Ali Dawah - THE 2 SCHOLARS FATWA “IT ISN’T FREE MIXING”

00:00:00.000 Such da'is who come with females and women and interact freely, these are da'is on the gates of hellfire. 1.00

00:00:11.380 SubhanAllah to accuse us of chit-chatting with sisters, I went to him and he allowed me to make it fatwa public.

00:00:19.820 Here's what he said.

00:00:30.000 Brothers and sisters, just imagine for a second that you give £10 in donation and that £10 is used to buy food or bricks or whatever to help the people in Gaza.

00:00:39.660 But then just imagine this amazing day that you want to do, but we turn it into a money-making machine.

00:00:45.080 How?

00:00:45.800 The Waqf is exactly that. 0.92

00:00:47.280 They take your money and the money that we are going to put in this Waqf, this building, and every single time the money generated from that Waqf, that building, is going to go to our Palestinian brothers and sisters for the next time. 0.62

00:01:00.080 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 100, 150 years.

00:01:04.640 And this will be a form of true Sadaqa Jariya. 0.98

00:01:07.920 As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, brothers and sisters and dear friends.

00:01:10.960 I urge you guys, inshallah, to watch this video in full.

00:01:13.260 There'll be so much stuff that you guys will learn, inshallah, before I even mention the two alims, subhanAllah, that we got the fatwa for when it comes to the Bittertrip Show, which there has been a big controversy on.

00:01:24.860 If you are truly wanting to follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and it's not about your aql or this, that, and nothing personal, you will listen to this video and say, you know what?

00:01:35.560 No problem.

00:01:36.060 He went to people of knowledge, and you will leave it at that.

00:01:38.780 I'm going to be talking strictly, strictly from the Qur'an and Sunnah.

00:01:41.760 I do not take my aql over the naql.

00:01:44.520 What does this mean?

00:01:45.600 Shaytan was ordered to bow down to Adam, which is a command from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, which is from the naql, what Allah commanded. 0.75

00:01:54.140 He rather took his aql and said, hold on a second, I, logically thinking, I'm better than him.

00:02:01.040 So he fell into disbelief by rejecting the naql and taking his aql.

00:02:05.960 Now, we know some people claim or blame a certain sex group that they do this.

00:02:12.400 They take the aql over the naql.

00:02:14.760 Sadly, our Salafi brothers do the same thing.

00:02:18.100 They take their aql over the naql when it comes to issues pertaining to these matters.

00:02:23.360 They think their ghira level or what they deem to be right or inappropriate is decided.

00:02:27.380 Brother, I follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

00:02:29.160 I follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

00:02:31.300 And I have evidences from the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

00:02:33.900 So I don't follow anyone's opinion.

00:02:36.000 I want to mention the two alims who have been both praised by Bin Baz.

00:02:41.360 One of them has been sent to the UK directly by Sheikh Bin Baz, may Allah have mercy on him, to give dawah in the UK. 1.00

00:02:47.620 Number one.

00:02:48.260 And he is definitely known in the Salafi circles.

00:02:50.560 And that's the reason I went to him.

00:02:51.940 Just for those who reject the first one.

00:02:54.640 Another one is subhanAllah, which I'm going to mention to you guys, which he needs no introduction. 0.99

00:03:00.540 SubhanAllah.

00:03:00.880 He was directly praised by Bin Baz to teach in Saudi Arabia.

00:03:07.160 There was a discussion happened between them.

00:03:09.160 And Sheikh Bin Baz said to him, my son, you can teach anywhere in the kingdom.

00:03:14.000 So this issue also pertains to the ruling that was given by Sheikh Asim Al-Hakim.

00:03:19.360 Now, why am I bringing this?

00:03:20.540 Because I have all respect for him.

00:03:22.780 He's elder.

00:03:24.060 He's senior in knowledge and senior in age.

00:03:26.840 May Allah bless and preserve him.

00:03:27.840 And I understand he's trying his best to give the best rulings for the Ummah.

