End of story!
00:29:29.000 I've been asking for a rifle that works, and you won't give me one!
00:29:34.000 And then a whole group of soldiers from one platoon went public.
00:29:40.000 How dare them!
00:29:42.000 Charge them as Al Qaeda sympathizers!
00:29:44.000 They want guns that work! 0.86
00:29:46.000 Let them eat cake! 1.00
00:29:47.000 How dare them!
00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.
00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:32:03.000 Whether you are aware or not, World War III has started.
00:32:06.000 Let me rephrase that.
00:32:07.000 Oil War III has started.
00:32:09.000 Don't kid yourself, the reason we went into Iraq is oil.
00:32:12.000 Now we are looking at the possibility of invading Iran and even Saudi Arabia.
00:32:16.000 be building 13 permanent military installations inside Iraq?
00:32:16.000 Why else would the U.S.
00:32:20.000 Does it look like we're pulling out?
00:32:21.000 The nations of the Earth are consuming oil at the rate of 83 million barrels per day and growing.

00:33:40.000 And the head of that program being on the ground in Oklahoma City the morning of the bombing, calling it in, telling the press it was an AMFO bomb.

00:37:30.000 We're going to be talking about Mr. Chertoff.
00:37:32.000 We'll also be talking about Mr. Chertoff in the third hour and some of his organized crime connections that Daniel Hopsinger has been exposing.
00:37:41.000 But right now we're talking to Elaine Castle.
00:37:44.000 She practices law in Virginia and the District of Columbia, teaches law and psychology, and follows the Bush regime's dismantling of the Constitution and civil liberties.
00:37:53.000 And she is the author of The War on Civil Liberties, How Bush and Ashcroft Have Dismantled the Bill of Rights.
00:37:58.000 She'll be with us for the next Twenty-two minutes, roughly.
00:38:02.000 And Elaine, it's good to have you on with us.
00:38:04.000 Thank you for having me.
00:38:05.000 You bet.
00:38:06.000 Look, Bill Clinton dismantled a lot of our freedoms.
00:38:10.000 George Bush has accelerated it.
00:38:13.000 And now we see more and more people across the political spectrum waking up to what's happening and how this attack on our freedoms has nothing to do with terrorism.
00:38:22.000 Tell us about your book and what we're facing.
00:38:24.000 Well, I guess my book was about, and actually I have to say that at the current rate my book is starting to look like a bedtime story because it seems rather benign what I was writing about then compared to what's been happening in the past couple of months, but particularly in the past week with Gonzalez and now Chertoff.
00:38:41.000 But the way I look at the declared war on terrorism is that it was a great power grab, a move that now we see had some of Gonzales' fingerprints on it right from the start.
00:38:54.000 In fact, it was his push that kind of led Ashcroft and Viet Den to start I'm fashioning the Patriot Act, but I think it was a great power grab, a great opportunity to... Yeah, tell folks what he's been saying in these memos. 0.51
00:39:06.000 Bush is above the law.
00:39:07.000 We can bury people alive.
00:39:09.000 Absolutely.
00:39:10.000 I mean, if you read the Gonzales memos, and really he did not back off of this at the hearing, there is nothing that a president can't do.
00:39:18.000 I think the term that he coined was Commander-in-Chief Override, and I really like that term.
00:39:24.000 That's called dictatorship!
00:39:25.000 Commander in Chief override, meaning if there is a law, and he was even questioned on this, if there is a law that the President, quote, thinks is unconstitutional and doesn't wish to abide by it, then he would go ahead and violate it and wait for the courts to slap him down.
00:39:39.000 Now that was what the Attorney General said.
00:39:41.000 So he's declaring dictator power.
00:39:43.000 Absolutely.
00:39:44.000 And then says wait for the courts to stop me in effect.
00:39:47.000 And the thing that bothers me greatly is that... They control the courts.
00:39:51.000 They do control the courts.
00:39:52.000 And even when the courts have made decisions contrary to some of their positions... Six months ago, multiple federal courts said you can't grab citizens as enemy combatants and strip them of rights.
00:40:04.000 And the Justice Department said we don't care.
00:40:06.000 That's correct, and in fact there are still very few prisoners in Guantanamo who have been able to see the attorneys that the Supreme Court said they could have, and the government is fighting those attorneys in federal court in the District of Columbia at this very time.
00:40:18.000 And then two weeks ago they declared this new thing that we're not even going to have trials, the CIA and State Department are going to hold people for life.
00:40:26.000 Absolutely, and Gonzales, let me tell you, as I said to someone yesterday, if you think about the fact that the CIA and Rumsfeld and company are going to be arresting people outside our borders, right?
00:40:39.000 And putting them in prisons that we're going to build in countries like bases, then Chertoff is the man to arrest us within our borders.
00:40:47.000 And so he's going to be the one that is going to be overseeing the sweeps, you know, of Americans, as he did after September 11th.
00:40:55.000 And he's a real piece of work.
00:40:57.000 Oh, boy.
00:40:57.000 He's a scary guy.
00:41:00.000 Between the two of them, I think that Bush has got it sewed up.
00:41:03.000 Between Gonzalez and Chertoff, I think you've got to hand it to Bush, Rove, whoever brought these men on, because there's not going to be any room for us to even squirm.
00:41:11.000 Chertoff has said, I mean, he does not support the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
00:41:16.000 Well, he says he has some interest, he said, in preserving civil liberties, but that's just bull, that's just talk.
00:41:24.000 After the Inspector General of the Justice Department issued his scathing report on the Department of Justice treatment of citizens and legal aliens after September 11th, he turned off and Ashcroft appeared before the Congress and said, you know what?
00:41:39.000 We'd do it again, you know?
00:41:40.000 So, no, he's going to do whatever he wants to.
00:41:43.000 The Congress doesn't give a flip, okay?
00:41:46.000 He's going to get a quick pass, as Gonzalez did.
00:41:48.000 And the courts, if the courts ever slap down anything Chertoff does, and here's something important to remember, you know, as the head of Homeland Security, as all those agencies, probably most of what Chertoff is able to accomplish legislatively will be through executive orders.
00:42:04.000 In other words, he can just sign off and it doesn't need to go through legislation.
00:42:08.000 And those are the types of things... Well, that's what they did.
00:42:10.000 Bush did an executive order on this thing of Well, our own tribunals aren't working because their own military officers are quitting in droves.
00:42:17.000 So he says, okay, I'll just sign an executive order saying we can just arrest whoever we want.
00:42:23.000 Sure, he signed an executive order creating the status of enemy combatants.
00:42:27.000 He signed an executive order saying go pick up Jose Padilla and hold him.
00:42:31.000 And so those are the things that people never know about.
00:42:33.000 You don't know about the executive orders that may suddenly say that you can't get on the subway, you know, with an umbrella or something.
00:42:40.000 Let me stop you for a second.
00:42:42.000 I want to go back here.
00:42:42.000 I'm sure you're aware that veterans that call and complain too much, Homeland Security comes and arrests them and says, well, you didn't threaten anybody, but complaining too much could be terrorism.
00:42:53.000 Or a woman selling knockoff Rubik's Cubes gets a Homeland Security visit. 0.92
00:42:58.000 Or a county commissioner getting a $4,000 payoff for more parking spaces gets arrested under it.
00:43:03.000 Or a guy pointing a toy laser with his daughter.
00:43:06.000 Sure.
00:43:07.000 They're using this against citizens across the board.
00:43:09.000 Taking a picture of a bridge.
00:43:11.000 Don't do that.
00:43:11.000 Don't do that.
00:43:13.000 Absolutely.
00:43:13.000 And that's the thing because the definition of terrorism is anything that the government wants it to be at any given time.
00:43:18.000 And so certainly you and I having this conversation could be considered terrorism.
00:43:22.000 Well that's Section 802.
00:43:23.000 Yes.
00:43:24.000 The aiding and abetting terrorism.
00:43:27.000 Well, I mean, in Section 802 of the First Patriot Act, they say any action that endangers human life is a violation of any federal or state law.
00:43:33.000 And another definition is trying to influence a politician.
00:43:37.000 Right.
00:43:37.000 In fact, and not only that, but in addition to the actual black letter law, you're citing the statute.
00:43:44.000 Terrorism is defined differently in many, many regulations.
00:43:47.000 And it is defined most broadly, for instance, in immigration statutes and regulations.
00:43:52.000 And so, there are hundreds of different definitions of terrorism, depending upon which law and which statute you look under.
00:44:00.000 Of course, now states are enacting their own anti-terrorism laws, and they're getting money from the federal government to arrest people for federal terrorism crimes that may mimic state laws.
00:44:13.000 Um, so I mean you, you, they're bringing the, um, your state law enforcement agencies on board by giving funding to the state.
00:44:19.000 And for our conservative listeners, for our conservative listeners...
00:44:24.000 Some of the states are passing Second Amendment violating laws and connecting it to terrorism and then federal charges and then they're also doing all sorts of First Amendment violations.
00:44:35.000 Oh my, yes.
00:44:36.000 Saying people can't march and demonstrate and trying to connect it to that.
00:44:39.000 I mean, this is... It looks to me like they're really trying to set up a dictatorship here.
00:44:42.000 I think they've done it.
00:44:43.000 You know what I think?
00:44:44.000 I think they've done it.
00:44:45.000 I think it's too late and it's done and I think that if you look at, you know, what's going to happen next week in the inauguration, I think you'll never have seen more of a police state Looking like a police state, then you'll see next week.
00:44:57.000 They're going to take 400 TSA workers and have them out searching people on the street corners.
00:45:01.000 Right.
00:45:01.000 Well, you're already going to be stopped.
00:45:03.000 I mean, I live just across the river from D.C., and if you get on a subway now, you're going to be, quote, detained.
00:45:08.000 If you, quote, don't make eye contact, if you look around too much, or if you loiter.
00:45:13.000 Those are the new behavioral profiles.
00:45:17.000 Behavioral profiling.
00:45:18.000 So you better read it and figure out how you're going to stand as you're waiting for your subway.
00:45:23.000 They're going to be, what, thousands of law enforcement, the airplanes are already flying, the boats have been banned from the Potomac, so don't get out there in your canoe or they're already warning you that you will be arrested by the Coast Guard.
00:45:35.000 Think about Chertoff having in his command 180,000 federal employees, as well as the Coast Guard.
00:45:41.000 And that ought to give you some pause.
00:45:43.000 I mean, everything that you do virtually has come within some aspect of the Department of Homeland Security.
00:45:50.000 It is a huge agency.
00:45:52.000 Now, in my film, what, 27 agencies under it?
00:45:55.000 Mm-hmm, I guess.
00:45:56.000 Under, and then a hundred sub ones under that, a hundred plus.
00:46:00.000 But, in my film, Police State 3, I have Ashcroft saying, this doesn't affect citizens, phantoms have lost liberty, but if you say it affects citizens, you're aiding terrorists, you will lose your liberty.
00:46:11.000 Now that's a quote, we've played that, so if you talk about us taking your freedom, you're aiding terrorists, you will lose your liberty.
00:46:19.000 And then, now, it's getting crazier and crazier!
00:46:22.000 Oh, well it is.
00:46:23.000 In fact, as I said to someone too yesterday, where is Jonathan Swift now that we need him?
00:46:28.000 I mean, you can't even write about this administration now, except writing the most, you know, the most absurd...
00:46:34.000 a satire because it's absolutely absurd who would know that you would have the architect of torture as the Attorney General of the United States the rest of the world is appalled I'm on I'm on international talk shows and people go after the Gonzales hearings where is your Congress what are they thinking let's be a man who sweeps people off the street as the head of security if that doesn't make you worry right it doesn't make you maybe come here gonna talk about his mob connections Maybe they're building dumpsters up there in New Jersey right now to put us in.
00:47:04.000 Maybe they're building the boxcars to carry us away in.
00:47:07.000 Well, again, folks, we're not joking around.
00:47:11.000 No, this is serious stuff.
00:47:12.000 Tell us a little bit about yourself.
00:47:14.000 Well, I'm an attorney, and I practice in Northern Virginia in the District of Columbia, and I got interested in following these stories.
00:47:22.000 Merely out of personal interest, because I practice in the federal court in Alexandria, where this started.
00:47:27.000 I mean, you know, I'm chaired off with and involved in the Massawi case early on. 0.89
00:47:32.000 And I saw the law changing rapidly right in front of my eyes, saw the Congress asleep, see the prosecutors acting like idiots with no discretion, you know, wanting to put people, you know, call them on capital offenses for taking a picture of a bridge. 0.86
00:47:48.000 And I just got stunned. 0.99
00:47:50.000 I love the law.
00:47:51.000 I love teaching the law.
00:47:53.000 And so I started following it.
00:47:55.000 And my book is about specific cases and specific issues.
00:48:00.000 Isn't this really a revolution they're engaging in?
00:48:03.000 They are overturning the basic canons of what America is.
00:48:06.000 Let's specifically talk about Chertoff, but first let's talk about Gonzalez.
00:48:10.000 He didn't just say the president is king and above the law and we can torture, and then those memos were used for the brutal torture, including the torture of children in front of parents, folks.
00:48:21.000 Get into this.
00:48:22.000 He specifically talked about forms of torture.
00:48:25.000 I mean, picture him in the White House.
00:48:27.000 We could bury people alive.
00:48:28.000 In the White House, he was having a conversation, which I find it... Tell folks about the specifics.
00:48:34.000 Well, just that they talked about the different things about would this constitute torture, and I don't know.
00:48:39.000 I think that who else might have been in the meeting with Addington, who is the attorney for Cheney.
00:48:43.000 Uh, and maybe Cheney, but he wouldn't say at the hearings, actually, who was president.
00:48:47.000 In fact, but he did take great pains at the hearing, if you recall, to say that President Bush wasn't there.
00:48:53.000 Um, that he didn't talk about the various methods of torture.
00:48:56.000 But here's something that's incredible.
00:48:58.000 Gonzalez is an attorney.
00:49:00.000 And an attorney, no matter who his client is, is bound to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States.
00:49:07.000 And for an attorney to go to the lengths at which he has gone to validate to his client, the President, that things that the international law and U.S.
00:49:20.000 law finds more than objectionable but grossly illegal, to my mind, Gonzalez ought to be disciplined as an attorney.
00:49:29.000 He ought to lose his law license.
00:49:31.000 The very fact that you have an attorney sitting in as counsel to the president, twisting the law in a way to ensure the president that he could torture people as long as you fall short of, quote, organ failure.
00:49:46.000 And then, if there's organ failure or death, if you didn't mean to kill the person, right, if you just mean to, what, crush them until they're That's like saying if Joseph Mingala only meant to dissect the children but didn't mean to kill them, Joseph Mingala's not bad.
00:50:01.000 Here's the problem.
00:50:03.000 What happens after another terror attack?
00:50:05.000 They've lined all this up, got it all prepared, and then another, as PNAC said, another helpful terror attack. 0.87
00:50:12.000 That's their words.
00:50:13.000 The gift that keeps on giving, right?
00:50:15.000 Yeah, it's just going to expand.
00:50:18.000 Well, yeah, and I think that the other thing that was interesting about Gonzales is that he, in order to be consistent, you see, because he's a clever attorney, he would not even say that if a foreign power tortured American troops that that would be torture.
00:50:32.000 That would be a violation of law.
00:50:34.000 He said, gee, I really don't know what law that would be a violation of.
00:50:38.000 So now we're changing the definition globally, and he knows you can't have a dual definition.
00:50:43.000 Yes, that's how clever he is.
00:50:45.000 He's no idiot, and neither is Chertoff. 0.91
00:50:49.000 Because if we define torture by somebody else, then it can be used here. 0.99
00:50:53.000 Stay there.
00:50:54.000 We've got to get you back on.
00:50:55.000 One more segment with you.

