00:00:19.000It's going to be a very important show, maybe one of the most important shows I've done in a long, long time.
00:00:26.000And tonight, our featured story, what we're talking about, is the major speech from Joe Biden earlier today, this afternoon.
00:00:36.000Announcing the new vaccine mandate restrictions that are going into effect for government workers, federal contractors, and for every private business in America with more than 100 employees.
00:00:54.000We'll talk today about the contents of the speech.
00:00:56.000I'm sure many of you have already heard about it, but we'll get into the details.
00:01:02.000And I think this was announced on Tuesday.
00:01:04.000They said that Joe Biden would be giving an address today.
00:01:07.000Announcing a new six prong plan to attack the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, specifically the outbreak of the Delta variant.
00:01:17.000And today we saw the speech and we heard the plan, and what it amounts to is effectively a vaccine mandate for about 100 million people.
00:01:27.000And so, among other things, the main part of the plan is that Joe Biden is going to mandate the vaccine for every person that works for the federal government and Every person that works for a company that contracts with the federal government, too.
00:02:21.000I remember, I remember, nobody can tell me otherwise.
00:02:24.000I remember, I've been covering this every day since it started.
00:02:28.000They said earlier this year that there was no federal vaccine mandate coming, and that's while they were mandating it for the military, mandating it for federal workers, although they said at the time that you could opt out of the vaccine with a negative COVID test, which you had to take almost every day or every week.
00:03:25.000And if you look at the states which are resisting the COVID vaccine, it stretches all the way from Idaho in the northwest down to Florida in the southeast.
00:03:34.000And it's every state along the way Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, all the way through to Florida.
00:03:54.000I think Missouri's in there too, and I might be missing a couple of others, but it's a very interesting development.
00:04:00.000Already today, Republican governors across the country are saying that they intend to fight this in the courts and that they won't abide by the vaccine mandate.
00:04:09.000And what this will do is force a confrontation between the states and the federal government.
00:04:14.000And it's very interesting to see where this goes.
00:04:17.000Even if this in particular doesn't go anywhere, even if this is just laying the foundation, it's very interesting to see where all of this is going to go.
00:04:26.000So we'll talk about all of that tonight.

00:05:40.000And you know, the one thing that was holding people back for a long time, taking action and getting engaged politically, was fear of losing their job and fear of getting expelled from school or other things like that.
00:05:52.000But now you see with the vaccine mandate, they're forcing people to make a choice either comply and completely give up and surrender and concede their bodily autonomy and go along with the system, or lose their job and get kicked out of school and lose their health care and everything else anyway.
00:06:11.000They're forcing that decision for a lot of people.
00:06:16.000You can no longer go along with the system without completely compromising yourself.
00:06:22.000And so the good news is that means that a lot of people overnight are going to turn into activists because now they have nothing left to lose.
00:06:31.000There are people that are going to go along with it and get the vaccine, but for the first time in a long time, there's going to be a huge, huge part of the conservative movement in America, which Suddenly, it has a lot less to lose when it comes to activism.
00:06:46.000So, you got to stay tuned to the Telegram.

00:07:13.000Chief of staff, I got all of our team members, and we're beginning to put some things together for a massive mobilization against the vaccine.
00:07:22.000We haven't seen anything like it in America.
00:07:24.000I know there's millions of people that oppose the vaccine, refuse the vaccine, and oppose the vaccine mandate, but there doesn't seem to be any organized resistance to it at all.
00:07:36.000There seem to be no organizations, no mobilization, nothing like that.
00:07:41.000And if no one else is going to do it, I'll do it.
00:07:45.000Like I said, we're tentatively planning something for this Saturday in the afternoon.

00:08:34.000We've been covering vaccine and COVID news for, well, basically for a year and a half, but especially over the past few weeks.
00:08:43.000And we've been monitoring a lot of developments about new things we're learning about the vaccine and the Delta variant and the effectiveness of the vaccine and the efficacy of the vaccine mandate in other countries and states like Israel or New York City.
