00:00:56.000 And I actually covered the initial protests on a stream on Saturday night.
00:01:02.000 So, if you caught my stream over the weekend, a lot of the details, a lot of this information, not all of it, But at least some of the information will seem familiar to you.
00:01:13.000 On Friday, a young black man named Rayshard Brooks was arrested for drunk driving.
00:01:24.000 Police tried to arrest him for drunk driving.
00:01:26.000 He resisted arrest, grabbed a cop's taser, tried to tase the cops, got shot, and died.
00:01:32.000 That's the story.
00:01:33.000 And now there are giant, massive protests in Atlanta.
00:01:38.000 All of this took place in a Wendy's parking lot.
00:01:40.000 The Wendy's has been burned to the ground.
00:01:43.000 And now there are calls for police reforms happening in the city of Atlanta.
00:01:48.000 So that's our main story tonight.
00:01:49.000 We'll be talking about all of that, all the details surrounding the shooting and the riots.
00:01:55.000 And obviously, we have some conclusions about all of this, but it's just another week, just another day in Clown World.

00:02:08.000 This is the year of revolutions in this country.
00:02:12.000 Very strange between the coronavirus and the recession, and now this Black Lives Matter business.

00:02:20.000 It's a very bad time we're living in.
00:02:21.000 So it's more of the same.
00:02:23.000 Like I said, it's another episode.

00:02:43.000 I mean, they only burned down one Wendy's, and that was it.
00:02:46.000 And then there was just protests throughout the city.

00:02:50.000 So, I think a lot of you probably saw that stream.
00:02:53.000 Kind of uneventful, but we'll get into it.
00:02:55.000 Our other big story tonight is about a ruling in the Supreme Court.
00:02:59.000 And as you know, it is Pride Month.
00:03:03.000 It is Gay Pride Month here in the United States.
00:03:05.000 And as part of that, the Supreme Court has ruled that gay people cannot be discriminated against in the workplace when going through the hiring process.
00:03:17.000 And actually, the decision came down, and this is really what's news and noteworthy about this story.
00:03:23.000 Is the decision on this case came down six to three?
00:03:29.000 Six to three in favor of the gay people.
00:03:32.000 And if you know, I don't know how many people remember, but we were told that we should vote for Donald Trump no matter what, if not for any other reason other than the all important Supreme Court.
00:03:44.000 The all important Supreme Court.
00:03:47.000 We must nominate a conservative, triple A Scalia, or else we're not going to have a country.
00:03:54.000 We will not have a constitution.
00:03:57.000 Two justices!
00:03:58.000 Two justices!
00:04:00.000 We have a majority on the court, and the decision comes down six to three with Neil Gorsuch and, of course, Roberts siding with the liberals on the court coming down in favor of gay people on this decision.
00:04:15.000 So, we'll go over the case, what the consequences of the ruling are, and to me, more importantly, it's about the judges.
00:04:24.000 This stuff with the LGBT agenda, it's unstoppable at this point.
00:04:29.000 I mean, we've seen it happen.
00:04:31.000 Now, for something like 20, 30 years, and really accelerating the last five or six years.
00:04:38.000 But the real shocker, I don't know if it's a shocker at this point, but the real outrage from this decision is that we supposedly are winning the institutions.
00:04:49.000 I think that's what we're led to believe we're doing.
00:04:51.000 We're winning the presidency, we're winning the Congress, we're winning the courts.
00:04:56.000 But whenever an important decision has to be made, no, you're not.
00:05:00.000 You're not winning, we're losing.
00:05:03.000 We're losing.
00:05:04.000 Who are we putting on the court?
00:05:05.000 Who are we putting in the White House?
00:05:07.000 Who are we putting in the Congress, really?
00:05:08.000 I think that's the big story, and it's been, and we've been talking about this for weeks.
00:05:13.000 I mean, we've got problems as a country.
00:05:16.000 We've got big problems.
00:05:17.000 We've got lots of problems, and there's millions of these problems in our cities and all throughout the country.
00:05:25.000 And the problem is the problem.
00:05:27.000 You know, that's the nature of what we're dealing with and the situation and who we're dealing with, the kinds of people that live here, the level of degeneracy, the level of Decay of our country.
00:05:39.000 But the real scandal, as we've been talking about for weeks, the real outrage is that the people who purport to represent us, the people who purport to be on our side, who purport to be a part of the solution, are consistently a part of the problem, consistently helping and facilitating and advancing all of these problems that we see.
00:06:00.000 It's not to say that the left is not a problem.
00:06:02.000 It's not to say that these militant racial soldiers in these different cities are not a problem, but it is to say that.
00:06:12.000 At the end of the day, who is accountable for exacerbating these things?
00:06:16.000 I mean, that's the other side.
00:06:18.000 But on our own side, when it's the military bases and when it's in the Supreme Court and in the White House, we don't have anything.
00:06:26.000 We don't have anybody.
00:06:28.000 So, as always, we'll be talking about that.

