Alex Jones Show - 20131223_Mon_Alex

00:00:01.000 Coast to Coast, direct from Austin.

00:00:04.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

00:00:07.000 Big Brother.

00:00:14.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:16.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:18.000 You want answers?

00:00:20.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:25.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:30.000 Well, this is it, ladies and gentlemen, the 100th anniversary of the private run-for-profit Federal the 100th anniversary of the private run-for-profit Federal Reserve perching on top our once great republic.

00:00:52.000 Thank you so much for joining us on this Monday, 23rd day of December 2013.

00:00:57.000 Bruce Fein, constitutional law scholar, advisor to Congress, and Ron Paul will be joining us to talk about the fact that we have a dictatorship of the bureaucracy in this country and about his ideas and if he supports or not a constitutional convention.

00:01:19.000 To try to reboot the Republic.

00:01:20.000 You know, I've been critical of that.

00:01:22.000 I know Fein's been critical of that in the past, but I'm going to get a stake on that now.

00:01:25.000 G. Edward Griffin will be joining us, of course, author of Preacher from Jekyll Island, to talk about 100 years under the Federal Reserve and where we go in the future.

00:01:37.000 That's in the guest list today.

00:01:39.000 We are live, by the way, ladies and gentlemen.

00:01:42.000 And like little elves in the Infowar, and I'm a jolly old elf myself, we are here broadcasting worldwide the message of freedom and individual responsibility.

00:01:56.000 And we are going to open the phones up today as well.

00:02:00.000 This is not just the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve.

00:02:04.000 But it is the date which you must sign up or be fined between, what is it, $3,000 to $5,000 individually, even more for a family if you do not sign up for the Affordable Care Act.

00:02:16.000 Like the Patriot Act and the New Freedom Initiative and so many other government programs is the opposite of what its name would imply in an Orwellian fashion.

00:02:28.000 So, I'd like to hear from you out there.

00:02:30.000 Are you ready to start getting your fines?

00:02:34.000 And of course, even if they postpone the mandate for a year, again, to just kind of let this train wreck set there and claim it's all a crisis, not of their doing, they will use the crisis to gain even more power, and it allows the insurance companies to now get rid of markets and basically charge you whatever they want.

00:02:54.000 And that's why the insurance companies wrote this.

00:02:58.000 And so we're going to be discussing that today as well.

00:03:01.000 I want to get everyone's take on the government being your doctor, along with some HMOs and foreign banks that own these insurance companies, foreign and offshore banks.

00:03:11.000 It is the worst type situation that I personally could imagine.

00:03:16.000 The President, here's the headline on Infowars.com, on day President signs up for Obamacare, record numbers reject health care law.

00:03:29.000 Crass PR stunt simply not working on Americans.

00:03:32.000 Yes, some numbers show 90% against the health care law, but if they spin the questions, you know, you can get only 65, 70, 80% that are against it.

00:03:45.000 But even people like Robert Gibbs are on the news saying, you know, repeal it, get rid of it, postpone it, fire whoever did it, fire whoever built the website.

00:03:53.000 They're all making it about the website.

00:03:57.000 This is the greatest transfer of wealth to private interest through government the world's ever seen.

00:04:03.000 The Supreme Court ruled it is a tax, as we told you.

00:04:06.000 But it's not even a tax of the government.

00:04:09.000 Sure, they increase some payroll taxes and some fines and some fees and some property taxes federally.

00:04:15.000 So there is some federal transfer.

00:04:16.000 But the big enchilada in the midst of all this is the fact that it makes you go out and buy it.

00:04:27.000 From these big insurance companies.

00:04:29.000 Gee, if you've got to buy something and they can sell it for whatever price they want, what's going to happen?

00:04:37.000 It's going to make the price go up.

00:04:39.000 And they got their nose under the tent flap the last five decades with car insurance and house insurance and renter's insurance.

00:04:45.000 And then they just jack it up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and come in and regulate and shut down their competition.

00:04:52.000 We've got big NSA news, big First Amendment, Duck Dynasty news, and so much more.

00:04:57.000 And I'll give the phone number out when we come back on the other side of this break for your take on Obamacare.

00:05:06.000 It's only gonna get worse.

00:05:09.000 The facts are in.

00:05:10.000 The studies are legion.

00:05:11.000 Sodium fluoride and other toxic members of the fluoride family are devastating the health and cognitive ability of the American people.

00:05:19.000 So why are the social engineers adding it to the water? 0.98

00:05:22.000 Simple. 0.57

00:05:23.000 Dumb down the host population that the parasitic technocracy is feeding on. 0.80

00:05:28.000 We may not have been able to get fluoride out of the water supply yet, but we can help to get it out of our bodies.

00:05:33.000 I am extremely excited to announce the exclusive InfoWars Life Fluoride Shield formulation.

00:07:09.000 In the last 50 years, iodine has been phased out of our staple foods and replaced with the halogen bromine.

00:07:15.000 A practice now banned in nations around the world.

00:07:19.000 Guess what else is in the halogen family?

00:07:21.000 Fluoride.

00:07:22.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Jones here.

00:07:25.000 In 1924, the federal government did the right thing and encouraged salt producers to add iodine.

00:07:31.000 It's the good halogen on the periodic table, and the results are on record.

00:07:36.000 Reports documented a 15-point IQ increase in areas that had previously been deficient in iodine.

00:07:42.000 Bottom line, iodine is important.

00:07:44.000 Unbound, clean, in a glycerin base.

00:07:47.000 Nascent iodine was the answer for myself and my family.

00:07:51.000 You will find Survival Shield Nascent Iodine exclusively at InfoWarsLife.com.

00:07:56.000 InfoWars Life Survival Shield Nascent Iodine isn't just for emergencies.

00:08:01.000 I take it every day.

00:08:02.000 That's InfoWarsLife.com or call toll-free 888-253-3139. Music.

00:08:25.000 From the front lines of the information war, it's Alex Jones.

00:08:35.000 Ladies and gentlemen, we are live, broadcasting worldwide on the 100th anniversary of the Bank of England takeover of the United States.

00:08:47.000 The Rothschild, Rockefeller, Robert Barron takeover of our financial system and the power of the purse from Congress.

00:08:57.000 At the very same time, they passed the income tax and then falsely ratified it through the states.

00:09:03.000 That has been confirmed that most of the states indeed did not ratify it.

00:09:07.000 And as a giant hoax, it was passed through.

00:09:09.000 And 100% of the money of your income tax goes to pay debt to the Federal Reserve for the privilege of the nation having its own currency.

00:09:17.000 Lincoln issued our own currency even before the Federal Reserve, interest-free, and was assassinated over that.

00:09:24.000 Kennedy moved in that direction and was assassinated, amongst other reasons for that, with his executive order to begin abolishing the Federal Reserve and to issue $40-plus billion, just to begin with, in Lincoln greenbacks that had been out of circulation but that he could reissue without even passing a new law.

00:09:45.000 And so here we are, the 100th anniversary.

00:09:47.000 G. Edward Griffin, one of the foremost experts on the private run-for-profit Federal Reserve, will be joining us in the third hour.

00:09:56.000 And we also have Bruce Fine, constitutional lawyer, top advisor to Ron Paul, and also to many members of Congress, joining us to talk about... We contacted him to talk about a constitutional convention that some people have been saying is the answer.

00:10:10.000 I have serious reservations, but we'll get his learned View and opinion on that.

00:10:16.000 But then he wanted, strangely enough, and I say that sarcastically, to talk about how we have a unified, single, tyrannical government now, a one-party system, and how we have a dictatorship of the bureaucracy.

00:10:30.000 Concurring with my analysis.

00:10:33.000 But there's really no analysis there.

00:10:34.000 This is just plain as the nose on our face.

00:10:36.000 So we're going to be discussing that with Mr. Fine as well here today.

00:10:42.000 I want to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas.

00:10:45.000 I want to wish everyone out there a better year in 2014.

00:10:48.000 This is going to be the make it or break it year coming up.

00:10:52.000 And we've seen a lot of trials and tribulations and craziness, not just here in the United States, but worldwide the last year.

00:10:58.000 A huge awakening because of an avalanche of oppression, an avalanche of bureaucracy, an avalanche of classical autocratic oppression.

00:11:09.000 And the real battle is about to begin in 2014, out into 2015.

00:11:13.000 But 2014, not just here, but in Europe, not just in Europe, but in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America.

00:11:21.000 There are revolutions and resistance movements against collectivism happening everywhere.

00:11:27.000 And the globalists are trying to cinch up the planet right now. 0.79

00:11:34.000 They are trying to consolidate their power grab.

00:11:40.000 Because if they don't consolidate their power grab, they could lose it all.

00:11:47.000 They've gone so far, they're not going to turn back now.

00:11:51.000 But the issue is, we can't turn back either.

00:11:55.000 Now there's a lot of examples.

00:11:57.000 They're reinstating the head of Duck Dynasty, Phil Robertson, and it's now come out the family's lashed out.

00:12:04.000 They weren't part of staging this.

00:12:07.000 The Daily Mail got a big exclusive in-depth interview.

00:12:09.000 There's several others now.

00:12:13.000 Where they were told, do this as part of your promotion, and then he set it off the record, off the cuff, and then the family even learned about it and said, hey, stop telling us not to talk about Christ and pray and stuff if you're going to let stuff like this get published.

00:12:27.000 And they went ahead and A&E signed off on that getting published through GQ.

00:12:38.000 And I've been interviewed by a lot of big magazines like Esquire, Time Magazine, Rolling Stone.

00:12:43.000 GQ was going to interview me until they found out Esquire was already doing a profile this year.

00:12:48.000 But the point was, is that because of liability, those articles are so big, they basically make you sign off on, did you say this?

00:12:56.000 Did you mean this?

00:12:58.000 And the family hasn't released everything, but it's coming out that this was an artificial controversy And the family has said this to shut down their religious views and to bully them in a public backlash into basically signing agreements that they won't talk about God and they won't pray.

00:13:21.000 And see, that's how psych warfare works. 0.96

00:13:23.000 They get to dominate the news, get Obamacare out of the news, get all the other Benghazigate and Fast and Furious out of the news and get to dominate during the holiday season. 0.95

00:13:34.000 During Christmas, with all this other news, all this other garbage, and make it about a civil rights movement for, quote, gay people. 0.89

00:13:46.000 And have Cracker Barrel pull their apparel, their camouflage hats, off of the store shelves. 0.98

00:13:56.000 Acting like this was something dirty and bad what he said, which was his own personal opinion.

00:14:02.000 Sending the message that if you give out your opinion against anything that's in the agenda of the establishment, Obamacare, open borders, gun control, the gay mafia agenda in the schools, if you come out and you speak against that, you are going to be stifled, you are going to be fired, you are going to be boycotted, you're going to be shut down. 0.71

00:14:26.000 And, you know, this has not been an issue I've really covered in my 18 years on air because we have a lot of big things going on.

00:14:32.000 And I am a person that's into equality.

00:14:35.000 And I have absolutely no dislike or hatred for anybody.

00:14:38.000 I mean, I just don't.

00:14:40.000 No, that kind of ruins the fun to think somebody hates you.

00:14:40.000 Sorry!

00:14:44.000 But when people start using a civil right Movement to beat everybody else over the head and to push a whole other agenda that's that's connected like train cars to the engine that is the gay agenda. 0.95

00:14:59.000 I mean, I'm sick of it.

00:15:00.000 I don't like a salesman coming to my door over and over again.

00:15:03.000 I don't like anybody being pushy.

00:15:06.000 I don't like government being pushy and this is really pushy and really out of control and it's causing a giant backlash.

00:15:13.000 It is.

00:15:14.000 is it's causing a huge backlash.

00:15:15.000 And Camille Paglia said it best.

00:15:17.000 She said that this is fascistic and ultra-Stalinistic. .

00:15:34.000 So this is the type of issue that we're dealing with where they can set the precedent with everybody going, oh, come on, be nice, you know, be open-minded, oh, come on.

00:15:45.000 They can then open the door up and bring everything else in like they've already done.

00:15:48.000 I mean, look at how they say it's racist if you don't support Obamacare.

00:15:52.000 Look at how they say, if you don't support gun control, you're a racist.

00:15:56.000 You're like, explain to me how that's racist.

00:15:58.000 Well, the NRA is the Klan.

00:16:01.000 You're like, actually, the NRA was founded to fight the Klan. 1.00

00:16:04.000 Shut up, racist! 0.99

00:16:07.000 I've been in debates with people on the radio. 1.00

00:16:12.000 I've done a lot of interviews on XM, on the different, quote, urban black channels.

00:16:16.000 Some of them friendly, some of them not.

00:16:18.000 Where people say point blank, listen, is it really just that you're racist?

00:16:21.000 That you don't want to restrict guns and have Obamacare? 0.99

00:16:25.000 And then you have to sit there, it's like saying, is it true you rape your wife or beat your wife? 0.99

00:16:29.000 Is it true you put cigarettes out on your children? 1.00

00:16:34.000 Is it true you're a child molester?

00:16:37.000 And it's a way to have the moral authority, and I've gotten to the point where When I'm on these shows, and they also do it on like just liberal democrat type shows, And people say that, I go, I'm not going to answer that question.

00:16:50.000 I'm here to talk about this issue you had me on about.

00:16:53.000 I'm not going to sit here and defend myself.

00:16:55.000 I'm not going to sit here and say, no, I'm not a racist.

00:16:58.000 Listen, I don't want to turn my guns in.

00:17:00.000 I don't want to be enslaved.

00:17:02.000 I don't want to only have the government with the force.

00:17:05.000 I don't want to live in New York, Chicago, or D.C., where they've taken the guns and they have the highest crime rates in the country, and in the case of Chicago, the world.

00:17:14.000 I don't want to live in Mexico, where they've taken the guns and have the highest crime rate as a nation in the world. 1.00

00:17:19.000 Only beat by a city, Chicago, worldwide.

00:17:22.000 70-something thousand dead the last seven, eight years.

00:17:22.000 Look up the numbers.

00:17:27.000 Or more than that now, actually.

00:17:29.000 70,000 about a year ago when I checked.

00:17:32.000 Over 10,000 a year that they know of.

00:17:34.000 A lot more dead and missing.

00:17:37.000 MIA. 0.91

00:17:41.000 So, that's what it comes down to. 0.67

00:17:44.000 And they even came out and said, oh my gosh, Fast and Furious, American guns killed Mexicans. 0.96

00:17:49.000 It's racist.

00:17:50.000 We've got to ban our guns.

00:17:52.000 Again, that same race issue.

00:17:54.000 When it's the big drug cartels with the big banks flying in, fully auto, grenade launchers, armored vehicles, almost all the weapons the cartels have did not come from the United States.

00:18:04.000 That's in major investigative journal pieces.

00:18:07.000 You can look them up.

00:18:09.000 They're getting their weapons from major defense contractor companies, and Wells Fargo, and Wachovia, owning and leasing the aircraft that fly the weapons in and the drugs out, and that came out in the news!

00:18:28.000 They are constantly having U.S. 0.93

00:18:29.000 Army, U.S.

00:18:31.000 Navy, especially U.S.

00:18:32.000 Navy, it keeps popping up, Caught, and they'll burn some low-level guys that are caught.

00:18:38.000 We just put one of those articles on screen.

00:18:40.000 Shipping grenade launchers, full-auto heavy guns to Mexico.

00:18:50.000 And this is huge shipments of hand grenades.

00:18:54.000 It's just constant.

00:18:55.000 That's what the cartels have.

00:18:57.000 Armored vehicles, grenade launchers, full-auto.

00:19:00.000 They're not from gun shops.

00:19:02.000 Doesn't matter though.

00:19:04.000 We knew about the gun walking case before we knew the name of it, Fast and Furious.

00:19:08.000 We knew that they were going to blame it, because the Attorney General was saying when he was in office a year, they were in the news giving press conferences with Janet Napolitano, Janet Reno Part 2, saying, we're going to use the fact that these guns are down there killing people, we have a tracing program to go after the Second Amendment here.

00:19:26.000 And that's why she got caught perjuring herself, because then she said, I never heard of that.

00:19:30.000 And the Attorney General said, I never heard of that, and we played the clips here.

00:19:34.000 And Congress pointed it out.

00:19:35.000 They ran the whole thing!

00:19:38.000 And then I'm like, hey, I don't want to be disarmed. 1.00

00:19:40.000 Shut up, racist! 1.00

00:19:42.000 Again, this is the literal brainwashing of 2 plus 2 equals 5. 1.00

00:19:47.000 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve.

00:19:47.000 800-259-9231.

00:19:50.000 I want your take on that.

00:19:51.000 The economy next year.

00:19:53.000 Your take on Duck Dynasty, the First Amendment.

00:19:57.000 What's happening with Fukushima?

00:19:58.000 Increased radiation.

00:20:01.000 And so much more.

00:20:02.000 I want to talk about all of this coming up today.

00:20:07.000 800-259-9231.

00:20:09.000 The facts are in.

00:20:10.000 The studies are legion.

00:24:16.000 And if things don't change soon, he will.

00:24:23.000 There's a headline just went live of a DrudgeReport.com.

00:24:26.000 Old man has invented it. 0.91

00:24:27.000 Administration extends deadline for Obamacare sign-up through Christmas Eve.

00:24:33.000 Isn't that sweet of them?

00:24:35.000 Because they don't want the news story to be That, oh my gosh, you couldn't sign up, now you're going to get penalized.

00:24:42.000 It's a gift!

00:24:44.000 Obamacare's a gift to you and your family.

00:24:47.000 The clock to sign up for Obamacare coverage that began January 1st was supposed to run at midnight on Monday, but administration officials have extended it 24 hours through Christmas Eve, according to the Washington Post.

00:24:58.000 The Post reports they did so without any public announcement of the change.

00:25:04.000 Over the weekend, government officials, not servants, An outside IT contractor working on the online marketplace computer system made a software change that automatically gives people a January 1st start date for their new coverage as long as they enroll by 1159 p.m.