00:54:07.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.
00:54:11.000 We're talking to Elaine Castle.
00:54:13.000 She wrote the powerful book, The War on Civil Liberties. 0.88
00:54:18.000 How Bush and Ashcroft have dismantled the Bill of Rights.
00:54:21.000 It's all accelerated now.
00:54:22.000 They passed the National ID Card.
00:54:24.000 Passed Much of Patriot Act II.
00:54:26.000 Passed the New Freedom Initiative.
00:54:27.000 Forced psychological testing of all school children.
00:54:30.000 I mean, this is hell on earth.
00:54:31.000 We've got about three or four minutes left, Elaine.
00:54:34.000 Any other key points you want to bring up to the listeners?
00:54:37.000 Well, I think just about Chertoff is that he, between the combination of him and Gonzales, I think that they can do anything within or without the law to accomplish the objectives of George Bush.
00:54:49.000 I think both of them are brilliant attorneys, and you saw how well Gonzales could twist the law.
00:54:54.000 And Chertoff, who has a, as he said, a spit-on-the-sidewalk approach to justice.
00:54:59.000 In other words, you look funny and we're going to sweep you up.
00:55:02.000 He is the architect of the concept of preventive arrest.
00:55:06.000 Which was used not only right after September 11th, but it's still being employed.
00:55:11.000 We see you taking a picture of a bridge. 0.90
00:55:12.000 You might be a terrorist. 0.98
00:55:13.000 You got a funny last name. 1.00
00:55:15.000 Here you go.
00:55:16.000 And by the way, they're just setting a precedent with all this.
00:55:19.000 Chertoff's real federal funding to local police departments is to, I want to warn people, is to go after conservatives, liberal activists, gun owners, homeschoolers.
00:55:29.000 Everybody is at risk who is not them.
00:55:32.000 And I mean by them, I mean in a position of power.
00:55:35.000 So I don't care where you stand ideologically.
00:55:38.000 You are at risk if you're one of the people.
00:55:41.000 I mean, these people want unbridled imperial power.
00:55:44.000 If you just pay attention to the inauguration next week, I don't know when you... there's never been anything like this coming in the United States.
00:55:53.000 There's never been an inauguration where the people have been kept out.
00:55:58.000 You know, as we're sitting here on the eve of Martin Luther King's birthday, there couldn't have been any demonstrations for civil rights under the Bush administration.
00:56:05.000 There won't be any.
00:56:06.000 I mean, when you just think about that.
00:56:08.000 Well, we have people being convicted of felonies for standing in a group of 500 Bush supporters on a public sidewalk with a sign saying, no blood for oil.
00:56:16.000 Oh, sure.
00:56:16.000 Arrested.
00:56:17.000 How about the t-shirt of the mother whose son was killed in Iraq and she dared to show up at a tea where Laura Bush was with a tea shirt.
00:56:24.000 She was arrested.
00:56:26.000 Well, it's clear they want to have a chilling effect.
00:56:31.000 In fact, the answer is to come out of the woodwork and expose this police state and not be cowed by it.
00:56:37.000 Well, and also the fact that no one is, I mean, it's out there and it's not being criticized.
00:56:41.000 And so if people are just almost accepting like, oh, well, that's the way it is, right?
00:56:46.000 Well, three years later, they haven't had one conviction of any of these so-called terrorists that have grabbed.
00:56:50.000 But they've been a joke.
00:56:51.000 I mean, no, and all of those, listen, it's important to remember that all of the trials that I write about in my book were started under Chertoff.
00:56:59.000 Turnoff became a judge in 2003, but between 2001 and 2003, he instituted and instigated these, you know, so-called, you know, bringing terrorists to justice, and virtually none of them have resulted in a conviction.
00:57:12.000 Why do you think they tried to have Carrick first?
00:57:16.000 Well, I think they probably would have preferred Carrick, because, to my mind, I guess, Carrick was such a, people said Bush liked him because he was such a macho type, you know, and even his Even his shady personal life seemed to be something that Bush thought was kind of cool, because it was kind of in your face.
00:57:35.000 And we know George Bush doesn't care about appearances or propriety or anything.
00:57:39.000 So I think that they probably really did want Carrick.
00:57:42.000 Certainly with Chertoff, I think it was a brilliant move.
00:57:47.000 Well, I've known for years that Chertoff really runs things.
00:57:50.000 Well, yeah.
00:57:51.000 I mean, I think... So now they're having to take the chief gremlin from behind the scenes and put him out front.
00:57:56.000 Well, people say he wants to be Attorney General, that he wants to be on the Supreme Court.
00:58:02.000 Um, that he's absolutely doing this for his own political reasons.
00:58:06.000 It couldn't be something that he would actually probably want to do.
00:58:09.000 I mean... Alright, well you're, ma'am, you're incredibly informed.
00:58:12.000 It's refreshing to talk to somebody who's so aware.
00:58:14.000 I hope people get your book.
00:58:16.000 And I want to get you back up for a full hour in the near future.
00:58:19.000 I'd be happy to come back.
00:58:21.000 Alright, well God bless you.
00:58:22.000 Do you think we'll be able to turn this around?
00:58:23.000 No.
00:58:24.000 Or is it just dictatorship from here on out?
00:58:25.000 I don't know how, unless... I mean, if you can get out on the streets, I'm sure you're going to be arrested.
00:58:30.000 But I think we better start having efforts at mass demonstrations.
00:58:33.000 Well, PNAC said they needed terror attacks to do this to us.
00:58:36.000 You gotta look at the motive.
00:58:37.000 Who gets power from the terror?
00:58:39.000 Well, it's just not you and me.
00:58:41.000 Yeah, so who's behind the terror?
00:58:43.000 And who makes the money from these alleged terrorist threats, huh?
00:58:45.000 Bernie Kerrick and tasers, right?
00:58:47.000 Yep.
00:58:48.000 And Giuliani.
00:58:49.000 God bless you.
00:58:50.000 Terrible.
00:58:52.000 Big Brother.
00:58:58.000 Mainstream media.
00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.
00:59:01.000 You want answers?
00:59:03.000 Well, so does he.
00:59:06.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:59:16.000 Boy, we had an amazing interview last hour with Ellen Castle, practices law and teaches law in, uh, D.C. 0.99
00:59:26.000 She said, martial law, folks, total dictatorship.
00:59:30.000 That's what Chertoff and Viet Dinh and Ashcroft and Gonzales, that's what they're setting up. 1.00
00:59:36.000 Has nothing to do with terrorism.
00:59:38.000 The end of the Bill of Rights, the end of America, saying they're absolute dictators.
00:59:42.000 Openly saying it.
00:59:44.000 We are the law.
00:59:45.000 We are above the law.
00:59:48.000 We can take your rights.
00:59:49.000 We can arrest you for no reason. 1.00
00:59:50.000 We can torture you until death. 1.00
00:59:54.000 Up until death. 1.00
00:59:55.000 And if you die, it's not our fault.
00:59:59.000 Federally funded checkpoints everywhere.
01:00:02.000 Trade deficit exploding.
01:00:05.000 Our debt exploding.
01:00:07.000 Our freedoms disappearing.
01:00:08.000 Face scanning and license plate scanning.
01:00:10.000 Cameras going up everywhere.
01:00:13.000 Police command centers that track and trace all your cell phones in real time and can listen to your audio, even when your phone's off, using them as bugs.
01:00:22.000 This is all mainstream news, all in your face, but the borders are wide open.
01:00:30.000 Steve in Ohio, you're on the air.
01:00:31.000 Go ahead, Steve.
01:00:32.000 Great show, Alex.
01:00:33.000 Alex, I don't mean to change the subject, but you know how you're always fighting this campaign against Arnold Schwarzenegger?
01:00:38.000 Yes.
01:00:39.000 Well, remember in, I don't know if you remember, in December of last year, 2004, just a month ago, he was addressing a group of women and children, and he made a very nasty comment.
01:00:49.000 It was on Lou Dobbs.
01:00:50.000 I have the audio cued up.
01:00:52.000 Do you want to hear it?
01:00:53.000 Will you mail it to me?
01:00:54.000 Yeah, sure.
01:00:54.000 Do you want to hear it now?
01:00:55.000 Yeah, go ahead.
01:00:57.000 Okay, hold on.
01:00:58.000 We'll take about 30 seconds.
01:01:00.000 Add another to the list of offhand remarks from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
01:01:05.000 This one made at the opening of the California Governor's Conference on Women and Children, when several nurses protested the Governor's health care policies.
01:01:14.000 The nurses were promptly escorted out of the Schwarzenegger event.
01:01:18.000 And what Schwarzenegger did next has sparked outrage.
01:01:24.000 Pay no attention to those voices over there, by the way.
01:01:26.000 This is a special interest.
01:01:28.000 If you know what I mean, okay?
01:01:30.000 The special interests just don't like me in Sacramento. 0.99
01:01:33.000 Because I'm always kicking their butt. 0.99
01:01:36.000 That's why they don't like me. 0.98
01:01:37.000 I'm sorry to know you're out of it.
01:01:41.000 It was a laugh.
01:01:43.000 Okay, you got it.
01:01:45.000 Now, yeah, maybe I'm dense, but what was the last thing you said? 0.99
01:01:49.000 He said, he goes, something about, I don't like the special interest, because I'm always kicking their butt. 0.98
01:01:55.000 What it was, was a group of women protesters that were protesting against his health care policies for the state of California, and then they escorted him out of there, and he was real egotistical and arrogant. 0.81
01:02:06.000 I already have this, I already copied it for you, if you want me to send it to you.
01:02:09.000 Yeah, well, I mean, Schwarzenegger just ten years ago used to blow up and start screaming and cussing at press conferences. 0.89
01:02:17.000 I mean, he's a nut.
01:02:18.000 Right, well, I mean, they're saying that he was, there was something else on this clip, I don't want to play it, but it's just saying that basically the women group was not real happy with him. 0.92
01:02:26.000 He's definitely not a lover of peace and civil rights, that's for sure.
01:02:32.000 Well, I wonder why they had him kicked out of the meeting.
01:02:35.000 Well, I don't know.
01:02:36.000 They didn't have him kicked.
01:02:38.000 This wasn't a meeting.
01:02:39.000 He wasn't kicked out of it.
01:02:40.000 They kicked these women out of it. 1.00
01:02:41.000 No, the women. 1.00
01:02:42.000 I'm saying, why did they have him kicked out?
01:02:42.000 I understand.
01:02:44.000 I don't know.
01:02:44.000 You'll have to see the clip because I don't want to explain it on there, but it was on Lou Dobbs' business report.
01:02:50.000 And also, one other thing I wanted to tell you, that clip that I'm going to be sending you from Meet the Press, there was nothing mentioned about Arnold Schwarzenegger being president.
01:02:58.000 Maybe that was from some other news Yeah, that was the caller saying that.
01:03:02.000 Yeah, I don't think it was on that one, but they mentioned Jack Kemp, not Jack Kemp, but Newt Gingrich running for president, possibly.
01:03:09.000 Oh boy!
01:03:10.000 Yeah, so anyways, it's a very good clip, but they do talk about the Armstrong-Williams thing in detail, and you appreciate that, but I just want to say keep up the good work, Alex.
01:03:20.000 Alright, thank you for the call.
01:03:22.000 Arnold Schwarzenegger is a monster, folks, and that's why we have ArnoldExposed.com.
01:03:22.000 Very interesting.
01:03:28.000 Coming up is Pat Shannon, American Free Press.
01:03:32.000 We knew the BATF was doing drills where they were blowing up rider trucks full of ammonium nitrate out in the desert.
01:03:37.000 But now we have actual documents and more details that Pat Shannon has broken.
01:03:42.000 This is coming up, believe me.

