01:11:07.000 We've had rain and we've had a lot of snow on the eastern part.

01:11:11.000 What we see happening is troop movements from South Korean troops moving in tanks.

01:11:17.000 and young 18 to 19-year-old boys in the Republic of Korean Army, which basically they have to serve about 18 to 24 months mandatory service.

01:11:26.000 Many of them are highly inexperienced, as many of our soldiers were in the Korean War.

01:11:31.000 Some of them talk to me.

01:11:33.000 Their officers try to get them away from me.

01:11:37.000 I talk to them.

01:11:38.000 I ask them if they were afraid.

01:11:41.000 But are they really scared of a major war?

01:11:44.000 They said they're not sure because there's so much war talk going on, war mongering, that they feel that in the past this has not come to life.

01:11:52.000 In turn, I was able to get access to some of the most unusual of our own military, which is Special Forces.

01:15:10.000 And quite frankly, we in the national security area, previously and even presently, know that all of the equipment in North Korea is really antiquated.

01:22:49.000 Our missiles were always rated at 90% as single strike kill probability, but they never really got out of the silo.
