Alex Jones Show - 20080319_Wed_Alex

00:00:01.000 You want answers?

00:00:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:06.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:14.000 Welcome, my friends. my friends.

00:00:37.000 Welcome.

00:00:38.000 It is March 19, 2008.

00:00:43.000 I barely made it into my broadcast cockpit here because we're busy on the phone with a scared lady in East Austin. 0.97

00:00:53.000 The police came to her door in military uniforms.

00:00:55.000 Looks like the military is out there with them and said, don't worry, it's just a training operation.

00:01:02.000 And from what we got over the phone, it's the classic lockdown grid.

00:01:09.000 We know the city of Austin's been training with the military to drive hundreds of buses and take citizens to the emergency relocation center that they built at the old airport in 99.

00:01:19.000 They've built these in every major town, even most small towns.

00:01:23.000 It's all part of our journey into absolute despotism and the destruction of all freedom.

00:01:30.000 We have a huge radio broadcast lined up for you today.

00:01:34.000 I am so upset about what has developed and about what has happened that, despite the fact that I didn't get home until midnight last night from work, and despite the fact that I've even cut out caffeine products, 99% out of my diet, I still eat a little chocolate or drink a glass of iced tea or so once a week.

00:01:58.000 I could not sleep.

00:01:59.000 I woke up probably 20-30 times during the night, and I ended up waking up at about 5.30 and going back to sleep at about 7 this morning for an hour.

00:02:10.000 I can't even sleep over what's happened in the news and information that we have for you today.

00:02:20.000 We told you it was going to happen, and I took no pleasure in being right again.

00:02:28.000 I got home last night at about midnight.

00:02:33.000 I went in to do some more news hounding, and I saw on Infowars.com the headline, Individual Right to Bear Arms Wins Favor in Court Agreement, a link to the New York Law Journal.

00:02:46.000 And before I clicked on the link, I said, it will announce a big victory for gun owners, and then it will say, but they can have reasonable restrictions and can restrict Under law, which is not a victory.

00:03:04.000 It is the end of the Second Amendment.

00:03:06.000 It is absolute despotism.

00:03:11.000 And sure enough, I read the New York Law Journal, I read the Washington Post, and then I spent another hour scanning over hundreds Of pages.

00:03:29.000 Well, to be accurate, the main brief is 91 pages with another 20-something pages of footnotes entered in as evidence into the record.

00:03:49.000 And I read the brief, the supposed pro-Second Amendment argument, and They are even saying, oh, go ahead and restrict.

00:04:01.000 Yes, you're allowed to.

00:04:03.000 And the other side is calling for absolute gun bans.

00:04:07.000 The White House actually says we should be able to ban all handguns.

00:04:13.000 I mean, there it is!

00:04:14.000 They want to ban your handguns.

00:04:17.000 There's thousands of facets to this.

00:04:19.000 I couldn't sleep, and now I am struggling not to explode.

00:04:27.000 Again, frustration, thousands of facets I want to go over.

00:04:32.000 So many different issues, their tactics of lying.

00:04:36.000 The big issue here is this is being heralded as a victory for the Second Amendment to make you stand down.

00:04:44.000 It's a military tactic.

00:04:46.000 It's an art of war tactic.

00:04:48.000 This is coming up in so much more.

00:04:50.000 Massive broadcast lined up.

00:04:54.000 It is a big idea.

00:04:56.000 A New World Order!

00:04:58.000 In the near future, Earth is dominated by a powerful new world government.

00:05:03.000 It's known as the Builder Bird Group.

00:05:06.000 Could their objective be world domination?

00:05:09.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

00:05:12.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.93

00:05:22.000 For the first time in history, the elite's plan for world government is blown wide open.

00:05:27.000 You will learn the secret that drives the entire New World Order agenda.

00:05:31.000 The Oval Party is making great progress toward a world government.

00:05:34.000 Most people have no idea.

00:05:35.000 They're not after money.

00:05:37.000 They're after power.

00:05:38.000 That's what they're after these days.

00:07:58.000 Big Brother.

00:07:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:01.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:03.000 You want answers?

00:08:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:16.000 Stand by, ladies and gentlemen.

00:08:18.000 Before I get into the economic news and Dr. Paul Craig Roberts joins us to chronicle the plunge of the dollar.

00:08:27.000 Before we get Larry Pratt on, coming up in about an hour and a half from now, from Gun Owners of America, who has been a party to the brief to the federal government, to the criminals, Before we break all that down, I am going to get into the Second Amendment.

00:08:53.000 Now, for those that see themselves as progressive, those that see themselves as liberal, it is a political football issue.

00:09:02.000 It is a banner, a symbol of your stock and trade, of your identity.

00:09:11.000 that was built into you from public school and college and peer pressure and the sick new world order culture that guns themselves cause wars, that guns themselves are bullying wicked engines of abuse and degradation of humanity.

00:09:32.000 No, evil people, evil governments, evil elites, evil organizations Seek to always use overwhelming force of arms to dominate individuals, groups, countries, races.

00:09:50.000 And where there is the Second Amendment and individual ownership of weapons, there is liberty.

00:09:57.000 Where there is not, there is tyranny.

00:10:00.000 Hitler was for gun control. 0.98

00:10:04.000 Stalin was for, quote, gun control.

00:10:07.000 Which itself is a psychologically packaged word.

00:10:10.000 You're not for gun control.

00:10:12.000 Don't you want to control things?

00:10:14.000 Don't you want to control a gun?

00:10:16.000 Like it has feet of its own and walks out and we hear about gun crime, gun murder.

00:10:24.000 It's all implied like guns or wicked ten-foot grendels stalking the countryside devouring children at midnight.

00:10:33.000 I have studied this issue.

00:10:35.000 I have read the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers.

00:10:38.000 I have gone and gotten the original newsprint of the Founding Fathers having debates in the newspapers.

00:10:45.000 Not as the Continental Congress, but right through until the nation was actually officially formed and Congress established more than a decade later.

00:10:58.000 There are not hundreds, there are thousands and thousands Of sourced quotes of the Founding Fathers saying that when the government comes wanting to restrict your Second Amendment, your ownership of individual firearms, in any way that is tyranny, overthrow that government immediately.

00:11:18.000 It is not your right, it is an absolute order from the Founding Fathers, from common sense, from the Bill of Rights, from the Constitution.

00:11:29.000 There is no debating it.

00:11:34.000 A strong body makes the mind strong.

00:11:37.000 As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun.

00:11:41.000 While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind.

00:11:48.000 Games played with the ball and others of that nature are often too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind.

00:11:55.000 Let your gun, therefore, be your constant companion of your walks.

00:11:59.000 Thomas Jefferson, Letter to Peter Carr, 1785, in the Writings of Thomas Jefferson, Memorial Edition, issued by the Trust of Thomas Jefferson.

00:12:14.000 One loves to possess arms, though they hope never to have occasion for them.

00:12:19.000 Thomas Jefferson of George Washington, 1796, the Writings of Thomas Jefferson, Memorial Edition.

00:12:26.000 We established, however, some, although not all, itself government important principles.

00:12:35.000 The Constitution of our states asserts that all power is inherent in the people.

00:12:40.000 That they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases, to which they think themselves competent, as in they're electing their functionaries, executive and legislative.

00:12:50.000 Notice, their functionaries, not their officials, their authorities, their bosses.

00:12:55.000 See, American people think you grovel to government.

00:12:57.000 It's God, and it directs you.

00:12:59.000 And they wear fancy uniforms and fancy plumed outfits, like they always did in history.

00:13:06.000 The more tyrannical a government, the more plumes and names and titles and finery as your journey towards despotism nears completion.

00:13:18.000 That they may exercise it by themselves in all cases which they think themselves competent.

00:13:27.000 And it goes on, "...and deciding by a jury of themselves in all judiciary cases in which any fact is involved, or they may act by representatives freely and equally chosen, that is their right and duty to be at all times armed." So he ends Thomas Jefferson to John Cartwright, 1824 Memorial Edition.

00:13:52.000 Limbs Cone and Bree Editors.

00:13:58.000 He's saying it's our right through voting, our right through juries, grand juries, and our right by the gun.

00:14:05.000 We run this government.

00:14:06.000 It all comes from us.

00:14:10.000 No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

00:14:14.000 Thomas Jefferson, Draft Virginia Constitution, 1776.

00:14:18.000 That's when Virginia pulled out first, ladies and gentlemen. 1.00

00:14:27.000 By themselves, up against the entire British Empire.

00:14:30.000 Started there.

00:14:32.000 And they said, you know what?

00:14:38.000 You just come and take it.

00:14:41.000 And it goes on and on and on and on.

00:14:49.000 Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds.

00:14:52.000 of Second Amendment quotes that I have.

00:14:54.000 Here's John Adams.

00:14:55.000 See, because there's page after page of each founding father.

00:14:58.000 A defense of the Constitution of the United States, written by John Adams.

00:15:02.000 Page 475.

00:15:05.000 People hear John Adams, they don't even know who that is.

00:15:07.000 They can't find the U.S.

00:15:08.000 That's why the cops and the government can tell you you don't have a Second Amendment.

00:15:08.000 on a map.

00:15:12.000 Because the public doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground.

00:15:15.000 I'm going to walk through all this today.

00:15:17.000 The Supreme Court is going to ban your guns.

00:15:24.000 And just like in Waco, when they were ramming those tanks in there and setting that place on fire, they had bullhorns saying, this is not an assault, this is not an assault.

00:15:33.000 And then there's the FLIR footage from the FBI's own planes showing them firing their automatic weapons.

00:15:41.000 The Delta Force.

00:15:42.000 This is not an assault where you see on the FLIR the people running out the back and being shot and falling down.

00:15:49.000 And the Supreme Court's saying, ooh, you won!

00:15:52.000 You got a Second Amendment.

00:15:54.000 Unless we say so.

00:15:57.000 You ever seen the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, their quote, global law?

00:16:03.000 Article 29 and 30 say you have no rights.

00:16:06.000 Now the first 28 say you have just every right under the sun.

00:16:12.000 Until it says unless we say so.

00:16:17.000 And how did I know they were going to do this?

00:16:19.000 How did I know?

00:16:22.000 I watched their official policy.

00:16:24.000 Bush comes out during the 2004 election and says, we have a Second Amendment right.

00:16:27.000 And then he adds, unless prescribed by law.

00:16:37.000 And I watch what the Republican courts have been doing.

00:16:39.000 They were setting us up.

00:16:41.000 The Democrats openly want our guns to feed on us.

00:16:44.000 It's all well we're for the same foreign banks.

00:16:47.000 The Republicans, they've got to seduce a nation of gun owners. 1.00

00:16:51.000 140 million, 150 million gun owners.

00:16:53.000 They've got to fool you.

00:16:56.000 And I'm seeing, type gun control into Google, web, Google News, look at it.

00:17:01.000 Hundreds of articles.

00:17:02.000 Hundreds.

00:17:07.000 Where they're going, man, huge victory, oh my gosh, the Supreme Court, it looks like Because these are just reports on observations of what the justices were saying and questions they were saying after, you know, hours of both sides presenting, quote, their evidence.

00:17:23.000 One of the most important Supreme Court cases ever in our history and they just spent a few hours on it. 0.95

00:17:27.000 And now they're going to spend the next few months behind closed doors being told what to do by the political masters that put these judiciary whores in power. 1.00

00:17:41.000 But they basically said what they're gonna rule yesterday, and that is, we can ban any gun we want, whenever we want, and we're gonna take your guns. 0.91

00:17:52.000 And how is this being spun?

00:17:54.000 Oh, great victory!

00:17:56.000 This is not an assault!

00:18:00.000 And you run out of the burning building, and there's infantry trained troops on both sides at the back of the Bradley fighting vehicles, opening up on you, With their fully automatic rifles.

00:18:14.000 Video!

00:18:15.000 Flare footage, FBI aircraft, and the national media says that's not, it's quite normal to have those flashes off the ends of guns.

00:18:23.000 That's just reflections.

00:18:26.000 That's not a gun flash.

00:18:30.000 See, they even tell you that's not an assault.

00:18:33.000 They were telling the Davidians it wasn't an assault as they were shooting them. 0.98

00:18:36.000 But when you see the video of them shooting them, they say, well that's not what you're seeing.

00:18:43.000 Then the Delta Force documents get released in Congress that they indeed did kill him, and it's never in one newspaper.

00:18:49.000 Oh, yeah, it's admitted they went in and killed him, and went in with an infantry maneuver, and went into the church records vault, a little concrete structure in there, and put a satchel shape-charge bomb in there to send the directed energy down into the church vault where the women and children were hiding, and it turned them all into a stew.

00:19:08.000 It was just a stew.

00:19:11.000 Splattered them all up against the walls.

00:19:14.000 This is not an assault.

00:19:16.000 And the Supreme Court, ooh, big victory for gun owners! 1.00

00:19:20.000 And then you stand down.

00:19:23.000 Oldest trick in the book.

00:19:25.000 When did the Vietnamese communist attack during the Tet holiday?

00:19:30.000 When there was a ceasefire!

00:19:32.000 They tell you ceasefire, they tell you you're winning as they slit your throat ear to ear.

00:19:38.000 And the lifeblood of this country and our heritage and everything we are sprays out in black gouts all over the ground. 1.00

00:19:46.000 And you got that stupid smirk on your face. 1.00

00:19:55.000 Do you know the truth about cancer treatments? 1.00

00:19:57.000 Do you realize that with all presently accepted methods, you are not correctly attacking the cancer, and you are mostly fighting to survive the treatment?

00:20:07.000 Do you realize that mutilating surgery, burning, and the poisoning of your entire system are totally unnecessary?

00:20:15.000 But now, it's cancer's turn to die with LaceMedInc's patented methodology.

00:23:52.000 Noah Webster.

00:24:04.000 You know him from Webster's Dictionary, founding father of the United States.

00:24:09.000 Now, the FBI in FEMA teach that they are enemy terrorists.

00:24:13.000 We have them on video.

00:24:14.000 The Founding Fathers are bad.

00:24:16.000 Who do you side with?

00:24:17.000 The Founding Fathers?

00:24:18.000 Or these shaved-head, tattooed, BATF criminals?

00:24:24.000 Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed.

00:24:30.000 As they are in almost every kingdom in Europe, the supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword.

00:24:39.000 Because the whole body of the people are armed and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.

00:24:49.000 A military force at the command of Congress can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional, for they will possess the power and jealously Will instantly inspire the inclination to resist the execution of law which appears to them unjust and oppressive.

00:25:16.000 There's a founding father, and I've got every one of them saying the same thing.

00:25:21.000 These guns are for the government.

00:25:24.000 They're always the threat.

00:25:26.000 They're always the enemy.

00:25:29.000 Always!

00:25:32.000 And the greatest military force of a government ever assembled has been assembled against us.

00:25:38.000 The police have been brainwashed, have been turned over.

00:25:42.000 Their special weapons and tactics teams have been turned over to the New World Order. 0.96

00:25:48.000 The BATF has always been criminal, back from the days that they would rape your wives and steal everything you had if they caught you running a still and selling whiskey without paying taxes to them.

00:25:59.000 They're the oldest federal police force, and a criminal wickedness untold.

00:26:07.000 They triple the size of the BATF because the new reign of terror against the Second Amendment is beginning.

00:26:15.000 You type gun control into Google News, hundreds of stories, and almost every one of them is a defeat for the Second Amendment.

00:26:21.000 State, city, county, international lawsuits.

00:26:26.000 Republican, Democratic governors suing manufacturers, making them stamp the casings, total control, harassing gun owners, just ravaging us, raiding gun dealers, raiding gun owners, harassing veterans, banning hundreds of thousands of veterans a month from owning guns.

00:26:47.000 But the enemy had more hubris when it came to the Second Amendment five, ten years ago.

00:26:51.000 They would Admit they wanted to take our guns and then they would lose politically and we would rally against them.

00:26:57.000 But now they've gotten slicker.

00:26:58.000 They just say, oh, you've won, yes!

00:27:00.000 Oh, yes!

00:27:03.000 And then the NRA comes and introduces the gun control bills.

00:27:07.000 They're compromised.

00:27:09.000 Have you ever studied how nations fall?

00:27:11.000 How people are betrayed?

00:27:12.000 They go to who is most trusted and buy them off.

00:27:16.000 They don't need to buy off the NRA leadership.

00:27:19.000 The NRA was founded by the federal government the year after the Civil War.

00:27:26.000 It was founded, it is nothing but to prepare, quote, general military readiness.

00:27:31.000 You know, these arguments that, well, the Supreme Court is saying right now, it's a militia, only the militia can own guns, and the militia is the National Guard, well it was founded in 1906.

00:27:42.000 founded in 1906.

00:27:44.000 So how did they in 1776 and 1798, 1789, come out with something saying it's an individual right and the people are the militia, come out with something saying it's an individual right and the people are the militia, and then you read the duties of the militia, it is I just read to you Noah Webster.

00:28:09.000 Let me read it again.

