00:01:13.000On Friday, a young black man named Rayshard Brooks was arrested for drunk driving.
00:01:24.000Police tried to arrest him for drunk driving.
00:01:26.000He resisted arrest, grabbed a cop's taser, tried to tase the cops, got shot, and died.
00:03:03.000It is Gay Pride Month here in the United States.
00:03:05.000And as part of that, the Supreme Court has ruled that gay people cannot be discriminated against in the workplace when going through the hiring process.
00:03:17.000And actually, the decision came down, and this is really what's news and noteworthy about this story.
00:03:23.000Is the decision on this case came down six to three?
00:03:29.000Six to three in favor of the gay people.
00:03:32.000And if you know, I don't know how many people remember, but we were told that we should vote for Donald Trump no matter what, if not for any other reason other than the all important Supreme Court.
00:04:00.000We have a majority on the court, and the decision comes down six to three with Neil Gorsuch and, of course, Roberts siding with the liberals on the court coming down in favor of gay people on this decision.
00:04:15.000So, we'll go over the case, what the consequences of the ruling are, and to me, more importantly, it's about the judges.
00:04:24.000This stuff with the LGBT agenda, it's unstoppable at this point.
00:04:31.000Now, for something like 20, 30 years, and really accelerating the last five or six years.
00:04:38.000But the real shocker, I don't know if it's a shocker at this point, but the real outrage from this decision is that we supposedly are winning the institutions.
00:04:49.000I think that's what we're led to believe we're doing.
00:04:51.000We're winning the presidency, we're winning the Congress, we're winning the courts.
00:04:56.000But whenever an important decision has to be made, no, you're not.
00:05:27.000You know, that's the nature of what we're dealing with and the situation and who we're dealing with, the kinds of people that live here, the level of degeneracy, the level of Decay of our country.
00:05:39.000But the real scandal, as we've been talking about for weeks, the real outrage is that the people who purport to represent us, the people who purport to be on our side, who purport to be a part of the solution, are consistently a part of the problem, consistently helping and facilitating and advancing all of these problems that we see.
00:06:00.000It's not to say that the left is not a problem.
00:06:02.000It's not to say that these militant racial soldiers in these different cities are not a problem, but it is to say that.
00:06:12.000At the end of the day, who is accountable for exacerbating these things?

00:14:07.000And if you've been following the scene on this, this has been one of the major complaints by gay people since they got the right to get married.
00:14:15.000And I've been saying this for years about the left and specifically about LGBT activists no matter what you give them, what do they always say after they get something?
00:14:28.000No matter what it is, no matter how sweeping, no matter how dramatic or historic.
00:14:32.000What is the rallying cry every time they get a victory, every time they succeed or they advance the front?
00:14:39.000Well, this is great, but there's still much more work to be done.
00:14:43.000And so, after gay marriage happened, one of the big grievances of gay people, of these gay activists, has been well, it's still legal to discriminate against us in the workplace, which it should be.
00:14:55.000Which, by the way, it should be legal to discriminate against anybody, anywhere.
00:15:03.000You know, when you're talking about your neighborhood, I think discrimination should be legal.
00:15:08.000Not that I'm in favor of discrimination, but it should be legal.
00:15:12.000It is your right as an American to associate with who you want to associate with.
00:15:18.000It is your right, if you're a business owner, to decide who you want to be your employees, who you want to be your, you know, co workers or customers or anything like that.
00:15:28.000It is your right, it is your prerogative.
00:15:34.000So, in any case, this has been one of the major gripes, the major demands, and it has, this community has achieved an historic victory under the Trump administration with this ruling.
00:15:46.000And I'll read to you this is an article about the case.
00:15:50.000It says LGBT rights advocates triumphed at the Supreme Court on Monday, winning a sweeping decision from the justices that protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees from being disciplined, fired, or turned down for a job based on their.
00:16:06.000Excuse me, based on their sexual orientation.