00:25:21.000 on Christmas Eve when Santa Claus comes down the chimney.

00:25:28.000 Isn't that just special?

00:25:31.000 And I figured out why I get so personally disgusted now and actually get nauseous.

00:25:35.000 I used to get mad, now I get a nauseous feeling.

00:25:42.000 Because it makes me ashamed of my fellow humans and myself that we're under this yoke.

00:25:47.000 And that it's an admitted, horribly evil fraud to abuse everyone.

00:25:52.000 And then we have to sit here and watch the very people that have gotten us caught up in this spaghetti wire, barbed wire mess, this snarl.

00:26:01.000 They've got us tied in knots.

00:26:03.000 And then they will play the part of the saviors, untying us, but will only bound us down tighter And it just goes on and on and on and on because the complexity of the world has gotten the average person to feel overwhelmed and just to go into a catatonic political state and do nothing.

00:26:22.000 To where we're dead in the water and these vampires, these political sharks, can do whatever they want.

00:26:27.000 We're going to get that article up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:26:33.000 That is very, very important.

00:26:35.000 I'm going to come back from break and take your calls at 800-259-9231.

00:26:35.000 important.

00:26:40.000 There's just so much craziness going on. 0.96

00:26:49.000 Obamacare reaches record low in polls, pitched at gay clubs. 1.00

00:26:54.000 Now they're pitching it to young people and folks that they think are big supporters of Obama, who will just buy into it because it's a religious right to be ripped off. 0.70

00:27:05.000 Democratic Senators warning of a meltdown if this doesn't get fixed.

00:27:08.000 It's working perfectly.

00:27:10.000 Or on drugs.

00:27:11.000 Double, triple, quadruple the drugs on the street, depending on the drug type.

00:27:15.000 Prison populations tripled since they launched it in the 1970s, late 1970s.

00:27:23.000 The banks launder hundreds of billions a year of the drug money and even take control of arming their soldiers.

00:27:29.000 That is a huge success to make drugs illegal, to give them a high price, to create a marketplace, to then have Hollywood and the culture promote them, from rock and roll to the hip-hop people, to everything in between, and then have the young people use it.

00:27:43.000 And as the economy falls apart, that's all that's left in the economy.

00:27:45.000 So women go into the sex trade. 1.00

00:27:48.000 And our entire economy converts to gulag casino model that Max Keiser talks about.

00:27:53.000 AP says the health care overhaul is the top 2013 story.

00:28:04.000 The glitch-plagued rollout of Obama And his Barack Obama healthcare overhaul was the top news story of 2013, followed by the Boston Marathon bombing, and the dramatic pay-poll changeover at the Vatican, according to the Associated Press annual poll of U.S.

00:28:21.000 editors and news directors.

00:28:23.000 The saga of Obamacare.

00:28:27.000 I mean, look, do you think that when they conquer you, they don't know you're going to hate them and know?

00:28:34.000 We're being conquered, taken over by foreign banks where they can charge unlimited, double, triple, quadruple or more for health insurance and lower the quality and control our lives with social engineering, monitoring what we eat, where we go and what we do to put it into a database of social engineering. 1.00

00:28:49.000 Of course it's going to come out and be horrible.

00:28:51.000 So they act like it's all a screw up and a mistake and then say let us fully socialize it.

00:28:58.000 Which is what the architect says is the plan, Ezekiel Emanuel and others. 1.00

00:29:02.000 And then their idiot supporters go, oh, genius plan! 1.00

00:29:05.000 We support Obamacare now! 1.00

00:29:07.000 Wink, wink, you're gonna make it totally free and be a money transfer from the rich to us.

00:29:12.000 But meanwhile, the ultra-rich have engineered it.

00:29:15.000 It'll never be socialist.

00:29:16.000 It'll be totally hyper-fascist, worse than socialism by a long measure.

00:29:21.000 I mean, we're talking, I don't know, 10 times worse?

00:29:23.000 20 times worse?

00:29:24.000 I don't know, I can't put a number on that.

00:29:25.000 I can't quantify that.

00:29:28.000 You can't quantify something this evil.

00:29:31.000 Socialism's bad enough.

00:29:33.000 It always degenerates and falls apart and brings undue control to government and inside groups.

00:29:37.000 But this, this is a deal where now they'll make it even worse and jack it up even more and have more taxes to fund it, to pay for it, that goes to these insurance companies that should be arrested.

00:29:48.000 These executives that wrote this law.

00:29:50.000 Not just Obama gets in trouble, not just Obama's approval rating goes down, but the people that wrote this need to be hauled up and indicted for fraud!

00:29:58.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:33:08.000 We are on the march.

00:33:28.000 The Empire is on the run.

00:33:31.000 Live from the Infowars.com studios, it's Alex Jones.

00:33:37.000 More politically incorrect evil Christmas music on Christmas.

00:33:42.000 Can you imagine such a thing?

00:33:45.000 We are live.

00:33:45.000 We're going to your phone calls here in a moment.

00:33:49.000 By the way, after we take calls, I'm going to get into record radiation.

00:33:54.000 Handling a Fukushima cleanup is a comedy of errors.

00:33:57.000 That's out of the Japanese news.

00:33:59.000 The Japanese news that I reported on yesterday says that the wave of radiation about to hit the United States over the next three to four months begins hitting in about a month.

00:34:09.000 It'll take about three months for it all to come in.

00:34:11.000 The wreckage, the water, all of it that's gonna hit after two years.

00:34:15.000 It took that long to get over here.

00:34:16.000 Will be ten times the radiation we've been hit with so far.

00:34:21.000 We're going to get into the 100th Anniversary of the Private Run for Profit Federal Reserve Chase Limits Card Use for Customers at Risk in Target Breach.

00:34:29.000 See how great the cashless society is?

00:34:31.000 And the answer to that is more of the cashless society.

00:34:35.000 The inventor of the AK-47 dies in Russia.

00:34:37.000 He invented it during World War II.

00:34:40.000 The inventor of the Kalashnikov assault rifle, Mikhail Kalashnikov, dies at age 94.

00:34:45.000 So that certainly is momentous.

00:34:51.000 I guess he died on the date of the Federal Reserve's 100th anniversary.

00:34:59.000 That's too bad.

00:34:59.000 That is an amazing rifle.

00:35:03.000 You can drag it through the mud, anything, compared to other rifles that I own quite a bit of.

00:35:08.000 Really nifty, great little firearm.

00:35:11.000 They say there's hundreds and hundreds of millions of them worldwide.

00:35:16.000 So there's that little piece of news.

00:35:20.000 Briefly, speaking of radiation, the reason I discovered pure atomic nascent iodine is I was researching about four or five months ago what to do for myself and my family and our thyroids, and it just kept coming up, iodine, iodine, but not the bound iodine, which is better than nothing.

00:35:39.000 You can get from some supplements out there, seaweed, like the modifiolin we sell at InfoWarsStore.com or InfoWarsLife.com.

00:35:46.000 It's from the Southern Hemisphere, so it's a lot cleaner. 0.97

00:35:48.000 But this is literally the pure atomic, and that doesn't mean radioactive, it's just in its atomic form.

00:35:54.000 It's in its raw form.

00:35:56.000 That's why this stuff turns purple-blue, electric color on paper, and other iodides turn black and then turn dark rust-red, because they're bound.

00:36:06.000 And personally, I can't take it.

00:36:08.000 Gives me stomach aches, things like that.

00:36:09.000 And there's a lot of other research in that you can look into, which it's better than nothing.

00:36:13.000 The point is, this particular iodine, when I started taking it, it was so amazing.

00:36:16.000 I found out there's one place that had it, so I basically got the exclusive on it.

00:36:21.000 And that is our InfoWars Life Survival Shield Nascent Iodine Dietary Supplement in one ounce bottles.

00:36:27.000 Available at InfoWarsLife.com or by calling toll free 888-253-3139.

00:36:33.000 Now you can get the two ounce or double the size bottle of fluoride shield that has nascent iodine in it, but also five other compounds known to help supercharge detoxifying the body.

00:36:47.000 Not just the fluorines and fluoride and bromine and all that, but a bunch of other garbage.

00:36:51.000 And you can see the write-up in the video breaking it down at Infowarslife.com.

00:36:56.000 We have a special running on that where you get the survival shield with the fluoride shield and get a discount.

00:37:01.000 On both of those at InfoWarsLive.com.

00:37:04.000 And we're also funded by your support, so that's also very, very important.

00:37:08.000 I want to thank all of you.

00:37:09.000 You've heard the rave reviews for Survival Shield.

00:37:12.000 We haven't really gotten reviews yet for the Fluoride Shield, but I've been taking it for months before it was even officially produced, the original proprietary blend that I had to sign off on.

00:37:21.000 Um, this formula.

00:37:23.000 So again, that's all available at InfoWarsLive.com or by calling toll free 888-253-3139.

00:37:30.000 And lastly, there's still last minute Christmas shopping you can do and give the gift of truth.

00:37:36.000 You can get 5.3 months free when you sign up for a year, and one membership is really 11 people.

00:37:41.000 You can use the same username and passcode to see the nightly news, see all the films, the special live reports, 18 years of material, 11 years of PrisonPlanet.TV, if you haven't become a PrisonPlanet.TV member.

00:37:53.000 It is so essential because then it's our own platform that can't be censored like YouTube and other systems.

00:37:59.000 And it helps feed YouTube and everything else to the public that's not going to pay to learn the truth.

00:38:03.000 So you're helping pay it forward and funding getting the truth out in our news operation, our TV division, everything being funded by PrisonPlanet.tv subscription.

00:38:12.000 So this Christmas, thank you so much for your gift of time and energy and support.

00:38:16.000 We've made the site better and better.

00:38:17.000 It really works good now.

00:38:18.000 It's had a few bugs over the years.

00:38:20.000 PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:38:21.000 So I salute all the members.

00:38:23.000 And if you are a member, remember, create an original username and passcode that's just for the site so you can share it.

00:38:28.000 Don't use the same passcode for your bank account.

00:38:31.000 And you can change it as well if you want to.

00:38:33.000 And then give that to friends and family in an e-card and say, here's your alternative news, documentary film, subscriber site.

00:38:40.000 You just go put a username and passcode in and they're in.

00:38:42.000 Takes about a minute to sign up.

00:38:43.000 PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:38:45.000 Become a member today.

00:38:47.000 We only do this special at the end of the year, into New Year's, and it is so essential that we continue to wake people up and build alternative, real, independent media.

00:38:56.000 Show again.

00:39:00.000 It's all there at PrisonPlanet.tv or InfoWarsNews.com.

00:39:05.000 Okay, let's go to your phone calls.

00:39:06.000 I appreciate you calling.

00:39:07.000 And when you hear a caller hang up, that's your chance to call in.

00:39:10.000 I'd love to hear from everybody.

00:39:11.000 Rod in France.

00:39:13.000 Hope you're having a great Christmas or holiday over there.

00:39:15.000 He wants to talk about Obamacare and Henry Kissinger.

00:39:18.000 You're on the air.

00:39:19.000 Thanks for calling.

00:39:21.000 Merry Christmas to you.

00:39:21.000 Yeah, hi Alex.

00:39:23.000 You too, brother.

00:39:24.000 Thank you.

00:39:25.000 Yeah, I'm an expat, obviously.

00:39:28.000 I've been in France for 13 years now.

00:39:31.000 I was wondering, do you think that me being expatriated, I still have an address in the United States, with this mandate, do you think that they would actually try to get me to charge me some type of fine for not signing up if I'm not fiscally in the United States?

00:39:54.000 Well, that's really what globalism is all about, is that when Snowden, they thought, was trying to fly into Austria, they ordered the plane to land, even though that wasn't under their control, they did it.

00:40:05.000 And so that's what globalism is, is global corporations using American energy and power, with England and the EU and others, and Japan and China all working together, to basically oppress the individual and have nowhere to run.

00:40:18.000 And I have seen discussion of But they call clawing back money from expats, even if you take off after taxes money offshore, they're now trying to claim that they're going to somehow try to grab international bank accounts, go after, that's what they're going after, Swiss bank accounts, not the billionaire's bank accounts, but the little guy's bank accounts now.

00:40:40.000 And so, I think certainly they're going to go after the low-hanging fruit of people that want to sign up for the quote free health care, putting in their data, admitting they don't have it, swearing under perjury, so they have them in a court of law, at least on paper, because that's what it says, you waive your rights and you're basically in a court.

00:40:57.000 Remember the free car deal or the car rebate deal in the auto bailout a few years ago, where when you'd go to the site it would say the federal government's taking control of your computer, all your data is now ours, you waive all your rights?

00:41:11.000 This is what they do.

00:41:12.000 It's like when you go to the hospital now under Obamacare.

00:41:16.000 On the form it says under the Affordable Care Act all your data is now public to all these agencies and groups and whoever you want to give it to.

00:41:22.000 It's basically a bunch of liability protection for the corporations to shut down their competition, shut down the little guy, and do whatever they want.

00:41:31.000 And so, I can't give you a definitive answer because they're holding their cards close to their vests.

00:41:37.000 They already are debiting accounts.

00:41:38.000 They're already saying they're going to go after tax refunds.

00:41:42.000 They're already saying they're going to start garnishing wages.

00:41:45.000 That's always been in the legislation. 1.00

00:41:48.000 And so now they're going to go after their idiot supporters first, who love being just absolutely beat by the system. 1.00

00:42:00.000 They want the punishment, they enjoy it. 1.00

00:42:03.000 But as for you, I don't know, but I would imagine down the road... Listen, I have California sending me letters saying, you do business in California, you owe us Sales taxes.

00:42:16.000 When we clearly have talked to the lawyers, we don't.

00:42:19.000 But most people will get scared under threats of penalty and interest, and will start paying these mafia.

00:42:27.000 So I've got tentacles shooting down here from Minnesota, tentacles shooting at me from California, tentacles coming in, and most people get a letter from government, or from God, and they literally roll over.

00:42:40.000 So, what do you think?

00:42:43.000 Yeah, I kind of feel the same way.

00:42:46.000 I mean, I've already been harassed by the Internal Revenue Service for claiming zero on my taxes because I have zero income in the United States.

00:42:59.000 I mean, just literally, just facetiously dropping threats over the phone.

00:43:08.000 You're trying to explain yourself.

00:43:10.000 And they just keep saying, well, you're still taxable, you're still taxable.

00:43:13.000 It's like, no, I'm not, you know?

00:43:16.000 I don't know, that's why I was asking that question.

00:43:18.000 And I do have a follow-up, and I do agree with your point of view on that.

00:43:22.000 I mean, I really wouldn't be surprised at all if, you know, if they just, you know, came after me and started, you know, I don't know how they would garnish my wages in France, but considering it's...

00:43:34.000 If you look at it from a globalist point of view, there's absolutely a possibility.

00:43:40.000 Well listen, these criminal enterprises all fight with each other as well.

00:43:43.000 That's part of why it's so vicious.

00:43:45.000 Because there is a survival of the fittest, social Darwinism built in to their own kleptocratic criminal great games, as they call them.

00:43:55.000 The feeding on the unwashed gullible masses.

00:43:59.000 I'm not a tax lawyer, but I've looked at it, and obviously I've looked at leaving the United States before, and if you've paid taxes on everything that you then take out of the nation, They should have no further claim on any of that as long as you don't have any of that apportioned in investments inside the United States.

00:44:20.000 Now, that's debating it from their perspective of fraud.

00:44:23.000 Of course they're criminal and will take anything they can.

00:44:26.000 Separately, we got the Federal Reserve 100 years ago today along with the income tax to fund it.

00:44:33.000 So, it's all a fraud to begin with.

00:44:35.000 We had 10% growth rates, 10.5% growth rates from 1789 until 1913 on average.

00:44:37.000 percent growth rates from 1789 until 1913 on average.

00:44:42.000 We've never had anything near a 10 percent growth rate in one year since then, because the artificial economy is always waging war on the real economy.

00:44:53.000 Because it's not enough to just skim money and power off of it.

00:44:56.000 They want to devalue the real economy, devalue their host, tie their host down where their host is unconscious and can't ever struggle back against them.

00:45:06.000 So it's the debasing of the currency and the impoverishment of the host is the goal.

00:45:12.000 In fact, that's the goal of the takeover is to hurt people and dominate and create pestilence and create darkness.

00:45:22.000 That's what these people do.

00:45:23.000 I appreciate your call.

00:45:25.000 The evil and the corruption is not a byproduct.

00:45:29.000 It is the journey.

00:45:30.000 It is the ring.

00:45:31.000 It is the goal.

00:45:33.000 It is the land.

00:45:35.000 It is the promised land.

00:45:36.000 It is the destination.

00:45:38.000 The ruination of the individual.

00:45:40.000 The turning yourself over to pure hatred.

00:45:43.000 Just scorn upon scorn for humanity.

00:45:47.000 Abject hate.

00:45:49.000 Huge, endless furnaces of hatred in their heart for us that warm them.

00:45:55.000 So, and our gullibility is the fuel of this whole thing.

00:46:01.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Scott in Vermont.

00:46:03.000 You're on the air, go ahead.

00:46:06.000 Yeah, we should be leaving messages with our Congress critters telling them that 100 years of that Ponzi scheme known as the Fed is more than enough and they need to end the Fed or we can Well, and their tenure in Congress.

00:46:19.000 In the last few weeks or so, I've noticed, again, the hypocrisy and double standard of the left, the authoritarian left, with all the news was Mandela is great, Mandela, nothing about the bombings and the terrorism and the violence.

00:46:36.000 But, you know, it's like the end justifies the means for them.

00:46:41.000 Where as, uh, you know, he was sort of, they won't say, they will admit it outright, might bring it up to him, they might admit that, uh, you know, it was necessary to do that violence to end apartheid.

00:46:53.000 But, uh, but if you want to, you know, you think you own, uh, have a right to own a gun, Second Amendment, well, forget that.