00:28:12.000 To suppose arms in the hands of citizens to be used at individual discretion except in private self-defense or by myriad orders of towns, countries, or districts of a state It is to demolish every constitution and lay the laws prostate so that liberty can be enjoyed by no man.

00:28:31.000 It is a desolation of the government.

00:28:33.000 The fundamental law of the militia is that it be created, directed, and commanded by the laws and ever for the support of the laws.

00:28:43.000 That's John Adams, a defense of the Constitution.

00:28:47.000 Now let me read you Noah Webster.

00:28:48.000 Before a standing army can rule, that's tyranny, folks. 0.97

00:28:53.000 Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed.

00:28:58.000 As they are in almost every kingdom in Europe, the supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword, because the whole body of the people are armed and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.

00:29:16.000 What about 9-11, Noah?

00:29:18.000 You didn't see that.

00:29:19.000 A military force at the command of Congress can execute no laws but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional.

00:29:29.000 For they, the people, possess the power and jealously will instantly inspire the inclination to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive.

00:29:40.000 We're going to come back with the serious news.

00:29:44.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:29:48.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:31:53.000 Gasoline prices are out of control.

00:31:56.000 Are you tired of giving your hard-earned dollars to the major oil companies?

00:31:59.000 Did you know that the oil companies have developed special products to increase mileage in their own vehicles?

00:32:04.000 Very few consumers even know such products exist.

00:32:07.000 SFR has obtained this technology that is backed by testing that the major oil companies have run, yet they don't want you to know about them.

00:32:14.000 This product is made right here in the United States and is not a typical gas treatment found at your local store.

00:32:20.000 SFR lasts up to six months.

00:32:22.000 SFR works so well that it even improves mileage on new cars.

00:32:26.000 SFR recently ran this ad and the response from all over the United States was so strong that they are allowing my listeners to buy one at their regular price of $9.95 and get another one free of charge.

00:32:38.000 If you are not completely delighted with the savings, SFR will refund the purchase price and shipping.

00:32:43.000 Share in the oil company's secret and get SFR now.

00:32:46.000 Call 888-USE-SFR1.

00:32:47.000 Use SFR1. That's 888. Use SFR1 today. Use SFR1

00:33:08.000 today. All right.

00:33:29.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

00:33:30.000 Um, um, Let's go ahead and get into the news now of what's happened to the Second Amendment.

00:33:40.000 To watch the general public completely dumbed down.

00:33:52.000 Having no idea how their government operates, the branches of government, any of it, and then watching politicians in both parties act like the people's will, or what the Bill of Rights or Constitution says is being honored, is very frustrating.

00:34:07.000 Okay?

00:34:08.000 The criminals in the Supreme Court have ruled that there's no Fourth Amendment. 0.98

00:34:14.000 The criminals in the Supreme Court have ruled that women can kill their babies.

00:34:20.000 People say, well they never had a ruling before.

00:34:22.000 Yeah, because no one ever thought there needed to be one.

00:34:25.000 And even if you're for abortion, understand that's the power of the Supreme Court, what they can do overnight.

00:34:32.000 Now, they are not going to come out and say, we can ban all your guns.

00:34:37.000 In fact, they're doing something much slicker.

00:34:39.000 They have never had a Supreme Court ruling on the Second Amendment, because the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, I gave literally hundreds of quotes and statements about the absolute total right of citizens to own firearms and other weapons in resistance to the government including cannon.

00:35:05.000 Oh, you can't trust the people with that.

00:35:06.000 Oh, but you can trust the government with all the power and control and secrecy and Men and women who lust for power, getting into those positions, oh, let's just have no balance of power with the government. 0.94

00:35:22.000 Let's just let them have it all. 0.93

00:35:27.000 So, up front, it is asinine to even debate with people.

00:35:31.000 Debating with victim disarmament, slave disarmament supporters. 1.00

00:35:38.000 The useful idiots and the corporates above them who know what it's about, slavery. 0.99

00:35:43.000 And having their property disarmed. 1.00

00:35:46.000 Just like you declaw and defang a rat before you feed it to the prized snake. 0.85

00:35:51.000 They're going to pull the rat's teeth out, they're going to cut his claws off.

00:35:54.000 And throw him in, scampering around in the glass case. 1.00

00:35:59.000 And most of the world has had their fangs pulled, and that's why the UN can march in Rwanda and kill 800,000 people.

00:36:07.000 It's come out decades later, as we told you, that the U.N.

00:36:10.000 ran the murder.

00:36:12.000 Before it was, oh, they let it happen and might have helped a little.

00:36:14.000 No, they ran it.

00:36:17.000 And of course, they say that In the 2000, July 7th, their declaration of gun ban in D.C., they met in New York and they said, UNIDIR, the Small Arms Control Division of the U.N.

00:36:29.000 said that civilian ownership of firearms threatens the legitimate power monopoly of the state.

00:36:37.000 A power monopoly of the state is a dictatorship.

00:36:40.000 And they say that our ownership of guns threatens their dictatorship.

00:36:43.000 And you're absolutely right it does.

00:36:48.000 Now I know most of you already understand this, you've read the Federalist Papers, you've read the Constitution, Bill of Rights, you understand that.

00:36:55.000 Your neighbor doesn't.

00:36:57.000 The guy that's got the Harley Davidson, the guy that's got American Eagles on every one of his shirts, the guy that's got George Bush stickers on his car, the guy who means well, he's okay to play golf with or go jet skiing with, but he thinks everything's fine.

00:37:14.000 And if we can't get him angry and moving to defend the Second Amendment, we're going to lose it and go into civil war.

00:37:22.000 Because there are going to be people who are going to fight back en masse as this incrementally happens, even if it's incremental.

00:37:27.000 And I don't want that to happen.

00:37:29.000 I don't want to go to that.

00:37:32.000 I want to take our government back and then arrest the New World Order minions and prosecute them. 1.00

00:37:39.000 It does nothing to the New World Order to talk about big shootouts with cops in the streets and the rest of it, and of course the little pathetic SWAT teams in every city will be brushed aside, no problem.

00:37:49.000 But that's what the globalists want.

00:37:50.000 The next phase is federal troops and I-4 international armies, which are now publicly in signed agreements to use Dutch, Israeli, German, British, Canadian, Mexican, Czech Republic, more than 50 countries To police certain sectors of the U.S.

00:38:08.000 They even come here for 30 years and train in the sectors.

00:38:11.000 Now though, that's not just in Army training manuals and documents, it's in the mainstream news.

00:38:20.000 Cue up Shattered Union.

00:38:22.000 This is more, and of course you've got Jericho and all these other shows where they're pushing this idea.

00:38:22.000 I want them to hear this.

00:38:29.000 America with a K. All of it. 0.72

00:38:34.000 Pre-positioned, pre-implanted in the minds out there.

00:38:40.000 Now why am I so angry today?

00:38:42.000 How many times have I said in the last year since it was announced that in March of 2008 the Supreme Court would hear oral arguments and the brief on the Second Amendment dealing with the DC gun ban.

00:39:07.000 I want to play this first, then I'm going to come back and I'm going to give you basically an executive summary of what we're facing, then I want to flesh more of this out.

00:39:13.000 But this is what they would like to happen.

00:39:16.000 They're full of hubris, they're going to end up losing in the end, but the police and others better hope the Second Amendment stays in place, and you better hope you're never marched out against us to try to get our guns.

00:39:26.000 Because I take no pleasure in what's going to happen to you.

00:39:29.000 You will be absolutely destroyed.

00:39:32.000 And that's the globalist plan, because then they're going to bring in the foreign force.

00:39:36.000 How many years did we tell you all this and now you see it in the news?

00:39:40.000 How many years?

00:39:41.000 I know it's crazy, I know it's hard to believe, but truth is stranger than fiction.

00:39:45.000 This is really happening.

00:39:47.000 Here it is.

00:39:49.000 Following a disputed election and a tie vote, the U.S.

00:39:52.000 Congress installs the most unpopular president in U.S.

00:39:55.000 history as David Jefferson Adams becomes the 44th President of the United States.

00:40:01.000 Shortly after the election, increased unrest, rioting, and a growing number of militias have given rise to ever-increasing domestic terrorism.

00:40:11.000 In response, the President invokes the Homeland Security Act and declares martial law on the West Coast and other areas of the country.

00:40:19.000 Though highly contested, a Supreme Court ruling sidesteps the electoral process, disqualifying popular presidential candidates from several states.

00:40:28.000 Public outrage explodes when a sham election leads to incumbent David Adams accepting a second term in office.

00:40:37.000 During the 57th Inauguration Day Ceremonies, Washington D.C.

00:40:41.000 is struck by a low-yield nuclear weapon, killing David Adams and most of the U.S.

00:40:47.000 Congress.

00:40:49.000 The destruction of Washington D.C.

00:40:52.000 effectively breaks the chain of succession, sending the nation into chaos.

00:40:56.000 In an emergency vote, the European Union deploys peacekeepers in the greater D.C.

00:41:02.000 area to secure international interest.

00:41:05.000 With separatist sentiment rising, California's governor declares home rule and secedes from the Union.

00:41:14.000 Texas follows quickly and declares sovereignty, taking neighboring states with them and forming the Republic of Texas.

00:41:23.000 Now, the once United States of America lie in ruin.

00:41:31.000 The time for words has passed, and a second American Civil War now erupts as seven factions wage war across the land.

00:41:41.000 They battle one another to reclaim a nation, to restore peace, to rebuild this shattered union.

00:41:55.000 And there are hundreds of video games basically putting out the same line, we can play the one we played a week or so ago, about the energy wars, the oil wars, where they're gonna shut off our fuel, and then you read actual head of the Council on Foreign Relations says, the global warming's fake, it's a way to organize the people against themselves for our police state, terrorism, we're gonna use that to take their rights.

00:42:21.000 Now, I could sit here for literally ten hours, I mean more than that, reading Founding Father quotes about the Second Amendment being absolute individual right to own muskets, the handgun of the age, the larger muskets, the long rifles, the Kentucky long rifles, cannon,

00:42:44.000 And it is for the government that we be in armed camp, jealously, greedily, sitting on top of the Jewel of Liberty, that's a quote by the way, guarding it.

00:42:59.000 But no, again, every line I read was thoughts and information last night.

00:43:05.000 I spent two hours reading the entire briefing.

00:43:11.000 I have read the entire briefing.

00:43:16.000 You can go to Infowars.com, best place to find it, and link through to the Individual Right to Bear Arms Wins Favor in Court Argument, New York Law Journal, and there they've got a link to the Supreme Court where you can go to the Supreme Court itself and try to find it, but it's best to go to the main page and get it.

00:43:38.000 District of Columbia, the petitioners are Dick Anthony Heller.

00:43:47.000 I'm going to get him on soon, by the way, now that this case has been put forward.

00:43:53.000 And this is the above oral argument before the Supreme Court of the United States, 10.06 a.m.

00:43:59.000 appearances, and then it begins.

00:44:03.000 Walter Dillinger, Esquire, Washington, D.C., on behalf of the petitioners.

00:44:09.000 And then against them is Attorney General Paul D. Clement, Esquire, Solicitor General, Department of Justice, Washington, D.C.

00:44:18.000 on behalf of the United States, and the amicus supporting the petitioners.

00:44:24.000 Okay.

00:44:24.000 The White House.

00:44:26.000 The Bush White House. 0.99

00:44:28.000 And you read this sucker, and they argue for gun bans nationwide. 0.97

00:44:37.000 So that's one big issue here, is we have the White House red-handed. 0.99

00:44:43.000 And of course, they're fronts and puppets themselves.

00:44:46.000 Bush will be gone soon.

00:44:47.000 Let's forget about him.

00:44:48.000 Just like with Clinton.

00:44:49.000 Hating the individual is fun, and he is a joke, and the rest of it.

00:44:54.000 What do you think using cocaine for 40 years does to you?

00:44:57.000 And drinking Jack Daniels.

00:44:58.000 But let's just move on. 1.00

00:45:00.000 What do you think having gay porn stars at the White House every night does to you? 1.00

00:45:04.000 Let's just move on from that. 1.00

00:45:05.000 He's a pathetic worm. 1.00

00:45:07.000 Fully compromised, like Barack Obama, Hillary and McCain. 1.00

00:45:11.000 These are sock puppets. 0.75

00:45:12.000 These are meat puppets for the New World Order. 0.72

00:45:18.000 They're there because every corporate program, every governmental system is attacking the Second Amendment, full-scale, the textbooks, the public schools, everywhere.

00:45:29.000 The government's announcing homeschooling's illegal.

00:45:32.000 At state Supreme Court level in California and Illinois.

00:45:35.000 They're announcing they can unlimited spy on you, no Fourth Amendment.

00:45:38.000 I mean, they're making their move right now!

00:45:41.000 And this same Supreme Court, seven of the nine appointed by Republicans, people expect them to hear this.

00:45:48.000 And so they're playing a trick.

00:45:50.000 Everything they've done is for tyranny.

00:45:52.000 Everything they've done is to break down the country.

00:45:54.000 Every ruling they've had has been 180 degrees opposite, no debate, from the most pro-governmental intent of the Founding Fathers.

00:46:05.000 They're 180 degrees away from Alexander Hamilton, who was the most statist, and wanted a king, and wanted to set up their own nobility.

00:46:14.000 They wanted George Washington to be the king.

00:46:16.000 They're 180 degrees opposite from him.

00:46:25.000 They're like double negative opposite from Thomas Jefferson.

00:46:30.000 Or George Washington.

00:46:35.000 Or Sam Adams.

00:46:37.000 Or Thomas Paine.

00:46:41.000 There is no debate.

00:46:43.000 I've got Alexander Hamilton quotes here about how it's to defend against a corrupt government.

00:46:46.000 It's a 100% right.

00:46:49.000 100% right.

00:46:51.000 To hold and manufacture and have guns, Congress can make no law dealing with them.

00:46:56.000 Just like religion. 0.74

00:46:57.000 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

00:47:02.000 You don't have any purview, any jurisdiction, any more than a cop from Austin, Texas has jurisdiction in New York.

00:47:10.000 Or a New York cop has jurisdiction in Tokyo.

00:47:13.000 You don't have jurisdiction!

00:47:15.000 You're the tyrants! 0.99

00:47:16.000 You're the criminals! 0.98

00:47:18.000 And there's lots of criminals who think they're in the right. 1.00

00:47:20.000 Just because you're tuned in right now and thinking I'm a lion, just because you're ignorant, doesn't mean you're still not a criminal. 0.96

00:47:26.000 Ignorance of the law is no excuse. 0.97

00:47:32.000 And by the way, do you know what the penalty is for treason?

00:47:35.000 The Founding Fathers were very clear.

00:47:37.000 They said anyone that tries to disarm you, unlawfully, should be executed.

00:47:44.000 So you need to know That you're being set up and you're on the wrong side of history.

00:47:52.000 Now, they have national polls of upwards of 98%.

00:47:55.000 They just had one last year of police officers nationwide and 98% are pro-gun.

00:48:02.000 Cops, by and large, are pretty good.

00:48:04.000 But the system they're part of is very bad.

00:48:07.000 Now, over 80% of police chiefs, though, are pro-gun control.

00:48:11.000 Because they're political.

00:48:13.000 A cop knows That in Chicago, or New York, or L.A.

00:48:18.000 where they have massive gun control, or D.C., highest crime rate in the country, per capita since the gun ban, they're always the king, folks.

00:48:26.000 Every once in a while, Detroit or Chicago will pass them, or New York, but overall, on average, they're the king.

00:48:35.000 And why?

00:48:37.000 I've seen newscasts of people who live up there.

00:48:39.000 They'll have like five, six, seven, eight deadbolts.

00:48:41.000 They'll board up their windows, even in middle class areas.

00:48:45.000 Because they know, folks.

00:48:49.000 They know.

00:48:50.000 They can come in there and have their way with you. 0.77

00:48:52.000 And the type of people that would live somewhere like that, who wouldn't move where they could have a Second Amendment, are also the types that won't fight back with a butcher knife or baseball bat.

00:49:02.000 See, it's not just that they don't even have a Second Amendment there.

00:49:09.000 Statistically, they don't fight back either.

00:49:11.000 Because see, only someone raised somewhere where you're trained, where your daddy doesn't take you out and teach you that you're going to be a warrior when you grow up.

00:49:19.000 And that doesn't mean running around acting tough.

00:49:22.000 That means a man is taught he's going to protect his women, protect his family.

00:49:26.000 A man is taught to fight back when somebody punches him.

00:49:29.000 A man is taught how to use a gun and is taught to use it if somebody attacks you.

00:49:34.000 Somebody comes in your house.

00:49:38.000 You hadn't chopped off what's between my legs.

00:49:41.000 I'm not a slave.

00:49:44.000 And I understand what the costs are here.

00:49:47.000 And to watch Americans go into bondage, to watch us falling apart and overrun by seas of desperate third world populations, To watch the police dressing like ringwraiths and openly admitting that they're in federal grants putting on intimidating uniforms and the cameras and the cameras in school bathrooms. 1.00

00:50:12.000 I know I say that every day.

