Alex Jones Show - 20051021_Fri_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:09.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:24.000 Well, my friends, you do not want to miss this live 21st day of October 2005 Friday edition.

00:00:33.000 I am your radio talk show host, honored to be here, humbled.

00:00:37.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:00:38.000 The websites are InfoWars.com, InfoWars.net, PrisonPlanet.tv, and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:00:48.000 Wilma's rage suggests new hurricane categories needed.

00:00:56.000 We talked about this yesterday.

00:00:59.000 Hurricane Wilma Got up there into Category 6 levels never before recorded.

00:01:08.000 In a season that has included three Category 5 hurricanes for the first time on record in the Atlantic Basin, scientists are beginning to wonder if their rating system is adequate.

00:01:20.000 Live science has learned.

00:01:23.000 On the Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale, there is no Category 6, but Hurricane Wilma this week brushed up against where a 6 would be if the scale were logically extemporated to include another category.

00:01:40.000 Extrapolated.

00:01:41.000 I'm inventing new words.

00:01:43.000 And hurricanes are getting stronger, apparently fueled by global warming.

00:01:47.000 That is pure bull.

00:01:49.000 Researchers expect the trend to continue.

00:01:53.000 Kerry Emanuel, a climatologist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, calls the scale Irrational in part because it deals only with the wind.

00:02:04.000 I think the whole category system needs serious rethinking, Emanuel told Live Science.

00:02:11.000 As I'm sure you'd like it to be the Emanuel scale. 0.91

00:02:15.000 So we'll go over some of the history of this and guess who's joining us in about an hour and a half.

00:02:21.000 In fact, exactly in an hour and a half.

00:02:24.000 Ben Livingston, the Cloud physicist, the meteorologist who headed the Pentagon slash CIA Naval Weapons Lab program with weather weapons back in the 1960s.

00:02:41.000 And back in the 1960s and 50s they had documented, documented, that's outside universities and institutions had researched their data, that they had substantively weakened hurricanes by several categories.

00:02:55.000 And that they had been able to make the hurricanes dump much of their water, that is normally one of the most destructive elements in a hurricane before it gets to land, and that they could direct hurricanes to a certain extent.

00:03:09.000 And Mr. Livingston, I talked to him this morning on the phone, he said that There's no doubt now with technology hundreds of times more advanced, the planes can carry 800 times more chemicals, that they could really do some damage to this hurricane and weaken it substantively and misdirect it.

00:03:30.000 But there's a problem.

00:03:33.000 The government isn't about to let that happen because in Livingston's own words last week, The government likes to be able to dole out hundreds of billions of dollars to states and local areas because that brings more control and that's how they scratch their buddies' backs.

00:03:51.000 Large portions of that money goes directly into corporations' coffers that the President and the Vice President and leaders of the House and Senate hold massive stock in.

00:04:00.000 And then many people they quote give hurricane relief money to or contracts to.

00:04:04.000 They then give massive campaign contributions to the two parties as well.

00:04:09.000 Big Brother.

00:04:16.000 Mainstream media.

00:04:18.000 Government cover-ups.

00:04:20.000 You want answers?

00:04:22.000 Well, so does he.

00:04:23.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:04:27.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:04:33.000 Alright, we're into the second hour, coming up in 30 minutes.

00:04:36.000 Ben Livingston, the government meteorologist and former head of weather weapons, program of the Pentagon, Coming on to talk about this new hurricane, Wilma, hit Category 6 yesterday, broke the mold, busted its bridges, and they have 1950s technology that'll knock that sucker out, but that's not about to happen, that's coming up.

00:04:56.000 Bunch of other news too, but right now, let's get back to your calls.

00:05:00.000 As promised, let's go ahead and talk to a listener.

00:05:05.000 You know, I never do this, and I should do this, Because we have AM FM listeners, shortwave listeners, satellite and internet listeners and we never ask how you're listening.

00:05:14.000 And I really want to start trying to do that because so many of you are calling in from our great affiliates and we want to thank them.

00:05:19.000 Like Keith in Ohio listening on 900 AM.

00:05:23.000 We have a lot of listeners in Ohio listening.

00:05:25.000 We've had listeners listening in the towns or in nearby areas that don't even know they can get us in Ohio on several stations.

00:05:32.000 And it's the same in Kansas or the same in Texas, the same all over.

00:05:35.000 Or California for that matter.

00:05:38.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Keith in Ohio, listening on WCER 900 AM, and that's in Canton, Ohio.

00:05:46.000 Go ahead, you're on the air, Keith.

00:05:47.000 Thanks for holding.

00:05:48.000 Well, Alex, it's a really good station.

00:05:50.000 Yeah, they tape delay from 5 AM to 8.30 AM, and really good people down there.

00:05:57.000 And I really thank the Lord for Christian Radio all the way around, and all kinds of radio, and I've got three websites to share with you.

00:06:05.000 And, you know, through these disasters, I think the Lord's trying to wake up our country, you know, to the temporary things in life.

00:06:12.000 And, you know... Well, what happens is, in judgment throughout history, and I can only use examples, is God lets our enemies attack us.

00:06:19.000 That's how God normally judges.

00:06:21.000 And some things may be because of God's judgment.

00:06:21.000 Yep.

00:06:23.000 Other things may be just because evil people and organizations are doing their thing.

00:06:27.000 Because many things are not the Lord doing it, but at times it is.

00:06:33.000 You know, a lot of people need to realize that they need to get saved.

00:06:38.000 Many people think they're saved and they're not.

00:06:39.000 And Matthew 7 and Matthew 13 talks about that.

00:06:43.000 And there's some good websites.

00:06:46.000 And also another verse out of Isaiah 8.

00:06:48.000 Isaiah lived in a time which was much like ours.

00:06:50.000 And he was told, and also told the people, that to fear not their fear, what they fear and so forth, but let God be your fear and let Him be your dread.

00:07:01.000 There's a website called wayofthemaster.com which teaches how to get saved and so forth and about these false conversions.

00:07:08.000 Then there are some videos on these two websites.

00:07:10.000 Christiananswers.net has a video, Are You Going to Heaven?

00:07:14.000 It is excellent.

00:07:15.000 What else is on your mind, sir?

00:07:20.000 Mainly people getting saved, because we're all going to die someday, whether it's by cancer or by nuclear bombs.

00:07:25.000 I just, you know, most of these churches tell you, tell you just stay in the church, don't get involved in the world, when my Bible, all it tells you to do is get out there and fight evil.

00:07:25.000 I agree with you.

00:07:35.000 Amen, we should be rescuing the innocent out of the hands of the wicked.

00:07:38.000 And like in Matthew 18, it talks about... Well, look, their blood is on us!

00:07:44.000 God sees it as if we committed the murder.

00:07:47.000 If we know something's going to happen and we don't do something about it, we're in trouble.

00:07:50.000 Thanks for the call.

00:07:51.000 I'm trying to move quickly here.

00:07:52.000 Good to have you tuning in there, sir.

00:07:54.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Bruce in Colorado.

00:07:56.000 Bruce, go ahead.

00:07:57.000 Well, hi there, Alex.

00:08:00.000 Pretty much what I've got to say is what he said, but I've got a little bit more to it.

00:08:04.000 And I'm going to be brief, because I know you want to get everybody in.

00:08:08.000 When the globalists engineered to take over America, one of the methods that they devised way back, turned generation after generation to sin, was through the media, the educational system, pornography, infiltration of churches and so on.

00:08:23.000 Now it is spiritual warfare.

00:08:25.000 Now the globalists are Satanists, and they know that God must judge the people.

00:08:30.000 And they know God will let the globalists Satanists have their way with the people if America remains in sin.

00:08:38.000 Now, in a new section of my website, I explain how God's mercy and love has been extended to America.

00:08:44.000 And how America must turn back to God's love.

00:08:48.000 Alright, you've got 15 seconds.

00:08:49.000 Lavish us with your monthly website blog goal.

00:08:52.000 Okay, Israel.

00:12:30.000 Back from 9 to midnight.

00:12:31.000 Central Standard Time.

00:12:34.000 Thank you again for joining us.

00:12:37.000 Wilma's raids suggest new hurricane categories needed.

00:12:41.000 It went up into what should be a category 6, but since the category only goes to 5, they're just classifying it as a high 5.

00:12:51.000 And we've got the former Pentagon head, former naval weapons head for weather warfare, Ben Livingston, joining us.

00:12:57.000 We had him on last week and made headlines as he basically spilled his guts about how they had in the 1950s and 60s knocked out hurricanes, reduced them dramatically, changed their course scientifically.

00:13:09.000 Major findings, major institutions looked at their research.

00:13:12.000 The government knows it, and he says our technology is a lot years ahead today, obviously, as we know.

00:13:17.000 Technology doubling every two and a half years, roughly.

00:13:19.000 And they could knock out Wilma, but they're not going to do it.

00:13:23.000 That's coming up.

00:13:24.000 Let's keep going to your calls.

00:13:25.000 You guys have held long enough.

00:13:26.000 The toll-free number is 1-800-259-9231.

00:13:32.000 William, and then Kim, and Moyne, and others.

00:13:34.000 William in Ohio, welcome.

00:13:36.000 Yes, I'm a doctor.

00:13:38.000 Thank you, Alex, for being there for everyone.

00:13:41.000 No, thank you, sir, for caring and being a listener and calling in.

00:13:44.000 Go ahead.

00:13:46.000 I'm a permanently disabled Vietnam veteran.

00:13:49.000 I do know about Operation Phoenix.

00:13:53.000 One question is Paul Pott was much worse than Saddam Hussein. 0.94

00:13:58.000 We didn't do nothing with Paul Pott.

00:14:03.000 Mao, admittedly, in books that he had written, bragged about how 55 million died on his watch.

00:14:11.000 So, Stalin killed 40 million people.

00:14:15.000 Lenin killed about 20 million on his watch.

00:14:17.000 And I wonder why all we ever hear about is Hitler, who did kill a lot of people and was a very bad guy. 0.77

00:14:21.000 I mean, why is it only Hitler, Hitler everywhere, but never do we hear about the Communists?

00:14:26.000 Because the Rockefellers Openly funded.

00:14:28.000 In fact, I'm looking for a quote from the New York Times where David Rockefeller worshipped Mao when he died.

00:14:35.000 Listen to this.

00:14:36.000 Whatever the price of the Chinese revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in fostering high morale and community of purpose.

00:14:48.000 The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history.

00:14:54.000 David Rockefeller's statement in 1973 about Mao after his death.

00:14:59.000 New York Times, August 10, 1973, and I actually went to the microfilm years ago.

00:15:03.000 I got this before I believed the quote and put it in my book, Descent into Tyranny.

00:15:07.000 And so imagine, they have Mao restaurants in Denver, Colorado.

00:15:11.000 Mao restaurants all over England, all over Europe.

00:15:14.000 Mao Mao, little red books as your menu.

00:15:16.000 You know, dancing girls in bikinis, dancing while you eat. 1.00

00:15:20.000 And they teach you that communism is as good as you buy $20 hamburgers and french fries.

00:15:27.000 At the 50th anniversary in 1999, they had armored vehicles driving by in Tiananmen Square.

00:15:34.000 The Fortune 500 went there and celebrated Mao.

00:15:38.000 and then Zheng Jemin said in 2000, Chinese capitalism is the greatest expression of communism.

00:15:47.000 expression of communism And people said, has he gone crazy?

00:15:51.000 No, it's not free market.

00:15:53.000 These corporations, David Rockefeller, all of them, they were in there day one with the slave factories, the rest of it, to leverage out their competition. 0.65

00:16:01.000 It's not free market when we're competing against 500 million Chinese slaves. 0.99

00:16:06.000 At least 40% of the population being slaves.

00:16:09.000 I mean, literal living in slavery, folks.

00:16:12.000 Right next to the factory.

00:16:13.000 They can't leave the encampment.

00:16:14.000 They go in there.

00:16:15.000 They take your kids at age 5. 0.98

00:16:17.000 They grow up in dormitories.

00:16:18.000 You get to see them on the weekend.

00:16:20.000 This is the system they're building here.

00:16:21.000 It's called slavery. 0.82

00:16:23.000 And they dress it up as fascism and communism and socialism and confuses.

00:16:27.000 Man, if you've got cops in black uniforms and you've got big government and you've got centralization and you've got the state saying it owns your kids, you're living in slavery!