00:46:59.000 And, uh, even your kid, I noticed a guy called Joyce Riley Show, And, uh, complained about how his son was told, uh, after his son was attacked by a bully, that, uh, the son was told, you don't have a right to defend yourself.

00:47:11.000 Oh, yeah, no, no, no.

00:47:12.000 The bullies don't really get in trouble.

00:47:14.000 The ultimate act in a globalist, domesticated system is to fight back. 0.81

00:47:18.000 In England, they will throw you under the prison if you even raise a hand to defend yourself, even if you're a woman being raped.

00:47:25.000 No one, the ultimate sin is the individual defending themselves against criminal energy.

00:47:30.000 They don't even have a right to own a gun anymore in England.

00:47:33.000 If somebody breaks into your house there, you have to hit them over the head with a pipe, but even that they'll hold against you, won't they?

00:47:38.000 Oh no, you can look it up.

00:47:39.000 They will put you in prison and then let the person that did it go.

00:47:43.000 But we've got to point out the hypocrisy and the double standard that is wrong.

00:47:49.000 It was good that Apartheid was stopped, but it's not good that they totally ignored in the media the truth about Mandela and all the violence and the necklace thing and the torture and murders that were done by his order.

00:48:05.000 They don't want to talk about that, of course.

00:48:10.000 Very well said, sir.

00:48:11.000 I appreciate your call.

00:48:12.000 Have a great Christmas coming up.

00:48:14.000 We're going to be discussing with the author of Creature from Jekyll Island, G. Edward Griffin, one of the foremost experts on the Federal Reserve, the 100th anniversary.

00:48:22.000 Up on Infowars.com we have the article by Michael Schneider.

00:48:25.000 On the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve, here are 100 reasons to shut it down forever.

00:48:30.000 And I'm going to go over some of those 100 with him and talk about where we're going.

00:48:34.000 But here's the really good news.

00:48:35.000 We stopped the expansion of the Syria war.

00:48:38.000 We exposed that our criminal government's running al-Qaeda and is illegitimate.

00:48:42.000 We have exposed Obamacare as a total fraud.

00:48:45.000 We defeated their attempted gun grab in 2013, and actually the polls show it reversed because people had common sense understanding of why blame the general public for what Prozac head Democrat devil worshippers do, and that's just who the shooters are.

00:48:58.000 Crime rate's down 57% with guns.

00:49:01.000 Other crimes not involving guns are actually up now because of the economy falling apart.

00:49:05.000 Thank God for guns actually keeping law and order. 0.92

00:49:08.000 The police would be completely overrun and overwhelmed like they are in Chicago and New York and D.C.

00:49:13.000 if it wasn't for guns in other parts of the country.

00:49:15.000 I mean, you don't see home invasions, you don't see thugs walking around Texas up to you at gas stations at night when I was pumping gas last night with my son because, you know, they know most people are packing.

00:49:27.000 By the way, I was packing.

00:49:29.000 I had a M4 right there in the back seat of the truck where I was pumping gas.

00:49:35.000 M4, boom! 1.00

00:49:37.000 Locked and loaded in one second, if I needed to be.

00:49:42.000 And that's a good feeling.

00:49:45.000 That's a real good feeling.

00:49:47.000 And that's a feeling of being a man in charge of my own security and my family's security.

00:49:55.000 And that's what it comes down to.

00:49:57.000 Quite frankly, I also had a judge circuit rider with me right there with 45 long colts as well.

00:50:04.000 Only reason I had that in the car, though, is we were doing some target practice a few days ago at a friend's place, so that's why both those are still in the car.

00:50:13.000 Usually, there is another firearm in the vehicle for the protection of the family, but I had that in the house cleaning it.

00:50:22.000 But that's what it comes down to in this country.

00:50:24.000 We're going to go to break and come back with Chris.

00:50:27.000 And then we're going to go to Ryan, and then Nathan, and then Brandon, and then at the second segment, 8 after next hour, we're going to have constitutional lawyer Bruce Fine on the broadcast with us.

00:50:39.000 But what I want to get at here is we are on the march, the empire is on the run, and there are counter-offensives against us.

00:50:47.000 Are these attempts to shut down free speech?

00:50:49.000 Are these attempts to scare us into submission?

00:50:51.000 The good news is the average person in the system is in the same boat as us.

00:50:56.000 And stands to gain for being in a free country.

00:50:58.000 And... The tide is turning.

00:51:01.000 People are waking up.

00:51:02.000 Every number shows that.

00:51:03.000 Congress has a 6% approval rating.

00:51:06.000 No government's ever been that unpopular.

00:51:09.000 So it's off to Grandma's house for the holidays, eh?

00:51:12.000 That's great!

00:51:13.000 But, while you're going over the river and through the woods, professional burglars are choosing easy targets to break into.

00:51:20.000 Don't be an easy target.

00:51:22.000 Plug in fake TV.

00:51:24.000 Fool criminals into believing someone's home at your house watching TV.

00:51:28.000 Fake TV works a bit like a light on a timer, but fake TV is far more convincing. 0.94

00:51:34.000 Fake TV plugs into any outlet and simulates the light and colors of a real TV.

00:51:39.000 Burglars will likely move on to easier targets and leave your house alone. 1.00

00:51:43.000 Fake TV costs less than a month of most alarm monitoring plans and makes a great Christmas gift.

00:51:49.000 Or it's perfect if you're traveling over the holidays or anytime.

00:51:52.000 Order your fake TV by calling 877-5-FAKE-TV or go to Faketv.com.

00:51:55.000 That's 877-532-5388 or Faketv.com.

00:54:29.000 The pleasure is to play, I look at this one, you see.

00:54:39.000 *Rainful music* Ladies and gentlemen, we are back live.

00:54:44.000 Thank you so much for joining us on this Monday, 100th anniversary of the private Federal Reserve that's done a great job at destroying our country, overturning every institution, and waging war on the individual, bad-mouthing the founding fathers and all of our Bill of Rights.

00:55:00.000 By every yardstick, we are living in the midst of a high-tech amalgamation of socialism, communism, and fascism, with a technological technocracy setting up an autocratic system above it.

00:55:11.000 Where the globalists are above the law in the ultimate form of total discrimination against humanity.

00:55:17.000 And the public doesn't know that because we're too busy fighting over gay, straight, black, white, old, young, Christian, atheist.

00:55:23.000 I mean, they've really divided and conquered us.

00:55:26.000 And the average person out there loves fighting with each other.

00:55:29.000 Though they're starting to wake up.

00:55:32.000 And it's just so frustrating to see us all being cheated and robbed.

00:55:36.000 And to see the bureaucrats and government people that have been trained to see us as prey, when we're all prey.

00:55:42.000 And I want to change this.

00:55:43.000 The world's never going to be a perfect place till our Lord and Savior returns, but we can make it a better place if we try.

00:55:49.000 If not, we give it over to evil.

00:55:51.000 When good people do nothing, evil takes over.

00:55:53.000 Chris in Florida, you're on the air, go ahead.

00:55:55.000 Hey Alex, first time caller.

00:56:00.000 I just want to say Merry Christmas, and I wanted to ask you a quick question, and here's a real simple one.

00:56:05.000 What is the best way for an ordinary citizen, for an ordinary person who works limited hours a week, to boycott the Federal Reserve, boycott the IRS, you know, show them that we're not going to take this, we're not going to sit here and be taxed for foreign banks for all these derivatives.

00:56:22.000 We're not going to take this anymore.

00:56:24.000 What can an individual do, personally do, in his own life?

00:56:29.000 Well, here's the issue.

00:56:30.000 No matter how many taxes we pay, they're always going to spend more than comes in to bankrupt us under Cloward and Piven.

00:56:36.000 That's the admitted plan.

00:56:38.000 Of course, they did that previously to that sociological development and idea developed by the Democrats in the 60s.

00:56:44.000 That's a good example of them being honest about how they operate.

00:56:48.000 Make us poor so they can control us. 0.94

00:56:50.000 But as a point of fact, you can't survive, in many cases, playing ball and going by all their rules.

00:56:56.000 It's designed by criminals to make it impossible.

00:56:59.000 But to ensnare you for not following the rules because they're exempt.

00:57:03.000 It's like they're running a race but you're wearing bowling balls around your legs, running in flypaper, and they're running on a totally clean athletic track.

00:57:11.000 So they rig the game.

00:57:14.000 They fixed the deck.

00:57:15.000 They stacked the deck.

00:57:17.000 If I was you, I would make your own personal decisions.

00:57:22.000 If you're fighting them on a large scale, out in the open, with a bunch of crew members like myself, I'd pay the ransom to the private Federal Reserve through the IRS because they would shut me down, they would arrest me, and they have kangaroo juries that would send me to a gulag.

00:57:36.000 Okay.

00:57:38.000 So I can then educate people that it is a ransom, it is the mafia, they'll break your legs.

00:57:43.000 But there are 60 million people estimated, not counting illegals, who don't pay the income tax and aren't in the system.

00:57:50.000 And it is hurting them.

00:57:52.000 That's why they want to get rid and make the underground economy illegal, so you can't survive. 0.97

00:57:56.000 So you barter as much as you can, you support local as much as you can, you go to farmers markets, you go to swap meets, you can go to... Notice all the big corporations don't want to take cash now.

00:58:06.000 You keep cash in.

00:58:10.000 You go to places like Goodwill, where you can find some of the coolest clothes anywhere.

00:58:15.000 That all these rich people just throw out that fit you perfectly.

00:58:19.000 So you don't buy from the big corporations.

00:58:21.000 You buy as much American as you can.

00:58:25.000 You support the independent free media.

00:58:28.000 I mean, there's a lot of things you can do, but a lot of people individually, you know, are dropping out of the system.

00:58:34.000 Not getting their kids' social security numbers, finding like-minded people.

00:58:37.000 And if there's so many of us off the reservation, they can't get us all.

00:58:40.000 They need us to comply.

00:58:42.000 So people are leaving Mordor.

00:58:43.000 They are leaving Babylon. 0.90

00:58:45.000 They are leaving Egypt.

00:58:46.000 Does that answer your question?

00:58:49.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

01:00:25.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:29.000 Coming up in the next segment, constitutional lawyer Bruce Fein will be with us for about 40 minutes.

01:00:44.000 Then I'm going to get into Fukushima.

01:00:46.000 We've been living with this for over two years, and even I've gotten to where I've not been covering it like I should.

01:00:53.000 Surge in cancers among young in Fukushima, but experts divided on the cause.

01:00:59.000 And US sailors that helped are in lawsuits over increased cancers.

01:01:03.000 And we're seeing record radiation levels and a big wave about to hit the US.

01:01:06.000 I'm going to cover that.

01:01:08.000 Then we're going to have some other guests popping in on the 100th anniversary of the Private Federal Reserve.

01:01:12.000 Right now let's go back to your calls.

01:01:14.000 Nathan in Texas, thank you for calling in today.

01:01:18.000 Hey Alex.

01:01:19.000 I have a question about the depopulation agenda.

01:01:19.000 Hey brother.

01:01:24.000 As far as like Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey and all of them.

01:01:30.000 In that conference, I read online that Bill Gates wanted to cap the global population at 8.3 billion.

01:01:39.000 I don't know what significance that has, but what do you think about that?

01:01:43.000 Well, look, they have a public face for population reduction and global one-child policies, and they have their internal documents that we've sourced and covered in films like Endgame, and then many since that film came out seven, almost eight years ago.

01:01:55.000 But Bill Gates has said that he wants, in conferences, to actually bring the number of humans putting out carbon dioxide down to zero And everybody laughs because they can see the equation.

01:02:11.000 And he's promoted death panels and all the rest of it.

01:02:13.000 But in their internal documents, and then when they also made public statements, they debate 80 to 90 percent reduction.

01:02:21.000 And they rest, on average, at about an 80% reduction.

01:02:24.000 That's kind of like We Are Change.

01:02:25.000 About a year ago, I was able to talk to Ted Turner on the street.

01:02:28.000 And Ted Turner, you know, said that he wanted the world at about a billion.

01:02:34.000 I'm going to remember, maybe he said 500 million.

01:02:36.000 He said 500 million in a newspaper interview, but I think he said a billion.

01:02:40.000 In another speech, he said 3 billion.

01:02:43.000 So the point is, is that Yeah, exactly.

01:02:45.000 using the excuse of claiming there's overpopulation, which you can debate either way, as the excuse for them to have an organized system and for them to rule the world and have autocratic control.

01:02:56.000 But then they're the people with five, six, seven kids living in this large S, and they're really just anti-human.

01:03:03.000 Do you see what I'm saying?

01:03:03.000 Yeah, exactly.

01:03:04.000 I see exactly what you're saying.

01:03:06.000 Yeah. 0.99

01:03:07.000 But I see the public all lackadaisical and so relaxed and not caring, and the globalists say, well, see, they deserve to die. 0.97

01:03:14.000 They don't even care.

01:03:15.000 You know, they write public papers and they say they do that because the slaves need to, you know, have a chance to know it was there.

01:03:21.000 It's kind of like legally publishing and thing in the newspaper that you're going to repossess something or that you're going to publicly do something and if the folks don't respond, that's their fault for not reading the public notices.

01:03:33.000 It's like a vampire has to ask permission to get in your house.

01:03:36.000 Does that answer your question?

01:03:38.000 Yes, exactly.

01:03:39.000 And another point to that, I'm in college, and everywhere I go, I'm looking around, everybody's on their phones, and I just noticed that it's hard to find people who don't Like, take their eyes off technology.

01:03:56.000 I grew up talking to people.

01:03:57.000 people I'm pretty talking to a person.

01:03:58.000 No, the general public has lower brainwaves.

01:04:01.000 They're in a trance.

01:04:02.000 This is the insertion into the matrix.

01:04:04.000 Then it's goggles.

01:04:05.000 Then it's a port.

01:04:06.000 Then it's in your brain.

01:04:08.000 And that is the evolution.

01:04:11.000 If you could see it in a time lapse over the next 20 years...

01:04:16.000 It's basically televisions, flat screens, iPads, iPods, Google Glasses, TV, contact lenses, brain ports, and then basically you would see the television turn into a monster in our hand that then goes on our face like an alien attached to us and then down our throat and then we die.

01:04:42.000 Do you see what I'm saying?

01:04:43.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:04:44.000 I mean, it's crazy, man.

01:04:46.000 It's gonna get a lot crazier.

01:04:47.000 This is the beginning of the meltdown of society.

01:04:51.000 This is it.

01:04:52.000 But you're also gonna see the beginning of the awakening for every action is an equal opposite reaction.

01:04:56.000 God bless you.

01:04:58.000 We're gonna have Constitutional Law Scholar Bruce Fine on with us, and then we're gonna go to Ryan, and Brandon, and Ion.

01:05:09.000 In the last 50 years, iodine has been phased out of our staple foods and replaced with the halogen bromine, a practice now banned in nations around the world.

01:05:19.000 Guess what else is in the halogen family?

01:05:21.000 Fluoride.

01:05:22.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Jones here.

01:05:24.000 In 1924, the federal government did the right thing and encouraged salt producers to add iodine.

01:05:31.000 It's the good halogen on the periodic table.

01:05:34.000 And the results are on record.

01:05:36.000 Reports documented a 15-point IQ increase in areas that had previously been deficient in iodine.

01:05:42.000 Bottom line, iodine is important.

01:05:44.000 Unbound, clean, in a glycerin base.

01:05:47.000 Nascent iodine was the answer for myself and my family.

01:06:18.000 So why are the social engineers adding it to the water? 0.98

01:06:22.000 Simple. 0.57

01:06:23.000 Dumb down the host population that the parasitic technocracy is feeding on. 0.80

01:06:28.000 We may not have been able to get fluoride out of the water supply yet. 0.91

01:08:09.000 Big Brother.

01:08:15.000 Mainstream media.

01:08:17.000 Government cover-ups.

01:08:18.000 You want answers?

01:08:20.000 Well, so does he.

01:08:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:25.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:08:30.000 We're taking your phone calls here today.

01:08:38.000 G. Edward Griffin is coming up in the next hour.

01:08:41.000 We'll respond a little bit later in the hour.

01:08:43.000 We'll talk about the monopolar government we have, the dictatorship that's being set up.

01:08:48.000 100 years of the private Federal Reserve, ladies and gentlemen.

01:08:51.000 That is a big deal, and we're taking your phone calls right now.

01:08:55.000 Look at this headline from MyFoxNewYork.

01:08:58.000 The next Detroit, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas facing catastrophic collapse.

01:09:06.000 And I grew up in Dallas, Texas.

01:09:08.000 I go up to Dallas about once a year.

01:09:10.000 Dallas looks bad.

01:09:10.000 Houston looks bad.

01:09:13.000 And remember, Texas is one of the most wealthy, on average, and financially best places to live in the country.

01:09:21.000 General wealth, general per capita, low expense in living, low taxes, jobs.

01:09:29.000 Texas is one of the best places, if not the best in the country.

01:09:33.000 And San Antonio doesn't look as good as it used to look.

01:09:37.000 Riverwalk isn't busy like it used to be when I'm out there most of the time.

01:09:41.000 The shops aren't busy, the hotels aren't full like they used to be.

01:09:45.000 Austin isn't as busy even though it is the mecca of the nation now.

01:09:48.000 The fastest growing city in the United States.

01:09:51.000 Per capita highest income in the United States.

01:09:55.000 For the average income, the ultra-rich in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, D.C., but for just general wealth, Austin, Texas.

01:10:05.000 Best place to live and Forbes and Money and Time Magazine.

01:10:10.000 And either a place is really hot or it's closed.

01:10:15.000 Almost everywhere that restaurants I went to for 20 years are gone.

01:10:18.000 All of them.

01:10:21.000 Barbecue places I would go in that would be absolutely full any time of day.

01:10:25.000 No one's in there.

01:10:26.000 And the wait staff, you can tell nobody's giving them tips.