00:03:31.380 However, there are some things that he said, which was very, very problematic because people follow him.

00:03:37.860 Which is that, and again, it's an assumption, that we are calling people to the gates of the hellfire.

00:03:45.420 That's such a big claim.

00:03:47.380 Such da'is who come with females and women and interact freely. 0.96

00:03:55.440 These are da'is on the gates of hellfire.

00:03:58.980 Like the Prophet said, alayhi salatu wasalam, because this is not Islam. 0.99

00:04:03.180 SubhanAllah to accuse us of chit-chatting with sisters, audhu billah. 0.80

00:04:08.540 And anyone that knows, brothers and sisters, knows, subhanAllah, that we are all false Muslims. 0.86

00:04:12.920 We follow the Quran and the Sunnah.

00:04:14.380 And they know what we're about.

00:04:15.520 Alhamdulillah.

00:04:16.040 Yes, we are not liberals.

00:04:18.040 Free mixing is haram.

00:04:19.680 Nobody, I have never, ever said, free mixing is halal.

00:04:25.020 How can I say something that is haram and I make it halal?

00:04:28.380 Who am I?

00:04:28.880 I'm an absolute nobody.

00:04:30.800 I'm a no one.

00:04:32.380 So I have never, ever said, free mixing is halal.

00:04:36.520 Free mixing is chit-chatting, talking, intermingling with men and women.

00:04:42.580 This opens the doors to fitna, haram, and many other diseases all the way up to zina.

00:04:48.260 That's what Allah says in the Quran.

00:04:50.280 Don't even come near it.

00:04:52.760 So it is better that men and women do not unnecessarily, without need, intermingle, chat,

00:05:00.440 go into shisha bars, go into weddings, which is mixed, go into shisha bars, it's mixed.

00:05:05.300 Why are you going to a wedding that's mixed? 1.00

00:05:07.760 Why?

00:05:08.680 Alhamdulillah, whoever knows me personally, my wedding was fully segregated.

00:05:12.580 I do not intermingle with women. 1.00

00:05:14.620 I only talk to them if there's a necessity.

00:05:16.880 And that is the thing that we follow, which was given to us by our teachers.

00:05:21.240 Speaker's Corner.

00:05:22.300 Otherwise, Speaker's Corner is free mixing.

00:05:23.920 We were told that it has to be in public.

00:05:25.960 It has to be pertaining to da'wah.

00:05:27.460 And when the conversation is gone, you go your separate ways.

00:05:30.280 That is exactly the principle we follow.

00:05:32.740 So there is free mixing and there is mixing, which is permissible and allowed.

00:05:38.120 We are seeing, and our claim is, not from us, from the scholars.

00:05:42.160 We got the fatwa from, is that bitter truth show is not free mixing.

00:05:48.340 And that is the fatwa we gave.

00:05:50.140 So put me out of the equation.

00:05:52.500 Between myself and Sheikh Asim al-Hakim, like I said, there is a mountain of difference of knowledge and age.

00:05:57.760 The same thing applies for these two alims who gave us the fatwa. 1.00

00:06:02.600 Sheikh Asim al-Hakim, may Allah bless and preserve him, has admitted himself in a video clip, which I'll play,

00:06:06.280 that he is not a scholar.

00:06:08.860 He only calls from Sheikh Bin Baaz, Sheikh Albani, Sheikh Al-Thaymin, Sheikh Salih al-Fawzan.

00:06:13.740 So he is outright telling you he is not a scholar.

00:06:16.160 Essence and the default is that laymen follow scholars.

00:06:20.340 And I'm not a scholar.

00:06:22.320 However, whatever I convey to you is taken from Bin Baaz bin Al-Thaymin and Albani 99.99%.

00:06:28.220 So, inshallah, by following what I say, and you can always test me or cross-reference with the real scholars of Bin Baaz bin Al-Thaymin and Sheikh Al-Thaymin.