00:16:36.000 But they gave us all these terms to confuse us, and God bless you for your point!

00:16:40.000 Yes, also, Alex, I've got two things to add, if I may, please.

00:16:46.000 I'm going to shut up.

00:16:47.000 You just made me go off with that little chant. 0.72

00:16:49.000 I don't blame you.

00:16:51.000 I don't blame you.

00:16:53.000 I am married to a Filipino.

00:16:55.000 I want to send her back.

00:16:57.000 What are your feelings on the Philippines due to the fact of what's coming down the pike over here? 1.00

00:17:04.000 What does that mean, send her back?

00:17:06.000 You're getting divorced? 0.95

00:17:07.000 No, no, no, no.

00:17:09.000 I want to send her back for her safety, sell the house, and go back there permanently myself. 0.77

00:17:15.000 Well, the Philippines has got it's own gangs and it's own martial law and it's own CIA funded... I mean, they had... Remember the colonel last year took over the shopping mall and gave the documents to the media to get attention of how the government was killing the Scripps and carrying out the terror attacks?

00:17:31.000 So, I will advise you that statistically, the Philippines is pretty darn dangerous. 1.00

00:17:37.000 Ah, I see, I see.

00:17:39.000 See, this is a new world order.

00:17:42.000 That's already a third world nation.

00:17:47.000 You know what?

00:17:49.000 Listen, you'll probably be fine if you go anywhere.

00:17:53.000 I mean, it's just everywhere you're going to lose more and more of your finances.

00:17:56.000 Everything's just going to get slowly worse and more enslaved.

00:18:01.000 I mean, sir, you obviously have been to the Philippines.

00:18:04.000 I haven't.

00:18:04.000 Your wife's from there.

00:18:05.000 You know better.

00:18:06.000 I just have read, I read the Philippine newspapers.

00:18:09.000 I've interviewed people.

00:18:10.000 I mean, I'm sure you've heard about how that colonel with his troops took over the shopping mall just to get attention and release the documents of how, stop killing our troops, the CIA controls the Muslims.

00:18:22.000 Oh, okay, okay.

00:18:23.000 That was in the big Philippine papers and then the CIA killed a bunch of reporters who are reporting on it?

00:18:29.000 Yeah.

00:18:31.000 Also, one last thing, sir.

00:18:32.000 I knew Bush.

00:18:33.000 Back in 1967, he was with the 1st of the 94th Artillery over in Germany.

00:18:38.000 He never flew no jet.

00:18:39.000 I knew Bush.

00:18:41.000 Back in 1967 he was with the first of the 94th artillery over in Germany.

00:18:48.000 He never flew no jet.

00:18:51.000 And he had the name, alias of Bush Man.

00:18:58.000 He would get drunk and he would give revelations of his dad, he's going to be the president.

00:19:07.000 You know, I thought Bush, I know he might have gone to Europe once or twice, but I thought he was mainly in South Texas and Alabama.

00:19:14.000 No, he was in Germany in 1967.

00:19:16.000 I asked him, I said, he had the nickname of Snake and I didn't know Well, how did he get the nickname of Snake?

00:19:25.000 Well, evidently he gave himself that nickname.

00:19:33.000 I says, well, you know, Bill, you know, you can always take a European discharge.

00:19:38.000 He says, nope, I'm going back to Kenny Bunkport.

00:19:43.000 Okay, well, thanks for the call.

00:19:44.000 I appreciate that.

00:19:45.000 Paul, I wasn't aware of that, but I'll check it out.

00:19:49.000 Thank you for the information.

00:19:51.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Kim in Texas. 0.98

00:19:54.000 Kim, go ahead.

00:19:56.000 Can you hear me?

00:19:57.000 Yes, I can.

00:19:58.000 Thank you for calling.

00:19:58.000 Okay.

00:19:59.000 Alex, I wanted to talk about plea bargain.

00:20:02.000 Plea bargain is working because black people and Latinos are very afraid of getting an all-white jury and getting the highest time you can receive. 0.99

00:20:11.000 I just want to ask people, you know, make the district attorney do their work. 0.99

00:20:16.000 Make the prosecutors So they're fat.

00:20:18.000 You know, if we could get a fair trial, we would take trials.

00:20:22.000 I've seen people who I knew was innocent, because I work in the court system, accept a plea bargain because they knew, you know, they were thinking, they didn't know, but they were thinking that they wouldn't get a fair trial.

00:20:32.000 Well, I hate to say it, but you got really three different types of white people.

00:20:35.000 You got bleeding hearts that are so guilty for things they never even did that they would let A black guy killed 14 people, but that's a sizable group. 0.64

00:20:47.000 But you're right, there is a portion of whites, and especially who the courts end up selecting, who will send a 15-year-old black kid to jail for five years because the cops claim they bought cocaine from him, though they don't even have the cocaine.

00:21:02.000 That was on the front page of the Chronicle yesterday.

00:21:05.000 So certainly that goes on, but we've also got cases in some of the mainly Hispanic areas where any blacks or whites get sent up the river, and so you've got racial politics everywhere.

00:21:15.000 But certainly, plea bargaining, my dear, across the board is a major problem.

00:21:19.000 Plea bargaining, what, 50-something years ago, was in about 10% of the cases.

00:21:23.000 Now, 90-plus percent of cases in courts nationwide, in some areas it's higher, it's in the low 90s, the numbers I've seen, are plea bargaining.

00:21:32.000 And folks, I've done this with parking tickets, you know, a decade ago when I had time to do this.

00:21:37.000 Now I just pay them.

00:21:39.000 Or speeding tickets, I should say, not parking tickets.

00:21:41.000 They will say to them, you know, pay the $200.

00:21:45.000 No, I'm not going to.

00:21:46.000 I didn't do it.

00:21:47.000 I want a jury.

00:21:48.000 Come back again on this day.

00:21:49.000 You've got to go there two or three times.

00:21:50.000 But finally, they will drop it.

00:21:53.000 Every time they will drop it, doing that with the system.

00:21:57.000 That's why there's moves with personal recognizance bond.

00:22:00.000 And I've been in the jail for protesting, and they say, sign this bond.

00:22:05.000 Happened to Mike Hanson, too.

00:22:06.000 And you agree to like nine crimes you've committed.

00:22:09.000 Yeah.

00:22:10.000 Burglary, drug use, beating your wife. 1.00

00:22:12.000 And I wasn't even married at the time.

00:22:13.000 I said, well I couldn't have beat my wife.

00:22:15.000 It's a form letter saying you, I mean literally, but see in Russia they tell you to admit to crimes you didn't commit, and it'd be secret.

00:22:24.000 Now it's open.

00:22:26.000 And they had that CBS newscast where they said, in Travis County, you're now guilty until proven innocent, and you must sign forms to even get out of jail, saying you're guilty.

00:22:34.000 So they're trying all sorts of wild, wild tricks.

00:22:39.000 Right.

00:22:39.000 Can I ask you about Dorgan, Senator Dorgan, out of North Dakota?

00:22:42.000 Sure.

00:22:43.000 This guy's been excellent.

00:22:44.000 He's talked about everything that, you know, we should be doing.

00:22:48.000 I mean, he said, if you're for Iraq, the war in Iraq, then why are you for corporations going overseas and making these people work seven days a week?

00:22:56.000 14 hours a day.

00:22:58.000 Children, and women, you know, suffering, making maybe 30 cents to 40 cents an hour.

00:23:03.000 He said, I can ask for democracy in Iraq, but we're doing all this in other countries, India, China, and everywhere else.

00:23:11.000 And our jobs are leaving.

00:23:12.000 I mean, he brings these kind of questions up.

00:23:14.000 He also said he had a federal credit card that the minimum, I mean, the maximum was $25,000.

00:23:20.000 The maximum was $25,000, and Bush signed a bill to make it $250,000, and over 300,000 federal employees have this credit card.

00:23:31.000 No, I know.

00:23:32.000 That happened two years ago.

00:23:33.000 They found $3 billion in fraud in the Pentagon alone with those cards.

00:23:37.000 And Bush's answer was to increase theirs from $30,000 to $100,000.

00:23:40.000 Wow.

00:23:40.000 But is he pretty much on track?

00:23:45.000 Well, you know, I don't know all the particulars of that particular member of Congress.

00:23:48.000 But a lot of them will say a lot of things.

00:23:51.000 You've got to look at their voting record.

00:23:54.000 Again, it's not what they say, it's what they do.

00:23:57.000 Thanks for the call.

00:23:58.000 Good to hear from you.

00:23:59.000 No, I know, this plea bargaining is an absolute joke.

00:24:03.000 There's a lot of innocent people in prison.

00:28:09.000 There are few things more useful than bearing false witness or falsely imprisoning someone.

00:28:25.000 I mean, imagine taking somebody's liberty, their freedom, and falsely putting them in prison.

00:28:30.000 And there are a lot of people who will sit on these juries, they have these little hand-selected minions, who just think it's cute and funny to always go along with the prosecution and let the cops lie on the stand and Not let there be any evidence showing that the crime's committed.

00:28:48.000 Even if you think that person's guilty, but if there's reasonable doubt, you better let them go.

00:28:56.000 Better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent man go to prison.

00:29:00.000 I mean, do you want that on your conscience?

00:29:03.000 But they have this little sick thing of, well, you know, we round up more bad people, that'll cause there to be less crime, period.

00:29:09.000 Even if some innocent people go to jail.

00:29:11.000 Or, well, he had a past conviction when he was 14 of, you know, stealing something.

00:29:17.000 So even though there's not evidence of this, he probably did it.

00:29:19.000 Hey, what did you do when you were 14?

00:29:23.000 How many of these cops, and you know you're listening right now, did all kinds of stuff.

00:29:27.000 How many of you were aliens?

00:29:29.000 When you were growing up, and now you're out there taking people to jail for something one-tenth of what you did.

00:29:35.000 It's amazing!

00:29:37.000 In fact, there was a day and age when the cops would catch you doing something wrong in the act.

00:29:42.000 They would just give teenagers a behind weapon, as they call it.

00:29:47.000 That's a little bit different, but I'm not severely beating somebody over the head until they die, but I'd probably rather have that than get a criminal record and end up going to jail the rest of my life.

00:29:56.000 But, you know, it's this whole predatory situation.

00:30:00.000 You know, statistically, police have one of the highest crime rates of any profession.

00:30:05.000 In fact, the highest crime rate of any profession, but one of the highest crime rates of any group, bar none.

00:30:09.000 I think only, on average, black males are above them. 0.70

00:30:13.000 And, again, a lot of those black males are innocent or are being persecuted.

00:30:18.000 In some cases, obviously, they are certainly guilty.

00:30:21.000 Uh, but uh, the point is, is that cops all tell us, hey, everybody says they're innocent.

00:30:25.000 Everybody says they didn't do it.

00:30:27.000 Well, okay, then if we're all guilty, you're guilty too.

00:30:30.000 Uh, let's go ahead and talk to, uh, Moyne in Mississippi, and we got many other people holding.

00:30:38.000 Go ahead, Moyne.

00:30:39.000 Yeah.

00:30:40.000 Can you hear me, Alex?

00:30:42.000 I sure can, sir.

00:30:43.000 Free speech outlet, people.

00:30:45.000 Alex, you know what you're talking about.

00:30:47.000 Now, let me explain one thing to you about TiVo.

00:30:50.000 I was on a long-distance call and I got beat by the phone and it's TiVo on the other line seeing how I was or how the service was.

00:31:00.000 Today I done got rid of it.

00:31:01.000 I told them I can't support this.

00:31:02.000 I don't want to have my information used.

00:31:05.000 What do they need all this information on us for, huh?

00:31:08.000 What do they need it for?

00:31:10.000 For those that don't know, TiVo got caught.

00:31:12.000 Remember when Janet Jackson flashed her breast in that staged event? 1.00

00:31:15.000 Yeah, they used all the people who got to see it first.

00:31:18.000 All the ones that TiVo did.

00:31:20.000 They didn't know it was going to happen, but it happened, didn't it?

00:31:24.000 They had live coverage of it, right?

00:31:26.000 Sure.

00:31:26.000 Go ahead and finish, and then I'll comment on it.

00:31:28.000 Another thing.

00:31:28.000 Okay.

