Alex Jones Show - 20070119_Fri_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Good morning, everyone.

00:00:29.000 Once again, this is Bob Dacey substituting for Alex Jones, who is on vacation.

00:00:33.000 I understand he'll be back on Monday.

00:00:36.000 Today is January the 19th, 2007, and we've got a pretty good plate on our agenda today.

00:00:43.000 First thing we're going to do, we're going to cover a bunch of news.

00:00:46.000 After that, we're going to have a guest, Hank Gilbert, who was running for Agriculture Commissioner in the state of Texas.

00:00:54.000 In the previous election, he did not win, but this man is a house on fire when it comes to the Trans-Texas Corridor and the NAFTA Superhighway.

00:01:02.000 So he's scheduled to come on from 12 to 12.30.

00:01:06.000 Then we're going to play about a 20-minute segment at 12.30 of a replay of Alex's show on Wednesday where Jack Blood was interviewing Congressman Ron Paul.

00:01:19.000 Then I'll be back live after that and we're going to cover So more about the North American Union and probably take some phone calls in the third hour.

00:01:26.000 And once again, my name is Bob Dacey.

00:01:29.000 I am the host of the local cable access television show here in Austin, Texas called Simple Truth.

00:01:35.000 And if you're in the Austin area, that show airs on Tuesday nights at eight o'clock on Channel 10.

00:01:41.000 And it's produced by Kelly Taylor and Jeff Kent off.

00:01:46.000 And the three of us, we call ourselves sometimes the three amigos.

00:01:50.000 Alright, to start out with, I would be remiss if I didn't remind all you listeners that PrisonPlanet.tv has a yearly subscription special.

00:02:01.000 Normally $54.95, the special new year subscription rate for PrisonPlanet.tv is only $39.95 for the entire year and that of course is $15 off the normal price.

00:02:13.000 And when you pay that low price, you get exclusive access to a library of material that has been building over the years and grows every day.

00:02:21.000 As a matter of fact, Bob Dacey is on there a couple of times, too, so you might want to buy it just to see me.

00:02:25.000 You want to know what I look like.

00:02:29.000 This thing ends today.

00:02:31.000 After the first year, subscription will renew at the standard rate, which is $54.95, but this thing ends today.

00:02:37.000 So what you do is you get your pencil and your paper out and you write www.prisonplanet.tv and you get on your computer and you go there and you get this special rate and this thing expires today.

00:02:50.000 It's only $39.95 for a whole year and believe me it's worth it because I subscribe to prisonplanet.tv so it must be good right?

00:02:59.000 So anyway I wanted to make sure that I didn't forget to say that.

00:03:03.000 and now we got you know what we do uh... on our show in austin uh... the civil truth we have something that we've been running for years which is called police state alert and what police state alert is is we uh... we play some nazis goose stepping it's television so you get to see some nazis goose stepping down the road to uh... to music and the music that we play is uh... rammstein's We're all living in America.

00:03:30.000 I can't do that here on the radio because you don't have television in front of you, but we have the equivalent of a police state alert here on the Alex Jones Show right now.

00:03:41.000 The first story is from the Progress Report.

00:03:44.000 That's www.progress.org.

00:03:47.000 Bush seizes control over state militias.

00:03:51.000 The author here, Kevin Peterson, says, Centralized paternalistic government was a bad Soviet Communist idea.

00:03:59.000 So why does AWOL Bush favor it?

00:04:02.000 Here are portions of a news article appearing at stateline.org.

00:04:06.000 To the dismay of the nation's governors, the White House now will be empowered to go over a governor's head and call up the National Guard troops to aid a state in time of natural disasters or other public emergencies.

00:04:19.000 Up to now, governors were the sole commanders-in-chief of citizen soldiers and local guard units during emergencies within the state.

00:04:26.000 Over objections from all 50 governors, Congress in October changed the 200-year-old Insurrection Act to empower the hand of the president in future stateside emergencies.

00:04:38.000 Isn't that exciting?

00:04:39.000 Think about that.

00:04:40.000 Our imperious leader has now seized the state militias.

00:04:44.000 When we get back from the first break, I'll have a little comment on that.

00:04:48.000 This is Bob Daisy for Alex Jones on The Alex Jones Show on the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:04:53.000 This is Bob Daisy.

00:05:05.000 After a year in production and traveling to distant lands, my new film Terror Storm is complete.

00:05:10.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that Western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

00:05:18.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

00:05:26.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spies, Secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

00:05:37.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

00:05:41.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

00:05:44.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:07:56.000 That's 1-800-845-3841.

00:08:00.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:03.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 Okay.

00:08:10.000 Okay, Bob Basie back for Alex Jones on the Alex Jones Show.

00:08:14.000 Alright, just before the break we were talking about the fact that President Bush has seized control of the state militias.

00:08:20.000 I want to make a comment about that.

00:08:22.000 Just think about it, ladies and gentlemen.

00:08:23.000 All the hippies and granola crunchers and liberals and do-gooders of the world all believe that the Second Amendment doesn't exist.

00:08:29.000 The right to keep and bear arms.

00:08:31.000 A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

00:08:40.000 That's the Second Amendment.

00:08:41.000 Clear in its intent, the right of the people.

00:08:43.000 That's you and me.

00:08:44.000 To keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

00:08:46.000 However, The people who like to rearrange the Constitution say, oh no, what that really meant was the militia, which is a, that means a government run organization, uh, shall not be infringed.

00:09:01.000 So they think that the, the second amendment means that only government regulated, um, that, that has taken the place of the people now that you have to have a government regulated militia in order to keep and bear arms.

00:09:12.000 That's the standard mantra of the anti gunners.

00:09:16.000 Well, now that Bush already has control of the National Guards, right?

00:09:20.000 A lot of them are over in Iraq.

00:09:23.000 Now he wants control over the state militias.

00:09:25.000 Well then, who does that leave left to have the right to keep and bear arms?

00:09:29.000 You see, the Founding Fathers were right once again, and the hippies, and the liberals, and the anti-gunners were wrong again.

00:09:36.000 The Second Amendment is an individual right, not just a collective right.

00:09:42.000 Had to put that in there.

00:09:45.000 Okay, again we're talking about a Alex Jones Show version of our TV show, The Simple Truth, our little police state alert.

00:09:56.000 I have an article here on Infowars.net from Steve Watson posted yesterday.

00:10:03.000 Bloggers who criticize the government may face prison.

00:10:08.000 You'd be forgiven for thinking that it was some new restriction on free speech in Communist China.

00:10:14.000 But it isn't.

00:10:16.000 The U.S.

00:10:16.000 government wants to force bloggers and online grassroots activists to register and regularly report their activities to Congress in the latest astounding attack on the Internet and the First Amendment.

00:10:32.000 Richard A. Vigary, chairman of grassrootsfreedom.com, a website dedicated to fighting efforts to silence grassroots movements, states.

00:10:41.000 Now here's a quote from Richard Vigary.

00:10:45.000 Section 220 of S.

00:10:47.000 1, the Lobbying Reform Bill, currently before the Senate, would require grassroots causes, even bloggers, who communicate to 500 or more members of the public on policy matters, to register and report quarterly to Congress, the same as the big K street lobbyists.

00:11:06.000 Section 220 would amend existing lobbying reporting law by creating the most expansive intrusion on First Amendment rights Ever!

00:11:16.000 For the first time in history, critics of Congress will need to register and report with Congress itself.

00:11:24.000 End quote.

00:11:28.000 Under current law, any lobbyist who knowingly and willingly fails to file a report quarterly to the government faces criminal charges including a possible jail term of up to one year. 0.83

00:11:47.000 Hey man, we're all living in America with the K. I mean, this is ridiculous. 1.00

00:11:53.000 So, gee, if you talk to 500 more people in the public on policy matters, well I do that on my TV show.

00:12:01.000 I wonder if I'm going to have to report to the Congress.

00:12:04.000 Huh, I wonder if I'm going to have to show them my papers.

00:12:08.000 Won't they have the permission to speak?

00:12:11.000 Man, Talk about Nazi Germany. 0.96

00:12:14.000 This is disgusting. 0.93

00:12:15.000 But of course, hey, this is from the United States government. 0.93

00:12:19.000 Interesting.

00:12:20.000 Okay.

00:12:21.000 There's another take on this same topic from Kurt Nemo.

00:12:29.000 Today, posted today, anti-First Amendment S-1 passes Congress.

00:12:34.000 And I'll excerpt from this article.

00:12:41.000 It was bad enough George Bush Sr.

00:12:43.000 found it necessary to blame bloggers for creating what he deems an adversarial and ugly climate, never mind his particular bit of ugliness in Iraq more than a decade ago, eventually resulting in the murder of more than a million people.

00:12:57.000 Last month we had the Manchurian candidate John McCain introducing legislation That would fine blogs up to $300,000 for offensive statements, photos, and videos posted by visitors on comment boards, effectively nixing the open exchange of ideas on the Internet, providing a lethal injection for unrestrained opinion, and acting as the latest attack tool to chill freedom of speech on the World Wide Web.

00:13:25.000 And that's a quote from Paul Joseph Watson, who was writing for PrisonPlanet.com.

00:13:30.000 Since Watson wrote his piece about McCain's anti-First Amendment bill, Richard A. Vigery has warned that Congress is attempting to silence bloggers and other critics of the government.

00:13:40.000 And again, they restate the quote that they're going to require these people to report quarterly to the Congress if you talk to 500 people or more.

00:13:50.000 I swear, you know, this is insane.

00:13:53.000 You know, why do we have to sit here and tell you about this stuff?

00:13:55.000 I guess it's because it's going on.

00:13:58.000 Alright, anyway, I wanted to let you know about that.

00:14:01.000 Now here's a... I guess we'll say our police state alert section is over here, but now we've got a bunch more news we want to cover here in the first hour.

00:14:12.000 This is an article from the American Statesman dated today, January the 19th.

00:14:18.000 Washington Bureau Bob Deans is the fellow who wrote it.

00:14:22.000 CIA director warns U.S.

00:14:24.000 against failure in Iraq.

00:14:28.000 And they say U.S.

00:14:29.000 failure in Iraq would turn part of that country into a safe haven for Al Qaeda, a foundation for the Muslim empire envisioned by the terrorist group's leaders, and quote, a living hell for the Iraqi people, end quote. 0.91

00:14:41.000 CIA Director Michael Hayden told the House Intelligence Committee Thursday.

00:14:47.000 Bush vowed last week that U.S.

00:14:49.000 forces would, quote, seek out and destroy, end quote, networks in Iran and Syria that were providing support to insurgents in neighboring Iraq.

00:14:58.000 Defense Secretary Robert Gates said that it can be accomplished chiefly by striking at targets inside Iraq.

00:15:04.000 Now I want to make a few comments about this article.

00:15:07.000 Okay, so we have Michael Hayden, the CIA director, telling us that if We failed and a rocket's going to turn it into a living hell.

00:15:18.000 Well, guess what, Mr. Gates?

00:15:21.000 Mr. Hayden, I mean?

00:15:23.000 It is a living hell, and we turned it into one already.

00:15:25.000 So you can't do it again if it's already a living hell.

00:15:29.000 And it's at our hand.

00:15:31.000 It's at the hand of our elites.

00:15:33.000 So that's kind of a... I want to say that.

00:15:36.000 The other thing is to remind you that CIA Director Michael Hayden publicly stated Several months ago that the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution does not have a requirement of reasonable cause to get a warrant.

00:15:53.000 He stated that openly and publicly that the Fourth Amendment does not require the government to show reasonable cause to get a warrant.

00:16:00.000 Even though the Fourth Amendment clearly says that it does.

00:16:02.000 So there you have, I don't know, I guess you could say that's part of a police state alert right there too.

00:16:06.000 The director of the CIA doesn't understand the meaning of the Fourth Amendment.

00:16:11.000 You know, that's pretty sick isn't it?

00:16:14.000 The other thing I want to comment on here is that Defense Secretary Robert Gates has said that they're going to destroy these networks in Iran and Syria by chiefly striking at targets inside Iraq.

00:16:27.000 The key word there is chiefly by striking at targets inside Iraq.

00:16:33.000 Again, here's another indication of their intent to attack Syria And or Iran. 0.80

00:16:41.000 And you don't want that.

00:16:42.000 You really don't want that.

00:16:45.000 Alright, now we have another article.

00:16:49.000 PrisonPlanet.com This is posted today.

00:16:53.000 It's from ABC actually.

00:16:56.000 Pelosi won't block funding to stop Iraq troop surge even though the situation is a tragedy.

00:17:03.000 This is, she tells Diane Sawyer that Bush has to answer for this war.

00:17:08.000 New House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Democrat of California, says she won't block funding for additional troops.

00:17:14.000 Pelosi's position, revealed in an exclusive interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer, came a day after a group of senators announced a bipartisan resolution condemning the Bush administration's plan to increase U.S. forces in Iraq by more than 20,000 troops. came a day after a group of senators announced a Now, what's interesting here is two quotes from Pelosi.

00:17:37.000 Here's one.

00:17:39.000 Here's number one.

00:17:40.000 Democrats will never cut off funding for our troops when they're in harm's way.

00:17:45.000 Yeah, they kind of got you there, don't they?

00:17:47.000 You know, there they are.

00:17:48.000 They're sitting there in harm's way, and what are you going to do?

00:17:50.000 You know?

00:17:51.000 Yeah, that's interesting.

00:17:52.000 And then the other quote she says, which is telling.

00:17:56.000 This is Nancy Pelosi.

00:17:58.000 The President knows that because the troops are in harm's way, we won't cut off the resources.

00:18:04.000 That's why he's moving so quickly to put them in harm's way.

00:18:07.000 End quote.

00:18:09.000 There you go!

00:18:10.000 I mean, you know, he's kind of got the Congress by the short hairs there, doesn't he?

00:18:14.000 You know, we're going to shove 20,000 more troops in Iraq whether you like it or not, and now you'll have to fund them. 0.96

00:18:19.000 You've got to feed them and everything, right?

00:18:22.000 So there you have another example of why ignoring the Constitution gets the United States people in so much trouble.

00:18:31.000 You know, the Constitution says that only Congress has the power to declare war.

00:18:37.000 They didn't declare this war.

00:18:39.000 And here we are, in the middle of it, and our imperious leader is forcing the Congress to fund these troops by putting them in there anyway, because he thinks he's a dictator.

00:18:49.000 Isn't that nice?

00:18:51.000 That's just wonderful.

00:18:54.000 Okay.

00:18:56.000 Speaking of this Iran-Iraq situation, we have an article from Reuters, January 16, 2007, by Richard Cowen.

00:19:07.000 U.S.

00:19:08.000 lawmakers seek to bar U.S.

00:19:10.000 attack on Iran.

00:19:12.000 A bipartisan group of lawmakers in the U.S.

00:19:14.000 House of Representatives on Thursday pushed legislation to prohibit a U.S.

00:19:19.000 attack on Iran without Congress permission.

00:19:24.000 This effort led by Rep.

00:19:27.000 Walter Jones, a North Carolina Republican, The resolution makes it crystal clear that no previous resolution passed by Congress authorizes a U.S.

00:19:34.000 attack on Iran.

00:19:36.000 Jones told reporters referring to the 2002 vote by Congress authorizing the invasion of Iraq.

00:19:41.000 It's got 11 sponsors and Ron Paul is a co-sponsor of this thing.

00:19:46.000 So it must be good.

00:19:47.000 Ron Paul is a co-sponsor of this resolution.

00:19:50.000 We'll be back with more after this break on the Alex Down Show.

00:19:53.000 I'm going to leave you.

00:21:04.000 Did you know that one of the 45 objectives of international communism was to have America become involved in free trade?

00:21:12.000 Without tariffs on cheaply produced foreign goods, our manufacturing base, which would not be able to compete, would be forced to move their manufacturing plants overseas or to Mexico.

00:21:23.000 This would throw millions of workers out of work and completely destroy the middle class that has made America great. 0.60

00:24:12.000 By the chance of a foot in Kansas, that ain't what I wrote on the moon, did you draw?

00:24:20.000 I can see the day coming when you and your homegirls is gonna be in town. 1.00

00:24:27.000 Okay, it's Bob Dacey back on the Alex Jones Show this January the 19th 2007 and we were talking about the Reuters article where Ron Paul is co-sponsoring a bill that seeks to bar a United States attack on Iran.

00:24:43.000 I think that's a pretty good idea myself.

00:24:45.000 One other comment about that story before I go on to the next one.

00:24:50.000 In this story, concerns about a U.S.

00:24:52.000 attack against Iran increased after the United States moved an additional aircraft carrier into the Persian Gulf region and the Bush administration told Arab allies it would do more to contain Tehran.

00:25:04.000 What Arab allies is this guy talking about?

00:25:07.000 Who is that?

00:25:09.000 Oh, is that the Saudi Arabians that we do all that business with?

00:25:12.000 With all business?

00:25:13.000 Is that who he's talking about?

00:25:15.000 You know, while the so-called hijackers, most of them came from Saudi Arabia?

00:25:19.000 That country?

00:25:20.000 Yeah.

00:25:20.000 Uh-huh.

00:25:22.000 Yeah, well, anyway, yeah, you kind of wonder what they're bringing an aircraft carrier battle group, another one into the Persian Gulf War to fight a bunch of insurgents on the ground in Iraq.

00:25:30.000 So you know this is a direct escalation towards war with Iran.

00:25:35.000 So we're Ron Paul sponsoring a bill.

00:25:38.000 Co-sponsoring a resolution to prohibit a U.S.

00:25:43.000 attack on Iran.

00:25:46.000 Related to that, This is from PrisonPlanet.com by Paul Joseph Watson posted today.

00:25:55.000 Reporter claims Israeli nuke strike on Iran averted by U.S.

00:25:58.000 fighters.

00:25:59.000 Let me repeat that.