00:08:57.000And so, yesterday, we went over the timeline, and it's funny because I've been doing the show now.
00:09:03.000Covering COVID for as long as it's been going on since March of last year.
00:09:08.000And I've been saying since last year that this was the final destination of this whole COVID charade a vaccine mandate and specifically creating this nationwide hardcore compliance system.
00:09:23.000And, you know, I've been covering the news every day.
00:09:26.000And as the vaccine has been developed and as it's been rolled out since that started back in December, The media and the government have made it a point to constantly reassure us that it would never get to this point.
00:09:41.000And like I said at the top of the show, I remember early on, there were news reports about discussions that were being had in the federal government about the authority of the White House to put in place a vaccine mandate.
00:09:53.000But every time there was reporting about those discussions or people predicting that that might happen, they would always reassure people that the federal government does not, in fact, even have that authority and that those discussions actually.
00:10:08.000Aren't taking place, and that's not even what they want.
00:10:11.000They don't want a federal vaccine mandate.
00:10:13.000But as long as I've been covering that, and as long as we've been talking about the vaccine when the rollout started and the development of the vaccine was completed, I've told you that this is where it's going.
00:11:33.000They know that if they tell you five weeks when all this starts, people won't panic.
00:11:39.000If they were telling people last March that it would go on for 10 years, nobody would be willing to transition.
00:11:46.000Into a locked down society with masks and social distancing and plexiglass and all these other restrictions.
00:11:53.000But they knew that if they told people five weeks, they could deal with that.
00:11:56.000And if they told people another five weeks, they could hold on for that much longer until people got assimilated into this, until people were getting used to all of this and becoming accommodated.
00:13:35.000And this subtext has been around from the very beginning, from when they were saying it's going great, it's going to be over, all the way through until they started saying vaccine passports up until now.
00:13:47.000And now it's not just a vaccine passport to go to a bar or a baseball game or a restaurant.
00:13:52.000Now you have to be vaccinated to hold your existing job.
00:13:57.000You have to be vaccinated now to get an ICU bed so that you can not die from a preventable illness.
00:14:05.000Now you need to be vaccinated to get an education, not just college, but High school and primary school, too.
00:15:02.000I'll read you the report about the latest speech.
00:15:05.000Like I said, Joe Biden gave an address from the White House at 4 o'clock today, and he outlined a new plan to tackle the outbreak of the Delta variant of the coronavirus.
00:15:16.000It says, quote, President Joe Biden formally announced his plan to force companies with more than 100 employees to vaccinate workers against the coronavirus or test them weekly and dismiss concerns about encroaching on personal freedoms.
00:15:32.000Biden said during a Thursday address to the nation, quote, this is not about freedom or personal choice.
00:15:37.000It's about protecting yourself and those around you, the people you work with, the people you care about, the people you love.
00:15:44.000My job as president is to protect all Americans.
00:15:48.000In his speech, Biden expressed frustration with unvaccinated Americans multiple times and said that he understands the anger that the vaccinated have against those who have not taken the vaccine.
00:16:01.000He said, We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us.
00:16:08.000Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated, even though the vaccine is safe, effective, and free.
00:16:17.000You might be confused about what is true and what is false about COVID.
00:16:21.000The president also pointed a finger at Republicans across the country who have opposed mask and vaccine mandates.
00:16:28.000He said, We have the tools to combat COVID, and a distinct minority of Americans, supported by a distinct minority of elected officials, are keeping us from turning the corner.
00:16:39.000These pandemic politics are making people sick, causing unvaccinated people to die.
00:16:45.000Biden officially confirmed that he has instructed the Department of Labor to mandate employers with over 100 workers to either vaccinate them.
00:16:53.000Or force them to test for the virus weekly.
00:16:56.000The rule could affect up to 100 million workers and will also levy substantial fines, up to $14,000 per infraction against companies that refuse to comply.
