Alex Jones Show - 20060223_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Welcome, my friends, to this live Thursday edition, the 23rd day of February 2006.

00:00:27.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:28.000 We're going to be live for the next three hours.

00:00:31.000 Thursday edition, the 23rd day of February 2006.

00:00:36.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:38.000 We're going to be live for the next three hours.

00:00:40.000 We have one of Dr. Paul Craig Roberts' colleagues, one of the fathers of Reaganomics, very conservative, joining us to decry the Bush administration and their unconservative and un-American activities.

00:00:54.000 He's coming up to talk about his book in the second hour.

00:00:56.000 In the third hour, hasn't been on with us in a while, Officer Jack McClam, police and military against the New World Order with some amazing police state Developments for you.

00:01:07.000 He's been out of pocket quite a bit in the last four or five months with his wife battling breast cancer, but she's doing a little bit better now, thank God.

00:01:14.000 He'll be joining us.

00:01:16.000 He'll be joining us coming up in the third hour.

00:01:18.000 We'll, of course, have open phones all day long. 0.93

00:01:21.000 Well, we've seen a train of traitors and scumbags going public and saying the Dubai port situation handover. 0.94

00:01:28.000 And it's eight ports, by the way. 0.96

00:01:30.000 It's Port of Corpus Christi and Beaumont right here in Texas.

00:01:34.000 That is confirmed.

00:01:36.000 And so it's 8 ports.

00:01:37.000 In fact, the deal may expand even more.

00:01:41.000 And on top of all of this, now Jimmy Carter, who helped hand over the Panama Canal, is coming out saying how great it is.

00:01:47.000 Bill Clinton saying how great it is.

00:01:49.000 Tommy Franks, who is on Pentagon payroll still, just like the other paid reporters, and every time he goes on TV he says, ah, this is my personal opinion.

00:01:58.000 I'm not paid to say this or anything.

00:02:01.000 And of course it turned out he was.

00:02:03.000 He's saying it's absolutely wonderful.

00:02:06.000 So a paid administration liar, who tried to hide the fact that he's a spokesman, paid close to half a mil a year, is now running around on TV telling us that, I'm the former head of CENTCOM, I think I know what's safe and what ain't, and I'm here to tell you boy, it's a good deal.

00:02:26.000 So, we'll get into more of that today, because it just illustrates the continual sell-out of the sovereignty of this country.

00:02:36.000 But more than that, it just shows the ongoing subterfuge and lies that we're dealing with.

00:02:43.000 And, of course, the bombing of the shrine.

00:02:47.000 Over in Iraq, the Iranian president, who I don't agree with on a lot of things, but I do, in a preliminary look at this, it probably was Globalist that blew up this shrine. 0.81

00:02:57.000 It fits in with publishing the Muslim Mohammedan cartoons.

00:03:01.000 It fits in with stirring up the riots.

00:03:03.000 It fits in with the P-2-O-G program beautifully, so we'll get into that as well.

00:03:09.000 And, of course, yesterday in Toledo, Ohio, three men were arrested by Homeland Security, and it's always the same MO, always the same when it's staged, their handler, their terrorist trainer, or the terror trainer, oh, he's working with the government and he's not going to get in any trouble.

00:03:29.000 It's like a SWAT is the mastermind of the bombings in 7-7, and then a week later, a few weeks later, but he's got to be protected now.

00:03:38.000 He's got to be taken care of now.

00:03:41.000 Oh, just don't worry about him.

00:03:44.000 We'll get into that.

00:03:45.000 And a few days ago, I saw a Village Voice hit piece that attacked myself and others.

00:03:49.000 And frankly, I didn't mention it on air because I frankly just don't care.

00:03:56.000 But Paul Watson has written a good article about it, and since he did that, we will read that article that he put together about it.

00:04:03.000 Because it says, Alex Jones claims wildly that the FBI cooked the bomb and trained the driver for the first World Trade Center attack. 0.59

00:04:10.000 Why he's a nut.

00:04:11.000 Well, no, it was on CBS television.

00:04:14.000 And it was in the front page of the New York Times just a few weeks after, and it's admitted, and I've had FBI agents on the show admitting it.

00:04:21.000 Now, of course, it was an accident that they cooked the bomb and trained the driver and then didn't stop them that day.

00:04:26.000 They just accidentally cooked the bomb.

00:04:27.000 They were planning to sting them, and they're uninformed, so why not build a fake bomb?

00:04:31.000 They said, no, build a real one.

00:04:33.000 And, uh, so, you know, just, I'm evil, folks, because I read the New York Times and made a documentary about it and, you know, spent a few minutes and wrote a tyranny on the subject.

00:04:42.000 It's just, I'm just out of control.

00:04:45.000 My friends, I just can't be trusted.

00:04:47.000 Because I give you the facts and the information.

00:04:49.000 It's like for four or five days, I reported on the UAE port deal and it just was made up.

00:04:53.000 It wasn't true.

00:04:54.000 You know, that's Alex Jones.

00:04:56.000 You just can't really trust him.

00:04:58.000 PrisonPlanet.tv Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

00:05:02.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:05:06.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:05:10.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:05:14.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:05:18.000 The civil emergency was created by the police.

00:05:20.000 Riot police attack people on the streets indiscriminately.

00:05:24.000 The medical bills!

00:05:26.000 Are going to be enormous for me.

00:05:28.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

00:05:32.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:05:35.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:05:42.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

00:06:01.000 The Berkey Light is your premier source for purified water.

00:06:04.000 It's portable and requires no water pressure so you can enjoy healthy drinking water whether it's during normal times or hostile environments like a local or national emergency.

00:06:14.000 That's because it can purify raw, untreated water from remote lakes and stagnant ponds.

00:06:19.000 The Berkelot is unique because it removes pathogenic bacteria, cyst parasites, and harmful chemicals to below detectable levels.

00:06:26.000 It also removes foul tastes and odors, like the rotten egg smell of sulfide, and it extracts nitrates and unhealthy minerals, like lead and mercury, while leaving in the healthful and nutritional minerals that your body needs.

00:06:38.000 The Berkey Light's rechargeable LED lighting system is so bright it can be used as a reading light.

00:06:43.000 Get the Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

00:06:58.000 People who use Cardivite know about the pollutants in our body and want them out.

00:07:05.000 For over five years, Cartabite has proven itself time-tested.

00:07:08.000 Here's Dr. Mattson, a naturopathic doctor's thoughts on Cartabite.

00:07:12.000 In our mind, there isn't such a great big mystery to disease anymore.

00:07:15.000 This basic tenet of yeast in the gut and metals in the liver covers at least 70-80% of the disease that we've seen.

00:07:21.000 When we do our program, you know, in herpal form it's like cardivite and you see someone who could barely walk up a hill now going for regular jobs. 0.65

00:07:28.000 A few months later, we know we're doing something right.

00:07:30.000 It's a well thought out formula.

00:07:32.000 I mean, the idea of it working on yeast and metals both at the same time and liver function is dead on.

00:07:38.000 You'll find I think that it'll work more than just on heart problems and circulation problems.

00:07:42.000 It'll work on other problems as well.

00:08:09.000 Welcome, my friends, to the second segment of this live, Thursday edition.

00:08:19.000 Coming up, we have another defector from the So-called conservative ranks to expose the fact that Bush is anything but conservative.

00:08:28.000 And that's coming up in the second hour.

00:08:29.000 Then, Jack McClam, police and military against the New World Order.

00:08:33.000 Coming up in the third hour today.

00:08:36.000 Now...

00:08:38.000 I want to get into the bombing of the shrine yesterday in Iraq.

00:08:43.000 All the earmarks of a globalist operation, just from their own documents and past experiences.

00:08:48.000 We don't know that yet.

00:08:50.000 I don't completely agree with the Iranian president.

00:08:52.000 I don't agree with him on a lot of things.

00:08:54.000 But that's who stands to gain from this.

00:08:57.000 Also, a lot of developments on the port situation.

00:09:01.000 It's eight ports, not six.

00:09:02.000 Two of them in Texas.

00:09:04.000 There's a hit piece in the Village Voice against myself and others that Paul Watson has written a response to that we'll get into as well.

00:09:13.000 And just so much more.

00:09:16.000 Talk about earmarks.

00:09:18.000 The three men arrested in Toledo, Ohio yesterday, their controller, their trainer, their master, oh, he's a government agent and he's going to be protected.

00:09:28.000 So it's always the same thing. 0.83

00:09:30.000 You've got some former military, current military Arab in control of a few Muslims who they get to shoot their mouths off at the local bar. 1.00

00:09:39.000 And we've seen this over and over again, but then it furnishes the national headlines of terrorists we're about to hit any minute, and they've never convicted anyone that they've arrested for terrorism. 0.52

00:09:50.000 No one!

00:09:51.000 No one!

00:09:51.000 I mean, they even grab university professors down in Florida because O'Reilly gets on TV and says he thinks they're a terrorist, and then they're found not guilty by a jury.

00:10:02.000 It's the illusion, because there are not real, multifaceted international terrorists outside of international crime syndicates and intelligence agencies.

00:10:11.000 The Mossad, the CIA, MI6, German intelligence, French intelligence, they're so much bigger and more powerful than any quote Arab group.

00:10:20.000 They track everything.

00:10:21.000 They fund these people. 1.00

00:10:23.000 They want to squash them or exterminate them or hit them. 1.00

00:10:26.000 They do it.

00:10:27.000 And so when there's a terror attack in almost every case, in fact we really haven't found cases where it isn't, It's the globalists behind it. 0.97

00:10:33.000 Now, there may be some Arab woman who goes nuts and stabs 10 Israelis. 1.00

00:10:37.000 There may be an Arab man or Palestinian who goes and shoots a bunch of people. 1.00

00:10:40.000 The occasional suicide bombing is real.

00:10:43.000 But when you look at the big events, it's globalist ops, and they always stand to gain from it.

00:10:47.000 They have the motive.

00:10:49.000 More control keeps their hawkish policies supposedly looking legitimate.

00:10:55.000 Let me just read this article that Paul Watson and I wrote yesterday about the port situation.

00:10:59.000 We'll give you all the new details.

00:11:01.000 The port sellout and the dismantling of America.

00:11:04.000 Globalists swallowing U.S. sovereignty through front countries like UAE, but China threat ignored.

00:11:09.000 This is at prisonplanet.com and infowars.com.

00:11:13.000 It is a stated goal of the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR, to promote what they call interdependence and to lobby governments to sell off key infrastructure such as roads, lakes, ports, and highways to international corporations so that corporations can grow to be bigger in size than government.

00:11:28.000 Forty-four of the world's 100 biggest economies are not countries.

00:11:32.000 They are corporations.

00:11:33.000 There is no vote.

00:11:34.000 There is no access to shareholder or CEO records.

00:11:37.000 These corporations take over governmental functions by paying off politicians to hand over assets and then declare that there be no means of oversight of their activities.

00:11:47.000 In 1997, the Communist Chinese government took over the Long Beach Naval Air Base, the only major deep water port that can take large ships on the west coast.

00:11:54.000 In 2000, the Communist Chinese, Hutchinson Whampoa, which is run by the PLA, took over the Panama Canal and a station between 15,000 and 30,000 trips, depends on what time of year it is, at the facilities.

00:12:08.000 May we remind our readers that top Chinese generals continue to threaten nuclear attacks on America.

00:12:13.000 Well, they take over ports and strategic points, like Freeport in the Bahamas, Long Beach, Panama Canal, it's no problem.

00:12:20.000 There is absolutely no mention of the Chinese takeover of these facilities amidst the media merry-go-round of the UAE ports debate, and the same people that now criticize the UAE deal, like Chuckie Schumer, supported the ports sellout to the Communist Chinese under Bill Clinton.

00:12:35.000 Continuing here, Alex Jones' first documentary film, America Destroyed by Design, made in 1997, warned Americans that the sellout to the Chinese was the first step on the road to the sacking of the American economy and pulling the plug on key U.S.

00:12:52.000 infrastructure.

00:12:53.000 Click here to view a segment from the documentary film covering the Chinese sellout.

00:12:57.000 Sellout to the Chinese. 1.00

00:12:59.000 Why are people so concerned about the United Arab Emirates, when the fastest growing military on the planet, And a superpower that continually threatens to annihilate the U.S.

00:13:09.000 has been metaphorically handed the keys of the kingdom and is encircling the country.

00:13:13.000 During the Chinese sellout, it was Republican politicians that would bash Bill Clinton for making the deal, yet it was yesterday's Republicans and today's neocons who were affiliated with the companies making billions from the transfer to the Chinese.

00:13:25.000 This is why we are less than confident that Democrats have any real agenda to stop the UAE deal.

00:13:31.000 Just as now, claims of Islamophobia are raised to attack critics of the UAE deal.

00:13:37.000 In 97, in 2000, it was Asia-phobia.

00:13:40.000 This has nothing to do with race.

00:13:42.000 It is a matter of national sovereignty.

00:13:44.000 If American corporations tried to buy up key Chinese infrastructure, they would be firmly rebuffed.

00:13:50.000 And genuine.

00:13:52.000 As a country, we are not just being robbed of our ability to create wealth, we are being robbed of our infrastructure, our land, and our capability and capacity to work the land.

00:14:01.000 Your currency, your future, and your sovereignty is systematically being dismantled, looted, and sold to the highest bidder.

00:14:08.000 The taxpayer pays for and builds the infrastructure only for foreign lobbyists to pay off our corrupt politicians who lease the infrastructure or outright sell it to foreign lobbyists for the last 50, 60, 70 years.

00:14:21.000 The continued weakness of the dollar allows foreign entities to step in and buy more and more infrastructure while American families work three or four jobs just to get by.

00:14:29.000 The average American now works 2.5 jobs, by the way.

00:14:33.000 The United Arab Emirates is a British holding and the British Empire is simply reshuffling some of its marbles. 0.88

00:14:39.000 Claims that the UAE has links to terrorism are a distraction.

00:14:42.000 The fact that the UAE is in the pocket of the globalists and is simply a front for internationalists to swallow up more American sovereignty. 0.80

00:14:50.000 What we have is an oligopoly.

00:14:52.000 What is an oligopoly?

00:14:53.000 It is where, similar to Italian Mafia, cartels and different corporate owners meet to affect the same thing as a monopoly.

00:15:00.000 They decide which countries will control which interests, and that is how the New World Order works.

00:15:07.000 Let me bring you up to speed on the fact that the Germans, the Dutch, predominantly, for some reason, they're the ones that are buying up most of the water districts. 0.96

00:15:15.000 They own more than any other private company now.

00:15:17.000 And they come in, buy it up, pay off politicians, double, triple prices, overnight.

00:15:21.000 And there's lots of U.S.

00:15:22.000 private corporations with nice-sounding governmental names doing the same thing.

00:15:26.000 Right here where I sit in Austin, Texas, they're doing it.

00:15:28.000 They hire their own SWAT teams, their own police forces, they drive around.

00:15:32.000 They have cities cede them authority and suddenly they've got their own police forces.

00:15:36.000 I mean, it is a nightmare!

00:15:37.000 This is the new world order.

00:15:39.000 Let me bring you up to speed on what's happening.

00:15:41.000 I've talked a lot about this lately and I'm glad I have because here's an example of it.

00:15:46.000 Tommy Franks went all over television and radio and the newspapers A year and a half ago, for several months, saying martial law was the next step before it attacked again.

00:15:55.000 Now Bob Woodward's telling the San Antonio Express News that.

00:15:58.000 Oh, it's too bad, but we're going to have martial law now.

00:16:01.000 That's just the way it is.

00:16:02.000 And they've got Republican congressmen in congressional hearings saying people protesting the war are really fifth column Islamist terrorists.

00:16:09.000 We need to start arresting the peace activists.

00:16:12.000 It's this whole Nazi atmosphere. 0.86

00:16:14.000 See, we got hit again.

00:16:15.000 It's like the Reichstag. 0.92

00:16:16.000 We better arrest all the dissidents.

00:16:17.000 We're doing this to keep the Reich, the homeland, safe.

00:16:22.000 So Tommy Franks, I saw him on Fox.

00:16:24.000 We have clips of him on the website.

00:16:25.000 He'd get up on TV and he'd say, now listen, I'm not with the government anymore.

00:16:29.000 I'm retired.

00:16:31.000 I'm not for Kerry or Bush.

00:16:32.000 I'm nonpartisan, but the war's good. 1.00

00:16:34.000 We need to go into Iran.

00:16:35.000 The Iraq war's good. 1.00

00:16:37.000 Surveillance is good.

00:16:38.000 Martial law's the next step. 0.96

00:16:39.000 Sorry to have to tell you.

00:16:42.000 And he was sitting there pushing all this agenda, saying this is a private person.

00:16:46.000 Private person.

00:16:47.000 Turned out he was getting over $400,000 from the Bush administration, one of the thousands of media people covertly on the payroll, the $1.6 billion that the Governmental Accounting Office and the GOA just reported on saying it was illegal.

00:17:00.000 At first it was illegal a year ago, and now they just issued another report two weeks ago saying it's totally illegal.

00:17:06.000 But the government, Bush says, no, no, no.

00:17:08.000 See, I'm above the law.

00:17:09.000 I can do what I want.

00:17:12.000 So, Franks, who's on the payroll, pops up.

00:17:15.000 He's still on the payroll and does this.

00:17:17.000 And, of course, Newsmax, talk about being on the payroll, pops up with this headline.

00:17:21.000 Tommy Franks defends Dubai ports deal.