00:26:01.000 This story is very bizarre.

00:26:04.000 Reporter claims Israeli nuke strike on Iran averted by U.S.

00:26:09.000 fighters.

00:26:10.000 Sources say F-16 suicide mission armed with 20 kiloton bomb recalled by Israelis under threat of U.S.

00:26:17.000 Sidewinder missile shoot down.

00:26:20.000 I want to point out that this is Paul Joseph Watson reporting the information of another reporter, William Thomas, who has done some work in the chemtrail field.

00:26:33.000 I myself would have to see a bunch more on this myself, but I'm going to go ahead and read this because it's, you know, if it's true, it's interesting to say the least.

00:26:42.000 As escalation towards a war with Iran reaches fever pitch, an online journalist today breaks the astounding news that Israeli fighter jets have already attempted to bomb tactical locations in Iran with nuclear weapons nearly twice as powerful as the one dropped on Hiroshima in 1945, only to be turned back by U.S.

00:27:01.000 warplanes over Iraq.

00:27:04.000 William Thomas cites two sources with US and other military contacts who told him that on two recent occasions Israeli fighter bombers armed with both conventional and nuclear weapons were turned back by US planes under threat of missile interception.

00:27:23.000 This followed reports on Wednesday that Iran had shot down a US drone on its border It also comes after Iranian officials condemned a U.S.

00:27:31.000 raid on a consulate in the northern Iraqi city of Erbil, during which five Iranian diplomats were kidnapped.

00:27:39.000 Many saw the raid, which was directly authorized by the White House, as an outright attempt on behalf of the U.S.

00:27:46.000 to provoke a heavy-handed Iranian response that would boost the neocons' justification for war.

00:27:54.000 Republican Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul Recently expressed his fear during a speech on the House floor that the Bush administration would contrive a staged Gulf of Tonkin style incident to garner domestic and international support for an airstrike on Iran's nuclear facilities.

00:28:15.000 That reminds me to remind you that at 1230 we are going to replay a segment of last Wednesday's Alex Jones Show Where Jack Blood was sitting in and talking with Congressman Ron Paul.

00:28:29.000 So y'all want to stay tuned for that.

00:28:31.000 That's going to be at 1230 today.

00:28:36.000 So there you have what appears to be a series of strange events in regarding to Iran and American provocations.

00:28:36.000 Okay.

00:28:44.000 And what is this though?

00:28:46.000 We want to stop the Israelis from nuking them so we can nuke them? 1.00

00:28:49.000 Boy, I'm kind of confused on that one.

00:28:51.000 Hey, whatever.

00:28:54.000 Okay, we have another story here.

00:28:56.000 Another high-tech incident here.

00:29:01.000 This is from American Free Press, January the 19th, 2007.

00:29:07.000 This is about China shooting down a missile.

00:29:12.000 I mean, not a missile, using a missile to shoot down a satellite.

00:29:16.000 China's Defense Ministry refused to confirm Friday it conducted a test in space of a satellite killing weapon Following U.S.

00:29:24.000 claims that the controversial event occurred last week.

00:29:28.000 Wow.

00:29:30.000 That's interesting.

00:29:31.000 When we get back from the break, I will have to tell you some more about this.

00:29:35.000 China knocking out satellites.

00:29:37.000 I bet you we don't like that too much.

00:29:39.000 This is Bob Dacey.

00:29:40.000 See you.

00:29:40.000 We'll be back on the Alex Jones Show after the break.

00:29:42.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:31:07.000 Since its creation in 1913, the Federal Reserve has not been held responsible for its own debt.

00:31:13.000 So why should you, the hard-working American, be harassed for yours?

00:31:16.000 There's a double standard when it comes to being responsible for debt, and unlike the Federal Reserve, the people of this country can't print more money when needed.

00:32:01.000 We at The Bible Says want to alert the world to the topic of the Mark of the Beast.

00:32:06.000 Soon it will be upon us as an overwhelming surprise.

00:32:09.000 The world is pressing toward a forced one-world religion.

00:32:12.000 The real issue behind this is the union of church and state nullifying our First Amendment.

00:32:17.000 Americans will have to give up their peculiar beliefs and accept what the new world religious leaders prescribe. 0.67

00:32:23.000 In 2005, President Bush signed the REAL ID Act.

00:32:26.000 Which goes into effect May 11, 2008.

00:32:29.000 Many people believe that this will be the Mark of the Beast because of the restrictive measures included.

00:32:34.000 Which seems to parallel the no buying and selling of Revelations 13-17.

00:32:38.000 In Revelations 14-9, speaking of the Mark of the Beast, it says, If any man worship the Beast, take notice.

00:32:45.000 It says, Worship the Beast.

00:32:47.000 This issue is about worship, not economics.

00:32:50.000 For a better understanding of this very important topic, and to receive your three free books and a free DVD, call 1-888-211-1715.

00:32:58.000 That's 1-888-211-1715.

00:33:00.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

00:33:08.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

00:33:10.000 Okay, Bob Dacey back for Alex Jones on The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:21.000 And I would be remiss if I didn't remind you that on Alex Jones' InfoWars store, if you go to InfoWars.com and go to the shop, the shop at InfoWars.com, he's got another special.

00:33:33.000 He's got Terror Storm, which is his latest DVD, the final release of Terror Storm, which is 1995.

00:33:40.000 And he's got America, Freedom of Fascism, the Aaron Russo film.

00:33:46.000 about uh... just that just that subject America Freedom to Fascism starts with the IRS and goes all the way to the North American Union uh... that's also $19.95 however if you go to the shop at InfoWars.com you can purchase the Info Weapons DVD Combo Pack which is regularly $39.90 and it's on sale for $29.95 so you might want to check that out Terror Storm an excellent film by Alex Jones America Freedom to Fascism

00:34:15.000 An excellent film by the major, major film producer, Hollywood type, Aaron Russo.

00:34:23.000 All right.

00:34:25.000 And now for the rest of this half hour, I'm going to, I'm going to start talking about this North American Union thing again.

00:34:33.000 And Hank Gilbert, former Agriculture Commissioner candidate in the state of Texas, has come out opposed to this.

00:34:41.000 And I just want to kind of grease the skits for him.

00:34:44.000 I've got some two documents in front of me from the Texas Transportation Commission.

00:34:49.000 Now, these are the guys.

00:34:51.000 They have two different agendas here.

00:34:54.000 These are draft papers published in January of this year.

00:34:59.000 They have a nationwide agenda that they want to push in the 110th Congress first session in regard to building their toll roads and their trans-Texas corridors and their NAFTA superhighways and making sure that the federal government is doing their job to make sure that you, the American people, get the short end of the stick.

00:35:20.000 And so I've got this report.

00:35:21.000 It's called Forward Momentum.

00:35:23.000 It's a comment draft.

00:35:25.000 It's called Forward Momentum.

00:35:31.000 Yada, yada, yada.

00:35:33.000 Fake reasons for doing this.

00:35:35.000 A report to the 110th Congress first session.

00:35:39.000 Now, I just want an excerpt from some of this.

00:35:42.000 In the introduction, they say, A year ago, with the passage of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act, a legacy for users, Safety Yale you the guiding principle of text dots federal legislative activities was building on success And again, I will remind you that text the state of Texas passed And now well what instead of Texas United States the United States Congress in 2005 passed hr3 on

00:36:14.000 And in that NHR 3, in section 1604, is the kernel, the start of the federal government starting to make it legal to toll the interstate system.

00:36:26.000 You know, the stuff you already paid for, existing roads, bridges, and tunnels.

00:36:32.000 That's 2005 HR 3, section 1604.

00:36:37.000 Back to this paper.

00:36:39.000 The traditional modes of funding, operation, and thinking are no longer working for our state or nation.

00:36:44.000 TxDOT has worked hard during the course of SAFE-T-E-A-L-U to lay the groundwork for the use of new and innovative financing tools in transportation infrastructure delivery.

00:36:55.000 Now, you want to go to innovativefinance.org and you'll see how they're planning to tattoo you all over the country.

00:37:03.000 But they say it's good because, you see, it's innovative.

00:37:06.000 You see?

00:37:07.000 It's innovative.

00:37:10.000 Contained in this report are brief synopses of our 2007 or post safety ALU federal priorities.

00:37:18.000 So here we have some of the federal priorities of Texas here in this.

00:37:24.000 New laws are creating important new opportunities in Texas.

00:37:27.000 I love the way they speak.

00:37:28.000 Opportunities.

00:37:30.000 See that's called taxing you some more.

00:37:32.000 See that's an opportunity to fleece you some more.

00:37:35.000 But they call it, it sounds so good, an opportunity.

00:37:38.000 Isn't that neat?

00:37:40.000 Okay, and they say Congress must upend traditional thinking and embrace innovation.

00:37:44.000 There's another one of those watch words.

00:37:46.000 See, it's innovative to tax you again for roads you already paid for.

00:37:51.000 See, that's innovative.

00:37:52.000 Doesn't it sound neat?

00:37:54.000 Kind of flows right off the tongue there.

00:37:56.000 Flows right off the tongue better than fascism, you know, but it sounds better. 0.81

00:37:59.000 It's innovative.

00:38:01.000 With the passage of safety E-A-L-U, Congress expanded our ability to issue debt and eased a variety of associated restrictions allowing for greater private sector participation in transportation infrastructure.

00:38:16.000 There you have another one of these fuzzy little things.

00:38:19.000 Oh boy, private sector participation in screwing you around and making you pay again for roads you already paid for.

00:38:26.000 But doesn't it sound great?

00:38:28.000 Okay, we propose to work with Congress to amend the federal tax code partnership distributions or corporate dividends related to ownership of toll road from income taxation.

00:38:44.000 Okay.

00:38:45.000 Okay, let me get this straight.

00:38:49.000 They want federal legislation to ensure that these companies, these foreign companies and their American partners that invest in toll roads where they take your money again and make you pay to travel, that when they make the profit from it, that they won't be taxed Isn't that lovely?

00:39:07.000 That's what Texas wants to do. 1.00

00:39:09.000 The Texas Department of Transportation.

00:39:12.000 What's funny though about this is they actually want to toll the cops though.

00:39:17.000 There was an article in the American Statesman on January 8th written by Ben Weir Should law officers get a pass on tolls?

00:39:26.000 It's a fuzzy situation.

00:39:28.000 He says the Texas Department of Transportation would like to waive the tolls only for marked police cars, fire vehicles, and ambulances in the act of responding to an incident.

00:39:38.000 So if you're a cop car and you're just driving along to get from point A to point B, they want you to pay the toll.

00:39:43.000 I mean, you got that?

00:39:45.000 Now this, in my opinion, is not a double tax toll.

00:39:49.000 It's a triple tax toll.

00:39:51.000 Because, okay, first you already paid for the road, right?

00:39:53.000 Okay, great.

00:39:54.000 Now they slap a toll road on it.

00:39:56.000 Okay, well that's double taxation.

00:39:58.000 But now, you also already paid for the cop cars, and you're paying for the cops!

00:40:03.000 And the ambulances.

00:40:04.000 But when they go cruising across the toll road, unless there are sirens blaring, well they gotta pay again!

00:40:09.000 So that's a triple tax toll.

00:40:11.000 That is absolutely obscene.

00:40:14.000 It's like an obscenity mounted on top of an obscenity.

00:40:17.000 It's like a pimple within a pimple, if you know what I mean.

00:40:20.000 Tolling Authority Expansion.

00:40:23.000 Safety EALU recognized the importance of tolling and expanded the ability of state departments of transportation to utilize tolls on certain types of federally funded projects.

00:40:35.000 You see, it used to be illegal until the United States Congress fixed it in 2005.

00:40:43.000 It also created three new opportunities to utilize vehicle tolls as a means to finance interstate construction and or reconstruction.

00:40:51.000 Now, you see the key watchword there is finance interstate reconstruction.

00:40:55.000 In other words, fixing what we already paid for.

00:40:58.000 See, to fix it, you gotta toll it!

00:41:00.000 Isn't it brilliant?

00:41:00.000 It's innovative, it's new, it's modern, and it's all meant to take you to the cleaners.

00:41:07.000 We propose to... What do they propose to do?

00:41:11.000 We propose to reduce restrictions on tolling programs and remove their pilot project status to give states such as Texas as many opportunities as possible for new funding alternatives.

00:41:25.000 You see, I reported many months ago that this bill had been passed.

00:41:31.000 I broke the story on Infowars.com about the feds It's the law.

00:41:37.000 Feds paved the way to start tolling the interstates in order to fund the North American Union.

00:41:42.000 That was a story I did several months ago.

00:41:45.000 That was a first, if I may pat myself on the back.

00:41:49.000 Then here the text starts saying, yeah, that's right, and we're going to make sure that these pilot programs turn into more than just pilot programs.

00:42:00.000 Again, we have opportunities and funding alternatives and it all means taxing you again.

00:42:05.000 It all means tattooing you again to build a North American Union superhighway.

00:42:10.000 That's all this is about, but they make it sound so exciting.

00:42:14.000 We propose to authorize states to implement interstate tolling options beyond current safety ALU power programs and allow toll revenues from toll finance facilities to be used for other critical system needs.

00:42:31.000 Oh, my goodness.

00:42:32.000 I wonder what other critical system needs are.

00:42:35.000 So they want the money that they take from you for roads you already paid for and for new ones you hadn't paid for to go to other critical systems.

00:42:47.000 I wonder what those might be?

00:42:50.000 Whatever they are, they're not going to be good.

00:42:52.000 I'll guarantee you that.

00:42:53.000 They just want to be able to have a big money pot to draw from so they can build this North American Union infrastructure project of theirs.

00:43:00.000 That's what they're trying to do.

00:43:03.000 I can assure you that that's what they're trying to do because whatever they're trying to do stinks.

00:43:09.000 Alright, and I think it has a lot to do.

00:43:11.000 They want to use some of this money to build the railroad component of the Trans-Texas Corridor.

00:43:19.000 Okay, now, that was some of their federal priorities.

00:43:24.000 Now I want to get into their, the Texas Transportation Proposed Issues for the 80th Texas Legislature.

00:43:32.000 So this is their statewide priorities, but I want to warn you, this is a draft and it's subject to change.

00:43:37.000 Cecil, right on the front.

00:43:39.000 Okay, let's see what they have in store here.

00:43:42.000 What they want passed at the state level.

00:43:45.000 Project Development.

00:43:48.000 Concurrent jurisdiction of courts in eminent domain proceedings.

00:43:52.000 Condemnation petitions must be filed with the county courts at law in counties that have them, thus precluding district courts from processing such cases.

00:44:02.000 Imminent domain cases could be processed more efficiently if petitions could be filed in any court with jurisdiction.

00:44:12.000 Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

00:44:14.000 English translation.

00:44:15.000 They want to make it easier and quicker to kick people off their land.

00:44:17.000 You don't want to move!

00:44:21.000 But it's warm and fuzzy.

00:44:22.000 You know, we need this.

00:44:24.000 We need concurrent jurisdiction.

00:44:27.000 And here's one that kind of goes along with that.

00:44:30.000 Right of entry.

00:44:33.000 Property owners sometimes don't allow TxDOT or its agents on property to conduct surveys and appraisals when developing certain transportation projects.

00:44:42.000 TxDOT has a right of entry for toll roads, but not for other state highway projects.

00:44:47.000 The Department can use this authority for all state highway projects.

00:44:52.000 Again, making it easier to kick you off your land.

00:44:56.000 You say, no, you get out of here.

00:44:58.000 I don't want you people on my property.

00:44:59.000 Just, you have no right to trespass on my private property.

00:45:02.000 You leave and you get out of here.

00:45:04.000 Oh no, we have, we have the permission of, it's the law now.

00:45:07.000 We're going to be able to get on your property whether you want to or not.

00:45:10.000 And you know what?

00:45:11.000 This area right through the middle of your living room would make a great fast lane right here for the trucks, right here, right in the middle of your living room.

00:45:21.000 So now they want to force their way onto your property.

00:45:23.000 And what else they got here?

00:45:26.000 What else do we have here?

00:45:29.000 Use of available funds for rail projects.

00:45:31.000 Aha! 0.94

00:45:32.000 Now we know what they want to do with this extra money.

00:45:35.000 Currently, TxDOT cannot use Texas Enterprise funds on rail projects without waiting for a line item appropriation from the legislature.

00:45:43.000 Additionally, the department cannot use surplus tolls or concession fees on rail projects.

00:45:49.000 These matters.

00:45:50.000 Could be remedied in statute.

00:45:54.000 So there you go.

00:45:54.000 I was right again.

00:45:55.000 Hey, how about that?

00:45:56.000 I was right again.

00:45:57.000 They want to use all this money for their rail project portion of the Trans-Texas Corridor NAFTA Superhighway.

00:46:07.000 Because trucks is not enough to bring up the cheap communist Chinese slave goods from the other side of the world through Mexico. 0.99

00:46:14.000 You see, they gotta use railroad cars too.

00:46:19.000 Okay, under the heading of safety.

00:46:21.000 It's always under the safety.

00:46:22.000 You know, it's either for the children or for safety or whatever.

00:46:25.000 You know, it's always warm and fuzzy.

00:46:27.000 Get this.

00:46:28.000 They want exclusive truck lanes.

00:46:31.000 They want to amend the statute to allow the Commission to designate on or off the Trans-Texas Corridor exclusive truck lanes without a requirement for adjacent lanes for passenger vehicles.

00:46:45.000 Now, you get this now.

00:46:46.000 Here you have any road they feel like it.

00:46:48.000 It says on or off the Trans-Texas Corridor.

00:46:51.000 They want to come in and be able to say, okay, this lane that used to be for anybody is now just for Mexican trucks driving communist Chinese goods up from Rosario Cardenas and Montanilla up through Texas without a border stop to go to Kansas City's Smartport where the Mexican customs officials are going to make sure that it's okay.

