01:09:49.000 It's a very, very serious subject matter.

01:09:52.000 And you know, we went back yesterday on the show and talked about how we got here.

01:09:58.000 We've been covering vaccine and COVID news for well basically for a year and a half but especially over the past few weeks.

01:10:06.000 And we've been monitoring a lot of developments about new things we're learning about the vaccine and the Delta variant and the effectiveness of the vaccine.

01:10:14.000 And the efficacy of the vaccine mandate in other countries and states like Israel or New York City.

01:10:21.000 And so yesterday we went over the timeline and it's funny because I've been doing the show now covering COVID for as long as it's been going on since March of last year.

01:10:31.000 And I've been saying since last year that this was the final destination of this whole COVID charade was a vaccine mandate and specifically creating this nationwide hardcore compliance

01:10:45.000 System and you know I've been covering the news every day and as the vaccine has been developed and as it's been rolled out since that started back in December, the media and the government have made it a point to constantly reassure us that it would never get to this point.

01:11:04.000 And like I said at the top of the show, I remember early on there were news reports about discussions that were being had in the federal government about the authority of the White House to put in place a vaccine mandate.

01:11:17.000 But every time there was reporting about those discussions or people predicting that that might happen,

01:11:23.000 They would always reassure, excuse me, always reassure people that the federal government does not in fact even have that authority and that those discussions actually aren't taking place and that's not even what they want.

01:11:34.000 They don't want a federal vaccine mandate.

01:11:37.000 But as long as I've been covering that and as long as we've been talking about the vaccine when the rollout started and the development of the vaccine was completed, I've told you that this is where it's going.

01:11:47.000 And it's all psychological.

01:11:50.000 Last year, in March, they told us it was five weeks to slow the spread of the virus.

01:11:56.000 Five weeks.

01:11:58.000 And as we all know, five weeks in the middle of March 2020 turned into ten weeks.

01:12:04.000 After the first five weeks, they renewed it for another five weeks.

01:12:08.000 And they said maybe by Easter the lockdown will end.

01:12:11.000 And then they said maybe by June the lockdown will end.

01:12:14.000 Maybe by August the lockdown will end.

01:12:17.000 And at that point I think they just stopped telling people it would ever end.

01:12:21.000 And they were telling people as far back as last fall, a year ago, that the lockdown may go on for 5 years or 10 years.

01:12:30.000 And the point is this.

01:12:31.000 They knew when the lockdown started that it would last this long.

01:12:36.000 They knew last year when they said five weeks that it wasn't going to be five weeks.

01:12:42.000 And they knew last year when they extended it for another five weeks that it wasn't just going to be another five weeks.

01:12:48.000 They knew it was going to be a year.

01:12:51.000 They know now that it's not going to end anytime soon.

01:12:55.000 It's all psychological.

01:12:57.000 They know that if they tell you five weeks when all this starts, people won't panic.

01:13:02.000 If they were telling people last March that it would go on for 10 years, nobody would be willing to transition into a locked down society with masks and social distancing and plexiglass and all these other restrictions.

01:13:16.000 But they knew that if they told people five weeks, they could deal with that.

01:13:19.000 And if they told people another five weeks, they could hold on for that much longer.

01:13:23.000 Until people got assimilated into this.

01:13:26.000 Until people were getting used to all of this and, you know, becoming accommodated.

01:13:33.000 Or what's the actual word?

01:13:35.000 What's the word I'm thinking of?

01:13:36.000 You understand what I'm saying?

01:13:38.000 And so they could go for longer and longer periods of time and explain themselves less and less and that was with the lockdown and with the masks too.

01:13:47.000 And they did the same thing with the vaccines.

01:13:48.000 They started out very friendly and they said it's free, it's safe, it's effective, everyone should get it, the rate of vaccination is high, it looks like

01:13:58.000 All of this is finally going to end and there's light at the end of the tunnel and finally the nightmare is over.

01:14:06.000 And then starting in the spring and in the summer they said, oh looks like our vaccination rates are slowing down.

01:14:11.000 Well we've got to start incentivizing people with positive incentives to get the vaccine.

01:14:17.000 So we're going to offer them money.

01:14:19.000 We'll put their name in a lottery pool.

01:14:22.000 We'll do a raffle.

01:14:23.000 We'll give people trucks and motorcycles and

01:14:27.000 Gift cards will pay people $100 to get a vaccine, will pay people $1,000 to get the vaccine.

01:14:35.000 And then they started to talk about negative incentives, disincentives.

01:14:39.000 And this is when the vaccine passport system came up in New York City, in San Francisco, in New Orleans, and in other countries.