00:07:21.000 If you have been watching the show last week, I start the stream, the stream is on, and then the stream goes offline.
00:07:27.000 And it's not on my end because it's not my internet, it's not my streaming software, it's on DLive's end.
00:07:35.000 And I know this because Jaden's been having the same problem, other people have been having the same problem.
00:07:40.000 I've never had this problem before, I haven't changed anything.

00:07:54.000 But then, also on top of that, the past three streams that I've done on this website the past three the stream that I did on Saturday, the show I did on Friday, and the show I did on Thursday were never processed as replays on my channel.

00:08:17.000 The replays for the Thursday show, the Friday show, and the Saturday stream.

00:14:03.000 Our first story is this Supreme Court ruling.
00:14:07.000 And if you've been following the scene on this, this has been one of the major complaints by gay people since they got the right to get married.
00:14:15.000 And I've been saying this for years about the left and specifically about LGBT activists no matter what you give them, what do they always say after they get something?
00:14:28.000 No matter what it is, no matter how sweeping, no matter how dramatic or historic.
00:14:32.000 What is the rallying cry every time they get a victory, every time they succeed or they advance the front?
00:14:39.000 Well, this is great, but there's still much more work to be done.
00:14:43.000 And so, after gay marriage happened, one of the big grievances of gay people, of these gay activists, has been well, it's still legal to discriminate against us in the workplace, which it should be.
00:14:55.000 Which, by the way, it should be legal to discriminate against anybody, anywhere.
00:15:03.000 You know, when you're talking about your neighborhood, I think discrimination should be legal.
00:15:08.000 Not that I'm in favor of discrimination, but it should be legal.
00:15:12.000 It is your right as an American to associate with who you want to associate with.
00:15:18.000 It is your right, if you're a business owner, to decide who you want to be your employees, who you want to be your, you know, co workers or customers or anything like that.
00:15:28.000 It is your right, it is your prerogative.
00:15:31.000 You get to decide.
00:15:32.000 It's a free country, supposedly.
00:15:34.000 So, in any case, this has been one of the major gripes, the major demands, and it has, this community has achieved an historic victory under the Trump administration with this ruling.
00:15:46.000 And I'll read to you this is an article about the case.
00:15:48.000 This is from Politico.
00:15:50.000 It says LGBT rights advocates triumphed at the Supreme Court on Monday, winning a sweeping decision from the justices that protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees from being disciplined, fired, or turned down for a job based on their.
00:16:06.000 Excuse me, based on their sexual orientation.
00:16:10.000 Two of the court's Republican appointees, Neil Gorsuch and John Roberts, joined the court's Democratic appointees to deliver the surprising 6 3 victory to those arguing for anti discrimination protections.
00:16:24.000 Writing for the court's majority, the conservative Gorsuch embraced arguments that seemed radical to many liberals, arguments that seemed radical to liberals just a few years ago.
00:16:37.000 That the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1964 Civil Rights Act's prohibition on sex discrimination in employment, also effectively banned bias based on sexual orientation or gender identity, even though few, if any, members of Congress thought they were doing that at the time.
00:16:56.000 Explaining the ruling, Gorsuch said Congress may not have intended to ban discrimination against gays, lesbians, and transgender individuals, but that the logic of their protection by the statute was inescapable.
00:17:09.000 He wrote, Quote, those who adopted the Civil Rights Act might not have anticipated their work would lead to this particular result.
00:17:17.000 Likely, they weren't thinking about many of the act's consequences that had become apparent over the years, including its prohibition against discrimination on the basis of motherhood or its ban on the sexual harassment of male employees.
00:17:30.000 But the limits of the drafter's imagination supply no reason to ignore the law's demands.
00:17:36.000 When the express terms of a statute give us one answer and extraterrestrial considerations suggest another, It's no contest.
00:17:44.000 Only the written word is the law, and all persons are entitled to its benefit.
00:17:48.000 So, the interpretation here is that the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which bans discrimination on the basis of sex, on the basis of gender, Gorsuch says, well, actually, we can interpret the logic of the bill also to mean people that have gay sex.
00:18:09.000 We could also apply it to people that get.
00:18:13.000 Genital replacement surgery, genital reassignment surgery.
00:18:17.000 It's not what anybody who wrote the bill intended because people back then were sane and sensible.
00:18:24.000 They didn't intend to protect gay people or transgender people from discrimination, but yet the logic of the bill suggests that that was the principal demand.
00:18:36.000 I don't understand, but that's the argument.
00:18:39.000 Justin's Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh dissented from the new ruling, arguing that Gorsuch's Claimed humility about simply interpreting the law's language was belied by the huge gulf between what lawmakers intended and what the court held.
00:18:54.000 Which makes sense.
00:18:55.000 You know, whether or not you agree with the decision, the law is the law.
00:19:00.000 What is the role of the Supreme Court?
00:19:03.000 Which, by the way, I think even this is dubious.
00:19:06.000 The Supreme Court has given itself the authority of judicial review, which is to say that the Supreme Court can interpret the law.
00:19:16.000 And the Supreme Court's interpretation of the law stands.
00:19:20.000 Now, I think it's actually dubious whether or not the Supreme Court even has this authority.
