Alex Jones Show - 20150405_Sun_Alex

00:00:00.000 Welcome my friends, it is Easter on this fifth day of April 2015.

00:00:04.000 We have a special transmission for you today, I guess in radio parlance, they would call it a best of.

00:00:13.000 But some of it will be original, some of the new special reports that have been filed at InfoWars Nightly News, like the ones you're about to hear here in just a moment, and then the amazing interview a few weeks ago with a former technical director of the National Security Agency, William Binney.

00:00:28.000 Then we have Barrett Brown, the political prisoner, is going to be joining us from prison.

00:00:33.000 That interview with David Knight and Paul Joseph Watson, very important.

00:00:36.000 And then that ties in to Bruce Fine, the former head lawyer for the FCC, who helped end the Fairness Doctrine.

00:00:45.000 He weighs in on the persecution of journalists and the media and the FCC power grab, Daniel Estelin on the latest on Bilderberg.

00:00:52.000 We're going to talk to Dr. Andrew Wakefield, recently exonerated with the proof of his studies and what vaccines are doing to children.

00:00:59.000 And more.

00:01:00.000 All this in the next two hours.

00:01:03.000 But now, this excerpt from InfoWars Nightly News.

00:01:05.000 Then we will be back after the break.

00:01:09.000 Yesterday, we brought you the news about a mass shooting, a campus shooting in Kenya.

00:01:14.000 The terrorist group Al-Shabaab opened fire at Garissa University College and killed nearly 150 people.

00:01:21.000 Fox News reported the men were going door-to-door asking people their religion and if they answered they were a Christian, they shot them on the spot.

00:01:29.000 The first responders engaged the terrorists, but were flat-out outgunned.

00:01:33.000 Al-Shabaab is the same group that attacked a mall in Nairobi years ago, killing many innocent people.

00:01:38.000 And now they're threatening attacks here on U.S.

00:01:41.000 soil, threatening the Mall of America.

00:01:43.000 DHS has investigated the group and found them to be no credible threat.

00:01:47.000 And I hope they're right.

00:01:49.000 But if they're wrong, I'm very happy that we live in a country where we have concealed carriers.

00:01:54.000 He kept pulling the charging handle and hitting the side.

00:01:57.000 The break in gunfire allowed Mealy to pull out his own gun.

00:02:01.000 I saw someone in the back of the Charlotte move, and I knew that if I fired and missed I could end up hitting them.

00:02:07.000 So Mealy took cover inside a nearby store.

00:02:09.000 I'm not beating myself up because I didn't shoot him, but I know that after he saw me, I think the last shot he fired was the one that he used on himself.

00:02:19.000 The gunman was dead.

00:02:21.000 And in the Clackamas shooting, the mere sight of armed opposition forced the gunman to turn the gun upon himself.

00:02:27.000 I guess he didn't want to take the chance of being taken alive.

00:02:30.000 And now we're all asking the same question, how do we combat these mass shootings?

00:02:34.000 Well, the chief of Interpol has come out and said, well, maybe we should just arm the citizens.

00:02:38.000 The people should be able to protect themselves.

00:02:40.000 And I do agree.

00:02:41.000 Now, am I trying to put a firearm in every dorm room in America?

00:02:44.000 No.

00:02:45.000 But if you're somebody of age, of sound mind and body, and you don't have any criminal proceedings, I think you should be able to go out and purchase a gun to keep yourself safe.

00:02:55.000 But not everybody agrees with this point of view.

00:02:57.000 And there are now actually articles out debunking the effectiveness of armed citizens.

00:03:03.000 I have some self-defense stories here and for the purposes of this report, I restricted this to public people in public places and not private individuals in their homes.

00:03:11.000 We'll start with this one back in 2012.

00:03:13.000 Two robbers enter an internet cafe.

00:03:16.000 One's holding a bat, the other one has a pistol.

00:03:19.000 He jumps up with his own pistol, shoots at the robbers and chases them out. 0.99

00:03:24.000 Like the rats that they are. 1.00

00:03:25.000 You see, guy's scary and pretty pathetic. 1.00

00:03:28.000 But he saved the day. 1.00

00:03:29.000 Another story from Wisconsin.

00:03:32.000 A gentleman pulls out his concealed carry and then shoots this guy once the coast is clear.

00:03:37.000 Gas station clerk thwarted robbery fired for violating company's no weapons policy.

00:03:41.000 So this guy, he saved himself and the people in the store, but he lost his job, unfortunately.

00:03:45.000 Another story out of Philadelphia.

00:03:49.000 Barbershop patron shoots a gunman dead.

00:03:52.000 Armed robber, no match for pharmacist with a .45.

00:03:55.000 And there are videos accompanying most of these articles I'm showing you.

00:03:58.000 We're just skipping them for the sake of time, but you're welcome to go back and look at them for yourself.

00:04:03.000 Woman fends off would-be attackers with concealed gun. 1.00

00:04:06.000 And this is a bank employee with a concealed carry.

00:04:09.000 Shoots would-be robber in the jaw.

00:04:11.000 Another bank story.

00:04:12.000 Bank customer thwarts robbery after returning to car to grab gun.

00:04:16.000 And we'll end with this one.

00:04:18.000 India's first gun for women fares well among men.

00:04:21.000 And this was in response to the Delhi gang rape of 2012, where the young lady was raped on the bus with an iron rod by several attackers.

00:04:30.000 And now they have a gun specifically designed for the women. 0.99

00:04:32.000 I think the gun is way overpriced.

00:04:35.000 I'm happy to see that the young ladies are carrying this nonetheless and are able to defend themselves.

00:04:40.000 Keep this in mind as we go forward and hopefully we diminish these gun-free zones and get rid of these soft targets.

00:04:46.000 You can find more reports on InfoWars.com.

00:04:54.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Show.

00:04:56.000 We'll be right back on the other side with the NSA Whistleblower.

00:05:00.000 Hey, how you doing, Al?

00:05:01.000 Good, brother.

00:05:02.000 Just recently started using your products.

00:05:04.000 Everything you said about them is correct.

00:05:05.000 Me and my wife both use a lot of them, and it's made a lot of changes in our lives here.

00:05:09.000 Well, thank you, brother, because it also funds our operation.

00:05:12.000 But doing that, I know I've got to have the highest quality.

00:05:14.000 Super Mill Vitality was developed to activate your body's own natural processes instead of using synthetic chemicals.

00:05:23.000 We do the super male and the super female vitality. 1.00

00:05:26.000 Big changes, a lot of energy.

00:05:27.000 We've gotten off of the cheap energy drinks, energy shots.

00:05:30.000 Saving a ton of money there.

00:05:32.000 Sourced from powerful organic herbs, harvested around the planet, and then concentrated.

00:05:38.000 Or maximum potency.

00:05:40.000 They want to stun and dumb down and energy drinks and stuff just cover that up for a while but then burn you out in my experience.

00:05:46.000 Whereas stuff that gets your glands naturally going goes right to the source.

00:05:50.000 So it's pretty exciting and I love it.

00:05:52.000 Visit InfoWarsLife.com today to secure your super male vitality and other powerful products from InfoWars Life.

00:05:59.000 Defending the Republic from enemies foreign and domestic.

00:06:13.000 It's Alex Jones.

00:06:16.000 Thank you for joining us on this Easter broadcast.

00:06:19.000 I want to go to our annals here, or our archives for a moment.

00:06:24.000 Not too far back, a few weeks ago, we had the former Technical Director of the National Security Agency, a huge whistleblower, on the broadcast and he dropped bombshell after bombshell while he was on.

00:06:35.000 So here are some of those tidbits of information.

00:06:39.000 Mr. Binney is a real hero.

00:06:40.000 He'll just say that it's his duty.

00:06:42.000 But in a world of traitors, someone doing their duty is heroic.

00:06:48.000 And he joins us here today.

00:06:51.000 William, thanks for coming in.

00:06:53.000 Thanks for having me.

00:06:53.000 I don't know where to start.

00:06:55.000 We can recap your story, what's happening, get into the exciting stuff about you coming back from Germany.

00:07:00.000 You've been talking to parliaments over there.

00:07:02.000 You've been talking to the EU people, I believe the British Parliament, big national headlines where you say it's a totalitarian takeover and the Guardian.

00:07:11.000 But here it's starting to come out in the news as well.

00:07:14.000 I guess they failed to silence you.

00:07:16.000 We could talk about you working with Oliver Stone now on the new Snowden documentary.

00:07:22.000 We could get into the slides and break down the fact that it is going on from an expert showing us not what's classified but what's already been leaked so you don't get in trouble.

00:07:33.000 We're here with the former Technical Director of the NSA, the guy that actually ran it, William Binney.

00:07:38.000 So you've got the floor, sir.

00:07:39.000 Yeah, there's so much here, it's really hard to know where to start because it's really been, over time, it's been, our government has moved into basically sliding down the totalitarian slope, taking massive amounts of data on our citizens and then working around and doing it across the world.

00:07:56.000 So it's basically they're doing this for everybody on the planet.

00:07:59.000 And the process started here in the NSA, and it started to spread around the world to the Five Eyes countries, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and then to other countries like in Germany and Switzerland and Sweden and Israel.

00:08:18.000 So the process of data collection, and now the Russians are doing it. 0.99

00:08:21.000 I just read an article where they're starting this kind of operation.

00:08:24.000 So now the Russians are following our lead in this spying business. 0.84

00:08:28.000 It's a big brother race.

00:08:29.000 Right.

00:08:30.000 This is, see, when I first started in October 2001, it was very clear to me that this was a process that we were adopting in the United States that was really a Soviet attempt Or a Stasi attempt in East Germany to assemble all the information on their populations.

00:08:48.000 Why?

00:08:48.000 It's because they wanted to control their populations.

00:08:51.000 That was the whole point of the totalitarian states.

00:08:53.000 It has been down through history.

00:08:55.000 I mean, this is nothing new.

00:08:57.000 This has been repeated so many times since Caesar Augustus.

00:09:01.000 You know, it was so clear right up front.

00:09:04.000 But, I mean, you can ask anybody in the Tea Party who's been denied access to 501c3.

00:09:09.000 You can look at the IRS use of the data, look at the law enforcement.

00:09:16.000 DEA with a parallel construction?

00:09:18.000 A parallel construction.

00:09:19.000 I mean, that's spread around the world to other police organizations around the world, too.

00:09:23.000 Anybody with an organization or police organization that has a relationship With the FBI or the DEA around the world is subject to getting this kind of information but they'll never be given the original data from the NSA collection because it's not admissible in a court of law because it wasn't acquired by a warrant.

00:09:40.000 And they don't want to, with foreigners, compromise the fact that they have the ability to collect it. 1.00

00:09:44.000 And don't they then fence it and wash it and they've been caught adding disinformation and it's a perfect way to put into the global data stream frame-ups.

00:09:53.000 They did that kind of framing with us.

00:09:55.000 They did that even with us.

00:09:57.000 The Department of Justice did that.

00:09:58.000 They framed us.

00:09:59.000 They tempted to.

00:10:01.000 Speak a little bit about that.

00:10:02.000 I think that gives people a window into how totalitarian this is.

00:10:06.000 Well, for example, the only case that went to court was Tom Drake's case.

00:10:11.000 They took him to court because he was still working for NSA at the time.

00:10:15.000 This was in 2007 when they raided us initially and then they raided Tom Drake about three months later.

00:10:22.000 But his case didn't get to court until about 2010.

00:10:26.000 Well, 2010 they charged him, and 2011, 10 and 11, in that frame, they wanted to take him to court.

00:10:33.000 And what they did was they took information that he had at his house that was marked unclassified, and they changed it.

00:10:42.000 They drew a line through that and then stamped it classified secret or top secret, then charged him with having classified material.

00:10:49.000 That's like retroactively classifying something so you can charge somebody with having classified material.

00:10:54.000 That's framing him, okay?

00:10:55.000 It's a forgery, it's a fraud, it's a major felony.

00:10:58.000 Right.

00:10:59.000 And the problem with it is that they didn't know what they had done.