00:47:09.000 And you guys who paid for these roads already, any road, on or off the Trans-Texas Corridor, any, you guys can't get in this lane anymore, you see?

00:47:17.000 I know you already paid for it, I know, I know, I know, but you can't get in this lane anymore because we have to make room for the Mexican trucks, you see? 1.00

00:47:26.000 And it says you don't have to have adjacent lanes for passenger vehicles, so just to heck with you, commuters!

00:47:34.000 So how is that going to relieve congestion?

00:47:37.000 How in the world is designating lanes for Mexican trucks only?

00:47:42.000 Well, and other trucks, but you know what they really want here is Mexican trucks with their cocaine-induced drivers driving them, you know, 14 hours a day. 0.99

00:47:50.000 How is that going to relieve congestion?

00:47:53.000 These liars, Rick Perry, chief among them, told them, oh no, we're going to build the Trans-Texas Corridor and it's going to relieve traffic congestion.

00:48:00.000 How are you going to relieve traffic congestion by taking existing lanes and turning them into truck lanes only?

00:48:06.000 Hmm.

00:48:06.000 Must not be the Purpose.

00:48:07.000 The Purpose must be the NAFTA Superhighway, huh?

00:48:11.000 Oh, here's another good one.

00:48:12.000 This almost belongs in Police State Alert.

00:48:16.000 Again, we're talking about the Texas Department of Transportation and what they want passed in the Texas Legislature this year.

00:48:23.000 With old Mike Creucy leading the charge.

00:48:26.000 The Chairman of the Transportation Committee.

00:48:28.000 Sobriety Checkpoints.

00:48:31.000 Amend the statute to allow for implementation of sobriety checkpoints by local jurisdictions in the Texas DPS.

00:48:38.000 So there you have it.

00:48:39.000 Ladies and gentlemen, they want the authority to pull you over without probable cause.

00:48:48.000 Well, that's warm and fuzzy.

00:48:49.000 Yes, we must see your papers to make sure you are sober.

00:48:54.000 I mean, give me a break.

00:48:56.000 Is this United States of America, People's Republic of China?

00:48:59.000 I'm getting a little confused.

00:49:03.000 Okay, here's another one.

00:49:05.000 Automated camera enforcement.

00:49:08.000 In the event the Attorney General finds the use of automated enforcement illegal in Texas, apparently they're worried about that.

00:49:15.000 In the event the AG finds the use of automated enforcement illegal in Texas, Modify the statute to allow local jurisdictions and Texas DPS to utilize automated enforcement technology for traffic offenses.

00:49:30.000 That's interesting.

00:49:32.000 We have an article from the statesman about that.

00:49:36.000 American statesman here in Austin back on the 4th of January.

00:49:38.000 Third way to pay toll.

00:49:40.000 Drive on, get a bill.

00:49:41.000 So you don't have a toll tag?

00:49:43.000 But you still don't want to stop at the toll booths?

00:49:46.000 Video tolling, you see, is going to solve that.

00:49:48.000 It will be more expensive than paying cash or using a toll tag.

00:49:52.000 And cameras will shoot pictures of the license plates of such drivers.

00:49:55.000 And the registered owner of the car will be billed.

00:49:58.000 And the total charges will be about 33% higher than the normal cash rate of about 12 cents a mile.

00:50:05.000 Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

00:50:07.000 They want to make sure that they can send you a bill whether you want one or not.

00:50:11.000 Isn't that great?

00:50:13.000 That is wonderful.

00:50:14.000 That is absolutely wonderful.

00:50:16.000 And there's another one on toll roads.

00:50:19.000 Specifically, they want TxDOT to assume the debt of a developer and issue bonds in order to terminate a comprehensive development agreement.

00:50:30.000 I don't want to bog down in terms here, but why would the state of Texas want to assume the debt of a developer?

00:50:37.000 I mean, if he gets the money, I mean, there's something nefarious about that.

00:50:42.000 The developer gets in trouble so the people of Texas are stuck with the bill?

00:50:46.000 Maybe that's what that is.

00:50:47.000 Alright, I'm going to continue with this after the break and then at the top of the hour we're going to have Hank Gilbert.

00:50:52.000 This is Bob Dacey for Alex Jones on the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:50:56.000 This is Bob Dacey.

00:51:05.000 After a year in production and traveling to distant lands, my new film Terror Storm is complete.

00:51:10.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

00:51:19.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

00:51:26.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, Secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

00:51:38.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

00:51:42.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

00:51:44.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:52:06.000 What?

00:52:06.000 Again?

00:52:07.000 We just stopped two hours ago.

00:52:09.000 Honey, let's stop.

00:52:10.000 Because I gave the kids their Sport Berkey water bottles.

00:52:13.000 Why did you do that?

00:52:15.000 Because they can't drink and talk at the same time.

00:52:17.000 And that way we don't have to listen to them singing, Are we there yet?

00:52:21.000 Are we there yet?

00:52:22.000 for the entire trip.

00:52:23.000 Hmm, I didn't think about that.

00:52:26.000 Great idea.

00:52:27.000 Yeah, and it's cheap entertainment for the kids.

00:52:30.000 Bottled water costs around 75 cents a bottle.

00:52:33.000 And using our Berkey Sport Bottles, it costs us less than two and a half cents per refill.

00:52:38.000 Honey! 0.98

00:52:39.000 You're terrific!

00:52:40.000 Oh honey, so are you!

00:52:42.000 You're the one that bought the family our Sport Berkey Water Bottles!

00:53:57.000 celebrating 18 years of dedication.

00:54:00.000 I remember when, I remember, I remember when I lost my mind.

00:54:08.000 There was something so pleasant about that place.

00:54:12.000 Either your emotions have an echo in so much space.

00:54:17.000 All right, Bob Dasey back once again on the Alex Jones Show on this 19th of January, 2007.

00:54:26.000 And we were talking about the legislative agenda of the Texas Department of Transportation about what they want to get accomplished so they can tattoo you some more, take more of your money for roads you already paid for, and funnel it into the Trans-Texas Corridor, which is, of course, the Texas portion of the NAFTA Superhighway, which is the hub of a bunch of high-priority corridors designated at the federal level to go all through the United States, Canada, and Mexico to

00:54:55.000 provide the infrastructure needed to merge the three countries into one under the security and prosperity partnership agreement agreed to by President Bush in 2005 with Mexico and Canada and of course the blueprint for that is building a North American community by Robert Pastor from the Council on Foreign Relations because David Rockefeller and his crowd are behind this whole stinky smelly mess okay big picture period okay so we're talking about the legislative agenda

00:55:24.000 Of the state of Texas here.

00:55:26.000 Now here's some more.

00:55:28.000 I was talking about they want the Department of Transportation to assume the debt of the developer.

00:55:32.000 Now that's troubling.

00:55:34.000 You know, I'm not a developer type and I don't know all the ins and outs of this, but you know, it smells like the people of Texas get stuck with a bill if the thing falls apart.

00:55:45.000 Then you have state acquisition of toll roads.

00:55:48.000 State law should ensure that the entity most capable of operating and improving toll roads has the authority to acquire existing systems.

00:55:57.000 Again, why would a developer give up a money-making deal?

00:56:00.000 Someone's going to say, well, you're not capable of running this anymore because you're not making any money, so we're going to take it over from you and absolve you of all your debt, and we're going to make the taxpayers of Texas pay for it.

00:56:10.000 I think that's what that says in English, I think.

00:56:13.000 This is a scary one.

00:56:13.000 Here's another one.

00:56:14.000 Leasing state highways.

00:56:16.000 Let me repeat that.

00:56:17.000 Leasing state highways.

00:56:19.000 State law may not be sufficient to authorize TexDOT to lease or license a state highway right-of-way to an RMA, that's Regional Ability Authority, so that the RMA can construct a toll project on that property.

00:56:32.000 Okay.

00:56:33.000 What?

00:56:34.000 So the law is not sufficient enough for them to come along and say, hey look, a nice paid-for state highway.

00:56:39.000 We want to grab that sucker and lease it To a regional mobility authority so that they can construct a toll project on that property.

00:56:48.000 You understand this obscenity? 0.96

00:56:51.000 And you people all over the United States, you think this is Texas only?

00:56:53.000 No, no, no, no, no.

00:56:54.000 This is for you.

00:56:56.000 Texas is the laboratory that they're doing all this in, just because of our geography.

00:57:02.000 You know, everything from Mexico has got to come up through Texas.

00:57:05.000 It's the best route.

00:57:06.000 You know, and this is what they're planning for you too, everybody.

00:57:10.000 This isn't a state issue.

00:57:11.000 Never was.

00:57:12.000 David Rockefeller and his friends at the Council on Foreign Relations are behind all of this.

00:57:17.000 All of it.

00:57:18.000 Because they want this North American Union.

00:57:20.000 They want to merge three countries into one and destroy the United States of America as an independent nation.

00:57:26.000 That's what it's all about.

00:57:28.000 Okay.

00:57:29.000 Now, I want to talk a little bit in this last part of this hour about this The fact that they also want to suspend your driver's license and deny your vehicle registration renewal if you don't pay their crooked tolls.

00:57:43.000 If you run through one of their toll booths and don't pay.

00:57:47.000 That's in their legislative agenda, too.

00:57:49.000 They also want the developers that run the toll roads, the private people, to have the same enforcement power as the police.

00:57:55.000 Ooh, private cops.

00:57:57.000 Ooh, cool.

00:57:58.000 Wow.

00:57:59.000 Little private army there.

00:58:00.000 Little mercenaries.

00:58:04.000 I just wonder about some of this stuff.

00:58:08.000 Are there any lawyers out there listening who have some degree of background in proximate cause and culpability of crimes?

00:58:18.000 When we get back from this short little break, I want to ask a few questions.

00:58:22.000 Any of you legal egos out there, we'd like some opinions on this.

00:58:25.000 This is Bob Basie for Alex Jones on the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:58:29.000 Copies of the preceding broadcast are available at GCNlive.com or call toll-free 877-376-45.

00:58:49.000 Blackbird.

00:58:53.000 Blackbird.

00:58:57.000 Big Brother, Mainstream Media, Government Cover-Ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:15.000 Okay, once again, this is Bob Dacey from Austin, Texas, substituting for Alex Jones on this Friday, January 19, 2007.

00:59:27.000 I am the host of The Simple Truth, a local TV talk show here in Austin.

00:59:31.000 I've been on the air for eight years and I'm pretty much parallel with Alex Jones.

00:59:38.000 We agree on a lot more than we disagree on.

00:59:42.000 Before the break we were talking about TxDOT's illustrious desires for the state legislature next year.

00:59:50.000 Before I continue with one little comment on that.

00:59:53.000 I want to let you know that Alex Jones at his Infowars store has a deal where he has put his older VHS videos onto DVD and he has the Police State Trilogy which includes a copy of each of three of his films Police State 2000, Police State 2 The Takeover and Police State 3 Total Enslavement for a special price of only $34.95 for the DVDs or if you're old-fashioned you can get them for $45.95 for the VHS tapes.

01:00:21.000 So go to AlexJonesInfoWars.com, go to the store, and get these things.

01:00:26.000 Okay?

01:00:26.000 Great!

01:00:28.000 Okay, before we bring on Hank Gilbert, uh, uh, candidate for, uh, last, uh, last election Democrat for Texas Agriculture Commission, I want to finish this thought, and I know Hank's listening, and I'll, I might want to ask his opinion about this when he comes on.

01:00:42.000 Listen, they've got a proposal to make sure that the driver of a car going through one of these toll booths without paying is responsible for paying the bill.

01:00:51.000 Now what happens, for example, if you loan your car to your nephew?

01:00:56.000 And you don't know it, but he goes driving through a toll booth and he doesn't pay.

01:01:00.000 Now, you weren't even there, right?

01:01:04.000 So why do you have to pay the toll?

01:01:06.000 I don't understand that.

01:01:08.000 And what if this same nephew borrows your car without your permission and goes through the toll booth?

01:01:19.000 You know, he didn't steal it, but you know, you kind of irritated that he took it, but you didn't really tell him he could.

01:01:23.000 You're not going to press charges against him or anything like that, but he's the guy who runs the toll and he's the one that's quote-unquote violated the crooked law.

01:01:32.000 So why are you responsible in America for a crime you didn't even commit?

01:01:37.000 You weren't even there.

01:01:39.000 What if your nephew borrows your car and does a hit-and-run on somebody and messes them up?

01:01:47.000 Did they arrest you?

01:01:48.000 And throw you in jail after they try you for murder?

01:01:50.000 I mean, I'm trying to find the legal justification for making me responsible for something I didn't even do.

01:01:59.000 I wasn't even there.

01:02:00.000 You know?

01:02:01.000 What if two of your neighbors get in a fight, and they're arguing about something, and one of them picks up a rock in your rock garden and throws it through the window of your other neighbor?

01:02:12.000 Okay.

01:02:12.000 It was your rock!

01:02:14.000 So, are you responsible for fixing the neighbor's window because the rock came from your rock garden even though you didn't throw it?

01:02:21.000 See, I'm trying to figure out the legal justification of this polling you when you're not even there.

01:02:27.000 You know, what if, um, what if you were going hunting with a friend and you were going bowhunting, say, let's make it kind of innocuous, you know, let's go bowhunting with a friend and your friend doesn't have a bow, see, so you lend him one of yours.

01:02:43.000 Okay, so he's not, he doesn't see too good.

01:02:44.000 You know, you didn't know that.

01:02:45.000 And you're out there in the middle of the woods and he shoots a cow in the rear end with an arrow.

01:02:50.000 Okay?

01:02:51.000 Now, since it's your bow, are you responsible for the cow that got shot in the rear end with the arrow?

01:03:00.000 You see, I'm trying to, I'm trying to figure this out here.

01:03:03.000 I'm trying to understand how they can justify passing a law that says you're responsible for doing something, for paying something that you didn't even do, you didn't even commit.

01:03:13.000 What if somebody kills somebody with your gun?

01:03:16.000 Does that mean that you are responsible?

01:03:20.000 You are the person responsible?

01:03:21.000 See, I want to know if there's any lawyers out there who have a deal with proximate cause and precedent and things like that.

01:03:30.000 I think you could attack this whole thing on this basis because I think it's totally illegal.

01:03:35.000 Anyway, as soon as we get back from this break, we're going to bring on Hank Gilbert and we're going to go with him for the next up to the half hour.

01:03:42.000 This is Bob Dacey, Infowars.com is the website.

01:03:45.000 The Black Lives Matter.

01:03:53.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

01:03:57.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

01:04:02.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate, and others are absorbed through the skin.

01:04:06.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury, and iron, and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae, and fungus in your shower.

01:04:15.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound, and is recyclable.

01:04:19.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.

01:04:25.000 Hospitals, restaurants, water treatment facilities use this media to reduce chlorine, iron, heavy metals and bacteria.

01:04:32.000 What about you?

01:04:59.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.

01:05:01.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that Western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

01:05:10.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

01:05:17.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, Secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

01:05:29.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

01:05:33.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

01:05:35.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

01:06:52.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:06:58.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:07:03.000 Okay, Bob Dasey, back on the Alex Jones Show on January 19, 2007, and we have Hank Gilbert, former Democratic candidate for Texas Agriculture Commissioner, joining us right now.

01:07:14.000 Hank, are you there?

01:07:15.000 Yeah, I'm here, Bob.

01:07:18.000 So, hey, I understand I heard a lot of good things about you.

01:07:20.000 They seem to like you around here.

01:07:22.000 Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and why you ran for Texas Agriculture Commissioner?

01:07:28.000 Yeah, but first I have to answer two points that you just did on that last segment.

01:07:31.000 Oh, go right ahead. 0.99

01:07:32.000 Number one, if it's my cow that gets shot in the butt, I'm going to go after both of them. 1.00

01:07:37.000 The shooter and the owner of the boat. 1.00

01:07:39.000 Alright.

01:07:40.000 And the second thing, you know, we have a new loop that they're putting in up here around us in Tyler.

01:07:47.000 And it's a tow loop, and they have a five mile section open.

01:07:51.000 I don't know.

01:07:52.000 As the things where the cars go under you, it's not toll booths.

01:07:55.000 They just take a picture of your license plate.

01:07:57.000 It's automatic.

01:07:57.000 And some grandma, some elderly grandma in South Texas got a bill for going through the toll booth.

01:08:06.000 And what was kind of erotic was she didn't even know where Tyler was.

01:08:09.000 The thing misread the license plate.

01:08:12.000 And they sent her a bill, and she said, I don't even have a car.

01:08:17.000 I don't even know where Tyler is.

01:08:19.000 So, you know, there's a lot of.

01:08:21.000 There's going to be a lot of crappy things like that.

01:08:25.000 She's in big trouble now, isn't she?

01:08:26.000 Oh, yeah.

01:08:27.000 Yeah, she's going to be in big trouble with a 65-cent. 1.00

01:08:30.000 Tell us about this Todd Staples guy.

01:08:32.000 Can you imagine if these tech stop people get their way and they get Mike Kruse to pass their little laws when nobody is looking like he did in 2003, that they are going to have private contractors going after this grandma?

01:08:44.000 I know, but it wasn't just Kruse that got it done.

01:08:47.000 You've got to give my opponent Todd Staples a big hand in that too.

01:08:50.000 Well, I've been picking on Kruse because he's so obviously visible.

01:08:54.000 Tell us about this Todd Staples guy.

01:08:57.000 What did he do?

01:08:58.000 Oh, he helped get it pushed through with Kruse.

01:09:01.000 He was the one that orchestrated the redistricting, but he also helped get all that legislation pushed through.

01:09:06.000 He was also one of the ones that got the bill passed to allow Texas to toll existing roadways that we've already paid for. 0.98

01:09:16.000 So, there's a lot of crap. 0.93

01:09:19.000 But anyway, a little bit about me. 0.97

01:09:21.000 I grew up up here in Northeast Texas.