00:31:29.000 Did you watch last night's Primetime, the old... not the outlet, but... No, I really don't watch TV.

00:31:36.000 Lynx and Lamb.

00:31:37.000 There's two little twins.

00:31:39.000 A three-year-old that's got propaganda music and all that for the white supremacists out there and all them.

00:31:44.000 I don't know.

00:31:45.000 What's this world coming to when they can do that to their children?

00:31:50.000 I'm not familiar with it, sir, but I really, I really appreciate it.

00:31:54.000 Anything else?

00:31:55.000 Not really, but there's, this world's being changed over.

00:31:59.000 I'm a truck driver and I just got slammed down by a No, they want you to lease purchase anymore.

00:32:05.000 The world's changing real quick out there, people.

00:32:07.000 It is!

00:32:08.000 At every angle, liberty's being lost, freedom's being lost, the economy's imploding, and the news is telling us everything's honky-dory and we'll punish Bush and that'll make it okay.

00:32:17.000 Thanks for the call.

00:32:18.000 Now let me comment on TiVo, since you brought it up.

00:32:22.000 I've been telling people for years that Tom Warner Digital Cable Boxes track everything you watch, how long you watch it, how long you watch a commercial, how long you watch a show, and builds a detailed psychological algorithm off of it.

00:32:37.000 You think some 600 question psychological test can give a corporation a view of your mindset.

00:32:43.000 How about hundreds of thousands of TV watching choices?

00:32:47.000 I mean, how many times when you have a four hour on average TV watching viewing, imagine the average person watches four hours of TV a day.

00:32:53.000 It's up from three and a half hours.

00:32:54.000 The kids are almost five hours now.

00:32:57.000 I kept quoting the old numbers of kids watching three and a half and adults watching three and a half.

00:33:01.000 Now it's adults watch four and kids watch almost five a day.

00:33:07.000 Imagine!

00:33:07.000 I don't watch that much in a month.

00:33:09.000 But, side issue, there's just too much life to be enjoyed.

00:33:13.000 Too many incredible things to learn.

00:33:16.000 Side issue.

00:33:18.000 I told everybody this, and people got mad at me.

00:33:21.000 I had Time Warner employees go, I used to like you, and I don't watch your show anymore, because you keep talking about that.

00:33:26.000 Well, I'm sorry it was in industry publications, you know, six, seven years ago, as soon as these digital cable boxes started coming out, the Scientific Atlantic and others.

00:33:35.000 But now, TiVo came out, it was in the Chicago Tribune a year and a half ago, whenever that happened on the Super Bowl.

00:33:42.000 And they knew, they go, the record watch thing on TV was Janet Jackson's breast that was replayed on TiVo.

00:33:48.000 They go, how did you know?

00:33:49.000 Well, because we have a line into every TiVo box tracking everything you do.

00:33:54.000 And see, now he mentioned TiVo, you know, beeping in on his phone.

00:33:57.000 Absolutely, folks.

00:33:58.000 I mean, come on!

00:34:01.000 We're on the march.

00:35:10.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

00:35:14.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

00:35:20.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate, and others are absorbed through the skin.

00:35:24.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury, and iron, and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae, and fungus in your shower.

00:35:33.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound, and is recyclable.

00:35:37.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.

00:37:29.000 Standing up for the free market, standing up for the Bill of Rights, the Constitution.

00:37:34.000 He got a lot of attention last week.

00:37:35.000 We had Ben Livingston on.

00:37:37.000 He briefed President Johnson on weather control and the effectiveness of weather control activities.

00:37:41.000 He ran the operations, pioneered them.

00:37:44.000 First person to ever use it in warfare in Vietnam.

00:37:48.000 Effectively flooding the Viet Cong and we had Colonel Craig Roberts on who was actually in the bush as this was happening as a Marine Corps sniper.

00:37:55.000 We had him on yesterday and he talked about, yeah, seeing the effectiveness of Mr. Livingston's effects.

00:38:01.000 He's a cloud physicist and, of course, meteorologist and he headed up major federal programs, ladies and gentlemen.

00:38:08.000 And I wanted to get him back on just for about 20 minutes or so because he is still in the field and works for a major weather modification company.

00:38:17.000 And with 1950s documented, the feds on record say this works.

00:38:21.000 They were able to reduce hurricanes by 30%, direct them, slow them down, have them dump their water before they hit May landfall.

00:38:28.000 Now, Wilma hit Category 6 yesterday, but they're saying there is no Category 6 at 178 miles an hour.

00:38:34.000 And I have the article right here out of Life Science.

00:38:38.000 Wilma's rage suggests new hurricane categories needed in a season that has included three Category 5 hurricanes for the first time on record in the Atlantic Basin.

00:38:47.000 Scientists are beginning to wonder If their rating system is adequate, life science is learned.

00:38:52.000 And they say it really is a Category 6, but there is no Category 6, so they can't call it that.

00:38:57.000 And I also have the Associated Press saying the same thing.

00:38:59.000 It's scheduled to slam into Florida or Mississippi.

00:39:02.000 Devastating.

00:39:03.000 It's a Category 5 right now, 150-mile-an-hour winds.

00:39:06.000 Mr. Livingston, thank you for coming on with us.

00:39:09.000 And first off, please, just for a minute or so, give us your background for those that don't know who you are.

00:39:17.000 Well, I had a guy ask me the other day, he said, Oh, Ben, I saw that scientific article in the paper about you.

00:39:25.000 He said, I thought you were just an old run-down lion sailor. 0.99

00:39:29.000 I didn't know you were a scientist and a weather control kind of guy.

00:39:33.000 I said, well, I guess that fits me pretty good.

00:39:37.000 I don't go around advertising this end of my life very much.

00:39:40.000 No, no, but it's important to go over what you did and the positions you were in.

00:39:43.000 Yeah, well, I was the first Flight meteorologists they ever had in the Pacific Ocean, whose job was to train pilots how to penetrate typhoons, get the information, and get back home safely again.

00:40:01.000 For those who don't know, a typhoon is a larger... A typhoon is just a bigger hurricane, and they have more of them, and they're just a lot larger, but they all occur in the Pacific Ocean.

00:40:12.000 Because there's a lot more water there for them to grow on, so they get bigger and last longer.

00:40:17.000 But I was there for three years and during that period of time I flew over 5,000 hours in a Super Constellation aircraft doing storm penetrations and typhoon penetrations and reporting just like we have reports now that come from the Atlantic Ocean.

00:40:37.000 But when I left there... Let me stop you right there.

00:40:40.000 You were the first hurricane raider.

00:40:42.000 You know, they build these guys up that fly into the hurricanes, but you were the first guy to regularly do that.

00:40:48.000 We were doing this in the Pacific about as early as we were in the Atlantic, but we didn't get any publicity and didn't ask for any.

00:40:56.000 But the people in the Atlantic have always been much more, our staff, much higher with good scientists, if you will, so that they could practice state-of-the-art science more than we could in the Pacific where we were just a bunch of trained naval people, you know.

00:41:14.000 After all that Pacific, a couple of years later, I was in the Atlantic Hurricane Squadron, and I was assigned there to become a member of the National Storm Period Advisory Board, which was a national program designed to learn how to reduce or mitigate the damages in hurricanes.

00:41:40.000 That project went on actively for about 10 years.

00:41:44.000 And it was finally shut down after many successes.

00:41:48.000 And I have a letter here from one of the people that originated that, and he said it wasn't shut down because of science, but because of politics and petty squabbles among the scientists involved.

00:41:58.000 Now, you were also the head, later, of major federal programs.

00:42:01.000 You were the head there at the Naval Weapons Lab.

00:42:04.000 Yeah, well, I was the acting commanding officer at the Naval Weapons Research Laboratory in Corona, California.

00:42:10.000 But that came later, and then specifically, when did you, because it's all in the paper here, but when did you guys specifically prove that you could seriously decimate hurricanes?

00:42:22.000 That's important to put on record, that the feds have studied your findings and said, yes, this can be done.

00:42:28.000 Yeah, well, the proof was very definite and verified by the Stanford Research Institute from Stanford University in 1969, after a hurricane Debbie was seeded on August 18th and 20th of 1969.

00:42:57.000 Now, that was an almost textbook result, where the winds were reduced to about 25% on the first day.

00:43:06.000 And let a day go by and go back and see it the second day, which was the third day of the project, if you will, and reduce it again.

00:43:14.000 But during all this period of time, it was hailed from 140 miles an hour down to less than 100 miles an hour.

00:43:21.000 And that is a tremendous amount of reduction in terms of percentages, because the storm surges, the wind waves that build up, all that sort of stuff, are Particularly associated with the surface winds on the ocean.

00:43:39.000 So I think what might be one of the bigger benefits of hurricane damage reduction would be the fact that when you reduce the wind velocity at the ocean floor, at the ocean surface, you also reduce the height of the waves.

00:43:57.000 That's very important.

00:43:58.000 It's something we depend on in our operational plans to expect that when you see the hurricane after a certain amount of hours, say 12, 18, even 24 hours, it will have built back up.

00:44:13.000 Absolutely.

00:44:13.000 Now, Ben Livingston, of course, you're a physicist and meteorologist.

00:44:17.000 We're looking at Wilma breaking the mold, going up to what they're calling Category 6 now, and it's steaming towards the United States.

00:44:27.000 And this technology has been documented since the 50s, certified in the late 60s.

00:44:33.000 Why aren't planes being dispatched on the runways being pre-positioned, as you talked about a week ago?

00:44:39.000 You said the season isn't over yet, and voila, here comes, out of Hurricane Alley, this big monster.

00:44:46.000 Why aren't we going to go chemicalize and use the systems you developed and others developed on Wilma as she begins to make landfall?

00:44:55.000 Well, I tell you, in the very early 80s, the scientists, the real scientists at NOAA and Union of Scientists and Physicists, the United States' strongest people, strongest minds, I think, decided among themselves that we ought to quit the applications engineering, that is, quit trying to seed hurricanes and do more research.

00:45:23.000 So, for the last 35 years, that's all they've done, which may all be good.

00:45:30.000 But my visits last spring with the head of the One of the very largest portions of NOAA told me personally, in fact, I have a letter to that effect that said we need another 50 years of research.

00:45:44.000 Just to learn how to see the hurricane.

00:45:47.000 So all they want to do is... We know that we can weaken them substantially by 30% with 50-year-old technology.

00:45:55.000 We know that you can make it dump a lot of its water and reduce the storm surge, the waves, one of the biggest loss of life and property factors, but nothing's being done.

00:46:06.000 Now I know you don't want to come in here and shoot your mouth off and be mean to people, but if this is documented and we know this will work, we need to save lives here.

00:46:14.000 We need to make a stink out of this so that at least next year we can force the government to let the planes go out and knock out these storms.

00:46:25.000 I understand and you're exactly right.

00:46:28.000 The people who do research have a blind eye towards applications.

00:46:33.000 Now it's one thing, you know, to have scientific proof from instrumentation and a bunch of controlled clouds and storms and so forth to be sure that you're scientifically and statistically correct.

00:46:47.000 But it's something else when you go to really do the work.

00:46:50.000 Empirical data is what you need.

00:46:51.000 What you see and what's working is what needs to be repeated.

00:46:56.000 You see?

00:46:57.000 In the airplanes that we fly, we have the very best information in the world to identify those traits in an energy cell in a hurricane to tell you which ones Look, you don't have to defend your thesis.

00:47:09.000 You've proven it.

00:47:10.000 You've demonstrated it.

00:47:10.000 You did it in Vietnam.

00:47:11.000 You can create storms.

00:47:13.000 You can weaken storms.

00:47:14.000 You can redirect storms.

00:47:15.000 And talking to you this morning on the phone, you said that with the technology we've got now, I said, sir, can we redirect these?

00:47:21.000 Could we shut this hurricane down?

00:47:23.000 And you said, Alex, I have no doubt that the technology's there, but there's going to have to be some pure research, that is, testing on live hurricanes.

00:47:32.000 And we know it'll weaken them.

00:47:33.000 We know it's only going to help to knock these things out.

00:47:36.000 So why not do it?

00:47:37.000 I mean, we need to make a big deal out of this.

00:47:40.000 Well, you're exactly right.

00:47:41.000 We sent a letter to 100 Senators and had an indirect response from just one.