01:14:47.000 And all throughout, there was this very ominous subtext, which was, our patience is running out. 0.88

01:14:53.000 The unvaccinated are the problem.

01:14:55.000 Eventually, everyone has to get vaccinated. 0.99

01:14:57.000 This is unacceptable.

01:14:59.000 And this subtext has been around from the very beginning, from when they were saying it's going great, it's going to be over, all the way through until they started saying vaccine passports, up until now.

01:15:11.000 And now it's not just a vaccine passport to go to a bar or a baseball game or a restaurant.

01:15:16.000 Now you have to be vaccinated to hold your existing job.

01:15:20.000 You have to be vaccinated now to get an ICU bed so that you can not die from a preventable illness.

01:15:28.000 Now you need to be vaccinated to get an education.

01:15:31.000 Not just college, but high school and primary school too.

01:15:36.000 This is how far it's gotten.

01:15:37.000 And this was always the plan.

01:15:39.000 This was always the design.

01:15:41.000 And they know.

01:15:42.000 It's just like, you know, the proverbial putting the frog in the pot of boiling water.

01:15:48.000 If you throw him in there when it's boiling already, it jumps out right away.

01:15:51.000 If you let the frog sit in there and turn up the temperature gradually,

01:15:56.000 That's how you boil a frog alive. 0.99

01:15:58.000 And they're doing the same thing with people with the vaccine.

01:16:01.000 They knew from the beginning that this is where it was headed.

01:16:03.000 I told you from the beginning, before they even finished the vaccine, that this was the final destination.

01:16:09.000 They knew all along, but they told people there's this ever-changing message.

01:16:13.000 At first you just should get it, then we'll give you a hundred bucks, then it was you can't go to a restaurant.

01:16:20.000 Now they're telling you you can't work a job unless you get vaccinated.

01:16:23.000 So that brings us to today.

01:16:25.000 I'll read you the report about the latest speech.

01:16:29.000 Like I said, Joe Biden gave an address from the White House at 4 o'clock today, and he outlined a new plan to tackle the outbreak of the Delta variant of the coronavirus.

01:16:39.000 It's his quote.

01:16:40.000 President Joe Biden formally announced his plan to force companies with more than 100 employees to vaccinate workers against the coronavirus or test them weekly and dismissed concerns about encroaching on personal freedoms.

01:16:55.000 Biden said during a Thursday address to the nation, quote, this is not about freedom or personal choice.

01:17:01.000 It's about protecting yourself and those around you, the people you work with, the people you care about, the people you love.

01:17:07.000 My job as president is to protect all Americans.

01:17:11.000 In his speech, Biden expressed frustration with unvaccinated Americans multiple times and said that he understands the anger that the vaccinated have against those who have not taken the vaccine.

01:17:24.000 He said, we've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us.

01:17:31.000 Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans

01:17:36.000 We're still not vaccinated, even though the vaccine is safe, effective, and free.

01:17:40.000 You might be confused about what is true and what is false about COVID.

01:17:45.000 The President also pointed a finger at Republicans across the country who have opposed mask and vaccine mandates.

01:17:51.000 He said, we have the tools to combat COVID and a distinct minority of Americans supported by a distinct minority of elected officials are keeping us from turning the corner.

01:18:02.000 These pandemic politics are making people sick, causing unvaccinated people to die.

01:18:08.000 Biden officially confirmed that he has instructed the Department of Labor to mandate employers with over 100 workers to either vaccinate them or force them to test for the virus weekly.

01:18:20.000 The rule could affect up to 100 million workers and will also levy substantial fines up to $14,000 per infraction against companies that refuse to comply.

01:18:33.000 In addition to the vaccination requirements, Biden is moving to double federal fines for airline passengers who refuse to wear masks on flights or to maintain face covering requirements or federal property in accordance with CDC guidelines.

01:18:47.000 The rule would also require that large companies provide paid time off for vaccination.

01:18:53.000 And the vaccine mandate now comes down for every federal worker and every worker at a company that contracts with the federal government.

01:19:03.000 This is a new plan.

01:19:04.000 This is the vaccine mandate.

01:19:06.000 And in spite of the fact that it's totally unconstitutional and illegal, which we'll get to in a moment, this is something which will not be stopped in spite of that, which is pretty amazing.

01:19:21.000 And it's not the first time.

01:19:23.000 We talked about this a couple of months ago when we talked about the eviction moratorium.

01:19:28.000 Last year, the Trump administration unilaterally

01:19:31.000 Put in place an eviction moratorium said that renters don't have to pay rent and they did that through the CDC.

