02:12:23.000 In the 19 million acre Alaska Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, they opened it up in the early 70s, up in the first stage of the oil crisis.

02:12:38.000 There's one 600 square mile area off the coast of Mississippi that's even bigger than Alaska reserves.