01:09:23.000 I grew up on a working cattle ranch.

01:09:26.000 That's what I currently do.

01:09:27.000 I've done that all my life.

01:09:29.000 I taught high school agriculture for about 13 years.

01:09:33.000 I've been self-employed in several small businesses for about the last 15 or 16 years.

01:09:40.000 But my primary objective is taking care of cattle all day.

01:09:45.000 So you basically have a background in agriculture, to say the least, and you actually tried to run for Agriculture Commissioner, right?

01:09:55.000 The only difference was, you know, I just didn't have the resources to put any kind of TV ads together.

01:10:03.000 You know, my opponent, about 3 or 4 weeks out from the election, dropped almost $2 million on about 12 days worth of little cheesy TV ads where it actually showed him out in a pasture with cows, but nothing that's going to put on his head to mess up his hair.

01:10:19.000 You know, he portrayed himself as being a cow man.

01:10:25.000 No, and I really doubt that he knows which hand to count each out of.

01:10:30.000 But, you know, he spent about $2.5 million in this race, and we spent about $100,000 and came up, you know, about 350-400,000 votes short.

01:10:42.000 You know, I just kind of wonder if the people of Texas knew about the toll road situation, the Trans-Texas Corridor and all that, if you would have lost.

01:10:53.000 He would have lost and he would have lost big.

01:10:55.000 And he will next time.

01:10:58.000 We're sitting over here on the edge of TTC 69, which is the next roadway that they have planned.

01:11:03.000 All right now, now.

01:11:04.000 Stop right there.

01:11:05.000 Stop right there.

01:11:06.000 I want you to... We're going to emphasize that point right there.

01:11:09.000 This IH 35 Trans-Texas Corridor thing that goes up through parallel to IH 35 isn't the only one, everybody.

01:11:16.000 There's a bunch of them, and right here... No, there's eight of them on the books for Texas.

01:11:21.000 Yeah, and 80 of them on the books for the United States of America.

01:11:24.000 The United States, yeah.

01:11:26.000 Over 4,000 miles in Texas.

01:11:27.000 But the next one that they're going to start doing the environmental hearings on is TTC-69, which is going to run from Brownsville parallel to the coast to about Wharton, north of Houston, to somewhere around the Cleveland area, and then mirror Highway 59 all the way to... to somewhere around the Cleveland area, and then mirror Highway So they have two...

01:11:47.000 They've narrowed it down mainly to two alternates, one.

01:11:49.000 One going out at Marshall and the other one going out at Texas-Canada.

01:11:54.000 It has to go to Texas-Canada to be in line to go all the way to Duluth, Minnesota.

01:11:59.000 I'm for doing anything possible to stop the Trans-Texas Corridor because of its international implications.

01:12:06.000 Why don't they get some cave spiders or something or some salamanders or something and sprinkle them along the path of that thing and then have the environmentalists come in and say, stop! 1.00

01:12:14.000 You can't build here!

01:12:15.000 Yeah, but you know, they're going to eventually pass laws just like something I was reading the other day.

01:12:20.000 Oh, on the border fence.

01:12:23.000 Where they have basically said that the border fence is going to supersede all environmental laws.

01:12:33.000 It's going to supersede all endangered species acts.

01:12:37.000 The whole nine yards.

01:12:38.000 They'll eventually try to do that with these roadways also. 0.63

01:12:41.000 Well, they're not going to build that border fence.

01:12:44.000 No, I don't think so either.

01:12:45.000 They're not going to do it, they've already said it.

01:12:46.000 I don't think so either.

01:12:47.000 They didn't fund it.

01:12:48.000 But, you know, the problem was in this election cycle, and I grew up over here in East Texas, but you talk about this Trans-Texas Corridor over here, and no one knows what you're talking about.

01:13:00.000 The only people that were actually in tune statewide to what the Trans-Texas Corridor was, was the people that were in the direct path of TTC 35, only because It got so much publicity during those environmental hearings up and down that corridor.

01:13:16.000 But when you get over here in Deep East Texas, north of Beaumont, over here in the real rural areas of Deep East Texas, even parts of the coast in the Wharton area and down around Victoria, they have no idea what you're talking about.

01:13:32.000 Had those people had that knowledge and had We and other candidates had the money to put that message out statewide to those people.

01:13:42.000 I think the results of this last election would have been tremendously different.

01:13:47.000 Well, I think it's a tremendous thing.

01:13:49.000 I mean, you're talking about an issue that cuts across all party lines.

01:13:54.000 It cuts across liberal, conservative.

01:13:56.000 It doesn't matter.

01:13:57.000 I've said this many times myself here in Austin.

01:14:00.000 I'm a local TV talk show host here in Austin.

01:14:02.000 I've said, I don't care whether you're a beer-guzzling That's one thing that has really, in my opinion, like we've seen in the U.S.

01:14:10.000 Congress and the U.S.

01:14:10.000 You don't want this thing.

01:14:11.000 I don't care, liberal, conservative, libertarian, whatever you want.

01:14:16.000 Bob, that's one thing that has really, in my opinion, like we've seen in the U.S. Congress and in the U.S. Senate, we've seen a coming together of people from different political parties to try to accomplish a goal for the betterment of this we've seen a coming together of people from different political parties Accomplish a goal for the betterment of this country.

01:14:35.000 I think you've seen that in this TTC effort across the state of Texas.

01:14:39.000 You know, I've become good friends with David and Linda Stahl with Four Door Watch, who are confessed Republicans.

01:14:48.000 Linda Curtis with Independent Texas, Terry Hall with the San Antonio Toll Party, Judith McGarity with National Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance over this NAIS issue.

01:15:02.000 And we've made great strides together.

01:15:05.000 Independent Texas is having a conference Sunday at noon at the Crown Hotel there in Austin talking about these toll roads and informing people about the toll roads and I'm one of the speakers on the panel along with Paul Berka and I'm going to be glad to meet you then because I'm going to be there, too.

01:15:26.000 In order to go to this thing, you have to actually register for it online.

01:15:32.000 Just go to IndyTexans.org and register and let them know you're coming.

01:15:36.000 IndyTexans.org, that's right.

01:15:38.000 IndyTexans, I-N-D-Y, Texans.org.

01:15:42.000 I put together an event also and I've incorporated these groups as well as other groups around the state.

01:15:49.000 On March 2nd, Texas Independence Day, I said during my campaign, all along the campaign trail, win, lose, or draw, that I was going to have a march on Austin, on the Capitol, and make these legislators understand how important and how concerned the citizens of this state are about the Trans-Texas Corridor and about the National Animal ID System.

01:16:09.000 Well, this thing is going to come to fruition.

01:16:11.000 It's going to be on March 2nd, Texas Independence Day.

01:16:14.000 We're going to have a march up Congress Avenue.

01:16:17.000 We've got to change the time.

01:16:21.000 And we haven't confirmed this with the city yet.

01:16:23.000 We had a march schedule from 1130 to noon at Congress.

01:16:27.000 We're going to have to get that changed from 2 to 230.

01:16:31.000 And then we have the south steps of the Capitol grounds from 30 until 530 that evening in which we're going to have several speakers.

01:16:40.000 My goal is to have At least a quarter of a million people show up and converge on Austin that day for this rally.

01:16:47.000 And let Governor Perry then, you know, when 14,000 people showed up at these 55 environmental hearings along TTC 35, which I made 21 of those meetings, 14,000 people showed up collectively at those meetings and Perry said, well, that's nothing.

01:17:06.000 For that 14,000 people that are against the TTC, I have 1.4 million in downtown Dallas that are for it.

01:17:16.000 I want 250,000 people or half a million people to converge on Austin on March 2nd for this rally.

01:17:22.000 And let that boisterous S.O.B. 0.95

01:17:24.000 say he's got 50 million people in the state of Texas that are for it.

01:17:28.000 Because, number one, there aren't that many people.

01:17:29.000 There's not that many highway contractors in Texas.

01:17:32.000 You know.

01:17:33.000 But the peep in Representative, not Representative, Senator John Corona, who's a Republican Senator out of Plano, has contacted me and asked if he could hold a policy forum hearing In conjunction with our rally.

01:17:53.000 So he's going to invite every member of the legislature and every member of the Senate to attend this hearing in an auditorium there in the Capitol on Thursday, March the 1st.

01:18:06.000 And he is inviting, and has asked us to invite, people to attend and voice their concerns on these toll roads to the legislature, to whoever he can get to show up at this meeting.

01:18:20.000 In turn it's going to be at our rally.

01:18:23.000 So there's bipartisan support.

01:18:25.000 This is a total bipartisan issue, and everybody needs to get involved.

01:18:29.000 Okay, we're going to be back here in a few minutes with Hank Gilbert, and we're going to continue this conversation.

01:18:36.000 This is Bob Dacey for Alex Jones on the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

01:20:05.000 It called for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations.

01:20:10.000 It called for the redistribution of the wealth from America to third and fourth world countries.

01:20:16.000 This is the same New World Order call for by former President George Herbert Walter Bush 210 times at the start of the Iraqi War 1990-1991.

01:20:58.000 Music The commodity markets like gold, silver, copper, aluminum and oil have exploded over the last year.

01:21:04.000 This is a glaring testimony of how quickly the U.S.

01:21:07.000 dollar can be devalued.

01:21:10.000 Many have turned to precious metals to provide a safe haven while increasing the potential profits.

01:21:15.000 Though accumulating precious metals has been a proven method for the storage of wealth, it is important that you understand the market you are getting into.

01:21:51.000 Did you ever wonder how an opera singer that hits a high note is able to shatter a wine glass?

01:21:59.000 Well, the glass has a natural resonance.

01:22:01.000 If the resonant frequency force making the glass vibrate is big enough, the size of the vibration will become so large that the glass shatters.

01:22:07.000 Using this similar principle, Royal Raymond Rife discovered that diseased organisms can be destroyed using different resonant frequencies.

01:22:42.000 1-866-885-6625.

01:22:45.000 That's 1-866-885-6625. 1-866-885-6625.

01:22:51.000 Okay, Bob Dacey back on the Alex Jones show, Bob Dacey back on the Alex Jones show, which is heard all over the world, all over the country, all over the state, everywhere. which is AMs, FMs, shortwave, internet, and internet refeeds all over the place.

01:23:21.000 Talking to Hank Gilbert, an activist against the trans-Texas corridor, former candidate for agriculture commissioner here in the state of Texas.

01:23:30.000 Hank, I have a quote here you said, and I'd like for you to explain yourself.

01:23:36.000 I know what a skunk smells like in the barn, and we've got a big skunk in the barn.

01:23:41.000 What do you mean by that?

01:23:44.000 Well, I mean, when you grow up on a farm, you learn all kinds of little sayings and things, and they're all rich in meaning.

01:23:55.000 We have a skunk in the barn in Texas.

01:23:58.000 We have several.

01:23:59.000 The biggest skunk we have is, of course, Rick Perry.

01:24:05.000 If it looks like a skunk, it smells like a skunk, it probably is. 0.93

01:24:09.000 And a lot of things that, you know, we still had a handful, a large handful of people in this state in this last election cycle that voted party rather than issues.

01:24:21.000 Where the rest of the country voted issues rather than party.

01:24:26.000 I think you're going to see that change, maybe in 2008, but most certainly by 2010.

01:24:30.000 Because these issues like the Trans-Texas Corridor and the National Animal ID System in Texas are going to be known all over the state by then.

01:24:39.000 So you're telling me you're not a Yellow Dog Democrat? 0.80

01:24:43.000 I vote on issues.

01:24:45.000 I vote on people.

01:24:48.000 You know, one of the things when I first went down to the state party to sign up to run for this, the reason I ran as a Democrat Because I was born and raised in a Democratic household.

01:24:57.000 My parents are Yellow Dog Democrats.

01:24:59.000 Had I not run as a Democrat, they wouldn't even have voted for me.

01:25:03.000 Just in case you people out there in the world don't know what a Yellow Dog Democrat is, it's a person who's going to vote Democrat even if they ran a Yellow Dog for the office. 0.99

01:25:10.000 They just don't think.

01:25:11.000 They just go vote Democrat.

01:25:13.000 Same way the Republicans do and some of the Republicans do in Texas.

01:25:16.000 They just don't think about the issues.

01:25:17.000 They just go vote Republican without thinking.

01:25:21.000 Yeah, they need to stop doing that.

01:25:23.000 Exactly.

01:25:23.000 I mean, if we don't start looking at issues and vote on an issue-for-issue basis, you know, like I told the people at the state party when I first went down there, and they didn't know who I was, they asked me, do I vote straight Democrat?

01:25:36.000 I said, no.

01:25:37.000 And every one of them's jaws dropped.

01:25:41.000 But I am a Democrat, and I believe in democratic values, but I'm also conservative.

01:25:46.000 You know, I'm a rancher, and I'm a small businessman.

01:25:49.000 I have to be conservative.

01:25:51.000 I can't afford not to be, or I'm out of business.

01:25:54.000 Yeah.

01:25:54.000 But, you know, issues like the Trans-Texas Corridor that are going to affect everybody, like you said a while ago, whether it's a tobacco-chewing redneck or a dope-smoking hippie, it's going to affect everybody.

01:26:07.000 Whether you own property or not, cost of goods, cost of services are going to go up.

01:26:12.000 But more importantly, your rights are being taken away from you, and our sovereignty is being given away.

01:26:18.000 Yeah, you say here in one of these issues on your website, that's hankgilbert.com, www.hankgilbert.com.

01:26:26.000 TTC is the NAFTA superhighway from Mexico all the way to Canada.

01:26:31.000 And if that is allowed to happen, we will kill our entire vegetable industry in the United States.

01:26:36.000 Every vegetable you eat will come from Mexico or Central America.

01:26:39.000 And that's right off your website.

01:26:40.000 That's your words.

01:26:41.000 That's right.

01:26:42.000 And that's, you know, this highway system is just another move to help facilitate NAFTA and CAPTA and all these foreign trade agreements that we've gotten into that go against everything that we as Americans stand for.

01:26:56.000 And we're going to allow the Chinese, and we're going to allow Taiwan, and we're going to allow the Walmarts, and the GMs, and all these big corporations that are shipping all their manufacturing jobs to these foreign countries for cheap labor, to import those products through Mexico, and through Central America, through this NAFTA agreement, into our country, cheaper than we can make them, and just force us into becoming a service economy. 0.74

01:27:23.000 No country in the history of this planet has ever survived as a service economy.

01:27:28.000 That's true.

01:27:29.000 Without manufacturing, without industrialization, we're nothing.

01:27:33.000 And we're on the fast track to becoming the richest third world country in the history of this world.

01:27:37.000 You're absolutely right.

01:27:38.000 What they're trying to do with this NAFTA superhighway is benefit the Chinese manufacturers along with Walmart.

01:27:44.000 They're trying to turn Mexico into a garden hose, basically. 0.99

01:27:51.000 infuriates me, or puzzles me, I guess, is that you have this segment of the country, and I go to church every Sunday, I believe in what the Bible has to say, you know, my kids and my family are all Christian people, but you have this big contingency of evangelicals who believe, you know, that We have to do this to stay on the path of righteousness.

01:28:18.000 Yet we're going to bed with Communist China every day and that seems to be acceptable. 0.99

01:28:23.000 Well Hank, I tell you what, I want to thank you very much for coming on the Alex Jones Show.

01:28:27.000 I look forward to meeting you this Sunday at the Road to Texas Independence Confab here in Austin.

01:28:33.000 We're going to have a replay of the Jack Blood section of the Alex Jones Show on Wednesday right after the break.

01:28:39.000 Hank, thanks again.

01:28:40.000 Again, again, we'll look you up when we get there.

01:28:43.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:28:46.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:28:55.000 Hi, I'm Joyce Riley and many of you know that for years I was a cardiovascular heart transplant nurse.

01:28:59.000 Since that time I've educated myself on the importance of preventative care.

01:29:02.000 It all begins with providing your heart and vascular system with building blocks for good health.

01:29:07.000 Strauss Heart Drops is the original formula that was copied by others but never duplicated.

01:29:11.000 Strauss Heart Drops were developed by a master herbalist, Jim Strauss, after he suffered a heart attack in 1979.

01:29:17.000 His doctor said he would only survive if he had heart bypass surgery.

01:29:20.000 And Jim said no.

01:29:21.000 He developed Strauss Heart Drops, the formula that has been copied by others, but never been surpassed.

01:29:26.000 Get the original Strauss Heart Drops, 4-ounce bottle, for only $79.99.

01:29:30.000 Call the Power Hour at 877-817-9829.

01:29:35.000 877-817-9829.

01:29:37.000 You've probably heard about the other products that have tried to copy the Strauss formula?

01:29:40.000 Well, get the original Strauss Heart Drops by calling 877-817-9829.

01:29:43.000 That's 877-817-9829.

01:29:46.000 817-9829.

01:29:46.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson.

01:29:49.000 Now you can really do your heart right with Strauss Heart Drops.

01:29:52.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson, here for the 2007 Red Book.

01:30:00.000 The commodity markets like gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and oil have exploded over the last year.

01:30:06.000 This is a glaring testimony of how quickly the U.S.

01:30:09.000 dollar can be devalued.

01:30:11.000 Many have turned to precious metals to provide a safe haven while increasing the potential profits.

01:30:17.000 Though accumulating precious metals has been a proven method for the storage of wealth, it is important that you understand the market you are getting into.

01:30:25.000 Midas Resources is offering the red buck and silver dollar for only $27.95.

01:30:52.000 It's no secret.

01:30:55.000 Aluminum itself adversely affects the blood-brain barrier and is capable of causing DNA damage.

01:31:01.000 Research has even shown that aluminum salts used in antiperspirants have detrimental effects.