00:11:02.000 They had released most of that material themselves, NSA did, into the public domain, unclassified.

00:11:07.000 And that's what Jim Bamford found. 0.96

00:11:09.000 Because Drake wasn't stupid. 0.97

00:11:10.000 He didn't want to go to prison. 0.96

00:11:11.000 He was only bringing out what was already out there.

00:11:13.000 Well, first of all, it was unclassified by NSA regulations.

00:11:17.000 That was the way they stamped it.

00:11:19.000 I had the former director of Star Wars on.

00:11:21.000 He died a few years ago, Dr. Bob Bowman, and he talked about some of the space planes once, and then they called him and came to his house and kind of threatened him, and he said, Here's where it was released on C-SPAN, and here's where you guys in your own propaganda a decade ago released it, and then they couldn't go after him, but that's the type of stuff they pull.

00:11:39.000 Right.

00:11:40.000 It's a total fabrication of evidence to put people in jail.

00:11:43.000 That's our Department of Justice doing it. 0.98

00:11:46.000 The Bible calls it bearing false witness.

00:11:48.000 Yes.

00:11:49.000 I call it perjury and felony, and these people should be charged and given a chance to explain what they did and why.

00:11:56.000 Tell folks what happened to you before we get into the NSA itself.

00:11:59.000 Well, for me, in my case, I mean, I was kind of prominent, you know, complaining to senators and representatives and various other people, as was Tom Drake.

00:12:09.000 Let's be clear, you guys were doing this internally.

00:12:11.000 We were internal, in terms of the government, yes.

00:12:14.000 We were going to the inspector, we even, Kirk Mebe and I even went to talk to the Department of Justice Inspector General.

00:12:21.000 And of course they couldn't say anything to us, but we made it clear what the problem was with this domestic spying.

00:12:28.000 But for me and all four of us, we were the four who were first raided in July of 2007.

00:12:34.000 We were raided because we were the ones who signed the DOD IG complaint against NSA, charging them with corruption, fraud, waste, and abuse.

00:12:43.000 And that caused a DOD investigation of NSA that all verified what we were saying, and that was published but redacted.

00:12:51.000 Because it was on even even the unclassified embarrassing parts were redacted.

00:12:56.000 Which is a violation of the NSA regular the government records.

00:12:59.000 Yeah, well, it's a violation of government classification regulations too.

00:13:04.000 In other words, Executive Order 13526 section 1.7 says you can't classify something or keep it classified or not declassified if it's evidence of a crime or evidence of that embarrasses an agency or or you can't use the National Security Act to cover up criminal activity.

00:13:19.000 Exactly, exactly.

00:13:21.000 And that's basically what the NSA and the DOJ and the DOD with that investigative report, that's what they were doing.

00:13:30.000 They were redacting it and hiding it from Congress and hiding it from everybody else.

00:13:34.000 So they're covering up what they're doing.

00:13:36.000 And for us, they attempted after the raid, by the way, the DOD IG's office was the one that gave our names as the ones who submitted that complaint against NSA, they gave our names to the FBI.

00:13:49.000 Wow.

00:13:50.000 And so, and that was against their regulations.

00:13:52.000 Okay?

00:13:53.000 I mean, who now?

00:13:54.000 So they're all breaking the law while accusing you of doing it?

00:13:56.000 Yes.

00:13:56.000 And all you're doing is going to congressional committees and inspector generals whose job it is to have oversight and telling them, hey, they're breaking the law.

00:14:03.000 Yes.

00:14:04.000 And also, it's the committees who are supposed to, the intelligence committees in the House and Senate, and also the FISA Court, were established after the Church Committee investigation of NSA, CIA, and FBI in the 70s.

00:14:18.000 And one of the main persons they were spying on back in the Minaret program was Senator Church.

00:14:23.000 That's right.

00:14:24.000 And that only came out recently, and the only reason they didn't, of course, was because they are spying on people who have power over them.

00:14:31.000 And let's be clear.

00:14:33.000 The fake conservative argument and the fake liberal argument is the same.

00:14:37.000 We're protecting you from Al-Qaeda and drug dealers and all this other stuff, but then as more of this gets leaked and comes out, they're spying on Parliament, they're spying on Congress, they're spying on other agencies, and there's so much spying going on, and you've explained this, that back when you were really spying on the Russians, really spying on radical Islamists, Legally and lawfully, that was already legal and lawful.

00:14:58.000 It's the domestic stuff that's illegal, but they confuse people and say, let us protect you from Al-Qaeda, when actually they're doing the opposite.

00:15:06.000 They're letting all these groups operate because they're too busy spying on their boyfriends and their girlfriends and the congressmen.

00:15:12.000 Yeah, and that's one of the cases that came out was what they called an NSA love-int.

00:15:19.000 Love intelligence, that's where the analysts were looking into the data to see whether or not their better parts or their spouses or girlfriends were cheating on them. 1.00

00:15:30.000 Well, you don't do that, first of all, you don't do that, Erica, you do not do that with metadata.

00:15:35.000 You do that with content.

00:15:36.000 And that's what they've been trying to hide, that they've been collecting content all along.

00:15:40.000 Since 2002, at least.

00:19:56.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

00:20:24.000 And we are back, ladies and gentlemen, on this Easter transmission.

00:20:28.000 Let's get right back to this important interview with William Benny, formerly of the National Security Agency.

00:20:34.000 William Benny, the former director of the Technical Division of the NSA.

00:20:39.000 I've seen the news say you were the number two, number three, number four.

00:20:41.000 What position were you in the NSA?

00:20:43.000 What, that position, what level is that?

00:20:46.000 Well, I was a senior executive grade.

00:20:49.000 If you get in the military ranks, that'd be like a 1.5 star general.

00:20:54.000 So, but I was the technical director of the World Geopolitical Military Analysis and Reporting Shop.

00:21:01.000 That was about 6,000 analysts and reporters that... How high is your IQ?

00:21:05.000 Because they say you've got like a mathematical brain.

00:21:07.000 Come on, be serious.

00:21:09.000 What, about 180?

00:21:10.000 No, no, I think it was 143 or something like that.

00:21:12.000 But, you know, I'm just a basic countryman.

00:21:15.000 But you've got a genius for numbers and code cracking.

00:21:18.000 I had a real event for doing that, yes.

00:21:20.000 It's just a talent that you have to be able to look at patterns and see patterns in data.

00:21:28.000 And when you can do that, that's the kind of thing you need to be able to break things and solve problems.

00:21:33.000 Somehow I want to have you on, just about you.

00:21:35.000 I mean, I know most of it's classified, but I mean, you battled the Russians, the Chinese, everybody, right?

00:21:41.000 Well, most of the Warsaw Pact, European, communist countries, and the Soviets.

00:21:45.000 And you said before, it upset you to go from really going spying after serious folks, to like spying on congressmen.

00:21:51.000 Yes.

00:21:52.000 Yeah, I mean, and every U.S.

00:21:53.000 citizen in the country.

00:21:54.000 Yeah.

00:21:55.000 No one was exempt.

00:21:57.000 I mean, everybody was taken in.

00:21:59.000 I mean, even Senator Rockefeller, when he was addressed in January on CNN, I think it was, he addressed it, he said, they've got data on, they've probably even got data on me.

00:22:12.000 Well, I mean, what he's saying was right.

00:22:14.000 I mean, they're collecting all the data content and metadata on everybody in the country.

00:22:18.000 Explain those lies for folks.

00:22:19.000 They claim, oh, it's just metadata, just, you know, basically when you called, when you didn't call, like a phone bill.

00:22:24.000 No, no, no, no.

00:22:24.000 Explain what they're really doing.

00:22:26.000 Well, Mark Klein kind of exposed that, too, and it's in court record in Mark Klein's case, where he laid out the wiring for all the, for the NSA room in the AT&T facility in San Francisco.

00:22:36.000 Sure.

00:22:37.000 And on that sink, it was room 641B.

00:22:41.000 What they did was they put a prism type of fair or a splitter, what's called a splitter or Y connector, where you have a fiber coming in and it sends, it duplicates and sends it down two paths.

00:22:51.000 One path went to the NSA room and the other path went to the normal distribution of communications.

00:22:57.000 In the NSA room, all the diagramming showed all the NERIS devices they had in there, where they pushed the fiber optic networks into the NERIS device.

00:23:05.000 What that did was recompile everything on the line and sessionize it, meaning reassemble all the data.

00:23:13.000 Like if you send an email, it goes out in packets.

00:23:14.000 We'll pull all those packets back together and say, here's the email you just sent.

00:23:18.000 And then they would pass that on to NSA for storage.

00:23:21.000 And that's what that device did.

00:23:23.000 It did content collection.

00:23:25.000 Not just metadata, but content.

00:23:27.000 And then now we know those hubs are everywhere, and in front of us they're building giant, huge complexes to store it all.

00:23:34.000 Yes, the latest one that they've just submitted an environmental impact statement for is a 2.8 million square foot facility on Fort Meade, taking up basically the golf course at Fort Meade.

00:23:47.000 2.8 million?

00:23:48.000 It's about three times the size of Bluffdale.

00:23:52.000 Just about three times.

00:23:53.000 That's a million square feet.

00:23:54.000 What I love about the NSA, we've had reporters of San Antonio and in Utah, and you just get there at the Walmart parking lot and start videotaping, they run up, the police go, how dare you videotape us?

00:23:54.000 This is 2.8.

00:24:05.000 It's just a public, I mean, it's publicly known, it's there.

00:24:08.000 Meanwhile, they're stealing all of our data, but oh, you can't aim a camera at us.

00:24:12.000 Yeah, right. 0.90

00:24:14.000 It's kind of, they're hypocritical about this. 1.00

00:24:16.000 I mean, it's all, they're all hypocrites. 0.99

00:24:18.000 I mean, they're violating the Constitution. 0.97

00:24:20.000 They say they're not everything that's legal.

00:24:21.000 Well, that's retroactively passing laws.

00:24:23.000 The problem with that is, the laws that they pass have to abide to the Constitution.

00:24:29.000 And when you violate the Fourth Amendment, it doesn't matter what kind of law you pass that says it's okay to do that.

00:24:34.000 It's a violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, and it's not constitutional.

00:24:37.000 And, you know, they've said, oh, the Constitution's dead.

00:24:39.000 You ignore it, it won't be a problem.

00:24:41.000 But now we see the President saying, I'm going to open the borders without even an order.

00:24:44.000 Not even Congress.

00:24:45.000 Not even an order from Obama.

00:24:46.000 I'm going to come at your guns without an order. 1.00

00:24:49.000 Or without a law.

00:24:50.000 They don't even do the fake orders now.

00:24:52.000 They just do it.

00:24:53.000 Obama announced yesterday, no more foyers for the White House.

00:24:56.000 We're just not going to follow the law.

00:24:58.000 I mean, this is dictatorship, not of Obama himself, but of the system, in my view.

00:25:06.000 How would you describe this slide?

00:25:08.000 It's a slide into totalitarianism and an imperial presidency and control of population process.

00:25:17.000 I mean, that's what they're doing.

00:25:18.000 I mean, they kept everybody in the dark so we had no informed electorate to make a decision about who to vote for about these issues or even embracing these issues.

00:25:26.000 They're all avoiding this issue.

00:25:28.000 And they have an uninformed Congress, because that's why Representatives Amos and Conyers got a group together, a coalition of Republicans and Democrats, to try to unfund NSA, because they realized that they were being lied to by the agencies and by the intelligence committees and by the administration about what was going on.

00:25:46.000 So, I mean, they had an uninformed Congress and an uninformed electorate by design.

00:25:51.000 And that's basically what the Soviet Union, the Germans, that's basically what they did.

00:25:57.000 I got a lot of questions coming up for you, William Binning, and I want you to be able to speak on other topics you want to get into and go through some slides you gave us that Snowden leaked so you can break this down for people to kind of give us a roadmap of what's going on.

00:26:08.000 But my big question is, as best you know, not being there in 15 years, but what's leaked and what people said.

