On today's episode of America First, host Nicholas J.J. Fuentes and co-host Nicky J. Quentis discuss the current state of the country, and how we need to do something about it.

00:03:56.000This country is being ripped apart and raped and looted.
00:04:00.000We're being slowly poisoned and, in some cases, quickly murdered and assassinated.
00:04:07.000And we're killing ourselves every day.
00:04:09.000Inadvertently, with the kinds of things that we eat and breathe and drink and see, people have got to start to radically begin to obey their conscience and tell the truth and do the right thing.
00:04:22.000People have got to start to get courageous.
00:04:25.000And this is the time for everybody to turn and look to God and to pray and to ask for strength and to ask for wisdom to get through this time and to transform and sanctify this country.
00:04:39.000And the alternative is that there will be no country.
00:04:43.000Is it really only as big as low gas prices?
00:04:46.000Is it really only so big as bringing inflation and gas prices and the corporate tax rate back down?
00:04:53.000It's not about waiting for someone to come in and change the policy and make it better.
00:04:57.000It's a personal decision that we all have to make to become soldiers of Christ.
00:05:44.000If you belonged to the world, it would love you as it says.
00:05:49.000As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world.
00:19:16.000Lord My love has got no money, he's got his strong beliefs My love has got no power, he's got his strong beliefs My love has got no fame, he's got his strong beliefs My love has got no money, he's got his strong beliefs Want more and more people just want more and more freedom and love But he's looking for more and more.
00:19:43.000People just want more and more freedom and blood.
00:19:47.000But he's looking for freedom from desire.
00:19:51.000Mind and senses purify, freed from desire.
00:19:55.000Mind and senses purify, freed from desire.
00:20:10.000If we don't have freedom on the Internet in the age of AI, we are going to be mind raped every day forever.
00:20:18.000Think about anything you've ever said or done in the vicinity of your phone's camera or microphone, everything you've ever put into your phone, and even things that are not necessarily so scandalous, but even things like your favorite restaurants, your geolocation, because your phone also has a GPS.
00:20:41.000They have access to your bank account.
00:20:42.000AI will literally know everything about you.
00:20:47.000Everyone you know, your relationship to them, your tastes, your preferences, your habits, your whereabouts, your routines, your schedule, when you sleep.
00:20:56.000They know how much REM sleep you're getting.
00:21:00.000They know how many calories you consume.
00:21:03.000Think about the ways that they can manipulate you.
00:21:06.000You have a computer in your refrigerator, computer in your car, computer in your home security system, computer in your everything, computer in your clothes, your watch, your glasses, your VR headset, your alarm clock.
00:21:17.000You have a smart home, economy of things.
00:21:20.000It's like total, like, rape of everybody by the system forever.
00:21:36.000My life is like a first-person video game, you know?
00:22:36.000These material appetites, they will never be satisfied.
00:22:41.000And even if they are, it'll never be an adequate substitute for communion with our Holy Father, with somebody, with the author of the world.
00:22:50.000And every mother and father understands the love for a child.
00:53:12.000And I think that the mature people that actually love America, actually love our children, the people that recognize the division, the peril that we're in, we need to fortify a new consensus and rally the people of conscience, the people of decency, the people of humanity, the people of charity towards their fellow man,
00:53:37.000against those that want to kill us, against those that laugh and celebrate when innocent people are harmed.
00:53:47.000For any reason, for any ideological reason.
00:53:50.000Against the people that are cruel, the people that are hateful.
00:53:54.000And by that I mean the people that are really cruel.
00:53:56.000Not the people that say things you disagree with, not the people that are provocative, not the people that are sometimes angry, but the people that are really cruel and really evil.
00:54:15.000What makes Christianity and Christ so different from the other religions is that our religion is based on the bearing of suffering for the sake of even those that persecute us.
00:54:38.000So much of it, it cannot be contained.
00:54:44.000An unconditional, absolute standard of love for all of God's children, even those that are misguided, even those that persecute us, even the most heinous among us.
00:56:11.000mission is an Israeli-funded blacklist which, since july 2025, has been confirmed to be used by the Trump administration to target students, professors and professionals who oppose Israel and reside in the United States.
00:56:23.000This idea is part of an initiative created by the Heritage Foundation, the same group responsible for the infamous Project 2025.
00:56:30.000In their initiative, titled Project Esther, they state that students participating in pro-Palestinian protests and activism are supporting Hamas, a group that the United States designates as a foreign terrorist organization.
00:56:42.000Therefore, pro-Palestinian students are considered to be supporting terrorism and are subject to the revocation of visas, frozen bank accounts, asset seizures, and the denial of basic constitutional rights.
00:56:54.000In effect, the Canary mission serves as a means to circumvent constitutional protections, allowing the federal government to engage in intelligence gathering activities that would otherwise be considered unlawful.
00:57:07.000Palantir, another company closely aligned with the state of Israel, uses AI-driven analytics to maintain private databases on U.S. citizens and currently works with four federal agencies.
00:57:16.000While government contracting with the private sector is long-standing, the prominent influence of Jewish groups within these increasingly powerful organizations warrants careful examination.
00:57:30.000I renew the call for all able-bodied young American men, all of our elite human capital, all of our geniuses, warriors, intelligent people to dedicate themselves to American sovereignty and independence.
00:57:43.000As Christians, as Americans, as white people, as citizens of the United States.
00:57:47.000And anybody that settles for anything less is just as much of an enemy.
00:57:52.000I would actually consider them worse than our oppressors.
00:57:56.000So on Independence Day, it's important to reflect on the fact that we are an occupied nation.
00:58:00.000Now, just like then, we're being ruled by a small country across an ocean, serving itself at our expense.
00:58:07.000And as long as that is the case, I will always be obsessed with that.
00:58:10.000As long as that is the case, I will always be speaking out against that and fighting against that.