00:47:49.000 The general opinion seems to be that the budget is in such bad condition now that they don't want to waste money on something like we're talking about here now.

00:47:58.000 Now that was Kay Bailey Hutchison and she's now... That was her office that said that.

00:48:03.000 Yes, she did respond, and that's kudos for her, and now she's moved to create a federal, and it's passed out of the Senate, the House hasn't passed it yet, a new weather board, a new federal agency to block these storms.

00:48:16.000 A weather modification board?

00:48:18.000 Yes.

00:48:18.000 But I tell you Alex, there's some really interesting things about Wilma that I just, I have not delved into this storm very much until the last couple of hours after we talked.

00:48:30.000 But it appears to me that Wilma, the majority of the damage that could be created by Wilma is going to be blocked off by the Cuban Islands, so that there won't be enough water left between Cuba and Florida for the wind wave to generate.

00:48:49.000 Or for the surge, if you will, to build up.

00:48:50.000 You think it's going to slow down over Cuba, lose some of its rotation, go to a Category 3, dump a lot of its water on Cuba?

00:48:57.000 You see, there's only one part of the storm that really causes problems, and it's the right front quadrant.

00:49:03.000 And that's the quadrant in which it's moving.

00:49:05.000 Well, that quadrant is being almost 100% absorbed, if you will, for at least some hours, by Cuba.

00:49:15.000 So I don't have any doubt.

00:49:16.000 And I'm not a forecaster.

00:49:18.000 Uh, that's not what I do.

00:49:20.000 You know what I mean?

00:49:21.000 But I don't have any doubt that, uh, that this storm will be abated a whole lot naturally when it crosses the, uh, the, from the eye of this thing, goes just past the end of, off the west end of Cuba.

00:49:36.000 What do you think about it going over 175 miles an hour and now they're saying it's busted and broken the, uh, old scale?

00:49:43.000 Well, uh, I don't know.

00:49:49.000 They must... Someone had some measurements to get to 178 miles an hour, but that's an awful lot.

00:49:56.000 I'll tell you though, I have been in some over 230 miles an hour in the Pacific, so nothing surprises me in that line.

00:50:03.000 Exactly.

00:50:03.000 So how fast do... What's the fastest you've ever recorded or heard of being recorded in a typhoon?

00:50:11.000 About 238 miles an hour.

00:50:15.000 I wouldn't like to see what happens when that makes landfall.

00:50:17.000 Well, you know, when you're in an airplane and you're flying downwind, you're making maybe 700 miles an hour across the ground, and when you turn around and go back against it, you're backing up.

00:50:28.000 So that's kind of a comparison as to what happens if you go the wrong way.

00:50:33.000 But I'm looking at Wilma here a little bit, just a satellite picture.

00:50:37.000 But that right front quarter of that thing would be something that if we were in the business, I had a charter to do it, We could fly from Florida out there and work on that right front quadrant very effectively.

00:50:49.000 How many planes, how many tons of chemical would it take to substantively reduce the power of that right front quadrant?

00:50:57.000 Well, three airplanes could do it very well.

00:51:00.000 And I imagine a thousand pounds or fifteen hundred pounds of several iodide flares would probably do the job.

00:51:10.000 How much money are we talking about?

00:51:12.000 Well, what we're talking about spending money for is standby time.

00:51:16.000 You know, if we were there the first of June... But let's say right now the President called and you've got the chemicals and he said, I want you Mr. Livingston and Weather Modification Incorporated, I want you guys to skedaddle down from the Dakotas and you from Midland and I want you to go in there and spray that down because our own federal documents show you've done it before in the Atlantic.

00:51:38.000 We want you to do it and let's say you had a few days leeway to do it, how much would that cost?

00:51:44.000 Well, I expect a million and a half dollars on one storm.

00:51:48.000 And, I mean, even if this thing is deflected and isn't that bad, we're still looking at billions of dollars in damage.

00:51:53.000 That's true.

00:51:53.000 Would you rather pay a million and a half dollars or a billion?

00:51:55.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:51:56.000 That's exactly right.

00:51:57.000 You can't find a better return on investment than trying to block these hurricanes, uh, reduce their damages.

00:52:04.000 You know what I mean?

00:52:05.000 Because, you know, there's a point where you get the wind block you down a hurricane where nobody cares.

00:52:11.000 Uh, you know, most of the buildings will stand at a hundred miles an hour.

00:52:17.000 What would happen if something like Rita or Katrina or now this new hurricane Wilma, what would happen if it say hit New Orleans as a category 5 with 178 mile an hour winds?

00:52:32.000 Well you know people in my position would have to take the position that there wouldn't have been 150 mile an hour winds ever hit the coast there.

00:52:41.000 There may have been 120.

00:52:44.000 And that may be the difference between whether the dam falls or not.

00:52:47.000 If you guys were able to go in there and shoot your flares into the storm?

00:52:52.000 You know, what we have to have is the government, if you will, to sponsor this for the first year while we prove what we can do.

00:53:01.000 Then I believe it could be a commercial operation.

00:53:04.000 Well, what's going to stop private companies, or stop Latin American companies, or as you said, South Korea is talking to you guys.

00:53:10.000 What's going to stop them from paying you the paltry sum, the pittance, to go in there and do this?

00:53:17.000 Nothing.

00:53:18.000 And we would be the people who did it.

00:53:19.000 Because we have the only airplanes, this company has the only airplanes in the world that really do this job.

00:53:25.000 These are special airplanes with special Special racks for carrying the flares on them.

00:53:31.000 See, we carry 408 flares on each airplane.

00:53:35.000 That's eight times more than any Navy airplane I was able to carry in Vietnam or in the Atlantic in the late 60s.

00:53:42.000 On each airplane.

00:53:44.000 And you said other airplanes can carry 800 times the chemicals.

00:53:48.000 Yes.

00:53:50.000 Our airplanes are equipped to do that.

00:53:51.000 That's what we do.

00:53:53.000 You see?

00:53:56.000 This is unbelievable.

00:53:57.000 You know, there's a radio show.

00:53:58.000 It's the second biggest in the country.

00:54:00.000 Uh, Mr. Livingston, it's called Coast to Coast AM.

00:54:04.000 Yes, sir.

00:54:05.000 And, uh, I need to call their producer, and I need to try to get you on there tonight, just for 30 minutes, because the show's about 15 times bigger than this one.

00:54:14.000 And, uh, we need to, we need to force realization of this, because I've read the documents, I've read the news articles, they admit that you were able to do this, they did the studies, we know this works.

00:54:26.000 We know what you were doing, making storms in Vietnam to devastating effect, and I just can't believe that you've written letters to all of them, and they're just sitting around keeping this quiet.

00:54:38.000 We need something done about this.

00:54:39.000 We need something done about this now.

00:54:41.000 Well, the real sad part is I sent a letter to Don Evans, the Secretary of Commerce, last spring, and he didn't answer it, but the people from NOAA themselves, the people who are against Ben, stay with us.

00:54:54.000 Let's do five more minutes on the other side.

00:54:57.000 answered the letter personally and said that the government wasn't interested in or would not participate or encourage anyone to have anything to do with weather control.

00:55:05.000 Ben, stay with us.

00:55:06.000 Let's do five more minutes on the other side.

00:55:08.000 I've got a few more questions for you.

00:58:06.000 Thank you.

00:58:12.000 I was just talking to Ben Livingston, physicist, meteorologist, father of weather warfare.

00:58:21.000 I mean, he did it first, folks.

00:58:23.000 And then he was the head of the weapons program.

00:58:27.000 And he was given awards by the Secretary of Defense.

00:58:31.000 And he, of course, briefed LBJ on this.

00:58:37.000 The government found out about it and suddenly shut it all down, at least that's what we're told publicly.

00:58:42.000 And I think Ben said it all last week.

00:58:44.000 He said, you know, a couple hundred billion dollars, that's a lot of money for the feds to hand out and get more control and give to their buddies.

00:58:50.000 And do these corporations and these insurance companies really want to stop this?

00:58:54.000 We've got to get Ben on Coast to Coast AM.

00:58:58.000 Ben, here in the last few minutes, I just want to thank you for coming on.

00:59:00.000 And we were talking during the break, and your main motivation, As it was in Vietnam, as it was before that, flying into typhoons and 200 mile an hour winds is to help this country and help people.

00:59:13.000 And I've got a burning desire to force this out into the public view.

00:59:17.000 Your comments?

00:59:18.000 Alex, I'll tell you what, there aren't many of us left in this old world that know how to do this and have had experience doing it.

00:59:26.000 I would like to be in a position to pass this down to a younger generation that would take this on as both art and science.

00:59:33.000 Because our country needs it, we can afford it, and all the stuff that goes with it that makes it good could happen if we just get the politicians to recognize the fact that we're killing too many people, wasting too many dollars, and try to do something about it.

00:59:51.000 And if it turned out, after a year or two even, that you weren't doing exactly what you thought you could do, you could always quit.

00:59:59.000 But in the meantime, it certainly needs to be tested.

01:00:04.000 Ben, you keep saying tested.

01:00:05.000 I'm looking at the mainstream news articles.

01:00:07.000 You've got the letters.

01:00:08.000 You've got the documents.

01:00:09.000 Stanford tested it.

01:00:10.000 You guys reduced hurricanes by 30 percent, reduced the storm surge, reduced the winds massively, and the evidence is clear with the new technologies.

01:00:21.000 Going off the numbers you collated then with your thousands of flights, what could you not say a Category 5 down to if you had the preparation time?

01:00:30.000 I don't know.

01:00:31.000 I don't know that I can answer that directly, but I expect 30, 40 miles an hour to wherever that takes it.

01:00:38.000 You know what I mean?

01:00:42.000 If 40 years ago, you were knocking it down by 30 miles an hour, what's safe to say?

01:00:47.000 I mean, off air you told me you could knock them out.

01:00:50.000 Yeah, well see, I'm not... I wouldn't be surprised if we couldn't do it much better now.

01:00:56.000 But I do know what we did do, and we'd never do any worse.

01:01:01.000 Well, bottom line, you're talking, as you said, a big difference between taking a 150 mile an hour storm and bringing it down to 100 miles an hour.

01:01:08.000 That's right.

01:01:09.000 Big, big difference.

01:01:12.000 Well, I respect you for not wanting to toot your horn and claim that you could completely knock them out, but reducing them, that's the same as knocking them out.

01:01:22.000 Yeah, that's the thing that's being neglected.

01:01:25.000 You know, I have some of my best friends here at NOAA that are brilliant scientists, but they're not Working on the end of the weather control, I think they'll be working on at least some.

01:01:38.000 And so that's why me and my team are anxious to try to show the world what needs to be done to reduce the damage from these hurricanes.

01:01:48.000 Well, Mr. Livingston, we really do appreciate you.

01:01:52.000 We appreciate everything you're doing.

01:01:54.000 And we're going to really work hard to save lives and save billions of dollars.

01:01:59.000 These last hurricanes have cost hundreds of billions of dollars together, and now we got Wilma, and we really, all of us need to push to make sure that your research is passed on and is used.

01:02:11.000 Yes, sir.

01:02:12.000 That's exactly right.

01:02:14.000 Well, we'll talk to you very, very soon, my friend, and I look forward to the next few weeks getting you here in Austin to do a taping for the TV show here locally, and thank you for spending your time with us, and I hope you can check in with us every few months as things develop.

01:02:29.000 Well, thank you very much, and thank you for having me.

01:02:31.000 God bless you, Ken Livingston.

01:02:32.000 God bless you, sir.

01:02:33.000 Or Ben Livingston.

01:02:34.000 Alright ladies and gentlemen, we'll be right back and we'll take more of your calls and get into a whole host of other issues.

01:02:41.000 The tales of Ben Livingston, he's Waylon Ben Livingston is his full name, are up on Infowars.com right now.

01:02:58.000 Big Brother.

01:03:08.000 Mainstream media.

01:03:10.000 Government cover-ups.

01:03:12.000 You want answers?

01:03:14.000 Well, so does he.

01:03:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:03:19.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:03:24.000 Alright, we have masses of news about politicians, generals, media people being covertly paid off, more on the upcoming indictments, and, of course, One of the members of Congress having to show up and being fingerprinted.

01:03:40.000 There's just a ton of news and some good news too about that bill passing that will restrict lawsuits against gun manufacturers.