01:19:38.000 They said that suspending evictions is something that would prevent the transmission of the virus.

01:19:44.000 So as a public health justification and it was public health agencies.

01:19:51.000 They were the ones that put in place the eviction moratorium.

01:19:54.000 It was this June that the Supreme Court said that actually public health agencies don't have the authority to suspend

01:20:01.000 We're good to go.

01:20:21.000 It didn't matter.

01:20:22.000 And they're doing the same thing here.

01:20:24.000 There is nothing in the Constitution that is delegated to the federal government that says that they can mandate something like this for private individuals and in private companies.

01:20:36.000 They say that this is a workplace hazard to have people that could potentially get sick at an office and therefore forcing them to get vaccinated is supposed to prevent that.

01:20:48.000 And as the article said, it's coming from the Department of Labor.

01:20:51.000 But nowhere in the Constitution is a power like this reserved for the federal government.

01:20:56.000 It's something that's illegal, it's unconstitutional, and it's not even ambiguous.

01:21:00.000 And it will be challenged in the courts.

01:21:03.000 But here's the thing.

01:21:04.000 None of that matters.

01:21:06.000 Because as we've seen, this Supreme Court, even though it's full of conservatives and the federal judiciary, even though it was revolutionized by Trump and Mitch McConnell and the Federalist Society,

01:21:16.000 Doesn't do anything for us.

01:21:18.000 Hasn't protected us one bit from lockdowns, from COVID pandemic policy, not from election fraud for that matter, or anything else.

01:21:29.000 Doesn't matter.

01:21:30.000 And what's more, it'll get challenged in the courts.

01:21:33.000 How long is that going to take?

01:21:35.000 How long would it take for the Supreme Court to put an injunction on something like this?

01:21:39.000 Would they?

01:21:41.000 Would the Supreme Court even hear a challenge to this policy before it goes into effect?

01:21:46.000 Will they even entertain a challenge like that?

01:21:49.000 And if they don't, how long would it take for them to adjudicate it?

01:21:52.000 A year?

01:21:52.000 Two years?

01:21:55.000 People need their jobs now.

01:21:57.000 People need their paychecks now.

01:21:58.000 A hundred million people with jobs, with employment, are at stake with all of this.

01:22:04.000 People can't just get fired from their job.

01:22:07.000 So, in other words, by the time people be forced to comply, it'll be already too late for a Supreme Court decision to be made on this.

01:22:17.000 And the government knows that.

01:22:18.000 Joe Biden knows that.

01:22:19.000 The White House knows that.

01:22:22.000 The CDC, Anthony Fauci know that.

01:22:24.000 Why would they put in place a policy like this?

01:22:27.000 Just for it to get struck down in the courts.

01:22:30.000 Just for an injunction to go out and prevent fines from being collected and the mandate from going into effect.

01:22:35.000 They wouldn't do that.

01:22:36.000 They know exactly how this is going to play out.

01:22:39.000 They know that it will be stalled.

01:22:44.000 Actually, the policy won't be stalled.

01:22:45.000 They know that it'll be challenged, but that the courts will be delayed and stalled.

01:22:51.000 And it'll take so long, because that's the system that we have,

01:22:55.000 Because conservatives, conservative appointed judges and politicians are ineffective, Joe Biden and all the liberals in the White House know that it'll take so long for the Supreme Court to make a decision on this, even if they make the right decision, that it won't even matter.

01:23:11.000 And that people in the meantime who are refusing to get the vaccine will be forced to comply.

01:23:17.000 Private businesses that don't want to mandate the vaccine will be forced to comply because they don't want to pay the fine.

01:23:24.000 And look at the situation that private businesses have been put in.

01:23:28.000 Look at the situation that private people have been put in.

01:23:31.000 Over the past year, the government shut down the economy.

01:23:35.000 They chose which businesses got to stay open, and then therefore, which people got to keep their jobs and continue to be paid.

01:23:43.000 They decided that.

01:23:45.000 They decided which businesses were essential and therefore could still have revenue.

01:23:49.000 And they decided which businesses, under penalty of law, could not open.

01:23:55.000 And they decided occupancy, and they decided all these other things.

01:24:00.000 We're good to go.

01:24:18.000 This is what the government has done over the past year and a half.

01:24:21.000 They have pushed many businesses into bankruptcy and out of business, and they've pushed many people into personal bankruptcy into a terrible financial position.

01:24:33.000 And now, as the economy is finally beginning to open up and the businesses that have survived are hanging on for dear life trying to put it all back together,

01:24:45.000 Think about it in that context.

