00:10:04.000 The Senate on December 16th, the House on December 7th of the last month of 2004.

00:10:11.000 So why then are we seeing fresh headlines of National ID Card passes the House yesterday?

00:10:22.000 Why are we seeing this?

00:10:23.000 Well, because they're expanding it.

00:10:27.000 You know, it's like we reported that Billy Bob built a house and finished it in December.

00:10:33.000 And now he's added some more rooms onto it.

00:10:36.000 That's basically what's happened.

00:10:39.000 And then, so they've just expanded the National ID Card for a Pan-American Union ID for DNA testing and databasing when you get a driver's license.

00:10:51.000 Now, they're not going to implement this overnight.

00:10:52.000 They're going to try to implement it.

00:10:54.000 We've got to fight that.

00:10:54.000 It's totally unconstitutional.

00:10:57.000 It targets gun owners, abortion, protesters, pro-lifers.

00:11:03.000 It targets environmental activists.

00:11:04.000 It targets everybody.

00:11:06.000 And Ron Paul has spoken to this.

00:11:43.000 But then when the lawyers at the, even in Republican Congress, men and women's offices looked at it, it clearly says nationwide and sets the precedent.

00:11:54.000 And they did this sneakiness when they passed the first national ID card, what you knew as driver's license standardization, in December of last year.

00:12:04.000 They said it's to stop illegal aliens because they know that's wildly popular and wildly constitutional. 1.00

00:12:12.000 In major polls, 80 plus percent of Americans, including 60 plus percent of Hispanics, aren't against these wide open borders.

00:12:18.000 We know it's killing our economy, killing our sovereignty.

00:12:23.000 And the Democrats try to make it a racial issue, the Republicans try to make it a racial issue and say, oh, you're just against Hispanics.

00:12:28.000 That's failed.

00:12:30.000 Miserably, the facts have come home to roost and Hispanics aren't buying it. 1.00

00:12:36.000 And so they know that it's the key issue with most Americans.

00:12:41.000 And so every type of nightmare legislation they bring forward and then try to pass and pass has platitudes and billboard-type propagandistic statements tagged onto it.

00:12:59.000 But in truth, it does nothing to stop illegal immigration.

00:13:02.000 In fact, the National ID Card legislation passed in December of last year actually gives a large portion of the amnesty legislation Bush has been trying to pass for four years, it actually puts a lot of that into law.

00:13:18.000 Telling the states and cities and banks and businesses, you will accept the consular matricula cards issued now by 40 plus countries.

00:13:27.000 Again, I've been saying 30 countries for a long time, now it's over 40.

00:13:31.000 That you will accept these, that basically are just a step up from stuff you get in a Cracker Jack box.

00:13:38.000 Very easy to get.

00:13:40.000 Very easy to falsify.

00:13:42.000 But forget falsify, anybody can wander in to the Polish, or Mexican, or Russian, or Venezuelan, or Nicaraguan, or Chinese embassies and get one of these for a small fee.

00:13:54.000 You can get multiple copies and any name you want and then go give them to other people.

00:14:00.000 States and the Feds and everybody are accepting these.

00:14:03.000 Then you can get a driver's license.

00:14:05.000 You can get bank accounts.

00:14:06.000 You can get apartments and homes.

00:14:07.000 You can get loans.

00:14:08.000 You can get welfare.

00:14:10.000 You can get it all.

00:14:12.000 You can join the military.

00:14:15.000 And so, that's what's happening.

00:14:17.000 Well, they did that again in this piece of legislation.

00:14:22.000 When the Republicans and the Democrats got caught Passing the National I.D.

00:14:26.000 Card last December, they said, don't worry, once we found the subsections that actually made the borders wide open, don't worry, we're going to pick it up in the next session in O5 and we'll fix it then.

00:14:37.000 And it's like they cut one of our legs off, and then we said, you cut our leg off.

00:14:42.000 They said, don't worry, we'll fix it the next session, and they just hacked another leg off.

00:14:47.000 And said, see, we fixed it.

00:14:49.000 As the country goes into shock.

00:14:52.000 And, uh, most people don't read bills, they don't analyze legislation, they don't spend their lives doing this, so they just hear the neocons on talk radio and the CNNs and the Foxes of the world announcing, you know, the Democrats going, how dare you have this immigration bill?

00:15:06.000 You know, they play the part of the good cop.

00:15:10.000 How dare you do this?

00:15:11.000 People think, oh my gosh, you know, you're trying to block the illegals, our precious illegals.

00:15:18.000 And then the Republicans all run out and say, pass it, pass it, pass it!

00:15:23.000 And it did indeed pass, and the only thing in there is that it mentions that there are illegal aliens in this country.