00:17:24.000 Former CENTCOM commanding general, Tommy Franks, said Wednesday that the Bush administration was right to approve a deal for a United Arab Emirates based company to run six U.S.

00:17:34.000 major ports.

00:17:35.000 Well, we're going to tell you in a minute.

00:17:36.000 It's Corpus Christi military base, by the way.

00:17:39.000 Huge complex.

00:17:42.000 I'm not very fancy, folks.

00:17:43.000 That's where I'll vacation for, you know, a couple times a year for two or three days.

00:17:46.000 I'll go down there and go fishing, hang out with the family, and it's huge.

00:17:50.000 But continuing, we have more U.S.

00:17:52.000 Navy ships using the port in Dubai.

00:17:55.000 Jebel Ali than any other port outside the United States, Franks told Fox News Channel Hannity and Comes.

00:18:00.000 The former Iraq war commander explained U.S.

00:18:03.000 reliance on Dubai port facility by saying, we know the difference between an enemy and a friend.

00:18:07.000 Mmm, boy, that's good Texas talk for you there, boy.

00:18:11.000 The Emirates is a friend, Franks said.

00:18:13.000 That is the best run port that I've ever seen.

00:18:16.000 General Franks on government payroll said Dubai Company has three essential qualities that commended for the task of running U.S.

00:18:24.000 The capacity to handle the job, the inclination to do the right security, which he noted will remain in any case in the hands of the United States Coast Guard.

00:18:24.000 ports.

00:18:33.000 Oh yeah, what, one or two little gunboats per facility?

00:18:36.000 What a joke!

00:18:37.000 No, the real security is going on inside those facilities.

00:18:40.000 Alright, let's just stop right there, but that's a red herring.

00:18:43.000 Okay, what's the federal number?

00:18:45.000 Around 1,100.

00:18:46.000 1 out of 1,100 of those containers of 25 million a year that come into the country.

00:18:51.000 They're just tractor-trailer, 18-wheeler trailers is what they are.

00:18:55.000 They're huge.

00:18:56.000 Only about 1 in 1,100 gets physically searched, and that's a spot check.

00:19:00.000 So it doesn't matter.

00:19:01.000 It's been wide open.

00:19:02.000 It's going to be wide open.

00:19:03.000 And when an A-bomb goes off, it's going to be global. 0.84

00:19:05.000 It isn't going to be Arabs. 1.00

00:19:06.000 Okay, boys and girls?

00:19:09.000 With all of that going on, I thought that I would just mention the fact here that this is all totally and completely 110% illegal what's going on.

00:19:22.000 This is from the New York Daily News.

00:19:24.000 When we get back, I'll tell you about it, why this deal is so important and why they're doing it.

00:19:30.000 Because, you see, the head of the Arab company is going to run U.S. 0.95

00:19:35.000 Port Security, period.

00:19:39.000 See, they're all talking about security with this port, but that's the distraction.

00:19:45.000 No one's talking about how, or very few are talking about how, they're going to run all the security to begin with.

00:19:52.000 You see, you see, you starting to see the big picture?

00:19:55.000 We'll be right back, stay with us.

00:23:03.000 All produce produces a natural gas which causes ripening.

00:23:06.000 In addition, foods like onions and garlic emit odors, causing foods to lose their freshness and flavor.

00:24:02.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

00:24:08.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

00:24:10.000 Right here on the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:15.000 Okay, so continuing with the sellout of America and the traitorous activities.

00:24:20.000 This is out of the New York Post.

00:24:22.000 We mentioned this yesterday, but it's important to go back over it.

00:24:25.000 The Dubai firm that won the Bush administration backing to run six U.S.

00:24:29.000 ports, it's eight now we're saying plus, it looks like more than eight, has at least two ties to the White House.

00:24:34.000 One is Treasury Secretary John Snow, whose agency heads the federal panel that signed off on the $6.8 billion sale of an English company, the government-owned Dubai Ports World, giving it control of Manhattan's cruise ship terminal and Newark's container port.

00:24:49.000 Snow was chairman of CSX Rail firm that sold its own international port operations to DP, Dubai Ports World, for $1.15 billion in 2004, the year after Snow left for President Bush's cabinet.

00:25:04.000 So it's just like Halliburton and the rest of it.

00:25:06.000 So right there, total conflict of interest, totally obvious what's happening.

00:25:11.000 The other concern is David Sanborn, this is even worse, who runs DP World's European and Latin American operations and was tapped by Bush last month to head the U.S.

00:25:21.000 Maritime Administration.

00:25:23.000 This guy currently heads it up.

00:25:25.000 He'll still be an agent of these guys, a big stockholder.

00:25:28.000 When it happens, he's got millions and millions of dollars personally.

00:25:31.000 Billions in the trade deals that are going on here with Snow's sale.

00:25:36.000 And here he is, he's going to be the head of the administration that's going to be over all the ports and waterways and in some cases even things on land.

00:25:45.000 A very, very sinister agency they've been setting up.

00:25:48.000 It's tied into the national ID card.

00:25:50.000 And it's particularly troubling that the United States would turn over its port security, not only to a foreign company, but a state-owned one, said Western New York's Representative Tom Reynolds, Chairman of the National Republican Campaign Committee.

00:26:03.000 And that's another thing.

00:26:04.000 There's supposed to be a 45-day detailed review with all these inspections and research.

00:26:08.000 They didn't do the review.

00:26:10.000 And it's a violation of federal law.

00:26:11.000 I have the U.S.

00:26:12.000 Code right here in front of me.

00:26:15.000 But hey, say law, if it violates federal law.

00:26:18.000 Bush said, you don't pass the Patriot Act, I'll still enforce it.

00:26:21.000 Oh, you say I can't spend billions of dollars for fake newscasts and paying off reporters and having shills operate out there with propaganda?

00:26:28.000 Oh, I'm the president, I don't care if it's against federal law, I can do it.

00:26:32.000 Oh, you say that I can't do this, I can't do that.

00:26:34.000 Yes, I can.

00:26:36.000 Yes, I can.

00:26:37.000 So that's what's happening here.

00:26:39.000 And continuing, UAE would also control shipments of military equipment for the U.S.

00:26:45.000 Army.

00:26:46.000 There is a bipartisan concern about the Bush administration's decision to outsource the operation of six of the nation's largest ports to a company controlled by the United Arab Emirates, because that nation is troubling ties with international terrorism.

00:26:58.000 But now it is being revealed that it's not just the ports of New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, New Orleans, Miami, and Philadelphia.

00:27:04.000 A major part of the story, however, has been mostly overlooked.

00:27:07.000 The company, Dubai Ports World, would also control the movement of military equipment on behalf of the U.S.

00:27:12.000 Army through two other ports from today's edition of the British paper Lloyd's List.

00:27:17.000 Again, a trade publication.

00:27:19.000 We are forced to go to trade publications.

00:27:22.000 It's all there.

00:27:24.000 They just announced everything they're doing in plain view in trade publications.

00:27:28.000 Lloyd's, of course, the big original insurer of ships and now one of the largest insurance companies in the world.

00:27:33.000 It's always British, isn't it, folks? 1.00

00:27:36.000 Has been renewed a contract with the United States Surface Deployment and Distribution Command to provide Loading and unloading of military equipment at the Texas ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi through 2010, according to the Journal of Army Logisticians, if I'm pronouncing that right, almost 40% of the army cargo deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom flows through these two ports, and the ports will be regulated and controlled by Dubai World of the United Arab Emirates.

00:28:07.000 There it is, Lloyd's List and the Journal of Army Logisticians.

00:28:13.000 So, I guess the Journal of Logistics, to put it in layman's terms.

00:28:18.000 So there it is from the Army's own Journal of Army Logisticians and from Lloyd's List.

00:28:26.000 You see, that's where we learn all of this with these computer searches.

00:28:30.000 That's where we do this.

00:28:31.000 And you can, again, just do a CIA-Mozadek terrorism into Google and you'll get links to the CIA admitting our government carries out terror attacks to blame it on foreign enemies.

00:28:44.000 Hidden in plain view, right out in the open, and the media is ignoring all of this type of stuff.

00:28:49.000 All the stuff that's hidden in plain view.

00:28:52.000 The media isn't really talking about how an executive, one of the high-level executives for Europe and Latin America, I mean that's over half their operations according to these reports, will now be the head of the Maritime Administration.

00:29:05.000 This is horrible!

00:29:08.000 But instead we're running around going, the Arabs are going to nuke us! 1.00

00:29:11.000 The Arabs are going to get us! 1.00

00:29:12.000 We'll have Al Qaeda working for them at these ports! 1.00

00:29:15.000 Folks, it was in the Boston Globe years ago that 90% of the people at the Boston Logan Airport were foreigners.

00:29:24.000 And that, what, 47% of them were illegal aliens, most of them Arabs.

00:29:27.000 I mean, you gotta love it when the illegal alien Arab is shaking down the old World War II bit with the oxygen tank. 1.00

00:29:34.000 But that's America.

00:29:35.000 Look, they control the terrorism.

00:29:37.000 They're not worried about terrorism.

00:29:39.000 They're not worried about open borders because they know there's not a real threat.

00:29:41.000 In fact, they want there to be a threat.

00:29:43.000 They have to manufacture it.

00:29:46.000 Oh, there's masses of more news coming up.

00:29:48.000 You'll want to stay with us.

00:29:49.000 It's just, there's so much.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:32:59.000 By the way, the reason Jack McClan is joining us is because the reason Jack McClan is joining us is because a lady very near and dear to him, who I personally know, over many years over the telephone with her, didn't jump and do everything they said in a jury trial when she was on the jury. didn't

00:33:32.000 So she's been arrested.

00:33:35.000 and And this is very akin to what happened in Kentucky with Kelly Rushing, one of our listeners.

00:33:43.000 There was another case where in Tennessee, What, two years ago, where the upstanding member of the community put up a sign in front of his yard, a year and a half after his divorce, saying, our court system is a joke.

00:34:02.000 And the judge didn't even say his name.

00:34:04.000 This was in the Associated Press.

00:34:05.000 We have photos and video clips, local newscasts about it.

00:34:08.000 The judge thought he was God.

00:34:10.000 He didn't know that the martial law hadn't quite been declared yet.

00:34:13.000 And then, don't worry, you'll get to be like that soon.

00:34:16.000 Don't worry, you'll be able to arrest us all for our speech.

00:34:18.000 But they messed with the wrong guy.

00:34:20.000 He's one of the big business owners in town, small town.

00:34:24.000 And he put a sign up in his yard saying, our court system's a joke.

00:34:26.000 In fact, it was even outside the judge's jurisdiction.

00:34:28.000 It was in the county.

00:34:30.000 And this city judge just said, arrest him.

00:34:33.000 And they sent the police department out, and they went into his house, and they drug him out in handcuffs, and the cops apologized.

00:34:39.000 They said, look, we've been ordered to do this.

00:34:41.000 Well, what's wrong with you?

00:34:42.000 If the judge ordered you to run off a cliff, that's the old saying.

00:34:45.000 When I was a kid, I'd go, everybody else is doing it.

00:34:47.000 Well, everybody else is doing it.

00:34:48.000 Would you go run off a cliff?

00:34:50.000 If somebody ordered you to jump into a meat grinder, would you do it?

00:34:54.000 And of course the judge, last time I saw, was in deep trouble with the state and had a judicial review opened on him and was about to be removed.

00:35:03.000 I've never followed it up.

00:35:04.000 You know, I should get that guy back on.

00:35:07.000 And I should follow that back up.

00:35:09.000 In fact, I know Ryan Slick Eisen and Kevin Smith are listening in there.

00:35:12.000 Guys, go pull those articles back up, because every time I make that claim, people don't believe it.

00:35:16.000 Repost the Kelly Rushing story where he gave them a Ron Paul video, one of my videos, and they arrested him saying it was terrorism.

00:35:22.000 I haven't talked to the judge.

00:35:23.000 I called the judge at home and I said, sir, are you trying to put this guy in prison for two years for calling it a terroristic threat to give somebody a congressional speech?

00:35:33.000 And the judge said, I'm not going to talk about the case, but yes, sir.

00:35:37.000 You're not allowed to do that kind of thing! 1.00

00:35:39.000 Just go to Russia, you idiot! 1.00

00:35:42.000 And it was in a local paper, Kelly Rushing. 1.00

00:35:44.000 Again, Lyon County, Kentucky.

00:35:46.000 Very well known.

00:35:48.000 Very old family.

00:35:49.000 In the area.

00:35:50.000 Very well respected.

00:35:51.000 Business owners.

00:35:52.000 Christians. 0.51

00:35:53.000 The Baptist Church.

00:35:54.000 The whole nine yards.

00:35:55.000 Officer, I'd like to give you this tape.

00:35:58.000 We need to get Kelly back on.

00:35:59.000 The officer, okay, I'll watch it.

00:36:01.000 Next day pulls him over and he goes, get up and gets a car.

00:36:03.000 You're going to jail.

00:36:05.000 You threatened me with that video.

00:36:05.000 What have I done?

00:36:08.000 And the video was Ron Paul.

00:36:09.000 And they were charging him according to the Ron Paul speech.

00:36:11.000 Imagine the C-Span.

00:36:12.000 It's a type of C-Span, folks.

00:36:14.000 Again, I'm not joking around here.

00:36:17.000 This isn't a joke.

00:36:17.000 Okay?

00:36:18.000 This isn't a game.

00:36:20.000 This is the real deal.

00:36:22.000 This is happening.

00:36:23.000 And there's so many articles where judges will say, You didn't answer my questions.

00:36:28.000 Every week I see articles, federal, state, and local, where a judge will call you in and go, I want you to answer my questions.

00:36:34.000 And, literally, The person being charged, the defendant will say, I am taking the Fifth Amendment.

00:36:41.000 Or their lawyer will.

00:36:42.000 The judge will say, put him in jail.

00:36:44.000 And there are people who have spent years in jail for petty issues.

00:36:50.000 I mean, they could be in there for something where you can't even get jail time before the judge.

00:36:54.000 And they'll still spend years in jail because they go, I am invoking my Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.

00:37:01.000 In fact, where's my pocket Constitution here?

00:37:03.000 I had it here in front of me.

00:37:05.000 I ought to read the Fifth Amendment. 0.64

00:37:07.000 on air to people because it's so important and it really codifies what we're facing as a society.

00:37:17.000 Fifth Amendment.

00:37:18.000 No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment of indictment of a grand jury except in cases arising in land or naval forces or in the militia or in an actual service in time of war.

00:37:32.000 That's why they use the quote we're in a war to get the martial law going.

00:37:35.000 Well, the Supreme Court just said last year we don't have to even give you just compensation.

00:37:38.000 It doesn't even have to be the government.

00:37:40.000 to be tried twice in double jeopardy of life and land.

00:37:43.000 They do that all the time.

00:37:45.000 Nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

00:37:58.000 Well, the Supreme Court just said last year we don't have to even give you just compensation.

00:38:02.000 It doesn't even have to be the government.

00:38:03.000 It's your private interest once your land will take it.

00:38:06.000 So, - Well.

00:38:07.000 So understand what's happening with Jack McClam.

00:38:09.000 That's coming up in the third hour.

00:38:11.000 It's classic.

00:38:12.000 It's par for the course.

00:38:13.000 It's what we see across the board.

00:38:16.000 What's happening to a member of Jack McClam's staff.

00:38:19.000 And he's been through such trials and tribulations, that means he's doing a good job.

00:38:23.000 I heard Jack yesterday on the radio.

00:38:25.000 here on the Genesis Network on Derry Brownfield, talk about how if God wants him to go to jail, if God wants him to minister in the presence.

00:38:34.000 I mean, I don't want to go to prison, but if they want to trump up charges, frame me, that's what God wants.

00:38:39.000 You know, when I pray, I just say, God, it's in your hands.

00:38:42.000 Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

00:38:46.000 I mean, it's really that simple.

00:38:47.000 Your will be done.

00:38:48.000 I don't ask God for things.

00:38:51.000 I don't.

00:38:52.000 I just say, God, please use me, and you do whatever you want.

00:38:55.000 And God can do whatever He wants to begin with, but God gives us free will.

00:38:58.000 We have to tell God that if He's really going to come into our lives, and I'm not trying to preach here, but I've experienced this.

00:39:05.000 You've got to just say, yes, I'm here.

00:39:07.000 Yes, I am your slave.

00:39:08.000 Yes, I am giving myself up.

00:39:10.000 I am giving up my free will.

00:39:13.000 Using your free will to give it up and to become a vessel.

00:39:17.000 And I just loved hearing Jack say that.

00:39:20.000 I mean, and I could tell he means it.

00:39:22.000 And if I have to die for freedom, if I have to be tortured, if I have to be killed, it's a blessing.

00:39:30.000 People say, what are you talking about?

00:39:32.000 There is no greater way to serve mankind and to serve God than to stand up against evil.

00:39:37.000 And I also know history.

00:39:38.000 When you stand up against evil, statistically, you're a lot safer than when you lay down to it.

00:39:42.000 You're not safe laying down, folks.

00:39:44.000 You're not safe staying in your houses and watching your television.

00:39:47.000 You're not safe watching American Idol.

00:39:48.000 You're not safe going, oh, I don't want to hear about that.

00:39:51.000 When people don't care, you get enslaved.

00:39:51.000 You're not safe.

00:39:53.000 When people stand up and fight, you live in freedom.