01:03:47.000 But you know what?

01:03:48.000 I'm taking a lot of calls this hour.

01:03:49.000 We've had a lot of guests this week.

01:03:51.000 We haven't had a lot of time to call in.

01:03:52.000 We haven't had a lot of time to take your calls.

01:03:55.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:03:55.000 You're not going to have to sit on hold.

01:04:01.000 I am going to just rampage through your calls, but that means each caller doesn't get a lot of time.

01:04:07.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:04:09.000 And first-timer callers that rarely call are welcome.

01:04:13.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:04:14.000 Pat in Arkansas.

01:04:18.000 Go ahead, Pat.

01:04:19.000 Hey, Alex.

01:04:20.000 Thanks for taking my call.

01:04:21.000 You bet.

01:04:22.000 I got a question for you here.

01:04:24.000 You know the Constitution, the Bill of Rights pretty good.

01:04:27.000 I sent you an article here a couple weeks ago over in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, which is in Sequoia County, right on Interstate 40.

01:04:34.000 There's a guy over there, I've known him for 20-some years, he's a lazy guy, but anyway, he was dealing some drugs, and anyway, the men of night went there and said their lights out, and this is, I'm going to tell the story to you short here, and they jumped out of the car and started shooting at him, hit him in the hip, and Anyway, he shot back and one of them got killed.

01:04:59.000 Well, they tried him for murder in Sallisaw, but it hung jury the first time.

01:05:06.000 Then they retried him again, found him guilty only of manslaughter.

01:05:10.000 But now they're retrying him again in a federal court for murder.

01:05:15.000 That's double jeopardy.

01:05:17.000 And they're not supposed to do that.

01:05:20.000 And obviously if the jury was hung, he should go free.

01:05:23.000 They shouldn't keep retrying him over and over and over and over again.

01:05:27.000 And obviously the cops did something wrong or the jury wouldn't be saying that.

01:05:31.000 This is how we vote.

01:05:33.000 And, uh, you know, the guy may be a lazy drug head, and the cops may have shot at him first, or it looks like that jury would have sent him down the river.

01:05:41.000 Yeah, that's what I would have thought, but now they're going to try him over in Muskogee on a federal level.

01:05:45.000 They said that that was a lower court, and now they're going to try him on a higher level.

01:05:49.000 You're saying they tried him twice at the state level and now federally.

01:05:52.000 That's total violation of the Constitution.

01:05:55.000 Yeah, I agree.

01:05:55.000 Alex, we've got another question.

01:05:56.000 What do you think of Kevin, this Kevin Trudeau that saw his book on TV?

01:06:01.000 I haven't read his book, but there are a lot of natural cures and stuff.

01:06:05.000 Sounds good to me.

01:06:07.000 Yeah.

01:06:08.000 Sometime maybe we can get him on your show.

01:06:10.000 I'd like to find out more about the guy.

01:06:12.000 Alright.

01:06:13.000 Thank you.

01:06:14.000 Thank you Pat.

01:06:15.000 Let's talk to Larry in Manhattan.

01:06:17.000 They're on the big peninsula.

01:06:19.000 Go ahead Larry.

01:06:21.000 Alex.

01:06:21.000 Hi.

01:06:22.000 Alex, before I say what I'm going to say, I want to provide a little foundation.

01:06:26.000 I'm what they call a legal scientist.

01:06:29.000 I'm an attorney and a scientist.

01:06:31.000 Primarily a physicist.

01:06:33.000 And, you know, the point is, and I'm connected with people all over the world, in the military, in intelligence, science, various fields of science, and the fact is, is that you and I and everyone else lives in the world 2005 where we think wireless internet is pretty sexy as far as technology is concerned, but... And they're really 45 years ahead of that.

01:06:57.000 Well, Alex, I'll be careful.

01:07:00.000 The reality is, is that based on the quantum levels necessary to manipulate space and time, the year they're really in, technologically speaking, is something like 4,500.

01:07:14.000 And that is a result of technology that's from beyond this earth, so to speak.

01:07:20.000 Well, if technology doubles every two and a half years, which it is, They are light years ahead.

01:07:26.000 Then they dole out the technologies to select corporations that are their cronies.

01:07:31.000 Where it came from, I don't know.

01:07:33.000 But here's the thing, Alex.

01:07:34.000 It's not technology that doubles every two and a half years.

01:07:38.000 It's... Can you hear me?

01:07:41.000 It's computing speed?

01:07:43.000 It's, right, it's computing speed.

01:07:46.000 What I want to talk to you about is what they've done with the sky.

01:07:50.000 And what the, the ultimate agenda is here, and if you, I hear you're going to be... I'll let you briefly comment on the other side.

01:07:56.000 We're trying to make a lot of calls right now, so I'll give you about a minute and a half on the other side.

01:08:00.000 Stay with us.

01:11:04.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:11:06.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:11:13.000 Alright, tons of news this hour.

01:11:15.000 I'm blasting through your calls.

01:11:18.000 Larry in Manhattan was talking about how he's a scientist and they're really, in the year 4000-something, at the speed technology has been increasing exponentially and there's all this hidden technology and they're doing something to the sky.

01:11:33.000 Well, yes, the Earth is 20% darker than it was just a decade ago.

01:11:36.000 That's NASA's own admission.

01:11:37.000 They are putting stuff in the atmosphere that's causing it to cloud up.

01:11:40.000 There is weird stuff going on, but You know, I only go as far as I can prove it.

01:11:45.000 And I know they can stop these hurricanes and reduce them and control them and direct them.

01:11:49.000 They're not doing that.

01:11:50.000 They're not.

01:11:51.000 They're letting them make landfall.

01:11:52.000 But go ahead and make your point, Larry.

01:11:54.000 Here's the point, Alex.

01:11:56.000 We've always known about light energy.

01:11:58.000 In 1998, the commercial science world, that's the commercial science world, discovered dark energy.

01:12:05.000 Dark energy works in direct opposite to light energy.

01:12:08.000 It's non-missable.

01:12:09.000 It cannot mix with light energy.

01:12:11.000 I'm not going to get into the theological ramifications of this, but the fact of the matter is that their agenda is to have people produce dark energy, which people do when their lives are self-consuming, self-absorbing, like the dark holes out in space.

01:12:30.000 They actually are walking dark holes.

01:12:32.000 So here's the point.

01:12:35.000 There is no more debt.

01:12:36.000 Okay, no one's going to hell because they're providing worldwide pickup and delivery.

01:12:41.000 That's the bottom line because the dark forces of the universe are going to use people as individual human power generating plants for dark energy.

01:12:51.000 Listen, thanks for the call, bro.

01:12:54.000 I mean, look, my small brain can't grasp it.

01:12:58.000 I'm a pea brain.

01:13:00.000 You know, I mean, I know we all saw the movie The Matrix, where we're all basically batteries or light bulbs, but, you know, for the machines, but... You talk about science, I mean, I deal with real information.

01:13:13.000 Things we can prove.

01:13:16.000 And, uh... This broadcast is about, hey, they're pushing for martial law.

01:13:23.000 Hey, the reporters are paid off working for the feds.

01:13:26.000 Hey, they want your guns.

01:13:28.000 Uh, there is a lot of advanced technology they're suppressing.

01:13:31.000 But, I mean, you know... They want us to put off dark energy so they can feed on it and... Sounds like the devil to me!

01:13:38.000 Ha ha ha!

01:13:40.000 Okay, uh, let's take the calls.

01:13:42.000 I mean, it's all very entertaining.

01:13:43.000 It's just, uh... Just too advanced for me.

01:13:45.000 I... I just can't fathom it.

01:13:48.000 Uh, let's go ahead and... Or perhaps I'm covering up.

01:13:51.000 And now I'm having too much fun.

01:13:53.000 Uh, David in mask.

01:13:54.000 Go ahead, David.

01:13:56.000 Alec, how are you today?

01:13:57.000 Good, sir.

01:13:58.000 Have you been keeping up at all, I don't know if you've ever heard, if you've heard in the last few days what's been happening in Taunton, Mass., in the little small town 35 miles south of Boston?

01:14:10.000 No, tell me about Taunton, Mass.

01:14:13.000 Okay, well let me just give you a quick little thing here about what's been going on.

01:14:18.000 You know, about a couple of weeks ago, as you probably were well aware, We had massive amounts of rain up here for about eight days straight.

01:14:26.000 Yeah, rain and rain and rain and rain.

01:14:28.000 Rain and rain and rain.

01:14:29.000 Yeah, so what's happened is that the Mill River down in Taunton got, the water levels got very high, and the Whittington Pond Dam, which was a 173-year-old dam, timber-based dam, was in threat of breaking.

01:14:49.000 And there was a small breach.

01:14:51.000 The last time it flooded was back in 1968.

01:14:54.000 But the mayor there, they all declared a state of emergency.

01:14:58.000 They closed down all the businesses, all the schools, opened up, you know, emergency centers, Red Cross centers for residents, about 2,500.

01:15:06.000 I mean, this is a population of about 56,000 people we're talking about.

01:15:12.000 So, that happened the first day.

01:15:14.000 They closed down the businesses.

01:15:15.000 They just today, three days later, allowed people in there to go back to their homes.

01:15:21.000 Now, as far as I understand, the businesses are still shut down.

01:15:25.000 Let me ask you a question.

01:15:26.000 Were all of these homes in danger from a breaking down?

01:15:31.000 Well, I mean, only some of them were near the area.

01:15:35.000 Well, they should have given the zip codes of the homes and announced it on the radio.

01:15:39.000 Well, they didn't do that because, obviously, what this gets back to, Alex,

01:15:44.000 is what you were talking about actually when you were interviewing John Rappaport the other day, a couple days ago, when he enunciated that his illustration of the elites being in a category A and a category B. Now, we know the category A guys, they want to do things slowly, very slowly, chisel away at it briefly, and the category B, which are really kind of the subcategory of the really highest of the elites, like the Rockefellers and the The Rothschilds.

01:16:13.000 They want to wreak as much havoc as they can.

01:16:16.000 And what happened on the second day was Edward Kennedy, John Kerry, and Barney Frank, and Mitt Romney all went down there, their hats in hand, issuing federal assistance, and the whole thing.

01:16:31.000 It's all a method of control, and that's what it's Coming down to, when you can do this type of thing in these small little towns, it again, it's the conditioning, it's putting everything... No, it is, and I appreciate your call, and I really do appreciate that information.

01:16:45.000 Now since you brought that up, I dug this out of the stack.

01:16:49.000 Mass evacuation plans to be created.

01:16:51.000 Federal, state, and local governments will begin working to plan for mass evacuations if cities suffer natural disasters and terrorist attacks.

01:17:01.000 i.e.

01:17:01.000 they're going to train local governments to go under federal control.

01:17:04.000 They've already started moving the cities and counties into the local National Guard armory.

01:17:09.000 Oh, the feds will give us millions of dollars if we move in with the military. 0.96

01:17:12.000 Oh, the military provides all these screens at the FEMA Center that show us where all the cell phones are as they drive in cars and that hook into all the cameras and microphones.

01:17:21.000 And oh, there are bosses now.

01:17:23.000 Oh, we see.

01:17:24.000 This is really a local federal command base.

01:17:28.000 Continuing with the Charles Stiglitz ad, under a new law signed late Tuesday afternoon, the Department of Homeland Security must work to develop multi-state, multi-jurisdictional emergency evacuation plans.

01:17:38.000 See, they are the bosses.

01:17:40.000 The Feds.

01:17:41.000 This is Marshall Law right here.

01:17:43.000 As Ron Paul said.

01:17:43.000 Senator Robert C. Byrd, the Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon, wrote provisions of the new law requiring the development of plans to include, where appropriations, the pre-positioning of items that will be required during a mass evacuation, including gasoline, food, water, evacuations, beds and medical supplies.

01:18:02.000 As a nation, we must be better prepared for mass evacuations, Byrd said in a press release.

01:18:07.000 We saw the problems that were there in Katrina and Rita.

01:18:12.000 And it goes on.

01:18:14.000 People wondered why for almost a day they wouldn't open the other side of the highway.

01:18:18.000 Nobody was going that direction.

01:18:20.000 Because they wanted to have a problem.

01:18:23.000 FEMA openly got caught cutting communications lines, sabotaging radio towers, blocking police.

