00:01:50.000 In new statements, they haven't ruled yet, but they made statements during the deliberations that, oh yeah, Chicago and New York and DC can't completely not let you have guns, but we do Basically, you have a right to turn your guns in. 0.88

00:02:14.000 Larry, I've seen some of the gun-grabbing groups are saying they're actually happy about where the court's going.

00:02:20.000 I think one is that they're hoping that the standard that the court will use in determining that the Chicago handgun ban is unconstitutional.

00:02:33.000 But the standard that they are very possibly going to use would mean that you could start heading off into the wild blue yonder and making housing a right or health a right.

00:02:46.000 And of course, that would be the end of freedom in this country, as we know it.

00:02:50.000 And this is something that has been developing over time.

00:02:54.000 This wouldn't be new with this case.

00:02:57.000 The judges have been taking power into their hands for a long time.

00:08:19.000 If you just joined us, the Supreme Court, a year and a half ago, ruled that the Second Amendment is an individual right, as if we needed them to tell us this, but they had language in there about, but there can be reasonable restraints on it.

00:08:34.000 And now they're saying, well, people have this right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and claiming this federal power over the states, whereas where I look at it, it should be the state's decision through their state constitutions, but when that does violate the Bill of Rights, then the federal government and the Supreme Court does kick in, and Larry Pratt's an expert on this, so navigate this for us, Larry Pratt, and explain why are the gun-grabbing groups saying that they're somewhat happy

00:09:03.000 about some of the arguments earlier in the week by the Supreme Court pointing towards the fact that they're going to say, yes, you have a right to a Second Amendment, and that means turning your guns in, basically.

00:09:13.000 Well, there's nothing in this suit coming out of Chicago that is going to jeopardize the licensing schemes of any of these local jurisdictions.

00:09:24.000 And so, yes, the gun ban will be gone, but then the next challenge is going to be, oh, so you want a gun?

00:09:31.000 Whatever made you think that would be easy?

00:09:34.000 And, you know, there was a reporter after the D.C.

00:09:38.000 gun ban fell, went through the process, took him six or seven months, $750 in fees and lessons that he had to take and all this kind of nonsense.

00:09:50.000 And finally got his gun.

00:09:53.000 But it was something that, as a matter of his job, he was able to do.

00:09:57.000 But most of us who have a 9 to 5, and the bureaucrats probably work 9.30 to 4.30, rots of ruck getting over there and getting the papers. 0.94

00:10:07.000 You know, you have to take vacation time on top of everything else to try to go through this gauntlet.

00:10:14.000 And that's the way they like it.

00:10:16.000 And they make the fees high enough that it becomes prohibitive, as they do in New York.

00:10:21.000 It makes it so complicated, you may need an attorney to navigate through the system.

00:10:27.000 So the language is, again, okay, you do have a right, but we have a right to make it almost impossible to get one.

00:10:33.000 So far, that's about all that we've accomplished.

00:10:37.000 And, you know, it's progress.

00:10:39.000 No more gun bans in D.C.

00:10:41.000 No more, probably, in Chicago.

00:10:44.000 A lot's going to hang on what Mr. Heller is doing.

00:10:48.000 If he has a favorable outcome, then he's going to be junking the licensing scheme in the district.

00:10:56.000 He's got another attorney, because the one that went up on his case the first time actually agreed with Justice Stevens that there is such a thing as reasonable infringement, which would include licensing.

00:11:13.000 And well, that was the ballgame.

00:11:15.000 And even Scalia said, you know, we're not going to rule on the District of Columbia's licensing law because that was taken off the table by counsel.

00:11:24.000 So that that was a very expensive decision that that attorney made.

00:11:31.000 And actually, from what he said later, that's what he believes.

00:11:35.000 He doesn't have a problem And going back from memory, correct me if I'm wrong, the NRA came in and stuck their snout in the middle of the suit and was allowed to file briefs, and they were arguing in their filing that, yeah, you're allowed to make us get licenses and make it hard to get, we're just saying that if you can jump through a hundred flaming hoops and climb Mount Everest and

00:12:01.000 If pigs can fly, then maybe sometime on a blue moon you can look at a gun.

00:12:07.000 They basically agreed that yes, you can restrict, but there is sometimes a right.

00:12:13.000 The NRA for a long time has taken a position that these kinds of, to use Stevens' term, reasonable infringements are acceptable.

00:12:24.000 They were the ones who wrote the instant background check law.

00:12:29.000 That was not something that the Brady's came up with.

00:12:32.000 The NRA spearheaded the 1968 Gun Control Act.

00:12:36.000 It was when the Brady Law was before Congress.