00:39:56.000 So we're taking the right course here, but I didn't mean to get off into that.

00:39:56.000 You see?

00:40:01.000 It's just that, because that's coming up in the third hour, it's just so outrageous The judge just said, go arrest that man.

00:40:10.000 He's got a sign saying our judicial system is a joke.

00:40:14.000 That's all it said, and I'm not going to put up with it.

00:40:17.000 And they went and arrested him, and he'd been in jail for, what, three days, if memory serves?

00:40:21.000 And then state judges heard about it, it was on the news, and they started calling the judge, and wrote him a letter, and had it hand-delivered by police, and said, what's wrong with you?

00:40:30.000 What you're doing is illegal!

00:40:31.000 You can't just say contempt of court when someone's not even in your court, and just run out and have the police arrest him!

00:40:39.000 That is Communist China, ladies and gentlemen! 0.84

00:40:42.000 By the way, one of the news reporters in China, in Tiananmen Square in the late 80s, who reported on the mass murder there, just got out after 16 years plus, and he's a wreck.

00:40:53.000 He's been tortured. 0.99

00:40:55.000 He's a jibbering fool. 1.00

00:40:57.000 And he's the lucky one. 1.00

00:40:59.000 They kill most of these people. 0.50

00:41:01.000 Oh, but let's give them all our ports, and give them our old bases, and give them the Panama Canal, but let's freak out about the United Arab Emirates. 1.00

00:41:08.000 Well, I'm freaking out about it because it's all part of our infrastructure.

00:41:12.000 Being sold off.

00:41:13.000 And you've got major conflicts of interest, to put it lightly, with the American administration being headed up by UAE's executive, and of course Snow, running a company making billions off deals with these people.

00:41:26.000 Let me just cover this Village Voice article?

00:41:30.000 If I cover this now, I may not have time to get into this story.

00:41:30.000 Well, I don't know.

00:41:38.000 Yeah, let me go ahead and just cover this first.

00:41:41.000 Frankly, again, three days ago, I read the big hit piece on myself and others in the Village Voice, and frankly, I mean again, people want me to comment when some internet blog tells lies about me.

00:41:53.000 Whole cloth frauds.

00:41:57.000 And I don't respond, because if I responded all day to attacks on myself and others, the whole show would be about that.

00:42:05.000 That's why so many shows are failures out there, so-called patriot shows, because it's just ninnying, self-centered babble-fest.

00:42:13.000 But this one's interesting just because of the claims they make.

00:42:18.000 So if I have time later, I'll cover it, but it's up on PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.com right now.

00:42:25.000 But looking at manufactured staged events, there have been arrests in Florida, arrests in Oregon, arrests in Washington, arrests in Texas, arrests in Illinois, arrests in Minnesota, arrests all over the place.

00:42:37.000 Hundreds of people, okay, hundreds of U.S.

00:42:41.000 citizens And many of them just disappear and are taken to what they call black world or black ops sites in the former Soviet Union, Georgia and other places, Prague, where they're tortured.

00:42:53.000 But the cases we know of, they've never had one single conviction.

00:42:58.000 When they do, a few cases taken to court, juries say, no way, this person's totally innocent, this is a joke.

00:43:03.000 And then the jurors are quoted in local journals saying, the government was involved, I can't believe it!

00:43:07.000 I can't believe what I heard in there!

00:43:09.000 Because it's the evidence, folks!

00:43:10.000 You can't put this stuff in court and have fair-minded people not come to the conclusion it's criminal elements of the government.

00:43:16.000 Because that's just the facts.

00:43:18.000 Okay, I'm real sorry to have to tell you, that's just the fact.

00:43:21.000 There's no weaseling around that.

00:43:22.000 Believe me, I wish it wasn't true.

00:43:27.000 So, continuing with this, Toledo area man arrested for terrorist activity.

00:43:33.000 And they've arrested these guys, and you read into the article, and it says that their trainer, their controller, who had military connections and couldn't quite stick with it, it'll come out in a few months, it always does, but the MO's clear, it's a government ob.

00:43:46.000 It's one of these Arab sheep-dipped, that's what they call it, special forces when you're, you know, quote, get out of special forces and they erase your history and then you become an op. 1.00

00:43:55.000 There's 5,000 plus of these that we know of, source Washington Post.

00:43:59.000 Washington Times, George Bush Sr.

00:44:01.000 brought in the Iraqi Republican Guard at the end of the last Gulf War.

00:44:04.000 He'd been trained here in the 80s in torture and espionage when Saddam was our ally. 0.53

00:44:08.000 They carried out the Oklahoma City bombing as operatives.

00:44:11.000 And it's pure genius by the globalists, because if they get caught then, they can just sell out their own officers, just like with 9-11, and say that it was just Arabs. 0.94

00:44:22.000 But continuing here, I'm digressing.

00:44:25.000 Well, you know, before I cover this, let me just give you some background.

00:44:29.000 In my film, Police State 2 The Takeover, released in 2000, six years ago, my second police state film, we spend about, I don't know, five, six minutes just on one little subject.

00:44:44.000 That's what my films do.

00:44:45.000 We cover a lot of different areas, give you wide spectrum analysis, because there's so much stuff that's admitted.

00:44:51.000 And I have family in Fort Worth.

00:44:52.000 I don't appreciate this.

00:44:54.000 I don't appreciate the government trying to kill, potentially, my family.

00:44:57.000 They won a Bombsteer Award in 1998 because the FBI couldn't find a Klan group in that area of Northeast Texas.

00:45:06.000 Couldn't find them.

00:45:07.000 And this was all admitted in the court filings, and this all came out in court.

00:45:11.000 Couldn't find a Klan group, thank God. 0.99

00:45:15.000 And so the FBI went out, and it's always the same. 1.00

00:45:18.000 They found Welfare, white trash, and I'm not saying you're white trash and you live in a trailer, folks. 1.00

00:45:25.000 It's just they were trashed and happened to live in a trailer park. 1.00

00:45:29.000 I think trailers are great.

00:45:30.000 It built this country in many respects 50, 60 years ago when they got popular.

00:45:35.000 So again, I don't want to get into a debate about that.

00:45:36.000 The point is, they go to the trailer park.

00:45:38.000 That's where it was. 0.98

00:45:39.000 And this FBI informant and other FBI agents spend three years Getting these two trailers next door to each other to declare themselves Supreme Grand Dragons, and the FBI informant and the agents try to get them to say they're going to blow up the chemical plant, but they're so dumb they can't.

00:45:58.000 And literally the descriptions of these people. 0.88

00:45:59.000 They have no teeth in many cases.

00:46:01.000 There's only like six of them.

00:46:03.000 And again, it's all in the film.

00:46:06.000 It's like three guys and their wives and one guy's girlfriend.

00:46:09.000 So I guess it's more than six.

00:46:10.000 It's like seven people.

00:46:12.000 And they just drive around, they talk about how they're going to rob banks, how they'll take over the White House, how they're going to be world rulers.

00:46:18.000 I mean, literally, it's delusional drunk talk.

00:46:20.000 And they don't even have money to buy guns, so the FBI buys them guns and then they take them out and they put black powder in a bottle and blow it up out in a field and talk about how it's their bomb.

00:46:32.000 And of course, the FBI guy goes, let's videotape it, because it's just like the Viper Militia.

00:46:37.000 They go get a meth-dealing biker gang You know, out west to just say they're a militia, then they bust them with guns and methamphetamine.

00:46:45.000 The FBI sold them.

00:46:46.000 See, it's over and over and over and over again.

00:46:49.000 In my first rodeo, I've seen this over and over again.

00:46:53.000 And so they go out.

00:46:54.000 This is all in Texas Monthly.

00:46:55.000 I mean, they won the first place Bombsteer Award.

00:46:57.000 Big insult.

00:46:59.000 Big deal in Texas.

00:47:01.000 And so all of this goes on, all of this happens, and So they go in there, and after three years they can't get him to attack anything.

00:47:12.000 Every time he goes, let's go attack. 0.96

00:47:13.000 And he's saying, it's all recorded, let's go kill cops. 1.00

00:47:17.000 Let's go drink some whiskey, you'll kill them later. 1.00

00:47:20.000 Just harmless, toothless, ne'er-do-wells, okay? 0.99

00:47:22.000 Literally. 1.00

00:47:24.000 Low-grade morons. 1.00

00:47:26.000 And they go and they get him. 1.00

00:47:29.000 And then they bust him and it's big national news, a massive plant, a chemical plant, a huge mechanized force of incredible Klan members working with Muslims, totally deadly. 0.97

00:47:39.000 Then it all comes out, it's fake, it's staged, it's total lie.

00:47:42.000 Now I can talk for hours about this.

00:47:44.000 I can go on forever about this.

00:47:47.000 It never ends.

00:47:50.000 It never stops.

00:47:51.000 There are so many, and it's the same thing with the Arabs. 1.00

00:47:55.000 They bust them, they're planning to do all this, and then you find out, they were at the bar.

00:48:01.000 The informant had been living with them for a year. 0.96

00:48:04.000 He finally got them to say, when they were drunk, okay, let's go shoot some people. 0.91

00:48:08.000 Yeah, let's blow some stuff up. 1.00

00:48:10.000 They get you to shoot your mouth off. 0.98

00:48:11.000 And folks, I've had cops come up to me and do this so many times. 0.98

00:48:14.000 And they quit doing it, and I'll blow up at them and go, okay, you're a cop!

00:48:17.000 Get out of here, get cameras!

00:48:19.000 I mean, I've got video of this stuff happening.

00:48:23.000 This is criminal!

00:48:24.000 This isn't just entrapment like where the, where the, where cops say in Seattle bars, they now own a whole bunch of the bars, then the cops do the bust, you control the bars, it's mafia tactics.

00:48:34.000 They will, cops will sell people cocaine in your restroom. 1.00

00:48:37.000 In nice upscale bars and restaurants, and then because they sold somebody a little bag of cocaine or a small crack rock, in your bathroom they take your establishment because the judge is involved.

00:48:48.000 That's been in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Seattle Times.

00:48:52.000 Big scandal there.

00:48:54.000 But the cops don't care.

00:48:55.000 They're now a mafia.

00:48:56.000 They're just getting everything.

00:48:58.000 It's great!

00:48:58.000 I think I shouldn't give cops in Texas listening around the country, in Florida and other areas, I guess I shouldn't give you ideas.

00:49:06.000 And again, this is all admitted.

00:49:07.000 This is not my opinion.

00:49:10.000 So then I see this article yesterday.

00:49:13.000 Toledo area man arrested for terrorist activity.

00:49:16.000 A federal grand jury has indicted three Toledo area men for terrorist activities.

00:49:20.000 Prosecutors say the three men conspired to wage a holy war against the United States and coalition forces in the Middle East.

00:49:26.000 The incident was unsealed Monday.

00:49:29.000 The U.S.

00:49:29.000 Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez is expected to release more details in the news conference.

00:49:33.000 And it goes on.

00:49:34.000 According to the indictment from the U.S.

00:49:36.000 Attorney's Office, the suspects are, and it goes on to list their names, in the Toledo area, Muslims.

00:49:42.000 And it goes on to say that the indictment also names an unidentified co-conspirator called The Trainer, who has U.S.

00:49:50.000 military background in security and bodyguard training.

00:49:54.000 In court, one of the indictment prosecutors said the three men met as many times and going back as far as November of 2004, the three reportedly conspired to recruit and train others for violent jihad against the United States forces and U.S.

00:50:08.000 allies in Iraq.

00:50:10.000 And then admits that he was the facilitator and the trainer.

00:50:13.000 It's always the same.

00:50:14.000 7-7 bombings.

00:50:15.000 There's just a SWAT guy on Terror List.

00:50:17.000 He's the mastermind of the bombing.

00:50:19.000 Local police want to get him.

00:50:20.000 MI6 says, no, he's our agent.

00:50:21.000 Leave him alone.

00:50:22.000 I had John Lopp, this former head of counter-terrorism for the FBI on this show, to say, yes, looks like the British are behind the bombings.

00:50:31.000 I mean, that isn't Alex Jones saying that.

00:50:34.000 It's always the same!

00:50:37.000 I mean, it's hard to have actual individuals by themselves motivated to carry out bombings and shootings and killings.

00:50:44.000 This stuff just doesn't pop up organically. 0.99

00:50:47.000 There's squads of Arab-speaking government agents out there trying to get Arabs and Muslims to shoot their mouths off. 1.00

00:50:53.000 You better not do it, Muslims! 1.00

00:50:55.000 You're going to jail. 0.98

00:50:56.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

00:52:03.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones introducing you to the new Berkey PF2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements for exclusive use with the Berkey Lights Black Berkey Purification Elements.

00:52:14.000 The Berkey's PF2 simply screw onto the stem of the Black Berkey Purification Element. 0.62

00:52:19.000 When used, water flows through the purification elements where pathogenic bacteria, harmful chemicals, Radon-222, heavy metals, nitrates, foul taste and odors are separated from the water.

00:52:31.000 The water then flows through the PF2 elements, where fluoride, arsenic, and other residual heavy metal ions are separated.

00:58:46.000 Hello?

00:58:46.000 Big Brother.

00:58:46.000 seven seven three hundred seventy six forty five big brother mainstream media government cover-ups You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:15.000 Well, the last hour we gave you the news behind the news about the UAE deal and how it's a total conflict of interest with Snow involved.

00:59:24.000 And they're going to make the head of Europe and Latin American operations for Dubai Ports World, the head of the Maritime Administration.

00:59:34.000 This is unbelievable.

00:59:35.000 And of course the media is not focusing in on the real meat and potatoes of this infrastructure transfer.

00:59:40.000 More of that is coming up later. 0.98

00:59:42.000 And more on how they love to have provocateurs go out and get Muslims to shoot their mouths off at bars and talk about terrorism. 0.68

00:59:48.000 And in every case, in every case I've seen, turns out to be a Fed provocateuring them. 0.96

00:59:52.000 This is an entrapment.

00:59:54.000 And it's just so they can have headlines that, oh, the terrorists are about to get us any minute.

00:59:58.000 Bob Woodward has said that we're going to have martial law on the police state and a dictator.

01:00:02.000 Pulled the San Antonio Express news of that.

01:00:04.000 And I want to get more into that today.

01:00:06.000 It's all coming up.

01:00:08.000 For this hour, we are really honored to be joined by a colleague of Paul Craig Roberts and of Ron Paul, both regular monthly guests for years here on this broadcast.

01:00:17.000 We've been interviewing Ron Paul for 12 years.

01:00:20.000 That's not true, 11 years the first time I interviewed him.

01:00:22.000 And his bio is 14 feet long.

01:00:24.000 He's an amazing individual.

01:00:25.000 His new book is out, Imposter, How George Bush Bankrupted America and betrayed the Reagan legacy.

01:00:32.000 And he joins us.

01:00:35.000 Bruce, I mean, I can cover your bio, but I mean, what do you think we should tell folks about you instead of reading five pages?

01:00:43.000 Well, in light of your introduction, I would mention that the first major job I ever had out of college was working for Ron Paul when he was elected to Congress back in 1976.

01:00:51.000 And after Ron was defeated, I went to work for Jack Kemp, where I replaced Paul Craig Roberts on the staff.

01:01:02.000 So I've known both of those men for 30 years or more.

01:01:06.000 Well, there's no better endorsement than that.

01:01:08.000 Those are two of my favorite people who have been exposing what's happening.

01:01:11.000 We're going to break here in a moment.

01:01:12.000 I want to come back and recap a lot of what we said, but why did you decide to start going public and criticizing what's happening with Bush?

01:01:20.000 Well, I just think he's really gotten the Republican Party off onto the wrong track.

01:01:24.000 And as his presidency runs out and the Republicans have to choose a new leader to run for president in 2008, I think we need to have a reassessment of the legacy of Bushism and ask ourselves, do we want to continue this or do we want to go in a different direction or hopefully go back to the roots of the party and find another Reaganite who can get us back on the right track?

01:01:53.000 Ron Paul, three years ago, gave a 45-minute speech titled, Neocon'd, and he laid out just the traitorous nature of these neocons, or bunch of Trotskyites.

01:02:05.000 Well, one of the things I did in this book, to try to make it as accessible as possible, is to stay away from the really hot-button issues like Iraq, and social issues, and things like that, and I'm an economist, so I concentrated just on economic policy.

01:02:22.000 And that's where I really think that the worst, at least from my point of view, where he has done the most harm in terms of going against the Reagan philosophy of increasing government spending rather than cutting it.

01:02:36.000 And for me personally, the Medicare drug benefit was The line in the sand where I think we just made a really, really serious mistake.

01:02:47.000 Well, you're right.

01:02:48.000 I mean, they can try to make it partisan and claim, oh, you're with the Democrats if you're against Bush on his pro-gun control stance or his open border stance, but there's no debating the fact that he spent more money than all presidents before him combined.

01:03:01.000 Well, that's right.

01:03:02.000 I tried to ask myself, what is the one thing, the one unifying principle That every person who considers themselves to be a conservative or right-of-center in this country, and it seems to me that it's your philosophy of government.

01:03:16.000 Are you for big government or are you for small government?

01:03:19.000 And I think all conservatives basically are united around, at least in theory, the idea that we ought to have the smallest government we can get away with.

01:03:27.000 And Bush calls himself a big government conservative, and I think that's a contradiction in terms.

01:03:32.000 I agree with you.

01:03:34.000 Bruce Bartlett is our guest.

01:03:35.000 Impostor.