00:58:14.000And I will always be anchored, understanding that that is the fundamental struggle.
00:58:18.000As long as our presidents have to kiss the wall in Israel and wear a small hat, as long as they have to say that we want to make Israel great again and they're the greatest country ever, I will never be okay with that.
00:59:16.000This is not a timeline going back to 1948.
00:59:19.000What had just happened before the 2016 election?
00:59:22.000Barack Obama created the joint comprehensive plan of action, the JCPOA, or the Iranian nuclear deal.
00:59:31.000And Barack Obama brought together China, Russia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States and the European Union to enforce a nuclear deal that restricts Iran's enrichment of uranium.
00:59:45.000The early talks were conducted in secret, and the Israelis were furious, furious about this.
00:59:53.000Netanyahu went to a joint session of Congress and gave a speech in defiance of the American president and its nuclear deal, and Congress gave 37 standing ovations.
01:00:04.000This is the background of Trump's first election.
01:01:27.000They colluded with Trump to get him elected so that Trump would do maximum pressure and create a ladder of escalation, pulling us out of the deal, declaring the IRGC terrorists, then killing its leader, putting sanctions on the regime.
01:01:41.000This is a war that started a long time ago, that Trump made hot in 2018 and has been going on for seven years.
01:13:51.000This country is being ripped apart and raped and looted.
01:13:56.000We're being slowly poisoned and, in some cases, quickly murdered and assassinated.
01:14:02.000And we're killing ourselves every day inadvertently with the kinds of things that we eat and breathe and drink and see.
01:14:10.000People have got to start to radically begin to obey their conscience and tell the truth and do the right thing.
01:14:17.000People have got to start to get courageous.
01:14:20.000And this is the time for everybody to turn and look to God and to pray and to ask for strength and to ask for wisdom to get through this time and to transform and sanctify this country.
01:14:35.000And the alternative is that there will be no country.
01:14:38.000Is it really only as big as low gas prices?
01:14:42.000Is it really only so big as bringing inflation and gas prices and the corporate tax rate back down?
01:14:49.000It's not about waiting for someone to come in and change the policy and make it better.
01:14:52.000It's a personal decision that we all have to make to become soldiers of Christ.
01:15:40.000If you belonged to the world, it would love you as it says.
01:15:45.000As it is, you do not belong to the world.
01:15:47.000But I have chosen you out of the world.
01:29:19.000He's got his strong beliefs My love has got no fame, he's got his strong beliefs My love has got no money, he's got his strong beliefs One more and more people just want more and more freedom and love What he's looking for more and more people just want more and more freedom And love, but he's looking for freedom desire.
01:29:47.000Mind and senses purify, freed from desire.
01:29:50.000Mine and senses purify, freed from desire.
01:30:06.000If we don't have freedom on the Internet in the age of AI, we are going to be mind raped every day forever.
01:30:14.000Think about anything you've ever said or done in the vicinity of your phone's camera or microphone, everything you've ever put into your phone, and even things that are not necessarily so scandalous, but even things like your favorite restaurants, your geo location, because your phone also has a GPS.
01:30:36.000They have access to your bank account.
01:30:38.000AI will literally know everything about you.
01:30:42.000Everyone you know, your relationship to them, your tastes, your preferences, your habits, your whereabouts, your routines, your schedule, when you're asleep.
01:30:52.000They know how much REM sleep you're getting.
01:30:56.000They know how many calories you consume.
01:30:59.000Think about the ways that they can manipulate you.
01:31:01.000You have a computer in your refrigerator, computer in your car, computer in your home security system, computer in your everything, computer in your clothes, your watch, your glasses, your VR headset, your alarm clock.
01:31:13.000You have a smart home, economy of things.
01:31:16.000It's like total, like, rape of everybody by the system forever.
01:31:32.000My life is like a first-person video game, you know?
01:32:31.000These material appetites, they will never be satisfied.
01:32:36.000And even if they are, it'll never be an adequate substitute for communion with our Holy Father, with somebody, with the author of the world.
01:32:45.000Every mother and father understands the love for a child.
02:02:43.000Where life has sanctity, where people's lives and their dignity and their integrity is respected?
02:02:54.000Or are we going to live in a society that is a never-ending war between nihilistic tribes, warlords, savages, pagans?
02:03:05.000I see an emerging consensus, and I think that the mature people that actually love America, actually love our children, the people that recognize the division, the peril that we're in, we need to fortify a new consensus and rally the people of conscience, the people of decency, the people of humanity, the people of charity towards their fellow man,
02:03:32.000against those that want to kill us, against those that laugh and celebrate when innocent people are harmed for any reason, for any ideological reason.
02:03:46.000Against the people that are cruel, the people that are hateful.
02:03:49.000And by that, I mean the people that are really cruel.
02:03:52.000Not the people that say things you disagree with, not the people that are provocative, not the people that are sometimes angry, but the people that are really cruel and really evil.

02:04:40.000An unconditional, absolute standard of love for all of God's children, even those that are misguided, even those that persecute us, even the most heinous among us.

02:07:12.000While government contracting with the private sector is long-standing, the prominent influence of Jewish groups within these increasingly powerful organizations warrants careful examination.
02:07:25.000I renew the call for all able-bodied young American men, all of our elite human capital, all of our geniuses, warriors, intelligent people to dedicate themselves to American sovereignty and independence.
02:07:38.000As Christians, as Americans, as white people, as citizens of the United States.
02:07:43.000And anybody that settles for anything less is just as much of an enemy.
02:07:48.000I would actually consider them worse than our oppressors.
02:07:51.000So, on Independence Day, it's important to reflect on the fact that we are an occupied nation.
02:07:56.000Now, just like then, we're being ruled by a small country across an ocean, serving itself at our expense.
02:08:02.000And as long as that is the case, I will always be obsessed with that.
02:08:06.000As long as that is the case, I will always be speaking out against that and fighting against that.