01:07:42.000 And the internet at infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.
01:07:47.000 We had a guest on the last hour talking about the nightmare developments of Chertoff and Gonzales saying Bush is above the law and discussing how they can torture people right up until death and that even if they die, it's not torture.
01:08:00.000 This is in the memos.
01:08:01.000 This is public.
01:08:04.000 And I know we haven't gotten to a lot of your calls.
01:08:05.000 We'll try to later in this hour.
01:08:07.000 We just got a lot of guests coming on today.
01:08:09.000 OKC bombshell implicates feds in Murrah Blast.
01:08:15.000 Now, again, They even had a little Discovery Channel piece many years ago where they mentioned that the BATF had done tests blowing up Ryder trucks, but didn't say that it was right before the April 19, 1995 bombing, or that the guy that ran the program was there on the ground in Oklahoma City.
01:08:33.000 Or that he's the guy that called the media and said it's AMFO within ten minutes of the blast taking place.
01:08:38.000 And I've interviewed police officers that investigated it.
01:08:40.000 You know, I've put it in my film.
01:08:43.000 I've covered it.
01:08:44.000 It's been out there.
01:08:44.000 But now more documents, more revelations have come out on this.
01:08:49.000 Also, one of the chief FBI officers over the terrorism team had claimed he was in Dallas and drove, because of bad weather, didn't fly, to Oklahoma City minutes after he heard of the bombing.
01:09:00.000 Well, it came out a few years ago, and this isn't Road to Tyranny.
01:09:03.000 They got the actual hotel receipts.
01:09:05.000 He was there the day before.
01:09:08.000 This is admitted.
01:09:09.000 And he lied to Newsweek and others saying he drove to Oklahoma.
01:09:14.000 And we have copies of the receipt at the hotel.
01:09:16.000 So we got all these guys, they're on the ground, and we have the police on video and wrote a tyranny saying, Two minutes after the blast, the BATF was in full bomb gear.
01:09:26.000 They showed up.
01:09:28.000 They said, we were told not to come into work today.
01:09:30.000 The judges were told not to come into work that day.
01:09:32.000 This is police and firemen and FBI.
01:09:35.000 This is on the record.
01:09:37.000 And then the feds have all these surveillance camera tapes.
01:09:40.000 And don't try to use them in the trial against Nichols and McVeigh.
01:09:45.000 Even though police that have seen those tapes say it shows other bombers.
01:09:49.000 So, the Feds were told this was a drill.
01:09:51.000 They always cover up... When Putin's FSB in 1999 got caught planting bombs in a fourth building, they'd already blown up three apartment buildings.
01:09:59.000 Moscow police were good guys.
01:10:01.000 They set up a sting operation.
01:10:03.000 They caught FSB, the new name of the KGB at the time, Planting hexogen bombs on the pillars. 0.84
01:10:09.000 They busted them, had the hexogen.
01:10:11.000 Putin sent in armed people, made them turn them loose.
01:10:14.000 Arrested police that had reported it.
01:10:16.000 FSB members have now gone public about it.
01:10:18.000 They claimed it was a drill when they got caught.
01:10:21.000 9-11, they were doing drills of hijacked jets flying into the World Trade Center Pentagon and 15 other sites around the country.
01:10:30.000 That way NORAD thought it was a drill until it really became real.
01:10:34.000 They always do this in case they get caught.
01:10:37.000 So let me read part of what Pat Shannon's written, then we'll go to the man himself who's on the road.
01:10:42.000 We appreciate him joining us.
01:10:43.000 After nearly a decade, shocking suppressed evidence emerges only moments after an enormous blast blew away most of the facade and a full quarter of the eastern end of the Albuquerque Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 95, the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, BATF, began to release evidence implicating two men and two men only who they claimed were solely responsible.
01:11:06.000 The evidence later showed that Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols had confessed to the impossible.
01:11:11.000 At first several independent Investigators came forward to complain that there was an obvious cover-up.
01:11:17.000 Now they call it an ongoing cover-up of a cover-up.
01:11:19.000 And now even the new OKC Museum contradicts the official theory of what happened on April 19th.
01:11:26.000 Officials in charge at the time still refuse to discuss anything other than the manufactured spin.
01:11:31.000 McVeigh and Nichols As convicted by the courts, mixed up a large batch of ammonium nitrate fuel, or AMFO, a mild explosive used by farmers to blow up stumps and demolish several square blocks of downtown Oklahoma City with a devastating blast that could be heard miles away.
01:11:48.000 In reality, the AMFO story was born ten minutes after the blast when a high-ranking BATF official by the name of Harry Everhart witnessed the blast from nearby and called the BATF office in Dallas to Excitedly announced, someone has just blown up the federal building in Oklahoma City with a truckload of info.
01:12:07.000 Some reporters and investigators who have looked objectively at the bombing Now argue that neither Eberhardt or anyone else could have correctly deduced in such a short time exactly what caused the explosion.
01:12:20.000 According to government documents released later, Eberhardt was experienced in loading large amounts of ammonium nitrate fertilizer in a vehicle for use as a terrorist truck bomb and his presence in the midst of the second worst terrorist attack in US history looms suspicious to this day.
01:12:36.000 And giving us the details of that, how months and months prior to this, they were doing drills of blowing up trucks out in the desert.
01:12:46.000 And guess who was over this?
01:12:48.000 Mr. Everhart, who just so happened... This is incredible.
01:12:53.000 Thanks for holding during that diatribe.
01:12:54.000 Pat Shannon, American Free Press.
01:12:57.000 Good to have you on with us.
01:12:58.000 How are you, Alex?
01:12:59.000 Long time.
01:13:00.000 Absolutely.
01:13:00.000 I want to get you back up about your book here in the near future, which I've excitedly been reading.
01:13:06.000 People can read your article at InfoWars.com or link through to American Free Press.
01:13:10.000 Give us the rest of the details.
01:13:13.000 Well, you know, it's very, very suspicious this guy Everhart, as you just mentioned, would be on the scene.
01:13:18.000 You see, he had gone to Congress, our ATF had, uh... the year before and had acquired uh... a million bucks or so to uh... go to this and for testing out of fear in quotes we put that of uh... awesome ammonium nitrate fuel of terrorist attacks in america yet research shows i had not been one since nineteen seventy and that was that matters was constantly uh... the anti-war protest uh... explosion so you had none
01:13:46.000 and uh... university which has been linked back to uh... dick nexon I would just add that caveat.
01:13:53.000 Go ahead.
01:13:53.000 I should add, parenthetically, that contrary to the news reports, the first World Trade Center bombing in February 1993 was composed of urea nitrate and was not anvil, according to the FBI.
01:14:05.000 And the FBI paid Amad Salam to cook the bomb and gave him the detonators and let it go forward.
01:14:09.000 Under the pretense that it would be talcum powder or something else that it wouldn't explode.
01:14:13.000 That's right.
01:14:14.000 Please continue, though, with the current bombing we're discussing.
01:14:17.000 Well, as you mentioned, this is really not hot news, but it has been very suppressed news.
01:14:22.000 We released this at Media Bypass back in about 1997.
01:14:26.000 But just as the tapes from across the street were confiscated by the FBI, when we go into investigating this thing deeply, everything points back to some agency of the government.
01:14:39.000 The FBI was so active in the cover-up, they didn't want to know anything else except what pertained.
01:14:46.000 Well, back to Harry Everhart, he's the chief in charge of this ATF operation, and indeed they do go to New Mexico in late 94 and early 95.
01:14:59.000 They were blowing up cars out there in the New Mexico desert and testing ammonium nitrate fuel oil.
01:15:05.000 Now, you know, what are the odds of the same man who had gone to Washington to get the funding for these experiments should be standing on the street in Oklahoma City at the moment that, at that time, the largest so-called terrorist attack in America takes place?
01:15:21.000 And what are the odds that the former head of the FBI hostage rescue team and one of the high-level officers would be there the night before and would light a news week and say that he got there the day of the event that he drove there?
01:15:34.000 Well, that's right, and as you mentioned, the motel receipts hung him.
01:15:40.000 Let's go over that a little bit.
01:15:42.000 Well, that wasn't my story.
01:15:43.000 That was broken by J.D.
01:15:44.000 Cash a couple of years ago, and he had the details on that, but I remember it well, in that the motel computer had the guy, what's his name?
01:16:01.000 I'm slipping off my tongue right now.
01:16:03.000 That's why I was going to you.
01:16:08.000 And here are the motel receipts and the computer showed that he was plainly there on the morning of the 19th, checking in after midnight on the 18th and was there all day.
01:16:19.000 So they can lie all they want, but some things, like photographs and computers, they can't get past.
01:16:26.000 Now, again, what are the chances though of This gentleman, Harry Everhart, who ran this operation of testing these fuel oil bombs and vehicles, and who's going to Congress to get money, now he just so happens to be there.
01:16:42.000 He's the guy that calls in the official story.
01:16:45.000 Right.
01:16:46.000 And of course, he made it official because we later proved, and on our Dr. Vicker video documentary, we showed that it was impossible that ammonium nitrate fuel oil even went off there.
01:16:57.000 And there are two blatant reasons, physically.
01:17:01.000 One is that there are flames that always accompany an anvil explosion.
01:17:05.000 And there were none inside the Murrah Building.
01:17:07.000 If you look at the videos today, you'll see that the only flames and smoke are coming from the cars in the parking lot across the street of the General Record Building.
01:17:16.000 And also, nitrate gas is always in the area, and without a gas mask, it's not safe to go in the area for up to an hour.
01:17:24.000 And this is Project Dipole Might, where they practice blowing up cars, van trucks, and a classified U.S.
01:17:32.000 program, and now new files and documents obtained by the Department of the Treasury through the Freedom of Information Act request the U.S.
01:17:38.000 government initiated a comprehensive ANFO and C4 bomb testing program I mean, this is ridiculous.
01:17:46.000 We've got these high-level officers from FBI and BATF.
01:17:49.000 They're on the ground, but they don't want us to see the videotapes.
01:17:52.000 And we have police saying that the BATF was there two minutes after the bomb, saying, oh, we were told not to come into work today.
01:18:00.000 The whole thing has been a giant cover-up from three minutes after nine, that morning.
01:18:06.000 Even up to the point where they get these two clowns from Buffalo to write this book allegedly quoted to them by Tim McVeigh and in it they have McVeigh confessing to the impossible such as some of the things we just talked about.
01:18:24.000 Those two reporters, one was named Herbeck, I don't even like to quote the name of their book on the air anymore because it's just such a fraud.
01:18:33.000 I think it was fed to them by probably CIA or NSA or someone else out of Washington, D.C.
01:18:38.000 Fed them all this information.
01:18:40.000 I doubt seriously if they ever talked to Tim McVeigh more than 15 minutes, if at all.
01:18:45.000 They claimed they talked to him while he was on death row for 75 hours.
01:18:49.000 We'll be right back, stay with us.

01:19:52.000 Hello, Ted Anderson here with Midas Resources.
01:19:57.000 Lately, I've been hearing people tell me that gold is so low now that it would be a perfect time to buy.
01:20:01.000 With over 20 years of personal experience in the gold business, I can tell you that opportunities like this can be counted on one hand.
01:20:07.000 The truth is, very few people have the fortitude to actually act on a market like this.
01:20:12.000 However, they have become the elite group, more than doubling their investment over a moderate time span.
01:20:17.000 In 1982, gold was trading in a range of $275 per ounce.
01:20:22.000 By mid-1983, it was close to $500 mounts.
01:20:26.000 In 1986, gold collector coins had quadrupled.
01:20:29.000 Don't procrastinate this opportunity away.
01:20:31.000 All the bottom line fundamentals still support a strong future for gold.
01:20:36.000 Call 1-800-686-2237 for a free evaluation of your gold portfolio.
01:20:42.000 You'll be glad you did.

01:20:44.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.
01:20:47.000 Again, 1-800-686-2237.
01:20:53.000 With gardening season coming up, you'll soon be building your compost pile.
01:20:57.000 And that's why there's a great gardening tool I have to tell you about.
01:21:00.000 It's called the Compost Twin.
01:21:01.000 Gardeners know the importance of composting, but we're all too familiar with the back-breaking work of turning a compost pile with a pitchfork and the messy accumulation of kitchen scraps while you wait for a batch of compost to cook.
01:21:11.000 So Mantis developed the Compost Twin.
01:21:13.000 The Compost Twin is the only composter with two 10 bushel bins on one machine.
01:21:17.000 The barrels sit well off the ground and away from the pests that feast on your compost pile for Sunday dinner.
01:21:22.000 Plus, mixing the compost is a breeze with the Compost Twin's easy turn gear system.
01:21:26.000 And with a second chamber, you can continually add kitchen scraps and garden waste without disturbing the composting process in the first chamber.
01:21:32.000 No more mess, no more odors, no more hard work.
01:21:35.000 Deal direct with Mantis and get a no-hassle one-year money-back guarantee.