00:50:13.000 How do you get over cameras in thousands of school bathrooms in the stalls?

00:50:18.000 See, that's 1984 on steroids.

00:50:21.000 We're already living deeply in this.

00:50:24.000 But we have this vestigial Second Amendment that they're trying to get rid of.

00:50:31.000 And you read this, the Supreme Court.

00:50:35.000 The Supreme Court is about to rule, they can take your guns.

00:50:39.000 But as they announce it, they put in a lie of, oh, you won, you have a right, sometimes, maybe, if we say so.

00:52:54.000 It's a fact.

00:52:55.000 Since the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913, all banks in these United States create money out of thin air for every single loan they issue.

00:53:02.000 With never-ending late fees, over-the-limit fees, and higher and higher interest rates, it has become mathematically impossible to repay all debt, making all of us slaves to our creditors.

00:53:11.000 The Federal Debt Relief System has created a successful, attorney-backed program to legally eliminate credit card debt, personal loans, lines of credit, and other unsecured debts which have been fraudulently created by the banks.

00:53:22.000 We can terminate your unsecured debt within 18 months with a much lower monthly payment, ending with nothing on your credit report.

00:53:28.000 Join the thousands of Americans who now breathe with a sigh of relief because they have legally eliminated their debt.

00:53:34.000 Instead of living each day in fear and frustration, it's time to take action and turn your life around.

00:54:13.000 And I'm bound to keep on that.

00:54:18.000 I've got one more silver dollar.

00:54:22.000 But I'm bound to keep on that.

00:54:25.000 Catch me no I'm gonna let them Catch the midnight And I don't own The clothes I'm wearing And the road Goes on forever And I've got one more Silver dollar

00:54:53.000 But I'm not gonna let them Catch the midnight We're back live, ladies and gentlemen.

00:55:03.000 We're back live, ladies and gentlemen.

00:55:11.000 We'll be getting into the economy with Dr. Paul Craig Roberts.

00:55:14.000 Tomorrow we got the head of London Guardian's financial section, who's openly saying this is all engineered, this financial collapse.

00:55:22.000 Larry Pratt coming up in about 40 minutes to break down what's happening with the Second Amendment.

00:55:26.000 All right.

00:55:33.000 So the Supreme Court, when you read this 100-plus page oral brief, you get the questions back from the justices, the supposed pro-gun justices.

00:55:48.000 and And they say things like, well, it's not reasonable to have a total gun ban.

00:55:57.000 I can see that we ban some guns and make you lock them up.

00:56:02.000 You know, that we track who owns and register, but I don't see, you know, a total ban.

00:56:10.000 I think we have the power to restrict.

00:56:13.000 Now that's the pro-gun.

00:56:15.000 That's Scalia and others.

00:56:17.000 I've got their comments right here.

00:56:18.000 We're going to do a big story on this in the next few days.

00:56:22.000 Just reading it all again takes hours.

00:56:26.000 And I'm not whining about that.

00:56:27.000 It's just that I do so much study that I don't even have time to articulate it.

00:56:30.000 It's just insane.

00:56:33.000 But the basic executive summary is this.

00:56:36.000 They have never had a Supreme Court ruling for gun control.

00:56:42.000 All they have is the first Chief Justice and the other Chief Justices and then a few of the Presidents that came along, who had also been on the Supreme Court previously, who were just all wildly Second Amendment.

00:56:52.000 It's an individual right to fight the government.

00:56:54.000 It says common street thugs, but that's secondary.

00:56:56.000 It's mainly for tyrannical government. 0.71

00:56:58.000 They said it will come.

00:56:59.000 You will have to fight and die or you'll be slaves.

00:57:01.000 There's quotes like that all day.

00:57:03.000 And it just said, gut up.

00:57:05.000 You see movies like 300 that's exaggerated and puffed up, but it's really true.

00:57:09.000 300 people held off hundreds of thousands for, what, a week or something?

00:57:14.000 The Alamo, 187 people against 4,000, they were all going to die.

00:57:22.000 Colonel Travis said, victory or death, we're going to stay here, we're going to die. 0.99

00:57:25.000 People say, modern people say, well that's dumb. 0.98

00:57:30.000 Modern people say, You know, they should have run, they should have given in. 0.97

00:57:36.000 Well, most cultures do that, and everyone's slaves. 0.95

00:57:39.000 India, China.

00:57:41.000 They don't produce anything, folks.

00:57:44.000 That's what the West is all about.

00:57:48.000 Any great culture stands up and is willing to sacrifice.

00:57:50.000 Look at the Japanese, dominant over all of Asia.

00:57:53.000 They have that trait.

00:57:55.000 You think Colonel Travis didn't want to see his son, that my family raised?

00:57:59.000 You didn't think he didn't want to go home and live alive, he was twenty-something years old?

00:58:03.000 You didn't think all those other men?

00:58:04.000 Davy Crockett?

00:58:05.000 Already a legend?

00:58:09.000 But you know what?

00:58:11.000 They knew it was tyranny.

00:58:13.000 I don't care what the historians try to put out.

00:58:14.000 You read their actual letters. 0.96

00:58:16.000 They knew that Santa Ana was a dirty dictator. 0.92

00:58:18.000 And they craved taking on 4,000. 0.93

00:58:21.000 Let me tell the New World Order something, too. 0.99

00:58:23.000 You kill me, you kill others of us, you just make us martyrs. 1.00

00:58:27.000 In the end, we're gonna walk on your graves. 1.00

00:58:38.000 A new world order.

00:58:41.000 It is a big idea.

00:58:46.000 A new world order.

00:58:48.000 In the near future, Earth is dominated by a powerful world government.

00:58:53.000 It's known as the Builder Bird.

00:58:56.000 Put their objective be world domination.

00:58:59.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

00:59:02.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the new world order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand.

00:59:12.000 For the first time in history, the elite's plan for world government is blown wide open.

00:59:18.000 You will learn the secret that drives the entire New World Order agenda.

00:59:22.000 The Americans are making great progress toward a world government.

00:59:24.000 Most people have no idea.

00:59:26.000 They have all the money they need.

00:59:26.000 They're not after money.

00:59:28.000 They're after power.

00:59:29.000 That's what they're after.

00:59:41.000 You have been warned.

00:59:46.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:49.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:52.000 Yeah.

00:59:57.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:00.000 You want answers?

01:00:02.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:03.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:07.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:11.000 All right, Dr. Roberts coming up with financial news in the next segment.

01:00:26.000 Former Wall Street Journal editor, No.

01:00:28.000 2 Department of Treasury, head of policy, father of Reaganomics.

01:00:31.000 To track what's happening with Barrick Stearns and the rest of it, very important, even if you're not in the stock market, it affects you.

01:00:37.000 We've got more guests coming up this week continually on this subject, different angles.

01:00:43.000 And then, in the last 30 minutes of this hour, Larry Pratt, who's been at the Supreme Court as part of the brief.

01:00:48.000 Okay, so you've got the, quote, pro-gun justices In the brief, and the supposed pro-gun, and they say, oh, well, I believe you can restrict the Second Amendment, but you can't completely ban it.

01:01:09.000 Now, if you look at jurisprudence, you look at case law, that's a huge defeat for the Second Amendment.

01:01:14.000 Remember, I said that's what they do.

01:01:16.000 They come out and say, well, you've got a narrowly defined right if we say so.

01:01:22.000 That's what the state courts said, and the lower federal courts said, in New York 30, 40, 50 years ago, different cases that have come up.

01:01:32.000 They said, yeah, you've got a right to own guns if the sheriff says you can.

01:01:37.000 And you have got to pay about $30,000 in fees and campaign contributions to the sheriff in New York, for the county, or the police chief, and there's been big scandals on this, and only mob bosses and billionaires have guns.

01:01:50.000 There are just, what, less than a thousand, I was reading just a few months ago, gun permits in New York.

01:01:55.000 There is no Second Amendment there.

01:01:59.000 Now, that's what the Supreme Court's saying, and the NRA that supported every piece of gun control legislation, they wrote the 1968 Gun Control Act.

01:02:09.000 They supported the 2000 quote, instant check that federalized everything.

01:02:12.000 They supported the Veterans Disarmament Act.

01:02:15.000 Not you, the members!

01:02:17.000 I've given money to them too!

01:02:18.000 I grew up reading the Rifleman when I was a kid.

01:02:23.000 It wasn't until ten years ago I woke up when we were beating gun bills in Texas and the NRA lobbyist came out in the Dallas Morning News and attacked me and said I was extreme, that they were neutral on the bill, which means they were for it.

01:02:33.000 And what was the bill?

01:02:35.000 Banning anyone under 18 being able to shoot a gun.

01:02:39.000 Banning a grandfather giving a 17-year-old a gun.

01:02:43.000 Banning YMCA shooting clubs. 1.00

01:02:47.000 I was there at the legislature, and those pieces of trash. 0.99

01:02:50.000 I mean, you want to know they're for gun control? 0.99

01:02:52.000 You've got to experience it.

01:02:54.000 And they support gun control in Chicago, and they support it in New York, and guess what?

01:03:01.000 When they went and lost the case, the NRA lost the case.

01:03:05.000 In D.C.

01:03:06.000 a few years ago, they said, oh we believe guns should be registered and certain types can be banned and we believe they should be locked up in a safe and we believe in lots of restrictions.

01:03:14.000 We just think it's the same argument.

01:03:20.000 No!

01:03:20.000 It's an absolute right!

01:03:22.000 Just like religion is!

01:03:25.000 Look, we've lost most our liberties, but the Second Amendment is so in the core of Americana and John Wayne that they haven't been able to get rid of it completely in most areas of the country.

01:03:35.000 Vermont, Texas, Nevada, Arizona.

01:03:38.000 And they're coming on like a hurricane, and they've got thousands of lawsuits in cities and counties and states trying to restrict and ban.

01:03:45.000 And if they come back, which they're saying in this brief they're going to do, and say, If people want to go get a city permit, the city can set the parameters for that, then you can get a gun.

01:03:57.000 And then they're just not going to issue the permit.

01:04:00.000 And even if they do issue it, as they do in some areas, so you're already being trained incrementally.

01:04:05.000 Well, I got my permit.

01:04:07.000 You live in Florida, why do you even have a permit?

01:04:09.000 The law says you can have a gun.

01:04:14.000 Yeah, but see, that means the cops won't harass you.

01:04:16.000 A permit is a license.

01:04:18.000 A license is a government certificate to do something that would otherwise be illegal.

01:04:27.000 So, we'll cover this more after we cover some of the financial news today.

01:04:30.000 And later, I want to read to you the Washington Post and the New York Law Journal.

01:04:37.000 Because the biggest issue here isn't what the Supreme Court's doing.

01:04:40.000 We knew they do that.

01:04:41.000 It's how they're going.

01:04:43.000 How they're conning the public.

01:04:45.000 Into thinking this is a pro-Second Amendment ruling.

01:04:48.000 We've got to mobilize the troops, folks, or we lose the Second Amendment. 0.97

01:05:51.000 Our beloved Republic is on her knees.

01:05:53.000 The forces of globalism are destroying national sovereignty worldwide.

01:05:56.000 But in Liberty's darkest hour, there is hope.

01:05:59.000 The first time in modern history, the people are beginning to wake up.

01:06:02.000 It is essential that Patriots worldwide accelerate their fellow man's understanding of the New World Order Master Plan.

01:06:08.000 We have a short time frame to fully awaken and energize the people to meet this threat.

01:06:49.000 PrisonPlanet.tv Doctors around the world claim that cancer and other diseases cannot live in a pH-balanced alkaline environment.

01:06:57.000 But as you know, most people are overly acidic due to stress, acidic diet, and lack of exercise.

01:07:03.000 pH balance is the foundation of energy abundance and perfect health, as well as prevention of disease.

01:07:08.000 People who alkalize the water they drink experience normalized blood sugar.

01:07:12.000 mental clarity, and loss of weight.

01:07:14.000 It was intended for human beings to drink alkaline water.

01:07:17.000 But due to modern way of life, most people are overly acidic.

01:07:20.000 The fact is that disease simply cannot exist in an alkaline environment.

01:07:24.000 Fat accumulates if a person consumes too much acid on a regular basis and doesn't neutralize it.

01:08:05.000 A devastating indictment of our current system of justice.

01:08:10.000 Milton Friedman, who just died, as you know.

01:08:13.000 The tyranny of good intentions.

01:08:15.000 By the way, Arthur C. Clarke, the inventor of the telecommunications satellite, and an amazing science fiction writer, died at 90 years of age in Sri Lanka.

01:08:23.000 Thought I'd just throw that out as interesting when I was mentioning Milton Friedman.

01:08:26.000 The tyranny of good intentions.

01:08:28.000 How prosecutors and law enforcement are trampling the Constitution in the name of justice.

01:08:33.000 Paul Craig Roberts.

01:08:35.000 And of course, Paul Gregg Roberts was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration, University Professor and Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal.

01:08:42.000 He is a nationally syndicated columnist for Creators Syndicate, and he wrote the book with Lawrence M. Stratton, a Ph.D.

01:08:50.000 candidate in Christian Ethics and Princeton Theology Seminary and former Adjunct Professor of Georgetown University Law Center.

01:08:56.000 He is currently on the Adjunct Ethics Faculty at Villanova University.

01:09:02.000 Okay.

01:09:03.000 And the book is The Tyrant of Good Intentions in bookstores everywhere now.

01:09:06.000 It's a very nice little book.

01:09:08.000 I read the first edition when it came out a few years ago.

01:09:10.000 It's back out now, even better.

01:09:12.000 And Dr. Roberts, we only got you for about 25 minutes, so let's move quick.

01:09:18.000 We saw them hammer down gold.

01:09:20.000 They admit that they have the IMF dump a bunch of gold.

01:09:23.000 They also sell their long position.

01:09:26.000 They sell gold futures at a reduced price to artificially drive it down, but it looks like that's not working anymore.

01:09:33.000 They've been doing that every week and it only rebounds later.

01:09:38.000 I've had the head of the New York Business School on, I've had a bunch of other top economists on the last two weeks, like yourself, and everybody says, if this continues, hyperinflationary depression within two years, give us your basic take on, we haven't been on in about two weeks, on all the insanity, Bear Stearns, going for two dollars a share, You know, the government financing, J.P.

01:10:05.000 Morgan, and the rest of them to come in and prop up these other groups.

01:10:12.000 It seems to me like it's deteriorating at an accelerated rate, or am I wrong?

01:10:18.000 Well, Alex, you probably aren't wrong.

01:10:21.000 The point is, nobody really knows, because we still don't know the extent of the problem, and nobody can bet on the United States government doing anything intelligent.

01:10:32.000 I mean, look at the past seven years record.

01:10:35.000 You can't find one intelligent decision.

01:10:38.000 You see, Alex, as bad as the subprime derivative market is, and all the damage it's done and may yet do to the financial system, I regard that almost as a sideshow.

01:10:57.000 And the real, that's all due to Too much deregulation. 0.93

01:11:04.000 They abolished the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999, the Clinton administration, and this broke the wall between commercial banks and investment banks, and that's where all of this, these stupid new instruments, the greed, the carelessness, has come from. 0.96

01:11:22.000 But it's a sideshow, in my opinion.

01:11:25.000 The real show is the collapse of the United States dollar as the world reserve currency.

01:11:31.000 And that collapse is ongoing, and it's really probably, it's worsened probably by all the panic from the subprime.

01:11:41.000 But it owes its real cause to the budget and trade deficits, which have reached such levels that they no longer appear to be closable.

01:11:53.000 We can't close the trade deficit when Total U.S.

01:12:01.000 imports exceed total U.S.

01:12:03.000 manufacturing output.

01:12:04.000 There's no way, even if everything we manufactured we sold abroad, it still wouldn't pay for our imports. 0.99

01:12:12.000 Dr. Roberts, let's say the White House are a bunch of idiots and they're not doing this on purpose and they haven't pulled their money out of their funds before they implode them like Enron and they're not running a scam. 1.00

01:12:23.000 Let's just say they're crazy. 1.00

01:12:25.000 They've got to have at least a plan in their mind, and they know that when they go around the world bad-mouthing the dollar, that drives it down.

01:12:34.000 While domestically they are saying everything's wonderful and flowery is a political statement, they've got to know cutting interest rates twice in one week by a full point total is going to drive the dollar down further.

01:12:49.000 Are they just kind of playing Russian roulette or chicken with the foreigners saying, well, go ahead, you're holding so many dollars, there's nothing you can do. 0.98

01:12:55.000 I mean, what do you think they think they're doing?

01:12:58.000 Well, you know, Alex, a few weeks back you and I talked about the dilemma that they face two simultaneous problems that are dangerous and the solution for the problems are contradictory.

01:13:16.000 To save the impaired and imploding financial system, they need to pump out all the liquidity that they possibly can, thus the low interest rates.

01:13:27.000 But, as you just noted, those low interest rates undermine The dollar and the ability of the government to borrow abroad to finance its deficit.

01:13:40.000 So, that's contradictory.