02:08:10.000And I will always be anchored, understanding that that is the fundamental struggle.
02:08:14.000As long as our presidents have to kiss the wall in Israel and wear a small hat, as long as they have to say that we want to make Israel great again and they're the greatest country ever, I will never be okay with that ever.
02:08:27.000And it doesn't matter what they offer me or us, it doesn't matter how they might try to placate us or appease our interests, the concessions they'll make.
02:08:38.000As long as that is the case, it is unacceptable.
02:08:41.000And that's what it means to be an American.
02:09:11.000This is not a timeline going back to 1948.
02:09:14.000What had just happened before the 2016 election?
02:09:18.000Barack Obama created the joint comprehensive plan of action, the JCPOA, or the Iranian nuclear deal.
02:09:27.000And Barack Obama brought together China, Russia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States and the European Union to enforce a nuclear deal that restricts Iran's enrichment of uranium.
02:09:41.000The early talks were conducted in secret, and the Israelis were furious, furious about this.
02:11:22.000They colluded with Trump to get him elected so that Trump would do maximum pressure and create a ladder of escalation, pulling us out of the deal, declaring the IRGC terrorists, then killing its leader, putting sanctions on the regime.
02:11:37.000This is a war that started a long time ago, that Trump made hot in 2018, and has been going on for seven years.
02:11:50.000Just like in Iraq, which went from 1990 until today, just like Libya, which went from 2011 to today, Syria, which went from 2011 to today, and Iran, which went from 2018 until today.
02:25:57.000Content cucked and disappointed and totally betrayed.
02:26:03.000Tonight, we're going to be talking all about her four and a half hour meeting with Erica Kirk yesterday.
02:26:09.000We have been completely content cucked on this, and we didn't get a chance to cover it because it happened over the weekend.
02:26:17.000But you might remember, this week we were supposed to get our Turning Point USA live stream where Blake Neff and others would respond to the conspiracy theories about Charlie Kirk's death.
02:26:32.000That was supposed to be a live stream yesterday afternoon.
02:26:36.000And they were going to do it from their headquarters and they were going to present all the arguments.
02:26:41.000And initially, Candace Owens was invited to do that live stream where she would ask her questions.
02:28:15.000We don't even really know where she stands on the whole thing anymore.
02:28:18.000It seems that she's accepted the magic bullet theory, as she calls it.
02:28:24.000It seems that she accepts that Erica Kirk and others at Turning Point are innocent.
02:28:30.000She's sort of all over the place, yet she maintains there is some conspiracy with Egyptian planes, even though most of that has now been debunked.
02:28:58.000Trump announced at the end of last week that ground strikes would begin imminently.
02:29:04.000That's following up the naval strikes off the coast of Venezuela.
02:29:08.000And as of today, he has said that he is going to blockade and prevent any Venezuelan oil, excuse me, from being shipped out of the country after he seized a Venezuelan oil tanker last week.
02:29:21.000And so this is your maximum pressure strategy.
02:29:25.000Finally, Trump said that he will maintain the blockade until Venezuela gives up its oil wealth, which Trump says they stole from the United States, which is really funny.
02:29:40.000Venezuela nationalized their oil in the 70s.
02:29:44.000They sort of renationalized it in the 90s.
02:29:48.000Their government took control of their own oil from foreign oil companies.
02:29:53.000And Trump said, they stole it from us.
02:33:08.000Subscribe at the website AmericaFirst.plus.
02:33:11.000It's 15 bucks a month to get access to the whole archive of the show, plus the MP3-only format, audio-only format for people that like podcasts.
02:34:25.000There are some rumors swirling around that it was a targeted attack against a particular young Republican, a young woman who was one of the victims who was killed.
02:34:35.000But as it stands right now, that is not verified.
02:35:21.000And not only that, but have you seen the FBI investigation of this killing?
02:35:27.000Because I saw the videos on X. Have you seen this?
02:35:32.000And you have FBI agents literally walking around with their hands in their pocket, like 20 of them, 20 groups of them, maybe 10, 15 people each, walking around with their hands in their pockets like it's a school field trip, walking around in unison, looking around, kicking the snow with their feet, literally kicking the snow with their regular work boots,
02:36:00.000looking at the ground, looking at the sky, looking around, walking together.
02:36:09.000And, you know, there have been a lot of disappointments about this Trump administration, on immigration, on foreign policy, on the big stuff.
02:36:20.000And in fairness, it takes time and effort, and it's complicated to get the big stuff done.
02:36:27.000The biggest disappointment of the Trump administration so far are these kinds of displays.
02:36:37.000And all of these attempts by the Trump administration, by Trump himself and his cabinet to project strength and competence to make America look like we're back, it is completely backfiring and embarrassing us.
02:36:52.000I think about the military parade over the summer where Trump said, we are going to demonstrate our military might like China or North Korea or Iran or Russia with a grand military parade.
02:37:06.000And do you remember what a joke it was?
02:37:14.000They had drones in the parade, but they were holding them in their hand as opposed to flying them remotely, literally walking in the parade, holding the POV drones like this.
02:37:35.000It said, look at what a joke the U.S. military is.
02:37:39.000Look at how sad and diminished and pathetic the institution has become.
02:37:46.000Or you had a video from the other day of the Navy shooting their firearms and they had a few women and they're literally shooting the handguns like this.
02:39:02.000I would have been glad to be proven wrong about the administration if they really delivered a golden age, if they brought in disruptive people that would drain the swamp and do things differently.
02:40:39.000It's because of the blueprint and the vision laid out in 2016.
02:40:43.000And I always like to remind people what precisely that was.
02:40:47.000Sometimes I like to talk about how it was about anti-corruption.
02:40:52.000It was about money and politics and that sort of thing.
02:40:56.000Another part of it, another part of that visionary idea of MAGA was that because Trump is a businessman, he would get in control of government and run it like a business.
