00:00:00.000 David, morning. Morning sir. Can you just tell us about your favourite book that you've been reading?
00:00:05.400 My favourite book? Well, it goes back five years and it's a great book and everybody should have one on their bookshelf.
00:00:12.160 What is it? No, it's not that one, it's the Quran. How I got introduced to the Quran was I was on the plane coming back from New York.
00:00:21.120 Yeah, that's over that way. Oh, no, it's over that way. And the thing is, believe it or not, really, this guy was reading a book.
00:00:27.400 He left it on the seat when he got off the plane like me. And you know what? I chased after this guy and said to him,
00:00:33.980 Hey, mister, you left your book. He said, No, you keep it. I said, Well, OK. So I kept it.
00:00:41.240 And then I was waiting in the airport lounge and he fell. And what happened? I started to cry when I read the Quran.
00:00:48.160 So I put the book down. I was happy. I was still the same. And then I picked up again. I started to cry.
00:00:55.200 And then I got a taxi to my brothers in London. And then what happened? I told him about the Quran, that I'm going to cry.
00:01:05.500 And you know what? Just a moment. And then what happened was really, he said, Don't speak of nonsense things. Don't speak of things.
00:01:14.620 I said, Well, the thing is really, why am I crying? And then he said, Go next door. So I went next door. And who was there? The man that was on the plane.
00:01:24.340 And the thing is, name a number. Any number. The thing is, I'm not selling that Quran for £20 million or £20.000.
00:01:35.040 I read it twice a day. And not only that, I keep it under my pillow.
00:01:40.140 And you also read it to people as well.
00:01:42.460 I do. And I'm just going to go with that.
00:01:44.900 And not only that, as an activity coordinator, working with people with dementia, I read it to them.
00:01:51.420 And the thing is, they ask me questions. I don't know all the answers.
00:01:55.880 But I know there's one thing in the Quran.
00:01:58.560 What is it? Truth.
00:02:01.600 And if you was lost in a desert, or you was lost somewhere in town, you'd ask somebody away.
00:02:08.080 What's the Quran?
00:02:09.640 It's a map for life.