00:16:10.000Two of the court's Republican appointees, Neil Gorsuch and John Roberts, joined the court's Democratic appointees to deliver the surprising 6 3 victory to those arguing for anti discrimination protections.
00:16:24.000Writing for the court's majority, the conservative Gorsuch embraced arguments that seemed radical to many liberals, arguments that seemed radical to liberals just a few years ago.
00:16:37.000That the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1964 Civil Rights Act's prohibition on sex discrimination in employment, also effectively banned bias based on sexual orientation or gender identity, even though few, if any, members of Congress thought they were doing that at the time.
00:16:56.000Explaining the ruling, Gorsuch said Congress may not have intended to ban discrimination against gays, lesbians, and transgender individuals, but that the logic of their protection by the statute was inescapable.
00:17:09.000He wrote, Quote, those who adopted the Civil Rights Act might not have anticipated their work would lead to this particular result.
00:17:17.000Likely, they weren't thinking about many of the act's consequences that had become apparent over the years, including its prohibition against discrimination on the basis of motherhood or its ban on the sexual harassment of male employees.
00:17:30.000But the limits of the drafter's imagination supply no reason to ignore the law's demands.
00:17:36.000When the express terms of a statute give us one answer and extraterrestrial considerations suggest another, It's no contest.
00:17:44.000Only the written word is the law, and all persons are entitled to its benefit.
00:17:48.000So, the interpretation here is that the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which bans discrimination on the basis of sex, on the basis of gender, Gorsuch says, well, actually, we can interpret the logic of the bill also to mean people that have gay sex.
00:18:09.000We could also apply it to people that get.
00:18:17.000It's not what anybody who wrote the bill intended because people back then were sane and sensible.
00:18:24.000They didn't intend to protect gay people or transgender people from discrimination, but yet the logic of the bill suggests that that was the principal demand.
00:18:36.000I don't understand, but that's the argument.
00:18:39.000Justin's Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh dissented from the new ruling, arguing that Gorsuch's Claimed humility about simply interpreting the law's language was belied by the huge gulf between what lawmakers intended and what the court held.
00:18:55.000You know, whether or not you agree with the decision, the law is the law.
00:19:00.000What is the role of the Supreme Court?
00:19:03.000Which, by the way, I think even this is dubious.
00:19:06.000The Supreme Court has given itself the authority of judicial review, which is to say that the Supreme Court can interpret the law.
00:19:16.000And the Supreme Court's interpretation of the law stands.
00:19:20.000Now, I think it's actually dubious whether or not the Supreme Court even has this authority.
00:19:25.000Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the Supreme Court can reinterpret laws and set precedent and that they have supremacy over the interpretation of laws.
00:19:34.000Nevertheless, this has been the precedent for 200 plus years that the Supreme Court interprets what the law says, what the lawmakers intended when writing the law, and then that is how the law is enforced.
00:19:49.000And so, regardless of what you believe about is it a good law, is it a bad law, this law does not say.
00:19:56.000That gay and transgender people should be protected from discrimination in employment.
00:20:28.000I'm sure they weren't even thinking about that.
00:20:30.000Nevertheless, Neil Gorsuch, who is supposedly, and you know, the constitutional stuff is fun and it's nice, and in an orderly, probably Christian, white country, we could probably spend a lot of time talking about the law and about how the government should work and so on.
00:20:46.000To me, it's really neither here nor there.
00:20:48.000To me, it's about where the culture is going.
00:21:05.000What matters is that Neil Gorsuch is a conservative justice.
00:21:10.000Supposedly, a conservative, the most conservative.
00:21:14.000I mean, he was recommended by, what is the Federalist Society?
00:21:19.000He was put on the shortlist by the most conservative minds in the legal system in the country as an originalist, as somebody who interprets the Constitution according to the original intent and the law and so on.
00:21:33.000And a conservative beyond that, and appointed by Donald Trump, and hailed by everybody in the right as the great savior of the legal system, and he's siding with the liberals.