01:10:29.000 People are bummed out.

01:10:30.000 I try to give folks as big a tip as I can.

01:10:32.000 And they just can't believe it when I give them a decent tip.

01:10:35.000 And it's so sad to see our country, especially during the Christmas holiday times, going into this.

01:10:42.000 It hurts my soul.

01:10:44.000 Charity's way down.

01:10:46.000 And the average person is just looking at their iPad, looking at their Droid, not even talking to other people.

01:10:51.000 It is so sad.

01:10:53.000 But there is an awakening at the same time.

01:10:55.000 People are either waking up or they're going deeper into a trance.

01:10:57.000 800-259-9231.

01:10:58.000 Then I've got some other economic news that we're going to be...

01:11:06.000 Going over as well.

01:11:08.000 And guys, I've hit print on this Fox article a couple times.

01:11:10.000 Did it come out in the printer out there?

01:11:12.000 I don't know.

01:11:13.000 We may have to reinstall this printer in here, because I like to print stuff instead of just looking at it on screen.

01:11:18.000 We have a hard copy if they change the news story, which they do sometimes, and because it's easier to find.

01:11:24.000 But the headlines, the next Detroit, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas facing catastrophic collapse.

01:11:31.000 With the closure of the recent Atlantic Club Casino Hotel, rumors of the bankrupt uh...

01:11:38.000 Being sold to Hard Rock, more than half of the mortgages in Las Vegas underwater, casinos opening up all around the country, and online gambling legislation underway in various states.

01:11:47.000 It seems as if the reason the very existence of Atlantic City and Las Vegas are in serious jeopardy.

01:11:54.000 Yeah, Las Vegas, all those places are going to end up being tombs.

01:11:58.000 A tomb in the desert and a tomb on the side of the Atlantic Ocean.

01:12:04.000 And it's globalism.

01:12:06.000 It's not just these cities like Detroit and other areas.

01:12:09.000 We were going to be a service economy.

01:12:11.000 That was never the plan.

01:12:12.000 We are being de-industrialized right now.

01:12:18.000 As a civilization, that is the plan to make us completely and totally manageable by the establishment.

01:12:26.000 And now, they don't want us speaking out, so political correctness is now the model to come in and shill free speech, but to make not having free speech like a civil right.

01:12:39.000 Oh, Muslims don't like selling alcohol at grocery stores that sell wine and beer, so We're not going to sell wine and beer, or they don't have to serve you. 1.00

01:12:49.000 And you think of that as a civil right about their rights, but then it just becomes a thing to walk on everybody else's rights.

01:12:56.000 And that's what's going on here.

01:12:59.000 That's the program, and it's very, very sad.

01:13:07.000 Now joining us is Constitutional Lawyer and Ron Paul's Chief Advisor on Law.

01:13:14.000 He's Associate Deputy Attorney General and General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission under President Reagan.

01:13:20.000 He served as Research Director for Republicans on the Joint Congressional Committee on Covert Arms Sales to Iran and on the American Bar Association's Committee on Presidential Signing Statements.

01:13:30.000 He's also a visiting fellow of the Constitutional Studies at the Heritage Foundation and Adjunct Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.

01:13:37.000 Bruce Fine is the founding member of Bruce Fine and Associates, a law corporation, is a principal of the public advocacy organization, the Lynchfield Group.

01:13:46.000 He is an author of The Constitutional Peril, The Life and Death Struggle for a Constitutional Democracy and American Empire Before the Fall.

01:13:53.000 Excellent books, both.

01:13:54.000 Lynchfieldgroup.org.

01:13:55.000 He presently serves as Senior Policy Advisor, again, to Ron Paul, 2012 presidential campaign and beyond.

01:14:01.000 And I want to cover the waterfront with him and get into the centralization of power and the testimony they had three weeks ago in Congress where liberals, professors said we're going into tyranny.

01:14:15.000 And conservative experts said the same thing.

01:14:18.000 I mean, there's no doubt.

01:14:19.000 So what type, as a historian and a top constitutional lawyer and advisor to Congress, would he call this?

01:14:26.000 But before we get to that, because he did head up the FCC, I know, when they opened up the First Amendment and got rid of the so-called Fairness Doctrine, they're trying to bring that back now under new names and restrict free speech everywhere.

01:14:38.000 I'd like to get his take on what Camille Paglia called Fascist and ultra-Stalinistic, the Duck Dynasty situation, as a First Amendment expert.

01:14:48.000 Mr. Fine, just briefly on this subject, what do you make of the moves with SOPA and CISPA and Fairness Doctrines being promoted again and everything, when you're one of the guys who never gets really the credit?

01:15:00.000 I know in being instrumental in getting First Amendment back into the media, we forget for a while, we didn't have it in this country, where it is right now and what the goals are.

01:15:10.000 Well, the restrictions largely remain for only over-the-air broadcasting.

01:15:14.000 It doesn't apply to all these FCC rules that threaten licenses for incorrect speech.

01:15:21.000 It doesn't apply to cablecasters or people using the Internet or otherwise.

01:15:26.000 It's sort of a vestige of old-time thinking.

01:15:30.000 The idea that government was paternalistic and knew the most enlightened way in which issues should be debated, so they would evaluate the fairness with which a particular radio or television broadcaster covered a controversial issue.

01:15:44.000 I was the spearhead of forcing the abandonment of that process.

01:15:48.000 You can't believe how subjective the standard was for determining whether it's fairness if you counted up the seconds or the half seconds.

01:15:55.000 of devotion to one viewpoint or another was instead with Churchillian eloquence or with, you know, the clumsiness of a schoolchild who weighed more than the other.

01:16:03.000 It was so arbitrary. 0.96

01:16:05.000 It was ridiculous.

01:16:05.000 And, of course, since the abandonment of the fairness doctrine, I think the conversation has been much more robust, and fear of the intimidating effects of complaints at the FCC about fairness have collapsed.

01:16:20.000 Now they're trying to bring it back in, and anytime someone goes on the airwaves and says something that other people disagree with, I mean, we ought to applaud that.

01:16:28.000 That's what this country is about.

01:16:30.000 If you're not big enough to be able to accept an idea that you disagree with, you really don't belong here.

01:16:37.000 Do you agree as a constitutional lawyer that it's Stalinistic to demand that Phil Robertson be quote re-educated as GLAAD did?

01:16:48.000 That, it sounds like the Chinese re-education camp if you didn't echo Mao Zedong's ideas properly.

01:16:55.000 The fact is, people have a right to dispute what he said and to urge him to change his view.

01:17:02.000 He's got a right to insist that he'll listen to them, but he ultimately gets to believe what he wants to believe.

01:17:07.000 That's what freedom is about.

01:17:09.000 And as Louis Brandeis said, the remedy for what somebody thinks is ill-conceived speech is more speech, not coercion, not intimidation.

01:17:17.000 I mean, I actually had written a letter not long ago in response to a former FCC chairman's insistence that the Federal Communications should prohibit broadcasters from mentioning the word Redskins in talks about the Washington Redskins football team.

01:17:33.000 I said, oh, really?

01:17:33.000 Wow.

01:17:34.000 And he said, well, that would show what a great country we're.

01:17:37.000 I said, no, that's not what show a great country we're.

01:17:40.000 It's show that we're hostile to the idea of free minds and people being able to chart their own destiny.

01:17:45.000 And moreover, no one really believes something if you have to cram it down their throat.

01:17:49.000 It's just the press, you know, a recitation of what somebody insists that you say.

01:17:55.000 So it really is futile in any event.

01:17:57.000 But the fact is, if people disagree, then they should use the communications channels, the internet, and all the other countless outlets to express their disagreement.

01:18:07.000 Sure, absolutely.

01:18:09.000 Well, I think this is backfiring.

01:18:10.000 We're going to go to break in a moment and come back with the big central issue of why you agreed to come on during the holidays and Christmas coming up.

01:18:16.000 We really appreciate it, Mr. Fine.

01:18:18.000 But when I just start realizing all the monumental things you've been involved in for Liberty, all the times we've probably had you on 15 times over the years, in the last decade, I never made the point that That you're the guy that helped spearhead the end of the Fairness Doctrine that didn't allow talk radio as it exists today.

01:18:36.000 That is such a monumental example of what really one person can do than working with others.

01:18:43.000 So I just want to thank you.

01:18:44.000 I mean, I guess I owe much of my First Amendment and my profession to you helping fight that.

01:18:52.000 And I should have you on sometime just to tell that whole story because, I mean, a whole book should be written just on that subject.

01:18:58.000 I appreciate the sentiment.

01:18:59.000 We're going to break, but in one minute, how did that all come about, just briefly?

01:19:04.000 The Fairness Doctrine was repealed through a rulemaking that we initiated.

01:19:10.000 It was imposed, not by statute, but by a rule which had been improperly, in my judgment, interpreted by prior General Counsel at the Commission as required by Congress.

01:19:20.000 I looked at it, examined the background, and said, no, the Fairness Doctrine was the result of a rule.

01:19:25.000 We can initiate a revocation of the rule, which we did.

01:19:28.000 It sustained the act in the court.

01:19:31.000 Uh, and the large reason why we repealed it is because we thought it was an unconstitutional encroachment on the right of broadcaster free speech.

01:19:38.000 And it in fact had the chilling effect of reducing the broadcasting train to Pavlom and Vanilla because no one wanted to say anything controversial because then they'd get slapped with some And that proves that you were right, because look at how it saved AM radio for 20 plus years, you doing that.

01:19:54.000 Incredible.

01:19:55.000 When we come back, speaking of rulemaking, rule by decree, Obama and this power grab, how do you as a top constitutional lawyer define it?

01:20:04.000 What is the system we're now under with constitutional lawyer Bruce Fein?

01:20:07.000 Stay with us.

01:20:08.000 Alex Jones here to tell you about how you can help spread liberty worldwide, also enjoying what I have found to be the best tasting, 100% organic coffee on the planet.

01:24:09.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:24:12.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:24:16.000 All right, we've got top constitutional law scholar, lawyer.

01:24:20.000 Bruce found this about 45 after, then I'll get into the latest on Fukushima.

01:24:24.000 100 years of the Federal Reserve.

01:24:25.000 And take your phone calls, and we'll also get Bruce's take on the Federal Reserve 100 years later, before he leaves us.

01:24:31.000 Okay, so Bruce, you know, we called you up to get you on about a con-con as a solution, or is it a bad idea to get your take on it?

01:24:37.000 You said, I'll talk about that, we'll do that in the next segment briefly, but I want to talk about the centralization of power, And the best way to describe it to the public, and we talked about the hearings they had a few weeks ago in Congress where this is being admitted.

01:24:50.000 And so basically, when do we become a dictatorship and what type of dictatorship it is?

01:24:56.000 Is it when it's institutional and bureaucratic?

01:25:00.000 What do you call that, an oligarchy? 0.72

01:25:02.000 Well, I call it one branch government that is indistinguishable from the tyranny that provoked the American Revolution.

01:25:11.000 And let me try to enumerate the most egregious usurpations of power.

01:25:15.000 And let me just add an aside.

01:25:17.000 The problem is not that we need a Constitutional Convention to change the Constitution.

01:25:21.000 We need politicians and the people to insist on following the Constitution.

01:25:26.000 Uh, instead of flouting it regularly.

01:25:28.000 But in any event, perhaps the most awesome power that the President exercises, this is probably in the history of the world, is the ability to kill anybody on the planet who he in secret determines is an imminent, whatever imminent could be in the next ten years, an imminent danger to the national security of the United States.

01:25:50.000 And the President has done this with regard to four U.S.

01:25:52.000 citizens so far that we know of them, eight more, hundreds of foreigners.

01:25:57.000 He is not accountable for any error.

01:25:59.000 That is, neither Congress, nor the courts, nor anyone gets to know whether or not who was killed was innocent, indistinguishable from what we would ordinarily call first-degree murder, for example.

01:26:11.000 About a year ago, a 68-year-old grandmother in Pakistan picking vegetables with a 9-year-old granddaughter.

01:26:18.000 Now, it is impossible, Alex, to conceive of a more awesome power than the authority to vanquish, to exterminate any person on the planet that you wish, with no accountability to anyone.

01:26:31.000 That would have made King George III blush, but that's just one example.

01:26:35.000 The Constitution entrusted to Congress the exclusive power to decide on war or peace because it's fraught with so many terrible consequences.

01:26:43.000 Presidents routinely, and this president in Libya, he was going to go into Syria until the American people spoke up against it.

01:26:51.000 He runs warfare in Yemen and Pakistan unilaterally without any congressional authorization.

01:26:56.000 I say, the Founding Fathers believed that Hansen's warfare was irreconcilable with liberty, which obviously it is.

01:27:02.000 One of the reasons why we have the Ed Snowden revelations and what a federal judge called an Orwellian surveillance state is because we purport to be at perpetual warfare with international terrorism, whatever that means, in the present tense.

01:27:20.000 So, we have both the usurpation of war, the usurpation over the right to decide life or death, the President has authority to detain any American citizen, that's Guantanamo Bay or elsewhere, no accusation or charge, just if he says you're associated with some group connected with Al Qaeda.

01:27:37.000 To repeat what I alerted to earlier about the surveillance state, we have the National Security Agency, one headed by someone who, without rebuke by the president, knowingly and purposely lied to Senator Ron White when he suposterously lied that, say, denying knowingly and purposely lied to Senator Ron White when he suposterously lied that, say, denying the NSA was collecting Open and notorious lie.

01:28:02.000 I was on the Iran Contra Committee, and there were people in the executive branch who went to prison for misstating, making false representations about funding the Nicaraguan resistance or arms shipments to Iran.

01:28:15.000 They went to prison and we have somebody, Mr. Clapper, who's actually promoted for lying to Congress.

01:28:20.000 That's right.

01:28:20.000 In fact, Poindexter did a lot less than Clapper.

01:28:23.000 Clapper ball-faced lied in the committee and got caught and has not gotten in trouble.

01:28:27.000 And that sets the precedent, doesn't it, to now get away with even more.

01:28:32.000 Yeah, it sort of fits the press.

01:28:33.000 These are principles, all that I've articulated, they lie around like loaded weapons ready to be used by any occupant, any executive branch that claims any preposterous excuse.

01:28:43.000 Now we also have now the idea, Alex, of treaties to sort of become antiquated.

01:28:49.000 And where formerly we needed treaties for NATO, treaties for the Japanese Defense Treaty or South Korea, we needed treaties even to regulate migratory birds.

01:28:59.000 Now the President by executive order, which means unilaterally, pledges 10, 20, 30 more years of military commitment in Afghanistan or Iraq or elsewhere.

01:29:09.000 So we no longer have the treaty checked on the adventures abroad by the President, which end up having men and women courageous, killed, die for nothing at extravagant expense, and typically end up with some kind of blowback.

01:29:24.000 Right now, for example, we already see that in Syria, this unilateral effort to so-called harm the dissident looks like we'll end up with a jihadi state that's indistinguishable from Taliban and Afghanistan.

01:29:37.000 We've got a final segment with you when you come back to finish up and tell us what we do about this and tell us where this eloquent breakdown is basically ending up and how we counter it.

01:29:49.000 Straight ahead after this quick break with Bruce Fine and we'll also tell you about his latest book.

01:29:54.000 Stay with us.

01:33:08.000 The Alex Jones Show.

01:33:24.000 Because there is a war on, for your mind.

01:33:28.000 Alright, that's gonna make the atheist and socialist over at the White House angry, but we are playing Christmas music here.

01:33:40.000 I've never really done this in the past at Christmas, but if it upsets them so much, They want to restrict it and pull down Christmas trees and stuff, then we better do it.

01:33:48.000 Bruce Fine, constitutional lawyer, advisor to Ron Paul, former federal official who helped get rid of the Fairness Doctrine and restore the First Amendment to a great extent.

01:33:57.000 Just amazing things he's done.

01:33:59.000 He's breaking down all the usurpations of what Obama's done.

01:34:03.000 And sure, other presidents have done some of this, but now...

01:34:06.000 There's no way to chronicle it all, but it's got to be double what other presidents have done.

01:34:10.000 It seems like the bottom's fallen out.

01:34:12.000 So if he doesn't get in trouble or if this isn't reversed, what comes out of that?

01:34:17.000 The bureaucracy's hungry for more power.

01:34:19.000 The Republican leadership's hungry for more power.

01:34:21.000 They're going after Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, who dare, you know, have sanity.

01:34:27.000 And so, Bruce, continuing with what Obama's doing and where it's all going and how we counter it.

01:34:34.000 Well, the fact is it's been a one-way trajectory through both the Republicans and Democratic White Houses.

01:34:40.000 It's true that under Obama it sort of reached its peak.

01:34:43.000 Uh, with regard to the level of one branch government.

01:34:47.000 I mean, the President goes on, for example, with their absurd Obamacare malfunctions, and then he's by a press conference, he amends, you know, the statute says, well, you don't need to have insurance this day, and unilaterally decides that you don't have to enforce the immigration laws if you're within the X, Y, and Z, and the criminal laws get changed unilaterally by the President going on a press conference.

01:35:10.000 Oh, didn't he read when he was at Harvard Law School, like me, that you actually have to have a congressional statute to amend the laws, the House and the Senate, if the President gets involved?

01:35:19.000 These are flagrant violations of his duty to faithfully execute the laws.

01:35:23.000 And indeed, that clause was written into the Constitution because British monarchs suspended, refused to enforce laws enacted by Parliament, initially those directed at Catholics.

01:35:33.000 And here we have a president whose earmark is deciding if he doesn't like a law, he'll just decide not to enforce it however he wishes.

01:35:41.000 That's a combination of what we've disclosed in my service on the Presidential Task Force on Presidential Signing Statements.

01:35:48.000 The president signs a bill and says, all right, I'll enforce the parts I like and the parts that I think are a little extravagant or I think are unconstitutional, I simply won't enforce.