01:03:36.000 We'll come back, tell you more about him and his book, and then let him, as an economist, chronicle how Bush is 180 degrees from what you call, I guess, Paleolithic, more ancient conservatism.

01:03:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:03:49.000 Stay with us.

01:03:53.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:06:51.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:06:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:59.000 Okay, so we've got one of the great granddaddies of Reaganomics, love it or hate it, on with us, a colleague of Paul Craig Roberts' Dr. Roberts is a routine guest with us.

01:07:12.000 Of course, he first got involved in government working for Congressman Ron Paul back in 76, when the Congressman was first in Congress.

01:07:19.000 Bruce Bartlett is the author of Reaganomics, which was named one of the Wall Street Journal's best business books of the year of 1981 and 1980.

01:07:27.000 He was Executive Director of the Joint Economic Committee of Congress, and he later worked The Reagan White House, as the first Bush Treasury Department.

01:07:36.000 Bartlett writes a nationally syndicated newspaper column, and his work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Commentary, and other national publications.

01:07:45.000 He lives in Great Falls, Virginia.

01:07:48.000 And we've got links to his publisher, links to the book, the new book, Imposter.

01:07:53.000 Boy, is Bush an imposter.

01:07:55.000 How George W. Bush bankrupted America and betrayed the Reagan legacy.

01:07:59.000 And he joins us.

01:08:00.000 And for those stations that just got on board and missed that first five-minute segment, he doesn't focus in on Bush's gun-grabbing.

01:08:07.000 And again, Bob Barr told us a month ago, Bush is more anti-gun in actual action than Bill Clinton.

01:08:13.000 He doesn't get into the open borders.

01:08:15.000 He doesn't get into all the other things that make real conservatives or libertarians or freedom lovers hate Bush.

01:08:20.000 He just focuses on the economics.

01:08:23.000 And so we're going to go over this.

01:08:25.000 And remember, Bush has spent, in only six years in office, more money than all presidents before him combined.

01:08:34.000 On average, he doubled the size of federal agencies.

01:08:37.000 I mean, they grew at about, what, 15% a year under Bill Clinton, some of the biggest socialist bureaucracies now.

01:08:43.000 Doubling, doubling the size of the BATF, doubling the size of all the human services.

01:08:49.000 I mean, this is insane.

01:08:51.000 But again, it's all sweetheart deals and contracts to his buddies.

01:08:54.000 Going to our guest, Bruce Bartlett.

01:08:57.000 Mr. Bartlett, I mean, just kind of recap it for us.

01:09:00.000 You wrote this book.

01:09:01.000 Why?

01:09:02.000 And then let's go over the real record of George Bush and why you call George Bush Jr.

01:09:07.000 an imposter.

01:09:09.000 Well, I think the genesis of the book started on November 22, 2003, which you may recall was the day of the infamous three-hour vote in the House of Representatives, when the President and his allies, Tom DeLay and others, brought to bear enormous political pressure.

01:09:29.000 On Republicans in Congress, conservatives particularly, to support this massive increase in Medicare spending.

01:09:36.000 And up until that time, you can check the record, I was generally pretty supportive of everything the President did.

01:09:42.000 And that really was like a cold slap in the face.

01:09:48.000 I suddenly realized that this guy ain't one of us, speaking as a traditional mainstream movement conservative.

01:09:59.000 And after that I began questioning more and more the things Bush was doing, and I started writing more and more critical things about him in my columns and things like that.

01:10:10.000 And this sort of culminated in an infamous interview that I gave to the New York Times in their magazine just before the election, that you may recall.

01:10:20.000 But anyway, after that I was, you know, Chastised by my former employers, a think tank up in Dallas, and after that I decided that I needed to express my views more fully, and I started writing the book just about a year ago, in February of 2005, and it's just been published this week.

01:10:43.000 And things are just getting more and more insane.

01:10:45.000 Let's talk about, just up front, Bush has spent more money, and it's accelerating every day, than all presidents combined.

01:10:53.000 Can you break that down for us?

01:10:55.000 I don't have those figures in front of me, but I did do a calculation a couple of weeks ago that you might find of interest.

01:11:02.000 I went through official government reports, something called the Financial Report of the United States Government, which is published by the Treasury every year.

01:11:10.000 And it calculates the total government debt, not just what we call the national debt, but all this off-budget debt, this implicit debt for things like future benefits for Social Security, Medicare, and things like that.

01:11:22.000 And if you compare the last one of those reports in the Clinton years and the most recent one that's been published as of September 30 last year, there's been an increase in debt under President Bush of $20 trillion.

01:11:38.000 Now, that's obviously an increase in debt, again, you know, many times greater than that existed in previous history.

01:11:47.000 I mean, you were in Dallas.

01:11:49.000 I'm sure you saw that big Economic Think Tank report in the Dallas Morning News two and a half years ago, where they said the real national debt for future expenditures and things we'd already signed on to was at, what, $43 trillion?

01:12:04.000 Yeah, well, it depends on how you count the numbers.

01:12:06.000 I think that was Scott Burns, if I'm not mistaken.

01:12:09.000 But you're saying another $20 trillion on top?

01:12:12.000 Since 2001, or 2000.

01:12:14.000 So, I mean, the last time I looked up the numbers, including the Medicare drug benefit, the unfunded liability of Medicare was $68 trillion.

01:12:27.000 And the unfunded liability of Social Security is about $11 trillion.

01:12:33.000 So we're talking about $80 trillion of unfunded future debts that are already on the books that will have to be paid for just those two programs of $80 trillion.

01:12:44.000 And then of course you have other debts on top of that as well for just the treasury bonds that are out there that we call the national debt.

01:12:53.000 And so we have those unfunded commitments that just balloon and balloon.

01:12:57.000 Then we have the dollar being somewhat devalued.

01:12:59.000 What about the neocon listener right now who just thinks it's impossible, we must be Soviet agents and we're saying Bush isn't God incarnate.

01:13:07.000 They go, it's the war, that's why we're spending more.

01:13:10.000 But then I look at the numbers, the war is a small part of total spending increases.

01:13:15.000 That's right.

01:13:15.000 But it's going to get bigger in the future, of course.

01:13:19.000 But what I would say to the neocons who have been saying for some time that, look, everything you're saying is right, but the war on terror is so important that it just doesn't really matter.

01:13:30.000 We just can't be bothered with these trivial problems on the domestic side.

01:13:34.000 We've got to deal with this threat.

01:13:36.000 Well, I would ask them, what do they think about the ports business, you say?

01:13:40.000 Because that, it seems to me, is illustrative of the problems I'm talking about in my book, where they have, clearly, an utterly dysfunctional policy development process.

01:13:52.000 I mean, it's just beyond my comprehension.

01:13:54.000 Leaving aside the substance, let's just talk about the politics.

01:14:00.000 How could anybody who works in politics, who works in the White House or the Treasury Department or anyplace else, Look at this deal and not say, oh my God, you know what's going to hit the fan when this comes out.

01:14:12.000 We better find some way to at least...

01:14:14.000 Deal with the political consequences.

01:14:17.000 Well, yeah, we were already in trouble financially and probably going to be bankrupt six years ago, but instead it's been likened to looting or when you poison cockroaches, they start fornicating before they die.

01:14:27.000 I mean, it seems like there's just a mad stripping the ship before it goes under.

01:14:32.000 I mean, I mean, do you see that they're just like wild eyed foaming at the mouth, greedily grabbing everything?

01:14:38.000 The foreigners, you mean?

01:14:40.000 Not just that, but the corporate interest controlling the Bush administration, and all the sweetheart deals and contracts, the spending!

01:14:46.000 It's like somebody who knows they're going bankrupt, so they're just going to jack up the bills as high as possible.

01:14:52.000 Well, look, one of the things that I think is behind this Ports deal is the fact that we've had this massive trade deficit for the last several years, and so the foreigners are sitting on all of these dollars, okay?

01:15:06.000 Now, they have to be able to buy something with those dollars, or they're going to get rid of them, and the dollar will crash.

01:15:11.000 In fact, that's now coming out in some mainstream columns, that this is Cheney that wants this port deal, and that's only a small part of it.

01:15:17.000 Is that why Spanish company Centra is being given almost every major road in Texas?

01:15:23.000 I'm not familiar with that, but I do know that if you're a foreigner and you're holding dollars, if you're not interested in buying American goods and services, then you have to be able to buy American assets.

01:15:36.000 And if we tell the UAE, we're not going to allow you to buy this port deal, then I think a lot of foreigners are going to say to themselves, well, gee, if we're not going to be able to buy American assets, then what do we need these dollars for?

01:15:53.000 So I think what their main concern is, is maintaining the value of the dollar so that there isn't a run on the dollar as people unload all of their dollar-denominated assets.

01:16:05.000 And if foreign currencies and dollarized currencies, and you've got the doctorate in economics, I'm trying to understand this, if that starts flowing back into the country, I mean, we're going to see the entire infrastructure being bought off.

01:16:20.000 Well, the alternative, unfortunately, is worse, which is that people start selling their dollars and buying yen, or Deutsche Marks, or Euros, or whatever, And the dollar will suddenly fall very precipitously.

01:16:37.000 But this is what we always saw with Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Nigeria, and all these third world countries where they're totally bankrupt and foreign interest is coming in and buying everything up.

01:16:48.000 Well, if you've been talking to Paul Craig Roberts, then you know his theories about all this, that that's exactly what is in the cards.

01:16:56.000 And even, you know, many liberals such as Paul Craig, I'm sorry, Paul Krugman, Or saying somewhat the same thing.

01:17:03.000 It's something that I'm very concerned about and I think that there's a fragility to the international financial system where even the smallest interruption in the flow of capital could have major repercussions on the domestic market and really put us into a financial crisis overnight.

01:17:25.000 Because our economy isn't manufacturing or value-added products now, it's just juggling a fiat currency.

01:17:32.000 Well, that's right.

01:17:33.000 And why foreigners have been so eager to buy dollars. 0.97

01:17:39.000 I mean, one of the reasons why we've had the problems we've had over the last few years is that it seemed as if we could have our cake and eat it too.

01:17:48.000 That is, we've been running up large government deficits And historically, the constraint on our ability to have deficits is that if you borrow more and more on Wall Street, it causes interest rates to go up.

01:18:03.000 And at some point that becomes a constraint, a political and economic constraint on borrowing.

01:18:09.000 But what we've had is the Chinese, Who want to keep their currency low, and so they buy dollars to keep the value of their currency down and our currency up. 1.00

01:18:22.000 And the way they do this is by buying Treasury securities.

01:18:25.000 So they've been, in effect, buying our national debt.

01:18:28.000 And they've been buying control of that, correct?

01:18:30.000 Well, it's not so much control as the fact that they've been allowing us to have a free lunch.

01:18:38.000 That we shouldn't have been allowed to have in terms of being able to run up huge government deficits.

01:18:43.000 But that does give them incredible leverage over us.

01:18:45.000 Well, it's a two-way street.

01:18:48.000 I agree.

01:18:48.000 Stay there, Mr. Bartlett.

01:20:53.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Element. 0.80

01:20:57.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

01:21:01.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in minutes.

01:21:05.000 Black Berkey Replacement Elements are so powerful they remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, parasites to non-detectable levels.

01:21:12.000 The trihalomethanes and volatile organic chemicals such as atrazine, styrene, chloroform, and MTBE are removed below detectable limits.

01:21:20.000 Black Berkey Filter Elements also reduce nitrates and unwanted metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum.

01:21:25.000 Yet the Black Berkey Filter Elements leave in the nutritional minerals that your body needs.

01:21:29.000 And the Black Berkey Filters are reclaimable. 1.00

01:21:52.000 Hey folks, this is Ted Anderson.

01:21:54.000 You've all heard me on the radio talking about the importance of investing in precious metals.

01:21:59.000 I feel it's time for me to talk about the importance of investing in your health.

01:22:03.000 I was presented with the opportunity to try Tri-Vibes from TriVortex.

01:22:06.000 I was a bit hesitant of the idea of absorbing vitamins by wearing them rather than ingesting them.

01:22:12.000 After conducting one of the tests found at TriVortex.com, I was convinced that the product might actually work.

01:22:18.000 I now wear my TriVibes bands daily, and I'm feeling better than ever.

01:22:22.000 Not only physically, but also mentally.

01:22:24.000 TriVortex also offers amazingly beneficial and beautiful jewelry worn by the women around the office daily.

01:22:42.000 Or call my friend Brian at 619-884-1455.

01:22:44.000 That's 619-884-1455.

01:22:44.000 619-884-1455.

01:22:47.000 That's 619-884-1455.

01:22:50.000 We don't need no education.

01:22:57.000 We don't need no force control.

01:23:06.000 All right.

01:23:08.000 All right, going back to our guest, Bruce Bartlett, the book imposter, how George W. Bush bankrupted America, betrayed the Reagan legacy.

01:23:16.000 I want to get the difference between Reaganomics, the book he wrote in 1981, I mean, literally, and then what Bush is doing.

01:23:24.000 But the Democrats really love Bush.

01:23:26.000 When you talk about Congress, they outvote Republicans a lot of times.

01:23:29.000 He hasn't seen a bill he hasn't signed.

01:23:31.000 I think Bush has vetoed one spending bill.

01:23:33.000 No.

01:23:34.000 None.

01:23:35.000 Zero.

01:23:35.000 Wasn't there one little bill about a year ago he vetoed?

01:23:39.000 Nope.

01:23:39.000 Zero.

01:23:39.000 So there's not even one?

01:23:41.000 Nope.

01:23:41.000 He's never issued one veto?

01:23:42.000 Not one.

01:23:43.000 You have to go back to John Quincy Adams to find a president who served a full term without vetoing a single bill.

01:23:52.000 And you have to go all the way back to Thomas Jefferson to find a president who served in office as long as this president has.

01:23:59.000 Without vetoing a single bill.

01:24:01.000 And of course Jefferson was our third president, so that's a pretty damn long time.

01:24:05.000 Well sir, I mean you talk about selling off to foreign interest.

01:24:09.000 From Indiana to Texas, a foreign Spanish company is just being seeded in secret deals, almost all the major state and local roads, for a pittance.

01:24:19.000 You talk about foreign investment coming back in.

01:24:21.000 German and Dutch companies are buying up.

01:24:23.000 They're the majority owners now in the aggregate.

01:24:28.000 By majority, they don't own 51%, but they're the biggest single owners, these two companies, of water districts.

01:24:34.000 I mean, everything's getting bought up.

01:24:36.000 Well, as I said earlier, I think that this is the inevitable consequence of a trade deficit that has put a lot of dollars into foreigners' hands, and they have to find something to buy with those assets.

01:24:50.000 And a lot of economists believe that the trade deficit is simply the flip side to the budget deficit.

01:24:57.000 That is, one, in effect, causes the other, because we don't have enough sufficient domestic saving to buy all those Treasury bonds that the Treasury is issuing, and foreigners have to, in effect, provide that financing.

01:25:11.000 And that inflow of capital, whether it goes into Treasury bonds directly or whether it goes into some other domestic investment, is, in effect, what's financing our national debt.

01:25:25.000 Why has Bush, when you talk to these people and you work with them, why are they accelerating the debt and the spending?

01:25:34.000 I know a lot of it's cronyism and crony capitalism and giving contracts to their buddies, but why?

01:25:40.000 Why we're already in such massive debt and we've got this trade deficit, why are they going off the deep end with the spending?

01:25:48.000 Well, there's a joke about why dogs do certain things that I could use to respond, and the answer is, because they can.

01:25:55.000 And I think that that's really what it boils down to.

01:25:58.000 Because of what we were talking about earlier, because the Chinese and Japanese and others have been so aggressive in buying Treasury securities, they've prevented the normal economic workings that would have caused interest rates to rise by now, Which would have put political and economic pressure on the Congress and the President. 0.90

01:26:21.000 To hold back on spend, or try to hold back on deficits.

01:26:25.000 Well, Mr. Bartlett, I'm sure you've read some of the Trilateral Commission founding documents, and this is exactly what they said they wanted to do.

01:26:32.000 You talk about Paul Craig Roberts, you know, he says it is an economic conspiracy, and we've got a lot of World Bank and IMF documents on this.

01:26:38.000 We've got the Joseph Stiglitz documents, where they wanted to set up a global economic atmosphere that was conducive for corporate takeovers.

01:26:49.000 Well, I do believe in free trade, and I do believe in the free mobility of capital, because it does go in both directions.

01:26:56.000 And there's an awful lot of U.S.

01:26:58.000 investments in foreign countries as well that offset the investments here.

01:27:03.000 But I'm just saying that as a matter of simple economics, if you're running a huge trade budget deficit, you're going to run a trade deficit.

01:27:11.000 And if you're going to run a trade deficit, you're going to have dollars in foreign hands that have to have some place to go.

01:27:18.000 And if they can't invest here, or they don't want to invest here, then they're going to unload those assets and buy assets in other countries.

01:27:26.000 But is it free trade to have a million, three hundred million Chinese, many of them at slave wages, many of them actually slaves in slave factories? 0.73

01:27:34.000 How is it free market to compete against slaves?

01:27:37.000 Well, I think you're mixing apples and oranges.

01:27:40.000 I mean, I think there are lots of problems with the Chinese situation, but what I'm Resistant to is the idea that we ought to be putting on tariffs or other restrictions on foreign imports.

01:27:53.000 Because for one thing, that's going to encourage other countries to put restrictions on our exports.