00:26:16.000 How many people really have access to the big master files to go in and send a order in and then get all my emails from a year ago or go and see a file, a text file of a phone call I had last night?

00:26:31.000 How many people have access to this?

00:26:33.000 Because if Snowden could really get access to all of this, that means governments and spies could as well.

00:26:39.000 So even if we had good people in government, which we know at the top we don't, they built this fraud.

00:26:45.000 They've built something that could be taken over or hacked and thus compromise everything.

00:26:50.000 You build something that spies on everything, you've just built something that corporations, spies, private corporate criminals, anybody can get into and exploit and sell.

00:27:00.000 And with government's history of selling driver's license, selling uranium, whatever the case is, this looks like it's a giant bazaar of information that they've just opened up.

00:27:11.000 Yes, and internally in NSA they have no monitoring of the network as to what's going on and who's using it.

00:27:17.000 My estimate in terms of, I mean, some of the numbers I've seen say... Let's stop there, I don't mean to interrupt you.

00:27:21.000 We monitor our network to see what people are doing around here.

00:27:24.000 We monitor to see if they're downloading stuff that's illegal.

00:27:26.000 We have to, liability.

00:27:27.000 The NSA doesn't monitor their own network.

00:27:30.000 That's right.

00:27:31.000 In fact, we had proposed in the SARC, the SIGINT Automation Research Center, we proposed a program we called Well Grounded that said we wanted to monitor the entire worldwide network of NSA, who was on it, when they were on it, what they were doing, when they were there, as they did it.

00:27:45.000 And it would be a matter of monitoring the network log, like you probably do here.

00:27:49.000 The same principle.

00:27:50.000 It's the idea where anybody on the network sends data down the line, you can see what they're doing, and that's recorded in the log.

00:27:56.000 So you can analyze that log with software, and that's what we intended and proposed to do.

00:28:01.000 We had two groups opposing that.

00:28:02.000 One were all the analysts saying, you will be able to see everything I'm doing.

00:28:05.000 I don't want you monitoring.

00:28:07.000 Okay.

00:28:07.000 But they're working in a secret government operation.

00:28:10.000 They're the ones that should have a record.

00:28:12.000 Plus, plus, that people could just sell their code and let anybody in.

00:28:12.000 Exactly.

00:28:15.000 Yeah.

00:28:17.000 Oh my, I mean, if I was a spy running America, I would want there to be no monitoring.

00:28:20.000 Yeah.

00:28:21.000 Well, that's exactly the point.

00:28:23.000 That's exactly what the analyst said.

00:28:24.000 But the real opposers of it were the managers.

00:28:28.000 And the reason they didn't want that happening was we could watch the movement of all the money.

00:28:32.000 We could see all the money being spent on every program, the return on investment of every program, whether or not they were successful or not, what companies were competing for, all of that kind of stuff.

00:28:42.000 So they didn't want any oversight, so basically it's a giant looting operation.

00:28:45.000 Exactly.

00:28:46.000 In fact, there is no oversight, there is no auditing of NSA by Congress.

00:28:51.000 Congress does not audit NSA.

00:28:53.000 This is a setup for corruption.

00:28:54.000 Aging starts at the cellular level.

00:33:00.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:05.000 The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:11.000 You can complain about Big Brother and how this is a potential program run amok.

00:33:24.000 But when you actually look at the details, then I think we've struck the right balance.

00:33:28.000 And if people can't trust not only the executive branch, but also don't trust Congress, and don't trust federal judges, to make sure that we're abiding by the Constitution, due process, and rule of law, then we're going to have some problems here.

00:33:45.000 The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:47.000 Because there is a war on, or your mind.

00:33:54.000 All that evil men and tyrants seek to flourish is that good men and women do nothing.

00:33:58.000 It was Edmund Burke said that, British statesman.

00:34:02.000 There are good people in the government.

00:34:04.000 The government's not our enemy.

00:34:06.000 The big corporations are doing as much spying as the NSA in certain areas.

00:34:10.000 It is the fact that we have let government corporations get out of control.

00:34:14.000 Now there's no oversight.

00:34:15.000 They're doing whatever they want.

00:34:16.000 It's crazy.

00:34:17.000 William Binney, former technical director of the National Security Agency, one of the most high-level whistleblowers of all time.

00:34:24.000 I mean, he has exposed Benedict Arnold-level crimes.

00:34:28.000 They've tried to put him in prison and failed.

00:34:30.000 They have successfully put other patriots in prison.

00:34:32.000 They've put journalists in prison.

00:34:34.000 But for people in the government, better choose a side, because this is classic totalitarianism.

00:34:40.000 Every top constitutional lawyer, whether they're liberal or conservative, has come out and said, we're going over the edge, this is scary.

00:34:47.000 Even Congress is saying that, but there's no oversight, so it's just all out of control now.

00:34:52.000 Now, there are centralized groups that have a lot of power, but the scariest thing is, if this was a centralized system, we could probably fix it a lot better.

00:35:01.000 Am I right from your expert opinion that it's worse, that there's not even oversight, because there's all these mini-empires, and God knows what going on, with just unlimited spying happening, and Congress doesn't know what to do?

00:35:15.000 I mean, this is just crazy sounding.

00:35:17.000 Is that worse than just having one centralized group running it?

00:35:21.000 Because we could remove them?

00:35:22.000 I mean, how do you ever get rid of something that's metastasized like this?

00:35:26.000 Well, that's one of the things that we put into suggestions of the President in January of last year.

00:35:32.000 We sent in 21 recommendations on how to fix NSA.

00:35:36.000 One of them was to have our group of technical people be able to monitor everything.

00:35:40.000 And we had another one to have focused collection of data.

00:35:44.000 That kind of data is what's pulled into the NSA, not just bulk acquisition.

00:35:50.000 That removes the possibility of them even querying that data.

00:35:53.000 Because now they can't even access it because it doesn't exist.

00:35:56.000 See, if you did a focused attack like we did with our program ThinThread back in the 90s, that would have eliminated this bulk acquisition.

00:36:03.000 They couldn't do what they're doing.

00:36:05.000 No one could do love ended NSA.

00:36:06.000 The FBI and CIA can't get into this data to do whatever they want to, like they can now, because it wouldn't be there.

00:36:13.000 They can't alter the data because they can't get to it.

00:36:16.000 They can now, but because under the ThinThread program, the data wouldn't even be stored there.

00:36:24.000 They wouldn't have it.

00:36:25.000 So they wouldn't be able to do anything with it.

00:36:28.000 We had a way of filtering out all domestic communications.

00:36:28.000 That was the point.

00:36:32.000 Metadata, content, everything.

00:36:34.000 If it was domestic, it just passed right by.

00:36:37.000 We could recognize it was domestic and not even take it in.

00:36:40.000 So we never even acquired it.

00:36:42.000 So it couldn't be stored in any NSA database.

00:36:45.000 It couldn't be accessed by any NSA analyst or anybody in the CIA.

00:36:48.000 So when you were there, the NSA was truly spying on foreign adversaries.

00:36:52.000 Yes, but General Hayden when he was director and it was Bush, Cheney, Hayden and Tenet that decided to spy on everybody.

00:37:02.000 That was to expand the authority of an NSA to go into, in secret by the way, to spy and collect data on every US citizen and everybody on the planet.

00:37:12.000 And so when they did that, that's when I first saw that coming in.

00:37:15.000 That was when I had to wash my hands of NSA.

00:37:17.000 I couldn't be any part of that.

00:37:18.000 I had to leave because that was just a... I couldn't participate or even be associated with those crimes.

00:37:24.000 What did they say to you when you went into your superior's office?

00:37:26.000 I guess that'd be the head of the NSA.

00:37:29.000 What did you say?

00:37:30.000 Actually, I didn't go to them at all.

00:37:32.000 I went directly to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees.

00:37:35.000 The reason was, I knew, very simply put, that everybody had been co-opted in the hierarchy of NSA.

00:37:41.000 They committed the crime?

00:37:42.000 Yes.

00:37:44.000 They were all a party to it.

00:37:45.000 All the lawyers, all of the senior managers at NSA had all followed orders from the White House, from Cheney and Bush, to do this.

00:37:53.000 And that's what Hayden directed them to say, that this is what was, this direction was coming from the White House, therefore we're going to do it, it's lawful and we do it.

00:38:00.000 But to talk about what a hero and how much courage you've got, I mean, you know how serious people are in this government, what they do worldwide, how corrupt it's gotten at that point.

00:38:07.000 You had the will to march into Congress and to tell them what was going on, the first guy I mean, that's ten times bigger than Snowden internally.

00:38:15.000 And to really start this whole internal debate and this avalanche of understanding now, I mean, you were really one of the first people to ring the bell to warn folks that the country as we knew it was being dismantled.

00:38:27.000 Yes, and in order to do that, I had to meet with one of the staffers of the House Intelligence Committee, Diane Rourke, that I knew.

00:38:32.000 So I met with her at her house, because we couldn't trust the House Intelligence Committee, because they were a part of it.

00:38:39.000 And we also couldn't trust anybody in NSA, so the only place that we'd find we could have a conversation or even talk about this was her house.

00:38:48.000 There was no other place that was secure.

00:38:49.000 In the supposed free country of America, and then you get SWAT team.

00:38:52.000 Tell folks about that.

00:38:54.000 Well yeah, after that and after talking to other members of Congress, and it was actually the morning of the second day after Attorney General Gonzales' testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on the Terrorist Surveillance Program, where he only talked about the warrantless wiretap program.

00:39:09.000 That was the part that was exposed.

00:39:11.000 And claimed it was for Al Qaeda.

00:39:12.000 Yeah, right.

00:39:13.000 But that was only a smidgen of what they were doing.

00:39:13.000 That's right.

00:39:16.000 I mean, that was like an infinitesimal of what they were really taking in.

00:39:20.000 At that time, it must have been a lower percentage of phone calls, but the vast majority of emails inside the United States as well as worldwide, which I estimated to be now at least 80% of the phone calls in the United States are now being recorded somewhere.

00:39:35.000 That's how Tim Clemente could say that after the Boston bombing, we can get back to what was said in a phone call between one of the Tsarnaev brothers and his wife before the bombing.

00:39:43.000 Let's be clear, they're saying it on television that they're recording all the calls, but then denying it out of the next breath.

00:39:49.000 That was CNN.

00:39:50.000 Also, Dr. Mueller of the FBI, in his Senate Judiciary testimony on the 30th of March of 2011, said that he got together with the Department of Defense and set up a database where he and the FBI could make one query and get all past and all future emails on a person.

00:40:07.000 Now that tells you that that's coming out of Bluffdale, by the way.

00:40:11.000 All the data is being collected and stored.

00:40:14.000 And so it's not just phone calls, it's emails, it's everything else.

00:40:18.000 And of course some of the recent publications show credit card use is being stored also.

00:40:23.000 How many people in the NSA, how many people have a high enough clearance in government agencies, period, to be able to go in and hear my phone calls, say, to my dad yesterday?

00:40:34.000 I believe the figures I've seen, at least of what's been published, is probably on the order of about 3,000 government employees.

00:40:42.000 Now, that doesn't count contractors who are managing the data.

00:40:45.000 That's the real rub.

00:40:46.000 You have all these contractors who manage the communications, the computers, the data stories, the query programs, and the communications back and forth between the analysts to ensure all... Who could do a Snowden-level breach if they want?

00:40:57.000 Snowden-level breach, yes.

00:40:58.000 Yeah.

00:40:59.000 Because they don't have any monitoring system of them.

00:41:01.000 Anybody with a system administrator or a super user case, which is what he has.

00:41:06.000 People say there's no way Snowden could do it.

00:41:07.000 No, it's like it's designed to bring the country down.

00:41:10.000 It's like it's designed to end our national security, and then they're selling it as national security.

00:41:15.000 Well, that gets back to that program we wanted to put in place in 1991 or 92, which was well-grounded to monitor this.

00:41:21.000 And we were opposed by the analysts and the administrator, the managers, because of all the material it exposed that they were doing.