00:21:44.000John Roberts, he's been in their pocket forever.
00:21:47.000But Neil Gorsuch was appointed by Trump.
00:21:50.000If you look at any Vox explainer, any little widget on New York Times or 538, they'll have you believe that Neil Gorsuch is to the right of Adolf Hitler when it comes to judicial review.
00:22:08.000Another landmark case decided in favor of the left, and not just the left, but decided in favor of homosexuals and this homosexual, anti Christian, anti family cultural agenda.
00:22:22.000While we have control of the courts, supposedly, and while we have control of the government.
00:22:27.000And I'm just wondering when do we get a victory?
00:22:31.000When do our victories actually matter?
00:22:33.000I mean, don't you understand what a big problem this is?
00:22:39.000For LGBT advocates, when we supposedly have a conservative president?
00:22:45.000Why is it that they have triumphs and historic wins and we're rapidly accelerating towards realizing their vision when we won the presidency and we won the Congress and we won the Senate and we should have control of the courts?
00:23:18.000It's been 50 years, and whether it's a Republican or a Democrat in the White House or in the Senate or in the House or in the Supreme Court, no matter what, we are inexorably marching down the same path.
00:23:31.000It's just a question of how fast we're doing it.
00:23:35.000When it's a Republican, it's a little bit slower, and when it's a Democrat, it's much faster.
00:23:41.000But we're marching down the same path regardless.
00:23:45.000And it's like I said last week it was the same story last week.
00:23:49.000Same story, different instance, different instantiation.
00:23:55.000It was BLM and the entire left calling for the renaming of military bases named after Confederate generals.
00:24:03.000And the Republican Party in the Senate and in the House said that they would back that.
00:24:08.000They endorsed the Warren Amendment, put on a must pass appropriations bill for the military, mandating that the Pentagon change the names of the bases.
00:24:19.000And we've seen this time and time again.
00:24:22.000Total capitulation on every issue from every branch, and it's just over.
00:24:27.000I mean, the GOP is just not viable any longer.
00:24:31.000And I know I said this on Friday, and it's largely true.
00:24:34.000And maybe I'll couch or nuance what I was saying on Friday a little bit and say that unfortunately, no matter what, the GOP is still a better option than the Democratic Party.
00:24:45.000Even if the GOP is working towards the same agenda as the Democratic Party, they're still doing it at a slower pace.
00:24:53.000And, you know, if it comes down to are we marching towards total globo homo, black planet, quickly or slowly, I would still prefer slowly.
00:25:01.000I would prefer that we're not marching towards that at all.
00:25:04.000I prefer that we're marching in the opposite direction.
00:25:08.000But if it's slowly versus quickly, I'd still rather go slowly.
00:25:11.000But we really need to think outside the box here.
00:25:22.000We need to think beyond the Congress and the Supreme Court because, and this is what I've been saying for years.
00:25:27.000And you've known it for years, and I've known it for years, it's not enough.
00:25:32.000It's not enough to elect the GOP, although I think we should continue to do that.
00:25:36.000Again, they're our enemy, but they're what we've got.
00:25:40.000And Scott Beer put out a great Twitter thread this weekend talking about, you know, even if the GOP lost because of us, they would get more liberal.
00:25:49.000When the GOP lost in 2012, they got more liberal.
00:25:52.000I mean, this is what happens time and time again, right?
00:25:55.000So, nevertheless, in spite of that, While we continue to try to make things work politically, we have to think outside of politics because clearly Donald Trump is not the end all be all.
00:26:08.000Getting the GOP a majority is not the end all be all.
00:26:11.000Everything that they say really matters actually doesn't matter.
00:26:14.000We were supposed to believe that Neil Gorsuch was like this he was the crux of the country.
00:26:20.000Well, if we just have the Supreme Court, well, we could hold back the night for a little bit longer.