00:17:10.000In addition to the vaccination requirements, Biden is moving to double federal fines for airline passengers who refuse to wear masks on flights or to maintain face covering requirements or federal property in accordance with CDC guidelines.
00:17:24.000The rule would also require that large companies provide paid time off for vaccination.
00:17:30.000And the vaccine mandate now comes down for every federal worker and every worker at a company that contracts with the federal government.
00:17:43.000And in spite of the fact that it's totally unconstitutional and illegal, which we'll get to in a moment, this is something which will not be stopped in spite of that, which is pretty amazing.
00:18:43.000And we know that the Biden White House went through anyway earlier this year during the summer once the eviction moratorium expired and they renewed it in spite of the fact that the Supreme Court said expressly and explicitly that they couldn't do that.
00:18:59.000And they're doing the same thing here.
00:19:01.000There is nothing in the Constitution that is delegated to the federal government that says that they can mandate something like this for private individuals and in private companies.
00:19:12.000They say that this is a workplace hazard to have people that could potentially get sick at an office, and therefore forcing them to get vaccinated is supposed to prevent that.
00:19:24.000And as the article said, it's coming from the Department of Labor.
00:19:27.000But nowhere in the Constitution is a power like this reserved for the federal government.
00:19:33.000It's something that's illegal, it's unconstitutional, and it's not even ambiguous.
00:19:37.000And it will be challenged in the courts.
00:19:39.000But here's the thing none of that matters.
00:19:42.000Because, as we've seen, this Supreme Court, even though it's full of conservatives and the federal judiciary, even though it was revolutionized by Trump and Mitch McConnell and the Federalist Society, doesn't do anything for us.
00:19:55.000Hasn't protected us one bit from lockdowns, from COVID pandemic policy, not from election fraud for that matter or anything else.
00:21:20.000Actually, the policy won't be stalled.
00:21:22.000They know that it'll be challenged, but that the courts will be delayed and stalled.
00:21:27.000And it'll take so long because that's the system that we have, and because conservatives, conservative appointed judges, and politicians are ineffective.
00:21:37.000Joe Biden and all the liberals in the White House know that it'll take so long for the Supreme Court to make a decision on this, even if they make the right decision, that it won't even matter.
00:21:48.000And that people in the meantime who are refusing to get the vaccine will be forced to comply.
00:21:54.000Private businesses that don't want to mandate the vaccine will be forced to comply because they don't want to pay the fine.
00:22:00.000And look at the situation that private businesses have been put in.
00:22:04.000Look at the situation that private people have been put in.
00:22:07.000Over the past year, the government shut down the economy.
00:22:12.000They chose which businesses got to stay open and then therefore which people got to keep their jobs and continue to be paid.
00:22:21.000They decided which businesses were essential and therefore could still have revenue.
00:22:26.000And they decided which businesses, under penalty of law, could not open.
00:22:32.000And they decided occupancy and they decided all these other things for a year and a half.
00:22:38.000Businesses can't stop doing business for a year and a half.
00:22:42.000People can't not have a job for a year and a half.
00:22:45.000People can't have their hours reduced, cut in half, whatever, for a year and a half with no certainty and no idea about what the future will hold.
00:22:55.000This is what the government has done over the past year and a half.
00:22:59.000Many businesses into bankruptcy and out of business, and they've pushed many people into personal bankruptcy into a terrible financial position.
00:23:10.000And now, as the economy is finally beginning to open up and the businesses that have survived are hanging on for dear life, trying to put it all back together.
00:23:23.000It's within that context with what's gone on over the past year and a half that now the government is coming in after they've leveled the economy.
00:23:39.000They've leveled landlords, everything, distorted the stock market, inflated the currency.
00:23:46.000Now they come in with the hammer and they say, now we're going to break your kneecaps.
00:23:50.000After all that, now we're going to come in and we're going to fine you as a business.
00:23:54.000And the businesses that comply, they're going to force you to get fired and you're going to lose your job if you don't get the vaccine within a business.