01:24:46.000 It's within that context with what's gone on over the past year and a half that now the government is coming in after they've leveled the economy.

01:24:56.000 We're good?

01:25:27.000 That's what they're doing.

01:25:29.000 And this has been the endgame probably all along.

01:25:31.000 You know, who knows why they're doing this?

01:25:33.000 Who knows what's in this vaccine?

01:25:36.000 Why they want everybody to get it?

01:25:38.000 Maybe it was about creating this system all along.

01:25:41.000 You know, like I said, it's about creating a system of compliance.

01:25:45.000 Think about just how much control the government has seized in just the last year and a half.

01:25:51.000 Just since March 2020.

01:25:54.000 We're now with everything that you're seeing between the mask mandates and the lockdowns and now the vaccine mandate and passport.

01:26:02.000 Think about how much authority the federal government has seized, how much has changed in such a short amount of time.

01:26:08.000 Now the government, and we take it for granted, has the authority to, as I just got done saying, shut down any business they want indefinitely.

01:26:17.000 And they get to come up with all these other arbitrary restrictions about businesses that remain open, about how many people can be inside their building, about how many hours that they can have, how long a bar can serve liquor.

01:26:30.000 They get to decide who gets to have federal government aid for farmers, for restaurants, for other small businesses.

01:26:39.000 That lifeline

01:26:41.000 They force tech companies to put in your operating system on your phone software that tracks all your whereabouts and what other phones your phone comes into contact with under the pretext of contact tracing so that they can take an infected person and see who else they might have infected by downloading something involuntarily into every operating system and every smartphone in America.

01:27:07.000 It's surveillance too.

01:27:09.000 And now what they're trying to do with the vaccine mandate...

01:27:12.000 Let's make it so that if you don't comply with an OSHA regulation, if you don't comply with this Department of Labor regulation, you're out of business.

01:27:22.000 And then add to that what they're doing in New York City, which is the vaccine passport, where you can't go into a restaurant, bar, gym, theater, school. 0.63

01:27:34.000 And it's like we've been talking about all throughout this week and all last month and really since all this stuff began earlier this year.

01:27:45.000 It's about putting in place a system of control and a system of compliance.

01:27:58.000 It's not about the vaccine.

01:27:59.000 It's not about the pandemic.

01:28:01.000 It's like this.

01:28:02.000 If you don't do what the government tells you to do, you can't have a job.

01:28:07.000 You can't go to school.

01:28:08.000 You're going to get fired from your business.

01:28:10.000 You can't have a business.

01:28:11.000 You can't have a federal government job.

01:28:14.000 You can't contract with the federal government.

01:28:16.000 You can't work for a company that contracts with the federal government.

01:28:19.000 You can't go to a gym, a bar, a restaurant.

01:28:22.000 You can't go to school.

01:28:23.000 You can't go to college.

01:28:24.000 You can't send your kids to school.

01:28:26.000 And you can't get health care if you don't do what the government says.

01:28:32.000 It's really irrelevant what the particulars are.

01:28:34.000 They do matter because it's not like this is nothing.

01:28:38.000 The vaccine in itself has proven to potentially be dangerous.

01:28:44.000 And at the best it doesn't even work.

01:28:47.000 So that does matter but even if you subtract the particulars you start to see the bigger picture.

01:28:51.000 It's about compliance and it's about the system that's being created.

01:28:55.000 It's about the fact that under the pretext of vaccine compliance and the COVID pandemic and all the fear-mongering

01:29:20.000 To let people in or deny entry again every place in America.

01:29:25.000 And I've been saying this from the beginning.

01:29:28.000 It does not end with COVID.

01:29:30.000 That system doesn't go away.

01:29:32.000 The power, the jurisdiction that the government has seized, the surveillance with contact tracing, the power to close and open businesses with the lockdown, the ability to

01:30:02.000 We can return to normal when society will ever be open indefinitely.

01:30:07.000 So the pandemic could very well go on for five to ten years and we'll be dealing with this particular compliance system.

01:30:14.000 But even when or if the coronavirus compliance system ever expires, guess what?

01:30:20.000 The particulars may go away.

01:30:22.000 But the system remains intact.

01:30:25.000 And you can see just in parallel with the fear-mongering about COVID deaths and this race to get everybody vaccinated, while that's going on at the same time, it started at the same time, and it seems to be escalating at the same pace, they're also talking about domestic violent extremists.