00:19:25.000 Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the Supreme Court can reinterpret laws and set precedent and that they have supremacy over the interpretation of laws.
00:19:34.000 Nevertheless, this has been the precedent for 200 plus years that the Supreme Court interprets what the law says, what the lawmakers intended when writing the law, and then that is how the law is enforced.
00:19:49.000 And so, regardless of what you believe about is it a good law, is it a bad law, this law does not say.
00:19:56.000 That gay and transgender people should be protected from discrimination in employment.
00:20:00.000 It doesn't say that.
00:20:02.000 So, whether or not you think it should or should not, it doesn't matter.
00:20:07.000 The intention and the text of the bill is clear.
00:20:10.000 The text of the bill does not say sexual orientation, it does not say gay sex, it does not say transgender.
00:20:17.000 It says sex, meaning gender.
00:20:19.000 That's it.
00:20:21.000 And the intention of the lawmakers is the same.
00:20:23.000 They did not intend to protect gay people.
00:20:26.000 This law was passed in the 1960s.
00:20:28.000 I'm sure they weren't even thinking about that.
00:20:30.000 Nevertheless, Neil Gorsuch, who is supposedly, and you know, the constitutional stuff is fun and it's nice, and in an orderly, probably Christian, white country, we could probably spend a lot of time talking about the law and about how the government should work and so on.
00:20:46.000 To me, it's really neither here nor there.
00:20:48.000 To me, it's about where the culture is going.
00:20:50.000 Are you a conservative?
00:20:51.000 Are you a liberal?
00:20:52.000 I don't really care at this point the Constitution, the law.
00:20:56.000 I want to protect my country, I want to protect my heritage.
00:20:59.000 However, you need to accomplish that with legal interpretation.
00:21:02.000 This is quite literally semantics.
00:21:05.000 What matters is that Neil Gorsuch is a conservative justice.
00:21:10.000 Supposedly, a conservative, the most conservative.
00:21:14.000 I mean, he was recommended by, what is the Federalist Society?
00:21:19.000 He was put on the shortlist by the most conservative minds in the legal system in the country as an originalist, as somebody who interprets the Constitution according to the original intent and the law and so on.
00:21:33.000 And a conservative beyond that, and appointed by Donald Trump, and hailed by everybody in the right as the great savior of the legal system, and he's siding with the liberals.
00:21:44.000 John Roberts, he's been in their pocket forever.
00:21:47.000 But Neil Gorsuch was appointed by Trump.
00:21:50.000 If you look at any Vox explainer, any little widget on New York Times or 538, they'll have you believe that Neil Gorsuch is to the right of Adolf Hitler when it comes to judicial review.
00:22:03.000 But here we are.
00:22:04.000 But here we are.
00:22:05.000 Another SCOTUS decision.
00:22:08.000 Another landmark case decided in favor of the left, and not just the left, but decided in favor of homosexuals and this homosexual, anti Christian, anti family cultural agenda.
00:22:22.000 While we have control of the courts, supposedly, and while we have control of the government.
00:22:27.000 And I'm just wondering when do we get a victory?
00:22:31.000 When do our victories actually matter?
00:22:33.000 I mean, don't you understand what a big problem this is?
00:22:36.000 Why do we have triumphs?
00:22:39.000 For LGBT advocates, when we supposedly have a conservative president?
00:22:45.000 Why is it that they have triumphs and historic wins and we're rapidly accelerating towards realizing their vision when we won the presidency and we won the Congress and we won the Senate and we should have control of the courts?
00:23:03.000 Why does this keep happening?
00:23:05.000 Isn't anybody mad about this?
00:23:07.000 Isn't anybody upset about this?
00:23:10.000 I almost feel like Trump during the election.
00:23:13.000 We don't have victories anymore.
00:23:15.000 We don't win as a people.
00:23:18.000 It's been 50 years, and whether it's a Republican or a Democrat in the White House or in the Senate or in the House or in the Supreme Court, no matter what, we are inexorably marching down the same path.
00:23:31.000 It's just a question of how fast we're doing it.
00:23:34.000 That's it.
00:23:35.000 When it's a Republican, it's a little bit slower, and when it's a Democrat, it's much faster.
00:23:41.000 But we're marching down the same path regardless.
00:23:45.000 And it's like I said last week it was the same story last week.
00:23:49.000 Same story, different instance, different instantiation.
00:23:55.000 It was BLM and the entire left calling for the renaming of military bases named after Confederate generals.
00:24:03.000 And the Republican Party in the Senate and in the House said that they would back that.
00:24:08.000 They endorsed the Warren Amendment, put on a must pass appropriations bill for the military, mandating that the Pentagon change the names of the bases.
00:24:17.000 That was Mitch McConnell.
00:24:18.000 That was the Republicans.
00:24:19.000 And we've seen this time and time again.
00:24:22.000 Total capitulation on every issue from every branch, and it's just over.
00:24:27.000 I mean, the GOP is just not viable any longer.
00:24:31.000 And I know I said this on Friday, and it's largely true.
00:24:34.000 And maybe I'll couch or nuance what I was saying on Friday a little bit and say that unfortunately, no matter what, the GOP is still a better option than the Democratic Party.
00:24:45.000 Even if the GOP is working towards the same agenda as the Democratic Party, they're still doing it at a slower pace.
00:24:53.000 And, you know, if it comes down to are we marching towards total globo homo, black planet, quickly or slowly, I would still prefer slowly.
00:25:01.000 I would prefer that we're not marching towards that at all.
00:25:04.000 I prefer that we're marching in the opposite direction.
00:25:08.000 But if it's slowly versus quickly, I'd still rather go slowly.
00:25:11.000 But we really need to think outside the box here.
00:25:15.000 We need to think beyond Republicans.
00:25:17.000 We need to think beyond Republican victories.