00:28:28.000And these are the people that we're electing, these are the people that we're sending to Congress and to the Supreme Court and to the presidency.
00:28:37.000In fact, that in itself is not going to get us anywhere.
00:28:42.000It's actually going to get us more of the same, albeit at a slower pace.
00:28:46.000So, while we continue to look at them as, you know, again, slow progressivism versus fast progressivism, I prefer slow, but we have to start thinking outside the box on this stuff.
00:28:56.000I will tell you the truth when it comes to a decision like this, it's a no brainer.
00:29:01.000And it's not a no brainer because of what the 1964 Civil Rights Act says, it's not a no brainer because originalist interpretations in legal theory is the only legal theory that makes sense.
00:29:14.000It's not even about this case, it's about the eternal laws of God.
00:29:19.000Do you want to live in a country of homosexuals and transsexuals and promiscuity and adultery and the total annihilation of the family and a total absence of any sense of decency and morality and structure?
00:29:37.000Or do you want to live in a country that God smiles upon?
00:29:40.000Do you want to live in a country that is moral, that is decent, where there are families?
00:29:46.000And a family means a mother and a father together and raising their many children.
00:30:33.000And everybody might pat themselves on the back and celebrate how they really took the high road and they were really able to dehumanize themselves and look in a universal libertarian way at the law like Bastiat and Locke.
00:30:48.000But that has no value for my future children.
00:30:52.000That has no value for future generations.
00:34:14.000Do you know how insane it is that the equivalent of being murdered is happening?
00:34:19.000Our country is being murdered, our country is being brutally executed in front of our eyes.
00:34:26.000And people are looking at it and they're saying, well, the manner of execution is not according to code.
00:34:33.000The manner of this execution is falling short of our expectations of what an execution should look like.
00:34:40.000That's the equivalent of what we're seeing.
00:34:43.000This country is being destroyed from the inside, and the most that many conservatives can say is they disagree in the manner in which this killing is being conducted.

00:35:04.000Let's resist this effort to destroy our country rather than quibble about the way in which it's being done, is the point, you know, before I get a visit from the FBI.

00:35:50.000I don't think that's actually how it works, but this is the country that we live in.
00:35:55.000If you're running a small business, I think this is probably more apropos.
00:35:59.000If you're running a small business and one of your employees leaves one night a guy and comes back in the morning as a girl, just got to roll with it.
00:38:03.000It's like I see a big train and there's a sign on it that says return to tradition.
00:38:08.000And then I get on the train and it's revealed that that sign was just taped on and the wind blows it away and it really says, Zog, Zog, you will be destroyed.
00:40:32.000I did a stream about the riots or the protests when they were happening.
00:40:37.000And the headline from BuzzFeed about this story was something to the effect of.
00:40:41.00027 year old unarmed black man killed by police after they found him sleeping in a Wendy's parking lot.
00:40:50.000And I went over this on Saturday, but I'll go over it again for your benefit because we have twice the people watching tonight.
00:40:57.000The headline says, He's killed after the police find him in the parking lot.
00:41:03.000And the way they make it sound, the way the headline sounds about this story about Ray Shard Brooks is that, you know, you had a brother, you had this black guy minding his own business.
00:42:30.000Leading to mass protests, the resignation of the police chief, the mayor calling for the cops' firing, and a grieving community angry at seeing another black man gunned down by police on video.
00:42:52.000If people are just getting killed for falling asleep at Wendy's, I mean, that's not fitting.
00:42:57.000That doesn't sound very justified to me.
00:43:00.000But of course, that's not what happened.
00:43:02.000The rest of the article reads as follows.
00:43:04.000It says Police were called Friday night into a Wendy's parking lot after reports that Brooke's car was blocking drivers, according to a statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.
00:43:52.000So, it's not that the cops were just called on him while he was sleeping, blocking the drive through, but they also administered a sobriety test, which he failed.
00:45:04.000The police administered a sobriety test because he was obviously drunk, which he failed.