00:06:35.600 And if you find that it complies with what they had said, then you are in the safe.

00:06:38.780 No problem.

00:06:39.720 He is telling you what they have said.

00:06:42.960 So he even quoted, I think, on one of his Instagram, saying that he replying to me that he follows the opinion of Bin Baaz when it comes to this matter.

00:06:51.120 That's fine.

00:06:51.760 I respect that.

00:06:52.600 But now we have two people who have been directly praised by Bin Baaz who gave us the fatwa.

00:06:57.500 And I'm going to play that recording for you guys, inshallah, brothers and sisters.

00:07:01.660 So, number one, free mixing is absolutely haram.

00:07:06.320 Mixing is not free mixing.

00:07:09.080 Mixing is something where there is a need.

00:07:11.200 I'm not a necessity.

00:07:11.840 I'm not talking life and death.

00:07:12.880 Where there is a need.

00:07:14.320 And many of you guys will accept that and understand that that happens into our day-to-day lives.

00:07:21.000 Some brothers come to me and say that, would you want your wife on the show? 1.00

00:07:25.340 And I'm thinking to myself, subhanAllah, the argument is not even that.

00:07:28.560 Because a hukum, a ruling in Islam is not based on what I say. 0.81

00:07:33.600 For example, if I go to a man and I say to him, would you want someone sleeping with your wife? 0.99

00:07:38.740 And he goes, yeah, I have no problem.

00:07:40.840 Does that become halal now? 0.99

00:07:42.240 Sleeping, somebody sleeping with his wife. 0.98

00:07:44.420 Does it become halal now? 0.99

00:07:46.060 No, it doesn't.

00:07:46.780 A hukum is not based on an individual saying, yeah, I have no problem my daughter having a boyfriend.

00:07:53.220 What are you going to say?

00:07:53.980 Oh my gosh.

00:07:54.840 So, the point here is to show that, please, brothers, let's educate ourselves.

00:07:59.760 The question here has been asked is, number one, would I want that?

00:08:02.600 Let's go with argument's sake that I don't.

00:08:05.380 How does that make the ruling impermissible or halal or haram?

00:08:08.240 Is it based on what I say?

00:08:09.360 No, it does not.

00:08:10.220 So, but just to answer, I have no problem at all that if my wife was a marriage counsellor

00:08:16.900 or somebody who had something to offer the show, I would tell her, I would like you to

00:08:20.700 wear a niqab, yes, and alhamdulillah, go to the show to benefit the people because we've

00:08:26.520 got a pandemic of divorce rates happening, families breaking down, children suffering.

00:08:30.180 That is the reason we started the Bitriff show.

00:08:31.840 I have no problem.

00:08:33.140 And I also even asked my wife, I said, it's better if you come onto the show, even if you're

00:08:37.420 not speaking, which she doesn't want to speak anyway with a whiteboard.

00:08:40.220 May Allah bless her, to sit next to me so I don't need to push myself to the corner

00:08:44.340 because the room is already tight and we've put the sofas as much apart as we can.

00:08:48.680 But she doesn't want to and I respect her decision.

00:08:51.400 So I want to make it categorically clear because I'm not going to be someone who has an issue

00:08:56.020 because I don't believe there is nothing wrong with the setting.

00:08:58.520 To then want it for other people's sisters and daughters and mothers and that when it's

00:09:02.940 my wife, I go, no, no, no.

00:09:03.820 So let me make that clear.

00:09:04.860 I have zero problem with my wife being on the show and contributing. 0.93

00:09:09.400 She doesn't want to, number one, fatwa that was given to us by both alums and both gave

00:09:13.760 the permission. 0.98

00:09:14.700 And by the way, I did not want their names to be mentioned because of ignorant, ignoramus 0.99

00:09:19.540 jahil, five-star grade A jahils who go and slander them with zero knowledge. 0.96

00:09:25.560 Sheikh Asim al-Hakim, you know both of them, I'm sure, very, very well, very well.

