00:08:45.000 And the reason this is important for the rest of the country is the fact of our investigation about Art Acevedo is borne out in this article.
00:08:57.000 Very slick, Politician, very nice, very charming, very intelligent.
00:09:05.000 Comes on the show whenever we request him to come down.
00:09:09.000 But absolutely unconstitutional activities.
00:09:14.000 He spearheaded, two years ago, warrantless blood draws.
00:09:19.000 First they have these rubber stamp fake warrants, like national security letters, similar to what Homeland Security uses for roving wiretaps, just rubber stamps.
00:09:28.000 And then they went to the Texas Legislature and had them pass a law that they can take blood without a warrant.
00:09:35.000 I was talking to a former Austin judge, well, one of my lawyers, and he was just saying the judges are all just shaking their heads.
00:09:44.000 And it goes on from there.
00:09:45.000 Shutting down a gun show at the orders of the ATF without a law.
00:09:51.000 So I researched Art Acevedo, and when he was With the chips, the California Highway Patrol, he blew the whistle on supposed corruption in the chips with the feds.
00:10:06.000 Now, sometimes that's a good thing, but then he got fast-tracked by this federal think tank that vets police chiefs and then tells cities, we'll give you more federal funds if you put this guy in.
00:10:22.000 And he literally is basically a federal officer.
00:10:28.000 And here it is today, I have several articles on it.

00:10:33.000 Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo is running for Dallas Police Chief.
00:10:38.000 Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo recently applied to lead Dallas' police team as chief along with six other finalists from around the nation.
00:10:48.000 And of course, who chose the finalist?
00:10:51.000 Not the people of Dallas, not even the city council.
00:10:55.000 Recruited by the Police Executive Research Forum in Washington, D.C., Acevedo said the move did not come as a response to dissatisfaction with his role in Austin, but sees the position as a new opportunity.
00:11:08.000 I'm extremely happy and deeply love the city and the department, Acevedo said in a phone interview.
00:11:13.000 Believe me, I'm extremely torn.
00:11:15.000 It's been an emotional 24 hours.
00:11:19.000 So, you know, the issue is this guy's gonna end up high-level Justice Department.
00:11:23.000 That's how it works.
00:11:25.000 And he will probably end up being chosen as Dallas Police Chief because he's so slick, so smooth, and he can make the public love warrantless blood draws.
00:11:38.000 He can really sell the public on the police state.
00:11:42.000 And he gets the police to dress nicer and be more polite.
00:11:47.000 As they violate your rights.
00:11:50.000 And I liked him the first six months he was in because he actually punished some bad cops here in Austin that were shooting innocent people in the back and things.
00:11:57.000 I was saying, wow, I like this guy, but boy, it's just, it's bad news.
00:12:02.000 Why can't Austin, why can't Dallas, why can't Washington, D.C., why can't L.A., why can't Santa Fe, New Mexico, or Detroit, Michigan, have a police chief from the city?
00:12:13.000 That's how it always was until 50 years ago.
00:12:16.000 Now, almost every chief in the country, and I've had police officers on like Colonel Craig Roberts, also Army veteran, to talk about his experiences in Oklahoma, in Tulsa, and other places.
00:12:28.000 And they just bring in these feds, and so you can have cops in national surveys, 98% in the last big law enforcement survey believe that there should be less gun laws, and believe the Second Amendment is good.
00:12:41.000 98% of cops are right on that issue.
00:12:45.000 But they've got this type of leadership like Art Acevedo And I haven't even tried to get him in lately because I mean what's the point of having some slick politician come in here and Basically bend me over no and so Matt,
00:13:08.000 one of our IT guys, said we ought to have another protest down at the police station where we rent U-Hauls and go down there and invite him that will pay his way up to Dallas.
00:13:18.000 But, you know, Dallas is my hometown and he'll fit in nicely there.
00:13:23.000 For six years, it's been in the newspapers up there that the police have knock-and-talks.
00:13:29.000 And they, for some reason, mainly do it in wealthy neighborhoods.
00:13:31.000 They found people are more polite and didn't let them in.
00:13:34.000 And they just come and knock and say, may we come in and inspect your guns?
00:13:38.000 Now, this has been going on for a decade around the country, six years in Dallas, and then it turns into things like Boston and D.C. and Chicago, where they actually come and force their way in without warrants.
00:13:49.000 That was actually in the news last year.
00:13:51.000 Just unspeakable, unconstitutional activity.
00:13:55.000 So, Arte Civeta will fit in nicely up in Dallas, shutting down their gun shows illegally, under federal orders, and taking blood on the side of the highway.
00:14:06.000 You know, look for Art Acevedo in Homeland Security soon.
00:14:10.000 If he gets into Dallas, or it's only a matter of time, to another big, top-ten city, what, Dallas is number five in the country?
00:14:18.000 He'll move on from that next springboard to the Justice Department, the ATF, something like that.
00:14:24.000 And so, he will definitely end up being a powerful general in the New World Order's army.
00:14:29.000 But remember, Acevedo, remember, decades from now, Remember how you sold out.

00:14:39.000 But he became a little federal darling.

00:14:45.000 Seven years ago in California.

And the feds choose, through this quasi-government think tank, With all these government officials sitting on it, they decide who absolutely will trample the Bill of Rights and Constitution, who licks the boots of federal agents stomping on the Constitution.