01:27:59.000 And the last time we did something along those lines, it was the smooth hauling tariff and that led to the Great Depression.

01:28:06.000 So I think we need to deal with these things Well, I would agree with you, but our balance of trade was much larger.

01:28:18.000 It wasn't so out of whack back in 1928, sir.

01:28:24.000 Well, that's true, but we still had a huge decline in the amount of exports.

01:28:30.000 I hear you.

01:28:32.000 Listen, a long segment coming up.

01:28:33.000 Plenty of time to get into details.

01:31:57.000 This show is documented.

01:31:59.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:32:03.000 I fell into a burning ring of fire.

01:32:06.000 I went down, down, down.

01:32:09.000 The sponsor on air doesn't mean I necessarily support it.

01:32:12.000 Some of the stuff I hear, unbelievable.

01:32:15.000 Our guest joins us, it's imposter. 0.99

01:32:18.000 How George W. Bush bankrupted America, betrayed the Reagan legacy.

01:32:22.000 He's Bruce Bartlett.

01:32:23.000 We'll take some of your calls.

01:32:24.000 Come on up here in about 5-10 minutes.

01:32:25.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:32:26.000 It's put out by Doubleday, and I haven't read the whole book yet, but I've read a lot of it, and it's really good ammo for your conservative friends and family that think a doubling and the size of the government is conservative.

01:32:38.000 And again, most of that is all these big socialist programs.

01:32:42.000 I want to get into the 2008 election and how serious that is, Mr. Bartlett.

01:32:48.000 But first, I want to get just more into the record of George Bush.

01:32:51.000 I don't think conservatives realize what he's done with federal agencies.

01:32:55.000 I mean, the new Freedom Initiative for Forced Psychological Testing and Drugging, national ID cards, all these federal agencies on average, again, doubling in size.

01:33:04.000 I mean, this is insane.

01:33:06.000 It's a total takeover by the government.

01:33:09.000 Well, it is true that there's been a huge increase in the total number of federal employees under Bush's watch.

01:33:17.000 But I'm, like I said before, I'm an economist.

01:33:21.000 I'm trying to stick to just the economic issues because I think that that's...

01:33:26.000 The one area where there just really isn't any serious disagreement among conservatives about what it means to be a conservative.

01:33:35.000 And I think this idea of compassionate conservatism or big government conservatism is just really a slap in the face to those of us who consider ourselves still to be Reaganites.

01:33:47.000 Now, Hillary Clinton had a big poll yesterday, and over two-thirds of Americans think she'll run for president, but only a third think she'll win. 0.81

01:33:55.000 I was talking to you during the break.

01:33:56.000 You disagree.

01:33:57.000 You think Hillary's probably going to be it. 0.92

01:33:59.000 Oh, I don't think there's any question that she'll get the Democratic nominee.

01:34:04.000 The main knock against her is not that people, the Democrats, don't agree with her philosophy or anything like that.

01:34:11.000 It's because they just don't think she can win.

01:34:14.000 But keep in mind that she is running for re-election to the Senate this year.

01:34:20.000 She has essentially no opposition in New York.

01:34:24.000 Two candidates on the Republican side have already dropped out, and I don't even think there's anybody even running for the Republican nomination at this point.

01:34:33.000 So she's going to win, probably with an 80% majority. 0.89

01:34:38.000 And I think when that happens, it's going to put to an end these concerns that Democrats have.

01:34:43.000 about her electability.

01:34:44.000 Now, conservatives see Democrats when they're corrupted for big government, but they can't see it when Bush is doing it.

01:34:49.000 And I see Democrats, if Hillary gets elected, suddenly thinking Patriot Act II is good, secret arrest is good, FEMA camps are good, big government's good.

01:34:58.000 We've got Republican congressmen saying that anti-war protesters are fifth column people that need to be arrested.

01:35:04.000 So there's this whole police state atmosphere.

01:35:06.000 Ron Paul has said on this broadcast a few weeks ago, he believes we could go into martial law of dictatorship.

01:35:12.000 All these powers that Bush is claiming he has, these imperial powers, I guess will be handed over to Hillary. 0.70

01:35:17.000 I guess all these conservatives are going to love that.

01:35:20.000 Well, I think that's one of the things people ought to be concerned about when they do anything that the government does.

01:35:26.000 Is it silly to assume that your own side is going to be in control indefinitely?

01:35:32.000 And you have to operate on the assumption that the other side will be back in control eventually.

01:35:38.000 And it is true that parties' attitudes about certain things do change when they get into office.

01:35:46.000 For example, Democrats thought the special counsel law was the greatest thing since sliced bread when they were indicting Republicans.

01:35:53.000 But as soon as the special counsel started to be used against Bill Clinton, they decided it was really a bad piece of legislation and it was allowed to expire.

01:36:01.000 Well, Democrats didn't care about the communist Chinese who threatened to nuke us routinely, getting the Panama Canal and the Long Beach Naval Base, but then now the UAE, they're freaking out, running around, pulling their hair out, doing good investigations. 0.98

01:36:13.000 Hey, I'm a constitutionalist.

01:36:15.000 See, I've got it easy.

01:36:16.000 I just stand with the Constitution, and that's my litmus test for any party.

01:36:21.000 Well, I think that that's the right way to do things, and I think the Democrats have hurt themselves with this, you know, swing one way when it's in your favor and go the other way when it's not.

01:36:32.000 But in terms of 2008, what I think Hillary's going to do is she'll be able to raise, let's face it, virtually unlimited sums of money. 0.94

01:36:42.000 She's going to have the best advisors that the Democratic Party's got, not the least of whom is her husband, Whatever else you think about him is a political genius, and I think he's going to guide her to a re-election this year that is going to frame the kinds of issues that she thinks is going to win for her in 2008.

01:37:02.000 So you think the surrogate son of the Bush family, who they vacation with and love, you think he'll help her?

01:37:10.000 Well, what do you think?

01:37:12.000 Isn't that sick of the Bushes and the worship fest with Clinton?

01:37:16.000 Well, I think if I were Bill Clinton, I would think that if I could put my wife in the White House, this would in effect be wiping the slate clean for all the things that happened on my watch, such as Lewinsky, that are a stain on my record. 0.96

01:37:34.000 So, I think he's going to move heaven and earth to get her elected.

01:37:38.000 And I think the idea of being the first, whatever we call the... We've never had anything except first ladies.

01:37:46.000 I guess he'll be the first gentleman.

01:37:48.000 Or I guess we can't call him that either.

01:37:50.000 And I think it appeals to his vanity and his ego.

01:37:55.000 What a nightmare.

01:37:56.000 Never getting rid of the Rhodes Scholar Bill Clinton.

01:37:59.000 Well, if we can't get rid of the Bushes, for Pete's sakes, why should the Clintons be treated any differently?

01:37:59.000 Never getting rid of that.

01:38:04.000 Yeah, what about Jeb?

01:38:05.000 First he said he wouldn't run for president.

01:38:07.000 Now he's saying, well, maybe.

01:38:09.000 Well, I think Jeb is a smart guy and not a fool, and I think he has to understand that 2008 isn't his year.

01:38:17.000 He'll probably wait another four or eight years.

01:38:20.000 Well, I think 2012 makes a lot more sense from his point of view, and that's one of the things that I criticize Bush in the book for, to get around to it, is the fact that he has not Anointed a successor who will be in a position to hold the White House for the Republicans.

01:38:38.000 Well, that's because, frankly, I think they're in league, and a lot of experts are saying, with the Clintons.

01:38:43.000 Well, I wouldn't go that far, but I do think that... No, really?

01:38:46.000 Well, what I would focus on here is Dick Cheney, who I think is, even by people like you, underappreciated in his influence on this President.

01:38:58.000 And I think he, under the President, I think he should have gotten rid of Cheney in 2004 to put into play.

01:39:07.000 But isn't Cheney really the president?

01:39:08.000 I mean, Bush has taken three hour naps.

01:39:11.000 I think Cheney is... I think Cheney and Bush are two sides of the same coin.

01:39:17.000 They complement each other's weaknesses.

01:39:19.000 So Cheney's like a co-president?

01:39:22.000 I think of it more as an enabler.

01:39:24.000 You know, it's like your kid is a drug addict May comes to you and says, you know, please give me some money for treatment.

01:39:31.000 You give them the money for the treatment, they go out and buy more drugs.

01:39:33.000 And they do this over and over and over again.

01:39:35.000 And I think that in many ways what Cheney does is allow Bush to pursue Things that he has bad instincts.

01:39:44.000 Well, a Fox News commentator was saying that Cheney needs to probably step down and to put somebody into position then for the springboard into the presidency.

01:39:53.000 Well, I've been hearing talk about that for a long time, but it seems a little too conspiratorial for me.

01:39:59.000 Does Dick Cheney live in Darth Vader's metal egg?

01:40:01.000 I mean, how does he stay alive after six heart attacks and all this?

01:40:06.000 I don't know.

01:40:06.000 I don't know how he stays in office after shooting people either.

01:40:11.000 And then lying about it.

01:40:12.000 I mean, clearly he shot him closer than 90 feet, 30 yards.

01:40:17.000 Clearly they kept the police out now.

01:40:18.000 He wasn't drinking now.

01:40:19.000 He was drinking.

01:40:20.000 I mean, yeah, he's lying.

01:40:22.000 Well, whatever happened in reality, it certainly showed incredibly poor political judgment to handle the release of the information the way they did.

01:40:33.000 And it shows an arrogance and contempt for the media and for the right of the people to know what their leaders are doing.

01:40:41.000 And anyway, my point is that I think it would have been very easy in 2004 for Cheney to step aside and for Bush to put somebody else in.

01:40:50.000 And I don't even know who that would be, but just somebody who would be in a position to replace him.

01:40:57.000 In 2008, and give the Republicans a better chance.

01:41:01.000 Let me ask you a question.

01:41:02.000 You think there's a... and then I want to take some calls, and I appreciate you joining us.

01:41:06.000 Do you think that's a real split when Brett Krokoff talks about Bush being a nut and the war being a joke, whenever even Senior makes little comments? 0.94

01:41:16.000 You know, this old guard, or when Colin Powell, Chief of Staff, goes public and says they're a bunch of crooks, basically. 0.94

01:41:22.000 I mean, what is all that about? 0.76

01:41:24.000 Well, I think that there's very...

01:41:27.000 We'll take a historian and a psychologist and lots of other people to figure out the relationship between the father and son, but clearly there's a split there, and clearly the father and many of the people around him, such as Brent Scowcroft, have been deeply disturbed by many of the things the son has done.

01:41:49.000 We'll figure that out someday.

01:41:51.000 I don't pretend to understand it now.

01:41:56.000 I'm mainly concerned about what we were talking about earlier in terms of Hillary Clinton being the Democratic nominee, and if she's running against a weak Republican opponent, then she's going to win.

01:42:08.000 And I'd really rather not have Hillary Clinton in the White House. 1.00

01:42:11.000 Well, I'll say this.

01:42:12.000 Frankly, if Hillary gets into office, conservatives will finally wake up, instead of just laying around, letting this whole NWO take over. 1.00

01:42:22.000 Well, that's maybe the bright spot.

01:42:25.000 I certainly wouldn't want to have to go through what we may have to go through for that to happen.

01:42:31.000 You talk about somebody trying to become a dictator. 0.93

01:42:33.000 I have no doubt that that witch wants to be a dictator. 1.00

01:42:36.000 Well, I don't know if she'll be a dictator, but undoubtedly she will pursue policy. 1.00

01:42:40.000 Certainly, you know, Bush has been declaring imperial executive rule from the peacock throne power.

01:42:49.000 I mean, all of his advisors and his lawyers and his signing statements, all of it.

01:42:54.000 I mean, this is scary.

01:42:56.000 Well, yes, but on the other hand, nobody except Bill Clinton could have given us Republican-controlled Congress, and maybe Hillary will bring about Getting the Republicans in Congress to go back to being what we had hoped they would be when they were elected first in 1994, to really be a constitutionalist and stand up for federalism and freedom and the other things that you and I are interested in.

01:43:23.000 Well, let's blast through some phone calls.

01:43:25.000 The book is Imposter, and it's by Bruce Bartlett, and it's put out by Doubleday.

01:43:30.000 It's hitting the stores right now.

01:43:32.000 Hey Alex, thank you.

01:43:32.000 go to Amazon.com, places like that.

01:43:34.000 Alex and Mast and Russell, Mark and Paul, that's all we'll have time for.

01:43:39.000 But Alex, go ahead.

01:43:41.000 You're on the air.

01:43:41.000 Hey, Alex.

01:43:42.000 Thank you.

01:43:43.000 I wanted to ask you, I was watching your interview with Gary Busey today in Malibu, and I was wondering if he told you what he saw on the other side.

01:43:51.000 Okay.

01:43:53.000 You know what?

01:43:53.000 I'm going to put you on hold, and I'll come back to you a little bit later.

01:43:55.000 I did that TV interview with Gary Busey and it was interesting and the answer is no, he didn't.

01:44:01.000 Russell, Russell in Austin, Texas.

01:44:03.000 Go ahead, you're on the air, Russell.

01:44:05.000 Okay, thanks.

01:44:06.000 I'd just like to ask Mr. Bartlett a couple of questions about his trade policy.

01:44:10.000 He said that he believes in free trade because otherwise countries would Slap us with tariffs, but doesn't China have a 30% tariff on our goods coming in right now anyway?

01:44:20.000 They even have a higher in some cases.

01:44:21.000 Yeah, this isn't free trade.

01:44:23.000 I mean, these agreements are 10,000 pages long in many cases, sir.

01:44:27.000 Well, I don't think if your enemy is doing something that hurts himself that we should hurt ourselves, too.

01:44:33.000 But doesn't it destroy American manufacturing?

01:44:35.000 China's got a 12% growth rate.

01:44:37.000 I mean, they're hurting themselves?

01:44:38.000 - Doesn't it destroy American manufacturing when you let them sell us goods made by slave labor and put Americans out of work? - Well, I think that I believe in free trade for the same reason that I believe in a free market.

01:44:55.000 I think if you want to sell something to people in New York... But what he's saying, sir, is free trade is where they don't have tariffs that are bigger than ours.

01:45:02.000 I don't think one has anything to do with the other.

01:45:04.000 I think that free trade So it's not just slave labor, it's not just a weaker currency.

01:45:13.000 On top of it, it's okay for them to have high tariffs and it's free trade.

01:45:17.000 I thought free trade was both sides just saying, we're going to be free.

01:45:21.000 No, I mean, obviously it would be in our interest as well as the Chinese interest for them to have free trade as well.

01:45:28.000 But it doesn't follow that if they don't have free trade, then we shouldn't have free trade either.

01:45:35.000 I think that it's in our interest to allow for the free importation of all goods from any country, because that's what's in the best interest of the consumer.

01:45:44.000 Do you come from the Keynesian school, the Austrian school, and what school of economics do you follow?

01:45:49.000 Well, I don't know any school of economics that doesn't favor free trade.

01:45:53.000 Uh, at least in principle.

01:45:55.000 And I think that we ought to be pursuing that, uh, because I think what we want to do is hold down the prices of goods for our consumers.

01:46:02.000 Well, what I'm saying, sir, is that it increases the standard of living of our people.

01:46:05.000 I don't think it's free trade.

01:46:06.000 I think free trade's where both sides don't have tariffs.

01:46:09.000 Well, you're simply defining the term differently than it exists in economics.

01:46:13.000 Well, I think it's been... I mean, our country had record growth under tariffs, and, you know, 10% growth a year until we got into all this, quote, you know, modern mumbo-jumbo.

01:46:25.000 And all I can say about this, and I'll let the caller go because I want to move on to some others, and then I'll let you comment on this, Mr. Bartlett, is that I mean, let's take the millions of Americans in private prisons working for 20 cents an hour, building things that are displacing American workers.

01:46:41.000 Now, it isn't free trade when you've got government-subsidized prisons with a private factory on the back of them, where I'm competing against people working for 20 cents an hour.

01:46:50.000 Look, if you put on restrictions on foreign imports, it's going to raise the prices of the goods that people have to buy.

01:46:56.000 But I'm asking, is that free trade when I compete against a prisoner?

01:46:58.000 That's going to reduce the standard of living. 0.99

01:47:00.000 But when I compete against a prisoner, sir, is that free trade?

01:47:05.000 Yeah, you're just defining the terms to mean something different than what they mean.

01:47:11.000 No, no, no.

01:47:12.000 See, this is 1984!

01:47:15.000 I'm just saying, I don't pay for tariffs or restrictions on the imports of anything from anybody.

01:47:22.000 And it doesn't matter to me.

01:47:24.000 I do not care if something is made by slave labor or made by highly paid unionized workers.

01:47:30.000 So you think there's change?

01:47:33.000 The cheapest, best quality goods at the best price, because that's what's best for me, not me personally, but me as the consumer, and I believe that the consumer is the final arbiter of what is right in terms of trade policy.

01:47:46.000 Well, that's a libertarian view, then.

01:47:47.000 Well, okay, then I'm a libertarian.

01:47:50.000 Well, listen, I'm not mad at you.

01:47:51.000 I'm just trying to get where you're coming.

01:47:52.000 I mean, you've certainly got a degree in this and all, but I think that it's a little bit patronizing to say you're just changing the definition of things.

01:47:58.000 I mean, I'm quite a history buff, and I know what our trade policy was in the past, at least generally.