00:12:39.000 It was originally a waiting period.

00:12:41.000 And had it remained just that, Sheriff Mack's lawsuit would have overturned that and we would have had Zippo in this area.

00:12:49.000 But instead they moved to an instant registration, again.

00:12:53.000 Exactly.

00:12:53.000 And that supplanted the waiting period after, I don't remember, four or five years.

00:12:59.000 And that's what we're stuck with now.

00:13:02.000 So they think inside a very small box and they're afraid to push back against the system because, well, they don't want to make the system mad at them.

00:13:14.000 And that's an attitude that's a prescription for failure every time.

00:13:19.000 It's almost identical to the way most congressmen think.

00:13:23.000 Just want to sit there and kind of be nice and can't we all get along.

00:13:28.000 And it's kind of fun spending all this money anyway. - Exactly.

00:13:32.000 So that's the business-as-usual attitude that we're up against.

00:14:42.000 It's a gateway for people into firearms who would be scared to even pick up a BB gun or then a real firearm.

01:03:12.000 Well, I have trouble naming names because I don't know all the names, but the one thing I can verify is that the people who should have responsibility for our national security and intelligence gathering, the U.S.

01:03:31.000 And it fits together, you know, the secrecy of the CIA as well as the secrecy of the Fed.

01:03:41.000 People have referred to the CIA as a secret army for the president, but sometimes I wonder whether the president even has total control of the CIA as well, as many stories have been written about that.

01:03:58.000 We do know, there's been evidence brought forth that the CIA actually can own banks.

01:04:05.000 And there's been fairly strong evidence that the CIA's been involved in drug dealing.

01:04:11.000 There are times when I think the war in Afghanistan, we say it has to do with pipes and oil, gas pipeline and oil.

01:04:18.000 and other commercial things.

01:04:20.000 But the other commercial thing may be the drug trade.

01:04:24.000 Maybe the CIA is in competition with the drug dealers over there because there's a lot of self-financing in these organizations.

01:04:32.000 But I don't take the position that I know all those answers, and I don't know everything that the Fed does.

01:04:40.000 But my approach is that we, people, the people deserve, and the Congress has a responsibility to find out what they're doing And if they're not doing it, fine and dandy.

01:04:52.000 But if they are doing it, it will give us more ammunition for the reason why we need a different monetary system, and we need to have a different system of collecting intelligence, because they can tell us anything.

01:05:06.000 Up there, they say, the CIA, oh, they have weapons of mass destruction.

01:05:42.000 We know we've seen a 12-fold in the last eight-year increase in opium out of Afghanistan.

01:05:48.000 We know that two years ago, a CIA aircraft that had been used for torture flights crashed in Mexico with pure cocaine, three and a half tons, meaning coming directly from the source, uncut.

01:05:58.000 I mean, this just comes out in Mena, Arkansas, over and over again.

01:06:04.000 And so when you talk about a coup over America, How do we ever ferret this out and remove it?

01:06:11.000 I mean, do we start, as you've been calling for, an audit of the private Federal Reserve?

01:06:16.000 Yeah, it won't happen until the people become really outraged.

01:06:19.000 They are growing in their outrage, but it has to translate into different ideas and different respect for the Constitution, different people up here, and we're in the midst of this transition.

01:06:48.000 That's why we have to do our best to get as many people to agree with us as possible so that in the rebuilding that we have some ideas about what the monetary system should be like and what our foreign policy ought to be like, which means that if we had a proper foreign policy, the incentive to have this a CIA excuse making excuses for knowing everything about us and everything that's going on in the world that would all change it they would I don't believe that we shouldn't have some intelligence gathering

01:34:26.000 When the FCC takes over with their national broadband plan right here in section 6, subsection 2, we'll all need mandatory licensing beginning in the next three years to be on the internet.

01:43:13.000 Google all the major systems, Time Warner, Spy, record everything, sell it to the government.

01:43:52.000 Now about 10 years ago, separate companies from Arbitron that tracks radio, similar to Nielsen, a AM or FM receiver in a car or in your home or on a boat or wherever it is, It doesn't just receive, it transmits at a much lower level.

01:44:15.000 And so they started putting in billboards all over the country that would, as cars drove by, be able to scan what frequency they were listening to.

01:44:24.000 And if you've noticed with digital frequencies now in your car, it'll tell you what station you're listening to, even what song's on.

01:44:31.000 Because out over the carrier of the AM or FM, They're also sending out a data information stream that tells your AM FM radio in your car, even the cheapest ones, exactly what you're doing.

01:44:47.000 They're also moving towards people meters like a Nielsen box in the cars and that's being phased in.