01:22:42.000 The headline of the individual was Danny Colson, high-level FBI chief.
01:22:46.000 Headline, early arrival in Oklahoma.
01:22:47.000 or order online at murkywater.com.
01:22:51.000 All right, folks.
01:22:55.000 The headline and the individual was Danny Colson, high-level FBI chief, headline, early arrival in Oklahoma.
01:23:06.000 Now, again, he told Newsweek and Time and everybody why he heard news of the bombing and there was bad weather in Dallas, so he couldn't catch a plane that was like an hour flight.
01:23:16.000 Even though they went and checked the records and it showed that the flights were all flying, everything was fine, there was no wait.
01:23:22.000 He didn't buy the $55, $60 ticket for the less than an hour flight to Oklahoma City from DFW or Love Field.
01:23:31.000 He told Newsweek and Time, I drove and got there that afternoon.
01:23:36.000 I drove at speeds of 90 miles an hour.
01:23:39.000 Oh, turns out you checked into the hotel with your signature and everything.
01:23:43.000 Nine hours before the bombing, at least.
01:23:46.000 And, uh, it's admitted, though, from the government's own documents, records indicate that this ANFO explosives expert and his associates had destroyed at least eight vehicles in test bombing experiments at a secret range in the New Mexico desert twelve months prior to the OKC bombing, and that individual was Harry Everhart, and, uh, he'd been with some of the, uh, high-level White House, uh, organizations dealing with anti-terrorism.
01:24:12.000 Uh, the National Response Team, NRT, Assigned to the National Security Council staff.
01:24:19.000 Funny, it was National Security staff that did the drill on 9-11 of flying hijacked jets into buildings.
01:24:26.000 Did you know that, Pat Shannon?
01:24:28.000 I had read that, and we find it, you know, quite perplexing that they would want to fund this ten years ago.
01:24:34.000 Well, the National Security Council staff, man, they're just... They just are always running the exact same drill at the exact same place as it happens!
01:24:43.000 Well, they're psychic, aren't they?
01:24:44.000 The magical... I've read articles about these guys.
01:24:47.000 Wow, they're... they're... maybe psychic.
01:24:53.000 Please continue.
01:24:54.000 Well, I was speaking about the two authors of the book about McVeigh.
01:25:00.000 The information in there, we are convinced did not come from McVeigh, or very little of it would have, and they just had him confessing to everything that the government would want him to say.
01:25:10.000 So take the full load before they so-called executed him.
01:25:14.000 Well, I just don't buy it.
01:25:16.000 And these two authors claim they spent 75 hours on the telephone with McVeigh while he was on death row.
01:25:22.000 That's a very dubious statement.
01:25:25.000 You know, it's difficult for anyone just in the federal penitentiary to get on the phone for more than 15 minutes.
01:25:33.000 Well, you can look at video.
01:25:34.000 McVeigh was drugged out of his gourd.
01:25:36.000 He also had a special doctor attending to him.
01:25:40.000 What do you mean on the execution day?
01:25:42.000 Even before that, he had a special psychologist helping him.
01:25:45.000 Oh yeah, that was the old MK Ultra Boy from California.
01:25:48.000 Yeah, a guy who came up in congressional hearings, Jolly and West.
01:25:51.000 Yeah, yeah, Jolly West.
01:25:53.000 Well, anyhow, I maintain that these guys hardly ever, if ever, talked to McVeigh.
01:26:01.000 They were fed this information from out of Washington D.C.
01:26:03.000 and they wrote the book as they were told to write it.
01:26:06.000 And to implicate McVeigh and Nichols and no one else.
01:26:11.000 But, I mean, for police out there listening, Pat, detectives, whoever, or people that have two brain cells, come on, you're not going to have all these top anti-terrorism guys and the guy that's practicing blowing up trucks full of ammonium nitrate on the ground right when it happens.
01:26:26.000 I mean, number one, that's impossible if they're not involved, obviously, and then number two, the police say they ran up to them and said, yeah, we were told not to come into work today.
01:26:34.000 Well, you know, since I wrote the article even just a week ago, I have uncovered a Well, I'd uncovered him, but I now have an appointment with a former CIA operative who was a contract man within the Secret Service, ATF, and FBI doing various jobs.
01:26:52.000 You know, just to remind your listeners, and I'm sure you're well aware, the CIA was never supposed to do anything domestically since they were formed in 1947.
01:27:01.000 Strictly international espionage.
01:27:02.000 National Security Act.
01:27:04.000 Yes, well they got around that by not ever sending in their actual employees or agents in, but they would use contract men to infiltrate.
01:27:15.000 This man infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan in the late 80s and actually became Tim Tuttle's, Tim McVeigh's, shadow.
01:27:25.000 Uh, at that time, and met with him at gun shows and elsewhere, and was able to tell us a whole lot of information about Insight with McVeigh, but one of the most shocking things that he's told us that we're still checking out is that Oklahoma City was not the only target, and Little Rock, Arkansas indeed was a target up until the final day.
01:27:44.000 And that was one that they, I think they chose because McVeigh wanted to get a particular building.
01:27:50.000 McVeigh was involved.
01:27:51.000 Let's not, you know, let's not dodge that part.
01:27:53.000 But he was, he was very much a Patsy and was being used the whole time.
01:27:57.000 Well yeah, they take a guy, they sheep dip him and then he goes into intelligence and then they hang him out to dry, shoot him up with the drugs after they grab him.
01:28:05.000 That's the end of the story.
01:28:06.000 That's right, just like in Oswald.
01:28:08.000 Yeah, I mean they could have done even more I guess out in the open. 0.73
01:28:11.000 Maybe held him up in front of somebody dying of cancer and have the guy walk up and shoot him.
01:28:16.000 Yeah, but nevertheless we're still going to check out some of the veracity of this Little Rock story, but it's shocking in that this man has told us on the record, on tape, that There were literally hundreds of people and a dozen federal agencies who knew very well that the bombing was coming down in Oklahoma on April 19, 1995.
01:28:39.000 We'll be right back.
01:28:43.000 We're on the march.
01:28:45.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:32:12.000 But my film, 9-11 The Road to Tyranny, for those of you that haven't seen it, goes into Nero burning around to blame it on the Christians.
01:32:23.000 Now it's admitted that the Seeking of the Maine to blame it on the Spanish for the Spanish-American War with William McKinley's Navy.
01:32:32.000 Then we go into Pearl Harbor with prior knowledge.
01:32:35.000 Then we go into Operation Northwoods, the official U.S.
01:32:38.000 government plan where they wanted to bomb buildings and hijack jets and fly them into things to blame it on foreign enemies.
01:32:44.000 This is an official U.S.
01:32:45.000 government plan that got green-lighted as an operation until Kennedy said no to the plan.
01:32:50.000 Then we go into the first World Trade Center bombing where the FBI cooked the bomb and trained the drivers.
01:32:56.000 Submit it!
01:32:57.000 Then we go into Oklahoma City for about 40 minutes of the two and a half hour on Two and a half hour film on VHS, almost three hour film on DVD.
01:33:09.000 And then we spent another 35 minutes on 9-11, showing how that was an inside job.
01:33:14.000 Then we get into the police state, why they want these terrorist attacks.
01:33:18.000 So that's why the film is so powerful, is it covers a brief history of world terrorism.
01:33:25.000 It gets into Putin blowing up his own buildings.
01:33:27.000 It spends a few minutes on that.
01:33:29.000 It just covers so much.
01:33:30.000 Masters of Terror, Uh, is about 70% just on 9-11.
01:33:36.000 We spend an hour and a half on 9-11 and then 30 minutes on some other government-sponsored terror events.

01:33:44.000 That film's a little over two hours long.
01:33:46.000 They're both $25.95 apiece, but if you order three or more of any, Uh, of my 11 films.
01:33:52.000 They dropped down to $20 a piece.

01:35:05.000 Mr. Hopsinger's video, Muhammad Atta and the Venice Flying Circus, that just went up.
01:35:09.000 My interview with Dean Haglin of the X-Files about why they made that episode for the Lone Gunman about a Remote-controlled jet to be flown to the World Trade Center by the government to create martial law.
01:35:19.000 Now he thinks the CIA may have planted that on them.
01:35:22.000 Oh yeah, that's the type of stuff that is on PrisonPlanet.tv.
01:35:27.000 Before we get back into your incredible article that does bring in a lot of new information and puts it all together with the older information, tell us about American Free Press and tell us about your book and tell us about the incredible work you've done, Pat Shannon.
01:35:43.000 Well, most of that can be found at my website, patshannon.com, and just remember that there are no O's in my Shannon, all A's.
01:35:51.000 Alex, only time I ever made all A's in my life.
01:35:54.000 But, yeah, it's www.patshannon.com.
01:35:59.000 And also, incidentally, on there, near the top of that site, first page, are the evidence from NBC's own clips.
01:36:08.000 of the charges going off in the Trade Center building as they were demolished.
01:36:12.000 And what we did, we took some stills from the NBC video a few seconds apart and sprang them in there.
01:36:24.000 And then, of course, we also quoted Van Romero, the infamous professor from New Mexico.
01:36:31.000 I mean, he definitely was an expert, an engineer out there, who came out the same afternoon, you will remember, who said it looks like a demolition because that's exactly what it was.
01:36:42.000 Well, Pat, I had an engineer, family friend, Jimmy Wright, Uh, who lives in Fredericksburg, but also lives in New York and Houston.
01:36:53.000 Uh, very prominent, and he's there in the World Financial Center.
01:36:56.000 He was on my show an hour after the buildings fell that morning, and he said, first hour, he said, the most beautiful controlled demolition I've ever seen.
01:37:04.000 No, it really was.
01:37:05.000 And then Building 7 wasn't even hit by a jet aircraft, and we've been at Ground Zero.
01:37:08.000 It's way far away from other buildings that Silverstein didn't own, but it catches on fire and falls.
01:37:14.000 And we got the firefighters telling AP reporters, get back, we're about to demolish it.
01:37:18.000 Then Silverstein comes out and says, we demolished it!
01:37:20.000 Yeah, one year later, he admitted it on PBR.
01:37:23.000 I mean, this is, I mean, folks!
01:37:25.000 Look, look.
01:37:26.000 For people that are listening to us, Oklahoma City.
01:37:28.000 You've got the head FBI people there on the ground, and then lying about it.
01:37:31.000 We've got, admittedly, This head BATF bombing expert, who did seven different truck bombs out in the desert, and car bombs, he's there on the ground, and BATF runs up to cops, and the cops go, what are you doing in full bomb gear?
01:37:45.000 Two minutes after, they go, oh, we were here, we were told to get out of the building.
01:37:48.000 Now, that was lower level BATF, but obviously wasn't involved, and was again, thought it was part of a sting.
01:37:54.000 And they always use these drills as a cover, but Pat, give us a phone number or information, how we get your books.
01:38:00.000 Well, as I say, the best way is just go to the website and www.patshannon.com.
01:38:06.000 My new book that's just out in the last few months is called Maybe the People Have the Answers.
01:38:11.000 It's a history lesson.
01:38:12.000 I cover a whole lot of things.
01:38:14.000 Chapter 7, the final chapter, is all about the trade center deception.
01:38:18.000 But there's a whole lot since the war of federal intervention in 1861 of how we've been deceived by the federales and by government.
01:38:29.000 Many of the things, of course, with the captured news media, without people like you spreading the word.
01:38:35.000 We don't have a free press in America anymore, and that's very, very difficult for most Americans to admit.
01:38:39.000 Alright, let's go over some of your articles here.
01:38:42.000 Again, we've got this chief BATF guy, expert in truck bombs, gets a million dollars from Congress to test bombs.
01:38:49.000 He's there on the ground.
01:38:51.000 It goes, contrary to media reports, the World Trade Center bomb of February 1993 was composed of urea nitrate, not ANFO, according to the FBI.
01:38:58.000 It continues, Despite only one known case in almost 25 years, why didn't Clinton's NSC, National Security Council, they just keep being involved every time, anticipate a need for detailed information regarding Anfo vehicle bomb attacks a few months prior to the Oklahoma City blast?
01:39:14.000 Treasury's own official documents reveal the intensity of interest.
01:39:18.000 In fact, a brief summary of Project Dipole Might is featured in the BATF's 94 Annual Report to Congress.
01:39:25.000 There were enough clandestine characters hanging around Oklahoma City to fill a James Bond movie during the days prior to the crime.
01:39:31.000 BATF's paid informant, Carol Howe, had provided information that the Murrow Building was one of the potential targets.
01:39:37.000 On April 6th, Kerry Gagen gave U.S.
01:39:40.000 Marshals in Denver the information that a federal building would be blown up Either in Denver or Oklahoma City within two weeks, he had not only personally delivered timers and blasting caps to a Middle Eastern group, but had sat in on a meeting where the blueprints of the Murrah Building were on display.
01:39:57.000 Now again, these are these Iraqis, trained in the 80s as Republican Guard by our military, brought in by George Bush Sr. 0.94
01:40:06.000 and Clinton, that's Washington Times, LA Times, in 92 and 93, Brought in to the U.S. 0.99
01:40:12.000 They're the go-betweens.
01:40:13.000 McVeigh's with them.
01:40:14.000 They carry out the bombing.
01:40:16.000 Police arrest them.
01:40:17.000 They're ordered by Clinton to release them.
01:40:19.000 They leave the country. 0.53
01:40:20.000 They're caught with bomb-making materials and blue jogging suits in their bags as they fly out of the country.
01:40:25.000 So again, the government likes to use these contractors, these go-between individuals.
01:40:31.000 Then, 38 minutes before the blast on April 19th, the Department of Justice in Washington received an anonymous telephone call warning that the Murrah Building was about to be blown up, but took no action.
01:40:40.000 And it goes on and on and on.
01:40:41.000 Please continue, Pat Shannon.
01:40:43.000 Well, that Cary Gagin is a very interesting character.
01:40:46.000 I've met with him and talked on the phone many, many times, many interviews.
01:40:49.000 He's back in jail now for some trumped-up charges.
01:40:52.000 We're not exactly sure what it is.
01:40:54.000 He's in Colorado, but it was to silence him.
01:40:57.000 We are certain of that.
01:40:59.000 Hoppy Heidelberg and an Oklahoma City The investigative committee a few years ago got Kerry Gagin into Oklahoma City and put him on video.
01:41:08.000 And that was the grand juror?
01:41:10.000 Hoppe Heileberg was the grand juror who was removed back in 1995, that's correct.
01:41:16.000 And he has since formed his own investigation committee because he was intrigued by the whole thing.
01:41:24.000 I can tell you that Hoppe Heileberg knows as much about the deception of this case as anybody in the world.
01:41:30.000 And he and I are very close, and we talk often about it.
01:41:34.000 And he, of course, introduced me to Kerry Gagin when they finally tracked him down.
01:41:38.000 But Gagin has a most intriguing story to tell, and I'm not going to take up a lot of time this morning talking about it.
01:41:46.000 Once again, they can pull up my Oklahoma City section on the website and read the articles, the lengthy articles we wrote about him.
01:41:52.000 But he actually played both ends against the middle.
01:41:56.000 He was offered A quarter million dollars by the terrorists to go into Mexico and meet with some European terrorists and pick up some timers and detonators and get them back across the line into the states.
01:42:08.000 The reason they wanted to use him is he was an experienced drug trafficker.
01:42:11.000 He admits that.
01:42:12.000 He says he was no choir boy.
01:42:14.000 But he did successfully get back across the border with them and he delivered them. 0.66
01:42:19.000 And he collected his quarter million.
01:42:20.000 Then he discovered, as an old jailhouse lawyer, that the Feds were willing to pay Up to a $2 million reward for any citizen who would stop a terrorist attack.
01:42:34.000 So, Gagin, being an astute businessman, went to the other side.
01:42:38.000 He went to the U.S.
01:42:39.000 Marshals Service in Denver, where he lived, and he told them what was going on and could he keep the quarter million.
01:42:46.000 And they said, absolutely, no problem there, just keep talking with us.
01:42:50.000 But to protect himself, he was smart enough to get written Permission from the U.S.
01:42:56.000 Attorney.
01:42:56.000 He actually got a letter absolving him of any crimes.
01:43:01.000 This mysteriously disappeared later, by the way, after Stephen Jones became McVeigh's attorney.
01:43:08.000 And Jones apparently is deep-sixed this letter, but we do have the copies and the evidence of it.
01:43:13.000 Well, one thing led to another, and Gagin was right up in the midst of this thing, and he was reporting, and as I mentioned, that April 6th report he gave to Marshalls was only the final one of many.
01:43:25.000 Alright, let me recap this.
01:43:27.000 They just ignored them.
01:43:28.000 Let me recap this for folks who just joined us.
01:43:31.000 We have this head BATF bomb expert who's got congressional funding from the National Security Council.
01:43:37.000 The same people that always run a drill of the exact same thing happening in real time at the very place it's happening.
01:43:42.000 That way if they get caught doing their work, it's just part of the drill.
01:43:46.000 This guy...
01:43:48.000 Well, I can't imagine there being any cops on the job that haven't already figured that out.
01:43:52.000 the BATF in the media that it was an amphobomb within 10 minutes this is Harry Everhart I mean again a two-year old can figure this out Pat yeah I mean what do you say to the police out there that they're still thinking this government isn't completely criminal well I can't imagine there being any cops on the job that they haven't already figured it out they would have to be awfully naive well maybe this truck bombing expert just happened to be
01:44:22.000 I mean, maybe the BATF just happened to get a warning to get out of the building.
01:44:24.000 I mean, just, just maybe, you know, maybe pigs fly, Pat.
01:44:29.000 Well, who would warn them?
01:44:31.000 Don't forget, the government's cover story is that they were the target.
01:44:35.000 McVeigh was targeting them, remember?
01:44:37.000 Of course, nobody warned the daycare center.
01:44:42.000 That's right.
01:44:43.000 Why would you warn your target? 0.99
01:44:45.000 It's ridiculous.
01:44:46.000 Incidentally, backtracking a second, you mentioned the first Trade Center bombing in 1993.
01:44:51.000 Do you remember the date of that?
01:44:52.000 I'll tell you.
01:44:55.000 It was Friday, February 26th.
01:44:58.000 Two days before the hit at Waco.
01:45:00.000 Now, I don't have any answers to this, but I've always been perplexed.
01:45:04.000 Was one of those intended to be a cover-up for the other?
01:45:08.000 Well, that's what I've heard, yes.
01:45:09.000 A smoke screen?
01:45:11.000 Yes.
01:45:14.000 I think Waco was clearly the smokescreen.
01:45:17.000 And then again, we have our friends the BATF setting that up as well.
01:45:20.000 Uh-huh.
01:45:22.000 I don't know.
01:45:22.000 It's always bothered me.
01:45:25.000 Well, tyranny is when criminals take control of the government. 0.72
01:45:29.000 And now these criminals have these fancy space-age PR firms, and now they're getting rid of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution.
01:45:35.000 They're dismantling this country, Pat.
01:45:37.000 Everything we warn people about, I have this professor and top lawyer out of D.C.
01:45:41.000 on in the last hour, and she said, we are in a dictatorship.
01:45:44.000 This is a mainstream person.
01:45:45.000 She says they're taking over.
01:45:48.000 I don't think there's much doubt.
01:45:50.000 One of your guests last year, Don DeGranBray, talked about that.
01:45:56.000 Of course, he had like 30 years' experience from the Pentagon.
01:46:01.000 Let's take a call.
01:46:02.000 Let's talk to Fred.
01:46:04.000 Fred, where are you calling us from?
01:46:05.000 I'm calling from Philadelphia, the Cradle of Liberty.
01:46:08.000 Welcome.
01:46:09.000 Okay.
01:46:10.000 Uh, Pat, I wanted to ask you if, or Alex, uh, talk about, uh, the, uh, the video that was, uh, leaked from a, uh, uh, either police intelligence or a law enforcement person to a, a reporter in the, in the, uh, In the Midwest area, and was later seized in a raid on the reporter's house, where I do not believe he was ever charged.
01:46:37.000 Yeah, no, that was a videotape of the truck bomb going off of McVeigh with a Middle Easterner. 1.00
01:46:43.000 He had it, and then that was grabbed.
01:46:44.000 Pat, I remember that report, that was mainstream news about a year ago, the Associated Press, but I don't remember the name of the reporter.
01:46:51.000 I thought perhaps he was speaking of the Sheriff's Office video that showed the removal of the unexploded bombs.
01:46:57.000 No.
01:46:59.000 I think Richardson might be the name of the reporter.
01:47:01.000 I'm not sure.
01:47:02.000 Well that's the problem.
01:47:03.000 It's an orgy of evidence.
01:47:04.000 We cover this stuff every day.
01:47:05.000 It was a subject of a lawsuit.
01:47:07.000 The gentleman wanted to...
01:47:11.000 There's another party that wanted to get a hold of that as a piece of evidence.
01:47:17.000 Another media person.
01:47:19.000 Well, I've had lawyers on who've done two lawsuits.
01:47:23.000 One of the lawyers knew about Oklahoma before it even happened, and they've been suing for years, and they declared national security on the surveillance camera tapes of OKC.
01:47:32.000 Just basically the substance of that video, isn't there a Isn't there a lot of evidence in one or more videos of a large horizontal flame or fire at the base of the building right before the blast?
01:47:52.000 Well, again, all I know from the AP article a year ago, and thanks for the call, was that, just type in the headline, reporters home rated, OKC tape confiscated, that should pop up for you.
01:48:03.000 And we never really heard what happened, they just said that he did indeed have this video.
01:48:06.000 Pat?
01:48:08.000 Well, another evidence of the ongoing cover-up, Alex, because the case is over.
01:48:14.000 All the guys are convicted.
01:48:15.000 There's no reason for them to suppress this evidence anymore.
01:48:18.000 Period.
01:48:21.000 Except it shows our friends.
01:48:23.000 Except to protect their own, that's correct. 0.70
01:48:25.000 Yes, John in Oklahoma, you're on the air, go ahead.
01:48:28.000 Hey Alex, I have a question.
01:48:30.000 I've never heard this brought up by one person in my whole life, and it was my stepfather.
01:48:35.000 He was the superintendent of mines Amex Mines in Missouri.
01:48:40.000 And he knew a lot about mining.
01:48:41.000 He's a very smart man.
01:48:43.000 And he made the comment, and it stuck with me forever.
01:48:47.000 He was in the kitchen watching this thing when it happened.
01:48:51.000 He said, that's the softest thing I've ever heard of, John.
01:48:55.000 You cannot bone your knife straight, bone it, explode unless you pack it way back in a hole and rock.
01:49:00.000 Just bone it, just burn.
01:49:02.000 You have to really, really, really contain it to get it to explode.
01:49:07.000 So they can't be used like that.
01:49:09.000 The only useful purpose of it is to pack it back in rocks.
01:49:15.000 They pack it in murals and it does work in trucks.
01:49:18.000 The problem is it's very unstable and blows up usually on your way there.
01:49:22.000 And on top of it, top generals, experts have looked at this.
01:49:25.000 The blast signature was the building blown out across the street.
01:49:28.000 Right.
01:49:31.000 Well, as part of the article, and the future articles will contain, concerning the cover of even the new museum, which is just a farce.
01:49:40.000 Yeah, stay there, John.
01:49:41.000 Stay there, Pat.
01:49:41.000 Let's talk about that after this break.
01:49:43.000 InfoWars.com, PrisonPlanet.tv.
01:49:46.000 And don't forget, PatShannon.com will be right back.
01:49:53.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.
01:49:55.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.
01:49:58.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.
01:50:02.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.
01:50:06.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.
01:50:10.000 The civil emergency was created by the police.
01:50:13.000 The riot police attacked people on the street indiscriminately.
01:50:16.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.
01:50:21.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.
01:50:24.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.
01:50:27.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