01:30:43.000 Particularly Trump supporters, people that doubt the efficacy of the vaccine,

01:30:48.000 People that oppose the mask mandate and lockdowns, people that question the integrity of the last election, and, you know, so-called racists, white nationalists, and people oppose Black Lives Matter.

01:31:01.000 Do you think it's possible that while they're having these conversations about QR codes, national databases, surveillance software in your operating system, and so on, at the same time they're talking about the DHS and the NSA and the FBI spying on all conversations happening on the internet to monitor narratives that might emerge into something violent?

01:31:24.000 Do you think that those two trends at any point in time might intersect somewhere?

01:31:30.000 Do you think that at any point in time those two things might become relevant to each other?

01:31:35.000 That's the kind of thing that we're talking about.

01:31:38.000 And by the way, it's already bad enough.

01:31:44.000 The gravity of what we're talking about with the vaccine itself and with the pandemic in particular.

01:31:50.000 I'm not trying to say that that that's wholly irrelevant or like that's not a big deal.

01:31:56.000 It is a big deal, and there's a bigger picture to it as well, which is it's only the beginning.

01:32:04.000 This is a big deal, but this is just the entry point, this is just the opening for an even bigger government takeover and control over every aspect of our lives.

01:32:13.000 And understand, it's not just the government, it's not just the government as an institution, because it's the whole of the American regime.

01:32:22.000 It's not just the government or the federal government.

01:32:25.000 It's all the institutions of power in the country.

01:32:29.000 It's big tech.

01:32:30.000 It's the federal contractors.

01:32:32.000 Who do you think the biggest federal contractors are?

01:32:35.000 Amazon, Apple, Google.

01:32:37.000 It's the biggest companies in the world that contract with the federal government.

01:32:41.000 And they're in bed with the federal government.

01:32:43.000 Who do you think puts up the money for the campaigns? 0.97

01:32:45.000 Who puts up five billion dollars for Joe Biden to run for president?

01:32:49.000 So it's not just the government taking over every aspect of your life.

01:32:53.000 It's all the power.

01:32:59.000 It's the big tech companies.

01:33:03.000 It's the universities, it's the banks, it's it's the Walmart and the Walgreens that are running the COVID screening clinics and they're the ones providing the PPE.

01:33:34.000 It's not just the government and it's not just the American regime.

01:33:43.000 It's people that hate you running every powerful institution in the country taking over every aspect of everybody's life.

01:33:56.000 That encapsulates what's going on.

01:34:00.000 The pretext is COVID.

01:34:01.000 The pretext is a vaccine.

01:34:03.000 And yes, the vaccine is risky.

01:34:06.000 We have no idea what the long-term side effects are.

01:34:10.000 Because not enough time has transpired between massive amounts of human beings getting mRNA vaccines

01:34:19.000 There just hasn't been enough time that's elapsed since that started happening earlier this year.

01:34:24.000 They want billions of people to get it and it's a big experiment.

01:34:28.000 So yes, it is risky. 0.63

01:34:30.000 And, you know, perhaps the COVID virus is fake and so on, but what we're really talking about is the entire American regime, the people that run this country, and this country that runs the world, full of people that hate you, hate your family, hate your kids, and want you dead, taking over every aspect of your life down to the most intimate details.

01:34:53.000 The question of whether they will allow you, these people that want you dead, to make a living.

01:35:01.000 Whether these people will allow you, again, people that hate you, whether you'll be allowed to board a plane, or a bus, or a train, whether you'll be able to send your kids to school, whether you'll be able to go to school, whether you'll even be able to leave your house, and if doctors and hospitals can treat you and prevent you from dying in a hospital bed.

01:35:26.000 And what this was today was a declaration of war by the Biden administration.

01:35:32.000 Read between the lines what he's been saying and what they've been saying all along.

01:36:28.000 They're using the unvaccinated as a scapegoat, saying they're killing your grandparents, they're putting us in peril.

01:36:42.000 The President of the United States, apparent, sitting in the Oval Office telling people that Americans are justified in hating their neighbor, in blaming them for hundreds of thousands of dead from a fake pandemic?

01:36:56.000 We're losing our patience with them, and what happens when they lose their patience?

01:48:03.000 Brian Kemp from Georgia threatened to go to court to block President Joe Biden's federal vaccine requirements.

01:48:10.000 In Mississippi, Governor Tate Reeves says he's against the new requirements.

01:48:14.000 In Texas, the governor's office said they're hammering out a course of legal action against the Biden administration.

01:48:21.000 South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster vowed to fight President Biden and the Democrats to the gates of hell.

01:48:28.000 And the governors of South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, and Tennessee have also announced their opposition to the vaccine mandate.