01:31:06.000 So why are you still using traditional deodorant?

01:31:08.000 Well, there is an alternative and it's called No-BO. 0.88

01:31:52.000 We are still waiting for Congressman Paul to join us, hopefully here any minute.

01:32:20.000 I want to cover this editorial that he published yesterday.

01:32:28.000 The irrelevance of military victory.

01:32:32.000 In other words, it's not even relevant if we have a military victory, depending on how you define victory.

01:32:41.000 He's on to say, a military victory in Iraq is unattainable, just as it was in the Vietnam War.

01:32:48.000 At the close of the Vietnam War in 1975, a telling conversation took place between an NVA colonel named Tu and an American colonel named Harry Summers.

01:32:57.000 Colonel Summers reportedly said, quote, You never beat us on the battlefield.

01:33:01.000 Tu replied, That may be so, but it's also irrelevant.

01:33:05.000 It is likewise irrelevant to seek a military victory in Iraq.

01:33:10.000 As conditions deteriorate in Iraq, the American people are told more blood must be spilled to achieve just such a military victory.

01:33:21.000 20,000 additional troops and another hundred billion dollars are needed for a quote-unquote surge, yet the people remain rightfully skeptical.

01:33:31.000 Though we've been in Iraq nearly four years, the meager goal today simply is to secure Baghdad.

01:33:37.000 This hardly shows that the mission is even partly accomplished.

01:33:42.000 Astonishingly, American taxpayers now will be forced to finance a multi-billion dollar jobs program in Iraq, which, I gotta say, is probably the best idea yet, maybe the only good idea, though I'm sure it is insult to injury, folks, when we've been paying all this money so far and getting nothing in the way of results. 0.96

01:34:03.000 He goes on to say, suddenly the war is about jobs.

01:34:06.000 We export our manufacturing jobs to Asia.

01:34:09.000 Now we plan to export our welfare jobs to Iraq. 0.86

01:34:12.000 Good point.

01:34:13.000 All at the expense of the poor and the middle class here at home. 0.94

01:34:17.000 Plans are being made to become more ruthless in achieving stability in Iraq.

01:34:21.000 It appears Matata al-Sadr will be on the receiving end of our military efforts, despite his overwhelming support among large segments of the Iraqi people.

01:34:30.000 It's interesting to note that one excuse given for our failure is leveled at the Iraqis themselves.

01:34:36.000 They have not done enough, we're told, and they're difficult to train.

01:34:41.000 Yet no one complains that Mahdi, or Kurdish militias, or the Badr Brigade, the real Iraqi government, not our appointed government, are not well trained.

01:34:53.000 Our problem obviously has nothing to do with training Iraqis to fight, but instead with loyalties and motivations. 0.73

01:35:02.000 We claim to be spreading democracy in Iraq, but Sadr has far more democratic support with the majority of Shiites than our troops enjoy.

01:35:11.000 The problem is not lack of democratic consensus.

01:35:16.000 It's the antipathy towards our presence among the, or most, I would consider this almost all, Iraqis. 0.99

01:35:26.000 In real estate, the three important considerations are location, location, location.

01:35:31.000 In Iraq, the three conditions are occupation, occupation, occupation.

01:35:35.000 Nothing can improve in Iraq until we understand that our occupation is the primary source of the chaos and the killing. 1.00

01:35:43.000 We are a foreign occupying force, strongly resented by the majority.

01:35:49.000 It's a democracy.

01:35:51.000 By the majority of Iraq's citizens.

01:35:55.000 Our inability to adapt to the tactics of the fourth-generation warfare compounds our military failure.

01:36:02.000 Unless we understand this, even doubting our true strength will not solve the problems created by our occupation.

01:36:11.000 The talk of a troop surge and jobs program in Iraq only distracts Americans from the real possibility of an attack on Iran.

01:36:20.000 Our growing naval presence in the region and our harsh rhetoric toward Iran are unsettling.

01:36:27.000 Securing the Horn of Africa and sending Ethiopian troops into Somalia do not bode well for world peace, yet these developments are almost totally ignored by Congress.

01:36:39.000 Rumors are flying about when, not if, Iran will be bombed by either Israel or the United States, possibly with nuclear weapons.

01:36:47.000 Our CIA says Iran is 10 years away from producing a nuclear bomb and has no delivery system, but this does not impede our plans to keep everything on the table, quote-unquote, when dealing with Iran. 0.90

01:37:00.000 We should remember that Iran, like Iraq, is a third world nation without significant military.

01:37:06.000 Nothing in history hints that she is likely to invade a neighboring country, let alone do anything to America or Israel.

01:37:15.000 I am concerned, however, that a contrived Gulf of Tonkin-type incident might occur to gain popular support for an attack on Iran.

01:37:23.000 Even if such an attack is carried out by Israel over U.S.

01:37:26.000 objections, we will be politically and morally culpable, since we provided the weapons and dollars to make it possible.

01:37:35.000 Let's hope I'm wrong about this.

01:37:37.000 And I think, you know, I think it would be safe to say, we all hope you're wrong about this, Congressman Paul.

01:37:45.000 I would also like to say that I hope I'm wrong about the majority of my research over the many, many years we've been out researching and fighting the Infowar regarding 9-11, domestic spying, and all of the rest.

01:37:59.000 The coming North American Union, which is now being taught to professors at ASU and to students at ASU, they're being conditioned that we're North Americans, we're not Americans, we're international citizens and not citizens of the United States.

01:38:13.000 That we don't have rights, we have privileges, and we do have to have some kind of blessing by the government in order to even enjoy the God-given inalienable rights that we should have.

01:38:27.000 Say that word three times fast.

01:38:29.000 It's hard, folks, especially in the middle of a sentence when you're ad-libbing on a talk radio program.

01:38:34.000 So, yes, I hope you're wrong about an attack on Iran.

01:38:37.000 I think that will be, if we're not already there already, it will be the beginning of the end.

01:38:43.000 And I hope we're wrong about all this.

01:38:45.000 Unfortunately, the record shows we've been right the majority of the time.

01:38:51.000 We do have Congressman Paul with us.

01:38:53.000 Needs no introduction.

01:38:55.000 Ron Paul.

01:38:55.000 Dr. Paul, thank you for joining us on the program today.

01:38:58.000 I know we're limited on time, but a lot of people really wanting to pat you on the back for throwing your hat in the ring for the 08 elections.

01:39:04.000 Welcome to the program.

01:39:05.000 It's nice to be with you.

01:39:05.000 Well, thank you.

01:39:07.000 And is that official?

01:39:08.000 I know you're doing an exploratory committee, but we assume that this is going out in a full-fledged presidential campaign.

01:39:16.000 It's official that the exploratory committee has been filed.

01:39:20.000 The information was put into the public a little sooner than we thought.

01:39:24.000 We thought that we would have a little time to prepare and make a formal announcement, but it got out there last week.

01:39:30.000 And we've had a lot of... Are you surprised at the overwhelming support you already have and how excited people are to have you in these debates and have you part of this process?

01:39:38.000 To tell you the truth, I am.

01:39:41.000 There are others who are more optimistic than myself and therefore it's very encouraging, you know, because, you know, running a campaign like ours will be, you know, you don't get the tens of millions of dollars that the establishment politicians will get, but in this day and age with the internet and radio programs and And shortwave, you know, there's a lot of people out there that we don't know about.

01:40:05.000 Hopefully the surprises will keep coming.

01:40:07.000 Dr. Paul, I think that your internet campaign, your grassroots efforts, which we've already had just tons and tons of people write in and call in to say that they're going to support, will eclipse what Howard Dean did in the last election, and obviously you're coming from the position of being an honest broker, and I think this is something that can really be contagious to America.

01:40:28.000 Why did you decide ultimately to jump in the ring here?

01:40:31.000 I think it was the, uh, I think the election had something to do with it, uh, because it, to me, looked like the Republicans have awakened to a degree and said, enough is enough.

01:40:43.000 Doesn't mean they've had a conversion yet, but at least they're getting pretty annoyed.

01:40:48.000 Of course, I've been annoyed all along with our foreign policy as well as our, the Republican acceptance of increasing entitlement programs and not caring about the deficits of The Republicans have lost their way.

01:41:00.000 So I think there are people waking up in this country.

01:41:03.000 I don't know how much we can do to save the Republican Party, but at least that's the vehicle that I'm using right now, and hopefully enough people will consider the Republican Party to send the establishment a message.

01:41:15.000 Yeah, I think there are obviously going to be people out there that automatically see the word or the title Republican, and they're going to run with their pants on fire as far away as they can get.

01:41:25.000 And obviously we're not going to be targeting those people.

01:41:27.000 But I think as your campaign unfolds and people start hearing this, we're going to start tapping in, Dr. Paul, to the 100 million or so people who don't vote in this country, who have no interest in the political process, and who have potentially given up altogether.

01:41:43.000 And there's a ton of them, and a lot of people just call them apathetic, but, you know, if it's in the calculated person who has analyzed the situation, came to the conclusion that, you know, there is no difference, and they make a deliberate choice not to vote, I would say it is a vote.

01:42:00.000 It's a vote of non-acceptance of what they've been offered.

01:42:06.000 There are some people who are apathetic and they don't know what's going on, but I think there's a lot of people like you described.

01:42:11.000 They're just sick of the mess and they don't participate, and maybe if we can energize them, they will.

01:42:16.000 Now, Dr. Paul, are you a member of Skull and Bones?

01:42:18.000 No, I've been waiting on my invitation.

01:42:21.000 Are you a member of the Bilderberg Group?

01:42:24.000 No, maybe now that I've announced I'll get an invitation.

01:42:27.000 For the trilateral agreement, CRP, CRS, and all that.

01:42:32.000 I haven't joined any of that yet.

01:42:34.000 We just covered your story, the irrelevance of military victory, which also segues into the speech you gave, I believe, in front of Congress, which was aired on C-SPAN, talking about the fact that Iran can bring about the next Gulf of Tonkin incident. 0.96

01:42:48.000 I'd like you just to comment on that briefly, if you could.

01:42:51.000 Well, this is what I fear, is that although the American people have spoken out in the election, they're tired of Iraq, and they certainly wouldn't endorse spreading the war.

01:43:00.000 At the same time, when we listened to the President the other night saying, yeah, we've made mistakes, we need to change things, but he's changed things by sending more troops.

01:43:08.000 At the same time, you know, he was pretty sharp against the Syrians and the Iranians in his comments.

01:43:15.000 Which means that they would like to spread the war, and yet the people won't accept this unless there's justification. 0.60

01:43:21.000 You know, there has to be a reason.

01:43:23.000 And that's why we should be leery of any kind of an incident that pops up and some Americans get killed and say, see, we told you it was all due to the Iranians and therefore we have to, you know, go and attack.

01:43:35.000 And they're probably not planning because they've run out of troops and run out of out of a lot of military equipment they are there we're not even strong enough anymore to invade another third world country that tells you how much it's it's drained us but we still have this high tech stuff and and missiles and bombs and airplanes and all these things and they're liable to use that but that's going to just uh infuriate another group of people you know and just make us more vulnerable than ever

01:44:03.000 Yeah, as General Tony McPeak once told me, he ran the air campaign from the Gulf War.

01:44:07.000 We're creating terrorists faster than we can kill them.

01:44:09.000 That was two years ago, and I don't think we've done anything to alleviate that.

01:44:13.000 How was that speech received in Congress?

01:44:16.000 That was pretty well ignored.

01:44:19.000 But, you know, my friends listen and they pay attention and we have a small little group on our side and there's a small group of Democrats who are honest with this issue and I get encouragement.

01:44:29.000 But the biggest response comes from, you know, outside of Washington, the people who happen to catch it on the Internet or on C-SPAN.

01:44:36.000 And that, of course, is what we need.

01:44:39.000 We need encouragement.

01:44:40.000 I don't think there's much chance of us really converting Washington, D.C.

01:44:45.000 We just need to get the American people activated and willing to send a message up here so that Either the members start changing their ways, or they'll have new members up here.

01:44:55.000 Well, I mean, you told us what to look for, and I'm glad you said that, and I'm glad it was on C-SPAN, I'm glad it's circulating heavily around the Internet.

01:45:01.000 That is, again, your Gulf of Tonkin comparison speech regarding Iran, and I hope people are waking up to the possibility that this could happen, and if it does happen, and we're told that, you know, this, again, is the pretext to go into war and move into the next theater, that people remember what you said and question the information that were given.

01:45:18.000 Dr. Paul, I wanted to take a few calls because I know a lot of people are anxious to talk to you and give you the warm and fuzzy, so to speak, and you were a little late.

01:45:26.000 I don't know if you'll be able to stay a little bit longer than you.

01:45:28.000 I think I can handle five more minutes.

01:45:30.000 Okay, well let's do it now.

01:45:31.000 Let's at least give a couple of callers a chance to talk to you.

01:45:33.000 I know they've all been waiting.

01:45:35.000 Let's see, do we have John in Texas?

01:45:36.000 John, are you with us?

01:45:37.000 Yeah, hi Jack.

01:45:39.000 Hi Dr. Paul.

01:45:40.000 Hello.

01:45:41.000 It's an honor to talk to you.

01:45:43.000 I would like to plug a website that I know Alex and Jack knows about.

01:45:48.000 It's called voter-smart.org.

01:45:53.000 And I'm using this website to contact all of the members of the 110th Congress, including all the 50 senators.

01:46:00.000 And Dr. Paul, I sent you a letter today.

01:46:03.000 I'm going to read you one sentence from it.

01:46:06.000 And it says that I want a complete, impartial, And totally independent investigation on the events of September 11, 2001.

01:46:16.000 I'm tired of this bogus garbage about terrorism.

01:46:19.000 Ask Michael Meacher about how he feels about this bogus war on terrorism. 0.96

01:46:24.000 Can you comment on that, please?

01:46:26.000 Well, that would be nice to have.

01:46:29.000 Unfortunately, we don't have that in place.

01:46:32.000 It'll be a little bit better with the Democrats now in charge of oversight.

01:46:37.000 But, you know, for top-level policy, there's not a whole lot of difference between the two policies, so a real investigation isn't going to happen.

01:46:46.000 But I think we have to keep pushing for it.

01:46:48.000 And like you and others, we see the investigations that have been done so far as just more or less cover-up.

01:46:56.000 And no real explanation of what went on.

01:46:59.000 Yeah, I mean, fair to say out of all the candidates out there, the one most interested in reopening the investigation and clearing out some of the questions is Dr. Paul, and you should be commended for that.

01:47:10.000 Cliff in Idaho.

01:47:11.000 Quickly, Cliff, we're out of time, but put something on the record and we'll get Mark in Florida in at least as well.

01:47:16.000 Go ahead.

01:47:17.000 How you doing there, Mr. Paul?

01:47:19.000 Thank God for you.

01:47:20.000 Now I have somebody I can vote for.

01:47:22.000 You ought to stay in touch with Lou Dobbs in a way, too.

01:47:25.000 He could put some good words out about you, I think.

01:47:28.000 Yeah, I've been on his show a couple times.

01:47:30.000 Yes, I know that, but you need to stay in contact with him.

01:47:34.000 Something else, too, this black box voting and stuff, I mean, I don't trust the votes at all anymore.

01:47:41.000 And something else I want to get in real quick, and then I'll let somebody else get on, is I'm going to be coming in this few million dollars here pretty quick, and as soon as I do, I'm going to get in contact with you and help you out.

01:47:51.000 Sounds good!

01:47:52.000 Thank you for the call, Cliff.

01:47:53.000 I think people will give you their last dime to try to push your campaign forward and rub their hands to the bone to work for you, and that's what's so exciting that we finally Dr. Paul, and I know this is embarrassing for you here, but we really finally have someone we believe in jumping into the process here, and I speak for millions and millions of people around the country.

01:48:14.000 I'm going to go to Mark in Florida, but real quick, let's get in a website.

01:48:17.000 Is there a website where people can track the progress of your campaign?

01:48:21.000 Yes, go to RonPaul.org and it will immediately refer you to another website.

01:48:25.000 RonPaul.org is the easiest thing to remember.

01:48:27.000 RonPaul.org.

01:48:28.000 Mark in Florida, final word for Ron Paul.

01:48:31.000 Go ahead, make it quick please.

01:48:32.000 Yeah, Dr. Paul, I'm just calling on so many people, you know, they run on a campaign, they say they're going to change this and they're going to change that.

01:48:39.000 What's going to take you and set you aside?

01:48:41.000 These guys, after they get in, they're like Bush and all these people, and they don't do what they say.

01:48:46.000 What do you tell the American people?

01:48:48.000 Well, I guess all you can do is look at my record and see if I do what I said that I would do, and I think pretty much I've stuck to that, and get credit for it.

01:48:58.000 But to tell you the truth, I, as an individual, can't change the country.

01:49:04.000 We can lead, we can suggest, we can get it, but only the people can accept it.

01:49:09.000 So if the people still want to go to war and they still want big government socialism, one individual can't do it.

01:49:17.000 So we have two jobs.

01:49:19.000 One, getting the political leadership that we need.

01:49:21.000 Then, of course, doing what this radio station does so well is get the information out and get our supporters animated and get involved in bringing about these changes.

01:49:31.000 Well said.

01:49:32.000 Dr. Paul, I appreciate you making time.

01:49:34.000 I believe that this is the first interview you've done since you've announced.

01:49:37.000 We're going to be tracking and working with you throughout this process.

01:49:41.000 And of course, you know, if you need anything, just give us a call.

01:49:44.000 Dr. Ron Paul, thank you so much for joining us.

01:49:46.000 We'll come back, wrap this up, big finish on the Alex Jones Show coming up right after this, folks.

01:49:50.000 It's here after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.

01:49:50.000 folks stay tuned.

01:49:59.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.