00:24:15.000Maybe it was about creating the system all along.
00:24:18.000You know, like I said, it's about creating a system of compliance.
00:24:21.000Think about just how much control the government has seized in just the last year and a half, just since March 2020.
00:24:30.000We're now with everything that you're seeing between the mask mandates and the lockdowns, and now the vaccine mandate and passport.
00:24:38.000Think about how much authority the federal government has seized, how much has changed in such a short amount of time.
00:24:44.000Now, the government, and we take it for granted, has the authority to, as I just got done saying, shut down any business they want indefinitely.
00:24:53.000And they get to come up with all these other arbitrary restrictions about businesses that remain open, about how many people can be inside their building, about how many hours that they can have, how long a bar can serve liquor.
00:25:08.000Who gets to have federal government aid for farmers, for restaurants, for other small businesses, that lifeline?
00:25:18.000They force tech companies to put in your operating system on your phone software that tracks all your whereabouts and what other phones your phone comes into contact with under the pretext of contact tracing so that they can take an infected person and see who else they might have infected by downloading something involuntarily into every operating system.
00:25:45.000And now, what they're trying to do with the vaccine mandate is make it so that if you don't comply with an OSHA regulation, if you don't comply with this Department of Labor regulation, you're out of business.
00:25:59.000And then add to that what they're doing in New York City, which is the vaccine passport, where you can't go into a restaurant, bar, gym, theater, school.
00:26:08.000You can't have a job if you're not vaccinated.
00:26:11.000And it's like we've been talking about all throughout this week and all last month, and really since all this stuff.
00:26:17.000Began earlier this year, I guess back in March of last year, it's about putting in place a system of control and a system of compliance.
00:26:26.000You know, take out all the details here, subtract all the particulars from this story.
00:26:34.000It's not about the vaccine, it's not about the pandemic.
00:26:37.000It's like this If you don't do what the government tells you to do, you can't have a job, you can't go to school, you're going to get fired from your business, you can't have a business, you can't have a federal government job.
00:26:50.000You can't contract with the federal government.
00:26:52.000You can't work for a company that contracts with the federal government.
00:26:56.000You can't go to a gym, a bar, a restaurant.
00:27:24.000But even if you subtract the particulars, you start to see the bigger picture.
00:27:28.000It's about compliance and it's about the system that's being created.
00:27:32.000It's about the fact that, under the pretext of vaccine compliance and the COVID pandemic and all the fear mongering and all the appeals to emotion about dying relatives and all of this, they're going to put a QR code scanner in front of every threshold and every door and every public place in America with an accompanying statewide or federal database to let people in or deny entry.
00:28:08.000The power, the jurisdiction that the government has seized, the surveillance with contact tracing, the power to close and open businesses with the lockdown, the ability to grant or deny entry into places based on vaccination status with the database and the QR code scanner in front of the doors none of this stuff goes away.
00:28:30.000None of this is going to go away after the pandemic.
00:28:33.000We don't even know when the pandemic is supposed to end.
00:28:36.000We don't even know when we can return to normal, when society will ever be open indefinitely.
00:28:43.000So the pandemic could very well go on for five to 10 years, and we'll be dealing with this particular compliance system.
00:28:50.000But even when or if the coronavirus compliance system ever expires, guess what?
00:28:56.000The particulars may go away, but the system remains intact.
00:29:01.000And you can see just in parallel with the fear mongering about COVID deaths and this race to get everybody vaccinated.
00:29:09.000While that's going on at the same time, it started at the same time and it seems to be escalating at the same pace.
00:29:16.000They're also talking about domestic violent extremists, particularly Trump supporters, people that doubt the efficacy of the vaccine, people that oppose the mask mandate and the lockdowns, people that question the integrity of the last election, and so called racists, white nationalists, and people oppose Black Lives Matter.
00:29:37.000Do you think it's possible that while they're having these conversations about QR codes, national databases, surveillance software in your operating system, and so on, at the same time they're talking about the DHS and the NSA and the FBI spying on all conversations happening on the internet to monitor narratives that might emerge into something violent?