01:48:02.000 Well, you're defining free trade to mean that both parties have to have free trade, and that's just not right.

01:48:08.000 Free trade is what we do.

01:48:09.000 Well, let me say this then.

01:48:10.000 It's been sold to us that way.

01:48:12.000 It's been sold.

01:48:13.000 Can't we just trade with each other, you know?

01:48:16.000 And, I mean, look, I think it's hurting our economy.

01:48:18.000 I think our standard of living is going down.

01:48:20.000 I think the family is falling apart.

01:48:22.000 I think our communities are disintegrating.

01:48:23.000 I mean, I don't think this is, this is a race to the bottom.

01:48:27.000 Look, the IMF World Bank documents say that they want to do this.

01:48:31.000 Well, don't get me wrong, I think there's a lot of problems in our trade policy, and I think there's a lot of problems in our economy and our society, but I just don't think they necessarily have anything to do with each other.

01:48:40.000 I think our main problems are domestic, that we've imposed upon ourselves, and insofar as we have a problem in terms of our manufacturing, I think it probably has more to do with things like government regulations and environmental wackos who make it impossible for our manufacturing industries to compete on a fair basis.

01:49:01.000 Well, I agree with that.

01:49:03.000 The layers of regulation for something that isn't hurting the environment.

01:49:06.000 I mean, all the environmentalists want to do it.

01:49:08.000 I don't think they're wackos. 1.00

01:49:09.000 They work for big foundations.

01:49:10.000 They want to grab private property.

01:49:12.000 Nature Conservancy is the biggest real estate owner in the country now.

01:49:16.000 And meanwhile, you know, genetic engineering, chimera, cross-species splicing, it's totally dangerous.

01:49:22.000 That's allowed to go on, and the environmentalists don't care.

01:49:26.000 Well, they're not known for their consistency.

01:49:30.000 Well, they're just a mafia trying to intimidate people into giving them a toll.

01:49:37.000 Stay there, sir.

01:49:37.000 I want to plug your book.

01:49:38.000 You only get back to two final calls from Mark and Paul.

01:49:42.000 A very interesting interview today, and again, the book's imposter.

01:49:46.000 How Lord Bush bankrupted America.

01:52:43.000 That's HerbalHealer.com, your website for safe, effective natural alternatives and education.

01:52:49.000 I want to go to Mark and Paul before we get in the shower.

01:53:10.000 We've got Jack McClam coming on the next hour to talk about unbelievable judicial tyranny.

01:53:14.000 We'll hit a lot of other news as well.

01:53:17.000 Bruce Bartlett's been our guest today, and it's been interesting and informative.

01:53:21.000 We were talking during the break.

01:53:22.000 We always have better interviews during the breaks than we do on air.

01:53:24.000 He was talking about Ireland with a 12% flat tax, but there's not a bunch of other taxes on top of that, and how they've exploded.

01:53:31.000 Meanwhile, the OECD and other big globalist organizations say we're a tax haven.

01:53:36.000 So I agree with them.

01:53:37.000 If we didn't have all this regulation and taxes on us, then we could compete with China, maybe, with all their slaves and all the private prisons here in America. 0.93

01:53:45.000 We shouldn't be competing against prisons, folks.

01:53:47.000 That's just criminal.

01:53:48.000 That's slavery. 0.99

01:53:49.000 We can't compete against slaves.

01:53:52.000 That is in the equation.

01:53:54.000 But where do you see us going in the future?

01:53:56.000 You think we're going to pull out of this?

01:53:57.000 Or when will the bankruptcy finally hit?

01:53:59.000 Ron Paul thinks we're going to go into a depression.

01:54:03.000 I'm very concerned about the financial sector.

01:54:05.000 I'm very concerned about things like the housing bubble.

01:54:07.000 I'm very concerned about things like hedge funds.

01:54:11.000 I think there are a lot of risks to the international financial sector that could cause A financial crisis.

01:54:19.000 I don't know whether it'll end up in a depression or not.

01:54:21.000 Cascading around the globe?

01:54:22.000 Excuse me?

01:54:23.000 Cascading?

01:54:25.000 Yeah, I mean, when we're utterly dependent upon hundreds of billions of dollars of foreign capital inflows every year to maintain our equilibrium.

01:54:36.000 Really, we're a one-crop economy with a fiat currency being the crop.

01:54:40.000 Well, actually, what the export is is treasury bonds.

01:54:44.000 We're really good at printing those up and sending them off to Beijing.

01:54:48.000 And we've got a military that backs it up, and that's the economy.

01:54:51.000 But yeah, except that can only last for so long, and the only thing I know is that trends that cannot continue don't.

01:54:59.000 Yeah, what goes up must come down, so tell us, sir, give us your prediction.

01:55:05.000 I think one of these days we're all going to go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning and find out that something really terrible happened overnight and the stock markets are going to crash and all of a sudden all of these trends that you and I have been talking about, whether it's fiscal trends or monetary trends or trade flows, all this stuff is going to have to be totally reassessed and we're going to have a massive budget deal and probably a big tax increase.

01:55:30.000 Oh boy, Mark in Texas, you're on the air, welcome!

01:55:35.000 Good afternoon, good afternoon.

01:55:36.000 Thanks for being there, guys.

01:55:37.000 Thanks for having your guest.

01:55:39.000 You know, I think Imposter is a good name for his book because I think he's a globalist.

01:55:45.000 And I'll tell you, the only thing you want to know now is how does the individual protect himself and profit from the situation.

01:55:55.000 So I studied history.

01:55:56.000 I studied the Great Depression.

01:55:58.000 I studied how to survive it.

01:56:00.000 And so one thing I've done is I've just said, You know, if I gotta be out here competing with illegal Mexicans for jobs and I never get the job, I just went on Social Security Disability. 0.99

01:56:13.000 I get a government check.

01:56:15.000 Okay?

01:56:16.000 So that's where I went with it.

01:56:20.000 Mark, our guest has got to leave us, but I want to put you on hold.

01:56:22.000 I want to hear some more from you.

01:56:23.000 Stay there.

01:56:24.000 Don't go.

01:56:24.000 I want to let others finish up.

01:56:27.000 What about that, Bruce Bartlett?

01:56:30.000 He's saying you want a new world order.

01:56:32.000 Do you want a one world government?

01:56:34.000 No, of course I don't.

01:56:37.000 I am concerned, though, about how you protect yourself from a threat that you don't know when or where it's going to happen.

01:56:44.000 And I think there's about a 50-50 chance that this could all end in an inflationary explosion or a deflationary explosion.

01:56:53.000 And so, you know, gold might be a good investment in one respect, or maybe having all your money in cash would be the best way in another.

01:57:00.000 I think diversification always is the rule, isn't it?

01:57:04.000 Yeah, that's a pretty good idea, too.

01:57:07.000 I'm pretty heavily in cash, personally.

01:57:09.000 But the stocks, I think, are going to be not a good place to be.

01:57:15.000 All right.

01:57:16.000 Well, I really appreciate you spending time with us, sir.

01:57:19.000 And I hope to talk to you again in the future.

01:57:21.000 And I hope your book, Imposter, does well.

01:57:23.000 Looks like it's going to.

01:57:24.000 Take care.

01:57:24.000 Thank you very much.

01:57:25.000 Bye.

01:57:25.000 You bet.

01:57:26.000 All right.

01:57:26.000 And I'm going to come back with Mark and Paul, finish up.

01:57:28.000 Then I'm going to get Jack McClam on with us.

01:57:33.000 Copies of the preceding broadcast are available at GCNlive.com or call toll-free 877-376-45.

01:57:41.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:06.000 All right, Jack McClam, police and militaries, new world order, come up in about five minutes.

01:58:21.000 More on the port deals, more on staged arrests of supposed terrorists, an attack piece on myself and others in a major newspaper I might have time to comment on a lot in this third hour.

01:58:32.000 It's always jam-packed.

01:58:33.000 Right now, Mark in Texas, I cut him short in the last segment and we'll go to Paul in a second.

01:58:37.000 He was saying he can't compete against all the illegal aliens and he just went on welfare. 0.97

01:58:40.000 Well, if you want to compete against illegal aliens, you work and you're on welfare, sir. 0.99

01:58:46.000 I do work, I am.

01:58:48.000 Oh good, so you are doing it.

01:58:49.000 I mean listen, I don't think welfare is a good thing for most people, but frankly, it's all fiat to begin with.

01:58:55.000 The globalists have designed it to be a debt that none of us can get out of.

01:58:58.000 It's all a big fraud.

01:59:00.000 Right, so you better batten down the hatches.

01:59:02.000 You better be prepared.

01:59:04.000 You're going to have to be fast on your feet to have any dream of freedom anymore.

01:59:09.000 So you know, I want to respond to you though Alex, because you know, I think you're on our side.

01:59:14.000 And I keep hoping we'll have a united front and focus specifically on 9-1-1 because that can be proven.

01:59:21.000 So, you know, what I've done is I qualified for Social Security, I got it, you know, so now I let the government pay for my marijuana bill.

01:59:31.000 I can sit at home and smoke dope all day on government money.

01:59:35.000 So that's what I think about the government and their drug laws and their drug war.

01:59:39.000 So that's how I'm dealing with it.

01:59:41.000 Alright, thanks for the call.

01:59:44.000 It's designed to get you dependent and destroy families and infrastructure, sir. 0.96

01:59:48.000 That's not going to go on forever.

01:59:50.000 They fattened the hog up.

01:59:51.000 We're down to the slaughtering time now.

01:59:54.000 As for United Front on 9-11, I'm the first person to talk about 9-11.

01:59:57.000 That's a fact.

01:59:58.000 I'm the person that took all the heat.

02:00:00.000 I talk about it every week.

02:00:02.000 And now there's all these Johnny-come-lately's, which I think is great, until they then set themselves up and say, I'm the Grand Blue Ball.

02:00:09.000 That's irritating.

02:00:11.000 But we do cover 9-11, sir.

02:00:12.000 9-11 is a key foundational event.

02:00:15.000 But as Bob Woodward said a few days ago on the San Antonio Express News, one more big terror attack and it's martial law, baby.

02:00:21.000 And that next one's going to be a lot bigger.

02:00:23.000 Paul in New Jersey.

02:00:24.000 Go ahead, Paul.

02:00:25.000 Alex, I wanted to point out...

02:00:28.000 A lot of conservatives love to reinvent history, make it sound as though Ronald Reagan was a conservative.

02:00:33.000 No, I understand that.

02:00:34.000 I mean, I have this guy on because he's friends with Ron Paul and Paul Greg Roberts, but he's nothing compared to them.

02:00:40.000 He hasn't gone off the deep end yet with the rest of us.

02:00:43.000 Yeah, if you just look up the statistics of the national debt, you'll find that when Reagan came into office, it was about $1 trillion.

02:00:50.000 When he left office, it was $3 trillion.

02:00:55.000 Well, what happened is there was Reaganomics, let me stop you, only for one year.

02:01:00.000 Reagan got shot and Bush Sr.

02:01:02.000 really became president and then they jacked up the spending with the tax cuts.

02:01:07.000 So their argument is it was never implemented.

02:01:10.000 Yeah, but I would argue that a lot of the Republicans and Conservatives of today, they make it sound like it was the Reagan miracle that he turned around the economy.

02:01:17.000 Well, I'll tell you the Kennedy miracle.

02:01:19.000 He cut taxes by 50% And the treasury receipts double.

02:01:23.000 People go, well, how does that work?

02:01:25.000 When you let people keep more of their money, they make so much more money that then they pay even more taxes.

02:01:31.000 I mean, this is how the alchemy works.

02:01:33.000 Cut taxes by half, double your receipts.

02:01:35.000 But they don't want to do that.

02:01:36.000 It's about control.

02:01:37.000 Yeah, well, what they do now, though, is borrow the money and then basically spend a lot of it on military expenditures.

02:01:43.000 Because that's what the bankers want.

02:01:45.000 The bankers want to get real assets.

02:01:46.000 They want to bankrupt us.

02:01:48.000 Exactly, but still, and that's why when I hear the conservatives talk about Reagan as responsible, I say no.

02:01:53.000 Any person, and this goes for your private life, you borrow so much money and get yourself in debt.

02:01:57.000 I don't find that conservative or... The point is, Bruce Bartlett and Paul Gregg Roberts literally wrote the book, I mean, Bartlett wrote the book, Reaganomics.

02:02:06.000 These are the fathers of it.

02:02:07.000 They're saying Bush is a turkey.

02:02:09.000 So that's why we have him on.

02:02:11.000 It's showing even the very The foundation of this so-called modern conservatism, which I agree is globalism, it's another form of it, is saying, no, Bush is so out of control.

02:02:21.000 Yeah, and what they are are tax and borrow Republicans.

02:02:24.000 That's what they are.

02:02:26.000 Oh, you're absolutely right.

02:02:27.000 Well, listen, I mean, Bush raised a bunch of other taxes with unfunded mandates to the state.

02:02:31.000 It's smoke and mirrors.

02:02:32.000 Exactly.

02:02:32.000 All right, Alex, thank you.

02:02:34.000 Thank you, sir.

02:02:34.000 I appreciate you holding, Paul.

02:02:35.000 Excellent points.

02:02:36.000 We'll talk to a great friend of mine, a great American, Jack McClam, when we get back.

02:05:43.000 Big Brother.

02:05:51.000 Mainstream media.

02:05:53.000 Government cover-ups.

02:05:55.000 You want answers?

02:05:56.000 Well, so does he.

02:05:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:06:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:06:07.000 In the first hour, I talked about the case we're about to discuss, and it's a microcosm of what we're facing as a society.

02:06:14.000 Judicial tyranny.

02:06:15.000 Bush declaring he's a dictator.

02:06:16.000 They can torture people's children.

02:06:18.000 In front of them, you know, all this loving conservatism.

02:06:22.000 But I pulled out some old articles here.

02:06:24.000 Lyon County jury says not guilty for man who gave out videotapes talking about the New World Order.

02:06:32.000 And it's just unbelievable that right around the same time there was a Tennessee case where a well-known wealthy man in the town just put up a sign saying our judicial system's a joke.

02:06:44.000 A local judge said, that's insulting to me.

02:06:46.000 Go arrest him.

02:06:47.000 You know, it's contempt to have free speech.

02:06:49.000 So all of this is going on.

02:06:51.000 We posted some of these articles back up on InfoWars.com today so you can go read them.

02:06:59.000 And for those that don't know, We're going to explain what jury nullification is.

02:07:03.000 We're going to explain how we don't just have the balance box, the grand jury box, the cartridge box.

02:07:08.000 We have the jury box where you judge the facts as well as the law.

02:07:13.000 The law as well as the facts.

02:07:14.000 It's simple.

02:07:15.000 I heard Jack yesterday on the radio, on the Derry Brownfield Show, and he's doing a great job documenting all this.

02:07:20.000 He's been doing it for now 24 years with the Police and Military Against the New World Order.

02:07:25.000 We have a link to his website on InfoWars.com as well.

02:07:29.000 And it is just classical tyranny.

02:07:32.000 And in a case where, say, black slaves were escaping and then they'd go to an area and they were about to execute them for escaping, and the jury would say, no, not guilty.

02:07:42.000 They're human beings.

02:07:43.000 They're allowed to escape.

02:07:44.000 It's simple.

02:07:46.000 If the government announces that we all turn our guns in tomorrow, that law is a violation.

02:07:51.000 So if you're on a jury where they're trying to send, say, some doctor to jail because he owned a gun in a town where they say you can't own guns, the jury finds him not guilty.

02:08:00.000 It is a check.

02:08:01.000 It is a escape hatch.

02:08:03.000 It is an emergency fire extinguisher for tyranny.

02:08:07.000 And now they've turned juries and grand juries into rubber stamps.

02:08:10.000 And Jack McClam's secretary, assistant, wonderful lady I've talked to many times, total sweetheart, fights the New World Order, works so hard at his Aid in the Bett newsletter.

02:08:20.000 Uh, there in the high rocky mountains of Idaho County, Idaho.

02:08:23.000 Uh, she's facing serious jail time. 0.94

02:08:25.000 And remember, Kelly Rushing, it was in the newspapers, in the local Lyon County News, upstanding family, no criminal record, Baptist Church, whole nine yards.

02:08:34.000 He gave a Ron, he gave one videotape with a Ron Paul speech, and then my film Road to Tyranny on the other end of it.

02:08:40.000 And I talked to the judge, and they tried to put him in jail on two counts, a year and a half apiece, of harassment, terrorist threats.

02:08:48.000 The state police officer, who Kelly politely gave it to, watched it and said it was anti-police, so he should go to jail.

02:08:54.000 And I talked to the judge, they called the jury in, they tried to send him to prison, and the jury found Kelly Rushing not guilty.

02:09:01.000 And Kelly was such a sweet person.

02:09:03.000 Kelly Rushing, this good man, he went to the state trooper and he said, I'm sorry about all this trouble.

02:09:07.000 Talk about turning the other cheek.

02:09:08.000 It was the cop that had assaulted him and tried to put him in jail wrongfully.

02:09:12.000 You talk about being cursed, folks.

02:09:13.000 You bear false witness like that.

02:09:15.000 Boy, I tell you, God comes after people like that.

02:09:17.000 I'm telling you, I've seen it.

02:09:19.000 And the cop just said, you know, basically, get away from me and was rude to him.

02:09:23.000 Then Kelly started getting harassed by the police.

02:09:26.000 What is the mental malfunction?