01:50:52.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?
01:50:58.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.
01:51:06.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.
01:51:13.000 Radioactive poisoning.
01:51:15.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.
01:51:21.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.
01:51:26.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.
01:51:35.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5.

01:53:05.000 You know, Hitler firebombs his own Capitol building to declare martial law. 0.75
01:53:09.000 Putin blows up buildings to blame it on his enemies and take people's freedoms.
01:53:13.000 Our government does it.
01:53:13.000 We have official government plans, like Operation Northwoods, where they explain why they want to do this.
01:53:19.000 And then you look at the facts!
01:53:21.000 In every one of these big events, the feds are all over it!
01:53:26.000 And it's very, very serious.
01:53:27.000 John in Oklahoma, you're talking about a money of nitrate.
01:53:29.000 Actually, that's covered in my film.
01:53:30.000 That's covered in Pat's film.
01:53:32.000 That's been covered.
01:53:34.000 You know, columns further back got knocked off.
01:53:36.000 The building was blown out.
01:53:37.000 Pieces of it on top buildings across the street.
01:53:40.000 They removed unexploded bombs inside.
01:53:43.000 Pat Shannon, from your years of study of this, what's the clearest picture of why some of those bombs didn't go off?
01:53:50.000 I don't know.
01:53:51.000 I don't know why they didn't go off.
01:53:52.000 We just know that they did not.
01:53:54.000 And they were hauled out at about 10.30 that morning, an hour and a half after the incident.
01:53:59.000 All the rescue was stopped and ceased until afternoon.
01:54:04.000 I even got on video of Governor Frank Keating talking about that they found these unexploded bombs.
01:54:10.000 And all these bombs carry signatures.
01:54:12.000 And as soon as we are able to examine this, we'll be able to tell you exactly.
01:54:15.000 Very sophisticated device.
01:54:17.000 Pardon?
01:54:18.000 You called it a very sophisticated device.
01:54:20.000 That's correct.
01:54:20.000 Yeah, that's right.
01:54:22.000 Well, now in the museum, what I call, you know, furthering cover-up of the cover-up, they've got, they've refuted their own evidence, Alex.
01:54:29.000 They've got Venetian blinds that were actually hanging in the actual windows and they're blown out.
01:54:35.000 Uh, you know, explain to me how you got a bomb on the street. 0.90
01:54:38.000 Must have been a suck bomb, as one guy called it. 0.98
01:54:40.000 You know, to suck these Venetian blinds out the window, as it did. 0.93
01:54:44.000 It's just some of the absurd things that they want to sell us, but that's one of the powers of a propaganda machine in television.
01:54:51.000 They can do it.
01:54:52.000 Let's take a call.
01:54:53.000 John in New York.
01:54:54.000 John, go ahead.
01:54:55.000 Hello?
01:54:56.000 Yes.
01:54:57.000 Yeah, hi.
01:54:59.000 I just wanted to have a question I am pretty sure about five or six months ago listening I'm 99% sure to the power hour and she was interviewing someone who was at the execution of Tim McLean and I remember her stating I think she was a reporter for one of the papers or something That would be the lady from the Chicago Tribune who commented that she didn't think he was dead.
01:55:23.000 He appeared to still be breathing.
01:55:24.000 Right.
01:55:24.000 Okay.
01:55:25.000 Alright.
01:55:25.000 You know about that.
01:55:26.000 Okay.
01:55:26.000 I just wasn't aware.
01:55:28.000 There was another reporter from the Indianapolis Star Tribune who said that.
01:55:33.000 Okay.
01:55:33.000 No, I didn't hear.
01:55:34.000 I only heard it the one time and I tried to search for it and I couldn't find it again.
01:55:38.000 But I'm almost sure it was on that show.
01:55:42.000 Well, there were some other suspicious things going on with that execution.
01:55:45.000 They flew in an expert, yet Terre Haute, Indiana Federal Penitentiary is state-of-the-art.
01:55:50.000 It's an execution center.
01:55:51.000 Yeah, that's right.
01:55:52.000 And so why did they need to bring in an expert with different chemicals?
01:55:56.000 Because I know that she said also, she said, well, you know that already, but she said that they took the body out, would let nobody look at it, and I think they cremated him, kind of like quick.
01:56:05.000 Well, after getting, or at least publicly saying that he requested that.
01:56:09.000 Okay.
01:56:11.000 Do you think McVeigh is still alive?
01:56:12.000 I mean, there were a lot of prominent mainstream reporters that said as they took him out, his stomach was rising and falling.
01:56:18.000 Right.
01:56:18.000 That's what I hear.
01:56:19.000 What do you think, Pat?
01:56:21.000 Well, no, I can't say.
01:56:23.000 I did an Amusings article.
01:56:25.000 It's on my website.
01:56:26.000 It's archived under my Musings.
01:56:28.000 Well, I interviewed Craig Roberts, who's another private investigator in Oklahoma with quite the experience.
01:56:33.000 Yeah, Colonel Craig Roberts.
01:56:35.000 Yes, and I commented then that I didn't believe it, and by the time I got through interviewing him, I saw how it could have been possible, so they can read it there.
01:56:44.000 How what could be possible?
01:56:46.000 That McVeigh was still alive.
01:56:48.000 Oh yeah, they do that all the time.
01:56:50.000 I mean, the CIA has staged the death of thousands of special forces officers and they give them new identities, plastic surgery.
01:56:57.000 That's admitted.
01:56:58.000 Right, but my contention was that McVeigh was better off for them dead than alive.
01:57:02.000 And Colonel Roberts showed me how I may not have been correct on that.
01:57:06.000 Yeah.
01:57:07.000 Alright, well thank you so much for the call, John, in New York.
01:57:10.000 We've got next hour Daniel Hopsinger.
01:57:13.000 Coming on to talk about his incredible work in exposing the guy who's going to be our new Homeland Security Fuhrer.
01:57:19.000 Pat Shannon, I want to get you back up soon, my friend.
01:57:24.000 Okay, thanks very much.
01:57:25.000 I'll be traveling this month and doing some other investigation on the Oklahoma thing.
01:57:29.000 When you finish the book, why don't you have your lovely Violet let me know.
01:57:33.000 Alright, my friend.
01:57:35.000 Godspeed to you.
01:57:36.000 We'll be back with the third hour of transmission.
01:57:39.000 Stay with us.
01:57:43.000 Introducing... Big Brother.
01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.
01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.
01:57:54.000 You want answers?
01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.
01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
01:58:05.000 We got Daniel Hopsicker coming on.
01:58:18.000 We tried to call him, his circuits were busy, but I just tried to call him and the phone was ringing, so try it again.
01:58:24.000 He's made a lot of just incredible documentaries, written just hundreds of great reports exposing government drug dealing, government involvement in terrorism.
01:58:35.000 Last hour we were talking to Pat Shannon from American Free Press about, well, A secret government program that's been made public of blowing up truck bombs out in the New Mexico desert in the year before Oklahoma City.
01:58:49.000 And the very person from the BATF running that program, the very person running that operation, was on the ground right when the bombing happened in Oklahoma City and called the media and everybody telling them it was an AMFO fertilizer bomb.
01:59:05.000 I mean, it's just, it's amazing.
01:59:09.000 It's amazing to see this type of stuff going on.
01:59:13.000 But now we have Michael Chertoff appointed by President Bush to head the Homeland Security Department.
01:59:21.000 And he may have shielded, this whole process may be about shielding from criminal prosecution, a former client suspected by law enforcement of having funneled millions of dollars directly to Osama Bin Laden while in charge of the U.S.
01:59:36.000 Government's 9-1-1 investigation.
01:59:39.000 And the interesting thing about all of this is just like General Mahmood Ahmed, the second trip in his life to the United States, the head of Pakistani intelligence, meeting with Porter Goss and others, as the planes flew into buildings in the morning of 9-11.
01:59:54.000 And then it turns out, it's admitted, New York Times, Washington Post, that he wired $100,000 to Mohammed Adam.
02:00:02.000 And then he's hanging out with Goss, who becomes your new CIA chief.
02:00:05.000 It's like the head of NORAD who had to certainly know about the stand-down, General Frank Eberhardt.
02:00:10.000 He then becomes the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff.
02:00:14.000 All of these guys who were intimately involved in 9-11, in the stand-down, in the cover-up, or involved in it itself, are now being promoted to all the highest positions.
02:00:27.000 And it's very, very, very serious when you see how they're putting these individuals into place.
02:00:35.000 Now we're going to break here and come back and a lot of stations join us after the news and we'll bring up our guest who again, I've been watching his videos for years.
02:00:44.000 He's done so much really important work exposing the New World Order and the globalists and government drug dealing, you name it.
02:00:52.000 And he's been on the cutting edge of exposing people like Michael Chertoff and has done a great investigation of the gentleman who's going to be obviously our new Homeland Security Chief.
02:01:05.000 And his connections to 9-11 and to organized crime, you name it.
02:01:08.000 So that's all coming up after the break.
02:01:11.000 The website, check out these fine reports and look at some of the videos that have been produced by Daniel Hopsicker is madcalproduction.com.
02:01:22.000 That's madcalproduction.com.
02:01:25.000 And I suggest you go to that website and get hard copies of his documentary films.
02:01:29.000 He has been kind enough to allow us to post it on prisonplanet.tv.
02:01:35.000 And so, one of his newest and best videos, Mohammed Atta, on the Venice Flying Circus, is posted there for anybody that wants to go up to PrisonPlanet.tv.
02:01:47.000 So, when we return, we will get into this detail.
02:01:50.000 I mean, it is lengthy.
02:01:51.000 That's why I like Hopsicker's reports on things, because he just nexuses so many different points together, and follows the money trail, and you'll get an idea of what a monster Michael Chertoff is.
02:02:05.000 just in his own business activities and in the people he defends and the people he prosecutes and what he does.
02:02:11.000 Then there's a whole other area that we discussed in the first hour with professor and lawyer Ellen Castle getting into how Mr. Chertoff, like Gonzalez, is the architect of torture, architect of the Patriot Act, you name it.
02:02:29.000 These are very unsavory, dark characters that we're talking about, and we'll detail it on the other side of this quick break.
02:02:37.000 So stay with us.
02:02:38.000 On the other side, we'll talk to Daniel Hopsegger.
02:02:40.000 Stay with us.
02:02:45.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.
02:02:49.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.
02:02:54.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.
02:02:58.000 The New World Order.
02:03:00.000 Panamers.
02:03:01.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.
02:03:06.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart piece by piece and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.
02:03:13.000 You will lose your liberty.
02:03:15.000 Homeland Security, Executive Orders, Force Vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan American Union, Federal Gun Grabs, Government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.
02:03:26.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