01:35:59.000 The only way that this trajectory is going to be halted is American people pressuring Congress to do their duty.

01:36:07.000 They've got to insist that the remedy, if the President doesn't halt it, and I understand people get worried about the eye work, that's impeachable offense.

01:36:16.000 If you do not take care that the laws be faithfully executed, you are usurping the powers of Congress.

01:36:21.000 The CIA is involved in the articles of impeachment drafted by the House Judiciary Committee against President Richard Nixon in 1974.

01:36:28.000 And they used words like, you know, Taylor to basically execute the law was a foundation for an impeachable offense.

01:36:36.000 Bruce let me ask you this question and then continue with your line of logical breakdown here and where it's going if we don't reverse it and we've only covered a few of these dictatorial rule by press conference where he doesn't even put out an executive order as you just pointed out now which is obviously out of control and can't amend law.

01:36:54.000 Now he just speaks like I guess the Pope, ex-cathedral I think they call it, from the royal seat there at St.

01:37:03.000 Peter's Basilica, but we don't have an emperor, we don't have a religious leader.

01:37:08.000 Obama is not our religious leader.

01:37:10.000 My biggest issue, and I'm no lawyer, but explain to me what this is in law.

01:37:14.000 I know that if a law is not equally applied, it's a fraud.

01:37:17.000 How can he give waivers for Obamacare to just his friends?

01:37:20.000 How can he give waivers to General Electric to not shut down their coal power plants, but shut down others?

01:37:26.000 To me, that's the ultimate form of illegal takings, of discrimination, of economic warfare, and no one's even discussing that angle.

01:37:35.000 Isn't that really the biggest abhorrence here to everybody?

01:37:40.000 It's one.

01:37:41.000 I don't know whether I'd rank it at the very top.

01:37:43.000 There are a lot of candidates for that notoriety.

01:37:45.000 But certainly, that's what I explained was the duty to faithfully execute the laws.

01:37:51.000 And faithfully execute them means to apply them even-handedly.

01:37:54.000 In fact, one of the greatest checks.

01:37:56.000 The Fountain Fathers understood against abuses were the requirement that the law be applied equally to everyone.

01:38:03.000 So if it applies to your enemies, it's got to apply to your friends.

01:38:06.000 That's a huge check on government abuse.

01:38:08.000 And when you permit, you know, selective application, you're just inviting some kind of tyranny.

01:38:14.000 It was warned about 70 years ago by then Attorney General Robert Jackson that we've now got so many laws on the books.

01:38:21.000 That the real danger we confront is having prosecutors or executive officials find an offender and then pin an offense on him, rather than find an offense and then go looking for the culprit.

01:38:32.000 And that's what we end up with personalized justice that we associate with Russia or China, rather than blind justice that we associate with the Supreme Court and the statute of justice and indeed the United States Constitution itself.

01:38:47.000 But what you pointed out is simply another reason why we need to shrink this Leviathan State, get it back into a situation where liberty is the rule rather than the exception, and then we don't permit the government then to be used as a bludgeon to help destroy it.

01:39:02.000 Sure, sure, but I'm asking you...

01:39:06.000 As a student to the teacher, what is it where you shut down your competition and then only you're allowed to operate?

01:39:12.000 For me, that's open racketeering, open mafia tactics beyond communist or even fascist.

01:39:19.000 It's purely criminal what I see Obama doing across the board.

01:39:25.000 Well, let's say the theory of laws is called selective prosecution or selective application of the law based upon an invidious element.

01:39:32.000 It could be racial, it could be religious, or it could be, you know, political as, you know, as you're pointing out.

01:39:38.000 But that's what it is, a selective rather than an even-handed enforcement of the law that violates our basic concepts of due process and equal protection.

01:39:47.000 And what do you do in the face of that?

01:39:49.000 Where is this all going if we don't turn it around?

01:39:51.000 If you look at the way civilizations rise and fall... Yes, I have.

01:39:54.000 And I feel, Alex, we have 20 to 30 years before we have complete one-branch government rule by decree.

01:40:03.000 We have presidential encyclicals, I guess, instead of papal encyclicals.

01:40:07.000 We have 20 to 30 years if we don't turn this around.

01:40:10.000 And it's clear that it's going to turn around only if you and me, we the people, stand up and protest.

01:40:16.000 We should refuse to support anybody running for Congress who doesn't make an open pledge to impeach the President.

01:40:23.000 The President who violates the duty to faithfully execute the laws and who serves the war power, who kills American citizens without due process.

01:40:31.000 That ought to be a pledge every candidate for Congress ought to be forced to take in order to win your support.

01:40:37.000 Because otherwise, they end up being wallpaper, you know?

01:40:39.000 They're just spectators as the President does all the significant things.

01:40:42.000 Which is where we are today, and the Constitution is in dire danger precisely because of that complaint.

01:40:50.000 And you wrote your latest book just a couple years ago, we'll put it on screen for folks out there, American Empire Before the Fall, and I read it, and now exactly what you said in the book is now degenerating quickly.

01:41:03.000 I know you're being conservative saying 20 years.

01:41:07.000 And empires do take sometimes hundreds of years to die, but the way things are accelerated with technology and how small the world is now, my gut tells me we're going to get into a pickle in four or five years or ten years.

01:41:19.000 I mean, this is... Well, we could.

01:41:20.000 Well, we could, because there are all sorts of events that we definitely can't foresee with precision that could accelerate it.

01:41:26.000 But I say, you know, 20 or 30 years, that obviously assumes that there isn't any some kind of particular cataclysmic event, because I believe, Alex, That if we had somebody in the White House who wanted to today, go on television this evening and say, ladies and gentlemen, I have suspended the Constitution indefinitely to make you safe and make you wealthy, the Congress is frozen, it doesn't work anymore, the dangers abroad are too acute to tolerate the slowness of the Constitution.

01:41:56.000 I believe a president today who did that, including Obama, would get away with it.

01:42:00.000 The Congress would not impeach, and right now the American people are too sheep-like Unfortunately, Ron Paul agrees with you.

01:42:06.000 I agree with you.

01:42:06.000 who have returned ourselves to the days of King George III.

01:42:09.000 This is not probable.

01:42:11.000 That is how far I believe our political culture has to take.

01:42:15.000 Unfortunately, Ron Paul agrees with you.

01:42:17.000 Every learned person that studies this, it's as obvious as the nose on my face or your face.

01:42:17.000 I agree with you.

01:42:25.000 And you see Obama saying five years ago, I can't do that.

01:42:29.000 Congress has got to be there hundreds of times.

01:42:31.000 And then, well, I'd like to bypass them, but I can't.

01:42:34.000 And now, oh, I'm going to bypass them to keep you safe and fix things.

01:42:39.000 And then his own law that he helped write.

01:42:42.000 He then says, I'm going to become a dictator, basically, and selectively enforce what I want to make it work.

01:42:48.000 They have created the crisis.

01:42:50.000 They're not letting it go to waste.

01:42:52.000 And so we are here seeing them set the table for a near future crisis, be it collapse, financial problems, war, to claim Congress is broken and doesn't work.

01:43:03.000 So what do we, Bruce Fine, do about that right now?

01:43:08.000 Well, I think it's become politically active and insists that Congress is really institutionally the branch that's entrusted to rectify the problem.

01:43:18.000 Because the only ultimate check on the president is impeachment and removal from office because they're not a safe steward of our liberty.

01:43:25.000 And that means you've got to be concerned about your member of Congress.

01:43:29.000 And you need to watch and write letters and say you're not going to vote.

01:43:32.000 You will not support a member who doesn't protect our liberties and freedom from oppression by the executive branch.

01:43:39.000 Otherwise, you know, the system is broken and we will go the way of all prior 73 empires and destroy ourselves. 0.97

01:43:46.000 We won't be destroyed from external forces.

01:43:50.000 It will be ruination and tyranny self-imposed.

01:43:53.000 Now, if you look at that historically, normally, as you know, organizations, Or if you disagree, tell me, Mr. Fine.

01:44:03.000 That when tyrannies come in, people don't usually see it until it's already there, and until it's collapsing, and then the rats all abandon the ship.

01:44:11.000 We have a chance with our republic, our history, with all the people that have warned us, like yourself and Dr. Paul, to try to avert repeating history.

01:44:19.000 But, I mean, I think we can say the executive has become dictatorial, a dictatorship.

01:44:24.000 Obama may leave, but the power structure wants that dictatorial control, and they're playing with With fire, to say the least.

01:44:34.000 And I do see some good signs though, where people said no to the Syria expansion.

01:44:40.000 We're saying no to more gun control.

01:44:42.000 We see the states rallying.

01:44:43.000 What do you think about getting the states to rally and send public petitions or to use their bully pulpits to expose this?

01:44:51.000 There's no doubt.

01:44:52.000 The city council, state, governmental proclamations, state legislatures, passing resolutions, it harkens back to the precedent of the Kentucky and Virginia resolutions authored by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson protesting the usurpations and suppression of speech by the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798.

01:45:09.000 So that's a time-honored way in which we can protest officially.

01:45:15.000 That should be every single state in the union should be doing this.

01:45:18.000 We don't want this.

01:45:19.000 And that is a way to protest against the surveillance state?

01:45:22.000 No.

01:45:22.000 We'd rather be free and have liberty rather than have you gather every nook and cranny of information about me that could be abused for political purposes.

01:45:31.000 All these public statements are critical.

01:45:33.000 We have to be engaged.

01:45:35.000 And you're absolutely right.

01:45:36.000 Typically fear needs to come by incest, not in one fell swoop.

01:45:40.000 And where we see every day of more and more encroachment, and what is equally appalling is that when we end up with presidential candidates in the last race between Romney and Obama, neither of them were saying anything about, well, our presidency is too big.

01:45:56.000 Both parties were equally complicit.

01:45:59.000 And I say that's one of the things that we have got to accept is if neither party stands up and rolls back the executive tyranny, we need a new party.

01:46:08.000 Neither of them can be trusted with keeping the republic alive.

01:46:11.000 Well, I think everyone out there should buy your book, and they should send your book on the collapse and death of empires to their state legislatures, to Congress.

01:46:21.000 But when I look at Congress on C-SPAN, they know what they're doing.

01:46:27.000 We see the states responding, saying this is tyranny, we need to block this federal power grab.

01:46:33.000 But I don't see that happening in Congress, and I see them circling the wagons against the sane people, you know, the few people that are there like Walter Jones and Rand Paul and Ted Cruz and others.

01:46:44.000 I do see a big crop of libertarians getting in there on the shoulders of Ron Paul and others.

01:46:51.000 It really freaks me out to see the power structure not even wanting checks and balances, because even a wise tyranny would want to have a velvet glove.

01:46:59.000 I don't know why the establishment wants to lose its soft power, and I'm not even endorsing evil here, I'm just saying I'd rather have a boss hog who doesn't wreck the whole show, than just the wild-eyed, imperial, imperious, Nature, what can you say being up in D.C.

01:47:18.000 and working around this for so many years about the spirit and the behavior of the leadership of both parties because they really seem to think their armored vehicles and their billions of bullets and their black uniformed federalized police are a power that is unstoppable and I don't think they're in control of themselves is what I'm saying.

01:47:40.000 I think they're the great danger to themselves.

01:47:43.000 Well, they are, and leadership is a euphemism because I call them the invertebrate species, as they are a person who lack conviction, who go along to get along and are infatuated with themselves.

01:47:55.000 They're megalomaniacs, egomaniacs, they're exceedingly vain, and they don't want accountability for anything, and that's why they just push it all to the executive branch and then run in the bunker and hide.

01:48:07.000 And the fact is that they don't like the challenges posed by people like me and you and Ron Paul and Walter Jones and others.

01:48:15.000 I mean, John Boehner denounced people who are suggesting that a bloated $3.7 or $3.8 trillion budget was a cave-in that didn't do anything to rectify the extravagance of the It's a federal system that's led us to 17, 18 trillion dollars in national debt.

01:48:32.000 It's really an obscenity that we will trust upon posterity, who will not have gotten any of the luxuries that we did with all of that spending.

01:48:40.000 And what we need, as they say, is the American people.

01:48:44.000 And they showed it in Syria, Alex.

01:48:46.000 They stood up in Syria, 50,000 of the ones that know, and finally Congress and government So historical.

01:48:53.000 So that is the glimmer of hope.

01:48:55.000 And on so many fronts the awakening is happening.

01:48:57.000 Congress with a 6% approval rating.

01:49:00.000 So what's your prognosis then?

01:49:03.000 I mean we've got a good chance of turning the corner if everybody who loves liberty really gets aggressive?

01:49:09.000 Yes, we can turn the corner, and what we have, Alex, that no other prior empire has, we have our founding documents, our birth certificate.

01:49:18.000 The birth certificate is steeped in liberty, it's steeped in checks and balances, it's steeped in small government and the individual at the center of our constitutional universe.

01:49:27.000 So we have genuine roots that are venerated that we can return to.

01:49:31.000 No other empire had that, but it's up to us.

01:49:35.000 Uh, to restore the virtues and the values of the Republic that, uh, led to our independence in 1776.

01:49:41.000 And these people who argue, well, that was before the Internet, that was before globalization, they don't really understand anything about life.

01:49:48.000 Because human nature, the DNA of the species, has been the same for 4,000 years, and it always will be.

01:49:54.000 The founding fathers understood all of that, and they understood the narrative, the motives that caused power to be abused.

01:49:59.000 Well, and as you know, the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Constitution is the flower of the Renaissance, and the flower of thousands of years of common law in Europe, and of mosaic law, and of the best systems, and that it's the modern idea, it's the best Of thousands of years of revolution against tyranny.

01:50:19.000 It's the greatest ideals of freedom.

01:50:21.000 It's the modern document.

01:50:23.000 What we're going back to is classical tyranny.

01:50:26.000 Exactly right.

01:50:27.000 One branch government.

01:50:28.000 Most primitive political societies are all led by one particular leader.

01:50:33.000 It's only the sophisticated, mature society that has the idea of checks and balances.

01:50:37.000 We are retrogressing, if you will.

01:50:39.000 You know, so we are going backwards prior to 1776 in our political status.

01:50:46.000 And that is what we have the ability Absolutely.

01:50:48.000 Bruce Fine, have a wonderful New Year.

01:54:47.000 They keep saying I'm going to get to that.

01:54:48.000 There's a big stack of developing news up on Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:54:54.000 There's also more and more mainstream media freaking out over the bullets, the armored vehicles, the militarization of police.

01:54:59.000 Now they're expanding huge units of militarized police, not for single SWAT raids, but for armed combat with the American people and federalized local units for combat against the state government.

01:55:11.000 The feds are actually militarizing police Under the COG for war with the state governments.

01:55:18.000 And that's actually in the Defense Authorization Act.

01:55:20.000 The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007.

01:55:22.000 I mean, man, I read this stuff and it's just so real.

01:55:28.000 And I can't believe it's all happening.

01:55:30.000 Look, I know why people tune in for the first time and go, there's no way this is going on.

01:55:33.000 But now you see it all happening, so my credibility's gone way up.

01:55:37.000 This isn't about my credibility.

01:55:39.000 I wish I'd been discredited.

01:55:41.000 I wish this wasn't real.

01:55:43.000 This is white knuckle, hold fast type stuff here, okay?

02:00:20.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:25.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:29.000 Well, we're seeing record cold and ice storms out there during the global warming.

02:00:45.000 The North Pole got thicker, never recorded, because Al Gore said it'd be melted by this winter.

02:00:51.000 But I guess he's right, we're wrong.

02:00:52.000 Let's go to your phone calls right now.

02:00:54.000 The GM of Griffith's coming up with more of your calls and a ton of news I haven't gotten to yet.

02:00:58.000 Ryan in Texas, thanks for holding.

02:01:00.000 You're on the air, and Merry Christmas.

02:01:03.000 Merry Christmas, Alex.

02:01:04.000 Does the First Amendment of the Constitution still protect me to express my thoughts about Christmas on the air?

02:01:10.000 Sure, go ahead.

02:01:12.000 Oh, I just wanted to say that.

02:01:14.000 Well, in order to really break down what these globalists are doing and to wake up the average person, we need to really let them know how the subconscious mind actually works and how it functions, and how the psychological warfare games are being played.

02:01:30.000 One thing you'll hear about that they still do, and I think I was saying something about this one time, it's called defining the enemy.

02:01:38.000 In order to have a war, you have to have an enemy.

02:01:41.000 Yeah, to first demonize the enemy and dehumanize them.

02:01:44.000 And nowadays they call it forming your target market for the group of people you're going to sell to.

02:01:50.000 And that's basically the group of people you're trying to attack.

02:01:54.000 But I'll go ahead and sum it up for you today.

02:01:58.000 The War on Terror, I feel like it's a modern-day equivalent of the Salem Witch Trials, if you ask me.

02:02:04.000 Yeah, and they make everyone the terrorist because you can't find out where they are.

02:02:07.000 The War on Terror is the war on the individual by the kleptocratic state, exactly.

02:02:13.000 And the word conspiracy, if you really want to break it down on Greek and Latin root word levels, okay, the word con in Spanish, when you con someone, you trick them like a con artist.

02:02:22.000 Spiracy, a derivative of the word spirit.

02:02:25.000 Conspiracy.

02:02:26.000 You con someone's spirit with a psychological warfare game.

02:02:29.000 Well, what they're really saying is they're saying you're in a conspiracy if you don't believe in us. 0.99

02:02:33.000 You're a heretic.

02:02:35.000 Well, yeah, that's because what they... You're exactly right.

02:02:38.000 And the way they do that is to convert your belief system into a state of perpetual bondage of what the establishment wants you to function as based upon their social and psychological and engineering games that they play.

02:02:50.000 And one of the ways they do it is... Well, the brain has wavelengths and The way it works is the algorithm of our voices and sounds that we hear, words, thoughts, and actions, it's all a big equation of how it all goes together.