01:13:43.000 Right now, they have decided that the pressure is mainly on the financial system, and that's urgent, and so they're pumping out the liquidity.

01:13:54.000 Now, when it changes, and the dollar starts going down at such a precipitous rate that It becomes even more alarming, and they see that, hey, we might not be able to clear the next Treasury auction if the bonds aren't taken that we put up.

01:14:17.000 We've got to boost the interest rates to give people incentive to continue to lend to us.

01:14:23.000 That's ahead.

01:14:24.000 That may yet come.

01:14:29.000 Well, we already see.

01:14:30.000 We already see foreigners.

01:14:31.000 slowing how much money they'll put into bailouts.

01:14:34.000 We see all these Latin American countries saying they're not going to deal in dollars anymore.

01:14:39.000 We see European nations moving away from the dollar, the Arabs moving away. 1.00

01:14:43.000 I mean, we see that creep towards the door, everybody getting up and leaving, starting to happen.

01:14:48.000 Right, but, you know, when it hits Washington, will be the day they can't sell the next round of Treasury bonds to finance the government's current budget or to finance the war.

01:15:04.000 You see, the day they bring a new round of Treasury bonds to auction, that's how they sell them.

01:15:12.000 They put them up for bid.

01:15:12.000 Yes.

01:15:13.000 And the bidders don't take all the bonds.

01:15:20.000 Then that's when they know they've got to jump the interest rates up.

01:15:24.000 And so if they've got to jump the interest rates up before they get enough liquidity in to float the insolvent banking system, they're really in trouble.

01:15:34.000 But sir, just looking at it as a layman, they're pumping hundreds of billions a month, and then of course selling that debt globally with the bonds, for listeners that don't understand that, then it looks like it's doing nothing, like the body's gone into shock, the blood's just pouring out, there's too many wounds.

01:15:53.000 It appears that them dumping all this money only drives confidence down even more.

01:16:00.000 Well, liquidity usually, historically, drives the stock market up, and we saw that yesterday.

01:16:10.000 But it's watered down liquidity?

01:16:12.000 They're having trouble because the banking system is impaired, and so they're having trouble getting the liquidity that they're pumping out through the banking system into consumer hands to drive the economy.

01:16:26.000 They'll probably fail in that.

01:16:28.000 But they may succeed, and I don't know that they will, but they may succeed in getting liquidity into the banks themselves through these new mechanisms they have of lending money based on these bad securities.

01:16:44.000 And technically they can't buy these securities outright, but in fact they can by continually to roll over the loans.

01:16:54.000 So they can sort of take the securities out of the trouble securities out of the banking system by lending on them and just keep rolling over those loans.

01:17:03.000 I know you're an economist.

01:17:04.000 You're not a forecaster, but you have made quite a few predictions that have come true.

01:17:08.000 Not a prediction, but in your gut, where do you see this going?

01:17:13.000 Do you think they'll ever be able to pull it out when we just have a bad recession, or do you see this inevitably leading into just some type of just huge explosion?

01:17:23.000 I think what you're going to see is the dollar low.

01:17:28.000 Loses its reserve currency role, and that means that the United States cannot any longer pay its bills in its own currency.

01:17:38.000 And so it'll have trouble paying for its imports, oil and otherwise, manufacturing goods, food, whatever it's trying to import.

01:17:48.000 So not dying with a bang, going out with a whimper?

01:17:53.000 I think you'll see the... what you're seeing is the collapse of American power.

01:17:59.000 Look, here's the fact.

01:18:01.000 The United States is not a financially independent country.

01:18:06.000 It is dependent on foreigners to finance the day-to-day operations of the government, including the wars.

01:18:15.000 It's dependent on foreigners to finance its trade deficit, its overconsumption.

01:18:21.000 So it's not a financially independent country.

01:18:25.000 And the notion that a country that is not Financially independent can be the reserve currency is a contradiction in terms.

01:18:34.000 And so the reserve currency role will be lost when, I don't know, it's in the process of being lost, and that means we can no longer rely on foreigners to pay our bills.

01:18:49.000 So how are they going to close the trade and budget deficit?

01:18:52.000 That will be a major kind of crisis.

01:18:58.000 Well, I've seen the numbers.

01:18:59.000 It will depress American living standards further.

01:19:03.000 So, we're going into basically third world serfdom?

01:19:07.000 I said about three years ago at a big conference televised that in 20 years the United States would be a third world country.

01:19:15.000 I'm sticking to that prediction.

01:19:17.000 Well, I think in many areas it already is.

01:19:19.000 Final segment with Dr. Roberts.

01:19:20.000 We'll talk about several pieces you've written in the last week.

01:19:24.000 Watching the dollar die.

01:19:26.000 And the newest one, The End of American Power.

01:19:29.000 But my question, when we first come back, moving quick with Dr. Roberts, whose new book is out, The Tyranny of Good Intentions, in bookstores everywhere, is that to me it's real simple.

01:19:39.000 Wall Street, the big foreign brokerage houses, the banks, are sacrificing this country to make sure they survive. 0.99

01:19:47.000 And the dollar.

01:19:51.000 It is a big idea A New World Order.

01:19:55.000 In the near future, Earth is dominated by a powerful new government.

01:20:00.000 It's known as the Bilderberg Group.

01:20:03.000 Could their objective be world domination?

01:20:06.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

01:20:09.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.93

01:20:19.000 For the first time in history, the elite's plan for world government is blown wide open.

01:20:25.000 You will learn the secret that drives the entire New World Order agenda.

01:20:28.000 Bill Perry is making great progress toward the world.

01:20:31.000 Most people have no idea.

01:20:32.000 They're not after money.

01:20:33.000 They have all the money they need.

01:20:34.000 They're after power.

01:20:35.000 That's their after these years.

01:22:52.000 Ron Paul did not quit.

01:22:54.000 He is still in the race.

01:22:55.000 Most Americans do not understand how the election process works.

01:22:59.000 The media is lying.

01:23:00.000 John McCain does not have the Republican nomination.

01:23:03.000 The popular vote is just a straw poll, believe it or not.

01:23:06.000 The delegates have the power over the elections, not the voters.

01:23:10.000 After the mainstream media wrote a hit piece on how Ron Paul quit, many supporters quit as well.

01:23:15.000 Ron Paul has stated he will continue his run for presidency, as long as he has your continued support.

01:23:20.000 Ron Paul has a plan.

01:23:48.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

01:24:05.000 Thank you for joining us.

01:24:06.000 We've got Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, our guest, new book out, The Tyranny of Good Intentions.

01:24:15.000 Okay.

01:24:16.000 I mean, it really seems like an elementary equation.

01:24:18.000 You've got these greedy, corrupt brokerage houses and banks that just do whatever they want.

01:24:23.000 They write their own You know, non-backed securities, bundles of derivatives, you name it, just all sorts of housing loans together.

01:24:33.000 They sell them.

01:24:34.000 They get billions of dollars of bonuses per company every year.

01:24:38.000 And they literally are destroying the dollar, the country, our future, this institution, everything, just so they can continue pumping up the bubble.

01:24:51.000 And I mean, it really, I guess, in my mind, It comes down to something pretty simple.

01:24:55.000 Do you agree with that statement?

01:24:57.000 Well, Alex, they're also destroying themselves.

01:25:00.000 Bear Stearns is gone.

01:25:02.000 It may not be the only one.

01:25:04.000 The Carlisle Group, which is a company in which American presidents, the Bushes, Jim Baker, foreign potentiates... Queen of England?

01:25:17.000 This thing has collapsed.

01:25:19.000 And it's not bailed out, it's gone.

01:25:23.000 So they're destroying themselves.

01:25:25.000 You're certainly right that greed has caused them to be incompetent.

01:25:30.000 And what it really is, it's like a bunch of sports freaks who want their team to do best.

01:25:39.000 So each investment bank wanted to pay higher bonuses than its competitor.

01:25:45.000 And it was all some sort of a crazy, greed-driven incompetence.

01:25:52.000 And it's come home, and I suspect, unless we get another Republican in there, that we will have a return of regulation to prevent this sort of insanity.

01:26:04.000 They should never have repealed Glass-Steagall.

01:26:08.000 So they are suffering themselves.

01:26:11.000 Not only that, but foreigners have had to take large stakes in many of the banks, both commercial and investment banks.

01:26:20.000 And so they are kind of losing control, and they are becoming now dependent on the attitude of the Saudis or whoever else is now sitting on their boards.

01:26:31.000 And so it's costing them a loss of control as well.

01:26:37.000 But isn't that what the globalists always said they wanted?

01:26:40.000 Was to get control of the U.S.

01:26:42.000 by shipping our manufacturing overseas, by driving down the dollar so they could buy up our infrastructure?

01:26:48.000 A month ago, the CFR wrote that big report saying, yeah, let's get rid of the dollar and bring in the Amaro.

01:26:54.000 I'm sure you've seen that.

01:26:57.000 Or is that just pipe dreams?

01:26:59.000 Is that like the psychological excuse for what they're doing?

01:27:02.000 Oh, it's part of a plan, but really it's just greediness?

01:27:06.000 I think it's some kind of pipe dreams.

01:27:09.000 We've talked about this before.

01:27:11.000 I think most of our troubles are the unintended consequences of ignorance and incompetence and unregulated greed.

01:27:20.000 I don't see how anybody gains from destroying the capability of the American economy, certainly not any kind of One world, or they would want to use this as a platform, and it's inconsistent with the neocon ideology, which is American hegemony, American supremacy.

01:27:40.000 Well, I've talked to a lot of experts who say that, you know, they are trying to set up this world government, and it's in their own quotes, the head of the CFR openly calls for it, Richard Haass, but that these are the sons now of the old guys that really were smart and hardworking.

01:27:54.000 But Alex, The Bush administration's policy makers keep insisting that the United States is supreme, that we don't have to pay attention to any international law, to the UN, to anything, and that we are above everything.

01:28:13.000 So that's inconsistent with being taken over.

01:28:16.000 I think, in fact, we are being taken over through Failure.

01:28:22.000 As I say, the United States is not a financially independent country any longer.

01:28:26.000 Well, I was agreeing with you.

01:28:27.000 I'm saying we've got the spoiled brat kids of the old oligarchy that ran this country, and they're too busy with Jeff Gannon at the White House.

01:28:37.000 Yeah, I don't know what to... I think they're in delusion.

01:28:42.000 I think the neoconservatives, who have controlled the Bush administration for seven years, are deluded people.

01:28:49.000 And they think that there's power here that's not here.

01:28:54.000 And so they are not aware of the impending collapse of American power.

01:29:00.000 It's coming at us financially, economically.

01:29:03.000 Look, how can you be a superpower if your imports exceed your industrial production?

01:29:09.000 Oh, I understand that.

01:29:12.000 How can you be a superpower If you're dependent on China and Japan to finance your operations and your wars.

01:29:19.000 No sir, I understand and I appreciate your time.

01:29:21.000 You're joining us for a full hour to talk about your book and a host of issues and giving us some solutions of what you would do to try to turn this around next week.

01:29:29.000 Dr. Roberts, thanks for spending time with us.

01:29:31.000 Thank you Alex, always a joy to talk to you.

01:32:51.000 We'll be right back.

01:33:21.000 I'll never give up my Second Amendment.

01:33:25.000 Hi. 1.00

01:33:30.000 I'm never gonna be your slave, you control freak scum! 1.00

01:33:34.000 We're coming for ya! 1.00

01:33:36.000 Crank it up!

01:33:37.000 If you'll think I sit around! 0.99

01:33:43.000 You're thinking like a fool because all it takes is you and I. 0.98

01:33:47.000 We have to stop giving up our Second Amendment. - Good night. 0.99

01:33:56.000 Okay, I predicted that the Supreme Court would claim we were going to have a victory and strike down the D.C.

01:34:04.000 gun ban, but they would say, oh, but we're allowed to have some restrictions.

01:34:08.000 Now, that's nowhere in law, nowhere in the Bill of Rights.

01:34:12.000 We read a bunch of founding father quotes.

01:34:14.000 There's literally thousands of them, but we read dozens in the first hour.

01:34:18.000 About how it's to defend against a corrupt government.

01:34:20.000 It's to protect the people against crime.

01:34:22.000 That if the government tries to take your guns, you need to overthrow them.

01:34:25.000 That's the surest sign of tyranny.

01:34:28.000 And so I see this as a great defeat, because I read all 90 plus pages of the oral arguments last night, almost crying.

01:34:38.000 Because the supposed pro-gun justices would say, oh well, I think we should have reasonable restrictions.

01:34:48.000 But you can't, you know, you can't just outright ban it.

01:34:53.000 And besides, wouldn't that be a federal matter?

01:34:56.000 I mean, I've got these quotes here.

01:34:58.000 Now, Donors of America helped with the brief.

01:35:00.000 They're not running the brief.

01:35:02.000 It freaked me out, and I'm writing articles about this right now with Paul Watson, to see even the people arguing on behalf of the Second Amendment saying, oh, well, we agree.

01:35:10.000 There can be some restrictions.

01:35:11.000 No, no, no, no!

01:35:15.000 They are going to use this!

01:35:18.000 And they're also going to use it to go out and say, oh, we've won, the Second Amendment is safe.

01:35:24.000 You type gun control into Google, folks, or Gun Owners of America, where they're fighting, or NRA, hundreds of articles come up every day.

01:35:30.000 We're being hit from every angle.

01:35:33.000 Now I'm going to shut up and go to Larry Pratt, a very busy man, Executive Directors of Gun Owners of America.

01:35:38.000 They're the only big pro-Second Amendment group in the country.

01:35:41.000 They're the second largest.

01:35:42.000 The NRA has millions of great members, but they are a Trojan horse.

01:35:46.000 Gun owners of America would never expose that. 0.94

01:35:49.000 They wanted to be nice.

01:35:50.000 Until last year, their board said, let's just go public with all their own documents.

01:35:55.000 They've written articles showing their own quotes about how they are for gun control.

01:35:59.000 They are the authors of gun control. 0.72

01:36:01.000 So all NRA members must get out of the NRA now, and they must go support gun owners.

01:36:07.000 They've tripled the size of the BATF.

01:36:10.000 We are in the fight of our lives for the Second Amendment, and the media and the gun grabbers have gotten slick.

01:36:15.000 They've, just like Bush, during the 2004 election, got up and said, I'm for the Second Amendment individual right to keep and bear arms.

01:36:25.000 And the Justice Department said, well, he clarifies it prescribed by law, and that law can curtail it.

01:36:32.000 Well, that's what the Supreme Court's saying, but they've never had the Supreme Court say that.

01:36:36.000 This will be the Supreme Court action.

01:36:38.000 Now, we'll see if Larry Pratt disagrees with me, and I know he wants to be positive, but Larry, I spent two hours last night reading this, and I couldn't sleep last night, Larry.

01:36:45.000 Well, Alex, I think your characterization is quite spot-on, and it made me all the happier when I was listening to that proceeding to know that we had our own brief before the court.

01:37:00.000 By the way, people can find that at gunowners.org.

01:37:03.000 It's right there on our homepage.

01:37:05.000 We made the point that, well, in fact, we knew that there'd be a problem with trying to define away, slice away the true meaning of the Second Amendment.

01:37:17.000 And it doesn't give us any reassurance at all to hear people celebrate, oh, the judges are going to determine That we do have an individual right to keep and bear arms after all.

01:37:28.000 That argument will be over.

01:37:30.000 Well, actually that may be true.

01:37:31.000 That argument may be over.

01:37:33.000 However, but, the big word, this is not the end of the issue as far as they're concerned on the court.

01:37:42.000 Because they spent a fair amount of time, as you know Alex, discussing whether we should have this or that or the other level of scrutiny.

01:37:51.000 Now, level of scrutiny Is lawyer talk for how far away from the Constitution can we make a ruling before we get run out of town on a rail?

01:38:01.000 And they were arguing in the Bush brief, and I think there could possibly be support for agreeing with the Bush brief because that's something that the conservatives on the court tend to do.

01:38:16.000 Big government conservatives, I guess we could say.

01:38:20.000 Well, let's use the lowest level of scrutiny.

01:38:23.000 Meaning, let's get as far away from the Constitution as possible.

01:38:27.000 And there was even discussion yesterday about the Founders' idea of the level of scrutiny shall not be infringed.

01:38:37.000 We didn't think that the judges may have been familiar with that word, so we went back to an 1828 dictionary and we put the definition of infringe in our brief, just so they would You know, have that handy.

01:38:49.000 It means don't touch it!

01:38:51.000 Yeah, keep your hands off! 0.63

01:38:53.000 It's real plain.

01:38:54.000 And, uh, we are concerned that there was discussion during the hearing about, well, uh, does it actually mean then, uh, Mr. Counsel for Heller and D.C.

01:39:05.000 vs. Heller?

01:39:06.000 Uh, does it really mean shall not be unreasonably infringed?

01:39:11.000 And he sort of agreed with that, and then said, well, yeah, it wouldn't preclude banning machine guns, it wouldn't preclude licensing gun owners, Well, there's the ballgame right there.

01:39:20.000 They license gun owners in New York City.