02:41:10.000Instead of being incompetent and having perverse incentives and having career politicians, the idea was that Trump would get in and bringing his expertise from the private sector, he would bring in the most talented people and they would run it like a business.
02:41:34.000We have idiots in the government, absolute idiots.
02:41:39.000And it's actually hurting the country.
02:41:41.000You almost wish that we had Biden back in a certain respect.
02:41:47.000Yes, the Biden administration was an embarrassment.
02:41:49.000Yes, the Democrats are an embarrassment.
02:41:52.000But when you look at who MAGA is bringing into the country, Kash Patel, Pete Hegseff, Christy Noam, these people are knuckleheads.
02:42:04.000Yes, they're ideologically aligned with the Trump administration, but what good does that do if they can't even do the basic duties that these departments are supposed to carry out?
02:42:13.000Forget about changing anything, forget about reorienting it in a direction that is more right-wing.
02:42:37.000The FBI had a person of interest, a suspect in custody three different times over days before finally the actual shooter just turned himself in over a guilty conscience or something.
02:43:41.000I know people personally who cannot get into the United States on a tourism visa.
02:43:47.000They can't buy a plane ticket because someone in the State Department or in the Homeland Security Department reviewed their social media and determined that they are anti-Semitic.
02:45:16.000The FBI, education department, State Department, DHS, they're so concerned about anti-Semitism, they can't catch somebody that's shooting people in the face.
02:45:32.000And even when they try to go out there with a show of force, it just makes us look worse.
02:45:36.000What do you think the killer is thinking right now?
02:45:38.000He's thinking I literally just got away with mass murder.
02:45:43.000He's, I'm sure, watching on Twitter or watching on the news, the FBI is walking down the street, kicking the snow with their feet, with their hands in their pocket.
02:45:52.000Hands in their pockets, in their khakis, kicking the snow with their shoes like they're a suburban dad, like they're a suburban dad doing yard work or something.
02:46:03.000And they're all kind of aimlessly walking around like this, looking up, where's the killer?
02:46:45.000They've got your health records, they have your birth certificate, they have your social security card, they have your student loan information, they have got a dossier, they know everything about you.
02:46:56.000And I'm not even making that up, by the way.
02:47:00.000I talked to somebody recently from Europe who came into the United States.
02:47:24.000Somebody just starts shooting people in the face.
02:47:28.000Well, we're back to good old-fashioned investigative work.
02:47:32.000I want 30 guys out there trudging the snow, but don't give them shovels, don't give them technology, just send them out there in their windbreakers and khakis.
02:47:42.000Just kick the snow around a little bit.
02:47:43.000That'll show we mean business for a school shooter.
02:49:59.000If you defend yourself or your property too zealously, jail, throw the book at him.
02:50:06.000If you're speeding, they don't even pull you over.
02:50:08.000They have a speeding camera, reg light camera, tickets in the mail.
02:50:13.000If you're a young kid, if you're a high school or college-aged male and you get in a little bit of trouble with alcohol, with a girl, something like that, throw the book at him.
02:50:27.000But if you're a black guy driving a stolen car through a luxury store window and you steal $15,000 worth of merchandise, they don't even chase him.
02:50:37.000If you're an illegal immigrant, you've been here 40 years, you don't speak the language, you're working on a farm, they say, hey, let him work.
02:50:57.000But if you're white, if you don't sign on the dotted line, you don't dot your I's, cross your T's, you slip up, they're throwing the book at you.
02:51:05.000Now you live in an Orwellian nightmare state.
02:51:08.000If you criticize Israel, if you're too right-wing, if you're part of a militia, you defend yourself the wrong way, you own too many guns, you're fucked.
02:51:31.000We want a lenient society for people that are productive.
02:51:36.000We want police officers to know the neighborhood, to let people have fun, let people, as long as they're doing it safely, as long as they're well-intentioned, we want police to look after those people and we want them to crush the opportunists, the predators, the violent criminals, the foreigners, people that have no business being here.
02:54:07.000He was betrayed by everybody, she said.
02:54:11.000And as time has gone on, she has insinuated that Erica herself, who is now the head of Turning Point, as well as many of Charlie's close friends like Blake Neff and Andrew Colvett, among others, that they were all involved, that they either gave their consent or they participated in Charlie's murder.
02:54:32.000Finally, Turning Point felt the need to answer those charges.
02:54:37.000And they announced a couple of weeks ago that they would do a live stream addressing the allegations, a public in-person live stream where they would talk about it.
02:54:48.000That was supposed to happen yesterday.
02:54:56.000He said they are hosting a live in-person stream in Phoenix from Turning Point headquarters where they would respond with receipts and personnel and everything to all of the conspiracies about Turning Point.
02:55:10.000He said that Candace Owens could attend in person and that she would be at liberty to ask anything.
02:55:17.000Candace Owens declined the invitation.
02:55:53.000And we get to see the evidence presented.
02:55:55.000We get to see it laid out in a public forum.
02:55:59.000And we get to decide in the court of public opinion.
02:56:03.000And the accused will present their evidence.
02:56:05.000The accuser will present their evidence.
02:56:08.000The accused will face their accuser in person.
02:56:13.000And after that, nobody can say that anything is being hidden.
02:56:17.000Nobody can say that anything is being withheld from the public.
02:56:22.000I really think that would have been the best case scenario because so much has been said on all sides of this.
02:56:29.000Wild conspiracies and speculation, as well as a lack of evidence, let's say, from Utah police.
02:56:39.000They've not presented all their evidence or their entire case because of the due process constitutional protections afforded to Tyler Robinson.
02:56:48.000And so I think everybody would have liked to see, whether you're skeptical or not, whatever side of it you're on, everybody would have liked to see Candice Owens, who unquestionably has spearheaded the issue, for better or for worse.