01:50:02.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that Western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

01:50:10.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

01:50:17.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, Secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

01:50:29.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

01:50:33.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

01:50:35.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

01:52:53.000 I think it's fantastic that Dr. Ron Paul is running for President.

01:52:59.000 All right, this is Bob Basie back live again on January the 19th on the Alex Jones Show after that interesting pre-recorded segment with Dr. Ron Paul and Jack Blood from the Wednesday Show.

01:53:14.000 I think it's fantastic that Dr. Ron Paul is running for president.

01:53:17.000 That's going to make it a lot more interesting because you're finally going to have somebody up there that tells the truth.

01:53:22.000 So that's going to make it a lot of fun, and we're certainly going to be backing Dr. Ron Paul's candidacy for president.

01:53:29.000 While he was talking to Dr. Bud, one of the callers brought up September 11th and an investigation, and that leads me to want to remind you of a story that was in the New American Magazine, which is the mouthpiece of the John Birch Society, on December 25, 2006.

01:53:44.000 This was an article written by William F. Jasper, the senior editor of the New American, And I want to quote from this article.

01:53:52.000 This is his review of 9-1-1 Press for Truth, a documentary about the Jersey Girls and their pursuit of truth and what really happened on 9-1-1.

01:54:03.000 So here's Bill Jasper.

01:54:05.000 Within the limits of its 85 minute time frame, 9-1-1 Press for Truth does an admirable job of effectively presenting some of the most glaring discrepancies, lies, and cover-ups concerning the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil.

01:54:20.000 And then Mr. Jasper takes three different points of the video and talks about them.

01:54:27.000 Number one, 9-1-1 Press for Truth asked, for instance, why NORAD fighter jets weren't scrambled on that fateful morning.

01:54:34.000 Fighters are sent up on average more than twice a week to check on planes that are straight off course or are not responding to the FAA or local air towers.

01:54:42.000 This happens routinely, more than 100 times per year and without any major signals that a hijacking or terrorist attack is underway.

01:54:51.000 Why, on September 11, 2001, did this air defense system uniquely, repeatedly fail, even after the first plane hit the World Trade Center, and it was blindingly apparent that we were under attack?

01:55:07.000 The 9-1-1 Commission's report explanation, which contradicts four previous explanations by federal officials on the matter, all four of which also contradict each other, is fraught with discrepancies, errors, omissions, And contradictions.

01:55:22.000 Then second, Mr. Jasper goes into the repeated escapes of Osama Bin Laden and other Al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders in Afghanistan, apparently courtesy of the governments of Pakistan and the United States.

01:55:35.000 9-1-1 Press for Truth presents interviews with Gary Bernstein, the CIA's field commander in charge of Operation Jawbreaker, the agency's hunt for Bin Laden in the caves of Tora Bora, Burnson and others have charged that Bin Laden and large convoys of his followers were repeatedly allowed to get away when they were about to be taken by U.S.

01:55:58.000 forces.

01:55:59.000 When the Taliban and Al Qaeda legions were trapped by U.S.

01:56:02.000 forces in Kunduz, Afghanistan in November 2001, the Pakistani government sent in planes to airlift the terrorists to safety in Pakistan with the apparent blessing of the United States government.

01:56:18.000 And the third thing he gets into in this article is a press conference asking, or Condoleezza Rice was asked about the visit of ISI Chief General Mahmood Ahmad to Washington.

01:56:29.000 That's the Pakistani head of security.

01:56:31.000 She evades the question.

01:56:33.000 State Department's official transcript of the press conference conveniently erases the inconvenient question by saying it was inaudible.

01:56:41.000 It was clearly audible on the video.

01:56:43.000 General Ahmad convincing evidence shows may actually have been the paymaster for 911 hijacker leader Muhammad Adda.

01:56:50.000 So there you have the John Birch Society discussing the NORAD stand-down, helping the Taliban escape, the ISI as paymaster to Muhammad Adda, and they were earlier talked about the Northwoods document staging terrorist attacks in the early 60s, and of course the president of the and they were earlier talked about the Northwoods document staging terrorist attacks in the early 60s, So, hey, things are going along pretty good.

01:57:13.000 After the break we're going to go cover one more story and then we're going to take phone calls for the rest of the hour.

01:57:18.000 1-800-259-9231 This is Bob Dacey on the Alex Jones Show.

01:57:20.000 9231.

01:57:21.000 This is Bob Dacey on the Alex Jones Show.

01:57:24.000 We'll be back after the break.

01:57:25.000 This broadcast is available on MP3 CD format at GCNlive.com.

01:57:37.000 3-877-300-7645.

01:57:40.000 Hello.

01:57:43.000 Big Brother.

01:57:50.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:08.000 Okay, it's Bob Dacey, a local TV talk show host who does the simple truth here in Austin.

01:58:14.000 Tuesday nights at 8 o'clock on Tom Warner Cable.

01:58:17.000 I've been on the air for eight years.

01:58:19.000 My show is produced by Kelly Taylor and Jeff Kentoff.

01:58:23.000 And that's why I'm sitting here because I am in the Alex Jones wing of the John Birch Society.

01:58:29.000 Actually, there is no such thing, but I kind of bridge the two.

01:58:33.000 I'm a bircher, but I'm kind of a maverick bircher. 0.86

01:58:36.000 And Alex Jones and I are on the same page on almost every topic.

01:58:41.000 And so here I sit.

01:58:43.000 Because Alex Jones apparently trusts me.

01:58:45.000 So here I am.

01:58:46.000 Now, I'm going to cover one more article or two, and then we're going to take callers.

01:58:50.000 We have Rib in Colorado up in a few minutes, but the number, by the way, if you want to get involved in this is 1-800-259-9231.

01:58:55.000 That's 1-800-259-9231.

01:58:56.000 Okay, I want to talk a little bit about the Birch Society again.

01:59:00.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:59:05.000 Okay, I want to talk a little bit about the Birch Society again.

01:59:09.000 What you need to do, I'm going to cover one of their articles.

01:59:12.000 A new article that's just out, some new information we haven't covered yet.

01:59:15.000 You need to go to www.jbs.org.

01:59:20.000 That's www.jbs.org.

01:59:24.000 See, what I want to happen is I want their little Internet hits counter to go way up because of me.

01:59:29.000 See, that would be great.

01:59:30.000 So if you do that, just do me a favor.

01:59:31.000 www.jbs.org. 0.88

01:59:34.000 I want that sucker to surge if you all would be kind enough to go to the John Birch Society website and check it out. 0.96

01:59:41.000 That way I get brownie points. 0.98

01:59:43.000 I like brownie points.

01:59:44.000 So go to www.jbs.org and this is one of the stories you're going to run into off the JBS News Feed.

01:59:52.000 Utah Legislator Opposes North American Union Security Prosperity Partnership.

01:59:57.000 This is by Mary Benoit.

01:59:58.000 It was published yesterday, the 18th.

02:00:02.000 Freshman State Representative Stephen Sandstrom, Republican of Provo, Utah, has introduced legislation opposing the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, SPP, and the development of the North American Union, NAU.

02:00:15.000 The general description of HJR 7, that's HJR 7, reads, quote, This resolution of the legislature urges the United States to withdraw from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America and any other activity which seeks to create a North American Union.

02:00:32.000 Back to the article, the SPP and NAU would merge the United States, Mexico, and Canada into one European Union-like nation.

02:00:40.000 Although the Bush administration is denying that the NAU would threaten the sovereignty of the United States by consolidating power, both economically and politically, with the participating countries, the steps bringing about such an agreement have already been taken and are being implemented via a piecemeal approach. the steps bringing about such an agreement have already been The John Birch Society is out in front exposing the threat that the North American Union would pose on our country.

02:01:05.000 In fact, we have been actively campaigning against the NAU The S.P.P.

02:01:09.000 and other free trade agreements for some time now.

02:01:13.000 Visit the NAU Issues page for information on how you can help prevent the advancement of the North American Union.

02:01:21.000 And of course I would like to point out that some of the weapons that the John Birch Society has been using to expose the North American Union and the S.P.P.

02:01:30.000 is yours truly as a writer for the New American and the producer of the TV show The Simple Truth.

02:01:37.000 Kelly Taylor, who has written a couple of articles and made a few speeches in regard to stopping the North American Union, specifically concentrating on the infrastructure part of that, which is of course the Trans-Texas Corridor NAFTA superhighway.

02:01:55.000 So, anyway, go to JBS.org and make me look good, okay?

02:01:58.000 I'm looking for some brownie points, alright?

02:02:00.000 Okay, we're gonna, for the balance of the show, we may do a few news articles or whatever, but we're gonna take some calls.

02:02:06.000 Up right now we have Reb in Colorado.

02:02:09.000 Reb are you there?

02:02:10.000 Hello this is Reb Colorado.

02:02:12.000 I represent Reb Bubba Scout.

02:02:14.000 Three of us be Iraq tiered by Lakewood Colorado PD and we disagree with Mr. Jones and Mr. Blood that they can't understand the evidence we sent them in the emails.

02:02:26.000 Mr. Jones says he doesn't read them but Mr. Blood did but he couldn't figure it out.

02:02:30.000 Do you have something playing in the background?

02:02:33.000 You got some music playing in the background.

02:02:35.000 Can you turn that off?

02:02:37.000 We're going to go to break.

02:02:38.000 Tell you what, Reb, when we come back to you, we're going to break right now.

02:02:44.000 It's here.

02:02:48.000 After a year in production and traveling to distant lands, my new film Terror Storm is complete.

02:02:54.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

02:03:44.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

02:03:50.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

02:03:58.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

02:04:06.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

02:04:13.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

02:04:18.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick and pets.

02:04:27.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:04:39.000 That's 888-803-4438.

02:05:46.000 Alright, this is the third hour of the Alex Jones Show on January 19, 2007.

02:05:58.000 And before I stumbled over the last break, I was talking to Reb in Colorado.

02:06:03.000 Reb, you had some area of disagreement with Alex and Jack Blood.

02:06:07.000 Spit it out.

02:06:08.000 Okay, so we found this.

02:06:10.000 OSD.mil secured link to the Pentagon.

02:06:14.000 They understood what we wrote.

02:06:15.000 They saw our fake tape evidence that was synthesized conversation with planet transmitters, radio transmitters, and they synthesized It's called racketeering and eavesdropping.

02:06:26.000 That's the main issue.

02:06:28.000 We got the total evidence and we got Jay Burris Jr., FBI, assistant director, FBI, obstructing justice.

02:06:33.000 And these three agents in Denver, Colorado, Powers, Nelson and Campbell, obstructing justice.

02:06:38.000 In regard to what issue?

02:06:40.000 What are the obstructing justice about?

02:06:42.000 The listeners don't know what you're talking about.

02:06:44.000 It's called racketeering and eavesdropping.

02:06:47.000 That's the main issue.

02:06:48.000 The phone we're on now is secured by Quest executive offices.

02:06:52.000 So the enemy can't break in.

02:06:56.000 It's called Telephone Electronic Surveillance Systems.

02:06:59.000 It's things they can do with your telephone that you don't want them to do.

02:07:02.000 Okay, so they listen in our conversations and what's your area of disagreement with Alex?

02:07:06.000 I think he would agree with you on that. 0.96

02:07:08.000 One of the things he said he was too stupid to understand but he didn't read email so he couldn't send them any. 0.98

02:07:12.000 So we sent it to Jack Blood and he said we can't write in a way that he would understand. 0.99

02:07:19.000 We were bad at writing or something.

02:07:21.000 Yet the OSD.mil link that we sent them, they understand it and so we're Why is it that the people of the Truth Movement can't understand something yet the Pentagon can?

02:07:32.000 That's what we want to know.

02:07:34.000 It's a fake tape.

02:07:35.000 Isn't that self-explanatory?

02:07:37.000 Or do you need more clarification?

02:07:40.000 Okay, Rep.

02:07:40.000 Ted Wood, I want to thank you for the call.

02:07:45.000 I got thrown in the middle of this.

02:07:46.000 I have no idea what he's talking about at all.

02:07:48.000 And if I don't have any idea what he's talking about, I'm sure the listeners don't either, so I had to let the guy go.

02:07:54.000 Sorry about that, Rev.

02:07:54.000 You're going to have to be more clear next time you call.

02:07:56.000 That was like, you know, out there.

02:07:59.000 Okay, James in Texas is up.

02:08:02.000 James, are you still there?

02:08:04.000 Hello, yes, sir.

02:08:05.000 Yeah, what's up?

02:08:06.000 What's on your mind, James?

02:08:07.000 Hey, I just wanted to go on the record real quick.

02:08:10.000 You know, you hear about the New World Order, and I think it It might give some people the wrong idea.

02:08:17.000 They're not just totally sitting around pulling strings like a puppet master.

02:08:24.000 We're basically a decadent culture as a whole.

02:08:27.000 Why do you think that is?

02:08:31.000 That goes back to the conditioning and the quote-unquote independent media.

02:08:40.000 Aha! 0.94

02:08:41.000 Yeah, because when I was a little kid, we used to watch Leave it to Beaver, and Father Knows Best, and Andy of Mayberry, and all this nice healthy stuff. 0.58

02:08:51.000 When I was a little kid, now it's all a bunch of garbage on the media.

02:08:54.000 Who do you think is responsible for that? 1.00

02:08:55.000 Complete garbage? 0.99

02:08:56.000 Well, I do believe that the one thing is itself. 0.98

02:09:03.000 It's unfortunate, but it's true. 1.00

02:09:07.000 It really does.

02:09:08.000 It's the bottom line.

02:09:09.000 I do think it's unfortunate that it is to the detriment of the people.

02:09:22.000 Who's shoveling the garbage at the people? 1.00

02:09:25.000 Who in the media is shoveling all this garbage at the people? 0.74

02:09:25.000 What's that? 0.74

02:09:29.000 That stuff would have sold back in the 50's and the early 60's too, but it wasn't on the air.

02:09:33.000 What happened?

02:09:35.000 Yeah, yeah.

02:09:36.000 Now, listen, I totally agree that this group, I mean, they have the worst intentions.

02:09:45.000 Absolutely.

02:09:46.000 But now we're at a point to where, you know, they don't really need, you know, to stick a gun in somebody's face.

02:09:55.000 All they really got to do is give somebody a little shove and give somebody else a little shove this way and that.

02:10:02.000 Because, like I said, Basically it's the nature of the culture.

02:10:09.000 I was listening to you yesterday, Bob, about the way you commented about the Jews.

02:10:21.000 It would be very nice to Just sit back and act like we, you know, eat myself.

02:10:28.000 I don't have any problems.

02:10:29.000 And to externalize it, to blame it all on somebody else.

02:10:32.000 Yeah, it makes it real simple to do.

02:10:35.000 You can sit there and say, hey, you know, I'm going to make it real simple.

02:10:38.000 I don't want to think.

02:10:39.000 I don't want to analyze.

02:10:40.000 I don't want to study exactly what the New World Order is.

02:10:43.000 I don't want to look at the facts.

02:10:45.000 I don't want to look at the history. 0.97

02:10:47.000 I just want to blame it on them Jews because they've done it. 1.00

02:10:51.000 No, it's a very shallow argument.

02:10:54.000 It is very shallow, and I just wanted to really stress the fact that it's, you know, you gotta, yeah, it comes from inside as well.

02:11:04.000 I mean, even me myself, you know, I have some things to battle with.

02:11:11.000 Everybody does.

02:11:12.000 Yeah, absolutely.

02:11:13.000 Though it would be nice to externalize it like that.

02:11:17.000 You just can't do it like you said.

02:11:19.000 Because, you know, before Norman Rockefeller or whatever was a twinkle in his father's eye, bad things were going on.

02:11:28.000 Bad things have always gone on.

02:11:29.000 Yeah, this struggle is a long-term struggle.

02:11:32.000 This particular New World Order struggle started back in 1776.

02:11:35.000 I mean, this has been going on forever.

02:11:38.000 Absolutely.

02:11:40.000 I have done some cursory research on it.

02:11:42.000 Yeah, people that are new to this topic, they get into it new and they're all in a panic because they think that this is like It's all right now, all right now.

02:11:50.000 It's been going on for hundreds of years.

02:11:50.000 No, it's not.

02:11:54.000 Ever since we got away from the British, they and their little minions have been trying to get us back, basically. 1.00

02:12:00.000 It's a continuing struggle.

02:12:02.000 I don't think that you're ever going to achieve total victory.

02:12:06.000 You just have to achieve some victories.

02:12:08.000 You've got to push them back.

02:12:09.000 We push back.

02:12:11.000 Right now, unfortunately, With this puppet Bush as the President of the United States, having his puppet strings yanked by his daddy and Dick Cheney, and having Henry Kissinger yank their puppet strings, and having his buddies at the CFR yank his puppet strings, and the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London and the Bilderberg Group yanking their puppet strings, this is the way it works right now.

02:12:38.000 They've cranked it up, unfortunately.

02:12:40.000 This is the way it is.

02:12:42.000 Their desire, their energy for this to push for world government.

02:12:48.000 It's more intense now than it was in the past. 0.95

02:12:50.000 Well, I will agree that this beast needs slaying. 0.94

02:12:55.000 There's no argument on that. 0.95

02:12:59.000 I just want to point out that, you know, say it was slain.

02:13:05.000 I've heard a lot of people, you know, it's kind of, I am kind of new to this and I hear a lot of stuff I mean, I want to comment on that.

02:13:14.000 "America is a Christian nation." And a lot of people, seems to me, would prefer to see the abolishment of separation of church and state.

02:13:27.000 Which I-- - Well, you're talking about the abolishment of separation of church and state.

02:13:33.000 I mean, I want to comment on that. - Yes, sir. - The Founding Fathers had no such intention to have separation of church and state.

02:13:41.000 It's nowhere written anywhere in the Constitution.

02:13:44.000 As a matter of fact, if you read the First Amendment, in fact I'll quote it, Congress shall make no law with respect to an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

02:13:57.000 That's what it says.