00:41:28.000 But that meant that they left the entire network with no monitoring system at all.

00:41:33.000 That's why they can't tell what Snowden took.

00:41:35.000 They don't have any idea.

00:41:36.000 They're guessing 1.7 million.

00:41:37.000 What's behind an open border?

00:41:39.000 What's behind an open NSA?

00:41:41.000 What's behind... At the end of the day, what do you think the different power elites are thinking?

00:41:48.000 I basically see us moving to a controlled society.

00:41:53.000 A totalitarian state where it is, the government wants to be in charge.

00:41:58.000 I mean, when Reagan said we're a country with a government, I think we're now a government with a country.

00:42:03.000 And all of the things that are happening are only tightening that control on the people.

00:42:09.000 They're going to manipulate them and keep, as long as they can keep them uninformed, And nobody realizes what's going on, or they don't see the threat.

00:42:17.000 If they say, if you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide.

00:42:21.000 First of all, that's a great quote from Joseph Goebbels.

00:42:24.000 And secondly, that's totally irrelevant.

00:42:26.000 Yeah, they're actually quoting Joseph Goebbels on a routine basis.

00:42:29.000 It's like satire.

00:42:31.000 It's like the lies they keep saying.

00:42:33.000 That's right out of Hitler's playbook. 0.95

00:42:34.000 If you're going to tell a lie, make it a big one and tell it frequently until it's believed.

00:42:39.000 And that's what's going on here.

00:42:41.000 And we're assuming that we trust our government, so we're assuming they're telling us the truth.

00:42:44.000 Well, that's just wrong.

00:42:45.000 It's just a bunch of corporations and private contractors screwing us over.

00:42:50.000 For money, yes.

00:42:51.000 I've been basically said what they did after 9-11 was trade the security of the people of the United States and of the world for money.

00:47:18.000 I want to go to our archives and play part of an interview that David Knight and Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars.com did recently with a true American political prisoner, Barrett Brown.

00:47:31.000 An interview from jail.

00:47:33.000 He's in prison for exercising his free speech.

00:47:36.000 You know this country's in danger when stuff like this is happening.

00:47:39.000 Let's go to the senator.

00:47:40.000 Let's go to Barrett Brown.

00:47:41.000 Barrett, I wanted to give you a chance to talk to the public.

00:47:45.000 We talked about your comments to the judge saying that this isn't about the rule of law anymore.

00:47:49.000 We now have the rule of law enforcement.

00:47:52.000 Tell us what you want to tell us about your trial now that the gag order has been taken off.

00:47:58.000 Well, the first thing I should mention is that, aside from what I put forth in the article for the Daily Beast about a month ago, and aside from what I'll tell you about today, the great majority of the things that people didn't know about the trial are still sealed.

00:48:10.000 And that should continue for about six months.

00:48:14.000 So in addition to all the very egregious things that have happened, there's a great deal more that's still not public.

00:48:20.000 Now, regarding the trial, I guess the basic lesson here is that the federal government can do whatever it wants, essentially, within the federal justice system.

00:48:29.000 That's clear from the extent of the perjury, a very demonstrable perjury that occurred in this case, again, some of which is visible, some of which can be confirmed publicly through documents, some of which is still sealed.

00:48:40.000 And that's really what I've tried to convey to the judge in the allocution I gave, is that when you allow this perjury to occur, we're getting away from the rule of law.

00:48:50.000 We're getting to a situation in which we're going to the forums.

00:48:53.000 We're meeting in a nice, very pretty hardwood room with paintings and a big nice wood podium and very pretty robes and all that.

00:49:00.000 But you're missing something, which is the rule of law.

00:49:02.000 And if the rule of law isn't there, you're going to see things like Anonymous.

00:49:05.000 You're going to see things like WikiLeaks.

00:49:07.000 You're going to keep seeing them.

00:49:10.000 One of the things, reading the transcript, the judge dressed down the prosecutor for not referring to you as Mr. Brown.

00:49:17.000 And as you're just talking about, you've got this fancy room with all the trappings and everything, but they're grinding the rule of law into the ground.

00:49:24.000 And I thought, he's worried about being polite to people while he's doing this, while he's railroading this whole process?

00:49:31.000 That's amazing.

00:49:34.000 It's very important to the people who have that federal government mentality.

00:49:39.000 You know, I would have preferred him to object at the last hearing when the prosecutor asked the FBI agent, how long has Barry Brown been an anarchist?

00:49:48.000 That would have been the time to object when they started asking about my political ideology.

00:49:52.000 Incidentally, this thing about me being an anarchist, which is true, that actually comes up in a couple of other documents, including the The gag order, when they asked for me to be gagged for being an anarchist, was one of the reasons they cited.

00:50:05.000 In one of the documents that's still sealed regarding my sentencing, they called for me to get additional prison time because I'm an anarchist, and thus more likely, apparently, to commit crimes.

00:50:16.000 There's a lot of egregious things that, on an individual basis, really should have been a national story, you know, on each given thing.

00:50:22.000 Obviously, the seizure of the Declaration of Independence, in a more perfect world, would have been a major news story.

00:50:27.000 Yes.

00:50:28.000 Unfortunately, the world we're in, it didn't quite rate national coverage.

00:50:32.000 Yes, that was amazing.

00:50:33.000 Tell the audience about that.

00:50:35.000 Well, among the items, and you can see this, and this is linked to from my Daily Beast article, My post-cyberpunk conservative can find online.

00:50:44.000 We have the list of items they seized as evidence of a crime.

00:50:49.000 It's computers, it's my notes.

00:50:50.000 There's only one book they took.

00:50:51.000 I have a lot of books in my apartment at the time, and the only book they took was a copy of the Declaration of Independence.

00:50:57.000 Just this little pocket copy.

00:50:58.000 Never have to explain why they took it.

00:50:58.000 Well, that's radical.

00:51:01.000 I'm assuming it has to do something to do with the FBI memorandum a few years ago when they said, you know, patriots, militia types, they like the Constitution, they might have a copy of the Constitution.

00:51:10.000 Thus, having a copy of the Constitution might be evidence of a crime.

00:51:13.000 I'm assuming they just sort of got it mixed up.

00:51:15.000 One of those enlightenment documents, you know, FBI agents aren't as educated as we might expect them to be or might help them to be anyway.

00:51:21.000 So they just grabbed it and then, you know, never came up at the trial.

00:51:24.000 And even for them, it would have been a little much to actually discuss that, you know, in the course of the trial.

00:51:29.000 One of the things you mentioned at the end of the article was two days before your sentencing, the Department of Justice withheld from the defense team chat transcripts from Jeremy Hammond.

00:51:38.000 Tell us about that.

00:51:39.000 That's one of those charming little reminders.

00:51:43.000 Okay.

00:51:44.000 Yes, it actually came out two days before in an article by, I think, Dale Cameron, that in fact, and this is something we had no idea of, the Department of Justice had documents that show quite demonstrably that I was not a co-conspirator in the Stratfor hack, which was a major point, you know, of the DOJ's in getting me, actually getting me initial prison time, this claim that I was somehow a co-conspirator.

00:52:08.000 And they withheld that evidence.

00:52:10.000 And the evidence is now public.

00:52:12.000 It was made public quite before my sentencing.

00:52:15.000 And this is something that, again, in a more perfect world, the judge would care about just as much as he cares about whether I'm called Mr. Brown or Barrett or Dr. D.

00:52:23.000 Or whatever.

00:52:24.000 But it just didn't quite come to his attention.

00:52:28.000 attention, didn't quite interest it very much.

00:52:30.000 It actually just goes to show that this particular case, obviously, it's inconvenient for me to be in prison.

00:52:36.000 But on the other hand, we have a great example here, this whole case, the investigation, all the way to the sentencing of how this system works, particularly if the DOJ very much wants you to do prison.

00:52:48.000 It's a great example of how they're able to get away with these things, even in the public eye.

00:52:53.000 And there's the other story here, of course, is how poorly the mainstream media does in keeping up with these things.

00:53:01.000 We spoke on the phone the other day, Barrett, and you were talking about, I was asking you what you knew about the Michael Hastings case and how the FBI came out and said that they weren't looking into him.

00:53:11.000 You said that you believe that 99% that the FBI was definitely looking into him.

00:53:17.000 Aside from the other reasons they would have to look into them, it's absolutely ludicrous for them to say that because with regards to my group, Project BM, which runs the Echelon2.org website, which was really what this case was all about, they subpoenaed the IP address information for everyone who's ever contributed to that website of ours.

00:53:35.000 So these are just sort of small players within Project PM.

00:53:37.000 Now, Michael Hastings, on the other hand, as I noted in a Benedict Fair article a number of years ago when he was still alive and when I was writing about him, you know, he was instrumental when I was first creating Project PM and helping me sort of flesh out the philosophy of it.

00:53:50.000 So the idea that he, who was in contact with me regarding Project PM, was never investigated regarding Project PM is absolutely 100% ludicrous.

00:53:59.000 And again, that's in addition to the other reasons they and certain other organizations would have to be investigating and harassing him.

00:54:05.000 He obviously did a great job.

00:54:06.000 He's best known for sort of forcing McChrystal to resign a number of years ago, but really, his article exposing the PsyOps campaign used by, I believe, a two-star general in Afghanistan against visiting senators, that's something I cite constantly in my articles for The Guardian or wherever as evidence of, here's what these people are willing to do, even to your elected officials.

00:54:25.000 Obviously one of the charges is the fact that he merely provided a link to the Stratfor email leaks.

00:54:32.000 What kind of precedent does that create for web publishers, for activists going forward?

00:54:38.000 Well it means that the federal government now has an expanded toolkit, a vastly expanded toolkit by which to come after anyone that they wanted to come after to begin with, whether or not they've actually committed a crime.

00:54:48.000 By criminalizing the act of linking, especially in my case where you don't even know what you're linking to, and had no interest or use for the and this turned out the credit card numbers in addition to other information that I ended up linking to, which was already public.

00:55:02.000 That's a terrible precedent by which journalists, researchers are now at risk.

00:55:07.000 And, of course, there are some journalists and researchers who are a danger to the government and especially the DOJ.

00:55:14.000 And thus, you know, the DOJ now has one more option by which to come after them.

00:55:18.000 Quinn Norton, who writes for Wired, who testified at my hearing, she explained a few days afterwards after this decision That she was going to stop doing security reporting.

00:55:28.000 It's too dangerous.

00:55:29.000 She told this to the judge.

00:55:30.000 The judge at my hearing said, you know, I'm going to go ahead and hit him with this additional year in prison for the linking.

00:55:36.000 I don't think it's going to be a concern to journalists, which is bizarre because journalists have been expressing concern about this, those charges, ever since they were made two years ago.

00:55:44.000 And even right after my sentencing, there was a number of articles in U.S.

00:55:48.000 News & World Report, Columbia, Journalism Review, The Intercept, again, expressing concern about this.

00:55:53.000 So the judge is not a A brilliant flower of jurisprudence, or anything really.

00:55:58.000 He's just sort of a puppet of the DOJ.

00:56:00.000 Not a bad guy, just doesn't know what he's doing.

00:56:02.000 And so again, alas, that's the situation we're in now.

00:56:05.000 Now hopefully something will come of this in the case in general.

00:56:08.000 Hopefully people will make use of what's happened in my case to bring some attention to the mainstream.

00:56:14.000 Because again, this affects journalists.

00:56:15.000 And when you start coming after journalists, then you start, you have the option, the potential to Especially when you're quoting someone, a Fox News contributor, and then they use that against you, that quote.

00:56:27.000 Yeah, and that's really, I think, the most bizarre, the number one most bizarre thing in a comedy of bizarre errors.

00:56:32.000 The fact that a Fox News commentator went on television and talked about how he wanted, we should murder Julian Assange.

00:56:38.000 I quoted that on my Twitter account.

00:56:39.000 You know, of course, Julian Assange is someone who I respect and he respects me.

00:56:43.000 We have sort of an association.

00:56:45.000 That ended up my indictment, as if it was something that I said or, you know, approved of.