02:57:01.000We all wanted to see her ask the questions.
02:57:04.000And that would have been the moment of truth.
02:57:22.000And that was a huge disappointment because you can't do that.
02:57:27.000You actually can't spearhead a challenge like that and egg everybody on and lead the charge, lead the mob for three months, pointing the finger.
02:57:42.000And then when those people who you have been accusing, when those people say, okay, bring it on, say it to our face where we can actually answer the charge, you can't turn around then and say, oh, I'm busy that day.
02:58:03.000Because at the minimum, let's say you don't have a responsibility to get everything right or anything right.
02:58:10.000Let's say for a moment that Candace is completely in the right.
02:58:13.000She can ask any question, say anything.
02:58:16.000And even though she frequently gets it wrong or has disregard for the truth or her standards are lax, let's pretend for a moment that doesn't matter.
02:58:25.000At the minimum, if you're talking all that shit, you have an obligation then to face the person you're accusing and make the case.
02:58:37.000Because otherwise, what credibility do you really have?
02:58:41.000It's easy to sit in your fortress, in your bunker, and throw all this stuff out there, make these wild claims.
02:58:52.000It's easy to do that when it's only going in one direction.
02:58:56.000How much credibility do you have that the moment someone stands up and says, you know what, let's debate it out, you shrink and you retreat into the palace and say, ah, never mind.
03:00:19.000She couldn't make the live stream, but she could stream the live stream.
03:00:23.000Now she made time and she had a four and a half hour meeting with Erica Kirk.
03:00:28.000So she didn't have time to fly to Phoenix, Arizona, but she did have time for a four and a half hour meeting, which you have to imagine involved time on either side of that, traveling to and from.
03:00:43.000She couldn't fly there to do it in person, but she could do a four and a half hour meeting where there's no cameras.
03:03:06.000She says she brought up the Egyptian planes to Erica Kirk, but didn't really tell us what the result of that was, what Erica said, or if there was a conclusion that was reached, and maintains that she still sort of believes in a conspiracy.
03:03:25.000And to borrow a phrase, the whole show was pretty fake and gay.
03:03:49.000But at the same time, walking significant parts of it back.
03:03:52.000And in the end, only spending about half the show talking about it before she launched into a bunch of other stuff about Tim Poole and other drama.
03:06:08.000I think this is why Turning Point called the meeting in the first place.
03:06:11.000Because a lot of people said, a lot of people that defend Turning Point were saying they're making a mistake hosting the meeting.
03:06:18.000They're saying, no matter what they say, Candace will continue fueling the or fanning the flames of the conspiracy.
03:06:26.000People said, so why did Erica agree to the meeting?
03:06:29.000Here's what I think happened, based on my intimate knowledge of how these things work.
03:06:37.000The way the defamation law works in the United States is very interesting.
03:06:45.000If you defame or libel an ordinary person, a private citizen, there's a very low bar to prove that you've defamed somebody.
03:06:57.000So let's say if I talk about my neighbor who is not on Twitter, who's not on Facebook, who's not a famous person.
03:07:04.000If I take my neighbor who's a private person that just has a job and is unknown and I start saying, this person's a murderer, this person's a rapist, this person's terrible.
03:07:14.000All they have to prove is that I was reckless.
03:07:19.000All they have to prove is that what I'm telling the world about that person is not true.
03:07:25.000And they win and they get to extract a lot of damages.
03:07:29.000If, however, you are a public figure, if you're famous, so let's say if you're the president of the United States, if I say a lot of terrible things about the president, he has a much higher bar legally to find me guilty.
03:07:45.000He has to prove the standard is called actual malice.
03:07:49.000And what that means is that you knew you were lying and you lied to hurt that person.
03:07:57.000And then they have to prove how much money they lost.
03:08:01.000So it's very difficult to prove defamation if you're a public figure.
03:08:07.000And it's even more difficult for it to be lucrative, for it to be viable, to win any kind of money, because you have to prove the damages too.
03:08:16.000How do you prove that somebody is engaging in actual malice?
03:08:21.000You have to prove that they lied and they knew they were lying, which is a very tough thing because how do you know that somebody is lying?
03:08:30.000Well, I imagine maybe that's what they did in this meeting because Turning Point brought their lawyers and they brought their documentation.
03:08:40.000And if they show Candace Owens certain information with a lawyer present, if Candace continues to talk badly about Turning Point after having verifiably seen evidence to the contrary, they can prove actual malice.
03:08:56.000They can prove that she's knowingly lying.
03:10:28.000Deals that might not be well received by the public.
03:10:31.000That is where secretive arrangements are made in the shadows where no one is looking so that two sides can come to a formal agreement without the pressures of public opinion.
03:13:53.000This is an opportunity to strike a blow against Israel.
03:13:59.000The second that you start to engage in that kind of mentality, you lose your greatest weapon, which is the truth, which confers credibility upon you.
03:14:37.000Faithlessness in the elections, in the mainstream media, in the universities, in our government, in our law enforcement, in our politicians.
03:14:49.000It is a loss of confidence that all of the powerful people are being honest to us or that they're looking out for us or that they're even who they say they are.
03:15:03.000It would be great if we had an intelligence agency that was actually defending the homeland and was made up of patriots and was looking out for the people.
03:15:12.000It would be great if we had a paper of record that was actually honest and looking out for the people.
03:15:18.000It would be great if we had a leader, a president that was honest and looking out for the people.
03:15:49.000The intelligence agencies are corrupt, infiltrated, and they lie.
03:15:53.000The media is corrupt, infiltrated, and it lies.
03:15:57.000And so now people don't believe in anything.
03:16:01.000And most people have difficulty discerning because most people have not dedicated their life to sifting through political truth, which can be obstructed and sophisticated and convoluted.
03:16:13.000So that's why people are having a difficult time.
03:16:32.000We're going to be honest about the problems we have.