01:39:23.000 Try to get one.

01:39:24.000 Well, I mean, I've got one of the quotes here, and that's the problem.

01:39:27.000 It's 90-something pages, just reading the oral arguments and the justices' comments.

01:39:30.000 But I've got multiple justices saying, I don't see a problem with banning all handguns.

01:39:35.000 I don't see a problem, you know.

01:39:37.000 Yeah, you can have a right, but basically they're saying, locked up at a gun club where you can go out with an instructor over you and shoot your gun once a week.

01:39:46.000 Sure, because if you're concerned about your own defense, well then call 9-11.

01:39:51.000 And of course, as our friends at Jews for Preservation and Farms ownership entitled one of their books, dial 9-11 and die.

01:39:57.000 Because by the time the cops get there, that's what's going to happen.

01:40:01.000 Larry, I'm going to put a call to action out here, and I'm so angry I literally feel like taking my broadcast chair and throwing it through the broadcast window right now.

01:40:12.000 The Second Amendment is so clear.

01:40:14.000 The Founding Fathers, the debates, the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers.

01:40:18.000 This is one of the few issues where there was universal agreement.

01:40:22.000 It is an individual right, mainly against tyrannical government.

01:40:25.000 They have no power to restrict the areas where they have no gun laws.

01:40:30.000 And there are places, people think we'd have bedlam and death.

01:40:33.000 There are places where there are no gun laws, state laws, like Vermont, like Alaska, like most of Montana.

01:40:40.000 Exactly, and those are the lowest crime rates, even in big urban centers in the country.

01:40:46.000 And we have the facts, we know the truth, and we know the globalists want our guns.

01:40:50.000 I want a call to action, and I'm telling everybody right now.

01:40:54.000 We're going to write articles at Infowars.com.

01:40:56.000 We're going to write articles at PrisonPlanet.com.

01:40:58.000 Larry, we need you to come out now.

01:40:59.000 I know you are.

01:41:00.000 Come out now, put in articles.

01:41:01.000 We can get out to everybody, explaining.

01:41:03.000 This is a giant hoax.

01:41:05.000 I have the New York Law Journal.

01:41:07.000 I have Washington Post, AP, Reuters.

01:41:10.000 I mean, you type this in, Supreme Court, Second Amendment, hundreds of articles, all saying we've won, and that is an enemy tactic they always use, and they do it more and more now to just say, you know, go back to sleep and meanwhile they've always been criminal they've always been in the wrong they've never had a supreme court ruling saying they can touch any of our guns and then i'm reading even the pro-five justices talk about a trojan horse and there you go scalia who believes in hunting you know 0.77

01:41:39.000 and then he makes a statement about well you know i think we need this for hunting i I mean, folks, they are coming after you.

01:41:46.000 This is it.

01:41:47.000 And they're now going to say, well, the Supreme Court said you've got a right, but we say what that right is.

01:41:51.000 Larry, what do we do?

01:41:53.000 We've got an emergency.

01:41:56.000 I mean, you can't wait.

01:41:57.000 You've got to call everybody you know that's an NRA member when we write these articles.

01:42:00.000 I'm begging you, email them every day to everybody you know for six months straight.

01:42:04.000 We've got to let people know that this is it.

01:42:08.000 I mean, this is the biggest attack on the Second Amendment in our 233-year history.

01:42:14.000 Well, the first thing that we're going to be doing is putting out an email alert, probably go out tomorrow, giving people a wrap-up of what happened and the kind of analysis that you're talking about so that

01:42:25.000 People realize that this is not the time to go to sleep, and we actually got an op-ed in USA Today, of all places, that our attorneys were able to write, and they made the arguments that should have been made by Mr. Heller's attorney before the court, that if any gun is protected by the Second Amendment, it's the M16 Army Rifle Machine Gun.

01:42:52.000 That's because it's the direct lineal descendant of what they were using at the time of the framing of the Constitution and of the Bill of Rights.

01:43:01.000 And so we took that head-on and pointed out that do not and shall not be infringed means no.

01:43:09.000 Let me just say this, we have a lot of listeners that have a lot of money.

01:43:12.000 Don't send me money, don't give me money.

01:43:14.000 If you want to give it to Larry, that's fine, but tell him what you want it for.

01:43:18.000 We need people to take simple articles that have four or five founding father quotes and say the Supreme Court is running a giant con job.

01:43:27.000 They're about to rule that you have a right, but that they can restrict it.

01:43:30.000 That is a fraud.

01:43:31.000 If they do that, it'll be just like New York City 50 years ago where they say you have a right, but we can restrict it.

01:43:37.000 And then they just don't issue the permits.

01:43:40.000 Exactly right.

01:43:41.000 That's exactly what licensing is all about.

01:43:44.000 I'm telling you, listeners that have money, And I know we got them, and I'm too busy to even call you up.

01:43:49.000 Okay?

01:43:49.000 And you know who you are out there.

01:43:51.000 I'm going to try to put something together.

01:43:52.000 Larry, if people were to call you and say, I want to give you $100,000 for full-page ads in the Washington Times, Washington Post, so we can email and fax 10,000 copies to the Supreme Court so they're knee-deep.

01:44:10.000 I mean, I think that's the type of aggressive stuff.

01:44:12.000 We've got to get in the streets.

01:44:14.000 We've got to put a call out to the NRA members.

01:44:16.000 This is an amazing day that we had before us yesterday, and I think it's very concerning.

01:44:20.000 I don't think you're exaggerating this one bit.

01:44:22.000 This is it!

01:44:23.000 This is an amazing day that we had before us yesterday, and I think it's very concerning.

01:44:29.000 I don't think you're exaggerating this one bit.

01:44:33.000 We are in trouble.

01:44:35.000 Oh, my God.

01:44:37.000 But they're slicker than they were in the 90s and 80s, Larry?

01:44:40.000 Very slick.

01:44:42.000 It's right out of George Orwell's 1984 novel where freedom is slavery, and war is peace, all those kinds of inversions of the plain meanings of words.

01:44:57.000 And in this case, yeah, it's an individual right, but, but, but.

01:45:01.000 Well, it's like the First Amendment.

01:45:03.000 Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

01:45:10.000 Then it goes into press, assembly, you know, a petition.

01:45:12.000 And now what they've done with the First Amendment is stick, in effect, the word unreasonably.

01:45:17.000 Congress shall pass no unreasonable law regarding And so they control what you can establish, they control what you can say.

01:45:27.000 You didn't know this, America?

01:45:28.000 They run it all.

01:45:30.000 Okay, the courts have been ruling there's no Fourth Amendment for spying.

01:45:34.000 I mean, it's all happening.

01:45:37.000 I just can't believe it.

01:45:38.000 Well, it's an opportunity that we have to educate people, because I think the issue was made very clear yesterday.

01:45:48.000 The good guys were making arguments, in effect, throwing in the towel and saying there's no principled constitutional basis for opposing gun control.

01:45:58.000 Then I think you realize we have come to a very good point.

01:46:03.000 Look, something this big... Look, I knew this was rigged from the beginning, Larry.

01:46:06.000 I know you want to look fair and reserve judgment, but the Supreme Court has refused all the real cases that were brought to it.

01:46:14.000 They accepted this because it's rigged.

01:46:17.000 And that's what the ACLU and others have done with other cases, is they're there to create bad case law.

01:46:22.000 And the same thing here, and I'll call a spade a spade, you read what the main brief that they accepted, And you read them saying, we agree you're allowed to restrict guns, ban guns, control guns, we're for gun control. 0.51

01:46:36.000 The Second Amendment means gun control. 0.88

01:46:38.000 That's the good guys.

01:46:39.000 And then the Supreme Court goes, you're right.

01:46:42.000 We're going to rule you have a Second Amendment, a right for us to take your guns.

01:46:46.000 This is it, folks.

01:46:48.000 It's going to happen.

01:46:50.000 And the NRA is going to tell all their members it's a victory.

01:46:52.000 And Judas Code all of you. 0.91

01:46:54.000 I think people would like looking at our brief, because one of the things that we point out in there And it kind of got right up in their face.

01:47:02.000 It said, look, the Founders' generation, after suffering a long train of abuses, that's a quote from, of course, the Declaration, and having heard their petitions go unanswered by the Crown, were forced to resort to arms in order to shoot back.

01:47:17.000 So, too, this generation is watching what you will do on this court.

01:47:25.000 Absolutely.

01:47:26.000 And they know how to move incrementally so we never physically resist them.

01:47:29.000 Larry, I'm here frothing and ranting and raving.

01:47:32.000 Do we have any prayer in hell?

01:47:34.000 You know, Bush just signed more gun control legislation.

01:47:37.000 Do we have any prayer?

01:47:38.000 I mean, I think we should try.

01:47:40.000 We don't, you know, duty is ours, consequence belongs to God.

01:47:43.000 We need to go get your brief and I want every listener in Virginia, Maryland, surrounding areas, Connecticut, New Hampshire, I want you to drive to D.C.

01:47:51.000 and I want you to hand deliver I think that could conceivably have some impact.

01:47:55.000 The clerks will certainly know that that mail is coming in.

01:47:58.000 And Founding Father quotes.

01:48:00.000 I think we should all mail hundreds of copies of Founding Father quotes and then send dozens of copies apiece registered mail.

01:48:08.000 What do you say, sir?

01:48:09.000 I think that could conceivably have some impact.

01:48:14.000 The clerks will certainly know that that mail is coming in.

01:48:17.000 There's no official way to affect what the court thinks.

01:48:21.000 And they're pretty immune.

01:48:23.000 But, you know, I think that needs to be done.

01:48:26.000 They need to realize that they're sitting on a powder keg.

01:48:31.000 And if they go ahead and do something slick like this and basically give with one hand and take away with the other, they might just be injecting something into this election campaign and more even into the very society That we're living in right now, where people are just going to have had it.

01:48:54.000 You're absolutely right.

01:48:56.000 Folks, we have to come up with a battle plan.

01:48:58.000 We have to institute it.

01:48:59.000 We cannot wait for orders from headquarters.

01:49:02.000 Larry, we need to get ads in the D.C.

01:49:05.000 papers.

01:49:06.000 And I like your brief, because you don't kiss their hind end. 0.97

01:49:09.000 You say, look, we know you're an enemy, but just go ahead and run your flag up and let us know you're traitors.

01:49:15.000 I mean, we ought to just have a... Look, we need to let them know we're going to move for their impeachment.

01:49:20.000 And I mean, we're going to... We're going to understand their double talk.

01:49:22.000 We're not going to be lulled and go back to sleep.

01:49:25.000 So if they do something slick, like most of those lawyers were urging, we're not going to buy it.

01:49:31.000 Well, you know what's going to happen.

01:49:33.000 The lawyers for the Second Amendment are Judas Coates.

01:49:36.000 There is no doubt about it.

01:49:39.000 And... Oh my God, it's all over.

01:49:42.000 Oh my God.

01:49:44.000 Well, the best I can tell you is that they were embarrassed, ashamed as a lawyer to make an argument that the Second Amendment means what it means, and it's there ultimately to protect individuals against the government, and if the individuals have to organize as the militia, that's what our founding fathers did.

01:50:08.000 Well look, America is worth it.

01:50:11.000 Our history, our heritage, our defense, our families.

01:50:14.000 I demand that everybody go to Infowars.com and I demand you link through to the New York Law Journal story to the Supreme Court and I demand you read the oral arguments.

01:50:24.000 Because they say, the sniveling lawyers for the Second Amendment say, oh we agree you can restrict guns. 0.97

01:50:31.000 Larry, stay there.

01:50:32.000 I want to actually try to go through some of these quotes when we get back and talk about your brief and talk about how people support.

01:50:37.000 This is it.

01:50:39.000 I mean, the Supreme Court is gonna rule they can take your guns, but so you don't freak out, they're gonna tell you you won.

01:50:45.000 It's a corporate technique called the Delphi Technique.

01:51:52.000 All right, Dad.

01:51:53.000 Let me get this straight.

01:51:54.000 Uncivil Liberties takes place in the future, right?

01:51:56.000 Like Star Wars?

01:51:57.000 Yeah, that's right.

01:51:58.000 Slightly in the future.

01:51:59.000 Wait a second.

01:52:00.000 I thought Star Wars took place a long, long time ago.

01:52:03.000 All right, Einstein.

01:52:04.000 But it is kind of like Star Wars anyway.

01:52:07.000 Just like Star Wars, there's an evil empire and some people have started an armed rebellion to fight the evil empire.

01:52:14.000 Okay.

01:52:14.000 So don't tell me.

01:52:15.000 The government's the bad guys again?

01:52:17.000 Yep, that's right.

01:52:18.000 Oh, so your character's like Luke Skywalker?

01:52:21.000 Not exactly.

01:52:22.000 I know, you're Chewbacca!

01:52:24.000 Not really, but my character does help the rebellion to stop the government's evil tracking system, which is happening now in the real world, just like in Uncivil Liberties.

01:52:33.000 Wait a second, they can't track us, it's a free country!

01:52:36.000 Exactly.

01:54:15.000 Every time I think about it, I won't cry.

01:54:19.000 With bombs in the devil, little kids keep coming.

01:54:23.000 No way to breathe easy, no time to be young.

01:54:27.000 But I tell myself that I'm a-do-a-way.

01:54:38.000 There's nothing left to do tonight.

01:54:41.000 That's crazy on you.

01:54:45.000 Look, you already know it's going to happen, New World Order.

01:54:48.000 You can see the rebellion everywhere against you.

01:54:51.000 This isn't too bad. 0.61

01:54:53.000 One way or the other, we're going to go crazy on you.

01:55:05.000 This is America, and you may have overwhelmed us with third world people that don't understand liberty. 1.00

01:55:11.000 You may have debased our currency, you may have sold all our industry out, but you're not getting our guns, you scumbags! 1.00

01:55:20.000 And we're gonna wake up, our brethren! 1.00

01:55:23.000 We're gonna wake up, people who have been fooled by your fake conservatism, your Judascoats! 0.98

01:55:29.000 We're gonna go crazy on you!

01:55:33.000 Larry Pratt, the head of Gun Owners of America, the only real national gun defense group we've got against the gun controllers, the victim disarmament people. 0.99

01:55:43.000 He stands on the front line, 300 against a sea of wicked bureaucrats that want to suck you and your family dry, CPS your children, put your children in prison. 0.99

01:55:52.000 Just a total scumbag criminal government. 1.00

01:55:54.000 There's no doubt about that. 0.98

01:55:56.000 Larry, before I finish up with you in this segment and the next, give people the toll-free number, give them the website, beg them to join.

01:56:03.000 Again, for years the mainstream media says we've won, the second time it's fine, while they launch their attack.

01:56:08.000 It's like the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, the ceasefire, the holiday.

01:56:12.000 You bought it. 0.95

01:56:13.000 They're literally bayonetting the guy next to you in the trench and you're still giggling and snickering and telling me how George Bush is good, like I had some moron last year at McBride's here in Austin confront me and tell me Bush wasn't for the assault weapons ban. 1.00

01:56:27.000 You're ignorant! 1.00

01:56:28.000 You better start loving the Second Amendment more than you love your fake Republicans with their gay porn stars every night at the White House! 1.00

01:56:36.000 I'm sorry, Larry Pratt, but I'm just... I can't handle it anymore! 1.00

01:56:39.000 The President went on record very clearly, more than once, if you put a renewal of the Clinton gun ban on my desk, I'll sign it. 0.92

01:56:48.000 And you can just see for yourself, we have a link to his brief, the Solicitor General's brief that he submitted for the Bush administration.

01:56:59.000 And when you read that, you'll see George Bush doesn't have any problem with just about any level of gun control whatsoever.

01:57:07.000 That's the fact.

01:57:08.000 Well, he's done everything he can to triple the BATF, line everything up for Hillary or Obama to come in, or McCain, who's for gun control.

01:57:16.000 It's... Yeah, the guy that he's appointed to be the permanent director, the acting director right now, is a guy who's presided over a jihad against gun owners, against gun stores, and manufacturers, and there's some actions that are speaking a whole lot louder than even his words.

01:57:35.000 Not that his words leave much doubt anymore.

01:57:37.000 They're black and white.

01:57:38.000 Well, you know, you watch the BATF and the locals.

01:57:40.000 They love SWAT teaming gun shops when they fill out a serial number wrong.

01:57:45.000 They love attacking old ladies, you know, old men taking their guns. 1.00

01:57:48.000 I'm just sick of it, Larry.

01:57:50.000 I'm so sick of them, and I'm just sick of it!

01:57:54.000 Well, we've gotten at least one little breakthrough.

01:57:56.000 Amazingly enough, CNN's Lou Dobbs had a couple of segments the last week.

01:58:03.000 On a completely trumped up conviction of a man, an army veteran, he was in the reserves at the time he was indicted, whose gun had malfunctioned, and for that they convict him of having traded a machine gun.

01:58:18.000 Okay, we'll be back.

01:58:19.000 Stay there, Larry, five more minutes.

01:58:21.000 I want to give out the phone number, give out the website, some coordinates.