00:56:50.000 And even after we pointed out, you know, in a filing that, you know, this Barrett Brown didn't say that this is some other guy that Barrett Brown obviously wouldn't get along with saying it, the prosecution stuck with it.

00:57:01.000 Instead of saying, oh, this is a mistake or you're right, they stuck with it and said, yes, he's promoting this quote, Which again, really raises the question of if this is a terrible quote, that even promoting gets you indicted, then how come the guy who's studied on national television hasn't been indicted?

00:57:13.000 And the answer, of course, is because the guy on Fox News is not a danger to the DOJ.

00:57:17.000 He, like commentators, are both leftist.

00:57:20.000 We'll be right back after this quick break in the second hour.

01:00:16.000 We're now going to go to a special report from InfoWars Nightly News, and when we return, we'll have excerpts of an extremely important interview we did with investigative journalist, best-selling author Daniel Esselin on the secrets of the Bilderberg Group, then Dr. Wakefield, Bruce Fine, and more.

01:00:33.000 There is an extra special and rare total lunar eclipse taking place this Saturday morning.

01:00:39.000 It has some people worried for this Easter weekend.

01:00:42.000 The blood moon is a rare celestial event, yet for the third time in less than a year, the moon will dip behind the Earth's shadow, appearing a deep coppery red for a few minutes.

01:00:52.000 And this will transform the skies over North America, Asia and Australia into a deep red color.

01:00:59.000 Now there are several interesting things about this particular blood moon.

01:01:03.000 While some eclipses can last an hour or more, this will be the shortest lunar eclipse of this century.

01:01:10.000 It's also taking place the morning of Easter Vigil, which is traditionally observed as the period between Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

01:01:18.000 The eclipse also falls within the first night of Passover, which is observed by Jews worldwide beginning Friday at sunset.

01:01:27.000 Now, according to NASA, the rare tetrad of four alignments in close proximity has only happened a handful of times in the last 2,000 years.

01:01:37.000 The final blood moon eclipse of the tetrad series will take place September 28, 2015, which also happens to be a Jewish holiday.

01:01:47.000 Many people believe that these lunar eclipses and their appearance on auspicious dates signals a world-changing event that's about to take place.

01:01:55.000 The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes.

01:02:05.000 Joel 2.31 Now there's something else about this Tetrad series that's pretty bizarre.

01:02:12.000 It happens to fall in a Shemitah year.

01:02:14.000 This is something that hasn't happened for 2,000 years.

01:02:19.000 Rabbi Jonathan Kahn points out in his book, The Mystery of the Shemitah, that these years in the past have brought down economies, kingdoms, and nations that haven't followed God's will.

01:02:30.000 A very major thing happened that escaped most people.

01:02:33.000 The Shemitah began in the autumn of 2014, and what happened is within two weeks, well, actually within one week of it beginning, and remember the Shemitah can mean the fall, within one week, America was overtaken.

01:02:45.000 Russia became the greatest nuclear power on Earth.

01:02:48.000 It actually surpassed the first week of the Shemitah.

01:02:50.000 The second week of the Shemitah became something even more major, and that is that the American age that began in the year 1871, when we became the strongest economic power on Earth, came to an end immediately.

01:03:02.000 America was dethroned as the Shemitah began. 0.61

01:03:06.000 It is now China has taken the crown of America. 0.97

01:03:09.000 Now I've warned for it since the Harbinger came out, I've warned that if we don't turn back to God, there is going to be the crown that America has worn as the head of nation is going to be removed.

01:03:18.000 We are seeing the beginning of that right now.

01:03:21.000 And so we are watching, actually, when the same week that the Shemitah began, Wall Street went crazy for about a month.

01:03:28.000 Now, the pattern of the last Shemitahs have been that often at the beginning of the Shemitah, you don't notice anything, but there are often foreshadows.

01:03:36.000 Well, the major thing, if something's going to happen, the major period is going to be coming up, is always at the end of the Shemitah, as we approach September.

01:03:45.000 That's the time of that wipeout.

01:03:47.000 I'm not saying it has to happen, but I believe we need to be aware of it.

01:03:50.000 And interesting, people who look at signs, one of the signs in the Bible of judgment is the darkening of the sun, or an eclipse.

01:03:59.000 Not that it always is, but it can be.

01:04:00.000 On the day that we get to the Wipeout Day, Elul 29 of this Shemitah cycle, the sun's going to be darkened at that time.

01:04:08.000 The last time that happened was 1987, when the The sun was darkened at Alul 29.

01:04:14.000 It led into Black Monday, the worst day crash in world history.

01:04:18.000 I believe we are going to watch.

01:04:19.000 If we don't turn back, if this nation keeps on going on its course, we're going to watch the fall of America or the shaking of America and the American age that you and I and all our listeners have known since we were born is going to come to an end.

01:04:32.000 You can witness this rare event for yourself.

01:04:35.000 The action starts at 5.16 a.m.

01:04:38.000 Central Standard Time on the morning of April 4th.

01:04:42.000 the Earth's shadow will slowly move across the moon, covering it entirely just before 7 a.m.

01:04:49.000 Using unparalleled research in the development of a synergistic formulation based around the key concepts of super oxygenation, the next level in cleansing is here.

01:05:10.000 With key ingredients backed by real clinical studies, the new Oxy Powder, available through InfoWars Life, was invented during Dr. Group's research on the toxification of our bodies.

01:05:20.000 Many herbal colon cleansers are harsh on the body and contain cheap and potentially dangerous ingredients, oftentimes full of synthetic fillers, GMOs, additives, or worse.

01:05:30.000 Gently start cleaning your body with easy capsules that start working while you sleep.

01:05:35.000 Oxy Powder does not require time off work, and there's no need for bad tasting concoctions.

01:05:39.000 Instead, Oxy Powder slowly releases monoatomic oxygen into the intestinal tract and body.

01:05:46.000 Experience the astonishing cleansing power of superoxide and ozonide technology.

01:05:51.000 Go to InfoWarsLife.com or InfoWarsStore.com to get started with Oxy Powder or call 1-888-253-3139.

01:06:00.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:06:03.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:07.000 The T-Rex of political talk.

01:06:30.000 Daniel Estelin is one of the only living people who has connections into the Bilderberg Group.

01:06:38.000 I get some intel from people on the periphery, but I do not have a source directly inside Bilderberg.

01:06:45.000 Daniel Estelin has written several international bestsellers on the Bilderberg Group.

01:06:50.000 He's also written a thinly-veiled fiction, that of course really isn't fiction at a lot of levels.

01:06:57.000 Just like Ian Fleming's James Bond, Novels were true stories put into a composite and he now has released a documentary.

01:07:06.000 We're going to be telling you about today So he's got the big scoop on where it may be held this year Is it accurate as some are saying that it's going to be in Austria and a lot more Daniel.

01:07:18.000 Thank you for joining us Alex, it's always a great, enormous pleasure for me to be on your show.

01:07:23.000 You and I go way back.

01:07:26.000 In 2006, we had, together, standing right in front of the Bilderberg Hotel in Canada, Ottawa, when you were arrested, if you remember.

01:07:34.000 Of course you remember.

01:07:36.000 Just before you came to Canada.

01:07:36.000 Yes.

01:07:38.000 And so we've been doing this for a long, long time.

01:07:40.000 And of course, Jim Tucker was with us.

01:07:42.000 He's no longer with us.

01:07:43.000 But there's a lot of people out there who are doing what they can to make sure that this story doesn't die.

01:07:49.000 And again, this global awareness, which we were talking about before, on the world stage, people are becoming aware more and more what's going on as a result of technological revolution, Internet and everything else out there.

01:08:01.000 It's getting more and more difficult for the global elite to hide their deeds.

01:08:06.000 Looking at what's happening, why do you think they're coming show out in the open?

01:08:09.000 And then you've got the floor, because I got to ask questions, but I want to know what's on your mind, the latest intel you've gotten.

01:08:15.000 Well, the Bilderberg meeting is being held actually in 2015 in Austria on my Twitter account, at Estrel and Daniel.

01:08:22.000 I published a couple of months ago an information, a report that I got from my intel sources in the Ministry of the Interior of Austria, who sent me the report.

01:08:32.000 Saying which date that everybody in Austria has to be on the lookout.

01:08:36.000 There is no holidays that week.

01:08:37.000 I believe it's from the 9th of... I can't remember exactly the date right now, but it's the beginning of June and it is being held in Austria and we have the documents to demonstrate it.

01:08:46.000 As far as what's going on in the world, the globalist elite, the reason actually all this information is coming out right now, Alex, is that the global elite are faced with the reality of seeking to dominate populations that are increasingly becoming self-aware and are developing a global consciousness.

01:09:02.000 Thus, a population being subjected to domination in Africa, for example, has the ability to become aware of a population being subjected to the same forms of domination in the Middle East, in South America, or in Asia, or even in Europe, in Greece, for example.

01:09:17.000 And they can recognize that they're all being dominated by the same global power structures.

01:09:23.000 And that is the key point.

01:09:25.000 Not only is the awakening global in its reach, but also in its nature.

01:09:30.000 It creates within the individual an awareness of the global condition.

01:09:34.000 So it is a global awakening, both in the external environment and also in the internal psychology.

01:09:40.000 And this is something that the elitists, such as the Bilderbergers, the Trilateral Commission, Council for Relations, Penite Circle, Bohemian Grove, and all this, you know, ONGs, Rockefeller Foundations, Carnegie's, you know, Hudson's and Hoover's.

01:09:57.000 They simply, you know, can't deal with it right now because it's a new game.

01:10:01.000 And this new reality in the world comes with the fact, Alex, that the world's population has never been so vast.

01:10:08.000 ...presents a challenge to elites seeking to dominate people all over the world who are aware and awakened to the realities of social inequality, war, poverty, exploitation, disrespect, imperialism, and domination.

01:10:23.000 And of course, this directly implies that these populations will be significantly more challenging to control, both economically, politically, socially, psychologically, and also spiritually.

01:10:36.000 By the way, we're rolling some background footage of your new film, and I tell you, it looks like better than something you'd see on HBO.

01:10:45.000 The camera work, the research, I cannot wait to see this.

01:10:48.000 Tell us about your new documentary, Daniel, and how soon we can get a copy of it.

01:10:53.000 I'd love to sell it on DVD or Blu-ray once it comes out at my store, but I hope it goes in theaters first.

01:11:01.000 Tell people the name, tell us all about this incredible documentary on the Bilderberg Group that you produced.

01:11:06.000 Yeah.

01:11:07.000 Well, we actually, we're in a post-production now.

01:11:10.000 The film comes out at the end of May, beginning of June.

01:11:12.000 We've been at it for about four years.

01:11:14.000 It's our production.

01:11:15.000 We've done interviews in 11 countries, Canada, the United States, most of Europe.

01:11:20.000 We've traveled up and down all over the place.

01:11:22.000 The first producer of the documentary was actually wiped out economically, if you believe in conspiracy or coincidence theories, won three banks, called in loans on the same day, and basically bankrupted him.

01:11:38.000 I separately know about this, not from you, but I know who the group was.

01:11:42.000 Are we allowed to say who they were or we shouldn't talk about it?

01:11:45.000 You can if you want, exactly.

01:11:47.000 Was that the guys with the Halcyon group?

01:11:51.000 No, no, no.

01:11:51.000 The Huffington Group, that's the major motion picture.

01:11:57.000 Yeah, that's the folks that made Terminator, then they also came after them and took them over to stop your film getting made, right?

01:12:02.000 These are not the people who are producing the documentary.

01:12:06.000 These are the people in Spain, independent producers.

01:12:08.000 So this has happened twice, then, if I'm correct?

01:12:12.000 This happened twice, once with the vacation motion picture, and now with the documentary, which is why it took us a bit longer.

01:12:17.000 But it's almost in the post-production stages.

01:12:20.000 I'll tell you a little anecdote.

01:12:21.000 I sent a letter, an email, to Martin Wolf, the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist with the Financial Times.

01:12:28.000 And I asked him for an interview and I got a reply and of course we're going to put it in the documentary.