02:04:42.000 With gardening season coming up, you'll soon be building your compost pile.
02:04:48.000 And that's why there's a great gardening tool I have to tell you about.
02:04:51.000 It's called the Compost Twin.
02:04:53.000 Gardeners know the importance of composting, but we're all too familiar with the back-breaking work of turning the compost pile with a pitchfork and the messy accumulation of kitchen scraps while you wait for a batch of compost to cook.
02:05:03.000 So Mantis developed the Compost Twin.
02:05:05.000 The Compost Twin is the only composter with two 10 bushel bins on one machine.
02:05:09.000 The barrels sit well off the ground and away from the pests that feast on your compost pile for Sunday dinner.
02:05:13.000 Plus, mixing the compost is a breeze with the Compost Twin's EasyTurn gear system.
02:05:18.000 And with a second chamber, you can continually add kitchen scraps and garden waste without disturbing the composting process in the first chamber.
02:05:24.000 No more mess, no more odors, no more hard work.

02:05:48.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
02:05:51.000 All right, my friends.
02:05:55.000 We're now 8 minutes and 25 seconds into the third hour of this January 12, 2005 edition.
02:06:03.000 Thank you so much for joining us.
02:06:06.000 We're joined by documentary filmmaker, researcher, Daniel Hopsicker, and I'm again honored to have him with us.
02:06:13.000 The website is madcowproduction.com.
02:06:16.000 That's madcowprod.com.
02:06:18.000 We have a link to it at infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.
02:06:22.000 Daniel, it's great to have you on with us.
02:06:24.000 Hey, Alex.
02:06:25.000 Pleasure to meet you.
02:06:26.000 I heard a lot about you.
02:06:28.000 Well, I'm impressed.
02:06:29.000 I saw your Mohammed Adja and the Venice Flying Circus. 0.92
02:06:35.000 An interesting name, but the film details why you gave it that name.
02:06:39.000 And I want to talk about 9-11 some today, but I first off want to get into your detailed report.
02:06:46.000 about Michael Chertoff because I've been researching Chertoff for years and it was great to see a lot of the things I've independently confirmed and more pulled together in one spot on your website with this detailed, I don't know, 10-15 page report.
02:07:01.000 But first off, tell us about Daniel Hopsicker and then let's get into why you've been interested in Mr. Chertoff.
02:07:09.000 Well, you know Alex, nobody's interested in me.
02:07:11.000 I'll give you 30 seconds, you know, quickly.
02:07:14.000 I was a business news producer who went astray when I went out to shoot a pilot for a show that I thought would update in search of Leonard Nimoy.
02:07:26.000 For the paranoid nineties, don't you know?
02:07:29.000 And the story, uh, I was told by my social producers on featuring on the pilot episode concerned, um, the deaths of two 17 year old kids in Arkansas who stumbled onto a drug drop late one night in 1987.
02:07:43.000 And, um, you know, when I got down there instead of a 10 minute, um, story on a half an hour, um, pilot, silly pilot, by the way, I realized You know, that I had a story in front of me that I needed to treat with the utmost seriousness and with everything I could bring to it in terms of, you know, both skill and intelligence.
02:08:07.000 That's right, you're one of the pioneers, one of the first to report the details of mean Arkansas and the drug trafficking there.
02:08:15.000 Well, actually, I'm probably one of the last.
02:08:19.000 I remember right after it, you know, seeing you reporting on it.
02:08:22.000 Yeah, I got some things right.
02:08:25.000 So, let's talk about Chertoff for a minute.
02:08:29.000 So, long story short, Alex, I wrote a book about Barry Seal, Barry and the Boys, and so developed an unintended expertise in CIA aviation crime.
02:08:42.000 And of course, after September 11th... Okay, then here's what happened.
02:08:46.000 September 11th was unique to me because three days afterwards, when it came out that three of the four terrorist pilots had learned to fly in the retirement community of Venice, Florida, I went through something really hanky about that.
02:09:01.000 And I already knew that because my parents bought a retirement house in Venice, Florida in 1977.
02:09:07.000 77-78, and I've been coming down to Venice to see him for 20-25 years, to see mom and dad for 3-4 nights during the winter, and it's like leisure world here.
02:09:17.000 So why would a 30-year-old man, even if he is a terrorist, especially if he's a terrorist in the last year of his life, come to leisure world if he could train, say, in Miami?
02:09:27.000 And, of course, there are 220 flight schools in Florida alone, and yet the bulk of the terrorists apparently favored two schools owned by an international Dutch criminal named Rudy Deckers.
02:09:43.000 So that's enough about me.
02:09:45.000 Let's talk about Chertoff, shall we?
02:09:46.000 Yeah, let's get into that.
02:09:49.000 And then later I want to get into the flying circus because you went and interviewed the locals.
02:09:54.000 You talked to people right next door to these hangars.
02:09:57.000 all these different CIA connections there locally.
02:10:01.000 Yes, yes, and I'm proud of the job I did doing it.
02:10:04.000 I was the only person, Venice to me, Venice, Florida, was the biggest September 11th crime scene that wasn't reduced to rubble.
02:10:13.000 It was where the terrorist conspiracy hung out for far more longer than the FBI would want us to know.
02:10:22.000 And if they had associates that we would want to know more about, this would be the place to find them.
02:10:29.000 And so, you would think, wouldn't you, that after some immense national tragedy like September 11th, that there would have been a hundred investigative reporters knocking on Muhammad Ata's next-door neighbor's door and asking, what was he like?
02:10:47.000 Who did he hang out with?
02:10:49.000 Who picked him up?
02:10:50.000 Nobody did.
02:10:51.000 Nobody did.
02:10:51.000 Everyone... I mean, it was so clear to me, as I'm sure it was to you, that there was a official media clampdown, blackout, whatever you want to call it, immediately after September 11th, and no real news filtered out after the first few days.
02:11:08.000 Now enter Mr. Chertoff.
02:11:10.000 I mean, there's just all sorts of things this guy's involved in.
02:11:14.000 Yeah.
02:11:15.000 You know, and this stuff is not that hard to find, is it?
02:11:17.000 So let me give you 30 seconds on how we found this out.
02:11:23.000 One of the young people that helps me out here became interested, and he did research, which is something most people don't do, and he decided that he was going to track down the names and addresses of the terrorists on the FBI list that was inadvertently released by the government of Finland after September 11th.
02:11:48.000 So, he discovered that one of the suspected terrorists on the list shared several addresses with a man who is today, or was until recently, the military attache at the Moroccan Embassy in Washington, D.C., Colonel Arara.
02:12:11.000 And he thought that was pretty odd, and so we investigated it, and we ended up doing a story about it.
02:12:17.000 And while we were doing that story, we became aware that Muhammad Abba had relatives in Orlando.
02:12:25.000 And so we were um... alert to the possibility that he may have, he might have had other relatives in the U.S.
02:12:34.000 and of course that's where Chertoff comes in.
02:12:37.000 We became aware of the doctor, I don't know how to say his name, my head, El Amir, who is a neurologist in New Jersey and he's a neurologist in New Jersey whose HMO was busted out to the tune of about 45 million dollars that New Jersey taxpayers had to pay to pick up with this guy left.
02:13:07.000 And yet he was never charged with the crime.
02:13:09.000 And he was never charged with the crime because one good reason was he had probably the best criminal defense attorney in New Jersey and the most well-connected, a guy by the name of Michael Chertoff.
02:13:20.000 And so we began looking a little more closely at Dr.
02:13:27.000 He had been named in an intelligence report that went before September 11th to the head of the House International Committee who thought that it was a verifiable report and passed it on to the FBI.
02:13:43.000 And this report said that this doctor was sending millions of bucks to Osama Bin Laden from this HMO he was busting out in New Jersey. 0.69
02:13:52.000 And then we have Michael Chertoff protecting him as his lawyer.
02:13:56.000 And then we see the same story with General Mahmoud Ahmed, the head of Pakistani intelligence, with $100,000 to Mohammed Adda, meeting that morning with Porter Goss at the Capitol.
02:14:07.000 I mean, it's like everybody Bush puts in place, whether it's General Eberhardt and NORAD, at every level the people involved in cover-ups are put in higher level positions.
02:14:18.000 Correct, correct.
02:14:19.000 You couldn't be more accurate in that statement.
02:14:22.000 In fact, it actually gets kind of funny.
02:14:24.000 I mean, there's two attitudes you can adopt towards the way things go here in this country.
02:14:29.000 One is that of constant outrage, and I subscribe to that, and the other is you've got to be a little bit bemused by it occasionally.
02:14:36.000 So, for instance, when President Bush appointed Henry Kissinger the initial head of the 9-11 Commission, I thought that he was attempting to illustrate his capacity for irony.
02:14:51.000 And then, when he appointed Asa Hutchinson to head the DEA, I thought, how splendid could that be?
02:14:59.000 Asa Hutchinson was the U.S.
02:15:01.000 Attorney in Western Arkansas.
02:15:03.000 I mean, I've interviewed CIA officers who were there unloading the cocaine.
02:15:08.000 became the biggest drug smuggling operation in history, according to the government's own reckoning.
02:15:14.000 I mean, I've interviewed CIA officers who were there unloading the cocaine.
02:15:17.000 It's not a secret.
02:15:18.000 Well, Asa Hutchinson sure didn't see any of it.
02:15:21.000 He didn't see, I mean, I don't know how you look the other way.
02:15:25.000 I mean, he must have been staring straight down at the ground.
02:15:27.000 Apparently, the sound of the C-123s rumbling overhead just scared poor Asa to death.
02:15:33.000 But he was rewarded for that, wasn't he, by being named head of the DEA, and now his boss, is this guy, Michael Chertoff, who, you know who he reminds me of?
02:15:43.000 He's the Republican Richard Benveniste.
02:15:45.000 Yes.
02:15:47.000 Extremely slick, extremely intelligent, extremely smooth, a consummate operative, isn't he?
02:15:55.000 And that's been Vinny's day all over.
02:15:58.000 So these are guys that are so plugged in, you know, they don't even know they're plugged in, you know?
02:16:03.000 They don't know anyone that's not plugged in.
02:16:06.000 So Chertoff, who is going to be in charge of what?
02:16:10.000 Protecting us, right?
02:16:11.000 Protecting America, was defending A guy who has all kinds of strange connections.
02:16:21.000 Sending money to Al Cieda.
02:16:25.000 Correct.
02:16:26.000 Correct.
02:16:28.000 And then, Alex, it gets worse, okay?
02:16:31.000 Because if you think about it... It always gets worse.
02:16:33.000 Yes, it does.
02:16:35.000 It does.
02:16:36.000 Everybody's entitled to defense.
02:16:38.000 Chertoff would just say, hey, I was, you know, I didn't know he was a terrorist at that point, you know, and I was, you know, that's my job, to defend people.
02:16:44.000 That's where our Constitution says you get.
02:16:48.000 But then, after 9-11, Bush appointed him head of the official 9-11 investigation, and There was, I mean, this guy was at the heart of that Jersey City, New Jersey stuff, okay?
02:17:02.000 He, the guy, the Dana Molson guy was on his payroll, the guy that was looking for stingers, the Pakistani looking for stingers. 1.00
02:17:11.000 And that was when the first, that was the first time I saw the complete outline of some of what was going on, because the deal that Dr. Amir's buddy was trying to cut in New Jersey before he got busted was called typical by federal prosecutors, and that deal was oil and heroin for guns and training.
02:17:34.000 Ah, well, I'll tell you what.