01:18:28.000 Police had to post guards in three parishes to stop them.

01:18:32.000 They were caught jamming police communications as Katrina hit.

01:18:37.000 Because if things fall apart, then they get to push for more control.

01:18:42.000 Power they've already claimed to themselves decades ago, but now they're trying to just condition us to accept it.

01:18:49.000 People ran out of gas.

01:18:50.000 They didn't have supplies.

01:18:51.000 The government simply wasn't prepared for this kind of emergency.

01:18:54.000 We need to gear up for future evacuations and they must start now.

01:18:57.000 Folks, I remember, you know, CNN and others making fun of people that have gas masks.

01:19:05.000 Making fun of people that just have surgical masks.

01:19:08.000 Making fun of people that have guns and a year of storable food and water filters.

01:19:13.000 You go to these local FEMA command bunkers, these county emergency centers that are federal buildings, folks.

01:19:19.000 They're quasi-federal.

01:19:22.000 With a local CIA officer liaison at them.

01:19:24.000 I mean, these are the Red Dawn command bases of evil. 1.00

01:19:28.000 These are the federal nodes in your areas.

01:19:33.000 In your area.

01:19:34.000 I'm fighting not sneezing, folks.

01:19:36.000 I've had such bad allergies lately, I have to constantly want to sneeze on air and I have to... Hold on a minute.

01:19:46.000 But to make a long story short, these are literal FEMA command bases.

01:19:53.000 And the government can't help you, won't help you, doesn't want to help you, doesn't like you.

01:20:00.000 Okay?

01:20:01.000 And they're all going to look out for themselves during a disaster.

01:20:03.000 You have to have the storable foods in the attic.

01:20:07.000 In duffel bags, ready to go.

01:20:09.000 You have to have the flashlights and knives and first aid kits and you have to have the basic medicines.

01:20:17.000 And every two or three years you've got to change out the medicines and the flashlights and check them and every ten years replace the food.

01:20:23.000 In fact, I had portable foods that I bought about eight years ago that I just threw away.

01:20:30.000 Didn't use them.

01:20:31.000 A year ago I bought a two year supply of food.

01:20:31.000 Doesn't matter.

01:20:36.000 I mean, folks, it's that simple.

01:20:39.000 I am prepared.

01:20:41.000 I got a shotgun, a rifle, and a four-wheel drive.

01:20:44.000 Country folks can survive.

01:20:46.000 We ought to go download that Hank Williams Jr.

01:20:47.000 song.

01:20:48.000 In fact, I'm going to play another song later, but can you try to go download that or grab that or find where that's at?

01:20:54.000 Come on, we need it.

01:20:57.000 I need a lot of bumper music.

01:20:58.000 I'm so busy, though.

01:21:01.000 We ought to just give out the mailing address of the network and tell everybody to send Johnny Cash and Music like that up there to him.

01:21:10.000 These songs really say it all.

01:21:11.000 I need to get up off my rumpus and do it.

01:21:16.000 The caller brings up an incredibly good point and that's all they're doing.

01:21:21.000 Everything.

01:21:22.000 Oh, the terrorist.

01:21:23.000 Oh, the hurricane.

01:21:25.000 Oh, the bird flu.

01:21:26.000 Oh, martial law.

01:21:27.000 Martial law. 0.90

01:21:27.000 We want to use troops on you. 0.90

01:21:29.000 Martial law. 0.90

01:21:30.000 Did we mention how good it is?

01:21:32.000 And then, who's been telling you about it for the last decade, who's been to the urban warfare drills, they've been training to take your children and take your guns for ten plus years.

01:21:42.000 And all of this is the trigger.

01:21:44.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Mike in Texas.

01:21:47.000 Mike, go ahead.

01:21:48.000 Yes, sir.

01:21:49.000 Hi.

01:21:50.000 I wanted to ask a question about the Domestic Security Enhancement Act.

01:21:55.000 I can't find this information online, but my understanding was that was defeated, but the sections within that act have been attached as riders, executive orders, etc.

01:22:06.000 Yeah, on December 13, 2003, the same day they captured Saddam, and that's admitted, the Army admitted that was all staged, by the way, folks.

01:22:16.000 He'd actually been captured a week before by the Kurds, they actually staged all that spy role business and the rest of it. 1.00

01:22:21.000 Side issue, side issue, just all the fake news.

01:22:23.000 Right.

01:22:24.000 And the, uh... We're welling in this.

01:22:25.000 Tell you what, stay there, we'll talk about it on the other side.

01:22:27.000 But, uh, try to break this down for people.

01:22:31.000 What's happening is, they got Victory Act 1, Victory Act 2, Domestic Security Enhancement Act.

01:22:36.000 When they, quote, reauthorized the Patriot Act, they weren't able to get any of that extra stuff passed.

01:22:41.000 That's why Bush would say, reauthorize and strengthen.

01:22:44.000 But they were in some other, uh, the Intelligence Bill, You know, three in another bill the next year, able to pass some of the sections.

01:22:51.000 But, they've implemented everything in Patriot Act 2, known as the Domestic Security Enhancement Act.

01:22:57.000 They implemented all that three years ago.

01:22:59.000 So they've implemented, they just haven't gotten the laws passed yet.

01:23:06.000 Sooner or later, we all have to face it.

01:23:07.000 We live in dangerous times, and the more prepared we are, the better our chances are to survive them.

01:23:11.000 The threat of a terrorist nuclear attack, a dirty bomb, or a nuclear power plant accident, or a nuclear waste-fill, is something we all face every day.

01:23:19.000 That's why no family should be without the Nuke Alert.

01:25:01.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years, hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

01:25:10.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

01:25:18.000 Is this a flaw for the enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt, ensuring inflation and higher taxes?

01:25:26.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

01:25:31.000 Congressman Ron Paul states, it's what every American needs to know about central bank power.

01:25:36.000 A gripping adventure into the secret world of international banking cartel.

01:26:06.000 Due to fuel shortages, the EPA has relaxed environmental standards.

01:26:10.000 On top of that, fuel refiners have reduced detergents and fuel by 50% over the last five years.

01:26:15.000 Poor fuel restricts injectors and deposits buildup in your car's combustion chambers.

01:26:19.000 What does this mean for your vehicle?

01:26:21.000 Poor mileage and reduced performance in a time of record fuel prices.

01:27:03.000 All right.

01:27:19.000 I was going to answer the question for Mike in Texas and get more into the subject that he was bringing up about the Patriot Act, but I think I really answered it before the break, and he hung up anyway.

01:27:29.000 So, uh, We're going to go to Susan and Alex and Chris and many others.

01:27:35.000 Kurt Nemo is a widely read journalist online, blogger.

01:27:39.000 Kurt Nemo dot com.

01:27:40.000 We carry a lot of his stuff on FrozenPlanet.com and InfoWars.com and he's calling into the show.

01:27:46.000 Kurt, what in the New World Order is going on?

01:27:49.000 Well, not much.

01:27:50.000 I just wanted to call in and let you guys know that it seems that the Army is sending some armored vehicles down here to the border.

01:27:57.000 I live in southern New Mexico, so I was reading the Albuquerque Journal and it appears that they sent two, count them, two armored vehicles the Army has down here on the border.

01:28:07.000 Not sure what that means exactly.

01:28:09.000 You know, obviously, two armored vehicles are not going to do anything to staunch the border crossings, but there was on the front page, in a big photo, the U.S.

01:28:17.000 Army in southern New Mexico.

01:28:20.000 Now, is that regular Army?

01:28:22.000 I think so, yeah.

01:28:24.000 They look like they had the star on the side, U.S.

01:28:26.000 Army, and a whole nine yards.

01:28:28.000 Well, we know the Feds won't do anything that's good.

01:28:30.000 I mean, it's always to set precedents.

01:28:32.000 Yeah, we need the National Guard there. 0.97

01:28:34.000 We need hundreds of armored vehicles because the Mexican troops need to shoot and kill citizens and police and others. 1.00

01:28:40.000 But it is interesting. 0.51

01:28:41.000 What do you think?

01:28:42.000 Hey, what's the scoop on the indictments?

01:28:44.000 I mean, now Fitzgerald's holding back on them.

01:28:47.000 Do you think we're going to finally see some indictments or what's going on?

01:28:50.000 I think you'll probably see some wrist-slapping going on and maybe Karl Rove will resign and That's about it.

01:28:57.000 I don't think this is really going to hurt the Bush administration too much.

01:29:00.000 Yeah, I agree.

01:29:01.000 It's probably going to end up being like, most probably, we don't know, probably going to end up being like Iran-Contra, where they have some hearings and it'll be a big political diversion.

01:29:11.000 I don't know if you've seen the video clip we have from CNN on Prison Planet, but it's David Gergen who's a consulate insider with Lou Dobbs.

01:29:19.000 We've got to stay the course, though, and support the troops.

01:29:21.000 That's how we punish Bush, is we stay in the war.

01:29:25.000 So it's just kind of like removing or having LBJ step down.

01:29:30.000 He just did that because his heart was gone.

01:29:32.000 But then the Vietnam War went on for another four years.

01:29:34.000 Well, yeah, precisely.

01:29:35.000 And I saw that little chunk when I was rouletting through the TV last night.

01:29:38.000 I saw Gergen on there and I had to laugh because this is just more of the same.

01:29:42.000 You know, these guys are all cut from the same cloth, Democrats and Republicans.

01:29:46.000 They're just stringing us along.

01:29:48.000 Well, I mean, this is the guy that worked for four or five administrations, Republicans and Bill Clinton, a Bohemian Grove member, you know, insider of insiders, and he's just up there, again, wrist-slapping Bush.

01:29:59.000 Oh, it's time to have a cleansing, and Bush is clean and good, but we'll cleanse by, you know, getting rid of Scooter Libby. 0.93

01:30:07.000 Right, right.

01:30:07.000 Well, yeah, Scooter's going to have to go.

01:30:08.000 It looks like he's going to be the sacrificial lamb.

01:30:11.000 Yep, looks like Scooter's going to go.

01:30:12.000 I can't help but think that's good.

01:30:14.000 Of course, it's a diversion.

01:30:15.000 I mean, Scooter Libby is your typical, your arch-typical neocon. 0.97

01:30:20.000 It's just like somebody, you know, 500 years ago throwing their excrement out the window.

01:30:25.000 It's like dumping the waste every morning out the window.

01:30:31.000 Well, I also wanted to let you know you're doing a great job, man.

01:30:33.000 I love it when you rant and rave.

01:30:35.000 It makes me, puts a smile on my face.

01:30:37.000 I know you're doing a good thing.

01:30:38.000 Well, I'll tell you something that's important, Curt Dean, I'm not telling you what to write, you write great articles, but we need to talk about how we know, you know, not the stuff that we can't prove about weather modification and control, but we know with old technology they could weaken these hurricanes.

01:30:54.000 Why aren't they doing that?

01:30:55.000 That's pretty important.

01:30:56.000 Well, yeah, I mean, I think you're absolutely right.

01:30:58.000 You know, they use it as a precursor to test out their little schemes of martial law and police state.

01:31:06.000 You know, obviously I can't prove, and I don't think anybody else can, that the government's actually doing anything to these storms.

01:31:12.000 I wouldn't put it past them if they had the technology.

01:31:14.000 But we do know they have the technology to substantively weaken them.

01:31:18.000 Right, right.

01:31:19.000 And disable a lot of lives.

01:31:21.000 Kurt, good to hear from you, buddy.

01:31:22.000 Thanks, man.

01:31:23.000 Take care.

01:31:24.000 Let's take a call here.

01:31:25.000 Susan in California, go ahead.

01:31:29.000 Hello?

01:31:30.000 Hi.

01:31:30.000 Hi, this is, um, I didn't originally call about this, but this is in response to your caller from, um, Massachusetts.

01:31:38.000 I originally, um, grew up in Massachusetts, went to high school there.

01:31:43.000 Um, I graduated in 1988.

01:31:44.000 There were weird things going on back then.

01:31:47.000 Oh yeah, that is a, one of the most, I mean, mass makes California look conservative.

01:31:53.000 No, I know, let me tell you about this.

01:31:55.000 Um, my whole senior year in high school at a very small High School.

01:32:00.000 I went to Whitman Hanson.

01:32:02.000 We had bomb threats.

01:32:05.000 At least 50 of them across the year.