01:12:32.000 He sent an email, how dare you make a documentary about the Bilderberg Group.

01:12:36.000 So the documentary is coming out at the beginning of June, end of May.

01:12:40.000 We're in a post-production and you know we're very very close to the finish line.

01:12:45.000 We're going to be over that finish line and the film is going to be out worldwide release.

01:12:49.000 There's a lot of international large film festivals who are very interested.

01:12:54.000 And also Bilderberg Has become a household name.

01:12:57.000 The book came out 10 years ago, and now everybody knows about it, and I think this is the time.

01:13:01.000 It's the right time, socially speaking, with all the changes taking place in the world, that people think finally are ready to embrace this concept that you've been talking about for about over a decade.

01:13:13.000 And, you know, I've been talking about it for over a decade.

01:13:15.000 Well, you've got Nigel Farage in here.

01:13:17.000 You've got just an amazing list of top people in your film.

01:13:22.000 I cannot wait to see this.

01:13:23.000 What's the name of the film?

01:13:26.000 It's called The True Story of the Bilderberg Group.

01:13:28.000 It's based, obviously, on my book.

01:13:29.000 It's actually the first documentary which is based on a book.

01:13:33.000 Most documentaries, you know, are not based on books.

01:13:35.000 But this one is based on my book, The True Story of the Bilderberg Group.

01:13:38.000 is going to be out in theaters end of May, beginning of June.

01:13:42.000 And when it's out, need us to say, I'd be more than happy and pleased to go back on your show and talk about it.

01:13:49.000 In closing, I know you've got sources.

01:13:51.000 I know a lot of it now is pretty much, as you said last time you were on, is put out at Davos, but what's on the agenda for 2015 in Switzerland, er, in Austria?

01:14:00.000 One of the key issues, Alex, is fiscal austerity.

01:14:03.000 You know, this boogeyman term is back.

01:14:05.000 It's kind of a vague term that is, you know, actually refers to cutting social spending and increasing taxes.

01:14:11.000 And the effect this has is that the public sector is devastated as all assets are privatized.

01:14:16.000 Public workers, you know, are fired en masse.

01:14:18.000 Unemployment becomes rapid.

01:14:20.000 Health and education disappear, taxes rise dramatically, and currencies are devalued to make all assets cheaper for international corporations and banks to buy up, while internally causing inflation, dramatically increasing the cost of fuel and food.

01:14:34.000 In short, fiscal austerity implies social destruction, as we're seeing right now in Greece.

01:14:40.000 as we saw in Spain, as we saw in Portugal, and as we see, you know, in Italy.

01:14:45.000 And, you know, the social destruction of the social foundations of nations and peoples are pulled out from under them, states that become despotic and oppressed, the people who actually revolt against austerity.

01:14:57.000 And this is called the sterilization of society.

01:15:00.000 And this is the term, again, this is the term, Alex, you're going to be seeing a lot more, you know, with the build-up to Bilderberg and then post Bilderberg.

01:15:09.000 We talked about this before, you know, terms like deindustrialization, zero growth, demand destruction, you know, they were discussed at these private secret meetings, and then suddenly there were friends at the center of major newspapers, Next big front and center newspaper piece is sterilization of society.

01:15:26.000 It sounds awful.

01:15:27.000 Just the word sterilization itself with all the connotations.

01:15:30.000 When you start sterilizing society, it takes on a meaning of its own.

01:15:34.000 It takes, you know, to an nth degree, you know, of evil that, needless to say, we have to make sure we fight this.

01:15:43.000 On the other side of this break, we're going to be talking to Dr. Andrew Wakefield, who's recently been exonerated for his research on the connection between vaccines and autism.

01:15:52.000 InfoWarsLife and InfoWarsLife.com is extremely excited to announce our latest release, Winter Sun, a revolutionary type of vitamin D3.

01:19:59.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

01:20:05.000 The Alex Jones Show.

01:20:10.000 They took my saddle in Houston.

01:20:13.000 Broke my leg in Santa Fe.

01:20:18.000 Lost my wife and a girlfriend somewhere along the way.

01:20:24.000 In defense of human liberty, Alex Jones.

01:20:27.000 I'll be looking for aid when they pull that gate.

01:20:34.000 Dr. Wakefield, I can ask questions, I can rant and rave.

01:20:37.000 Brief the people out there where we are now in this totalitarian push, the forced inoculation.

01:20:41.000 Now it's do or die. 0.95

01:20:43.000 We're close to breaking their back.

01:20:44.000 That's why we're seeing their battle of the bulge moment when, let's just compare them to Hitler. 0.92

01:20:50.000 We've driven them back, we're winning, and they hit us with everything they've got.

01:20:53.000 But you can see that Zeb Dietrich out there leading this attack doesn't have the moral high ground.

01:20:59.000 He's going to fail.

01:21:00.000 I don't care how big and black his army tanks are.

01:21:02.000 The ground troops are out there with their bazookas.

01:21:05.000 We're taking these tanks out right now.

01:21:07.000 Let's talk about what's happening.

01:21:08.000 You've got the floor.

01:21:10.000 And here's the thing, those congressional, they're in recess next week, so they are coming back, many of them, to their district.

01:21:17.000 You can go and meet them in your district.

01:21:19.000 You don't have to travel to DC.

01:21:21.000 But you make sure that every congressman in this country is aware of exactly what's going on.

01:21:27.000 Because at the moment, farmer lobbyists are scaling Capitol Hill like orcs, storming Helms Deep.

01:21:33.000 It's a hideous site.

01:21:35.000 You can see they're huge offensive.

01:21:37.000 I mean, this is battle of the bulge.

01:21:39.000 I mean, they're throwing everything they've got.

01:21:41.000 And this is a matter between Congress and a congressional agency or a federal agency, the CDC.

01:21:47.000 It shouldn't involve the pharma lobbyists at all.

01:21:51.000 The congressmen should have the chutzpah to say to them, This is none of your business.

01:21:57.000 You may be indirectly affected by the outcome of this, but this is between us and a federal agency that has committed an alleged fraud.

01:22:05.000 So get out of my office and wait for the result.

01:22:08.000 Well, think about with government-run health care that's run by special interest and written by it.

01:22:12.000 They can just make us buy whatever quote health products they want, including tainted vaccines.

01:22:18.000 This is super high-tech slavery.

01:22:20.000 I mean, this is over-the-top.

01:22:22.000 Yeah, so please go to autismmediachannel.com, download those PDF documents, and get them in front of your representative.

01:22:31.000 Do not hesitate.

01:22:32.000 Next week they will be back in district and they will be available to you.

01:22:36.000 So make it happen.

01:22:37.000 Because if we lose this battle, we lose it for a very, very long time.

01:22:43.000 Elaborate on how, where's the lawsuit going, how your colleague, the co-author, super prestigious.

01:22:49.000 I mean, I looked him up, like you said, one of the top, you know, gastro experts in the UK or Europe.

01:22:56.000 That's why they were so scared of you guys and had to shut you down because you're smart, well-spoken, prestigious, getting results, helping people, had to be destroyed, but they failed.

01:23:04.000 You came back like the Phoenix and that's so exciting.

01:23:07.000 So, so break down where that fight's going right now as well.

01:23:11.000 Certainly.

01:23:11.000 Let me start with John Walker-Smith.

01:23:12.000 When the GMC rendered their opinion and had their decision and had us struck off the medical register in the UK, both Professor Walker-Smith and I filed an appeal.

01:23:23.000 And I did not get funded for my appeal.

01:23:25.000 It would have cost me about £500,000, which I didn't have, to fight that appeal, so I had to withdraw my appeal.

01:23:31.000 Because they destroyed your livelihood.

01:23:32.000 That's right.

01:23:32.000 His was funded and he took it to the High Court.

01:23:35.000 This was the first time it had ever been in front of a proper judiciary.

01:23:39.000 The judge, just dismissing, destroyed the GMC.

01:23:42.000 Destroyed them.

01:23:44.000 He essentially accused them of being incompetent, unable to... incompetent, unable to handle evidence.

01:23:49.000 They did not know how to... they were... he accused them of being biased.

01:23:53.000 They rejected evidence that was valid.

01:23:55.000 They had no idea what they were doing.

01:23:56.000 Yes, they did, actually, because they were doing it deliberately.

01:23:59.000 Well, they were setting you up!

01:24:00.000 They had been given their marching orders and they were going to get a guilty verdict, whatever.

01:24:04.000 And at the end of it, counsel on behalf of the GMC admitted Said, we're sorry, we know mistakes were made and we didn't handle this properly and the judge said it would be a shame if this were ever to happen again.

01:24:18.000 You go away and you change your whole process of conducting these fitness to practice inquiries.

01:24:23.000 So, it was demolished.

01:24:25.000 However, they got what they wanted and that was taking my license away.

01:24:30.000 And now autism rates have gone, I mean they vary, the highest are in South Korea, correct me if I'm wrong, like 1 in 30-something, it's 1 in 50-something here now, it was 1 in 68, it was 1 in 25,000 30 years ago.

01:24:43.000 I mean, I can see the children when I'm at the grocery store or I'm out in public.

01:24:48.000 Kids aren't looking too good.

01:24:51.000 And I mean, you go to a movie theater, sometimes the thing is just full of autistic children. 1.00

01:24:51.000 And the babies aren't. 1.00

01:24:57.000 God bless their little hearts, you know, babbling and just going through hell.

01:25:03.000 And I go to doctor's offices sometimes to take my children to the pediatrician and I'll be in there and there's like 15 kids and five of them are autistic.

01:25:11.000 I mean, this is an epidemic.

01:25:13.000 Is it going to be 1 in 10?

01:25:15.000 1 in 5?

01:25:15.000 1 in 2?

01:25:16.000 I mean, how long will this go?

01:25:18.000 How many?

01:25:19.000 I mean, does half the population have to be sitting in the corner in diapers cussing when they're 15 years old?

01:25:25.000 Screaming at their parents before we do something?

01:25:27.000 I think the way to look at this, Alex, is look at the CDC's own numbers on this and look at the trend over time.

01:25:32.000 It's now, as you say, around 1 in 50.

01:25:36.000 If you extrapolate from that and you look at the risk for autism for a child born today, it's 1 in 25.

01:25:41.000 And it's estimated that by 2025 it will be 1 in 2 children will have autism if nothing is done about it.

01:25:50.000 And that is completely, the situation now is completely unacceptable.

01:25:54.000 But that will be a disaster.

01:25:55.000 No economy in the world can sustain that kind of attrition of its population.

01:26:01.000 So, something has got to be done immediately.

01:26:04.000 Well, yeah, something was done.

01:26:05.000 Have you read Ecoscience, written by the current White House Science Czar?

01:26:08.000 I have not.

01:26:09.000 It's pretty interesting.

01:26:12.000 They talk about social engineering through medical systems, water and vaccines to get people in line.

01:26:21.000 Pretty interesting.

01:26:22.000 It was written by, I think there's too many people, Paul R. Ehrlich, Annie H. Ehrlich, and John P. Holdren.

01:26:28.000 And this book is digitally online for free.

01:26:31.000 They try to pull it down when people find it, because it's pretty shocking.

01:26:35.000 This was basically adopted by UNESCO as a global shadow policy to carry out social engineering through medicine.

01:26:43.000 Right.

01:26:44.000 Well, keep an eye on your copy, Alex.

01:26:46.000 I might have to steal it before I go.

01:26:47.000 Well, you can borrow it.

01:26:48.000 You're certainly welcome to.

01:26:49.000 Thank you.

01:26:50.000 And the other issue is, what happens?

01:26:53.000 Okay, there are two elements to this.

01:26:55.000 There's the epidemic that's occurring now, and then there are the children who are already damaged.

01:26:58.000 What do we do about those children as they age out and they become adults?

01:27:03.000 As you say, sitting in diapers at the age of 15, 20, 25.

01:27:07.000 Unable to cope, unable to deal with themselves.

01:27:09.000 We had a tragic case here in Austin the other day of a young man who was in a group home in the district, in the community, and a simple thing happened.