00:09:29.840 And you can speak to them because the accusation of calling people to the gates of the hellfire,

00:09:33.740 it's not an Ali Dawah fatwa.

00:09:35.020 Ali Dawah, take me out of it. 0.93

00:09:36.020 Now, that's the fatwa we gave, we got.

00:09:39.020 Why?

00:09:39.480 Because what does Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala say in the Quran?

00:09:41.200 Because we did exactly what Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in the Quran.

00:09:43.560 Allah says in the Quran, in Surah Nahal, verse 43,

00:09:46.640 Ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.

00:09:52.780 And that is exactly what we did.

00:09:54.980 And we got the fatwa. 0.79

00:09:56.460 And we are basing it on that fatwa. 0.89

00:09:57.880 And now we are being accused by Sheikh Asim al-Hakim that we are calling people to the gates

00:10:01.780 of the hellfire.

00:10:03.140 Now, like I said before, this is not my issue.

00:10:05.340 Now, the accusation is on the two alims that gave us his fatwa. 0.90

00:10:09.940 So I'm going to leave the matter to Sheikh Asim al-Hakim.

00:10:11.940 He can call them and clarify the matter for that matter, inshallah.

00:10:15.440 Yeah.

00:10:15.720 So now when it comes to the issue of Sheikh Asim al-Hakim,

00:10:18.780 may Allah bless and preserve him.

00:10:20.000 Like I said before, I have love for him.

00:10:21.080 But to come and say such bold statements and make it seem as if that this is the opinion

00:10:27.720 is very dangerous.

00:10:29.400 And Sheikh Asim al-Hakim, I understand that he believes that he follows a correct opinion.

00:10:33.220 But that is your opinion, my dear Sheikh.

00:10:34.660 May Allah bless and preserve you.

00:10:35.940 Why?

00:10:36.340 Because the people who are following his fatwa, that was not from him, by the way,

00:10:39.240 because he clearly says he's a high student of knowledge,

00:10:41.380 or a student of knowledge for that matter.

00:10:42.540 And he gets it from these scholars.

00:10:44.420 Well and good.

00:10:45.260 We have gone to other scholars, subhanAllah,

00:10:47.220 because we don't believe Sheikh bin Ba'ah, Sheikh Al-Thaymin, Sheikh Albani, Sheikh Fawzan

00:10:50.300 are the only scholars in the world.

00:10:51.860 Yes?

00:10:52.360 So, one thing I want to mention is very clearly this.

00:10:55.440 If you are going to follow Sheikh Asim al-Hakim's opinion on this matter,

00:10:58.160 now you cannot pick and choose and say,

00:10:59.500 okay, this is the opinion and there's no other opinion

00:11:02.660 because we know a very simple principle, subhanAllah in Islam,

00:11:07.100 that it says,

00:11:08.220 لَا إِنْكَرْفِ مَسَائِلِ الْإِشْتِهَادِ

00:11:10.780 Which is what?

00:11:11.700 That there is no rebuking in the matters of difference of opinion.

00:11:15.180 There is no, you cannot come and rebuke somebody else

00:11:17.980 if they hold their hand praying here or not.

00:11:21.420 Because if you're going to do that,

00:11:22.840 the question is very clear,

00:11:23.840 then you need to follow Sheikh Asim al-Hakim's own of his opinions.

00:11:27.360 For example, number one, he believes that the face is outer,

00:11:30.320 that your wife, your sister, your mother, and your daughter has to wear a niqab. 0.99

00:11:33.780 Now, if you come and say,

00:11:34.900 no, no, no, I don't follow the opinion.

00:11:35.940 I'll say, well, hold on a second, brother.

00:11:37.320 Why are you picking and choosing?

00:11:39.020 Why is it when it comes to the bitter truth show

00:11:40.580 what Sheikh Asim al-Hakim said is the opinion, no other opinions?

00:11:44.120 Okay, but when it comes to him telling you that the face is outer,

00:11:47.340 and the majority of you guys,

00:11:48.780 is your wife wearing a niqab, bro? 0.94

00:11:50.640 She isn't.