03:16:35.000We're going to be honest about Israel and the influence of foreign countries.
03:16:39.000We have what the institutions don't, and that is credibility, legitimacy, confidence.
03:16:45.000And we have those things because we tell the truth.
03:16:51.000When it's unpopular, when it's inconvenient, when sometimes it's messy or can be inconsistent too, sometimes.
03:16:59.000It doesn't always comport with the narrative.
03:17:01.000The world is not always black and white.
03:17:05.000And credibility is something that is earned over time by telling the truth and having a good track record.
03:17:12.000Admitting when you're wrong, being proven right, even when it was unpopular to say the things you were saying, saying a thing that will cost you monetarily or socially or politically.
03:17:26.000That is what gives a person their credibility.
03:17:28.000It's their willingness to tell the truth, even when it hurts them.
03:17:33.000And this is an example of what happens when you embrace everything else, the passions of the crowd, when you drop any editorial standards, when you don't vet information, when you're doing it for money or you're doing it for a grift.
03:17:48.000There actually is a conflict of interest.
03:17:51.000At some point, you have to say, if you're getting millions and millions of views, hundreds of thousands of live viewers, you're making millions of dollars.
03:18:00.000You have to at some point say there is a financial incentive to keep this going always.
03:18:07.000And you have to then evaluate, is this person doing it for money or for the sake of the truth?
03:18:14.000That becomes the conflict of interest.
03:18:16.000And I think this is an example of that runaway train where, let's be honest, the conspiracy theorists are now in the driver's seat.
03:20:24.000We don't know anything, but we know somehow because we feel like it.
03:20:29.000And consequently, now that she has been told the facts, backed up by the threat of a lawsuit, now she's in this impossible situation.
03:20:37.000If she tells the truth, they're not going to believe her.
03:20:40.000If she lies, she's going to get sued and destroyed.
03:20:44.000So she's trying to satisfy everybody and her audience turns on her and says, you know what, I'm just going to bury my head in the sand all over again.
03:20:51.000She has set back the movement probably five years in every way.
03:21:37.000She was suing her landlord trying to get out of paying her rent, saying that she was infected with black mold and she totally faked it so she could avoid paying her rent.
03:21:46.000She was doxing conservatives with social autopsy.
03:21:50.000Then she was telling everybody blacks were going to vote Republican.
03:22:11.000I have been consistent for 10 years criticizing Israel.
03:22:16.000The shows called America First were race realist, immigration moratorium, trying to infiltrate the Trump admin, trying to secure succession for someone more right-wing than Trump.
03:22:29.000When it's popular, when it's unpopular.
03:22:31.000When you get censored, when you get sponsored.
03:22:36.000When you lose all your friends, when you make a lot of friends.
03:22:39.000I've been doing that for 10 years since I became an adult.
03:22:43.000Candice, on the other hand, for 10 years, it's been one grift after another.
03:22:48.000Selling your land, suing your landlord, suing your white ex-boyfriend for racism, doxing conservatives, telling everybody you're going to get black people to vote Republican.
03:25:18.000And I don't agree with their politics.
03:25:21.000But I have a lot more respect for them because many of them earnestly believe, some, not all, but they earnestly believe that change will come through an institutional approach.
03:25:33.000And they dedicate their life to like GOP organizing because they think that's how we can change the country.
03:25:39.000Okay, I don't really agree with that sort of approach, but they believe in it.
03:25:43.000And then you got these e-celebrities that glom on and they'll literally do anything for a check.
03:28:53.000Two, how can you win over anybody if you're inconsistent?
03:28:58.000How are you telling everybody, we need to have more babies, get married young, have more kids and you can afford all this biblical masculinity, biblical values.
03:29:08.000And then you tell the men, submit to a woman, submit to your female boss.
03:29:13.000And Tucker Carlson's the biggest defender.
03:29:17.000You know, Tucker has this facade like he's this, bro.
03:35:48.000It's a representation of a representation that never existed.
03:35:53.000A situation where women get to do whatever the fuck they want, but men have all these obligations.
03:36:03.000You young men need to shut up and get married and man up.
03:36:06.000You need to go and work in a factory and live in Ohio.
03:36:10.000You need to go and live in a work at a nail factory and live in southern Indiana and shut the fuck up and just pay for your wife's stuff and pull her chair out for her and be masculine and work with your hands and be this and be that.
03:36:26.000Oh, but your wife, well, she doesn't have, she has no accountability.
03:38:31.000In Saudi Arabia, the women can't even touch men that aren't their husband.
03:38:37.000And I'm not saying we should be like Saudi Arabia, but could you imagine a society where somebody's wife is out there saying, that guy's a faggot.
03:40:19.000It's not about disrespecting women or being cruel towards women.
03:40:23.000Women are actually amazing when they actually act like women, when they are pleasant, when they smile, when they know their place, when they know their role.
03:41:16.000And when women act like women, it's a beautiful thing.
03:41:18.000But we have a country of women LARPing as men, dressing like men, talking like men, acting like men, but they're not men, and they can never be held accountable like men.
03:42:50.000If that was our mentality, we would get eaten alive.
03:42:54.000Because, you know, now that women are on basically a form of welfare, now that they have Instagram, if you're just endlessly pleasing some woman, you know what's going to happen?
03:44:41.000We want them to have a little bit of acknowledgement.
03:44:43.000And I'm not talking maybe about blacks as much, but for all of these immigrants and descendants of immigrants, how about a little bit of reverence for the country that welcomed you in?
03:47:29.000I don't, I want a country that is harmonious.
03:47:32.000I want a country where men and women cooperate and live in harmony.
03:47:36.000I want a country where whites and blacks cooperate and live in harmony.
03:47:40.000I want a country where Jews and Christians cooperate and live in harmony.
03:47:45.000I don't want to live in a country where white, straight Christian men are being murdered and expropriated for all of their privileges, power, rights for groups that hate them.