01:27:18.000 I think someone stood on a DVD of his.

01:27:19.000 He had a meltdown.

01:27:21.000 He went running around the district, knocking on doors, and he was shot four times.

01:27:25.000 Shot to death.

01:27:27.000 These people cannot cope in the community. 0.96

01:27:29.000 They have no idea.

01:27:30.000 It's scary when a 25-year-old autistic man's at your door, and we're sad he got shot.

01:27:34.000 But I mean, cops are shooting them all the time, too, because you get some guy running at you screaming.

01:27:39.000 I mean, it's... Yeah, and nobody understands the problem.

01:27:41.000 The people out there in the community do not understand what autism is, or that these individuals have no sense of danger whatsoever.

01:27:41.000 This is the problem.

01:27:48.000 So, what are we going to do with all of these autistic adults? 1.00

01:27:52.000 And that's a tragedy, and someone here in Austin, Polly Tommy, is creating the Autism Trust to provide a long-term home for these individuals where they won't be drugged.

01:28:01.000 It won't be simply put on psychotropic medications which have no indication in autism whatsoever, but make life easier for the carers.

01:28:08.000 I think I met him out in Lakeway.

01:28:11.000 Polly, you probably met her husband.

01:28:13.000 Husband, yeah.

01:28:13.000 The husband and wife team.

01:28:15.000 He was showing me all the stuff they're going to build at campus.

01:28:17.000 Absolutely, that's right.

01:28:17.000 Pretty amazing.

01:28:18.000 So, it's an exciting time for people here in Austin, but one of these places is not going to be anywhere near enough.

01:28:24.000 You could have 10 or 15 in Austin alone, let alone the rest of Texas or the country.

01:28:30.000 Well, I know a lot of personal friends, some quite famous people as well.

01:28:35.000 I mean, you'll be on the phone with them and, you know, there are kids in the background going just over and over again screaming at them, I mean, for hour after hour after hour.

01:28:43.000 I mean, it is... I couldn't think of a way to debilitate a society better.

01:28:48.000 We'll be back with a conclusion of this important interview with Dr. Andrew Wakefield.

01:28:52.000 Then we'll talk to the former top lawyer at the FCC about the FCC power grab of the entire internet and media system.

01:29:01.000 In the near future.

01:29:03.000 When you realize how fake it all is, the football, the basketball.

01:29:07.000 Security alert.

01:29:08.000 This is Homeland Security.

01:29:10.000 Analysis, InfoWars, building independent media operations.

01:29:28.000 Alex Jones is now in an Austin jail.

01:29:30.000 These people are assaulting us.

01:29:31.000 Targeting of patriots engaged.

01:29:34.000 They are never going to stop.

01:29:36.000 They're never going to deviate from their program until we stop them.

01:29:40.000 You gotta set your eye on the enemy, not worry about what propaganda they put out.

01:32:06.000 Ohio's governor declaring a state of emergency.

01:32:08.000 Did you know that the average person uses about 80 to 100 gallons of water at home every single day?

01:32:15.000 If there's a water emergency, will you be prepared?

01:32:18.000 Panicked residents forming long lines throughout the day.

01:33:03.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Show.

01:33:12.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation, it's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:33:20.000 Dr. Wakefield, again, we salute you for your groundbreaking work.

01:33:34.000 And, you know, Galileo said that the Earth wasn't the center of the world, and they locked him up for the rest of his life.

01:33:40.000 So, we haven't gotten to that level, though they've been trying, and so we appreciate you.

01:33:45.000 Alex, thank you very much.

01:33:46.000 It's great to be back.

01:33:47.000 I think you're absolutely right.

01:33:48.000 What we're looking at is a system that is in meltdown right now.

01:33:51.000 And they're in meltdown for a number of reasons.

01:33:53.000 You can only sustain a lie, a falsehood, for so long.

01:33:56.000 And now that Dr. William Thompson, senior CDC scientist, has come forward and said that they have known for 13 years that MMR vaccine is causally associated with autism and they have hidden it from the public, from doctors, from public health officials, from everybody.

01:34:14.000 They've kept it to an inner circle of people who knew the truth all along.

01:34:18.000 And have allowed millions of children to be put in harm's way in the interim.

01:34:22.000 And he could no longer live with that, and he's come forward with that now.

01:34:26.000 And one has to hope that that goes before a congressional committee sooner rather than later.

01:34:31.000 And if I have one message for your listeners and your viewers, it is that you must implore that your congressmen take this very, very seriously and support Congressman Bill Posey's efforts to get this before a committee just as soon as possible.

01:34:48.000 Looking at this now, they're doubling down.

01:34:51.000 It's like we're Jews in Nazi Germany that we don't want to get vaccinated.

01:34:54.000 Arrest us, publish our names, where we live, come after us, take our children.

01:34:59.000 I mean, they're really doubling down.

01:35:02.000 It's desperate, isn't it?

01:35:03.000 And it's rather like Salem or more recently, as you point out, it's rather like banning the Nazis, banning Jews from using public transportation in order to avoid being contaminated by suspected infection. 0.90

01:35:15.000 I mean, it's absolutely disgusting. 0.74

01:35:16.000 Oh, that's what they said.

01:35:17.000 Yeah, you're right.

01:35:18.000 So we're seeing that kind of reaction now to what's happening, and it's very well orchestrated.

01:35:26.000 It's heavily funded with billions of dollars of public relations funds, and it's failing.

01:35:30.000 It's failing?

01:35:31.000 It is failing!

01:35:31.000 Because it's a lie.

01:35:33.000 And if you have a vaccination policy in this country which mandates, which takes your children away, which puts you at gunpoint, which puts parents in prison for not vaccinating, that is not built upon public trust or confidence.

01:35:45.000 That is a disaster.

01:35:47.000 And public health policy, vaccination policy, requires the confidence of the public, and they have lost it.

01:35:54.000 Wow, this is epic.

01:35:55.000 Think about it.

01:35:56.000 In America and Europe, they're trying to make vaccines forced and they're coming out with hundreds of new ones where companies lobby and then government says it's the law to take it.

01:36:05.000 They tried to have Rick Perry a few years ago run the hoax of saying it was the law with the Gardasil.

01:36:10.000 I mean, there's no end to the depths.

01:36:13.000 And as you said, I'm here following it.

01:36:14.000 I'm here talking to the public.

01:36:16.000 They're doubling, tripling down.

01:36:17.000 It is backfiring.

01:36:19.000 But it shows this totalitarian instinct that now permeates government.

01:36:25.000 The notion of treating or protecting children against serious infectious disease with safe and effective vaccines is a laudable one.

01:36:35.000 I want them!

01:36:36.000 Absolutely, but the current schedule and certainly MMR meets none of those criteria.

01:36:41.000 None at all.

01:36:42.000 And we have a major, major problem.

01:36:45.000 Let me characterize this.

01:36:48.000 There are measles outbreaks apparently now in California and elsewhere.

01:36:52.000 MMR vaccine, Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccine does not protect against measles.

01:36:56.000 Measles vaccine protects against measles.

01:36:59.000 And the only recommendation that I have ever made in respect of MMR is to give them separately and delay them so that you have an interval between each vaccine.

01:37:08.000 That's what the Japanese have done for 20 years. 1.00

01:37:10.000 Well, the Japanese are an extremely good example because the Japanese had MMR. 1.00

01:37:15.000 They don't want a bunch of brain damaged children. 0.94

01:37:17.000 When MMR came in in Japan, there was a dramatic rise in the incidence of autism.

01:37:22.000 What they found is that the vaccine caused meningitis.

01:37:26.000 The mump strain of the vaccine caused meningitis.

01:37:29.000 Public confidence was lost and the vaccine was stopped.

01:37:32.000 And the uptake of the vaccine and the decline in the use of the vaccine exactly mirrors the rising and falling incidence of autism.

01:37:41.000 Now, what happened next was that there was a rebound, a dramatic rebound in the incidence of autism.

01:37:46.000 It went up, skyrocketed.

01:37:48.000 Why?

01:37:49.000 They never used MMR again.

01:37:50.000 But what the vaccine policy recommendation was in Japan was to use to give children at 12 months the measles and rubella vaccine on the same day.

01:38:01.000 And to give voluntary months vaccination not less than four weeks later.

01:38:05.000 Now that in many ways is still giving combination viral vaccines.

01:38:11.000 So you're recapitulating the same problem that you have with MMR.

01:38:15.000 Now, the kicker is, Alex, that the single mumps vaccine, the one that caused meningitis, when it was given on its own, caused little or no meningitis at all.

01:38:25.000 It was when it was put into the MMR...

01:38:28.000 But there was an unacceptable level of meningitis.

01:38:30.000 What does that tell us?

01:38:31.000 It tells us that you get a novel, unexpected, adverse event associated with the combination vaccine that you did not get with a single therapy.

01:38:39.000 And you studied this.

01:38:41.000 Dr. Blaylock, who's coined a lot of terms that are now in mainline medical journals, says that there's basically an adjuvant effect of mixing them together.

01:38:49.000 It just makes them many times more powerful.

01:38:53.000 Mixing them or what is it?

01:38:54.000 It certainly alters their behavior.

01:38:56.000 And this was recognized as soon as they were put together.

01:38:58.000 It's called viral interference.

01:39:01.000 And they were concerned that it influences the protective immune response.

01:39:05.000 There was no concern whatsoever, except amongst the Japanese, about safety. 0.69

01:39:10.000 No concern.

01:39:11.000 You cannot take three live viral agents and put them into combination and just expect that one and one and one equal three.

01:39:19.000 They don't.

01:39:19.000 And I saw they're now coming out with some vaccines that are flooding and have as many as ten?

01:39:24.000 Yes, for example with the live viral vaccines they put in the chickenpox vaccine.

01:39:28.000 When they did that it doubled the rate of febrile convulsions.

01:39:31.000 There again is a classic example of more is not better.

01:39:35.000 But these inserts say they can give you convulsions, so why are we being attacked when the insert says all this?

01:39:41.000 I wonder how many patients or parents actually get to see that insert.

01:39:46.000 Alex, I wonder how many people ask for it, and I wonder how many doctors spontaneously show it as part of the informed consent process.

01:39:53.000 Very, very few.

01:39:55.000 Well, we told folks that there were some tips on to win the lottery in here, or maybe fantasy football, they might read it, but I mean, if I was going to put any drug I want to put in my body, I don't care what it is, antibiotics, anything, I go read the insert.

01:40:07.000 You ought to know what's in there.

01:40:09.000 This is just crazy.

01:40:10.000 And for those that don't know, each vial of the MMR, or any other vaccine or drug, in the box with it, by law, comes this.

01:40:16.000 So they have this at Walgreens, at CVS.

01:40:20.000 I think parents need the choice.

01:40:21.000 They need the choice.

01:40:22.000 In the presence of the current concerns about the safety of MMR vaccine, they must have a choice of how to protect their children against infectious disease.

01:40:30.000 Well, I know you're here warning people, as a doctor, and trying to save folks, but tell us about Your story, recapping it briefly, where it is, where your lawsuit is, your co-author being exonerated, I know you're moving towards that.

01:40:43.000 You've been exonerated with the whistleblowers, the previous studies, but this has got to really hurt the people that tried to destroy you, as just fate would have it, all this evidence pours out.

01:40:53.000 Well, Alex, I've been in this 20 years now, and that feels like many, many lifetimes.

01:40:57.000 But we listened to parents who said that my child was perfectly normal, I'm not anti-vaccine, I took my child to get vaccinated.

01:41:04.000 When I did that, they got the MMR and they regressed into autism.

01:41:08.000 And they also developed gastrointestinal symptoms.

01:41:10.000 And as a physician interested in Gastrointestinal disease, I recommended those children should get investigated for that.

01:41:17.000 They were investigated by the world's leading pediatric gastroenterologist at the time, Professor Walker Smith, who you've just mentioned, my co-author on the paper, and he found that they had an inflammatory bowel disease.

01:41:28.000 We treated that disease.