01:32:09.000 And most bomb threats, most of these hoaxes, we've caught the government.

01:32:13.000 It's normally the government to create a sense of fear.

01:32:16.000 Oh, I know.

01:32:16.000 And this is in Massachusetts.

01:32:18.000 We'd go out and spend half the day standing in the rain or the snow instead of learning anything.

01:32:26.000 Um, but you know, it's just, you know, and I knew back then it wasn't any of us calling in.

01:32:30.000 No, it's all mind control.

01:32:32.000 It's, but most kids probably thought, oh, the government will save me.

01:32:34.000 See, it's all about making the man in the nice black mask and the black uniform with the cobra sticker.

01:32:42.000 They'll take care of you.

01:32:43.000 Just give up your rights to him, see?

01:32:45.000 The terrorists are going to get you.

01:32:46.000 Anything else, Susan?

01:36:02.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

01:36:10.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:36:13.000 Alright, I'm taking five more calls and I'm blasting through them and I'm covering some other news issues and playing a little music piece that was put together by one of our listeners.

01:36:22.000 A little hip-hop piece, yeah.

01:36:25.000 It's pretty informative.

01:36:27.000 You won't see Sumner Redstone funding this rap group.

01:36:31.000 But let's go ahead and let's go ahead and go back to Susan in California.

01:36:38.000 Go ahead Susan.

01:36:39.000 Hi Alex.

01:36:40.000 Hi.

01:36:41.000 Yesterday when you had Dr. Horowitz on you briefly mentioned Lyme disease and Plum Island and what have you.

01:36:47.000 Yes.

01:36:49.000 I just wanted to touch on that and I don't think a lot of people know that much about Lyme disease and The epidemic proportions and how sick it actually makes you and how sick it is and how hard it is to get rid of.

01:37:04.000 Um, a lot of doctors won't even, if you go in and tell them I have Lyme disease treatment, they'll tell you it doesn't exist.

01:37:09.000 Hello?

01:37:12.000 Well, everybody knows about Lyme disease.

01:37:15.000 I know, but they don't know how insidious it is.

01:37:17.000 We can't get our insurance to pay for it.

01:37:21.000 A regular doctor told me that it didn't exist and that I was crazy and should see a psychologist.

01:37:27.000 Oh, he was saying you didn't have it.

01:37:30.000 Yeah, I've had it.

01:37:32.000 He wasn't saying it doesn't exist, he was saying you didn't have it.

01:37:34.000 Well, some doctors say it doesn't exist.

01:37:37.000 Oh, okay.

01:37:38.000 So even trying to get treated for it.

01:37:40.000 That's like saying heart attacks don't exist.

01:37:42.000 Exactly.

01:37:44.000 You know, a lot of people think, oh, you get the flu, and no.

01:37:48.000 You know, you end up with lifelong problems like fibromyalgia.

01:37:52.000 Well, none of you take the right antibiotics.

01:37:55.000 The problem is just getting antibiotic resistant.

01:37:57.000 Thanks for the call.

01:37:57.000 I really appreciate it.

01:37:59.000 Let's go ahead now and talk to Alex and Mass.

01:38:02.000 Speaking of Mass, go ahead.

01:38:03.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:38:04.000 A lot of Mass going on.

01:38:05.000 Yeah, but we're like, we're in a centralized area.

01:38:07.000 We've got the Rockefellers right down there. 0.97

01:38:08.000 And we can feel it.

01:38:10.000 And we've got, like, you know, Well, I wanted to talk to you about what that guy in New York said about, like, them being up to the year 4000 on their technology.

01:38:17.000 That wouldn't surprise me one bit.

01:38:18.000 And the fact that they've praised draconians, they say that they're Illuminati, they say they know all these things, and that a good friend of yours has ended a lot of his segments saying that the dragon is coming.

01:38:28.000 I'm just wondering, like, why is it hard to believe that there would be reptilians?

01:38:32.000 I hate to keep bringing this up, but, like, have you thought about it, like, irrationally?

01:38:35.000 Well, you see, sir, I could think about a whole lot of things.

01:38:38.000 Like, last time you called a few weeks ago, I said I could talk about magic beanstalks.

01:38:43.000 And I could talk about... I know, but there's actual history.

01:38:46.000 There's paintings in Iraq... Let me just stop you.

01:38:48.000 Alright, sorry.

01:38:49.000 I mean, I'm not talking about a cave wall of a lizard god, okay?

01:38:52.000 Or an Aztec thing that shows people feeding body parts to a lizard.

01:38:59.000 Okay?

01:39:01.000 All I'm telling you is, is that because the subject matter that I talk about is already so controversial, the average person listening doesn't want to believe that the state of Texas is trying to put transponders in all inspection stickers, even when I have a direct link to the bill that almost passed this session on InfoWars.com.

01:39:21.000 So if people can't deal with the fact that they built concentration camps and the government's behind 9-11, And it's taken me years to get them with the evidence. 0.51

01:39:30.000 The absolute, red-handed, smoking gun evidence.

01:39:34.000 Their own admissions.

01:39:37.000 Then, number one, my whole life, sir, I don't just imagine when I'm walking through the dark, in the hills, there isn't going to be a hole in front of me.

01:39:44.000 I'm going to have a flashlight, or I'm going to walk on a path that's got some light, or if it's a cloudless night, with no light, I'm not going to be out in the woods.

01:39:51.000 So I just, just because it sells a bunch of books, and it's fun to talk about, and aliens are really here from the twelfth planet, and they use us as slaves, and then, now they're controlling us, and all this stuff, I mean, it just, it just don't have evidence of it.

01:40:06.000 And you know, we could talk about it all day.

01:40:07.000 If I wanted to make a bunch of money, I'd get up here and I'd say I had a magic machine product that healed every ail and fixed that cancer, instead of just promoting real vitamins and real things that are good for people.

01:40:18.000 If I wanted to make a million bucks, I'd get up here and say that Fruit Loop Lizards from Planet Snigglesnack are controlling my brain right now.

01:40:24.000 But Fruit Loop Lizards from Planet Snigglesnack aren't in my brain.

01:40:28.000 Now, you can't prove that there aren't lizards called Froot Loop lizards from planet Snookle Snack that are 14 feet tall and have poison dripping from blue fangs and that jump around on pogo sticks while counting backwards.

01:40:42.000 But it could exist out of hundreds of billions of galaxies in the known universe that have been categorized and photographed by the Hubble Telescope instrument.

01:40:51.000 But go ahead.

01:40:52.000 Oh, well, yeah, I'm just saying, like, I've just seen so many pictures, so many strange spells, so many stories.

01:41:00.000 Like, you could, if you wanted to, find some sort of evidence for some of these things.

01:41:04.000 Some, like, a lot of the stuff you get, it's not the fact that you went out and got that story.

01:41:08.000 It's because you, how the people got those stories and you have their stories.

01:41:12.000 Well, no, it's 20 different publications saying that 5,000 witnesses saw the jet airplane crash, or the state police and a bunch of other witnesses see a jet fire a missile at Flight 93.

01:41:24.000 And then, sir, you get into different types of news.

01:41:28.000 Most of the news is just dry news.

01:41:30.000 It never gets big attention.

01:41:31.000 It's real news.

01:41:32.000 The stuff that's CIA propaganda is, you know, the writer at the New York Times on the payroll.

01:41:39.000 So just to say that I use everybody's news, you know, when they announce there's an evacuation in Houston, I got family there, I know it's true, it's something they can't cover up.

01:41:48.000 So now we have ways of catching them in false news.

01:41:53.000 So now, you see, we're having a hypothetical discussion here about blood-drinking lizards.

01:41:57.000 And there's no way that I can't prove that blood-drinking lizards don't exist.

01:42:02.000 I'm sure, but if it ever became proven, I'm sure you'd start talking about it.

01:42:07.000 Oh, sure, yeah.

01:42:10.000 What this is, is the merger of UFOlogy, that's really a religion, a New Age religion, with the anti-New World Order movement.

01:42:17.000 It's taken us over and taken a lot of our steam and a lot of our energy and a lot of our force.

01:42:21.000 The job New World Order. 0.83

01:42:23.000 I mean, what are we supposed to do if it is V, you know, the movie V?

01:42:29.000 It's really, they're wearing rubber masks or Dimensional vortexes and they're doing all this.

01:42:35.000 I'm going to convince people they got weather control because I got the documents and I'm going to talk and I'm going to have the guy on who can knock out these storms and then we're going to try to embarrass the government into stopping the storms.

01:42:50.000 Uh, and of course they'll do something like claim they're doing a test and make the storm even worse and then claim they can't do it, but we'll expose that's a fraud.

01:42:57.000 You know, we're about winning and defeating these people.

01:43:00.000 And they'd love for us to believe, as they promote on Fox TV, and all this big money promotes that lizard stuff, by the way, that it's in, that we got lizards in control of us, there's no way to beat them, it's all over, just give up, thanks for the call.

01:43:14.000 So I said I'd hurry up and get the news, but I mean as these calls come up here, It's just mind-blowing.

01:43:24.000 Just look, it isn't going to do us any good to sit around talking about lizards all day, okay? 0.98

01:43:31.000 I mean, George Bush has got more man-whores in the White House than you can shake a stick at, and Christian conservatives think the guy's a Christian. 1.00

01:43:38.000 I mean, let's talk about the man-whores. 0.99

01:43:40.000 I mean, let's talk about the stuff we can prove that's already pretty weird. 0.98

01:43:45.000 I mean, listen to me.

01:43:46.000 It isn't blood-drinking lizards that kidnapped 200,000 women and children.

01:43:50.000 Or maybe it was.

01:43:52.000 Some people say, well, our own species wouldn't do that.

01:43:54.000 Yeah, they do.

01:43:55.000 Who kidnapped 200,000 women and children in the year 2000 alone out of Serbia and surrounding areas of the Balkans.

01:44:02.000 And shipped them all over the world.

01:44:03.000 I've got congressional hearings admitting it.

01:44:05.000 No one got in trouble.

01:44:09.000 Now, whether it's blood-drinking lizards or humans that are doing it, let's get mad about it.

01:44:14.000 Let's expose it.

01:44:15.000 Let's go after DynCorp and the UN.

01:44:19.000 But, that isn't as romantic, is it?

01:44:22.000 Kidnapping, torturing, all this, isn't as far out as blood-drinking lizards.

01:44:27.000 Man, I could write a book about blood-drinking lizards, and man, I'm a big science fiction fan, that thing would probably sell a million copies.

01:44:36.000 I am not going to do it!

01:44:38.000 Because, down the road, I'm gonna have the credibility and other people aren't.

01:44:42.000 Bottom line.

01:44:45.000 Oh, man.

01:44:46.000 Now, see, we're not talking about imminent takeover of the country, total police state.

01:44:51.000 It's... Yeah, honey, but those are the people!

01:44:54.000 The Federal Reserve's private, hon, and the government's corrupt, and they have fake newscasters. 0.94

01:44:58.000 That's the people that talk about blood-drinking reptoids!

01:45:03.000 Stick to what you can prove.

01:45:04.000 Alright, let's go ahead and, um...

01:45:09.000 I mean, I'll let you talk.

01:45:10.000 It's not like I'm censoring you.

01:45:12.000 Just have my opinion.

01:45:13.000 I'm allowed to have mine.

01:45:15.000 Let's go ahead and take another call here.

01:45:17.000 I gotta hurry.

01:45:19.000 Chris in Texas, go ahead.

01:45:20.000 Hey, I'm a first-time caller.

01:45:22.000 I love your show.

01:45:24.000 I was just calling to address the Oklahoma man who called earlier about Double Jeopardy.

01:45:29.000 Yes.

01:45:30.000 The Supreme Court in 1985 ruled that you can be tried in both the state and the federal level for the same crime.

01:45:36.000 What I'm saying is clearly, well now, if you're convicted at the state level, if the feds, now there's been precedents where this hasn't happened, but in the majority of the time, going from memory here, you're probably a law student or something.

01:45:48.000 I know more about it than I do.

01:45:49.000 You are?

01:45:50.000 Yeah.

01:45:52.000 If the state doesn't decide to prosecute, then the feds can do it.

01:45:56.000 But it's always not been very kosher to have the state lose the case and then have the feds pick it up.

01:46:02.000 Let me expand.