03:54:41.000You look at somebody like Charlie Kirk, 31 years old.
03:54:45.000Do you ever expect that someone like that is going to die?
03:54:50.000He's at the top of the world, traveling the world with the most powerful people, managing hundreds of millions of dollars on podcasts, texting the most famous people.
04:04:45.000We're celebrating Christmas Eve out here in the public.
04:04:51.000But they don't want us to have a society.
04:04:54.000That is what is so fucking evil about all of this because you know what Israel is?
04:04:59.000Israel is a place where Jews can be Jewish.
04:05:03.000And every Muslim country, that's a place where Muslims can be Muslim.
04:05:07.000Jews can go to a country where everybody's Jewish unapologetically and freely, and they feel that sense of belonging, that sense of familiarity, that sense of home and of identity.
04:05:20.000And there's something that is irreplaceable about this.
04:05:24.000And Muslims have plenty of countries where it's like this.
04:05:27.000Europeans don't have one place we can go where it looks like a Christmas carol, where it looks like America in the 40s.
04:05:35.000We don't have one place we can go where it's a cathedral with flying buttresses and we can look up at eternity and we can hear the Awe Maria and we could celebrate Christmas and we can have our Christmas Eve dinner.
04:05:53.000You look at Vienna, you look at Prague, you look at London, Paris, Rome, all these places are being invaded by fucking Africans selling trinkets, selling flying saucers and fucking glow sticks.
04:06:09.000Muslims with their call to prayer, Indians, various Asians.
04:07:28.000And, you know, look, that's the crisis of our time.
04:07:32.000And everybody wants to pretend it's everything else.
04:07:36.000It's about, well, we just need to get people fed.
04:07:39.000We just need to get, if we could get Disney Plus back to $12.99, and if we could get housing prices back down, then white people are going to be calm about their replacement.
04:07:50.000Then white people are going to chill out.
04:07:53.000Doesn't matter that their subdivision is filled with Indians, that they're sending their kids to a school where it's all ethnic minorities.
04:08:00.000As long as houses get back to, you know, $300,000, median home price floats back down there and you could get your Disney Plus for $11.99 and a Big Mac goes back to, you know, $6.49, whatever it is.
04:08:13.000Oh, then everybody will be happy as a clam.
04:14:04.000It's like, so I have to, even when I'm discerning who to date, I have to find somebody to date who is not going to destroy my fucking life and embarrass me if it doesn't work out.
04:14:18.000It's just like, it's totally impossible.
04:14:20.000So that's why I'm kind of checked out of the whole, because it's like, I don't even, and I'm not even a social person to begin with.
04:14:30.000That's not even one of my strong suits to begin with.
04:15:30.000I hate when people say, I pray that you find a good woman one day.
04:15:34.000And it's, I hate this idea people have in their mind where I'm sitting around and I'm like, oh boy, I just, if only, you know, because me, I'm like a, I'm like an organism that lives at the bottom of the ocean.
04:18:51.000But if you're a guy that's kind of like a mess and you don't really know who you are and like you need someone to, you know, pet you and tell you it's going to be okay and you're like struggling or whatever, like it is a recipe for disaster to try to lean on a woman.
04:22:21.000It's like these are the same kinds of people that you see in the YouTube comment section talking about Family Guy, like the characters are real and have real motivations.
04:22:31.000People say things in the YouTube or TikTok comment section and they say, Brian is a douchebag.
04:24:46.000Nick, for the first time, I see Hanukkah ads everywhere.
04:24:48.000TV commercials, in ads all over social media platforms and even in stores.
04:24:50.000Do you think this is the new Jewish tactic to push back the awakening and convince us Americans to accept America as a Judeo-Christian country and Jewish festivities are part of our culture?
04:28:26.000I have a measured IQ of $75 and work at McDonald's.
04:28:28.000Every time I try to think about stuff like the economy or the JQ, I get a headache and start craving apple juice and never make any progress.
04:28:32.000What's the prescription for grow happers like me who will never be a leap human capital?
04:28:54.000Well, you know, I've sort of changed my mind about that.
04:28:59.000Because when you think about all the great leaders in history, they're all military people.
04:29:03.000Even if they were against the empire, they were still military men ostensibly serving the country.
04:29:10.000And so there is something inherently patriotic about being in the military.
04:29:15.000Even if you disagree with what the government is doing to put on the uniform, to be a soldier for America, I do believe that's still patriotic.
04:29:25.000You know, you're like a stormtrooper in Star Wars.
04:29:29.000You know, even if you don't agree with the king or the emperor, to still be one of the soldiers and rise through the ranks and then reform it.
04:35:44.000You can report Candace Owens to the IRS whistleblower's office to collect unpaid taxes of at least $2 million and receive anywhere from 15% to 30% of the collected unpaid tax.
04:43:46.000I didn't hear that it was sexually transmitted, but I did see that it leads to heart failure and they're putting a black box warning on it, which is interesting.
04:46:47.000The downfall of Candace has been delicious, and it arrived much faster than I had hoped.
04:46:50.000Unlike her viewers, I don't anticipate ever having to defend my consumption of your content because you refuse to bend the knee and dare sensational bullshit.
04:48:50.000She's still one of few influencers rejecting official narrative.
04:48:52.000You stated you'd help Pusa and expose her if they're not able to stop her dangerous conspiracy theories, but given that you actually have a burden of proof, what is so clear?
04:48:57.000A charging dock isn't proof and downtown Robinson did.
04:51:43.000Nick, given America's deep financial slash military ties to Israel and decades of our involvement in the Middle East on Israel's behalf, is a clean weir out, let them fight policy actually realistic, or would it require a gradual disentanglement?
04:51:51.000What's the realistic policy expectation from those running for office near terms?
04:52:12.000Nick, once you grow up even more and mature, you'll realize the value women provide.
