00:02:21.000 District Judge Kathleen Forrest last week blocking the NDAA.

00:02:27.000 Lawyer offered no explanation or rationale for the temporary stay.

00:02:36.000 The Obama administration characterized the ruling by Forrest as unconstitutional.

00:55:19.000 So that type, I mean, to have chairman of the Joint Chiefs saying that shows that the military establishment, who love wars, I mean, that's what they do.

01:38:23.000 Tell us about the huge success of the film and where you're going.

01:38:26.000 The film has become absolutely huge.

01:38:28.000 It started in the summer as a small film showing initially in a single theater in Houston, Texas.

01:38:35.000 Then it went to four theaters, expanded out to about 100.

01:38:38.000 But it did so well in those 100 theaters that it jumped to 1,000 theaters.

01:38:42.000 It's now in 2,000 theaters.

01:38:44.000 So it's pretty much any American who wants to see the film can find it.

01:38:54.000 The film has now become, it just surpassed two of Michael Moore's films, Sickle and Bowling for Columbine, and also Al Gore's film called An Inconvenient Truth.

01:39:26.000 You know, many people think that Obama is a wealth redistributor in America, and he is.

01:39:32.000 So when they talk about the 1% and 99%, they think that Obama means in the United States.

01:39:38.000 But Obama's a global guy.

01:39:39.000 I mean, remember, here's a guy who grew up in part in Indonesia, made multiple trips to Pakistan, to Kenya.

01:39:45.000 And so Obama looks at all this from the world point of view.

01:39:49.000 And I think when he thinks of the 1% and 99%, he puts all of America in the 1%. 0.53

01:39:55.000 And there are 99 hungry nations encircling America, all of whom want America's standard of living, America's wealth, America's power, and so on.

01:40:04.000 So Obama is not just recycling money in the United States, he's also transferring large amounts of wealth from America to the rest of the world.

01:40:14.000 Dinesh, I want to get into the fact that you're in the news today talking about trying to get your film on television.

01:40:22.000 I see Deadline Hollywood reports exclusive 2016 Obama's America filmmaker reacts to President's slam and he's looking for a network to air before election says mainstream media refusing coverage.

01:40:35.000 Elaborate on that, Dinesh.

01:40:37.000 Well, it's been kind of odd that, you know, remember when Michael Moore made his films, this guy was everywhere.

01:40:41.000 He was covered by the networks, he was on all the Sunday shows, he was covered widely in the newspapers and so on.

01:40:48.000 Our film, well, for a long time was being ignored by the White House.

01:40:52.000 Lots of mainstream outlets just weren't covering it.

01:40:54.000 They were just pretending like it didn't exist.

01:40:56.000 We're in a political season.

01:40:57.000 This is the most successful political documentary of the year by far, and yet it was getting no coverage at all.

01:41:04.000 So this is peculiar.

01:41:05.000 And I think part of it was there was a sense that this documentary has harmful new information that might cause people to change their mind about Obama.

01:41:13.000 So let's not cover it, and let's pretend it doesn't exist.

01:41:16.000 Now the White House has figured out that they're like, this has gotten too big.

01:41:19.000 We can't ignore it.

01:41:21.000 It's everywhere.

01:41:21.000 So they've come out blasting it.

01:41:23.000 But, you know, what a clumsy, inept blast it is.

01:41:26.000 Because they're alleging all these errors in the film that are actually, not only are they not errors, but they're easily provable.

01:41:33.000 And so I'm very happy to get into this one-on-one debate with Barack Obama.

01:41:36.000 It's a debate that I'm not worried that I'm going to lose.

01:41:40.000 Now, continuing here with the success of the film, do you think it is having a major bearing on the election, or could it be something that actually causes people to wake up to what Obama's doing and swing the election over to Romney?

01:41:57.000 Well, the film isn't political in that way.

01:42:00.000 I mean, it's not a film that's sort of a, just don't work for Obama.

01:42:03.000 In fact, the bigger issue here is the American dream.

01:42:07.000 And in the film, we contrast two dreams.

01:42:09.000 The American dream and Obama's dream.

01:42:11.000 You know, I'm an immigrant, I grew up in India, and so my dream is the American dream.

01:42:17.000 I believe in a society of merit, a society in which free markets generate wealth, America is a force for good and for freedom in the world.

01:42:25.000 That's my American dream.

01:42:27.000 Obama has a different dream, and it's a dream from his father.

01:42:30.000 That's the title of his autobiography.

01:42:33.000 And so, in the film, we go and find out who was his father.

01:42:35.000 What was his father's dream?

01:42:36.000 And it turns out to be a third-world dream.

01:42:39.000 In some ways, an anti-American dream.

01:42:41.000 Certainly, it's a dream of reducing America's influence in the world, treating America, if you will, as a rogue nation.

01:42:48.000 So, in some ways, yeah, it is true that Obama holds these ideas.

01:42:53.000 But they're righter than Obama.

01:42:54.000 They're, in fact, believed by many people in Riyadh and Jakarta and Rio de Janeiro.

01:42:59.000 It's just that we've never had a president of the United States who holds these views.

01:49:10.000 I think he doesn't like a world in which one country, America, is the sole superpower.

01:49:14.000 He'd like to see Russia come up, China come up, India come up, Brazil come up.

01:49:18.000 He wants to see a multipolar world in which there are many countries sharing power.

01:49:23.000 And by the way, many countries that have a roughly equal number of nuclear weapons.

01:49:27.000 That's why he's spending less time trying to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear bomb, and more time trying to slash the American nuclear arsenal.

01:53:43.000 Let's say he adds another $5 trillion, a very cautious and reasonable estimate, then America will be $20 trillion in debt, and $10 trillion of that will have been added by one man, Obama.

01:53:53.000 And then I say, wait a minute, why would one guy want to do that?

01:53:57.000 Why would someone want to saddle his country with almost unrepayable debt?

01:54:03.000 I say, well, maybe he sees debt as a way to settle America's colonial debt.

01:54:10.000 I can't get a foreign aid program passed that would transfer trillions of dollars in wealth, but I can achieve the same effect because if our children and grandchildren have to pay back all this debt, and some of that debt is owed to Kuwaitis and to Saudis and to Chinese, well, that's another way to transfer larger trillions of dollars outside the United States to all these other countries.

01:54:34.000 I mean, you look at the list of people that are not just supporting Obama, they supported all of his policies.

01:54:51.000 There are the free market capitalists, there are the monopoly capitalists who want tyranny, who don't want freedom, who don't want us to have choice, who are working through big government types like Obama to convert us to an authoritarian system.

01:55:12.000 And even as I mentioned debt, you're well aware, I'm well aware, that Reagan added $200 billion a year in debt.

01:55:22.000 Bush's largest deficit was half a trillion.

01:55:24.000 But again, keep things in perspective.

01:55:26.000 Obama's smallest deficit is more than double that.

01:55:29.000 It's a trillion dollars.

01:55:32.000 And so, I think what Obama's done is just lift things to a sort of complete and unacceptable new level.

01:55:40.000 It just makes me so upset to see this country and the TSA sticking their hands down our pants, looking for Bin Laden, while NATO and our own government is putting al-Qaeda in as the main shock force in Libya and Syria.

01:55:59.000 The torture, the secret arrest, the wars, all of it.

01:56:03.000 And I cover all that in the Obama deception I made three and a half years ago. 0.50

01:57:17.000 The problem is, I don't think Mitt Romney will actually follow his rhetoric of a free-market, American-type system.
