00:08:58.000 A better tape was given to Gary Franchi by the folks that did the interview with the Southern Poverty Law Center Research Director.
00:09:11.000 And she says that I'm insane and that I influenced Poplosky to kill the three cops in Pittsburgh.
00:09:16.000 Now remember, we made five newspapers retract it.
00:09:21.000 Five newspapers.
00:09:25.000 We simply posted the comments by Poplosky on white supremacist websites about how horrible and evil I am because I don't call for violence and because my show isn't Revolving around race.
00:09:42.000 And then we found his comments on my website, InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com, attacking me.
00:09:49.000 And the Southern Poverty Law Center knew that day one.
00:09:52.000 Why do they know?
00:09:53.000 Within two hours of the cops being dead on the front lawn of his mommy's house, they had already told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the police and the Southern Poverty Law Center, using a writer who writes for them, Who's on that beat of demonizing people.

00:10:15.000 And then we found out he hated me.
00:10:17.000 Always hated me.
00:10:18.000 Always attacked me.
00:10:19.000 Had visited thousands of websites.

00:10:56.000 A year and a half ago, out of a doorway comes a man with a handicapped girl in a wheelchair ramming it into Jeremy Tallis.
00:11:06.000 At a We Are Change event, protesting Laura Bush outside of her book signing, calling for funding for police and firemen and emergency workers, which they're finally starting to get.
00:11:19.000 I mean, they weren't even there about 9-11 Truth.
00:11:20.000 They were there for the firefighters and police.
00:11:25.000 And here he comes.
00:11:26.000 I talked to all the witnesses.
00:11:27.000 They said, yeah, they won't give us the cameras from the bookstore.
00:11:31.000 And I talked to all these We Are Change witnesses and said, no, they just came out of the doorway sort of ramming the wheelchair into him, screaming, don't attack my daughter, don't hit my daughter.
00:11:41.000 And then they arrested him, charged him with a bunch of serious crimes.
00:11:44.000 He was facing more than five years in jail.
00:11:47.000 And they told him to plea bargain and he wouldn't do it.
00:11:50.000 And once they got the Secret Service on stand, they wouldn't lie like the NYPD.
00:11:56.000 The NYPD got him lied on the stand.
00:11:58.000 And the Secret Service, they're not, like, it's a little more professional.
00:12:01.000 They're not going to Ruined their career.
00:12:03.000 They're not going to lie about somebody.
00:12:04.000 They said, no, he didn't attack them.

00:15:40.000 And then it comes out in the Associated Press and the big Tennessee papers that the guns he got came from a police lockup of confiscated firearms and from a year before the shooting at the federal courthouse in Nevada came from the same lockup.

00:16:00.000 Then it turns out this guy was in government negotiations with DARPA and Homeland Security three years ago for patent submissions and was wanting to meet with the Pentagon.