02:03:06.000 That's right, and if you're not conscious of the manipulation with the light waves, the cadences, all of it, they put you into subconscious mode for literal programming as if you're hypnotized.

02:03:17.000 And that's why so much of the public seems like they're hypnotized now and will do anything.

02:03:21.000 And go, I like Obamacare, even if it triples my prices, because they've been programmed that they're part of the winning team and that they're winning by doing that.

02:03:30.000 But if they ever became conscious, they would then be aware of it.

02:03:33.000 But see, they don't want to become conscious because deep down, even below what's on the surface of their subconscious, deeper subconscious, knows that they're actually losers that are failing and being conned.

02:03:44.000 So they project from the subconscious through the conscious that you're the one causing the problem because you're telling them that they're doing something bad or being conned.

02:03:52.000 They are projecting onto you and are angry at the messenger telling them, hey, your liver is going to fail if you keep drinking a bottle of vodka every night.

02:04:01.000 And they're like, shut up and don't tell me what I got to do in my life. 0.88

02:04:04.000 I'll drink all I want. 0.96

02:04:06.000 Or, you know, it's the same thing.

02:04:07.000 And that's exactly what they're doing.

02:04:10.000 Well yeah, technology is the willing partner in this whole mess, because as one of the gentlemen was saying earlier, and as you're saying, everybody's zombied out and into a state of subconscious.

02:04:20.000 They're all too busy looking at their smartphones.

02:04:23.000 I mean, we live in the third dimension, Alex.

02:04:25.000 These screen agers, as we know them, they're They've been staring their whole lives at a screen, which is basically a one-eyed monster that depicts something from a higher image to a lower image, and when a mirror speaks, the reflection lies, just like in the Cult of Personality song.

02:04:39.000 And speaking of which, they're trying to redefine every form of human behavior as unsafe, and that's what they bring in the police state, because they have to justify the fact to spy on people, and they treat us like prisoners, and they... No, exactly!

02:04:51.000 Tyrannies always make the general public criminals, so that we can all be enslaved. 1.00

02:04:55.000 It's a new form of slavery.

02:04:57.000 That's what political correctness is.

02:04:59.000 And you hit the nail directly on the head.

02:05:01.000 Great call, Ryan.

02:05:02.000 Alright, Brandon and others, your calls are coming up.

02:05:05.000 G. Edward Griffin and more.

02:05:09.000 In the last 50 years, iodine has been phased out of our staple foods and replaced with the halogen bromine, a practice now banned in nations around the world.

02:05:19.000 Guess what else is in the halogen family?

02:05:21.000 Fluoride!

02:05:22.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Jones here.

02:05:24.000 In 1924, the federal government did the right thing and encouraged salt producers to add iodine.

02:05:31.000 It's the good halogen on the periodic table, and the results are on record.

02:05:36.000 Reports documented a 15-point IQ increase in areas that had previously been deficient in iodine.

02:05:42.000 Bottom line, iodine is important.

02:05:44.000 Unbound, clean, in a glycerin base.

02:08:07.000 Big Brother. Mainstream Media. Government Cover-Ups.

02:08:29.000 You want to stop tyranny?

02:08:30.000 Well, so does he.

02:08:32.000 Live from the InfoWars.com studios, it's Alex Jones.

02:08:40.000 That's right, Thought Criminal Music at the bottom of the goward.

02:08:43.000 G. Edward Griffin leaves us, and then we will go to Brandon, Jim, Chris, Iona, Alan, and many others who are patiently holding a bunch of news on Fukushima, the economy, and a bunch of other issues we have not covered yet.

02:08:57.000 But G. Edward Griffin joins us.

02:08:59.000 He is the author of the best-selling book, The Creation from Jekyll Island, and an expert on the private run-for-profit Federal Reserve.

02:09:06.000 And on this day in 1913, We got the, quote, Federal Reserve.

02:09:12.000 That's either federal or reserve.

02:09:15.000 And we also got an income tax to pay them and some other things.

02:09:19.000 Got rid of the senators being elected by the legislature so they'd be federal creatures and not state creatures.

02:09:24.000 So the real takeover, if you have to mark one moment of a globalist coup, was 1913.

02:09:29.000 But ever since then they've been usurping more and more power.

02:09:32.000 So I wanted to get Jim McGriffin's take on some other news that ties into this.

02:09:35.000 The attacks on free speech, what's happening with the economy.

02:09:38.000 But first, I want to get him to break down what this means to him 100 years under this and how far we've come.

02:09:44.000 20 years ago, almost no one knew it was private.

02:09:48.000 They'd laugh at you if you said it wasn't federal.

02:09:50.000 Now almost everyone knows it's a sham and that it's actually there running things to a great extent outside of Congress.

02:09:55.000 And former head of the Federal Reserve famously told Blair News and I, Or Lair News Hour, that, oh, no one can regulate the Fed, it's above government!

02:10:03.000 Which, of course, is a total fraud.

02:10:05.000 And now the President says he's above Congress, and that the UN is above Congress.

02:10:09.000 So, the trampling of our rights is accelerating.

02:10:12.000 And, G.E.

02:10:13.000 Edward, thank you for coming on with us, and Merry Christmas.

02:10:16.000 Well, thank you, Alex, and the same to you.

02:10:18.000 I like your introductions because you always take all of the burden off of me.

02:10:24.000 You've just about said everything that I wanted to say.

02:10:27.000 No, no, but repeat it in your learned way!

02:10:30.000 Well, I don't know about that learned part, but you know, when you think back on the fact that this creature from Jekyll Island, the Federal Reserve System, is actually a hundred years old, It's appalling to me that the nation has survived it because as you pointed out it's a private corporation run for profit and that's not so bad.

02:10:53.000 I like private corporations run for profit but I don't like them when they have the power of government behind them and they have the power to coerce me to do what they want to do or they send me to prison and that's basically what we have here.

02:11:05.000 We've got a private institution, a cartel, banking cartel That went into partnership with the government.

02:11:11.000 They took their cartel agreement, which was how they were going to regulate their own industry to their advantage.

02:11:16.000 They took it to Congress and they got those guys in Washington, D.C.

02:11:20.000 to pass it into law.

02:11:22.000 Can you think of a more of a coup than that?

02:11:24.000 They took a cartel agreement, now it's law.

02:11:27.000 So we have to obey it.

02:11:28.000 And I think that that has been in effect now for a hundred years.

02:11:31.000 And it's just amazing to me that the nation has survived.

02:11:35.000 Well, of course.

02:11:36.000 Now, we look back on that and we say, well, it has survived.

02:11:38.000 We're still here.

02:11:39.000 But as Scotty would say on Star Trek, he would say, Captain, I don't think we can hold her together much longer.

02:11:46.000 She's coming apart.

02:11:48.000 Exactly.

02:11:49.000 The nation is coming apart and we can see that.

02:11:54.000 It's not a very pleasant picture.

02:11:56.000 It's not a pretty picture at all.

02:11:57.000 But the enlightening thing, or the encouraging thing, I should say, is that people are becoming aware of it now.

02:12:04.000 They're waking up.

02:12:05.000 When I wrote my book back in 1994, nobody knew anything about the Federal Reserve.

02:12:09.000 Couldn't care less.

02:12:10.000 Now it's almost a household word.

02:12:12.000 It's in everybody's vocabulary.

02:12:14.000 Maybe not quite so sure what it is, but they know it's big, and they know it's bad.

02:12:19.000 They know it's doing bad things, and that's a huge first step toward bringing about reform.

02:12:26.000 Well said.

02:12:26.000 And your book, The Creation from Jekyll Island, is available at infowarestore.com to support both of our media organizations and what we're doing.

02:12:34.000 It is so essential for listeners to continue to support the Liberty Movement, because we couldn't be doing any of this Any of this without the general public's support and help.

02:12:47.000 And we've come so far.

02:12:48.000 We've shot down the expansion of the Syria war.

02:12:52.000 We have successfully together exposed the private Federal Reserve.

02:12:58.000 We've beaten their latest gun grabs.

02:13:01.000 Obamacare is incredibly unpopular, which is another private tax to these very same banksters.

02:13:07.000 But more and more they're just relying on oppressive control.

02:13:11.000 But if the world, not just America, tyranny versus liberty, humanity and the individual versus the collective, establishment, if it was a football game, what's the score right now?

02:13:21.000 Because I feel like we've been down in the game, but we've been rallying, scoring touchdowns, and we're coming up to a tie very soon if we just keep our spirit up and go 110%.

02:13:32.000 Well, I like that analogy.

02:13:34.000 I don't know that we're coming that close to a tie, that close to it, but we are moving in that direction.

02:13:39.000 That's the important thing, you know.

02:13:41.000 Up until a few years ago, I was very depressed about all of this because I thought that, you know, America just didn't care.

02:13:48.000 Well, you know, the truth of the matter is most Americans do care, but they don't understand it enough and they don't have enough...

02:13:55.000 Background to know what to do about it.

02:13:58.000 And it's always been that way.

02:14:00.000 It's probably going to always be that kind of a situation where a very small group of people really will always run the show.

02:14:08.000 And we can complain about that.

02:14:10.000 And you could say, well, the elites, we don't like these elites.

02:14:13.000 But the question is, who are the elites going to be when our nation was founded?

02:14:19.000 Thank God it was a very special elite.

02:14:22.000 That stepped up to the plate and created this magnificent constitution that we had.

02:14:27.000 Let's face it, it was created by an elite.

02:14:30.000 The average American at that time didn't have the education, didn't have the knowledge, didn't have the foresight, the philosophical background to create a constitution like that.

02:14:39.000 So, the question is not whether or not, you know, the masses are really capable of taking control of their own political destiny.

02:14:47.000 The question is which small group is going to become the leadership group in our society.

02:14:54.000 And this is where I'm encouraged because I see that little thin margin.

02:14:58.000 Of the population, which in my view is always less than 3% that runs the show, it's changing.

02:15:03.000 It's changing from the collectivist, the CFR cluster, you know, that center of gravity, and now people like you and myself and others who are in the forefront of calling for freedom and understand what that means, understand what it means to create freedom and what you have to avoid and all that they have a philosophical base for it in other words that group is gradually inching its way it's like the camel getting its nose under the tent it's happening it's happening and that's very encouraging to me well you're right

02:15:32.000 and again it's always a tiny minority for good or bad that governs and trailblazes and the establishment knows that That's why they run collectivist and fascist and control freaks and criminals for office and get them into the police and get them in as mayor because they crave it. 0.81

02:15:50.000 Those of us that crave liberty and crave the animating contest of freedom and who crave truly being free and not dominated It's our fault that we've ever let these lesser scum run things because if you really look at the government types and even the corporate centralized types, they're not that smart.

02:16:06.000 They just have an instinct and a will to power.

02:16:09.000 We have to have a will to take control of the power structure to empower humanity and to turn humanity loose.

02:16:17.000 Like Bruce Fine, who I had on earlier, who at the FCC pointed out, hey, this rule is dictatorial, saying no free speech, let's just remove it.

02:16:24.000 We never had the authority to begin with, and then we had talk radio out of one guy, because I've studied it, who made a noise at the right time in the mid-80s.

02:16:34.000 And again, this is an example of how the elite are scared of protest and action and free speech and libertarians, because they know they're a tiny group that took over.

02:16:44.000 They're scared of us.

02:16:45.000 They call us counter-revolutionaries because we want to restore the republic.

02:16:50.000 They're trying to restore kleptocratic gang government.

02:16:54.000 Well, you're quite right. 0.95

02:16:55.000 And so, I think that the collectivist mentality is that, you're certainly right, no smarter than anybody else, and in some cases I think they come up short on that side, but they're certainly not stupid.

02:17:08.000 And they understand human psychology, and I think they understand a bit of history that most of us in the past missed.

02:17:15.000 And that is, and you mentioned it, is that there are power centers in society, and whoever controls those power centers controls the whole mass of society.

02:17:24.000 It's not done through one person or one committee that dominates the whole nation.

02:17:30.000 People belong to groups and organizations.

02:17:32.000 They belong to political parties, labor unions, they belong to church organizations, PTAs, and all this sort of thing.

02:17:38.000 They follow leaders, in other words.

02:17:41.000 And if it's possible, and our opponents understood this, it is possible to capture control of the tops of these power centers, these organizations, with a relatively small number of people, if they know what they're doing and are willing to go out and reach for that power.

02:17:58.000 Well, they've been more than willing to reach for that power because it fits their mentality.

02:18:02.000 They're control freaks.

02:18:04.000 They know that power is necessary to control.

02:18:06.000 Those of us who don't want to be controlled have always said, oh, I don't want to get involved in politics.

02:18:11.000 Politics is dirty.

02:18:13.000 I don't like politicians.

02:18:14.000 And we back away from the battlefield.

02:18:16.000 We've never been out there to confront these people.

02:18:18.000 They've had an easy time of it because of our instincts to stay away from power.

02:18:23.000 Well, all of that has got to change, and it is changing.

02:18:26.000 And thanks a lot to you, Alex.

02:18:29.000 No, my friend, it's thanks to all our listeners and you and so many others.

02:18:31.000 We're in this together.

02:18:32.000 I do have really a lust for liberty.

02:18:34.000 That's not the right word, but a real drive to be free.

02:18:38.000 And we like free association.

02:18:40.000 We want to hang out with our friends.

02:18:41.000 We like people that are successful and artists and who've built their own thing.

02:18:46.000 We know how to build our own system.

02:18:49.000 We are self-sufficient.

02:18:51.000 And so we don't want to be part of the gang.

02:18:52.000 We don't want to go be part of the street gang, or the motorcycle gang, or the government gang.

02:18:57.000 And so I really think it is gang mentality people versus individuals.

02:19:02.000 So how to lone wolves, how do we then collectively come together to counter a collective?

02:19:08.000 Well, we have to recognize exactly this issue.

02:19:11.000 We have to know the difference between collective action and collectivism.

02:19:18.000 People get that confused.

02:19:19.000 They think that because you don't want to be part of collectivism, you know that's bad, that's the basis of most of the evils in governments around the world today.

02:19:27.000 They think that therefore you can't cooperate with anybody voluntarily.

02:19:31.000 And I've always answered that by saying just because I'm an individualist doesn't mean I have to move my piano all alone.

02:19:38.000 The difference between collectivism and collective action is this.

02:19:43.000 Collective action is done voluntarily.

02:19:47.000 Collectivism is collective action done under the whip.

02:19:51.000 You do it, or you go to prison, or you die.

02:19:55.000 And there's a difference.

02:19:55.000 It's the difference between freedom of choice, the difference between freedom and slavery.

02:20:01.000 Collectivists, they take advantage of that confusion.

02:20:05.000 They think, well you can't get this done.

02:20:07.000 See, they love that confusion.

02:20:08.000 Well, and that's why I brought it up, because you can say it so much more eloquently than I can.

02:20:12.000 That's it!

02:20:13.000 Individuals think we've got to be totally alone.

02:20:15.000 No, it's the opposite.

02:20:16.000 We have to get past that instinct to not want to mess with other people and tell other folks that we're right and they're wrong.

02:20:22.000 We've got to do it or the pea brains that lust after power are going to dominate us and so we've got to go out and find other individuals and through free association ...resist them at every front.

02:20:35.000 And a lot of that is just shopping with Made in America, or local, or groups that promote liberty, or using the boycott power, which we're doing more and more.

02:20:44.000 That's why the collectivists are always trying to organize their people into the same thing, when the truth is, they're a minority when it comes to actual thinkers.

02:20:54.000 Most of their minions, camp followers, do it because of a perception of power being part of the group, or because of some of the largesse they get.

02:21:03.000 Yes, and then there's a herd instinct, you know.

02:21:05.000 And again, our opponents are very wise.

02:21:07.000 They've studied this psychological element of mankind, and they know how to use herd instinct.

02:21:15.000 And we have to learn how to use that too.

02:21:17.000 It doesn't mean we have to use it against people.

02:21:19.000 Or deceive them, but we have to recognize that it's real.

02:21:22.000 People do like to follow leaders and so we're not going to change that.

02:21:27.000 Even leaders like to follow leaders.

02:21:29.000 I've observed this.

02:21:30.000 You go to a cocktail party and it doesn't take long before you realize that there's one person generally dominating the room in a cocktail party.

02:21:39.000 And if another one shows up, and he's a dominant person, or she, all of a sudden you've got a little contest there between these two dominant ones.

02:21:47.000 And then usually one will back down and yield to the other one.

02:21:50.000 You see it in all segments of the animal kingdom.

02:21:53.000 I remember when I was a kid.

02:21:55.000 I was a city kid and I fortunately had a couple of summers on my uncle's farm and one of my chores, so-called, was to go to bring the cattle in, you know, and I noticed at this young age that this cattle always followed the same lead cow.

02:22:08.000 It was always the same lead cow.

02:22:11.000 And one day the lead cow was kept in the barn for a couple of days because it had an ulcer on the ear and the veterinarian came out and he wanted to isolate the cow and all that sort of thing.

02:22:21.000 So that particular, the first day, that particular day, the lead cow wasn't in the field.

02:22:26.000 And the other cows were very, very bewildered for a minute, but it didn't take long.

02:22:30.000 Another bestie moved to the front and she became the lead cow for the next two or three days. 1.00

02:22:34.000 She was the same lead cow.

02:22:36.000 And then when the other one came back, well, that took over again.

02:22:38.000 And I never really fully understood Understood that lesson until I was much older and I realized what humans are a lot like that, too And so you can fight it you can be moment, but that's the way it is so it's our responsibility to provide responsible intelligent leadership for those who want to follow it's our Obligation really to provide that kind of leadership because if we don't our enemies will and they're gonna lead us right into the prison camp

02:23:06.000 I agree and again I don't like going to cocktail parties for that reason.

02:23:08.000 Big ones because it's all a big show-off fest.

02:23:11.000 I like to hang around with my buddies and then I shut up and hear them all tell jokes and then it comes around to me and I make a joke and that's what I like.