01:58:25.000 This is your mission if you choose to accept it, listeners.

01:58:28.000 They are destroying the Second Amendment.

01:58:33.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

01:58:36.000 Visit GCNlive.com today.

01:58:42.000 It is a big idea.

01:58:43.000 A new world order.

01:58:46.000 In the near future.

01:58:48.000 Earth is dominated by a powerful world government.

01:58:51.000 It's known as the Bilderberg Group.

01:58:54.000 Don't their objective be world domination?

01:58:56.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

01:59:00.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.93

01:59:10.000 For the first time in history, the elite's plan for world government is blown wide open.

01:59:15.000 You will learn the secret that drives the entire New World Order agenda.

01:59:19.000 Bill of Rights is making great progress toward a world government.

01:59:22.000 Most people have no idea.

01:59:23.000 They're not after money.

01:59:24.000 They have all the money they need.

01:59:25.000 They're after power.

01:59:26.000 That's what they're after these days.

01:59:27.000 Order In Game on DVD at PrisonPlanet.com or InfoWars.com.

01:59:32.000 Or watch it online right now at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:59:36.000 In Game.

01:59:37.000 Blueprint for global enslaving.

01:59:39.000 You have been warned.

01:59:40.000 Yeah.

01:59:44.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:59:46.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:59:49.000 Media.

01:59:55.000 Government cover-ups.

01:59:57.000 You want answers?

01:59:58.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:00.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:04.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:09.000 All right, Larry's got to jump, do more interviews, fight the globalists. .

02:00:14.000 But I'm not kidding.

02:00:15.000 I don't want to touch your money.

02:00:16.000 You call up, call newspapers, get your own brief published, founding father quotes.

02:00:22.000 Everybody mail in articles, mail in en masse, the Gunners of America brief that's on their website, right there on the main page.

02:00:30.000 Send it registered mail, email it, call, call the Supreme Court, get their number, call the White House.

02:00:35.000 But don't beg them, say we know you're criminal traitors, we know you want our guns, you're not fooling us.

02:00:41.000 But if you want Larry Pratt to tailor, and I just talked to him during the break, if you give them a donation, 100% of it will go to place the ads.

02:00:48.000 Now, a $10,000 will be a little quarter page in the back of the paper.

02:00:51.000 A $20,000 will be a medium size in the back of the paper.

02:00:54.000 A $50,000 will be a half page in the back of the paper.

02:00:56.000 A $100,000, you can get that front, you know, in the first section of the Washington Times.

02:01:00.000 Something!

02:01:02.000 We've got to fight back.

02:01:04.000 Larry, I'm going to have you back up next week as this develops, but give out the phone number, give out the website. 1.00

02:01:11.000 If people won't join you for $20 a year, they're just pure idiots. 0.99

02:01:17.000 Fighting, when the time for fighting comes, if $20 is too big a stretch right now. 1.00

02:01:22.000 We're at gunowners.org on the web.

02:01:25.000 People can join there.

02:01:25.000 They can get on our email alert subscription as well.

02:01:29.000 If they want to call the office, why don't I just give out the main number.

02:01:32.000 703-321-8585. 703-321-8585.

02:01:32.000 It's 703-321-8585.

02:01:42.000 And folks, don't give up.

02:01:45.000 We can beat these criminals.

02:01:47.000 If we get the word out that this is give with one hand, take away with the other trick, we can stop them.

02:01:53.000 Again, gunowners.org.

02:01:55.000 Give the number again.

02:01:56.000 703-321-8585.

02:01:58.000 Alright, and if they call the 888-886-GUNS, where does that go?

02:02:06.000 That will be a recording.

02:02:07.000 We'll get back to them as soon as we pick up the messages.

02:02:11.000 All right, you've got hundreds of thousands of members, second biggest group in the country, the only real pro-gun group we have.

02:02:17.000 Larry Pratt, we salute you, and I knew if you'd read the Supreme Court statements yesterday, you'd basically have the same view, and that's why we had you on.

02:02:25.000 And of course, your accurate analysis concurs with mine.

02:02:28.000 There you go, Larry Pratt, we're under attack.

02:02:30.000 Thank you, Larry.

02:02:30.000 Appreciate it, bye-bye.

02:02:31.000 All right, there he goes, ladies and gentlemen.

02:02:33.000 Same analysis.

02:02:35.000 I'm telling you, high treason.

02:02:37.000 And there's all these slack-jawed Republicans.

02:02:39.000 They're all over talk radio right now.

02:02:41.000 Their job to neutralize you.

02:02:43.000 Their job to make sure you stay on the sidelines.

02:02:47.000 Their job to make sure you don't find out the truth.

02:02:50.000 Their job to make sure you don't defend this republic in its darkest days.

02:02:55.000 We are entering into a hellish vortex.

02:02:58.000 They're geared up for martial law.

02:03:00.000 They're geared up for gun confiscation.

02:03:01.000 They've tripled the size of the BATF.

02:03:04.000 They're hiring all these preachers for martial law, telling them to tell their flocks to submit to it.

02:03:09.000 All of this is going on right now, so they have to rule that they can restrict guns under law.

02:03:17.000 You see, the Bill of Rights is the law.

02:03:20.000 No restrictions you can't.

02:03:21.000 But then they come in and say, oh, we can have some guns, you know, we can ban handguns, and you're allowed to maybe have a bolt-action rifle.

02:03:28.000 That's what they're saying in the briefing.

02:03:31.000 They're coming for your guns.

02:03:34.000 And to make sure, see, they've learned That it's all about the surface.

02:03:41.000 It's like giving somebody a cyanide pill that says Tylenol on it.

02:03:43.000 You know, the outside of this pill says Tylenol, but it's cyanide inside.

02:03:49.000 Okay?

02:03:50.000 It's camouflage.

02:03:52.000 It's got a cloaking device.

02:03:54.000 You read all the news articles, hey, big win for gun owners. 0.89

02:03:57.000 Go to sleep, everything's fine.

02:03:58.000 You actually read the brief!

02:04:02.000 It is the most devastating attack on the Second Amendment I've ever seen.

02:04:06.000 And we just saw the biggest one a month ago, where the Victim Disarmament Act, the Veterans Disarmament Act.

02:04:12.000 Anybody with any type of psychological designation, from the military, cops, anybody, you're losing your Second Amendment.

02:04:19.000 You see, it's just pounding us.

02:04:20.000 Bam! 0.98

02:04:21.000 Bam! 0.98

02:04:22.000 Point-blank range, like a heavyweight boxer.

02:04:24.000 Those aren't kisses on your cheek.

02:04:26.000 You're being just attacked savagely.

02:04:29.000 Defend yourself!

02:04:30.000 At least get your arms up in front of your face.

02:04:33.000 Come on! 0.61

02:04:34.000 This is it!

02:04:36.000 Masses of news straight ahead.

02:04:38.000 Information blitz.

02:04:39.000 I'm fired up.

02:04:41.000 Stay with me.

02:04:42.000 Ron Paul, backers succeed him.

02:04:44.000 Gorilla takeover of some GOP caucuses when we get back.

02:04:48.000 Our beloved Republic is on her knees.

02:04:50.000 The forces of globalism are destroying national sovereignty worldwide.

02:04:54.000 But in Liberty's darkest hour, there is hope.

02:04:56.000 For the first time in modern history, the people are beginning to wake up.

02:05:00.000 It is essential that patriots worldwide accelerate their fellow man's understanding of the New World Order Master Plan.

02:05:05.000 We have a short time frame to fully awaken and energize the people to meet this threat.

02:06:49.000 Hi neighbor.

02:06:50.000 No matter when the time comes to survive on our food supply, every single one of us who have prepared will have two regrets.

02:06:56.000 Even those who haven't wasted a single penny on Christmas, birthdays, and vacations in order to store all the food possible.

02:07:02.000 Even those who have sold stuff and taken on part-time jobs to buy food.

02:07:06.000 Even those who have traded their gold while it will still buy food. 1.00

02:07:10.000 Yes, we will have been called stupid, crazy, and foolish. 0.99

02:07:14.000 When folks won't be able to afford food and there won't be any food for any amount of money. 1.00

02:07:19.000 We will still have two regrets.

02:07:22.000 We will regret that we didn't get more serious about more food sooner.

02:07:26.000 We will deeply regret that we didn't get enough food.

02:07:29.000 Putting off emergency food preparations to celebrate the holidays will be the most dangerous decision that some of us will ever make.

02:07:51.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:07:54.000 I want to read a little bit of this New York Law Journal spin story. - Thank you.

02:08:02.000 Individual right to keep and bear arms wins favor in court argument.

02:08:06.000 Total lie.

02:08:11.000 That's like a guy walks up to your front porch and you walk out with your gun and he's got a gun on his side.

02:08:15.000 He says, don't worry, I'm a friend. 0.71

02:08:16.000 As soon as you turn your back, he pulls it out and shoots you in the back. 0.91

02:08:20.000 That's all this is because we have the brief.

02:08:23.000 And let's say you're afraid of guns and you were brought up to be timid.

02:08:27.000 Learn to be a warrior if you're a man or a woman.

02:08:29.000 Learn to take control of your life.

02:08:30.000 Learn to stop being afraid.

02:08:32.000 You go, well, I'm not afraid.

02:08:33.000 I don't own a gun.

02:08:35.000 Oh, you're afraid.

02:08:36.000 You don't own guns because you are afraid.

02:08:39.000 You need to take charge.

02:08:40.000 Take hold of the power.

02:08:42.000 You're only alive one time.

02:08:43.000 You have a responsibility to protect your neighbors, your friends, your family, your children.

02:08:50.000 A nation of disarmed chicken necks breeds tyranny and crime! 0.98

02:08:57.000 I'm not going to blow up.

02:08:58.000 I've got too much news to cover.

02:08:59.000 I've got economic news.

02:09:00.000 I've got war news.

02:09:01.000 This is the fifth anniversary today of the bombardment.

02:09:04.000 The shock and awe began today.

02:09:07.000 The anniversary of the ground invasion is next Monday.

02:09:13.000 Five years!

02:09:14.000 It'll just go on and on forever.

02:09:16.000 It doesn't matter.

02:09:16.000 It's all lies.

02:09:22.000 But I have to cover this now.

02:09:25.000 I have to cover this now.

02:09:31.000 I have a lot of friends that are involved in the Ron Paul campaign here in Austin.

02:09:35.000 I know a lot of you around the country who are involved in the Ron Paul campaign.

02:09:38.000 He announced basically on this show.

02:09:41.000 He's been on here every month in the last 15 months since he announced.

02:09:46.000 I've been interviewing Ron Paul for more than a decade.

02:09:48.000 It's actually 12 years.

02:09:49.000 I've been interviewing him since 1996.

02:09:55.000 I love Ron Paul, and I didn't attack him after he started losing, as other people did.

02:09:59.000 I said, hey, we've had a victory.

02:10:01.000 We woke people up.

02:10:02.000 We've grown the movement.

02:10:03.000 People know about the Federal Reserve.

02:10:04.000 They know about the private nature of it.

02:10:09.000 They know about the currency inflation tax.

02:10:11.000 They know about the war being a fraud.

02:10:12.000 They know about Stage Golf of Tonkin.

02:10:14.000 They know about the North American Union.

02:10:16.000 And I said, we've got to now organize.

02:10:18.000 We've got to pick issues.

02:10:19.000 We've got to get our local groups with local activism, but also then have a national Push for what we're fighting against like the reauthorization of NAFTA coming up or the socialized health care I mean these are the type issues and Ron Paul on air agreed with me last week And he agreed privately and that's basically the lines.

02:10:35.000 lines they're going along with, and I'm glad they are.

02:10:37.000 It's just common sense.

02:10:41.000 I mean, it's my advice, but it's inherent.

02:10:44.000 Just when they already know the truth, they just hear it from other people.

02:10:46.000 That's called counsel.

02:10:48.000 But I don't want you to waste your time.

02:10:57.000 them.

02:10:58.000 And I'm not saying you're wasting your time.

02:11:01.000 I just don't want you to get your expectations up and then have what we've got left of the Ron Paul revolution, which is about half of what it was, to totally fall away.

02:11:09.000 If we give them goals now, explain the victory to a lot of these new novice people that got involved, they won't just go away.

02:11:16.000 Instead, most of the energy is in continuing the campaign for Ron Paul and trying to take the other candidates' delegates.

02:11:26.000 Well, years ago I looked at broker conventions, and I refreshed my memory in the last six months, we started hearing about them, and I went and looked up the cases, and if you have a candidate who's got maybe one point behind the other, two points behind, and then the supporters of that candidate try to go into the delegate process and become delegates and supplant the person who got more popular votes.

02:11:52.000 With even one or two percent, it's political suicide.

02:11:55.000 And the media, and pretty much rightfully so, says, look at you stealing elections, look at you violating the popular vote's will.

02:12:03.000 And that's always an argument for getting rid of the Electoral College, which I'm actually for, because it gives states rights and power.

02:12:09.000 But then the enemy uses that against us, when you misuse it.

02:12:13.000 Now you've got Ron Paul with sixty-something delegates, and you've got McCain with more than a thousand, and grow it.

02:12:24.000 And my fears are coming true.

02:12:27.000 The Ron Paul people are going out and are getting the majority of delegates all over the country.

02:12:34.000 And the media is going to destroy us when they try to make... Can you imagine when the news says, look at the Ron Paul people.

02:12:46.000 They went and took all the delegates for people that voted for John McCain, Mitt Romney and others.

02:12:54.000 And Huckleberry, and they are with a guy that got 6% of the national vote, they're trying to supplant John McCain.

02:13:09.000 Besides, the Republican machinery is just going to block all of that, before it ever even gets to the national level.

02:13:16.000 So I'll have to watch a strategic disaster again, because you know me, I don't know anything.

02:13:23.000 You know, Alex Jones just fell off a turnip truck yesterday.

02:13:31.000 And then people who are in this say, well, don't worry, we're just going to make sure our values are heard at the convention.

02:13:35.000 The Republican platform is pretty good, actually.

02:13:38.000 Get rid of the Federal Reserve, stuff like that.

02:13:40.000 They don't follow it!

02:13:41.000 They don't care! 1.00

02:13:44.000 They go give speeches and go back to their gay porn stars, the Republican leadership does. 1.00

02:13:50.000 They're not, and the Democrats go back to their female porn stars. 1.00

02:13:55.000 I mean, that's what they do. 0.94

02:14:00.000 They're just going to be up there landing in their jets and giving speeches at the convention.

02:14:08.000 And you can run around with Ron Paul stickers all day, and I think you should go and should have a presence, but my whole issue is that I shouldn't even talk about it.

02:14:19.000 You're going to do what you're going to do.

02:14:21.000 It's fine.

02:14:21.000 I ought to just keep my mouth shut about it.

02:14:25.000 Because in weird, sick, twisted ways, people won't even respect me when they're proven wrong and I'm proven right.

02:14:30.000 They'll be mad at me and claim somehow I stopped it from happening.

02:14:35.000 Oh God, don't you ever listen to anything.

02:14:37.000 I told you what the Supreme Court was going to do.

02:14:41.000 It wasn't hard.

02:14:42.000 I know how this works.

02:14:44.000 I spent hours studying it.

02:14:50.000 I'm already blown my time and I had all this other stuff because I've got a bunch of news.

02:14:55.000 Fine.

02:14:56.000 Good.

02:14:56.000 Go steal all the delegates.

02:14:59.000 Good.

02:14:59.000 Do it.

02:15:00.000 It's good.

02:15:01.000 In fact, let me just go back on what I said.

02:15:02.000 As long as you feel good and as long as it keeps the Liberty Movement together, fine.

02:15:07.000 Do that.

02:15:08.000 Fine.

02:15:10.000 Don't form into cadres to go demand that businesses not hire illegal aliens. 0.69

02:15:17.000 You know, they make citizens show all their ID and make sure we're got social security and paying taxes and all the rest of them to have a job.

02:15:23.000 Don't judge, you know, do something about that.

02:15:25.000 Don't break into cadres and fight NAFTA's re-expansion.

02:15:29.000 Don't go out and fight against the war.

02:15:32.000 Don't go out and fight against socialist health care.

02:15:35.000 Don't go out and try to run Ron Paul candidates everywhere.

02:15:38.000 That's what we should be doing now.

02:15:40.000 And even getting ready for the next election.

02:15:42.000 Don't go out and fight election fraud.

02:15:45.000 We're talking about a force of millions of people.

02:15:48.000 Ron Paul needs to start directing them now.

02:15:50.000 Needs to start organizing them now.

02:15:52.000 He says he knows.

02:15:52.000 I told him that.

02:15:53.000 He's gotta get on it now.

02:15:54.000 Before the energy he built, that we built for him, dissipates.

02:15:58.000 And it's dissipating like grains of sand out of an hourglass every SECOND!

02:16:06.000 This is life and death!

02:16:07.000 They're building FEMA camps!

02:16:09.000 Meanwhile, you're gonna try to run up and take a bunch of delegates.

02:16:13.000 Of course there's election fraud.