02:13:57.000 It says that the federal government, Congress, can't make any laws with respect to religion.

02:14:02.000 It means they have no jurisdiction in religion and they cannot I don't think that religious people shouldn't be allowed to be in the government.

02:14:09.000 It's all it says.

02:14:10.000 It says Congress shall make no law.

02:14:12.000 So why is it that everybody in the United States seems to think that there's a separation of church and state and Congress is supposed to run around passing a bunch of laws keeping religious people out of the government?

02:14:22.000 Where did that come from?

02:14:23.000 Of course, I know the answer, but...

02:14:24.000 Oh, no, no, no, no, no.

02:14:26.000 I don't think that religious people shouldn't be allowed to be in the government.

02:14:32.000 I don't think that.

02:14:33.000 I'm just talking about a one-state sanctioned religion.

02:14:38.000 And that's exactly what they were talking about.

02:14:40.000 They didn't want any kind of a state sanctioned religion.

02:14:42.000 They wanted the federal government to completely and totally butt out of the topic.

02:14:48.000 And yet here we have this strange situation where a few years ago the Supreme Court, who has no jurisdiction in the matter according to the Constitution, it says it, Congress shall make no law They have no jurisdiction in the matter, and yet the Supreme Court comes along and says, well, Judge Roy Moore, you can't have that Ten Commandments thing in your courtroom lobby there.

02:15:08.000 You just can't have that.

02:15:09.000 You know, that's a matter for the states to decide.

02:15:12.000 That was a matter for the state, not the Supreme Court.

02:15:15.000 They stuck their nose into business they have no constitutional authority to do.

02:15:20.000 And a lot of Americans, because they've been hearing this separation of church versus state garbage all of their lives, Even though it's not true, they bit into it.

02:15:31.000 Then the Supreme Court can tell the Judge Roy Moore that he can't have the Ten Commandments monument in his courthouse.

02:15:31.000 Okay, great.

02:15:38.000 You know, they just don't have the jurisdiction.

02:15:40.000 But they took it anyway. 0.91

02:15:41.000 And by the way, here in Texas, those hypocrites at the Supreme Court, there is a stone monument on the north lawn of the state capitol in Texas. 0.91

02:15:57.000 Which is the Ten Commandments. 0.83

02:15:59.000 It's been there a long time.

02:16:01.000 And there it is on state property, state of Texas, right there.

02:16:05.000 Yet in Alabama, they say Judge Roy Moore can't have it.

02:16:09.000 Yet in Texas, they say we can.

02:16:12.000 I say they need to butt out of both instances.

02:16:14.000 It's a state matter.

02:16:16.000 Absolutely.

02:16:16.000 Let me just point out something.

02:16:18.000 That's a bunch of horse hockey. 0.92

02:16:19.000 I mean, all of the basic tenets of the major religions The Ten Commandments is pretty well universal.

02:16:31.000 That's right. 0.95

02:16:33.000 So, you know, that's ridiculous, obviously. 0.59

02:16:36.000 Yeah, I guess you're going to have to take... Yeah, I guess I just misunderstood. 0.51

02:16:39.000 Because, you know, any kind of... It's just another form of totalitarianism, really.

02:16:48.000 Nothing exists outside of the realm of the state.

02:16:52.000 And that's just kind of what I pictured.

02:16:55.000 I want to thank you for rerunning that interview that Jack Blood had with Ron Paul and I implore him all the way.

02:17:01.000 I appreciate your calling, Alex Jones, so I appreciate it.

02:17:02.000 It was a good call.

02:17:03.000 You take care now.

02:17:04.000 Okay, up next we have Janice, also in Texas. 1.00

02:17:09.000 Janice, are you there?

02:17:10.000 Yes, sir, and I want to thank you for rerunning that interview that Jack Blood had with Ron Paul, and I implore him all the way.

02:17:19.000 I'm going to put a billboard sign up on 183 just south of Austin.

02:17:25.000 Well, actually just north of Gonzales.

02:17:29.000 And I hope other people will help support him, and I know he's well-known all over the United States, so I think he's got a good chance.

02:17:36.000 All right.

02:17:37.000 Very good chance.

02:17:37.000 Do you have anything else you want to add to that?

02:17:39.000 Do you want me to hold you over after the break?

02:17:40.000 Yes, sir.

02:17:41.000 Okay, I'll be back with Janice after the break. .

02:17:45.000 Dad, can we stop?

02:17:47.000 We need to go to the bathroom.

02:17:49.000 What?

02:17:50.000 Again?

02:17:50.000 We just stopped two hours ago.

02:17:52.000 Honey, let's stop because I gave the kids their Spark Berkey water bottles. 1.00

02:17:57.000 Why did you do that?

02:17:58.000 Because they can't drink and talk at the same time and that way we don't have to listen to them singing, Are we there yet?

02:18:04.000 Are we there yet?

02:18:05.000 for the entire trip.

02:18:07.000 Hmm, I didn't think about that.

02:18:09.000 Great idea.

02:18:10.000 Yeah, and it's cheap entertainment for the kids.

02:18:14.000 Bottled water costs around 75 cents a bottle.

02:18:16.000 And using our Bertie Sport bottles, it costs us less than two and a half cents per refill.

02:18:21.000 Honey! 0.98

02:18:22.000 You're terrific!

02:18:24.000 Oh, honey, so are you!

02:18:25.000 You're the one that bought the family our Sport Berkey Water Bottles!

02:18:29.000 Now, can we stop?

02:18:47.000 Have you ever heard of the Genocide Convention Treaty to the United Nations?

02:18:52.000 Did you know that it's a direct assault upon your freedom of religion?

02:18:57.000 Did you know that if you mention perverted sex acts as being wrong according to the Bible, you could be arrested and tried for causing mental harm to others?

02:19:07.000 It's already law in Canada, Australia, Britain, and Sweden where Christians are being tried and deprived of freedom of speech.

02:19:37.000 Call now.

02:19:39.000 Our operators are standing by to receive your call.

02:19:43.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

02:19:45.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

02:19:50.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

02:19:58.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

02:20:04.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

02:20:11.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed along with other central banks to increase liquidity for depositors.

02:20:17.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

02:20:22.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

02:20:30.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, gold on its own has held value for over 6,000 years.

02:20:36.000 For more information call 1-800-686-2237.

02:20:40.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

02:22:10.000 All right, Bob Basie back on the Alex Jones Show this January the 19th, 2007, and we were talking with Janice.

02:22:17.000 She was saying that she was really glad that Ron Paul was going to be running for president.

02:22:22.000 And, Janice, what else do you have to add to the show today?

02:22:25.000 I am a maverick John Bircher, too, and I want to meet you at this coming Sunday meeting for the independent voters.

02:22:33.000 That's right.

02:22:34.000 That's going to be it.

02:22:35.000 And I have met Hank Gilbert at the National Animal Identification System meeting in Lockhart and he is very good.

02:22:45.000 I wish he would have won his campaign.

02:22:48.000 Well, you know, if at first you don't succeed, you know.

02:22:51.000 Right.

02:22:52.000 We're going to help him next time.

02:22:54.000 If we can get the people of Texas to wake up to this Trans-Texas Corridor-Napra Superhighway thing.

02:23:00.000 And realize what it is.

02:23:02.000 Realize the big picture.

02:23:03.000 Realize what they're doing to us.

02:23:04.000 You know, just slap them out of their vote, Democratic at all costs thing that they're in.

02:23:10.000 And the same thing with the Republicans.

02:23:11.000 Say, listen y'all, this is affecting everybody.

02:23:15.000 We're tired of what's in there, especially in the Governor's seat right now.

02:23:18.000 What's in the Governor's seat right now is something you don't want to step on.

02:23:23.000 Let's face that, the guy wins 39% and he's the governor.

02:23:26.000 I just kind of wonder how in the world, there were so many other candidates in that race, you kind of wonder if some of them were in there for shills.

02:23:32.000 I think so.

02:23:33.000 To draw the opposition vote away from this guy.

02:23:37.000 I hope to meet you Sunday and I will be giving out John Birch or the New American Magazine with a picture of how the C.F.R.

02:23:49.000 and Robert Pastor and Dick Cheney have plans for the building of the North American Community.

02:23:56.000 Well, great, Janice.

02:23:56.000 I really look forward to seeing you there because I'm definitely going to be there.

02:23:59.000 That's at 1230 this Sunday at this hotel at 290 and I-35.

02:24:04.000 It used to be the Red Line.

02:24:06.000 I think it's called the Crown Plaza or something like that.

02:24:09.000 I've got to find the article here somewhere.

02:24:11.000 Yes sir, at the home of Bill Clinton, but I'm not a great supporter of it.

02:24:13.000 and I look forward to seeing you there.

02:24:15.000 You take care.

02:24:15.000 Okay, next up we have Lee in Arkansas, the home of Bill Clinton.

02:24:22.000 Lee, you're up on InfoWars.

02:24:24.000 You're up on the Alex Jones Show.

02:24:26.000 Yes, sir, it's the home of Bill Clinton, but I'm not a great supporter of it.

02:24:30.000 I have something that I haven't heard anyone talk about, about this NAFTA highway through Texas.

02:24:38.000 Yeah.

02:24:39.000 What most people don't know, all land in the United States, there is a land patent title issue to that.

02:24:47.000 Now, the state of Texas is different from others because, you know, it was once an independent country of its own.

02:24:52.000 That's right, it was a nation, it was the Republic of Texas which decided to become one of the United States.

02:24:58.000 Now, I don't know how this came about, but I have, I know people living in Texas and I have looked at land patent titles issued by the state of Texas.

02:25:08.000 But it really won't matter if it's issued by the state of Texas or by the United States.

02:25:12.000 Or if it's issued by the United States.

02:25:14.000 Bottom line, what are you saying?

02:25:15.000 What does that mean?

02:25:16.000 I mean, this is titled to their land.

02:25:19.000 In other words, if the state of Texas goes to interfere with these patent titles, they are infringing on that patent and they're criminally trespassing on the land.

02:25:28.000 Yeah, but you've got to realize, take this and see what you think about this.

02:25:35.000 Look, we are one of the states of the United States.

02:25:39.000 The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land, so we're under it, right?

02:25:44.000 Okay.

02:25:44.000 That's the Supreme Law.

02:25:45.000 It trumps everything.

02:25:47.000 Now, the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution says very plainly that you cannot take private land except for a public purpose and with just compensation to the owner.

02:25:59.000 Okay.

02:26:00.000 Now, that was intended to protect people's land.

02:26:03.000 However, the globalists at the Supreme Court in 2005, for what apparently was an inexplicable reason, Uh... made this Kelo versus City of New London decision where they said they rewrote the takings clause of the fifth amendment.

02:26:20.000 They literally rewrote it in order to get around the impediment.

02:26:25.000 The takings clause says private land taken for public purpose They stuck a little asterisk in there and they said private land taken for public or private purpose, comma, if you can generate more revenue out of it.

02:26:39.000 What the Supreme Court said to get around what you're saying, and what you're saying is valid, but what the Supreme Court said was, okay, gee, we need to build the Trans-Texas Corridor.

02:26:50.000 We need to build the NAFTA Superhighway.

02:26:52.000 We need to build these 80-priority corridors, which we have on the books, and we need to steal people's land to do it, and they're not going to like it.

02:26:59.000 So what we're going to do is we're going to change the Fifth Amendment to say that if Grandma lives on this property, we don't care if somebody else can make money off of it. 1.00

02:27:10.000 We're going to kick her off anyway. 1.00

02:27:11.000 I mean, that's what they did to get around what you're trying to say.

02:27:17.000 That's exactly what they're doing.

02:27:18.000 Title 43 United States Code under public land.

02:27:22.000 It's a whole section and I deal with land patent titles.

02:27:24.000 Alright, well tell you what, hang on.

02:27:26.000 After the break we'll come back with you.

02:27:28.000 We're on the march.

02:27:29.000 The empire's on the run.

02:27:31.000 We're on the march.

02:27:36.000 The empire's on the run.

02:27:38.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network. - Shelly, you look exhausted.

02:27:46.000 Oh, wait!

02:27:47.000 Why did you turn that down?

02:27:48.000 I get so tired of that girl's squeaky voice. 1.00

02:27:51.000 I'm sure the bed fan works, but that squeaky voice... Well, what's the bed fan?

02:27:56.000 It's a fan that helps hot sleepers stay cool at night.

02:27:58.000 I can do something like that.

02:27:59.000 This menopause thing is really getting to me at night.

02:28:02.000 And you know how I am about doing that hormone therapy thing.

02:28:05.000 Besides, you're a hot sleeper yourself.

02:28:07.000 You're always throwing the covers off in the middle of the night.

02:28:10.000 I guess you're right.

02:28:11.000 Why don't we try it?

02:28:11.000 Just think how nice it'll be to sleep through the night.

02:28:14.000 Yeah, and just think how nice it'll be this summer and all the money we can save on air conditioning.

02:28:18.000 I know where we can get some more information.

02:28:55.000 No, John, I didn't rob Bill Gates.

02:28:57.000 What I did do is visit the website www.DidYouRobBillGates.com.

02:31:01.000 discussing whether or not you can use land title patents to stop this land grab and to Tell me again, you were talking about Title 43 of the U.S.

02:31:14.000 Code, is that correct?

02:31:15.000 That's Title 43, U.S.

02:31:16.000 Code, look under the, I don't know the chapter, but it's under public lands, and there's a section, section 2, deals with land patent titles.

02:31:24.000 You're going to be amazed at what's in there.

02:31:26.000 Patent titles were issued by the United States government land office, and that land office was a judicial tribunal.

02:31:33.000 Patents are the decision of the federal court, and they are immune from collateral attack.

02:31:39.000 The United States, when they issued that patent, it was signed by the President of the United States.

02:31:44.000 He did cause these letters to be made patent and the seal of the general land office to be affixed.

02:31:51.000 So what you're saying is it's your opinion that because of this that if somebody has one of these things that they cannot seize it for a public purpose?

02:32:00.000 No sir, that's not my opinion.

02:32:01.000 That's how the federal Supreme Court has ruled that even the federal government cannot have any claim to this land because When they issued the patent, the United States government gave up all rights, privileges, immunities, and apprenticeships of whatever nature to this land.

02:32:18.000 The federal courts have ruled they could not come back at a later date.

02:32:22.000 And claim some rights that they had already given up.

02:32:25.000 Okay, so what we need to do there, because I am not an attorney.

02:32:29.000 I'm not a patent attorney.

02:32:30.000 I'm not either, sir.

02:32:31.000 I'm just telling you what the court says, what's written in it.

02:32:33.000 Well, I hope, what I'm saying is, what we ought to do is, if there's any lawyers listening and interested in this that are on our side, they need to look this up and publicize this and get it out and use this, because we need every weapon we can.

02:32:45.000 I am for throwing every bit of stuff and junk and garbage and good stuff and whatever in the path of this Well, this is not, Duncan, this is not gorgeous.

02:32:54.000 Under Title 43, you'll find all judges are on judicial notice about the decision of the land office.

02:33:00.000 The land patent title is that decision they're talking about.

02:33:03.000 Okay, so what we need to do, okay, tell you what, Lee, thank you for the call.

02:33:06.000 I appreciate it.

02:33:07.000 This is what we're going to do then.

02:33:08.000 Any of you guys out there that are into this kind of stuff, patent law, land title law, attorneys out there, get off your seat and go look this up and let's publicize it if it's true.

02:33:19.000 And we'll use this as another weapon to destroy the NAFTA superhighway.

02:33:23.000 Hey, Lee from Arkansas, thank you for the call.

02:33:26.000 It's a good heads up.

02:33:27.000 We need to look into it.

02:33:28.000 I'm not an attorney.

02:33:29.000 I'm not a patent attorney.

02:33:30.000 But man, if this is good, if this is valid, then we need to use it.

02:33:33.000 Every weapon at our disposal.

02:33:36.000 Okay, up next we have Lucas in Texas.

02:33:40.000 Lucas, are you there?

02:33:41.000 What's up, Bob?

02:33:43.000 Not a whole lot.

02:33:43.000 I'm just sitting here in the command center of the Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, holding down the fort while Alex is in here.

02:33:51.000 Well, you're doing a good job.

02:33:52.000 Well, thank you.

02:33:53.000 Hey, a lot of some very important people have warned us of this as long as, you know, 25 years ago.

02:34:00.000 Have you ever listened to the lyrics to David Bowie's China Girl?

02:34:05.000 Yeah, take a look at the lyrics to it.

02:34:07.000 It pretty much tells you about the new old order, you know, plain as day.

02:34:12.000 How China takes over America. 0.96

02:34:15.000 Basically, there's a push for blonde hair, blue eyes. 0.97

02:34:19.000 I mean, it's just, it's all there in the song.

02:34:22.000 I mean, it's brilliant.

02:34:23.000 He put it in words 25 years ago.

02:34:25.000 China girl, huh? 0.98

02:34:27.000 Yeah, take a look at it.

02:34:28.000 It's pretty amazing, actually.

02:34:30.000 You know, people of his stature I've been trying to warn us of this for 25 years.

02:34:35.000 People don't even see it.

02:34:36.000 They just look right through it, stay about in their little matrix.

02:34:40.000 I'll tell you what, you've given me an inroad to say this.

02:34:45.000 People in the John Birch Society have been warning us about this since the late 50s when the society was founded.

02:34:52.000 The John Birch Society, again, JBS.org, was founded to fight the New World Order.

02:34:59.000 Everybody else that's in this battle in this modern day that we're in comes after the John Birch Society.

02:35:07.000 So, you know, if you really want to get a grounding in what it's all about, the history, the documentation that everyone uses constantly to attack the New World Order with their own words and deeds and documents and pronouncements, The best place to go is the John Birch Society if you want to find out the big picture and you want to be able to do something organized about it.