00:30:01.000Do you think that those two trends at any point in time might intersect somewhere?
00:30:06.000Do you think that at any point in time those two things might become relevant to each other?
00:30:12.000That's the kind of thing that we're talking about.
00:30:14.000And by the way, it's already bad enough.
00:30:18.000I am not trying to undersell the gravity of what we're talking about with the vaccine itself and with the pandemic in particular.
00:30:27.000I'm not trying to say that that's wholly irrelevant or like that's not a big deal.
00:32:42.000We have no idea what the long term side effects are.
00:32:45.000They don't know because not enough time has transpired between massive amounts of human beings getting mRNA vaccines.
00:32:55.000There just hasn't been enough time that's elapsed since that started happening earlier this year.
00:33:01.000They want billions of people to get it, and it's a big experiment.
00:33:04.000So, yes, it is risky, and perhaps the COVID virus is fake and so on.
00:33:11.000But what we're really talking about is the entire American regime, the people that run this country and this country that runs the world, full of people that hate you, hate your family, hate your kids, and want you dead, taking over every aspect of your life down to the most intimate details.
00:33:30.000The question of whether they will allow you, these people that want you dead, To make a living.
00:33:37.000Whether these people will allow you, again, people that hate you, whether you'll be allowed to board a plane or a bus or a train, whether you'll be able to send your kids to school, whether you'll be able to go to school, whether you'll even be able to leave your house, and if doctors and hospitals can treat you and prevent you from dying in a hospital bed.
00:34:49.000The people in the media are putting that poison out every day, and they're using this atrocity propaganda, trying to turn citizens against citizens, trying to turn family members and friends and neighbors against each other, the vaccinated against the unvaccinated.
00:35:04.000They're using the unvaccinated as a scapegoat, saying they're killing your grandparents, they're putting us in peril.
00:35:19.000The president of the United States, a parent, sitting in the Oval Office telling people that Americans are justified in hating their neighbor, in blaming them for hundreds of thousands of dead from a fake pandemic, that's incitement.
00:35:35.000And what happens when they lose their patience?
00:35:37.000The message is clear comply, surrender, submit to the rule by this regime and their sycophants and their proles in the population, or they're just going to kill you.
00:35:51.000And at what point are we, the unvaccinated 80 million, whatever the number is, at what point are we going to go out in the streets and say, You're going to kill us?
00:37:07.000This is the words of the deep state, the media, big tech, the big companies, the World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, CDC, all of it, the Federal Reserve.
00:37:18.000He is a mouthpiece for them, and they are saying total war.
00:37:23.000They are saying we're losing our patience with you.
00:37:26.000Submit, and we're going to sick the population against you, or you're going to die.
00:37:32.000We're going to just take away everything, and we will watch you wither and die.
00:37:38.000And there are a lot of people out there who are unvaccinated, who refuse the vaccine, who think that if they go along with this, they can continue to live a normal life.
00:37:48.000I'll tell you, that's not going to happen.
00:37:51.000There is no scenario where you get to comply.
00:37:54.000Or you get to find some clever out, you get your exemption or whatever, you get a fake pass.
00:38:00.000There is no scenario where you get to fly under the radar and continue living your life as you've lived it in the past.
00:38:08.000It is either going to be total submission, you're going to die, or we're going to win.
00:38:13.000But these are your options at this point.
00:38:16.000There is no option where everybody gets to keep doing what they've always done and we're going to get a different result, which is to say, there's no scenario where people get to lay down and take it.
00:38:28.000Or try to find some excuse or run away or hide or whatever and just hope that it's not going to affect you in ways that you actually care about.
00:38:36.000There's no scenario where that's going to work anymore.
00:38:40.000It really comes down to a few options here.
00:38:43.000Either you're going to give up everything about yourself, your bodily autonomy, your freedom of conscience, your freedom of thought, your freedom of religion.