00:27:54.000 That being conservative is about these ideas that the founding fathers had about individual liberty and about the size of government.
00:28:04.000 And he believes that being conservative is about maintaining this creed and this ideology.

00:28:14.000 But these are the people that wear the label, and these are the people that we elect every year.
00:28:19.000 They're actually liberals.
00:28:21.000 Liberals in a classical sense, or in many cases, in a modern sense, in a progressive sense.

00:28:28.000 And these are the people that we're electing, these are the people that we're sending to Congress and to the Supreme Court and to the presidency.

00:28:37.000 In fact, that in itself is not going to get us anywhere.

00:28:46.000 So, while we continue to look at them as, you know, again, slow progressivism versus fast progressivism, I prefer slow, but we have to start thinking outside the box on this stuff.

00:29:01.000 And it's not a no brainer because of what the 1964 Civil Rights Act says, it's not a no brainer because originalist interpretations in legal theory is the only legal theory that makes sense.

00:29:19.000 Do you want to live in a country of homosexuals and transsexuals and promiscuity and adultery and the total annihilation of the family and a total absence of any sense of decency and morality and structure?

00:44:45.000 I mean, the headline says he was chilling, fallen angel, chilling in the car.
00:44:50.000 Police stumbled upon him and they killed him for being black.
00:44:54.000 Well, now we're hearing the stories a little different.
00:44:56.000 He was drunk driving, probably parked in Wendy's and fell asleep in the drive through.
00:45:02.000 Police got called on him.
00:45:04.000 The police administered a sobriety test because he was obviously drunk, which he failed.
00:45:09.000 After which, investigators said Brooks resisted arrest and a struggle ensued, where one officer used a taser.
00:45:16.000 Brooks then took a taser from one of the officers, broke free, and ran away.
00:45:22.000 Officials said Brooks appeared to deploy the taser at the officers.
00:45:27.000 According to Vic Reynolds, the director of the Jura Bureau of Investigation, he says, At that point, Brooks turns around and it appears to the eye that he points the taser at the Atlanta officer.
00:45:39.000 Adding that Brooks had started to run back and flee as the officer reached for his gun and fired while a line of cars sat in the restaurant's drive through.

00:46:04.000 The police had nothing better to do, so they just found a black guy and they killed him because he was black.

00:46:14.000 You had a drunk driver, drove into the Wednesday parking lot, probably to get food, went through the drive through, was so drunk, he was so drunk going through the drive through that he fell asleep in his car and fell asleep in a position where he was obstructing the drive through.
00:46:29.000 The police were called on him, the police arrived, they administered a sobriety test, which he failed.
00:46:35.000 They tried to arrest him for drunk driving.

00:46:43.000 Not only does he do that, but he takes a cop's taser and tries to use the taser against the cops, and then he is shot and killed.
