02:52:06.000His son, David Ellison, had a production company called Skydance.
02:52:11.000Last year, Larry Ellison bankrolled the acquisition of Paramount Pictures by his son's company.

02:52:24.000Paramount owns all of these properties in the Sumner Redstone media empire, including CBS, CBS News, among other things.
02:52:34.000And what did David Ellison do immediately upon acquiring CBS News?
02:52:38.000He hired Barry Weiss, the Israeli spy, to run the network.
02:52:45.000And so Barry Weiss was bought out of her company, the Free Press, for $150 million.

02:53:02.000She's now running CBS News, and she is an activist editor in chief.
02:53:09.000She has gone to work at the network making personnel changes and other editorial decisions.
02:53:15.000Changing CBS News coverage, in particular of the Trump administration and of the conflict in the Middle East.
02:53:23.000Now, we've talked about this extensively on the show, and what it represents is a recapturing of the media by a very particular faction of Jews.

02:53:41.000You see at CBS, CBS News, Paramount, it was already owned by Sherry Redstone.
02:53:49.000And you could look at any of her interviews, and she says she is an activist.
02:53:54.000She says that as a media mogul, she uses the creative process, creating films, creating entertainment, actually to manipulate the public and promote a pro Jewish agenda.
02:54:51.000So Larry Ellison and his son have acquired CBS News, they've also acquired TikTok and a number of other properties in order that they can promote the pro Israel agenda.

02:56:17.000Their next big move, which just happened a few months ago, is they also moved to acquire Warner Brothers.
02:56:23.000And Warner Brothers, like Paramount, is a giant media conglomerate.
02:56:27.000It comes with Discovery, it comes with HBO, HBO Max, it also comes with CNN.
02:56:36.000Part of their expanding media portfolio, they now not only control the Skydance production company, the Paramount conglomerate, which includes Paramount Plus, Paramount Pictures, CBS, CBS News, among other things.
02:56:51.000They now also control Warner Brothers Discovery, which happens to include the CNN cable television channel.
02:56:59.000And as part of that acquisition, they're already making plans, even though it's not a done deal, to place Barry Weiss in charge of CNN as well.
02:57:10.000And this is a story from the New York Post, which is also a pro Israel outlet, by the way.
02:57:17.000New York Post says, quote, CBS News boss Barry Weiss is likely to gain editorial oversight of CNN if and when Paramount Skydance's acquisition of Warner Brothers Discovery is approved.
02:57:30.000Paramount executives are said to have held preliminary discussions with several candidates who would come in and run the business side operations next to Weiss while she continues to oversee editorial.
02:57:42.000The search implies that once the merger goes through, Weiss will also be put in charge of CNN's editorial operations, according to Axios.
02:57:52.000Last month, Puck News reported that Paramount executives began informal discussions about scaling back Weiss's role and bringing in a more experienced hand to manage the business side of both CBS News and CNN.
02:58:05.000According to Puck, the executive would be brought in to allow Weiss to focus on scaling the company's digital operations.
02:58:11.000However, a Paramount spokesperson denied that report.
02:58:15.000According to Axios, Ellison could not be more pleased with Weiss's performance.
