00:10:54.000 It did, but it snapped back, and you had those snapback rallies, which right there... Well, the snapback is the Plunge Protection Team in there, because since I got on this phone with Alex, they've tried 12 times to rally it.

00:11:14.000 Once that breaks, and like I said, when you see the mutual fund redemptions, And, you know, in the rumors of the quant funds, quant funds are both breaking up in the market, which caused all these selling anyway.

00:11:23.000 But once people see, you know, October 31st of next, you know, this month is when mutual funds have to report what they're going to do.

00:11:30.000 You know, that's the end of the year cycle.

00:11:32.000 Yeah, a lot of companies aren't going to make their dividends, are they?

00:11:35.000 Well, you know, a lot of companies, the lower the stock prices go, the higher the dividend yield goes.

00:11:42.000 And you've seen some companies saying, no, we're not going to do this.

00:11:46.000 You would have to raise some cash to see dividend yields being paid here pretty soon.

00:11:52.000 And that means liquidation.

00:11:54.000 And then you're going to have companies that are defaulting Enron-style, Bob?

00:12:00.000 And, you know, you're also going to have redemptions in not only mutual funds, but also in hedge funds.

00:12:17.000 And the experts I talk to, and best I can tell, that's just a fable.

00:12:25.000 But I looked at a portfolio today that belonged to an annuity from Pacific Life.

00:12:36.000 I mean, they had to invest in 6 to 8 percent of the total invested capital in that particular annuity, but all the rest of them are 1 or 2 percent.

00:12:46.000 So it was really spread out, and it lost about 12 percent this year, which is not all that bad.

00:12:51.000 So you've got to know what you're buying.

00:12:53.000 Some are good, some aren't.

00:13:10.000 And you can look at the other indexes, and I know there's some other groups and computer systems that kind of try to give you the real market, but Bob, I mean, compared to how bad the Dow is doing from 14,000 down to 8,200 right now, 8,300, what's the real market down, the whole market in totality in the last three or four years?

00:13:34.000 Well, I think the main divining here, and I think the caller will agree with me, is we We don't know how much money the government has poured into the market.

00:13:46.000 And if we knew that, we could get an assessment.

00:13:49.000 Because they're in every market, 24-7, doing what they want to it.

00:37:43.000 Very simply, what's happening is our people are becoming desensitized to these extremes that normally it would shake them up and they'd get their tailing.

00:38:02.000 But regardless of Wall Street and all that, people focus on that too much, and it's in deep trouble way down today.

00:38:25.000 Well, the fact is that, you know, we've been talking about, when you and I get together, one of the main things that we keep talking about is And we have guaranteed hyperinflation coming at us.