00:11:51.140 Is it she?

00:11:51.920 No, she isn't.

00:11:52.580 Is your wife, mother wearing a niqab? 1.00

00:11:54.440 No, she's not.

00:11:55.140 Is your daughter wearing a niqab?

00:11:56.220 No, she's not.

00:11:56.860 Is your sister wearing a niqab?

00:11:57.640 No, she's not.

00:11:58.340 Now, am I going to come and say,

00:11:59.380 hold on a second,

00:12:00.180 according to Sheikh Asim al-Hakim,

00:12:01.100 I would say, you know,

00:12:01.760 like, now, are you a youth?

00:12:03.880 Are you a man who has no protective jealousy,

00:12:05.780 ghira?

00:12:06.540 Do you have no ghira over your woman folk? 1.00

00:12:08.760 Men are seeing her face.

00:12:09.960 I don't care if she has no makeup or no makeup.

00:12:12.020 When she's going outside,

00:12:13.120 men are going to look at her. 1.00

00:12:14.920 Is this the yardstick now?

00:12:16.520 Do you follow the opinion?

00:12:17.600 Oh, it's a difference between,

00:12:18.900 oh, you don't follow it.

00:12:20.240 Interesting, good.

00:12:21.780 Number two,

00:12:22.640 do you follow, for example,

00:12:24.100 number one,

00:12:24.800 is there any,

00:12:25.400 the Prophet, peace be upon him,

00:12:26.140 said there is no niqab without awali? 0.98

00:12:28.880 Yes?

00:12:29.720 But what about the Hanafis? 1.00

00:12:31.140 What about the Hanafis? 0.99

00:12:32.000 There is bil-ijma, 1.00

00:12:33.900 bil-ijma consensus,

00:12:36.260 that if a Hanafi man 0.63

00:12:37.520 and a Hanafi woman is married,

00:12:39.060 nobody can say this is zina.

00:12:41.980 Nobody can say this is zina.

00:12:44.720 You can say you differ.

00:12:46.260 Opinion, look,

00:12:46.800 this is the matter of now,

00:12:48.920 do you get it?

00:12:51.860 But that's the opinion.

00:12:53.040 And even the Hanafi scholars,

00:12:54.360 Bin Baaz or Thaymin,

00:12:55.240 all of them will say

00:12:56.040 that if the Hanafis follow this, 1.00

00:12:59.040 if it's a Hanafi man and a woman,

00:13:00.160 you cannot say

00:13:01.440 they are committing zina.

00:13:03.560 You cannot.

00:13:05.200 This is why I'm telling

00:13:05.820 we are learning today.

00:13:07.380 Number three,

00:13:08.560 when it comes to,

00:13:09.540 subhanallah,

00:13:10.520 Ibn Qudamah's opinion,

00:13:11.880 that a woman can write 1.00

00:13:12.960 in a contract

00:13:13.640 that she cannot,

00:13:15.300 her husband should not

00:13:15.960 get a second life.

00:13:16.820 And we know very simple

00:13:17.720 from the principles

00:13:18.280 of the four other madhubs 0.95

00:13:19.100 that anything that

00:13:21.080 is a battle in the contract,

00:13:22.620 yes, from its get-go,

00:13:24.660 is rejected.

00:13:25.780 Do you get it?

00:13:26.120 The asal of it, 0.90

00:13:27.000 the contract is batted.

00:13:27.820 You are saying

00:13:28.900 you're trying to make

00:13:29.940 something halal,

00:13:30.900 something halal,

00:13:31.900 haram.

00:13:32.460 So the contract is invalid.

00:13:33.520 But,

00:13:34.280 Sheikh Asim al-Hakeem,

00:13:35.240 for example,

00:13:36.040 he holds that opinion.

00:13:37.520 Yes?

00:13:38.120 So now, brothers,

00:13:38.620 are you going to follow

00:13:39.040 the opinion?