00:15:29.000 It doesn't say anything about stopping them.

00:15:31.000 No enforcement.

00:15:33.000 The last bill said that they were going to hire 2,000 more border patrol in this omnibus intelligence act, known as the 9-11 bill.

00:15:42.000 And then actually when it funded the 2,000 additional, the day after, Ridge said, we're not going to use that money for more border patrol.

00:15:51.000 This is what they've done.

00:15:52.000 And then there's this mention in here about this fence and a small area to be built to stop illegals and allowing the presidency, the executive branch, to go above any laws that were in place.

00:16:08.000 But then you read the bill, the subsection, and it clearly says in any case.

00:16:14.000 Pretty serious business.

00:16:16.000 And World Net Daily has written about this.

00:16:18.000 Homeland Chief, to waive all laws, is the headline.

00:16:26.000 And then they talk about a spokesman for Representative Duncan Hunt, a Republican in California, a supporter of the bill, whose district includes the border area, said he could not comment on the scope of the measure's language, but he emphasized the need to construct the barrier as soon as possible to shut down a potential entry point for terrorists.

00:16:43.000 There is an urgent priority to finish the three-mile fence, said Joe Casper.

00:16:49.000 For several years, we've been going back and forth from the California Coastal Commission to finish up this border fence with little success.

00:16:56.000 But Jim Harper, a former Judiciary Committee staffer who now serves as Director of Information Policy Studies for the Libertarian Cato Institute in Washington, believes the way the bill is written does not limit the Secretary's powers to removing environmental impediments.

00:17:13.000 Taking judicial review away is quite dramatic, he told Roland Daily.

00:17:17.000 The Secretary, under a strict reading, could waive any law and conceivably detain people, wiretap, the list would go on and on of the laws that could be waived.

00:17:29.000 Harper said he objects to the bill being run through so quickly which limits participation in the process to only the most aggressive players in Congress.

00:17:37.000 It's really difficult to write legislation well, he said, which is the reason we have a slow, deliberative process Here we are not having that process and the result is shoddily written legislation.

00:49:26.000 Well, even if no other bad legislation were to pass, and we're talking about major bad legislation right now, which could turn into a national gun registry very, very easily, we're still talking about the very likely possibility, politics don't stay the same, that there'll be a very aggressive anti-gunner in charge someday in the future here in Washington.

01:15:11.000 And someone spoke before me for at that great length, and I was within... Well, this was in the mainstream news that he got up for his little thing, read out of the Bible, and was arrested.

01:15:24.000 That's why they're doing this, and it's sad.

01:15:25.000 They warned preachers, read from the Old Testament, you could be arrested, and now there's no...

01:25:58.000 Well, we actually appealed that to the Common Pleas Court where Pamela Denby, Judge Pamela Denby, She said that this is unconstitutional restraint on a person's right to speak.

01:26:09.000 Remove that bail condition, so it does enable us now to be in 100 feet of any homosexual event. 0.94

01:26:16.000 But she said if you don't like it, you can go to another country.

01:26:18.000 So this judge understands the value of the First Amendment.

01:26:22.000 But now, you went to the federal courts, though, to try to throw all this out.

01:26:26.000 Well, yeah, we asked a federal judge that this is in bad faith and in retaliation for us exercising our First Amendment rights, and this judge decided, well, I'm not going to intervene and I'm going to allow this to continue, which doesn't in fact establish a bad precedent as well.

01:26:42.000 This is a clear case of us exercising First Amendment and being victimized because of that.

01:26:47.000 Now, I've read what the prosecutors, the federal prosecutors that are advising them how to do this to you, I've read what they've said.

01:26:54.000 And to paraphrase it, you can read the actual quotes if you'd like, they say, well, by them being there, they could have made the other group angry, they could have done something violent, And basically they're claiming you were yelling fire in the theater by criticizing someone.

01:27:07.000 So now criticizing anybody in any way is illegal.

01:27:12.000 And that's what's so sad about this, is that simply by saying, repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand, some of these scripture verses, quoting them in public at an event where people are celebrating, can be considered to be a hate crime.

01:27:28.000 And you even did what the police said, which is a total violation of the First Amendment.

01:27:32.000 You let them harry you like a pack of beagles chasing some foxes, and they got you all cornered up in an area, which I'm sure was from the start, they planned to get you there so the paddy wagons, I'm sure it was off to the edge so they could get the wagons into you.

01:36:37.000 Now again, the major Philadelphia and Pennsylvania newspapers reported and admitted that at the City Council last year before this Outfest thing happened, you went up, said I'm going to read from the Bible, and they arrested you.