01:44:55.000 But this is just where they admit they're doing this and where you opt in.

01:44:59.000 Google four years ago said they're using cameras and microphones.

01:45:03.000 On over 150 million computers in the U.S.

01:45:05.000 to listen to everything you're doing in your house.

02:36:16.000 But the one thing I can verify is that the people who should have responsibility for our national security intelligence gathering, the U.S. Constitution, Congress, they have no idea what's going on.

02:36:34.000 You know, the secrecy of the CIA as well as the secrecy of the Fed.

02:36:39.000 They control the money and they control secret government.

02:36:53.000 So it's something that I think the American people have to realize.

02:36:59.000 We do know, there's been evidence brought forth that the CIA actually can own banks.

02:37:05.000 And there's been fairly strong evidence that the CIA's been involved in drug dealing.

02:37:11.000 There are times when I think the war in Afghanistan, we say it has to do with pipes and oil, gas pipeline and oil.

02:37:18.000 and other commercial things.

02:37:20.000 But the other commercial thing may be the drug trade.

02:37:24.000 Maybe the CIA is in competition with the drug dealers over there because there's a lot of self-financing in these organizations.

02:37:33.000 But I don't take the position that I know all those answers, and I don't know everything that the Fed does.

02:37:40.000 But my approach is that we, people, the people deserve, and Congress has a responsibility to find out what they're doing And if they're not doing it, fine and dandy.

02:37:52.000 But if they are doing it, it will give us more ammunition for the reason why we need a different monetary system and we need to have a different system of collecting intelligence because they can tell us anything.

02:38:07.000 Up there, they say the CIA, oh, they have weapons of mass destruction.

02:38:43.000 We know we've seen a 12-fold in the last eight-year increase in opium out of Afghanistan.

02:38:48.000 We know that two years ago, a CIA aircraft that had been used for torture flights crashed in Mexico with pure cocaine, three and a half tons, meaning coming directly from the source, uncut.

02:39:00.000 I mean, this just comes out in Mena, Arkansas, over and over again.

02:39:04.000 And so when you talk about a coup over America, How do we ever ferret this out and remove it?

02:39:12.000 I mean, do we start, as you've been calling for, an audit of the private Federal Reserve?

02:39:16.000 Yeah, it won't happen until the people become really outraged.

02:39:19.000 They are growing in their outrage, but it has to translate into different ideas and different respect for the Constitution, different people up here, and we're in the midst of this transition.

02:39:30.000 And as the crisis worsens, you know, the real challenge is, will we end up with a dictatorship, or are we going to have people who are demanding, you know, a republic and open government?

02:39:41.000 And that might take another 10, 15 years to determine.

02:39:45.000 But in the midst of a crisis, it's the worst time to present our views.

02:39:48.000 And that's why we have to do our best to get as many people to agree with us as possible, so that in the rebuilding, we have some ideas about what the monetary system should be like and what our foreign policy ought to be like, which means that if we had a proper foreign policy, the incentive to have this CIA which means that if we had a proper foreign policy, the incentive to have this CIA making excuses for knowing everything about us and everything That would all change.

02:40:13.000 I don't believe that we shouldn't have some intelligence gathering, but I don't like these clandestine operations and killings and things that we've known to have happen.

02:40:25.000 Well, dovetailing with that, you grilled Bernanke a few days ago, and then the chairman, for those who haven't seen the video, it's up on PrisonPlanet.com, Frank, agreed with you and said, we need an investigation of the admitted, and I went and pulled the articles up.

02:40:41.000 because Bernanke was acting like it was preposterous, but it's on record that BCCI and the Federal Reserve, it's on record in 2004 and 2005, tens of billions of dollars from the Federal Reserve shipped on pallets into Iraq.

02:40:55.000 It's on record, Associated Press, that tens of billions of drug money has been found in the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

02:41:02.000 That was in 2000, that was in the AP.

02:41:05.000 And then Bernanke just laughs at you and says it doesn't exist.

02:41:07.000 It's like POTOC from the Southern Poverty Law Center laughing and saying these Tea Party kooks believe in a world government when you've got every global leader calling for global government, the IMF calling for a new world order, Herman Van Rompuy, Ban Ki-moon calling for it.

02:48:30.000 And they tell them, in the internal agreements that have come out, don't pay this back, and then you're going to give us your water, your roads, your infrastructures, your government.

02:48:51.000 Now this new banking system that they're setting up, this Bank of the World, this new constitution of and by the banks, they will break their bonds with even Western governments, who they're now imploding like third world nations, and issue their own global-backed currencies.