00:13:39.600 Are you going to say,

00:13:40.120 no, we don't follow that now?

00:13:41.440 Yeah?

00:13:42.200 No double standards?

00:13:43.400 Yeah?

00:13:43.840 Now you're going to follow it.

00:13:45.180 Is your wife going to put

00:13:45.740 in the contract?

00:13:46.140 You're going to say,

00:13:46.440 no, I don't follow this.

00:13:47.440 Why?

00:13:47.880 There's a difference in opinion.

00:13:48.540 So now you accept

00:13:49.760 difference of opinion.

00:13:50.880 Now you accept

00:13:51.500 the difference of opinion.

00:13:52.520 Okay?

00:13:53.140 So another thing,

00:13:54.620 for example,

00:13:55.200 Sheikh Asim al-Hakeem clearly says,

00:13:56.680 from the hadith of the Prophet

00:13:57.460 Muhammad,

00:13:57.780 peace be upon him,

00:13:58.240 when the Sahaba came and said

00:13:59.260 that he got married,

00:14:00.260 and the Prophet,

00:14:00.800 peace be upon him,

00:14:01.140 said,

00:14:01.700 did you see her?

00:14:03.080 Go and see something in her

00:14:04.400 that will incline you to marry her.

00:14:06.000 Something along those lines.

00:14:07.040 So what they take from this,

00:14:08.100 and it was for the Hanbalis,

00:14:09.380 and if I'm not mistaken,

00:14:10.160 Sheikh Asim al-Hakeem follows that,

00:14:11.460 is that the following.

00:14:12.600 If a man comes to ask 0.71

00:14:14.160 for your daughter's hand,

00:14:15.620 and if you follow

00:14:16.080 Sheikh Asim al-Hakeem's opinion,

00:14:17.540 she is allowed to see

00:14:19.060 your daughters,

00:14:21.340 your sisters,

00:14:22.740 and if it's your mother

00:14:23.520 that's getting married,

00:14:24.180 if you're the guardian,

00:14:25.400 her hair,

00:14:26.680 up to her elbows,

00:14:27.600 if I'm not mistaken,

00:14:28.120 up to the elbows,

00:14:28.700 and also the ankles.

00:14:30.740 She can dress up

00:14:32.180 in some kind of a clothing,

00:14:34.020 that is not a buyer for that matter,

00:14:35.820 but decent clothing.

00:14:37.800 Are you okay with that, bro?

00:14:39.440 Are you okay with that opinion?

00:14:41.380 What are you going to say?

00:14:42.020 You have no khair, 1.00

00:14:42.700 a potential jealousy?

00:14:43.300 Okay, this is the Hanbali opinion.

00:14:44.740 Valid opinion.

00:14:45.940 Valid opinion.

00:14:46.480 And not only that,

00:14:46.840 I actually incorporated this

00:14:48.200 when I was getting to know

00:14:49.020 a sister for marriage.

00:14:49.960 I went to the house,

00:14:50.980 and I said,

00:14:51.360 I would like to see

00:14:51.980 if she's okay with it,

00:14:53.840 of course with her permission,

00:14:54.940 I would like to see her

00:14:55.780 without a hijab. 0.71

00:14:56.860 Yep.

00:14:57.500 Because I'm Hanbali myself.

00:14:59.100 I incorporated this.

00:15:01.460 So is there a problem?

00:15:03.320 Now,

00:15:03.920 do you see

00:15:04.540 when the pick and choosing happens?

00:15:05.820 When it comes to Sheikh Asim al-Hakim

00:15:07.260 giving an opinion

00:15:07.960 on the Bitter Truth Show,

00:15:09.120 it's free mixing,

00:15:09.940 free mixing,

00:15:10.300 free mixing,

00:15:10.620 free mixing,

00:15:10.920 free mixing.

00:15:11.220 Okay, good.

00:15:11.820 When it comes to the niqab, 0.99

00:15:12.960 difference of opinion.

