00:11:28.000 Quite a few stations that re-air it in the morning, but this is another live selection or choice.

00:11:35.000 It gives you more choices stations to have something really hard-hitting Sunday afternoons into Sunday evening, depending on your time zone.

00:11:48.000 We've got the congressman, the Republican Mark Foley scandal raging right now, and I want to go over the different facets and different angles of this that the mainstream media are not getting into.

00:12:02.000 I do believe, after looking at the different indicators, that they did start burning him on Wednesday as a way to intimidate and finally get a 100 to zip vote in the Senate.

00:12:17.000 A caller several hours into the show Friday called in and said, Alex, they voted 100 to zip in the Senate.

00:12:23.000 And I said, no, they didn't.

00:12:25.000 They voted 65 to 30-something.

00:12:28.000 But it was most of the Republicans and a lot of the Democrats.

00:12:32.000 And then after I got off air, I did learn that it had finally passed the House and then gone back into the Senate, and on the conference defense package bill itself, that the torture legislation was rolled into.

00:12:45.000 The torture legislation is what it's being called.

00:12:48.000 That's its new name.

00:12:50.000 It's America's stake-through-the-heart legislation.

00:12:53.000 It's end-of-the-country legislation.

00:12:56.000 It's destruction of the Bill of Rights legislation.

01:58:51.000 But as Professor Cole explains, Iran is the signatory of the Non-Proliferation Treaty, and can you correct me if this is wrong, they're permitted under that treaty to do research in nuclear fuels.

01:59:04.000 Also, he points out, they have only about 164 centrifuges that they're working with for uranium enrichment, and you need more than 16,000 that have to be especially cascaded, which they don't have.
