00:09:00.000 You have to have presidential immunity on basic presidential actions or the other branches will take over the presidency.

00:09:09.000 That's why Congress has immunity from the presidency, and the courts have immunity from the executive

00:09:16.000 It doesn't mean you can commit crimes, it doesn't mean you can,

00:09:20.000 but it means the other branch of government can attack you.

00:09:22.000 So in oral arguments, and I've got this coming up, we've got audio of it,

00:09:25.000 you have the Democrat judges saying, "Well, you're a terrible person."

00:09:32.000 I mean, to the lawyers, I mean, are you saying his insurrection was okay?

00:09:36.000 You're saying he was allowed to have insurrection on January 6th?

00:09:45.000 No one is seriously saying that he commanded people to attack the Capitol.

00:10:09.000 But you have to go read the transcript or listen to the audio to even hear that because on the news they're running the headlines, Trump says he's above the law.

00:10:20.000 that decide if he's above the law. Because if they can not have his basic immunity,

00:10:25.000 then the other branches can take it from us. And it's the same thing with Congress. Congress then

00:10:30.000 gets pressured by its voters, and then they can impeach him.

00:10:35.000 He was indicted by the House twice. But that's just a vote to begin impeachment. He was not

00:10:43.000 impeached. The Senate then holds a trial to decide if you are going to be removed.

00:10:52.000 So again, another lie. Trump was never impeached. They passed

00:10:57.000 the move for the impeachment investigations.

00:11:04.000 And then once all the evidence came out, it got dropped like a hot potato.

00:11:09.000 When myself and Roger Stone, working with some of the Trump team, we had to literally throw fits to do this, sent them the clips, and I'm not bragging, it just shows how he's surrounded by a bunch of morons, most of them, I'm sorry, a bunch of politico idiot lawyers, and they got, uh, shown was the only good lawyer he had, an amazing lawyer.

02:08:41.000 And you'd go in, there'd be locks on the refrigerators, dirty mattresses, kids, some fat-looking pedophile dude, and just, I'm telling you folks, not all foster parents are bad, but I'm telling you, it is the seedy underbelly.

02:52:35.000 And not just, you know, women and children, but predominantly military-aged But let's talk about this specific location in the report that we just played, Juan, your experience down there.

02:52:49.000 Obviously we were together, but this location where we were on the east side, where it's totally open, right where I walked in and came back in from Mexico into the United States right there.

02:52:58.000 Give us kind of like your perspective of just how far that is away from where the encampment is in the United States and how it's an active cartel zone.

02:53:10.000 Yeah, so that spot we saw in Jacumba where there was essentially like a little gap in the wall where people could cross.