02:35:32.000 It's a tremendous resource and it's a tremendous organization to be a member of.

02:35:36.000 I tried to do my part.

02:35:38.000 I did the little Hank Hill video, the one that talks about Bush.

02:35:43.000 I don't know if you got a chance to see that or not.

02:35:45.000 Oh yeah, I think I did see that.

02:35:46.000 That was you?

02:35:47.000 Yep, that was me.

02:35:47.000 Yeah, congratulations.

02:35:49.000 That was a good one.

02:35:50.000 I do a lot of little YouTube videos, little sniper videos that pop up when people click on Uma Thurman or something.

02:35:56.000 You know, it basically gets 9-11 truth in their face.

02:35:59.000 If people want to see your Hank Hill video, what do they need to do?

02:36:03.000 Just go to YouTube and type in Hank Hill.

02:36:05.000 Okay, go to YouTube and type in Hank Hill.

02:36:07.000 Okay, well that'll work.

02:36:08.000 Lucas, what else you got on your mind?

02:36:10.000 Well, basically I feel that these people aren't going to give up that easy.

02:36:14.000 I think they'd probably rather nuke the whole joint and start over again before they come out in the open. 0.58

02:36:20.000 Well, you know, they have to breathe the air too, so they'll be selective about it.

02:36:24.000 That's one of the good things about this.

02:36:27.000 These New World Order types, they're interested in saving their own hides. 0.99

02:36:33.000 So some of the stuff that they do might come back and bite them, so I hope that's going to be one of the things that's going to Back them off.

02:36:41.000 So I think my worst fear would be that they're going to they would pull something in Washington when there's a large, you know, congressional hearings.

02:36:51.000 Our government's totally wiped out.

02:36:53.000 Man, I might have to march on in.

02:36:54.000 I think I think that I think a more likely scenario would be if if you could have this giant computer and you can research where all these people own property, take all the CFR members and all the relatives and and map on the United States where they own property.

02:37:08.000 that any nuke attack would occur not there.

02:37:11.000 Oh, yeah, most definitely.

02:37:12.000 Somewhere else.

02:37:13.000 There's a reason why the FBI and FEMA moved their operations out of Washington, D.C., out of the so-called blast zone.

02:37:21.000 Yeah, I don't know.

02:37:22.000 I don't know.

02:37:23.000 I would imagine you've got so many CFR members living in Washington, D.C., I don't think that that would be a good place for them to nuke.

02:37:29.000 They might get mad at each other or something like that.

02:37:31.000 Well, Lucas, anything else you've got to add?

02:37:33.000 No, that's about it.

02:37:35.000 I appreciate you calling the Alex Jones Show, And we'll check you later.

02:37:40.000 Take care.

02:37:41.000 Okay, up next we have David in Canada.

02:37:47.000 Another Canuck calling in. 0.89

02:37:49.000 We had a Canadian yesterday.

02:37:50.000 David, are you there?

02:37:51.000 Yes, I'm here.

02:37:52.000 How are you doing?

02:37:53.000 I'm doing just fine.

02:37:54.000 How are you guys doing up there in Canada?

02:37:56.000 We're under a lot of snow.

02:37:58.000 Do you want to remain a Canadian?

02:38:00.000 Oh, yeah.

02:38:01.000 Don't you want to become part of the North American Union?

02:38:03.000 No, no.

02:38:04.000 Why not?

02:38:06.000 I've researched all of the pros and cons on that one, and there are no pros.

02:38:12.000 Where are the pros?

02:38:12.000 I was wondering how long it took you to research the pros.

02:38:14.000 Oh, there aren't any.

02:38:16.000 Oh, yeah, there sure are.

02:38:17.000 There definitely are pros. 1.00

02:38:18.000 Look, if you're in the highway construction industry, man, you can make so much money building these stupid roads. 0.89

02:38:25.000 And if you're in the leasing business, if you're a foreign company, you can convince the state to lease you this chunk of road, and then you can charge the American people and the Canadian people, and I guess you can charge the Mexican people, although they can't afford it, to drive on these roads. 0.92

02:38:43.000 And then you can take your money and you can get it tax-free if the Texas Department of Transportation gets their way.

02:38:48.000 They want the federal legislation so that if you make money on toll roads, you don't have to pay income tax on it.

02:38:52.000 And then you can take it to Australia, where you live, or the Marquari Corporation, or you can take it to Spain, that's Sintra, or you can take it to wherever and have a good old time.

02:39:04.000 So there are advantages to the NAFTA Super Corridor.

02:39:08.000 Also, there's another advantage to the NAFTA Super Corridor.

02:39:11.000 Because if you're a communist Chinese slave driver and you're trying to get American manufacturing jobs over to China, well then, if you can have the NAFTA Super Corridor, door, that means Chinese slave goods are going to be even cheaper to get into this country because they're not going to have to use American dock workers and they're not going to have to use American truckers because they're going to go down to Lazaro Cardenas where Walmart's helping the Chinese build that monster port. 0.92

02:39:37.000 And then they're going to be able to get the Chinese kind of slave goods from the ships on the docks with Mexican workers who work for nothing. 0.98

02:39:46.000 And then they're going to have Mexican truck drivers driving up to Kansas City without a border check. 0.99

02:39:50.000 See?

02:39:51.000 So that's going to make the Communist Chinese goods even cheaper, which is going to encourage more production to leave the United States. 0.78

02:39:56.000 See, there are advantages to this if you look at it, but the problem is There are not any advantages to anybody who's interested in the national sovereignty and safety and independence of the United States of America.

02:40:09.000 There you go.

02:40:10.000 And the only economic benefits will be going to Mexico, that's for sure. 0.78

02:40:15.000 Well, really, all Mexico is going to be is a garden hose. 1.00

02:40:21.000 Okay?

02:40:22.000 Mexican workers aren't going to get anything out of it. 1.00

02:40:24.000 Okay, so some of the truck drivers, who are all on cocaine, by the way, look it up.

02:40:29.000 In order to drive all those hours, it's got to be on, they're all hooked, everybody knows it, they all know it, and the rickety trucks are going to be driving across North America, you know, Lord only knows what's going to happen there, and Lord only knows what's going to be inside those trucks, because the Lockheed, I believe, is making a deal with some communist Chinese company to inspect these trucks, these Mexican trucks, with some kind of a gizmo, so that they'll be secure 0.55

02:40:58.000 Yeah, welcome to the New World Order. 0.86

02:40:59.000 what's in the darn thing. 0.99

02:41:00.000 And you know how honest the Mexican government is. 0.99

02:41:03.000 We all know that.

02:41:03.000 So it's all going to be great.

02:41:06.000 It's all going to be just wonderful.

02:41:08.000 It's just wonderful.

02:41:09.000 Get used to the concept of no longer being a Canadian.

02:41:14.000 You'll have to be like a North American. 1.00

02:41:17.000 Yeah, welcome to the New World Order. 0.81

02:41:20.000 Speaking of which, are you familiar with someone who came out with a set of Illuminati trading cards back in 1995.

02:41:32.000 Absolutely.

02:41:33.000 That was, I think, Steve Jackson.

02:41:37.000 There was a New World Order deck of playing cards.

02:41:40.000 Yes, that's correct.

02:41:42.000 I have one of those decks.

02:41:44.000 Isn't that amazing?

02:41:47.000 The fact that it is six years before the 9-1-1 events, Here's this deck of playing cards that shows the Twin Towers, a plane hitting the, I believe it was the North Tower first.

02:42:02.000 Okay, that's a different deck of cards than the one I'm familiar with.

02:42:05.000 It's by a company called, the inventor was Steve Jackson, the card game is called INWO, Illuminati New World Order, and the second card

02:42:23.000 It comes up is the Pentagon with a fire emanating from the hit where it took the hit and there's a number like those two cards in themselves are like a smoking gun showing that the New World Order was behind the planning of the 9-1-1 terrorism. 0.50

02:42:45.000 I'd like to get a copy of that deck, because that's not the same deck of New World Order playing cards that I'm familiar with.

02:42:51.000 The one I'm talking about has people on it, and it divides them into categories of how they fit in the New World Order.

02:42:58.000 Oh, I see.

02:42:59.000 This is tremendous.

02:43:01.000 This is a person who had a great deal of inside knowledge.

02:43:06.000 What's his last name again?

02:43:08.000 The inventor's name is Steve Jackson.

02:43:11.000 So if you type in Steve Jackson and then type in I-N-W-O that would represent Illuminati New World Order. 0.59

02:43:24.000 Well I'm going to have to look that up after the show because I'd like to get a copy of these playing cards because I'm unaware of it.

02:43:30.000 I've got a website that just came up here.

02:43:35.000 http://www.siggames.com S-I-G-A-M-E-S dot com?

02:43:48.000 I have to verify that.

02:43:48.000 Yeah.

02:43:50.000 Yeah, also I got part of this from a website called cuttingedge.org.

02:43:58.000 You might be able to, you'll probably get into it through there, probably.

02:44:04.000 Okay, well we'll check that out because I can't confirm or deny that right now.

02:44:08.000 I don't know whether somebody did that before 2001 or didn't, but I'm sure it's going to be interesting to look it up.

02:44:13.000 David and Kenda, thank you very much for the call.

02:44:15.000 I appreciate you calling me, Alex Jones.

02:44:18.000 Now, we've got Robert in New York up next.

02:44:23.000 Robert, are you there?

02:44:24.000 Am I on the air?

02:44:25.000 Yeah, you are on the air.

02:44:26.000 There's 16 billion people listening to you right now, so don't be nervous.

02:44:30.000 Well, I've been wanting to call in for so long.

02:44:32.000 Thank you for having me on the air.

02:44:34.000 Great.

02:44:34.000 What's on your mind?

02:44:36.000 I just had a couple of questions and one comment.

02:44:40.000 I just wanted to make a quick comment.

02:44:41.000 First, you were talking about Illuminati symbols.

02:44:44.000 And I just noticed I was working out at the gym the other day on any given Sunday on the TV, and definitely there was this one part during a football game where they quickly panned to all these different areas, and right on the back of a player's helmet very prominently was an Illuminati symbol.

02:45:01.000 I just remembered that.

02:45:01.000 It was really weird how it showed up in a Hollywood movie like that.

02:45:05.000 Which symbol was it, if I may ask?

02:45:07.000 The all-seeing eye.

02:45:08.000 Oh, that one.

02:45:08.000 You mean the one that's on the dollar bill?

02:45:10.000 The one that's on the dollar bill.

02:45:11.000 Yeah, I don't know.

02:45:14.000 I'm just completely out of place in that movie.

02:45:17.000 I just remember that just now.

02:45:18.000 Well, they throw those things in every once in a while.

02:45:21.000 That's what they do.

02:45:23.000 My question was about, there was someone a few weeks ago who was on that Alex was concerned about, who heard a discussion in a graveyard between two Israeli people about 9-11.

02:45:35.000 And he was just kind of concerned for his safety.

02:45:37.000 I just never heard about that guy.

02:45:38.000 I wondered if he did go public and if he's okay or what happened with that?

02:45:43.000 Yeah, I don't know the answer to that question.

02:45:44.000 I remember that story and I remember vaguely that there was some other follow-up on it on the internet.

02:45:52.000 But frankly, I don't, I'm not confident to talk about it because I don't remember the details.

02:45:56.000 I remember somebody went out there and looked at the site and photographed it and said, yeah, okay, this is where it could have happened, but I don't, Don't know.

02:46:05.000 Do not know.

02:46:06.000 Okay.

02:46:07.000 Maybe somebody else needs to look into that if they've got some time, but I'm not competent to talk about it because I'm not up on it.

02:46:14.000 Okay.

02:46:15.000 Well, Robert, anything else?

02:46:15.000 Okay.

02:46:18.000 Well, one quick question.

02:46:20.000 I just wanted to maybe... It's just something that's been on my mind.

02:46:25.000 I don't want to distract from the controlled demolitions of 9-11, but I just think it's really weird that the tips of the wings on both planes didn't break off upon impact with the building.

02:46:37.000 I just wondered if there was any kind of a dialogue about that in the truth movement, or if it's... I don't know.

02:46:42.000 I think the thing hits so fast that it's a split second that everything smacks into the building.

02:46:49.000 I know that if you measure the damage track of the plane that hit the North Tower, and you do a little geometry, You find out that from wingtip to wingtip that plane exactly matched Boeing 767.

02:47:05.000 Some of these kooky theories that are out there that the planes were actually switched and that they were magically turned into 737s which have been these theories have been promulgated by some kind of kooky people out there.

02:47:21.000 The math just blows them away and they just can't stand it.

02:47:25.000 The most likely explanation of what hit those towers is what got hijacked.

02:47:32.000 Switching a plane and hiding a plane and substituting a plane and painting up a new plane and all that, it violates the Occam's Razor theory that the most likely explanation for something is the simplest.

02:47:47.000 If you were going to hijack a plane, Why not crash the plane you hijacked into your target, rather than trying to get rid of the thing somehow, and disposing of the passengers somehow, and flying it out over the Atlantic and blowing it up at 25,000 feet, which some kooks have said has happened with no evidence.

02:48:06.000 It's ridiculous.

02:48:07.000 If you're going to hijack a plane, you hijack the plane, you gas everybody in the plane, and you remote control it into a building. 0.95

02:48:12.000 It's the easiest thing to do.

02:48:15.000 Technology's old, and that's the most likely scenario of what happened.

02:48:19.000 Okay, thanks for having me on.

02:48:20.000 Okay, I appreciate it.

02:48:22.000 I appreciate it.

02:48:23.000 Yeah, we're going to get into that topic again.

02:48:25.000 I'm getting all kinds of trouble shooting my mouth off on that.

02:48:28.000 Okay, we got Frank in Montana.

02:48:32.000 We're going to have you after the break.

02:48:34.000 So Frank, you want to hold on?

02:48:35.000 We're going to get to you after the break.

02:48:37.000 We've got one more segment here on the Alex Jones Show.

02:48:41.000 Alex Jones Show.

02:48:52.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.

02:48:54.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that Western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

02:49:02.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

02:49:10.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran.

02:49:13.000 A White House program to disseminate fake news.

02:49:16.000 NSA spying.

02:49:17.000 Secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

02:49:21.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

02:49:25.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

02:49:28.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

02:51:59.000 1814 took a little trip there, Stephan.

02:52:01.000 We've got a bunch of stuff to cover here and not much time to do it in.

02:52:41.000 Support Alex Jones and what he's doing.

02:52:43.000 Okay, Frank in Montana.

02:52:45.000 What do you got on your mind today, Frank?

02:52:47.000 Hello, Bob.

02:52:48.000 I'm talking about International Baccalaureate High School courses.

02:52:53.000 Are you familiar with them?

02:52:55.000 I've heard of them.

02:52:56.000 Well, not every high school has them.

02:52:59.000 Montana has one.

02:53:02.000 Anyway, how it works, like international, multinational companies who have employees all throughout the world who may have to travel to other cities.

02:53:15.000 for employment as the companies move them around and with their families and children.

02:53:20.000 They want to have a standard education kind of drilled into them so they're not missing anything when they move.

02:53:28.000 And when they're handing the test, they may be sent to another country to be graded.

02:53:36.000 And the headquarters is in Switzerland.

02:53:39.000 Do they teach in New World Order 101?

02:53:43.000 Beyond that, yes.

02:53:45.000 and - Yeah.

02:53:47.000 My daughter took the course last year and for the last couple of years.

02:53:52.000 She's out in college now, so I feel free to speak.

02:53:56.000 During their history course, they focused on the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis.

02:54:04.000 They stated in this book that what Kennedy did by taking a hard stance against Khrushchev and Castro, that was far worse than what Hitler did to the Jews.

02:54:20.000 Really?

02:54:21.000 How do you figure?

02:54:21.000 I kid you not.

02:54:22.000 That's what they said?

02:54:24.000 Yes.

02:54:25.000 How bizarre is that?

02:54:27.000 Extremely bizarre.

02:54:29.000 And there were a lot of students that were upset when they heard this.

02:54:32.000 Well, you know, they've got to teach New World Order 101.

02:54:34.000 I know.

02:54:35.000 This is what's coming down the pike. 0.97

02:54:39.000 Not everyone gets to take these courses, only the advanced students, and they have to pay extra dollars to take these classes.

02:54:46.000 But it's going to be an elite minority ruling the world someday.

02:54:52.000 All right.

02:54:53.000 Well, Frank from Montana, thank you very much for the call.

02:54:55.000 I appreciate it.

02:54:56.000 We've got one more call.

02:54:57.000 Jerry from Idaho.

02:54:58.000 Jerry, are you up?

02:54:59.000 You better make it quick.

02:55:00.000 You've got about a minute.

02:55:01.000 Yeah, Bob.

02:55:02.000 Why were Jews kicked out of 100 countries in history?

02:55:06.000 Oh, I guess because somebody said the Jews done it, I guess.

02:55:10.000 Jerry, thank you for the call.

02:55:12.000 We're out of time on InfoWars.com or the Alex Jones Show.

02:55:16.000 Go to InfoWars.com.

02:55:18.000 Again, my name is Bob Dacey.

02:55:20.000 I've been hosting the show for the last couple of days.

02:55:22.000 I appreciate the opportunity to sit here in front of I don't know how many people holding the fort down for Alex Jones while he takes a much deserved vacation.

02:55:35.000 Alex Jones is the biggest workaholic I have ever, ever met.

02:55:40.000 So he deserves whatever vacation he gets.

02:55:43.000 He is going to be back here Monday, as I understand.

02:55:48.000 And I'm sure he's going to be stoked up and ready to go.

02:55:53.000 And anyway, for Alex Jones, this is Bob Dacey signing off.

02:55:58.000 And Alex will be back on Monday.

02:55:59.000 Take care.