00:38:53.000You're going to give yourself to the devil, you're going to give yourself to this evil, unholy regime of people that hate you.
00:39:01.000And so you're going to have to be enslaved to them and change yourself, or there's going to be resistance.
00:39:08.000And the resistance will either fail and we will be killed, or the resistance will succeed.
00:39:13.000And however it plays out, we'll be able to live in the way that we want to live.
00:39:19.000But those are your options at this point.
00:40:33.000But a lot of people were willing to do that.
00:40:35.000But you see now they're telling you, unless you trust us to the point where you're going to take this unregulated vaccine, we don't know the side effects, whatever, unless you trust us and comply with this incursion into your cells, into your bloodstream.
00:41:56.000If you're getting vaccinated, you're making it easier for the system to force one other person, the next person, and everyone else to get their vaccine.
00:43:16.000The issue at hand is they're declaring war on our freedom.
00:43:19.000Joe Biden is declaring war against the unvaccinated people, inciting a lynch mob against them, and mobilizing all the American power to crush people that are not in compliance with their rules.
00:43:30.000And as I said, who are the people that are making the rules?
00:44:28.000How many people are really willing to put their money where their mouth is?
00:44:31.000And, you know, more often than not, I'm out there telling people to play close to the chest because typically it's not worth it to make some dramatic stand.
00:44:41.000But in this instance in particular, just like with Stop the Steal, it's worth it, it's coming to a head.
00:44:50.000It was worth it to go out for Stop the Steal and try and prevent what's happening now from occurring.
00:44:56.000It's worth it to go out now and prevent them from creating a compliance system that completely controls the entire country, controls whether or not you can leave your house and if you get health care or not.
00:45:09.000And all these people that don't like the state of the world and are bellyaching and talking about how depressed they are and complaining, how many of those people are really willing, people talking about what our ancestors did in Normandy and D Day and all this stuff?
00:45:23.000How many people are willing to get fired from their job?
00:45:26.000Might be temporary, might be not, but how many people are willing to do that?
00:45:31.000How many people are willing to actually lose something?
00:45:34.000And if you're not willing to lose something, what really are you?
00:46:00.000The good news is, it seems like there's a real institutional resistance to this happening.
00:46:05.000And that's the other half of the story that Republican governors across the country are announcing their intention to challenge this in the courts.
00:46:13.000But make no mistake about it, that's not good enough.
00:46:19.000It says Governor Kay Ivey from Alabama.
00:46:23.000She said, once again, Biden missed the mark.
00:46:26.000His outrageous overreaching mandates will no doubt be challenged in the courts.
00:46:30.000Placing more burdens on employers and employees during a pandemic with rising inflation rates and lingering labor shortages is unacceptable.
00:46:39.000Brian Kemp from Georgia threatened to go to court to block President Joe Biden's federal vaccine requirements.
00:46:46.000In Mississippi, Governor Tate Reeves says that he's against the new requirements.
00:46:50.000In Texas, the governor's office said that they're hammering out a course of legal action against the Biden administration.
00:46:57.000South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster vowed to fight President Biden and the Democrats to the gates of hell.
00:47:05.000And the governors of South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, and Tennessee have also announced their opposition to the vaccine mandate.
00:47:45.000And how many representatives and senators were going to make their stand on January 6th when they were supposed to count the votes in Congress?
00:48:38.000We can count on even less than that, the Supreme Court or the other courts.
00:48:43.000They're going to challenge it in courts?
00:48:45.000Well, you know, I think over the past year, there hasn't been an institutional actor less effective than the Republican state governors and the Supreme Court.
00:48:54.000Christy Noam, Christy Noam, apparently, and Justice Amy Comey Barrett and Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, it's in their hands to stop this mandate?

00:56:23.000So, what has to happen is this the Republican governors suck, but we've got Republican governors from Idaho to Florida.
00:56:32.000The governors might not make it happen, but that they are there shows that there is a Republican constituency from Idaho to Florida.