02:16:15.000 Of course they cheated Ron Paul.

02:16:17.000 Of course they ran scams on him.

02:16:19.000 That doesn't mean, though, that we can then go in and take other people's delegates.

02:16:24.000 Because they won't report on clear fraud against Paul, they'll report on that baby!

02:16:33.000 And here it is.

02:16:34.000 They've taken the bait.

02:16:36.000 Ron Paul backers succeed in guerrilla takeover of some GOP caucuses.

02:16:40.000 The first hints were the phone calls.

02:16:42.000 Never before had St.

02:16:44.000 Charles County Republican Party Chairman Joe Bennet received so many queries about where the year's party caucuses had to be held.

02:16:49.000 And Bennet didn't recognize most of the callers.

02:16:52.000 On Saturday, Bennet learned why.

02:16:54.000 Dozens of avid supporters of Ron Paul, a Texas congressman who was running for renegade quest for the presidential nomination, staged a political guerrilla attack at the caucus at St.

02:17:02.000 Peter's City Hall.

02:17:04.000 As well as others across the state, party regulars like Bennet were overwhelmed.

02:17:11.000 And you'd have cases like, this is all over the country by the way, landslide victory for Ron Paul in Missouri.

02:17:17.000 That's the headline from RonPaulPresident2008.com.

02:17:23.000 Today in St.

02:17:23.000 Charles County, Missouri, the largest Republican county caucuses in the state, 111 of the possible 337 delegates were elected for Ron Paul.

02:17:32.000 The state Charles caucus was a landslide turnout for Ron Paul.

02:17:35.000 The Republican platform was amended.

02:17:37.000 To oppose the Patriot Act.

02:17:38.000 Now, see, that's good.

02:17:40.000 And I want to be clear.

02:17:41.000 I totally support these groups in that.

02:17:44.000 And some of them are doing that.

02:17:46.000 They're changing it.

02:17:46.000 They're amending it.

02:17:47.000 They're taking over the delegate spots.

02:17:49.000 They're taking over party chairmanships.

02:17:51.000 I'm overtaking the party over.

02:17:51.000 That's good.

02:17:53.000 I want to make that clear.

02:17:55.000 But the camp that really thinks you're going to go all the way to the convention and then this is going to, because most of the people I talk to, it's the 60% or so I would guesstimate, dead reckoning, you know, it's just an estimation.

02:18:07.000 They think it's to make him president.

02:18:11.000 That's political seppuku.

02:18:14.000 Harry Carey.

02:18:15.000 Suicide.

02:18:18.000 You can't do that.

02:18:20.000 Now, you can go take over the delegate spots and make them amend and change and take over the process.

02:18:26.000 So I do support that.

02:18:28.000 I want to be clear.

02:18:30.000 But Ron Paul, you know, instructed Ted Anderson.

02:18:34.000 And he talked directly to him.

02:18:36.000 Because he was a delegate.

02:18:37.000 And they instructed him.

02:18:38.000 They said no.

02:18:39.000 Because some of the group in Minnesota was saying, we're going to go vote for Ron Paul.

02:18:42.000 And he said, nope.

02:18:43.000 Those of you that are delegates for my number, of 16% in Minnesota, vote for me.

02:18:48.000 But if it's the others for McCain, you have to vote for him.

02:18:54.000 And Ted Anderson, I mean, that's Ron Paul is saying, do that.

02:18:58.000 You talk about him being the leader.

02:18:59.000 I agree with, by the way, what he's saying.

02:19:01.000 So I do go with the leader.

02:19:05.000 And I mean, Ron Paul, remember, he's a smart guy.

02:19:08.000 Remember, he's a good guy.

02:19:09.000 Remember... See, I'm with Ron Paul on this.

02:19:13.000 Keep the campaign going.

02:19:15.000 It's educational.

02:19:16.000 Go to the National Convention.

02:19:18.000 Educate everybody.

02:19:20.000 Take over delegate spots, but when you get to the state and federal level, remember that if there is a revolt on the floor, Maybe you want the attention, but I don't think it's the kind of attention we want.

02:19:36.000 That's my point.

02:19:38.000 I don't know, someday next week or something, we'll for an hour open the phones up and debate it.

02:19:41.000 Alright, I got a bunch of other news I'm gonna hit when we get back.

02:19:44.000 Stay with me.

02:19:49.000 It is a big idea.

02:19:51.000 A new world order.

02:19:53.000 In the near future.

02:19:55.000 The Earth is dominated by a powerful new government.

02:20:07.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.93

02:23:49.000 we're going to play a clip of congressman peter defazio a few weeks ago after months of trying to get the secret martial law plans from the government being unable to do it a few weeks ago after months of trying to get the secret martial law plans to do it Also, I'm going to play a clip of Jim Rogers, one of the top brokerage experts in the world, talking about how the government is destroying the dollar by design.

02:24:19.000 That's coming up.

02:24:21.000 I know I haven't taken calls today because the Second Amendment is in such red-level implosion right now.

02:24:28.000 And the trickery is so amazing that I had to spend time on this.

02:24:31.000 We're going to play that clip here in just a moment.

02:24:35.000 First off, Freedom Law School's 2008 Justice, Peace, and Freedom Conference is coming to Irvine, California March 28th and 31st.

02:24:42.000 Now it's approaching, and a lot of times this thing sells out.

02:24:45.000 In fact, I haven't even checked, but I'm told a few weeks ago they were getting pretty booked.

02:24:51.000 LiveFreeNow.org.

02:24:52.000 They're going to have all these great speakers on taxes, the new world order, 9-11, William Rodriguez, Jason Burma, G. Edward Griffin, Tommy Cryer, Joe Bannister, Larry Becraft, and many, many more.

02:25:04.000 And again, ladies and gentlemen, the number to call and get your tickets for the three-day event are 760-868-4271, 760-868-4271, or livefreenow.org, the Freedom Law School 2008 Justice, Peace, and Freedom Conference.

02:25:21.000 Also, with all the crazy things going on in the world, I really don't think I have to even tell you why you need to get a year or two of storeable foods.

02:25:31.000 They're very inexpensive.

02:25:32.000 It's a fraction compared to buying this much food at the grocery store.

02:25:36.000 It's freeze-dried, so it stores very heavy cans in very compact and very small areas.

02:25:42.000 I mean, a year's supply for one person fills like half a closet.

02:25:46.000 Two people fills a closet.

02:25:47.000 You put four or five people in a big walk-in closet, And the stuff lasts more than 10 years in climate control.

02:25:53.000 10 years if it's not.

02:25:54.000 800-409-5633.

02:25:56.000 They're the best folks out there.

02:26:00.000 Wonderful people.

02:26:01.000 The J. Michael Stevens Group.

02:26:02.000 The website's efoodsdirect.com.

02:26:04.000 Giant links.

02:26:05.000 The top of infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.

02:26:08.000 1-800-409-5633.

02:26:10.000 Okay, here is the congressman talking about how the government won't let us know about the secret continuity.

02:26:17.000 Congress isn't even allowed to know, but see, Congress is really above the executive if you truly study the founding fathers in our system.

02:26:24.000 The point is, if you read the declassified version of PDD 51, Bush says he's a dictator, so we already know what it says.

02:26:30.000 Here it is.

02:26:48.000 A plan to provide for the cooperation, the coordination and continued functioning of all three branches of the government.

02:26:55.000 The Bush administration tells us they have such a plan.

02:26:59.000 They introduced a little sketchy public version that's clearly inadequate and doesn't really tell us what they have in mind.

02:27:07.000 But they said, don't worry, there's a detailed classified version.

02:27:11.000 But now they've denied the entire Homeland Security Committee of the United States House of Representatives access to their so-called detailed plan to provide for continuity of government.

02:27:24.000 They say trust us.

02:27:25.000 Trust us?

02:27:26.000 The people who brought us Katrina to be competent in face of a disaster?

02:27:31.000 Trust us?

02:27:32.000 The people who brought us warrantless wiretapping and other excesses eroding our civil liberties?

02:27:39.000 Trust us?

02:27:41.000 Maybe the plan just really doesn't exist, and that's why they won't show it to us.

02:27:45.000 I don't know.

02:27:46.000 Or maybe there's something there that's outrageous.

02:27:49.000 The American people need their elected representatives to review this plan for the continuity of government.

02:27:56.000 Gentlemen, time has expired.

02:27:58.000 For what purpose does the gentleman from Texas Rice request permission to address the House for one minute?

02:28:02.000 Without objection.

02:28:02.000 And, of course, that's from YouTube.

02:28:09.000 They took it and they stuck the Marshall Law newscast where...

02:28:13.000 NSC.

02:28:14.000 Will you not decide at one time to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

02:28:22.000 Mr. Chairman.

02:28:23.000 I believe the question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area.

02:28:31.000 So may I request that you not touch upon that subject?

02:28:38.000 I was particularly concerned, Chairman, because I read in Miami Papers and several others that there had been a plan developed by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of an emergency that would suspend the American Constitution, and I was deeply concerned about it.

02:29:01.000 I wondered if that was the area in which he had worked.

02:29:05.000 May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage.

02:29:12.000 If we wish to get into this, uncertain arrangements can be made when executives... Alright.

02:29:18.000 Now that was back in the 80s.

02:29:20.000 Congress was allowed to see it.

02:29:22.000 We already know it's in PDD 51.

02:29:24.000 I've talked to special forces, city managers, and police chiefs that have been shown it.

02:29:29.000 It's taking your children, it's breaking your families up, it's taking your guns, it's work camps. 0.99

02:29:34.000 We'll be right back.

02:33:21.000 That way, sir.

02:33:27.000 Okay.

02:33:31.000 Well, here is fine If you've got the time And the time to get yourself in And here is fine You know, it's too bad.

02:33:54.000 That most of the real tensions are dying off.

02:33:58.000 Not like everybody from everywhere in the world. 1.00

02:34:01.000 Everywhere in the country.

02:34:03.000 There's just so much cool stuff that comes from right here in Austin, like ZZ Top and LaGrange down the road.

02:34:13.000 Yeah, they live out, a couple of them got houses out in Fredericksburg.

02:34:17.000 Just great stuff, isn't it?

02:34:21.000 All right, let's get back into serious issues right now.

02:34:26.000 Rogers, Fed has given up on the dollar.

02:34:28.000 Now, I want to be clear.

02:34:29.000 This guy's buddies with George Soros.

02:34:31.000 He's always been trying to kill the dollar. 0.95

02:34:32.000 He's a New World Order snake.

02:34:34.000 But what he's saying is true. 0.97

02:34:36.000 The government goes around and bad mouths the dollar internationally, and then comes back and tells you, everything's fine. 0.97

02:34:41.000 Hold the bag, suckers. 0.99

02:34:43.000 Because in a Ponzi scheme, somebody's got to be the sucker. 1.00

02:34:46.000 And we're the suckers. 0.99

02:34:48.000 Well, the suckering ends here, ladies and gentlemen. 0.93

02:34:51.000 I've had enough of it.

02:34:53.000 I'm just straight up on all of it and we're going to expose all their tricks.

02:34:58.000 Including the people in the Patriot Movement, all the little dog droppings and some of the leadership.

02:35:01.000 I don't care.

02:35:02.000 The whole thing, I'm just telling it all like it is.

02:35:05.000 This country, this world is going to hell in a handbasket and we've got to turn it around.

02:35:08.000 There's a lot of good people in this world and we can do it together.

02:35:11.000 But here he is on Bloomberg.

02:35:12.000 This is international though.

02:35:13.000 This isn't seen here domestically as we critique this piece.

02:35:16.000 Here it is.

02:35:18.000 Well, I mean, I find it outrageous that the Federal Reserve is just throwing the dollar out the window.

02:35:23.000 I happen to be an American citizen, and they are signaling to the whole world that they're going to get... they have given up on the dollar.

02:35:28.000 They've been signaling for months.

02:35:29.000 Anybody listening or watching this show should get out of his dollar, because the Fed has given up.

02:35:35.000 Do you really think so?

02:35:36.000 We've had comments of theirs still in favor of a strong dollar policy.

02:35:41.000 Yeah, Jim, I mean, where do we go from here?

02:35:43.000 I mean, we've seen the run-up in commodities.

02:35:44.000 Is this a haven to be in now?

02:35:46.000 had a reasonable education and a reasonable good career, head of Goldman Sachs. 0.98

02:35:49.000 Now he goes around the world making a fool out of himself. 0.53

02:35:51.000 Goes around saying we want a strong dollar. 0.92

02:35:54.000 The next day he goes to China and says we want a weak dollar.

02:35:56.000 Then he goes to Japan and says we want a weak dollar.

02:35:58.000 I mean, you have to feel sorry for the guy.

02:36:00.000 At least I do.

02:36:01.000 Yeah, Jim, I mean, where do we go from here?

02:36:03.000 I mean, we've seen the run-up in commodities.

02:36:05.000 Is this a haven to be in now?

02:36:08.000 Is that the only place you can be safe?

02:36:09.000 Well, throughout history, the place to be when a currency has been under duress and being debased is to be in real assets.

02:36:17.000 That happens to be commodities, or other sound currency.

02:36:21.000 And the other sound currencies these days are the Swiss franc and the Japanese yen, and the renminbi, of course, but the best place to be is in real assets.

02:36:29.000 Always has been.

02:36:30.000 Nothing new about it.

02:36:31.000 I mean, would you go metals, or would you look at the likes of, you know, coffee, cocoa, sugar, that sort of stuff?

02:36:36.000 Well, agriculture is still the cheapest, if you ask me, but that's where I've been.

02:36:40.000 I've been buying agriculture in the past little while.

02:36:44.000 That's still the cheapest, but I own gold, I own oil, I own all this stuff.

02:36:48.000 I'm not selling any of it.

02:36:50.000 How high can it go?

02:36:50.000 Is it just principally, well, correlated to the fall of the dollar?

02:36:56.000 Well, if they're going to do with the dollar what it looks like they're going to do with the dollar, who knows how high they'll go.

02:37:02.000 Oil is just now making new all-time highs when you adjust for inflation.

02:37:06.000 Gold's all-time high adjusted for inflation should be over US$2,000 an ounce.

02:37:11.000 They are really giving up on the dollar.

02:37:12.000 They are driving the dollar down.

02:37:14.000 They are printing money as fast as they can.

02:37:16.000 I mean, look, the Federal Reserve has just, in the last week, spent about, what, $230 billion taking on loans, house loans, mortgages, out of the system.

02:37:28.000 This man, Bernanke, was never elected by anybody.

02:37:31.000 I don't know where he gets the audacity to spend $230 billion of our money to bail out a few friends on Wall Street.

02:37:38.000 This is totally outrageous.

02:37:40.000 He's next going to be in his helicopter going around the world collecting rent payments from people.

02:37:45.000 I mean, who gave him the authority to do that, to destroy the dollar, to destroy our currency, to essentially destroy the American economy?

02:37:53.000 And nobody ever voted for the man.

02:37:55.000 It's just mind-boggling to me.

02:37:57.000 And here he goes and gives more of our money to Bear Stearns so these guys can continue to drive around in their Maseratis.

02:38:04.000 You know, the reason they did it this way was because if Bear Stearns had to declare bankruptcy, you'd realize that Bear Stearns paid out billions, billions of dollars in bonuses in January, six weeks ago.

02:38:16.000 If he'd put them into, if they'd let them go into bankruptcy, they all would have had to send back their bonuses.

02:38:21.000 This is what they're doing.

02:38:22.000 They're doing this so that they don't have to give back their bonuses.

02:38:25.000 That's why they didn't put it in the bankruptcy.

02:38:27.000 And Jamie Dimon's got a great deal, because the Federal Reserve is paying for it.

02:38:34.000 The Federal Reserve is using taxpayer money to buy a bunch of Bear Stearns traders, Maserati.

02:38:39.000 Jim, but what would you expect them to do here?

02:38:42.000 I mean, really, what can the Fed do when we've got basically, well, a financial system in the U.S. right on the edge, if not going over it?

02:38:50.000 Wait a minute.

02:38:51.000 Investment banks have been going bankrupt since the beginning of time.

02:38:55.000 What are you talking about?

02:38:56.000 Let somebody go bankrupt.

02:38:57.000 It's not the end of the world.

02:38:59.000 You remember what happened in the 70s when they tried this tactic, when Arthur Burns kept printing money, printing money, printing money, saving people.

02:39:06.000 But no, they can't allow that.

02:39:08.000 They can't allow that.

02:39:09.000 They've got to butcher the dollar so they can come in with the foreign money and buy us up even cheaper.

02:39:15.000 And then he goes on to say he's waiting for the next rally to dump his final dollars.

02:39:19.000 But that guy's not a good guy either.

02:39:20.000 He's in with wanting to loot the nation as well.

02:39:24.000 He's one of the top expert investors in the world, by the way, Jim Rogers, from the total New World Order command base of Singapore.

02:39:33.000 And he's been running around with Soros, badmouthing the dollar, but he's got Bush and Greenspan doing it too.

02:39:40.000 And absolutely, you watch gold, you watch oil, you watch every other commodity.