02:21:32.000 Call New Millennium at 888- We're talking to Daniel Hopsecker, documentary filmmaker, researcher.
02:21:57.000 His website is just full of a lot of powerful information.
02:22:01.000 You'll definitely want to check it out.
02:22:04.000 It's madcalprod.com, or the abbreviation of productions, madcalprod.com.
02:22:11.000 And he's been really kind enough to allow us to post his documentary film online at PrisonPlanet.tv, Mohammed Adda and the Venice Flying Circus.
02:22:21.000 I want to get into that later in the next segment and also tell listeners how they can get a copy of that film and some of his other great videos that I've been a fan of for years.
02:22:30.000 But Daniel, continuing with Michael Chertoff.
02:22:33.000 I mean, he is the... Right, right.
02:22:34.000 Let me give you just, because you've been on him for years, but for the last two years, He testified right after being named to head the investigation.
02:22:46.000 This is just three weeks after September 11th, early in October.
02:22:50.000 He testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
02:22:54.000 And if you remember back then, I mean, we were all scared.
02:22:56.000 I mean, I was scared.
02:22:58.000 And I think he spoke a little more of the truth than he would have liked.
02:23:05.000 They were arrogant back then.
02:23:08.000 Well, I don't know.
02:23:09.000 I don't know if they were or not.
02:23:10.000 So what did he say?
02:23:12.000 Well, he said, frankly, he said he can't distinguish between drug smuggling and terrorist activity.
02:23:20.000 The two blend in together with the mob.
02:23:24.000 And that's what they were going after.
02:23:27.000 They were going to follow the money, right?
02:23:29.000 So it wasn't but a few months after that that we discovered, down here, that during the same month that Mohammed Adah arrived at his flight school.
02:23:41.000 The owner of the flight school, Wally Hilliard, had his Learjet confiscated on the runway of Orlando Executive Airport, and not by mistake, by DEA agents who found 43 pounds of heroin on board.
02:23:53.000 So Chardoff is running off his mouth about we're going to follow the money and drug smuggling and, you know, and this was the same, a week later, President Bush.
02:24:06.000 And again, folks, tell them who that individual you just mentioned is.
02:24:10.000 The man that owned the flight school that these terrorists came to learn to fly in, ostensibly, Wally Hilliard, the same month they got here, July of 2000, had his Learjet confiscated because it had 43 pounds of heroin on board.
02:24:22.000 And it wasn't by mistake that plane had been flying that same route for 30 weeks in a row.
02:24:28.000 And your film gets into how the CIA's got a big base there locally and how he's connected to that.
02:24:32.000 Correct.
02:24:34.000 Correct.
02:24:35.000 Very much so.
02:24:36.000 And you've got the documents, you've got the interviews.
02:24:39.000 I mean, it's totally obvious.
02:24:41.000 Right.
02:24:41.000 Exactly.
02:24:42.000 It is.
02:24:42.000 I mean, you know, it didn't take a genius to see it.
02:24:47.000 I guess it took an idiot to stick with it. 0.99
02:24:50.000 But, you know, Bob Woodward should have been all over this. 1.00
02:24:55.000 The story that these terrorists moved through the U.S.
02:25:00.000 unnoticed is baloney.
02:25:02.000 Muhammad Ata and his gang were here at the invitation, behest, With the acknowledgement of the U.S. 0.99
02:25:11.000 government.
02:25:13.000 And I think the reason their presence was tolerated was because they were making somebody a lot of money.
02:25:18.000 Yeah.
02:25:21.000 And again, there's just so many different connections.
02:25:23.000 You go into some other things about Mr. Chertoff.
02:25:27.000 Yep.
02:25:31.000 What specifically?
02:25:33.000 There's just so much here in your detail report, and I've seen some of it here and there over the years, but you've got one of the most detailed ones I've seen here.
02:25:41.000 Just all his connections, it just goes on and on.
02:25:44.000 Yeah, what Chertoff was doing in New Jersey defending this man is the same thing that we see happening in Boston where An officially protected, um, FBI protected terrorist activity was allowed to continue after September 11th.
02:26:07.000 This is exactly the same thing that, um, FBI translator whistleblower Sybil Edmonds, um, I believe is speaking about when she says that there was a protected drug smuggling activity, um, by a quasi-governmental organization going on in conjunction with the terrorist network.
02:26:29.000 This is what they were protecting.
02:26:31.000 And she was being ordered to go back and falsify transcripts.
02:26:35.000 I don't know what she was ordered to do, but I do know that when I first heard her allegation that she had seen documents proving that there was an officially protected drug smuggling activity going on in conjunction with the terrorist network, I knew that was the same thing I'd seen in Venice.
02:26:57.000 I mean, that was the same thing I've been seeing, you know, in Venice, Florida.
02:27:00.000 I mean, 43 pounds of heroin is a huge amount.
02:27:04.000 I mean, it's major trafficking, and you have to ask yourself, you know, what was going on?
02:27:10.000 And then you realize that your own government is telling you that Osama Bin Laden basically ran Afghanistan before 9-11, and Afghanistan was producing two-thirds of the world's heroin back then, and even more now.
02:27:24.000 So, if you're running that international activity, aren't you going to want to sell your dope into the world's richest market?
02:27:31.000 We'll be right back.
02:27:32.000 Stay with us with our guest.
02:27:36.000 We're on the march.
02:27:37.000 The empire's on the run.
02:27:39.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.
02:27:46.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones.
02:27:48.000 Whether you are aware or not, World War III has started.
02:27:50.000 Let me rephrase that.
02:27:52.000 Oil War III has started.
02:27:53.000 Don't kid yourself, the reason we went into Iraq is oil.
02:27:56.000 Now we are looking at the possibility of invading Iran and even Saudi Arabia.
02:28:00.000 Why else would the U.S.
02:28:01.000 be building 13 permanent military installations inside Iraq?
02:28:04.000 Does it look like we're pulling out?
02:28:06.000 The nations of the Earth are consuming oil at the rate of 83 million barrels per day and growing.
02:28:11.000 At this rate of consumption, experts predict that oil prices will only go up.