01:46:04.000 What I was saying was double jeopardy was the state trying him twice.

01:46:08.000 Go ahead.

01:46:08.000 I was going to say that, yeah, I agree that it's not kosher.

01:46:11.000 And actually what you see is that since that law is going to affect 1985, if a federal prosecutor wants to prosecute someone who's already been prosecuted in a state court, They have to get and seek permission from the U.S.

01:46:21.000 Attorney General to do that.

01:46:23.000 So, that means that this prosecution in Oklahoma, the prosecutor, the federal prosecutor there, had to get specific permission from Washington to go and do that case.

01:46:33.000 Voila! 1.00

01:46:35.000 Anything else on your mind?

01:46:36.000 What do you think about the indictment of, uh, Mr. DeLay?

01:46:39.000 What do you think about impending indictments for Lord, uh, Lord Rove?

01:46:44.000 I just have to say for the pending, uh, the current indictment of, uh, Mr. DeLay, I'm a law student, and actually my professor is an incredible defense attorney.

01:46:52.000 He's representing Mr. DeLay, though I don't see the state having much of a chance there, because this guy's a magician in court.

01:46:57.000 You're talking about DeGaran?

01:46:59.000 I've met DeGaran, I've given speeches on the same podium with him, and he defended the Davidians.

01:47:06.000 He didn't pull a rabbit out of the hat on that one, because the federal judge, Walter Smith, said, I don't care if they're found not guilty, I find them guilty of using firearms in the commission of a crime, when they were found not guilty of committing the crime.

01:47:19.000 Then the Supreme Court ordered the release of the Davidians, and last time I checked, they hadn't been released. 0.95

01:47:25.000 Yeah, I think he can win everyone, but I think, I don't like the way I want to see him go down, but I think that he's in good hands right now.

01:47:34.000 Well, what they do is they go after people on petty issues.

01:47:38.000 And, you know, there's the argument, well, you get Capone on tax evasion because you couldn't get him on the murder.

01:47:43.000 But it just doesn't work.

01:47:45.000 We have them red-handed war profiteering, running the contracts out of the Vice President's office for hundreds of billions of dollars.

01:47:53.000 That guy should go to prison.

01:47:54.000 Thanks for the call.

01:47:55.000 Let's go ahead and play this little music piece put together by Well, if you go to PrisonPlanet.com, you can see who the artist is.

01:48:03.000 I didn't write a note on this, I should have.

01:48:05.000 Perhaps during this playing of this, you can look it up for me and find it for me, John.

01:48:12.000 I'm like a beetle on my back.

01:48:13.000 Help me!

01:48:15.000 But here's this little piece struck to the same Imperial Battle March tune.

01:48:22.000 I think it says a lot.

01:48:24.000 We took the liberty to cut the one little lower non-King's English out of this. 0.73

01:48:30.000 So here it is.

01:48:32.000 Everything I'm going to tell you is classified top secret.

01:48:35.000 Now let's take a closer look at what happened on September 11, 2001, and how it's being used to usher in a new world order.

01:48:43.000 There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who foolishly believe that they are still free.

01:48:49.000 All I want to do is wake up the masses. 1.00

01:48:51.000 That's why these fascists is trying to kill me. 1.00

01:48:54.000 Kill me, that's something fishy about Lower Manhattan. 0.98

01:48:58.000 The question's about the buildings that ain't nobody asking like.

01:49:01.000 Who really did it?

01:49:02.000 Who had the opportunity again?

01:49:04.000 Who benefited?

01:49:05.000 Who?

01:49:06.000 Homeland Security.

01:49:07.000 I can't believe it was Muslims acting on their own resources with no government backing.

01:49:13.000 That's the best with slack and it's...

01:49:14.000 It was all an accident.

01:49:17.000 19 terrorists with no one tracking them.

01:49:20.000 It was ordered to happen so we give our rights up in an orderly fashion.

01:49:25.000 Slaves masters give their whips back to cracking. 1.00

01:49:28.000 Holograms crashing. 1.00

01:49:29.000 Weapons of mass destruction.

01:49:33.000 Who has the product of that?

01:49:34.000 The global crime syndicate that George W. Bush and his family fronts for has everything to gain from the September 11th attacks.

01:49:41.000 A nationalized economy, a natural control grid, a taxless society.

01:49:46.000 What we're witnessing is the construction of a world A New World Order!

01:49:54.000 I know they're plotting killing me, sharpening the guillotine. 0.88

01:49:57.000 Reveal the case, torture me, until they get it guilty free. 0.85

01:50:00.000 I know the public's feeling me, I expose the tyranny.

01:50:04.000 9-11 was a CIA on a killing spree.

01:50:06.000 I know they've dumbed down the masses with public education.

01:50:09.000 They've kept us distracted with waste-driven enslavement.

01:50:12.000 They've kept us confused with media and news, and rubbed it in our face with coincidental clues.

01:50:19.000 They kept us from uniting, with social divisions.

01:50:21.000 Politics, religion, not to mention racial tensions.

01:50:24.000 They kept themselves hidden, through history books we've written, in a clock below control.

01:50:28.000 9-11 was the lynching.

01:50:29.000 We're hungry politicians, nothing more than puppet pitchmen.

01:50:33.000 A socialist dictatorship, we're showing all the symptoms.

01:50:36.000 Can't explain, gets rich while millions other groups are pinging.

01:50:39.000 My thirst for vengeance, in need of quenching.

01:50:43.000 With councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex.

01:50:53.000 The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist.

01:51:00.000 We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberty.

01:51:05.000 I'm battling something bigger than any MC.

01:51:08.000 I battle the beast, political illiteracy. 1.00

01:51:11.000 The idiocy of the brainwashed masses. 1.00

01:51:14.000 The hideous steam of the incompetent masters. 1.00

01:51:17.000 Insidious screams of these corporate fascists. 0.95

01:51:20.000 Credit cards and universal product codes to track us.

01:51:23.000 The fact is the system is almost cashless.

01:51:26.000 The crash is coming.

01:51:28.000 1929 was practiced.

01:51:30.000 Microchips will be mandatory.

01:51:32.000 You've got it backwards, thinking that they even ask us.

01:51:35.000 Resisting it, put into the category.

01:51:38.000 But terror is part of the evil access.

01:51:41.000 They get you in the system just as soon as they're able.

01:51:44.000 With an F-S number before you hit the cradle. 0.76

01:51:47.000 They can't get the street with lies and subliminal angles.

01:51:50.000 The mark of the beast disguised as a digital angel.

01:51:53.000 We're dealing with a group of predators.

01:51:55.000 An elite who takes us as cattle.

01:51:57.000 As they're slain.

01:51:59.000 The globalists have America and Europe in their grasp.

01:52:02.000 Today.

01:52:03.000 Tomorrow.

01:52:05.000 They want the world.

01:52:06.000 There is a chance.

01:52:07.000 There is a chance for the President of the United States to use this disaster.

01:52:12.000 To carry out what his father, the phrase his father used, I think only once.

01:52:17.000 And hasn't been used since.

01:52:19.000 And that is a new world order.

01:52:20.000 A new world order.

01:52:21.000 Oh.

01:52:22.000 All right, and that was done by They. 0.99

01:56:58.000 You know, Tommy Franks runs around on TV and he always tells you, I'm not with the government anymore.

01:57:11.000 This is my own view.

01:57:13.000 I'm not with either party.

01:57:15.000 He'll go, I worship George Bush and we need to take over and give up all your rights.

01:57:19.000 There's an article here just listing all the federal boards and all the money he's getting and what is it, like six, seven, eight federal paychecks just lavishly.

01:57:27.000 And Ann Coulter's now being exposed.

01:57:33.000 She's being exposed by the conservative groups now.

01:57:36.000 I see them.

01:57:36.000 And the chickens are coming home to roost.

01:57:39.000 Herpio is saying, a total police state maven, he's saying that anybody that comes through Phoenix, you get pulled over, you get a ticket, anything, you're getting thumb scanned, well that's going to be everywhere soon.

01:57:49.000 A lot of key articles, a lot of stuff we didn't get to today, but we did have a great guest on, we did take a lot of your calls.

01:57:55.000 Before I try to cram two final calls in here for Mary and Don, Seriously, you need to get my new film, Martial Law.

01:58:03.000 We got a bunch of new specials out.

01:58:05.000 We're keeping the specials we had that we started about a year ago.

01:58:44.000 And then of course you can call toll free and get the films 1-888 2-5-3-3-1-3-9.

01:58:50.000 And never forget PrisonPlanet.tv, that 15-second a day membership, you get it all.

01:58:55.000 Let's go ahead and go to Mary in Michigan.

01:58:57.000 Mary, go ahead, thanks for holding.

01:58:59.000 Hello, Mr. Jones.

01:59:00.000 Yes, two things very briefly.

01:59:02.000 I would like to urge all of your listeners to go to PrisonPlanet.tv and for $5.95 a month, you have all the e-books, all the documents, all the videos there.

01:59:12.000 Just please download those things and spread them around the web, especially before we go to Internet 2.

01:59:19.000 Print them out, give them to your friends, your neighbors, whomever.

01:59:22.000 The second thing I would like to bring up is a little more personal issue.

01:59:27.000 What are people like me who are temporary disabled or those who are permanently disabled or unemployed, how are we supposed to back up on water, food, etc.?

01:59:38.000 Basically, I can't even get through the first week of the month.

01:59:43.000 Um, I can improve my water.

01:59:45.000 Well, that's why the globalists want it to where we're all living hand-to-mouth subsistence level so they can control us.

01:59:51.000 That's called feudalism.

01:59:52.000 It has a name.

01:59:53.000 It's called serfdom. 0.98

01:59:55.000 And believe me, I know, you need to talk to friends and family.

01:59:58.000 You guys need to join together.

02:00:00.000 They need to help you if you're disabled.

02:00:02.000 That's another reason they try to destroy the family where families don't help each other anymore like they should.

02:00:07.000 If I was you, I would call out for help from the community, and of course they'll look at you as crazy for wanting to have a month's supply of food, and oh, you want to be self-sufficient? 1.00

02:00:15.000 You're nuts! 0.92

02:00:17.000 Well, my parents are deceased, and as far as the community here... You know, you got to call me back another day. 0.99

02:00:24.000 We're out of time, and it's a big subject, and this is a problem.

02:00:28.000 This is a problem here.

02:00:29.000 It was normal for everybody to be prepared decades ago.

02:00:32.000 Now it's not, and God bless you.

02:00:34.000 Let's take a call from Don and KC.

02:00:36.000 Don, you're on the air.

02:00:37.000 Go ahead.

02:00:37.000 Yeah, Alex, I was wondering what you thought of this idea.

02:00:40.000 I cannot understand how a hurricane can slam into Yucatan.

02:00:44.000 And then they know infallibly that it's going to take a right hand turn and head toward Florida without being guided.

02:00:49.000 Well, that's right.

02:00:50.000 In the past they couldn't really track them like this.

02:00:52.000 Now they're spot on.

02:00:54.000 And these things are bigger and badder than ever.

02:00:56.000 Yeah.

02:00:56.000 Do you think these people are trying to basically make life in Florida so miserable that people either abandon their properties or sell them for a song and they can go in and take it over?

02:01:04.000 No, they've got to have an excuse to give their buddies contracts.

02:01:07.000 Yeah.

02:01:08.000 Yeah.

02:01:08.000 And then it also sets the precedent for martial law and bankrupts the government, because the Federal Reserve wants us bankrupt.

02:01:14.000 Right.

02:01:15.000 Right.

02:01:16.000 I mean, clearly, they're manipulating these hurricanes.

02:01:18.000 Yeah.

02:01:19.000 That's admitted technology.

02:01:20.000 Listen, I appreciate the call.

02:01:22.000 And we know this.

02:01:22.000 This cannot be debated.

02:01:23.000 They could knock these hurricanes out.

02:01:25.000 They could cut them down to nothing, to where they're tropical depressions.

02:01:28.000 But they don't do it.

02:01:30.000 They don't do it.

02:01:31.000 We've got to get the word out on that.

02:01:33.000 Back tonight, 9 to midnight.

02:01:35.000 And then back on Monday, 11 to 2 Central, PrisonPlanet.TV.

02:01:39.000 God bless you all.

02:01:40.000 Have a great weekend.