02:39:43.000 It races up.

02:39:45.000 And then it loses generally about 40% of what it gained in the last two weeks, and then it races up to an all-time high.

02:39:52.000 So they've been doing a lot of shorts on it, playing a lot of games.

02:39:56.000 There was record shorts put on gold last week for this week.

02:39:58.000 So they came in and hammered it, drove it down, sold a bunch of gold stocks, future stocks to try to drive it down.

02:40:05.000 It's done politically.

02:40:06.000 And they admit that, by the way.

02:40:07.000 That's public.

02:40:08.000 And then the next two weeks, I would imagine, and this is a guesstimation, but I've been right pretty much every time.

02:40:14.000 Not even pretty much.

02:40:15.000 Lately I've been right 100%.

02:40:17.000 I bet within two weeks it'll be 1,045.

02:40:21.000 And then it'll wait and hang out there, and then I bet it races up to 1,100.

02:40:25.000 And then it's that psychological, psychological, psychological barrier on, up, and up, and up.

02:40:31.000 And that's what the big brokerage houses are saying as well.

02:40:34.000 CCTV in classes, spies on teachers, says Union.

02:40:37.000 I'm going to cover that in the final segment.

02:40:39.000 Also, McCain says it's common knowledge that Iran is training al-Qaeda.

02:40:43.000 And then Lieberman had to walk up behind him and shake him and say, that's not right.

02:40:45.000 And then McCain said, oh, I'm mistaken, sorry.

02:40:49.000 Well, the average public thinks they do.

02:40:50.000 Iran is the opposite. 0.95

02:40:52.000 They're archenemies with the Sunnis.

02:40:55.000 They're Shiites. 1.00

02:40:56.000 So we'll hit on that in the final segment as well.

02:40:58.000 Right now, though, I always love having him out.

02:41:00.000 We've got 10 minutes with him.

02:41:01.000 Right now, once a month, he joins us.

02:41:04.000 Hey, I've got 14 employees.

02:41:05.000 How do I finance the websites, the bandwidth?

02:41:08.000 I spend $15,000 a month now on bandwidth, all of it.

02:41:10.000 How do I do all this?

02:41:13.000 I do it because of sponsors, but I don't go out and get magic machines or magic creams or things that will cure your cancer in such baloney.

02:41:20.000 I go and get you the highest quality organic soap for, since 1947, that's 61 years almost, by a family company that is 85% off supermarket prices.

02:41:33.000 And I sleep real good at night.

02:41:34.000 That's the type of sponsors I have, and that's the type of stuff I pitch and what I sell.

02:41:38.000 And you bet I want to scare you.

02:41:40.000 I'm scared of regular detergent soap.

02:41:43.000 Regular detergent and the things, the oil company chemicals, that are in an average bottle of shampoo.

02:41:48.000 That's why you go to my house, it's all organic.

02:41:50.000 That's why you see Calbin in my office in my home.

02:41:53.000 And I'd say 60% of what I got is Calbin.

02:41:57.000 My wife buys a lot of other stuff she likes at Whole Foods.

02:42:00.000 By the way, it usually costs 2-3 times what the junk at the supermarket costs.

02:42:04.000 You get high quality, pure, simple, organic soaps, dish soaps, hair soaps, everything.

02:42:10.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:42:11.000 I appreciate your endorsement.

02:42:12.000 sent off the supermarket.

02:42:13.000 Usually you pay more for organic.

02:42:14.000 He does that because of almost no advertising.

02:42:17.000 This is the first time he ever did it was this network, because Trudeau, one of the sales guys, was a fan of the soap, like a Republican environmentalist, whatever you want to call that.

02:42:25.000 He ran off and got him, and I'm glad he's here.

02:42:27.000 And Marty, thank you for your support of the network, what, for five years and this show for two?

02:42:32.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:42:34.000 I appreciate your endorsement.

02:42:36.000 You've turned our company around for a product that's 1,000 years old.

02:42:42.000 Soap was around when our country was founded.

02:42:45.000 Our founding fathers used soap, real soap, not detergents, to clean up this country and make it great.

02:42:54.000 Well, absolutely.

02:42:55.000 And you know, Marty, we appreciate your sponsorship because not only do we get to tell people about a super high quality organic line of soaps that's one of the oldest, and I never asked you this, are you one of the oldest or the oldest at 61 years?

02:43:07.000 At this stage of the game, I've seen so many companies fold.

02:43:11.000 We are getting to be virtually the oldest, as far as I know.

02:43:15.000 No one is selling soap anymore.

02:43:18.000 You know, that's a good angle.

02:43:19.000 You really ought to do research.

02:43:20.000 I'm sure you are.

02:43:21.000 And then, I mean, because you deserve it.

02:43:23.000 You're the oldest.

02:43:23.000 You're the best.

02:43:24.000 And you're 85% off.

02:43:26.000 I mean, this is great.

02:43:27.000 And let me tell you what I do with the advertising that he does with us.

02:43:30.000 I hire a web guy for a whole other website and news to warn people.

02:43:33.000 So, again, you don't just save 85% off.

02:43:36.000 You don't just stop giving money to the oil companies.

02:43:38.000 You don't just save money.

02:43:39.000 You also support what we're doing here.

02:43:41.000 Marty, tell them about the line.

02:43:42.000 Tell them about the soaps.

02:43:43.000 Tell them why they need it.

02:43:44.000 Well, we only make four basic soaps. 0.59

02:43:48.000 Bath soap, which is our pure bath soap.

02:43:51.000 Hair soap, which is our triple concentrated.

02:43:53.000 Cocoa butter shampoo, liquid dish soap that will wash the floors, the pots, the pans, the windows, virtually anything, and a laundry soap, a real soap powder that you use by the teaspoonful to do a full load of laundry.

02:44:09.000 Nothing like it in the country.

02:44:11.000 We're sort of all alone now because there's no one else around, but we really appreciate talking to you listeners and try to turn you around from all the products that have Brainwashed you and hypnotized you.

02:44:25.000 I just want to deprogram you to something that's twice as good.

02:44:30.000 Well, to be clear...

02:44:33.000 I mean, to be clear, the globalists are monopoly men, and there were thousands of soap companies, different varieties, local factories making it, local mom and pops, little side corner places, and they came in, in the 40s, 50s, 60s, bought up everything, stopped making soap, and started making everything out of petrochemicals, because the oil companies basically owned the big three.

02:44:56.000 Then they spend tens of billions a year in advertising, which they pass on to you, and they sell you toxic junk.

02:45:02.000 Example, the bar soap, they've got clean juice, smells great, it's wonderful.

02:45:05.000 I would always, every few months, forget and leave it between my legs or under my arms with zest.

02:45:09.000 It would start burning.

02:45:10.000 I'd be in the office bathroom with my shirt off, splashing water under my arms or between my legs.

02:45:16.000 We've all done it.

02:45:17.000 Hey, I leave soap on myself for Marty.

02:45:19.000 It just feels good because it's not toxic waste, is it, Marty?

02:45:23.000 Well, we originally made this soap for hospitals, for home care professionals.

02:45:28.000 We've done that for 55 years until Genesis Communication Network woke us up and said, hey, we've got thousands of families that would want to use real soap.

02:45:41.000 And that's when I got acquainted with you and your company, and you've turned our company around directly to the consumer to give them a good deal, keep them happy, keep them clean, keep their skins from itching and burning, keep their eyes from burning, keep their hair wonderful, their laundry fresh-looking, flexible, and clean, naturally clean, not from the chemicals, but from the real soap that doesn't strip the fabrics,

02:46:10.000 But dissolve the soil and dirt naturally.

02:46:13.000 Well, you can't beat it.

02:46:14.000 It's a 61-year-old American company.

02:46:16.000 Your dad started.

02:46:18.000 You, now your son.

02:46:19.000 His son involved.

02:46:19.000 Incredible Ford Generations.

02:46:22.000 You save 85% off.

02:46:24.000 You hurt the globalists.

02:46:26.000 And a paltry amount goes to support this radio show.

02:46:29.000 You cannot beat this.

02:46:30.000 Now, specifically, tell them what's in your soap versus the petrochemical stuff they call soap.

02:46:36.000 We use natural coconut oils and vegetable oils of the highest grade, blended in to make our products.

02:46:44.000 We do not use petrochemicals, or alkalis, or sodium chlorides, which people think is a magic cleaning ingredient that's on all the labels!

02:46:54.000 It contains sodium chloride!

02:46:56.000 Well, that's table salt!

02:46:58.000 As a filler, as a weight enhancer, it does nothing!

02:47:03.000 Nothing!

02:47:04.000 And it's cheap, it's a penny a pound! 0.95

02:47:06.000 And this is what the chemical companies use to convince you by virtual advertisement, by high-pressure commercials, by TV, by billboards, by newspapers, by magazines, to get this junk.

02:47:21.000 I mean, this is something that you could live without from now on in, and I'm here to help you to solve your cleaning problems, to make you feel better, look better, and be alert and fresh.

02:47:35.000 I can do it, and I will do it!

02:47:36.000 I promise you.

02:47:37.000 Well, people get habitualized.

02:47:39.000 You go to the grocery store, it's easy to buy the Cascade that costs $12 for a little box, and it's easy to grab the shampoo that makes your kid have asthma for $10.

02:47:48.000 Why don't you save 85% off, make the phone call, and you can get a month's supply, a year's supply, you can get a little sample tote bag to sample everything they've got, or get a free catalog.

02:47:58.000 Marty, give them the phone number.

02:48:00.000 800-340-7091 or 1-800-340-7091 or look us up on the web, 5starsoap.com.

02:48:16.000 That's 5 the number or 5 the letter.

02:48:18.000 Makes no difference.

02:48:20.000 5starsoap.com.

02:48:21.000 The whole story will be laid out to you of our four basic products that will do 200 jobs.

02:48:27.000 You eliminate the wall wipe and the sweater wash and the floor cleaners and the window cleaners and the pre-soaked and the sweater washes and all these chemicals and duplications and junk.

02:48:38.000 junk science is what they're selling well i mean it's real simple i remember growing up and anytime my mom would buy tide me and my dad would both break out in rashes and then she learned to try to you know find the chemical soap that wouldn't do it because it wasn't available then i mean when i was a kid uh hard to believe so 25 30 years ago now i've gotten that old i've But back then, all there was was the chemicals.

02:49:00.000 They were totally dominant.

02:49:01.000 And then we've learned a few times we've been out of your soap or hadn't gone to Whole Foods because we live far away from it.

02:49:07.000 My wife will get one of those things and suddenly my son breaks out.

02:49:10.000 You know, gets rash all over him.

02:49:12.000 If she washes the sheets with it, it does it.

02:49:14.000 I mean, this stuff is bad news.

02:49:17.000 Period.

02:49:18.000 Go read what's on there.

02:49:19.000 Figure it out for yourself.

02:49:21.000 Marty, give them that number again.

02:49:23.000 3-4-0-7-0-9-1 1-800-340-7091 1-800-340-7091 or 5starsoap.com Marty, it's always wonderful having you on with us.

02:49:28.000 This is a very old one.

02:49:28.000 Give us a limerick.

02:49:29.000 An accident really uncanny occurred to my elderly granny.

02:49:32.000 7091 or 5starsoap.com.

02:49:35.000 Marty, it's always wonderful having you on with us.

02:49:38.000 Give us a limerick.

02:49:39.000 This is a very old one.

02:49:42.000 An accident really uncanny occurred to my elderly granny.

02:49:48.000 She sat down in a chair while her false teeth lie there and bit herself right in the fanny. 1.00

02:49:56.000 Five stars. 0.87

02:49:59.000 5starsoap.com 1-800-340-7091.

02:50:01.000 At least get the sample tote bag.

02:50:05.000 I mean, we're not hyping this.

02:50:06.000 I remember Trudeau was like, you gotta try this, you gotta try this, when he was a sales manager.

02:50:09.000 I'm like, yeah, yeah, right, because back then I didn't even seek out advertising.

02:50:12.000 I wouldn't take it, because I had me and one other employee.

02:50:15.000 So, certainly a lot of employees, you learn to go out and do this.

02:50:17.000 It's good, though, because we get more info out, we do a better show.

02:50:20.000 And I finally tried it, and my wife wanted more. 0.99

02:50:23.000 And I only bring you the best products, ladies and gentlemen.

02:50:26.000 If you hear me endorsing something, I really believe in it.

02:50:30.000 Other stuff on the network?

02:50:31.000 I'm just not knocking it.

02:50:33.000 I don't certify it.

02:50:34.000 Not that what I say means anything, but word of the wise is sufficient.

02:50:37.000 1-800-340-7091.

02:50:40.000 Marty, thanks for coming on with us.

02:50:41.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:50:50.000 A new world order.

02:50:58.000 It's known as the Bilderberg Group.

02:51:01.000 Could their objective be world domination?

02:51:04.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

02:51:07.000 Now, as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.93

02:54:00.000 I've never been with anything less than a dime, so fine.

02:54:06.000 I've been on fire with Sally Field, gone fast with a girl named Bo. 0.88

02:54:11.000 But somehow they just don't end up as mine.

02:54:17.000 It's a death-defying life I lead.

02:54:20.000 I take my chances.

02:54:22.000 I die for a living in the movies and TV.

02:54:25.000 All right, final segment, ladies and gentlemen.

02:54:51.000 If you missed Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, or any of the other guests that we had on today, like Larry Pratt, the retransmission on the internet, and on a lot of aminathem stations, starts right when the show ends.

02:55:05.000 So when the show ends, we just come right back.

02:55:07.000 You just need to find that internet stream at InfoWars.com.

02:55:10.000 We even have a Windows stream there for you now.

02:55:13.000 We have a pretty good sound quality there, better than a lot of the streams you're going to find out there.

02:55:16.000 In fact, the best.

02:55:17.000 And a free podcast at InfoWars.com.

02:55:21.000 And please keep spreading the word about that podcast and letting us know how it sounds and how it's going out to you.

02:55:27.000 Okay, CCTV cameras in class spies on teachers say union.

02:55:33.000 London Telegraph, schools are becoming Orwellian societies where CCTV cameras in classrooms monitor people's behavior and staff performance.

02:55:39.000 Teachers will warn today.

02:55:42.000 And they went on to complain that every word they say, everything they do, they're allowed no leeway, they must follow the government curricula, which is to brainwash them, dumb them down, and teach them how to not be able to think.

02:55:52.000 We have official documents on that.

02:55:54.000 So it's just an interesting article on London Telegraph because It's the same thing happening here in the US, same thing all across the Western world.

02:56:01.000 The same system where the teachers are good, just like most cops are good.

02:56:05.000 It's just that they have to follow an exact pre-planned organized system.

02:56:12.000 The good news is they're talking about how it's controlled and how it's dumbing people down and they're starting to see the matrix so that's exciting. 0.52

02:56:23.000 Really big news because it shows the mass ignorance I've made a big deal about how the Iranians are Shiite. 1.00

02:56:30.000 That's the official government religion.

02:56:33.000 It's like Protestant versus Catholic or vice versa. 0.78

02:56:36.000 I mean, big split.

02:56:37.000 Groups fight with each other.

02:56:39.000 But I mean, to the death in the Middle East and in Asia. 0.97

02:56:43.000 Asia's pretty much Muslim now. 0.60

02:56:46.000 And Iran is Shiite. 0.93

02:56:48.000 The Sunnis come, of course, out of, and it's all over the world, but the main seat of it is Saudi Arabia.

02:56:57.000 Al Qaeda is Sunni.

02:56:59.000 Bin Laden is Sunni. 0.82

02:57:02.000 And Iran almost invaded Afghanistan a while back because a bunch of Sunnis killed a bunch of their diplomats. 1.00

02:57:09.000 uh... iran uh... we knew this four years ago but now bush last year announced that he's been using al-qaeda number three al-qaeda and his sunni wahhabi sects real al-qaeda to attack the iranians they've got special ops all over the country our special ops as they are our government lead the al-qaeda forces i'm not joking by the way are you listening neocons followers you think i make stuff up and john mccain was over there yesterday and he he said uh...

02:57:38.000 He said, we know, it's common knowledge that Iran is training Al-Qaeda, using them in Iraq, taking Al-Qaeda into Iran, training them and sending them back.

02:57:47.000 And then, people start arguing with him at this press conference, and he goes, no, they are Al-Qaeda.

02:57:53.000 And then, Lieberman comes and whispers in his ear, and he goes, okay, they're extremists.

02:57:59.000 My point is, our government is so criminal, they've got Al-Qaeda attacking Iran, and then they go with the talking point, and most Americans think, Iran is Al-Qaeda.

02:58:09.000 I don't know.

02:58:09.000 I should have spent more time on this today.

02:58:11.000 I will tomorrow.

02:58:12.000 And we've got other big guests coming up tomorrow.

02:58:14.000 We're going to try to take some time out to take your calls as well.

02:58:17.000 I appreciate all of you, all the stations, all the sponsors, the listeners and God above.

02:58:22.000 We'll be right back after this break, but to hear the show, you've got to go to InfoWars.com and click on that link.