01:41:29.000 Not only did the bowel disease symptoms improve, but the behavioral and autistic symptoms improved.

01:41:36.000 It was the beginning of a fascinating journey, but We had to investigate whether the parents were also right about whether the vaccine had precipitated this.

01:41:45.000 That's when the problem started.

01:41:46.000 And so Murdoch's brought his team of journalists along, Brian Deer, they came up with this extraordinary story that we had involved ourselves in fraud and deception, that we had made it up, there was no ethical approval, all of this kind of thing, while at the same time holding back from the General Medical Council inquiry vital documents ...that showed there was indeed ethical approval for this study.

01:42:10.000 He knew throughout the investigation and the proceedings that he had in his possession key documents.

01:42:16.000 That was an obstruction of justice.

01:42:18.000 Have you ever physically been around this guy?

01:42:20.000 If I was you, I bet you'd get angry.

01:42:22.000 I get angry, but you know, it's not about me.

01:42:27.000 It's not about me, Alex.

01:42:27.000 No, I know, but I mean, this guy's trying to cover up what's going on with children.

01:42:31.000 He's a despicable character, in my opinion.

01:42:33.000 Yeah, one thing I cannot forgive him for is the damage done to the children, because now we are many, many years on.

01:42:38.000 And because the bowel disease in the minds of many was synonymous with vaccine injury, that had to be declared a fraud as well.

01:42:44.000 Because people were getting such good results in slowing or reversing it, God forbid we get a treatment for this.

01:42:53.000 Right, and the trouble is that all of those children did not get investigated because doctors were terrified of doing the right thing.

01:43:00.000 Use since before the days of the Roman Empire to support the body's natural systems.

01:46:58.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

01:47:05.000 Live from Austin, Texas it's Alex Jones.

01:47:33.000 We're just fine.

01:47:35.000 Former General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission uniquely positioned to be able to really tell us what's going on.

01:47:42.000 I've never seen behavior like I've seen.

01:47:47.000 from the executive and then the Republican leadership seems to roll over because they're licking their lips, I guess, to have all this power when they get a president in charge.

01:47:56.000 So, again, I'm worried about an imperial presidency, not even so much Obama.

01:48:00.000 But I am shocked by the left that if Bush was trying something like this, you would have just heard howls and...

01:48:08.000 And now they say, hey, a lot of them make Obama a dictator.

01:48:12.000 He can give us some free stuff then. 0.98

01:48:15.000 Just incredible political ignorance.

01:48:16.000 So please finish up on that, Mr. Fein.

01:48:20.000 It's very, very important, Alex, in a democratic country like ours, you know, that we have government in the sunshine.

01:48:27.000 There are a few things that need to be secret location of truth, but relatively few.

01:48:31.000 Transparency, sunshine is said to be the best disinfectant, but we have a right to know what our government is doing.

01:48:36.000 How can we give consent?

01:48:38.000 To a government that's acting in secret.

01:48:40.000 And so, the whole idea that... When I was working as counsel on the Iran Conflict Committee, this is during the Reagan period.

01:48:49.000 I mean, President Reagan was having Secretary of State George Shultz testify as National Security Advisor was testifying, Cap Weinberger was testifying as Secretary of Defense.

01:48:58.000 It was all open in the sunshine.

01:49:00.000 This is President Reagan.

01:49:02.000 And now we have people like the Chairman of the FCC.

01:49:05.000 I don't want to answer questions.

01:49:06.000 I don't want to show up.

01:49:07.000 Well, the Congress should be telling you, one, if you don't show up, we will impeach and remove you from office.

01:49:14.000 Because you have an obligation to explain to the American people what you're doing and why, because you are there.

01:49:21.000 Representative, you work for them, not for Obama.

01:49:25.000 You work for we, the people, who are sovereign.

01:49:27.000 And if they are recalcitrant, they should impeach them or fine them $50,000, $100,000 every day that they don't appear.

01:49:35.000 And you're right, it's stunning.

01:49:37.000 Congress says, well, please tell us now.

01:49:39.000 They wring their hand and do nothing.

01:49:41.000 So they get treated, you know, like they're second and third tier players because they simply won't stand up and defend their authorities.

01:49:49.000 But maybe you're right.

01:49:50.000 They're just waiting for the White House so that they can be the oppressors rather than the oppressed.

01:49:55.000 But that's not a very optimistic outlook for the future of the country.

01:50:00.000 And I don't want to be oppressed by anybody in the White House.

01:50:03.000 I'm a Democrat.

01:50:04.000 Well also, they promised to release the 332 pages as soon as they announced it, and then they haven't released it until now.

01:50:12.000 Have the Washington Post making fun of anybody that asked to see it, when we know they printed it up in book form, and they've been waving it around on TV for a month with this red tape around it.

01:50:25.000 So I guess if they don't testify to Congress, why ever release it?

01:50:27.000 They can be like the CIA, it'll just be secret.

01:50:30.000 Yeah, I mean, and say, secret government is antithetical to anything like representative democracy.

01:50:37.000 How can you have a government that doesn't even tell you what it's doing?

01:50:40.000 After all, we get to decide to approve or disapprove.

01:50:43.000 What's being done here, they don't get to issue by decree.

01:50:46.000 You know, there are elections and things can change.

01:50:48.000 And there's this arrogance that's totally antithetical to what our founding fathers thought, you know, a free and open government would be about.

01:50:57.000 Other points, where do you expect this to go?

01:51:01.000 The Hill, and I think rightly says, that this has to go through a gauntlet, these rules, and that that's why they're not releasing them.

01:51:08.000 So I guess they think they want to win the propaganda war, that they're protecting the internet, before they roll this out by stealth.

01:51:15.000 But that isn't working for Obamacare, because as they roll it out, it becomes more unpopular by the day.

01:51:21.000 So why are they engaging in this tactic?

01:51:25.000 Well, they may be trying to bolster their defenses against what's sure to be a legal attack on the net neutrality rules.

01:51:33.000 The Court of Appeals here, the U.S.

01:51:35.000 Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia, has rebuked the FCC on numerous occasions for overreach.

01:51:42.000 They may be worried that the shallowness of their explanations need butchering before there's going to be an immediate appeal.

01:51:50.000 And perhaps my expectation, Alex, would be that there'll be a stay of the FCC rules until there's a final court adjudication, which means there's years away, given the legal frailty of their promulgation.

01:52:09.000 What do you think is going to happen in your gut?

01:52:11.000 I mean, the sense of Congress, the sense of the country, the sense of the other administrators and lawyers you talk to.

01:52:17.000 Which way is this country going?

01:52:19.000 Because it seems to be stampeding into an accelerated decline of the Roman Empire meets Buck Rogers.

01:52:28.000 In your gut, where do you think this country and the world is going, Bruce Fine?

01:52:31.000 Well, you know, what we need is to restore our fundamental precepts as a country, which haven't changed in over 200 years.

01:52:41.000 Human nature hasn't changed.

01:52:43.000 You know, the empire of psychology hasn't changed.

01:52:46.000 And we have, I think, Alex, anywhere from 30, maybe 35 years to completely reorient ourselves as a country whose influence abroad is the influence of example.

01:52:58.000 We need to restore separation of powers back home, transparency.

01:53:03.000 We defend ourselves, but we don't go abroad in search of monsters to destroy.

01:53:08.000 Borrow 18, 19, 20 trillion dollars running around the world like Don Quixote, thinking that we can change cultures that are a thousand, five thousand years old.

01:53:17.000 ethnic rivalries and despotism into democracies. 0.83

01:53:22.000 You can't do it.

01:53:23.000 You know, if you could, those people who believe that, Alex, I say, let's hire me to build a perpetual motion machine.

01:53:31.000 It's truly stunning.

01:53:32.000 Failure after failure after failure.

01:53:34.000 Afghanistan fails. 1.00

01:53:35.000 Yemen fails. 1.00

01:53:36.000 Iraq fails. 1.00

01:53:37.000 Syria fails. 0.89

01:53:38.000 Nowhere.

01:53:39.000 Libya fails. 0.94

01:53:39.000 All of it. 0.94

01:53:40.000 They keep coming back and doing the same thing.

01:53:43.000 I mean, Libya is a perfect example. 1.00

01:53:44.000 You've got 126 militias.

01:53:46.000 The whole thing is a Somalia-like desert land. 0.98

01:53:49.000 And now we're going to visit the... And remember, Libya and Yemen were viewed as the model that Obama singled out for pursuing ISIS.

01:53:58.000 I mean, my God, the model?

01:53:59.000 That's like saying, you know, General Custer's lab battle of the Little Big Orange is the model by which we'll fight the future Indian wars. 0.89

01:54:06.000 You say, my God, are you crazy?

01:54:09.000 And we need to just totally repudiate this idea that we have some kind of obligation and expertise to cure all the ills in the world. 0.94

01:54:17.000 Nice if it was possible, we will destroy ourselves as a consequence.

01:54:21.000 Well, I think that's a fact.

01:54:23.000 If we can get Rand Paul and that philosophy back into the trajectory of where we're going as a country, we can save ourselves.

01:54:30.000 Otherwise, we're following the path of the Roman Empire. 0.74

01:54:33.000 It'll be just a matter of time.

01:54:34.000 We'll bankrupt ourselves.

01:54:35.000 We'll still overextend ourselves.

01:54:37.000 We'll ultimately collapse.

01:54:39.000 Well I agree with you and in closing you notice that...

01:54:43.000 Rand Paul won the CPAC poll, and he's nowhere in the news.

01:54:46.000 And then they have a whisper campaign, a libertarian movement.

01:54:49.000 Oh, he's not perfect.

01:54:50.000 You know, he's not his dad.

01:54:52.000 So we better not support him.

01:54:54.000 He's the best in the field.

01:54:56.000 That's why the power structure's coming after him and ignoring him, folks.

01:54:59.000 I want you to briefly comment on that, because you've got to go.

01:55:01.000 And then also, have you heard about the London Guardian?

01:55:04.000 Our reporters have been up there.

01:55:05.000 There's a giant five-story, and then a four-story, and a three-story complex.

01:55:09.000 With black sites where people have died, where people are kept for up to two days shackled, and aren't even put in the arrest database in Chicago to then ring these fake confessions.

01:55:22.000 They send police lieutenants and others from there to then run operations at torture camps at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

01:55:31.000 Have you heard about this black site?

01:55:34.000 No, there have been cases in the past year, I think was one, where people just disappeared into the jaws of the CIA, where you were kidnapped and held for years illegally.

01:55:45.000 But I'm not fully apprised of what you've described there.

01:55:48.000 I don't want to miss the opportunity to explain Rand Paul.

01:55:52.000 Sure, he clearly is going to be the one most attacked, because he's challenging the military-industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us about 50-some years ago.

01:56:03.000 So they'll be making up all sorts of things about Rand and trying to obscure his popularity.

01:56:09.000 And we need to remember, too, we're never going to get a candidate that is 100% everything we agree on.

01:56:16.000 You know, no one's a clone of anybody else.

01:56:18.000 He runs for office and there are different demands than being a philosopher and writing something perfect.

01:56:24.000 We shouldn't squander the good on the altar of the perfect.

01:56:28.000 This is ridiculous to suggest that Rand doesn't deserve our support because there's a few semicolons and curly Qs that we disagree with. 1.00

01:56:37.000 On the fundamental issues of who we are as a nation and of liberty being the center of our constitutional universe, he's heads and shoulders above any other candidate in the last 20 Sure, nobody else is saying end all the foreign aid.

01:56:50.000 Nobody else is saying massively slash taxes.

01:56:53.000 Nobody else is doing what he's doing.

01:56:55.000 I mean, Ted Cruz is a moderate second, but I don't know Ted Cruz.

01:57:01.000 I know him, we've interviewed him, but I don't know him like I've known Rand for 20 years.

01:57:05.000 I know you've known the Pauls longer than that.

01:57:06.000 He's the real deal.

01:57:08.000 That's why they're coming after him.

01:57:09.000 We need to support him.

01:57:10.000 Bruce Fine, thank you so much for the time.