00:45:09.000After which, investigators said Brooks resisted arrest and a struggle ensued, where one officer used a taser.
00:45:16.000Brooks then took a taser from one of the officers, broke free, and ran away.
00:45:22.000Officials said Brooks appeared to deploy the taser at the officers.
00:45:27.000According to Vic Reynolds, the director of the Jura Bureau of Investigation, he says, At that point, Brooks turns around and it appears to the eye that he points the taser at the Atlanta officer.
00:45:39.000Adding that Brooks had started to run back and flee as the officer reached for his gun and fired while a line of cars sat in the restaurant's drive through.
00:46:14.000You had a drunk driver, drove into the Wednesday parking lot, probably to get food, went through the drive through, was so drunk, he was so drunk going through the drive through that he fell asleep in his car and fell asleep in a position where he was obstructing the drive through.
00:46:29.000The police were called on him, the police arrived, they administered a sobriety test, which he failed.
00:46:35.000They tried to arrest him for drunk driving.
00:46:36.000He was on probation too, which I might add, we'll get to that in a moment.
00:46:40.000Tried to arrest him, he breaks free and resists.
00:46:43.000Not only does he do that, but he takes a cop's taser and tries to use the taser against the cops, and then he is shot and killed.
00:46:50.000Now, I hear the whole story, and I don't see anything wrong with that.
00:46:53.000I see nothing wrong with what has transpired.
00:47:38.000He was charged and has been charged with false imprisonment, battery on a family member, cruelty to children, theft, receiving stolen property, interference with custody, obstruction of an officer, and a handful of other crimes.
00:52:52.000And all this, we bleed red, white, and blue, and we bleed the same red blood of patriots, and well, you're voting against your interests, you just know no better.
00:53:04.000Even if any of that were true, even if it was true that Democrats are the real racists or Antifa were starting it, does that change the situation on the ground?
00:53:13.000Does that change the way that millions of people feel and are acting and how it's going in this country?
00:53:19.000I mean, you could say that, but that doesn't change what's happening, which is that half the country believes that white people are evil, including a lot of white people.
00:53:30.000Half the country believes that white people are evil and they're going to smash windows.
00:53:35.000And they're gonna disband the police and they're gonna make their stupid signs and they're gonna go out into the streets and they're gonna agitate for our displacement.
00:53:43.000None of what you can say will change that.
00:53:45.000Nothing that you can say will change that.
00:53:47.000Not your slogans, jobs, not mobs, not your fucking elected officials, not your really hot take, really clever insight, not the new angle.
00:54:14.000And that's, I think, we have to resign ourselves to understanding that unless there's a giant awakening or a great epiphany or something, this situation is going to get so bad before people even begin to realize what's happening.
00:54:30.000It's got to get really bad before people even begin to understand what's transpiring.
00:56:11.000I mean, sometimes it's employed for larger goals, but a criminal that steals a TV at a target is a lot less concerning to me than half the population saying that we need to institutionally transform the country and take down monuments and rename bases and change policies and disband police.
00:56:47.000You know, even from people that are sometimes on the money or, you know, trying to be on the money or something, they just can't tell you what's really happening, which is what's happening in Atlanta and Chicago and Minneapolis and LA and New York City.

00:58:19.000That's the difference between people that are, you know, in some sense a part of it or still living in this, you know, blue pill, right?
00:58:27.000Reality and people that have actually woken up is realizing that whatever the path is going to be forward, whatever we're going to do about it, however we're going to prepare for this, and we are, and that's not to say, I'm not trying to make anybody pessimistic here.
00:58:42.000But it's simply to say we have to acknowledge that this population is irreconcilable at this point.
00:58:48.000I mean, there are two sides, clearly, different tribes, different visions, different ideas, different God, and you cannot force these people to come back together.

00:59:53.000I'm sure we're going to see more black people killed by police because there's going to be more black people that commit crimes and resist arrest.