02:30:43.000 We're talking to Daniel Hopsicker, documentary filmmaker, and again, on PrisonPlanet.tv.
02:31:06.000 He's been good enough to allow us to post it there at PrisonPlanet.tv, his documentary film, Muhammad Atta and the Venice Flying Circus.
02:31:14.000 Thank you.
02:31:15.000 Daniel, for folks who want to get a hard copy of That particular film, or any of your films, tell us about some of your great videos, some of your presentations, some of your investigations, and how folks get those.
02:31:27.000 Well, it's all at madcowprod.com, our website.
02:31:30.000 That's what keeps us going, that keeps us researching.
02:31:34.000 What we have right now, I don't know if you even know this, I mean, I did, I shot a two hour long interview with Muhammad Ata's American Girlfriend.
02:31:46.000 Yes.
02:31:47.000 And we've rolled an hour of that now on to the end of the Muhammad Ata video, so if you order a hard copy of it, that's what you get.
02:31:54.000 You get the extra hour of just watching a girl talk about things she saw, you know, in a very offhand way.
02:32:06.000 Because it wasn't any big deal for her at the time.
02:32:09.000 It didn't become a big deal until, of course, after September 11th.
02:32:13.000 It's powerful, it's powerful information and it's madcalfraud.com, a lot of different films and professionally produced information.
02:32:24.000 If you don't have web access or want to call, there's an 800 number.
02:32:28.000 Give that number out again, please.
02:32:28.000 It's 800-556-2012.
02:32:29.000 It's 800-556-2012.
02:32:29.000 There's an 800 number.
02:32:33.000 Give that number out again, please.
02:32:34.000 800-556-2012.
02:32:37.000 And we're going to give that out again before you leave us here at the end of the broadcast in about 25 minutes.
02:32:43.000 But I want to get more into Muhammad Adda and the Venice Flying Circus because the film is incredible.
02:32:50.000 I mean, the CIA there locally, what they're doing, the connections, it's totally obvious.
02:32:55.000 But I want to bring up a few other points.
02:32:56.000 It's admitted that the FBI paid for homes, cars, credit cards, that informants live with hijackers on both coasts.
02:33:05.000 That they were at U.S.
02:33:07.000 military bases and they were out creating a ledger or a history at private flight schools.
02:33:13.000 I mean, it just goes on and on and on, but all that has come out in the mainstream news, but it's back in the newspaper or on some obscure MSNBC archive.
02:33:26.000 Why hasn't more of this come out?
02:33:29.000 You know, and sometimes it comes out and then immediately dies.
02:33:32.000 And that's how you know the story's been killed.
02:33:35.000 For instance, just four days after September 11th, all the big papers, or most of them, Newsweek, Washington Post, the Miami Herald, and the Knight Ritter newspapers all reported that six of the hijackers, including Muhammad Ata, had attended secure U.S.
02:33:49.000 military facilities, schooling at secure U.S.
02:33:53.000 military facilities.
02:33:54.000 They never denied the story, but it was dropped like a hot potato.
02:33:57.000 Pensacola Naval Air Station, and then you and others have reported, and correct me if I'm wrong here, but there were people with the same names as hijackers, even looked like them, who were training other Arabs at U.S.
02:34:09.000 bases who then died in mysterious accidents?
02:34:13.000 There have been any number of strange things happen.
02:34:17.000 What I'm personally aware of is the intimidation of witnesses down in Florida.
02:34:22.000 Tell us about that.
02:34:25.000 If... Alex, just look at it this way, okay?
02:34:28.000 Otta lived for three months, almost three months, with a... with a... what was then a pink-haired stripper, okay? 1.00
02:34:37.000 Now, after September 11th, you're the National Enquirer.
02:34:40.000 I mean, you go nuts for that story, right?
02:34:42.000 You know, I saw a side moment, you know, of Muhammad, no one else saw, said stripper girlfriend, you know? 0.61
02:34:51.000 And she's got incredible details, and yet...
02:34:54.000 We couldn't get that story reported anywhere except in the German media.
02:35:01.000 The biggest German newspaper picked it up for their six million readers.
02:35:06.000 So if you're German, you can find out about the nightly drinking and cocaine and drug-fueled three-day weekends in Key West that supposed Islamic fundamentalist, Muhammad Ata, And his buddies went on, and the most... Yeah, and they're handing their cards out, and leaving Korans at the topless bars, and their magic passports fall out of the sky, and... Alex, here's the most amazing thing she said, okay?
02:35:33.000 I mean, she wasn't, she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and she wasn't paying totally close attention, but, I mean, she told about, almost nightly, okay?
02:35:45.000 A half a dozen of Ada's closest associates while he was in Florida weren't Arab.
02:35:51.000 They were German and Swiss.
02:35:54.000 These are people he went out with nightly.
02:35:56.000 These are people he went to a meeting.
02:36:00.000 We just lost his phone.
02:36:02.000 Isn't that interesting?
02:36:05.000 Is his phone still connected?
02:36:09.000 Disconnect and call him back.
02:36:11.000 That happens every once in a while.
02:36:14.000 And again, folks, this is up on PrisonPlanet.tv for members there, 15 cents a day.
02:36:19.000 We've got the film, but I suggest you get a hard copy from Daniel Hopsicker.
02:36:25.000 His film, The Hamanata and the Venice Flying Circus, it just goes through all the CIA people, all of it.
02:36:32.000 I mean, it's just bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.
02:36:35.000 And then don't forget what we were covering in the last hour.
02:36:38.000 You've got this head BATF guy who's part of a secret U.S.
02:36:41.000 government program, now public, congressional documents, of blowing up truck bombs and van bombs and car bombs, seven of them out in the New Mexico desert, in the months before Oklahoma City, and then he's on the ground, when it goes off, outside the building, and calls the media and the BATF within ten minutes saying it's an ANFO bomb.
02:37:01.000 What's the chances of that?
02:37:04.000 It's the same M.O.
02:37:05.000 over and over and over and over again.
02:37:08.000 We have official U.S.
02:37:09.000 government plans like Northwood's to carry out 9-11 style attacks with planes.
02:37:14.000 And we're just supposed to ignore all of this?
02:37:17.000 We have Daniel back?
02:37:21.000 Alright.
02:37:22.000 We'll deal with this here in a moment.
02:37:26.000 But it's just mind-blowing.
02:37:29.000 It's mind-blowing how serious things have gotten.
02:37:33.000 And then you've got Mr. Chertoff Hanging out with one of the biggest admitted funders of Al-Ciada.
02:37:40.000 He's off representing him.
02:37:42.000 He's off just Nexus point, connection point after connection point.
02:37:46.000 And it's the same thing with the entire cabinet.
02:37:49.000 We got Condoleezza Rice calling Mayor Willie Brown up the night before.
02:37:52.000 Her good friend from when she lived in San Francisco was on several boards with him and saying, don't fly to New York tomorrow.
02:37:59.000 We got the Joint Chiefs of Staff telling Newsweek that after the attacks, they weren't in the loop.
02:38:04.000 Saying, hey, we got told not to fly to New York tomorrow.
02:38:07.000 We got Salman Rushdie being told you can't fly to New York for the next few days for your safety.
02:38:13.000 On and on and on.
02:38:14.000 Daniel, mysteriously, your phone went dead there, my friend.
02:38:17.000 Yeah, it must have just been a glitch or a ghost in the machine.
02:38:20.000 I'm not important enough to mess with.
02:38:23.000 I'm sure.
02:38:24.000 But you were continuing there.
02:38:26.000 Now this pink-haired topless dancer who was living with Alice, he said, these Anglo guys, these white guys, Are showing up, hanging around, and we were told these were Muslim extremists, but they're all out partying in U.S. 0.78
02:38:43.000 military bases and doing drugs. 0.88
02:38:46.000 And the Germans are operatives. 0.99
02:38:47.000 I mean, I've traced some of them.
02:38:49.000 They're people with elaborate cover stories, you know.
02:38:54.000 I met the girl, I met the woman I'm with when I sailed into Bombay after being blown across the, you know, The East Indian Ocean on a worldwide sailing trip.
02:39:05.000 You know, that kind of stuff.
02:39:09.000 And of course, Atta himself, we discovered, was in Hamburg on our dime.
02:39:17.000 On your dime and my dime. 0.66
02:39:20.000 For four of the seven years that he lived in Hamburg, he was supported by something called the Congress Bundestag Program, which is a joint US-German program.
02:39:30.000 But let's expand on that.
02:39:31.000 When several of the hijackers, or the decoys, went to a Malaysian Al-Qaeda summit, and I've even interviewed the folks from the embassies, ladies and gentlemen, they were ordered to let them back in, give them visas again, even though they had gotten on the terrorist watch list, the CIA is saying you let them back in, and even before that I interviewed Mr. Springman,
02:39:54.000 Who was in Jeddah, the head embassy chief there, and letting other terrorists in, and he was told this is part of a terrorism trainings thing that they're doing in the U.S., at secure U.S.
02:40:06.000 military bases, let them in, it's a CIA operation!
02:40:10.000 Right, and back on the Chertoff front for a moment, My buddy Sander Hicks did an interview with Randy Glass, I believe, in which Glass said that his investigation was shut down.
02:40:26.000 That had already led to, you know, people that were trying to buy Stinger missiles for heroin.
02:40:30.000 And then the CIA and FBI agents that tried to stop these people, they got reprimanded or fired, but those that held up the investigations got record cash bonuses in 2002.
02:40:41.000 There you go.
02:40:41.000 There you go.
02:40:42.000 I'll tell you what, if there's one ray of light here, it is this.
02:40:46.000 There is not a huge pool of operatives, apparently, from which to draw.
02:40:51.000 Otherwise, they wouldn't be doing things like naming Chertoff head of Homeland Security, or Robert Mueller head of the FBI.
02:40:58.000 Very astute.
02:40:59.000 In fact, I'm going to interrupt you.
02:41:00.000 I'm going to steal your thunder.
02:41:02.000 This is what I say every day.
02:41:04.000 You're on point.
02:41:05.000 And I'm going to bring up a totally different example, and then please go back to your point.
02:41:08.000 But I want to reinforce, and I'm glad you're saying this.
02:41:10.000 Nobody else is saying this.
02:41:12.000 They were going to have these tribunals at Camp X-Ray. 0.95
02:41:15.000 The head general, Rick Baucus, quit, says, I'm not going to torture.
02:41:18.000 They've had, what is it, five different prosecutors and defense lawyers quit and say, these people are innocent.
02:41:23.000 These aren't even real trials.
02:41:25.000 They can't even have fake tribunals now.
02:41:27.000 So now the CIA and State Department last week announced, okay, no trials ever, executive order, we're just going to hold you for life.
02:41:34.000 So the good news is, you're right.
02:41:36.000 It is a very small group, so it's hard for them to operate.
02:41:39.000 Please continue.
02:41:41.000 You're absolutely right.
02:41:42.000 They're extremely smart, they're extremely good, but I believe they can be beaten because sooner or later everybody's going to see through it.
02:41:52.000 The more we expose them, the more we get involved, the more fires they've got to put out.
02:41:56.000 And now I've noticed they can't even counter us half the time now.
02:41:59.000 They're losing all credibility.
02:42:00.000 Daniel, I mean, six, seven years ago, half the callers called me a kook.
02:42:04.000 Now the show's 50 times bigger.
02:42:06.000 No one calls in disagreeing.
02:42:07.000 I do interviews everywhere.
02:42:09.000 I mean, I think we've turned the corner with the minds of the people.
02:42:12.000 You know, and also where I see that is in the election story, in vote fraud.
02:42:20.000 Four years ago, on the eve of the 2000 election, I was waiting for my book, Barry and the Boys, to come out and having nothing better to do, I went out to shoot a documentary based on some wacky friend's idea that American elections are not as open and honest as we all know them to be.
02:42:38.000 Four years later, pretty much, that's a commonly held sentiment.
02:42:46.000 You know, four years ago, when I first realized, when I first saw that this idea wasn't wacky, you know, I was floored by it.
02:42:58.000 And then, of course, your reaction after that is, oh, well of course, you know, Let's go back to when I interrupted you.
02:43:07.000 You talked about him not having enough operatives for these 9-11 type things.
02:43:11.000 Sure, and I can bring up just one quick election example for you, okay?
02:43:17.000 In 2001, one of the guys whose activity spans 9-11 and the election is Adnan Khashoggi, Saudi billionaire, Adnan Khashoggi.
02:43:28.000 He and a couple of unnamed Saudi billionaire buddies of his, through a shell company in Bermuda, owned the company that counted American servicemen's votes overseas until 2003, when it was exposed.
02:43:44.000 And when it was exposed, they real quick sold the company, moved the company because it's parked.
02:43:49.000 I'm sure your listeners know what it means to park a company.
02:43:54.000 Offshore, dummy corporations.
02:43:56.000 Well, here's what it is.
02:43:57.000 If you're a mob boss and I'm a mob boss and I've got a girlfriend and no place to put her and you've got an empty condo, you say, well, you can park her in my apartment, in my condo.
02:44:07.000 I mean, she's my girlfriend, but she's in your condo. 0.98
02:44:11.000 So that's what it means.
02:44:14.000 They moved the election company from the Saudis in Bermuda to, of all companies, they sold the company to Accenture.
02:44:25.000 Which is the disgraced remains of Arthur Anderson, the people that made possible the $13 billion rip-off of Enron.
02:44:35.000 Yeah, they're always changing the name, just like DynCorp gets caught kidnapping children, and caught, convicted, and so they just change their name and get even bigger contracts.
02:44:45.000 This is incredible.
02:44:47.000 Daniel Hopsinger, what do you see their big game plan if they're not brought down, this organized crime?
02:44:53.000 What will the world be like in five years if we don't stop?
02:44:58.000 You know, let me be honest with you, Alex.
02:45:01.000 The answer to that question is, first of all, it eludes me.
02:45:05.000 And second of all, it's probably, you know, if it didn't, it's way above my pay grade, okay?
02:45:10.000 I just try to stick to what's going on on the ground.
02:45:14.000 You know, I don't know.
02:45:15.000 Here's what I'm upset about, okay?
02:45:18.000 In the major events that have occurred in my country in my lifetime, I don't have a clue as to what happened.
02:45:25.000 The Kennedy assassination.
02:45:27.000 Well, I mean, of course, we know now, but we didn't then.
02:45:29.000 Watergate, we still don't know what that was about.
02:45:31.000 We're always being lied to!
02:45:33.000 Yeah, and then September 11th happened, and it was the most god-awful event, as everyone knows, in the history of the world.
02:45:40.000 Right?
02:45:41.000 And, um, and I'm not allowed to know, you know, what happened.
02:45:46.000 Because, clearly, the story of September 11th is something happened, then something else happened, and then September 11th happened.
02:45:54.000 And I'm not allowed to know what went before.
02:45:56.000 And then we disprove every major pillar of their official story, and then they never come back and tell us why they lied to us.
02:46:07.000 You know, I have two postulates about what happened September 11th.
02:46:12.000 I mean, obviously, we were doing business with Osama Bin Laden, dirty business, heroin business, and somebody was making a lot of money, and that somebody on this end isn't an Arab. 0.98
02:46:23.000 And then, either at our behest, because they're our boys, or as a double-cross, which is also possible, September 11th happened.
02:46:31.000 But to me, the fact is, these hideous, hideous people, We would not have been here if we had an honest government.
02:46:42.000 Well, you are a journalist, pure and simple, and I engage in journalistic endeavors, but at the same time, I am a pundit, a political person who talks about these things, and from all the evidence, and I think we could get a conviction, and we could show this to a grand jury and then to a jury, just in a 30, 45 second nutshell, this is what went down.
02:47:04.000 Because they do this in Oklahoma City.
02:47:05.000 First World Trade Center bombing.
02:47:06.000 They do this over and over again.
02:47:08.000 They tell everybody it's a drill.
02:47:10.000 We know this happened because in case they get caught and the compartmentalization wall falls down, they can just say it was a drill.
02:47:18.000 You've got these Arabs who are these double agents who have been here and been trained and protected. 0.99
02:47:23.000 They're told they're part of a drill.
02:47:25.000 We know they were flying around, quote, testing the hijacking.
02:47:29.000 Mr. Woods and others saw them.
02:47:31.000 They think they're on board the aircraft as part of a drill.
02:47:34.000 This is what I've got from high-level government sources.
02:47:36.000 The people on board the plane are knocked out by something.
02:47:39.000 Remote control takes control.
02:47:40.000 They fly them into the buildings.
02:47:42.000 Then they plant this whole big official story.
02:47:45.000 And basically that's from all the evidence.
02:47:48.000 The clearest direction that everything points.
02:47:52.000 We know their official story is impossible.
02:47:56.000 Yeah, that's true.
02:47:58.000 I don't agree with you, but it's okay that I don't agree with you, because we both agree that...
02:48:07.000 We haven't been told.
02:48:08.000 Well, where do you think it all points?
02:48:10.000 Well, you know, here's what I think.
02:48:13.000 Muhammad Ata hated us.
02:48:15.000 Muhammad Ata hated us bad. 1.00
02:48:16.000 Muhammad Ata was a psychopath. 1.00
02:48:18.000 Muhammad Ata, when his girlfriend kicked him out, when his stupid girlfriend kicked him out, came back when she wasn't there and slaughtered her six baby kittens, left kitten parts all over the apartment, gutted the mother cat. 1.00
02:48:30.000 So you think they found psychopaths and then opened the doors for them? 1.00
02:48:35.000 Um, I know, I know that he was enough of a psychopath to uh... Stay there!
02:48:39.000 We'll be right back. 0.82
02:48:41.000 Stay there, we'll hear about it on the other side.

02:51:39.000 No, I'll stand my ground.
02:51:57.000 I'm sorry to all the callers, loaded phone lines.
02:51:59.000 We haven't been taking calls this hour because news has been too important.
02:52:03.000 But we're going to have Daniel Hopsicker back on in the near future.
02:52:07.000 I was talking to Daniel during the break, and I said, well, what do you not agree with in my theory, as you can see?
02:52:12.000 And he says, well, I agree with a lot of it, just not all of it.
02:52:14.000 And I'm interested to hear specifically what you don't agree with, Daniel.
02:52:18.000 Um, I think Mohammed Ata knowingly flew a plane into a building and hooded Marwan al-Shahi. 0.58
02:52:23.000 Um, no one questions, you know, I mean there are suicide bombers every day in the Middle East and in Israel.
02:52:28.000 No one says, no one ever questions their motive.
02:52:31.000 No one ever says, well the guy, the guy... Okay, then what do you think I'm saying that's right?
02:52:34.000 Because obviously all the doors were open for them.
02:52:37.000 All the rest of it, all the rest of it, all the rest of it is that... So they're government agents, they're in drills and what, they were supposed to be part of the drill but made it real or what?
02:52:52.000 You know, here's what we're both saying, is the true story remains to be written.
02:52:57.000 And this is the biggest, there has to be something Really monstrous to have covered up so assiduously, okay?
02:53:06.000 Something that half the planet watched live.
02:53:11.000 And, I mean, the majority... See, 20 years after Kennedy's... It took 20 years after Kennedy's assassination before a majority of Americans said that the government wasn't telling the truth.
02:53:20.000 And now, 40 years later, it's 90-plus percent that the government did it.
02:53:24.000 Well, here we are just three years after September 11th, and I'm sure it's a solid majority that... Well, seeing it end in a poll, 90 percent believe the government was involved.
02:53:24.000 Sure.
02:53:34.000 The Zogby poll is 50 percent.
02:53:38.000 You know, I believe the government was involved to the extent that these terrorists were here at the official behest of the government.
02:53:47.000 I mean, Zacharias Moussaoui can teach us something in his rantings in federal court.
02:53:52.000 He says that any time he got pulled over, they ran his name through the national crime base and they came back, you know, go your way, can I polish your headlights?
02:54:04.000 Have a good day.
02:54:05.000 And he thinks that's what happened to Atta when Atta was pulled over on three or four occasions.
02:54:11.000 Yeah, exactly.
02:54:12.000 So we know they opened the door, funded him, trained him, and then we don't know what happened.
02:54:17.000 Clearly, we can't see 100% there in those last few minutes, but bottom line, Daniel, they're using all of this to take our rights away, and none of this has anything to do with terrorism, and they're setting up a total police state.
02:54:30.000 And certainly that's one way to look at it.
02:54:34.000 I don't know if I'll ever know the real truth, but I know I'm going to keep looking for it until I either find it or realize I'll never find it.
02:54:46.000 But America is turning into a police state.
02:54:49.000 Well, here's the deal.
02:54:50.000 We're supposed to be a democracy, Alex.
02:54:52.000 Okay?
02:54:52.000 I mean, we have no free press.
02:54:54.000 Okay?
02:54:55.000 The essential prerequisite of any democracy, any democratic republic, is an informed citizenry.
02:55:06.000 The people perish for lack of knowledge.
02:55:08.000 Give folks that number one more time to get Muhammad Ata and the Venice Flying Circus or any of your other great films.