02:09:28.000 There are so many of these cases, but that's a listener this happened with.

02:09:31.000 The case in Tennessee where the guy just puts a sign up saying, our court system's a joke.

02:09:36.000 And so the judge says, she is that man when he wasn't even in his court with a case before the court.

02:09:42.000 Jack McClam, God bless you for the trials and tribulations you've gone through.

02:09:45.000 Your wife is now hopefully beating breast cancer. 0.95

02:09:48.000 That's been a four-month, five-month nightmare for you.

02:09:51.000 You're now back there in Kamii, and a whole new crisis comes. 0.92

02:09:55.000 And I heard you say yesterday on the air that if God wants you to be in jail, and I stand with you on that, brother, if that's where God wants to put us to minister there and to fight the new old order, so be it.

02:10:05.000 And if we had more people like you, this country wouldn't be going to hell in a handbasket.

02:10:09.000 Well, thank you so much, Alex.

02:10:12.000 You know, many of us up here have listened to your program for months and months and months through our micro-broadcaster up here in the Great Rocky Mountains, and brother, there's not many people around doing more than you're doing at reaching and awaking our brothers and sisters in America here, and so we thank you for everything you're doing.

02:10:31.000 But this is so serious, Alex, about the jury box being taken away from the American people, and as a

02:10:38.000 Retired cop and soldier from the Vietnam War, I can tell you, I am very, very worried, and many soldiers and police officers are very worried, that as the voting box is stolen away from the American people, and now the jury box is taken away from the American people, like this case shows so well, that all is left is the cartridge box, and none of us want to have to go to those extremes in this nation.

02:11:06.000 We've done it before.

02:11:08.000 During the Revolutionary War and the Civil War, where we killed our brothers and sisters.

02:11:12.000 None of us want to see that again, brother.

02:11:14.000 But that's why this case is so serious, because truly, when Carol Asher, my volunteer secretary for 15 years now, went in as a civic duty to serve on the jury, of course, her knowing the Constitution inside and out, knowing about

02:11:34.000 The true lawful act of jury nullification, which is lawful in this country, but the tyrannical leaders are trying to keep the people informed that they have a right to nullify bad law.

02:11:49.000 She now shows us that when we go in for jury selection, we better be read our rights, and we better have a court-appointed attorney each juror when they go into jury deliberation, because it was in jury deliberation

02:12:04.000 That she stood up and spoke out for a young Indian boy who it looked like the government was trying to railroad into prison for crimes that they did not prove against him, had no evidence against this young Indian boy and she stood up for him and got rather vocal because the government jury foreman, it seemed like, attacked her quite vociferously and she answered

02:12:34.000 and said things like, "Well, you know, I answer to a higher authority than the judge.

02:12:41.000 I answer to God and other things." And there are supposed to be these debates in the jury room.

02:12:44.000 Yes, yes.

02:12:45.000 Supposed to be secret.

02:12:46.000 Yeah, they're not supposed to be anything but free expression in the jury room.

02:12:52.000 There's supposed to be debates in there, but no, she's going to jail when they have their way, because she dare talk. 1.00

02:12:57.000 14 years they're trying to give this young lady.

02:12:59.000 She's 67 years old now, retired school teacher, and, uh, was a nun for many, many years, Catholic nun, honest as the day is long.

02:13:09.000 She went in for a civic duty, and now, You know, when murderers, Alex, are walking around after serving just seven years on our streets to murder again, and child molesters and rapists are three to five years out to rape again, they're trying to put this lady in for 14 years.

02:13:28.000 And that'll be 81 years old before she gets out. 0.56

02:13:31.000 Jack, do you have a news article out on this yet?

02:13:33.000 Because if you do, I want to link to it.

02:13:34.000 If not, I want to get with you and write an article.

02:13:36.000 Yeah, we have several been put out.

02:13:38.000 One was put out by FEJA.

02:13:40.000 They're trying to help on the case.

02:13:43.000 And the lawyer put out a news release.

02:13:47.000 Carol's lawyer put out a news release.

02:13:49.000 And you know, why is it, Alex, they attacked People that have very little funds.

02:13:55.000 You know, Carol's on Social Security.

02:13:57.000 Well, let's explain what they did to her.

02:13:58.000 I mean, let's break it down.

02:13:59.000 Here's what they did.

02:14:03.000 She went in for jury selection and the judge gave the standard lie to the people that they had to accept the law if he gives it.

02:14:13.000 And of course, we've got Supreme Court case after Supreme Court case that says that that's a lie to the jury.

02:14:19.000 And also, uh... stated that she had to uh... everybody had to raise their hand and swear an oath you know that they would render a fair and impartial verdict based solely on the evidence presented in the courtroom and the law is instructed by the judge and that they didn't have a religious or moral position that would make it difficult for them to sit and render a good verdict as a juror and uh... she had no problem swearing to that because

02:14:48.000 She didn't know that they would be as corrupt as they were and be as bad as they were, the prosecutor and the judge in the case.

02:14:57.000 She didn't even know what the case was about.

02:14:59.000 And so the jury foreman, the little government minion, said she was debating.

02:15:03.000 She was talking about actually being a juror, so they're charging her with perjury.

02:15:07.000 They're saying she came in for jury selection, Alex, knowing that she was going to lie to the judge.

02:15:16.000 And because she knew about jury nullification and the true law, where the citizen is supposed to be... And there's hundreds of federal and state rulings on that.

02:15:23.000 Hundreds of them, and I've got many of them right here before me.

02:15:27.000 You know, and we do know that in 1895, the Supreme Court, under pressure from the large corporations in America, finally ruled in a bittersplit decision that Courts no longer, meaning judges, no longer had to inform juries that they could veto unjust laws.

02:15:46.000 Now, understand what the Supreme Court said.

02:15:48.000 They didn't say it was illegal for jurors to veto unjust laws.

02:15:53.000 They said that the judges no longer had to inform the juries, the jurors, that they could lawfully veto unjust laws.

02:16:02.000 And so it's a con game.

02:16:03.000 It's a fraud.

02:16:04.000 Perpetrated by the judges today.

02:16:07.000 Well, what law is she going to claim then when they pull a jury in to try to send her to jail for 14 years? 1.00

02:16:11.000 Well, they go on, uh, they go, I'm sure they'll pull out cases, you know, case law and try to show where, uh, you know, uh, that it's been long held in 1895, you know, that the Supreme Court, um, made these decisions and everything and tried to, I'm sure that the judge in this case,

02:16:33.000 We'll probably get the prosecutor and the defense attorney in saying if anybody, if anybody mentions jury nullification, you're going to go to jail for perjury.

02:16:44.000 So you can't use that as a defense.

02:16:46.000 Well, this is unparalleled.

02:16:47.000 When we get back, I want to go over the chain of events here.

02:16:53.000 What happened?

02:16:53.000 What she said.

02:16:54.000 She wouldn't do what the judge said.

02:16:56.000 I mean, why even have a jury if it's supposed to be a rubber stamp?

02:16:59.000 If you don't say this person's guilty because I say they violated the law, I mean, why even have a jury?

02:17:04.000 Well, everything Carol said, and she's not supposed to be speaking about this according to her attorney, but I happen to know everything she said in the jury room was absolutely true.

02:17:15.000 But of course, the judge, the despotic judge that's been chosen for this case, I'm sure won't allow her to put on her defense.

02:17:22.000 Well, Jack, I want to talk about... Because they want to put her in prison and they want to chill all jurors from now on that you've got to lick the boots of the judge or you'll go to prison for 14 years.

02:17:31.000 Well, when you come back, you want to talk about the judge that did this to begin with?

02:17:34.000 Okay, that'd be fine.

02:17:36.000 Now, let's talk about this, uh, this rodent.

02:17:40.000 Uh, rats actually serve a purpose.

02:17:42.000 I shouldn't talk bad about rats.

02:17:43.000 I apologize.

02:21:45.000 Alex Jones here by live.

02:21:48.000 Jack McClendon is our guest here on the Genesis Network.

02:21:53.000 Jack, I know there's a lot of different areas you want to get into, and I want to go through what juries are really supposed to be, how they're supposed to operate.

02:22:00.000 I carried them years ago.

02:22:01.000 We're about to start carrying the Citizen Rule books again and putting them in free with every video or book order that we get.

02:22:06.000 And this is the historical fact, and that's why we have juries, the Magna Carta 1215.

02:22:12.000 I want to go back over all of that, but right now, so she's in there, they're in the deliberation, and she's saying this is railroading, and they just say, well, you said you'd follow the judge's orders to convict.

02:22:23.000 He says he violated the law, sees her. 0.55

02:22:25.000 I mean, what happened?

02:22:26.000 Well, it wasn't, uh, she didn't know.

02:22:29.000 That was July that this case went down and she had no idea.

02:22:34.000 Yeah, she had no idea that they were building a case against her until about a month and a half ago when they, the prosecutor called her and tried to get her to confess over the phone, but she was smart enough to know he was recording it.

02:22:47.000 So he told her, she told him goodbye.

02:22:50.000 But, uh, anyway, uh, what happened is they had a young Indian boy and I agree, and Carol was smart enough to know that in America, they're passing unconstitutional laws because it's good for society as a whole. 0.60

02:23:08.000 And one of those laws that they passed was that when you're arrested out of your vehicle, like this young Indian boy was for some kind of a traffic ticket warrant or something, he was in a company vehicle, and the company vehicle was shared by everybody in the company.

02:23:25.000 And when they arrested him out of it for a traffic violation warrant, he had locked the vehicle, put the keys in his hand, got out of the vehicle to talk to the officer, and they snatched the keys out of his hand and went and opened the vehicle and did an inventory search, they call it.

02:23:45.000 Well, this is totally against the Fourth Amendment, but it's upheld as law by all the states.

02:23:49.000 Yeah, they say, we're just inventorying it to make sure nothing's stolen, but really, it's a Fourth Amendment violation.

02:23:54.000 Yeah, and they're looking for evidence against you.

02:23:56.000 And they found a little bit of crack cocaine or something, I guess it was crystal meth, in some kind of a little tiny container in the vehicle.

02:24:07.000 And they didn't even fingerprint it, and they tried to say this young boy, it was his, a little Indian boy.

02:24:14.000 Well, regardless, they violated the Constitution.

02:24:17.000 Better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent go to jail, so the whole thing's thrown out right there.

02:24:21.000 Well, no, because the judge, when Carol put this question to the judge from the jury box, when she was on the jury, She asked him, Your Honor, this is unconstitutional.

02:24:33.000 They snatched the keys out of this kid's hand and they go search the vehicle in an inventory search against the Fourth Amendment.

02:24:40.000 And the judge says, no, we met in secret chambers, the prosecutor, the defense attorney, and me, and I decided it was a good search, so you can't even consider that.

02:24:53.000 Well, Carol had a problem with that because she knows the Constitution. 1.00

02:24:58.000 She's supposed to judge the law and the facts.

02:24:59.000 Yeah, the Article 6 of the Constitution says that the Supremacy Clause, the Constitution rules, not some law where they say that, oh well... That's why the judge swore an oath to that Constitution.

02:25:13.000 Well, yeah, but that's old and antiquated, brother.

02:25:15.000 They don't go by the Constitution anymore.

02:25:17.000 I understand.

02:25:18.000 But anyway, the same thing with our two police and military associations, Alex, about we fought for something like eight years the unconstitutionality of the traffic stop to search for beer and cocaine or whatever.

02:25:35.000 Just rapid searches all across Arizona.

02:25:39.000 And our police and military association fought that because we knew that it was, you know, they're saying it was for a very good reason.

02:25:47.000 Well, now they say let us search your house without a warrant. 0.97

02:25:49.000 It's for a very good reason.

02:25:51.000 So, Jack, to boil it down, what ended up happening?

02:25:54.000 She said not guilty and they didn't like that?

02:25:56.000 Well, that wasn't the only thing because the jury foreman started attacking her when she says, I still have trouble.

02:26:05.000 With that search, and the jury foreman jumped up and says, you can't even discuss that!

02:26:11.000 The judge already decided that was constitutional, and she says, well, I answer to a higher authority than the judge, and then they got into other debates where Carol started telling them... So what ended up happening with the court?

02:26:25.000 I mean, what was the ruling?

02:26:26.000 Well, the ruling was that the boy was found not guilty, because Carol helped convince three others in there, four of them stood up, But that's what jurors are supposed to do.

02:26:36.000 They're supposed to debate everything.

02:26:37.000 I know it.

02:26:38.000 Well, you can't do that today, brother.

02:26:40.000 They should at least read your rights when you go into a jury nowadays if they're going to prosecute you for what you say in a...

02:26:48.000 In a secret jury room where nothing's supposed to leave that jury room.

02:26:51.000 Jack, tell us, tell us exactly what court, the name of the judge, where this all happened.

02:26:55.000 This is Judge John Bradbury, and surprisingly, Alex, we all interviewed him here at our 11 Christian Communities, Christian Constitutional Communities, and he told us he was a Christian man and supported and defended the Constitution of the United States, so we all voted him into office.

02:27:15.000 And he's the one doing this to Carol.

02:27:19.000 Actually, Alex, he turned it over to the state, and the governor now is coming after her.

02:27:24.000 No, yeah, gotta get this old retired nun school teacher. 0.99

02:27:28.000 Sixty-something years old, man, she is evil. 1.00

02:27:31.000 Gotta put her in jail for 14 years. 1.00

02:27:33.000 That's freedom.

02:27:33.000 That's America.

02:27:36.000 We're on the march.

02:28:45.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

02:28:51.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

02:28:59.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

02:29:07.000 Potassium Iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

02:29:14.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

02:29:19.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

02:30:35.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:30:48.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:30:51.000 I kept saying wrongfully that it was, because it was like two and a half years ago, that it was Tennessee with the fellow that put the sign up saying our court system's a joke, and the judge said, I don't like that, go arrest him.

02:31:05.000 Wasn't even in the guy's court.

02:31:07.000 That was Alabama, excuse me. 0.99

02:31:09.000 We posted that AP article and a TV article up on InfoWars.com.

02:31:14.000 At least I gave it to my webmaster too.

02:31:15.000 It should be going up there, but it's already up there.

02:31:17.000 So this is the type of stuff we're talking about.

02:31:19.000 This is the insanity of judicial tyranny.

02:31:22.000 Jack McClam all the time, you and I see reports, we cover them, where federal state judges, local judges, they call people in, they go, answer my questions, and the judge tells them to talk now, and they refuse, and they put them in jail, sometimes for years for contempt.

02:31:39.000 How do you put somebody in jail for contempt for not violating your own Fifth Amendment?

02:31:44.000 I mean, across the board, they're going nuts.

02:31:46.000 They think they're God.

02:31:49.000 That's the big problem, Alex.

02:31:51.000 They're no longer going by the Constitution.

02:31:53.000 They're going by case law and international law, too.

02:32:00.000 One of the chief justices talking, or one of the justices of the Supreme Court talking the other day about all the Supreme Court justices now are going by international law and not by our constitutional system anymore.

02:32:15.000 That was a USA Today article a few years ago that had two of the justices, Ginsburg and another, saying, we follow UN laws.

02:32:22.000 So they can just pick and choose whatever they want.

02:32:24.000 I hope people realize that in the UN Charter, you've got all these rights until Article 30 and 31, and then it says you don't have any rights if they say so.

02:32:33.000 Yeah, it's absolutely a lie, because we've read that here at our two police and military associations about the UN rights and all, and they're really privileges, and after every time they list a right, they say, unless according to law, we decide you can't have it.

02:32:52.000 Anyway, you remember Jerry Spence, the great attorney, liberal attorney, that Colonel Boe and I got to take the Weaver family's case after we got him out of the band off of Ruby Ridge.

02:33:04.000 Well he said, he said, and he's a pretty honest guy, he said, people have not discovered that they've been disenfranchised.

02:33:13.000 Even lawyers can't stand to even admit it.

02:33:15.000 He says, in any nation in which people's rights have been subjugated to the rights of the few in power, in any totalitarian nation, the first institution to be dismantled is the jury.

02:33:29.000 I was afraid, I am afraid, he said.

02:33:32.000 And that was a quote from Jerry Spence, a very liberal attorney.

02:33:35.000 A good man, though, because he believes in truth and justice.

02:33:40.000 But John Adams, remember, brother, he said, it's not only the right of the juror, but his duty to find the verdict according to his own best understanding, judgment, and conscience, though in direct opposition, perhaps, to the direction of the judge.

02:33:57.000 That's in the Yale Law Journal, 1964.

02:34:01.000 And yet, Carroll's being prosecuted for that very thing.

02:34:03.000 He could do 14 years in jail.

02:34:07.000 All because they violated his Fourth Amendment with a warrantless search.

02:34:10.000 Well, yeah.

02:34:12.000 And also, they had absolutely no evidence that they presented to the jury that this kid was guilty.

02:34:18.000 And so, she couldn't find him guilty.

02:34:20.000 And, but, hey, interesting enough, even without any evidence, Eight of the four decided to go along with the government railroad in this young boy in jail.

02:34:31.000 Praise God for Carol and the other three, or this young inland boy would be putting in one to five years in prison as we speak.

02:34:39.000 Now, Jack, I want to lay out a few questions here before we run out of time, and I want to be able to take a few calls before you leave us here in about 24 minutes.

02:34:45.000 The toll-free number to join us is 1-800-259-9231.

02:34:47.000 Give us, again, for those that miss it, the full name of Carol, the full name of this judge, who we can call, how we can support, what we can do.