00:15:13.540 When it comes to contract,

00:15:15.380 can't get a second wife, 1.00

00:15:17.080 difference of opinion.

00:15:17.760 When it comes to your sister,

00:15:19.440 or your daughter,

00:15:20.360 or your mother,

00:15:21.220 hair showing for the suitor,

00:15:22.500 et cetera,

00:15:23.160 no, no, no, no,

00:15:23.640 you won't do that.

00:15:25.140 Stop picking and choosing, guys.

00:15:26.600 Follow the Quran and the Sunnah. 0.90

00:15:28.420 Don't take your aqal 1.00

00:15:29.360 over the naqal.

00:15:30.960 That's the point

00:15:31.820 that I'm seeing.

00:15:32.820 Now,

00:15:33.420 Sheikh Asim al-Hakim,

00:15:34.320 like I said before,

00:15:35.500 these are the scholars

00:15:36.560 that we got the fatwas from,

00:15:37.880 finally.

00:15:39.340 Two individuals

00:15:40.220 who are known

00:15:41.020 and praised

00:15:41.780 by Sheikh Bin Baz.

00:15:43.140 The reason I mention

00:15:43.780 Sheikh Bin Baz 0.69

00:15:44.380 is just to make it clear

00:15:45.460 because the brothers

00:15:46.060 from that side,

00:15:46.580 Sheikh Asim al-Hakim's camp,

00:15:48.240 they follow him.

00:15:49.120 That's the only reason.

00:15:49.940 I'm not seeing this

00:15:50.600 that Sheikh Bin Baz 0.96

00:15:51.380 is the only scholar.

00:15:52.320 He's not.

00:15:52.900 He's not the only scholar.

00:15:53.840 May Allah bless and preserve him.

00:15:54.560 He's done tremendous efforts

00:15:55.480 for the Ummah.

00:15:56.620 Uthaymeen,

00:15:57.380 Sheikh Albani,

00:15:58.460 Alhamdulillah.

00:15:59.360 You know,

00:15:59.780 and like when it comes to

00:16:00.480 the issue of the niqaba,

00:16:01.600 I follow Sheikh Albani's opinion.

00:16:02.740 I don't believe the faith is the aura.

00:16:04.160 Here is the first one.

00:16:05.700 The first one is,

00:16:07.060 I'm sure you guys

00:16:07.620 have seen him

00:16:08.300 in OnePath Network,

00:16:09.500 Alhamdulillah,

00:16:10.420 Sheikh Dado.

00:16:11.880 Yes?

00:16:12.560 Sheikh Dado,

00:16:13.180 Alhamdulillah,

00:16:13.780 he needs no introduction.

00:16:15.160 SubhanAllah.

00:16:15.840 You can watch his video

00:16:16.740 on OnePath Network.

00:16:18.060 Those of you who don't know,

00:16:19.400 he is an alim.

00:16:21.160 This is a common knowledge.

00:16:24.080 SubhanAllah.

00:16:24.420 Okay, this is a common knowledge.

00:16:26.300 That is the fatul that he gave

00:16:27.360 and here is the voice recording.

00:16:29.100 Let's listen to it for ourselves.

00:16:30.460 Alhamdulillah.

00:16:32.460 Alhamdulillah.