02:23:20.000 That's the problem is I want to be alone or hanging out with my wife and kids or with a few buddies fishing or a few buddies you know over dinner and I just I just don't understand it but but You're absolutely right and that's why the system when we stand up as individuals is we don't want to be slaves and say hey I'm not your slave leave me alone.

02:23:38.000 They're like how dare you you're bad to try to beat you over the head so all the other followers see that and think I better not be like that.

02:23:45.000 I better not have free speech like Phil Robinson. 0.96

02:23:49.000 I better shut up because they are trying to take out any lead cow that tries to get off the reservation. 1.00

02:23:56.000 What do you make of the state? 0.95

02:23:58.000 Of the open tyranny of Obama.

02:24:00.000 I mean, worse than I thought it would even be.

02:24:02.000 And the open attacks on free speech.

02:24:04.000 I mean, what do you think is really behind that right now, G. Ever Griffin?

02:24:09.000 Boy, that's a question I'm almost afraid to even think about.

02:24:13.000 And I have avoided it as much as possible.

02:24:15.000 Because every time I...

02:24:18.000 I turn my mind to the question of motives, which is always a dangerous and a hard thing to guess what another person's motives are.

02:24:27.000 I always come up with a bad answer.

02:24:30.000 I keep coming up with a very strong suspicion, at least, that maybe Obama's mission was to lead the country down.

02:24:40.000 I can't imagine that just a An ideologue, somebody who really believed in collectivism, somebody who'd been indoctrinated into communism and surrounded by a bunch of comrades and so forth, who really believed that from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

02:24:58.000 In other words, an idealist.

02:25:00.000 It's hard for me to accept that an idealist, once they're put into the seat of power like Obama is, and they can really see up close and personal that these policies are not working at all.

02:25:13.000 In fact, they're accomplishing just the opposite.

02:25:15.000 It's hard for me to imagine that they don't just say, hey, I give up, I was wrong!

02:25:19.000 But no, it just keeps going forward and forward and forward, and I have a suspicion that some of the quotations we've heard from Obama in his early days, before he even went into politics, about his animosity toward America, his desire to punish and discipline America, I think, I keep thinking, is that really his motive, his purpose, and his mission?

02:25:43.000 And I suspect that it is.

02:25:45.000 I agree with you and the folks that run him are like that.

02:25:49.000 It was like the famous actor Ron Silver reportedly in front of newspaper reporters when Clinton was being sworn in back in 1993 and they had jets flying over. 0.95

02:26:01.000 And the average rich Hollywood person didn't get, they were part of the elite, didn't get that military work for them, and looked at Hillary and said, how dare them fly jets over to threaten us, because they knew the average military person wasn't an elitist, you know, decadent scumbag. 0.59

02:26:16.000 And Hillary looked at him and said, Ron, those are our jets now. 0.99

02:26:20.000 And the thing is, is that their instinct to run us into the ground and really just do evil things.

02:26:27.000 And dominate us.

02:26:28.000 They're threatened by the idea that we could bring them to justice.

02:26:31.000 We could kick the Federal Reserve out.

02:26:33.000 But if they could just break the country, like Cloward and Piven, if they could just bankrupt us, then the whole country could become a giant re-education camp, and then they could build their utopia. 0.88

02:26:44.000 And I think that's, I think he hit the nail on the head.

02:26:48.000 Yeah, I think that's probably it.

02:26:50.000 And we have to go back to the philosophy of the Fabian socialists.

02:26:54.000 You know, their idea, and they're still very real, by the way, very dominant, and not just in the UK.

02:27:00.000 But the Fabian socialist concept was that you had to smash the earth to bits so that you could remold it, rebuild it to your desire.

02:27:08.000 They took that famous line out of Omar Khayyam, you know, that if we could smash the earth to bits and then remold it closest to the heart's desire, that was that famous line.

02:27:19.000 And they even had a mural to that effect, a little stained glass mural in their Fabian socialist house there in England, showing the early members of the Fabian society with hammers, and they're striking the earth, which is on an anvil, and and they're striking the earth, which is on an anvil, and they're smashing the earth to bits to illustrate this idea that if you want to build something new, you have to break the old Lenin said it this way.

02:27:47.000 Lenin said if you want to create an omelette, you have to crack a few eggs.

02:27:53.000 You know, this sort of thing.

02:27:54.000 It's the mentality of all collectivists.

02:27:57.000 Absolutely.

02:27:58.000 And it's really about them playing God.

02:28:00.000 But we see wherever they get control, they don't build something back beautiful afterwards.

02:28:04.000 They just wreck everything.

02:28:05.000 And then they rule from You know, some smoldering North Korean command center. 0.98

02:28:10.000 In closing, what do you want to say about the 100 years of the Federal Reserve and the income tax that came with it, and where do you think it's going?

02:28:19.000 Well, the first thing that comes to mind is we're not going to let it happen for another 100 years, but then it couldn't possibly, because these forces cannot continue that much longer.

02:28:30.000 We're coming to a head.

02:28:31.000 It's not... 100 years from now, it's either going to be a lot better or a lot worse.

02:28:37.000 And I think because of what we are doing, it's going to be a lot better when people become finally aware, not only that things are bad, but why they're bad.

02:28:47.000 And it's not just the people.

02:28:48.000 It's not just people with names, although that's a part of it.

02:28:51.000 You can't ignore it.

02:28:52.000 It's what they believe.

02:28:53.000 It's what they hold in their minds.

02:28:54.000 It's their philosophy, their ideology.

02:28:56.000 Because if we just think it's people, if we If we just think it's Republicans or Democrats, if we just think it's Obama or Clinton or some Republican, name anybody.

02:29:06.000 If we think it's that person, then we replace them with somebody just like it and we haven't gone anywhere.

02:29:12.000 And so we have to realize it's what they believe.

02:29:14.000 And the enemy, really, of freedom around the world is called collectivism.

02:29:19.000 And that's our enemy.

02:29:22.000 You and I are part of the same crusade to destroy collectivism and replace it with individualism and freedom.

02:31:21.000 Fluoride.

02:31:22.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Jones here.

02:31:24.000 In 1924, the federal government did the right thing and encouraged salt producers to add iodine.

02:31:30.000 It's the good halogen on the periodic table.

02:31:33.000 And the results are on record.

02:33:29.000 Okay, callers have been holding long enough.

02:33:34.000 I'm gonna go to five or six of you that are on the board.

02:33:37.000 Then I'm gonna go into the news that I haven't hit on Fukushima, the economy, and more.

02:33:42.000 Man, that's beautiful music.

02:33:43.000 I don't care if you like Christmas or not.

02:33:44.000 I mean, it'd be like Star Wars music.

02:33:48.000 If it was Christmas music, I'd like it.

02:33:49.000 You know, I get more sentimental about Christmas as I get older because of all the memories of it. .

02:33:59.000 And I just pray that my uncle lives and doesn't die.

02:34:02.000 He's in East Texas.

02:34:03.000 I'm gonna get in the car and go see him after this.

02:34:05.000 The doctors have said it's hit and miss.

02:34:08.000 And that they didn't think he would make it yesterday, basically.

02:34:10.000 Then they said he may now.

02:34:12.000 He's made a turn back for the better, at least by the time I talked to my dad this morning, who's there.

02:34:18.000 It's my mother's brother.

02:34:20.000 And the only reason I talk about it is you realize what's really important at Christmas, especially when you've had family die, as his son did, and he took care of him and got whatever this mystery illness is from him.

02:34:32.000 So please pray for my uncle who goes by Biff Hammond.

02:34:37.000 His name's William Forrest Hammond.

02:34:39.000 Not the William Hammond that was a fake pilot or something.

02:34:43.000 I was Googling that the other night and saw some other William Hammond.

02:34:46.000 So it's not that William Hammond.

02:34:48.000 But certainly pray for him.

02:34:52.000 All that comes up for my uncles at LSU, was it football player and track team?

02:34:59.000 And that is the right, William Hammond, back I think in 1964, before he went to Vietnam.

02:35:04.000 but But I'm gonna go see him and I meant to call my dad during that break then I got sidetracked because he didn't want to talk in front of my aunt this morning.

02:35:15.000 Hey my life is so busy I end up like trying to multitask while I'm on air and doing this at the same time so I apologize for bringing that up but the reason I brought it up is please continue to pray For everyone that's sick across the world.

02:35:28.000 I think about how 15 million people, children starve to death each year.

02:35:31.000 Another 20 million adults.

02:35:32.000 That's the UN's own numbers.

02:35:34.000 It's probably higher.

02:35:36.000 And then I see the leftist organizations say, good, there's too many people.

02:35:40.000 But if it was their family dying, it'd be the end of the world.

02:35:43.000 It's just, I just, I have empathy for small animals, for everybody.

02:35:48.000 And it's not because I'm some wonderful person.

02:35:50.000 I've got normal, hardwired empathy.

02:35:52.000 So I'm not a monster.

02:35:54.000 And I just have come to realize the people running things, they don't have any empathy except for themselves and I'm just sick of them.

02:36:01.000 President has enrolled in Obamacare.

02:36:03.000 They call it symbolic.

02:36:06.000 That just came out from the Washington Post.

02:36:09.000 Obama signs up for health care, selects bronze plan in D.C.

02:36:13.000 exchange.

02:36:14.000 What a sick joke.

02:36:16.000 And then buried in the article, it was symbolic.

02:36:19.000 He has total presidential care by the military. 1.00

02:36:22.000 And, I mean, this is just total crap. 0.98

02:36:26.000 If you scroll down, you can see him in the big armored SUV. 0.99

02:36:29.000 I mean, is there no end?

02:36:32.000 If you scroll down in that article, folks can see it.

02:36:34.000 Oh, fantastic.

02:36:36.000 The point is, people can go see the article.

02:36:40.000 But that computer's locked up, I'm told. 0.78

02:36:42.000 But the point is that it is pretty darn disgusting.

02:36:48.000 But Drudge calls it a holiday special, one extra day to sign up.

02:36:53.000 And then after we take your calls, I'm going to get into the articles that are up on Infowars.com.

02:37:02.000 Obama family Christmas card, no mention of Christ or Christmas.

02:37:05.000 Well, of course!

02:37:06.000 Cop tells college grad, you're lucky I didn't effing shoot you after raiding wrong house.

02:37:12.000 Yeah, you don't get an apology now.

02:37:14.000 You get handcuffs in the lawn being told, look, we don't, because they're real soldiers, folks, when they do that.

02:37:22.000 These are real tough guys.

02:37:23.000 A lesbian author accuses gay groups of bullying tactics over Phil Robertson controversy.

02:37:29.000 One day president signs up after Obamacare record numbers reject health care law.

02:37:34.000 Obama administration offers flimsy excuse for NSA surveillance.

02:37:37.000 Americans brawl over new Air Jordans sneakers.

02:37:40.000 That's an amazing video up on InfoWars.com.

02:37:44.000 And Ron Paul says progress towards peace in 2013, but dark clouds remain.

02:37:49.000 There's also a lot more up on the site as well.

02:37:53.000 Uh, they've also got some of the White House, uh, U.N.

02:37:56.000 minions saying, no Benghazi regrets, I don't have time to think about a false controversy.

02:38:02.000 They ordered the stand-down for almost eight hours, uh, and she says, uh, Susan Rice on Intel officials lying, they inadvertently made false representations, and she says it's a non-controversy. 0.93

02:38:17.000 I mean, these people are just so mega, mega, mega, mega arrogant.

02:38:23.000 Flaunting all their criminal activity right in our face.

02:38:27.000 There's another story up on Drudge Report.

02:38:30.000 New armored tank for police sparks fears.

02:38:34.000 From BizPakReview.

02:38:36.000 That's an excellent site.

02:38:37.000 We posted their article to mirror it for posterity.

02:38:41.000 And it's just police departments everywhere.

02:38:44.000 People are freaking out over police wearing camo, like they're in Southeast Asia. 0.97

02:38:48.000 And the giant armored vehicles used in Iraq and Homeland Security is, we told you they were building a bunch for them.

02:38:54.000 They claim it's surplus.

02:38:55.000 Yeah.

02:38:56.000 This is a giant build-up against the American people, folks, and they're trying to take us on. 0.53

02:39:01.000 Okay, let's go to the phone calls.

02:39:04.000 Brandon, thanks for holding from Utah.

02:39:06.000 Merry Christmas to you, my friend.

02:39:09.000 You, too.

02:39:10.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:39:11.000 First-time caller, long-time listener.

02:39:14.000 I was just calling.

02:39:15.000 I had a question.

02:39:16.000 But first, I think it's disgusting.

02:39:18.000 I'm a little fired up.

02:39:20.000 Uh, my family's sick here and I'm praying for yours, but I'm a little fired up.

02:39:24.000 Uh, the league getting a sick and me for one, I'm not going to take it.

02:39:29.000 And if they come try take our firearms, my firearms, my family's, uh, they're going to have a fight.

02:39:36.000 I hope it's peaceful, but I'm just fired up.

02:39:38.000 I'm sick of it.

02:39:39.000 And I just, I hope, I hope we can take the United States back.

02:39:43.000 But my question was, Um, have you heard of this Google Internet that they're putting in people's houses?

02:39:50.000 They put it, my HOA pays for it, they're putting it in my house, but the router is nothing I've ever seen before in my life.

02:40:00.000 It looks like, and it has a, uh, something attached to it that runs down my wall, and I was just wondering if you've ever heard of that?

02:40:10.000 Well, sir, I want to be clear that Everywhere they make you pay.

02:40:15.000 Dr. Stallman breaks this down, an expert on IT.

02:40:17.000 This is the plan.

02:40:18.000 They make you pay for a black box in your car that's going to tax you by the mile.

02:40:21.000 I was a conspiracy theorist saying that.

02:40:23.000 It was designed for that.

02:40:24.000 The insurance consortiums globally promoted it.

02:40:27.000 Now they're moving ahead with it.

02:40:29.000 In Europe and here in the US.

02:40:31.000 Uh, it's the same thing with your cable boxes, microphones and cameras and I'm over a decade ago.

02:40:35.000 Now that's all admitted.

02:40:36.000 Uh, record sales for pouches that they're lead lined so that, and I've tested them.

02:40:41.000 I've got one so that your phone that we're gonna come up with our own privately branded high quality one.

02:40:46.000 Um, you know, because we're going to fund our operation while having quality products that fight tyranny.

02:40:51.000 so your phone only connects and gives them data when you want it to.

02:40:56.000 But yes, everything, smart meters, all the new appliances, everything, has tech built into it, and the real system would say Xbox is selling that data to the government.

02:41:07.000 The Xbox can see through your wall with basically like sonar slash radio waves, can see through your clothes, can...

02:41:16.000 Can look through up to eight walls with crystal clear scans.

02:41:20.000 More human than human.

02:41:22.000 More definition than the eyeball.

02:41:24.000 And I told everybody that five years ago.

02:41:26.000 Because they were bragging about it in Homeland Security applications.

02:41:29.000 And they go, oh, that's not true.

02:41:31.000 A government wouldn't do that.

02:41:33.000 There's no NSA.

02:41:34.000 It's not watching you.

02:41:35.000 It's not.

02:41:36.000 When it's all there.

02:41:37.000 I mean, laptops in California and Missouri and Pennsylvania.

02:41:43.000 The schools watching kids naked at home.

02:41:46.000 Telling them, taking snapshots, taking video for the pervs, and they don't even get in trouble.

02:41:51.000 Government is in a mass criminal riot against our due process.

02:41:56.000 A criminal riot empowered by foreign corporations to totally usurp us. 0.77

02:42:01.000 So, God bless you.

02:42:02.000 I appreciate your call.

02:42:03.000 Anything else?

02:42:06.000 He's gone.

02:42:06.000 By the way, Adon Salazar is in here.

02:42:09.000 I don't care if you do it or if Kit Daniels does it, but it's very newsworthy.

02:42:14.000 They now have Walmart-Obamacare kiosk.

02:42:18.000 And I've not seen that in the news.

02:42:20.000 Guys, will you search that and see if that's in the news and give me any data on that?

02:42:23.000 I want to see if Jacario will come in here at the next five-minute segment or six-minute segment.

02:42:28.000 I want to get him in here to give me a report on this before we air it.

02:42:32.000 You know, a quick breakdown of what we're about to see.

02:42:34.000 We're going to premiere it on the radio.

02:42:36.000 Uh, and then I want him to work with you just on a blurb for the site, uh, so we can put this, uh, you know, skip the nightly news.

02:42:43.000 It was going to be on the nightly news.

02:42:44.000 I want to put it out now.

02:42:45.000 Uh, this report he just finished.

02:42:47.000 And then I want to just go ahead and go right to YouTube, the Alex Jones channel with this, uh, so that everybody can see it.

02:42:52.000 How's that sound?

02:42:53.000 All right, great.

02:42:54.000 And again, we'll get Jakari over here to come in studio, uh, because that's big, you know, they put in at, at 700 plus Walmarts, the telescreens.

02:43:02.000 They said, don't trust anyone in Walmart, but the state, terrorists are everywhere.

02:43:05.000 I mean, that's directly out of Running Man.

02:43:08.000 This is directly out of North Korea.

02:43:09.000 If they had money, they'd do that.

02:43:11.000 I mean, this is insane.

02:43:13.000 Now they're coming up with license plates in California that have like government announcements on them that are digital, where it's not always your plate number.

02:43:19.000 It's just a digital signal with a transponder.

02:43:22.000 And it's just like government ads and messages taking over our phones, taking over radio, with Obama messages, our digital License plates and making you pay for them?

02:43:33.000 I mean, there's no end to what these dirtbags do. 1.00

02:43:37.000 The sky's the limit! 0.57

02:43:37.000 They have unlimited resources off the Industrial Revolution to literally build a hell pit. 0.57

02:43:45.000 And people are like, oh yeah, right, digital license plates.

02:43:49.000 By the way, the government employees aren't going to have those, though.

