00:31:26.000 And they said, well, you're not really using it.

00:31:28.000 And when you do and you pay it right down, we're canceling your card.

00:31:31.000 I called up and they said, well, you just don't fit the profile of who we want.

00:31:35.000 Okay, I just had it for emergencies, or I just had it, you know, to rent a car.

00:31:39.000 You gotta have a credit card.

00:31:41.000 I mean, I've got American Express now, and they've called up asking, and then one time I wanted to pay a big bill that was renting a hotel in L.A.

00:31:49.000 for thousands of people, and it was like twenty-something thousand dollars.

00:31:52.000 And I had a limit that big, and I called them up, and they go, well, but you never used money.

00:31:56.000 You never paid anything back, because you never use it.

00:31:59.000 So I had to wire money there.

00:32:00.000 So they don't want people like me, because I'm not in debt other than my house.

00:32:06.000 They do not like it.

00:32:08.000 No, no, no.

00:32:08.000 They have trained us how to get into debt.

00:32:11.000 The debtors' prisons are back, folks.

00:32:13.000 And this is the system we're going into.

00:32:15.000 So all we had left as a country was just a few things.

00:32:22.000 And so people double and triple mortgage them, living on those.

00:32:27.000 And now the housing bubble has begun to drop.

00:32:31.000 And what's even scarier is home sales have sped up.

00:32:34.000 People are having to sell their houses now to live on the money.

00:32:37.000 But at the same time, the housing prices are dropping.

00:32:43.000 Now it's over 24% in the last year.

00:32:46.000 Two weeks ago, it was 17% and some change.

00:32:50.000 So now, there is a plunging, and it's starting in Texas, in Florida, in Massachusetts, in key bellwether states where you always see a real estate market serious contraction.

00:33:02.000 Now, I don't know if you're going I still think real estate's good.

00:33:04.000 Because there's no inherent value in your fiat dollar.

00:33:04.000 Why?

00:33:07.000 They can devalue it down to nothing.

00:33:09.000 It's worth 1.5 cents what it was worth in the 1913s.

00:33:14.000 And so even if the housing market's double overvalued in some places like Manhattan, triple, quadruple, San Francisco, places like that, certain areas of Miami, so what?

00:33:25.000 At least you've got some tangible, real value in it if you're not indebted in leverage.

00:33:32.000 If you're in leverage, you're in deep trouble in most of these, you know, these little, You know, overnight millionaires are really in millions of dollars of debt, if the market tanks.

00:33:40.000 And ladies and gentlemen, it's happening right now.

00:33:42.000 And I've been warning you for years.

00:33:45.000 Get out while you can, if you're leveraged.

00:33:47.000 If you're not leveraged, sure, stay in.

00:33:49.000 I mean, I've been buying gold, just a quarter or two here and there, and burying it or putting it in the safety deposit box over the years.

00:34:02.000 It went back down to $500 or something, now it's going over $650.