00:17:06.140 So guys

00:17:08.500 you heard that for yourself

00:17:09.180 سبحان الله

00:17:09.540 and I said this before

00:17:11.300 no one has ever come to me

00:17:13.860 about the show being a free mixing

00:17:15.620 this is the first time I heard it

00:17:17.740 was from Sheikh Asim al-Aqim

00:17:18.880 a person of knowledge

00:17:20.020 a student of knowledge

00:17:20.700 a high student of knowledge

00:17:21.360 who came with this ruling

00:17:23.140 I have never come across

00:17:25.320 any student of knowledge

00:17:26.440 who came to me and said

00:17:27.260 the show is free mixing

00:17:27.920 they came to other issue of

00:17:29.280 the tabarruj

00:17:30.160 women showing their hair 0.97

00:17:31.860 sisters showing their hair

00:17:32.440 those who do not even know

00:17:33.500 how to wear the hijab

00:17:34.180 sisters who came

00:17:34.740 because they don't know how to wear it

00:17:36.080 Alhamdulillah

00:17:36.360 and the same thing

00:17:37.520 Sheikh Dedou mentioned

00:17:38.680 which is the topics

00:17:40.440 and when it comes to

00:17:41.820 uncovering a woman

00:17:42.540 that was an issue

00:17:43.480 which we Alhamdulillah

00:17:44.540 the scholars have told us

00:17:46.200 that we are working on

00:17:47.240 and we went to who

00:17:49.080 because I know

00:17:49.840 when it comes to Sheikh Dedou

00:17:50.740 some fringe group

00:17:52.420 of our super Salafi brothers

00:17:53.880 are going to say

00:17:54.160 oh you know

00:17:54.760 some scholar spoke

00:17:55.580 no problem

00:17:56.760 you know what I said

00:17:57.580 because majority of the people

00:17:59.040 when they hear Sheikh Dedou

00:18:00.000 yes

00:18:00.460 when they hear him

00:18:01.460 it's a mic drop

00:18:02.540 it's the matter is done

00:18:03.720 close

00:18:04.880 done

00:18:05.220 I also went to

00:18:06.760 Sheikh Shohaib Hassan

00:18:08.080 who was directly sent to the UK

00:18:10.500 by Sheikh Bin Baz

00:18:11.940 to do dawah

00:18:13.120 and just for those brothers

00:18:14.760 who are extra extra fringe

00:18:16.060 I went to him

00:18:17.040 and he allowed me

00:18:17.840 to make his fatwa

00:18:18.620 public

00:18:19.360 here's what he said

00:18:20.440 after I sent him

00:18:21.620 the recording of

00:18:22.520 Sheikh Dedou

00:18:23.140 that you guys heard

00:18:23.900 he said

00:18:24.600 I was thinking on the same lines

00:18:27.640 as that of

00:18:28.640 Sheikh Mohammed Al-Hassan

00:18:30.080 Wal-Dedou

00:18:31.060 I agree with his fatwa as well

00:18:33.220 I said

00:18:33.920 JazakAllah Khayrin Sheikh

00:18:35.180 Sheikh

00:18:36.200 Dedo has allowed us

00:18:38.100 to make his fatwa public

00:18:39.400 as people are accusing

00:18:40.460 us of free mixing

00:18:41.680 so we wanted to clear the doubt

00:18:43.280 can I ask for permission

00:18:44.560 to say you agree with his fatwa 0.97

00:18:46.580 he said

00:18:47.240 yes you may

00:18:48.320 this is who

00:18:49.300 Sheikh Shohaib Hassan

00:18:50.660 again

00:18:51.200 a person

00:18:51.780 who needs no introduction

00:18:53.420 no introduction at all

00:18:55.380 so now the matter

00:18:56.640 at hand is very clear

00:18:58.080 one of the biggest

00:18:59.100 fitness that we have

00:18:59.840 is the breakdown

00:19:00.740 of the family unit

00:19:01.400 you don't know

00:19:02.280 how dangerous

00:19:03.220 divorce rates are

00:19:04.500 you don't know

00:19:05.320 how dangerous it is

00:19:05.960 wallahi

00:19:06.320 one of the biggest things

00:19:07.360 shaitan attacks

00:19:08.120 the Muslim Ummah 0.64

00:19:09.220 with his divorce

00:19:09.800 the show is there

00:19:10.680 to reverse that

00:19:11.460 watch it

00:19:12.280 it is beneficial

00:19:12.940 you don't want to watch it

00:19:14.120 thank you very much

00:19:15.360 go

00:19:15.720 you don't like it

00:19:16.800 brother unsubscribe

00:19:18.040 bye bye