04:52:15.000They are mythical creatures to be served.
04:52:16.000I always tell all my firefighter buddies at the station that if we just continue to live by the happy wife-happy life mantra, then everything will turn out okay.
04:55:35.000Big fan, and I must say, I don't think listening to Candace's show is relatable for most of your viewers, considering the viewership is most likely about it and she has a retard.
04:55:40.000Also, thank you for what you do, and I hope the best for your family.
04:56:58.000Unless they are put in their place by their father, by their husband, unless they are being put in their place constantly, that is where they will tend towards.
04:59:19.000It comes from our fucking testicles, dude.
04:59:22.000We need biblical masculinity where we serve and love our wives and we give them everything they want and we act like polite little boys.
04:59:31.000No, we need like biological masculinity.
04:59:36.000I don't want biblical, I want biological masculinity where, you know, when immigrants are raping your country, you're big enough to kill them.
04:59:44.000You know, I'm not saying kill immigrants.
04:59:46.000I mean, if you're put in a self-defense situation, someone's trying to kill you, you're like able to defend your civilization from these attacks.
04:59:59.000Not like masculinity is, I'm going to wear my snapback and my black, you know, athletic wear, my black athleisure shirt, and I'm going to be a good little simp for my midwife.
05:00:16.000And I'm going to be polite, wholesome little chungus while my country's being raped to death.
05:00:20.000No, it means like you need to be big enough to kill people that are trying to hurt you.
05:04:22.000These overly sentimental men, it's like it should be a chore because it's not like the deal of marriage is like, look, men want to have sex with hundreds of women.
05:05:18.000You have these like faggot millennial dads in fucking graphic t-shirts and they can't wait to like do stuff with their kid because their dad wasn't there for them or something.
05:05:30.000And I think that's kind of what it is.
05:05:32.000I think that we're getting this weird, weirdo dads, like weirdo dads and moms because like this generation's parents had all kinds of problems.
05:05:43.000Divorce, weakness, absenteeism, whatever you want to say.
05:05:49.000There's so many issues with the parents, like it is with every generation.
05:05:55.000And now you get these like millennial dweebs where they're like, I can't wait to watch Star Wars with my kid.
05:06:01.000I saw TikTok of this like millennial dad, maybe even a Zoomer, and he was watching Star Wars 3 with his baby son.
05:06:11.000And he posted it on TikTok, My kid's watching Star Wars with me.
05:06:15.000And it's like, you are a fucking geek.
05:07:10.000And if you have that, I think you're kind of a girl.
05:07:13.000And I'm not saying like, don't be there for your kids and stuff like that, but I'm saying, you know, whatever happened to real men to me, that's like what a real man is.
05:07:22.000The real man is not actually pushing the stroller at Disney World.
05:07:26.000The real man is somewhere else, you know.
05:07:30.000The real man is not like, all right, we'll do the Disney thing and I'll buy the hat and everything and pretend like I'm not totally fucking loving it.
05:09:41.000Early Muslims were heavily persecuted in Mecca, so Muhammad told them to seek refuge in the majority Christian Abyssinia, which was ruled by a pious Christian king because he is a just man.
05:09:47.000The king accepted them, and they lived there respecting the culture, religion, and displaying courtesy for the majority.
05:09:50.000Muhammad prayed for the king and he died.
05:14:15.000Khan Incorporated is pissed at Kenny because the furry trans leftist narrative plan to use to silence dissenters and wield power was derailed.
05:14:19.000How can anyone be so sure Tyler shot him unless Gig is in?
05:14:41.000Watch Laura Logan's interview with Dr. Tim Schindeller.
05:14:43.000Explains how the Council for the Inspector's General on Integrity and Deficiency has allowed federal and corporate corruption to run rampant.
05:17:09.000A treasure is hidden at a point on a straight road between town A and town B.
05:17:12.000The treasure is twice as far from town A as it is from town B. If you move 10 miles from the treasure toward town A, you will end up exactly three times as far from town B as from town A. How far apart are town A and Town?
05:20:12.000Though some time ago you said you rarely read fiction, I strongly recommend, if you have time, a novel by G.K. Chesterton called The Man Who Was Thursday about a cop who goes undercover in anarchist ring in England to destroy it.
05:20:19.000Allegory tale of society and righteousness versus anarchic evil.
05:22:26.000On his grind, always hustling, innovative, entrepreneurial, perceptive, intuitive.
05:22:38.000Really just hands down one of the best.
05:22:40.000And I say that because he really doesn't get his due enough.
05:22:44.000I mean, people like him for his content.
05:22:46.000I feel like I don't know that I've ever heard anybody say that, but he really deserves it.
05:22:50.000He really deserves to get his flowers because we're not even super close, I wouldn't say, but even just having known him for, I guess I've known him for about five years now, almost six.
05:23:04.000He's just, I have nothing negative to say about him.
05:26:51.000Those nerds and simp seem to forget biblical masculinity involves Samson killing 100 people, David killing a giant, and Jesus whipping people.
05:26:57.000Yeah, they forgot that they worked out.
05:28:40.000My mom said a couple months back that I'm not alone to wear my grandma around my neck and would kick me out because she found out I followed Trumponic.
05:28:44.000Now I don't align with his Jewish agenda.
05:31:22.000In terms of like, I saw this video one time of this guy, this guy that I know, he snuck up behind somebody and tapped them on the shoulder and said, hey, remember me.
05:31:35.000And I said, that's got to be like top five things that you hear right before you die.
05:31:40.000Or like top five things you don't want to hear from someone that just snuck up behind you.
05:31:45.000He taps on the guy's shoulder and says, hey, remember me.
05:31:48.000And I'm thinking, this guy probably thought he's about to die in like a split second.
05:32:36.000And he goes on Tim Pool and says, I can't wait until there's no white people because they're all going to be brown and bred out of existence.