02:43:52.000 They're going to have the regular ones, and they're exempt from all the scanners.

02:43:55.000 I mean, it's just total discrimination.

02:43:58.000 Let's go to Iona.

02:44:02.000 And South Carolina, thank you for holding.

02:44:04.000 Go ahead.

02:44:04.000 Hi, thanks for taking my call.

02:44:08.000 I want you to know that you're the only one I listen to now.

02:44:12.000 I used to listen to the others, but you are a straight shooter.

02:44:16.000 You just don't, you don't fool around.

02:44:19.000 So thanks for being that.

02:44:20.000 Well, thank you.

02:44:20.000 Listen, I'm too tired to think about what I'm going to say.

02:44:23.000 I just say what I believe, what I know.

02:44:26.000 I know, and that's great.

02:44:28.000 I gotta tell you, before I talk about Farrakhan and the Duck Dynasty guy...

02:44:33.000 Um, in 1975 I was in school in Kansas and somebody handed me this, uh, they called it a facsimile back then.

02:44:42.000 Um, I think it was a Moody newsletter and it talked about the Beast.

02:44:48.000 And the Beast was a three-story computer in Belgium and it, they said that it was built or being built to, uh, hold, um, an identification for every person in the world.

02:45:05.000 And that was back then.

02:45:07.000 And I thought, well, that can't be because, yeah, third world countries, they're not gonna have, you know, that can't be true.

02:45:15.000 And then they said they were gonna start with the barcodes like they use now, and they were gonna see if it works starting in, I think, Montana.

02:45:25.000 And then later on, they were going to give people tattoos and scan their tattoo when they went through the grocery line.

02:45:35.000 So, I thought, well, I don't doubt it's going to happen someday.

02:45:40.000 But back then, you know, I thought, not in my lifetime.

02:45:45.000 And then, Obama was elected.

02:45:49.000 And when he was elected, it was like this really thick oppression I felt.

02:45:56.000 And I thought, oh my God, it's going to happen in my lifetime.

02:46:00.000 So I understand what you were saying earlier today.

02:46:05.000 I just wanted to say that first.

02:46:09.000 Thank you so much, ma'am.

02:46:10.000 I really appreciate you breaking all that down and going over here on air.

02:46:15.000 It's just sad to be in the clutches of evil, but it's what happens.

02:46:19.000 God believes in universal law.

02:46:23.000 And the universe, if you don't believe in God, you reap what you sow.

02:46:26.000 It comes around, goes around.

02:46:28.000 And for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.

02:46:31.000 We're not going to abort 53 million babies here and say they're not humans and didn't have rights, and not have it where old people then don't have rights, or young kids don't have rights, or property owners don't have rights.

02:46:45.000 I mean, you let weak people get walked on, unborn, minorities, you name it, throughout history.

02:46:51.000 What is done to the weak is going to be done to the strong later.

02:46:56.000 And if you don't have empathy, if we don't have empathy for an unborn child or for a chicken in a factory farm, We're going to end up having deadly plagues produced in those unnatural factory farms.

02:47:09.000 And it's going to kill us, probably by the hundreds of millions.

02:47:12.000 And it's the same deal with abortion.

02:47:14.000 I mean, it's just like whatever you allow to happen to other creatures is going to happen to you or your kids.

02:47:21.000 And that's what you call God-fearing.

02:47:24.000 Even if you don't believe in God, say the universal causality, the universal laws of nature, that when I even think about doing bad things to people, Not just my own instincts and my own empathy, but I just feel, oh, that's scary.

02:47:39.000 Ooh, ooh, I don't wanna, I don't wanna do bad things to people because I wouldn't want that done to me.

02:47:47.000 And that's my connection to everybody else feeling their pain.

02:47:51.000 And these psychopaths, they don't feel people's pain.

02:47:55.000 Oh, they'll tell you they feel your pain, but they don't really feel your pain.

02:47:58.000 God bless you, I appreciate your call.

02:48:00.000 Great points.

02:48:01.000 How are you, Alex?

02:48:02.000 Yeah, I just wanted to call in today because on December 19th, they ended up, our good old Congress, ended up passing the NDAA, which I don't hear any of the mainstream media talking about.

02:48:15.000 Yeah, I just wanted to call in today because on December 19th, they ended up, our good old Congress, ended up passing the NDAA, which I don't hear any of the mainstream media talking about.

02:48:27.000 And definitely, you know, detention of American citizens without trial.

02:48:31.000 Might as well be in North Korea at this point.

02:48:34.000 So I am a member of law enforcement.

02:48:36.000 I really don't want to get into what what type of law enforcement I'm in this point.

02:48:41.000 But I just want you to know that there are a lot of people out here that do understand what's going on.

02:48:46.000 And we have a constitution, we took an oath for reason.

02:48:51.000 And no matter what happens, I think people are going to take as much as they're going to take until things finally break down to the point where people have to act.

02:48:59.000 But there are a lot of people out here that are understanding what's going on, and we are in positions where, when the right time comes along, the actions have to be taken.

02:49:08.000 And I just hope that there are others out there in law enforcement and the military that think about the oath that they took, the promise that we made, because it does mean something.

02:49:20.000 It certainly does, and God bless you.

02:49:21.000 And you know, that's the sad thing.

02:49:23.000 I know most of the military I talk to are awake, more than the public.

02:49:26.000 Police, on average, are more awake than the general public.

02:49:28.000 But then we also see a lot of the really bad examples out of the police, because it's the federalization and the globalization.

02:49:35.000 But there is a backlash by police all over the country saying they're not going to enforce unconstitutional gun laws.

02:49:41.000 People can say, well, you can't pick and choose laws.

02:49:43.000 Well, if a law is unconstitutional and obviously abhorrent, it's not a right, it's a duty to say no to it.

02:49:48.000 So, what percentage of the people you talk to, on average, just a, you know, kind of quick idea, what percentage of the folks you're talking to are starting to wake up that things are not going well?

02:50:03.000 Oh, he hung up.

02:50:04.000 He wanted to make his statement and go, all right, well, I hear you.

02:50:07.000 Good points that you made there.

02:50:10.000 And others, we're gonna go to you after the break, after we talk to Ja'Kari, do a little bit of overdrive, but you've been holding so long, I'll go to you and then Chris and Ed and Jerry, I'll try to get to all those.

02:50:19.000 But Ja'Kari Jackson's gonna pop in with a Walmart connection to Walmart and Obamacare. 1.00

02:50:26.000 And I did a search on this, it can find nothing on it, except for a article that's Walmart installs Obamacare RFID chip scanning health machines.

02:50:38.000 That's pretty crazy, but that's not the angle that Jakari is going with.

02:50:42.000 So, we've done a search.

02:50:43.000 You can find nothing about Walmart, Obamacare, Kiosk, but we have a reporter, I believe, breaking news then on the other side of this quick break.

02:53:10.000 Sodium fluoride and other toxic members of the fluoride family are devastating the health and cognitive ability of the American people.

02:53:18.000 So why are the social engineers adding it to the water? 0.98

02:53:22.000 Simple. 0.57

02:53:22.000 Dumb down the host population that the parasitic technocracy is feeding on. 0.57

02:53:27.000 We may not have been able to get fluoride out of the water supply yet, but we can help to get it out of our bodies.

02:54:06.000 That's InfoWarsLife.com.

02:54:09.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

02:54:13.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

02:54:16.000 Jakari Jackson joins us.

02:54:24.000 Walmart itself is promoting these new Obamacare kiosks and the headline in the video just went up on Infowars.com if you want to be able to go look at it and see the video for yourself.

02:54:36.000 Creepy Obamacare pod found in Walmart.

02:54:40.000 And that is from Kiosk Marketplace with a Walmart press release when this first broke yesterday.

02:54:46.000 And now we've got a video for you.

02:54:50.000 Briefly introducing it, Jakari Jackson.

02:54:54.000 ...about the kiosk at Walmart.

02:54:56.000 I went to go check it out myself because I heard they had RFIDs in the original report.

02:55:00.000 So I went to check it out.

02:55:01.000 I didn't find any RFIDs, but I did find some other very interesting aspects about these Obamacare pods.

02:55:07.000 I think they're saying it can read RFID.

02:55:09.000 And a lot of the new credit cards have those.

02:55:11.000 Yes, you know, I couldn't confirm that because I didn't have anything to scan with under the scanner, but it did have some type of scanner.

02:55:18.000 Amazing.

02:55:19.000 Here's Jakari Jackson's report.

02:55:21.000 I'm at Walmart, but when I do, it's to get a story.

02:55:25.000 So I got a tip that at Walmart they have RFID scanning Obamacare kiosk.

02:55:33.000 So I'm gonna go inside this Walmart in Buda, Texas to find out if that is the case and also see what the process is to actually sign up for Obamacare.

02:55:42.000 The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, was passed in 2010.

02:55:47.000 And the law makes health insurance available to more people with the hope that they will be able to get the care they need.

02:55:52.000 Please place your left arm into the blood pressure cuff.

02:55:56.000 The blood pressure cuff is starting.

02:55:59.000 The blood pressure cuff will tighten around your arm.

02:56:03.000 Please answer the question.

02:56:06.000 We will now begin your weight and body mass evaluation.

02:56:15.000 Please place your feet on the footrest as shown in this video.

02:56:19.000 So I just finished my healthcare assessment at the Obamacare kiosk.

02:56:23.000 To be very clear, I did not sign up for Obamacare.

02:56:26.000 I went to test out the kiosk.

02:56:27.000 I did use my height and weight and so forth to get the health assessment, but I did not sign up for Obamacare, and I'm not suggesting that you do either.

02:56:35.000 First of all, that thing does have some type of scanner, but I cannot confirm that it's for RFIDs.

02:56:40.000 As far as my healthcare assessment itself, The kiosk in all of its infinite wisdom told me that even though I'm age 27 and I jog three miles a day before I go into work, that I am overweight, possibly even obese.

02:56:53.000 Also that I'm at high risk for hypertension.

02:56:56.000 Now I'll talk about the overweight aspect for a moment and also had other options.

02:57:01.000 You could check your eyes and other things as well.

02:57:03.000 I didn't want to give the NSA my records.

02:57:04.000 So I opted out of that one.

02:57:08.000 These machines, or I guess any doctor now, they do these type of body mask index, the BMI, and I knew this was bull since I was in high school, because back in high school they were trying to tell me that I was obese, pretty much, on paper, because I weighed more than I was supposed to, even though me and a lot of the other guys who played sports and so on, we worked out twice a day.

02:57:29.000 You know, we're 20 pounds overweight because we walk around with so much muscle.

02:57:33.000 We looked like the guys from Gears of War.

02:57:36.000 And so keep that in mind when you go to these machines it's gonna tell you you're fatty or whatever and you may have some weight issues or whatnot but take that with a grain of salt and think about you know this stuff is pretty much a one size fits all policy that if you're a certain age a certain height you need to be X weight you know it doesn't take into account you know muscle mass or muscle mass or things such as that.

02:57:57.000 So if you're interested in finding one of these Obamacare machines, maybe even shooting your own video, you can go to Solohealth.com or .gov or whatever it is, shoot your own video, link it in the comments below, and we'll take a look at it.

02:58:09.000 And once again, I'm not telling you to sign up for Obamacare.

02:58:13.000 I'm just saying if you guys are interested in a joke and a laugh, you can go check out these machines.

02:58:17.000 You can find more reports at InfoWars.com.

02:58:20.000 Alright, great job Jakari, we're almost out of time, we're gonna do some overdrive here, but this is incredible.

02:58:25.000 And the reason this is incredible is, the big angle, I want the full report, I want everybody to go over there, I guess after Christmas or even today.

02:58:31.000 That's a robot! 0.66

02:58:33.000 This is the new healthcare, is a robot assessing everybody and then giving you a bunch of pure... Like Elysium.

02:58:41.000 Like Elysium, you're sick, here are your pills.

02:58:43.000 Oh my gosh!

02:58:43.000 I didn't even... That's it!

02:58:45.000 Walmart installs Elysium Healthcare!

02:58:47.000 Oh my gosh!

02:58:48.000 We're coming back into overdrive.

02:58:50.000 We'll just do 20 minutes, Jakari.

02:58:51.000 This is too big.

02:58:52.000 I gotta go see my uncle, actually.

02:58:54.000 You know what?

02:58:54.000 You guys gotta have extended coverage tonight.

02:58:56.000 That's what's happening.

02:58:56.000 Infowars.com.

02:58:58.000 The facts are in.

02:58:59.000 The studies are legion.

02:59:01.000 Sodium fluoride and other toxic members of the fluoride family are devastating the health and cognitive ability of the American people.

02:59:08.000 So why are the social engineers adding it to the water? 0.98

02:59:12.000 Simple. 0.57

03:00:15.000 Government cover-ups.

03:00:18.000 You want answers?

03:00:20.000 Well, so does he.

03:00:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

03:00:25.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

03:00:30.000 By the way, I just told Zakarian he's game to do it.

03:00:33.000 We're gonna go back out and officially ask questions at Walmart and show all this.

03:00:37.000 It's a robot sitting there assessing you.

03:00:42.000 At Walmart.

03:00:43.000 I mean, that's directly out of a science fiction movie.

03:00:46.000 To give you your credit eugenics care. 0.86

03:00:49.000 And to capture all the poor Walmart people and their IDs to then grab their bank accounts later when they unsuccessfully sign up. 0.88

03:00:56.000 I mean, would you like a suicide pill?

03:00:59.000 Let's go ahead and talk to... We're gonna go to Jack in California.

03:01:03.000 Let's take on 1340 a minute.

03:01:04.000 But first, Chris in California.

03:01:07.000 You're on the air.

03:01:08.000 Go ahead.

03:01:09.000 Hi, Alex.

03:01:09.000 I'm going to cut to the chase.

03:01:11.000 I'm kind of concerned about this Chinese situation.

03:01:14.000 Let me tell you, China has built up their modern military with the assistance of the U.S.

03:01:20.000 in a short time.

03:01:21.000 That defies all logic.

03:01:22.000 We've given them all the technology to move missiles into the playgrounds of our children.

03:01:27.000 We've given them fighter technology, targeting technology.

03:01:31.000 They've given it to different countries, and then they send it to China.

03:01:35.000 In the same time span, we whittled down our military to a shell of itself.

03:01:40.000 They talked about replacing the F-15 and F-16 fighters with expensive fighters like the F-22 and F-35, but they haven't even filled the ranks with them.

03:01:51.000 People don't understand this.

03:01:53.000 Our military is nothing what they think it is.

03:01:56.000 You know, we look big beating up on people that are carrying an AK-47 and we're going at them with drones, but the weapons that we've been developing are for urban control.

03:02:04.000 They aren't for fighting a strategic war.

03:02:06.000 No, no, we've been developing on record a UN...

03:02:09.000 Global domestic suppression army for the global government to suppress domestic uprisings and mount type environments.

03:02:17.000 It's not to fight a superpower.

03:02:20.000 We have been sold out.

03:02:21.000 That's what all the top retired generals say.

03:02:23.000 I'm telling you, that's the treason, folks.

03:02:25.000 This is not a game.

03:02:28.000 What I'm saying is, that's what I mean by it.

03:02:31.000 Ultimately, what I think their contingency plan is, is they're going to foment a phony war with China, it's all planned, and then it's going to get to the point where we're going to say, we just can't take them on because we aren't going to have any of our allies backing us up, the world hates us, and then they're going to capitulate. 0.80

03:02:48.000 And then China's going to come in and occupy us, and that's going to solve all these problems. 0.99

03:02:52.000 That is admittedly with Henry Kissinger one of the plans on the drawing board and the communists have been offered that and you're absolutely right. 0.93

03:03:01.000 They're building the super highways down to Baja and out to Southern California, Southern Mexico on record to bring in the foreign army and split the country in two. 0.99

03:03:13.000 Oh man, I tell you, that's in the NLE09 FEMA documents that are public. 0.84

03:03:18.000 I just can't believe how screwed this country is.

03:03:21.000 The average cop strutting around in camo, bugging their eyes out at the public who's bought into all this, has no idea how they've been sold out too. 0.91

03:03:29.000 But it's a science fiction movie.

03:03:30.000 I don't blame people not believing it.

03:03:31.000 I mean, it's, God bless you.

03:03:35.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Jack Listing on 1340.

03:03:37.000 Go ahead.

03:03:40.000 I just wanted to say that you have a worldwide platform for reaching people as an out-of-the-box Christian.

03:03:50.000 You know, you're going to have eternal fruit and reward and blessings on many souls will be reached through your bold stance as a Christian.

03:04:04.000 So I want to encourage you to keep it up.

03:04:08.000 I love your passion.

03:04:09.000 And I loved it's kind of the spirit of John the Baptist fighting tyranny and speaking out against the evil.

03:04:17.000 And you've got the right understanding of Romans 13.

03:04:20.000 Well, God bless you, sir.

03:04:21.000 I'm trying to be the best I can, but it's not about me.

03:04:23.000 And I appreciate your call.

03:04:24.000 And God bless you.

03:04:25.000 Have a great Christmas.

03:04:26.000 But I do not like evil.

03:04:28.000 And I do not like enslavement.

03:04:29.000 And I do not like the spirit of this world.

03:04:32.000 I'll tell you that right now.

03:04:33.000 And I am eternally set against it.

03:04:35.000 And I just feel like dirty rags in the presence of my creator and my savior.

03:04:41.000 I can feel God's presence and I just, that's why.

03:04:43.000 Anybody who has the spiritual discernment feels like a dirty rag because you're in the presence of such goodness.

03:04:51.000 But then you look at the evil and it's another, it's just like, oh my gosh, how can they be doing this?

03:04:58.000 Because all those sins they tell us about, the little ones, I'm not saying they're good, but that's to make us feel guilty and bad so the evil can just take over.

03:05:09.000 The Genesis Communications Network is one of America's premier broadcasters of captivating talk radio.