02:35:00.000 Miss Carol Asher, A-S-H-E-R, and like I say, she's one of the most honest persons you'll ever meet in your life.

02:35:09.000 We've known her for over 15 years.

02:35:11.000 Just absolutely amazing.

02:35:12.000 I've been talking to her over the phone for a decade.

02:35:14.000 Wonderful, wonderful American.

02:35:17.000 Loves God, loves freedom like most anybody in the nation.

02:35:22.000 But the governor who's doing this is Governor Kempthorne, K-E-M-P.

02:35:27.000 T-H-O-R-N-E, Kempthorne.

02:35:31.000 Dirk Kempthorne's his name.

02:35:32.000 He's a globalist, so this is what you'd expect out of him.

02:35:35.000 Of course, all 50 governors are globalists.

02:35:38.000 But anyway, he can be reached at his email at gov, G-O-V, dot Idaho, dot gov, G-O-V, backslash.

02:35:47.000 That, once again, is gov, G-O-V, dot Idaho, dot gov, backslash, or at his phone number, 208-AREA-CODE, 2-1-0-0.

02:36:01.000 Let me just say this, Jack.

02:36:03.000 The best way to do it is just type into a search engine, Google or Yahoo, whatever you use, just type in Governor's Office of Idaho, and then the first link, if you type in Governor's Office of Idaho, or Governor of Idaho website, it'll come up with an exact link to his page, then you can see the contact info there, but give that number out again.

02:36:22.000 Is this the Governor's Office?

02:36:23.000 Yeah, this is the Governor's Office, and he's the one that could stop this thing, because his Attorney General This Judge Bradbury, John Bradbury, the prosecutor in him turned it over to the state to prosecute this case because I guess they didn't want to stick their heads up in this tyrannical, despotic move that they're moving against Carroll.

02:36:44.000 But anyway, the number once again is 208 for the governor's office, 334-2100.

02:36:48.000 I'm getting it wrong.

02:36:53.000 2100.

02:36:54.000 Once again, 208-334-2100.

02:36:57.000 And then the... And when you call them, just say, listen, we know what you're doing with Carroll Asher and Kamei.

02:37:06.000 They're in Kamei County, Idaho.

02:37:08.000 This is outrageous.

02:37:10.000 And maybe we should mail the governor hundreds of copies of the citizen rule books so they can all read the U.S.

02:37:17.000 court rulings and the Constitution and the Founding Fathers.

02:37:20.000 I mean, I want to digress for a second here.

02:37:24.000 Jack, I don't want to get into the history of the Magna Carta, the Common Law, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, all of what America is, because I know it, you know it, they're counting on us not to know it, but, you know, Kelly Rushing, that was in the newspaper, two and a half years ago, one of my listeners gives a Ron Paul video in one of my films on the same video to state policemen, the cop says thank you,

02:37:44.000 Watches it, decides it's threatening, arrests Kelly Rushing, prominent member of the community, and it was in the newspaper, it said, forgiving a video, he's facing three years in jail, a year and a half each count of terrific threats and harassment for each video, and I called the judge and he said, yeah, we're doing this, and then they took a jury and tried to put him in jail.

02:38:01.000 How did that judge and those state cops How did they sit there in Lyon County, Kentucky and get off on trying to destroy a man's life, a family man's life, who just tried to say, hey, this is an important video for you, officer.

02:38:16.000 I mean, how do they sleep at night trying to send good people to prison?

02:38:21.000 Well, brother, they're operating under the philosophy that all of our governments, local, state, and federal, are operating under.

02:38:28.000 The end justifies the means.

02:38:31.000 The law means nothing to them.

02:38:33.000 The law is to justify the means of putting somebody that they call anti-government or somebody that they call extremist or now they're calling us domestic terrorists, you know, and to put you away Any means justifies.

02:38:50.000 You know, any means is justified under this new political system.

02:38:54.000 But Jack McClann, you've been around the block.

02:38:56.000 You've been around the block.

02:38:57.000 I've lived a little bit.

02:38:58.000 In my experience, I'm afraid to do something wrong to somebody because I know it always comes back multi-fold.

02:39:05.000 You do reap what you sow.

02:39:07.000 I'm not a Hindu.

02:39:07.000 I don't agree with their philosophy, but I do agree with the term karma.

02:39:11.000 What comes around goes around.

02:39:13.000 I mean, how do these people think they can just operate in a vacuum and just feel good sending innocent people to prison?

02:39:19.000 Well, they just follow their leaders, brother.

02:39:23.000 Indeed, the most corrupt people on the face of the earth is the leadership of America, and they only promote in the states, too.

02:39:30.000 The most corrupt people in the government is the governors, and they promote from inside and promote you up.

02:39:37.000 as long as you've proven through many years that you're willing to shoot your mother for a nickel and take bets on which way she'd fall.

02:39:44.000 Here's an example.

02:39:44.000 The FBI agents that blocked stopping 9-11, they got giant bonuses and moved up.

02:39:50.000 Those that tried to stop it were fired or incriminated against or had pay cuts.

02:39:53.000 Here's another example.

02:39:55.000 Down in Houston, the Army recruiter head would call kids up, and this is on tape, and say, I'm going to arrest you if you don't come sign up for the Army.

02:40:03.000 Guess what?

02:40:04.000 They promoted him.

02:40:06.000 Uh-huh.

02:40:06.000 That's right.

02:40:08.000 That's what they do, brother.

02:40:09.000 That's what they do.

02:40:11.000 You know, about 10 years ago, because so many officers were complaining about the judges manipulating, secretly, psychologically, the jurors, that we wrote a whole police military publication on how the judges manipulate the juries.

02:40:30.000 And it was called U.S.

02:40:32.000 Judges Manipulate Juries, and it was from police officers.

02:40:36.000 The 13 to 16 ways in which they've seen judges secretly work as a conspirator with the prosecutor to manipulate the minds of the jurors, there's about 16 techniques they use and we put them all in a newsletter to show how if a juror goes in he should read this thing so that when the judge starts this with the prosecutor they'll recognize and vote to not to acquit the person

02:41:03.000 If they start railroading a person to prison by manipulating the jurors.

02:41:07.000 We're getting to the point where we have to have patriots run secretly for office claiming to be globalists.

02:41:12.000 We're getting to the point where we have to do what they did.

02:41:16.000 They were sneaky about taking over, now they've taken over.

02:41:18.000 I think now the jurors have got to just be covert about all this when they go in to follow the Constitution and defend America.

02:41:27.000 Yeah, they better keep their mouth shut because they're not told that what they can say, you know, they're not Mirandized when you go on a jury and they should be today if you're going to be prosecuted for what you say and be told that be very careful because we'll prosecute you on what you say in the jury room. 0.93

02:41:44.000 Well, praise God they've lost all these cases so far, but brother if they can win this case My goodness, it'll just about topple the jury system in America.

02:41:55.000 Only people where they'll go on a jury are the ones that are going to kowtow everything to the government and nothing to the people.

02:42:03.000 Well, I mean this is, and you're right, they've tried this quite a few times lately around the country.

02:42:07.000 They've been failing.

02:42:08.000 This is an important test.

02:42:10.000 That's why the Governor's office is head honchoing this.

02:42:13.000 And there's no doubt this is also a double entendre for them, an extra goody that she's the backbone of your organization.

02:42:21.000 Yes, and I think that has a lot to do with it because she is such an important part of the volunteer system we have here. 0.68

02:42:29.000 of police and soldiers and she's been with us forever and everybody knows her and she's a standard in the community you know for honesty and morality and if they can put her in prison they will chill every prospective juror going in to serve on a jury and and i would like to ask too alex if we could give out a number to help her pay for her attorney it's too bad you know in america we have lawyer good

02:42:57.000 ...thousands and thousands of attorneys that work to destroy the Constitution under organizations like the ACLU.

02:43:03.000 Is her lawyer good, Jack?

02:43:05.000 Her lawyer's good, yes.

02:43:06.000 He's a good man, a good Christian man.

02:43:08.000 We know him personally.

02:43:11.000 But he's getting help from FEJA and an attorney working for FEJA.

02:43:15.000 Give us the number.

02:43:16.000 Yeah, it's 608, I'm sorry, 208, area code.

02:43:23.000 Can I give the address where they could send a small donation, Alex?

02:43:27.000 Sure.

02:43:27.000 Okay.

02:43:28.000 It would be Carroll Asher Defense Fund, H.C.

02:43:30.000 H-C-11, like Hotel Charlie 11, Box 357, Kamiah, Idaho, 83536. Idaho, 83536.

02:43:49.000 Or they can just go to your website that we have a link to on Infowars.com, and it's right there.

02:43:53.000 That's the best way.

02:43:54.000 That's the best way.

02:43:55.000 We've got loaded phone lines, and we've only got about 10 minutes left here of live broadcast time.

02:44:00.000 Briefly, can you, in a nutshell, go over how the jury system works from Mount Sinai to 1215 to common law and the Declaration of Independence?

02:44:14.000 I mean, this is the foundation.

02:44:15.000 They went and took the king and said, we're going to cut your head off if you don't stop having puppet courts. 1.00

02:44:20.000 We're going to have citizens on juries and grand juries.

02:44:23.000 I mean, our forefathers 800 years ago fought for this.

02:44:28.000 Yes.

02:44:29.000 Well, brother, my goodness, that's something.

02:44:32.000 But the people should just know

02:44:34.000 That even the Supreme Court Justices, the very first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, first Supreme Court Justice, Samuel Chase, the Supreme Court Justice, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Supreme Court Justice, Harlan Stone, the twelfth Supreme Court Justice, have all said that the jurors can act independent and are independent of the judge, and they can decide the law and the fact, and they should, that that's their duty.

02:45:03.000 The jury hasn't And in a very important case, U.S.

02:45:07.000 v. Dottery, we have one of the best explanations for the jury's rights and powers.

02:45:13.000 It says the jury has an unreviewable and unreversible power to acquit in disregard of the instructions of the law given by the trial judge.

02:45:24.000 And it goes on and on and on.

02:45:26.000 So, U.S.

02:45:27.000 v. Dottery, if they want to see what the jury powers and duties are, read this case.

02:45:35.000 They lay it all out for you.

02:45:37.000 It was intended in America.

02:45:39.000 The Founding Fathers set our system up to where The jurors would be the power in the courtroom, not this guy or gal in the black dress.

02:45:48.000 It's an emergency check and balance against the tyranny, and it's just that simple, and this is shameful that this is happening.

02:45:59.000 Let's take some calls.

02:46:02.000 Now, I know you gave me the callers earlier, but I lost that call list.

02:46:05.000 Who's up first?

02:46:08.000 Tim in Florida, you're on the air.

02:46:09.000 Go ahead, Tim.

02:46:10.000 Hi, Alex and Jack.

02:46:12.000 Thanks for taking my call.

02:46:14.000 I've been calling for a while.

02:46:15.000 Jack, I know, are you familiar with peoples-rights.com?

02:46:23.000 I'm not sure.

02:46:24.000 Tell us about it, sir.

02:46:25.000 Go ahead.

02:46:26.000 Okay, there's a document that I have used on a police officer.

02:46:31.000 It's called Notice of Acceptance of Constitutions and of Oath of Office.

02:46:35.000 This document I received from People's Rights Association And I used it on a police officer.

02:46:41.000 Constable on patrol.

02:46:42.000 Yeah, some of that stuff works some of the time, but now the government's gone so criminal, they just ignore everything.

02:46:48.000 Wait, wait.

02:46:49.000 This worked.

02:46:50.000 The officer got back in his car and left.

02:46:53.000 No, I understand, sir, but what I'm saying is, how does this pertain to Carol?

02:46:57.000 What you do, you can use this on the judge.

02:47:00.000 You put the judge's name on the top line and what their ranking is, whatever their bench thing is.

02:47:09.000 Anyway, you put their name on it and then you hand it to the judge.

02:47:12.000 Now the judge has to uphold the Constitution because the judge took an oath.

02:47:16.000 Which is a contract, and if the judge is not adhered to it... We've been all over this oath business and it works sometimes, but a lot of them don't even do their oaths now, and they say they don't even need that.

02:47:25.000 Jack Commins, thanks for the call.

02:47:26.000 Yes, the sad part is, we're in a tyranny today, and when a judge comes in a courtroom and tells you he is God, you've got a problem.

02:47:35.000 You know, and I don't care what you give that judge, that judge is going to be God.

02:47:40.000 Because he's been told or she has been told they are.

02:47:43.000 And so, a lot of this stuff will work occasionally and a lot of times you go to prison because you use these type of tactics to try to use it as your defense.

02:47:52.000 Yeah, they call it paper terrorism.

02:47:54.000 They gave a guy five years in prison in Wisconsin just for suing the local county that was involved in taking his property.

02:48:00.000 That was an above-board suit and they called it terrorism.

02:48:03.000 That's right.

02:48:04.000 In 1788, in Eliot's debate But, Alex, remember they said that a juror accepts as the law, or if the juror accepts as the law that which the judge states, then that juror has accepted the exercise of absolute authority of a government employee and has surrendered a power and right that was once the citizen's safeguard of liberty.

02:48:27.000 Yeah, it's simple. 0.99

02:48:28.000 I mean, in everyday life, you run into people that try to usurp authority over you in business, in relationships, and they just slowly kept telling us that we're the slave, they're the boss, and then now they're a bunch of arrogant bags of scum. 1.00

02:48:41.000 Be right back. 1.00

02:48:41.000 Stay with us. 1.00

02:53:02.000 Jack, we're almost out of time and I wanted to take a few more calls.

02:53:05.000 Carla in Kansas City, you're on the air, go ahead.

02:53:07.000 Hey, thank you guys.

02:53:10.000 I'm wanting to bring up the subject of impeachment of judges.

02:53:15.000 I work with a fellow named Mike Brown.

02:53:18.000 He talks a lot about that.

02:53:20.000 A lot of judges, you know, take advantage of the fact that the politicians that are supposed to be in charge of them, you know, I shouldn't say politicians, but officials... Well, you file complaints on them in judicial review, and if it's bad enough, and there's enough of them, they will get in trouble.

02:53:34.000 In fact, the guy who arrested the guy for having a sign in his yard, that did get thrown out later.

02:53:40.000 Right, because you're right, Alex, you just got to get people... Let me get a comment from Jack McClam on that, Jack.

02:53:45.000 No, stay there, Carl.

02:53:46.000 Go ahead, Jack.

02:53:46.000 Well, there's a lot of good work being done by a few people in the nation, like jail.

02:53:51.000 You know, jail for judges and the things she's talking about there.

02:53:55.000 But, Alex, if we lose these type of cases, our police and military people here believe we're going to be in a violent confrontation with real blood running in the streets.

02:54:08.000 It's classical, Jack.

02:54:10.000 This is classical tyranny.

02:54:12.000 It is, truly.

02:54:15.000 Yes, if we don't have the jury box any longer, if we lose that and we're just a rubber stamp of the government agent judges, it's over in America.

02:54:24.000 And Jerry Spence knows it, one of the greatest attorneys in America.

02:54:28.000 Well, it's like Hitler's courts or Stalin's courts. 0.53

02:54:32.000 That's right, it's the King's Chamber again, the King's Star Chamber system again.

02:54:37.000 And you can put those type of things in the search engine in the computer and read all about how it used to be, and it's coming to America today.

02:54:45.000 Alright, let's, Carla, finish up what you were saying quickly.

02:54:48.000 I want to go to at least Fred, and go ahead.

02:54:50.000 Oh, I want to say, right, that there's been some that have been impeached. 0.99

02:54:54.000 People don't know much about it, and we need to spread the word because... Well, we've got judges here in Austin and Carla that are just absolute scum who engage in nothing but criminal activity. 0.99

02:55:04.000 I've gone and watched them. 0.98

02:55:05.000 Alex, your state has some of the worst prisons in the whole country.

02:55:09.000 Believe me, on the planet, we are the capital of prisons.

02:55:12.000 Thanks for the call.

02:55:13.000 Leo, quickly in Nevada.

02:55:15.000 Or no, Fred, I don't have time to go to Leo.

02:55:17.000 Fred, go ahead.

02:55:17.000 You've got about 45 seconds.

02:55:19.000 Okay, the best thing I can think of right now off the top of my head Get some of these police officers who like to tase their children and have them go in and get a warrant together for insurrection and sedition. 0.95

02:55:32.000 Well, you know what?

02:55:33.000 There's also the pen is mightier than the sword, and by exposing this abuse of this old, such 65-year-old retired Catholic nun schoolteacher, you know, that's going to blow up in their face.

02:55:44.000 Jack, do you agree that it's important to expose this?

02:55:47.000 I think it's time to ring the bells and call and email and just raise all kind of cane before we're in a violent confrontation in this nation.

02:55:55.000 News Marbury versus Madison.

02:55:57.000 Amen.

02:55:58.000 Yeah, that's clear as day there.

02:56:00.000 Alright, sorry to all the other callers.

02:56:01.000 Jack, it was great having you on.

02:56:03.000 Hope people will go to InfoWars.com and link over to your website and go to that PO box and give some support to Carol Asher, a great lady who's served valiantly for 15 years as a volunteer and the devil's coming after her, but I think God's going to come to her aid and will come to her aid.

02:56:18.000 I believe so too, Alex.

02:56:19.000 Thanks for everything you do, brother.

02:56:21.000 Thank you.

02:56:22.000 Thank you.

02:56:22.000 God bless you all.
